Do NOT order from this company. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day to be delivered May 7th, the day before Mother's Day. After hearing nothing from my mom I called her to see if she received them and she did not. I called ProFlowers only to find out they aren't coming because they were too busy to deliver them and they don't know what happened. Keep in mind I did get an email from them stating that there was a problem with the delivery. They told me that they can deliver them on the 11th of May. This totally unacceptable and I told them to cancel my order & refund my money, and I will go somewhere else. I will NEVER order from ProFlowers ever again. If I could do half a star that's what I would give them.

Every year I order multiple flower arrangements for multiple recipients and have never experienced any issues, until this year. In addition, every Mother's Day, I order 3 separate arrangements for 3 separate delivery addresses and request them to be delivered a day or so prior to Mother's Day. As always the deliveries are made as promised and receive email confirmations of such. Unbeknownst to me, this year was different. I received additional confirmation numbers with additional delivery dates after the flower arrangements were already delivered.
After receiving multiple emails I reached out to Proflowers only to be informed by one of multiple representatives who spoke little to no English that the flowers were delivered dead and they would be working on replacements. I then inquired as to why I was not informed of the issue(s) and was then told, the recipients called Proflowers direct and they could have informed me. After requesting to speak with a supervisor or customer service manager, I was informed that none were available as I had reached a customer service call center in South America. Needless to say, nothing was accomplished and I have yet to hear back from ProFlowers. As if this wasn't humiliating enough, I was informed by all recipients that ProFlowers has been delivering wilted/dead flowers for many years and they failed to inform me to avoid sounding ungrateful. Proflowers has lost a loyal customer. I will never order from them again.

I ordered Mother's Day flowers for both my mother and daughter on Saturday morning. They gladly took the orders, charged me for priority delivery, and said they would be delivered the same day. Around 8 p.m., I received a text message saying that the delivery would be the next day, so I thought, "Well at least they'll get delivered for Mother's Day." So I let it go.
On Sunday, I received several texts saying that the deliveries wouldn't happen, so I called to cancel the order. I must've called around 20 times that day and kept being sent to voice mail. I did leave a message to cancel the orders, but kept getting texts and emails about next day delivery. On Monday, I kept getting emails and texts that the delivery would happen on the next day, however I did get a call from my daughter that she did have her flowers delivered at her neighbor's house (Monday afternoon). I told her to return the flowers to her local florist and the florist took them back without hesitation. On Tuesday, my mother called and said the flowers did arrive and she refused them. The florist told her they JUST got the order (Tuesday afternoon) and delivered them.
I just got an email from ProFlowers and so I called them. They kept their party line (delivery that day or the next) and I informed them that I was disputing the charges, and filed a claim with my credit card company. They did offer to discount the orders by $10.00 each and I told them, "Nothing but full refund is acceptable." They didn't like that answer, tried to keep me on the telephone, so I hung up. Never going to do business with them and will provide negative advertisement with every opportunity. Bad customer service.

I have never been so dissatisfied with an online order. I placed an order for Funeral flowers from my dad for his sister. This was a very sad and emotional time for my family and ProFlowers did not even place the order. We showed up to the funeral expecting to see the flowers and they hadn't delivered them. When we called multiple times they told us they were running late. Funeral flowers cannot be late. It's a one time shot. They hung up on us multiple times. The flowers hadn't arrived after the funeral and so we called back, spoke to a different person that said they had never even been made. At such a distressing time to have this happen was unbearable. All they could say was "We will refund you the 200 dollars." Somehow it just doesn't seem enough. Please do not this happen to you. Do not use ProFlowers.

Are you kidding me? Well beforehand I ordered a flower bouquet for my mom, to be delivered to her home on Mother's Day. At about 1:30 am on Mother's Day morning I got an email from ProFlowers saying they were sold out of my selection and I needed to contact them to pick something else. I called their 24 x 7 number in the next hour or two, and was told they were completely sold out of all flowers, there was no substitution and would it be OK if I just had something delivered on Tuesday - days after Mother's Day. You have GOT to be kidding me!
ProFlowers could not get the very most basic thing they are supposed to be doing right - deliver flowers when they promise to. They not only fell down on the job on a special day that only comes around once every year. But also because of their late notice on "day of", put me in a position where I had no alternative same-day option with other florists either. Today I got a 20% off coupon from ProFlowers, saying they "value" my business. Yeah right. Next time it will be anyone else BUT these people. Very poor business model and no I will NOT trust them with my business again. Stay away.

My daughter ordered flowers for me for Mother's Day. She ordered the 24 rainbow long-stemmed roses with the vase and chocolates... she planned for them to arrive on my day off, Wednesday May 5. The box arrived, and inside were 24 rainbow roses, not truly long stemmed variety, and they were brown and unhappy, no vase and no chocolates. I phoned customer service and they were quite helpful and placed a replacement order to be delivered on Friday, May 7. In the meantime, the original roses died; within 2 days. Replacement order contained the roses (12 instead of 24), the vase and the chocolates... the roses were beautiful and long stemmed as ordered. I phoned customer service and again received assistance.
My next replacement order arrived on Wednesday, May 10 at my request, but this time I did not receive an email or tracking information to verify they had been sent; they arrived around 6:00 p.m. This time, I received the 24 with a combination of true long stemmed variety plus regular roses in the mix (the regular have very thin stems). Most of the roses were already opening rather than in bud form. Several of these roses have completely wilted and the rest look much older than the one day old which they are. I do not plan to contact customer service again as I think the problem is inconsistent product and no matter how many times I call, each order with be different. Only the true long stemmed roses lasted close to the 7 day... most were dead or wilting well before.

I placed an order for some roses to be delivered 5/10/2016. It was a surprise for my Godmother that lives in TX. The flowers online looked AMAZING. I picked some colorful roses that looked full and lively. I get a picture from my Godmother and she said thank you for the flowers. Obviously she wasn't planning on complain but they looked HORRIBLE. I wanted to cry out of fury. The flowers didn't even fill up the vase. I ordered 2 dozen and it looked like only 12 were in the vase. The petals were falling down it honestly looked like I shipped the flowers myself!!! I called to complain and they offered to reship a nicer better order but it would take 2 additional days for her to receive, I agreed. The reshipment order looked much better but I shouldn't have to go through the hassle of going through all this to get what I requested the first time especially for $80.00.

I ordered the Peach Pinwheel Bulb Garden for my mother-in-law's Mother's Day gift. She loves orange flowers. It was delivered on time and all, but when she sent me pictures of the emerging flowers, they were purple, pink, and yellow. NOTHING was peach/orange. The description specifically says the planter includes 5 Orange Princess tulips, 4 Riot narcissus. I emailed the company but have heard nothing back. This is the second time they have messed up an order. I will not order from them again.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day weekend. I even selected Saturday to play it safe and because the recipient was going to be out of the house on Sunday (Sunday delivery was also an option). I paid extra for weekend delivery. No delivery Saturday. Contacted them and no response. No delivery Sunday. They delivered on Monday. I contacted them and they didn't respond until I said I would file a credit card dispute. Then they said they could not help me because I selected "local florist design" which means I let the florist shop decide what flowers are best. Therefore they could not help me. When I placed this order, my "contract" and business was with ProFlowers not a secondary business. All I wanted was my shipping costs credited to be fair and they would not consider that. Disappointed!

