We have been an Executive Member at Costco for almost 20 years. We have always purchased from a couple of local Costco stores without problems. Because of the recent pandemic, we have been buying online from Costco, Amazon, Target, Home Depot, and elsewhere. I placed 4 orders with Costco for 2 addresses over two weeks ago, and I was offered 2-day shipping. This was over 2 weeks ago and only 1 order has arrived, and it came with mistakes. We have received emails saying the other 3 orders have been partially or fully shipped... only to receive later emails telling us that they have not shipped. We have been charged, for NOTHING so far.

Sanitizing behind every customer. I deliver gas to the Livonia MI Costco. I am not a customer. But they are the only store literally wiping their pumps down behind every customer. They deserve a gold star for your safety against fighting the viruses.

No markup price. True value based on diamond jewelry certification so it was very good deal. Despite limited selection but they have sufficient jewelry categories for me to pick and purchase. Staff was very coordinate with me.

I purchased a membership today because website indicated all 14 items (essential and nonessential) that I needed were available. Five minutes after puchasing the membership, I attempted to order same items and heaven behold, they were no longer available. So I played along and selected other items and they were not available either in my zip code. None! I called customer service and have been on hold since 9 am. I keep getting placed on hold and then disconnected. It is now 5:52 pm.

Went to the new COSTCO in Ridgeland, MS today to join up AND purchase a few items. I only brought one check with me. Joshua and his asst at customer service went above and beyond to get me fixed up. THANK YOU. Great job.

I have been a Costco member for nearly 25 years. I have always loved Costco and shopped there regularly. I am an Executive Member. I never expected to be treated the way I have this week. I purchased a $3000 TV in 2017 and was convinced to purchase the extended warranty as well as open up a Citi Card through Costco that day as reassurance that the TV would be covered 100% for years to come. Yesterday I discovered that Costco, a wholesale business, is better at salesmanship than wholesale, because they sold me worthless tripe. My TV I was so proud of had an issue where it would turn off and turn off at random.

Costco talks a good tune but most of it is fake. I got a quote for auto insurance and the premium quoted to me was twice what I am paying now for the same coverage, at $3,789 every six months, ridiculous! I have a clean driving record for 20+ years and one accident in 20 years where the total damage to both cars was $1,262?! This is price gouging (I am 75 years old) and not what you would expect from a company like Costco. Many of the products that they sell are much cheaper elsewhere and you have to pay them to shop with them and then, pay more for the same thing, crazy (great marketing however)!!

Do yourself a favor and do not order from Costco right now. I completely understand we are in trying times right now, but did you know that Costco does not fill online orders, nor put the product aside for the orders? It is outsource through a private company. The locations in which the product is being pulled... Store Managers or personnel have no idea of what is going out, nor delivery operations. I put together an order, which did not include toilet paper or paper towels to be filled and delivered, which would take 6 days. Two days after ordering I had checked on the order, paper towels and toilet paper could now be added. Delivery day has arrived and now half of the items I ordered are not available and was told only 40 customers would receive their total order. I have a separate order being delivered to my young sons out of state and I will now be canceling that order. I no longer trust Costco.

Costco employees work efficiently with a pretty good attitude to keep Costco in running order. The variety is amazing and I really like all of the organic selection. My favorite part is there is never a hassle with returns. Ever! The optical department has great optometrists. I've bought many pairs at Costco and they've always been ready on time. The electronics, jewelry and aisles of great home items. Vitamix, vacuums, scales, cookware, bedding. Beautiful cakes and wines. Always get a cooked chicken to eat. Beautiful beautiful choices of flowers for an unbeatable freshness and price. There's a tire center to get new tires put on while you shop.

Love the the food tasters, Gas prices, most products & most employees! The waiting lines are crazy sometimes! The pay for food service employees seem to be overworked & as a result sometimes seem to be unwarrantedly hostile towards customers! Keeping in mind- then there are the other patrons! We all know who they are!!! Also they're most probably the reason for most of the disgruntle employees!!!

Costco is a much better shopping experience than their competitors. Their employees are consistently friendly and seem genuinely happy. Products are great quality and prices are reasonable. I've never waited in line more than 15 minutes, even when the store is busy. Food at the cafe is a great value.

I have been going to Costco about 40 yrs. Love everything about this store. The prescription prices are the best. I get my prescription eye glasses there as well. As far as electronics, Costco gives you 3 yrs in addition to the manufacturer's warranty. If not satisfied with the product, there is a no question asked when returning. By far Costco is the best of the best.

Store has good value. Would like to see the samples given away on sale in the store. Gas is the best price. Better than Sam's. I would like to see more places to return shopping carts in parking lot. Although somewhat limited, the new store in Dallas is a lot more convenient to Park Cities.

