Today is Valentine's Day, and it's the best day to showcase your stuff if you're in the business of delivering flowers, right? Wrong!!! ProFlowers managed to deliver flowers that I could have picked up on the side of the road. Maybe it's my mistake for purchasing from a company that has gotten too big for its britches, and simply doesn't care anymore... or maybe they don't really know that their vendors are screwing them and their customers. My wife now gets to sit the rest of the day next to what is the symbol of big business failing the consumer for lack of concern. I know that losing me as a customer means little to them, but gaining me as a customer will mean much more to a small florist near me. Happy Valentine's Day!

My husband had flowers delivered to my work and when I opened the box there were petals everywhere, stems were broke and flowers were dead and moldy. They guarantee 100% smile but this was 100% mad. These flowers are way overpriced and expensive for them to look this way! I called customer service and talked to a Shawna... who was resistant at first to give my husband a refund. Also would not give me a confirmation number for the refund...so we will see if we get the said refund. Very disappointed.

Just please don't bother buying from them... Spent over 100 dollars to have flowers delivered before noon on Valentine's day (today). Although they got here... Via UPS... In a box... Wrapped up... Loses its whole beautiful appeal. Yeah Happy Valentine's day sweetheart. Now put your roses together and wait until tomorrow and see if they are beautiful or not... What a joke... Box smashed up... Driver didn't even ring the doorbell or knock. Ran off as quick as could be. Please do not waste your time or money... For the love of God don't.

What you get is not what you see online. Instead you get a unarranged box of flowers with a vase in a brown box delivered by the UPS man. This is not a florist delivery. Don't bother calling to complain unless you speak Bangladesh. Just accept delivery & file for a immediate refund & learn from the experience. Never again anything from FTD ProFlowers.

Ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day. Paid extra to make sure they got there exactly on Valentine’s Day. They came the day before. Rep on the phone seemed tired and disinterested. Offered me 5 dollars. I asked for a supervisor. He offered me 15. I took it just to get off the phone and play with my kids. Seriously unprofessional company. A couple of years ago they made the same mistake and refunded the whole order. Gone downhill. Avoid.

Flowers look mediocre. Price for the product and delivery service is way way way OVERPRICED. I got sucked into this because of Groupon. Still cost me over 80$ to have 25$ flowers delivered. Do yourself a favor and go to a local florist and support your local business. Don't repeat my mistake. Or go to Sam's Club, their flowers are better quality and have 7 day guarantee and cost only 19$ for a dozen beautiful long stem roses.

I placed an order with an incorrect address. (My fault.) I called in to correct it (AS I saw that UPS had tried to deliver it to the wrong address and was waiting for a corrected address). The lady on the phone was SO HARD to understand, and DID NOT listen to anything that I was saying. ALL that I wanted to do was change the address and update UPS. (I ordered it 02/12/19 and I asked for it to be delivered 02/13/19, the day before Valentine's day. This was entirely possible and was picked up from the grower and out for delivery same day, which I paid extra for.) (I had the tracking #, order #, everything.)
All that she could do is tell me what SHE COULD NOT DO for me. She offered to have it delivered the day AFTER Valentine's day. I said, “It kind of defeats the purpose if you can't contact the shipper…he already has it on his truck. He could deliver it today or tomorrow right?” She said, “No. We cannot modify an address or contact a shipper.” I ended up SO FRUSTRATED that I just cancelled the entire order. I have literally used them 30 times in the past. I'm not certain after today, that I will use them again. She was THAT BAD on the phone.

I have used ProFlowers for years and always had been happy with the service. I knew that they were a bit expensive, but the convenience was attractive -- also, whenever I had a customer service issue, it was quickly resolved. However, something has changed. I recently placed an order under a "Free Shipping" promotion, then realized that I had mistakenly picked the wrong delivery date.
When I tried to modify the order, the shipping charges reappeared. I called customer service in an attempt to resolve the issue, but as other reviews have stated, they obviously have moved this operation offshore, and I couldn't find anyone who spoke sufficient English to understand my issue. When I asked for a supervisor, I first was refused, then told "He's in the break room." I followed up with an email, and received a boilerplate reply. After many years (and many orders), I'm done with this company -- but based on the other reviews that I've read, doubt if they even will care.