I ordered 2 sets of flowers for Mother's Day and they were dried, limbs were broken and petals fallen off upon arrival. I was so disappointed because it was for Mother's Day, a special day and to give your parents dried, it's a shame, for someone to sell these flowers and not to mention how expensive it is and the shipping is almost the same price as the dried falling off petals. I think they should get a fine for this selling people things like this. Or shut the business down.

I have ordered from ProFlowers for many years and never had an issue; unfortunately, this Mother's Day was not good. As many have noted here I placed an order, paid the extra fees for rushed delivery, and Mother's Day came and went with no flowers. I called Monday morning and got a customer service agent who was almost impossible to understand and who hung up on me about 1/2 way through the call. Called back and yet again got routed through two more people that don't speak anything close to understandable English. They said they will try to redeliver the order; I don't have much faith that will happen and am dreading calling back.

My daughter-in-law sent flowers for Mother's Day, May 9, 2016, or so she thought. They arrived on Friday dead as can be. I'm not sure how long they were out of water but they were all dried up. I followed the instructions, adding water along with the packet, changing it on the 3rd day and they are still awful. One blossom did open, somewhat, the others are all dried and I don't believe they will ever open. I called the company and they said they would send out "fresh" flowers on Tuesday, May 10, but they never arrived. I have a tracking # that states they were processed & picked up at 3:09 am on 5/9/16 in California, I live in Florida. It is now 2:09 pm on 5/11/16 and still no flowers.
I'm sure after being out of water for 58 hours plus by the time they are delivered they too will be dead. I feel so bad for my children, they tried to do something nice. I asked ProFlowers if the flowers came from San Diego as stated on the return label on the box. They told me they were from a local florist where I live in Florida. Not so, according to the tracking # from UPS. NEVER use ProFlowers, use a local florist & delivery service. I want them to get a charge back on their credit card.

This is the first time I went with ProFlowers. The only reason I decided to try them is that they were advertising for Mother's Day on the podcast I listen to. When I placed the order it was confirmed that the flowers would be delivered on time, and paid a guaranteed delivery fee on top of the standard delivery fee, which pretty much doubled the price. It's now three days late. They still have not been delivered. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS. They just want your money. Guaranteed is NOT guaranteed with these people. On Saturday, they told me that my delivery had been delayed. Rather than delivering at least on Monday, it was not until Tuesday that they finally did what I had paid them to do. In notifying me of the error, they also said that they would remove the Saturday surcharge, but when the delivery finally occurred, the surcharge was still on it. I will never use this company again. There is something seriously wrong with how it is being managed.

I ordered a $60 arrangement for Mother's Day, to be delivered on 6 May. Paid extra to guarantee the delivery date. It wasn't delivered at all. Called ProFlowers the day after Mother's Day, 9 May, they promised to resend. It wasn't sent, at least to the address I typed and then told them repeatedly. It's now May 10th. They told me today that they couldn't get a local florist to agree to fill the order yesterday, so they just didn't send it or tell me. I found out by calling them tonight (after I called Mom). All they offered was a refund -- no complimentary arrangement or anything. Bottom line: My mom didn't get anything besides a phone call from me -- which is thankfully, to her, enough. But to a son who wanted to send her something special, I just feel let down. And there's no turning back the clock.
FedEx claims they delivered it, but they likely got the address wrong (as they have with other things in the past), even with specific instructions. I'm disappointed, angry, and frankly, done with ProFlowers forever. I'll never order from them again. You can't get five orders right, and one order so very wrong, and expect any customer to return -- ever go to a restaurant, have five good experiences, and the sixth time they can't find your table, or give you moldy fettuccine alfredo and say "Sorry"? As for FedEx, they couldn't care less -- affects them absolutely zero. I'll be sending my gifts personally via UPS in the future, and they won't be flowers. Unless I'm sending them to ProFlowers, and then they will be Stinging Nettles with a side of vomit-flavored jelly beans. And pictures of clowns and mimes, just to freak them out some more. ProFlowers, you are awarded zero points, and may God have mercy upon your black soul.

Wow, what an awful company ProFlowers is now. I will NEVER purchase anything from your terrible company ever again!! Your company use to be pro, but that's ancient history. Mr. Strauss, I strongly suggest paying better attention to who you are hiring. Perhaps stop hiring so many foreigners??? They do not fully comprehend English & your agents & supervisors have no idea what they are doing. It's a shame that to save-a-buck or two hiring foreigners, your company has gone down the tubes. I placed a Mother's Day order the morning of April 22nd. This order included two plants & the order was confirmed. Apparently after SEVEN phone calls that I spoke with agents & their supervisors all the way up to Friday May 6th, NONE of your employees assisted me or could give me an answer as to WHY they could not fix whatever the issue was.
Neither my Mother nor my wife received the plants I had ordered for them. Now, when I called (again) to ask one of your agents why exactly they never received their flower arrangements, they told me an error occurred. Hmmm, interesting! Then what were your agents & supervisors doing to help me each & every one of those phone calls I'd placed?!?! I also placed an order on 05/03/16 for my mother in law. Notice that the delivery date says for MAY 8th? You know... Mother's Day??? But guess when your people decided to deliver her flowers?! MONDAY MAY 9th!!! When I think of ProFlowers, I get sick to my stomach. Trust & believe that I will be Yelping about your terrible company & telling all my friends, family, & any social media that I possibly can about what a disaster of a company ProFlowers is. You have permanently lost a customer (and the others I spread the word to). Good riddance!!!

