We waited so long and were so excited when the July box arrived. The two toys, the basketball and ribbon, only lasted a couple of days. The other toys have lasted so much longer. This was a surprise. The treats were excellent...at least Maribelle seemed to enjoy them immensely!

We love getting the Bark Box in the mail, what's even better is my dogs love them. They seem to know that the box is for them and jump around going crazy just knowing there are treats inside. My only problem is once I put down the one dog, I don't see anywhere to add my other dog. One is a lab and the other is a boston terrier.

I was recommended from my brother and we have absolutely loved it. I love how you put your all in the boxes and make it so fun and neat looking. The toys are perfect for Chase! Thank you so much and we would highly recommend you..

Was very happy with my add on of Ollie the Octopus and Popeye absolutely loves him. He always enjoys the treats and chews. He especially enjoyed toys that I can hide treats in. My only complaint has been that shipping has been somewhat erratic, but I realize that this is largely due to COVID-19.

I just want to say that Bark Box team is always helpful and gets you the quality items your pet deserves. If you ever have concerns or problems, which is very unlikely, the team is there at a moment's notice to help. I would recommend Bark Box for anyone who loves their pets. Thank you for the great.

On the whole, I love BarkBox. My Duckie now thinks every package to the house is for her LOL. But the delay in getting it has worsened exponentially. Initially, yes, there’s a pandemic so chill out. But I’m at the point of getting the box as the next month is starting. I’m getting emails advertising for me to add onto the next month's box when I have yet to receive the current one. It leaves me zero incentive to purchase anything extra. Whoever is handling your shipping is doing you no favors whatsoever because it’s only worsened and there’s only so much that we can put on the current situation because quite frankly yours is the only one of my regular shipments that have had such delays.

Rocky actually looks forward to getting his BarkBox every month. When I walk in carrying the latest delivery, he gets excited and anxiously awaits to see the toys he going to completely eviscerate, and the treats he's going to thoroughly enjoy eating. I do space out the time he gets his treats so they'll last the month, and only give him one toy at a time to tear apart. I have and will continue to tell friends and family that BarkBox is an excellent value and that it makes dogs happy.

My dog Bennie and I absolutely love Barkbox and highly recommend it! Before a friend told me about Barkbox, I was spending quite a bit on toys every week at Petco. Barkbox has so many wonderful and cute dog toy ideas! Their monthly themes always keep you guessing and their products show the time they spend on making such unique toys for all the dogs out there. Their treats are unique as well and Bennie has yet to dislike any of them! We most definitely will be renewing our one year subscription again this year.

It's a happy day with the Bark Box comes. My only complaint would be that I would love to have the option of what plush toys from with the box every month. The treats have been great as well. My dog enjoys them all!

Each time Klaus (our almost 2 year old Golden retriever) gets his Bark Box it is like a little child at Christmas. He knows it is his just by me saying, "It’s your bark box." I set it on the floor after I open it and he digs through it and pulls out each new toy. He also loves to receive the new treats he gets every month. We have received the bark box in the past for our other two golden retrievers who left us way too soon❤️???

Harley really enjoys her treats and toys but some of the toys just because she is a puppy she destroys them in no time. I would like to see more tougher toys come her way! That way in between shipping I don't have to spend more money on tougher toys to keep her occupied!

Absolutely love everything about Bark Box and so do my dogs! Every time their box comes in they are sitting and waiting for me to throw them their new toys. And the treats are on spot every time...I love that I can add to my box every order. I recommend Bark Box to everyone who loves their babies.

Staff very attentive to Gabe needs. Enjoyed all the toys. Such a cute company and Worth the cost. Gabe didn’t get a box for June. I think lost in mail. He got Two boxes month of July. One time Gabe's toys were too big for him and they sent replacement. Great Job Bark Box!

We’ve received three Bark Boxes and are very pleased with the contents of each. Casey loves the toys and so far she’s enjoyed all the treats. Well worth the sometimes delayed arrival. But I will say that when the box is delayed someone from Bark Box contacts us with updates. Thank you and we look forward to our August delivery.

My dog seems to love getting his toys every month. He gets so excited when he sees the box!! Some of the toys are a little on the weird side he likes them. The treats some he likes some he won't eat so I give them to my mother's dogs that seem to like them.

Pepper has been enjoying all things Bark Box! All the toys are very cute and durable. The snacks are tasty and plentiful. She even has enough stuff each month to share with friends. When we have extra stuff it goes to our favorite dog walker and boarder lodging with Loki and trotting with trouble.

When my dog sees the Bark Box she goes crazy because she knows there are good treats and new toys inside. She jumps up and down and almost opens the box herself. I recommend bark box to anyone who has a dog.

Gypsy loves getting her box every month. She know what the box looks like and will start dancing around with her whole body wiggling. She loves the toys and awesome treats. I love the fact that the treats are grain free and healthy for her. We will continue the subscription. I want to personally thank Barkbox for a job very well done. Keep up the good work guys.

I love Bark Box. Or should I say my dogs love it. The variety of toys and treats really are fun and good quality. The box can be made to your dog's preferences. I now have one sent to my mom. She loves excitement of the changing themes. I highly recommend.

Most boxes are great. If I have a issue with the toy you guys make it right. Love Bark Box! They always love the treats, the bones, the toys. I love how the box looks in the description. Awesome thing to get once a month. I always look forward to it and so do my dogs.

We adopted Our Mastiff Hooch back in March and deciding to try out Bark Box was one of the best things we’ve done!!! He LOVES his toys way more than the store bought ones. We are definitely going to keep the monthly tradition going for years to come! Take my money!!!!

