Ordered flower arrangement for aunt's 65th birthday which was sent from a local florist. When it arrived it looked like someone picked up a grocery store bouquet & plopped it into a vase with numerous broken flowers hanging off. There was no arranging done. I called to complain and they said they would send a new arrangement and I stressed they must use a different florist. Flowers were redelivered but I was told it was the same florist, however, the flowers looked a little better but were not what I ordered. Customer service is clearly not in the United States, even when you ask to speak to a supervisor. On my 3rd call, they did offer a partial refund. The supervisor said he was with FTD so I am not sure if this is a bigger issue than with just with ProFlowers. Beware when ordering flowers online. It might be better to call a local florist for delivery.

Placed order a week prior to requested delivery date. Not Mother's Day so don't use that excuse, birthday for a friend. I call the day AFTER delivery was supposed to have occurred. Was asked "Would it be OK if the order could be placed today or TOMORROW?" What??!! Is it alright to have two extra days to do what you should have done ON THE DAY IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DONE?? You've got one job - FLOWERS - and as I titled this ANOTHER DISAPPOINTMENT, past orders I've paid for teddy bears and/or candy that was not included with the delivery....three strikes. YOU'RE OUT. You should try harder especially in these UNPRECEDENTED TIMES, there isn't but so much money to go around. BYE FELICIA.

Absolutely horrible service. 4 calls to customer care. 3 escalated to a supervisor. I was lied to multiple times by both the agents and supervisor. No one at ProFlowers cared how important these flowers were for a family member's death due to Covid19. They waited til the day of delivery at 1:30pm to notify me that they couldn't deliver. 5 days after I placed the order. They lied multiple times saying that they would redeliver. ProFlowers does not care about you or your loved ones.

ProFlowers used to be good, but now they are completely unreliable. The last 3 orders I've placed have been a problem. Two were of substantially lower quality than what I ordered and one was never delivered. This year, they failed on both Mother's Day orders and blamed it on the Coronavirus. The point they don't grasp is customer service matters. On the first order, they claimed they didn't have the stock to deliver what I ordered but they did the best they could. I spent $122 for what amounted to a $40 arrangement of partially wilted/dead flowers (Happy Mother's Day to my wife). When the second order wasn't delivered, they said they show it as unavailable. The issue is, they made no effort to advise me ahead of time that they would be unable to fulfill my orders (Happy Mother's Day Mom). They just waited to see if I'd complain before they gave me my money back....all the while hoping they could get away with stealing my money.

My elderly, speech-impaired mother lives alone hundreds of miles from me and where there are no florists within delivery area. I found ProFlowers and placed a Mother's Day order and was SO excited she was going to get flowers after not being able to find anyone to deliver an Easter Lily. I received my order confirmation email on 5/6. Couple hours later I received an email telling me the delivery was going to take an extra day, May 9th instead of May 8th. On May 11th, she still had not received anything. I called ProFlowers. Sat on hold for 22 minutes.

After a lengthy review of my order, and being unable to tell me "where are they" he puts me on hold. When he finally gets back on the call, he tells me they don't deliver to that zip code!!!! BUT THEY TOOK MY MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT!!!! I am COMPLETELY DISGUSTED with this company!!!! What a JOKE!!! You can't tell a customer that information at the time of ordering??? NEVER AGAIN!! With my second attempt it was the completely wrong size and in my opinion the flowers are nowhere what was advertised and it wasn’t even large. There is no refund. You will have the option to get another try with the order. In my case I got 40% off my order. It was a complete waste of money. They were okay flowers but for what I paid for them was definitely not what I wanted. I would definitely not buy from here again.

I called ProFlowers on 5/12/2020 and they sent a new bouquet of flowers which I had chosen AND gave my daughter a partial refund. The new flowers arrived WITH the plant food and are beautiful. ProFlowers honors their guarantee that their flowers will last for at least a week. I would recommend using them. Today (the Thursday in question), I get a voicemail from an unknown number with a CSA with terrible business English, and then get an email notification that they had insufficient information to make the delivery. Over a week late, and they finally decided to follow up. What a terrible way to ruin Mother's Day. If you have a critical event, I'd recommend avoiding this online service and try to find a florist the old fashioned way without losing a holiday to incompetence.

Ordered Mother’s Day flowers for my step mom. She received them on time. I was on the phone with her when she opened them and instead of hearing joy she told me that the flowers looked extremely sad. I spent about $80 on these for her. I always buy flowers for her and my mom on Mother’s Day. This year was the worst experience. I emailed Proflowers and haven’t received a response. They sent a review email to me. I filled it out asking for a response and they still haven’t contacted me. It seems like once they have your money they don’t care about the outcome. You even have to pay extra for shipping and handling care. All of that to receive poor flowers. I’m disappointed and will use a different flower company next year. I have been pretty loyal to proflowers but the response time is annoying and unacceptable.

If you are considering ordering from ProFlowers, take the amount of money you think you think you will spend, then double it. Now go light that money on fire. I only ordered from ProFlowers because they were the only place guaranteeing delivery on the Saturday before Mother's Day. I also figured if I make my order really simple, keeping it to just one flower, not even ProFlowers can screw it up. Find what I'm looking for, and thought the price was good. At checkout, the price almost doubled with hidden fees and a "Saturday Delivery" charge. Silly me, I thought I was getting a deal for a second there. Well... the flowers arrived wilted and dead on Monday. I'm normally not that person, but requesting a refund, we'll see how that adventure goes.

