I usually do not write reviews. This time people should know. I ordered from ProFlowers 5 days before Valentine's day. They arrived a day earlier. I paid for on time delivery. When my wife opened the box the petals and leaves started to fall off her roses. I was embarrassed to say the least. Now on 2/15/18 they're dead. I emailed my complaint to the company and I still did not get a response. I do not have the time to spend an hour the phone with customer service.

I ordered 4 bouquets of one dozen long stem roses to be delivered to four of my friends on Valentine's day. I placed my order on 2/1 -- two weeks prior to delivery. On 2/14 (the delivery date) I kept logging in to my account to see if there was any notification of delivery. There was none, just my order number, what I ordered, and the date scheduled for delivery. The flowers were supposed to arrive by 5:00 pm. I finally called at 4:15 pm to check on the order status. I was told there was an error processing the order and they would not be delivered. I was not offered any compensation even when I asked for it -- just told I would get a refund and I could re-order for another day. Worst experience and terrible customer service. They couldn't care less.

I decided to give this company my Valentine's Day business for the first time. I ordered a dozen roses with candy from them online 2 days before the delivery date. Their website is misleading about the total cost until you have confirmed your payment, then they tell you about additional "handling" charges. They offer "guaranteed delivery" by noon for an additional price as well. Why would I pay an extra $13 or so dollars for a guaranteed morning delivery to a business address that is routinely visited by the FedEx guy (daily) at 9am? Here's why, if you dont pay that extra money, the FedEx guy will make the usual deliveries/pickups at 9am and then return with your flowers at the "end of the day".

FedEx tracking showed the package was put on the truck and out for delivery at 5:25 am on the delivery date, 4 miles away from the delivery address. The flowers were not delivered until 3 pm, after my wife had left for the day for her other job! Tried to reach customer service all day and never got past the automated recording no matter how long I waited. Finally got the corporate # and spoke with a woman who was so sorry and willing to send a new package the next day. No thank you, ProFlowers does not fully understand the business they are in. The next complaint I have is the product itself. Who wants some assembly required BOX of low quality flowers? Never using them again, and I hope for their demise as a company.

I ordered flowers midday, February 8th! to be delivered to my girlfriend on Valentine's Day, February 14th. They NEVER deliver the flowers. They never notified me that the flowers would not be delivered until 5 PM on February 14th when I called into the customer service 800 line. They initiated the shipping with FedEx on February 14 even though I ordered them a week prior. This is the second time ProFlowers.com has completely failed at what it's supposed to do - deliver flowers. Easy... right? Not for ProFlowers.com.

I called the 800 customer service line and spoke with someone in the Philippines. The connection was very bad and the woman's English was suspect, at best. After answering an excruciating amount of annoying security questions, the woman kept repeating over and over and over that the flowers will be delivered on the 15th. She would disappear for 30 seconds at a time before she would reappear back on the phone. I was fit to be tied. On top of being completely annoyed by the lack of competency of ProFlowers.com not being able to deliver my flowers timely on Valentine's Day with a week's advanced purchase the customer service experience only doubled the displeasure of this transaction. My advice: NEVER, EVER do business with ProFlowers.com.

Valentines Day ruined. Ordered flowers and even paid extra to be delivered early. They never arrived because they garbled up my home address with my wife's work address. So I had the delivery address changed and was promised they would arrive the 15th. Still no sign of them. Very poor company. I will not do business with them again and from the other reviews I should have checked their reviews 1st as this seems to be a common occurrence with them.

My husband ordered flowers two days ahead of time. He was told flowers would arrive by noon to my place of work on Valentine's Day!!! There was a plane delay at 11:10 am 02/14/2018. Delivery was stuck at UPS ALL DAY!!! I called ProFlowers to complain. The representative tells me she can send me a coupon that's good for one year. Then she says the only option I would have is to request refund which will take 7-10 business days or I can just wait on a coupon! Which meant ProFlowers would keep the $116.00 my husband paid and in return we would receive a 20% off coupon good for a year! The next option she gave me was that ProFlowers could send me another arrangement (one of their choosing) within 2-3 days but of course I wouldn't receive my money back.