I WAS SENDING MY DAUGHTER FLOWERS FOR VALENTINE'S DAY (SHE ATTENDS COLLEGE IN ANOTHER STATE). I PHONED CUSTOMER SERVICE to have the address changed, they assured it had been done, but when I looked at the shipment details they did nothing. Now these flowers are going to be delivered to an empty home that no one will be there for over a week. They will not only be dead, but I am sure the candy will melt. They offered to send flowers at another time, it kinda ruins the meaning of "Valentine's Day" and not to mention her English was awful and she acted like it wasn't a big deal. Well I will never purchase anything from them again.

But, when I open my order they sent one of my two order correctly but sent me the wrong flower on the other one. So I called them right away to fix the problem. But, when talking to someone that is definitely from India (even though they lie about where they are from when confronted). So I gave them my order number and my address and name. They were asking for more of my personal information like phone number and email. I told them no. I don't need to give that out. I had ask to talk to the supervisor and he gave me runaround. Say the information wasn't matching. He said, "Someone will contact you about the issue." It took my wife to recall them to get someone different to at least to fix the issue. Hoping that will work. My husband ordered a dozen roses from ProFlowers for my birthday on the 10th. They were tightly closed when they arrived, but looked healthy. I followed the care instructions to the letter - room temp water, flower nutrient packet, trimmed the stems, etc. The instruction card said they would open the next day as they absorbed water. But they never opened. Of the dozen, 6 began to droop by that night, and today (48 hours later) 10 of them are completely wilted. The WalMart roses I got the same day, however, look beautiful! I am extremely disappointed, since I'm sure they were costly to order and have delivered.

Hidden fees, no local delivery, no customer service, can't understand English, and... So, I had made the order (many hidden fees detailed by many others leaving reviews) and contacted ProFlowers' customer service... Or tried. On their site, it says 'available 24/7' but the online chat kept telling, "Agents Unavailable." I then called their customer service line and they do not understand English. I had to repeat my confirmation number multiple times, then my name (Jeff) multiple times, and finally I had to repeat and reword my issue multiple times as well.
Basically, I scheduled delivery to a school and they had a snow-day. I wanted to know if they could re-route to another address or at minimum I wanted to know what would happen to the items since the school wasn't open. The person could not understand my issue. Finally, I was able to communicate that no one would be there to accept the order. The agent said they would leave it somewhere safe. I let the agent know that it is snowing and that they shouldn't be leaving anything outside. The agent didn't understand me. I asked if I could just have the contact information for the local shop that is delivering the flowers and that I would call them directly. The agent didn't understand.
After several attempts at asking the question in different ways, the agent said she would get me their number. I was put on hold for several minutes, no hold music and thinking they hung up, when the agent returned to the call and gave me an 800 number. I expected a local number, but at least I had something. I called the number only to find out it was a business customer service line for UPS which needed a 'supplier number' from ProFlowers to even access anyone. Really, these flowers are being sent in a box from UPS? This was never explained in the original order process.
UPS was as helpful as they could be and at least they understood English. I was told ProFlowers would need to contact UPS to authorize the delivery change because it would come with an added fee to ProFlowers. UPS then said if the delivery driver is unable to make contact for the delivery, it would likely be attempted again the following day and not left outside considering the snow. After the first failed attempt, I could log into UPS and change the delivery/pick up options without having to contact ProFlowers.
I was able to get a tracking number and used it to check the status. It shows a original shipment came from Oregon; the delivery was set for Eastern Washington. So much for local delivery. This also worried me because of extremely low temperatures at night (15 degrees). Hopefully these flowers aren't frozen. I signed up for text updates with UPS and will update my review too to include the conclusion of this experience.