Very cheap ones! I called and they said they would replace with correct ones. Those arrived and even worse - they were almost dead! Received a delivery confirmation around 230pm so at 245pm I called to make sure she received the flowers. She had not. In fact they were hand delivered to her 1 hour later than the delivery confirmation said. The reason I am upset is because the surprise was totally ruined. I paid extra for same day delivery expecting everything to go smoothly and find my wife surprised by the delivery. This is unacceptable. I paid extra and trusted the company to handle this instead of going to the florist myself. DO NOT ORDER FROM PROFLOWERS!!! PLEASE save yourself the headache and the frustration. This company is absolutely disgusting and lacks in customer service and everything else. Let me break this down, you call and they couldn't care less about your problems, nor can they understand. The language barrier is hard and they respond back with meaningless responses because they dont know what else to say.
I placed the order on Friday and realized that AFTER I pressed proceed to check out and place order was I charged for shipping more than two times. They charged me to guaranteed delivery twice when I didnt click that option. The flowers I wanted were available and I clicked on the date I wanted. Never did it say I must pay for that date 20$+ more for guaranteed delivery for 2 bouquets. I was charged about 70$ in fees that were shown after checkout. I then (my mistake should have done this prior) read the reviews after being shocked and furious. EVERYONE had an experience like mine. I called and canceled and order immediately. The money was taken out of my bank immediately, but they said cancelling is ok since the order is still new and modifiable but the amount will take a few days to come back on the card. Fine. Many companies work like that...
What pissed me off more than anything was I called Friday was a confirmation email, the woman said it'll be sent in a few hours. I called Saturday, the gentlemen said I'll receive it by the end of the day. On Sunday a woman promised I'll receive it in 1-2 hours... and I received nothing. I called Tuesday and the rep said they dont send confirmation cancellation emails and that he's sorry I was lied to. He told me someone will call me in 24/48 hours to explain their cancellation process and how they dont send out cancellation emails. I NEVER DEALT WITH A COMPANY THAT DOESN'T SEND OUT CONFIRMATION EMAILS WHEN YOU CANCEL THE ORDER OR MODIFY IT. Everyone wants a peace of mind knowing what they cancelled was confirmed and noted.
This company is beyond rude, terrible to work with and nothing was BS artists. Save yourself the time, the extra money they'll be charging after your order is placed!!! I was notified on 5/5/16 that my order was out for delivery. It is now 5/10/16 and my order still hasn't arrived and I sincerely hope it doesn't now as it would be a total embarrassment to have a $135.00 bouquet of dead flowers delivered to my mother for Mother's Day. Their customer service line goes to a call center where folks with limited English work off a script. They have told me that they don't understand the problem. The only thing they have offered as recourse at the call center is 14% off my next order. (As if I would give them an additional order!)
I have emailed ProFlowers and received no response. I have contacted them via social media and was told to email them at a different email address, which I did. Again, no response. I have always ordered from ProFlowers when it came to surprising loved ones on birthdays and other special occasions. Of course, on Mother's Day, I expected to order from ProFlowers and for them to delivered the same fresh, timely bouquet. Nope. I ordered the flowers back in mid-April to be ahead of the curve (and to also use the many discounts they offer before holidays). I ordered a great bouquet, filled out all the information, and clicked 'Confirm'. I even made sure the flowers were delivered the day prior to Mother's Day so I knew they would be delivered.
Come Mother's Day: MY FLOWERS WERE NEVER DELIVERED. I called ProFlowers, and after talking to an oblivious representative, I asked for the manager. I was on hold for a total of 35 min. waiting for someone to let me know what happened and to offer a solution. I finally got in touch with a supervisor, Janine? Janette? They told me that all it said in their notes was my order had a 'processing error' which was out of their control, and I SHOULD HAVE been contacted. I never received a phone call, an email, nothing from ProFlowers. Oh, and apparently it wasn't ProFlowers' fault, it was 'whoever does the processing part'.
After arguing with her, she finally said she would give me a total refund, but the earliest my flowers could be delivered were the 17th!!! I ordered these flowers in advance for the day before Mother's Day, and now they were going to be 10 days late? Then she said my order was 'so specific' that she could send a different bouquet for the following Tuesday. Again, after Mother's Day. I told her I would like my refund and I will never order from ProFlowers again. I have never been so disappointed and let down by a company. For Mother's Day this year, I got my mom flowers. It was insanely expensive to have them delivered on Mother's Day, but I thought that my mom was worth more than any amount of money. So the final cost of these 12 flowers was $86. That is a large amount of money to pay for flowers in my opinion, but I was expecting premium quality of the flowers considering how much I paid for them.
When I looked online to pick the flowers I wanted, I came across a problem finding ones that would deliver on Mother's Day. So I called customer service and a nice lady picked up the phone who couldn't speak English to save her life. I felt bad for her because she was trying to help me but couldn't understand what I was saying to her. I had to repeat myself over and over until I couldn't take it anymore. I hung up and settled with the small roses, since they were one of the only two flowers that could be delivered on that date. So when I finally got it all figured out, the cost was absurd! Not only that, but some of the flowers were dead and the rest weren't doing so well. Long story short: don't order from this company, save yourself 100 bucks.
So what did my mom actually receive? She took the roses out of the wrapping and white petals fell all over the place. Two of the white roses were completely dead. They crumpled to the floor in a mess. It's safe to say I was not and am still not happy about these results. I demand a refund because I deserve so much better than that and so does my mom. Ordered flowers for 2 different addresses in different states for mother's day. They did not apply the discount at the end of transaction. They delivered the flowers by leaving them on the porch without even knocking on the door. Both mothers had to be called that eve and had to go look for the flowers on the steps. Very disappointed. Will never order from them again.

Placed a flower order for my ill mother. When they arrived they looked not at all like the picture. There was broken stems, terrible bland color of iris' and tulips and the arrangement was very, very small for 39.99. I called again less than a week later, I was going to order a plant this time with a 15.00 off coupon for mother's day. First of all there was a major language barrier. After a good hour over the phone with the complaint regarding the last arrangement the conversation went nowhere. I found myself in a negotiation for new flowers which was strange.
If they tried to do something to keep me as a customer the last crappy order wouldn't be a big deal. I would've ordered pretty mother's day flowers, boom... I'm a customer who would've been satisfied. The service was awful! At one point she offered me a percentage off which was less than the 15.00 off coupon. She then mentioned free shipping but then added it in when I gave them my credit info. as if I couldn't do simple addition. The conversation was extremely frustrating!!! Serious communication issues and terrible flowers.

But when reviewing my order, for an additional $4.99 I could expedite the shipping. When I called customer service to add the $4.99 and apply my unused value of $4, they said there is no balance of $4. In essence, that unused value just disappears. This is deceptive to be sure. And there is nothing on the fine print at Groupon that says anything about unused value (dollars). ProFlowers' overseas Customer service was perplexed, ineffectual and didn't resolve my issue. I will not be shopping at ProFlowers again.

On 5 May 2016, I ordered Mother's Day flowers for my mother who lives in Florida (I live in Texas). I went with the Saturday delivery on 7 May and paid the extra fee. By the evening of 7 May, I had not received a text or phone call from my mother which was strange, because she always lets me know any time I send something to her. So, I went onto ProFlowers.com to check the delivery status. My order shows 7 May as does my receipt (attached). When I hit the tracking number I was switched to FEDEX and the delivery status showed that a label had been created for my order on 6 May, but had not been picked up and wouldn't be delivered till 10 May (by the end of the day).
I then called ProFlowers and after being on hold for 30 minutes I spoke to a representative, who was extremely hard to understand. I explained my situation and he looked at my order and told me that yes, it was being delivered on 10 May and wouldn't even offer an explanation. Wouldn't even verify that my original ship date was on 7 May. I had to keep asking about the 7 May, and then even said that I paid extra for the 7 May ship date. He offered to refund the difference of the shipping fee. I was floored that he wouldn't even acknowledge that something was wrong and in fact he was very demeaning and was acting like this was just acceptable practice.
After discussing back and forth he told me that he was just going to refund my order and leave it at that, again with no explanation, more like it was my fault. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but he didn't acknowledge my request. When he asked if there was anything else he could do, I again asked for a supervisor, and he informed me that there was no supervisor on his floor and he was the only one I could talk to. I asked if there was a supervisor that he could transfer me too, and reluctantly he told me to hold on while he transferred my call.
I was now on hold for 1 hour and finally spoke to a customer service rep (believe her name was Ann) and explained my situation. She looked at my account and said that yes they were supposed to be delivered on 7 May, but they had too many orders and didn't ship it out, with apparently many other orders in the same situation, and that the earliest delivery was Tuesday, 10 May. She was trying to be nice, but then she offered to call my Mother for me to apologize, which I found insulting. She went on to explain that they were very busy at this time of the year and took over 4 million orders for flowers and were doing the best that they could.
I asked if she thought that delivery on Tuesday, which is 4 days later is acceptable. She was being pleasant, but was just trying to avoid the mistake. I asked if it was going to be delivered on Tuesday instead of when I ordered it for, why didn't I receive a phone call, text, or email notifying me of the problem. She said that they usually do, and that they would probably have sent me an email the following day. I asked why would they send an email on the day after it was supposed to be delivered to which she had no explanation. ProFlowers advertises the best delivery of great looking flowers. If they took too many orders, that is the fault of the company. There is no way for me to fix this problem now. I can't go to the store and by flowers and give them to her.