Our radio station Magic 102 (TJMS -Tom Joyner Morning Show) advertised/promoted ProFlowers every morning leading up to Valentine's Day! There was even a 20% off discount offered if we used the code TJMS... I plan on writing TJMS to let them know ProFlowers is a ripoff, they do not stand by their product, delivery, or customer satisfaction. I stayed on the phone with ProFlowers representative for over an hour only to be told "Oh I'm sorry, I understand your concern." She wouldn't even let me speak to a supervisor. I was told "My supervisor will give you the same options I mentioned to you."

Today is 02/15/2018 I'm just receiving the flowers. Some of the stems or shorter than the others, the vase is NOT the one my husband ordered, roses are very fragile. If you touch one it falls apart, there were a few dead roses, etc. Not to mention one of the Teddy Bears eye is cracked! It was stuffed in a plastic bag. Looks like it came from a used second hand store! My husband paid $116.00 for this crap!!! This is the worst service I've ever... WE WILL NOT USE THEM EVER AGAIN!!! Their customer service is horrible, product is not worth buying. What they show you on their site is totally different. I want my money back!!!

I received a dozen red roses yesterday along with a box of chocolate covered strawberries from my boyfriend. This was his first time using ProFlowers and has always used our local florist to send me flowers in the past. The roses arrived looking half dead. There was a note that said to cut at least an inch off the stem, place in vase with room temperature water and flower food and to give them 8-12 hours to "perk up". Well, I did that and they didn't perk up, in fact, they look even worse today than yesterday (if that's even possible). He feels horrible and he feels like he ruined my Valentine's Day by getting me the ugliest flowers in my entire office and although he didn't ruin my day because it’s the thought that counts, they are by far the ugliest flowers in the entire office! This was our first Valentine's Day as new parents to our son and he wanted to make it extra special for me and ProFlowers ruined that for him.

I cannot believe, after reading reviews today, that this company is even still in business. I have not seen one single satisfied customer from Valentine's Day yesterday. I work for the 3rd largest media company in the U.S. and I am making it well known to anyone that will listen NOT to do business with this company unless you are trying to send dead flowers to someone as an insult! What a total waste of his money and time and disappoint to me that I have to throw away flowers that should have lasted at least a week or more.

I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day this year from ProFlowers. This was my first time using Proflowers. The flowers were to be delivered on Valentine's Day. The flowers were being shipped to my home via FedEx, using FedEx standard overnight service. The flowers did not arrive on Valentine's Day for my wife. I called the customer service number for ProFlowers to investigate, and the call center experience just added insult to injury. I have never experienced anything like the call center phone call. It was bad enough to cause me to write my first review ever. The man I spoke with could barely say hello, it sounded like he was standing in the middle of a huge party with people yelling all around him, and he could barely speak English. I had to read him my order number 4 times, slowly and loudly in order for him to finally get it right because of the noise in the call center.

If ProFlowers is going to outsource their delivery to FedEx, they should work on the relationship with FedEx so that FedEx delivers their stuff on time. If ProFlowers is going to outsource their customer service to a foreign land, they should try calling that place occasionally to see how unbelievably poorly those people are representing them. I am pretty shocked by the low quality of this experience. I figured it would be an easy transaction. This company will not last if they continue with this business plan.

This was my first time using ProFlowers, I've used several other online flower deliver companies in the past without issue. I placed an order for my daughter to receive Valentine's Day flowers delivered to her at elementary school. I even paid an extra 15.99 to have them delivered before noon. Instead, they delivered it to the school district office, in the next city over (which shares a school district). Great, surprise ruined, and now I get to go drive to the next town and get these flowers. Thankfully I was even able to get them... I immediately call, and they just want to ship me out new flowers tomorrow... really? Really?? After arguing on the phone for some time, with someone that was very difficult to understand, and obviously didn't care about the problem (typical call center) they issued me a refund. I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday and when they arrived they were half the size of the photo and in fact didn't look anything like what I ordered. To say I am extremely disappointment is an understatement. I could have ran to the nearest florist and purchased a nicer, fuller, and better arranged bouquet for a fraction of the price. The bouquet look like it was put together by someone that had no experience. I was embarrassed to see how those flowers were put together, my 13 year old daughter would have done a better job. In fact, I had to go out and get my mom another gift. This has been my first and experience with your company. I am extremely dissatisfied.

