    Long lines both in store and customer service. Had to hold over 40 minutes to cancel my account only to be disconnected. I just want to close my account but they are making this as difficult as possible.

    Purchased a TCL 65" Class - 6-Series - 4K UHD LED LCD TV on 11/2/19. On 11/24/19 it stopped working. Contacted Costco Concierge since the TV was still covered under Costco's warranty. They sent someone out to fix it, but couldn't. Contacted Costco Concierge again and provided them with all info and photos requested. They arbitrarily denied my claim - giving no reason. Won't be buying big ticket items from them again. They are fine for toilet paper, but not much else.

    Please save your headaches and why get stresses with your money. Paid for it,, We purchased a washer on November 2nd, up till now December 8th and we still don't have it!!!! More than a month... We keep calling back and forth. Find out the merchandise, people seem like helpless, bad services, robot machine calls for delivery and no show, no prove any reason why not coming like the delay delivery,,,, We are run out of patience and hoping everyone don't buy any appliances with deals different few bucks and get big traps like us.

    Updated on 12/29/2020: As of today we have had 2 more delivery cancellations and still no delivery. Interestingly Costco cancelled our previous order since it was "LOST" and resubmitted a new order. Ironically they mentioned they would call me w/ delivery details once they located the "NEW" order. Apparently they lost it again! WOW!

    Original Review: I placed my order for a bedroom set in mid October 2020, which was originally good in stock as per the website. Two weeks later received an email stating my order was delayed and given a new ship date for 11/9-11/13. After multiple calls no one was able to tell me where my order was. Finally was told my order would be delivered 11/18, that never happened. The new date was then the week of 11/23; again nothing! Next date was 12/5, when delivery finally arrived it was INCOMPLETE! Only nightstands and dresser, no bed! Ironically no one seems to know where and/or when our bed will be delivered. It would have been so easy for me to cancel my order but customer service gave me useless hope that my delivery was en route. I didn't want to go through the order process elsewhere. We bought a temp bedframe since we've had a mattress on the floor for over a month now and waiting for customer service now.

    Costco used Innovel Solutions for the delivery of my couch. If I could give Innovel Solutions company zero stars I could. Firstly, they never came in the allotted time frame. 15 minutes after the time frame I received a delivery confirmation email saying it was delivered and it was not. The delivery receipt and the email showed a blurred out picture of nothing and a scribble of a line for a signature. I left my house and came back to them leaving a yellow sticky note that they were there but no time frame to come back or number to call. When I called customer services about this they confirmed the bad email and picture and said they would get back to me to let me know where my couch is. 4 days later, no call back and no couch. I called Costco about this 3 days ago and no call back from them either. When I called for an update from Innovel they pretended like I had a bad connection and HUNG UP ON ME.

    If I could give zero or negative stars I would. Costco and Lorex both have SHOCKINGLY HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. My husband and I called BOTH Costco, Lorex, and UPS for literally days because Costco first displayed the shipping date for 10-15 business days, but UPS kept changing delivery dates. I told Costco, Lorex, and UPS for days and hours each day on the phone that due to the holidays, we're AWAY on certain days, and to delay the delivery for just 2-3 days depending on their timeline.

    After days and days and days talking with an array of people that were clueless, and really poopy with each company blaming the other, and no one knows what the number of the product was, they told us it would be taken care of. I found out through the tracking that IT WAS DELIVERED 3 DAYS EARLIER, a $400 item, just SITTING OUTSIDE, FOR 3 DAYS IN THE POURING RAIN WITH 30 DEGREE TEMP, and just WAITING TO BE STOLEN as if holiday theft has not been an issue. THE MOST HORRIFIC experience!!

    We bought a leather couch and the guys at the store said the back wouldn’t come off. We barely got it through the door. Once inside my grandson found a paper stuffed in the cushion that showed how to remove the back.

    Normally I love my Costco experience but today around 11:45 I witnessed an employee interaction with a customer that made me too uncomfortable to not say anything. The man (employee) sternly told the customer next to me that she needed to adjust her facemask or she would need to leave. She had already paid and was on her way out of the store, she informed him that she was on her way out of the store. He told her that if she didn't adjust her facemask that he would revoke her membership. She reiterated that she is trying to leave the store.

    The employee then grabbed her cart trying to pull her to the member services. She (much more calmly than I would have) repeated that she is trying to leave the store. The man aggressively told her that he would get her membership info and send a letter informing her that the membership is no longer valid. He then aggressively and repeatedly tried to grab her receipt out of her hand while still pulling on her cart, definitely going out of his way to break the social distancing guidelines let alone any harassment policies Costco may have in place.

    The man eventually tore part of the receipt out of the customers hand and she was able to break away from his grip and leave the store. I regret not saying anything in the moment as it was aggressive and harassment by definition, in my defense the customer could have easily put the employee on his back if she wanted. Whether or not that lady loses her membership over a 'he said, she said' scenario, it was extremely unethical the way the employee approached and continued the confrontation and made me feel very uncomfortable as another customer trying to leave the store. I hope this employee has never treated other customers this way and it definitely changed my perspective and respect for Costco employees.

    It’s clean, has products with warranty, low prices, cash back, really good quality, the Costco store also has gasoline near their store with the lowest prices for gasoline and products, and they provided the hand sanitizer at the beginning and every corner of their store, they sell anything from grocery to pharmacy to deli with fresh food that they make in front of you with the lowest price, their cashiers always polite, fast and friendly and they always know what they are doing, in the past 30 years of my grocery the cashier never asked for help. They are trained really well. I go to Costco 3 times a week. I feel comfortable to shop there. Their pharmacy is so fast and knowledgeable that I feel like I am in the hospital. I order my prescription, get my grocery, pick my prescription and leave. Love it.

    The vegetables are always fresh. Meats are always top notch. You can find any and all the things you need under one roof. Costco qualities in all of the merchandise is excellent. Customer services that is provided is always professional, helpful and friendly. That's is why I shop there more often than not.

    Costco most all times have good quality products in stock if there is a problem there is no problem whatsoever to get a credit. Only problem is that you have to buy in larger quantities that may not be suitable for some people but you could probably share with a friend or neighbour.

    I ordered a TV. Got a confirmation on delivery and waited all day with no show. After 45 min with customer service I was promised a delivery 2 days later and again no delivery. I will NEVER order from them again. Save yourself a headache and some time and buy from Best Buy.

    On Aug 29, 2020, I ordered and PAID over $2,000 for a wall bed. I did not receive it. I called and on October 2, I was told they had sent another bed, that the first one was apparently “lost.” They said I would receive the new bed on October 26. I have called SEVERAL times trying, spending 4+ hours either speaking to a rep but mostly on hold trying to find out where my bed is because I really wanted the bed. I’m giving up. I’m cancelling my order today since I will never receive it. If I could give them less than one star for not doing what they said they would do, I would!!!

    Really bad experience. You won't get any ETA. No timeline. I ordered waster and dryer and was supposed to be delivered on Oct 15 (order on Sept 30). On Oct 15 I received an email stating it was sent to wrong distribution enter and will be delayed further but till now no update on when I will receive it and even after multiple calls there are no updates.. In fact no one has any clue on when I will receive it. Don't buy anything on Costco online if you need to get it on time.