When the package arrived, I was very excited and all looked good so I threw the packaging away. The next day I noticed the flowers not blooming and them all bent over the vase.
I called ProFlowers the next day and talked to three different people and they couldn't find the order and said I couldn't do anything without the order number, which I explained to them I threw away thinking all would be fine. I did not want my new daughter-in-law to know because she would have been devastated. After three people and over an hour they say nothing can be done. The customer service was horrific. I immediately canceled 5 of the orders since I only purchased one but they ordered the other 5, delivered two of them (one on Fri and one on Sat). Since these were delivered, I ate the loss for the extra delivery.
I wrote them e-mails, called, called my bank, and PayPal and finally got through to ProFlowers a few minutes ago and had to argue with a person that had an accent other than English (hard to understand). I was told that it would be 5 to 7 business days for reimbursement. The ProFlowers 7 day guarantee. Read it carefully because it says they will replace flowers or refund your money "if the flowers are not fresh for seven days." The way they can guarantee this is by sending flowers in bud form that are days away from blooming. Of course they will last seven days!!! But you won't enjoy them for the first four days. They arrive as green sticks instead of colorful blooms like the picture on the website.
I ordered two bouquets exactly the same – one for the wife and one for the mother. The flowers were for Mother's Day on May 8, but I had them delivered on Thursday, May 5 to avoid the additional shipping charge (to the already $12.99 shipping charge and $2.99 special handling charge?? whatever that's for). I'm glad I ordered early, because today (Saturday) the lilies are still tightly closed with three out of 9 showing the early stages of blooming. At least I can see color. It looks like all will bloom by next Tuesday or Wednesday – days AFTER Mothers Day. However, the purple iris began blooming yesterday, so when one is dying the other will be blooming. Great. But as dissatisfied as I am, I have little recourse because the guarantee doesn't address dissatisfaction, only that they guarantee freshness for seven days.
Maybe they should start sending out soil and seeds and they can up their guarantee to 180 days. Don't be shy about looking at the flower that arrive, OR asking for a picture if you send them to someone where you cannot see the flowers because chances are you will find the flowers will arrive looking nothing like the picture you see at the time of order. Oh yeah, one last thing. I paid $98.00 for two $29.00 bouquets after the hidden fees, and that was having them delivered four days early to avoid the "additional surcharge." Even then they messed up the card, eliminating my message I provided and signing the card "Love, Jim" which is not even my name. I won't be using ProFlowers in the future.

She repeatedly tried to end the call, and constantly tried to NOT cancel the order. I'm still on hold for a supervisor. I swear she just said the supervisor was busy emptying the trash – I kid you not... Then the supervisor said I had 2 orders in queue? Nope, not me. I only have 1 mom. I asked him to cancel any and all orders and at 47 minutes of this I am firmly waiting on the phone with him until I get an email confirmation of the cancellation. 52 MINUTES in and finally got this guy to cancel 2 orders (1 with FTD, and when I asked if they were associated because FTD shows up on their site he said he couldn't disclose that information – don’t care either way). This past February I order flowers for my fiancée from Proflowers.com and what a mess it was. I spent $49.00+ delivery. The flowers arrived at the hospital where she works and it was past time and no one was there at the desk to receive them. The delivery guy could have gone to a hospital unit 500 feet down the hallway and left them with an employee. No instead drove around to the back of the hospital and left them on a loading dock at 7pm. That dept closed at 4:30 pm, so again no one was there to receive them. The flowers were located the next afternoon, deader than a door nail, because they had frozen on dock. It took me 3 days to get through to talk to someone at Proflowers to complain + 3 emails I sent with no response. When I did speak with Proflowers they implied they didn't believe me and just kept telling me the flowers were delivered on the correct day. They finally agreed to give me a credit and promised to email it and never did.
When I went to use that "credit" today for Mother's Day, they started to take my order and then I explained I have a credit and they hung up me x 3. Never again. Keep your local florist in business. They employ your neighbors, pay taxes in your community and don't farm out their call center overseas. If this is a problem with your local florist they are usually more than happy to resolve it to your satisfaction. At this point in time I don't want another "credit". This company is not professional as their name implies. All I want is my money back from this wasteful company. The other day I proceeded to ProFlowers website and wanted to research both flowers and the garden plants they offered. On the opening page there was an offer for roses (I believe) for 19.99 and another flowers with chocolates for a bit more. Before making my purchase I wanted to also see what plants they had for the garden. When I chose a nice looking Gardenia for 29.99 and also popped up a 30% discount offer because it was my first order with them. This would be great because then it would be in my budget for this kind of purchase. Never did I see anything about high shipping charges until later on they offer standard, deluxe and ultimate (or something like that). I chose the standard again. No price came up and then they asked for a delivery day and I chose Saturday. Lastly it said to enter the discount word which was tulips for the discount and then press confirm the order after you put in all credit card information.
I did so only to see that Standard Delivery was $12.99, Saturday Delivery $9.99, and then a $4.99 was for care and processing, which I later found out that that meant that it would arrive in 1 piece as Geraldine put it and then 5.00 for taxes. I tried to go back and cancel the order because when the shipping charges are almost equal or more than the thing itself it is not good. I then proceeded to call the number at the top of the page to cancel it and get a refund only to be told that the order was UNNOTIFIABLE and was unable to be changed, altered or cancelled now because it went through. After arguing with Geraldine for approximately 10 mins I asked for a supervisor because I thought it was shoddy practice to do business like this and to take advantage of customers because it was a huge flower holiday! She puts me on hold for exactly 5 secs and said that the supervisor said to go ahead and give a refund.
She then asks for all the information like the order number and then repeats the order and asks for clarity of my name, address, phone number and person who it was to go to and the card info. I give her all and she (Geraldine) says something like "thank you for being patient while I am practicing to give the refund back." After about 1 mins doing this she says "ok it was processed and will take 5-7 days to appear on your card. Thank you and we hope you will shop with us again..." I told her "NOT LIKELY, goodbye". I noticed it was already on my card as a charge and 2 days later I get an email stating that my order was delivered. This time I called again and spoke to E(long E sound)na... Ena or Ina and told her the story and she asked for the order number and my name and address and all of that and she comes back and says they are having computer issues and to call back again in 30 mins so they can bring it up.
I told her I already waited 20 mins on hold that time and did not want to do it again and wanted to speak to a SUPERVISOR at which time she told me to hold on and comes back on about 5 mins later telling me that no supervisor was available and that I had to call back! I told her all I want is to find out if my money is being refunded and that the order was cancelled and I did call back 32 mins later and have now been on hold for over an hr and at least this time they had a saying that they had more callers than usual and my call would be taken by the next available operator.
Got a hold after being on hold for an hour plus and was told by Jasmine that she could not hear me as soon as I began my story and when I told her I was NOT calling again she all of a sudden heard me and supposedly my money will be refunded. I will NOT ever shop with them again and if you like your purchases to be worth it shop elsewhere and give local florists a chance. The normal florist I usually use went out of business after it being sold.

