The bouquet was beautiful. My mom loved it! I think a better job could have been done given the price of them. Better at cutting the stems, putting the arrangement together, a better vase. Other than that, my mom was satisfied so that's all that matters really.

Have had to re-order the bouquets both as a Receiver and Buyer. Hard to see the disappointed look on my loved ones' faces. One was a long distance FTD type of order and my daughter was so excited to Order for me. She was asking me...is it there yet? Are they there Fresh and Beautiful? Ultimately about 50% of the time they required Customer Service Intervention.

I just received a bouquet of tulips for Mothers Day. They were shipped via overnight mail, so arrived the day after shipping. The flowers were stuck in a box with a vase, some chocolates and no water at all! The stems weren't even in a plastic bag; just in open air inside the box. Flowers do not survive overnight without water. If a company is going to ship flowers someone needs to figure out how to keep the stems moist enough for the flowers to survive. This isn't rocket science folks, but since this company seems incapable of common sense, I strongly suggest you order your flowers elsewhere!

I received a call from a woman in my neighborhood that she received a box for me. She lives at 71, I Am at 171. The address on the label was incorrect. I opened the box to find stems bending sharply downward and petals drooping. It was sent out on 5/6/2021 so the label read. After putting them in water and the little envelope included, they did not recover. Tomorrow is Mother's Day. My daughter is so upset and embarrassed. The company will give her a refund, but, that does not fix the sadness my daughter feels for sending a dead arrangement.

I received flowers today for Mother’s Day. I immediately open the box which was supposed to be two dozen assorted colored roses. Every one of the yellow roses immediately fell off their stems. The others were only “OK“. I called Customer Service and tried to speak to someone who spoke very poor English. After I was finished and she assured me that everything was taken care of I asked to speak to her supervisor. She left me on hold. I called back and the 2nd Customer Service individual had no record of my call. Not only were the flowers disgraceful but the customer service was incredibly poor. Do Not Use ProFlowers!!!

It was supposed to be a combination of roses and other spring flowers. It was awful. Dinky little flowers with one dead rose that was so old the petals were already falling off. For $100 I could have gone to Publix and got triple the amount of flowers that were "fresh". There is a reason for all the poor ratings they receive.

I ordered the multi-colored tulips for my Mom's funeral. They were delivered the day of the viewing. When I get to the funeral home and look at the flowers sent by people, I see that the tulips are just BULBS. They had just started sprouting. I was told by others they looked like fingers coming out of the ground. Thanks ProFlowers for sending me that disgusting memory... This company is horrible.... WHY would you send BULBS??? How hard would it have been to contact me about replacement flowers?

Yesterday my daughter had flowers sent to me for my birthday (5/05) & Mother's Day. This was the 1st time she has ever sent anyone flowers before. She picked a very beautiful arrangement from PROFLOWERS with a vase that was around $100!!! It arrived right on time yesterday! I was so excited to open them up and call her to let her know that I had received them! I opened the box up to find DEAD, ROTTEN, MUSHY FLOWERS! Most looked like dead weeds! I have pictures of exactly how they arrived and it was so disappointing and frankly I was shocked that anyone would charge anything for these dead weeds with a few roses thrown in.
As soon as I picked up the white roses all the petals came off!!! There is 2 of the 3 yellow roses that were intact, but brown on the bottom which turn out to be mushy and gross! They had to let my daughter know how these arrived and she broke down in tears so hurt and disappointed because she wanted it to be perfect for me! I told her she needs to call and get her money back! She was too upset so I called and spoke to someone who said her name was Amy. She was nice, but English is not her first language! At first she said my daughter could get a partial refund!!! I told her that wasn’t acceptable. Then she agreed to do a full refund (hopefully tomorrow it will be given back on my daughter’s card)! I said if they were a decent company they would give my daughter a full refund and resend the flowers she actually picked that aren’t dead, but she said absolutely not!
I stopped using these big corporate florists a few years back when I had issues with this company and the other big corporate florist. Now I order flowers directly from a local small businesses that deliver flowers. They are always GREAT! Plus, I get great customer service and support a small business in whatever community the person I’m sending flowers to lives in! I DO NOT RECOMMEND PROFLOWERS!