    They have great deals on the same shoes that would be $40-$60 for like $15-$20. Nice shoes at a discount price. I would highly recommend. The shoes will last years potentially & may even be Vans, Nike.

    I got a membership because of the products they sold in bulk but they have been discontinued most of them selling basically Costco brand only. Will not be renewing my membership this year after 4 years!

    I ordered a LG Fridge on costco.com because I thought it was a great deal. Costco says they will deliver and have it professionally installed. This is where the lie begins. On their site as part of the delivery terms it is clearly stated that should the fridge doors need removing to get into the home the delivery team will do so. Upon arrival the team measured the door and measure the fridge. They attempted to get the fridge into my home with the doors intact which did not fit. This caused damage to the fridge, my wall and door trim.

    The team then decided to take the doors off and install it correctly after they damaged it. I've been dealing with the delivery company and Costco for weeks now. the delivery company was very apologetic after they seen my home surveillance video of the incident but were reluctant to help me before this. Now costco.com when I requested a new fridge said the delivery company wont install the fridge because they are not required to remove the doors for the install. So they decided to compensate me. This was supposed to take 3-5 days to receive the money. I'm now going on 3 weeks. Costco wholesale has been great but their online customer service has been horrible and I'd rather do my business elsewhere from now on.

    Costco, purchasing was a breeze (easy when they are taking our money, i guess). Little background, we are a new couple and moved to a new home. We ordered a Whirlpool Refrigerator and Dishwasher bundle from Costco. We were extremely excited for the delivery. Great job in all the automated (sms) alerts. Then came human interaction.

    Requests (paid extra as well):
    1. remove the existing refrigerator and install the new one;

    2. bring in the dishwasher and install it as well.

    How it happened: 1. 2 men came, rushed through the process, brought in the pieces. 2. He asked us where the water is coming from, my husband asked him to wait for a little while because we were new to the home, it took some time to find it. By then, they took a signature from me. (i did it in good faith, that they would stay until the installation is completed). 3. They just took-off! 4. My husband was back in a couple minutes, and called him that he found it. He wouldn't. He called my husband 'crazy'. He asked us to call customer service and reschedule it. Now the real fun begins (sarcastically). 1. We were on call with customer service on the phone, 2. waited for an hour, and we had an Andria picked up, my husband explained the situation, and she spoke extremely rudely and cut the call once he asked to talk to a supervisor.

    We tried calling back, it happened 3 times. At this juncture, it was frustrating to have 2 non-working refrigerators. One that we emptied and unplugged. The other brand new one. We called a handy man at that time, he came and fixed it for us in 5 mins. and the installation folks are supposed to be 'experts' ditched us, and people on the phone are even horrendous! Please steer clear of Costco.com while buying appliances! I wouldn't want even my enemy to face such bad customer experience. Thank you for reading my long post!

    Purchased a refrigerator online July 6. Received 3 different ship dates. Finally arrived September 12 DAMAGED. Refused it and were told we would receive a replacement the following week. Instead we received an email saying they are refunding our money and we can repurchase it again online and wait another 8 weeks. The one we purchased was on sale and now it's not and $1,000.00 more. There is nothing they can do is what I have been told after talking to several customer service reps and managers. We are furious.

    I ordered a Coverking car cover at Costco.com. I received the order placed email but never received an update. After waiting over a month I called Costco corporate offices. They looked into it and had no idea as to why it was never sent. They said they were not able to contact the sender. I told them I wanted to cancel the order. They said they process the cancellation but never received confirmation of it. I wanted a few days and decided to go online and canceled the order. I received a cancellation confirmation email. But 14 days later I received an email from Costco stating there was a delay with the order and would be shipping it in a few days. The email stated that if I didn’t want the product anymore to respond to the email directly. I responded to the email but received another email stating there was an error.

    I called Costco corporate again and explain the situation (again). Their respond was to refuse the product or take it to a store and return it. I let them know that if the package was deliver when no one was home I couldn't refuse it and I had already talked to a supervisor that told me if I return it to the store I would just get store credit. I was on the line for a long time getting results. I told them as a loyal customer for so many years they could resolve the issue and have the shipment cancelled. I let them know if I had to get my money back by taking them to small claims court I would and also contact channel 2 or 4 to get them to help me get my money back. The person on the line said because I mention legal action he was going to hang up which he did.

    I’m very disappointed with the way Costco treated me and by the looks of other reviews with issues from online purchases from third parties others are treated the same way. Costco needs to do a better job to stand up for their loyal customers when having issues with vendors they using to sell products on their website. Maybe it’s time for one of the advocates for consumers like channel 2 or 4 to do a report on how Costco is not supporting their loyal customers having issues with a third party they promote on their own website. I recommend others with similar issues to write reviews in order to get Costco corporate to change the way they treat their loyal customers when ordering online. I will also try to write reviews on other sites regarding this issue.

    We bought a playset from Costco - online. After installation at our backyard, the playset began to fumble a lot. It was not stable and was moving a lot despite getting it installed through a professional playset installer. We called their customer service to return it, which they agreed to. That said every time we would call them, we will be on hold for hours to reach them and every time they will tell us that they are still looking into "how to get it picked up". At one time we received an email to dump it in the garbage can and send them the picture of it, and they would return the money to us.

    When we called their customer service back, they recommended again that that they would pick it up from our house. Anyways after 2 months of efforts, may be my wife called them 10-12 times along with multiple email communications, the customer service could not get it picked up. Finally I had to hire a person to return it to the warehouse. I would recommend to think before buying anything big in size/heavy product with Costco as their service is very very poor.

    We ordered a Sealy Posturepedic West Salem king mattress through Costco online on 8/28 to be delivered to our vacation home on 9/8. We wanted the mattress before we departed on 9/11. Never received a tracking order or any further info. from Costco re: delivery. Called the Costco Customer Service number 3 times and was put on hold for approx. 11/2 hrs each time. No one was able to tell us the status of our order or find a tracking number. Was finally given the number of your distributor, Innovel. Called them and was placed on hold for another 11/2 hrs. No one knew anything.

    Finally a person said it's in a distribution center somewhere but she didn't know where and we would just have to wait, indefinitely, until someone contacted us.

    We have been Costco members for over 30+ years and have never experienced such incompetence and frustration in dealing with a Costco purchase. We have cancelled our order and will not order online from Costco again.

    I need tires for my 2004 Corvette so I decided on Costco; my son gave me rave reviews; the Costco site would not let me sign in. then it locked me out. I called up Costco customer service was put on hold for 15 min. The agent was nice but she said she had to transfer me to security; the person who answered could would not speak at all this is Costco security!!! I give up on Costco. They did not want my business.

    Ordered online from Costco. Did not receive one of my packages because apparently the items were broken during shipping. This was since the 10th of August and we are approaching September. I tried calling Costco 3 times and no response. Could not even cancel my order. Wth Costco!! Never again.

    Became a member just for the gas. We only buy bulk items during holidays and special occasions when we have friends/family over. As infrequently as we shop here it seems like a typical big box store that does truckload power buys when the price is within their profit margin. I say that because items we like aren't here on a regular basis or have been discontinued to promote their brand (Kirkland). Products are moved consistently making it difficult to find them. We witnessed management yelling @ workers as if they are just lowly subordinate subjects, a Neanderthal style of management that should not be acceptable. Most of the employees seem like non-college degreed blue collar types with a God complex and little or no people skills. Life is short and we now spend our time and money elsewhere.