I feel as though my children were "raped" with the expense this company charged them. The flowers were much too small in diameter for the container they were sold with it... toppling the bouquet over on my desk. I had to cut about 4" off the stems to keep the arrangement upright. Why do they sell Long stem roses if they don't work in the arrangement?
The bloom on 1 flower was broken off in the box, and the majority of the leaves on the stems were loose and fell to the floor. The flowers are an hour old and the remaining leaves are shriveling up and unopened blooms are slumping. Companies such as this must be put out of business TODAY so they cannot take advantage of we the consumer anymore. Proflowers.com does not offer what is advertised. I had previously purchased flowers from them for my mother's birthday. I purchased a Groupon for the flowers and assumed that the Groupon would help with the cost however, any "discount" offered seems to slip between the cracks as everything is overpriced and the site houses many hidden fees.
Needless to say when my mother received her flowers I could not have been more disappointed. What is advertised on the website is FAR from what you receive. The arrangement is very green and by green I mean the flowers are overtaken by the foliage. Not to mention I paid for the Premium arrangement and received flowers that didn't even resemble the regular, lower priced bouquet. I wrote an email to the company and luckily customer service responded promptly and offered me a full refund.
I figured the best time to use my refund would be Mother's Day so again, I ordered from Proflowers.com and this will be the last time I waste my time or money with this company. The shipping costs were more expensive this time and again the advertised arrangement is not what was received. I got hooked by a rebate on Groupon for a $40.00 voucher for $20.00. Once you purchase it, you find out you can only use it on a few select products. The base prices of those items didn't look too bad, but when once you get in to complete the order, they want to add fees for everything. Like others posted, they want to charge for the vases, and ridiculous prices, 10.00 for a simple glass vase, to 30.00 for a weaved one, plus a standard delivery, a weekend delivery fee, handling fee, plus an additional fee cost because of mothers' day. I selected one of their multi-mothers gifts, where you can do two or three sets of flowers. I thought that was a great deal until I saw that they were charging those exorbitant prices for each flower set, the $59.99 flower deal quickly when to 120.00, even after the 40.00 discount. I also got a 20% discount for first time user, but could not use that with the 40.00 voucher (only one discount per order).
To top that off, the flowers were all being delivered to the same place, but they wanted to charge me three different times for the deliveries at 15.99 each, plus an additional 9.99 each for sunday/saturday delivery for almost 80.00 in fees to deliver to the same ** location. Wait for it, here's the kicker. The flowers are delivered by UPS, not a florist. So I ended up just doing two separate orders and went somewhere else for my third order, 'cause I already got suckered in by buying the two 40.00 vouchers for 20.00 off groupon, which I found out afterwards I couldn't use on the same order, along with the 20% off for first time user. It does not negate the fact that on each gift order, they present the item as is, then add on extra prices in the end when we all know the high percentages will dictate that we will just go along with the program. Very deceptive and I will never use them again. Examples: "Oh, sorry we can't ship that date. It included Flowers, New Pink Mason Jar, Rocky Mountain Chocolates, New Relax & Indulge Spa Set, "Best Mom Ever" pick, Mother's Day Greeting Card. However, the only items she received was the vase, flowers and card. I called ProFlowers to see if they could deliver the remaining items and was told they could not do that, but would be willing to take half of my order. If I wanted my order for half the price, I would not have ordered what I did. I will never use this company again!!! I am now having to order chocolates from somewhere else to send to my mother. My mom has never received flowers at work. I thought it would be a nice surprise for her to have some delivered for Mother's Day. I have never ordered flowers for anyone before, but heard a commercial for ProFlowers, so thought I would give them a shot. I ordered them on Tuesday before Mother's Day and paid extra to have them delivered by Thursday at noon, as my mother was going to be off work Friday-Sunday. I was told I would receive a tracking number when they were shipped out and a confirmation when they were delivered.
After not receiving either of those emails by Thursday afternoon, I called the company. I could barely understand the woman on the other end of the phone and she sounded like a robot. It did not sound like she was even paying attention to me as I was speaking, as she just sat in silence until I said, "Hello...?" and was not apologetic about the situation in the least bit. I got a refund, but I would have rather had my mother get her first flower delivery instead. My first experience with them and I will never use them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone else.

Sneaky and shady practice. Their customer service is hard to reach. Never again, thanks UN-PROFLOWERS!

Then you go through the billing process and the last step is the confirmation which only then do you see extensive delivery charges added to your order that almost doubles fee for what you ordered. On top of that you cannot cancel the order at this time. I backed out using my browser and never hit the confirm key so I hope my credit card will not get charged. Will never use ProFlowers again.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with! DON'T DO IT! I have never written a review in my life, but this company is that awful. They advertise one price and then add on a bunch of extra fees at the very last second. I tried to order flowers for my mom on Mother's Day and my order price was DOUBLE after I completed my order. I just assumed they accidentally doubled the order, but no, they sneak in all these extra fees. I asked them to just refund my money, but the woman tried to basically start haggling with me. I finally had to get angry and demand my money back.
Then after being put on hold forever, she said the refund would show up in about 5-7 days, but when I asked for an e-mail confirmation, but she claimed she didn't have the authority to do so. I ordered a $19.00 bouquet with "free" standard "personal" delivery and the bill came to over $45.00 (dollars). The website is fraudulently misleading, as it does not itemize the charges in each step of the purchase, thus leaving the consumer believing that there "are no fees" other than the cost of the flowers. So, I was charged $26.00 additional for a FedEx delivery (not personal delivery), handling, standard delivery and date lock. Charges which did not appear throughout the purchasing process, until I received the email confirmation with itemized charges and order number.
I called customer service right away and demanded a refund, which I promptly received. If you have this problem and are refused a refund within 72 hours, I would suggest filing a complaint with your attorney general's office online. This kind of behavior is ethically unacceptable and numerous complaints with the AG office will result in ProFlowers having to make refunds, pay fines and possibly losing its operating license.

