The floral bouquet I selected for my 92 year old mom was delivered on time as specified. I was notified when my purchase was Out For Delivery and another notification when Delivered. ProFlowers offers a good value and has always been reliable. My mom was very pleased with her bouquet as it contained beautiful flowers in the early bloom stage that would later achieve full bloom and last for several days.

I ordered flowers on February 10th to arrive Feb. 13th. The tracking info stated it was in Indiana (destination Chicago) for 3 days! On February 14th, I called to complain (5pm CST). They said my complaint had to be registered after 8pm CST because that's their delivery time. I pointed out that it was already a day late! It sounded like the girl was being coached on what to say because I heard someone in the background as she would correct her statements. So, I called back at 8pm and the guy refunded my money. I'm surprised I did get that money back. I was expecting to eat the cost. I know for a fact no flowers had been sent...scam company. Recent positive review is so general you can tell it's a fake!

The main customer service answered that they are could not meet our expectations. The company has all over complaints and 1 stars reviews. I guess it's not just us...

Received flowers 2/19 for my 76th birthday. No way were roses fresh. So many bruised petals. Got 11 instead of 12. Peruvian lilies smashed. Hanging off stems, very dead. No way fresh either. Replacement received. Again only 11 roses.?? Maybe their doz is different than mine. Roses not as bruised. Lilies better condition. I am more disappointed for my daughter and family who waited to hear about how I liked the flowers. They were sick at heart to hear of the condition they were in. They couldn’t believe a florist claiming fresh, quality flowers would ship such bad flowers. And twice shorting the bouquet. Could this be called false advertising?

My husband ordered a package of Lily with one blue flower for my birthday. However, there were couple issues with the flower so I wrote a letter to the ProFlowers customer service. But so far I have not received any feedback yet. The below is the contents in the letter: "It is very unfortunate and disappointing, the flower's quality is very very poor: When we opened the box, some leaves were already yellow and one stem of Lily was withered. Your picture on your web shows there are at least ten Lily flowers/buds, but I only received three stems and one arrived half deadly and never bloomed. I followed your instruction of taking care of them, however, they dead quickly."
I guess, generally, no person orders flower for himself, and the recipient will feel embarrassing of telling the person that the flower quality is very poor, that is why this Proflowers.com business gets around. I will wait a few days for their response. After that I will submit a dispute to credit card company to see what happens. Please do not use Proflowers.com! Waste money!

Personally, I don't trust five-star reviews, but I believe ProFlowers has earned it. No company is perfect. ProFlowers may have fallen short for some customers in the past, but this is about the way things are today. I am very impressed with their level of customer service. There was a problem with my order, and ProFlowers went out of its way to make things right. Seriously, it was one of those moments where you think, "Whoa...I didn't realize companies were like this anymore." Their efforts restored my faith in online ordering. I think a lot of company reviews are biased toward the negative, because people who receive decent customer service don't bother to write reviews. So take what you read with a grain of salt, and give this company the benefit of the doubt. I'm a tough customer to please, but I will definitely be buying from ProFlowers again.

My husband ordered flowers to be delivered to my job on Valentine's Day. When I got home and he saw the flower arrangement that was delivered he was furious. He paid $124 for what seemed like a beautiful bouquet online, but flowers arrived nearly dead and only had half of the flowers it was supposed to. For $124 we could have had a nice dinner and better flowers from a grocery store. He will never again use this company. I would upload a picture but flowers were thrown away few days later.

This is the second order that I have made with this company and it was again, a bust. The first time I had ordered a mini Christmas tree for my granddaughter and it arrived broken, with busted ornaments. Yesterday I ordered 100 Blooms of Love, with gourmet chocolates, for my 85 year old aunt who lives out of state and is hospitalized. Neither the flowers nor chocolates were delivered today as paid for. I did get a full refund after being advised that it was too late to redeliver today. I had no advance notification that there was any issue with this order, and had I not called, would not have been aware of any of this. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was advised there were none available! I will never use your service again, because there is no service. Also someone needs to train your telephone operators on proper etiquette. Do not call your customers by their first name. That is rude and disrespectful.

Ordered a dozen roses and chocolates for my wife on 2/8 to be delivered ON Valentine's Day. ProFlowers delivered them a day early, which kinda ruins the experience of Valentine's Day, but OK, my wife was fine with that. What she was not fine with was that despite following all of the plant feeding/water changing instructions, the flowers were wilted by day 3 and never opened to bloom. Obviously poor quality/not fresh.
So ProFlowers offered to make good by reshipping a new order, which was due to be delivered today, 2/19. My wife and I were home all day and into the evening, because we work from home. At shortly after 5:30 pm, I received an email message with tracking info saying that my order had been delivered by UPS at 5:32 pm at our door. I looked outside all around the front of our house and, guess what -- no flowers. Obviously, they were misdelivered to the wrong address/house.
I phoned ProFlowers and though I have a lot of experience communicating with non-native English speakers, and generally have no problem understanding strong accents, I was unable to understand barely a word the representative was saying because of her accent. That having been said, in the end, she confirmed that she was refunding my purchase price.
Normally, such refunds or acknowledgements of re-orders, etc, are processed immediately, at least in terms of the company sending a confirming email, as happened when they processed the re-order to replace the poor quality flowers. This time, nothing. I wonder if I'll *ever* see that money back in my account? If not, I'll be contacting my credit card company to challenge the purchase. In short, the company seems to try to do the right thing by customers, but something in their supply and delivery chain prevents this from happening. I recommend purchasing from a local florist in the future. Better service, and likely better quality, even if you pay a few bucks more, which you may/may not.