Go to a local store buying flowers, you are better off by 100%. Variation on a theme scam. First the flowers advertised for 2799 then comes the shipping and handling and the taxes and this and that you end up paying twice as much! Oh! "You want them delivered too?" well that's extra... Oh! You want them before noon? Well that's extra... They can shove their flowers where the sun ain't shine! They make you go through the hoops. Enter all your information and at the end they give you the final price which is practicality twice as much as initially advertised cost for the flowers! Lastly they ask that you click on that little box where it says you "agree to our terms and privacy policy". You should start reading their privacy policy!
Just randomly I saw that they share all the information also with "affiliates" in other countries and jurisdictions... Go figure this one! It's the legal way to show you the **. Hackers must have a field day! Never ever will I purchase from your so-called affiliates. I rather walk the old-fashioned way 2 to 3 stores make my purchase there and have a piece of mind and not being data **!

This site has so many aspects of a scam that frankly I'm amazed it's still in business. First of all the prices are astronomical. For 9 chocolate covered strawberries you are looking at 50$ base price plus $13 shipping and handling. That is $7 for one chocolate strawberry! All promotional codes offered on the site have requirements that are not specified until going to their site and reading the fine print. For example to earn 25% off you have to spend 40$ with the item conveniently priced at 39.99$. The minimum payment for the promotion might as well be 49.99$ as that is the next lowest priced item I could find.
In regards, to my experience I bought a 40$ ProFlowers voucher for 20$. The voucher was not redeemable on site. I had to place an order and use it as a promotional code in the order which made it so I could not use any other code. After 1 hour I finally found a way to mitigate my losses on the site. (I had opened the Groupon and could not trade it or I would have.) I ended up buying a bouquet of flowers and managed to only pay 16$ with the Groupon. This was not worth the amount of time I spent originally filling my cart with 40$ worth just to find out they charge $12.99 shipping for EVERY item.
Also keep in mind I could have gone to the store and bought the same bouquet for less and with less time wasted. My last complaint with all this is that you have to make separate orders for every address you would like to send flowers to. This means in order to use a groupon or promotion you would have to spend 40+ dollars on someone making casual Valentine's day or other holiday gifts unreasonable.

I ordered what I thought would be a beautiful 30 tulip arrangement as a Valentine's day gift for my wife. It looked amazing on the ProFlowers.com site. OMG, what we received was an $73 atrocious abomination... Nowhere on the site does it say the customer has to set up the arrangement. The site shows FTD brand which leads one to believe that the order will be facilitated through a local florist. NOT, it gets delivered via UPS or FedEx in a box, flowers were wilted, disheveled, starved without water. It comes with instructions requiring the customer to cut off an inch off of each stem, remove wilted leaves, fill the vase with water and flower food that was supposed to be in the box, and then set up your arrangement.
I'm sorry, but for $73 my wife or I shouldn't have to do **. I contacted customer service who first attempt to walk me through setting up the arrangement stating the flowers SHOULD perk up in 24 hours, then said they were willing to refund most of my money except the taxes... When I wasn't satisfied, they conceded and said I'd receive a full refund but it wouldn't get processed for 28 days! I asked for a supervisor and magically I received a full refund within 24 hours. I then ran out and purchased a 30 tulip arrangement with beautiful snapdragon flowers at my local Albertsons grocery store for $44. Note to self don't buy from ProFlowers.com.

I paid $129.99 for the flowers shown, 4 tulips, 4 roses, 3 pieces of gladiolus, and filler. Not only will they not fulfill the order on time, not work with you to resolve your issue, there is no value to what they sell. I have attached a photo of what 129.99 buys you with some items for reference. These flowers aren’t worth $40.
Original Review: Wish I could give zero stars. Order was not delivered when requested. Call to check status, was told they spoke to florist who was on their way at 5:45 pm with the order. 2 hours later, no flowers. Called back spoke to the same agent who stated the florist confirmed delivery at 12 noon. When I questioned how that was possible I was put on hold and disconnected. Called back and was told the florist confirmed delivery at 5 pm. Asked to speak to supervisor, who stated delivery was confirmed at 6:08.
Story then changed to flowers are on the way, at 8:30 pm. Finally was connected to manager. She told me they would cancel the order and call me to refund my money the next day. After insisting the florist delivered the flowers, which they didn’t, they offered to refund $10 on a $143 dollar order, and refused to refund money on flowers that were never delivered. Only recourse was to dispute charges with credit card company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

No notifications were received after that and no flowers were ever delivered.
I called the company on Thursday to complain. The customer service representative’s English was poor, and the line had a lot of static on it. She assured me the flowers would be delivered that day. I expressed concern that they would no longer be fresh, since they had been sitting around somewhere for several days already. She assured me that they guaranteed seven days of freshness. When the flowers were still not delivered by Friday morning, I canceled the order. That seemed to go smoothly. I had used this company many times in the past, and never had a problem. Most of those orders were placed before they were bought out by FTD. I will go elsewhere in the future.

