I am from Australia and used ProFlowers to purchase flowers for my sister for her birthday. She was out of town and her plans had to change and cancelled her flight home. I tried to contact ProFlowers to ask them if they could delay the delivery, but have not heard anything from them whatsoever, not even if they received my email or if they were not able to do it for what ever reason. We have received delivery updates that the flowers have been delivered, but we do not have anyone to collect it for her.

Ordered a Snake plant and a Peace Lily. Paid extra for delivery. Snake plant arrived as ordered. It is a healthy looking plant. Peace Lily didn't arrive as listed on order form. Will take additional 5 days to receive after calling 800 number. Customer service rep apologized and refunded the "extra" delivery charge. The Peace Lily will be a late hostess gift next week. So I like the Snake plant but unhappy with (their words) "dropped the ball" for the Peace Lily. Each plant had an extra delivery charge attached for quicker delivery.

Ordered flowers for my wife on the first wedding anniversary after her extensive cancer surgery several days before the actual delivery date. The morning of the delivery day the tracker says the flowers won't arrive until the next day. I call to verify if this is indeed true and they offer to refund me $5 and an apology... No reason or explanation. Thanks for blowing the surprise and the disappointment. No further business forthcoming.

The order of two dozen roses arrived on schedule, and they were retrieved within 10 minutes of delivery, and the box opened shortly after. But the assorted roses were either dried out and wrinkled, wilted, or on a couple of the blossoms, literally falling apart. Since it was in recognition of our 37th anniversary it was very disappointing.

Ordered 2 dozen roses a week before my anniversary. On my anniversary I kept checking the status of my order and it never changed. I emailed, waited on the phone for almost an hour and it was never answered. I finally got someone by chat. They offered to resend the order. I asked for compensation and they offered $20. I asked for more. My order was over $50 and they come back with $25. I told them to refund me. The guy I was chatting with thought he was giving me some great deal. I told him I would start posting my own reviews.

I ordered flowers on a Friday morning to be delivered by Monday. I was notified via email at 4:48 PM that two of the three flowers in the bouquet were unavailable. My options were to swap out my lilies and irises with daisies. I paid close to $80 for this bouquet and I was not oK with this substitution. They told me that they would hold me on the line and call the florist to see the other options. While I held on the line for more than 10 minutes they came back and said that they could do white roses instead. I said that was fine as long as they would still be there by the desired date. Monday.
She put me on hold again, came back and proceeded to tell me they couldn’t get in touch with the florist. She then asked would it be OK to be delivered tomorrow. I said well now I’m not getting the bouquet ordered ON the date that I ordered them. She said right. I said well I think I’m entitled to a discount in which she told me you can call back after they have received their flowers for a discount. The Next day Tuesday at noon I got a notification via email that the vase wasn’t available. Fine. Then I got another notification that they needed more shipping information and that it wouldn’t be delivered until they had that. What a nightmare. Not worth it. I will be contacting a local florist from now on.

I have never ordered flowers from Pro Flowers before and I will never again. I ordered an $80+ flower arrangement to be delivered to my daughter on her 30th birthday in San Diego. She never received the order yet I received an email stating that the arrangement was delivered. I contacted customer service immediately, who then looked at my account and found a message indicating that delivery was attempted but not successful. I asked her why then did I get this email that it was delivered! She apologized and stated that she’ll have another florist deliver her flowers the next day.
The next day, she received some kind of arrangement (she sent me a picture) but not the $80+ arrangement I ordered! I should get the arrangement I paid for (which included) a beautiful purple vase and not a completely different arrangement which costs so much less and not even the purple vase. How can this company put a bunch of beautiful flower arrangements online on their website and then upon delivery, deliver a completely different arrangement to the people we love? I contacted them and included pictures of what was ordered and what she received and no response. Is there anything else I can do? I feel this is fraudulent consumer practice! Pa **.

This ProFlowers is probably short for "promises promises" that they can't keep. They were supposed to deliver flowers on the day of my friend's birthday. I get a last minute email that they can't deliver on day I scheduled and would deliver next day. Keep your flowers, ProFlowers. The whole point was for my friend to receive them on her special day. I was on hold forever and it took about an hour just for them to let me know what I already knew, that they made a false promise. Stay away....My surprise was ruined don't let your occasion be ruined by them!

