Had two orders that I had made on March 29 and they were supposed to be here April 2 or 3rd. The one order (they were both for Easter) showed up on Easter. The other one never has shown and I called yesterday and the lady said they would replace it and she put the order in and now today I get a notice from UPS that says it’ll be here by April 20 so I’m looking at another 10 days. Do not order online, if you want it, go to the store and get it This is ridiculous.

I placed my order on 3/30/26, and the delivery date should have been 4/2 or 4/3. Throughout the whole process, I was receiving emails. For instance, on 3/3, how excited are you? Your order is on the way. 4/1, your package will arrive soon! 4/2 Fragrance happiness is coming soon! And then, in the afternoon, a 2nd emailed received: “Your order is taking a little longer to arrive than we expected.” We truly appreciate your patience with the delivery of your package.
However, when it was time to receive my shipment, I received this email. We know you were excited about your new goodies, and we were looking forward to getting them to you. We’re sorry to share ups couldn’t deliver your order and it’s being returned to our warehouse. Don’t worry, you’ll receive a full refund once it’s been received by us and processed – watch for an additional email detailing the items returned and the amount credited. Wondering what happened? Here a few reasons that might have caused this: I called customer service on 4/1; they placed the order again, according to them, and I was supposed to receive it today, Monday, 4/6, but I received this email.
"Your package is still on the way!
It looks like UPS was unable to deliver your order today, but they will try again 04/06/2026. Your order may arrive in multiple packages (at no extra cost to you!), but you’ll find all the additional details at the tracking link below."
I called them again, and they were like, "We will place the order again, or you can receive a refund," the refill plug-in I purchased at $2.95, and I used my coupon for a free lotion. Now, who is going to refund my fee lotion? They were talking about giving me a ticket number and an email with the gift card code for the free lotion I used at the time of my purchase. I received a ticket number over the phone, but no email. Not surprised!
This is crazy. I have been a loyal Bath and Body customer for many years, and to receive this kind of customer service and treatment is unprofessional. Customer service staff and upper management seem to be reading from a script. For any concerns or questions I had, their answer was the same. Replace the order and wait for another 5-7-day delivery, hoping it comes this time, or request a refund. If I could give them 0 stars, I would! What a disappointment!

Absolutely horrible customer service. I have phoned in 5 times about a $75 gift card that was bought for me as a gift and each time I was told 24 to 48 hours to replace it as I could not use it because there was not a proper pin on the back of the card therefore I was given a number to call and get it fixed as they were having issues with gift cards and the pin....To me that is a Bath and Body Works issue which therefore they should be able to fix it in store which they said they cannot hence the reason they give you a number to call.
So long story short I have had to call 5 times. I have received nothing. All they keep telling me is they will issue one to my email as well as coupons for the inconvenience and I have nothing so this to me is complete fraud and stealing from me. I really hope the owner or some higher up in the company is reading this to see what kind of customer service they have and how they steal and treat customers.

I placed an order for a select variation of items on 3/9/26, which I never received. Eventually, I see that the order has been placed and sent a second time referencing my apartment number. I go to my account to verify what I already know due to living in an apartment, to find that my apartment number was very well noted in my address. After examining the address that was entered, Bath & Body Works neglected to add the apartment number to the delivery address.
As of today 3/26/2026, I was told to go online to make the purchase again due to a system generated refund. When I initially placed the order, 3/9/26, all items were at a discounted sale price. Today, a supervisor expected me to be grateful for a price that reflects $5 off of te original order price after waiting this long for a package I was due to receive 3/19/26. Customer service is at an all time low in America, and I work too hard to patronize a company with no morals. It's a hard NO for me!!! Send me my refund please and thank you. Never shopping here again.

I was at the Florence store today and GIGI was the best employee I ever seen there. She was so sweet and attentive. She helped me and made sure I got all that I needed. I give her 5 stars. I will look forward to going there now.