When you're building your order they give you one price. Then you add a discount code and the price changes... but when you get to checkout, the code disappears and it goes right back to full price (they keep the price in very small print at checkout as well). Also, they add a bunch of little fees along with a pretty hefty deliver fee which basically doubles or triples what you originally thought you were paying. Oh, and you want a card in your flowers? That's extra, too. Screw this company.

So I asked for a full refund since they say that their service was 100% guaranteed. This they could do. Also their pricing system is deceptive. They want you to pay extra for the vase and they don't show you the shipping cost until check out. The whole thing came out to cost $50.00 (no vase) and a local shop would charged the same with vase included.

I placed an order with ProFlowers on Friday for a funeral service on Sunday. Given that they claim to do same day delivery, I thought two days was plenty of time for the order to arrive. I was supposed to receive email confirmation once the order was delivered and it was Sunday afternoon and I had not received an email yet. I called to confirm delivery and was on the phone for approximately an hour with three different representatives, all telling me that the order had not been delivered on Sunday but that it would be delivered first thing Monday morning.
Initially, since they had messed up the order, I asked for a refund and for the order to be delivered on Monday. They said they could not do that but they could provide me with a 20% discount and they would call the family to apologize. I told them that would be insulting to the family and absolutely not, I did not want them calling the family. I asked for them to cancel the order and to provide me with a refund. They said they would do that and I would receive an email confirmation.
On Monday morning, I received an email saying my order had been delivered. I called on Tuesday and was on the phone again with two people (who had no idea about my order) for 35 minutes. First, they told me they could not provide me with a refund since the order had been delivered on Monday. Then, once I asked for management, they told me they would work on getting me a refund. I'm still working on getting a refund. Not only did they mess up the delivery date, but they also want to charge me for their mistakes. This is absolutely unacceptable and I will never work with this company again. The customer service representatives keep you on hold for a VERY long time, it's hard to understand them. Today, I had to call customer service to find out what exactly happened with the order. Finally, they told me that they couldn't secure a local florist to create the arrangement. Meanwhile, my account is still charged the approximate $150, and I wouldn't have known anything different had I not taken any action! To me, that's theft, deception, and poor business ethics!
After discussing calmly how I felt about how I was treated, and reminding them of still having my money with no product or service to show for it, and the fact they never gave me a confirmation of delivery of the order... where I had to take action, the only thing they could do was give me my money back. I contacted ProFlowers (PF) and was assured they'd be there that evening. They never showed. The next day I checked the status and it was updated to "incorrect address". I called PF and like similar complaints couldn't understand CS rep. Her accent was very heavy and obviously she was reading from a script. She told me I had to contact FedEx but she didn't give me a tracking number. So I contact FedEx and after much searching on both of our ends he found the driver for that area and said the label from PF had fallen off the box. These are flowers that have now been in a box for a day in the back of a truck.
FedEx then took the address from me and was able to deliver the flowers almost 24 hours later than PF had promised they'd be there. Their guarantee is that the flowers are going to last 7 days looking fresh, well... they don't even last 2 days.

Last week I purchased the three dozen rose special from Pro Flowers along with the three cheesecakes and chocolate covered strawberries. The price was approximately $160 with shipping. The packages were delivered to my wife on Saturday, Feb. 13, 2016. Upon receiving the packages she had the most amazing smile. Upon opening the box of roses her smile turned to complete disappointment. What she found was two bundles of very tightly bound roses, completely freezer burned and a dusty, dirty vase. The roses were received on Saturday and garbage by Tuesday. This whole experience really blew me away. I was expecting a beautiful bouquet of flowers in a very pretty vase. Yeah right. Very disappointing somewhat expensive experience. Live and learn.

My husband had purchased what was supposed to be a $60.00 purchase of a bouquet, chocolates and a spa kit. The purchase then turned into $100.00 after shipping costs. The flowers were gorgeous when they arrived but just like everyone else within a matter of 2 days the flowers had wilted and by day 4 they were dead. I followed all of their instructions to ensure my flowers lasted the full 7 days. I called in to make my complaint. Their refund policy states clearly that they will gladly either replace or refund your purchase. They gave me only the option to replace the flowers no option for a refund and never even asked. I said "go ahead and send me a replacement but if the replacement has the same issue I want a refund." The refund was not at all acknowledged but the girl who answered was at least polite. I'm posting one photo of the flowers the day they arrived the rest are from 2 days ago.

I sent my mother in law flowers from ProFlowers for her birthday (02/16). They got delivered on the right day, but after spending all day in the truck the flowers were droopy and the chocolates melted. When I tracked the package that morning it said it had been picked up by UPS at 7:37 am. They got delivered until 3:18 pm. That would had been OK if the truck had AC or she lived in the North East, but she is in ARIZONA (89 degrees by 12:00 pm)! UGH. That is really ridiculous! My father in law was on the phone for 35 minutes trying to solve the problem but got tired of the wait. I was able to get through with them the next morning and finally got my refund. They offered to send the flowers again, but she was so upset that she wanted nothing from them. Thank you ProFlowers for messing up this birthday for her!

I ordered flowers and chocolates to be delivered to my girlfriend's work the Friday before Valentine's Day, paying an additional charge for shipping and getting confirmation that they would arrive between 8 am and 6 pm. An email was supposed to go out when said flowers were shipped with a tracking number. I never received that email and Friday morning called about them.
The line was fairly staticy so I couldn't quite understand the tracking number the guy told me over the phone and when I asked if it could be sent in an email he said that wasn't possible. I then simply asked if they were on their way and would arrive on time to which he assured me they would. No flowers. Saturday I called asking what happened and was simply told they were late and would refund my shipping fees and ASSURED me they would arrive that Monday (the day after Valentine's). Monday comes along and no flowers.
After calling the THIRD time the lady simply told me they never even shipped and wouldn't arrive. The only compromise they could come up with was to send a replacement that wouldn't arrive until over a WEEK after Valentine's Day or give me a full refund without sending anything. I would have saved much time, stress, AND actually received flowers by just ordering from someone else. Now it's the day after Valentine's Day, my girlfriend received no flowers and I'm no better off than the day I orders from ProFlowers.

I admit it. I'm weak. I gave into advertising and that cleverly rhyming name: "Shari's Berries". The PHOTO of the package looked beautiful and the 20% off coupon sealed the deal. Then came the "extras"... Everyone is talking about the incredible mark up with shipping, and it seems that has become the industry standard. So I wasn't at all surprised that my order jumped past the original price. Then I noticed I was being charged SEPARATELY for shipping the berries & flowers. I almost canceled the order, but the image of beautiful roses, gourmet strawberries and happy wife filled my mind and I hit confirm.
Two days after receiving, what I call the "do it yourself bouquet" the roses were dead & wilted. The berries were tasty, but nowhere near "as big as a Buick" like Penn Jillette claimed, not even a Yugo. I just called to complain about the dead flowers and yes, the rep barely spoke English. I did however ask for a refund and was given a FULL refund (including berries, tax, & shipping) so happy ending. Now I'm going to take the wife to see Deadpool.