Bella loves getting her boxes every month. The toys and treats are perfect for her, well worth the money. Customer service is awesome. I can't say enough good things about our experience with Barkbox. Highly recommend to anyone who has a dog!

We love Bark Box. The themes are adorable, and the treats are a real hit! The plush toys are cute, and Nala loves playing with them... But she can tear them apart in 10 minutes and then I have fluff all over the house. She loves doing that (and to be honest, she’s hilarious when she gets the zoomies and goes to town on them!) but a toy that’s longer lasting could be good, like a hard chewable items i.e. deer antlers, or even a rope chew toy.

I ordered Bark Box to give my dogs a bit of variety when it comes to treats and toys. We looked forward to the shipment every month but, unfortunately with COVID and my reduced work hours, we had to cancel for now. I'm sure we'll be back!

Finally, toys that last more than a couple days with Peanut. He enjoys pretty much every single one. He is enjoying the healthy treats which we would normally not get for him; we normally would buy unhealthy ones. The yearly plan is worth every cent, we previously spent more on toys monthly that Peanut would destroy within days with potentially harmful parts he could have swallowed. Loving our experience so far.

Our dogs love their Bark Boxes. We get one regular and one Super Chewer each month and both dogs are over the moon when the boxes arrive. Some toys are better than others but they all provide fun and the occasional brief period of the zoomies. They also love the treats that are included.

Tuck Dawg has so enjoyed getting new chew toys each month. The toys are really good quality so can munch on them full force and enjoy to the fullest for quite a while! The snacks always made him smile his cute dog smile! Tuck Dawg is always excited to get his box!

I love watching the videos of dogs tearing into the packages and being so excited! I don't want to encourage my pup to do that with packages since I buy a lot online - thanks Covid - and I don't want the puppy to think that all packages are hers. Anyway..love the service and the selection. Each box has a theme. Some are more obvious than others but the insert tells a story and I love the creativity.

Everything has been great; Gypsy loves the treats, especially the beef and duck. The small treats she is not thrilled with, she is an American Pit bull Terror and weights 70 lbs +, the treats are small and, she feels like it is a waste of her time unless she gets a hand full. That's alright and is not a problem, my girlfriend has a Chihuahua and Dachshund, and they love the small treats. I am incredibly pleased with all things from Bark Box, and the customer service is just as excellent as the products. The squeak toys are suitable for most dogs, but they just won't hold up for my Pit bull, I don't believe an anvil would hold up to her. It is not that she is destructive, but she plays very rough.

Bailey loves getting her BarkBox every month. It is always perfect and the toys hold up very well. The snacks are perfect and good for her! She likes to open the box herself. The snacks last the whole month.

Spicoli absolutely LOVES his Bark Box. Whenever I get any package delivered he assumes it’s for him. He loves the 2-in-1 toys, so when he rips one open there’s still more to enjoy. Definitely worth it, your dog will love you!

Archie loves the toys that make noise. He also loves the pull toys and especially the toys that can be thrown and he catches. Each time he gets a new toy, he enjoys figuring it out. We don’t give him all the toys at once.

My dogs share a Bark Box. Reese has never understood the concept of toys (I've tried with him) but Bailey knows which delivery is a Barkbox and which isn't so she gets super excited because she knows it's a new toy! They both share the treats and love them! I love how good the treats are for them and not processed. I always like to give my dogs the best! But now I need a bigger toy box! It's overflowing hahaha. We have 4 dogs and they all know what "BarkBox is here" means! Mama dog, our Pittie Mix, goes for the squeak toys. Lily and Jasper sniff out the treats and our new puppy Ellie is still figuring things out. MOST toys last several months.

My dog Hamilton was already eight when we discovered BarkBoxes. A pitbull, his idea of a great toy was the Tuff Toys (™) which he could disembowel in about 20 minutes. He'd NEVER taken the kind of interest he has in YOUR stuff. He still destroys whatever he loves, but it takes a day or two now, despite his diligence. During this pandemic, when he's not able to go to daycare and play with his dog-pals, these boxes have been lifesavers in keeping him engaged and keep his brain working. THANK YOU from our whole family.

It's great Zach loves the squeaker and the treats but I think his favorite is the chews gets. It's a great value for what you pay for and I like that I get emails on special items that they have for events like Valentine's Day.

My two pugs absolutely love their BarkBox each month! Lilly dives right in and drags the toys out while Oscar, tries to sneak a bag of treats out! The treats are healthy, small and tasty which encourages weight control.

Lizzie loves hers monthly toys and treats. She hates peanut butter, though, and when I let BarkBox know, they replaced the treats she had just received with others she loved. That was above and beyond. She isn't a toy destroyer, but does give her toys a work out. The toys are well made and we have ordered other toys for her because we've been pleased with the quality. We look forward to seeing what she will get every month!

Bode has loved all his box’s!! He started receiving them in December 2019. He knows when they arrive and know it’s his. He gets so excited when we open the box. I have to let him sniff every treat bag and then he samples each.

My dog Sonny loves tearing your soft toys apart and taking out the squeaker. But he really enjoys doing that and makes me run the Vaccum more often. Sonny also really enjoys the treats that you include. He loves sniffing the box when it arrives.

I think I love BarkBox even more than my dog does! It's so fun to see what's in the box each month, and they do such a great job creating fun themes. And of course, my dog loves the unique toys and treats!

BarkBox is the best thing I have ever bought for my puppy. He loves the monthly boxes. Each month has a new unique theme. I love that you are able to customize the box to fit your dogs needs by changing how many toys and treats you want in each box.