Flowers were delivered but nothing else. The same thing happened last year and when I complained I got was a 20% discount coupon for next time use (which, lord knows where it went). I’ve actually used PF occasionally over the years mostly for the convenience. I’ve previously forgiven a number of missteps without giving it much thought but this Valentine’s Day cinched it. Ordered 18 long stemmed roses with 2 weeks lead time. Order arrived on time but I think I would have preferred an empty box. What my wife received were miniature blooms, which given their size and the fact that they blackened rather than ever blossoming suggests to me that they were cut prematurely to meet demand. But the clincher was that my apartment is now infested with miniature fruit fly like creatures that could have only come from our “lovely” roses and we’ve spent the last few days trying to eliminate. Will never use PF again.

First of all I knew it was a bad sign when I first took the roses out of the box and not one but two stems were broken and the leaves started falling, some of the petals are dead and all along the edges of the roses are brown or discolored.
Ok I gave them the benefit of the doubt since it was packaged in a box. However, the roses looked dry and withered with brown edges. I didn't have enough nerve to tell my husband that the roses looked horrible. Then I thought by following their enclosed instruction, the roses would eventually liven up but it's been well over 24 hrs and they look just as bad as yesterday. The quality of ProFlowers roses (the 12 that I received) are the absolute worse I've ever seen. Although I appreciate the kind and thoughtfulness of my husband's intentions, ProFlowers needs to do better or just stop selling flowers altogether. I wish I could not give any stars.

Worse service ever. They have great prices, but can’t deliver. I used them two years ago for Valentine's. They had a service where you can have a picture put on a vase. So I put one with me and my girlfriend. They sent out a picture of a different couple on the vase to my new girlfriend. At least it’s been a running joke for the last two years. This year I tried them again because they had a great deal. I will say they at least got it half right this year. Flowers ended up on time to my wife. Unfortunately the order for my mother didn’t make it. After calling customer service they are going to deliver them on February 15th. Their fix for their **up. Refund the 4$ for guarantee deliver on February 14th. Don’t waste your money. Go to 1-800-Flowers.com. They cost more but have never messed up an order for me.

What a joke. I ordered a flower to be delivered on Valentine's day as the website said IT WILL BE DELIVERED on 2/14 and paid extra shipping of $20 as well. The flower WAS NOT delivered on time and I was literally on hold for an hour and couldnt wait any longer so I hung up. Next day on 2/15, I called ProFlowers and someone picked up after 20 minutes of hold and the person was very rude. She kept saying the order was done by local florist and ProFlowers cant do anything about it and I would have to call the local florist who handled the order. What a joke. She didnt even transfer me to the right number. I called ProFlowers again and they said they cant do any refund as it was done by Local florist... What was the point of my buying it through ProFlowers then.. might as well order from local florist. SERIOUSLY THEY ARE A SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

If I could I would give this place ZERO STARS. I ordered for a friend for his wife on 02/12/19, I looked at other sites but this site stood out the most with the pretty arrangements and the good prices. So I went through the process of ordering the floors paid $40 in shipping (Standard Shipping $12.99, Morning Delivery $14.99, and Guarantee Valentine's Day Delivery $9.99). I called them Yesterday and it took me 10 times of calling back to back to be finally connecting with someone, who got ruder by the minute. I asked her yo either refund me my money back entirely ($70.57) or deliver the flowers before 2:00pm. And she proceeded to tell me that the flowers can't arrive by 2, so I asked her to refund me my money, she said that she would, it would take 5-7 business days for the money to be back into my account, and that the order would be canceled. I asked her for her name and her manager's name.
Later last night I got two separate emails one apologizing for the inconvenience and that I would be refunded $10 immediately and the other saying that my order was on its way to be delivered. I called today and speak to another person and I ask for me full refund and he told me that the person I spoke to yesterday did process my return and that he would do it for me. He put me on hold, came back and told me that I should receive an email later today and that the refund was posted to my account and now it's up to my bank to release them money into my account. BASICALLY if you want floors for a special day for someone special go to any other place but PROFLOWERS!!!!

I ordered a dozen roses in a vase, a box of chocolates, and a stuffed bear for my fiancee to be delivered to her office on February 14th. I was charged an additional 9.95 to ensure delivery on the 14th. I ordered in plenty of time for a 02.14.2019 delivery. I attempted to reach ProFlowers via telephone beginning mid-day on the 14th, and the first number would just hang up, and the second number would ring busy. I sent an email about my concerns that has still not been answered. When looking at the UPS tracking number, all it showed me was that the sticker had been printed and nothing had been shipped. I was left scrambling to find another solution after work and paying an exorbitant price.
I was finally able to get through to customer service via telephone around 6 PM on the 14th. They said that my order would be delivered by the late afternoon on the 15th. I said that was simply unacceptable, as Valentine's Day would already have come and gone by that time, and what was the point. The representative offered to refund the 9.95 guaranteed delivery fee and that was all. I again said that was simply unacceptable, that they had guaranteed delivery (and charged me 9.99 extra to ensure 2/14 delivery) and did not deliver as promised. Finally, after going back and forth with the representative about my total and complete displeasure, how it made me look bad, and left me scrambling at the last minute, he admitted that they messed up and said that he would issue me a complete refund. I thanked them, and said I would be awaiting an email confirmation of the refund.
I finally received an email confirmation that my order had been processed and shipped at 8:21 PM on 2/14/19, for delivery on 2/15/19. Nothing received as of the time of this review. I received the email confirmation of my refund shortly after my call, and the refund amount is 19.99 less than a total refund. Another broken promise. This was a completely horrible experience. I do not recommend them and will never use them again. I just hope that my refund actually comes through.