    I ordered a washing machine mid July. It arrived damaged. The replacement washer did not spin. After two broken washers I cancelled the order and requested my money back. Costco has not returned my money. I have called customer service numerous times and they tell me every time that it’s a process and I need to wait 1 to 2 more business days. Beware. Costco is great for walking in and buying items in bulk. Never buy an appliance from them. Horrible, horrible experience.

    I really enjoyed the blueberry bagel until now. I won’t buy them again, this is gross. Use real blueberries. Get a bagel with real blueberries. I have told my family and friends about artificial too. I realize they come in a frozen pack, but there must be something more suitable even healthier. I shop at Costco monthly and pick up bagels and other items. Staff are friendly, store is always busy doesn’t matter what time of the day.

    Costco assures 2 days delivery and it took 4 days. Worse yet. The box containing the order was broken into while in UPS hands, the products damaged and soup cans dented. Totally disgusting. And any attempts to contact the store went unanswered. I am not impressed. I will NEVER order anything online from this company. Costco needs to send their staff to Amazon for training.

    We bought HP computer from Costco along with $99 service plan. After 2 years its hard drive broke. I was calling Costco Concierge Service for 5 days every days for service. Some time they "do this and next time do that'. Last time I was with tech support for 98 min and call disconnected. They are awful. It is waste of money to buy their service plan.

    I went to Costco yesterday because I saw some patio lights that had great reviews and of course, needed to join to buy the lights. I was signing up at the membership desk and the women told me that while the regular membership is $60 I could join the Executive membership, which is $120 and get $60 and she pointed to the credit card machine that I was using. Well, once I joined, you do not get $60 back on your credit card. It's a gift card that comes in the mail, not under Costco. She did warn me that it looks like junk mail and cannot be re-issued if I don't receive it or if it gets tossed. I'm not sure which name it comes under. I guess if you don't receive it, you're out of luck. Anyway, I thought this was pretty misleading and not a great way to start with a new member! I will not be an Executive member in the future, if I decide to re-join.

    First of all, Do not buy furniture from Costco online because the quality and color of the items are often different from what shows on Costco website. Costco use a delivery company called Metropolitan warehouse and delivery. The service from this company is a total mess even Costco says it is white glove delivery. Metropolitan holds my furniture in their warehouse for 11 days without scheduling a delivery, then suddenly called and asked me to be at home in 15 minutes to receive the delivery. They then simply did not bother to call or show after I waited for them.

    It has been 26 days since my order on 7/6/2020, I still have not got my furniture and I do not know they can deliver the next week. If you want to return, you have to carry the heavy furniture to curbside to be picked up. I believe Costco know the problem with this delivery carrier for quite while and does not appear to do something real to help its customer. I will NOT BUY any furniture from COSTCO ONLINE because of the whole experience particularly with its delivery service is SUPER FRUSTRATING.

    They don't back up their special services (i.e. Air Conditioner Installers). I wonder if they even bother to vet them. In any case, don't bother going through Costco for special services, Costco won't back you up if you have a bad experience.

    Horrible customer service trying to buy a TV from Costco and thinking of cancelling my membership. I live over an hour away from my nearest Costco but maintain a membership for bimonthly trips. I stopped at the Menomonee Falls Costco yesterday. I did forget my Costco VISA card. As I ate at the restaurant before Costco I logged on my account. I checked my rewards from last year. I saw I had a certificate for $38 available so I asked it be resent. I did and requested resend by e-mail. It hasn't come yet. I did however search my e-mail back months and found the original.

    I then went into the store. Reported to customer service as I didn't have my card for entry. Stood in a line a bit and 5 minutes later got a temp cards printed. I asked if they would be able to look up my credit card to pay. He said yes that would be no problem. Honestly I have several store credit cards that I never carry in physical form (Kohl's and Menards are examples) and have never had a problem charging to them for rewards. I then went and picked out the TV. The staff member was knowledgeable and helpful. He emphasized how if I paid with my Costco Card I would also receive additional warranty and "concierge" return service.

    I picked out several things other things I needed and took it to the checkout. I handed over the temporary card and asked her to charge the total of $930 to my Costco Card. She told me she couldn't because "Citi" controlled that. I explained I had asked as I came in and she said there was nothing she could do. A supervisor came over and said the same thing. I then asked to use my $38 dollars of rewards. I showed them the original certificate sent to me months ago. She then said I couldn't use that either. Apparently by asking that a new certificate be sent to me by e-mail (which never happened) my previous certificate is now junk. So now I'm out $40 bucks and have to put $930 I was told could go on my costco card on my debit card plus my rewards.

    Put aside for a moment the fact that I was told by customer service when I went to the store that they could look up my card and that wasn't true. It should have been true. Store credit has existed in America longer than credit cards. I have never had a problem at any retailer having them look up and verify a credit account at the register. Passing the blame onto "Citi" is lame. If Citi can't provide a system to look up customers' credit accounts at the register then they need to be fired and Costco needs to find a bank that can.

    So today I set up the TV. Box is okay and I get everything set up and hooked up. We throw away all the Styrofoam in the box. Turn on the TV and see that the right 10% of the TV isn't working but full of black pixels. There is a spiderweb looking thing that becomes visible when you turn on the TV. It is defective. So I call the Costco Concierge which says clearly on their website that it handles technical support and has a 2 year warranty from date of service. I first wait on hold for literally 55 minutes. When I talk to a representative she tells me that she cannot do a warranty claim because "physical damage isn't covered". I just bought this TV yesterday and it was defective????

    She does tell me I may be able to return the TV but I need to talk to the store. I ask to be transferred. She tells me she cannot. I ask for the correct phone number. She tells me she doesn't have that. What kind of customer service tells you that you need to talk to someone else in their organization but can't give you contact information? I tried to get ahold of the store but I got lost in an auto phone number directory and now it is closed.

    So at this point I've invested 5 hours of my life and spent six hundred dollars trying to buy a TV from Costco. What I received is a TV that does not display a full image. Instead of helping me I'm told "Warranties don't cover physical damage" and that I now need to carry up the TV, put in the truck and drive another hour plus to Costco hoping that they will accept a return. Horrendous customer service and I don't think anyone should be treated like this. If I go there and the return is not accepted I'm literally going to sue. I'm an attorney and selling a defective product like this and blaming me thereafter is not acceptable nor legal.

    Why would anyone continue to shop at Costco when they can buy through Amazon and not deal with this BS? I received a defective product today from Amazon today and had a great response with a partial refund issued sufficient to pay for a replacement within 3 minutes. I hope someone at Costco management is actually listening and cares. I've previously had great experiences here but right now it's very difficult to justify continuing to shop.     Their shipping uses UPS Mail Innovations and sets at each facility 5 days each state. Says 5 to 7 day. But took 17 days. And no update on their site until delivery. When call Costo.com they could not tell me when delivery would be.