We do enjoy the boxes every month and if we do have an issue, they have fixed it every time. The only downfall is the shipping time. It's billed on the 5th and have to wait up to 3 weeks to get the box.

My dog KNOWS when I’m holding a BarkBox vs a regular cardboard box. We have to open it outside because he gets the zoomies so hard. He picks out his favorite toy while I hide the treats for later. The box themes are adorable so it really feels like a treat for me too. My favorite box was the French one. Three squeaky macarons with cute faces and the “package” they came in was a toy as well! And of course the “unimpressed coffee” mug made me laugh.

Our little Tucker Baby loves EVERYTHING he receives in his monthly Bark Box. When we receive it I sit down with him and show him everything and he gets so excited to play, and so do I! Not disappointed at all!!

My dog, a 9 month old standard Xoloitzcuintli, is always happy with his Bark Boxes. He knows it is his box when it is delivered. The toys are durable and very cute. The treat bags contain a generous amount of tasty treats are generally easy to break into pieces. I would prefer to receive bags of treats in exchange for the treat sticks. The treat sticks, although loved by my dog, offer too much food at one time and slicing them into small pieces is difficult for me.

My fur baby Zeus loved getting his monthly BarBox. He could not wait for me to open the box so he could have his treats and toys. Sadly he recently passed away. The BarkBox toys gave him happiness and joy during his last days.

We love Bark Box!! My puppy Dallas has enjoyed every toy that has been in his box, even his sissy Kyla enjoys them! I wish I could continue on with you, but due to financial difficulties I'm not able to, but if things change, I will surely sign up again!!

We love Barkbox. Bluee knows the box and gets so excited when he sees a new one delivered for him. The customer service is fantastic! We started with the Super Chewer box but realized Bluee wasn't a super chewer like we thought he was. I sent an email and within minutes received a reply, they switch us to the regular box right away.

People I have talked to at Bark Box are very helpful and friendly. When I had to call for some info on type of toy boxes Zoey should get. She can be a tough chewer but doesn’t like rubber toys. Zoey loves the toys. I love the theme of the month.

Hello and good morning, I recently received my July Barkbox and I am very displeased with the toys I received. Within 10 min of opening the box and giving the dog toys to Lacy they were destroyed. (I had a feeling from how cheaply made they felt) If we receive another box as this one I will unsubscribe from the box.

I went ahead and ordered the year long membership thinking even if my dog didn't care for the toys, she would at least like the treats and bones. Only after a couple of BarkBox arrived at my doorstep, my dog already recognized the box and start jumping with excitement. She always loves all of the snacks, but she loves the toys too. Some of them she obviously loves more (the stuffed platypus, the frying squirrel, and the alien squirrel for starters), but there hasn't been a toy she doesn't like yet. CC and I love our monthly Barkbox!

Teddy loves every BarkBox he gets! He's always excited to see his new toys and treats. I love getting the new box just to open it up for him so we can play! Barkbox is something I plan to continue purchasing for my pups!

My dogs love Bark Box. Emmi doesn't usually have any interest in the toys. But for some reason she loves the medal. She carried it around for days. So I put it on her, thinking she would take it off. Nope, she walked around proudly with that thing on all day. The treats are always a hit.

Molly, Mason and Madelyn love Bark Box!!! Mom loves that all the treats are American made! The boxes are always beautifully put together and I love the themes!! I think that I look forward to them more than the pups!

Our dog Belle loves her monthly Bark Box! We love that all the toys always have 2 layers of complexity and the themes are always cute. The chew gets eaten in 2.5 seconds but that is to be expected with a large dog.

We absolutely love our BarkBox subscription and the customer service is top notch! By far, the best I've ever experienced. The treats are high quality and the themed boxes are SO cute! I've recommended them to a ton of people and they all have rave reviews, as well. Hands down one of the best $30 we spend a month.???

I have sent in a query regarding toy quality. We love the boxes and Berry adores items with squeakers and crinkles but she is destroying them within moments of arrival. Had been told there we were enrolled in toys with more robust stitching but have seen no change.

Belle recognizes the box and gets so excited we open it and let her take the things out. She likes some this better than others, she has not had any treats she did not like. Shipping seems to be the only problem there doesn't seem to be system as to when it arrives.

I’ve had Bark Box for a few years now. My previous dog Thor (May he play in peace) loved his toys and treats so much. I love bark box for accommodating his food allergies with all treats. Remington has learned not all boxes are scary because of bark box. So yay!!! She came from an abusive home and bark box has made outsiders less threatening. Thank you guys!!! She’s only destroyed 1 time and I got a response back hours of sending out my S. O. S. Message.

We have a Doberman puppy and she loves getting her monthly box from BarkBox. It’s convenient and fun to see the new toys each month. Unfortunately within hours of opening the box each month Nala will have tears and holes in most if not all toys.

Thank you so much for the dog jerky for Iris. I mentioned last month in my review that she loved these so much better than the treats, and then this month she got them again!!! I'm not sure if that was coincidence or from my review, but THANK YOU!! She loves the jerky so much! Keep it coming! She also loves every single toy that has been included in the monthly boxes.... I had to go out and buy a bigger toy box for her just so she has a place to keep them all. She doesn't destroy the toys like her brothers did, so this is new to us! :)

Bob has loved every box that he has received. He looks forward to them every month!! Now that he's getting old may I make a suggestion? For the older dogs with the toys, I wish that they were made more sturdy like the Kong toys. He rips through the ones he gets, but he does love them all, including the treats. He'd actually would like more treats with peanut butter in them!???