First off, I NEVER write reviews for any products or services - good or bad - but after the infuriatingly awful & frustrating experience with ProFlowers I need to let the whole world know what a joke of a business they are. I recently decided to use this service to order a bouquet of roses for my GF for Valentine’s day, I immediately found the perfect roses (pink) for a great price, picked out a nice vase, a card & crafted a lovely message, so far so good!!! Then I entered my CC info & hit confirm, "info incomplete" was the message in red letters that popped up on my screen. Thinking I had made a mistake I re-entered the info & tried again, again I got the message. 3 more times I tried that card before switching over to my back up card with the same results. I then tried connecting to an online chat session but was told there were no operators available. There was no customer service number listed so I looked it up on my phone & dialed it.

After waiting on hold for a while a thickly accented Indian woman answered & asked me what my problem was. She was of no help & told me that this number was not for online problems, at least I’m pretty sure that's what she said as we could hardly understand each other. I resumed trying to reach an online CSR & after 10 or 15 minutes was finally connected with Chris, after much back and forth he suggested that I should choose AA in the STATE drop-down as I was using a Canadian CC, I thanked him and logged off. I did as he suggested and again I got the "info incomplete" message, again I tried the live chat option & again I was told "no agents available" finally I was reconnected to Chris who suggested I call another number because he was unable to help me.

Already at my wit's end I called the number & was connected with another thickly accented woman, I had to repeat myself several times before she understood what my problem was, she then put me on hold to "transfer me to the correct department." After 5 or 10 minutes waiting on hold the same lady answered & informed me that "ProFlowers doesn't accept Canadian credit cards" I slammed the phone down in disgust.

The arrangement was to be delivered on Sunday, Feb 11, at 11 a.m. I was even charged an extra $4.99 for the Sunday delivery. Today was the service. I received a voicemail from them to please call them back. When I phoned back, there was no record of me being called. After a minute hold, they found why they had called. It seems that there was no delivery made. They couldn't find the cemetery. Really? The cemetery is the largest in the county and it was established back in 1913. It's a very popular cemetery. The call center then asked if I'd like it sent to his home. Really? He died. At a care home. Very poor service. Very poor call center with poorly spoken English. Never again, ProFlowers.

I've been using ProFlowers for decades and have yet to be disappointed. I send flowers for a number of occasions annually as well as have them delivered to hotel rooms when I receive out-of-town guests. The company has a large assortment of both flowers, arrangements and vases and I always appreciate their lovely selection of Orchids. Their deliveries have never been late, even on short notice.

Their flowers also tend to last quite a bit longer than other floral companies with which I have done business in the past, thus making the purchase worth the value. On many occasions, my guests have either taken their floral arrangements with them or have donated them to me before they depart and I've noticed that they most definitely exceed the usual time of freshness. I highly recommend ProFlowers if you are looking for a reliable and relatively inexpensive Floral Delivery Service.

I responded to an advertising for a dozen roses for $20. I don't know how it happened, but by the time they were done with me I had to shell out $50. When I saw how much shipping would cost I decided to up the order in order to justify such high delivery charges. I'm convinced that this is their scheme; charge so much for delivery that it makes the customer feel it isn't worth it.

The insult to injury was the quality of the roses delivered. After 5 days they still didn't open up and the leaves were already dying. The roses look artificial, as though they were sprayed by some kind of preservative. I complained and have been told that I will receive a full refund through my PayPal account. I will never purchase flowers from this company or any other online again. This spoiled my wife's birthday and my trust in this company. I am writing in regards to my experience ordering flowers from Pro Flowers. By far worst experience. I ordered flowers for my mother's 60th birthday. I ordered the flowers and had the delivery date set for 2/6. I was charged quite a bit for delivery but with the size of the premium flowers I ordered I was willing to pay. I received an email the morning of delivery telling me they changed my order because it didn't meet the standards. I was concerned my mother would not receive the beautiful big bouquet I ordered. They offered me only 20% off a bouquet they now choose and picked out. I then received a phone call from my disappointed mother informing me the roses and the rest of the flowers were dead when the delivery man delivered them. Some were even frozen when she opened the box.

My mom was home when they delivered so they did not go outside. Every flower was dead. My mom is an avid Gardener and knows her flowers. I was heartbroken to hear her disappointment and hear her flowers were dead. She sent me all the pictures of the dead flowers which left me sad and embarrassed.