That said when the flowers arrived they were bruised and battered looking - see photos. Pros: Fast delivery, hefty packaging and most of the thorns were removed. Cons: Flowers looked old and bruised. Ordering from a local florist would make more sense.

Apparently this happened for a bunch of people. I ordered special Valentine's Day (Sunday) delivery and they failed to deliver. No warning, no tracking information, nothing. I tried to get the tracking information via their website and it said there was no record of my order number (which was clearly printed in my order receipt). I emailed them twice and got no reply (not so surprising for a Sunday). I called them up on 2/15 and they said they couldn't find the status but would check on it. I explained that they missed the date and didn't need the flowers anymore. They then offered to give me a store credit with an extra $10. Their prices have been rising quickly every year and are already too high to continue using them, so I didn't want that option. The woman then said she would refund my money.
After looking on here, I see that a LOT of people had similar problems this year. I've used these folks for years, but between their ridiculous pricing (OK prices for flowers with crazy delivery prices) and this major service issue, I won't be using them in the future. They have one job to do and they screwed it up at the worst possible time. They could have at least provided some warning or something, especially with all of the failures to deliver on 2/12. But when I called up on 2/15, they acted like the issue was a one-off surprise. In my view, a refund doesn't quite cover for their failure, but it's the best I can get from them.

They ship the flowers, smushed together in a box and the recipients needs to cut and arrange them themselves. For the price, these flowers should be not be packaged but arranged as advertised. Furthermore, the flowers were squashed in the box ruining them, and the flowers also appear to be dying already with black edges on at least 30% of them. For $100+, I would expect better quality, better delivery. Also, the flowers are all cut to different sizes, and this is not for appearance, extremely poor job on all fronts.
Fedex also left the flowers in front of the recipient's house without ringing the doorbell on a day where the temperature is 10 degrees which could cause further damage to the product, luckily, they were found after 10 minutes of delivery. After still, another half hour, the lines were busy (I'm sure with people complaining), and could not reach a human being. Basically lost about $200.00. I hope whoever reads this, is luckier than me and never buys anything from this company.

I will give my honest review & opinion. I ordered my mother the "100 Blooms of Valentine's Day Wishes With Mason Jar, Bear, & Chocolates." Everything went fine with the website process, although they charge FAR TOO MUCH for delivery considering it is delivered by FEDEX (very impersonal). Secondly, when my mother received her flowers they looked ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE online. They were fresh, but they reminded me of a $8.00 bouquet that I could've bought at Wal-mart. The Bear was ok, nothing special and box of chocolates were alright. I would appreciate it if they didn't FALSE advertise. This ruined my mother's surprise Valentine's Day gift. It was NOT worth $65.00 with delivery, luckily I had a promo code, but still not worth $42.00 I paid. I will not be ordering from them again.

My husband ordered me a dozen rainbow roses and a little bear, with a box of candy. The rose petals were falling off as well as the leaves. Not to mention they were brown on all the tips. The vase is not the one they showed in the picture, also it's too big for the flowers. They look so spread out and empty. He spent sixty dollars on all of that, what a let down. Next time I think he can go to Walmart and get a way better deal for the price. I will never order flowers from ProFlowers and will tell everyone about my experience.

Terrible service, good luck getting a hold of a customer service rep after you place an order. ProFlowers offers a "special" on the radio discount. I placed my order using the promo code, then go online only to find that the deal is $10 less!!! Also, you ProFlowers never disclosed that there is a $15.99 shipping and $9.99 Valentine's Day charge. Good job gouging your customers!!! I will make sure that everyone I know is informed of this experience and hopefully they do not make the same mistake that I did. Don't bother trying to contact the 1-800 #... They never answer!!! Unreal, I will never use this service again! P.S. I want my $$$ back!

I wish I would have read the reviews. I too was caught by high delivery fees. The bargain was not a bargain at all when it was added up. Additionally, what I thought would be a nice arrangement was the colored roses they promised plopped in a vase and delivered. Very little care for presentation. I will just pick up flowers at the grocery store next time.

I received a nice surprise from my daughter and could not wait to open the nice FedEx package. What I found inside the package were lilies broken from their stems and greens that were wilted. It was a very disappointing experience and I have asked my daughter not to use this service in the future.

I ordered a beautiful PURPLE DENDROBIUM ORCHIDS with a glass vase that was supposed to be a deal for 39.99 and the vase was half off from 9.99 to 4.99. But during the order process I didn't see I would be hit with a 15 dollar delivery charge and so on. So the order came out to 65, and some change. To make a long story short, my wife was delivered the wrong flowers. She received 15 tulips in a glass vase. Which was 20 dollars cheaper than what I had ordered. So I immediately called to complain and the woman who I spoke to first tried to tell me she would resend the correct order, and I said "no way the surprise is already over. I would like my money back," and she complied and I got my refund. But still, if I was just some pushover they would have scammed me out of some money. Nice try ProFlowers! But not this time!

I'll make this short and sweet. My 50.00 order was jacked up to 90.00 by exorbitant shipping. Customer service barely spoke English. Called them after receiving the confirmation email to cancel. They said they can't, that it's ready to ship. Which is amazing since it was 10 minutes. Says they're going to refund. Let's see what happens. Still waiting for the email for the cancellation. It's been an hour.

First of all, I agree with everyone else's assessment of the lure you in scam of a good deal then hit you with crazy shipping charges. Another thing they don't tell you is that your wife, girlfriend, significant other will also have to put the package together themselves. It comes in a box and everything has to be put together by your loved one. First strike, second strike was that the flowers already had a few dead roses when she got them but after "picking them off" the arrangement looked very pretty... for all of one day.
After putting the flowers into water and using the "plant food" that came with it she got about 22 hours worth of pretty flowers and then they ended up looking like the picture I am going to attach. Guys do yourself a favor and buy something locally from a florist you can trust. I am going to contact them a little later to see if they are going to do anything for me as far as "service" goes. However from the complaints I have seen here I doubt it.

Use to order from them a few years back when they were somewhat of a good company. The last time I ordered with them a few years ago, they royally messed up my order. Told myself I would never order from them again. Since it was a few years ago I told myself I would give another shot! Ordered flower for my mother and my grandmother for Valentine's Day. When they arrived they were missing half of the arrangement and the roses that were in there were damaged and pretty lame looking.
When I called the gentleman on the phone was not helpful whatsoever. Kept putting me on hold. He told me they would send out a replacement order and it would be there on Tuesday of next week. If I paid for next day shipping in the first place you should honor that when you state you're going to replace an order. I just asked for a refund. When the guy came back online, he indicated "somehow" I would receive a refund, "somehow" really dude! I was on the phone for over 30 mins. dealing with this. I never received a confirmation email that my order would be refunded.
So called back this morning and lo and behold they never refunded my money for the order. The only thing the lady was concerned about was the cheap $6.99 vase whether it was broken or not, could care less about the flowers. She stated they would refund the price of the flowers minus the vase. I about lost my lid. First off all, I didn't want the vase to begin but you have no option from not ordering a vase with the flowers. Thank you ProFlowers for terrible experience and crummy flowers, and also leaving me scrambling to order new ones before Valentine's day!! You just lost a customer who orders a lot of flowers for personal and business.