I feel the initial price they post to draw you in is quite misleading. Once you open the page you can see the price is for a very small bouquet which you can not see in person of course, but it is blown on their page to appear larger. Personally learned when the low cost bouquet was delivered to my Mom and it was quite disappointing. Larger bouquets which are more appropriate are much more expensive.

Very dissatisfied with an order I placed through ProFlowers. The order was placed on February 10 for delivery on February 16. I received an email on 2/15 stating "Your order is on its way", noting weather conditions along the route that might delay delivery, but was "on track". Then on 2/17, I received an email stating that the delivery was unable to be made due to inability to "secure a local florist in that area". I find it hard to believe there is no local florist in or near Apollo Beach, Florida. Two options were presented – I could cancel and receive full refund or the item would be delivered within the next 3 days and a $10 refund would be applied. I opted for the 3 day, $10 refund option, which somehow was now referencing a different order no.
Then on 2/25 I received an email stating that the exact item I ordered was unavailable and a "similar" item was substituted, referencing yet another order no. I did not authorize this nor was that item ever received. Then on 2/25 at 1:50 am I received an email referencing yet another order no. apologizing that my experience did not meet expectations and it would immediately be rectified by sending a "re-delivery order" at equal or greater value than the original order. Then on 2/28 I called and spoke with Sai who yet again "re-ordered" referencing yet another order no. with a delivery date of 3/9. I mentioned that the $10 had not been applied to my account, and that I was extremely unhappy with the service I had received, Sai offered a discount of $21.68.
So to summarize, I placed the initial order on 2/10 and the item was not actually delivered until 3/9, nearly a full month later. In addition, the item that was delivered does not appear to be a "bonsai" - it looks like someone plopped a shrub into a pot and trimmed it. In addition, when the package was received, it was not marked with any sort of notation denoting fragile or this end up so the delivery person left it on its side and the dirt spilled out.
I can honestly say I will NOT use ProFlowers or FTD again and I will alert my friends and family to also not purchase anything from either of those. Interesting that when I did call customer support on 3/8 to ensure the item would be delivered on 3/9, the recording says voted best by JD Power & Associates. Given my experience, I'm surprised that is the case. And I have used other internet flower delivery services in the past with no issues such as I experienced with ProFlowers. I even sent a letter to the Charlie Cole, CEO of FTD their parent company summarizing my experience. No response.