Handling is slow. I’m in day 7 since the order and it still hasn’t shipped. The warehouse that does the packing of the orders is horrible. I have gotten shipments with soap, wallflowers leaking and candles broken because their packing of the product itself along with the warehouse packing is a joke. Sometimes they will put a sheet of bubble wrap in the bottom of the box and just throw your items on top of it which does no good. They use FedEx which is as horrible company as Bath & Body is. Between b&b lack of packing and FedEx’s lack of care about your package it is generally a certain disaster for your product to get damaged. I hope I get this last order in one piece and then I’m done with bath & body. I truly don’t know how they stay in business with all the damage and lack of customer service after the fact. Their overprice product just isn’t worth all the aggravation that comes with it!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I am angry and I am so sick of Bath & Body Works. I try to put an order in to buy myself some new products when I did. They took my money in seconds, and error occurred, and then all of a sudden, the order wasn't placed. It was a ghost order now. They have my money and they will not give me my money back for 3 to 5 business days. I am so frustrated and angry. This company is a disgrace. They should be closed down. They are robbing people taking money from people. Think about how many people they do this to, if they did this 29 hundred people times a hundred dollars, holy cow. That's a lot of money. And then they'll just sit on it for 3 to 5 days. They'll make interest off of my money. It's wrong.

Do not order Bath and Body Works to be shipped. Every order is missing over half the items or they are broken. I haven’t gotten one right yet. And if they don’t have your item you’ve wasted your coupons, which don’t get refunded. This company is Awful.

On Friday I went to Bath & Body Works to purchase something for my daughter. They didn't have it. I ended up spending $80! I was at the Bay Plaza shopping center at 12 pm. By me putting the time the three sales people that were there will be recognized. When I say those three are amazing!!! I was having a bad day but when I left I was much better. That young man and those two young ladies are absolutely wonderful. I just wanted to say thank you to the three of them for being so kind and turning my day around. 😘

For the last year or two, they've really been phoning it in with their graphic designs. On top of the fun scents, the artwork depicted on their candles and soap bottles have been a joy to look at for decades. Ever since AI generated imagery has become mainstream, the visuals in this store have severely gone downhill. As an artist this is immensely disappointing; I know they're heavily relying on AI now. Everything looks soulless and generic, if not just downright terrible. I just want them to know that it is noticeable. We see you. You're not fooling anyone with a creative background.
No surprise they're like any other corporation, maximizing profits for the higher-ups and laying off the heart of the company. It just makes me sad because the artists were really nailing it for years, and now you can't walk 3 feet without AI being shoved in your face.

I’m letting others know buyer beware. Bath and Body Works has gone to trash. I ordered online. My products was canceled. It’s been since December 8, 2025. I have not received the refund. Spoke to several agents. They're gaslighting. They have an accent. I don’t know if they’re out of the country but something is very suspicious with Bath & Body. I would not advise anybody to patronize this company. Buyer beware. I've called 3 to 5 times and I get the same response. Wait 3 to 5 business days and your money will be back on your form of payment. This has been almost 2 months. This makes no sense to me that a company can get away with taking people's money.

I have been shopping at Bath and Body for many many years, but I am never going back again. I got several of your wallflowers probably a year ago because they were on sale and I got a lot of them maybe somewhere on clearance. I’m not sure but I had a bunch and because of Christmas I used all the Christmas scents. Now this week I put one of those that I bought a long time ago on my wall and it was the worst terrible smell and being in the past I’ve returned them and they traded out for another one today they did not. They said it was past the 90 days. Well I’ve never heard anyone tell me about the 90 days.
They should have a sign up or someone should say it when I purchased my items. How many people do you know actually would look at a receipt and see 90 days. I’m not even sure you guys put it on the receipt. So they would not even give me a new one for the one that I left with them, and this is the second time I have had issues with your stores. The fact that you took away the points to be able to buy some of the wallflower applicants or the candleholders, etc., and I can only buy body cream, which I don’t use or other items that I’m not interested in. I am very very done with your store. I’m sorry to say that because I really like the soap scents especially at Christmas but this is so unfair. I have nothing to do with your store in the future.