Although I'm not happy about constant increases in membership there are still some great values with Kirkland products. Their gas prices are consistently the lowest around. But my membership was about to expire last month and I didn't want to drive 4 hours to the nearest store warehouse. That's when a light bulb came on; I'll try ordering online! Not only was I able to order items I couldn't find locally, my order arrived in 2 days! When I have the money again I will probably renew my membership; unless membership fees go up again. :(

Consistently low prices. Foods are very good quality and a cut above our local food chains. Not pleased with a featured clothes drier. Good price, but no stock. Bought our 2nd Costco laptop last month. Will let you know about tech support.

Costco online is amazing, a lot of variety and different items. If the product does not meet your expectations they will take it back no questions asked. I simply return to any locale store. Bigger items that get delivered can be more challenging as they are more difficult to get back to the store but all in all a great place to shop

Good service, good products, excellent travel service - rental cars especially. Good prices as well. You cannot go wrong here - this is a well oiled machine. Management takes care of customers as well and try to make things right.

Costco allows me to touch, smell, and taste the products before I purchase them. The aforementioned plus the price and return policy makes the chain one of the best on the market. The other choices are excellent however Costco gives you the best for the price.

In Costco you can get good quality of products which is very essential when you purchase things for your own, for me it matters a lot. If you compare price of the things with any other store you can understand, you are getting good products in cheaper price. In clothing section I feel they should keep many variety not limited. It is worth if you spend money to Costco.

At Costco the return policy is absolutely the best. I simply said I was not satisfied with the product and no questions asked gave me a store credit. Very nice experience. Plus they always have samples. It is well worth it. The setup they have when checking out moves pretty quickly. Overall I had a very pleasing experience with Costco.

I shop at Costco every other month. It's an hour and a half (sometimes 2 hours depending on the traffic). I buy milk (like their container), eggs (are fresh), paper goods, e.g. napkins, toilet paper, paper towels and tissues. Bananas, lettuce, frozen shrimp, cereal boxes, reduced fat Swiss cheese, luncheon meats, yogurt, coffee, salmon, chicken, bagels, mineral water and rotisserie chicken/ribs. I also buy vitamins and toothpaste/brushes, **. I buy dishwashing detergent and laundry detergent. I buy 50 lbs bag of rice (at business center). Also at center I buy lobster tails, oxtail, roast beef, nice steaks (for special occasions).

Love the Costco Kirkland brand! Quality and value, unlike other grocery store brands! Love Kirkland EVOO, tuna, and cashews! Also love the quick checkout with supportive staff! And, the free samples are the best and worth my trip of one hour plus!

Low prices on a variety of items and friendly, helpful employees which indicates that they are well treated. Return policies are so lenient that some people abuse them which is unfortunate. The only downside is that inventory is inconsistent. Often disappointed when they discontinue item I like to buy there.

Very friendly and helpful employees. The gas prices are terrific. Love the assortment of organic products at affordable prices. Their own Kirkland brands are very superior in quality; if disappointed, their return policy is very lenient. Love Costco!!

This is the best affordable place. I buy my baby formulas from Costco and diapers at a very low price compared to other stores. I can also find tons of deal online so I don't really have to visit the store.

Costco carries high quality products at a reasonable price especially over-the-counter medications, fruit, salads and baked products apart from having an excellent food court with extremely low prices and rotisserie chicken which is used by us as a base for many meals. They also carry the latest home products from LED bulbs to stainless steel trash cans. There is also a big saving in gas especially premium fuel which covers the membership cost.

At Costco, I find almost everything I need. They carry a lot of organic and healthy options for people who are health conscious. And the best part is the quality products we get from Costco for an amazing price!!!

Costco has the most unique items for purchase. One time I bought freeze pop martinis and another time, pajamas for my son. All at a discount price. Outside they have the best hot dogs too. You can get a hot dog and drink for $2.

Costco is a store that gives you choices, but those are limited to 3 or 4 in each separate group...which is fine with me. The price is not as low as many would like but the prices are usually acceptable. I am guessing that the store reduces the amount being saved for the customer is probably 25% off their normal/regular price. There are good buys there most of the time that I am interested in..but not always. It is always packed with others looking for the savings they can make last a little longer.

Love shopping at Costco - the merchandise changes all the time, so you never know what you will find. They stay on top of latest trends, so you can get some great KETO products like Almond Flour and Monk Fruit Sweetener, at a fraction of the price. All the food carts with samples make the shopping experience more relaxing and fun, and a great way to try something new.

Membership is worth the cost and we typically find items we always need and use, whether it be dry or frozen food, fruits, pasta, household products, detergents, electronics, software and clothing. Frequently will also catch a quick bite to eat while there.

Our local Costco is carrying more and more organic foods, which is great, but they still also carry pollinator-killing Round-up which threatens our entire food supply! Because of that I sometimes think about where else is should do my shopping.