They offered to refund, which I accepted. Today 21 roses arrived. So, even if they had gotten the delivery day right, they appear to be unable to count.
Customer service says I can keep them as a gift. My money cannot be returned for 5 days. In the meantime I ordered the same flowers from 1800 Flowers. So ProFlowers has my money, and I have had to pay 1800 Flowers extra to expedite. In the meantime proflowers is making money on the interest. I chatted online with a customer service rep who assured me they would be sent on time and that it was an error. Still wasn't delivered. Chatted online again with another rep who say they were in fact being delivered on the 15th. Ordered flowers to be delivered by 12/12/21 - in time for Valentine's Day. The bouquet I picked was a nice mixture of roses and filler, and of course the bouquet in the picture looked healthy and full. This was my first time using ProFlowers. When the flowers arrived, some of the flowers were broken completely off. The yellow roses all had browned edges on all of the petals, and they were wilting. These looked like they were already a week or two old. It was so embarrassing to have these dead flowers delivered. We tried putting them in water to revive them, but with no luck.
I contacted ProFlowers and their solution was to attempt to re-deliver on 12/23 - over a week later. Why would I want Valentine's flowers re-delivered more than a week after the fact? That makes no sense. I asked for a refund and I am awaiting to hear back. Also - I had to use the phone number for almost all support chat/requests because the online agent chat has constantly said "no agents available." I cannot believe the disappointing customer service from ProFlowers I have received. I placed the order on Thursday, December 10. The arrangement shows as delivered on Friday, December 11. They were not. I called on Saturday, December 12 and spoke to a customer service agent. I was assured that the flowers were on a truck to be delivered that day. Nothing was delivered that day.
I called on the morning of Sunday the 13th when I learned the recipient hadn't received anything. I was told I would get a phone call that day with an update from the florist as to what happened and why they didn't deliver anything. I did not get a call as promised. I called again that evening and spoke to customer service. I asked to speak to a supervisor but was told no, I was assured the person answering the phone could help me. After trying to reach the florist, I was told that my delivery was likely on the truck for delivery, and to give it until 8:00 pm to arrive. No such delivery occurred.
I had a chat conversation with customer service on Monday morning the 14th. I was told that I would get an update either by phone or email same day. I stressed that I wanted the arrangement sent THAT DAY and I wanted a partial refund for all my inconvenience. I was told "not to worry" and it would be taken care of. As the other 3 representatives told me, they were "very sorry" about the problems. As of 5:00 pm, I never received a phone call, nor email.
I had to contact ProFlowers again on Tuesday the 15th and was told that they contacted the local florist who claims it was delivered Saturday evening (a day later than promised but whatever...). I reiterated, they were not received, and there are enough places to hide the delivery on the person's porch to avoid them from being stolen. I was then told that they would have to wait to review the delivery log on Saturday to prove that the arrangement wasn't delivered (presumably because they assume I'm lying about this) before they could offer to send out a new arrangement. They couldn't promise me a call back same day, and will not just go ahead and send a new arrangement for all my trouble.
I have never had so many problems with a delivery. I understand the local florist may be to blame, but ProFlowers has twice promised me a phone call and not followed through. All the while, my sympathy flowers did not get delivered to bring some joy to the recipients. I even sent all of these details to their "wecare@proflowers.com" customer service email address and have had no reply. "We Care"??? I have seen zero evidence of this supposed satisfaction guarantee promise. I will never use ProFlowers again.

When I saw them on her desk- I literally cringed. Avoid this company- expensive with low quality product and even worse customer service.

I should of looked at the reviews prior to ordering. I purchased $100.00 worth of flowers for my lady on 11.28.2020. I requested that they be delivered on 11.30.2020. I received immediately confirmation of payment and that the order was being created. However, on 11.30.2020 at 2pm it was still showing being created. I called at 6pm and I was told that they were not able to reach the florist due to company policy, but that I should be patient because it was in route and would be delivered by 8pm. So at 7:50pm I called again, because at this time it's a joke, and I was told, "We're are sorry to hear about your experience but we will upgrade your order and have it delivered 1st thing in the morning."
It is now 12/1/2020. A day past the delivery date, I called at 11:00 am, they say once again the order is on the way and that it was in route to be delivered. That they contacted the florist and that it's been sent out. I told them it had to be to my lady by 3pm. They then asked can it be dropped off at the front door. Because they tried calling to deliver the day before which are lies, It was raining and everyone was home, no missed calls or anything.
It is now 2pm, I called to request my money back, they said if it's not there by 3pm they can do that. But what happened to it being on the way and about to be delivered. That status says assigned to florist online, which to me means they have not even sent it out. The 5th person I have talked to at this point tells me the same thing word for word that the last 4 person said, "We are sorry to hear about your experience and we promise that we will make this right for you" xyz and some more nonsense. They read from a script and have no care. I am not sure that they even contact a florist when they put you on hold, I asked for the information and they say they cannot not give that info. out. Bottom line is don't do business with them or those affiliated with their business.

I left a review on the horrible service on a recent order from Pro Flowers and was responded by James at **. James apologized for the delivery that did not happen on 11/25/20 and offered a free arrangement to be sent to our best friend Laurie ** on 12/1/20. The arrangement was delivered and was one of the most beautiful arrangements I have ever seen. My experience has now turned from being horrible to being very satisfied.

I ordered flowers for our best friend's Birthday (11/25/20) on 11/24/20. I was notified that the arrangement I ordered was unavailable so I chose a different arrangement to be delivered on 11/25/20. On 11/25/20 we did not receive a call from our friend stating that she had received them. I finally called her husband on 11/27 because 11/26/20 was Thanksgiving. He stated that she did not receive her arrangement so I called Customer service on 11/27/20 and was told that the delivery service tried to deliver but no one was home. When I called her husband back he stated that they were home all day and no one tried to deliver flowers. The customer service idiot told me they would deliver the following day which I told her HELL NO all I want is my money back. ALL I CAN SAY IS DON'T DEAL WITH THESE JERKS. Order flowers from someone else.

