    I was shopping on 7/21/23 at the River Chase Galleria in Birmingham, Alabama around 3:30 p.m. Employees were loud and cutting up behind the counter. I'm all about having fun at work, but when she was wrapping my plug-ins she said, "Oh you in a hurry? I mean you looking at me with those big bug eyes." I had said nothing to indicate this and my response was... "No, I'm not in a hurry." When asked if I was paying with card or cash, I replied card and the other employee mimicked me in a loud voice. Then they turned to each other and said..."These customers coming in hot today." Very rude and disrespectful! Never will go back.

    Customer service on 800 number sucks. Go to chat line. After repeating order number etc. they say product is no longer available. Sucked in on sale price, never receive order after 22 days, now can't be reshipped.

    Bath & Body Works really impressed me this week. I had ordered five candles during their semi-annual sale. However, I had it shipped to me and they used FedEx. FedEx did not push my ring doorbell and left my package at the front door and it was stolen 15 minutes later. I called B&BW and told him I made a police report that someone had stolen my package and I had a video of the culprit. They told me they would have the order replaced immediately and not only do they do that but they put a rush order and had it shipped to me within 2 days later.

    I was really impressed and that was a really nice touch. I know that I did not spend a lot of money but it seems to me like they value their customers after talking to FedEx who did we're the ones that did not follow simple directions and just ring the doorbell which I could have instructed them to kindly bring it to the main office. After, making a police report sending the video footage from my Ring. I felt pretty violated and upset and it was a nice touch for them to be compassionate and validate my being upset. Not a lot of companies would go to all that trouble. I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service, effective response, and ethical professionalism.

    I used to love BBW for not only their products but also their customer service. Now, I'm thinking about not patronizing them anymore. I'm tired of getting broken items in my shipments because they don't put enough packing material in the boxes or the box is too big for what they are shipping. I also don't like that I had to call the call center three times today and nobody seemed to understand what the issue was. I just wanted a replacement on one of the broken items and to return the rest but not have to pay for return shipping. Nope, they got the replacement item wrong and I was told by the "resolution team" that even if the items are damaged, I have to pay for return shipping or take them to a store. That's ridiculous! Plus, one of the managers at our local BBW was so rude the last time I had a return, it made me not want to go back to that store. This used to be my favorite place to shop (online/in-store) but if they keep handling situations like this, they may lose a lot of customers.

    Do not order from them unless you want to wait 3 weeks for your order to ship. I placed my order a week ago. Email #1 confirmation of order. Email #2 processing of order. Email #3 estimated arrival time. Email #4 estimated arrival time changed. They clearly do not have my items in stock and are importing them from the US. Waiting 3 weeks for candles is ridiculous. I contacted them to cancel the order but of course they wouldn't.

    I don’t know if the company advertises that the wallflower plug-ins will damage anything that is directly above it, but it will!! I had a Christmas plug-in in an outlet in my kitchen, under my cupboard, the underside of my cupboard is ruined! The wood is damaged/peeled & the plug-in smell is imbedded in it as well. IF they don’t make consumers aware of this, they definitely should!!

    I lit up one of their 3 wick candles which literally burned off one side of the glass of the candle. I had a supervisor at their customer service department hang up in my face. They are extremely rude.

    I tried to use a reward code for my purchase. When I entered the code, it stated I needed to be a VIP/rewards member to get the coupon code. I signed up with my email. When I went to enter the code, it said, "something went wrong," and when I clicked the hyperlink to pull up all coupon codes, it still stated, "Hmm. Something went wrong, try back later." I came back the next day and tried the same thing, and conveniently, the rewards/discounts are the ONLY part of the website that doesn't work. I will not be scammed by Bath & Body Works and will purchase my candles/soaps elsewhere.

    I got this gift a diamond shiny ball plug-in that cost 1695. Got it a couple of months ago. Noticed that the fragrance never went down not a bit from when I put it in the wall. Well it was one that was not working. It came broken I guess. They said that sometimes there are ones that are duds. Well mine was. I didn’t think I had to save the label from two months ago so I go there and I have ones that are very similar to it. They don’t have the same one because it’s been two months now. They know damn well the price range of how much it cost. They could have gave me a store credit.

    They said if the barcode was on there. I didn’t have the barcode therefore they could have gave me a cheaper one one for $10 because I know damn well that it’s over $10 for this particular one and now I’m just stuck with a wall plug-in that I can’t even use and they don’t offer any type of store credit so I could’ve got a cheaper one so I have all these fragrances with nothing to put it in. I will never ever shop there again unless this is resolved and I will let anyone and everyone I know not to shop there either!

    I just Bath and Body about their shipping department. I just got my order yesterday and it came in a heap. Broken bottes of the plug ins. I called but she just gave me what got broken. Now I have to go with rubber gloves and try to sort this all out. This is the second time it came like this in an extra big box with no protection in it. This is terrible. I am going to think twice about buy my product thru the mail. Terrible, do not order thru the internet.

    How the products smell is irrelevant after waiting almost a month to receive an order of 15 candles that were meant for Christmas gifts. I tried several times to cancel the order once I realized the items would be received after Christmas and therefore would be useless. After horrendously long wait times, customer service reps were rude both on the phone and in online chats. I was told the order can’t be canceled because it’s “in process” and about to ship out. These were blatant lies, as the order did not ship out until about two weeks after that. When the order did finally arrive, some of the items were broken. I had to carry a very heavy box full of this useless crap into a physical store to get a refund. This company is deceptive and shady and I will never spend another cent here after this experience. Be prepared for a frustrating experience if you order from them.

    Last month, purchased [3] Mahogany & Teakwood foaming soaps from Bath & Body works. Just now using one of them over the holidays and discovering that the one I opened does not "foam" but drips out of the bottle. Changed spout with another but still doing it. Unscrewed the top and the mixture inside is a white color - this soap [been purchasing for 5+ years] is always clear. Ended up throwing the mixture away; either happened in manufacturing OR someone added to it and returned it and they are selling "returned" bottles. This really discourages me from purchasing in the future.

    Wish I had checked the reviews of this company before I ordered online. Ordered the merriest gift box ever on 12/8/22. Cost was $30, plus tax. I also had a coupon for a free item if my order was over $10, so I just got a bottle of body wash for free. Shipping was $6.99 for both items. Got a confirmation notice and a few days later received notice that my items had shipped. Only received the "free" item in package. Waited a few days and called customer service. Was told the gift box was out of stock and they would issue a credit. I then had to pay the full shipping charge for the "free" item which I wouldn't have even ordered. I'll never order from them again.

    I have bought Bath & Body candles for yrs, they burn nicely and the wicks can be broken off after blown out to keep the flame lower when burning. This season apparently the product was changed, namely the wicks they are now using, the flame burns higher, hotter and the top of wick gets a big black mushroom on it while burning. I always have pinched the wick off before next light, can't do that anymore have to use scissors, it's like wick has wire in it. Why when you had a nice burning candle would you change this, if this continues I will look elsewhere for my candles as will others that I gift candles to, they also have noticed the wick issue. If this change to the wicks was made to save money, the only one saving money will be when I no longer purchase your candles. I hope you will rethink your decision to change the wicks and go back to what you had before.

    I like Bath & Body Works, but I feel the buy 3 get 3 free sale is very misleading. All the floor associates said that you pay for the 3 most expensive items and get the others free. This is not true. My mom and I bought six items each, and once we got to checkout, we questioned why the total was so expensive. The cashier said it's because you are not actually receiving three items for free. You're basically just getting a discount for the so called free items. The receipts don't show a balance of zero for each free item, and this is not explained until you've paid. My mom also got charged for an extra item. After catching the mistake, we had to explain it multiple times to the manager. She attempted to do the whole transaction over twice. Then she finally told my mom she could only be refunded about $12 for an item that costs $17. It made no sense. Then she decided to offer us one additional free item.

    So I had 6 rewards of free products up to $16.50 because I purchase so many products and had a time frame of 90 to use them. After about 3 weeks my rewards disappeared and I then had ZERO!! I tried chatting and calling and was transferred then after a hour of my time on the phone I got hung up on. The chat agent ended the chat on me. I couldn't believe this was coming from Bath and Body. What a scam of them getting your number when they take back your rewards.

    The closest store is at least a 45 minutes to close to an hour drive, opting into ordering online, forget it if you want to enjoy fragrances in the season, the delay in shipping is unacceptable. If you are going to advertise out the wazoo, ship the items within a few days. Rake the sale in and forget about consumer delivery. Get a body lotion product free item up to $16.50, ALWAYS defaults to lowest non-body lotion product. Ridiculous!

    I’m so tired of B&BW telling you that you if you buy 3 full size body care items that you’ll get 3 free. Then, you get a free body care item, and free promo item, and 25% off. What they FAIL to tell you is that you can only use ONE code per order. So.. you’re EITHER getting 3 items for free AND NO ADDITIONAL item for free, OR, you’re getting the free promo item, OR, you’re getting 25% off. It’s a complete joke!! I haven’t noticed it before, after spending HUNDREDS AND HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS, trying to understand how they can charge SO MUCH!! BUT, after ordering online, it all made sense!!! It’s what you call a scam! Every single person who works for them should be ashamed for tricking people like they do!! This is just as bad as someone calling and dwindling and targeting older people to get their money!

    I am Completely appalled and will never again give them a dime of my money!! Rest assured, I will be telling everyone I know, and ask them to pass along to all of their friends to tell all of their friends, etc. Of the misguided plot they (B&BW) incur on every single person that walk through their doors!! I’ve worked in Compliance in a huge Financial Firm for over 10 years. All I can say is after all that time there, if I started working at B&BW now, I would quit. They do not meet the criteria of a company with morals or values and they certainly pass down their lack of customer care to everyone who work for them. “It starts from the top.” I find this whole company to be sickening.