Honeybee and I enjoy her Bark Box. Her favorites are the treats for sure. We raise labs and would love to see a sample program to give our new families. Only issue I have is the delay in receiving after shipping. My daughter gets the same the box and lives 30 minutes from us, somehow she receives her box a week to 2 weeks before us. I watch the shipment and it sits for days in Indiana.

I’m not sure who enjoys getting the Bark Box more each month, our Jack Russell makes Gleason or our 12 year old human daughter. While the toys can vary on how much he likes them, the treats are always a hit. It’s really nice to get quality treats that I know are safe for him. And he goes nuts over them. He has several toys that he enjoys and since he’s not a dog that rips things apart they last quite a while. Any toys he isn’t really interested in we gift to friends or donate to the animal shelter.

Marlee loves her toys, treats and chews. Some of the toys she will destroy but I always ask for a replacement when that happens and they always send me one. :) Great customer service. They also normally have affordable deals for everyone’s needs.

My dog love these boxes. She knows exactly what the box is when I bring it in the house. The treats are gone in no time. She and the other dogs love them. The toys are so cute and unique. I love seeing what each month's theme is.

It's always fun for Axel to get his Bark Box. Although he is a picky eater he does enjoy the snacks. He also runs to see his new toys from the box. I would recommend Bark Box to any parent of a fur baby.

The only downside of getting Barkbox, is that I keep getting emails trying to get me to subscribe. I get it already! Frustrating! I have tried to get this message across, but haven’t been able to. Aside from unsubscribing to the emails, I’m not sure how to get the soliciting emails to stop.

Lucy and the BarkBox team have been extremely responsive and cooperative as we’ve adjusted our customized box for our growing lab Yogi. As his chewing needs develop BarkBox has offered more appropriate options. I’m convinced that Yogi recognizes the BarkBox when it arrives and gets so excited!!!!

I am very happy with this service, my dogs look forward to every time we get a box and already know what "BARK BOX" means. I do wish more toys were not the stuffed kinds as they destroy them easily, but overall happy with the things sent and the happiness and joy it brings my dogs every month. What a great service.

Saber loves everything in her Barkboxes. The toys are durable AND she loves them. She also loves the treats and the chews, plus I feel good about giving them because they are healthy without added things like corn. Usually subscription boxes are hit and miss, but not Barkbox. Every box is a hit! My single complaint is that it takes so long to receive the box, it usually takes 2 weeks for me to receive it after it's shipped.

We absolutely adore BarkBox!! We impatiently wait every month for it. Always excited to see the cute toys and there’s always healthy, good quality treats and snacks I can give my baby with peace of mind. Also customer service is always on point. If there is ever an issue, it is always resolved quickly. Other companies should strive to be as good as BarkBox.

I loved the first couple of boxes I got from Bark Box. But the most recent couple didn’t have as good of snacks/treats. My dog didn’t even want to eat them. It’s been mostly meat type - beef jerky - treats. And it always seems to be duck and lamb.

They love the squeaky toys most of all. Of course the treats go down easily. Thank you. Barb. P.S. We also have an eleven year old golden and I give her some of the treats. She is too old to chase after the toys but loves to watch the puppies.

Love Bark Box, my dog is always excited to receive it. The toys are long lasting and durable. The dog loves the treats as well; it's a good value to receive 2 toys, 2 bags of treats, and 1 chew for $30.

It's been really amazing watching Drake try to open his Bark Box. The box has been amazing, every month we wait and see what great products lie ahead. We're very excited to continue our services with bark box and would recommend to others.

We received our box and my Callie saw it and knew it was for her. She was so excited to get a gift. We opened it and I gave her the toys and she just loved them. I know when she likes a toy because she doesn’t tear it up right away. She enjoyed the treats as well. She is picky with treats and I can’t seem to find any other than milk bones that she loves. The treats are great. Cooper loves them. It's really fun for the humans that there's a theme to each month's box. For some reason, only some of the toys have been appealing to my dog while others have been less interesting. The Scooby Doo box wasn't a fan favorite in our house. Maybe Scooby was too realistic and he didn't like the idea of biting another dog?

We love out Bark Box and so do our boys. Unfortunately I had to give only 4 stars because we have lost our jobs due to the pandemic and we no longer have the funds to buy the box until we are back to work. We cannot cancel our 12 month subscription so it's continuously over drafting our account. ???? If we were still getting our pay checks we would have kept it probably forever because it truly is amazing.

So happy I subscribed for the full year, we look forward to our BarkBox delivery every month. Not only do my dogs love it, but my kids love unboxing it as well. The toys are always funny/adorable. It's a great activity for us to enjoy together and helps me feel like a good dog parent (something that has been a little hard to juggle as a mom of twin toddlers). I also like how the recent squeakers haven't been ear splittingly loud. It's like a deeper squeak that doesn't hurt my ears and that my dogs still love and have fun with. Kudos to understanding both dogs and humans!

Penny really enjoys her Bark Box. She get all happy-skippy when I bring them in the house. The durability of the toy is great, every thing she has received is still playable, dirty but she doesn't seem to mind. LOL. I cut the sticks into thirds for the three dog, they don't mind sharing.

Gracie waits in the window each month for her special box & treats! It’s like Christmas for her, anxiously waiting for someone to open it up for her. She has loved all her toys & most of her treats. She shares the ones that aren’t her favorites with her friends - sharing the love.

I love Bark Box but was a little disappointed this last box I received for Chloe. It was her birthday box which arrived the day after her birthday. I understand we are in trying times with deliveries. Also the birthday banner was blue, cupcake blue along with other blue toy, which seems like a very small thing but she is a girl and it was her birthday.

I know with covid there has been some shipping issues but I think the shipping has gotten worse vs better at this point. Like this month was my dog's bday month and it took so long for the box to get here. I’m glad I still have this option tho.