Every Mother’s Day I like to give my wife flowers. This year due to the self-quarantine I figured that I would buy a flower arrangement online and have them delivered. About a week prior to Mother’s Day I went on the ProFlowers website and picked out a nice bouquet. All of the delivery dates for Sunday, May 10th were taken so I chose to have them delivered on Saturday, May 9th. I was guaranteed that they would be at the home sometime between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm.

They never showed. About 10:00 pm I went on the website and clicked on the chat button. A window appeared and said that there was no one available to chat but I could call a phone number 24 hours a day. I called and was directed to customer care center clearly not in the United States. The person put me on hold for a few minutes to connect and confirm with the “local” flower shop. The person apologized, gave NO explanation as to why the flowers never appeared but stated that they would be delivered on Sunday, May 10th. They NEVER arrived. I called this morning to cancel the order and get a refund. At no time did I ever get a call, text or email from ProFlowers that things were running late or awry. I will NEVER buy from ProFlowers ever again. Such a sad experience!

I ordered a very specific, special bouquet of white lilies & white roses in a cobalt blue vase for a noon delivery in Philadelphia, PA to my daughter who was to be married on Saturday, April 25,2020. Obviously, with COVID-19, the wedding was postponed. Our family was gathering at 2 PM EDT via Zoom to wish bride and groom happy thoughts, some special music, a toast, and some fun. I was VERY specific when I ordered what I wanted and that if they could not guarantee me noon delivery by April 25, 2020, I did not want to place the order.

I was REPEATEDLY assured by Customer Service that I would be called when the delivery occurred and all would be fine. It certainly was not. I never rec'd a call and they sent an email late that evening. My daughter showed me what was sent and it definitely was not what I ordered. Why pay a high price for something special when they deliver whatever they wanted? It was like ordering a sleek, white gown and having a polka dot & plaid, multi-colored sun dress delivered. I can send pictures, if desired. I asked for a full refund and all the group sent me was their customer service policies and ultimately a coupon for 30%. I spoke to customer service until I was blue in the face. Why would I want to order again from Pro Flowers when I cannot be assured what I ordered would be delivered?

I do understand that sometimes substitutions may need to be made, but I would have expected a phone call asking permission and then a 30% (or more) reduction in the pricing that day. If you need to order flowers, call a local florist in the area you need to have flowers delivered. This company and their "policies" did not deliver. Most importantly, they sent much cheap flowers (like carnations and stock) in a cheap clear vase and charged me premium rates.

I have had nearly a decade of decent experience with ProFlowers. Orders were occasionally delayed by a day, but I had learned to set them to be delivered on Friday before Mother's Day in order to ensure they got there on Friday-Sunday. This last Mother's Day (2020) I had two different orders that flat out never arrived, one of which was tracked as delivered (Unfortunately for ProFlowers, I was at the address in question and could confirm with my own two eyeballs they were never delivered).

Waiting until the end of the day Friday, I called Saturday morning to check into my first order that was screwed up. After waiting 35 minutes on hold, the CS agent had zero access to any current tracking information, but was able to cancel. I waited until the end of the day Sunday to check on my other order out of state, and after calling my Grandma, I confirmed that unfortunately they did not arrive either. Another 30 minute phone call this morning, and I was refunded and the order was cancelled. Unfortunately, and COVID might be a factor here, I have zero faith in ProFlowers and will from now on be using local florists. Something has changed at ProFlowers, and has made it much, much worse.

I received a flower arrangement from my Goddaughter. The flowers arrived with no water tubes and were dead! It took me 30 minutes to talk to a live voice and he told me a manager will call me back. I'm not holding my breath for I ordered once from this fraudulent company and would NEVER order from them again! This is a scam company! Look at pics online when folks rate flower arrangements, they too are dead! But I ask, why bother rating if BBB or other let them continue with this scam operation? It's disgusting and despicable!

DO NOT use Proflowers for anything! They make it impossible for you to get ahold of them. I ordered flowers for delivery on the 7th. When no delivery notice, I checked back and saw they moved the delivery to the 21st?! First call, took 10 minutes to get someone...someone that has an EXTREMELY difficult time speaking English. 25 minutes later, they email verification for delivery on the 8th.

7:00 p.m. on the 8th and no delivery notification. Second call, wait to get through for 16 minutes, hang up. Third call, I press the "to make an order" key - boom, get another person that has difficulty speaking English. I ask her to look into my order, she tells me that she is unable to, so my husband pipes in and says "ok, can we triple the order?". She says she's happy to take the order, we ask a her to add to existing order...dead silence. Then continued repeating of "unable to do order", " no order number"...so I finally say "direct me to someone who can help". Transfer... Dead zone, I hit # 1 on keypad and get the "please hold, someone will be with you shortly." Wait time is 15 min.