    This soap is advertised as being gentle foaming hand soap with natural essential oils but it irritated my skin. I have a baby so I constantly have to be washing my hands for bottle feeding among other things. This soap will make my skin break, crack and bleed. it becomes excessively dry after using and I most apply a hand cream by O'Keeffe's Working Hands Cream which truly guarantees relief. The soap that works best for me is Dial moisturizing hand soap. Truly disappointed with Bath and Body Works. I plan to use the soaps I already purchased and not buy ever again. I will try other things such as the candles and body spray, but don't recommend the soaps unless you feel like suffering over dry and painfully cracked skin.

    I placed an order on Bath & Body Works website this morning, then found the same item for a much better price on Amazon, to be frank. So, literally, a few minutes after I had placed this order I reached out to Bath & Body's customer service, via online chat through their website, gave them my order # and requested it be canceled.

    After a moment the CSR typed back to me it was not possible to cancel the order; that I had to wait for it to arrive to my home and then I could send it back for a refund. Ok, so my first issue with this is the most obvious...why can an order not be canceled?? And my next issue is...this has to be a key fact Customer Service would be aware of if this is actually true so then why take my order # and shipping info for verification if you can't cancel it?? Not to mention, after the agent informed me of this, I questioned, 'why' and got a generic generated answer right before I was quickly disconnected from the chat. It was the equivalent of being hung up on had I been on the phone instead of an online chat!

    Honestly, I don't know that I've ever encountered a company that doesn't allow for cancellation if the order hasn't been shipped yet. And to top it all off, once I receive the order and go through the annoyance of re-boxing it and sending it right back to Bath & Body, they will refund me minus the shipping. Yeah. They don't refund you for that. And to think all of this could've been easily avoided had they simply canceled my order.

    I purchased 3 bottles of body lotion, hand sanitizer and Wallflowers from their outlet store in Dawsonville GA on Friday September 10, 2022. That same night I used the body lotion and broke out in hives all over my body. I had to seek help at the Urgent Center. I called customer service to report my concerns and was met with disbelief. The customer service rep acted as If was lying. She stated they don't have old product on the sales floor. Well, the cashier at the store where the product was returned stated the product was old. I have purchased body lotion from this company before and never had any problems, I won't be purchasing anything from this company again. Customer service wasn't any help. In fact I found her to be rude without any help.

    I placed an order on 6/23/22. I had not received my order by day 9. Called customer service to be told the package was damaged and could not be replaced because all merchandise was gone. I was told I would be emailed a coupon for 20% off and free shipping and never received that. Just called today 7/16/22 and spoke to Teresa. I had 8 items in my bag. She gave me such a runaround that by the time she was done, all but 3 of the items were gone out of my bag. She did nothing to help me but made excuses of why I can't have free shipping and 20% off as I was promised. I have been a customer for years but they do not care. Poor form and dismal customer service, if you can even call it that.

    Like so many other consumers I've been shopping with Bath and Body for many, many years! My recent online order arrived today and I was completely shocked at the sight I saw when I opened the box! The products had hardly any packaging wrap and what little there was, all of the air had deflated or was never added to the air packs! Most of my order consisted of single refill bottles which are glass and everything in the box was just thrown all over the box! So of course some of the liquid seeped out and there are oil markings around the box and my shipping receipt! I have looked at photos from other consumers' reviews and see that this seems to be Bath and Body's new standard! They've lowered their bar extensively since I had ordered online last!!!! I just wanted to relay my disappointment and say consumer beware when ordering from online at Bath and Body!

    I ordered a bunch of one wick candles from Bath & Body Works and they perform poorly. The wicks spread out and are hard to trim, the candle wax pools in a wax liquid and you can’t smell the scents while burning. I have had better results with glade candles, so I won’t be buying again.

    I've used Bath & Body Works for many years and have purchased lots of things online. I received a gift card from my son for my birthday, so I purchased several of the foaming soaps online. My delivery came, but when I opened it I discovered that it wasn't my order! I called the 800 number and spoke to a representative who was able to place my order again. Then I was told that it was my responsibility to return the box (which was poorly packed!) to a store. I ordered online so that I didn't need to go to a store! Seriously, who has time? Very disappointed in this.

    So I shopped at Bath and Body Works and purchased $200 worth of three wick candles. Now burning these candles I’m noticing after the candle gets to about halfway of burning the wick starts to go out on their own leaving the candles burning uneven or not at all. Now if I’m spending $25 on a candle when they’re not on sale I don’t feel that that’s fair being that I’m only getting 75% use of a candle that I paid $25 for. I contacted the company about this and they told me to bring the candle in to the store and explain to them that it’s not burning evenly and they would give me a better burning candle. That’s not resolving the issue though. The issue at hand is that why are we being charged $25 for three wick candle and after the candle burns halfway only one wick of the candle is burning. Therefore it is causing me to have to waste a little more than a quarter of a candle. Not a happy customer!!

    All of my moisturizing body wash have mold around the flip tops. I ordered 12. When I contacted them with the order number provided in the order email, they can not find a order with that number and can not receive pictures or emails for me to prove it. So needless to say I'm out 12 bottles because who wants to take a shower with moldy products??

    I want to share my experience with two companies, Bath and Body Works (BBW) and Lasership. I placed an online order in the early part of middle November from Bath and Body Works in order to (hopefully) beat some of the holiday shipping, especially since it’s known the mail will be grindingly slow this season. They confirmed my order and shipped the order to Lasership that day. Over 10 days passed and Lasership proclaimed they still didn’t receive the package. When I contacted Lasership they said I had to contact the seller.

    I contacted BBW and they confirmed it was shipped to Lasership and they should have it. After going back and forth with this blame game and getting nowhere I contacted a rep at BBW to report my concern that I won’t get my shipment in time. She said they were having a lot of issues with Lasership and they were going to resend my order for free using 2 day shipping not using Lasership. We confirmed that all items were in-stock. She said they were and she put them on order to be shipped that day. I was told I would receive a new email with the new shipped order that night.

    I didn’t receive the email but gave it some time. By noon the next day I contacted BBW customer service to see why I didn’t get a new order email. I was then informed that one item was out-of-stock so they weren’t going to ship anything until it was available… which wouldn’t be until next year. I was unhappy that I was told the item was in-stock and put in my order, but what bothers me most was I wasn’t emailed about this. Instead of letting me know and either substituting or cancelling that item and shipping the rest of the order it would’ve been left in Limbo until next year.

    After talking to the other BBW customer server we decided to cancel the out-of-stock order and ship the rest of the order. I made sure we went through the rest of the order to make sure everything else was in-stock which he confirmed they were. I’d get two new emails - one for the new shipment and another for the cancelled product refund.

    At the end of the day I still hadn’t received any new emails so contacted BBW again. The new rep said that the order was on hold indefinitely because now 4 out of 6 products were out-of-stock. Once again I got no email about this. I don’t understand why after an order has been placed that item is removed from inventory so it will actually be put in the order. It’s common sense people.

    I asked why I wasn’t getting emails about these issues and she proclaimed I gave them the wrong email. Really? I only get emails from BBW several times a day, my email’s in my online account and I was getting order emails until the order was sucked into the Lasership black hole. She implied that me not getting the email updates was my fault until admitting they dropped the ball.

    After the bad experiences and constant battles with Lasership and BBW I just canceled the whole order. I normally don’t order online with BBW but these were requested gifts that were online exclusives. I will still shop with BBW in-store but I will never EVER order from them online again and will advise everyone else not to. The poor communication, lack of transparency on out-of-stock items and just holding orders is unacceptable.

    I’m also concerned about their partnership with Lasership which, after doing research, is a VERY shady company and the US government has even went after them for illegal activities and smuggling. ** There are also plenty of reports, complaints and videos online of Lasership deliverers actions including rampant damage and theft.

    This is making me lose faith and trust in BBW and I question their morals in working with Lasership, who should really be shut down. I no longer trust BBW on having anything shipped and I advise people to not order from them online anymore. They lie about inventory and literally have criminals delivering their orders- if you even get them. I will just have to tell family and friends, "If it’s not available in the store you aren’t getting it." It’s sad but BBW has been going downhill for years now.

    My issue with Bath and Body Works is their constant discontinuing of products. This has been going on since I started shopping there many years ago. I will find a bath or skin product that I really love, and within six months to a year it will no longer be available. This has happened again recently when I went looking for a men’s bath and hair product in a particular scent and it is already discontinued. I can already predict what their answer will be if I speak to someone in customer service regarding this. I have heard it before. They claim they are constantly reviewing products and their main concern is to offer the best to their customers, blah blah blah.

    Here’s an idea: stop thinking that change equals progress when it comes to your products. If a particular item is selling and earning you a profit, leave it alone. If your goal is to introduce new products or new scents, go ahead and do that. However, are you not capable of doing that and leaving your existing products available? I know it all comes down to sales, but three of the products that were taken off your shelves in the last 10 years were products that were very popular based on my conversations with other people. I am not going to be forced into purchasing products that you have deemed are best for me. Bring back your older scents and products and you may be surprised by the return of former customers.

    I have had to call Bath and Body Works online customer service on several occasions, mostly because I forgot/failed to include an item or a promo code on my order. I have spoken to the same smiling lady (agent I’d: **) several times and I’m always happy to hear her voice. She is courteous, friendly, thorough and happy to help me. She is efficient, timely and makes no mistakes. In short, Jeanette deserves a raise!!