My experience with BarkBox has been great. My dog loves the toys and the treats. When I found out she was allergic to most food items, I let BarkBox know and they were able to adjust the treat options to something she could eat without problems.

Bark Box is amazing. Their toys are durable and if they aren’t, they’ll send a new toy! If they find out that a toy isn’t testing well with consumers they’ll email you to let you know and offer a replacement toy! They constantly check in with you to see how you like each month's box. Overall a high quality company and they have a good sense of humor!

Bark has been a great Company to work with. It’s taking a few months to get the right style and toughness of toys For our American Bull Dog, Jax. Customer service really has worked with us on numerous occasions any toy that needed replacing was done so no questions asked and we now know what Jax needs each month - the treats, (as far as I know ) are good my dog gobbles everything up! Our dogs get extremely excited when the Bark Box comes to the house!!!!

My dogs have enjoyed getting the Bark Box, however, due to life changes, I have had to cancel their subscription. Lucy, was very helpful in working with me to cancel my subscription and even offered a hold status.

Bark Box has been very helpful. When the Super Chewer Subscription was not a good fit for us they switched us over and even sent my dog some free toys! The quality of the toys is outstanding. I just wish they would include a few more edible treats each month but overall we are extremely happy.

Miles and his family love the toys and treats in their Bark Box. I really enjoy the monthly theme! Very clever and imaginative. I like the way I can always contact someone to make any changes better suited to my pups.

My dogs love BarkBox! However, since they switched to Pitney Bowes shipping I will wait 4-6 weeks for my subscription to be sent. So disappointed as I will be canceling my subscription this year when it’s up.

Hi, I just want to say that I didn't realize there was a "zero cancellation" policy with this service. Honestly, very few companies have these stringent terms. If a company wants to enforce these stringent guidelines there should be a huge WARNING box that pops up when the consumer is signing up warning them that they cannot cancel the membership. I don't remember any such warning or "fine print" as they say when I signed up. Now that we have received the box (which is full of toys my dog would never play with), I find I am bound by these stringent terms. Buyer Beware, you are entering into a strict contract with this company!!

Every time Piper's bark box is dropped off she is waiting by the door to see what she got for the month and she is never disappointed. The one time she did chew through a toy but BarkBox was kind enough to send us a tougher toy for her as a replacement! Highly recommended to get your dog subscribed!

What’s not to love about the BarkBox experience. The package that has a little message on the cardboard box, the themes, the treats, the toys, & most of all the excitement that Zeppelin gets knowing his BarkBox has arrived. The only thing bad is he thinks that every box that comes to the house should be his????

I have a super chewer 1 year old chocolate lab that has eaten a lot of my furniture! Ugh! But these Bark Box toys she can’t destroy. When she sees me open the box she goes nuts! Would recommend for any aggressive chewer. Love them!

At first I really enjoyed the experience. The theme behind each boxes is really well thought of. But then toys were missing and they skipped 3 months of my membership due to issues with the borders. I was surprised last week with a charge of 720$ on my credit card for a new subscription which they didn't bother emailing about.... I was gracefully told that I was the one who did not read the fine line when I did my subscription last year.

Mini Me, is now looking for his box every month to get here. He helps me open it and take out everything. He will show me which ones to open first. And the ones he truly likes he will hide. On me!?❤?

After receiving the first box (which I found cute) and discovering that my dog had no interest whatsoever in anything there besides edibles, I contacted the company to learn that I could not cancel my “obligation” for a year but I could customize the box contents. However, I received the same useless toys I had complained about. Their “100% Happiness Guarantee” is a joke. All this company cares about is your money!

I love getting the email that Barkbox is on the way. As soon as I walk in with the box my pups GO CRAZY!!!! They can't stop sniffing the box waiting to get inside and experience all the treats and new toys. I have 3 dogs and have 1 box they all share and it works out great. Enough treats to last all month and then some. The toys are catered to their chewing needs and are size appropriate. The tips and themes are helpful and fun.

She does not care for the hard rubber toys. I’ve mentioned this almost every time she receives one in a box. I feel like I keep wasting my money if she won’t play with her new toys. These box are too expensive to receive toys she won’t play with.

I absolutely love BarkBox. I’ve been subscribed on and off for about 3 years (I only had to stop because of financial reasons, nothing to do with y’all). They only thing I wish y’all would do, would be if I could pick the type of toy my baby gets. She’s kinda picky so I could like put somewhere what toys she prefers and what she doesn’t like so the box could be more tailored that would be great. But even without it y’all are wonderful about sending replacements when she doesn’t like her toy!!

Nyla loves her boxes with the treats and toys. She especially loved the brown jug with the squeaker in it. She greets me with it every night when I come home from work. Titan loves his boxes as well. He loves the tug toys the best but he doesn’t get many of them. He also likes any type if ball. He loves to play fetch.

As always my family loves Barkbox. My pups get so excited whenever it comes in the mail and it’s always an event. The surveys we get periodically are great to keep up with what my pups like and don’t like. I always recommend Barkbox to any pup families I possibly can.

We love getting new toys and treats every month. They strive to find toys suitable for your dog and their playing/chewing style. The treats are ok. They seem to be the same consistency and smell and my dogs don't always like them. That would be my only change. Mix up the type and treat textures.

In each box 1 of the 2 toys is easily destroyed by my dog. She is able to bite pieces off and I have to throw them away. She only likes the treats that are meat flavored (ie, pork) and doesn’t like the ones that are solid and hard. If I take pictures of the destroyed toys, is there a way to receive a new one? Or be refunded? Thanks.