Husband now takes over call because he's pissed... At this point I have to "simply say" that, 25 minutes later, they cancelled the order and sent an email stating it along with refund. 5 hours later and I've not seen the refund in bank account. So PLEASE pass this on!! Don't let anyone get in this awful mess! In fact, when I tried to share a post of theirs with comments, it refused to "share/be seen"????

Our mother is not one to ever criticize a gift but this time she felt compelled to tell us what was delivered and took a pic and sent to us. We were shocked at what was delivered and although my sister had to wait a very long time to speak to someone, she was able to get the refund but no apology and it's too late to order from anyone else. We are so hugely disappointed at this company's lack of quality and professionalism not to mention ruining our gift for our very elderly mother who we live far from and can't be there for Mother's Day. At 9pm I got an email confirming delivery. My parents checked at 9pm to find zero delivery. They checked neighbors on right/left zero delivery. I called back and office was closed. I tried sending a report from their web page through my account and it would not launch the report form. I sent three emails and not even an auto-reply. I am calling my bank to dispute the charges. This is the WORST experience with flower deliveries. A scam!

I told them I wanted my order cancelled after not being able to get an email receipt, and they said they would. Well, they still debited my checking account. So I asked my banker, Wells Fargo, to stop payment on that. But it had already posted. Please tell people that ProFlowers is not good. Thank you.

Then I got an email that the flower arrangement I ordered wasn't available in her area. So I clicked on the link allowing ProFlowers to choose another arrangement that was available. Then I heard nothing. I called several times and got disconnected. When I finally got through I spoke with a woman who barely, and I mean barely spoke English so she couldn't understand what I was saying or asking.

It turns out, or at least what I THINK she said was that my ordered was cancelled and I would, at some point, be refunded my money. I asked why I wasn't notified of the cancellation and why I haven't gotten the money back yet. She couldn't provide an answer. I asked to speak with a supervisor and she said there wasn't one. How is that possible?!?! I asked for the corporate phone number and she hung up on me. This is the absolutely WORST experience I've ever had with a company. I had been a customer of ProFlowers for YEARS - until now. Placed an order for my daughter (who was going through an absolutely horrible time) and rec'd an email that they were delivered to her - they never made it. I was actually on the phone with her, she was crying when I got the email. I told her to go to the door and see if anything was there - NOTHING. I said, "Are you sure? Try the other door" - NOTHING. This of course made everything worse. I then had to order from another florist, pay for another arrangement of flowers just so I could make sure she had them that day. I tried to contact them for a full refund without success. No one was in the office and I was advised to chat online (which turned out to be a bot who could only respond to key answers) or to send an email, I sent THREE.

About 4 hours after I bought the 2nd arrangement and had them delivered, I rec'd a call from a driver who didn't even identify himself and was rude. He said, "did you buy flowers for this person at this address" and I said yes. He said, well they went to the wrong address. He asked me for the correct address (which by the way was on the original order, I checked) and then HUNG UP on me. They made it to my daughter's eventually and they were RUINED. I have since sent 3 more emails with ZERO response. I will never, ever order from this company again and will certainly discourage anyone who asks abut them.

I upgraded both arrangements to the "best" as was much fuller and had more flowers, and I can count on one hand how many flowers are in these arrangements. Definitely not at all worth the money and time wasted trying to correct this problem. I called the first time and was reassured that the arrangements would be redelivered the same way as it appears online, that didn't happen/ Called 2nd time and the guy said he would call me back when he got a hold of the florist. That didn't happen and here I am trying to resolve this for the 3rd time. I ordered 2 bouquets of flowers for Easter, one for my mother and one for my mother in-law. Because of Covid-19, I have not been able to see them in months and they were taking the holiday hard so I wanted to cheer them up. While the flowers themselves were pricey (I often buy gorgeous flowers from wholesalers, gardeners and Aldi for a 1/6 of the price). I figured they would be beautiful and it would be worth it since they said it would be delivered within days.

When I went to checkout, an additional $40 was tacked on for shipping and handling. Again, shocked by the price, but I figured it's the holidays during a pandemic, I'll let it slide. When I got a confirmation saying the flowers for my mother had been delivered, I texted her to check for a surprise on her porch...nothing. I was a little worried but figured I would wait it out a bit. A few hours later the flowers were delivered, but they looked pathetic. They were healthy enough flowers, but it looked like some kid just grabbed a bunch of stems and threw them in a vase - not even remotely arranged like the picture for the steep price tag.

That same day, my MIL's flowers were also supposed to be delivered (this was the Friday before Easter by the way). Nothing. I emailed the company and heard nothing back. I figured her flowers were going to be delivered Sat. Nothing. I reached out again. At this point I had already told my MIL to expect an Easter surprise and since this was honestly the only good thing to happen to her for weeks, she was very sad, clinging to any news about her surprise.

On Easter Sunday, I thought they had to arrive! Nothing. Continue this process of not receiving any flowers, reaching out to the company and hearing nothing back until Tuesday when I got a generic "sorry, your flowers will be delivered by today or earlier" (because that makes sense...) Lo and behold, they were not. I finally got an email back saying I could have a $10 off coupon for future purchases, and the flowers FINALLY arrived 5 days later; however, I am so displeased. No human being from the company has reached out to me. I received 2 generic, ** emails, late bogus flowers and paid a ridiculous amount of money for what probably cost them $20 maximum. Do not purchase from this company! They do not care about their customers at all.

