I had to return a purse to Kohl's because the strap came off completely unsewn. I called kohls customer service and the person I told about it with the complaint of not being very happy about it evidently lied to me on two counts. He said: to make it right, 57 dollars will be put back in to your kohls card. I’ve noted here that you made a complaint. Two lies. When I called today about why the 57 dollars was not put in to my account three different kohls employees I spoke with found no notes of that conversation or 57 dollars. So to me being lied to by a kohls employee is UNETHICAL. Nothing was done to make this right by me. I do not trust Kohls now. They have an employee who out and out LIED. I submitted a complaint ticket but know nothing will be done about it.

I received an order I had placed for 2 wash cloths & 2 bath rugs, which was shorted by 1 rug. I realized I had been charged for 2 bath towels and 2 larger rugs. The telephone customer service experience was horrible. Agent was rude, confusing and it took over 30 minutes. I feel my credit was about $15 short but I let it go because it was better than nothing. I will NEVER order from them again!!!!

I sometimes stop by at the store in Richmond VA on Midlothian Turnpike when I come in to do Amazon returns. The store looks filthy, clothing and other items are all over the floor. I also rarely see customers shopping, no wonder why, I experienced one of the worst customer service today from the Store Manager. Some people just don’t need to be in customer service. I will never spend a dime here. If you don’t start treating customers better, you will lose the 5 customers you have left.

Last night I was taking advantage of some 40% off sale when my transaction was shut down. I received a email telling me to change my email and password. I didn't change email but changed password. Still wouldn't let me check out. This morning I called 1 800 # and told her my problem. Was told she could feel my order and still receive the sale price of 40 percent off. After I paid and finished transaction...I noticed she gave me 25% off, not 40%. My experience with this company has been extremely difficult. I'll never shop online with Kohl's again. Please beware!!!

Placed an online order for pickup at the store. It was 10 days before I was notified that the item had arrived and was ready for pickup. Four days later that pickup order was canceled by Kohl's because I hadn't picked it up. I waited 10 days but they could only give me 4 to pick it up???? Would give 0 stars if it was an option.

Two false advertising online. One pair say they are advertising says $6.50-$14.99 they are all $14.99 and the other pair say from $3.74-$16.49 they are all $16.49. None of them are advertised correctly and none of the supervisors can honor it.

Went to Kohl’s in Wilmington, NC today, shopping for sneakers. Being on a budget, I checked the clearance section, where I found a very large sign saying closeout. Limited supply, huge savings. The box was marked 119, so I found an associate and asked what the sale price would be. To my surprise. It was $124. I said that really made no sense and asked to see the manager, who told me the closeout merchandise just didn’t get put back with the regular stock yet, that’s why it’s not on sale...offered to do me a favor and sell me the shoes for the box price of 119!! When I said it sounded a bit like false advertising. He just smirked and said that’s what it is.

I just want to mention how very disappointed I am in Kohl's customer service line! I've been a valued kohl's customer for many, many years and order online often. But as of recently, I have never been so disappointed in them and their service. On March 15th I placed an online order then changed my mind and canceled it within 5 minutes. I used a merchandise credit and when I called the next day I was told I should receive the credit back within 10 days. It's now been 37 days! I've called 4 times recently with my same story and no one has helped me. I won't shop kohls in the future and tell my family and friends not to either. I want this issue resolved ASAP! And I would give this review less than a 1 star if I could.

Customer service is really bad. Kohl's cash that one get from purchase has the grace period post expiration however, blue Kohl’s cash as they like to call it which one gets post the return of something that you bought with kohls cash does not have the grace period. I get it that you get 1 month since the issue date however, if I am going to forget to use normal kohls cash then I can also forget to use the blue kohls cash. And not 1 month 30 days so if March has 31 days then they count that 1 day as well. Jeez they are on my nerves, called customer service no help at all. Like what is the point of having customer service if you cannot help out. Kohls cash is a scam through which they make money. And please stop calling it a cash if you want to treat it like a coupon.