If there was a zero star option, I would have selected it. I can almost copy and paste any of the other bad reviews here because it looks like we all had the same experience yesterday. Ordered on 2/13 to be delivered to my wife's work and they did not show up by the time she had to leave for the day. I called and had the order re-routed to my house and, big surprise, they never arrived. Each call to the "customer service" dept was a complete waste of time and total joke. My wife just called and said that they went to her work again, but she was not there as she only works at that location on Thursdays. They are now finally bringing the order to her at her current location. I am looking at reviews for this company on multiple sites and am amazed that they are still in business. My wife said the florist was also upset indicating this company makes them look bad in this situation as they try to figure out the order from them. Never again.

I placed an order that had 2 different deliveries. One for Valentine's day and the other the day before. I paid extra delivery fee for the Valentine's delivery... Well guess what? You guys messed up the deliveries and they were both delivered on the wrong day. The dates were reversed. I do have an email from you showing the CORRECT dates. On top of that, the roses for my wife had several buds that were already dead!!! This is the second delivery from you in a row that had dead flowers... The first time I did not complain, shame on me... This time SHAME ON YOU!
So yesterday I called to complain and the person on the phone credited the shipping for both deliveries, as he should. He then offered to replace the entire arrangement, once again, as he should at no charge to me. He then sent me an email verifying that this was the case. I later looked at my account and, SURPRISE, I had been charged $89.95 for the free replacement flowers!!! I had to call in AGAIN and try to deal with this... They said they would credit me AGAIN. I asked for a verification email from the representative who said that would happen... Guess what? NO EMAIL!!
So today my wife received the replacement roses... SURPRISE THEY ARE WORSE THAN THE ORIGINAL ORDER... PETALS FALLING OFF!!! I would be more than happy to send you pictures of all this... Suffice it to say that I will NEVER do business with you again and be sure to NEVER recommend your services again!!!

I ordered a special Valentine presentation (flowers, chocolates, and Valentine vase). They forgot to put the vase in the box. After several minutes on the phone with someone who barely speaks English and would not transfer me to a supervisor they promised to overnight a replacement. Two days later it arrived (on Valentine's Day) but they sent the wrong order (not the Valentine presentation). It was now too late for me to order a Valentine presentation for my girlfriend. They may have promised a full refund (let's see if I get it) but they can never replace the lost moment of presenting a Valentine's presentation to the one I love.
Instead of making it a wonderful moment, ProFlowers turned this moment into a nightmare. Just like anything else, the arrangements look great online, but it’s all in the presentation right? In 2018, I ordered flowers from ProFlowers and when I got home they looked really good. The wifey loved them. Valentine’s Day 2018 was a success. Fast forward to 2019. Like most men, I saw the arrangement online and liked the price so I pulled the trigger again. The wifey was out when they were delivered and I arrived home to find that my son had accepted delivery of the flowers. I was very surprised to find that they were delivered in a box. I did not read the fine print. Flowers to be delivered in a box. This should be printed in bold letters on the first web page, not on the checkout page in small letters.
While the flowers were in good condition, I thought I was paying for an “arrangement” of flowers, not a box of flowers for the floral do it yourself. After I tried to arrange the roses with the very minimal greenery included they looked like they were prepared by a construction worker, which I am. Buyer beware, SOME ASSEMBLY REQUIRED. After my wife got home and thanked me for the flowers, I asked her how they came last year she replied, "Oh they came in a box." She had arranged them herself and added greenery and such herself. That’s why they looked so good the year before.
Next time I’ll pay a little extra and have ANY of several florists in my area to deliver a beautifully “ARRANGED” vase of flowers with all the greenery and whatnot. Always used them in the past, shouldn’t have ever stopped using them. Troy Aikman, you should give them back whatever they paid you. Would you send these to Joe Buck? I think not.

The worse part about this stressful process is that, there’s no form of communication whatsoever from them and even if they deliver the flowers, the flowers delivered wouldn’t be anywhere close to what you ordered from their website. How deceptive can Proflowers be? You call them and they will have you on hold for about 30min plus. Recap: Don't buy or order flowers from ProFlowers since it wouldn’t be delivered on the day they promised. If they do deliver, the flowers delivered are quite different from what’s on their proflowers.com. Customer service will keep you on hold for a LONG time.

Today, the 15th, the roses are barely opening, the petals are wrinkled and dried out, and the blooms already starting to sag and wilt. He tried to order using a TV promo code which didn't work. The "nice" card was a cheap printed sticker and what he thought was a big box of chocolates was a tiny 4x4 disappointment. It's the thought that counts right? On 2/9/19, I ordered flowers to have delivered to my daughter on Valentines Day (today). I was charged total of $74.41 for my order. On 2/10/19, I ordered some dessert from them. They were on special for $20 and delivery was $25. Delivery did not show till after I paid, which upset me, so I pulled up the chat window and asked to cancel my order.
Today, 2/14/19, I waited till after 6:00 p.m. and decided to use chat to see where they are. I was informed that my order was deleted and that I was not charged. I asked why and the notes said that I didn't understand the delivery fees. Clearly they don't understand that we should be notified of the fee before we pay. I explained to the rep that the notes were talking about another order placed on 2/10/19. He said there was no order showing for that day, but that my 2/9/19 order was deleted and claimed that I wasn't charged. I told him that my bank statement states otherwise. We went back and forth and I got nowhere real fast.
He finally realized that indeed I was charged the $74.41, after he tried to, again, tell me that I was never charged. I asked him when will I get my refund. He said that was up to my financial institution. Then it's 5-7 days but I had to deal with my financial institution. I explained to him my bank always refunds me the same day the retailer sends in my refund. Getting the date of the processed refund on their end was like pulling teeth. He just kept going back and forth telling me 5-7 days from the date it is processed on their end, but he wouldn't tell me when it was processed. I asked at least eight times. He just kept saying to deal with my bank. Then he proceeds to tell me that it's 5-7 business days from today (2/14/19). So I asked why they did not refund me the money the same day my order was mistakenly deleted by the other rep? When is my refund coming. He kept referring me back to my financial institution for the 5-7 days.
This going back and forth of not being charged and then referring me back to my bank went on for 50 minutes. He finally figured out what I was asking and told me the refund was processed on 2/10/19, when my order was deleted on their end. So I said then the 5-7 day wait is from that date and not today as you said. He said yes. Out of the 50 minutes, it took this guy's 40 minutes to answer me and tell me when my refund went out.
Never again will I order from this place. I ordered flowers from them 13 years ago and they send half dead flowers. I thought I would give them another chance in the hopes that they improved, after all, it's been 13 years. Another 50 years can go by and I will never order from them again. I felt like I was in a Three Stooges movie playing the Who's On First bit. It's really frustrating.
I called my daughter and told her what had happened and sent her a picture of the bouquet I had ordered. I'll just take her out when I get back home. I can't stand incompetence. Making a mistake is one thing, but not owning up to it and playing around with me for 50 minutes and not answering my question or owning up to anything, is another.