    I find the cost of getting glasses too high in comparison with other stores, expected lower prices for sure. The service though is very friendly and complying with personal needs especially now during COVID 19, I needed new lenses and there was a rush note attached to replacement.     I am a new member to Costco have ordered a total of 4 items on line 2 out of the 4 items I ordered online were wrong and not even close to what I ordered. WORST ONLINE PURCHASE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH .I ordered Gazebo curtains and received a $20 folding chair ??? There is no way they have any quality control here. I returned 1 item 2 weeks ago and still have not received my credit yet. Then you try to call for help and you have to wait two hours to talk to someone. Never again will I order items from Costco and spread the word as much as I can. They need to take some pointers from Sam's Club.

    We buy these Trident Fish Sticks from Costco, for couple years now, but one month ago, I had a disgusting experience, I took out of the freezer the bag, took out like 10 fish sticks to warm up and one of them was half, I thought it’s a tiny end maybe and when I place it on the cooking tray looking carefully I’ve noticed it was bitten actually by someone. So I put it away, I was so disappointed and concerned. Who would do such a disgusting thing, you bite out of a product and then put it back on the band to be packed in the bag and sell it. What if that person is sick and has a disease? We are so disappointed about what happened. I will attach some pictures of the bag and of the fish stick that had a bite on it.

Then I tried calling to order product to number Costco gave. The wait time is 82 minutes to speak with someone --- WHAT???? I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY CARE THAT LESS ABOUT CUSTOMERS AND ORDERS. I called BJ's and got right through. Wow Costco is going downhill. This is where I called for 82 minute delay. Next-business-day delivery is subject to quantity on hand.     Original review: I bought ribs at Costco and the price per pound was over $10 per pound!!!! I do not know prices but my wife was very angry as she said St Louis ribs are only $1.67 per pound at Shaw's supermarket. I assume Costco is clever with boosting prices way Too HIGH when they want to. No wonder some things are for cheaper as some things are way way too high!! My wife may cancel our Costco membership as she is afraid to be scorched again. Meanwhile too far to drive to just return - Costco won - we lost! Sneaky tactics is no way to run a business.

    I purchased a Keter shed from Costco.com. The item was delivered damaged and it was obvious that the delivery company attempted to hide the damage. After talking to Costco representatives for over 2 hours, the best they could do is to pick up the item in no less than a week. I explained that this is unacceptable because I am not able to park my cars in the the garage because the boxes are taking up the space. They said that they can't do better. This lets me know that they put the burden of the deliberate errors of their delivery partners on their customers and I find that unacceptable. I have been a member of Costco for many years and I will be canceling my membership due to this experience.

    I placed an order on 5-18-2020 for kids Playset. It arrived on 27th but 1 Box which was the most important Box out of 7 was damaged really bad. I refused the Box, but kept 6 boxes hoping they will send replacement. On June 4th, still nothing heard. Called Customer service, 3 hours on hold, a rep took my cancellation and filed for return but wouldn't send me any confirmation of return or cancellation. Her supervisor said that is company policy. 2 weeks went by, no follow up. On the phone again 3 hours. They have no email support, Online Chat and are rude and blunt. Please DO NOT order from Costco Online ever. I have filed a complaint at BBB and going to dispute payment.

    Customer Service has contacted me by email to let me know that the refunds will be issued for the duplicate orders. I also received a voicemail from Brian P customer service manager for Costco Ecommerce explaining that the refunds should show on my Costco credit card in 2-3 business days. The message also said that per Costco returns department that I need not return the items that were duplicated. Following the email and voicemail message I also received additional emails (yes plural) giving me detailed information about how I should return the items. So in conclusion I am happy I am getting my money back, but unhappy about the conflicting information about whether Costco wants the duplicate items back.     I placed online order from Costco.com. Costco processed my order twice and charged me twice as well as sent a duplicate order. This happened twice to me in one day. When I called to tell them they sent two orders instead of one for each and requested a refund for the second orders I did not authorize it became a huge hassle, telling me I will not get a refund for the items until they have those items back at the warehouse. Costco is refusing to take responsibility for their error and overcharges.

    Amidst a battle and terrible experience with a 3rd party seller on Amazon (nothing again Amazon, they're being great to work with) I placed an Online order with Costco for a pressure cooker. It arrived on time, but I quickly noticed the adjustment dial was extremely loose. I went back on their website, requested a return and received a prepaid return label. The day after I shipped it, I got an email stating my refund had been processed. This was my first online purchase from them and will not be my last! Really, the only "complaint" I have is with the return shipping methods. I would have liked to see costs associated with "UPS Drop Off" vs "UPS Pick Up" and if I'd be charged for either.

    I ordered a dishwasher from Costco.com on June 2nd. They estimated that it would be delivered on June 8th, today. The status of my order has not changed since the 2nd. I am currently on hold to speak to someone and have been for nearly two hours! If I had known that this is how long it was going to take I would not have ordered from them. I love the prices and the quality of the items that I get in the warehouse. But, if you need an item by a specific time I would not order from Costco.com.

    We are elderly and have health issues, so have reverted to some home delivery shopping, as the Coronavirus is particularly threatening to us. We have long shopped Costco, so began using their home delivery food service. Costco uses Instacart for home delivery. First order worked fine. Second order, they brought cheaper substitute items which we had specifically declined on the order form, and we were still charged for the doubly expensive organic items we had ordered. Third order, they gave us a delivery time, then changed it to late at night, then changed it again to the next day, then didn't show up.

    Costco's customer service will tell you that you must call Instacart, even though it is an order placed on the Costco website with Costco. When we called Instacart, we were told that they were no longer delivering food orders for our local Costco, but they would shop and then we would have to come pick it up. There was, however, no provision for how to do this. We cancelled the order. We then called Costco, who told us that there were Instacart shoppers in the store, and there is no pickup. This was a complete fiasco. Instacart seems to be a total joke, but we hold Costco accountable, despite their trying to absolve themselves of any responsibility.

    I went to fill up my car and gasoline on 6/5/20 at around 10am. I inserted my card and bias card and when I tried to squeeze the handle there is no gas coming out. I look for attendant but to no avail. I went to the attendant booth and knocked the window of the booth. She went out very upset and yelling at me. She said if the pump was not worked go to other pump. So I courteously move my car with another pump, to no avail it’s not working too. So I moved again to another pump which working fine. All of a sudden the attendant came to me yelling again not to help me anything because of knocking the window which embarrassed me because other customers was looking at us. This is not good for Costco customer.

    I bought a MSI gaming laptop for my son, it's awesome and was priced cheaper than other places, according to my research, the best thing about it it has a free 2 year warranty with it. One of the issues it has is the camera drivers are not installed, so I will be calling tech to sort that out, besides that I like it and my son is enjoying it too.

    I purchased a mattress on Costco.com, and unfortunately the experience didn’t meet the high standards that I’ve come to expect from Costco. The website did not provide adequate guidance regarding shipping arrangements. The contracted delivery company did not give me options for a delivery date, and they wanted to drop the mattress off on my porch if I couldn’t be there on the date they provided. I paid extra for Costco’s “white glove” service which involves setting up the new mattress and hauling away the old one, so I told them leaving the mattress outside wasn’t really an option. I agreed to their delivery date and arranged to get the day off work so I could let them into the house.

    The day before my delivery I received an email from Costco stating that, due to COVID-19, the delivery company would not haul away my old mattress; I would be refunded the service fee. I am sympathetic to employees not wanting to take chances with COVID-19, but not being able to haul away the old mattress is a deal-breaker for me. I contacted customer service to see if they could transfer the mattress to another carrier who would be able to complete the set-up and haul away.