We've lived everything in each BarkBox. All the toys and treats are definitely looked forward to by our spoiled Pit. He'd eat them all in one sitting if we let him. We're very happy to have found BarkBox. It's made it so easy to spoil our baby a little more????

Beanie loves her BarkBox every month. I just wish there was more than two toys because once she gets bored with them she just leaves them in her cage. She loves the squeaky toys more than anything but did love the bottle opener that she got. I know you can't make toys indestructible but oh my she's destroys them the same day we get them. The only one that truly lasted was the blue one that's in the picture. She loves when we put crunchy peanut butter in it. Her favorite things for treats are carrots. If we could get a carrot looking toy that would be amazing!!

The BarkBox team has accommodated our box based on our feedback (e.g. types of toys and treats). It’s also very helpful to receive an email + tracking code when the box has shipping. My one concern is that the cancellation/renew period is 6 months. Not having a shorter window to cancel can pose challenges during unexpected times.

Bambam already tore up the tumbler, in half. He is rough on toys that's why we tried you guys. This one was not as good as others. Boomers so laid back nothing bothers him. Although he is picky about his treats. All the time.

We have used Bark Box for several months now and we cannot stop recommending to others. We have a large dog (Rottweiler mix) who is a super chewer and the toys are perfect for him. Our dog is obsessed with the toys he received and has a very hard time destroying the toys (which is unheard of for him). Before BB we would be going through toys weekly and the toys that we now get monthly last! No more trips to the pet store. The monthly box is actually saving us money.

No made in USA, which to makes them 100% safer and when I needed to adjust a prior monthly double order in February due to me Memo dying suddenly, you all were sympathetic and responded in quickly.

I am not sure who got more excited about the delivery, the kids or Onyx. Some of the toys he still enjoys. Some he tore apart very quickly. Some of the treats he loved others are still in the cabinet and he doesn't eat them as fast. Overall, the experience was fun. I believe it was worth the money.

My dogs love Barkbox!!! So much fun in one box and being able to add on other toys/treats to the box is a positive as well. Customer service also seems to be really good, they always respond promptly if I have a question or concern.

Love the Bark Box. My dog looks forward to it every month. I will let everybody know to order one for their dogs they will love it. The only thing I wish they would change is for it to be for extra large dogs. I have an English Mastiff and he is an extra large dog.

We have 3 shepherds. Tough chewers - but when it comes to their Bark Box they are very satisfied with all the toys and treats they get - yes a squeaker or two might come out but the overall quality of the toys is great - Love the BARK BOX???❤️

I have 2 dogs. A goldendoodle and Bernedoodle. One medium size, one very large. The toys are not a good fit. Some are big and round. Dogs cannot pick them up. Good thing is if I tell BB they do send replacements.

Hannah gets so excited about her Bark Box! She knows what it is when it comes through the door! The toys are her favorites and they last well and the nummies are of excellent quality and are her favorite snack foods. She highly recommends the Bark Boxes....just don't try to take anything from hers!

Mr. Pug and I are very satisfied with our BarkBox since Mr. Pug did not care for the Rubber Toys, I have requested that Xbox no longer contain rubber and would have the regular toys. BarkBox is what my Furbaby and I look forward to each month, with anticipation and excitement each month!

I love the Bark Box almost as much as my dogs do. So many cute, but tough toys and great treats. They haven’t yet torn up any of the toys. We even occasionally share some of the toys and treats with other doggie friends and they all love them, too. All 4 dogs are Aussies and can be hard on toys.

Jagger has learned to recognize the box when it is being delivered to the door. He loves the new toys and shares them with his sister when he's done with one and ready for another. So far, their favorite toy has been a bi-colored interlocking ring-type thingy. I don't even know what is so special about it unless it's the feeling of part of it dangling when a dog runs with it in his/her mouth. They've loved all the treats equally. Some of the toys were left outdoors in the snow and re-discovered last month when the last of the snow melted in their play yard. Yay, it's like new toys all over again!

Both dogs (tiny poodles) love the BarkBox. When I bring it in and set it on the floor, both are trying to get into it. I cut the tape, remove the treats, take the tags off the toys, put the toys back in the box and watch them go nuts. Each dog seems to find a favorite toy and plays/chews on that one only for a few days. Some of the treats are a little big for them (7 and 15 lbs), but overall I am very satisfied with the product.

My pups love their treats and toys from Bark Box. The toys are so cute and my girls just love them. The treats are delicious. My girls deserve nothing but the best! Every pup should be able to enjoy these treats and toys.

I had subscribed for the Superchewer version. Also asked for less or zero treats. My dog doesn’t eat them. I have been disappointed with the toy selection. Also still getting treats. I even changed my box size and spoke to customer service about the above.

Liberty loves getting her BarkBox. She knows when we go to the office her box is here and she gets so excited. She use to tear up her toys in minutes, now she has a basketful!! She doesn't try to eat these. We are both very happy.

My pit, Zeus, has been enjoying Bark Box for well over a year now. He knows the box & gets super excited when he sees one delivered! The treats have always been good, fresh, & apparently quite tasty. The toys are the best! So fun & creative. A couple times, Zeus was a little too much of a super chewer & was able to destroy them quickly. Each time, I simply chatted with a customer service rep & a new, tougher toy was shipped. The customer service reps that I spoke with were always kind, caring, & professional. Their willingness to correct any issue was greatly appreciated & respected. I will continue to subscribe to Bark Box & have recommended it to many friends!!

I love Barkbox and so do my puppies! It's cheap and easy. When it shows up Padfoot and Luna know exactly what it is and get so excited. They get to try different treats and always have new toys to play with.