    The products smell great, but poorly made over the years. Candles burn out before they reach the bottom. Plug ins last a week. Shameful to say these products are so expensive. But I'm even more upset at customer service or lack of. During the semi annual sale I ordered a lot of products that were in stock. I received an email a week later stating it's no longer in stock. A week later! It should have stated the product was out of stock before confirming during checkout. Poor website design. Apparently this company only cares about making a dollar instead of pleasing its consumers. They rarely offer free shipping online and nothing is available in the stores.

    I normally like Bath & Body Works. But for the past couple years their candles have really gone downhill. It's the same smells over and over and all they do is change the covers of them and renamed them. However I go through a lot of candles and I still buy them from time to time. So I go in there because they're having their semi-annual sale two weeks ago or actually about a week ago I went in there and I picked out a candle and they tell me it's full price that is only the select candles that are in the middle of the aisle so I go pick me out a couple of those.

    I go back in there today because on their website they're showing 50% off on all their candles. Meanwhile they have just a few little selections left of 11.95 candles. None I'm pulling none of these is what I want. These are the ones that nobody wants. So I go pick me out a couple of the other ones which happens to be eucalyptus mint. I go up to the count counter and the girl tells me now these are full price. She goes no only the ones on the middle of the counter are 11.95. I said, "Well y'all have them marked down 50% off on the website." "Because that's only on the website." And I was pissed!. Nowhere on the website does it say online only. This is the semi-annual sale so all the candles should be marked 50% off and then the select ones 11.95.

    I have spent a lot of money over the years and Bath & Body Works and now I am at the point where I don't want to do business with them again. And it's not just that every time I've gone in there I get hand handled by store employees saying, "What you looking for today? How can I help you," and it's like one right after the other. I cannot even shop freely without somebody Hound hounding me every few seconds. It's annoying. And I know they think I'm rude which I am being because I don't like to be bothered like that. If I want help I'll ask for help at one time. That's it.

    But getting back to the subject I came back out to my vehicle, look up the website, looked at the Pacific candle that I was planning on getting and it shows 50% off. I am livid at this point because not only have I have wasting my time, wasting my energy being in that store just to pick out something to find out they tell me the same ** over and over and over that it's not marked down that it's not 50% off and then full price yet the website has all candles 50% off. I would like to hear from others that have had the same experience from Bath and Body Works.

    Bathandbodyworks.com is the most poorly designed website I have ever come across. I love their products, but have had nothing but a bad experience each time I order. The site allows you to add products to your cart, check out (payment and shipping), and minutes later you receive an email stating that items in your order have been cancelled as they are out of stock. Yesterday was the third time, and all of my items were cancelled. I don’t understand why they aren’t advertised as “out of stock” on the site.

    Store is always clean, well stocked, amply employed, with frequent sales. I appreciated that they offer testers of their various products so you can sample a scent before buying. I only wish they had a loyalty program to provide benefits to frequent shoppers.

    I always find the products I'm looking for. All the employees are always polite, and professional. The store always has new products and samples to try. Store is always clean and tidy. They follow all covid regulations. They keep store very clean. Have 6 feet spacing from other customers.

    Bath & Body Works has the most amazing body cream. Many different scents for men and women. They have really great sales, (ex. body cream & lotions, body sprays/mists - buy 2 get 1 free or buy 3 get 2 free.) They have great sales on their candles, which last longer than most other brands. I like their body cream better than their lotion. It lasts a long time, it goes on better & the scent lasts all day.

    Just love walking in the store. Always smells so good and is so clean. Love the products. Only problem is there is so much to choose from. I really like to purchase the fragrant soaps and the body lotions. Make sure you have plenty of time to spend, it is so hard to leave.

    I love shopping in Bath and Body Works. I love???? the different aromas from the 3 wick candles. I feel like a youngster when I am trying the hand lotion as they all seem to be aromatic and pleasurable to “sniff” and makes my hands smell so good.

    This is a great store, I love the products and the fragrances. I do miss the deep clean hand soap that they used to make. It would take grease off my hands really well when cooking. The candles burn very well. I have bought candles at other stores and they are much cheaper but not worth the price. You get what you pay for and the candles at Bath & Body Works are very good.

    I love everything this store has to offer. Better yet their prices are very fair and reasonable! They have very polite & helpful employees. I just wish I could spend more money there. I mostly adore their gift baskets with all the seasons scents, I would like to see more sales for returning customers. A reward/point system would be great.

    Every time I shop there, it's just an overwhelming experience. There are so many scents to smell and many new ones that it's so hard to decide which ones to try and which one's to buy! I have my favorite that I must have always, but then I always like to try one new one as well. They just make it so darn difficult because they make you want everything in the store!! If you've never been.... GO... It'll be your favorite store the moment you walk in!

    I feel like the creativity and attractiveness of Bath & Body Works' fragrance selections has remained the same over time -- there are always a plethora of deliciously scented options to choose from! And price-wise, I think they are very reasonably priced. I only wish there were more hypoallergenic options for those of us with sensitive skin.

    Sorry Bath and Body Works, you're unable to ignore or delete my concerns here. They deleted my previous comment while trying to reach out on being overcharged on Facebook. I wish so badly they had customer service. I've been dealing with an issue since 12/26/20. I asked to have taken off 2 items at checkout. The cashier said she did but when I got home the items were clearly still there. I tried to go back the next day but was told the cashier wasn't there to verify so I was asked to leave my number and name to be called back after it was verified, as if I was seriously lying over 2 $5.00 items.

    I never received a callback. I didn't have time to go to the store every day to track down the cashier that made the mistake. I emailed, I never received a response. I called CS, I couldn't get through. I live chatted, I was told to go back to the store. I even messaged on here, no response. I'm so disappointed in this company whom I have spent so much with, that has no problem at all ripping their customers off. It definitely has opened my eyes to other brands, whom I looked over before such as Yankee Candles. Please be advised and always check your receipts before leaving unlike I did.

    Sadly for me I took this way too personal as a former dedicated B&BW lover until this happened. I will be returning every single item I have this weekend, broke up into 7 piles between me and my friends and mother under an estimated $250 limit (doesn't matter if you paid $15.95, it'll ring up for $3 max regardless if it's every been that cheap I was told). They will never receive another dime from me.

    I'm at a loss for words for a company that used to be my happy place. If you need any sort of customer service, it's worse than my store experience. I have been a customer for about 25yrs. I am 58yrs old. I have never had to contact customer service until now, and boy had I known before!! I had a horrible store experience. They have 0 customer service AT ALL and I was lied to on live chat. I was treated horribly over asking for a band aid over a broken candle left on the sales floor I cut myself on, that I DID NOT BREAK. I am on blood thinners. I had to practically beg for a band aid!!

    I emailed, never heard a thing back. I messaged on Facebook, still nothing. I live chatted where I was told I'd receive a $50 gift card for the situation, yet the representative never even asked for my email. I realized after getting off chat. This company does not care about its customers, in store and out. I'm at a loss for words a company so big would lie, let alone not get back to me over an experience that happened in one of their stores. Please be aware!

    This is the second time I have placed an order from Bath & Body Works online, and yet again I am having issues with receiving my order. I gave them a second chance and this time I had my order delivered to my office vs. my home, and again we another issue. Both times I never received my order. Not to mention they want me to do the legwork of their business. Unacceptable. I am your customer who paid shipping fees. There will not be a 3rd time.

    Ehhh I usually like y'alls candles when they're on sale, but y'all don't even offer free shipping over a certain amount at least 50. And y'all don't even offer buy online pick up in store when y'all have sales, it's only sometimes how freakin lame. Then all the good kinds of white barn candles aren't even on sale, so many long lines. So stupid.

    Horrible customer service!!! Placed order on December 11th and was told that it would be delivered on December 24th. However, today is December 30th and no package!!! Called the Customer Service number after I got disconnected on the customer chat! Spoke to one customer service person who was horrible and when asked for a supervisor the person kept asking me what was wrong with him! Really!? I hung up and called back! Got another person who also did not want me to speak to a supervisor! I have placed 3 orders since November and will not do it again! They actually told me that they could send out another order and if the other one comes then I need to take back into the store! Really?!! This was a Christmas gift and that person did not get anything from me!!!! Never again!!!

    I was unable to purchase candles in store at the mall I had my newborn baby and my other child which aren't able to be left unattended. Went home to purchase and site stated “All 3 wick candles sold out“. Scrolled through candles to check as I was devastated and been waiting for a year for this sale. Site advertises no rain checks and while supplies last. This morning I go to the site and now that the sale is over they have quite a few of their scents of 3 wick candles in stock at full price, clearly they were not “out of stock” as the site stated and that was a lie. I feel cheated out of the sale and lied to with Bath and Body Works scam of “while supplies last” clearly there was more in supply I could have and would have purchased with the 8.95 sale and my 10 of 30 coupons making them only $5 instead of $25. This is ridiculous as I have waited so long for this. Not to mention I stood in line for a long time with a newborn and my 5 year old!

    I get emails from Bath & Body telling me about their holiday/ specials everyday. So I decided to check it out and maybe get some gifts for my Daughter in Law. After looking at a lot of items, I decided to send her a gift card so she can pick out the scents she likes. So I pick out the card, filled out all info required and placed my order. I get an email to thank me for my order and to inform me it has been Confirmed. And then it starts, an hour later I get an email telling me my Order was Canceled. Their Excuse was out of stock! Mind you they had already hit my checking account for the amount and then tell me that I will have to wait for it to go through and then it will take another 7 to 10 business days before I get my refund!!