    The first customer service person left me on hold for thirty minutes then hung up on me, and the second one told me that a request would be submitted to change carriers and I would hear something from them the day after the mattress was scheduled to deliver. I don’t have the means of moving or storing the old mattress myself, so made the disappointing decision to cancel the order altogether. I was told that the cancellation would also take one to two business days to process, and that if the mattress arrives before it processes that I should just refuse it at the door.

    So now I’m taking a day off work just to refuse the delivery of a mattress to ensure that the delivery people don’t leave it outside on my porch like they wanted to initially. No one thing here is particularly egregious, but the series of small missteps led to a very unpleasant overall experience. I won’t be purchasing anything on Costco.com in the future, and I certainly don’t recommend purchasing anything that requires delivery.

    After years of purchasing "America's Test Kitchen" books, something happened and they are NO LONGER AVAILABLE. I wonder on "whose end" this decision fell on. Also, the latest political books are not being offered. I don't really expect Costco to tell the truth; after all, they expect us to believe the reason they check receipts at the door is SO THEY CAN CATCH IF ANY DUPLICATE PURCHASES WERE MADE. Yeah, RIGHT! (They certainly missed it when during ONE SHOPPING TRIP, TWO ITEMS WERE DOUBLE RANG. Not ONE, but TWO! It only happened once, but once was enough.)

    My other rant about Costco is how SENIOR UNFRIENDLY they have always been. I say this because of their desire to CREATE A TREASURE HUNT FOR ALL. Why do they feel the need to re-locate merchandise EVERY SINGLE WEEK? When I was younger, it didn't bother me; but now with numerous physical issues, every step counts. If I can't find something on the first 'go around', I buy it elsewhere.

    Moreover, Costco members should realize that some, if not most, of the items they purchase to meet Costco's price point, - lack certain features. i.e. ice chests lack insulation in the lid, but look identical to what you would buy elsewhere at a higher price. One time, years ago, I purchased a garbage disposal. IT DIDN'T HAVE A RESET BUTTON!! But, I wasn't smart enough to tune into that when I read the box. ...My fault. (I guess that feature saved them a few dollars.) All in all, the Costco we know today, is a far cry from when it began; and, it's not for the better.

    Terrible customer support!!!! Costco is usually so good to both their customers and employees that I usually love to give them my business. I ordered a new washing machine and the delivery guys woke me up at 7:00 am to confirm my delivery and then didn't show up as scheduled between 9:00 and 11:00 am. No call or notification at all. I called the deliver number and they hung up on me and did not give me a status or reschedule.

    The worst part is Costco customer service. Call the number and they tell you they are not taking calls right now, and the wait for online chat is over 10 hours. There are so many people out of work right now and you can't get enough people to man the phones and online customer service? So, I have no idea if/when I might get delivery of a washing machine I paid over $1000 to have delivered to my house. Never will I use Costco for large items again.

    Part of the reason I purchased a light fixture from Costco was the rebate that was offered with it. After I got home with my purchase, I submitted the rebate Costco.com. It took me 4-5 tries to be successful. My thought was that they make submitting the rebate difficult so people will give up. Weeks later, I received an email telling me that my rebate was unable to be submitted because of missing or unclear information. When I submitted the rebate, all information was correctly provided. Now I am told to resubmit the information, but I have thrown the receipt away.

    I got on the Costco website to resolve the problem, but hit dead ends. I tried calling customer service, and they referred me to another number which directed me back to the website. The wait to chat with "customer service" online or talk to someone is ridiculous. Customers don't have time to spend all day trying to get a rebate that was promised. After spending an hour trying to resolve this problem, I need to get on with my life. Congratulations, Costco, you successfully scammed me!

    Am I the only one that didn’t know Costco Concierge Service is a hired service and not part of Costco? I’ve been with them over 10 years. They do nothing more than transfer information. They are not your advocate nor will they intervene for you. If you have any damage whatsoever on any of your TVS, COMPUTERS or other electronics they will not dig any further as to the real problem and immediately void your warranty - even if the product ran for months with or without cosmetic damage. Then they will forward the repair estimate, which in my case was never done, and the repair estimate is always more than the cost of the product. This is a borderline scam. I'll take my business elsewhere - especially electronics. I am shocked, I feel scammed and I feel like I’ve been deceived with a false sense of security when purchasing electronics.

    Costco online flower delivery service was horrible due to the mother's day flowers delivery was late, dried out, bad w/ a rotten smell from Bogata, Columbia across the entire US. Petals were falling off and breaking from the stems. I hope Costco doesnt plan to use the same vendor in the future. Appreciate the refund!

    Every time I've gone to Costco and eaten in the food court I've been appalled by the amount of waste. There's zero options to recycle at any of the ones I've been to so people are throwing out everything and the garbage cans fill so fast. All this garbage ends up in the landfills or ocean. It's atrocious that they get away with this. Many of the food items have excessive packaging, not everything has to be wrapped in plastic. The government need to crack down on this corporation which is playing a huge part in our environmental crisis.

    Today 9:00 AM I visited Los Filtros store and I realized they have Clorox Wipes. Run directly to the place usually located. They run out of the product. I asked and an employee. Said they don’t have it. I move to other place but return to the warehouse area and see a guy who received a Clorox Wipes package. This person was a customer but an employee of Costco. Conclusion - you keep some products for your employee? It is no fair. I hope customer service call me and provide a package of Clorox Wipes. Of course I will pay. Thanks. Frustrated Mercedes.

    My local Costco has become a horrible experience since the pandemic. Not only am I paying for a membership but am being ordered into single file lines for no reason. I was ordered to go into a specific line which was longer than the one I was choosing. The final straw was required face mask which isn’t a government mandate in this state. I have canceled my membership... it appears Costco’s leadership has gotten a big head at this difficult time... I will no longer support this business.

    Very bad experience. Since I am not feeling well, I had to send my son to the Costco with my membership card. The lady at the counter, she was not letting my son to use the membership card, both my son and I have the same last name, still she made such a big deal and acting like she owns the store. And she did not scan a bunch of banana and at the exit, they stopped him as if he stole a bunch of banana worth $1.99, and he had to go back to the line. This lady was so rude and arrogant, very first time I have this very bad experience from Costco at sugar and, Texas. Always I thought their customer service is great! Such a shame. I called the store to complain about this incident and whoever on the other end, didn't even apologize for their mistake.

    I am from Sugarland, Texas. I spent a lot of money in Costco every year shopping. I should stop going to this place, where they don't take care of their members. There should be a consistency when these people let others use the membership card. I knew many people use friends/neighbors' membership cards. I sent my son with my card, not any friends or neighbors. I hope and pray no one gets this kind of customer service. I am heartbroken from how my son got treated.

    I am very upset and disappointed by the current operational model Costco had adopted. First, I am unable to even buy the products I want or need (low inventory levels), which makes the membership fee extremely expensive. Second, I ordered products which were supposed to be delivered in 2 days. It has now been 15 business days and no information available beyond "Order received". All other retailers have been transparent about order status, shipping and delivered as promised.