Here is where I get even more frustrated. I called 5 separate times and no one could understand me. There was a huge language barrier. I asked numerous times for replacement flowers be sent and a refund. I asked the flowers be sent to my mother tomorrow or at the latest Thursday. And all they kept saying was, "We don't UPS." I need replacement flowers sent to my mother in the next two days.

I sent an urgent email as no one could understand what I was saying in the phone and could not transfer me to the United States customer service. I was then issued a partial refund but I'm still not happy. They say Pro Flowers offer a guarantee... I emailed them stating I would appreciate the replacement flowers be sent immediately to my mother overnight at no charge. They responded, "We cannot do that," and will issue me a refund that I still have yet to see. So now I will need to dispute the charge on my credit card. Don't use this company. They are worthless.

So unfortunately last week a close friend of my fiancé passed at a young age and we were unable to attend the funeral. We put our trust in ProFlowers to deliver a nice flower arrangement to show our grievance and to have a piece of us there. Our trust was broken. We made the order as soon as we could which was two days before the funeral, right after we made the order we called customer service so that we could put a note on the order to get the flowers there by noon in time for the service. Not only did we find out later on the customer service rep didn’t make a note of anything she was very rude and showed no interest or care in the fact that we would like to try and get these flowers to the service on time. Come Saturday the flowers did not get there on time. My fiancé called customer service a couple times and they agreed on a 30% discount as long as the flowers were still delivered that day.

On Saturday night around 8:30 we heard word there was still no delivery. We were unhappy because we were told Saturday for delivery. Actually we were told Saturday morning. When we called to complain that the flowers did not get there on the day we needed them to be the first rep we talked to was nice but said if we want the flowers delivered still we can’t get money back and they wouldn’t be delivered until Sunday. So we asked to talk to the manager about it and after being on hold for 15 minutes we talked to him and got even more of a runaround being told that they would not get there until now MONDAY and we still would get NO money back.

We decided to cancel the order and at that point take our business elsewhere. I’m disappointed when I put this kind of trust in the company. I would hope they would take better care of us. The money was not important. We just wanted the family to know we were there in spirit and to have the comfort of being able to put flowers on his friend’s grave since we could not do it in person. We will never be doing business with ProFlowers again.

I explained my situation her first and then she said, "Let me help you place an order." Once get to review section after promotion my total order to pay was $35.00. I asked her why I have to pay this as my promotion is $15.00 for $30.00 item and shipping is free so except care and handling $2.99 + tax $4.00 approx I do not owe more than $5.00 and goes on & on that we can use only one promotion.

There no promotion code for free shipping and I only use one offer code per order. I spoke to supervisor John too and no help from him too. I just wasted my $15.00 with Groupon too as it’s a wrong advertisement which put me in this situation. There no customer service and very hefty prices with shipping $12.99 + care handling. $2.99 + tax $4.00 = $20.00 additional on top of your product item you purchase. COMPLETE RIPOFF.

ProGifter Club: Select 3 Recipients to receive the same floral arrangement cost at $99.00 w/ free shipping. Item: All the Frills. Horrible Presentation: Arrives in box w/ flowers tightly wrapped into a 4 inch ball. Deceptive Description: Photo represents full, mature, beautiful flowers. At date of purchase 10/2017, site did not indicate "arrives in bud form" but as of 12/6/17, now indicates it on their site. Photo & description did not represent my purchase. Floral Quantity: Photo shows a glass vase of many full flowers. Purchase has less flowers & small in size. Arrives with 1/2 less flowers than shown in the photo. Floral Quality: Unhealthy looking flowers. Flowers are brown at the tips and actually quite small & ugly looking.

Horrible Experience: Progifter Club indicates choosing 3 recipients to receive flowers. The sheer embarrassment we have experienced of sending these gifts to 2 recipients in Oct. unaware of the quality, and only finding out by the third shipment in Dec. what it looked like because the 3rd shipment came to our home. Cost: Total purchase for 3 arrangements at $99 is $33 per arrangement. Each arrangement reflects about a $7 purchase. Grocery store flowers make these ProFlowers look PITIFUL! ProFlowers loses Customer: I have used this company several times in years past & did not have complaints. This is my last experience (2017) with this company due to the utter shame of giving something of this quality to people as birthday gifts. Buyer Beware...