The email reply was just an email saying they would look into it. The 1st phone call put me into a dead-end robot system and the second to a human. The human was reasonable and I hope the delivery will be made today. My friend's father died and not time is passing without the bouquet being delivered. I would not use Pro Flowers again.

On Saturday 11/21/2020 I placed an order to be delivered for my Aunt’s 86th Birthday on 11/24/2020. We waited all day... We tracked the order and called customer service. We were assured her gift would be delivered. I ruined the surprise and finally told her to expect a package as it was getting very late in the day and with a east coast/ west coast time difference I had to head to bed. Well today I checked to see what time her gift was delivered only to find out it was not. The ProFlowers website said that the “Business was closed at 8:52” and they would attempt a redelivery the next day.
When I called to ask what happens and that there must be some mistake, this is a residence, the customer service rep said well I can cancel it now, “I’m giving you an option”. This may be my Aunt’s last birthday, she’s been alone for countless months because of COVID, and this was a special birthday gift ... and that was the response??? This company really needs to rethink what business they are actually in. I am heartbroken as I am sure my Aunt was yesterday, when she did not receive a single gift. Shame on you ProFlowers!!!

Hi All, From TX, I placed an order to have flowers delivered to San Bruno, CA. They failed to deliver the flower on the wedding day or even until two days after. Unfortunately, I had to ask for refund after a few days of continuous follow up. When called in the morning, they said it was too early in CA to contact the florist. When called in the afternoon, they said 'we will get back to you'.
When called in the evening, they said it was too late to contact florist. They said that the notes on screen shows incorrect address and unable to contact the recipient. So, I called them the next day and added the recipient in conference call. On further questioning, they insisted that the recipient's address is incorrect and was unable to contact. The recipient confirmed that all the information was correct and NO phone calls were received from anyone on the scheduled day or later. They refused to give me the address or name of the florist who was supposed to deliver.
At this point, I suspected that they may not even have a florist in San Bruno or they never attempted to assign the job to any florist. I feel ProFlowers is too inefficient or they are lying to me. At least some customers may not call back and inquire whether the flowers are delivered. In case no one calls, it is free money for them especially when there is less business due to the Pandemic. Please be aware of this company.

A friend in California ordered flowers to be delivered on my birthday, September 24th. I received a call (my callerID said "FTD" but it was actually ProFlowers). They acknowledged having some difficulties finding a florist to arrange for the delivery so by the time they contacted me it was Tuesday, September 29th and my friend thought the flowers had already been delivered. They wanted to make arrangements to deliver the flowers on Wednesday, the next day. Wednesday and Thursday are not good days for me to receive deliveries because I'm more than an hour away from home babysitting my infant granddaughter. To be accommodating to them since I wasn't available for 2 days, I agreed to stay at home on Friday until the flowers were delivered.
I stayed at home on Friday waiting for the flower delivery but I did need to go out. When I didn't hear from them by 1:30, I called to see if they could give me an idea of how long they would be. They were reluctant to do that but I told them I needed to go out for some business. I did get them to acknowledge they would be there between 4:00 and 5:30. I was quite upset because I had already waited at home until 1:30 but they apparently expected me to wait until 5:30 (all day long) and it would've been too late to handle my business then. The really annoying thing was in the course of the conversation with their representative, it was mentioned that they didn't start delivering until after 11:00. If they had shared that with me on Tuesday when we first spoke, I could've handled my business on Friday between 9 and 11 AM and I could've been at home between 4 and 5:30 like they wanted.
The flowers didn't come- not on Friday, not on Saturday and I "assume" they don't deliver on Sundays. They finally arrived on Monday ( while I was away from home; they left them on my front doorstep and I was informed by my lawn care people working there that there were flowers for me at my front door. I rarely go to my front door (I drive into my garage and go into the house through the garage door entrance) so if my lawn care people hadn't been there to inform me they were there, they probably would've sat there and dried up before I found them. That would've been a shame after the time, effort, and expense my friend went through to arrange for them. They arrived 11 days after my birthday but that includes 2 Sundays that I assume they didn't deliver on. Considering they were sitting outside in the heat for I don't know how long, it was a beautiful arrangement!

