    If you want your flowers delivered DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I ordered flowers to be delivered to a funeral in enough time and I did not get a call until the day AFTER the funeral stating they did not deliver. Heart breaking!

    Would give a negative 5 to 10!! Did not receive the arrangement I ordered! Called. Was told they would fix [resend] the correct arrangement. Never happened! Do not use them ... They did send flowers not even close to the size or colors ordered and they were dry.

    Placed a order over a week ahead of time, no flowers were delivered. I call when it showed they were delivered and they had them re delivered the next day except they did not show up that day either. Horrible service, don't know what happens they use to be reliable. What a shame.

    I would give zero stars if I could. My order said it was delivered. It was a sympathy arrangement (deluxe) and 5 days after when I never heard from the recipient, I inquired only to hear she never received them. I feel like I was scammed. I filled out the request for them to be redelivered, but now the timing is completely off, and this whole thing has become a headache. I feel like I was just scammed, and I will 100 percent never use this company ever again. Call your local florist.

    The flowers that were delivered were not what the picture on the website was. I spent over 80 dollars on the flowers and they only refunded me 14.23. I have been going back and forth with their customer service and been given the runaround. They said they would re deliver the flowers on Tuesday. No flowers, called back. Said they would deliver Wednesday. No flowers. Called again. Now they are telling me that the florist says the flowers delivered were the same as the picture and refuse to refund me my money. This is a horrible experience and I out the money I spent. I will never order from ProFlowers again and I have told all my colleagues about this and they have seen what I ordered and what was delivered and they are shocked that the florist thinks it's acceptable. They need to be accountable and should take off their website that they provide customer satisfaction.

    Ordered flowers on 2/4, recipient never received though the driver claims it was dropped off. Files a complaint and the company did nothing to investigate. I suppose they were betting on me forgetting. It’s now the 17, I demanded a refund and they claim they’ll refund. Not holding my breath.

    My husband ordered a flower for Valentine's Day to be delivered on Saturday the 14th today's Pryor we got a random call from a person saying that they were trying to deliver the flowers on Thursday two days prior. We told them to deliver on the proper day so on Saturday we woke up two flowers at the door with no text or notification that they had been delivered so they were sitting out in the heat. Pretty sure my flowers were just sitting in a box somewhere because when I opened the roses they were wilted burned and looked like they had been barely surviving in a box for two days. This was not the experience we paid for this was not the quality we paid for and even the delivery date was incorrect. We do not recommend this place the quality the service are both lacking. The other flowers we got as well as the roses are all a very poor quality. For context my husband does buy me flowers at least once a week and I can have them last a very long time these were already dead out of the box. Such a waste of money! Photos for proof.

    I arranged four days in advance for lilies to arrive the day prior to Valentine's Day. After not arriving at that day or the subsequent day, ProFlowers said it could not cancel my order because the flowers were on their way. They arrived wilted on the 16th. No refund option offered. These weren’t cheap and I’m sure were through third party but their customer service made entirely impossible to solve the obvious problem.

    I could have made a better arrangement myself from my local supermarket for $30. Completely disappointed. Description included a succulent which was special. Tiny already dying 3 days in. No succulent. Spent $90. Do not use this company. The first photo is what was ordered. The second is what we received. The nicer one is from my hubby but give you an idea of size.

    I never write reviews but this experience is so bad I’m creating an account to write this. I ordered Valentine's flowers 3 weeks in advance and they were not delivered. They are getting delivered two days late on February 16th. These flowers are sitting at a USP and aren’t in water and will arrive not fresh. I’m NEVER using this company again. If you need to send flowers for a special occasion for an important date do NOT trust this company. I had no heads up or warning. HORRIBLE experience.

    I received floral bouquet in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. I am not sure where the florist is that put it together… Frescha, did not think you could kill them BUT they were all brown and dead. Roses half alive! My daughter in law who sent them started crying. She ordered the large version this was small at best and dead. Your company offered $10.00. That is unacceptable. You should be ashamed of this service. 2 sticks.

    Waited all day on Valentines Day for my wife’s flowers. Status showed as deliverable before 8:00 pm all afternoon. I finally call at 8:45. Find out after sitting on hold forever that the florist canceled the order because they had drivers issues. Their solution was to deliver on the 17th and give me $20 off the cost. I demanded a full refund and did not want the flowers. Two main issues - why didn’t they notify me early that they would not be able to deliver. I also wanted to know who the local florist was that canceled the order. They absolutely refuse to acknowledge either question. They definitely lost a long time customer.

    Terrible quality, unbelievable hidden fees and customer service that provides false information. Proflowers ruined Valentines Day. Flowers arrived day before Valentines day with almost $30.00 in delivery fees. One carnation was dead, one Lily stem broken and the buds for the other Lilies were tiny. It looked like someone who didn't know what they were doing threw it together. Called customer service who said 30% discount and new flowers would arrive on Valentine's Day. That did not happen. Ruined our day. Don't use this company, just terrible on the front end and back end.

    My mom ordered me flowers for Valentine’s Day on 2/12 before she left town, and unbeknownst to her, my office was closed that Friday 2/13. I have now spoken with THREE “customer service representatives.” Each time they “confirm” the updated address I give them, but it’s apparently never input into the system, I have yet to receive the flowers still. It’s really just very irritating that they acted like they changed but that have not.. I would just spend a couple more dollars for a better service team!

    Ordered Valentine's day (on a Saturday this year) flowers to be delivered the Friday before. Got a notice at 5:30pm Friday that they couldn't ship the flowers and instead will deliver Monday. I asked them to ship Saturday instead. They refused and insisted on Monday. Wasn't able to cancel the order over phone without being repeatedly put on hold with their out of country call center. Ended up finding a "something wrong with your order link." Instead of canceling they offered a free upgrade and apology note when the flowers delivered on Monday, to which I insisted they cancel the order. Just got confirmation that it is being canceled and refunded. My wife doesn't want an apology and flowers two days late.

    Made an order for Valentine's Day for my wife to receive flowers and chocolates and today at 2pm they sent an email saying it would not be delivered until Monday. Problem is my wife doesn't work weekdays, only weekends. In the email it said they would change address if needed. So I replied with home address only to be told by email it was too late to change the address. Called customer support and ask for full refund and to cancel my order. They said because shipping was already confirmed the could not cancel order but they would change address. Offered $ 10 off order was it. I mean I guess I paid $120 for Presidents day flowers for my wife.

    The pictures portrayed on their site do not appear to remotely represent what will be sent on your behalf. I find their site to be an egregious misrepresentation of what you're buying. In my particular case, had they properly represented what was actually sent, I would have upgraded and spent more. Do not entrust your delivery to these people.

    Every year, my husband has flowers delivered to me for Valentine's Day. We live in a cold climate, for reference, but the last 3 years, my flowers have shown up late and frozen. Because of this, the stems are always wilted. This year, my bouquet was also supposed to have at least 15 sunflowers. We only received 10. Proflowers has given us a full refund each time we have complained, but we still ended up with a horrible bouquet.

    I ordered a dozen red roses and a vase for my fiancé for Valentine’s Day. What she received was a box with several broken and bent stems that are sure to die quickly. The roses didn’t even have a scent. I called to complain, but I got some guy from India who couldn't comprehend that I wanted QUALITY roses. I spent 45 minutes on hold and just gave up. I will never use ProFlowers again!

    Awful!! Giving a one star rating is being generous. I used them instead of a local florist because of the inclement weather and local businesses shut down. The flowers, which I paid over $100 for, arrived 3 days late, brown and wilted. I had actually contacted them before the delivery hoping to be proactive and was told another arrangement would be shipped. Surprise! No fresh arrangement, no effort to make their product right. I was embarrassed to send someone dear something that looked so bad.