    I went to their help section on website and chatted with an associate who informs me that that card was out of stock and they will let their teammates know and get them removed and sorry for my Inconvenience. Plus that they stopped taking orders to get shipped out on the 13th Of December. I informed them that nowhere on their website does it say any of what they just told me and now I’m left with no gift to send her and out $125. Dollars. They in my opinion Stoled my Money! Don’t buy gift cards or just go to store to purchase your items. But since Covid 19, I figured I’d shop online and have them deliver my gift. As much as I hate to, I can no longer patronize this establishment. Two things I will not tolerate, Liars and thieves and they did both!

    I pay a lot of money for Bath and Body Works candles and they never burn all the way down. The wick always runs out and stops burning leaving a lot of wax still in the candle jar. And they only smell good the first 2 times you light them. Highly frustrated in their candles.

    I have shopped with Bath and Body for years. I logged in to shop and there is a full page Political disclaimer. Wow!! Why? Do you feel the need to Bully and push your opinions. I thought this was a company that sales to individuals of any kind. Color, religion, background, political views should not be in your welcoming statement. Treat your employees well like they should be treated and your customers too. Don't push personal stipulations on everyone. Treat Everyone the same. Dont be that Company. Marked you off my list.     I wish ZERO stars was an option. I placed 3 separate orders online on the same day. This company took my money for the orders. No email conformation, no updates, no tracking. The only way I knew they received my order was the money came out of my bank. No option to email them, so I called right away at 6:00am, no one ever answered. After 2 hours I pressed 1 for medical emergency, still no answer. I also tried online chat, to no avail. I called and tried to online chat many times each day for over a week, even choosing the option for a call back, nothing. I finally filed a complaint with BBB. (Please look there before ordering from this company, I am one of 100s of similar complaints).

    After filing the complaint I miraculously received a small part of my order. However, 5 of the large antibacterial were unsealed and open, spilling inside the box. 2 of the Lux soaps' push buttons do not work, and were opened as well, but hadn't spilled. I ordered these items for Christmas gifts. There is no way to return in store for me, as I live over 300 miles from the nearest store. The receipt says mail return! Do I really want to trust this company to receive my return, and actually refund my money?? Definitely NOT!

    I am out over 300.00, as most of my order never arrived, and what did was useless. Now, it is too late to receive anything for me to give as gifts this year. Please avoid these money stealers. They will ship open and used, most likely previous returns or testers, instead of 'sealed for your protection' items off of the shelf. Who knows where these items have been! Be Aware. Check Reviews and Better Business Bureau. Avoid, or just send your money into the Abyss. :(

    They put my candles in a trash like bag and dropped them in the box like that and shipped with zero cushioning or protection. They arrived busted up so bad I had to wear gloves to get them out to see what was damaged and what wasnt. I was also missing some items as well. Who shipped glass like that?? Never again will I order online from from them. Last time the delivery method they used drop the Box off across the street leaning against my mailbox in the rain. I swore then I would never order from them again but took a chance because the candles I wanted were sold out in store. Never again. I learned my lesson this time.

    I like aromatherapy products. I used their body wash and foam bath, and I also wanted matching lotion so I bought theirs. First I purchased the plastic squeeze tube; by the time I was half way through, that was it! Had to cut the tube and use the lotion manually. So then I bought the time-honored glass bottle with pump sprayer. Same deal. Got down to maybe a third at least left, no access. Had to manually dump the lotion onto my hand to get it out. I'll find a company that pays attention to details like customer access to their products.

    Never order anything from Bath and Body Works online unless you want to be ripped off, overcharged, and manipulated. They don’t send you immediate confirmation emails letting you know how much you’ve been charged for what. Often times items aren’t available and you have no idea what you’re paying for due to no confirmation emails. Never ordering anything from here ever again. Their 3 wick candles are $24.50usd which means that you’re paying almost $100 if you order 2 candles from Canada! Its ridiculous. I wish I never ordered from here. The customer service reps have no idea what they’re talking about.

    I tried to buy some products 2x on the online store and I had the same problem in both cases... They informed my products were delivered but I never got them, so I called to customer service and they said they didn’t find any proof that they were delivered. They apologized and said they don’t have all of the products that I bought so they could send another one. Both cases were exactly the same!!! So they aren’t able to sell anything online! Lack of competence!!! Don’t buy online in that store!!

    I love the fragrances and you can certainly get good deals on the candles, even though the prices continue to increase. However, along with raising the price, they should improve the quality as well. I have several candles that start out great but after being burned halfway, the wicks end up being too short and I have to pour out some of the wax so I can expose the wicks to keep burning them. What a waste of money!

    I ordered online 2 white citrus fragrance mist. This is the only item I was looking for but the packaging of other products are pretty so I decided trying golden sunflower & twilight woods. 20 minutes after placing the order I got a notification e-mail that I won't be charge for white citrus because it’s not available. I called the customer service department right away to cancel my order but I was told she can not do it because the order is already placed. She assured me though that I can call when I get the products and they will send a label for return posting.

    I clearly explained that I should not be charged for shipping because I want to cancel the order. Today, I called and it was a totally different answer I got. They will not send me return postage. I can return the products in a local store. Unfortunately, the local from I live is 3 hours away. This is really frustrating. It is their fault that they advertise products without inventory on hand. They should have asked customers if they still want to place the order if there are items that are not available. Honestly, I think they are the only store online that does not have real-time inventory tracking system.... and they survive at the expense of customers!

    I placed an order in Aug 28th, 2020. The order clearly shows that it was shipped on the 28th of Aug. The tracking info shows that it delivered to the Austin TX station at 8:30AM on August 31st, 2020. IRS September 9th, 2020 and my order is still just sitting at this place. It has not moved. Did they steal the products and Bath and Body Works steal my money? This needs to be investigated by the federal government since the mailing services are involved.

    I am content with the ladies in-store. They try their best and I love their products but man. The customer service department, if I could give zero stars...I would. Online purchasing for curbside pick-up without any clear directions where to go, no step by step process. I got inside the mall to pick up my online purchases and the store was completely closed but you see sales rep inside walking around. I know they could see people outside waiting for someone to notice. I mean that’s what peripheral vision is for. Got tired of waiting and finally tapped on the glass shutter. Was told to park by such and such and call this number when I’m parked so they can bring my order down. Got lost since there were no signs/postings for B&B curbside pick-up.

    Called the number I was given and nobody’s answering. Called at least 5 times. By this time, I was already losing my patience. Then proceeded to... Call customer service and was told to hold and at this point it was just becoming very annoying to be placed on hold for at least 10 more mins so I decided to put it on speaker and chat with someone virtually to possibly get some luck for SOME ASSISTANCE. Anywho, virtual person said can’t help you—- call this department. Virtual guy then decides to ask about my order details after he typed in he can’t help me!!! For what???? Complete utter waste of time.

    Phone rep came back on after 100 years and tells me she can’t help either and to call this number. I asked her “It took you this long to get that number?”. She gave me some excuse that she needed to get permission from her whatever. I said, “It took your virtual person 2 seconds to type that number!!”. Then boom, hung up on haha! That lady gets a badge of honor for the ultimate most unprofessional phone service rep. Classy.

    At this point, I just needed to figure things out on my own and decided to try my luck with Yelp and thank you Jesus Yelp had the right number to the store. Not what the in-store associate told me to call the first time. Finally somebody answers then gave me directions again for curbside pick-up. I said, —- there are no signs for curbside pickup. Her answer? “Well the security must’ve taken them down because they don’t know we’re still doing CS p/u’s but you’ll see the numbers 1,2,3, and 4 on the ground”. By this time, I’m just whatever.

    Finally got to the destination after 3 loop arounds... I mean, it was just a disaster. It just shows incompetence for some very basic level skills. Nobody knew what was going on. The last store rep I spoke with was mediocre. With this whole COVID thing, I notice business really hustle and WOW their clients. They know it’s hard. But please teach your associates proper customer service because you’re going to get disgruntled customers every now and then. And they oughta know how to do damage control while keeping their cool. They should not be in customer service if they can’t handle pressure and heat professionally. Products are good. I’m just sad that it’s not a total package. Please have some pride in how the reps carry themselves. It has a long standing potential to be in business for a very long time but with the culture that’s being exemplified, yikes! It is just. too. easy. to avoid going back.

    What a nightmare BBW was today. I tried to get a refund for the three-wick candle discount code via their Online chat, after realizing I forgot to enter the discount code at check out. Their response was - “Oh we can’t do that in this chat- you have to do that in store.” Then they canceled & took off my vampire blood candle after I already placed the order. Then I went to the Northridge location (wanted to pick another one out to replace that one). Well - they’re curbside pick up only - and then said I would need to call customer service to get the refund for the discount code... Decided to not pick up my order and just cancel it over the phone.

    I talked to this person who sounded like he was 17 years old, wasn’t listening to me. Kept asking my delivery address even though it was a pick up in store. Kept saying they will credit it back once it’s been delivered (again - not listening). Told me to go in store and get a credit, asked me three times in a row - “once we cancel it I’ll start a new order for you.” I said NOOOO!!!! I just want to cancel it!!! It took 33 minutes to simply cancel one order... It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with BBW. They need to hire ADULTS that for one - actually listen to the needs of their customers and who are skilled in professionalism & customer service etiquette. I didn’t receive that today with the THREE different interactions I had with BBW. Really disappointing.

    Bath and Body Works has the best products and I love everything I have used, but I will never order online from them again! I spend a lot of money at this store and when COVID hit I had to order online...BIG MISTAKE! I ordered OVER $150.00 worth of merchandise on March 30, 2020 and never received it. Luckily I never delete emails from orders until I receive them! It is now Aug. 6, 2020! They no longer have the products I ordered (15 to be exact). They credited my money to a card that I no longer have rather than taking the time to ask me if I wanted to replace the product with an alternative sent and then expedite the shipping.