My son is active duty military and deployed. The day he left he asked me to send his girlfriend birthday flowers while he was gone. He birthday is 9/13. I ordered her flowers 9/11 in the morning. I received an email 9/13 at 10:07 PM that there was an "issue" with my order and the flowers would not be delivered until today 9/14. ProFlowers did nothing else; no phone call, no offer of compromise until I called them. I cancelled the order because I have no confidence that ProFlowers would do nothing out of the ordinary to follow up. The person online was unintelligible because of poor connection (VOIP I think) and lack of pronunciation of the English language. Never again ProFlowers (misnomer), here I come FTD or Amazon. I ordered my girlfriend the "100 BIRTHDAY BLOOMS - Orange Floral" arrangement for her birthday and they arrived today with most flowers completely dead. The ones that were not completely dead, were very wilted and ugly. I understand if a few are wilted, but this is 80%+ of the flowers which is just unacceptable. So I called their Customer Service line and after waiting 16 minutes to speak to someone, I was questioned who I was. She asked my name and mailing address, to which I provided, but she said that the flowers were not delivered under that name. I told them that I did not order them for myself, so they were not addressed to my name, but a female name at the same address. Somehow, this perplexed them - it seemed as if they became extremely suspicious of me.
To prove my identity, they asked me to read aloud the PRIVATE message on the card I had written with the flowers just to prove it was me. This was after providing my name, address, last 4 digits of credit card I paid with, basically any information they requested! I felt accused of something when it was them who was at fault for delivering dead flowers. Overall it was a terrible experience with ProFlowers and I do not recommend this company to anyone. There are too many others out there that can deliver better quality and treat their customers better. DO NOT BUY FROM ProFlowers.

I've never had a problem with ProFlowers until this past week and because of this I will never use them again. I ordered the Happy Day Bouquet because it had same day delivery from a local florist. It was supposed to arrive August 28, 2019 Wednesday. It never did. I called the next day to customer service and they refunded my $5 same day delivery fee and the flowers then were supposed to be delivered Friday August 30, 2019. Again, no delivery. So I just called customer service and they said they were having problems with the local florist. That's the second excuse of the same wording.
They asked if I wanted them delivered today. I said, "No, because you have no guarantee that you won't have a problem again with a local florist." I only use this service for friends and family who live far away. I cancelled my order and will never use them again. A product that was supposed to be delivered Wednesday and here it is Saturday. Not good business or customer service. Still haven't seen the refund from Wednesday, wonder if how long that will take and no wonder how long it's gonna take to get my refund for the flowers and fee. We will see. If I could rate a negative star I would.

Used to be ProFlowers. You call them, they supposedly went out to the field and cut your flowers and then they would overnight them to Fedex and you get them fresh. The last couple flowers I ordered that wasn’t the case. They outsource it to a local flower shop. So you’re better off calling the local flower shop and cutting out the middle person. Our flowers for two different people ended up spending almost $200 total. And I would’ve been better off probably want to save half of that if I would’ve just called up the local flower.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a very beautiful Peace Lily for my sister that was supposed to be in a woven basket planter with cute multicolored Pom poms in it (an upgraded planter that I paid extra for). The first time it was shipped it arrived in a generic plain burlap basket and the plant had very few blooms on it with leaves that looked broken or chewed off. I let the company know and they assured me that they would send the recipient the correct order with the right basket that I paid extra for. Yet again, the order was incorrect only the second time the box was in even worse shape than the first delivery and it was still the wrong basket! When my sister opened the box the plant had ZERO blooms or flowers on it this time. If you don’t have inventory of a product a customer should not be led to believe that their gift will be sent as advertised online. In fact, it should not be advertised AT ALL online if the product is not available.
I upgraded the planter on my gift purchase and they sent the cheapest looking planter as if the recipient wouldn’t notice. I am very disappointed in the customer service and the quality of the products that were sent BOTH times. This was supposed to be a beautiful birthday gift and it ended up being a disaster and a headache. I will not be ordering from this company again. The first picture is what it SHOULD have been. My son sent my wife some flowers for Mother's Day (Stargazer Lilies and Iris) which she received on Tuesday, May 14th. One of our two cats ate a piece of 3 leaves (I have pictures if you want them) and according to our vet and tons of other public information, this flower is toxic to cats! Our vet told us to call the ASPCA Poison Control before taking her to a hospital. We did, at a cost of $65 and they created a file. We then took the cat to Mount Laurel Animal Hospital in NJ where she was immediately admitted. The vet explained that not only is the plant toxic, so is every part of it including the pollen. It causes kidney failure.
We picked up our cat the next day although they did say she should stay another night but $1,081.81 plus the $65.00 was enough of a financial burden and the estimate for 2 nights was $2,801.23. They did say her test results were ok so we felt comfortable taking her home. When I called their customer service agent, he did not seem overly concerned but said he would escalate my inquiry to the home office and if I did not hear back in a day or so, I should call again. I heard nothing so I called back and send copies of bills and photos to another agent. I was told they would get back to me in a timely manner and as almost 3 months of lip service and fabrications has passed, I am posting this wherever I can.
There are two issues here: First, I believe that anyone ordering lilies in general for someone should be asked if there are animals in the household. It makes sense and this policy should not be too hard to initiate. I'm certain their ordering system could be programmed to create an alert to whoever is taking the order to ask the question. Secondly, I feel I should be reimbursed by this company for the medical expenses. Hope someone reads this and stays away from this company. They might like flowers but could care less about animals.