    Their resolution - I get a whopping $23 refund. Unbelievable this is their best customer service. **Update - I was contacted by customer service for a resolution. I returned the call and their replacement can't be shipped until the 17th - 12 days from now?! Sad. An order put on on January 30th can not be remediated until the 17th of February for a birthday that was February 1st. I wonder if I were to call and place a new order and shoved out more money if I would have to wait 12 days for shipment or if the flowers would even be fresh.

    I ordered a beautiful orchid arrangement through ProFlowers. The delivery date was going to be two days after I placed the order, a day after the recipient's birthday, but I figured that was my fault for not ordering sooner. The orchid did not arrive on the expected date so I called ProFlowers. I was told the delivery service is UPS, and there is virtually nothing ProFlowers can do about the delivery. UPS was in charge of the delivery. The flowers arrived two days after the promised delivery date, and the recipient said they arrived frozen. She texted me photos and the flower arrangement looked pathetic. Obviously ruined.

    I called ProFlowers and insisted on a full refund. They offered me another delivery instead of a refund but at that point I was done, after three phone calls and my recipient waiting 3 days for flowers to arrive. They could provide no assurance that the next delivery would be any better. I won't order again from ProFlowers since they have no control over delivery. I'll stick with local florists, who are more reputable and more service-minded. UPS delivery in winter for fragile flowers, really? Whose idea was that??

    Horrible flowers and customer service. I spent over 90$ on flowers for my mother's birthday. She received a ugly bouquet that look absolutely nothing like what pictured and a bouquets. I wouldn't have spent more than 10 dollars on with broken flowers. I was told they would resend her flowers and they guaranteed she would be happy with the new arrangement or I would get a full refund if she wasn't.

    Her birthday came and went. No flowers. The next day I spoke with them and they said they won't redeliver and offered me only 30% back. I had to fight with a representative then after 10 minutes of arguing he offered 40%. I asked to speak with a manager which he refused to do and after another 10 minutes of arguing he finally said he'd give a full refund. Now my mother has nothing but a ugly flower arrangement that honestly was trash. Do NOT trust this company for ANY occasion. They will ruin it.

    I ordered flowers for my friend’s birthday. I was charged an additional fee to ensure that my friend received the flowers on her Birthday. I contacted Proflowers several times to get a status of the flowers and was told the flowers were delivered. The flowers were never delivered. I was so disappointed. When I contacted them the next day I was told that they would give me a discount and deliver them the next day. I cancelled the flowers. My friend never received the flowers at all and I still have not received my refund. I am so disappointed in this company.

    Proflowers.com used to be a better company, but they have gone way downhill. The last two arrangements I sent arrived looking nothing at all like what I had ordered - wrong flowers and wrong colors. Proflowers refunded me 30% and did nothing to correct the problem.

    This was an awful experience. Purchased a 'Premium' arrangement and paid for same day delivery. They emailed that evening stating the recipient was not home. This is a business and we were open! I emailed them to deliver the next morning or cancel and refund. Late the next afternoon, a very small, half wilted arrangement was delivered. I complained and asked for a refund. They emailed that they refunded $18. The order was $85! I would not use this service!

    I ordered a Deluxe Sympathy Bouquet for next day delivery for Dec 30. The day it was to be delivered I got a message stating they were not able to deliver until January 2. On January 2, I got an email stating they did not have the flowers in stock but could do a comparable bouquet for that price point. I agree to the substitution, but only if they had lilies available as it is a sympathy arrangement. I received an email confirmation. The bouquet was delivered on the third not the second. The arrangement is completely different from what I ordered. Not a single flower is correct let alone the color scheme. The type of flowers are comparable to a grocery store bouquet. I received a $19 refund on the over $100 bouquet. Absolutely unacceptable and will never be using them again. Photo attached.

    Ordered same day delivery to my girlfriend’s business. They tried to deliver to the wrong place, the wrong place told them to go next door — never delivered. My girlfriend’s business was open the entire day and she was there all day. It’s an 800 square foot bar basically… Proof of delivery is a picture of flowers outside so zoomed in all you see is it behind some wall in like a corner. Who delivers flowers outside of the business on the ground in a corner?? Also, no $20 teddy bear (lol) in the picture as well that I purchased. When you call it’s all outsourced and all they say to you is “I see it’s delivered, nothing we can do”. Can’t get anyone from the company itself on the phone. Not one to leave reviews but everyone needs to know what they’re dealing with ordering here…

    Horrible. I ordered flowers on 12/7/25 for delivery on 12/22/25. One order did not look close to the picture, downsized after I paid extra for an upgrade and the second delivery never was delivered. They lied and sent pictures from another date and the house was not the home it was to be delivered to. I was given 3 different dates. The flowers were delivered with the same picture of the wrong home. ProFlowers would not divulge the name of the florist that they gave the job to. I was told that a letter of apology and upgrade would be delivered the next day and guess what - Same picture taken on 12/22/25 of the wrong home. Stay away!!!!

    Horrible, I will never order from them again. I ordered funeral flowers and received a completely different arrangement and color. I paid $350 worth of flowers and got the smallest arrangement worth about $120. This is false advertising.... I am very upset and disappointed. They were notified and only credit me $95, they should have reimbursed me at 100%. A complete rip off. I will never use them.

    The Christmas floral arrangement delivered to my family out of state was beautiful and delivered QUICKLY - reason for 4 stars is because the flowers were delivered three days EARLY meaning they would not still be fresh at Christmas! Customer Services was fantastic though and they re-shipped the same arrangement on the correct date. But I can't give 5 stars due to Pro Flowers fulfillment initially ignoring my delivery date. If the recipients had been out of town until the date chosen for delivery the arrangement would have been in very sad shape by the time they arrived home. Timing is everything...

    The flowers I ordered were terrible! When I called the next day they promised a new delivery with an upgrade to be delivered the next day. They did not deliver! I called each day for 8 days and each day was promised delivery. They did NOT deliver. I spoke to 3 different supervisors who promised the same and still no delivery! I finally gave up and asked for a refund, which they said they were "delighted to inform me" of my refund! I ordered through AARP and will be sure to tell them that they should not be associated with ProFlowers. What a disappointment especially to the recipient!

    I ordered Gingerbread bakery bouquet, but instead I received another set of flowers in a tin red vase. The roses and the white carnations were Not Fresh. I called the 800 number but seemed it was out of the country. Barely understood the man. He said he would replace it to the original order. But I Never received the gingerbread bakery bouquet. I’m disappointed and annoyed. Do not order from this place.

    If I could give this company negative stars, I would. I searched Google for “pet-friendly bouquets” and, after researching several options, chose ProFlowers’ “Weekend in the Hamptons” deluxe bouquet in the marble vase. Only after placing my order did the website finally list the specific flowers included—at which point I discovered that two of them are toxic to cats.

    I immediately called ProFlowers to cancel the order and request a full refund. The first customer service representative told me he could issue a refund but the bouquet would still be delivered. When I confirmed that would be acceptable, he then changed his answer and said he could only offer a 30% refund. Confused and frustrated, I allowed the order to proceed. The bouquet arrived today and was extremely disappointing. It looked like something I could purchase for $15 at a grocery store, despite paying over $100. It was sparse, mostly greenery, with wilted flowers, and it did not arrive in the marble vase as advertised. It was neither full nor “deluxe” in any sense.

    I called customer service again to report these issues. One representative hung up on me mid-call. After calling back, I finally reached another representative who again offered only a 30% refund. I stood firm and insisted on a full refund. I later received an email stating that I should receive my refund within 1–3 business days. If I do not receive the full refund, I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. I am incredibly disappointed and disgusted by the misleading advertising, poor product quality, and unacceptable customer service. Do not use this company.