    With this pandemic going on globally I totally understand how hectic things can get, and I had the worst experience at Costco on Rosedale hwy. in Bakersfield CA. So I'm sick at home trying to keep distance and following regulations within the country I have a membership that I am thinking I will no longer pay for the upcoming year.. I sent my brother to purchase a few things in which I'm keeping to a minimal ex.fish fillets and some drinks and you would figure they would be a bit lenient on the fact it's a credible excuse as to I'm sick.

    Well to my surprise they didn't let him purchase on my behalf and the cashier mentioned it didn't matter whether I was sick or not. I had to be present so with that said thank you so very much. I know I pay them year to year and spend a lot there but as of this experience might I add the worst yet. It's sad to say I will no longer be a member and much less will I recommend this was just ridiculous. I had to go spend my money elsewhere mind me drive and waste my time and gas. Honestly very disappointing because I've never had to send someone else on my behalf and when I did was only because I was sick!!!!

    I have been a Member at Costco for almost 18 years. I have always purchased from a couple of local Costco stores without problems. Because of the recent pandemic, It seem that Costco need to pay attention to some of their local employee and or manager. They are treating customers with disrespect. They are nasty and rude in dealing with customer. First, customers are coming to spend money and not asking for free items or charity and second they are paying fees for their membership. There is no justification for Costco not to educate or supervise their employee on how to treat its customer with respect. This review was based on my observation at Costco on 20000 Haggerty Rd, Livonia, MI 48152.

    We have been an Executive Member at Costco for almost 20 years. We have always purchased from a couple of local Costco stores without problems. Because of the recent pandemic, we have been buying online from Costco, Amazon, Target, Home Depot, and elsewhere. I placed 4 orders with Costco for 2 addresses over two weeks ago, and I was offered 2-day shipping. This was over 2 weeks ago and only 1 order has arrived, and it came with mistakes. We have received emails saying the other 3 orders have been partially or fully shipped... only to receive later emails telling us that they have not shipped. We have been charged, for NOTHING so far.

    I was #156 in the queue last week to speak with an agent on the internet. Over an hour later I was told that she knew nothing more than I did, and I could not cancel my orders. In the future I will NEVER EVER buy anything online at Costco again. Target, Home Depot, and Amazon all performed FAR better. I know the pandemic is causing businesses problems... but I think Costco should not make promises that they are TOTALLY unable to keep!

    I purchased a membership today because website indicated all 14 items (essential and nonessential) that I needed were available. Five minutes after puchasing the membership, I attempted to order same items and heaven behold, they were no longer available. So I played along and selected other items and they were not available either in my zip code. None! I called customer service and have been on hold since 9 am. I keep getting placed on hold and then disconnected. It is now 5:52 pm.

    I even tried chat customer assistance. This was even worse. I got a rep named Niki who put me back in queue for another 59 mins. So I started another chat, got a Rep named Brianna who said, "you need to go to warehouse to cancel." I said, "Why, it's covid lockdown and your website does not say that?" She was rude and said, "Sorry, can't help you with that". I said, "I am going to dispute with my credit card and put this information on a review so others don't get scammed" and she said, "fine, goodbye". As long as I live, me nor my family will shop at Costco.

    I have been a Costco member for nearly 25 years. I have always loved Costco and shopped there regularly. I am an Executive Member. I never expected to be treated the way I have this week. I purchased a $3000 TV in 2017 and was convinced to purchase the extended warranty as well as open up a Citi Card through Costco that day as reassurance that the TV would be covered 100% for years to come. Yesterday I discovered that Costco, a wholesale business, is better at salesmanship than wholesale, because they sold me worthless tripe. My TV I was so proud of had an issue where it would turn off and turn off at random.

    This began months ago, and looking back I wish I had had reported it when it first started. As it was, I did not, since the TV is large and mounted to the wall, I chose to simply push the button and turn it back off or on as the occasion arose. This weekend I discovered a discolored spot on the TV and reported it to SquareTrade, the “extended warranty” company sold to me by Costco. They requested several photos and in the end told me that even though the warranty was for mechanical problems/ failure and even if the tv turning off and on by itself was a mechanical failure, the fact that there was burn in on the TV (even if this had been CAUSED by the TV turning on by itself and having a an image on the TV overnight or while we were out of town) the fact that it RESULTED in burn in cancelled the warranty. They were useless and you can find their review on Consumer Reports as well.

    I reached out to Costco and to Costco Concierge service to explain the situation to them and to appeal to them as a member since 1996. They declined to help me. During these difficult times of COVID19 when I am stuck in my home it is all the more frustrating when I stare at the $3000 PLUS $100 “warranty” mounted to my wall. Costco is most famous for selling and running out of toilet paper currently. I cannot think of a better metaphor for the way they have treated me and the way they have sold me disposable, overpriced items that would be better off flushed down the toilet. I work for a REPUTABLE company who takes care of its long time members and am proud to do so. The fact that Costco does not value its long time members like this is a huge disappointment and I will never recommend them again to anyone as long as this issue remains.

    Costco talks a good tune but most of it is fake. I got a quote for auto insurance and the premium quoted to me was twice what I am paying now for the same coverage, at $3,789 every six months, ridiculous! I have a clean driving record for 20+ years and one accident in 20 years where the total damage to both cars was $1,262?! This is price gouging (I am 75 years old) and not what you would expect from a company like Costco. Many of the products that they sell are much cheaper elsewhere and you have to pay them to shop with them and then, pay more for the same thing, crazy (great marketing however)!!

    Do yourself a favor and do not order from Costco right now. I completely understand we are in trying times right now, but did you know that Costco does not fill online orders, nor put the product aside for the orders? It is outsource through a private company. The locations in which the product is being pulled... Store Managers or personnel have no idea of what is going out, nor delivery operations. I put together an order, which did not include toilet paper or paper towels to be filled and delivered, which would take 6 days. Two days after ordering I had checked on the order, paper towels and toilet paper could now be added. Delivery day has arrived and now half of the items I ordered are not available and was told only 40 customers would receive their total order. I have a separate order being delivered to my young sons out of state and I will now be canceling that order. I no longer trust Costco.

    Costco employees work efficiently with a pretty good attitude to keep Costco in running order. The variety is amazing and I really like all of the organic selection. My favorite part is there is never a hassle with returns. Ever! The optical department has great optometrists. I've bought many pairs at Costco and they've always been ready on time. The electronics, jewelry and aisles of great home items. Vitamix, vacuums, scales, cookware, bedding. Beautiful cakes and wines. Always get a cooked chicken to eat. Beautiful beautiful choices of flowers for an unbeatable freshness and price. There's a tire center to get new tires put on while you shop.

    I have been going to Costco about 40 yrs. Love everything about this store. The prescription prices are the best. I get my prescription eye glasses there as well. As far as electronics, Costco gives you 3 yrs in addition to the manufacturer's warranty. If not satisfied with the product, there is a no question asked when returning. By far Costco is the best of the best.

    Although I'm not happy about constant increases in membership there are still some great values with Kirkland products. Their gas prices are consistently the lowest around. But my membership was about to expire last month and I didn't want to drive 4 hours to the nearest store warehouse. That's when a light bulb came on; I'll try ordering online! Not only was I able to order items I couldn't find locally, my order arrived in 2 days! When I have the money again I will probably renew my membership; unless membership fees go up again. :(

    I shop at Costco every other month. It's an hour and a half (sometimes 2 hours depending on the traffic). I buy milk (like their container), eggs (are fresh), paper goods, e.g. napkins, toilet paper, paper towels and tissues. Bananas, lettuce, frozen shrimp, cereal boxes, reduced fat Swiss cheese, luncheon meats, yogurt, coffee, salmon, chicken, bagels, mineral water and rotisserie chicken/ribs. I also buy vitamins and toothpaste/brushes, **. I buy dishwashing detergent and laundry detergent. I buy 50 lbs bag of rice (at business center). Also at center I buy lobster tails, oxtail, roast beef, nice steaks (for special occasions).