Always the best buy availability and products. Cannot go any place else and get the same thing at such a price. Always great employee help and Curtis cannot find a better place. Great samples of products offered. Usually no limit for purchase. All around a great place.

Costco consistently carries high quality items, a large variety and at good values. They stand behind their products and do not hassle you on refunds if needed. We go to Costco for all our staples as well as food, pet supplies, liqueur, cheeses, vegetables and pharmacy items.

Costco is my “go-to” store. Their employees are kind and helpful. I’m always awestruck by how polite everyone is. I have only purchased at stores - never online. Probably the only place I’ve seen some lacking was at their pharmacy but that might be because it’s SO busy. I stopped using the pharmacy because of this. But the rest of the store is top notch. Wanna talk about meat? They have THE most diverse selections of any store. And butchers are right there to answer all types of questions.

The associates who work at Costco have great attitude and are always willing to go out of the way to help the customers. The prices of all the items are really low compared to other retail stores. I love their return policy. Almost no questions asked while returning a product with which one is not satisfied.

Their prices are good, and I can find a lot of things that I generally buy. Also their food products are fresh and good. And they have a large assortment; and it's nice to have a pharmacy where we can get prescriptions, and supplements. I also like the deli. They are prompt in sending things that we order online and they have free shipping; and they are good about accepting returns, at their store. They even offer vacation trips. I plan to keep shopping at Costco and I am a very satisfied customer, and I recommend this store to anyone.

Their delivery service is fantastic. Polite young men, very knowledgeable at what they were doing. Got here when they said in advance.

Can shop with confidence and guaranteed satisfaction on all products, even floral. Customer service is tops, courteous and efficient. Made my last car purchase using Costco’s auto programs. It’s my go to place to shop.

I love Costco and have always shopped at the local stores. However, I chose to order an 82" TV from Costco.com because the anticipated delivery date the website gave me was March 5th (I placed the order on March 2nd). I live 2 miles away from the local Costco, but figured I could wait 2 extra days to have them bring it to my house. I never heard anymore from Costco so I waited around the house on March 5th but no one showed up. I contacted Costco's customer service dept who told me I would need to call the third-party delivery company. I called them and they said they were waiting on receipt of the tv and they would call me when it came in so we could schedule a delivery date.

Like the layout of the stores, basically uncluttered like some other big box stores. Though one should check pricing, many items are priced competitively and food items are of excellent quality. Check-out is reasonably fast, employees courteous and helpful. Parking is painless and stalls are extra wide so no parking lot dents in your vehicle.

I was surprised that the discounted business gifts cards such as Jamba juice, Starbucks, cold stone, etc... that were available the past few years were no longer available, beside See's candy. Also the gifts cards for the represented restaurants were out of the family price range if one wanted to provide gifts within affordable price range to family and friends for the holidays. Also, like everywhere else, food is getting more expensive. When purchasing big items such as rice and beans, if not consumed fast, items will occasionally produce worms within six months of purchase. So buyers should be aware of expiration dates of products. It seems at times that certain food items on sale such as juices, candy, certain nuts and other easily spoiled food sold are close to expiration dates...

Great, socially responsible company that saves me hundreds just on eyeglasses! Employees paid top dollar - $14 - with benefits. Drug prices cheapest in country. Just needs more vegan offerings. company presudent only makes about $300,000. One of the best companies.

I probably spend way too much money in Costco. But knowing how to shop in the store and what to look for, can save you some bucks. I have never bought a bad steak in Costco. When we were traveling with our RV, we had bought a TV for the trailer before we left NJ. On our way south, I managed to drop it and the screen became a puzzle piece. Couldn't see it until you turned it on. I brought it back to Costco to a store located in the south. I told the truth and and advised that it was my fault. After counter sales spoke with the manager, they gave me a new TV. Costco is my store for life! Their stores are always clean and employees are always helpful. Need more stores south though. Moving to Alabama this summer!

Costco buys in huge bulk, which is great for consumers because they usually have prices that no one else can match. Unfortunately, sometimes after seasons of purchasing an item for a great price, the price of that item goes up, so they will no longer carry that product. Which is unfortunate for those of us that count on buying a certain product for camps, etc, only to realize they no longer carry that item. But other than that, you can't beat Costco... in almost anything and I hear it's a great place to work.

Their strategy of moving products around to get the shopper to stay in the store longer and buy more is counterproductive and induces frustration because there are hardly any members of staff to flag down to ask where a certain product is and can yield cancellation of membership.

Costco, a member only shop, is a great place to shop when you need larger pack sizes. Unfortunately because of this value is great, but if your family cant consume it, you throw products away as they expire. We love the tasting /sampling as it gives you the chance to try the prod before bulk purchase. Ready made product like pastas, pizzas, chicken and wraps are all great.