My BF has sent me flowers for the third time from ProFlowers, and every time I wonder the same thing. Where's the greenery? It wouldn't kill them to throw in some leafy stems or fern. It would actually help since the volume of the flowers' stems is never enough to fit properly in the vases that come with the order which makes their flowers look awful. This year I received the Sweetheart Roses (four each of red, pink, and white), and I tried to make them look nice, but I couldn't, so I went outside in the rain to cut some leafy stems from some of my bushes. I had to try to do it right or I would cry just looking at those poor roses flopping around in that vase. I still had to cut the stems pretty short, but I made it work. Pre Ordered flowers 3 days in advance to be sent to my wife on Valentine's day and paid the extra 14.99 for prior to noon delivery on Feb 14th, 2019 at her workplace. I looked to see where the flowers currently were for delivery since it was getting close to noon and saw that the flowers were in Louisville Kentucky and that according to their tracker was mistakenly missorted at the PA UPS hub and that my delivery wouldn't be until sometime on the 15th by close of business. Unacceptable. I never received an email to let me know of the problem and the changed delivery date. Nor did I receive any correspondence saying my added delivery fee would be returned since they screwed up so bad. What I did have was the displeasure of being on hold for over an hour just to be connected to someone who could barely speak English.
The customer service person said I'd get a discount on my next order and that the flowers would be delivered on the 15th. I told her that was unacceptable and that I wanted a full refund on everything including the guaranteed delivery fee. Only after threatening to file a formal complaint with the BBB did she finally refund the entire amount. I will never order from this joke of a company again and will most definitely file a complaint with the BBB and hopefully get this horrible company shut down. Please spend your money elsewhere.

No confirmation email with the changes, on hold for a rep to talk to, and when speaking to one of many, actually getting a nongeneric answer and resolving my situation still no reason for not making that change and saying they did. All was good this morning, on track to deliver, then at 9:30, the tracking number shows the flowers just departed from Illinois (I am in Minneapolis). Needless to say, they aren't going to make it... To top it off, I had to call customer service 3 times in order to get a refund. First attempt I was hung up on and told I had no order in the system as the call center was not able to understand my order details or how to ask the correct questions in order to get the details. Attempt 2 I was refunded only the amount of the flowers and left with a charge for shipping, guaranteed delivery and handling. Attempt 3, I was refunded the rest of the amount. Next year I will be going elsewhere.. what a bad experience!

I paid extra to guarantee Valentine's Day delivery. I paid extra to guarantee morning delivery. My wife received a vase full of Stargazer Lily bulbs after 3:00 pm. Not a single Lily was open. It was literally a vase of stems with a closed bulb at the top. My wife’s office had all but left for the day before her arrangement was delivered. So, $39.99 for the Lilies, $12.99 for a vase, $15 guarantee Valentine's Day delivery, $19.99 guaranteed morning delivery. Taxes and fees is spent. $112.00 for a bucket of stems and a broken-hearted wife. Just imagine how she felt in that office when competent florists delivered quality arrangements to all the other women in the office. And there sat my wife with nothing but a vase full of stems, 30 minutes before she went home for the day. Only three leaves out of the many that were supposed to be on this plant were alive. The rest, dead and mixed up in the soil. Also the packaging of these plants is atrocious, as soon as I cut the first tape and opened the box lids, the soil was already everywhere and spilling out of the box and onto my office desk and carpet. Today is Valentine's Day. I knew that flowers from my husband would be on the way. The flowers didn't arrive until after 2:00 p.m. When they DID arrive, they were DOA (Dead On Arrival). I have told my husband at least 3 times to stop ordering from this place, as I have had a couple previous bad experiences. While the others were bad, they were not as bad as the ones today. The roses were dead and brown, the little things that look like lilies were dead and sagging. The green things in the middle FELL OFF as I was taking them out the box and continued to fall off as I was trying to CUT THE STEMS MYSELF and situate them in the vase.
I can remember a time when this company really did provide pretty flowers. I don't know what has happened in the last 5-10 years. It is not my husband's fault that the flowers look like this, but it IS his fault that he continues to order from this god forsaken company. I usually proudly display my flowers on my desk and take pictures for social media. NOT this year and I am so disappointed.