    Now I have to ensure the money gets refunded back to an actual account and I still don't have what I wanted to begin with! Bath and Body Works only allows one promotional code online too so if you want to save 20% you still can't get free shipping. I have always hated that and that's why in-store purchases is ALL I will do from now on.

    After two weeks, of not receiving my items from B&B, I called to find out what is going on. They then proceeded to let me know that my items are "lost in translation." They then offered to re-order but I would not get the original scents I had ordered. Because I did not want that option and wanted a refund, which they said they would do, I then asked to speak to a manager but, after I was holding for 10 minutes I was disconnected. Needless to say, I was not able to speak to anyone. I am very disappointed in B&B and it saddens me to say after 20+years of being a loyal customer, neither myself, my friends or family will be shopping in-store or online. BTW, I worked for B&B in the past and I never felt appreciated then either. So I guess it must be time to move on.

    Price increases are too dramatic! I understand COVID-19 has impacted sales in all business but B&B prices were increasing greatly before the pandemic. Most business are now offering LOWER prices to motivate buying. B&B has done away with coupons and specials such as "buy 3 get 3" or "buy 2 get 2" Aromatherapy. The Semi-annual sale used to have special sales days, "body cream $5 each", "lotion & body wash $4 each", "wallflower refill 2-pack $5 each" and 75% off discontinued items. It is almost $8 for 1 oz. hand cream, first sold under $4 each. I can purchase an 8 oz. body cream (thicker than hand cream) at $4.80 each (buy 3, get 2 free). I counted 15 stores within a 60 mile radius from my home. I'd rather drive an extra 5 miles than pay the large & continuing price increases. Most stores with cosmetic products are now selling quality bath products and their prices are quickly becoming the “better buy”.

    The worst experience ever! I will never patronize your store or website again. Made an order on 6/12. Never received called customer service multiple times. Was offered a replacement order but 2 items are no longer in stock (all candles). 5 candles were processed for re ship. Initiated a refund for 2 out of stock candles and credited for shipping. Was promised sale price for the 2 candles that were out of stock 14.50 with free shipping.

    Call this morning to replace 2 candles that were out of stock at promised sale price and free shipping. I verified my amount charged to my cc as 38.00 and was charged 71.28. Really. One problem after another. Im currently on hold with my bank and requesting a charge back from all my current orders first one for 110.70 and new 71.28. So for 181.00 I have received nothing. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! NEVER AGAIN. Screw this company. Making it hard on customers already in these trying times. All for candles. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!

    This company has the worst customer service! If a store says it’s open to 5:00 then you let people in to shop until 4:55. I drove 80 miles got there over an hour before they closed and they wouldn’t allow any more people in the line. Drove back by at 4:40, no line but they still would not allow anyone in. Very rude employees. Don’t tell us support small business when they could care less 'bout the customers.

    I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and my order still hasn't shipped. I called customer service to cancel my order only to be told that is not possible. They said I can return the items when I receive it. What is the point of that? It will cost ME money to return the items when I receive it and I only wanted to cancel because they were taking too long to get my order shipped. Very, very, very shady. Now I wonder if I will even get the items I ordered after reading other reviews about missing items. They have lost a consumer forever.     I used to order from Bath and Body regularly. I noticed a decline in shipping and delivery. Given the current situation I had to take a chance and order online for refills. Sadly, my order was processed and I was charged in full. My order was very very delayed in being processed, an item I ordered wasn't even available but yet no replacement was offered and in the end the package never arrived. I tried to get a refund but all I got was lies and poor customer service excuses. I am out my full payment! I will absolutely not purchase from Bath and Body ever again.

    I had ordered online since they had an online only deal going on & I couldn't go out due to COVID-19, the deal was for buy 3 get 3 free, so I picked out 3 that I like, plus one for my mother, sister and my brother's gf few relatives. Yet 3 WEEKS (almost 4) later I received an email letting me know that one of the products I got free with the deal was not available, even though it was when I ordered it, not only that but it was apparently very plentiful and not running out soon. So I asked if I could pick one for free to replace it, since I didn't intend on buying 3 to begin with but figured if I'd be receiving a good deal it'd be worth it. BOY WAS I WRONG!

    After I emailed them and talked with customer service like I was told they told me I'd just have to pay full price for all 5 and to expect a refund for the one that was canceled, (which I got but obviously that's a refund of $0.00). I asked them if I could cancel and just buy the one I wanted when I got on the sight, they said I couldn't even though it wasn't shipped yet (I'll let you know now I paid extra for fast shipping and it's been 5 weeks).

    Overall they were rude (which is why I don't feel bad acting like a Karen now) and unhelpful, just save the money and buy the stuff in store if you have to or order a similar item on Amazon cause they aren't capable of being trusted to pick something up off the shelves. I'd rather my money go to the paycheck of a nice & hardworking retail kid anyway. I'm sure when or if I ever do get my products they'll be just as good quality as the stuff in stores anyway, can't wait to get my stuff before I post this review though cause I might never get the opportunity lol.

    I will say I have been a long-term customer of Bath and Body. I've always loved their products. Always smells good. They always have the best sales especially around Black Friday and Christmas and their summer sales. Just the end of last year me and my mom and my two daughters we came in there and we spent like want to say $2,000 in Bath and Body. All the workers were shots. We was leaving out the store with all our bags and you know I guess they was so shocked because they never really experienced no one coming and spend that much money in one trip they actually took a picture of our receipt. Our receipt was so long, but right now I must admit I'm pretty disappointed during this pandemic with the nation.

    Being in such a huge crisis you have so many businesses that just offering you know free shipping or you have companies does giving away free internet and it's a lot of businesses that is assisting trying to help the community, even neighbors just helping each other. And I come on Bath and Body and trying to order something through the mail 'cause we can't go in person and to see that they can't even offer free shipping to help out during his pandemic and the sales that they got on there kind of suck. Like you would think during this time at a time like this they would have the best sales. This is when it really matters when people have lost their job and don't have a lot of money. People can't go out and buy the things in person so they got to order online. If your sales not going to be that great you can at least offer free shipping. Oh my gosh I'm highly disappointed at Bath and Body and honestly this definitely will have me rethink my loyalty as a customer.

    Due to the shortage of soaps because of Covid-19, I decided to order from Bath & Body Works. I also purchased an Easter 3 wick candle for the upcoming holiday so I can make the day special for my children. I don’t want them to feel like this virus is robbing them of their childhood holiday. I’m trying to do my part by staying inside and allowing those that are still working to make a living by ordering and having it shipped to my home. I understand that a lot of businesses have closed but bath & body works has sent emails saying that they are still there to help us online.

    My concern is that they are still helping so long as they are getting paid but they left no options for those of us that get ruined packages because they have no one dealing with complaints. I have sent several emails and tried calling for several days now with no means to a resolution. It is not right! If you’re capable of sending out orders you should also be taking care of the issues that are gonna arise when you cannot guarantee items will get delivered unscathed. My item was so badly broken I ended up getting glass stuck in my hand and between my fingers.

    I ordered online because of COVID-19, stores are closed in Canada. When I went to pay it showed the amount in US funds not CDN. If I had know it was US funds I wouldn't have ordered online. It would have been nice to know what the final bill would be in Canadian funds before I paid. It was $30 more when converted to US funds. Believe me I would not have completed the order if I knew how much the final total would be. Also the only option for shipping was $10!! I love the products but not enough to order online and pay sooo much more.

    I've been a customer of Bath & Body since they opened their doors and thank goodness I have at least a dozen hand soaps on hand. Also, had about a dozen hand sanitizers but that has quickly diminished with this Coronavirus. I keep going back online to see when they're going to be in stock and I was very very disappointed to see that since the coronavirus has sprung that Bath & Body is deciding to take advantage and has more than doubled the price of their hand soaps. They're stating it's a SALE to buy for 4/$20 when just two months ago they were 2 for $5. In fact my December order was 2 for $5 and my October order was 2 for $5.

    Everybody beware. I bet you any money they're going to increase the price when they get their hand sanitizers back on the shelves. Why doesn't the government do something about this. This would be considered price GOUGING if it was a medicine or gasoline but because it's a hand soap or hand sanitizer I guess a 108% increase is okay and they'll get away with it. How sad how very sad while people are opening their doors to the homeless feeding Neighbors, etc. Bath & Body can get richer during a World Pandemic.

    I moved into my freshly painted apartment two months ago. One week ago I moved my wallflower scent plugin under my kitchen cabinet and noticed a 4 inch by 1 foot area of melted paint over the plugin. I checked the packaging in an unopened plugin as I haven't used one under the cabinet previously. I know the oil can destroy surfaces it is spilled on but wouldn't think this would happen. I did find a 'tip' on the website after searching general q&a and expanding to MORE questions that you should keep 12 inches of space if under a cabinet. Well 12 inches between the outlet and the bottom of a cabinet isn't common. This should be on the packaging. Not happy.

    I truly enjoy Bath and Body products, but when they have a sale they are always out of the "popular" scents, and their shipping is painfully slow. I use the plug in air freshners, body creams and lotions. I ordered a variety of body creams and lotions for Christmas gifts, but even ordering on December 16th, they did not arrive in time for the 25th. Other items I ordered from a variety of other stores on the 18th of December arrived before the Bath and Body items did, so when I looked into the tracking, they waited 4 business days before even getting them to the shipping company. I will continue to purchase from them, but not for any gifts that I need by a certain date.