Costco has a great return policy. My wife shops there with confident. If there is any issue with products, Costco will take it back without any hassle. Prices are very competitive. Only issue, sometimes we get used to a product line and Costco after some period, they stop.

Costco offers items in bulk which saves money but it's almost impossible to leave Costco without spending at least $200 each time. Not all Costco carry the same items. Workers are friendly, most of them.

There is no comparison between COSTCO and other warehouse stores. In fact, I dropped my membership in the other warehouse club available in Baton Rouge. The main reason is the attitude and friendliness of the staff. They help in unloading my shopping cart, ask if I need a box, put the items back in the cart. Everyone has a smile on their faces.

Very friendly staff. Not an endless variety of brands, but good quality seems to be a hallmark. Well priced. Parking is free but sometimes a bit crowded. No-fuss returns. Online purchases have always been as advertised. Prompt delivery.

Shopping at Costco gives you tons of product choices and high quality items. The stores are always clean, well organized, items are properly displayed. Staff is always cordial, helpful, and knowledgeable. I always find high end products and the Kirkland brand is excellent. My only negative is not enough Costco stores in my area.

Always helpful & courteous staff, the items sold are of excellent quality right from socks to underwear to the umpteen food choices. If an item is defective, returns are a breeze. Friends from overseas ask us to bring socks they had purchased years ago from Costco because they were long lasting & of excellent quality. Their soups & desserts are delicious & probably the best value you can get anywhere.

Costco is forthright and guarantees your purchases. I go to them for ease, quality, and promptness. Life is short, time is money! Costco understands that. They will always have my business as long as they keep doing what they're doing!

I always enjoy shopping at Costco. I appreciate the wide spaces& aisles, good lighting & helpful staff. I do wish there was more variety but that’s pretty typical of big box stores. I particularly love their coffee!

I like Costco for the quality of products they sell. If I had one complaint that would be, if you find something you like, it may not be there when you go back. I have had that happen several times. Most of the staff I have encountered have been helpful.

The staff is very courteous, their selection is good. Costco is also our go-to store when we're entertaining family and/or friends. We will check Costco first whenever we make a big purchase (tires, furniture, etc.).

I have found that the fresh produce and food items last a lot longer than purchasing from local grocery. This includes lunch meats. Also great value on wine, clothing and food items purchase for parties and daily use.

I love Costco because they have great prices on foods in bulk and also great quality foods and electronics. On top of all these benefits, they offer a rebate on Gas and assurance on 90 day returns for anything in the store. They stand by their name in providing great value and service.

I love shopping at Costco because everything is always fresh and the larger sizes work well for my wonderful big family. I especially like the fresh, already or prepared, foods for days when cooking dinner is just not possible. The clothes are also a great bonus, since they are always good quality. The sales at Costco always make me smile. We always enjoy a slice of pizza from the food court and we take a whole pie home to cook too! Above all, the Costco employees are pleasant, helpful and always willing to help with anything we need. Costco is a favorite place to shop for my family.

There is so much there from bulk to gourmet. Great produce, remarkable wine and liquor selection, things for the office and home, and unbeatable prices. And, I can get a great hotdog and drink for less than two bucks, a tradition with my son. I always come away with more than I needed. And it is fun tasting the samples in the aisles. I really enjoy shopping at Costco.

Costco is a retailer you want to deal with. They have both warehouse and online shopping. Product is pre tested for quality and prices are competitive. Return policy is second to none. Staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable on products. Warehouse hours are convenient. Online shopping even more convenient and user friendly with delivery included in the price.

I understand the wholesale Club mentality from the buying side as I sold Price Club and all Clubs in the 70s and 80s. I trust their judgement when purchasing any product and Costco is number one by far. I know what I went through when selling them as well when they merged with Costco. One of the few to beat WalMart/Sams!

I have shopped both online and in store at Costco. I have never had a problem purchasing or returning. The store associates are ready to help when in the store and online with the chat. I appreciate that Costco wants to make things right that are not to my satisfaction. But, even with big clubs, you have to know price. Not everything is the best price. Coupons, brand and store sales sometimes make a better price elsewhere. Products are always fresh at Costco. I like their meat and fish selections as well.

COSTCO is well thought out with the shopper in mind. Great variety, easy to buy in bulk which saves money and reduces the number of shopping trips to resupply your home. They cover a wide range of products used in every home and by every family. Items are visibly marked with price so there is no guessing what something will cost you. While checkout lines can be long, they move quicker than rush hour traffic!

This is my favorite store ever! They always have items at the best price and they have an excellent return policy in case the items don't work out. Their roasted chickens are the plumpest out there and they are only $4.99 each. I also enjoy all their food samples and call it the Costco Buffet. In addition, they have delicious and very reasonably priced meals and snacks at their food counter to eat there or to go if you prefer. Additional, their gasoline prices are the best in town!