    I ordered the Premium Gingerbread Bakery Bouquet arrangement for Christmas but the flowers were delivered in a clear plain glass vase. It was supposed to be a vase that looked like a gingerbread house with 2 candy canes in the flowers. Luckily, my son sent me a picture so I know to NEVER order from ProFlowers again. I gave 2 stars because the actual flowers looked ok. I did call Customer Service but he was clearly in another country, had a very thick accent, and did not understand my original order despite me giving him the order number. I have attached photos of what I ordered vs. what was sent. Very disappointing. Never again.

    I ordered flowers yesterday to be sent today as a special thank you for someone who did something really special for me. I paid extra to make sure they were delivered today. At the end of the day today I received an email from ProFlowers saying they were sorry they couldn’t deliver them on time and I thought well if they can bring them tomorrow morning I’m OK with that. Not only was that not possible but they said they’ll get them there on the 22nd which is four days later. That is completely unacceptable. I can’t get in touch with anybody.     Recently ordered 2 sympathy bouquets for my daughters. I chose the arrangement because the vase was a beautiful blue and I thought it would be a nice keepsake. The first one arrived in a clear vase with blue floral foam and the second one hasn't arrived yet....even though it was supposed to be delivered 12/17/25. Big disappointment.     I had flowers sent to my mom for her birthday while she is on vacation. What I ordered vs what she received is completely different, and unacceptable. I ordered a vibrant, colorful bouquet, and what she got is a dark, drab looking bunch of flowers that look like they're on their last leg. I reached out to the company and they offered to re-deliver, and still nothing. Not to mention, the representative I spoke with was in a BIG rush to end the conversation. I'm 100% dissatisfied with both the product and the customer service, and I will never order from this company again. And I will tell everyone I know about this experience.

    Two days late, delivered upside down and damaged. It was a pretty enough arrangement, but the flowers were so damaged that many had broken. The vase was too small- really just a glass. The arrangement arrived two days late, and had clearly been in transit/sitting. The flowers were all wilted. When the purchaser contacted the company, they didn’t want to make it right.

    I ordered the largest botanical dream bouquet which should have included many flowers that were not in the arrangement. I sent this to a dear friend who just lost her sister tragically and I couldn’t be more disappointed in the bouquet that she received. In the picture for the botanical dream bouquet that is advertised on ProFlowers website included roughly 4 to 5 purple roses, lime, green and fuchsia colored carnations, and small light orange flowers within a variety of other flowers, including a succulent. My friend’s bouquet had one purple rose, and none of the other flowers that I mentioned above. Not even one. I will never order flowers from flowers again! They are a pure scam!

    I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent experience ordering flowers through ProFlowers. I specifically chose your company because I wanted to avoid ordering from 1-800-Flowers or FTD, both of which I have had poor experiences with in the past. Unfortunately, I later discovered that ProFlowers is affiliated with FTD, and this experience turned out to be just as unsatisfactory as my previous ones.

    The main issue lies in the misleading product representation on your website. The arrangement I ordered looked nothing like the one that was delivered. It is clear that your company partners with local florists who often cannot reproduce the arrangements shown online. What’s worse, there seems to be no effective or empathetic effort made to resolve these issues when customers reach out for help.

    If the actual arrangements cannot match the advertised images, then your company should find a more transparent way to present what customers can realistically expect. Even displaying individual flower types rather than a stylized bouquet would be more honest. Customers, including myself, make purchases based on the photos and representations shown online. When you advertise a specific design, it sets an expectation that the final product will look similar. This is basic consumer trust — much like ordering a custom cake that matches the design pictured.

    When customers spend their money on a specific arrangement, they should either receive that product or be told up front if it cannot be produced. Otherwise, prices should reflect the uncertainty in what will be delivered, or refunds should be promptly issued when expectations aren’t met. To make matters worse, when I called customer service, the representative I spoke with sounded completely indifferent to my concern. As someone who has worked in customer service for many years, I understand how challenging it can be to handle repeated complaints. However, professionalism requires that every customer be treated with empathy and respect — something I did not experience.

    This was an especially upsetting situation because the flowers were meant as a sympathy gesture following a loss. The poor quality of the arrangement and the lack of care from your support team made an already difficult situation even worse. I am extremely dissatisfied, will not recommend your service, and will never order from ProFlowers again. Please take this feedback seriously — your company must do better.

    How I wish that I had read the reviews before purchasing from this seller. I had sunflowers delivered to my father-in-law's celebration of life. I paid for 15 stems and paid extra for a copper vase. I wrote a poem and spent a lot of money. The flowers arrived. The poem and card of who it was from did not. They were not arranged and the vase was too small. They kept falling over because the flowers were too heavy. The copper vase was flimsy at best. When I notified them, they offered to give me a 30% discount. That was $21. The arrangement was $103. When I asked them about their math, they stated that the 30% would have been off of the smallest arrangement and no extras such as the copper vase. I will never order from them again, and neither should you.

    I ordered flowers for delivery the next day. The flowers were NOT delivered and no one bothered to contact me concerning the delay, even though I had submitted the info for updates. How can a company write on their website and I quote, “orders maybe delivered on or before the selected delivery date”…it says NOTHING about after scheduled delivery date. When I inquired at 7p regarding the delivery, I was given a UPS tracking number, this was NEVER provided via email.     Ordered a bday flower arrangement for same day delivery. Post order I got an order#. However confirmation email had a diff order # so I could not track my order. When I called them, they said they give 2 order #s per order. Like why??, 1 for customer and 1 for them. Guess which one they track??? Theirs!! So good luck to customers trying to track their order. You have to call them, give sender and recipient info to get order status as the website does not have order status. What craziness! After spending 115$, they did not even put who sent the flower arrangement for the recipient to know who sent it. I personally think for the $$ I spent, the service was horrible and they better start tracking 1 order number so a customer and they tracking same #. I will never ever use Proflowers again!!

    Flowers were never delivered on my girlfriend's birthday on 6/19. I paid extra for same day delivery that never happened. They promised delivery next day. It's now 2:30 pm and no flowers. After I insisted, they reached out to florist but got busy signal. They said they were only allowed to reach out once and could not follow up. Wtf. They also would not give me florist name or number.     Happy [fill in the blank], love! What better to express my gratitude and love than having a bunch of stems of your favorite spring flowers (which we can’t grow at home) delivered. Imagine our surprise when ProFlowers comes through with this droopy, half dead bouquet. I contacted their customer service and they were happy to resend a replacement bouquet. Two problems. 1) The replacement was worse than the original. Even the leaves were brown and petals falling off and some blooms were rotting. It didn’t help that the box was delivered blooms-side down. The greatest faux pas? 2) The card/note in the replacement bouquet box was not the same requested for (and included with) the original order. Well, they were shipped in the mail, and sat in transit until Tuesday night! The flowers were obviously dead by the time they arrived.     Definitely unhappy with ProFlowers. On Valentine's Day my husband ordered a $100 bouquet of flowers to be delivered. When the DoorDash flower delivery person came to my door, he said that it had fallen over in his car and the vase had broken and that he needed to go back to the florist and get a new arrangement. He then handed me the card that was written to go with the flowers. He never ever showed back up. I should have asked to just have the flowers, as I have plenty of vases. The card was blank. Instead of putting my husband's message on the card that he paid for, they left his message on one of the free little papers that come with flowers. So that was disappointing as well.

    I contacted DoorDash who was no help and I contacted ProFlowers who did refund me for the order, but I requested to be contacted regarding the matter and they never had anyone call me back. For a company who prided themselves on making the customer happy, I was really displeased with their resolution. I would have loved to have gotten my flowers.