The last several times he has had flowers delivered to my place of work, they have come in so hot from being in the mail UPS truck that there was no saving them. Another occasion, the flowers were so wilted they didn't even last a day. It says to put them in water and let them drink for 24 hours so they will perk up, well, they couldn't even sip. They were so old and tired.
Today, Valentine's Day 2019 - UPS guys shows up and delivers my green box. I open it and am immediately upset at the state of these flowers. The roses are brown on the edges, the foliage was mishandled so much, it is literally folded and crimped and ripped in the majority of the leaves. I paid $14.99 per item..." I called back a few hours later since I did not receive the email confirmation for my refund. The second person who processed my call said there was no refund issued from my first call. After speaking with the second representative, they issued refunds for the AM delivery charges on my purchase. I will no longer order with ProFlowers again. I only placed my order due to the 'AM DELIVERY GUARANTEED.' I would like to return the item completely because I misled regarding the delivery time (we will not even be back for the package until 4 days from today due to travel plans). The best they can offer was refunding the AM delivery charge. Why would a company offer a service like this if they could not guarantee it?
Original Review: I placed an order days in advance to be delivered on Valentine's day, and paid premium shipping on the 2 items I purchased. I paid $14.99 per item for guaranteed morning delivery on scheduled delivery date. It is 3 hours past promised delivery window. I then called and ask for a refund and spent another hour on the phone. We now have a flight to catch and the order still has not arrived. All ProFlowers have to offer is to waive the morning delivery charge. Having paid close to $120 in total for shipping on my order of 2 items with the promise of delivery prior to 12pm, I expected that my order would be delivered on time (which was anytime between 8am-12pm). Had I known this website provides false promises, I never would have ordered from this website at all. I will no longer order from this website in the future and do not recommend.

If you noticed, there are many complaints around here recently. This is probably not a coincidence. I was expecting this order to be delivered today (Valentine's Day) at the latest but I saw it was stuck in processing when I checked today. I called the helpline, waited on hold for 15 minutes and spent an hour on the phone with someone named Ryan who was hard to understand and whom I'm confident understand me either. Here is my issue: Apparently my order was cancelled for some unknown reason. I think he said the item was no longer available. No possibility to get anything today since they are shipped. He offered an alternative item of 2 dozen mixed roses with chocolate at $54.99 I believe was the cost. That was fine with me. So I gave him the go ahead to process the new order. I got suspicious when he asked me for a credit card before even telling me final total.
Logically, I am expecting free shipping/handling for the new order since the old order was not delivered on the expected date and I never received notification that there was an issue with the order. Furthermore, the Groupon for $40 that I wanted to use for the new order is coming up as "invalid" or "used" probably because it was tied to the old order. I called Groupon and they confirmed it was The Groupon isn't a coupon but more like a gift card as I had to pay for it. Tried to explain they need to apply the Groupon or give me a $40 discount on top of the free shipping (overnight). The final cost then should be $14.99 which I would happily pay with a credit card. I was told by Ryan I will get a call from a supervisor (who was busy at the time I called). I have serious doubts that I will. He just wanted to get me off the phone. I also sent an email to their help center. I expect this to be ignored as well or responded to with a useless template.

I followed the care instructions to the letter - room temp water, flower nutrient packet, trimmed the stems, etc. The instruction card said they would open the next day as they absorbed water. But they never opened. Of the dozen, 6 began to droop by that night, and today (48 hours later) 10 of them are completely wilted. The WalMart roses I got the same day, however, look beautiful! I am extremely disappointed, since I'm sure they were costly to order and have delivered.

Hidden fees, no local delivery, no customer service, can't understand English, and... So, I had made the order (many hidden fees detailed by many others leaving reviews) and contacted ProFlowers' customer service... Or tried. On their site, it says 'available 24/7' but the online chat kept telling, "Agents Unavailable." I then called their customer service line and they do not understand English. I had to repeat my confirmation number multiple times, then my name (Jeff) multiple times, and finally I had to repeat and reword my issue multiple times as well.
Basically, I scheduled delivery to a school and they had a snow-day. I wanted to know if they could re-route to another address or at minimum I wanted to know what would happen to the items since the school wasn't open. The person could not understand my issue. Finally, I was able to communicate that no one would be there to accept the order. The agent said they would leave it somewhere safe. I let the agent know that it is snowing and that they shouldn't be leaving anything outside. The agent didn't understand me. I asked if I could just have the contact information for the local shop that is delivering the flowers and that I would call them directly. The agent didn't understand.
After several attempts at asking the question in different ways, the agent said she would get me their number. I was put on hold for several minutes, no hold music and thinking they hung up, when the agent returned to the call and gave me an 800 number. I expected a local number, but at least I had something. I called the number only to find out it was a business customer service line for UPS which needed a 'supplier number' from ProFlowers to even access anyone. Really, these flowers are being sent in a box from UPS? This was never explained in the original order process.
UPS was as helpful as they could be and at least they understood English. I was told ProFlowers would need to contact UPS to authorize the delivery change because it would come with an added fee to ProFlowers. UPS then said if the delivery driver is unable to make contact for the delivery, it would likely be attempted again the following day and not left outside considering the snow. After the first failed attempt, I could log into UPS and change the delivery/pick up options without having to contact ProFlowers.
I was able to get a tracking number and used it to check the status. It shows a original shipment came from Oregon; the delivery was set for Eastern Washington. So much for local delivery. This also worried me because of extremely low temperatures at night (15 degrees). Hopefully these flowers aren't frozen. I signed up for text updates with UPS and will update my review too to include the conclusion of this experience.

Go to a local store buying flowers, you are better off by 100%. Variation on a theme scam. First the flowers advertised for 2799 then comes the shipping and handling and the taxes and this and that you end up paying twice as much! Oh! "You want them delivered too?" well that's extra... Oh! You want them before noon? Well that's extra... They can shove their flowers where the sun ain't shine! They make you go through the hoops. Enter all your information and at the end they give you the final price which is practicality twice as much as initially advertised cost for the flowers! Lastly they ask that you click on that little box where it says you "agree to our terms and privacy policy". You should start reading their privacy policy!
Just randomly I saw that they share all the information also with "affiliates" in other countries and jurisdictions... Go figure this one! It's the legal way to show you the **. Hackers must have a field day! Never ever will I purchase from your so-called affiliates. I rather walk the old-fashioned way 2 to 3 stores make my purchase there and have a piece of mind and not being data **!