I placed an order on 1/11/2019 for a peace lily. My sister's birthday was on 1/15/2019. They emailed me the order was processed and should be shipped 1/15/2019 in the afternoon. On the 15th at 3:00 p.m. they emailed me stating product available and changed delivery date to 1/22/2019. The email stated they would give me 20 dollars off my next order. I thought about it and said that is unacceptable. I would not probably order from them again. I called them and stated my case. And by the way the representatives are hard to understand.
She said she would note it on my account and when finally delivered to call back. They would refund my money. So I notified my sister to call when it was delivered on 1/22. Well she did and I called them back. Had to go over and over the situation on the phone. Finally after being put on hold many times agreed to send refund. We will see if that's good arrives. The peace lily was all wilted and the lilies was dead. Will never order from them again!

So my husband ordered me roses and the first order they sent me roses that died within 2 to 3 days, thorns on them and petals falling apart. I wasn't expecting new ones but they sent new ones. The new ones were worse than the first ones long stemmed roses that were supposed to be 2 dozen. I get 1 dozen roses full of thorns. Petals were black and ripped up falling apart thorns all over and the vase was very dusty and when my husband ordered them the lady said she charged his card and said she had to so that he could get a replacement. So I called very upset and the first lady who picked up was very rude couldn't understand her. I asked for someone else and she kept talking. I gave her the order number and she couldn't find it. I gave her the email still couldn't find it. Gave her my husband's account number and finally something!
She said, "Well we already sent you your replacement for those" and I said, "No you sent me a second bouquet of flowers that was worse than the first set." Then she hung up called back and got a really nice guy but I still think I deserved something better than the last 2. He offered to give me my money back but wanted me to give it one last shot so I ordered 1 dozen long stemmed roses but I feel I should have been compensated at least 2 dozen not 1 since that's what we were promised the second time.
I looked at the pictures and there aren't really thorns. I don't understand how they can send me 2 bouquets full of thorns I could have grown my own but that's the point of ordering them so you have beautiful cut flowers that were taken care of. These were a gift from my husband as a romantic gesture and this is how we were treated by them. They false advertise with no thorns on them and perfect but I could literally take a picture of the disaster. I have a bag full of thorns, petals and leaves.