What on Earth has happened to Proflowers? I've used them for over a decade but something has changed and they are not the excellent company they once were. I ordered flowers for my Mother's bday. I received an email at 11:58PM the night before her Bday (the day the flowers were scheduled to be delivered of course) that the arrangement I ordered was out. I couldn't believe they were telling me that at 2 minutes before her Bday when I had ordered them online over a week in advance. But there was a number to call. And I happen to still be up so I called them. They supposedly replaced it and the order was still on track. But no.... She did not receive the flowers the next day either.
So I called again. They informed me the earliest they could send flowers was on Monday (this was a Sat). Her Bday is on Sat... not Monday. There were so many places this went wrong. 1st in not securing flowers that were ordered in advance so the order was delivered as scheduled. 2nd with the first phone call in which a false assurance of fixing the order so it stayed on schedule was given, 3rd - with the 2nd phone call telling me I would have to wait til Monday. You don't drop the ball no less than 3 times unless you just aren't handling your business with the customer in mind.
At this point I have gone to another company. I still can't get the flowers delivered until Monday but I am not going to provide ProFlowers with the business. Luckily I found another company that will deliver on Monday even with my short notice so they will have my business going forward. Look at all the recent reviews. All bad. Something has changed at ProFlowers and it isn't for the better. They've lost me. A loyal customer for over a decade that easily spent a few thousand dollars with them each year.

My employee sent a picture of the flowers and she totally got shorthanded. The amount of flowers in her bouquet were nowhere near what I was shown online. It was such a tiny bouquet! I’m disappointed that my money was mistreated but I’m mostly disappointed that my employee, who is recovering from a major surgery, received such a small bouquet. It makes it look like our office was cheap with her flowers and I’m not happy. We paid $60 for THIS, y’all.
Also, ProFlowers emailed me to say my flowers had been delivered. Then the next day, I get a call from the local florist that they had just attempted to deliver the flowers but the hospital said the patient was discharged. This was the reason that I paid EXTRA for my flowers to be delivered the day before. I want my money back!

I have been ordering directly from our local flower mart and experiencing a much better experience and value. Recommend people check to see if their area has a wholesale flower mart close to them. All you have to do is read reviews of these online flower companies to see how terrible they are.

I received flowers on Monday after Mother's Day. They consisted of Asiatic lilies, irises, asters, tulips, and salal. When they arrived we followed the directions - trimming the stems and putting them in the preservative mixed water. The asters were blooming upon arrival. Over the next week the tulips bloomed (they were odd looking - not what one thinks of a traditional tulip; more faded and deformed looking), a few of the lilies bloomed, but none of the irises. It never looked anything like the beautiful flowers that you see on the website or advertisements. I let my son know and hopefully, he will contact ProFlowers about his order.

However the stargazers haven’t opened yet. The picture was of the two of them at the same time. It’s a little disappointing. I’m afraid the irises will be dead before the stargazers open!

The estimated delivery date was almost two weeks after I placed the order. That date came and went, plus six additional days, and I still had not received my order. I finally talked to someone at Pro Flowers and it turns out they never shipped my order because they “no longer carried that product.” Yet they charged my card almost $100 and never notified me that my order wasn’t coming. I started a chat online and she was very nice and offered to reorder them and told me who sent them. However, she couldn’t get them delivered to me for another 11 days!! The flowers were dying by the 11th and dead by the 12th. The new order arrived today (5/22). The Fuji Mums are dropping petals like cray, the Irises are the saddest things I’ve ever seen and the roses are brown. Next day delivery did not happen; after a very long and frustrating call to customer service, I was told they lost that order and I needed to reorder. I did so, then continued to get conflicting information about having that first order. On 4:30 pm Saturday, I called yet again and spent an hour on the phone with them. After finally asking for a supervisor, I was told there was no florist that could do it and I would have no arrangement for the service the next morning. Not having one wasn't an option, so we worked until 4:30 am to make our own. I will never use this company again, their basic ordering system is deeply flawed and they are very unreliable.