Great value in all items offered for purchase, fabulous warranty and return policy. You can always be assured if you don’t like your purchase, you can return it. Online or in store purchases, always satisfaction assured.

I love shopping in Costco and cleaning supplies, medicines are a great buy. Just have to look at the fresh food. It goes bad quickly. I like that they have a variety of objects. Wish they carried Miller High Life 30 pack for less than 17.99.

The quality and supply of items in CostCo is above par. The employees have been extremely helpful in guiding me to where what I’m looking for is located. The basic stock items are great too. Hope I never give up shopping at CostCo.

Incredible savings on name brand products or activities such as Starbucks coffee, amusement parks and popular toys. Photo department and food court are affordable, convenient and reasonably fast given their popularity. I also bought my refrigerator here too!

Costco is busy on the weekends, but the one I go to has great management and the lines go very quickly. My husband goes only to get the "best deal in town" - the hot dog and soda. There are many great standard items they sell and you can usually rely on the Kirkland brand for a decent product. You can find deals on furniture or school supplies, to fine jewelry to soda and my husband loves to taste test all the foods offered. It's a good place to shop for essentials.

No other store like Costco. Best value. Best quality on produce and more. They have mostly everything I need. I enjoy sampling the food samples. I hardly ever need to go to the grocery store. There is a Costco nearby.

Costco has a good arrangement inside and the variety of samples is always attractive. Often it is too crowded, inside and in parking. Checkout lines are moved fairly fast. Automobile gas is always the cheapest around. Must purchase large volumes of a product, but either store or freeze works. Pet products are quality and a value; same for laundry and paper products.

There are a lot of products to choose, the prices are good but some of the products for example salsa, another big box store, has a much better taste and it last longer. In some of the store branches, it is very hard to find parking because it is always full; sometimes it is hard to find a cart.

Good selection of products that are priced right. The gas bar saves a lot of money but it is often busy so taking advantage of hours when the store is closed is great. They have an excellent return policy so easy when you change your mind on an item. Their store hours are good.

This store provides a great assortment of merchandise, usually at better prices than you can get at retail. There are some exceptions, so you need to do your homework. The merchandise varies depending on the season. In general their fruits and vegetables are very fresh and a good value.

They have a diverse selection of products and services at a reasonable prices, great customer service. The optical shop and pharmacy is outstanding. Just bought new glasses there and they are beautiful.

Costco is very easy to work with especially if an item has to be returned for any reason. All of their items that they have for sale in their store are of the highest quality. I highly recommend Costco. Plus they have screaming deals on their chickens and hot dogs!

Boxes that were used for delivery were damaged, broken, and dirty. 3 items in the boxes were damaged or opened. I have been a customer for over 20 years and will now seek out other retailers. This is my second delivery from Costco and my last.

I donate to a Youngmen's home and am in Costco at least 4 days a week. I always look for savings and products these youngmen will enjoy. I am always pleased by the selections offered by Costco. Each month a coupon book is mailed out that offers selected items at a an additionial discounted price. This is great for me as I look for all savings possible. There are always a great deal of items in the Costco coupon book that I am able to purchase for this home at an additional savings to me. This is by far my favorite place to shop!!! I love donating to this youngmen's home and the more I can save the more I am able to donate. I have now been donating to this youngmen's home for 3 1/2 years. I love being able to provide some of the small pleasures enjoyed by the youngmen residing at this home.

I appreciate that returns are hassle free and this includes everything from small items to large costly ones. It's unfortunate that they don't have dressing rooms to try on clothing items but I suppose with the business they do that these rooms would never be empty. I found that a lot of women's pants tend to run short in length for me.

The aisles always have boxes or skids in the way which inconveniences customers and these boxes or skids are at the end of the aisles as well. There are never enough staff members on the floor to answer questions. There are most that are doing their job but others just stand around and chattering amongst themselves.

The good: Can find items cheaper than most places, especially- gas, food items, and clothes. Outdoor fast food is cheap. The return/refund policy is the best. Workers are helpful. The bad: sometimes it's too crowded, often items are out of stock, parking is tight, the charging station for EV doesn't work.

In going to Costco's, they always seem to have all registers open. I have been in Sam's when there was only one register open. Don't expect older people esp. to want to check out their own groceries! Great job Costco. Great prices and great selection of merchandise!

Costco is my "go-to" store for everything. Why drive around from store to store when one stop does it? Costco meets the need of the entire family. I've been shopping at Costco for years, and will continue to do.

I shop at Costco (membership required) because of the low price and bulk options they have on items. They have a wide variety of household items at the best deals available. Before I shop elsewhere, I check if Costco has it first. The parking is also great at every Costco.