This site has so many aspects of a scam that frankly I'm amazed it's still in business. First of all the prices are astronomical. For 9 chocolate covered strawberries you are looking at 50$ base price plus $13 shipping and handling. That is $7 for one chocolate strawberry! All promotional codes offered on the site have requirements that are not specified until going to their site and reading the fine print. For example to earn 25% off you have to spend 40$ with the item conveniently priced at 39.99$. The minimum payment for the promotion might as well be 49.99$ as that is the next lowest priced item I could find.
In regards, to my experience I bought a 40$ ProFlowers voucher for 20$. The voucher was not redeemable on site. I had to place an order and use it as a promotional code in the order which made it so I could not use any other code. After 1 hour I finally found a way to mitigate my losses on the site. (I had opened the Groupon and could not trade it or I would have.) I ended up buying a bouquet of flowers and managed to only pay 16$ with the Groupon. This was not worth the amount of time I spent originally filling my cart with 40$ worth just to find out they charge $12.99 shipping for EVERY item.
Also keep in mind I could have gone to the store and bought the same bouquet for less and with less time wasted. My last complaint with all this is that you have to make separate orders for every address you would like to send flowers to. This means in order to use a groupon or promotion you would have to spend 40+ dollars on someone making casual Valentine's day or other holiday gifts unreasonable.

I ordered what I thought would be a beautiful 30 tulip arrangement as a Valentine's day gift for my wife. It looked amazing on the ProFlowers.com site. OMG, what we received was an $73 atrocious abomination... Nowhere on the site does it say the customer has to set up the arrangement. The site shows FTD brand which leads one to believe that the order will be facilitated through a local florist. NOT, it gets delivered via UPS or FedEx in a box, flowers were wilted, disheveled, starved without water. It comes with instructions requiring the customer to cut off an inch off of each stem, remove wilted leaves, fill the vase with water and flower food that was supposed to be in the box, and then set up your arrangement.
I'm sorry, but for $73 my wife or I shouldn't have to do **. I contacted customer service who first attempt to walk me through setting up the arrangement stating the flowers SHOULD perk up in 24 hours, then said they were willing to refund most of my money except the taxes... When I wasn't satisfied, they conceded and said I'd receive a full refund but it wouldn't get processed for 28 days! I asked for a supervisor and magically I received a full refund within 24 hours. I then ran out and purchased a 30 tulip arrangement with beautiful snapdragon flowers at my local Albertsons grocery store for $44. Note to self don't buy from ProFlowers.com.

I have a copy of the information sent to the florist, and the arrangement is complete per what ProFlowers sent them. I paid $129.99 for the flowers shown, 4 tulips, 4 roses, 3 pieces of gladiolus, and filler. Not only will they not fulfill the order on time, not work with you to resolve your issue, there is no value to what they sell. I have attached a photo of what 129.99 buys you with some items for reference. These flowers aren’t worth $40.
Original Review: Wish I could give zero stars. Order was not delivered when requested. Call to check status, was told they spoke to florist who was on their way at 5:45 pm with the order. 2 hours later, no flowers. Called back spoke to the same agent who stated the florist confirmed delivery at 12 noon. When I questioned how that was possible I was put on hold and disconnected. Called back and was told the florist confirmed delivery at 5 pm. Asked to speak to supervisor, who stated delivery was confirmed at 6:08.
Story then changed to flowers are on the way, at 8:30 pm. Finally was connected to manager. She told me they would cancel the order and call me to refund my money the next day. After insisting the florist delivered the flowers, which they didn’t, they offered to refund $10 on a $143 dollar order, and refused to refund money on flowers that were never delivered. Only recourse was to dispute charges with credit card company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

VERY frustrating. I ordered through PayPal, but it's connected through my checking account on the back end. ProFlowers charged my account 4 times. They reversed it twice. I was repeating myself and the agent simply didn't understand me. English is a second language for this agent - which I don't care about - except when we aren't able to communicate.
I asked to speak with someone else. I asked to speak to a manager. I wasn't allowed to speak with anyone else, kept being put on hold, and asked to "wait a while." No hold music, so you constantly think you are being hung up on. Then she told me to call back later. Then she told me to call my bank. REALLY??? I was notified that the flowers were in NY for pick up after midnight on Monday, putting them on track for the Tuesday delivery. No notifications were received after that and no flowers were ever delivered.
I called the company on Thursday to complain. The customer service representative’s English was poor, and the line had a lot of static on it. She assured me the flowers would be delivered that day. I expressed concern that they would no longer be fresh, since they had been sitting around somewhere for several days already. She assured me that they guaranteed seven days of freshness. When the flowers were still not delivered by Friday morning, I canceled the order. That seemed to go smoothly. I had used this company many times in the past, and never had a problem. So my husband ordered me roses and the first order they sent me roses that died within 2 to 3 days, thorns on them and petals falling apart. I wasn't expecting new ones but they sent new ones. The new ones were worse than the first ones long stemmed roses that were supposed to be 2 dozen. I get 1 dozen roses full of thorns. Petals were black and ripped up falling apart thorns all over and the vase was very dusty and when my husband ordered them the lady said she charged his card and said she had to so that he could get a replacement. So I called very upset and the first lady who picked up was very rude couldn't understand her. I asked for someone else and she kept talking. I gave her the order number and she couldn't find it. I gave her the email still couldn't find it. Gave her my husband's account number and finally something!
She said, "Well we already sent you your replacement for those" and I said, "No you sent me a second bouquet of flowers that was worse than the first set." Then she hung up called back and got a really nice guy but I still think I deserved something better than the last 2. He offered to give me my money back but wanted me to give it one last shot so I ordered 1 dozen long stemmed roses but I feel I should have been compensated at least 2 dozen not 1 since that's what we were promised the second time.
I looked at the pictures and there aren't really thorns. I don't understand how they can send me 2 bouquets full of thorns I could have grown my own but that's the point of ordering them so you have beautiful cut flowers that were taken care of. These were a gift from my husband as a romantic gesture and this is how we were treated by them. They false advertise with no thorns on them and perfect but I could literally take a picture of the disaster. I have a bag full of thorns, petals and leaves.