I ordered flowers I wanted delivered to my cousin the day before my Aunt's funeral (which is today, Monday-1/21/19). I placed the order on Saturday-1/19/19. ProFlowers confirmed, for an additional charge as well, that the flowers were able to be delivered on Sunday-1/20/19. Prior to confirming the flowers could be delivered by the next day, they asked me to provide the zip code the flowers would be delivered to so that they can confirm they could deliver the flowers by the day I indicated I needed them delivered. Yesterday (when the flowers were confirmed they would be delivered), I received a call from them but missed the call as I was outside. I didn't recognize who the call was from in cell's history, AND THEY DIDN'T LEAVE A VOICE MAIL MESSAGE.
I was reviewing my emails late last night and received an email from ProFlowers saying they were unable to deliver the flowers and attempted to call me to make arrangements of an alternate time. I immediately called them and spoke to a 24/7 rep who explained that they were not able to find a florist who could deliver them yesterday and apologized. Unfortunately I had no other choice than to deliver them today... 1 day late. I did not want the flowers arriving on the day of the funeral as my cousin would be extremely busy with the funeral and a lunch following and I did not know when she would be home for receiving the flower delivery. Nevertheless, I had no other choice than to have them sent today. The rep asked me to please hold while she transferred me to the dept which could have my flower order delivered today instead.
She transferred my call over and the greeting said there was a 60 minute wait -- which I ended up being on hold for 2hrs and 29min at which time I hung up and called them again to complain about no one ever picking up the phone and leaving my call on hold for 2.5 hours! As I was dialing ProFlowers again, I was looking through my emails and they sent me an email within that 2.5 hours indicating that they had cancelled my flower order and credited my money to my credit card. I never wanted the order cancelled; I wanted the same flowers that it took me a while to pick out online -- but needed them now sent today, as opposed to yesterday when they promised. I got another rep on the phone who reassured me that she would connect me to supervisor dept that would immediately connect my call and I would not be put on hold.
And there I sat, once again...on hold again! After 25 minutes of holding, I hung up. So, I wasted my time online 2 days ago picking out flowers as well as adding a card & composing a sympathy writing to my cousin inside the card. I wasted 2.5 hours holding on the phone for someone to pick up as well as the time it took to talk to the 1st rep AND the time it took to explain everything all over again to the 2nd rep who put me on hold as she REASSURED me she would NOT have me hold again, and then wasted another 25min of my time holding. So 3.5 hours on with the reps talking and then put on hold as well as the time to look through all the flowers online Saturday, and order them.
PROFLOWERS confirms they can deliver your flowers on the date you request, charges your card, then after telling you they can honor delivering the flowers when you need them delivered... Just assumed they could find a florist to do so. Very disgusted... My cousin won't be receiving any flowers yesterday or today. Very uncool especially when the flowers were to cheer her up and also since I couldn't make the funeral due to snow conditions and flights cancelled.

I ordered flowers for my sister in law and they arrived as scheduled and were lovely. The price was excessive but I wanted to get them to her after the loss of her mother just before Christmas. Based on this experience I also sent flowers to my in-laws. Their flowers were delivered after 11 pm to people in their 70s. The product that was delivered was not what I had ordered. The customer care team offered several options to "fix the error" and I chose to have a new plant delivered. It was nearly dead when it arrive. The Peace Lily had brown leaves and the blooms were brown and white. Two weeks later and it is headed to the trash can. It is the only plant I have ever had that could not be revived. Based on the prices charged by ProFlowers I would suggest saving your money and find another provider.

I ordered flowers for my wife for our anniversary and on the order confirmation it said that I would be emailed when the flowers were delivered. Halfway through our anniversary day, I received no email or flowers, but the payment was processed. I called and I was told that none of the florists are answering their phones, so my order wouldn't be delivered today. He said that he would upgrade my order and make sure it would be delivered tomorrow and I agreed to that. The next day around noon, I received no email and no flowers, so I call again and get the same person and he tells me that my address is out of range for delivery. I ask to speak to a supervisor and she tells me that the florist they picked says I am out of range for delivery and she could have the flowers delivered tomorrow. I told her that this was ridiculous considering that my anniversary would've been two days past and I don't have trust that the flowers would've been delivered anyway.
I canceled my order and I recommend that if you have an important event you are trying to have flowers delivered for, I would NOT use ProFlowers. A simple phone call or email with the status of my order would have made it more bearable, but I had to keep calling for the updates that were probably available the day before. I could have made other arrangements.