For families Costco can be a great deal, but for a smaller family with 2-3 people it really isn't as cost effective. There are only a few items that we purchase there. Since we moved to Mass. the distance to get there only gets us there a few times a year.

Costco is hands down the best wholesale club you will find! They offer amazing products with great deals that change monthly in their deals and offerings. From family lunch favorites, to exotic products you won’t find elsewhere, Costco serves its customers the very best. The employees are always helpful, speedy in their service and provide a great shopping experience. I love that I can complete multiple tasks in one store, including car services, optical, jewelry shopping, electronics and so much more. Costco is my one stop shop where I know I will find quality items that my household loves!

A couple thoughts I have: Add more checkouts. Stores are very good about staffing the register but more registers are needed in every store I have been in. Give customers the option of self check outs. I’m single and also maintain a Sams Club membership due to the fact that some of the quantities you have to buy are too much for a single person. An example is the fresh fruits and vegetables. You carry an item for 6 months or so. We grow to love it and then it’s gone. Never to be seen again. Maybe you could move items to online sales after you take them out of stores. Acai berry yogurt is good but why did you remove the chocolate? Buy larger dispensing machines so you can bring back the chocolate yogurt at the lunch counter.

Costco is just a pleasant place to shop, New products can be found just about every time I go to Costco. Very clean, good prices. Good overall atmosphere. Wish though they would bring back the fresh onion rolls they used to bake quite a while ago along with more artisan bread varieties in bakery department.

We have been Executive members for 20 years, and always receive enough rewards from year-long purchases to pay the annual membership fee. Great value for fresh produce, fresh baked goods, fresh meats, and all sorts of top quality goods!

The entire store is open, well lit and staff are very helpful overall. Great return policy without hassles. There is a variety of goods you can buy in large quantity and a lot in store specials. The food area is great after shopping.

Basics: Optics, pharmacist, hearing aid, Tire service, Food Court and gas are surrounding accessories. I’m on a mission at Costco. Bulk food, extra large produce and quality items. Always Kitchen necessities, bathroom accessories and new inventory every month. It's a serious store for serious shoppers. Camping gear is solid, sports array is premium. My most favorite sales are their seasonal Sales and furnitures worth waiting for. Can’t go wrong with dry goods for that last minute party or family gathering. Take the leap and take your time. It's not overwhelming but you're sure to find what you need and the cost is absolutely perfect every time.

I will say this about shopping at Costco. You can always depend on the quality of the merchandise. The store stands behind its products too. If something I purchase is not right they refund or exchange without complaint. The food items in particular are high quality.

It's a very nice experience to go to COSTCO shopping. I am always very happy to go to COSTCO because I always find many good things to buy at a very good price and very helpful, or if edible, very delicious. Sometimes I feel kind of disappointed because I want to repeat a purchase of something, and they don't have it anymore.

Not worth the cost to maintain a membership. Prices are not much better than online sale prices and the nearest warehouse store is more than 50 miles away. I will not be renewing my membership when it expires.

Costco is my one stop shop. They carry everything you could need. From milk to winter boots. Love when they clearance out of he clothing—— way below normal prices. I also believe their meat is the best around. Love Costco.

I have been a loyal customer for quite a few years. They are always helpful and friendly. You can tell everyone there loves their job. Everything they carry is of great quality. Their fruit and vegetables are fresh and delicious. Their meat and seafood is amazing and you can't beat the prices. I actually get excited to shop there. You never know what you will find. And best of all they stand behind everything they sell. I love love love Costco.

Costco is AWESOME! Love to shop there. As a single retiree, large quantities would seem irrelevant - but things I use often and that keep well (such as Coach’s Oats oatmeal, coconut oil, avocado oil, wine, canned tuna, nuts, protein bars, Emergen-c) are worth investing in. You save a TON of money! And the roasted chickens are a HUGE value, not to mention gasoline and propane refills for so much less $. A+++ on this one!

Gas purchase is the perk! It has the best price per gallons in the city. Now, for the needed improvements - Costco that I visit has a separate wine store. Carrying only the major brands, selection is limited and savings are not much. Same for the groceries - fruits and veggies sold are good quality but the quantity is pretty big. I end up throwing away about 20% at the end because I can not eat them all. If you have a big family this shouldn't matter, but for me I wish the quantity smaller so that I could save 20% on price and not throw them away. Meat section is top notch. However, you will pay the market price. I don't think you will save any money here, but the quality of meat make up for it.

I really enjoy shopping at Costco. The ever changing merchandise makes going there like a shopper's adventure. Although it’s considered a “Big Box Store”, not everything there is multi-packs and giant size products, but the variety is really great. The food samples are really great especially when searching for that last item on your shopping list.