I ordered flowers I wanted delivered to my cousin the day before my Aunt's funeral (which is today, Monday-1/21/19). I placed the order on Saturday-1/19/19. ProFlowers confirmed, for an additional charge as well, that the flowers were able to be delivered on Sunday-1/20/19. Prior to confirming the flowers could be delivered by the next day, they asked me to provide the zip code the flowers would be delivered to so that they can confirm they could deliver the flowers by the day I indicated I needed them delivered. Yesterday (when the flowers were confirmed they would be delivered), I received a call from them but missed the call as I was outside. I didn't recognize who the call was from in cell's history, AND THEY DIDN'T LEAVE A VOICE MAIL MESSAGE.
I was reviewing my emails late last night and received an email from ProFlowers saying they were unable to deliver the flowers and attempted to call me to make arrangements of an alternate time. I immediately called them and spoke to a 24/7 rep who explained that they were not able to find a florist who could deliver them yesterday and apologized. Unfortunately I had no other choice than to deliver them today... 1 day late. I did not want the flowers arriving on the day of the funeral as my cousin would be extremely busy with the funeral and a lunch following and I did not know when she would be home for receiving the flower delivery. Nevertheless, I had no other choice than to have them sent today. The rep asked me to please hold while she transferred me to the dept which could have my flower order delivered today instead.
She transferred my call over and the greeting said there was a 60 minute wait -- which I ended up being on hold for 2hrs and 29min at which time I hung up and called them again to complain about no one ever picking up the phone and leaving my call on hold for 2.5 hours! As I was dialing ProFlowers again, I was looking through my emails and they sent me an email within that 2.5 hours indicating that they had cancelled my flower order and credited my money to my credit card. I never wanted the order cancelled; I wanted the same flowers that it took me a while to pick out online -- but needed them now sent today, as opposed to yesterday when they promised. I got another rep on the phone who reassured me that she would connect me to supervisor dept that would immediately connect my call and I would not be put on hold.
And there I sat, once again...on hold again! After 25 minutes of holding, I hung up. So, I wasted my time online 2 days ago picking out flowers as well as adding a card & composing a sympathy writing to my cousin inside the card. I wasted 2.5 hours holding on the phone for someone to pick up as well as the time it took to talk to the 1st rep AND the time it took to explain everything all over again to the 2nd rep who put me on hold as she REASSURED me she would NOT have me hold again, and then wasted another 25min of my time holding. So 3.5 hours on with the reps talking and then put on hold as well as the time to look through all the flowers online Saturday, and order them.
PROFLOWERS confirms they can deliver your flowers on the date you request, charges your card, then after telling you they can honor delivering the flowers when you need them delivered... Just assumed they could find a florist to do so. Very disgusted... My cousin won't be receiving any flowers yesterday or today. Very uncool especially when the flowers were to cheer her up and also since I couldn't make the funeral due to snow conditions and flights cancelled.

While I was protesting on the phone, I received an email that my order was cancelled, AT MY REQUEST, and my refund was being processed. While I was protesting and demanding they deliver something for her Christmas, the person who barely spoke English, hung up. After granting her request to give her a chance, (I asked to speak to someone else with better command of English) we soon arrived at a point we're no longer communicating, she transferred me. Also with a heavy accent, she informed me that I had cancelled my order by not ordering a different arrangement. In the strongest terms, she was informed by me that her notes were a Damned lie. She said I could order something else now. My response was “Order something else from you guys? You screwed up my sister’s Christmas gift and now, one week later, you want me to order something else? Are you kidding me?”
I will never use these characters again, and anyone reading this does, you better take for granted that you are on your own. They are not honest, you cannot communicate with them, and the experience will try anyone’s patience to the outer limits. Did I forget to mention that I probably should consider writing off the $70+ refund because as of today, one week later, I don’t have it.

I ordered a Christmas arrangement to be delivered 12-21-18. It was not delivered so I called on 12-22 to track the shipment. I spoke with 5 people - in 2 phone calls. None of them spoke intelligible English and when I was out on hold the music sounded like a garbage disposal was running. (So perhaps the speech problem with the reps was due to poor phone connections? But I don’t think so.) I have sent ProFlowers an email hoping someone will explain the problem. Meanwhile, I have notified PayPal of the problem and hope that I will be refunded my money.

I have used ProFlowers for over a decade with good service and fair to good quality flowers. My last order was a birthday gift for my mother. It was a real disappointment. I received an email the day of delivery saying they shipped a different arrangement due to poor quality of the flowers they received for my selection. To compensate me they credited $12.49. No phone call or text to let me pick a different arrangement. They sent fewer flowers that cost $10 less and looked nothing like I ordered. I sent them comments on my experience with no reply after a month. They have lost a good customer.

I've used ProFlowers in the past without many issues. The flowers arrive in good, but not great condition. Called because my order had still not arrived. A day late. The rep was NOT helpful, and actually was trying to convince me that today was still the day of delivery. It took several minutes to convince him that he had his days wrong. 15 minutes on the phone and still no resolution. This service works OK when there are no problems, but I will NOT use again because of the poor customer service.

I only use ProFlowers, and if somebody’s flowers die within a week, I called, and they replace them. This is a pretty good service, but the shipping, as with most of them, is expensive. It is probably one of the easiest floral outlets to use, and I can always get flowers that I know will last at least one week.