Over $60.00 paid for a 5 stem Lily arrangement with vase - with expedited delivery. Flowers arrived two days later than scheduled. Delivery service placed the arrangement in 32 degree weather on the side of the house and made no attempt at knocking or ringing the doorbell. Flowers came without a vase or stem caps. Flowers were found 8 hours later - frozen, wilted and just plain ugly!
Customer Service offered to replace them for free. Refunded the extra expense paid for 2 day delivery and have and behold - their delivery person did it AGAIN! No knock on the door, ringing of the doorbell. They did make it to the front door this time and the dog heard them. Flowers were retrieved off the front porch but flowers were wilted and in a 4 stem flower arrangement - they are 5 flowers total - several which did not open. Very frustrating! Every Christmas Season, I send a bouquet of flowers to my sister in Carson City, NV, and two aunts in Victorville, CA. I have been doing this for about 15 years. On December 18 I placed an order for my sister for Saturday delivery, 12/22. At 10:00 AM, delivery day, I got a call that the flowers would not be delivered and ProFlowers was cancelling the order. While I was protesting on the phone, I received an email that my order was cancelled, AT MY REQUEST, and my refund was being processed. While I was protesting and demanding they deliver something for her Christmas, the person who barely spoke English, hung up. I called back and another person who was almost completely incoherent listening or speaking said someone would be on the line shortly, and then disconnected me. I received no further communication.
One week later I got a voicemail from ProFlowers. I returned the call and I was speaking again to someone I couldn’t understand. After granting her request to give her a chance, (I asked to speak to someone else with better command of English) we soon arrived at a point we're no longer communicating, she transferred me. Also with a heavy accent, she informed me that I had cancelled my order by not ordering a different arrangement. In the strongest terms, she was informed by me that her notes were a Damned lie. She said I could order something else now. My response was “Order something else from you guys? You screwed up my sister’s Christmas gift and now, one week later, you want me to order something else? Are you kidding me?”
I will never use these characters again, and anyone reading this does, you better take for granted that you are on your own. They are not honest, you cannot communicate with them, and the experience will try anyone’s patience to the outer limits. Did I forget to mention that I probably should consider writing off the $70+ refund because as of today, one week later, I don’t have it.

I then receive another email from a different person that then tells me that they called and left me a voicemail. So now their customer service department can't even keep their stories straight. People order from this business to commemorate specific dates or events on specific dates. When the item isn't delivered on the agreed upon date, it defeats the whole purpose. We even denote what type of event the item is for when they are purchased. Ironically, the flowers just arrived about 20 minutes ago. On her birthday, I received a strange email from ProFlowers thanking me for contacting them and indicating they issued a refund for a fraction of the cost of the flowers I purchased. Apparently, the order was damaged in shipment and would not be delivered on the day I requested, and further would not be delivered for another day or two. I contacted customer service and was transferred to reps outside of the US. They were extremely unhelpful. They refused to let me cancel the order and order a same day delivery, did not offer any suggestions to get the flowers to my mom and were basically rude. I will never use this company again.

I ordered flowers for a funeral I couldn't attend of a close friend of mine 4 days ago and was called 15 minutes before the service started saying they couldn't be delivered and if there was another address it could be sent to. I scheduled for it to be delivered by 10 am on today's date (9/13/18) since the service started at 11. I received a call saying it was not delivered because the florist came in at 9 am today (opening) and didn't have enough time. The thing I don't understand is if I placed this order well in advance why would they not go ahead and prepare for this early delivery especially during this time of grieving. I will not be purchasing from ProFlowers again and recommend you not to for important occasions.

Their agents love hanging up on you. I had it happen THREE times in a row today. So if you love getting intentionally hung up on, then this is a good company to deal with.

This was my first and last time ever using a flower delivery service. I placed an order for flowers at around 10 am because it's the anniversary of my mother's death and wanted my grandparents to have something special. I paid for same day delivery. I waited all day until 6:30 pm and they still had not been delivered. I reached out and come to find out "they only have one florist in the area and your order was unable to be fulfilled." So I asked why I was the one that had to call and find this out. They said they weren't notified by the florist that they couldn't fulfill the order. Which is absolute bull.
This seems to be a common issue after reading all of these reviews. I was given the choice to pick something else out to have it be delivered tomorrow (supposedly) or cancel the order for a refund. Obviously I picked the refund. The whole point of ordering flowers for a specific day is to have them delivered that day. It was such a disappointment to trust a company with a service and have them epically fail on such a sad day already. I will NEVER use flower delivery again because this company CAN'T BE TRUSTED! Save your money people!!!