I have nothing but satisfaction from Bark Box. They have gone beyond to make sure I am totally satisfied with every product I received. I recently got a Super Chewer and there was no problem changing my subscription to accommodate my new English Bull Terrior.

We have had problems with almost every box. I give feedback and receive platitudes not results. As I have stated before, we will not be renewing! Toys are either too delicate or too big. I have stated (several times) Angel does not like fish. She has eaten a few of the carp treats but that’s all. Yet you still send fish treats... I complain about a toy, get promised a specific replacement and get sent something entirely different. (Finally got the promised item as the toy in this last box). Perhaps I am at fault for expecting people to follow through with their promises.

The kids love getting their Bark Box. Can barely get the box open before their noses are inside it. They like the healthier snack choice but not so much the sticks or long chews. Anything that squeaks is always a plus.

I was unsure about spending the money for a box of dog stuff each month since I’m a single Mom on a VERY tight budget. However I am so glad I did! Each box has a variety of surprises for my girl. She knows the box is for her and is sooo excited each month! Some she kills for the squeaker, others she keeps pristine and treasures them. The treats are always a hit, and the one time Pepper didn’t care for it, you sent a replacement! Great customer service, great communication, great treats, great toys! So happy I budgeted this in each month for my Pepper!

My dogs LOVE the toys and treats. I especially liked the toys that had toys inside, much longer play once they destroyed the toy. It’s nice to have a variety of treats so they don’t get bored. I have four rescued dogs who benefit from the BarkBox.

I am very happy with Bark Box. Angel loves the toys and the treats. They are in a toy box and she pulls them out all the time. Loves the squeak toys. She uses them to calm herself and to stay busy. The themes of each box are so cool. I love the themes.

We got a beagle/bluetick mix in April of 2019, and found out he was a toy destroyer! He LOVES toys (especially stuffed ones) but being a baby he would destroy them and then try to eat the skins. Nothing was working and he was becoming bored. I kept seeing BarkBox on Facebook and they were promoting a pigs-butt. I got online to investigate and started a chat session with a customer service representative. I had already placed a subscription order for a Classic Barkbox, and found out they had a Super Chewer's version (insert huge smiley face!!).

Chewie loves to get his boxes in the mail! He literally tries to eat it open because he knows goodies are inside. We share our toys with his bestie and he also loves to chew up the plastic toys that it comes with. I didn’t think it would be as popular as it is with the dogs and my kids but they all love it and enjoy the experience and excitement.

I’ve told you over & over again that Shiloh is a big chewer. She doesn’t get to enjoy or play with the toys cause she destroys them a couple minutes after she gets them.??. I’m paying all this money for her to have fun with toys but very disappointed in what she gets!!!!

Most of the boxes were on time and Remi loved them. However, December and January boxes only had 1 toy in each one. Not very happy with that. I also would like to switch to a less hard box. One with cloth toys.

Barkbox is great, we love getting our box every month and light up when we open it. The themes and ideas are so creative and cute and the treats smell almost good enough to eat at times. Our dog, Taylor, enjoys having new toys to play with each month and a variety of treats. You can check which dislikes are allergens your dog has to customize the box further. It’s really been a great experience overall!

I’ve requested no pork base protein 2 months ago, and have had to throw out the the pork treats received in February and March. The toys are awesome. I had a 400.00 vet bill in Jan from the pork treats that caused severe stomach and intestinal issues. PLEASE no pork anything!

My pup loves opening her box and getting her two new toys! She’s always so excited and tries to play with everything at once! She’s a mini Aussie so it’s funny to watch! She loves all the treats and has had no issues. Perfect way to show your pet you love them.

We like Bark Box because it gives our rescue dog a variety of treats and toys that she loves almost every time. She knows when her box comes and is very excited when I bring it in the house. I like that I can customize it and add to it. When we found out she had an allergy I was able to update her my order to accommodate her allergy so she didn't get treats that she was allergic too. When she would shred the toys at first I was able to get tougher toys for her that last longer. So far we have not been disappointed with anything we have gotten from our boxes. Some things (very few) have been just ok, but our whole family are animal lovers so someone has been able to enjoy them.

Rufus and I look forward to the Bark Box every month. He loves most of the treats and most of the toys. Anytime I have had an issue with a toy not holding up to Rufus, they have replaced it for free. They even recalled one toy, but sent a new one in its place.

We love that they come every month. Also that it comes right to the door. Love love the themes every month. Toys they withstand about a week. Yet for him that is great. Not only do I love the themes each week he loves them. It is nice to try the different treats also. I don't have to get that much at the store anymore. If I had the extra money I would definitely get the extra toys every week. Love that the box also comes with description of the toys and little bit of info. Plus not only are the toys Hardy but they do have squeaky toys that he loves. The price is good because the toys last. So instead paying a few dollars every other day we pay a fair price for toys the he really enjoys and last for a few weeks. One of the best things is the great themes.

I can’t describe what happens when Barkbox arrives. Reba can’t wait to bust it open. It’s all about the toys. Here is a clip from February. It’s like this every month. Mad love. One time an Amazon box came that was about the same size, she went nuts. She thought it was her Barkbox. We felt so bad. If you ever need an unboxing commercial/dog hit us up. Reba is your biggest fan.

This is the best money I have ever spent. My dog gets so excited when she gets her box. She loves the toys and treats! We get the mail everyday and she has to smell it to make sure there is no box and nothing smells like it should be hers.

I see that I was billed on April 4th but I still haven't received any order updates or received our Barkbox. It would be delightful to get it. Levi looks forward to it every month. Usually I get tracking numbers by now?