I normally use a competitor of ProFlowers for my desired flower deliveries. However, this time I decided to try something different. I wanted flowers sent to my mother for her birthday and due to Covid she's been living out of the city this year. As such, my normal flower delivery company was honest and said they wouldn't be able to get the flowers to her on time, only the day after her birthday. That's when I decided to try ProFlowers instead because even when I provided the location they said the flowers would arrive on her actual birthday. BIG MISTAKE on my part.
The order was placed a week in advance and I monitored its progress. The day of her birthday came and I woke up early to a nice message from ProFlowers saying the flowers had been prepped and were en route to my mother's home. Then nine hours later (far too late in the day) I suddenly received another email from ProFlowers' customer service alerting me that not only were the flowers not on the way but they'd never actually found a florist to fulfil the order in the first place. The message relayed their apologies, offered to send a random replacement "gift box" (no link or preview as to what that gift box would be), and that it would arrive in a couple of days. Otherwise I could request a refund. So not only did they falsely claim they'd be able to fulfil the order, they falsely confirmed it was on its way that morning, when it turned out in the week since I'd placed the order nothing had been achieved.
I would have been better off sticking with my OG florist and have my mother's gift arrive a day late rather than this ridiculous roller coaster. I requested a refund of course, which they provided, but not before they sent another email saying "never mind the flowers are being delivered" (no they were not) and then a follow up email asking about my experience and satisfaction of the delivery. Ask and you shall receive ProFlowers... I consider you a joke. I will never recommend your services or products. Also speaking as a digital marketer, fix your automated email system, as all it did was add salt to the wound.

So, I am actually writing as a recipient of a floral arrangement. Yes, I know the prices cannot be beat - and it's one thing to say it's the thought that counts, but it's really embarrassing when you are putting your own floral arrangement together in front of peers because they know whoever bought them went with the cheapest way to express their thoughts. When you read the website it says the arrangement arrives in cellophane, in a box, you cut the ends, put them in water - and you are good to go!
You have to find scissors, cut the tape on the box, pull out the flowers that are almost mashed down in the plastic, free them from their plastic prison, cut the ends off, go to the break room and get water for the vase - meanwhile all your peers are looking on and giggling because of all the hoops you have to jump through to make your own arrangement - and about 20 - 30 mins later of unwrapping, running, and arranging, you FINALLY have your finished product. Way to cut out the cost of a florist and have that headache passed on to the one you love!

Because the local florist probably made a $40 bouquet when you paid for a $95 bouquet but they don’t know you paid that! I ordered two bouquets for my daughter for her birthday and both look absolutely awful and nothing like the pictures ProFlowers advertises. Total junk. Could get better flowers at a grocery store. I am a very honest person and I expect the same when I deal with business or anything else. This company should be reprimanded for their business behavior. If you are considering ordering from ProFlowers, take the amount of money you think you think you will spend, then double it. Now go light that money on fire. I only ordered from ProFlowers because they were the only place guaranteeing delivery on the Saturday before Mother's Day. I also figured if I make my order really simple, keeping it to just one flower, not even ProFlowers can screw it up. Find what I'm looking for, and thought the price was good. At checkout, the price almost doubled with hidden fees and a "Saturday Delivery" charge. Silly me, I thought I was getting a deal for a second there. Well... the flowers arrived wilted and dead on Monday. I'm normally not that person, but requesting a refund, we'll see how that adventure goes.