I have now had 3 deliveries where the flowers were in poor shape but the one I received yesterday were not worth keeping at all. The petals were off the roses before they came out of the box on almost half the flowers. Out of the rest of the 2 dozen roses almost half of the stems were too short for them to extend out of the vase even before an inch was cut off. I threw the entire batch away before my wife could see them and have ordered her flowers from a local florist. All this after ProFlowers gouges you with all their little extras. I was willing to deal with that because I was at one time receiving flowers of a decent quality but that seems to have ended. ProFlowers and subsidiaries I am done with you.

Ordered a bouquet of flowers plus dipped strawberries from ProFlowers and these items were shipped separately, berries via UPS, flowers via FedEx. Received the berries but did not receive the flowers although according to ProFlowers and FedEx's tracking they were delivered when someone was home at the time. Checked with neighbors and none had received them in error and since FedEx "left them at the front door" there is no signature.
I called ProFlowers customer service and after explaining the situation the woman asked what was the problem. So I ended up telling her the situation 3 more times speaking more slowly each time and then I asked to speak to a supervisor, which just so happened to be in a meeting (@ 4:30 am - their time as they are in San Diego according to "Ann"). I asked for a replacement and she said the earliest they would arrive is Feb. 17 which defeats the purpose of having them for Valentine's Day. I then asked for a refund of the flowers and shipping which she did, but when I asked for what the total is that is being credited back she told me I'll get it in 5-7 days. I asked her if she even knows what is being credited back and she said no. I told her I'll wait and take it up with my credit card company if I have any issues and thanked her for her lousy customer service.

I disputed the inflated cost. Completely different than I agreed upon. Had extra fees. Free standard delivery, it's a lie. I booked it on their calendar for the free delivery Thursday the 11th. I got the Email from them with shipping charges, handling fees and inflated price on flowers, different from the one I agreed to. During the process they said I could add a $8.00 vase and flowers were suppose to be $29.00. It came to $55.46 in their Email. This does not add up. So I called and the man said he would discount it 15.00. I'm disgusted now and said OK. It is Valentine's Day coming.
Today's Thursday the 11th. My wife waited all day. I came home and called. They said it was canceled cause I disputed it. I did not. Their man said the order with $15.00 taken off was good. I called them. They were very not understanding then said they would give me free delivery. Now the price is $64.97. What...? Now delivered on Valentine's Day. What? I don't believe them. Ripoff. Keep your money, get your sweetie flowers yourself. She deserves better anyway. I see on here the flowers are not that great anyway...kinda ruins it for me too. I did check their site and it did say free standard delivery for orders over 29.00... It's a lie, bad business, bad customer service. If its 64.00 say it.

When I contacted customer service, they were rude and obviously didn't speak English as a first language. Was cut off before I could complete the re-order. Called again and the service agent said she couldn't help me because her system wasn't working. Her manager was not available. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER AGAIN. Back to 1800Flowers.com for me!

I went online to order the $19.99 roses for Valentine's Day. The summary showed $19.99 plus $2.99 for a vase. It was only after entering the payment info that it showed the true amount. I wasn't paying attention because I thought I knew the amount, but I hit "complete order" before I paged down to see the delivery fee, handling fee, tax and the vase had mysteriously gone up to $4.99! $42 in total. I called the 800 number immediately, gave the order number and asked to cancel the order. Laura told me the order was cancelled. Two days later I got an e-mail saying it was too late to cancel the order, it has already been sent.

I ordered flowers and were delivered in a box. It was like I had ordered supplies. It was cold and impersonal. I overpaid with junk fees from $29.00 to $55.00. I could not properly order online since the so-called "Radio" discount was not applied. Spoke to a live person and still got "screwed" (spent close to an hour from start to finish). My personal greeting card was a paper inside that my wife barely saw. It seemed like I did not take the time to care to get flowers for my wife properly and had to get her a UPS type delivery box of flowers. To add, talk about "short stems". I guess the only good thing is that I got it delivered Thursday. Now I still have time to correct it. I can NOW spend more money and get another gift to show that I do not have a NOW PERCEIVED cold heart to compensate!!! Thank you Proflowers!!!

I know my BF had great intentions but if I date him longer, I will inform him to use a local florist instead of paying double for cheaper flowers and gifts. It should cost less being that I have to put the arrangement together myself, which I find ridiculous, as I'm not a florist. Plus, the note included the words Happy Valentine's day from Orgon. That is not a state, Oregon is! Also on the card, it has my boyfriend's name spelled without a capital letter as the start. I think ProFlowers is an absolute ripoff. I can't enjoy the thought of being flattered because of feeling sorry for my boyfriend being a sucker to your company. Writing as a warning to others.

I placed an online order for same day delivery, my girlfriend needing some cheering up. At 5:12PM I get an email saying "Our florist did attempt delivery of your gift. Unfortunately, confirm address attempted deliver at 4:00pm front desk said that no one by that name." First of all, grammar doesn't even make sense! I called customer "service" to verify that they were delivering to the correct address since it was a residence and she was home. Second, of course I get someone who barely speaks English. I give them the order # and explain the problem. They place me on hold several times in 20 minutes. Then they ask me if I'm calling about the order I placed to be delivered Valentine's Day. Why would I be calling saying the order hadn't gotten there when it was scheduled for 4 days later??
Well, back on hold. Then somehow I get kicked back to the queue and speak with somebody completely different. I tell them my issue AGAIN. And of course, this one barely speaks English either. Then the guy says that they weren't delivered. "Is there anything else I can do for you?" as if I was just expected to accept that! I asked several times who the florist was that they were having fulfill the order so that maybe I could contact them directly and see if they had the correct address. I got nowhere with that. In the end, they tell me that the address is correct and they can deliver the flowers tomorrow with an upgrade. I said "I don't want the flowers, please cancel the order and I expect a full refund." I'll probably call my bank in the morning and have the charges blocked. Oh, I also cancelled the Valentine's order. I will NEVER do business with this company again.

Do not buy from this company. They charged me $143 for 12 roses, a vase, 6 strawberries and 6 cherries. Now look at this..... they charge you $19.99 for the + $14.99 for a "Morning Delivery." After all that, they split my order in half and send the flowers with UPS and the Berries with FedEx. The result was, my wife got the flowers at 11:30 am without the berries because those are from another supplier and were send without the morning delivery option.
Now, first off it's ridiculous to split an order like that when everyone is buying it as a package thinking that it will arrived all together; and second, the extra charge for the morning delivery only applied to 1/2 the shipment, the other half arrived after my wife left her job, then they say that they couldn't refund my money because the berries were in transit. Worst experience I ever had with this type of service, and I choose a Wednesday delivery instead of the Valentine's Sunday day to avoid this kind of issues.