    When they gave me the option of taking a new arrangement, they refused to take off the extra (I think around $20) charge for the Valentine's Day delivery so I took the refund instead. I worked for ProFlowers years ago and in a case like this, they would have not only sent flowers but also refunded the sender if not the whole amount then certainly the delivery fee. I will no longer be ordering from them. I used to tell everyone to use them, but not anymore. They need to ditch DoorDash and deliver their own flowers again. That was a huge issue with this. I spent so much time on the phone trying to have them locate this driver and they were no help. Said I needed to know what florist he was at. How would I know? That is something they should be able to figure out by my address.

I eventually got a customer service person who said, "don't worry, the flowers will be delivered before 9:00 pm." They were going to a young child and I asked for early delivery. This is not what you expect when you’re paying premium prices for a special occasion. The company claims to have a satisfaction guarantee, but they didn’t honor it. I ordered flowers for my Mother-in-Law in plenty of time for Mother's Day, scheduled to be delivered on Saturday before the holiday. They arrived three days late, even though they sent messages telling me the flowers had been delivered. They arrived completely dead. What an insult ... dead flowers to my Mother-in-Law for Mother's Day! It was worse than if she had received nothing at all. And, to add further insult they refunded me $38 on a $119 invoice. They were very firm about that. So, I appealed to my credit card company to reverse the charges; no problem. Please do not patronize this company, you will probably regret it.     I’d give negative 100 stars if I could. I ordered flowers for my daughter to be delivered 4 days before her birthday. When they did not arrive on the 15th, I called ProFlowers Customer service. They told me they would get the flowers there on the 16th. When they did not arrive on the 16th, I called customer service. They told me they would get them there by the 17th. Once again, no flowers. Today is my daughter‘s birthday. It is the first birthday that we have been apart and the flowers are the only gift I sent her to wish her love and happiness on her birthday. It is now early on the 18th (her birthday). I’m hoping the flowers arrive but know there’s little chance. The repeated calls and e-mails to customer service for the last three days have destroyed my hope. This was the first time using pro flowers and I will never ever ever use them again. Neither should you.

    Oh how I wish I'd read reviews before choosing not to order from my regular local florist. NEVER AGAIN. The Mother's Day flowers I ordered 2 weeks in advance showed up 3 days late, literally ROTTING in the box (as in, stinking, brown, and slimy), and completely incorrect. I ordered a large anemone arrangement in a glass vase. I received 2 bouquets of mostly roses and other unidentifiable, rotting vegetation. I could have gotten better flowers at the grocery store, and at least they would have been somewhat fresh. I called customer service and they tried to summarize my issue with "wilted flowers" and offered me a 20% refund. I told them that was unacceptable and that I would be speaking to someone who could take me seriously. They then offered to send a replacement. Ha!     ProFlowers is the most inept operation in the world of business. I ordered flowers online for my mother for Mother’s Day. That order was placed on April 29th and originally scheduled to be delivered on Wednesday, May 7th. The 1st email came midday on May 7th telling me that the flowers could not be delivered on that day and that they would be delivered on Friday, May 9th. There was no reason nor explanation given as to why they could not be delivered. The second email came on Thursday, May 8th, telling me that the flowers could not be delivered on May 9th and that the new delivery date would be May 12th. This email told me that they would call the recipient, my mother, and apologize to them directly for the dely. Again, there was no explanation as to why this was being delayed again, nor did that phone call ever happen.

    On Monday, May 12th, I received an email from ProFlowers at noon (MST) stating that, once again, the flowers would not be delivered and that, now, they would be delivered on Tuesday, May 13th, or would I like to cancel my order, yet again with no explanation as to why. This is when I decided to call and find out exactly what is going on. I could not get a straight answer out of anyone over the phone. I received an apology and kept being asked if I was ok that the flowers would be delivered on the 13th or possibly the 14th. After much metaphorical pushing and pulling, and a bit of yelling, I managed to get one individual to tell me that they could not find a local florist in the area to deliver the flowers. Funny, I said, as I pulled up three of them within a 4-mile radius of the address while on the phone with them. I just want to know “why” they cannot get this done, even though Mom’s Mother’s Day has already been tainted.

    After a bit more pulling and pushing, I get a different individual to explain to me that the floral arrangement that I order has flowers in it that are not available at the local florist there. Wow, I said, this could have been remedied in a timely manner with a phone call, and I could have adjusted My selection. Why was I not called? No answer. I was offered a 10% discount, WOW… what an insult. I was then offered a 50% discount, better but still insulting in my opinion. I didn’t want a discount. I wanted flowers delivered to my mother. My Mother does not live in the middle of nowhere. She lives in a growing, bustling area. I cancelled the order, and I have sworn off ever using ProFlowers again. I was given the option to have a florists’ choice bouquet delivered on the 13th at no cost. Sure, I said.

    Then after sitting on hold, I was told they could not get that done either and that they would need to have it done through FedEx or UPS and that it will now be delivered on the 14th. At this point I am just baffled by the inability of a flower delivery company to get flowers delivered and the inability to communicate in this modern world. A call to me would have sufficed at the time of the first email and even the second as I would have made an adjustment to my choice.     I placed a delivery order for May 13th, which was delayed to May 14th without notice. The delay email offered the option to cancel for a full refund, which I promptly requested—but the refund was never processed. When I called, multiple agents couldn’t locate my order or resolve the issue, and I was passed around with no resolution.     I ordered flowers for my stepmom for Mother's Day. I got a message the next day that they were unable to find a local florist who was able to fill the order and said that they would refund. I wrote an acknowledgement email, to which they responded with an apology, said they had resolved the issue and would deliver the next day and with an upgraded bouquet for which I sent a thank you email in response. I called my stepmom on Mother's day and she reported that she had not received the flowers on Friday (the day the company said they would) and still on Sunday had not. I then received and apology notice via email on the Monday following that they weren't able to service my order because they were unable to find a local florist they could use and that they had issued a refund.

    I wrote back inquiring about their plan for future orders to my hometown zip code (whether they were doing anything to gain relationships with the local florists, etc.) and I got a repeat standard apology message with the statement about refunds being made but not posted on my credit card for up to 3 business days, etc. This would indicate that they either didn't read my email or didn't care to be responsive to the questions therein. I won't be bothered to order from them in the future due to the apparent insincerity regarding customer inquiries and resolving issues related to zip codes they likely are not able to service. It seems that they are more interested in holding on to the sale than being honest with a customer regarding their limitations.

    I did recommend in my email that they maintain a list of rural and remote areas that they are likely to be unable to service in a timely manner so that the customer is aware upfront that they are likely better off calling the local florist directly themselves. Given their lack of response, I can only surmise that they have no interest in serving rural communities and/or they don't think it's worth it to develop relationships with florists in rural areas of the country. I would recommend that anyone attempting to send flowers to someone in a rural community should call the local florist directly or if they have a website to use that directly rather than go through this company.

    I ordered a flower arrangement for my mother for Mother's Day in early April. I requested that it be delivered on the Friday before Mother's Day. It was not delivered. I called on Saturday the 10th, Sunday the 11th, Monday the 12th and now on Tuesday the 13th. Each day I was told that it was "Out for Delivery" and each day it was not delivered.     I ordered some flowers through them for Mother's Day and the address ended up being incorrect after I had called customer service to confirm that the information was correct. The flowers were not delivered to my mother. I contacted their customer service on Mother's Day and I was told that they would be delivered to my mother the next day. The next day I got an email saying that they couldn't do so and to call them for options, one of which would be too be delivered 2 days later. When I called them again, there was an obvious language barrier because I had to repeat myself multiple times. They then told me that they would try to get the flowers sent in 3 days instead of 2. When I told them that the email said that the arrangement would be upgraded with a slightly modified card apologizing for the day, the representative completely ignored the upgrade that was indicated in that email. At this point, I'm highly doubtful that the flowers will ever be delivered, much less a decent quality. It's absolutely ridiculous how they treat their customers.