I ordered my flowers last Friday, April 3rd for $78.81 to be delivered Wednesday, April 8th. I was extremely displeased with this order for the 5 below reasons:

    1) The quality of the flowers were poor comparatively to the advertisement
    2) I realize the flowers could be delivered up until 8pm the day of, but I was hoping since they were for a my girlfriend’s birthday they would be delivered before 6:45pm. Especially since I was told via chat by a customer service representative that they were on the truck before noon, yet they weren’t delivered until at least 7 hours later? Unacceptable
    3) I received an email stating that my flowers had been delivered at 3:04pm, but did not actually receive them until 6:45pm – 3 hours & 40 minutes later, causing me to reach out to customer support again because the flowers were nowhere to be found. When I was called at 6:45pm, I was not at the house and it was raining. I told the delivery lady to put them on the porch in between the rocking chairs and she did not do so, which lead to even more diminished quality.
    4) The Customer service representative I spoke to originally was extremely short, closed out the chat abruptly and then the second time I tried to speak with him he completely closed out the chat automatically when he saw my name.

    5) The second customer service representative I spoke with confirmed that the florist would be sending a second order of flowers free of charge for my inconvenience before 8pm the day they were supposed to be delivered and they never arrived. False advertisement again.

I believe the 5 outlined reasons above warrant a full refund due to poor quality, false advertising, inconvenience in multiple instances. I still have yet to receive a refund or have anyone from the company reach out to me and it's been almost a week since I sent them an original email.

The agent was unable to say why or what went wrong but told me the flowers couldn't be delivered for several days. They were able to refund my money within a few days, but no roses. Just a refund.

I ordered a floral arrangement for my boyfriend's mother for Valentine's Day. They arrived on time, as promised, however the flowers were all wilted and mostly dead when she received them. I communicated this to ProFlowers, and they immediately apologized and promised a replacement arrangement. The arrangement never came. After two more communication attempts asking where the flowers were and when we could expect the delivery to arrive, they responded with "the flowers you requested are no longer available" stating that an alternate arrangement would be sent in its place. That was quickly followed up with me receiving a voicemail while I was at work, to call their customer service number.

When I did I was informed that a refund had been processed on my order. I appreciate the refund, but it was a long period of disappointment and waiting that could have been avoided had they just refunded my money from the get-go. ANYTHING would have been better than the flowers she received. Grocery store flowers are prettier than the ones they sent her. And it was a long waiting game to get an end result from them.

I ordered 2 dozen roses, a teddy bear and a heart balloon for Valentine Day 2020 and had them delivered to my girlfriend at work. The majority of the flowers were dead and some looked like they had been dead a while. The only conclusion I could come up with is they were packaged prior to Valentine’s Day and died in the packaging, I don’t think anyone would ship flowers in this condition. If you found flowers thrown out in a garbage can they would probably look better than what was delivered. Maybe it was just a bad day because they were busy but I would never use them again. You have been warned, I’m still hearing it from my girlfriend, lol. Good luck all.

They were supposed to be delivered on Friday the 14th, however, after not hearing anything about delivery all day, when I came home, my neighbor who works the night shift said she saw a delivery the night of the 13th (which I was not notified of), and the box was on my porch all night. It was 13 deg. She got the box for me the next day (she didn't know they were flowers), but when I opened the box, the flowers were already dead. I contacted Proflowers and a few days later they got back to me and said they would replace the flowers. That was on 2/17, I haven't heard anything from them since, and I've replied to the email several times. Nothing. Can you imagine giving your wife dead flowers on Valentines Day? The second I used them the flowers arrived the day after the person's birthday and their was suppose to be candy delivered with the flowers. There was no candy and the box/flowers were damaged. As the day wore on, UPS status was that they had never received the package from the shipper. Proflowers blamed their distributor and offered a "special floral arrangement" as compensation. They promised the arrangement would be delivered on the following Wednesday. Wednesday comes and goes, no arrangement. I contacted them via email and the called me. The offer was now to deliver the original flowers, now 8 days late. An online florist only has one job, delivering the flowers they promise when they promise. So my husband ordered a dozen red roses from Proflowers for Valentine's Day. When they arrived, they were slightly open but well packaged. We followed directions and I looked forward to seeing them open and look beautiful. The 2nd day several looked good. The 3rd day, 6 looked great and 2 were drooping badly. We decided to re-trim, add water and plant food again to see if 6 would perk back up. Day 4, I tossed 6 flowers. A big disappointment! On day 3, I noticed Proflowers had a guarantee for 7 days. I called customer service and could barely understand the representative's English. We slowly got through the conversation and I requested a replacement. She agreed and I was to get my red rose flowers the following day.

Day 4 no new flower delivery. I called again that afternoon and Proflowers told me package was still coming that day. After 5pm, I called Proflowers and stated I never got the delivery. I was told there was no order. How did that happen?!? She said she would order them for me but then told me there were no red roses available in my area! What?!? Proflowers didn't have red roses?? I looked on their website and saw I could order red roses. I'm totally confused. What is happening here?!? After a total of many hours with Proflowers, they did give my husband a refund. I told my husband never to return to Proflowers after that painful flower experience. Next time, I'll recommend my husband go to our local Publix for red roses. LOL.