I called ProFlowers to let them know and they offered me a few different options for how they could make up for this mistake. The representative apologized to me (a few times) and I felt the whole situation was handled quickly, professionally, and guaranteed that they keep my business. This is how good businesses run. Just like I now see everyone else has described, this is a HORRIBLE company to deal with. I saw a Groupon coupon for $30 worth of flowers for just $14 and I needed to order some flowers for a sick friend. Before I bought the coupon I went onto the ProFlowers.com website and found exactly what I wanted and put it into my cart. I went through ALL of the steps and even checked out, to the point where all I had left to do was enter any discount codes and my credit card info to pay. My order came to $44.98 and they showed that total in the invoice that the site presented, asking me to enter my payment details as the final step. I was ok buying the $14 Groupon deal that got me $30 towards the flowers and then paying the $14.98 left over amount, so I went ahead and bought the Groupon coupon. I went back into my flower order and applied the coupon code and then submitted all of my payment details to pay for the order.
It was only AFTER I submitted my payment info that I suddenly saw that the final price shot up to over $66.00. WHAT??? How can that be? How can they show one price, have you fill out ALL the details of the order, including payment info, and only then add in over $22 of undisclosed fees (taxes, handling, delivery, etc)?SO dishonest and shady. Really unethical business practices for sure. And now I read that everyone is also complaining that the flowers usually arrive late, if at all, and that they usually look beaten up and not like what they show online. So basically they rip you off and then send a bunch of crap. WHY does the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs allow this to continue with SO many complaints against them?
And I love how the banner at the top of the ProFlowers website boasts that they have "the highest customer satisfaction with online flower retailers for 4 years in a row, according to J.D. Power". I'm guessing that the J.D. Power they must be referring to is the owner's neighbor, or someone he knows with the same name as the reputable retail business ranking service (LOL), or HOW could JD Powers ignore the hundreds & hundreds of complaints and that ProFlowers has only a 1.5 star rating on almost every consumer feedback site I have seen? Everyone seems to pretty much agree that ProFlowers.com SUCKS!!!

So on Monday, May 14, 2018 I received an email from ProFlowers letting me know that the delivery date on my mother’s original flower arrangement had been updated to be delivered on Tuesday, May 15, 2018. Besides the fact that my mother had to suddenly leave the state to attend to her father, I was now pissed that these flowers, which I knew had to be dead by now from the heat, were again delayed.
I immediately got on the phone, once again to ProFlowers and spoke to some woman who sounded like she was from Iran. She pretended to be in shock at the error upon error on each arrangement that I ordered. After this entire phone call, that I had to keep saying, “I’m sorry what did you say, I can’t understand you,” I received a refund for my mother and mother-in-law's flowers.
Tuesday, May 15, 2018 I receive the email from ProFlowers that mother’s flowers have been delivered. So I call my dad and say, “So I was just notified that mom’s dead flowers just arrived.” He was just opening the box as I called. He said the flowers themselves were very nice, but the stems were so rotten and smelled so bad that he had to throw them away! Please save yourself the trouble and just order from your local flower shop. At least this way you know what you’re getting, and that your order will arrive. Let’s band together and boycott ProFlowers and put them out of business!

Ordered flowers guaranteed to be delivered on Mother's Day. Got the usual runaround from "no" customer service. Still not delivered, this so-called company I will never ever use again. Doesn't even deserve the one star I've given.

Ordered flowers for both my mom and stepmom. Both let me know that by Sunday the roses had not opened and drooped and the rest of the bouquet went out in Monday's garbage because they died. They both followed the advice on how to keep them fresh and both bouquets died anyhow. Very dissatisfied and I will not be lured by their "free shipping" or "come back and use your credit." After seeing all the reviews I guess I should have done my homework. Feeling ripped off...

I placed an order on Saturday, May 12th for Mother's Day flowers to be delivered the next day. After receiving confirmation and paying for them and the extra fee for next day delivery, I thought I was done. The next day when I went to my mom's I expected to see beautiful flowers. But no, there were none. It was already almost 4 p.m. so I figured they weren't coming. I attempted to email the company to find out what was happening and of course got no response. I emailed them 2 more times the next day and did not receive a response either.
Finally today I was able to chat with someone. Turns out the flowers never left the facility even though my account says delivery date of 05/13/18. I was told that I could get a refund or a replacement set of flowers with an upgrade. I asked for the flowers to be sent out and to give me a refund. Then I was told that since I ordered them with Florist Express that I had to call them for any refund. So besides ProFlowers not being able to deliver my flowers on time, they are also placing orders through other vendors when you order with ProFlowers online. Very shady! I have since canceled my order and requested a refund. Hopefully I actually get it. I have placed a new order with a local florist and the flowers should be delivered today.