The thing I am not most enthused about is that they keep changing where certain items are. I know why this is-- so you pass by other items you buy, on impulse, or after brief consideration. I am not the craziest about Red Meat, due to LDL (Low-Density Lipids, or "Bad" Cholesterol). I once was hungry for a steak; in order to buy a single steak, at Costco, I had to buy seven along to go with it. Regardless, I think Costco is a good value-- its staff is courteous, helpful and friendly; its prices are low (and fair) and many problems that it faces are dealt with immediately.

Love the return Policy. Just cant beat it, the prices are always great. Customer service is always there to serve. What a great place to shop!! You cant beat the lunches you can get there. For 150 you get a hot dog and soda. There are so many lunch specials like a large pizza for 10.

Good line of products. Well packaged. Generally large sizes but a lot of exceptions. They are changing their line and bringing in a lot of prepared foods - not my favorite things. They are not always the lowest price but the quality is way above average, particularly in produce.

Costco is the first store I go to when considering a purchase. Their prices are almost always the best. I trust COSTCO’s selection of products. I often consult Consumer Report. Costco’s selection holds. I have bought washer, dryer, freezer, Security items, light bulbs, and many other products which I have investigated over several years. Between selection, cost, quality, and additional warranties, Costco products, across their departments, are a great buy.

We have been Costco members since 1989. We are a family of three adults and shop at Costco regularly. The choices of products is quite good as we purchase a variety of different items. The customer service in regard to price adjustments (if the item price is lowered within a month) is taken care of without hassle. Our membership works out to pay us for our loyalty as we get money back from CitiCard as well as Costco once a year. The cost of membership is way more than repaid.

The products Are always good. Checkout is great with the new self checkout is so easy. The return policy is So easy and there is never a question if they will take something back. The only downside is the fact you need a membership to shop there.

Prices usually pretty good. The gas price is great. Variety could improve. Products come and go so it's hard to get to like something and then find out they no longer stock it. The hot dog special is incredible. Also, the tire package prices are really good. The package includes tire protection for nails and etc.

Where else can you get lunch for $1.50? Best specials on iPads, TVs, and so much more? Best return policies. Best gasoline prices!!! My favorite French baguettes and bagels. We've bought everything from bedding to computers to tvs to clothing to food...and lots of gasoline.

The store has great parking, it is well lit and always very clean. The return policy is amazing, customer service is the best in the industry. From travel deals to furniture, samples to car insurance, we love everything about Costco! We make a point of visiting one when we travel as well.

Often overcrowded, helpful staff, need more parking around the building with additional entry/exits and parking Nearer the building. Should have products with less fat/sugar options. (E.g. peanut butter & Miracle Whip).

I can really get a lot of my shopping done when I chose to shop at Costco. It is like many stores in one. I also like that I can get all my drugstore products plus prescriptions here...even your hearing checked! Their prices are fair and I like buying in larger quantities! All the fresh fruit and vegetables is where I head first. I have also found their bakery products to be the best plus an assortment of meat and cheeses very well priced!! I usually end up buying more than I actually came for and there are only two of us! Every time I go to Costco I find something new... Love to do all my Christmas shopping there!

I love shopping at Costco. They have items that many other Stores don't & they always have Sales on which make it that more interesting. One can pretty much get anything you need at Costco. Plus they sometimes have little food stands where one can try a product before buying.

While Costco is known for being the place to go for bulk purchases, it's surprisingly a place we also often go to for random other things. Puffy jackets and gloves in winter. Flower bulbs in the spring. We've been surprised by the good deals on kitchen and cooking items such as measuring cups and serving dishes. So make sure you check out the non-food items for treasures you actually need and use in your life.

My experiencing at Costco was first, “why buy bulk as I thought it costs more”. As I started being more opened minded, I saw that there are really good bulk deals that actually save money over a long period. Also there are a lot of good brands that are available at Costco, that aren’t available in other stores like ShopRite. Another benefit is Costco’s return policy is better than most stores where you can return items for a longer period. The samples given out at Costco is a big benefit as you can try many items out that you wouldn’t consider buying. The only drawback shopping at Costco is that they only accept Visa. Overall it’s a great place to shop at to buy many household items at bulk and non-bulk.

Costco is a great place to shop with great value of money and the services it gives is also commendable, however if it includes some more items to its list it will be really appreciable. For example if it can add more feminine products like cosmetics and accessories, it’s going to be worth the cost.

Went to new Costco in Lakewood Ranch Florida...was very disappointed. Very few office supplies, no legal pads or binder clips and since store is in Florida hard to believe no solar lights. Store appeared boring, not like stores in NY. No interesting new things to consider.

Always a pleasant experience shopping in the clean and organized stores. The products are a great buy with member discounts and the food quality is always consistently above par. Also, the liquor and wine prices are a great deal.