    Bath and Body has the best soaps, candles, lotions, toiletries for the best value in the business. Sign up for their promotions and you will be amazed at how much money you can save.     Bath and Body Works is my go to for wall flower fragrances. We get so many compliments when we get visitors to our home as to how good it smells in here and the funny part is, nobody would know that we have FIVE cats!!! The fragrances are not overwhelming, we strategically place the wallflowers around the home and buy them when Bath and Body has their wonderful sales.     Honestly Bath and Body Works has expensive products. However, I love to shop clearance and online sales, and this store has some amazing deals. I love shopping the end of the season sales. I never spend over $50 and I get tons of product. Normally the body sprays will cost $22 or more per bottle. If you shop the products on clearance or at the end of the season, you can get them under $5!! Some items cost as little as $0.75. How amazing is that? And the scents are incredible.

    I have purchased candles for many years from Bath and Body Works, never experienced any issues with any of the fragrances or different smells, for some reason the candles I purchased over their Annual holiday sale are causing some issues with air quality and breathing. The top of the candle also is black and tarry which I never experienced before unless a piece of the wick fell off, but I noticed my dog who is not close by the candle has started hacking and coughing due to the candle as well as myself and my children have had a lot of issues with breathing and just something seems different in the batch of candles, even tried replacing it and had the same issue.

    I know these candles are not soy or the safest quality but the quality has always been great and never caused any issues with any of us. I wanted to see if anyone else noticed a difference in the quality of their candles this time or have experienced any kind of issues with there dogs coughing when they have a candle going in another room. It’s really unsettling to me that it seems to be the reason for a lot of issues. The candles burn a lot smokier as well so not sure if it’s a new substance or type of wick they used but something is very different lately and again after being a candle lover for many years to see the quality change and notice differences that have never been a issue. Has anyone had any similar issues?

    I have never been disappointed with Bath and Body Works, they are always innovative and current, providing endless options for the most luxurious scents, body fragrances, home fragrances, moisturizing lotions, soaps, candles and essential oil air fresheners. All so beautifully crafted, fabulously curated, every trip to their store is like a mini vacation for the senses that is cost effective, incredible quality that is worth every penny. My personal fragance favorites are: Forever Red, In the Stars, Magic in the Air, Dark Kiss (that I wore on my wedding day 7 years ago) and Twilight Woods. My husband loves Graphite and Ocean.     This store’s prices are overpriced and their 20% discount doesn’t feel real. You can easily find same products elsewhere for a cheaper value. I really don’t give attention to the 20% discount coupon that they send by mail. I don’t like the shop places where I feel I’m fooled.

    Bath & Body Works is my go to store for everything to do with Soaps, Lotions, Creams & so many gift sets too. I don't buy from anyone else. They also have a lot of gift sets to choose from. Especially at Christmas time, you can't go wrong here. Also I love their plug-ins & their decorative holders too for these plug ins. You can't go wrong here.

    Love this store— just by the aroma that draws you in! I can always find something, whether it be hand soap, body wash/spray, or Wallflowers...leaving there finding great deals. Their variety of scents are endless! I always look forward to seeing what new ones they develop.

    I love Bath and Body Works. Their products smell amazing. I love to buy off season like now as winter is on sale but we have a lot of winter left in Minnesota. They are around store helping staff with baskets and questions. They are really helpful. Just so in love with this store.

    In a recent online purchase of 11 items, 7 needed to be returned based on smell... Beyond awful. But that is not the "stink here". The situation is when I purchase online and I have the ability to pay via PayPal. I do so for security reasons. The unfortunate part is they did not tell me ahead of time of when making the purchase I would get a store credit instead of a full refund which it stated while making the purchase I would get a refund via the way you paid. There had been nothing stated of this situation of a store credit. Every other retailer I deal with when using PayPal gives you back a refund to the credit card it is attached to, not this company.... They only want your MONEY!

    Bath & Body Works used to be my go to store for nicely scented lotions... Now they smell like some cheap lotion you could get at the dollar store... with only slightly nicer packaging... This is not what I am paying $13 a bottle for. And yes the price is crazy high!! It is no longer my go to store, for way too many reasons... And I, my daughter and daughter in law will no longer be shopping there. I do not like feeling cheated, and I was by your company. Good bye Bath and Body works... You do not treat your customers well at all. And I for one will not stand for it!!

    I can normally find a cologne that I like & they usually have it on sale!! I can also find skin care products there & body lotions that I like!! They have anti-aging lotions that I love!! They always have sales & will tell you when something is going to go on sale!! A few different stores will do that too, but Bath and Body Works does it frequently???? I think they want their customers to come back!

    The bath and beauty is one of the top ten products. I highly recommend it. It's awesome smell, great quality and it lasts hours. It's number one to me. It's great for dry skin and great to bath in. All of its products is just so good. I could write a thousand words and still not say enough about it. No other products like it.

    I love Bath and Body Works. I have been shopping there forever or so it seems. I love the products ... everything from body wash to the lotions to the candles. It allows one to have a spa experience. What woman does not want that? The variety of scents for all seasons is fun. And I must admit that I have used ‘at the beach‘ products in the middle of winter to take me to a warm and sunny spot in my mind. Thank you.

    I love shopping at Bath and Body Works, I use most of their products. I purchase the body wash, body cream, hand sanitizer, candles, car scents, home fragrance. All of the products are a great value and I enjoy shopping their stores as well as shopping online. The products are good quality and reasonably priced. I particularly love shopping the stores and site during the holiday season. They have unique items that you won't find anywhere else and they make great gifts.

    Excellent products. Somewhat costly when not on sale, but worth it. Body lotions, candles, and home fragrances do last a while without losing their scent. Lotion is not greasy feeling after applied and pleasantly fragrant without skin irritation as well for those of us with sensitive skin. Always pleased with my purchases.

    Bath and Body Works is a great store with a lot to choose from. Their scents, spray and lotions are amazing. You can actually smell the scents before entering. However they are a bit pricey and I only buy their products when they have sales.

    We are fortunate to have a store in a smaller shopping center. The employees are exceptional and their product selection is good. There is always a special sale and you are given coupons with your purchase. I especially appreciate that they offer small travel sizes.

    I love shopping online at Bath & Body Works... They have an amazing selection of products and tons of scents that can please everyone. I especially love their 3 wick candles and they are always having a sale. And even though I don't really need to buy anymore as I stock up a ton when I do but I am always finding new scents that I have to buy. Prices are always reasonable and shipping is free after you spend a certain amount that is also reasonable.

    Always a friendly, helpful staff. Love the products, lotion, body spray, bath balms etc. So many different smells. The candles are many to chose from. One of my favorite stores. But the closest one to me is an hour away, so I have an option to shop online. Or send a gift set to a friend.

    Always a great gift idea....to receive or give. And it isn’t too hard for men to buy either, as they can make up gift baskets. They’re constantly having sales, there’s no chance you run out of your favorite scent. Such a wide variety of scents to choose from....from fruity to natural, you’re sure to find something. And it’s a great place for candles also. I shop in store and online with them throughout the year.

    The prices in Bath and Body are in line with other stores: maybe even a little lower. Bath and Body also has a lot of different fragrances that others don't have and their soaps are excellent. They have a lot of variety in lotions. They also have a nice selections of perfumes. The smell of these attracted me to their store when I walked by it at the mall. I have been a customer since. I would not consider going anywhere else and I highly recommend it to all my family and friends. One walk by the store and you will be a customer forever.

    I really like this store, the customer service and their product. The associates greet you right away and they're usually pretty knowledgeable about the products. I was looking for a lotion called Moonlight Path. The salesman took me right to the lotion, but told me the scent would be discontinued. That was disappointing - why do stores do that? Shouldn't they do a survey first? Overall, I'm satisfied with this store.

    There are so many ways to see what's new... whether it's body care or some smell good for the home or car. Filter and sort options are optimal. There's also the retired "fragrance" tab - WoW! I love that tab... I call it the "throw back tab".

    I like the seasonal variety of scents. I appreciate the BOGO sales. I like the addition of White Barn accessories. I still shop at B&BW even though the scented car vent holder and scent leaked and destroyed the front of my CD player to where it was unusable. I had been working with an agent of B&BW to replace the stereo, but never heard back after I supplied all of the requested documentation, which was disappointing, but I do like all of the other product.

    My most recent visit to Bath & Body Works was amazing! I went during the holidays and they were super busy with a lot of sales going on. All of the employees were kind and helpful.     The staff are typically very friendly and more willing to help fill your need rather than push a sale. The variety is typically excellent with several scent and styles to choose from. Often they have decent deals with combining purchases to make it more affordable, though oftentimes that feels more like a marketing trap to purchase more product than needed. I typically shop for the lotions that I think amazing but there is plenty to choose from to match your need.

    Do not waste your money on this item. I purchased a cute (girly) holder and several different scentportables. OMG, what a wasted of money the scentportable has been in my car for 4 days and has yet to release a fragrance. I will be returned everything. This was truly a waste of money.

    Love their three wick candles. They are expensive but I always buy them on sale. They allow you to exchange smells if you get it home and don't like it or if they run out of what you want during a sale. And that's not just for candles. They are very good at allowing exchanges for unopened products. Ladies in store are very helpful as well.

    I noticed I began to have wheezing problems after the use of B&BW plugins and air freshener over the course of 2 wks. We only used the air freshener as needed after a visit to the bathroom. We only sprayed one squirt into the air. I stopped using them and the wheezing slowly came to a halt. Out of curiosity, I started back using them for one day. It began to feel like I couldn't get enough air in my lungs. I unplugged and put the aerosol away in the middle of the night. Now I'm fine. They smell so good, but are hazardous to health.