    My mother ordered me flowers for Mother's day. I didn't know this. I did not receive a voicemail, text or email from ProFlowers to let me know I had flowers delivered. Sunday evening I realized there was a package outside my door. The flowers were half dead and the vase was full of baby cockroaches. I had to throw the box, the flowers and the vase in the trash. My mother was told that the flowers would be delivered Friday and then she received another message that they were delivered Saturday. I was never told about any of it. I tried to call customer service but they refuse to help me because I don't have the order number. Of course I don't have an order number because I did not order them!!! The flowers were awful and the customer service is even worse. Never again with ProFlowers!!!

    I received the flowers one day before Mother's Day. 3 were dead on arrival, the petals falling off when I took them out of the box. 3 had their head broken off from the stems. A couple were so droopy that they never revived. It is now the day after Mother's Day and the rest are dead and in the garbage. My kids spent good money to send these. What a ripoff this company is.

As Mother's Day started coming to a close, I realize that the flowers were never delivered, which left me scrambling around to local flower shops in order to have something delivered to my mother (My mother lives in Florida, I live in New Jersey). Any who I was able to find a local shop and paid almost quadruple the price.

    Horrible Experience – Unreliable Service and Useless Customer Support. I placed an order for flowers on May 8th specifically to be delivered on May 11th for Mother’s Day. This was a very important gift for someone special, and I made sure to order in advance to avoid any last-minute issues. Despite this, the flowers never arrived. Not on May 11th. Not even the next day. Just nothing.

    I contacted customer service and was incredibly frustrated to learn that their entire support team is based overseas (in India), and no one seemed capable of actually resolving my issue. I was passed around multiple times, given vague responses, and finally offered a partial refund along with an offer to deliver the flowers two days late. Why on earth would anyone want to receive Mother’s Day flowers on May 13th? The entire point was to make that day special.

    This company clearly has no regard for customer satisfaction or quality service. After this experience, I went back and looked at their reviews—and I wish I had done so sooner. There are so many complaints just like mine. This seems to be a pattern. Save yourself the disappointment and stress. I will never use this company again.

    Ordered flowers for Mother's Day a week before Mother's Day and received a call on Friday the day they were to be delivered to reverify address. I was out of the country and got back on Mother's Day to call and find out that they needed the address again. My mother's has lived in her home for 30 years so there was definitely no mix up or confusion on our end submitting my order. Spoke with customer service and they could not confirm if they would be delivered or not on her special day. I said if they were not delivered today that I would not pay for them.     I ordered flowers on 5/2/25 for delivery on 5/7/25. This was for my sister's birthday on 5/7/25. Late afternoon/early evening on 5/7 I called Proflowers to inquire the dellvery status and was told flowers were out for delivery. A short while later I rec an email from Proflowers stating a delivery attempt was made but no one was home so they did not leave the flowers. Really??I then called Proflowers Customer Service again and was told flowers were not left because of heavy rain. My sister confirmed there was no rainy condition at her house whatsoever.     Horrible customer service! I called to confirm my order because I did not receive my order number, however payment was processing in my account. When I called the rep could not locate my order by my phone number, so I asked her to search by recipient. She was able to locate and let me know it wasn’t processed for some reason and I’d receive my money back in up to five days. She the went on to tell me I could try to place my order again online.

    I asked to speak to manager and she put me on hold only to tell me that the manager did not need to speak to me because she’d say the same thing. I let her know that was not a good business practice and I would be writing this review. She immediately transferred me to her manager who let me know that I would get a refund in up to five days but they did not take my money… then why am I waiting for a refund? I went on to let her know I was not concerned about the money I had already placed the order with another company. However I was extremely disappointed in their lack of customer service. Do better!!

    I am the gift recipient of this AWFUL quality company. Once, my brother ordered flowers in February and they were left outside to freeze in 22 degree below weather. I called and they wouldn't send replacement. I told him to never order from them again. 2nd order from a friend after surgery I had. The tulips/iris' never opened up - looked like WEEDS.     On April 8th I pre-ordered an Anniversary bouquet for my wife to be delivered on April 9th to her place of employment in Perry Ga, when she walked in the door after work on the 9th with no flowers I asked what happened, she said no flower delivery. I called ProFlowers.com customer service and found out they were not delivered, no reason just not delivered, the customer service rep said he would give me a credit of $10 towards my next order, I told him not necessary because there would be no next order ever.     I am a long time customer. I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday 18 days in advance on 3/10/25 to be delivered on 3/28/25. Proflowers waited until 3/27/25, the day before delivery date to ship flowers and shipped the flowers via UPS Ground with a 3 -5 day delivery. Delivery is now scheduled for 3/31/25.     I have been a Proflowers customer for over 15 years. No more. I have a sick friend in the hospital. I ordered flowers for him and was assured they would be delivered the next day. Then he was moved to another hospital. I called Proflowers to tell them about the move. They assured me the flowers would still be delivered the next day. Then at 5:00 PM today they called to tell me the florist they contracted with to deliver the flowers has a policy NOT to deliver unless they have a room number or department. Since they didn't have the room number they decided not to make the delivery.

    So... why didn't the florist call me? Why didn't Proflowers know this? Why didn't Proflowers call me earlier? If that florist won't make the delivery, why didn't they call another florist? This is a city hospital -- we have loads of florists. All I got for an answer was "I understand how you feel, Jennifer ." and "I'm sorry for the inconvenience, Jennifer." I lost it. This is not just an inconvenience. This is bad service. So then they offered me a partial refund. I said, "I don't want a refund. I want my friend's flowers delivered today."

    I told them to call another florist. They told me that they couldn't do that -- that the next florist would definitely not deliver until the following day. So I told them I want a complete refund, to cancel the order. I then called a local florist who checked with the hospital and then called me back to make sure they could make the delivery happen. I am DONE with Proflowers.

    How I wish I could recommend this business, but I cannot. I ordered a flower arrangement that should have been exceptional. But when the delivery arrived, it was far below the standard portrayed on the website - far below expectations. For example, instead of blue delphiniums that made the arrangement stand out when I was shopping online, ProFlowers substituted artificially-colored chrysanthemums!!! NO COMPARISON! And there were fewer roses included in the arrangement than should have been there. (See photos, attached.)

    This was a special gift that I was sending a family-member at a very important time. When I received a photo of the arrangement that had been delivered to the recipient, I phoned Customer Service to express my disappointment. I was told ProFlowers would issue me a partial refund. This would not make up for the disappointment, but at least it was something. The representative told me the amount of the refund. But afterwards, I received an email that I was being issued a refund in a lesser amount. This leaves a very bad taste needless to say. I will not do business with them ever again.

    I have used ProFlowers.com on many occasions, but my order for Valentine's Day for my daughter was a disaster. I ordered her flowers online on Thursday, 2/13 for a Friday (Valentine's Day) delivery. The delivery never occurred, despite what I was told by customer service on the phone or a handful of email telling me they were delivered. As you can imagine, this wasn't great. I was on hold for a long time on multiple calls on Friday and even on Saturday, the day after Valentine's. I sent one email after another and each of them responded in a generic, "Your Order Has Been Delivered." Not true, my daughter was home all day on Friday, and both my daughter and son-in-law were around throughout the weekend. Nothing was on their front porch and in a neighborhood group text, no one said they received that order accidentally.