Every Mother’s Day I like to give my wife flowers. This year due to the self-quarantine I figured that I would buy a flower arrangement online and have them delivered. About a week prior to Mother’s Day I went on the ProFlowers website and picked out a nice bouquet. All of the delivery dates for Sunday, May 10th were taken so I chose to have them delivered on Saturday, May 9th. I was guaranteed that they would be at the home sometime between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm.
They never showed. About 10:00 pm I went on the website and clicked on the chat button. A window appeared and said that there was no one available to chat but I could call a phone number 24 hours a day. I called and was directed to customer care center clearly not in the United States. The person put me on hold for a few minutes to connect and confirm with the “local” flower shop. The person apologized, gave NO explanation as to why the flowers never appeared but stated that they would be delivered on Sunday, May 10th. They NEVER arrived. I called this morning to cancel the order and get a refund. At no time did I ever get a call, text or email from ProFlowers that things were running late or awry. I will NEVER buy from ProFlowers ever again. Such a sad experience!

I ordered a very specific, special bouquet of white lilies & white roses in a cobalt blue vase for a noon delivery in Philadelphia, PA to my daughter who was to be married on Saturday, April 25,2020. Obviously, with COVID-19, the wedding was postponed. Our family was gathering at 2 PM EDT via Zoom to wish bride and groom happy thoughts, some special music, a toast, and some fun. I was VERY specific when I ordered what I wanted and that if they could not guarantee me noon delivery by April 25, 2020, I did not want to place the order.
I was REPEATEDLY assured by Customer Service that I would be called when the delivery occurred and all would be fine. It certainly was not. I never rec'd a call and they sent an email late that evening. My daughter showed me what was sent and it definitely was not what I ordered. Why pay a high price for something special when they deliver whatever they wanted? It was like ordering a sleek, white gown and having a polka dot & plaid, multi-colored sun dress delivered. I can send pictures, if desired. I asked for a full refund and all the group sent me was their customer service policies and ultimately a coupon for 30%. I spoke to customer service until I was blue in the face. Why would I want to order again from Pro Flowers when I cannot be assured what I ordered would be delivered?
I do understand that sometimes substitutions may need to be made, but I would have expected a phone call asking permission and then a 30% (or more) reduction in the pricing that day. If you need to order flowers, call a local florist in the area you need to have flowers delivered. This company and their "policies" did not deliver. Most importantly, they sent much cheap flowers (like carnations and stock) in a cheap clear vase and charged me premium rates.

I have had nearly a decade of decent experience with ProFlowers. Orders were occasionally delayed by a day, but I had learned to set them to be delivered on Friday before Mother's Day in order to ensure they got there on Friday-Sunday. This last Mother's Day (2020) I had two different orders that flat out never arrived, one of which was tracked as delivered (Unfortunately for ProFlowers, I was at the address in question and could confirm with my own two eyeballs they were never delivered).
Waiting until the end of the day Friday, I called Saturday morning to check into my first order that was screwed up. After waiting 35 minutes on hold, the CS agent had zero access to any current tracking information, but was able to cancel. I waited until the end of the day Sunday to check on my other order out of state, and after calling my Grandma, I confirmed that unfortunately they did not arrive either. Another 30 minute phone call this morning, and I was refunded and the order was cancelled. Unfortunately, and COVID might be a factor here, I have zero faith in ProFlowers and will from now on be using local florists. Something has changed at ProFlowers, and has made it much, much worse.