Ruger loves his monthly boxes. There hasn't been a box he didn't enjoy. All toys are holding strong, which is very important for this 85 pound 9 month old. The variety of monthly themes and treats allow for a healthy toy and treat box for Ruger.

My pup know the difference between his Bark Box and others. He gets soooo happy. The themes are very cute each month! If I ever have trouble with toys or treats they are so happy to help change is likes and offer replacements. Thank you Bark Box.

Amazing Experience. The title says it, it's not a subscription box. It's an experience. Scout my mischievous pupper with "adamantium" teeth, LOVES the monthly surprises. Every time it gets home he KNOWS, he seeks it and tries to open it. He knows first thing I will give him one of the chews for him to snack on and then I get into the toys because I can't help myself. It keeps me entertained as much as it keeps him happy.

I definitely do recommend Barkbox to my friends. My dog, Lexi, and I have really liked our experience. The staff is very helpful and even offer to send you something else if you or your dog are not happy. The price is very good as well.

Bark box for Boxador. We love Bark Box! Keeps things simple and easy and New toys and treats come to the door every month without thinking about it. I have health issues that prevent me from being able to drive and to make it easy to carry a lot of things. The service is a huge convenience as I don’t have to worry about buying new toys and dog treats and then getting them here whether it’s at the store or online constantly. It’s just taken care of every month.

We were loving our monthly boxes until February. Whose idea was it to put in angel wings?! Just lost my son, and certainly don’t need my puppy to earn his wings. Poor choice of “toy”. Threw out box, very upsetting.

We had the absolute best customer service. When the toys were not lasting, I called and talked with a representative that changed our toys to the toughest. They even replaced one that was chewed up. Since then we have been very happy with every box, toy, and treat.

Princess Browning is so excited when she sees her box in the mail! She stands, eager for us to open it and smell and see what’s inside! The toys are nice and strong for her since she’s definitely a super chewer!! In her most recent box, she got a beer and bottle opener that are super strength dog toys!

My dog Rory loves Bark Box toys. He recognizes the box, and get excited when I bring it in the house. He knows there is something inside for him. I love bark box not only because Rory enjoys it but because it’s one of the nicest companies. If you have a problem with an item they replace it no questions asked. I wish more companies treated their clients as well as Bark box.

BarkBox is wonderful. Toys are of great quality. It's exciting to see the clever/funny/beautiful toys that arrive. Toast (our pup) recognizes the box now & eagerly waits for us to open up the box & show him his new toys. Only recommendation for BarkBox is to create a "toys only" box. While Toast is a sucker for treats, it also gives him tummy aches with the new treats each month. Toast has given BarkBox as a gift to his best pals & they love it too.

Tough toys, if my dog is able to chew them up, they replace them with no problem. The treats have been enjoyed by my dog. My dog is a very strong chewer so it is hard to find things that he won't chew through.

Cocoa and I love our monthly BarkBox. Once a month seems perfect as Cocoa is ready for a new toy every couple of weeks. Cocoa can be quite destructive with toys and some of them haven't lasted more than a couple of months. I am always surprised and excited to see the theme each month. A lot of creative people work at BarkBox.

Teka loves her monthly Bark Box. She has so many treats, we take a bag to work and share with all the other dogs. We’ve only received one bag of treats Teka didn’t like. The toys are always fun. She still prefers her squeaky tennis ball over all others, but she does play with the other toys as well. I love how affordable the box is.

My three babies get so excited when they see their boxes every month because they know treats and toys are inside. They love that each toy comes with a new kind of puzzle (with the end result being a treat). And I love Barkbox because I know what kind of food are in my dogs' treats. I love getting the monthly Bark Boxes! My dog absolutely loves them. He is a purebred German Shepherd and for the most part, the toys hold up, which is nice. He absolutely loves the treats too. The best part is I love everything I get for the price I get it at.

Thunder looks forward to the Bark Box each month. When the box comes in the door, he jumps for joy!! He loves the snacks! But, he is getting bored with the toys. Each are made similar from one month to the other. Not interested in them. They are made well, however.

I am able to double my order, if I choose to. I am surveyed to see if my dogs liked what was received and if the toys were strong enough. My dogs love their treats and toys, especially Oakley - see attached picture. I have always had great customer service, too, with immediate responses to any of my questions! Love this service!

I get this BarkBox for one of my doggies I walk. She enjoys all her toys, chews and treats! It's a fun treat every month for her and her mom and me her dog walker to look forward to. I like that the treats are nutritious for dogs and toys are cute and fun for pups. And, it's nice to have add on options at times too.

My dogs can destroy a toy within an hour, I have been able to get a replacement straight away. The treats have been great for my two dogs, maybe not so small ones, as they are 50-70 lbs dogs, maybe more bones.

Always get good quality toys. Last month my box was lost and they shipped a new one with no questions asked! Great customer service. :) Peeta looks forward to his box every month and has saved me money on the long range of buying cheap toys at the store.

My dogs know when the BarkBox has arrived. They get really excited. They love the toys and I love the quality of the toys. The treats are excellent as well. And a good size. Toys have survived my dogs (who can destroy strong toys in seconds).

My dog loves opening his box every month, and I love watching him enjoy his new toys. I also really love the clever themes each month and how they are reflected in the toys and treats. While my picky dog is about 50/50 on the treats, I share them with friends whose dogs love them. Overall, my dog and I look forward to our Bark Box delivery each month.

Barkbox has been a great resource for my three dogs. I spend much less money on random toys and treats because I know their monthly box will come and provide those items. The toys are long lasting and my dogs love the treats. I know my dogs don't care about the themes, but I personally love them and am excited every month to see what the next theme is!