Now that may be due to season, but still. I also had to call the recipient to see if they had received it. They just left it on the porch without ringing the doorbell. I was supposed to get an email to tell me it was deliver led which I did not receive until a half hour after the last delivery time. So who knows how long it was sitting out there. Also I have tried to send an email to the company, but they only allow a certain number of characters in the messages and I apparently have too much to complain about to fit it all in. I ordered flowers on Wednesday, Feb. 12th for Valentine's Day for my girlfriend, to be delivered at her work. The order cost $81.44 with shipping due to the Holiday, which is understandable. It would be worth every penny for the flowers to be delivered at her work... On Valentines Day. They gave me a tracking number and status that a label had already been created on Thursday, all seems well. Friday at work I was very busy and as the day sped by, it wasn't until 2 or 3pm when I checked the tracking number again, as I had not heard from her yet about the flowers. They had not even shipped yet. As I noticed a few people she works with post pictures or quick videos on social media of the flowers they received throughout the day, I began to worry. Lo and behold the flowers were never delivered. I buy flowers later in the day and bring them home to her at 9pm when my day is over.

Saturday comes and not only could I not get through to the customer service to speak to anyone but had not even received a response email about the failure of the flowers being sent. I finally received an email Sunday about a problem with delivery or shipping and was offered a $15 coupon for future use and a hand picked delivery on Feb 19th if I would like.

I called today to speak to someone and the person I spoke to on the phone was very short with me when I said all I would like is a refund and confirmation of the refund in an email. This person kept saying I would have the email and the refund would be processed but didn't know when. I still have yet to receive an email and remain aggravated by this terrible experience. It may seem trivial and while I understand errors happen in life, it should have been addressed better. $82 is a lot of money just for flowers and it was more about the thought of them being delivered that is the point. The lack of followup and customer service while they still have my money at this point, a whole week later is unacceptable.

Very upset 7 year old daughter. I ordered dozen roses and sweet surprise for my wife and daughter. I was pretty excited since was first year I was ordering my daughter her own order of flowers. I have to share this because some companies really are scam artists especially on the actual holiday. Website says plain as day they were able to deliver on Valentine's Day, in fact it says guaranteed by a certain time. It was a surprise. Well at least for a little bit. I eventually had to tell my wife since it was 9 pm and I hadn't recieved them nor did I receive any communication of any sort. I wrote an email Valentine's night, To the customer service explaining that I did not receive them and would like to cancel my order and receive a full refund.

The next morning I wrote another e-mail just to be sure. I received 2 emails that's 8 o'clock a.m. notifying me that my orders were not going to be arriving. Haha go figure letting me know the next night. The funny thing is is that the e-mail Stated that they try to attempt to contact me by phone and were not successful which was a bold face lie especially when I can go back on the E mail order confirmation page and see that my number in fact was correct originally. I tried to call numerous times and got put on hold. I just wanted a simple refund because the whole point was for them to receive the flowers on the actual day. That is what I paid for and that is what they charged me for an email confirmation and website confirming and promising a guaranteed delivery date.

About 3:30 p.m. February 15th yesterday I received the roses for my wife and nothing for my daughter. I asked for a full refund 3 or 4 times via email in which they replied and asked me what to do with the order if I would accept a later delivery date in which I replied no. They sent my roses anyway and left my daughter with nothing. I tried to explain to my daughter but as you know little girls are precious and tender hearted. So I was left trying to fill a void that I did not create. All they had to do was reach out and ask me for a significant or partial refund or reach out and apologize and I probably would have taken it. I don't typically leave reviews but I mean this was such a 1/2 ** effort in order to save a buck and save their ** that it just leaves me very frustrated, even 2 days later.

Also, 5 years ago I had a similar problem with just my wife's order. I don't understand that if you don't receive anything the way you ordered it as stated guaranteed on their website and order confirmation email why they can't simply just give me my money back instead I get half of my order 1/2 the credit.. I don't believe in getting anything for free. That's not how I work. I just want people to be held accountable and if you can't make a delivery date you should state so on the day instead of letting everybody order and ripping people off and having some sort of half ** explanation emails the next day hoping that nobody will ask for their money back and making quick bucks. Hopefully anybody that reads this won't have the experience that I did and don't have to explain to their 7 year old daughter why they did not receive their special surprise. I'll forgive but I'll never forget. Please just make it right. That's all we ask for.

This company is horrible, doesn't deliver flowers when they promise to, and lies constantly. I ordered flowers for my mother on 2/10/20 for Valentine's Day, as I do every year since her husband died, I was promised a 2/13/20 delivery date. They not only didn't show up on Wednesday, so I called and was told they'd arrive on Valentine's Day 2/14/20. Second promise broken. They still did not arrive. I call again on 2/15/20, and was given a refund, which I deserve because their company did NOTHING they said they would, but I just wanted my mother to get her Valentine's Day flowers. They said that's not possible. A flower company says they can't still send my mother flowers, which she deserves. They care NOTHING for the customer. Don't order from them!!