I am extremely disappointed with Bath & Body Works candles and their return policy. I purchased 17 candles, and 5 of them stopped burning before they even reached halfway. The wicks are now completely unusable and will not relight, making the candles a total waste of money. I brought them to my local store hoping to exchange them—not even asking for a refund—but was told they could not be returned because they had been used. How else would I know there was a defect if I didn’t burn them?
I was a huge fan of Bath & Body Works. All of my body washes, lotions, body sprays, and even perfumes were purchased from here to match full sets. I was a loyal customer for years. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed that. Because of the poor candle quality and lack of customer support, I no longer shop at Bath & Body Works, and I will be telling my family and friends not to shop here either. For the price, I expected far better quality and service.

I ordered a gift online to be shipped to a third-party. I placed the order and receive email notice that the company had canceled my order 14 days later. I was then reimbursed the cost minus shipping. I contacted the company twice. Initially through chat and recently through a phone call. Both times I was assured of reimbursement for shipping but haven’t received the money yet. The last customer service representative told me I would be reimbursed for shipping minus tax. I rarely write reviews, but I’m so annoyed with the inefficiency of the company. I highly discourage purchasing anything online.

I purchased the Colonial Lantern Wall Flower Dispenser in the late autumn of 2025. It was certainly NOT my first purchase of this product category!! I have been very pleased with the performance, appearance and longevity of 99% of my prior purchases. Unfortunately, the Scent Control Lantern stopped working almost immediately. I checked my circuit breakers, switched outlets but to no avail. I contacted Customer Service today, choosing to try the online AI bot. Even though I feel my receipt of this item was within the stated 90-day policy, the bot refused to consider a refund and/or return. 😟 Unacceptable product performance and customer “support” policy!!! 🤨

I spent a small fortune on Wallflowers and a diffuser. The diffuser worked for less than a week. I have absolutely no desire to keep pouring money into something that is mediocre at best, and that lasted only a few days. There are many, many better options, and I will certainly be using them. Also, the last three wick candle I bought from them came with no wicks, and they refused to replace it. They have lost my business FOREVER.

I want to provide my feedback.... I and many other members will never pay the outrageous prices for the wallflower or candle holders! Excluding these from the rewards that was earned from the many dollars that your loyal customers were spending shows a lack of appreciation as the consumer! It's bad enough that the longer you are a member you receive the lesser value coupons and freebies, now the reward only holds the same value of a free body care. There doesn't appear to be anything unique about this reward anymore! And please as a consumer we do not want to hear the excuses that contain "due to the economy or Tariff increases etc." BBW is still thriving! Periodt! Please review this matter for reversal! Thank you!!

BBW reneged on refund compensation for a traumatic incident! A male driver from bbw's courier, opened my front door and walked in as I was adjusting my sweater! Long story short, I was told that I would be receiving a full refund. I was reassured by 3 customer service agents that the refund was processed and requested a ticket number as proof. But after not receiving a confirmation email, a fourth agent told me that the refund was NOT PROCESSED and I would NOT be receiving the refund!! NO FURTHER COMPENSATION HAS BEEN OFFERED TO TRY TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT, NOT EVEN THE SHIPPING COSTS!!!! Shame on you, BBW!!!! I've spent a lot at bbw over the years, but I am done with bbw's unacceptable treatment of its customers.

This company has a variety of different products. I'm a loyal customer and order from them frequently. However, when it comes to not receiving items you paid for, they do not handle customers with respect and fairness. I asked for the items to be replaced which they ensured me they would be only to cancel my order without even telling me. They offer you a 20 percent off coupon to spend more money with them instead of fixing the issue. I have paid for something I didn't receive. Depending on how much you order they send out multiply shipments and days apart which is annoying. It's been nice but I'm taking my business to Goose Creek.

Wallflower plugs are not working. Needed a replacement. No receipt no replacement. Called customer service a couple of days ago, got a ticket number, went to the store Monday to replace it and the store will not take the ticket number. Called again, got another person who “offered" me 20% off my purchase. If those plugs are good for a month or two they should be a lot cheaper.

I visited the Bath and Body Works here in Atlanta, Ga Camp Creek area with three little girls. Age is ranging from 3 to 11 and I was purchasing something for two of them, but as I was in the store, I asked a few questions. The employees walked around like robots. No one knew anything as if they didn’t want to be bothered, two were on the cell phones. Anyway I found some men’s shower gel in a basket at a reduced price. I got home and used it. No smell. No lather whatsoever. I guess that’s why they had a markdown.