    I noticed after a few days of having the wall flower plugged in that my cat all of a sudden refused to eat, she has been lethargic, puking bile and I am absolutely sick because I know it was that plug in poison. Hopefully the vet can save her. I've never been one to burn candles, spray toxins, use plug ins. I don't know why I decided to use one of these things but it was the worst mistake I've ever made! My poor girl. :(

    OMG, this company -their customer service should be called customer DISSERVICE....worst ever. I purchased plugins online - 70% of my order was canceled because they didn't have the stock - I bought 36 plugins because they were on sale and only 16 were shipped - I called to ask if I could order something else in place of what they didn't ship without paying additional shipping - the answer NO. Plus the person on the other end of the phone was clearly half asleep - I could barely understand him- so here it is - "We want your money - we don't want to give you fair service." Can you say BAIT and SWAP? I am going to look for an alternative to this company - I will find it - they have lost a customer that was using their products commercially. Idiots.

Do you know how many chemicals are being put in their lotions and body wash? Why don’t that recycle the bottles and give discounts for those that return them?     I had to work today so I sent my daughter in to purchase several candles for me. I also took a screenshot of my coupon to give her for an extra 20% off. When she got up to the counter they would not allow her to use the screenshot. You can literally use a screenshot of your airline ticket barcode and get through security at the airport but you can't use a screenshot of your coupon at bath and body works? Ridiculous!

    I put my Xmas order in Dec. 2nd and realized I never received my order but was charged. Finally I got hold of them and it was returned to them because USPS could not read the label. They would not expedite, they did not notify me on any problem and I'm out Christmas presents and $114. They said I SHOULD receive it within 8 days. I also got a sorry...Very disappointed. I thought they were a better company than this.

    I placed an $80 order of gifts for our teachers on December 10 and was guaranteed delivery between December 15 - 19. I started to get worried so I tracked the order which was being shipped through LaserShip. It was delayed, delayed again, and then delayed again. Finally it was labeled as “exception,” which I guess means that it was damaged or lost.

    I never received the order, so I had to run out to the store right before it closed on Thursday evening to re-purchase everything so that I would have gifts to give the teachers on the last day of school which was Friday, December 20. Not only did they not have any of the scents that I wanted to purchase available in store, but the candles were not on the same special as when I purchase them online, so I ended up spending even more money, at this point over $160 trying to get these gifts.

    I called customer service on Wednesday, December 18 and was on hold for around 30 minutes before they even answered and she said the guaranteed delivery would be December 19 no matter what. So now, here we are Saturday, December 21, and I haven’t even received any type of communication from Bath and Body Works or LaserShip concerning my lost or damaged order. So I call again and I am on hold for almost 45 minutes and the best they can give me is a refund. I am a loyal bath and Bodyworks customer. You will find only their soaps and candles in my house, but I will say that after this experience, I won’t be shopping there again. The least they can do was give me a refund plus some kind of coupon or something for the extreme inconvenience that this has caused.

    Horrible customer service online orders and fake publicity. I ordered a lot of their products as Christmas gifts and I only received a few items (3) and when I called customer service I was told that the order was canceled because it was out of stock. I was also told that if I want the rest of the items I had to reordered them, but I have to pay full price for it. My question how is that they have the products for me to reorder and pay full price, but they did not have them and send them for the sale price those products were purchased? I am still wondering and disappointed on what they did. I did not go to the stores because they are not great and the service either and I was hoping it was better online. BUT NOT.

    I shop at the Bath & Body Works at Glade Parks, Euless, Texas. The customer service provided by Sade is exceptional and she always knows my wallflower fragrance. Sade always greets customers with a smile and hands them a basket and makes recommendations as they enter the store.     I ordered the Bath and Body Works Cyber Monday deal. My credit card was charged for it. I waited 3 weeks for it to come in. I placed the order online. I called to see why I haven’t received it. I talk to a associate at Bath and Body Works she informed me they sold out Of the item. It didn’t say that when I placed the order online and bath and body works didn’t send me an email that I would not receive it. But the money was still taken from my card!

    Associate told me that she will refund my money back to my card But I still have to pay interest on my card for the money they took out over three weeks ago. Bath and body works had my money and made no effort to notify me or return my money until I called. I had a tracking number but it was never shipped. Very very disappointed! I am sure bath and body works collected interest on the money that they had and did not return until I called BOO bath and Body works for. Shame on you!!! All I got was what I paid for the cyber Monday item.

    I ordered a Christmas order on November 23 2019. My order was processed and was to be delivered by a company called Lasership. First I was out of area but was told they go right by my house to deliver in town. Then I was told I was in the service area. Then I was told they couldn’t find my house. The girl even Googled my address and said they would deliver my package here. It is December the 14th and now I’m being told all of my order is out of stock because Lasership sent my order back to the company. Never had a problem before. I’m very upset with Bath and Body. Too many phone calls and still no package. Will not deal with Bath and Body again.

    I ordered sixteen items on Cyber Monday, receiving a confirmation shortly thereafter. After waiting until the last day of the estimated shipping date and not receiving my order, I checked the order status online. There was a record of the order but no information on the status. I found an email dated a week after the order was placed in my junk folder saying all sixteen items were no longer available, and the order had been canceled. I checked online and according to the website, the items were still available.

    I attempted to call customer service multiple times with no luck. I then went to a store, and was told the manager would call me back. I never received a call. I finally spoke to a human who was very nice. Unfortunately, her supervisor said I could reorder the items, but they wouldn’t honor the Cyber Monday prices. I asked to speak to the supervisor, but one was “not available”. The CSR made note of my experience and said she would pass it on to the complaint department. Absolutely nothing has been resolved.

    Not satisfied with 2019 Gingham Black Friday bag. I shop at Bath and Body Works regularly. I have always been pleased with their products. Usually buy multiple items for Christmas gifts each year. I have always looked forward to the bags that they have offered. Last year's 2018 Black Friday bag was awesome. This year I can't say enough about how disappointed I was with the bag. In the picture it looks beautiful. I ordered mine online and was expecting a canvas bag. Boy was I disappointed when what I received was a bag that looked like a recycled bag. The outside color is pretty but I have never seen such a cheap bag from Bath and Body Works. You should be ashamed of yourselves for offering such a cheap bag. Didn't expect this from Bath and Body Works. Will not be looking forward to next year's bag.

    I took advantage of the hand soap deal they had going on ($2.50). I ordered 15 of them. Paid for my order. Then come to find out 3 of them are out of stock. I never did receive this order, so they sent me a replacement order, but now 2 more are out of stock! Wouldn't you think they would let customers replace the out of stock ones with another kind? So instead of the 15 that I ordered, I'm only getting 10, that is if these ones show up! To say the least, I'm not impressed!

    This last year every candle bundle I have bought 2 out of five candles have no smell while burning. Although they do offer a satisfaction guarantee, I live too far from a store to just return whenever this happens. I recently bought 4 candles and only one puts a smell on burning. So I will only be buying their hand soaps and lotions, no more candles for me from here. Not worth the money.

    I have shopped over 30 years with Bath and Body Works and it’s always the same. The candle sale (9.50 ea) and with other promotions in the past my favorites are sold out. In the past I have compromised but the last few times I have not. I refuse to order. Most recently it was the candle sale that starts at midnight. I fell asleep and woke up at 2:30 am and went to place my order only to find they were out of stock 2 hours after the sale started. Very disappointing. I chose not to purchase anything so they lost 150 dollar sale at the very least and I’ve chosen this time to purchase Yankee candles for Christmas presents instead as no rain checks are given by this company. I’m an extremely disappointed loyal customer of more than 30 years.

    Bath & Body Works have a promotion that if you order 30 dollars then you get 30 dollars in free stuff (Giftbag) is the promotion. I tried figuring it out. I put promotion in the box too, did understand it right till after I hit the order button then it explained it better so within 4 minutes I called and basically was told, "Too bad but we will refund your shipping charge". They have lost a customer for good! Will be returning my whole order! Poor Customer Service!!!

    Bath and Body needs to stop using LaserShip for shipping, they are the worst I have ever dealt with. It’s been 3 days of them still not delivering my package, they keep saying the delivery was attempted but it wasn’t. Now they put my package on hold, WTH is going on with this shipping company. I got in touch with customer service and I get the runaround saying it’s coming today but 3 days and still nothing. Be Aware what shipping they are using.

    This company is good people. My order arrived damaged & they replaced with no problems! I love a store that there is no problems when I have an issue!     I purchased a Marshmallow Fireside 3 wick candle and am very disappointed. It seems they aren't made to last like they used to be. I only burned mine a little at a time and it's already burned out! I've bought Dollar General brand candles that last much longer. Why did they change? I know their candles and wallflowers used to last much longer. I don't get very many opportunities to shop here because of my low income but when I do I like to get what I pay for. Marshmallow Fireside is my favorite scent and I am so discouraged.

    I had purchased the Wallflower plugin and realized it only lasted less than a week. How long are they supposed to last? Earlier had purchased spring refreshing smells, and had enjoyed the scent. I have a butterfly and find it very beautiful. It gets very warm during use and not sure if that is normal.

    I have only had this winter scene Wallflower for 9 months. 2 weeks ago I bent down to pick something up off the floor and happened to look at the Wallflower plugged in and was shocked to see that most of the winter scene had literally melted. What a freaking fire hazard I thought. I contacted Bath & Body Works and to my surprise all I got was the runaround. I sent them pictures numerous times. They called me and offered me a $20 gift card to go away.

    Jo (woman) that I spoke with told me that these Wallflowers need to be replaced yearly. I explained to her that I haven't even had it a year yet. Plus I asked her where does it state on the packaging to throw them out every year. She couldn't answer that question. These Wallflowers aren't cheap. I can't afford to throw them out annually and buy new ones. If they weren't made in China maybe they wouldn't be a fire hazard. I think a class action lawsuit is a good idea!!! Before someone gets hurt or burned in a fire when their house burns down from it.