I was told there was a problem with UPS and the flowers were to be delivered on Monday. Monday came and went - no delivery. Tuesday - no delivery. I called Tuesday night and insisted on speaking with a supervisor - the supervisor offered to refund all monies and send chocolates as well as flowers - which she assured me were ready to be shipped and should be there Wednesday. Wednesday no delivery. I called again, they wouldn't let me talk to a supervisor and I was so frustrated. I just hung up. I sent an email to customer service. I WAS TOLD THE SAME THING! After 2 days and many emails I was finally told that when my money was refunded the order was cancelled - there would be no delivery. Unbelievable. This is the worst flower delivery service I’ve ever used. Their customer service is extremely unhelpful, the call quality is horrible, and the email communication about the deliveries is disorganized. I ordered 3 bouquets for Mother’s Day and each one had an issue with being delivered. One bouquet was supposed to be delivered Saturday May 11, I get no email stating they’re out for delivery and so I call customer service and they inform me the flowers won’t be delivered until Thursday May 16.
Later that day, I get an email stating the flowers have been delivered at 7pm and my elderly grandmother has to get to the door and there’s no flowers. The flowers don’t show up until 2 hours later. Then, I had to move a delivery date from Saturday to the next Thursday and they didn’t change the first time I called, so I had to call customer service AGAIN and they reordered the flowers, with the incorrect vase selection I had made.
These flowers get delivered and the vase is in broken. Now I’m on the phone with customer service for literally the 10th time, they can’t find the this delivery which was on the same order number as the other. I’m confused as to how a company can’t find orders with the order number they provided the customer. Now I’ve spent another hour on the phone, they can’t find any history of my other two orders and the best that customer service offers me is a refunded delivery fee for the one order they can find. This company is a joke.

I received the One Dozen Red Roses bouquet, which came in a box. As with all flowers that come in a box, they were hard to get out. This bouquet came without any extra greenery, most of the blooms looked good when they were unpackaged but there was one rose that was totally broken from the stem. After 3 days I recut the stems and pulled away the outer petals that had started to look old and had brown creases in the petals. After 4 days only 1 of the roses had started to unfurl and I had to throw away 3 blooms that were already drooping over.
The package of roses came with instructions and extra plant food. I have ordered from ProFlowers and other online flower delivery services before, and have found that flowers delivered in a box are a waste of money. If I am ordering flowers online I only choose flowers that are “delivered by a florist”. If I am paying $50 (including the delivery price of $14.99) for “flowers in a box” it is a better value to look for flower arrangements that are “delivered by a florist”. If you are already spending $50 the additional $20 is worth it because the flowers will last longer and are impressive. I would never tell my son about the issues I have had, because I love the fact he was so thoughtful to send the flowers. Kudos to ProFlowers customer service. When I called ProFlowers to let them know of the issues I had with the roses that came in a box they are sending a new arrangement.

When I realized the dialogue was not going anywhere after 20 minutes of explaining the order issues, I was transferred to her supervisor as I requested.
It's one thing to feel like there is a language barrier with the heavy accents that could easily be overlooked, as long there was a genuine intention for the representative to provide excellent customer service. It's another thing to feel like your concerns are being mocked as this supervisor initially refused to provide their name. That person kept stating, "I can't hear you", "Hello...hello," "Can you get a better reception?" rudely, interrupting numerously and repeating those phrases in successions. Indirectly, I could surmise that he was only choosing to respond to some of the things I was asking. When he finally provided his name as "Erwin," he reverted back to making a mockery of the dialogue we were having and pretended he couldn't hear me due to bad reception. By far, this was the worst customer service experience I have ever received from any company.
When I google ProFlowers reviews from various platforms such as Trustpilot.com, Consumeraffairs.com, Yelp.com, Bestcompany.com, it is disappointing to see so many people completely dissatisfied with your customer service and I am afraid I will never be a loyal customer again. I hope your CEO, Bill Strauss is paying attention.

A bouquet of tulips and lilies came in the evening after obviously spending all day riding around on a UPS truck in 90 degree Florida heat. No gel packs or any protection at all for fresh cut flowers. The box itself was hot to the touch and the flowers were all wilted. I sent an email to the company and got a response which asked for the sender's name, address and phone # plus the order #. This was after I'd told them it was a gift and I didn't want my niece to know it was such a fiasco as it would hurt her feelings. The responder also asked if the delivery was in the USA even though I'd used the word FLORIDA several times. I responded to that email and got zero response. I'd never order from this company.

I placed an order about A WEEK AND A HALF before Mother's Day, and paid a lot extra to specifically have these flowers delivered THE DAY BEFORE Mother's Day. This is plenty of time in advance for them to place my order on priority 1. BECAUSE I PAID FOR THAT and 2. It's not like I ordered these the day before. I ordered at the very beginning of May?!?!!
It was about 3:30pm the day that they were supposed to be delivered. I checked my emails because it says that they will contact you when it ships and also email when it arrives. I hesitated to call because it was the day before Mother's Day, so of course they would be busy. I was told that they would not be delivered until May 14th. Are you kidding me?! I PAID to have them delivered today and they were not even going to tell me by emailing me or anything unless I specifically called to ASK YOU why I didn’t get what I paid for?! That is terrible!!
I finally called back again and asked for a full refund. They said they would refund me the $20 for the shipping, but I decided that I don’t want this company to have my money. I didn’t want anything anymore from ProFlowers, I just want my money back. I paid $84, and even though the THIRD rep that I spoke to assured me that I would get a full refund, I just checked my email and only $64 is pending to my account.
That is NOT okay with me. I had spoken to 3 different reps because when I found out they couldn't be delivered I had to hang up and call my brother to go find some last minute Mother's Day flowers for our mom, and then I called again and the rep hung up on me - NEVER BOTHERED CALLING ME BACK BY THE WAY - and so the 3rd person I talked to I was so done that I just asked for my money back, and they COULD NOT EVEN DO THAT SIMPLE THING RIGHT even though at this point I'm not even GETTING the flowers that I ordered a week and a half ago. So why only $64?
By far the MOST unprofessional customer service I have ever dealt with. I still would have been very upset if they had contacted me a day or two before letting me know the situation with the delivery, but at least it would have shown that they are being proactive and giving me more time to find an alternative for Mother's Day. But they could not even do that. Ridiculous.