I just wasted 25 minutes on the phone with customer service. I wish ProFlowers was more reliable. ProFlowers should put higher priority on funeral service flowers and have a better vetting process for the florists you contract. Will never use ProFlowers again. I ordered the Deluxe winter blooms, which were on their website as available, on a Monday. The delivery was set for Wednesday and when they arrived they were the wrong flowers. I called and they told me they would have the correct flowers sent the next day. Next day they delivered the wrong flowers again. So when I called the customer service in complete shock that they were wrong. I specifically asked them to call me first if there was gonna be another problem sending the correct flowers.

On the third delivery they again sent the wrong flowers WITHOUT CALLING ME like I asked. I feel like it's basic customer service to call on a third try if they can not complete the order correctly. Instead they delivered the same flowers as they did on the second delivery. I did request a full refund as I was tired of dealing with this for three days of my work week. I will wait the 7 days and hopefully receive my refund. This by far has been the worst experience dealing with an online florist. As I know they are not the one preparing. They should implement some better quality control or at least contact the customer to avoid negative reviews. I highly recommend you find another company to order your loved one's flowers.

I have been dealing uneventfully with this company for many years and only recently gave it a 5-star review however, more recently, the company offered me a significant discount of which I decided to take advantage. I then encountered three issues: the discounted flowers had attached to it an even more significant delivery cost which amounted to twice the cost of the not-so-discounted after all flowers! Nevertheless, I decided to simply carry on and ordered them to be delivered to a dear friend just prior to the holiday. Unfortunately, the order failed to be delivered. I've been encountering a seemingly endless series of such corporate ineptitude lately so this was a "last straw" for me.

I was prompted to contact the service via their Internet email service but when I clicked on "send" after having described my complaint, I was informed that an error had been encountered while processing my request and to "Please try again". I then contacted the service directly to issue the complaint and request compensation. I will not be using this firm again and will be reluctant to issue a good review of any company from here on. At my advanced age, I am not used to such incompetence, having been so rare in my day but which seems only to have begun to appear so utterly routinely over the past five or so years.

I honestly couldn’t believe it. Instead of the mums being an orange color they were bright yellow and looked similar to lilies. Also, my mom explained to me that it looked like someone had snipped the mums off the stems; the mums were laying at the bottom of the Styrofoam the flowers were packaged inside of. I called ProFlowers and they were very respectable and are sending a replacement to my mom in time for Thanksgiving. Hopefully, these flowers are not damaged. I have posted a couple pictures of the damaged flowers my mom received and the original picture of what the flowers should’ve looked like; a complete difference in what I ordered.

The customer service agent said we can send you replacements next week. 4 days after Mother's Day. The flowers arrived 4 days after Mother's Day. 4 of the 12 flowers arrived alive. I could not bring myself to call again so I enjoyed my 4 flowers for 3 days until they died. My son's also called to complain and got the same run-around. Pro-flowers used to be a reliable service but they certainly have changed how they do business. I did not purchase the flowers so I do not have receipt or order number.

A few years ago I had used ProFlowers to send a multicolored rose bouquet to my best friend for her birthday. Although she did receive them on time, when she showed me the picture of what she got it was way less than what I thought I had purchased. At the time I let it go thinking I had made a mistake somehow. A month ago the guy that I am dating placed an order for a tulip bouquet to be delivered to me today, it was to be a surprise... When I got them at 7 pm via FedEx... they came in a box, with no water, no card... wrapped in paper with the vase packed at the bottom of the box. The flowers were, wilted, bruised... Needless to say half dead.

I called him to let him know how I received the flowers and sent him pictures. He said that the amount of tulips was way less than what he thought he has ordered and that he had received an email saying they shipped the flowers on Friday... Today is Wednesday, in transit for 5-6 days? No wonder they look like crap. I will never ever use this company again. I will go direct to my local florist and I intend to let everyone I know not to use this company either.

I received them on my front porch in a box that was sitting evidently in a hot truck all day, as it was extremely hot, and the chocolates had melted. The flowers were yellow and half dead. I had to throw away half of them which were unusable... The order number of this delivery is **. The flowers were all drooping, some were broken and had to be discarded, the stems had so much dirt between the leaves that I had to remove most of the leaves and wash off the stems before I could even put them in a vase. They looked so pathetic in the vase that I just discarded them. The Tulips I buy from my local supermarket are 100% better and cleaner than these nasty flowers. Since the shipping date on the box says May 18th, I can only assume that whoever packed these flowers was fully aware of their condition and just didn't care. I told my friend who sent them and she was so disappointed. I will never order anything from ProFlowers and will definitely tell my friends not to do so either.