I called to let them know and they kept me on hold for 36 minutes! They offered to have the same florist redeliver. Nope! I asked them to credit my son for the flowers. To be fair, the chocolates did arrive so he should not receive a credit for them. It's sad that people pay hard earned money for something that makes you feel sorry your children spent their cash on. I call Proflowers, they cannot give me any info, they have to call the florist. They call me back, the florist ran out of flowers. "Why did I get an email saying they were delivered then," I ask. The response was because of the pandemic. They sent me a delivered email because of the pandemic? No, they tried to say they were delivered so they could get the money without the product. 7:00 p.m. on the 8th and no delivery notification. Second call, wait to get through for 16 minutes, hang up. Third call, I press the "to make an order" key - boom, get another person that has difficulty speaking English. I ask her to look into my order, she tells me that she is unable to, so my husband pipes in and says "ok, can we triple the order?". She says she's happy to take the order, we ask a her to add to existing order...dead silence. Then continued repeating of "unable to do order", " no order number"...so I finally say "direct me to someone who can help". Transfer... Dead zone, I hit # 1 on keypad and get the "please hold, someone will be with you shortly." Wait time is 15 min.
Husband now takes over call because he's pissed... At this point I have to "simply say" that, 25 minutes later, they cancelled the order and sent an email stating it along with refund. 5 hours later and I've not seen the refund in bank account. I ordered 2 bouquets of flowers for Easter, one for my mother and one for my mother in-law. Because of Covid-19, I have not been able to see them in months and they were taking the holiday hard so I wanted to cheer them up. While the flowers themselves were pricey (I often buy gorgeous flowers from wholesalers, gardeners and Aldi for a 1/6 of the price). I figured they would be beautiful and it would be worth it since they said it would be delivered within days.
When I went to checkout, an additional $40 was tacked on for shipping and handling. Again, shocked by the price, but I figured it's the holidays during a pandemic, I'll let it slide. When I got a confirmation saying the flowers for my mother had been delivered, I texted her to check for a surprise on her porch...nothing. I was a little worried but figured I would wait it out a bit. A few hours later the flowers were delivered, but they looked pathetic. They were healthy enough flowers, but it looked like some kid just grabbed a bunch of stems and threw them in a vase - not even remotely arranged like the picture for the steep price tag.
That same day, my MIL's flowers were also supposed to be delivered (this was the Friday before Easter by the way). Nothing. I emailed the company and heard nothing back. I figured her flowers were going to be delivered Sat. Nothing. I reached out again. At this point I had already told my MIL to expect an Easter surprise and since this was honestly the only good thing to happen to her for weeks, she was very sad, clinging to any news about her surprise.
On Easter Sunday, I thought they had to arrive! Nothing. Continue this process of not receiving any flowers, reaching out to the company and hearing nothing back until Tuesday when I got a generic "sorry, your flowers will be delivered by today or earlier" (because that makes sense...) Lo and behold, they were not. I finally got an email back saying I could have a $10 off coupon for future purchases, and the flowers FINALLY arrived 5 days later; however, I am so displeased. No human being from the company has reached out to me. I received 2 generic, ** emails, late bogus flowers and paid a ridiculous amount of money for what probably cost them $20 maximum. I ordered my flowers last Friday, April 3rd for $78.81 to be delivered Wednesday, April 8th. I was extremely displeased with this order for the 5 below reasons:
2) I realize the flowers could be delivered up until 8pm the day of, but I was hoping since they were for a my girlfriend’s birthday they would be delivered before 6:45pm. Especially since I was told via chat by a customer service representative that they were on the truck before noon, yet they weren’t delivered until at least 7 hours later? Unacceptable
3) I received an email stating that my flowers had been delivered at 3:04pm, but did not actually receive them until 6:45pm – 3 hours & 40 minutes later, causing me to reach out to customer support again because the flowers were nowhere to be found. When I was called at 6:45pm, I was not at the house and it was raining. I told the delivery lady to put them on the porch in between the rocking chairs and she did not do so, which lead to even more diminished quality.
4) The Customer service representative I spoke to originally was extremely short, closed out the chat abruptly and then the second time I tried to speak with him he completely closed out the chat automatically when he saw my name.
5) The second customer service representative I spoke with confirmed that the florist would be sending a second order of flowers free of charge for my inconvenience before 8pm the day they were supposed to be delivered and they never arrived. False advertisement again.
I believe the 5 outlined reasons above warrant a full refund due to poor quality, false advertising, inconvenience in multiple instances. I still have yet to receive a refund or have anyone from the company reach out to me and it's been almost a week since I sent them an original email.

Ordered flowers for my mom for Easter. ProFlowers asks what zip code it's going to and then search the area to make sure there's a carrier there. They scanned the area, took the address & proceeded to charge my credit card around $65 for a $30 bouquet of flowers. I get it, it's Easter, I waited last minute so they sock it to you. I get an email the day they're supposed to deliver the flowers, "refund given, no carriers in the area".... What! They supposedly checked that out before accepting payment. They also stated can take 5 days for my credit card to be reimbursed. So now I have a charge on my card for 5 days & no flowers for mom on Easter! Not happy!