They offered a refund or replacement flowers. I don't necessarily want a refund and I no longer trust their flowers so I asked for a cake instead. OMG, we spent almost 30 minutes haggling over the price difference between the flowers and the cake. The overpriced cake cost maybe $6 more than the dead flowers. What an absolute nightmare. A multi-million dollar company complaining about losing $6 to satisfy a customer who they sent crappy flowers to. They must be hard pressed for cash right now. Ultimately, I won the battle and will get the cake. I just hope that the cake is fresher than the flowers they sent.

My first experience with ProFlowers began as a result of ads that I heard on talk radio. When the first time I ordered flowers in a vase for my mother on Mother's Day ended up far exceeding my expectations relative to: ease of ordering and payment, cost, delivery exactly when promised, the freshness of the flowers, the quality of the vase, and the durability of those flowers: I couldn't wait until the next opportunity. Each year after that and, until my mother's passing, I tried to outdo the year before and neither she nor I were ever disappointed. A couple of years running, I threw in some tasty snacks that were available with the flowers and those, too, were a hit.

I ordered my mom Mother's Day flowers on the Tuesday before just in case something was not right. I opened the box and took the vase straight up and out the box. There was soil everywhere and many of the buds/flowers broken off laying in the box and fell off on the floor. The hydrangea wouldn't sit centered in the vase and I would have to replant it. ProFlowers said they'd send a replacement (for free! Which made me laugh because I paid for the item and it was damaged so it should be replaced for no charge) which would come before mother's day. It came and was in the completely wrong vase (very visually displeasing, not the same size, does not compliment the flower colors).
After spending over an hour and a half on the phone between these two calls, the earliest correct replacement would be IN 2 WEEKS. They offered to refund the vase so I could go a pick one up the day before (cost of the plant and shipping $72, but they were willing to refund $12 for the vase). I asked to escalate this to the supervisor which I was on hold for 20 minutes. She was not offering anything more than replacing it in 2 weeks. I purposefully ordered the flowers to make sure they were correct before mother's day and now she will get them in June. I did ship her what was supposed to be blooming tulips from my nephew this week as well and they were just leaves about 3 inches tall in the wrong vase as well. I'm hoping they will actually bloom.
After this much hassle for one order I did not try to correct that order as I'll just buy her something pretty on my way home. In the end, I had to ask the supervisor to refund my order after an hour and ten minutes on the phone. Part of my order payment was Groupons and the rest out of pocket money. So they will still get the money back from groupons regardless if I purchase anything or not. I would not recommend using this company as twice the order was not acceptable or correct and 2 weeks later was the best they could do. I was told the vase was sold out and the supervisor told me that was false. I offered to pick it up from somewhere and that was not an option. I could've bought two larger hydrangea plants at the local store for the price of this and it wouldve been correct. Lessons learned. Do it yourself and you know it is always right or acceptable.