    This isn't about the $80-$100 being refunded, it's about the customer service being all but non-existent and helping me with the non-delivery. REGARDLESS of what your business says, the flowers were not delivered. In the end, I called a local florist the Richardson/Plano area and their bouquet was delivered within a couple of hours of my phone call on Saturday 2/15. I don't know if I've ever written a review before, good or disappointing, so that's where I am to be writing this one. I am not against using your company in the future, as I mentioned, I've used ProFlowers a lot in the past, but this was a major disappointment.

    What a horrible experience for Valentine's Day. I ordered 2 dozen roses, my wife's favorite, Chocolates and a vase. We received 10 half dead roses and a vase. I personalized a card that was not included. My wife was ok with them resending the order. They told us it would be there on the 18th. The 18th came and went and no delivery. Nothing on the 19th.     I ordered flowers for my daughter for Valentine's day. I placed the order several days in advance to have them delivered February 13th. I received an email that they were delivered and in my online account it showed they were delivered. My daughter did not receive them so I called customer service. I was told that they had been delivered by a local florist, but they would not give me contact for the florist and that maybe they were stolen. My daughter did not receive a delivery text, so I suspected they were not delivered. I called back again and was told that they would have the flowers delivered again on February 15th. They were never delivered and I received no notification. I gave them some time to get it done and called again on February 19th.

    I was told that Proflowers does not have a contract with a florist in Canton Georgia, and that's why they were never delivered. I was told they will refund my charge. I cannot tell you how disappointed and angry I am at their lack of service! I don't know if the first 2 people I talked to we just incompetent or dishonest and hoped I would just give up. This is the first time in my daughter's 24 year life that she did not get flowers from me.

    1star is too many wrong flowers delivered on Valentine's day. Called customer service every day for 5 days and every day told they'd deliver the correct ones tomorrow and still no flowers. Got a couple partial refunds along the way but waiting on a call back for a full refund which at this point does not compensate for my time and frustration. I wouldn't wish Pro Flowers on my worst enemy. I'll call again tomorrow to ask why they didn't call me back.

    Ordered roses for my wife for Valentine's Day on 02/13/25. Told delivery on Friday 02/14/25 would be no problem and a local florist would be used. No delivery on Friday. Called on Saturday. Told order was being processed and would be delivered that day. Did not happen. Tried again on Sunday. Same thing. No communication whatsoever. Called Tuesday. BOT told me my order number did not exist. Get to live person. Says order never delivered because no florist available. (I live in a community with lots of florists.) Demand my money back since ProFlowers saw fit to charge me on 02/15/25. Have to go through several discounted offers, delivery + 20% off, 30% off, 50% off. No deal, you screwed up. Finally get promise of full refund. Will see it is happens. Will never, ever use again.

    Ordered Valentine's Day flowers for my daughter. Flowers never arrived. After getting bounced around from bot to bot an agent, probably in India, assured me flowers would be delivered on the 17th, 3 days after Valentine's Day. That never happened.     Terrible experience. I wish I could give a 0 star if I could. As you can see from the rest of the review, this is a straight-up scam. Ignore all the 5-star comments as I am certain that they were paid to write those. Let me summarise my experience: My order did not come in time for Valentine's Day, even though I had to pay 5 dollars extra on top of the extremely expensive $20 fee. When I sent a message for troubleshooting for the customer's centre, they were really unorganised and made so many typos. Customer service relies on AI a lot and you barely have actual humans helping you. I managed to request a refund but then I had to wait for 3 days to make sure that it would come back. Don't make the same mistake as I did. Never use this website.

Zero chance to get through to customer service. Called multiple times and never got a human. Only bots sending caller in a circle. Pitiful nonexistent customer service.     The flowers my husband ordered cost over $150. He ordered 2 dozen roses and a box of chocolate with a white case. I received 1 dozen roses and 2 boxes of chocolates and a red vase. No receipt, but on the paper said 2 dozen roses and 2 boxes of chocolate. The roses died within 24hrs. It was really disappointing and embarrassing to my husband. I tried to call customer service and no answer, was on hold for over 30 minutes. I made a complaint online and we received a $35 so called credit, still waiting on. Will never use this site again. They show the high reviews of course. Really disappointed.

    I ordered a lavender bouquet with roses, and lilies. While they did send flowers on the date specified. The flowers that arrived did not even resemble the flowers ordered! I called customer service and they said they would resend the next day. Today I called and they said they had been delivered, no they didn't. So I called the florist that they used and they said that there was no reorder, and that they sent what was ordered. Once again I called Pro Flowers and this time they said, "How about we deliver tomorrow?" I just asked for a refund.

    This company is ridiculous. I ordered flowers to be delivered at my wife's place of business and they dropped the ball because it wasn't until 6:30 pm when I received a delivery notification which was not supposed to happen since I changed the address to my house.     Ordered a large bouquet of flowers (see Pic 1) for my wife for Valentine's Day, along with a teddy bear. Then my wife received an email stating that her flowers were rescheduled for the 15th. I emailed "Support?" several times, and they finally canceled my order and issued a refund. Then, we received a vase with 5 flowers that looked like they were left over from the Rose Parade. These "flowers" look as if they were simply robbed from some gravesite and then sent to my wife.     This is a scam site. They sent me an email that my order was delivered, meanwhile I've been sitting in my living looking out the window since the morning and it's now 7:00pm. I called and they made an excuse that they use a delivery partner. That doesn't help me when they took my money and didn't deliver anything. Stay away from this company. They even delete the negative comments on their Facebook posts.

    If I can provide a zero for my rating, I would. This is the most disappointed I’ve ever been with a purchase from ProFlowers. I purchased flowers for my 92 year old mother for Valentine’s Day. I happen to live with my mother because I’m helping to take care of her. When the flowers arrived, I thought they had the wrong house. These were the smallest bouquet of flowers that I've ever seen and look nothing like what was pictured on the website! Perhaps they should provide size and dimension. I’m so embarrassed and saddened for my mother to see them.

    Late delivery. When you call customer support, you get an outsourced call center in India. When you ask to speak to someone directly affiliated with ProFlowers, you get the Philippines. So, essentially, breach of contract with no recourse for the consumer.

    Order 2 dozen roses with a vase, they were delivered dead and only 12 roses instead of the 24 order. Called and told them this and they only want to refund half the money. Told them hell no they better refund all the money because the 12 they sent were dead and didn't get the other half to begin with and I want my taxes and delivery fees refunded as well because they failed to deliver what was order and alive, it's hard to understand these people that are in Pakistan but after explaining 10 times they said ok and will take 3 to five days for a full refund if not I will be calling my bank and find out what I can do. Order local or hell even the grocery store. They will be alive and you get to see what you are buying and a hell of a lot cheaper too. I remember now why we stop using them poor flowers, and customer service, and started ripping people off. Pic how they were delivered and within 5 hours all petals fell off.

    The flowers I received from this ProFlowers company were brown and looked old. Not the vibrant bouquet they advertise. Chocolate covered strawberries were delicious. I called customer service to complain and they were not able to locate the order and did nothing to fix this issue. The flowers alone were $55. I would not use this company ever!!! Crappy customer service from people that you can’t even understand. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

    Ordered flowers and they failed to deliver. Flowers need to be delivered on the day needed for a special occasion. And when they didn’t, it put a cloud over the occasion. They totally dropped the ball. I couldn’t get a live person, just recorded call prompts. There was virtually no customer service.

    I would rate this experience with zero stars if possible. We placed an order for several arrangements for my mother's funeral, totaling approximately $1,400, with the expectation that all arrangements would be the largest size available. Unfortunately, what we received was disappointing and far from what we anticipated. I strongly recommend that you consider going directly to a local florist instead. In my view, it's best to avoid ProFlowers.com. What an embarrassment!