ProFlowers: promotional deals are not as advertised. Simple as this: start out with Mother's Day flowers advertised at $39.99 with free shipping for orders exceeding a specific value, which applied in this case. Want to add chocolate as they suggested (see photo) and shown but for no reason given it can't be added (expect they ran out even though it remained listed as an option). So add "Relax & Indulge Spa Set", not listed at the $14.99 price they charged. Add the premium vase at $14.99. Add it up and get a final bill (attached) of $97.20. Hmm, math doesn't add up... No, it didn't for me either. They charged $15.99 for shipping plus a $9.99 premium for shipping on Monday which was not clearly explained on the site. I have not yet received the flowers to know the quality. Based on the above, I seriously question ethics of this company.

I had complained yesterday that a "free" box of chocolates that were supposed to be included with a flower delivery had been left off my order. Lo and behold (and behold and lo), my friend went to her recycle to go through the box again last night and what did she find--yes, life is like a real box of chocolates. Not only that, she texted me to expressly say the chocolates were delicious (her words). So, I must retract that bad one star review that I gave to ProFlowers and put them back on the "GO" list. I am sorry this happened; but since I had been disappointed last year (re a delivery date), it was not a big leap for me to assume the worse when my friend told me the candy was missing. I was promised a refund for the candy but oh well.

I ordered flowers for my best friend for mother's day 2016; and this mother's day from ProFlowers. Last year, she did not receive the flowers on the day I specified, thus according to ProFlowers guarantee, I should have gotten my money refunded. I wrote and complained twice but got no action. Ipso facto no refund. Call me crazy, but again, the ProFlowers roped me in with a special of flowers to include free vase and free box of chocolates.

I learned from my friend that she never received the chocolates; so again I called (just mins ago). The first representative I talked with sounded like he had a mouth full of marbles. I could not understand him, he sounded so garbled. I hung up and called again and again waited my allotted hold time. This time, the representative spoke with a foreign accent, but I could make out what she said with effort. I got shafted twice is all I can say. And ProFlowers did not live up to their promises. This lady says that she is going to refund money for the candy. I won't hold my breath for that couple of bucks.

I'm not sure if your company runs the flower shops you send the flowers from or if you contract out, but I am extremely disappointed in the flowers I sent my mother! First of all, she lives in Phoenix and so delivering flowers by FedEx or whatever company it was that doesn't have air conditioned trucks, doesn't work. She said when she pulled the flowers from the shipping container, they were as hot as the sidewalk outside. I'm not sure what kind of flowers can endure that type of heat... So when she followed the directions and put them in the vase with water, this is what she was left with... Wilted flowers!

I'm not a fan of paying extra money in delivery charges for the product I order to show up damaged! I don't think you would be happy paying for something like this to be shipped to your mother either! If your company can't handle the extra business that the holidays bring, then your services shouldn't be offered! Happy customers share their experience with 1 person and unhappy ones share their experience with 10+, and that's exactly what I'm going to do! Thank goodness my mother isn't materialistic and still appreciated the thought, because that's all she got to enjoy!

This is the worst company I have ever ordered from. I will be going into surgery May 15 and thought to myself, getting mom flowers on Mother's Day Sunday will be great. It may keep her distract from my surgery for a bit. I ordered a Mother's Day flower arrangement with chocolates and etc and paid extra for their "guaranteed" early morning delivery but it never came. I called customer service and they gave me the runaround, told me I could call back after 3 days so I could receive a refund. The girl I spoke to had no answers as to why there was specific 3 day period or why it wasn't delivered. I told her I wanted to speak to a supervisor. Apparently, there were no supervisors around but I could have a supervisor call me back. I called back immediately after, spoke to a "supervisor" who kept telling me my "wife" will be so pleased with the flowers even though I told him several times they're going to my mother.