There was no contrast with the flowers. They were all cut the same length. Granted the bulbs will bloom but even with that it will look like a gas station bought bouquet in a Mason jar. I can't even believe they thought it was ok to send these flowers to someone. I paid $45 per arrangement plus shipping.
I called the company and complained they gave me a refund for 1 so far and didn't hesitate to do so. I'm sure they get these type of complains all the time. Spend the extra money and shop local. I must say that the customer service was great. They apologised and offered to send out replacement flowers, but I declined and asked that they credit my son back for his purchase. He lives in Ohio and I'm in Florida. I'm pretty sure the reason they came wilted is it's very hot here and I think the flowers were probably left on the delivery truck all day. I didn't get the flowers until after 8 p.m. Even after giving them a full day to spruce up, they never really did. I figured the same thing would happen if I had them redelivered in this heat. They came with a beautiful vase, so I have that as a keepsake. Even though the flowers were wilted, I would still use ProFlowers because of their professionalism at handling my situation. The past 2 weeks have been an absolutely terrible experience for me in regards to my Pro Flowers order. First I received an email telling me that there was a problem with processing my payment. No problem, things happen right? Well I called the number provided and got a very broken English speaking representative that was very hard to work with. She didn’t seem to understand that I was trying to update my payment information on an existing order and kept insisting that “we create new order and I cancel this one.” Sure, fine, as long as it’s the same price I said.
Finished the order and surprise surprise she tells me the total is $20 more than the one I placed online. I stated that she said it would be the same price, and she goes “oh yes I can give you discount” Great, glad I could remind you of that promise you made to begin with. Now the new total she gave me was $15 cheaper than the order I placed online and was supposedly the same pot, and the same flowers. So of course being the consumer I am and thinking I’m going to save an extra $15 I gave her the go ahead to place the order. Happy ending? Nope. The madness didn’t stop there.
2 days later I get an email with instructions to call this number immediately because there is a problem processing my order. I check my order online on my account before calling and it’s not even the same pot. It’s just some burlap around the soil... whatever it still looks halfway decent I guess but it’s no whicker basket like I was promised. Here we go again... Call the number but thankfully got a fluently speaking English representative. Went through the exact same process as last time. Problem with the new card on the new order. Re confirmed it. “You’re all set sir, have a great day.” Bada bing bada boom. That was way easier than the last representative. But wait, there’s more!
Today I get 4 emails! Your package is on its way, ready to be delivered tomorrow. Oh great better check the credit card account. Sure enough 2 separate orders. One for $68, another for $55. The first representative failed to cancel the order. Ok now I’m pissed. Call them a THIRD time. Explained what happened, waited another twenty minutes. Reconfirmed all that pesky information and they very “kindly” refunded me for the $55 order. Seriously? Pro Flowers screws up and you can’t even give me a refund for the order that’s costing me more money. Now I guess it’s just a waiting game to see if that refund even shows up.
At this point I doubt it even will show up & if it does they still get 0 stars because of wasting my time for an hour and a half talking to customer service three separate times. I deserve a full refund on both of those orders at this point, especially since they ended up charging me for the $68 and not the new $55 price. First time using Pro Flowers, not a great experience... The only plus that came out of this situation is that I memorized my girlfriend's parents address. Hahaha. PRO Flowers? More like AMATEUR Flowers.

Should have just kept my money and picked up flowers. These were the worst flowers I could have ever bought!!!! It’s not like these flowers were cheap either!!! Worst quality of roses ever and will NEVER buy from them again. THEY WERE TRASH FLOWERS. Fortunately I had them shipped to my house instead of the person I am giving them to. These flowers are absolutely embarrassing and I am furious about the quality that almost all the roses came in. They did say to remove 2-3 of the petals because they were buffer petals for shipping. I ended up removing 5 or more from each flower and the pictures are the aftermath of removing the petals.

My daughter sent me flowers for Mother’s Day from ProFlowers and they already arrived today little early... but it was such a disappointment. In the box I saw only withered flowers, almost all of them were molded, ugly and I was almost crying... My daughter was even more disappointed, she felt like it was bad joke to make me feel miserable???
Not me, nor my daughter will EVER order any flowers from them... Such a disappointment!!! What if I would send it to somebody else and they would never let me know what they got instead? or thought I did it intentionally?? It can even ruin relationship... Think twice before using their service. NEVER EVER AGAIN. I even have pictures of this ugly leftovers of flowers...

ProFlowers sends emails about how inexpensive their flowers are, but they neglect to include how much shipping and handling are. Just today, I ordered from an email with a special sale from $64.96 to $29.99. I placed the order and because of their "shipping and handling" charges, I ended up paying $62. I think that is false advertising and they should be called out on it. Shame on me for actually paying that price, but that will be the last time.

In my opinion, these flowers arrive with the intention of the recipient arranging them. I have ordered from Proflowers/received gifts from Proflowers multiple times and the flowers are always fresh and last at least a week, if not two. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them for residential delivery, but I don't see this as being a work/hospital delivery as it arrives in a box with the vase, no water and not arranged. For that I would always call a local florist. The price reflects having to arrange the flowers.

I used ProFlowers to send a bouquet to my aunt. It arrived with wrinkled and brown rose petals and alstroemeria drooping heads. This is not an exaggeration, I received photos of the flowers the day my aunt received them. ProFlowers offered to redeliver which I accepted. They delivered another bouquet but a day later than promised and as stated in 2 different emails from ProFlowers. I emailed ProFlowers with my complaint. The first response I received was a copy of the “frequently asked questions” of their delivery service. The second email stated I was unable to change the items being sent. I did not ask for a clarification of their delivery nor a change in what was being sent. I phoned the company with my complaint, they refunded me $15.99 of my $85.00. I will not be doing business with ProFlowers again.