They're really going to appreciate your kind gesture", I agree she would have appreciated the kind gesture except they WEREN'T delivered!!! WTF!!! I spent the whole day trying to track the UPS delivery. Finally by 8pm their cut-off time, I called THEM (got connected to an overseas call center) because they didn't bother to call me to let me know "there was a problem with delivery" but they didn't say what the problem was. They did say they could deliver the next business day. The next business day??? TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I purchased a floral arrangement for my Anniversary to be delivered to my wife at our home. I spent an extra $50 to get the “best” “largest” arrangement and paid additional to add a card, balloons, and a Teddy Bear. The delivery arrived at 7:58pm, the balloons were barely floating, the arrangement was the small one (barely larger then the circumference of the vase) and to add insult to injury it had a card on it stating it came from our neighborhood Albertson’s Grocery Store two miles from our home.

I tried to log onto my account with ProFlowers, but the system wouldn’t allow me to log on. I tried to email the so to document to conversion. This too was a failed attempt. In short I paid approximately 5 times what I would have if I had gone to the grocery store and bought it myself, and my wife would have received it to enjoy for her anniversary. Lesson learned. I highly recommend you not do business with this company, so buyer beware.

So after an hour of waiting on hold over and over again someone finally answers and says there is no available florist for the order. Why did they not call me all day over that? How could you guarantee delivery and not meet the standard of what you charged me for?! Then they just went on like whenever they would get around to delivering it would be fine. Screw what you paid for. So very disappointed and will NEVER trust them again. Whole day of waiting and nothing but disappointment. Now it is too late to make the day what it was suppose to be.

I’ve never written a review but bruh...it’s sad because I read countless reviews thinking “oh this could never happen to me..” Well I was wrong.. I bought flowers for Valentine’s Day like everyone else in America, got a nice guarantee that they’d be delivered before my gf got off work. First off, FTD website customer service number will take you nowhere fast. The automated service will place you on hold with no background music or dial tone.. just dead silence. I felt slow so I hung up after 15 minutes of listening to nothing. I call the ProFlowers customer service number just to confirm that they’d possibly be sent on time and the Indian guy tells me “they’re sent”.. I ask him 3 times literally just to confirm that they were sent and he said yes so we ended the call. 30 mins later, I get a call from my gf expecting “they’re beautiful bae” or something equivalent but instead nothing in relation to these $155 flowers I just bought.

Ok now I’m a little pissed because shes actually off work and I was blatantly told 30 mins ago that the flowers were sent. I spoil the surprise and tell her I gotta call her back because he just lied for no apparent reason. She then goes back up to the job asking the receptionist if something was delivered but of course not. I call back and ironically I’m connected with the same Indian guy. I calmly asked “why did you say that the flowers were sent when they weren’t”.. (insert awkward silence here). He then asks to place me on hold to figure some things out. When he comes back, he then states that the computers are now down.... I immediately ask for a refund. He says that he’ll grant the refund and send me a REFUND confirmation email. No email came at all.

I received a confirmation email an hr later as if I just placed a new order. I call back again to confirm that he granted my refund and got a busy signal for about an hr before trying again and reaching a lady. After waiting and waiting and, you guessed it, more waiting, she states that the computers are down and to try again later... Smh. It’s comical how trash this company is. I called my bank to dispute the pending transaction cause I’m sure that refund wasn’t submitted. Wish I could give negative stars.

Why was I notified 49 minutes after they were suppose to arrive?"

Throughout the 5 minute phone call I was randomly placed on holds, she would mute the microphone out of nowhere, then return say, "we aren't able to process your order." I was hopeful she understood me, although our communication was difficult. Instead of canceling that order, she cancelled another one.

It turns out that ProFlowers went ahead and delivered the first order on Monday, 12/23 (two days late!) to an empty home and left it on the porch to freeze. The recipient of the second order let me know she did not receive hers on Sunday, so I called ProFlowers on Monday, 12/23. I got hold of a woman I couldn’t understand at all. After repeatedly telling her I couldn’t understand her, I asked her to transfer me to someone I could understand and she refused. I ended up hanging up on her. I then got on the ProFlowers chat and got Bernadette P. She promised me that my order would be delivered 12/24 – better late than never. Then it didn’t show up again.

On 12/25, I tried the chat feature again and was told my order was cancelled and refunded, I was then told to call customer service at 877-383-6147 and ask for a supervisor. Since I already tried that the previous day and was refused access to a supervisor, I asked the agent to have a supervisor call me. She stopped communicating with me. I went ahead and called the number and got Steve. I was again promised my delivery would be made on 12/26 once he spoke with the local florist. He asked for my phone number and told me he’d let me know what was going on. I have since heard nothing and that delivery never showed up. The bottom line...I depended on ProFlowers for 4 centerpiece gifts for 4 friends. They ended up ruining my planned gifts for 2 of the 4 recipients...a 50% failure rate. I am very, very disappointed in their customer service. It is clear that their customers are not a priority.