So disappointed with ProFlowers. I've ordered flowers to be delivered from several different companies before and will definitely be sticking with the others. I ordered the "best" ("good" vs "better" vs "best) option expecting it to be just as full as pictured...it wasn't even close. Then the color of the flowers were completely opposite of what I ordered, along with the type of flowers. They didn't even use sunflowers which is one of the reasons I ordered the bouquet I did.

Admittedly we are in the midst of a crisis created by the virus pandemic. Still, if a business accepts a payment for a service they are required to meet their commitment for a delivery or notify the purchaser that a problem has occurred that forces a delay. I received neither the same-day delivery, and after the promised time had expired four hours later, nor any notification as to why or when it will be delivered. This is not acceptable business practice.

I ordered flowers yesterday to be delivered yesterday to my daughter. I wanted and paid for same day delivery at her work, finally delivered today. No refund on extra money that I paid for same day delivery.

I've used ProFlowers several times. Their variety is about the same as other floral delivery services. I found their customer service to be much better than others that I use. However, they are pricey.

There are always issues. Address and location always determine the *actual* arrangement received by recipient, cost is NEVER what has been promoted by website, usually $25 additional fees and other charges. It's not worth it in the end and I no longer use any floral services for gifting.

Sent tulips to Mom for her birthday. They were fantastic and she was thrilled. They arrived right on time in perfect condition and lasted longer than expected. The color variety was very nice and it was a good mix of open and ready to open blooms. I’ll be back again.

My husband and I had ordered flowers for my sister birthday- 'Beautiful Spirit Bouquet' that costed us 78.88 USD. We live in India and she in New Jersey. When I called my sister to wish and also to see the flowers, I was horrified. The basket that was sent to her looked completely different and nothing like the photo on the ProFlowers website that we had ordered. I was not just disappointed but appalled by the callousness. There are some shocking pink and horribly coloured, green (not the natural colour) carnations in the Basket that are not seen in the photo that we had ordered. After paying so much, I felt cheated and will never order flowers again from ProFlowers.

The flower quality is good except on major holidays. The flowers I’ve received on Mother’s Day have wilted quickly on Mother’s Day, but they have lasted a long time on my anniversary. Customer service is always great.

On Valentine's Day my flowers arrived frozen and never recovered. I called customer support and asked for new flowers. They would not accept the request from the person who received the flowers even though I had the order number and tracking number. I had to send an email from my husband's email account since he had ordered the flowers -- Customer service promised to send a new bouquet and never did. I've told my husband never to use them again.

I am completely satisfied and delighted with my recent purchase from ProFlowers. I chose them because their pricing is reasonable and their selection of floral arrangements was extensive. I ordered a dozen red and pink roses in a vase, to be delivered to my mother on March 6, in honor of her 80th birthday. She lives several states away from me. She received the flowers on time and was very surprised and delighted with them, too. I talked to her yesterday (March 16) on the phone, and she gushed that the roses are still beautiful and fresh, and that in fact they have bloomed to over 4" across. I will definitely be using ProFlowers for all of my future floral needs! 5 stars!

Pro Flowers really messed up my order this time. The flower arrangement was supposed to of have been delivered on a Saturday. My sister's birthday was on Sunday. When they didn't arrive by 6pm I called them and they said they couldn't deliver them until Monday even though my order confirmed Saturday delivery. When they did arrive on Monday it was missing a Teddy Bear that I paid for to be added extra to the arrangement. Sure, they offered to refund the price for the bear and discount my order but that didn't help the fact that my sister didn't receive her gift until after her birthday.

Pro Flowers did a great job delivering my order to my wife at the PHL Int'l Airport. I experienced some confusion with customer service knowing "IF" the order could be delivered-this happened way before this COVID-19 Virus!-And getting the customer service rep to understand the discount coupons I was trying to use. All in all, not a bad experience which resulted in a better experience later that night. "If you know what I mean"?

Love it. Great experience. Eatable arranged given to me from my sister after surgery. It was still fresh days later. The price was great. It was easy to order. I've had many Friends who has ordered the same thing and it was fairly easy to do.