I ordered a Groupon and when I went to use it (following the instructions on the voucher) it says it is invalid. I've tried both the redemption and Groupon code multiple times. I contacted ProFlowers support and was told repeatedly to follow the voucher instructions. I'd reply that I had done so (this was a repeated interaction, they literally told me the same thing 5x). Eventually they confirmed the code worked and I tried it, it didn't work, and the above interaction happened again. I contacted and was sent an email on how to get support for an order that had been placed. I explained again and was told how to use the voucher.
I called to place my order. After giving my CC# I was told the code did not work and after explaining the situation (and that once you open a voucher it is nonrefundable) the man on the phone stated he would honor the voucher. He verbally asked me to confirm the price which he stated was the price of the item minus the $40 voucher. I asked him twice to verify the price, which he did, then gave him the ok to process my card.
I recieved the receipt and the flowers were full charge. My card was also charged. I again emailed ProFlowers and explained the situation. I recieved another email with the instructions on how to use the voucher. Rinse and repeat another 2 times. We are up to 10 email now. I tell them that my card was charged by one of their associates for an amount I did not verify. I was told "thanks for the feedback...we will contact you if we need further information." That was the last contact from them. All I wanted was for the voucher to be honored by ProFlowers. At the very least honor what I paid for it. They would have still got their money?
Regardless, I've wasted two hours on email communications, an entire lunch break on the phones, a total of $70 for a 3x3 in airplant in an elephant holder, and my credit card may now be compromised. I'm extremely frustrated and as a person who prides themselves on their customer service skills I can honestly say this was the worst B2C experience I've had in my life all because I wanted to get my mom some flowers. I was so frustrated I didn't get my stepmother flowers in time (that one is my bad).

To be fair I am sure the representative was just as frustrated. Had to resort to email communication and pictures of flowers received and those I ordered. Will never use again. I can completely attest to all of the other negative reviews related to trying to speak with someone in "Customer Service" Wherever that 800# goes, there is no doubt it is somewhere overseas. Not only can you not hear the person because it sounds as though they are in a basement, tunnel, or under a bridge, they basically speak zero English. I spent over 36 minutes trying to resolve an issue with paying for an order with Groupons I had purchased (And that's a whole other story dealing with those people also) and in the end I really have no idea what the outcome was because I told her dozens of times during the call I could not hear her or understand her whatsoever. Heard a radio ad for ProFlowers and went to their website. The mothers day offer that I heard on the radio was easy to find and had the same price of $29.99. I went to place an order and was led through multiple screens of "special" delivery and message options, all with increased costs. No problem. I just said no to multiple offers and stayed with "standard shipping". I continued on and filled out all the information including my payment method.
When I finally got to the screen to place my order, all of a sudden a long list of extra charges appeared, nearly doubling the price of the order. And, the extra charges were ridiculous. Stuff like processing fees, handling fees on top of the "standard" shipping fee which was revealed for the first time. $14.99! With all the other fees my order was now $49.99. I DID NOT click on "order" and instead canceled out. I wouldn't trust a company like ProFlowers EVER. I can imagine how many other surprises customers get doing business with them. I can only hope that the flowers I ordered will get to my mother for Mother's Day on the date that I paid a fortune for. The tracking number does not show that the items have been shipped. That's fine, as it is two days away from the delivery date. I just wanted to SIMPLY know, when it would be shipped.
The customer service person was OF COURSE someone in India.... hard to understand and terrible phone sound quality. She continuously annoyed me by giving me information I didn't ask for and then I had to repeat my simple question and she kept then asking me things like, "So, you are asking for your tracking number?" NO, I'M ASKING IF YOU CAN FIND OUT WHEN IT WILL BE SHIPPED! I asked this a total of maybe nine or ten times. It was like talking to a very dumb and unhelpful Alexa! Never again. I don't know if this will end up going to anybody but I have to let you know that your customer service is the worst customer service I have dealt with in a long time because of the English barrier. I called to speak with a representative about a 25% off discount code that was not working at checkout, even though it was displaying as a banner ad across the homepage of the website. It said to take 25% off for Mother's day flowers in which I was trying to order.
When I tried to use the code at checkout it said it was invalid or expired so I called the phone number asking for some assistance. The representative did not speak English well and could not understand what I was saying, "PFPLA2539..." I repeated myself using the phonetic alphabet and it was a very painful 20+ minutes in which I ended up disconnecting the call because she could not understand me. It was an extremely frustrating experience. I plan to not use ProFlowers for any services in the future. This was just an awful experience.