    Costco carries high quality products at a reasonable price especially over-the-counter medications, fruit, salads and baked products apart from having an excellent food court with extremely low prices and rotisserie chicken which is used by us as a base for many meals. They also carry the latest home products from LED bulbs to stainless steel trash cans. There is also a big saving in gas especially premium fuel which covers the membership cost.

    Costco is a store that gives you choices, but those are limited to 3 or 4 in each separate group...which is fine with me. The price is not as low as many would like but the prices are usually acceptable. I am guessing that the store reduces the amount being saved for the customer is probably 25% off their normal/regular price. There are good buys there most of the time that I am interested in..but not always. It is always packed with others looking for the savings they can make last a little longer.

    Costco is my “go-to” store. Their employees are kind and helpful. I’m always awestruck by how polite everyone is. I have only purchased at stores - never online. Probably the only place I’ve seen some lacking was at their pharmacy but that might be because it’s SO busy. I stopped using the pharmacy because of this. But the rest of the store is top notch. Wanna talk about meat? They have THE most diverse selections of any store. And butchers are right there to answer all types of questions.

And they have a large assortment; and it's nice to have a pharmacy where we can get prescriptions, and supplements. I also like the deli.     I love Costco and have always shopped at the local stores. However, I chose to order an 82" TV from Costco.com because the anticipated delivery date the website gave me was March 5th (I placed the order on March 2nd). I live 2 miles away from the local Costco, but figured I could wait 2 extra days to have them bring it to my house. I never heard anymore from Costco so I waited around the house on March 5th but no one showed up. I contacted Costco's customer service dept who told me I would need to call the third-party delivery company. I called them and they said they were waiting on receipt of the tv and they would call me when it came in so we could schedule a delivery date.

    Lo and behold, I received a text from CEVA Logistics on March 6th, who said they have my tv. I asked them how soon and they just gave me a March 13th delivery date because it is in their Chicago warehouse (I am in Ohio). So, by ordering the tv online I added an additional 11 days to the process. If I would of had any idea that the lead time was that long, I would of made the 2 mile ride to Costco and picked it up myself.

    Bottom Line: Do not be mislead by a system generated delivery date when ordering from Costco online. They do not ship your product out of the local store so be ready for an extended lead time while your item goes thru their logistics processes. THIS IS VERY MISLEADING. I will never order from their website....Amazon Prime will be my sole internet supplier.

    I probably spend way too much money in Costco. But knowing how to shop in the store and what to look for, can save you some bucks. I have never bought a bad steak in Costco. When we were traveling with our RV, we had bought a TV for the trailer before we left NJ. On our way south, I managed to drop it and the screen became a puzzle piece. Couldn't see it until you turned it on. I brought it back to Costco to a store located in the south. I told the truth and and advised that it was my fault. After counter sales spoke with the manager, they gave me a new TV. Costco is my store for life! Their stores are always clean and employees are always helpful. Need more stores south though. Moving to Alabama this summer!

    Like the layout of the stores, basically uncluttered like some other big box stores. Though one should check pricing, many items are priced competitively and food items are of excellent quality. Check-out is reasonably fast, employees courteous and helpful. Parking is painless and stalls are extra wide so no parking lot dents in your vehicle.

    I was surprised that the discounted business gifts cards such as Jamba juice, Starbucks, cold stone, etc... that were available the past few years were no longer available, beside See's candy. Also the gifts cards for the represented restaurants were out of the family price range if one wanted to provide gifts within affordable price range to family and friends for the holidays. Also, like everywhere else, food is getting more expensive. When purchasing big items such as rice and beans, if not consumed fast, items will occasionally produce worms within six months of purchase. So buyers should be aware of expiration dates of products. It seems at times that certain food items on sale such as juices, candy, certain nuts and other easily spoiled food sold are close to expiration dates...

    Costco buys in huge bulk, which is great for consumers because they usually have prices that no one else can match. Unfortunately, sometimes after seasons of purchasing an item for a great price, the price of that item goes up, so they will no longer carry that product. Which is unfortunate for those of us that count on buying a certain product for camps, etc, only to realize they no longer carry that item. But other than that, you can't beat Costco... in almost anything and I hear it's a great place to work.

    There is no comparison between COSTCO and other warehouse stores. In fact, I dropped my membership in the other warehouse club available in Baton Rouge. I especially like the fresh, already or prepared, foods for days when cooking dinner is just not possible. The clothes are also a great bonus, since they are always good quality.     I have found that the fresh produce and food items last a lot longer than purchasing from local grocery. This includes lunch meats. Also great value on wine, clothing and food items purchase for parties and daily use.

    I love shopping in Costco and cleaning supplies, medicines are a great buy. Just have to look at the fresh food. It goes bad quickly. I like that they have a variety of objects. Wish they carried Miller High Life 30 pack for less than 17.99.

    This is my favorite store ever! They always have items at the best price and they have an excellent return policy in case the items don't work out. Their roasted chickens are the plumpest out there and they are only $4.99 each. I also enjoy all their food samples and call it the Costco Buffet. In addition, they have delicious and very reasonably priced meals and snacks at their food counter to eat there or to go if you prefer. Additional, their gasoline prices are the best in town!

    I have shopped both online and in store at Costco. I have never had a problem purchasing or returning. The store associates are ready to help when in the store and online with the chat. I appreciate that Costco wants to make things right that are not to my satisfaction. But, even with big clubs, you have to know price. Not everything is the best price. Coupons, brand and store sales sometimes make a better price elsewhere. Products are always fresh at Costco. I like their meat and fish selections as well.

    COSTCO is well thought out with the shopper in mind. Great variety, easy to buy in bulk which saves money and reduces the number of shopping trips to resupply your home. They cover a wide range of products used in every home and by every family. Items are visibly marked with price so there is no guessing what something will cost you.     Costco has a good arrangement inside and the variety of samples is always attractive. Often it is too crowded, inside and in parking. Checkout lines are moved fairly fast. Automobile gas is always the cheapest around. Must purchase large volumes of a product, but either store or freeze works. Pet products are quality and a value; same for laundry and paper products.

    Costco is busy on the weekends, but the one I go to has great management and the lines go very quickly. My husband goes only to get the "best deal in town" - the hot dog and soda. There are many great standard items they sell and you can usually rely on the Kirkland brand for a decent product. You can find deals on furniture or school supplies, to fine jewelry to soda and my husband loves to taste test all the foods offered. It's a good place to shop for essentials.

    There are a lot of products to choose, the prices are good but some of the products for example salsa, another big box store, has a much better taste and it last longer. In some of the store branches, it is very hard to find parking because it is always full; sometimes it is hard to find a cart.

    This store provides a great assortment of merchandise, usually at better prices than you can get at retail. There are some exceptions, so you need to do your homework. The merchandise varies depending on the season. In general their fruits and vegetables are very fresh and a good value.