It's been 3 days, the flowers have never been delivered even though their website confirms that they have been delivered. I called 5x, each time I had to repeat why I was calling, no notes in the file regarding my previous calls and the issue and no follow-ups from them. The customer service is so awful, I finally decided to cancel the order. Now I have to fight to get a refund. If I had read the reviews prior to placing the order, I would have used another supplier. Their website is well presented but the service is beyond bad.

I ordered flowers for a funeral. For some odd reason, they could not deliver to a funeral home, so I had the flowers delivered to a family member I knew was attending. I was later informed by them the flowers did not arrive as planned. I called Pro-flowers, sat on hold for 1/2 hour, and was told (like it was no big deal) "the flowers can't be delivered today, but they will go out in one week". I spoke with a manager who said the same thing. I was extremely upset, again they were for a funeral, but I agreed to have the flowers delivered at the later date so my sister-in-law would receive them.

For this, the manager offered to take the service fee off for me (a measly 15%, the money wasn't the point but talk about insulting). Guess what, again the flowers did not arrive. At no point had I received any kind of notification there was an issue until I had to call, and both times I called, they casually informed me the order would not be delivered. Clearly, no concern for the situation they created. I have used them before, no problem, but now seeing all these other poor reviews something has clearly changed there.

I have been using ProFlowers for at least five years buying about 4-5 bouquets annually. Here is the point, as long as all is done through the online ordering system, generally everything is okay. However, the moment there is some problem (incorrect address, missing card, the need to reschedule, etc), you can't really count on their customer service to fix it quickly and properly. At least in my experience, they never reply to their email customer service, the online assistant is nonexistent. Also, there is no easy way to cancel orders. You can't do it online. You must call and wait etc. In short, I'm looking for another company.

The transaction says ‘cancelled’ .. ‘refund requested’. I didn’t cancel the order & as of Dec 19th have received no communication from ProFlowers. I have called customer service 5 times to ask why my order was cancelled. Twice the reps sounded like children. They couldn’t find my order, couldn’t repeat the letters in my name, and repeatedly begged for another chance when I asked to speak to someone else who could understand English.

A third rep sounded like a teenager, had difficulty spelling my name and repeating my order number. He put me on hold several times, each time telling something that wasn’t relative to my order. ‘Call your bank and dispute the charges.’. ‘Call back tomorrow after it is delivered to check the status.’. ‘ We’re not allowed to tell you why.’ When I asked to speak to a supervisor, he became angry and asked ‘WHY?’.

The 5th rep was able to find the order after multiple repeats of my order number and name. He put me on hold for several minutes at a time, but like the previous rep none of his responses made sense in reference to an order cancelled by ProFlowers. I have worked with offshore call centers for 20 years. This one is worse than the worst. Never mind the language issues, they have no training and no available information about the orders. Even though I have an online account my orders are not available. I have email and PayPal proof, but ProFlowers and their daytime customer service have nothing and clearly don’t care.

So a couple days ago placed a Order with the company. Received confirmation of my order. Also asked to have shipped in the morning so I paid an additional fee. Went to check status on my account it’s not showing up. Called customer service to find out what’s going on. She ensures me everything fine. She sees it. She will send me another email with the matter corrected. Received a email from company. Order number in the subject. What alarming is the body of the email has their logo and everything. Order number, subtotal, total are blank. Mind you ProFlowers charged my account already and took their money.

So I called today because I’m concerned not to mention it’s for my Fiancée birthday. Spoke to rep. Her continue to say sorry. It’s in transit. Hard to understand because he has a heavy Indian accent. I then say, "This is not fair. I paid for a service and it hasn’t been rendered. What can you do to compensate me." He credit me the expedited fee. I then go, "You have to do better than that." He credit the shipping fee. I believe couldn’t understand him. He tells me it’s in transit. Called again a few hours later because she still hasn’t received the flowers which are going to her job. Couldn’t understand the rep which is the 4 person speaking to regarding my order. It’s in transit.

I then requested to speak to a supervisor. She doesn’t tell me hold on. She just places me on hold and then sends me back into the automatic system. I get another rep. Ask about order. Says something say I can understand. She spells it out. Can’t understand. Now I’m frustrated. Ask can I just speak to supervisor. She places me on hold and hangs up. Call back. Tell the rep I just want to speak to supervisor regarding the matter. Finally get one online explaining to them the situation. All they say sorry it’s in transit. Pretty much nothing we can do for me.

Confused a company this big no reason service is poor and where is my order if it’s not under my profile platform. Scam because I could wonder how many other people this happened to. Bad business procedures, services, customer service, Customer Service associates. Horrible Call Center. Will no longer use them. Will advise you not to. Just go directly to the Mom & Pop shops. Multi million company sucks. Not sure if I got my 20% when I placed the order. Hence this was for my Fiancée Bday. Got email says they're going to refund me for the shipping, expedited fee, 30% of the order. I will never use them again. If it’s your first time don’t even think about. The company outsourced so English isn’t good. I’m just saying. Flowers for someone special failed hence it’s suppose to now arrive tomorrow they close early for Christmas party. Tried to make my fiancée day special. Proflowers failed me.