    I have used Wallflowers plug in air fresheners for many years. The oil in the little bottles used to last 2 or 3 months. If you have 2 to 4 of them plugged in at your home which most people do... It's rather costly to always have a fragrance in your home that you like. Early summer or in the spring I noticed they were empty pretty quickly. At 1st I thought maybe the electrical outlet was stronger so I tried using different outlets. This is a brand new apartment so I would think the wiring is just fine!

    I just noticed 2 of them were empty today September 23rd. Went to get my refills out of the drawer and this time favors still in the bag and had receipt showing they were just purchased August 23rd. So they only lasted one month!! On the other hand I have a Yankee Candle plug in (sage and citrus) in my kitchen area and it's not empty and it's been there over 3 months! Since the Wallflowers disappeared so quickly both of these last 2 times I purchased them... But not all of the other years I used them... They surely must be doing something different with them To make them dissipate so quickly. Waste of money!!

    I have never had any problems with any of B&BW products. I really love them all! However lately, I have had problems with products (candles) arriving broken and I have had problems with Customer Service. I make my purchases online and have most recently had several problems with candles arriving broken and incorrect orders. I have been going back and forth with B&BW over the last few weeks about their packaging and broken items. The candles I've ordered, come in these huge boxes, no bubble wrap and they're broken.

    I contacted customer service many times and no luck. One rep says the other rep hasn't input my issue, the other rep says she'll send me replacement candles and they still come broken, another rep states she'll send me an email gift card and it goes on and on. The problem is still not resolved! What is going on with this?! I love the candles but having them arrive broken, three times already is a hassle. And again, customer service tries but nothing is resolved. I've been a customer for years and years and now I'm hesitant to place any orders or send any gifts in fear of everything, arriving broken.

    I bought a Bath & Body Works wallflower diffuser and used the leaves scent. It was wonderful. But when I changed over in the spring to a new scent, it was so strong I had to remove the diffuser from the wall. I set it on an antique table in the foyer. When I went back a few days later, I found the finish was damaged!! I was just sick! The oil had leaked and eaten through the finish on this burl table with inlay. Unfortunately, since I didn’t know the diffuser had caused the problem, I set it on another table. This time I left it there for weeks. The damage is horrible. This is a hand-painted chest, also in the foyer to have both of these pieces refinished will be hundreds and hundreds of dollars. As corrosive as that says, it really does make me wonder what we're breathing in and how corrosive it may be to our lungs!

    Disappointed with the recent coupon for a free body care product. I use the sprays from this company and come to find out I cannot use my coupon because it is a dollar more than allowed. I was constantly being pushed to a lotion, which I do not use. I also offered to pay the extra dollar and I was told no, the company doesn't allow that. I don't need incentives to come to this store but it would be nice to be kind of rewarded, but this failed in my mind.

    Called store about product. Too busy to help. Manager said they were short handed (not my problem). Could not answer my questions regarding inventory and coupon. Called corporate. Again, passing the buck. Amber told me they discourage their people from answering questions over the phone and that the store shoppers come first. Also, she informed me that she has been with B&BW for 20 years! LOL. Not my problem. As she continued to discount my complaint and fully supported her rude manager. I just hung up the telephone.

    So, I will shop at Yankee Candle. They don't act like the hateful bunch at Bath & Body Works. Furthermore. I don't care how much I love a product. When I'm treated as a second class citizen by a retailer (Bath and Body Works). Guess what? I will take my business to others who treat me fairly. You lost my business Bath and Body Works and you will lose more if you don't monitor your so called Managers and your "20 Year Employee"! Have a great day. PS, if you don't answer questions over the telephone, PLEASE DON'T PUBLISH YOUR TELEPHONE NUMBER.

    I love the fact that my online orders are delivered on time. I have never had a issue at all. When I shop in store I am very pleased with the Customer service that I received. I love all the new fragrances but I love the retired fragrances the most. I really think Bath & Body is the best.

    I went in to buy aromatherapy products that were supposed to be 75% off only to get charged full price. I told cashier that I got it from the 75% section. She said, "are you sure?" I walked out. You are a ripoff.

    I will make this short and to the point. Wallflowers plug ins have burned my face just from being in the air. I developed blisters along with burning and flaky rash on my face. Yes, I know it’s the plug in for sure because I tested it again and it did the same thing. Not only did it burn my face (or did damage to my skin), it also made a hole in my trash bag when I threw it away. My mother also had the same problem. The scented oil burns and melts things. If it can burn or melt something, why would you want it floating in your air. I will never use this again and have already advised everyone on my social media platforms about this product. That’s all I have to say.

    I have been buying B&BW deep cleansing hand soaps for about 10 years. I have always LOVED them! They made my hands feel very clean and soft after, not dry. That was hard to find in a soap that also has 100s of different scents. I stocked up of so many that my husband cut me off and I didn't buy any for a year and a half. Almost 2 years. I go back this past week with the awesome sales and bought 10-15 soaps and other things. Get home, open 3 new ones and go to wash my hands and squirt???? Get soap all over my new shirt...

    This soap is like water! Came out so fast it hit my shirt instead of my hand!! Never happened before. I thought it might have been that particular soap. Nope. All of them are very liquidy not thick like the old ones. This stuff is like Dollar Store brand! I am beyond disappointed!!! I can't say I won't come back because I buy other things like the candles but as far as the soap goes I don't think I will waste my money on this new formula???

As a lesbian and avid supporter of the LGBTQ+ community, I appreciate the support shown via the giant rainbow display right up front. The products smell and look amazing and the acceptance and love shown through the display made me (and I'm sure many others) very happy.     The staff in South Edmonton Common are not well trained. She doesn't know what scents she is selling. Some products are good but expensive. I would rather go to other branch and they can accept the coupon which is still valid.

    I was visiting my daughter and used a Bath & Body Works lotion she had in her bathroom just on my forearms after washing my hands. A couple hours later I started noticing my forearms were turning red,bumpy and itchy. I'm now on day 4 and it's still red bumpy and itchy. I have used Benadryl, cortisone lotion and Aveeno anti-itch lotion. Some of the products alleviate the itchy feeling but the red bumps are still there. Some of the bumps are drying up so now it looks like small scabs on my arms. I have used Bath & Body Works products before and I've never experienced anything like this. I am thinking and hoping that it is because the lotion may be old because I believe this is a lotion flavor that is sold around the holidays.

    IMPORTANT NOTE: Banana flowers is Bath and Body Works most refreshing, clean and wonderful scent. My husband and I feel that this scent is in desperate need to have body products as well. It makes no business sense that this scent wouldn’t have body products... Never discontinuing this scent is a must or we will never purchase another product at Bath and Body Works again. We have stocked up on your foaming hand wash that I must add isn’t your best product by far. However this is 1 scent that you need to keep year after year and body care is imperative.

    I ordered three candles and one came shattered. The air filled plastic they put in the box to protect the candles from breaking were completely deflated and didn't protect the glass from breaking. I will probably just go in to the store from now on.

    Watch out! I started to make a purchase. Shipping was estimated to be $5.99. I applied a 20% off promotion (deducting -$2.40.) Shipping then went up to $9.99, a $4.00 increase. (By the way, I disagree with ever paying “handling”. That is their cost of doing business - overhead.)

    I’ve been a long time B&BW shopper and things seem to be changing in the quality department. Their products are very expensive and don’t seem to last as long. From lotions to soap! But the worst experience I’ve had thus far has been with their high priced fragrance night lights called wallflowers. Somewhere between half done and a third done, the liquid inside stops producing its smell, and turns a hideous brown color. I’ve waited it out on my last 5 that I purchased hoping the smell would kick in, but it basically sits there rotting. Very very disappointing.

    Bought both of these items (above) and 3 bath bombs from there (Unicorn, ultra foaming and something else). Ridiculous prices. Sure, they had "sale, sale everywhere" listed in their store but every time I asked, is "this" or "that' on sale, she'd say no. Finally she came over and whispers, the sale is for the cheap stuff. What you're buying is the higher quality stuff (Aromatherapy) and these aren't on sale but the stuff you're getting is much better quality. Whatever, right, my daughter wanted them as part of birthday gifts so I give in.

    GRANTED THE EUCALYPTUS SPEARMINT Body Wash & Foam Bath IS LIKE HEAVEN. My daughter wanted me try it because she loved it so much and I MEAN IS AMAZING so okay, $14 well spent. However, the candle? No... First of all, the baby-sized candle (also $14) wasn't able to be lit because of the sad, inferior wick built into the candle. This is the THIRD candle I've bought from them that stops lighting about 1/3 of the way and I thought well maybe it was a fluke, a bad fluke... but here we are again. Sure, it smells like heaven but what am I suppose to do with it? Walk by and sniff it to death? Maybe I can spread some of this wax under my nose like VICKS to get a scent here and there.

    The bath bombs literally BOMBED. They were suppose to do xyz according to the store rep. I could have thrown some ** and some food coloring together and saved a bunch of money (they were $8 EACH). Save your money people. For sure, use the bath gel. That stuff is heavenly. Oh but wait, it should be "Aromatherapy EUCALYPTUS SPEARMINT". According to the store rep, the other stuff (ALL OF IT) is cheaply made and you'd have to use 2 to 3 times the amount to get the same quality of the Aromatherapy stuff. The scent is overpowering but I love it. It really does seem to calm you and my daughter loves it too. The other stuff, if you want a bath bomb and you really enjoy your bath time, might I suggest going to LUSH. You won't regret it. Stay away from bath bombs and candles from BBW.

    I've tried many candles, even the ones that give parties in the home. Yet, I find that Bath & Body Works' candles are great. They have light to strong scents and last throughout the life of the candle. On some sales you can get free shipping.