    Good selection of products that are priced right. The gas bar saves a lot of money but it is often busy so taking advantage of hours when the store is closed is great. They have an excellent return policy so easy when you change your mind on an item. Their store hours are good.

    The good: Can find items cheaper than most places, especially- gas, food items, and clothes. Outdoor fast food is cheap. The return/refund policy is the best. Workers are helpful. The bad: sometimes it's too crowded, often items are out of stock, parking is tight, the charging station for EV doesn't work.

    The aisles always have boxes or skids in the way which inconveniences customers and these boxes or skids are at the end of the aisles as well. There are never enough staff members on the floor to answer questions. There are most that are doing their job but others just stand around and chattering amongst themselves.

    I donate to a Youngmen's home and am in Costco at least 4 days a week. I always look for savings and products these youngmen will enjoy. I am always pleased by the selections offered by Costco. Each month a coupon book is mailed out that offers selected items at a an additionial discounted price. This is great for me as I look for all savings possible. There are always a great deal of items in the Costco coupon book that I am able to purchase for this home at an additional savings to me. This is by far my favorite place to shop!!! I love donating to this youngmen's home and the more I can save the more I am able to donate. I have now been donating to this youngmen's home for 3 1/2 years. I love being able to provide some of the small pleasures enjoyed by the youngmen residing at this home.

    I appreciate that returns are hassle free and this includes everything from small items to large costly ones. It's unfortunate that they don't have dressing rooms to try on clothing items but I suppose with the business they do that these rooms would never be empty. I found that a lot of women's pants tend to run short in length for me.

    A couple thoughts I have: Add more checkouts. Stores are very good about staffing the register but more registers are needed in every store I have been in. Give customers the option of self check outs. I’m single and also maintain a Sams Club membership due to the fact that some of the quantities you have to buy are too much for a single person. An example is the fresh fruits and vegetables. You carry an item for 6 months or so. We grow to love it and then it’s gone. Never to be seen again. Maybe you could move items to online sales after you take them out of stores. Acai berry yogurt is good but why did you remove the chocolate? Buy larger dispensing machines so you can bring back the chocolate yogurt at the lunch counter.

    For families Costco can be a great deal, but for a smaller family with 2-3 people it really isn't as cost effective. There are only a few items that we purchase there. Since we moved to Mass. the distance to get there only gets us there a few times a year.

    Basics: Optics, pharmacist, hearing aid, Tire service, Food Court and gas are surrounding accessories. I’m on a mission at Costco. Bulk food, extra large produce and quality items. Always Kitchen necessities, bathroom accessories and new inventory every month. It's a serious store for serious shoppers. Camping gear is solid, sports array is premium. My most favorite sales are their seasonal Sales and furnitures worth waiting for. Can’t go wrong with dry goods for that last minute party or family gathering. Take the leap and take your time. It's not overwhelming but you're sure to find what you need and the cost is absolutely perfect every time.

Although it’s considered a “Big Box Store”, not everything there is multi-packs and giant size products, but the variety is really great.     The thing I am not most enthused about is that they keep changing where certain items are. I know why this is-- so you pass by other items you buy, on impulse, or after brief consideration. I am not the craziest about Red Meat, due to LDL (Low-Density Lipids, or "Bad" Cholesterol). I once was hungry for a steak; in order to buy a single steak, at Costco, I had to buy seven along to go with it. Regardless, I think Costco is a good value-- its staff is courteous, helpful and friendly; its prices are low (and fair) and many problems that it faces are dealt with immediately.

    Gas purchase is the perk! It has the best price per gallons in the city. Now, for the needed improvements - Costco that I visit has a separate wine store. Carrying only the major brands, selection is limited and savings are not much. Same for the groceries - fruits and veggies sold are good quality but the quantity is pretty big. I end up throwing away about 20% at the end because I can not eat them all. If you have a big family this shouldn't matter, but for me I wish the quantity smaller so that I could save 20% on price and not throw them away. Meat section is top notch. However, you will pay the market price. I don't think you will save any money here, but the quality of meat make up for it.

    Costco is AWESOME! Love to shop there. As a single retiree, large quantities would seem irrelevant - but things I use often and that keep well (such as Coach’s Oats oatmeal, coconut oil, avocado oil, wine, canned tuna, nuts, protein bars, Emergen-c) are worth investing in. You save a TON of money! And the roasted chickens are a HUGE value, not to mention gasoline and propane refills for so much less $. A+++ on this one!

    Costco is the first store I go to when considering a purchase. Their prices are almost always the best. I trust COSTCO’s selection of products. I often consult Consumer Report. Costco’s selection holds. I have bought washer, dryer, freezer, Security items, light bulbs, and many other products which I have investigated over several years.     We have been Costco members since 1989. We are a family of three adults and shop at Costco regularly. The choices of products is quite good as we purchase a variety of different items. The customer service in regard to price adjustments (if the item price is lowered within a month) is taken care of without hassle. Our membership works out to pay us for our loyalty as we get money back from CitiCard as well as Costco once a year. The cost of membership is way more than repaid.

    Prices usually pretty good. The gas price is great. Variety could improve. Products come and go so it's hard to get to like something and then find out they no longer stock it. The hot dog special is incredible. Also, the tire package prices are really good. The package includes tire protection for nails and etc.

    Costco is my favorite place to go shopping. I usually buy more than what I came for, there is always something that grabs my interest. The store has great parking, it is well lit and always very clean. The return policy is amazing, customer service is the best in the industry. Even though we are empty nesters now and thought we would drop our membership once the kids were gone, we realized we just can't. From travel deals to furniture, samples to car insurance, we love everything about Costco! We make a point of visiting one when we travel as well.

    I can really get a lot of my shopping done when I chose to shop at Costco. It is like many stores in one. I also like that I can get all my drugstore products plus prescriptions here...even your hearing checked! Their prices are fair and I like buying in larger quantities! All the fresh fruit and vegetables is where I head first. I have also found their bakery products to be the best plus an assortment of meat and cheeses very well priced!! I usually end up buying more than I actually came for and there are only two of us! Every time I go to Costco I find something new... Love to do all my Christmas shopping there!

    While Costco is known for being the place to go for bulk purchases, it's surprisingly a place we also often go to for random other things. Puffy jackets and gloves in winter. Flower bulbs in the spring. We've been surprised by the good deals on kitchen and cooking items such as measuring cups and serving dishes. So make sure you check out the non-food items for treasures you actually need and use in your life.

    My experiencing at Costco was first, “why buy bulk as I thought it costs more”. As I started being more opened minded, I saw that there are really good bulk deals that actually save money over a long period. Also there are a lot of good brands that are available at Costco, that aren’t available in other stores like ShopRite. Another benefit is Costco’s return policy is better than most stores where you can return items for a longer period. The samples given out at Costco is a big benefit as you can try many items out that you wouldn’t consider buying. The only drawback shopping at Costco is that they only accept Visa. Overall it’s a great place to shop at to buy many household items at bulk and non-bulk.

    Went to new Costco in Lakewood Ranch Florida...was very disappointed. Very few office supplies, no legal pads or binder clips and since store is in Florida hard to believe no solar lights. Store appeared boring, not like stores in NY. No interesting new things to consider.