I call customer service at 1040 pm and what took place was utterly ridiculous. I was first told my card was declined, which I knew wasn't true. Then I was told they had no card information, which didn't make sense if my card was declined. Then I was told the florist didn't have the flowers. Subsequently, it was my local florist fault because the local didn't communicate they had no flowers, this too made no sense because I live 6 states away from where I was sending the flowers.

After I refuted all the lies in detail, the customer service representative hung up on me. That further confirmed he told me lies. I immediately call back. I explain the previous call to a customer service representative and ask was my card charged. I am told yes. I was told this time that my order was never processed by Proflowers. I state, so this was essentially Proflowers' fault. I am told yes. I am then asked, "How would you like us to resolve the issue". I say since her birthday is basically over, refund my money and send a sorry for the delay bouquet. I am met with silence then I am told there are only two ways to resolve this...refund or process order. Why ask?

Poor customer service to lie, not admit fault, then pretend to care. There was so much more nonsense that occurred with this experience but I think you get the picture. In the end I received my refund and my recipient received nothing for her birthday. I can't leave this out. I was asked to complete a two question survey at the end of the call. Unbelievably poor service. I searched for the best online florists and the article cited ProFlowers.com as the best same- or next-day delivery. The website gave me several options in the zip code I entered. I paid $214 to have a wreath delivered to a funeral the next morning and received a confirmation email saying they'd let me know when they delivered the wreath. At about 11:05, I realized I hadn't received a confirmation email, so I called their 800 number.

The "customer service" rep barely spoke English and was incapable of providing answers if they weren't in her pre-written script. After putting me on hold through the duration of the funeral, she came back and said, "Turns out the $214 wreath you purchased will not be available today, and even if we had it, the funeral has already started, so..." as if I somehow wouldn't know that it was too late to deliver to the church. That's pretty much why I called.

I asked when and how I would have learned that the wreath I paid $214 for next-day delivery was delivered. She couldn't answer because it wasn't in her pre-written script; but she was kind enough to inform me that the funeral had already started. Because she offered no solutions (or apologies), I asked for a supervisor and was put on hold for another several minutes.

Because we'd totally missed the funeral by now, they offered to let me change the delivery address and a "partial refund" for their complete ineptitude. SERIOUSLY?! DO NOT ORDER FROM PROFLOWERS.COM IF YOU EXPECT TO GET WHAT YOU WANT, WHEN YOU WANT IT. Unless you just have a ton of time to kill and a bottle of **.

Horrible company. Ordered flowers for my mom and wife 2 weeks in advance and both orders showed up 2 days after the holiday. And the flower arrangement was small. I could have got more and better flowers from the grocery store!! And cheaper. They also said they would refund me the money and never received the refund. STAY AWAY unless you want late, dead, & small flowers.

Called 3 times to let them know I received a box of broken glass from them and no one ever answered the main number and then I emailed them and they never wrote back. Horrible delivery and customer service.

I thought I had ordered the perfect gift of a blooming plant for a friend's birthday. To my dismay, there was no delivery on the day scheduled and no call or e-mail that there was a problem. I called the customer service and was disconnected after holding ten minutes. I did call back and was able to speak to someone. The girl that took the call was pleasant but was not able to give a reason for my order not being delivered. She did offer a refund of the delivery charges and did offer to select something else but it wouldn't be delivered until the following week. I feel at the very least, ProFlowers should have made the effort to get something delivered immediately to the recipient. 4 days after a birthday is just not acceptable and neither is not letting a paying customer know there was a problem. Instead they just didn't make the delivery and couldn't tell my why not. This is just not good customer service and I will never purchase from them again.

Needless to say, although the flowers I received from my son for my birthday were a beautiful assortment apparently the delivery driver/company had no idea about keeping flowers fresh. The day they were delivered it was 93 degrees. The flowers were left on cement porch in full sun. My husband and I were out of town for the day celebrating. We arrived home 5 hours later. After opening them - the flowers were warm to the touch - I followed the instructions as detailed. The lilies and one rose opened up. The remainder stayed as when received or dried up. Very disappointed in this company. Perhaps it should be renamed Mediocre Flowers. Purchasers please be aware of the climate before they are shipped and let the recipient know when they are arriving so they can be taken care of immediately.

This outfit is a joke. I was trying to purchase flowers online. I thought I had my order finished and knew exactly what the charges would be according to the order sheet. When I got to check out they had added about 4 additional charges. Additional delivery charges, rush charges, packaging and handling charges, etc., etc., etc. Unbelievable!! The cost of my order doubled at check out. Then the fun really began, I called their customer service line, at which time I talked to two people who could barely speak English. By this time my frustration level had reached the boiling point so I simply hung up, being very happy I wouldn't be doing business with this outfit. If I could give them zero stars I would. Save yourself some time and trouble and shop for your flowers elsewhere.

First order was supposed to be 18 red roses with a vase, took 2 days to deliver. When received, it was 12 red roses with NO vase. Got money back, second order was supposed to be the same as the first, 18 red roses and a vase. And a again received 12 red roses with NO vase and a tore up box. Will NOT use them again.

I can not believe it! I gave specific instructions for the flowers to be delivered by 9am! I then got word that they were not delivered until 3:50pm! They missed the funeral completely! I was so embarrassed! I then tried to call them to get a refund and they said they were not able to give me one!