We recently used Costco travel to purchase a 3-day stay at the Holiday Inn in Oklahoma City (North-Quail Springs). It appeared to be a better rate than the many other hotels nearby. It turns out the wonderful breakfast advertised by Holiday Inn is not included with a Costco reservation. Holiday Inn wanted to charge us $15 a piece for their hotel style breakfast.There was no mention of "breakfast not included" on our reservation email. This eliminates the so-called discount. We could have stayed at another hotel for the same or better price with breakfast included. Double check before using Costco Travel.

I constantly visit this location, pay 120 for membership and do get prescriptions from the pharmacy but the employee Sabrina definitely needs training. She argues with you to protect other customers of her race. I felt so bad. Tears was in my eyes. How I was treated. She thought it was ok for this man to call me names but yelled and screamed at me for defending myself and is still employed! I am slowly removing my prescriptions from there and have never been so humiliated and embarrassed in my life!!

Costco is a very friendly nice place. It is also cost effective. Can find anything with reasonable price and last but not least the Delicious snack. I feel welcomed and am comfortable and the employees are very helpful. They help you load your stuff in the car.

Costco is a good buy if you buy in bulk or need the things that they have on sale and can order them online without extra shipping charges. I do not live close by my Costco, so it is not effective to shop there often.

Great return policy - very good prices if you don't mind buying in bulk. Top quality meat and produce. The only drawback is sometimes items are sold out quickly and may not be brought back. A great addition is the new self check out system.

I can find things like pickled artichokes and large packages of chicken sausage for very reasonable pricing. Also their Kirkland Tuna is outstanding and very reasonable. Service is excellent and checkout is a breeze.

I love above all their sales policies especially their returns policy though I do make a point of returning things I have not opened. And customers service inside the store; there are several cashiers I like very much. I had one issue one time and wrote to the manager. I received an instant response and the matter was taken care of very well. It touched me greatly to see the way he cares so much about customers. I love the food and the deals, as also clothing and other stuff. I spent a lot there, too much. I would recommend it highly even for a single person, because at the end, the savings is so much.

Have an abundance of concerns but the latest is not receiving a $300 Costco card after purchasing 3 cellphones, as pledged. The salesperson immediately told us that we would receive a $300 card and never said anything about trading in any devices as a prerequisite. Costco allows a 3rd party to sell in their stores but takes no responsibility for their commissions. We came to Costco because we thought you could be trusted.

Firstly, I can't email Costco to complain - there is NO EMAIL for customers! Costco sends me US mail that tells me it's time to renew my membership. The problem is I get that mail on February 10th when in fact my membership is good until May 1st. And I don't find out how early I've renewed until after I pay. THIS MAKES ME MAD!!! Send me a bill NO MORE THAN 30 DAYS BEFORE IT IS DUE!!!! I paid another $60 membership not really aware of how long my annual membership still has. This behavior is why I quit quit doing business with some other companies. They are behaving on the shady side of ethical to try to get their customers to sign up for auto renewal.

Quality goods at a fair price. Excellent customer services in store and online. Great place to shop for families trying to plan and stick to household budgets. Plenty of parking at the warehouses, well lit parking lot. Always great deals on automotive needs also. Corporate really cares about their customers.

The prices for the amount that you're forced to buy are not worth it, the storage of the product and the cost of the product are not worth it... When you purchase from a warehouse you would expect to save, but it doesn't seem so...

Costco is one of my favorite places to shop. Not only can you get the day to day items but all sorts of items. I love when they have special items available. The prices are reasonable and meats are always fresh.

I was introduced to this company by a friend. I visited this store a few times with her before I became a member. I was intrigued by the many unique items I saw in that store. The store is huge and has a large range of items being sold. The many things they sell changes between visits and some of the items are totally new to me. I've enjoyed the incredible variety of food this store has. Some of the food items have been new to me. They have people giving out samples of food or drinks. Some food I've purchased just to try something new. I've purchased clothing from the store that were sold at a price I could afford. I enjoy taking time to browse the store to look at the flowers, food, furniture, dishes, rugs, towels, clothing, books and a lot more.

I love the deals at Costco. I signed up for DirecTV and got a great discount plus perks. Much better than anything from Xfinity. I love the food service area. Sometimes I go there just for that. Giant beef hot dog and a drink for $1.50, Ice cream, Churros, pizza, etc. The Costco gasoline station is my favorite. Always much cheaper than any other stations, and fuel is Tier 3 quality. Great selection of electronics, groceries, and even clothing. Also, their store brand, Kirkland, is excellent. You will find it among the top rankings in Consumer Reports for many types of items.

A complete and very well run operation. Meets my needs and then some. Sometimes don't have the brand I want but I find another suitable replacement. Shopping experience sometimes hectic but they manage to get things done.

They will refund you the difference no questions asked. I have comparison shopped their products on numerous occasions and they always came out ahead.