I ordered flowers from Proflowers and the delivery went fine. When they arrived I was very disappointed in the bouquet. It was a far cry from the advertised photo. I called and they gave me a full credit, which was great. A couple months later I ordered a plant for a friend out of state and a small air plant in a turquoise charm for myself from that credit. I called to place the order and it took an HOUR to complete the order. The call taker couldn't find the items and kept asking me who I called. It was ridiculously frustrating. The orchid my friend received was underwhelming but not horrible. The charm, however was the wrong color. Pink not turquoise. I called to report the wrong color (I didn't even bother with the disappointment in the orchid). The call taker was apologetic and said they would send a new one.
I received the new one about a week later and it was PINK! Still the wrong color. I called again to report this and was on the phone for 45 minutes with a call taker that could not understand. I begged them to put another person on the phone because I could not understand what they were saying. He refused. Then he wanted to charge me $120.00 to replace the $32 dollar item that they got wrong! I gave up on the phone call and emailed. They emailed back and said I could choose to replace or refund. I chose refund. They said I was to use my old credit code they emailed me and the money would be on there. I emailed back that I had tossed the code after I used it and I have not heard from them since and it's been about a week. I will NEVER use them again.... not even with the credit. I ordered a premium arrangement at almost $80 (ridiculous in its own right, but so be it). Nothing showed up by 4 pm, so I called. Rep assured me “everything is fine with your arrangement” and that (after I prided for this answer) I should have until 9 pm to receive it (also, really??). Was clearly BS. By 8:30, still nothing. Had to call back to spend 30 minutes of an ordeal with a severely lacking representative and majority of the time on hold.
Ultimately, they not only couldn’t track my actual order (of course - florists don’t stay open until 9 pm), but they couldn’t even deliver a make good. On a very sensitive day, very expensive order, and terribly managed situation. I contacted Groupon and they told me to contact ProFlowers directly.
I called them and was on the phone for 20 minutes putting in my order and trying to get them to give me the correct amount owed to them (the operator did not speak or understand English that well and we both had to keep repeating what I wanted). In addition, they kept adding charges to the order. I asked for a confirmation email of the transaction. Once I receive the email - the amount and order was wrong. I called them back and was on the phone another 20 minutes. I finally got the correct charge and order (I thought), however, I did not feel comfortable with the person getting the correct information of my bank account and the total due so kept watch of my bank account.

But they were not delivered until she was about to get off work. Disappointment number one. Secondly, the flowers were similar to what I ordered but they did not really resemble the beautiful piece I had ordered (that was pictured) and they were in a completely different vase than pictured AND described in the purchase. Yes, somehow I originally messed up the order online. Not sure how, but they said I did. So...I called to talk to them and get it right. The lady whom was very hard to understand was getting upset because I could not understand her. Supposedly got address right and asked for a new email. Checked this morning. Address was still not correct, but better, so called them back. Told them what was wrong. "WE WILL FIX IT!" Yeah right.
I ended up up using the chat and this time they said, "OK, It is right." Well, I get home only to see an email that says it has been delivered to the original mistaken address. WHAT THE HECK!!! Really I called the Funeral home and they said they did not have it and so once again I called the people that you can not understand and that don't understand you. They said that it was my fault. Well, I have all the emails and such from this nightmare. Finally they said that there was no funeral time set. I told them they were suppose to be at the funeral home for the Memorial Service, TONIGHT!! I will never be using PROFLOWERS again. Times like this are not meant to be more of a headache.

The flowers I ordered were not delivered & ruined the occasion for which it was intended. Customer service was a nightmare to deal with. They reported that the flowers were delivered when in fact they were not. They disconnected me twice after having to go through repeated verification questions. They have no tracking of your delivery & said they were unable to reach the local florist to see what was going on with the delivery. I will never use ProFlowers again.

While the two ProFlowers bouquets I have received from the same well-meaning friend have arrived in perfect shape, I hate the enormous amount of packaging that fills my trash and recycle bin. I cringed when she sent me another bouquet, I can't really complain about a gift to her. This review may help kind friends consider how much trash is included in the gift.

On one occasion, the flowers were delivered when the person was not home and they were left on the porch (which is strange because they usually try to find a neighbor to leave them with along with a note). The flowers were wilted from the heat. A call was placed to ProFlowers and they were replaced immediately. The flowers are well packaged and the instructions on how to arrange and care for them is a nice touch.

I ordered 2 dozen Rainbow Roses. I got 11 roses, wilted and ugly. The prize; one decapitated Rosebud, completely smashed and had obviously been flopping around the packing box. What a joke this place is. Now I have to go to the florist, last minute, and pay out my **. Thanks a lot, ProFlowers, you suck!

They missed 2 deliveries in a month. Valentine's Day 2019, I paid for guaranteed morning delivery, she got them the 15th. The second March 18, 2019 my anniversary, again, I paid extra for a Monday delivery (why is it extra for Monday delivery?) Again, she did not receive them. Will they get there today? I was refunded the guaranteed morning delivery fee for Valentine's and full refund for my anniversary, but they completely blew the surprise. These are special days that can't be put off until tomorrow. I will not use ProFlowers again.

Placed an order, (2 weeks in advance) then cancelled it (same day) & reordered with a much larger order. Their problem is that customer service does not speak or understand English...