    Ordered funeral floral arrangement on a Saturday for a Tuesday afternoon delivery to Queens New York Funeral home. Received confirmation email stating we got it from here. Delivery time requested was by 1 pm. At 3pm I contacted them and asked status of delivery. Received email stating they were sorry but they couldn't find a florist to fill the order. No florist in Queens New York... What a crock. Asked them when they planned on telling me. Most people would assume the order was filled and received by the funeral home. I had to reach out to my good friend's wife to inform her that I ordered flowers but the ordered wasn't fulfilled. So embarrassing and upsetting. I told them I would never buy or recommend their company and that they lost a customer. If they would have told me right away they had a problem I could have ordered from another company.

    I have ordered from ProFlowers in the past and did not have any issues but I ordered the Lavender Fields bouquet for my daughter's birthday (1/16/25). The flowers that were delivered were absolutely horrible!! They looked like a small, scrawny bunch of flowers that you might pick up from a local grocery store. To top it off, the delivery driver threw the box out of the car in the parking lot of my daughter's office building!! Another employee saw it and brought it in to her. They are supposed to be refunding the purchase but I will never use ProFlowers again. The photos below show what was received (the lavender bunch on the left) and what I ordered.

    Even when you place an order ahead of time they do not complete the delivery. In my case, I called them for this reason, and after speaking with three different people, I was reassured that they would deliver the flowers the next morning which did not not happen. I called the company again, and they had the audacity to tell me that I cancelled the order which did not happen. I was put on hold and then was told that they decided to cancel it themselves without explanation and they would not be completing the delivery. This was a terrible experience and it is honestly not surprising that they have a 1.5 star rating. This company is awful!!

    I ordered a birthday bouquet for my sister. I received a notice that a delivery was attempted and they would try again the next day. My sister’s security camera did not record any deliveries attempted. The following day, I chatted with Proflowers Lynn and she said they couldn’t deliver them today because they had no driver but they would deliver them the next week. I asked for a refund and was given a number to call in order for my husband to confirm the transaction.

    In the meantime, I ordered another gift from a different merchant for my sister’s birthday. After I ordered another gift, I got a call from proflowers and was told that the local florist had delivered the flowers. I still wanted a refund as I had ordered another gift believing that I was going to receive a refund and the flowers would not be delivered. After speaking to four reps today, they did agree to the total refund. My sister did receive a wilted arrangement with one flower broken. It was not much like the proflowers photo. I do not recommend this company.

    I ordered flowers for a funeral on December 25, 2024 for the one and only viewing on December 27, 2024. The order went through and said it would be delivered by 9:00 a.m. At the viewing, I did not see the flowers, so I asked the funeral director and he did not have them. I went outside to call customer service and was told they would research, which they did. I was transferred once and they told me unfortunately the flowers could not be delivered that day. They asked if they could deliver them the following day, even after I repeatedly told them there was only the one viewing. Then they asked if they could send flowers to the family. I told them I did not have the address and was not going to go ask the daughter of the deceased what her address was.

    I asked numerous times for the name of the florist, but was told they could not release that information. I found that completely ridiculous. They told me they could give me a refund, which I accepted. However I told them I wanted to speak to a supervisor. They told me that one wasn't available, but they would have one contact me. This is unacceptable for any flower arrangement for any occasion, but for a funeral this is unacceptable. I was extremely upset and I still think about this every time I think about the deceased. There is absolutely no reason ProFlowers should not have been notified the delivery could not be made, and then they could have contacted me. The communication was horrendous.

    I did receive a call from a supervisor and was issued a refund and a complimentary arrangement for whenever I needed it. While that was a nice gesture, it does not make up for not having the flowers during the viewing as a tribute to the deceased. She was an avid gardener and that just made the more painful. I do not recommend this company for anything.

    I called them several times asking if it's possible to deliver flowers before 2 pm because later the recipient wouldn't be at home and they reassured me that it should be ok. Finally, they delivered them at about 7 pm when nobody could pick them up and only the next day recipient got a half-wilted bouquet. Also even though their website allows to put emojis into card messages their printer can't print them so instead of "Happy Birthday... ♥️" they delivered a card with "Happy Birthday... ???" which was not exactly what I meant.

    Worst results ever. Not only did they not deliver on the day promised, they didn't notify us. I had to email and call to get any answers. While they do have 24 complaint service, they should not promise 24-hour delivery if they can't do it. Also, they should deliver the promised item(s). I paid for an arrangement plus Godiva chocolates. A week later, the delivery included Stover chocolates, not what was ordered. They did notify me of delivery (at the new address, where the recipients had returned, so they got that correct). I will not be using this service again.

    Here’s what I ordered, for over $100 compared to what was delivered. ProFlowers/FTD has been very responsive in replying; they admit that the delivery was substandard, but I can’t get them to complete the credit. It’s been almost three weeks and I’m still trying to get reimbursement. Not only a waste of money, but a waste of time trying to get action. After six emails, finally turning to negative reviews. See photos for what was ordered vs. what was delivered.

    I placed the order on the 14th of December. Then I called on the 23rd to ensure that everything was on schedule. Felt like I was rushed off of the phone. Only for the florist to still royally screw it up. I received an email stating the order had been delivered. Travelled to my mom's, the recipient, on the 25th expecting to see her flowers. She advised that she had not received a delivery. I called Proflowers, who put me in contact with the florist. The florist advised that they made the delivery. I told them that it was not to the correct address. I even checked the cameras. No delivery was made to my mom's house. I told the florist that there are several Powhatan Streets in MD. The florist offered 10% back and a delivery the next day.

    I called on the 26th to find out when the flowers would be delivered and had to go through the process all over again. It was as if they showed no record of an issue. I was assured the flowers would be delivered by 7pm that evening. An hour later, I received an email stating the flowers would be delivered on the 27th. I called back, was transferred to the florist again. The person that answered stated my name didn't match the order. It felt like they were just screwing with me at that point. I hung up and called back and was transferred to someone else. I requested a full refund and advised that they could keep their flowers. This was the utmost disappointing. I will NEVER do business with proflowers again. I requested the name of the local florist used and they refused to provide that information. I may not know the florist's name, but I know proflowers. NEVER AGAIN!!!

They didn’t have that arrangement so I ordered another one with them assuring me it would be delivered on 26th. I called. Now they said 27th. Christmas is over.     I placed an order on 12/18/24 for delivery on 12/21/24. I was immediately charged for the order, received an email saying order delivered, but it had not! We were told there was a mix up and the order was taken back to the florist, in the meantime the surprise was ruined because we had to call and ask if the flower arrangement was received. The next day the flower arrangement was still not received and now they say it not available. Horrible company, next time I will contact a local florist directly. I will never use Proflowers again!

    I am so upset! I ordered flowers for a friend’s 90th Birthday, to be delivered a day BEFORE her big day so that she could have them for her party the next day.     I placed 2 orders, to the same residential address on 12/5/24 for delivery on 12/16/24. Neither was delivered. Per the website, they request waiting until 9pm to contact, which I did. I was then assured they would be delivered by noon on 12/17. That did NOT happen. I called again. Was told they would be delivered by 4pm. A Flower delivery company that cannot deliver flowers. Sort of hard to understand. Then trying to get to a CS manager or supervisor took approximately 27 minutes and they took zero responsibility, blaming the florist and the delivery service.