Bath & Body Works’ shipping policy feels completely unfair and unreasonable. Charging $10.99 shipping for orders between $0–$9.99 and $6.99 shipping even after spending up to $100 does not make sense, especially when many products are not available in stores and others are not available online. As a customer, I was forced to mix items in my order, only to find that some products were out of stock entirely.
My total order was around $70, yet I'm still charged shipping. How is it fair to charge shipping after a customer spends that much? If shipping were adjusted based on the purchase amount, discounted fairly, or if products were readily available in-store, this might be understandable. But when customers have no choice because items are unavailable anywhere and are still charged shipping, it feels like the company is simply passing the burden onto customers without consideration.
I am not a frequent shopper—I last shopped before 2019—and I decided to return only because I genuinely liked the products I bought during Thanksgiving last year. Unfortunately, this experience has been extremely disappointing. I even contacted customer service and spoke with a representative named Paul, who was unable to help or offer any solution.
If this is how Bath & Body Works treats its customers—charging extra without fairness or flexibility—then I do not see a reason to continue shopping here. This experience has left me frustrated and disappointed, and I am sharing this as honest feedback because customers deserve better service and more reasonable policies.

I recently purchased 84 items during the Annual Sale, and my order arrived both incomplete and with many items completely damaged. This is unacceptable. I have also been in contact with customer service throughout the week, and the agents I interacted with were unhelpful and rude, providing no resolution to the issue.

I received 2 Bath and Body Works gift cards for Christmas. One worked after the clerk submitted it three times. The other one did not. The clerks told me they were having lots of problems with new gift cards not working. Then they told me to call customer service. I asked why they couldn't call customer service as this was obviously an internal problem. I was told I didn't have to shop there. I totally agree. I have been a customer for 20 years. But I will never buy from them again.

I bought 22 of the foaming hand cleaners online and when I received the package from FedEx and opened it the bottles were just thrown in the box and just all jumbled up, no wrapping, no standing up so they just bounced all over the place and of course several leaked. Not acceptable for their packaging. THEN, when I counted there were only 21 bottles. Not what I expected from Bath & Body Works. Very disappointed.

For the last two years or more the quality of their plug-in scents has gone downhill. When I ask the salesperson they deny any changes. The scent of a plug-in used to last until it was almost gone, 3 or 4 weeks. Now no matter what scent you use it only lasts 2 to 3 days at best. I used to be a huge fan for over 20 years. No more! They have lost my business.

I am so disappointed in ordering online so much so that I am never ordering online again. I placed an order online on 12/14/25 and my order wasn’t shipped until 12/20/25. Not only was my shipment delayed but my order was cancelled due to damages and then returned to them on 12/26/25. I asked for a full refund and compensation. I was told I could only get refunded the total of the merchandise and that they could give me free shipping on my next order over $50. Which is the normal thing they do in general anyway. This was the best they could do, I was told. I have uploaded proof of everything explained here.

I have called regarding an online order that I am still waiting on, it’s been a month. The first person I spoke to a woman was not helpful at all and hung up the phone when I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was hung up on. I called back and within less than 5 minutes Xavier solved my issue. Answered my questions. Listed to my concern, and on top of that was polite. Thank you Xavier!! He needs to train employees to have better customer service skills like he does!!

Worst company to ever spend your money with. They are con artists through and through. I went to place a pick up order and when I did B&BW took the money but NEVER processed my order. I’ve been on customer service calls for 3 days now working on a refund and keep getting told “you will be refunded within 24 hours”. Well it’s been 3 days and you give still have my money. They will be getting a lawsuit promptly if I don’t have my funds back soon.

I ordered a gift card on 12/4, it says it shipped on 12/5, and 17 days later there's not even a shipping update. I go on the website and chat with the help desk, they said I'll get a replacement in 3-5 days, and of course when I chat with them again they have no record of that. So I call today, and they said the best they can do is do a refund, they can't even send me a digital gift card, I will never order from this place again.