Next he continue to tell me that the order will be shipped on May 16... One week after I ordered the flowers. They gave me the extra shipping charge refunded. That's it. Extra shipping refunded... Not the whole order refunded because of their error, not a coupon for next order (even though that would never happen). Only the extra shipping refunded. Excuse me but that does not make up for the horrible service they put me through or missing a holiday or keeping their "guaranteed" shipping agreement. This is a complete rip-off. I order flowers from ProFlowers for my mother via the Ebates website. I ordered the Lavish Roses for $39.99 with a FREE vase and a $1.99 greeting card; standard delivery was $15.99. My total was to be $57.97. I received an email thanking me for my order and had a total of $85.95; the roses were listed at $49.99, the vase at $9.99, greeting card at $1.99, standard delivery at $15.99, morning delivery for an additional $14.99 PLUS a "care & handling" fee of $2.99. They charged me an additional $27.98 for items that had been indicated as either free or not listed, or more than advertised. I called and the representative gave me an excuse that it must be a "software issue," and that they would give me a $25 credit in 5-7 days. My mother received the flowers and they very little like what was shown on their website; much smaller. Very deceptive and untrustworthy! Will never use them again.

I ordered them to surprise my mother in law and I could not have been more disappointed. Also I used a 50% off coupon and still paid $65 for $40 flowers. How does that work? When I called customer service a Chinese lady who barely spoke English answered and I had to keep asking her to repeat herself! She didn't even offer a refund! She ordered me replacement flowers that were delivered a week later and looked just as pathetic! I will never EVER even think of ordering from them again!

I receive flowers all the time from this ProFlowers and being a floral designer I am usually disappointed. This time I received 2 dozen roses but they were HOT and I was worried when I was opening the box. I cooled them down real quick and cut the stems. The leaves fell off but the buds were good. Hard to design them when there are no leaves to support them in the vase. Being a floral designer I made them look pretty but for the price I expect more filler and leaves on my roses. I do not have the heart to tell my boyfriend not to get them here anymore. I love getting them.

I made an order for flowers on May 11, 2017 to be delivered on Mother's Day May 14, 2017; the cost of the flowers I selected was $31.50. However after processing my checkout the total amount they took from my card was $81.59. I immediately selected the cancel order option on their website but it kept give the message "No an error has occurred while processing your request"; so I called their customer service number and spoke to their customer representative Ann who told me the order is already being process for delivery and cannot be cancelled to which I informed her there is no way the order could be already processed for delivery since I made the order less than two minutes ago and it was to be delivered on Mother's Day as selected in the option on their site.

After a long conversation which she kept telling me it could not be cancelled and my insistence that it can and should be cancelled as I request she finally relented and told me I would get a full refund of my $81.59 (at first she had wanted to make the refund for $74, however the amount was corrected to reflect the amount they were trying to take from my card) and would receive an email stating the same "I AM STILL WAITING FOR THAT REFUND EMAIL." I also made sure to inform my bank of this cancelled transaction. There is something really odd about their online option to cancel an order not working but if you select any of the other three options they redirect you to exactly what the options indicate it would take you.

They told me I put in the wrong email address and that no order was ever placed. The "wrong" email address they gave me? Was my own email address that I was emailing them from. I saw an ad for ProFlowers with a Mother's Day special and thought I would give them a try... HUGE mistake! I ordered '100 Blooms of Sunshine", and paid extra for a Clear Square vase, and I ordered a box of chocolates. I had them delivered on May 10th so that my mother would have them for a few days leading up to Mother's Day. My mother was thrilled getting flowers for Mother's Day, but my father sounded annoyed. He said the box of chocolates felt like they had been in an oven, and he put them into the refrigerator. Turns out he was right. When he opened the box, after leaving it in the refrigerator overnight it was one lump of what had been a melted pool of chocolate.

The real problem though is that the flowers look like someone went out to a field, picked some wild flowers and threw them in a container. Also the vase was not what I paid for, they sent a pink ginger jar. (See photos.) They don't even resemble the photo I was sent as part of the order confirmation. When I called customer service, they offered to resend the flowers... I said OK then was told they could be delivered on the 16th! When I pointed out that these were supposed to be for Mother's Day, not 2 days later, I was told that the calendar said that was the first delivery date. (Incidentally there was an ad on TV this morning which said that you could order today for delivery BEFORE Mother's Day!) I took a refund, because this company's vendors and customer service people just don't get it.