    This company is not reliable at all. Don't use them. I order a plant to be sent on 12/12/24 and it wasn't delivered. Was told it would arrive on the 13th, and now the 16th. I paid extra to have it there next day in the morning. All they said is we will give you that money back. Nobody cares at all. I ordered a bonsai money tree and the warehouse was out of stock so they sent whatever was left, two wilted plants in black container instead of 3 plants in blue container. Customer service was useless and uncaring. It was a home warming gift and the worst experience was customer service telling me they have no control of what the warehouse does. Really!!! I would have understood if it was back ordered but to send a different product is bad business. And five days late. No instructions, no help, they told her to read their website when I asked them to please call and help because it wasn’t what I kept showing her.     I received a bunch of dead headless flowers from a friend after the death of my sister. When I called promoters I was told to call the sender (my friend who was kind enough to send flowers) and have them call. I refused to make my friend feel bad.     Ordered flowers for a funeral. Added the funeral home to which the flowers should be delivered. Got my confirmation (within minutes), showing the deceased name to come to my home address. They refused to correct their mistake and also refused to cancel the order. $95 for flowers I have to take to the funeral home, myself, which is in another town!!

    So heartbroken. Today I wake up to a message from my sister-in-law that the flowers are ordered for $195 did not make it to my mother-in-law's memorial service. All ProFlowers did or said was, "We can give you a refund." Didn't even get an apology. That's something they can't fix. I've used them for 30 years now but never again. The one time that it mattered they failed.

    Husband ordered a "Birthday Bash" premium arrangement for me, but what arrived was nothing like the photo advertised. The flowers were wilted and some dead and it was more of a standard size arrangement. The grocery stores have better arrangements for half the price. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS.

    Well... an anniversary bouquet for my wife turned horrible. Paid 6.99 to have a card with a message. My son received the order and the delivery person said there was a typo on the meager little index card. The typo was that they put a completely different instead of my wife!!! Half the flowers were wilted on delivery as well... I called customer service and they said they'd send someone else out for a replacement. Still waiting on that. Learned my lesson.     Use a local florist if possible. Proflowers delivery is unreliable and unpredictable. Ordered flowers for anniversary, still waiting. Was told flowers were out for delivery 5 hours ago. Very disappointed.

    I ordered Gerbera Daisies to replace an order delivered 10/10/24 of very low quality roses with 2-3 broken ones and other brown wilting ones for a friend. Since this was a second order to help my best friend feel better about something very heartbreaking in her life, I expected it to be better. Not only was it not better, it was WORSE! This order was delivered yesterday, 10/11/24 and 4-5 of the daisies (out of 12) were broken and others were rotting and wilting!! How do you run your business like this? I expect a refund and will be telling family and friends NOT to order from Proflowers (which doesn't know the meaning of "Pro") ever!

    If I could rate zero stars I would. I ordered a birthday bouquet to be informed it would not be delivered on the date ordered. Then, once it was delivered it was the wrong bouquet completely. I contacted Customer Service, provided a picture of the bouquet delivered and they stated they would correct and deliver the bouquet I ordered. Today, that bouquet arrived and was the smallest bouquet available, when I ordered and paid for the largest, not only that, but the flowers were older and many were wilted. Again, I sent a picture for proof. ProFlowers solution was to credit me a fourth of the amount I paid. I wasn't expecting a full refund, but at least half of the total amount paid.

    These arrived one day late ruining what should've been a beautiful moment for my mom on her birthday as if that isn't horrific enough - when my mom sent me the picture of the flowers I couldn't help but cry from disappointment and disbelief.     Terrible!!!! I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday and they an issue with the address even though I sent them the address along with a picture of the building. Her flowers were a day late because they didn't call me. This time I ordered for my mom's bday and they had an issue with the billing info, no call, no email, nothing. Her flowers still haven't been delivered. I cancelled the order and got them somewhere else. My suggestion-pick up the phone and call for needed info instead of someone missing out on birthday flowers. I will NEVER order through this company again!

    Used to always use Proflowers until my mother’s birthday in May! Not only were the flowers disappointing, they came a day early than they should have without any notice, they looked nothing like the picture, and had the wrong balloon attached!     I ordered an arrangement and added a box of chocolates for my anniversary to be delivered to my wife on our anniversary. Not only did the order not get to her on time on our anniversary, the box of chocolates never got delivered either and the flowers were pathetic. When I contacted them they apologized about it not getting there on time and told me they sent me an email stating the chocolates were not available which I never got an email about the chocolates. When I asked them what florist they used they told me they couldn't give out that information. So I told them I would just write the review for them then and they said, "Excuse me" and hung up on me. Well I asked my wife who delivered them and she informed me who delivered them, so not sure why they wouldn't tell me. Obviously I can find that out anyway. Never again will I waste my time and money with this company.

    This was one of the worst gifting experiences I have ever had. Ordered flowers through FTD.com, and ProFlowers emailed to confirm delivery details for September 10th. Then they never showed up - no attempt, didn't call the recipient, didn't contact me, nothing. Upon complaint to FTD, they assured it would be delivered the next day and offered a partial refund. Again no show, no attempt to contact. The next day FTD said "the delivery truck broke down" and would now be delivered on the 12th. Oh, and here's $10 off a future order! Boy oh boy is that great - you royally screwed up someone's flower deliver for a birthday and think I would ever use this service again. Well the 12th comes and goers without a delivery and no attempt to even contact us. Needless to say I requested a full refund and will never use FTD or ProFlowers again.

    I ordered flowers from ProFlowers on Friday September 6th 2024 to be delivered to my daughter for her birthday on Saturday September 7th. My daughter was home until 6:30pm on the 7th. Proflowers claim to have made 1 attempt to deliver the flowers at 10:55am. Not only was my daughter home, they had her phone number. If they truly attempted to deliver the order and no one answered the door, why didn't they call the phone number provided? I'm inclined to believe they didn't even attempt to deliver the flowers. Abject failure and they screwed up the surprise I had for my daughter. I will never use them again.

    Order "Touch by Honey" bouquet for my aunt's birthday. The actual bouquet looked far from expected and not at all like its photo on ProFlowers site. The flowers were wilted, the wrapping plastic was dirty from wilted flowers and leaves.

    Do not use ProFlowers. They delivered a product that looked nothing like what I ordered and the card was written by what looked like a 4th grader. Completely embarrassing. Don't trust their product. I complained so they re-delivered and both orders were equally disappointing. You're better off getting flowers elsewhere.

    So I order flowers for my relative's 70th birthday. Confirmation received. "Your flowers will be delivered tomorrow!" (her birthday). No delivery. I call up. "Sorry, we couldn't find a local florist and order can't be delivered." Why did you take the order? Why didn't you let me know? No answer. Terrible company, terrible service. DON'T USE THEM.

    Ordered a symphony bouquet for wife’s birthday it showed up on time but the arrangement looked like a child put it together not even a fraction of the flowers shown. Called customer service they sent a replacement today which was a little better so she had to put both together to even get close to what I paid for. This was after customer service rep said they would upgrade the replacement order. I will never order from them again. Do not waste your time or money on this junk. First photo was what I ordered.     I ordered a funeral arrangement to be sent on the day of the funeral since it was from coworkers and myself to our coworker whose mother passed. We could not attend the funeral. ProFlowers did not fulfill the order instead sent an email stating that on the day of the funeral they couldn't find a florist in the area, and could they send the basket at a later date....What!!! THIS IS A FUNERAL. I called them to get my refund. I will never use ProFlowers again, and will spread the word. The funeral was in a well known city, not a rural community with no florist locally. To say I am disappointed, that is an understatement.

    We love ProFlowers and definitely recommend them for any plants, flowers, or gifts! You won't be disappointed. I have order all of the above many times over the past 7/8 years. I found them from family sending a condolence plant and I was so impressed with their packing and shipping I decided to try them out. Like I said, you can't go wrong. I think once something didn't get sent I ordered to send to my mom and they took care of it right away. Great customer service.

    The selection of flower bouquets was adequate. The flowers arrived on time, looked very similar to the pictured bouquet, and my wife loved them. They also lasted for about 2 weeks, which was longer than expected, so she got to enjoy them more than usual.