Order some flowers for my wife's birthday on December 20th. They gave me a window from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. But keep in mind most people work from 8 to 5 or either 8 to 4 so now my wife has to stay at work always 8 tonight just to get her order. And they pretty much ruined my wife's birthday and surprise. I would never order from ProFlowers ever again.

I have ordered from ProFlowers for years and they have never disappointed. Since November 2018 however, they have been horrendous. I ordered an arrangement for my in-laws for Thanksgiving that they never delivered!!! Then they replaced that order with an inferior one. Then they sent me DEAD roses to make amends - I called and said what a nice gesture - LOL - they then send the roses again and they are half dead so I gave up.
I thought I would give them one more try as I really like the Christmas arrangement they had. I sent them again to my in-laws - my mother-in-law sent me pictures of wilted and bare flowers and douglas fir stems with no needles on it???!!! How embarrassing to say the least - I paid good money to send this gift only to receive this garbage. I am so upset. I am in New York (North of NYC by about 1 hour) and I want to get the message to whoever manages the East Coast operations that whoever is their supplier for this region is doing an AWFUL job - I will NEVER order from them again!!!

I ordered a floral arrangement for my mother for mother's day. When they arrived, every flower was wilted. It looked like it had been through the mill. She was VERY dissatisfied, and called them to complain. They agreed to send out another arrangement. The replacement looked much worse than the first. NEVER order from this company. They are worthless, and you should spend a little more money elsewhere. Save yourself the embarrassment, because I will NEVER live this down!!

I would not recommend this company for your floral needs. Worst company I have ever dealt with and their customer service doesnt care. Bought a plant for my wife for her birthday and the plant literally showed up dead, wilted, awful. Called customer service. They didn't care at all. Finally offered a full refund and had no intentions to make it right. Never buy from them again.

I have ordered flowers some ProFlowers many times before in the past. I work overseas and always send flowers home and like the way the flowers arrived from ProFlowers before. This time I set up flowers to be delivered on a very special day as my fiance and I are expecting and she had a doctor's appointment scheduled on my birthday as we were finding out what we were having! I scheduled the flowers to be delivered and ordered them 2 weeks before my birthday. NOTHING. I received nothing past my email confirmation for my order, I asked her brother if they showed up, again NOTHING. I then contacted customer service, which they state they are there 24 hours to help, took them over 24 hours to respond. They then stated there was a problem with my credit card. They are correct, my bank cancelled my card due to it being compromised on the 4th of December.
I received 3 emails from them all stating the same thing. They told me that I was sent an email about it and to go to my order and update my order. But their email is full of crap as I didn't receive any email from them. They then told me that I can still have my flowers delivered by going to my account and "clicking on the modify/change order" button, which again is a lie when I went to the page there was no button to change anything as it states on their site "if you cannot modify or change your order you have to call the 1800."
I then receive another email from a different person that then tells me that they called and left me a voicemail. So now their customer service department can't even keep their stories straight. They told me that I could change the delivery date on flowers that are now pointless, as I already talked to my fiance about it and the surprise isn't the same, but they will offer me free shipping this time. Save your time and money. Don't do any business with ProFlowers or the FTD flower company. I will not be any longer.

I bought these flowers as an anniversary gift for my wife. When they had not arrived by 8pm on the delivery date, I was beyond irate. This year the wife and I desired to simplify and only get each other one gift. Really ruined the day when my simple gift had still not arrived by 9pm. People order from this business to commemorate specific dates or events on specific dates. When the item isn't delivered on the agreed upon date, it defeats the whole purpose. We even denote what type of event the item is for when they are purchased. Ironically, the flowers just arrived about 20 minutes ago. I called customer service last night, spoke to Alan, and cancelled my order. Alan promised me a full refund. That's cool from a business perspective, but that won't alleviate the sadness of my wife not receiving her anniversary gift.

They did not make contact with me until today, which is a day after the delivery and only after I made an online inquiry as to status. Ordered a Christmas arrangement during cyber savings week and paid for a Saturday delivery. They were not delivered because the company changed the delivery date. Called customer service and was put on hold until the call dropped. This happened twice. The third time I did get some help but they charged me the full price of the arrangement along with an extra $5.99 rush charge, $12.99 for standard delivery, plus another $3.99 for Care and Handling. I think you would be far better off ordering from some other company. The arrangements did not match picture... Delivered on wrong day.

Last year on my anniversary, I used ProFlowers to order roses to be delivered to my girlfriend. The flowers were delivered after the day I chose (my anniversary), so I looked like a jerk for missing my anniversary. Fortunately, ProFlowers gave me a refund, insisting that this was not their usual service. However, I should have read reviews like the ones on here. This year, I used them again. And again, no flowers showed up on my anniversary date. They even sent me an email saying they were switching my order from one dozen red roses to 18 Candy Cane roses in order to make sure I got them on the day I requested. And still, no flowers. Today is the day after my anniversary, and I called to cancel the order. They've run out of chances with me, and I hope that no one uses them ever again after reading this review and all the other terrible reviews on here.

Please avoid purchasing from this company if you are expecting your order to deliver as pictured. I sent my daughter a sympathy bouquet to help lift her spirits. She just lost her best friend in a car accident and she is grieving. The picture showed this beautiful arrangement and they delivered a bunch of stems and weeds! I was mortified when she sent me the picture. It looks like a child arranged it! I called ProFlowers and they gave me the option for 30% refund, then 50% until I finally lost it and asked them how they could charge anyone for weeds! It was $76! They finally agreed for a full refund, but as others have listed the experience was already crushed.

The rep on the phone tried to tell me that their website States how the flowers are delivered but I couldn't find it there.