Tuesday I made an order online for next day delivery for a bouquet of flowers for my lady. Get an email stating that there needs to be a modification as what I ordered was out of stock. Called ProFlowers, the customer service rep was really nice and told me that she'd call me the next day (day of delivery) and find a florist to deliver because she suspected that many of the area florists were closed. The issue she said was that the vase I chose was unavailable, in which I replied that I wasn't picky about the vase or the flowers, just as long as a nice set of flowers with a vase are delivered, that's all I care about.

Next morning, (day of delivery) no phone call from the rep as I was assured I'd receive. So I called ProFlowers again. I simply could not understand the reps I'd speak with over the phone. It was really frustrating. Compound that with the fact of being placed on hold over and over again. Finally after about an hour on the phone I'm told the flowers can't be delivered on that day-- the DAY OF expected delivery... I send an email voicing my displeasure, and get a call and email from a really helpful guy named Zak. He offers a courtesy bouquet to be delivered the next day, that Friday. And I'm happy and thankful.

Well, the next day, Friday, I called to make sure my lady would be delivered the courtesy bouquet as promised and after some time on the phone I was told they would be unable to do so because of an issue with the florists in the area. So they tell me that they could do so on Monday, as it was a Friday... Well today is Monday and after an hour on the phone to once again confirm they'll be delivered, I'm told they can't deliver them and if I want something delivered I'd have to pay for the flowers to be sent. I explained to the customer service rep that these were granted as a courtesy bouquet and that this is the 3rd failed delivery in a week. I was told there was nothing that could be done and that I'd simply need to pay if I want flowers to be delivered.

This is the worst customer service experience I've ever had... The reps were cordial, but they aren't very helpful whatsoever. I was actually partly relieved after speaking with the last customer service rep I'd spoken with, as I either wanted them to tell me that the flowers they promised would be delivered or that they couldn't do what they'd told me so I can hang up from wasting HOURS of my time with this company and wash my hands from ever doing business with them and warn others to stay away from this company. That's saying something when you don't even care about receiving free flowers from a company and just want to be rid of them once and for all just to be able to never have to deal with them again.

You expect for someone you hired to do what they say, not having to call them every day to make sure they will follow through on what their business is supposedly built on which is delivering flowers. If you're foolish enough to order from ProFlowers, I'd highly recommend you call before your delivery date to make sure these are scheduled to be delivered because they have no problem not carrying out what they said they would and simply issuing back a refund sending you into a scramble for a plan B. I highly recommend going straight to a local florist and never using ProFlowers.

The last three orders with ProFlowers have been a nightmare to say the least. I used to be a long standing customer of ProFlowers. ProFlowers has been declining and going downhill fast. I placed an order with ProFlowers two months ago and it was delivered after hours, after the business was closed, and so the flowers were ruined the next day, because a warehouse worker just put them on my wife's desk.

The second to last order was not delivered and delivered the next day. I called the customer service line and they wanted to argue that it was delivered, without realizing that it was delivered the day after it was supposed to be. This was due to a language barrier, when you help an English speaking customer clientele, speak English. Then the only thing they did for me was to refund a $4.00 delivery fee. Not really the best way to rectify the situation. So I swore off of them and ordered from another company with no issues.

I mistakenly typed ProFlowers into my web browser yesterday and instead of going with my gut and the other company, I decided to give ProFlowers a second chance. I placed an order for delivery today. It never arrived, yet again. I will never be using this horrible company and hope this changes someone's order strategy.

Ordered them on a Thursday morning, for a Sat delivery that I paid extra for. Sunday morning I called my mother to see if she had received anything and she said no. I called customer service and spoke to another gentleman saying that he was going to call the florist. When he came back on the line he apologized and said that he couldn't reach the florist because they were CLOSED so they would be delivered Monday. I hope you can understand why I was very irritated.

I asked to speak to the manager and asked if I could just speak and try to work it out with him, I said again I wanted to speak to a manager. He did agree... then hung up on me. I called back and let him know he hung up and I still wanted to speak to a manager. After a hold for a while I got a woman and she was as caring as she had to be.

When I asked for a full refund I was granted one, the one thing that I did not like was that they said a confirmation email has been sent to me. I said that I wanted to stay on the line so I can confirm when I received it because I did not want to have to call back. They wouldn't confirm MY email address to me on the phone saying it was for privacy but they were still refunding my money? Very confused. I did receive the email. I wanted to make sure that I had evidence of the refund. They said up to 5-6 business days... of course. I will report them to the BBB if my refund does not come.
