I like buying from JustFab because I can get my size mostly than going into the store. There's nothing worse than going into a store and finding shoes and realize they don't have your size. So for me, online is a lot more convenient and a time-saver. Also, I don't have to feel like my foot is too big for stores. My favorite purchase is a pair of nude pumps because I wear those the most for work. I did do a return before, and I didn't have an issue with it. They sent a label to my email, and I ended up printing it out and just taking it to one of the local shippers. Then, they just handled it from there.

JustFab started out as shoes and then they added clothes, and I hate that because it takes up too much of my time. They send me clothes, and I don't want to see them. It also annoys me that their emails automatically go to my junk mail. I consistently forget to skip the month because I don't like that it automatically charges me all the time. I don't like the fact that you can only use certain amount of credits when you actually buy them, and then it charges you the remainder even if you have like six credits because you’ve been charged. You can't use them when you want to use them or you have to make multiple purchases to use all the credits. I don't like that if you cancel it, because you have so many credits, you can't get the pricing for the shoes that are about to come up for the credits that you already have. That's annoying.

As a JustFab member, I like the ability to skip each month if I'm not interested in the selection. Overall, I like the selections I'm given. It's just they're not always to my taste, but they're fine. There are a lot higher heels than I would typically go for a lot of times. As far as quality, it's average. It's not better but not worse. I've had to return the majority of the ones I've gotten lately because of the fit. But their customer service is helpful, and the return processes is fairly simple.

I like JustFab's two for 39 offer. For the most part, everything with my purchases has been good. The only thing is let's say the credit is for $39 but if I find a shoe that is $45, I can't use that money towards that shoe. If they're having a promotion and they're giving me $10 off, I can't use my credit that I've already paid for towards it, and I always have to go through with customer service. Then, sometimes, that can take a while because they don't always understand what I'm trying to explain to them. I wish they would do it by credits like, "Oh, this shoe is one credit or this shoe is two credits" versus a dollar amount because if you're purchasing credits for however much money and you see a shoe, you're gonna still have to come out of pocket for it.

I like JustFab's shoes. I like their boots the most. These off-white summer shoes I just bought are my favorite so far. Everybody loved them. JustFab is a great site. I tell my friends, "Look them up." Their products' quality is really good.

Most of the time, I skip the month with JustFab. I don't bother to look at the shoes that the stylists have selected. I'm just skipping it because I only try to buy when I either have excess cash, have an actual need for it, or I happen to see a sale and then happen to see shoes I like. But for the most part, when I was looking at the stylist’s sections and towards the beginning of my experiences with them, what they offer were accurate and were mostly things I liked. At this time, the items I find are pretty true to fit as well. I love what I've purchased so far. I brag about it all the time.

I buy from JustFab when I find something that I want or when I need something that's not going to cost me too much and I can get it fast. The items I've gotten have been really good. I just recently ordered a jacket that I really liked. It's nice. It's nice material, and it's the fit that I wanted. Overall, JustFab has a good selection of clothes, shoes and accessories that are reasonably priced, and I think any person can find something that they would like no matter what style they have.

I like JustFab's shoes as well as the discounts and special sales for members. My ordering experience has been easy. Everything's self-explanatory. I just go on there, and if I have credits or coupons, I use them. I normally get my order in a week or two and they're good. I've had a variety of shoes for a while now and I haven't had any problems out of them. I've done a return as well, and it went smoothly.

I've had a membership with JustFab for eight years. The style has changed a lot over the years, but size is usually pretty good. I did just purchase a pair of flat black sandals. There was like a loop at the toe. I like those a lot. I did get a pair of wedges that I like, and it's been a long time since JustFab had good wedges. Style-wise, I would like to see more wedges come in. I've liked those for years and they used to have really good ones, and they went away.

My favorite thing with JustFab is the boutique emails. Being able to receive a notice, versus me having to go and sort through everything based on my previous purchases or what I've said I look for. The variety of offerings that JustFab has is also really nice. The return policy is good too. The only issue that I have is it's hard to try on shoes. Sizing in shoes is always a tough project.

I got some shoes today - one that looks like a flat with the top with rhinestones all over it, and then, I got a heel that's like dressy for after-five wear. I got both of those pairs for $52 and that's a good price for two pairs of shoes. It's good quality. I would highly recommend JustFab.

I first heard about JustFab when Kimora Lee Simmons was a part of their branding. I love the affordability without sacrificing on style. Also, I like the recommendations. With my busy work schedule, and I'm also a mom, I don't have time to keep up on the trends. So based on my preferences, and when I first registered, what I like, and my body type, I love that JustFab makes it easy with the recommendations. So that's what I go to first whenever I'm on their website, I go to my boutique. And I feel like I have my own online personal stylist. It's time-efficient for me. And the recommendations are always spot on. Even if I purchase something that when I finally have it in hand at home, and it doesn't quite fit, I love the return policy, and that I can always exchange it for something that's a better fit.

I love the quality of JustFab products. I got some stuff for me and my sister. I got some boots that were on sale for the fall, a flat shoe for work. And for my sister, a pair of boots and flats, jewelry too, and two shirts, an oversized shirt, shorts and jeans. I only had one bad experience the first time I used it, the buckle. But so far, my experience with them has been good. I enjoy shopping online at JustFab.

Sometimes it is difficult to find my size. I have to base off the style now because sometimes it's not available. I have to switch up some. But the quality of the items I've purchased at JustFab has been okay.

I've been using JustFab for years and the shoes are good. There were pairs of shoes that have been ruined but most were fine. I tried to get a dress but I didn’t like it as the size ran small. Also, I got a scarf that I thought was a sweater and I liked it.

I had to return a pair shoes to JustFab and the customer service was nice. For the most part, the quality of their items has been good. But a couple of years back, JustFab had more options. I noticed that there was not so much this summer or spring. I would like to see more options on shoes and more urban style clothes for plus. I'm a stylist, so it's important to me. A lot of the dresses they're making now are not big enough in the bust area and a lot of it is the stretch, elastic material.

I'm on the VIP program. I tend to have a hard time finding stuff that I really want to use those credits with at the time of me getting the credit. But then I love the all-white high-top sneakers that I purchased. They were so cute and they went really well with my mini dresses.

Every single pair of heels I've gotten from JustFab have torn up my feet. I do not like the quality and I've returned a few things.

I know what my style is and it’s easy to find it though it’s not always there. I like that JustFab is prompt as far as the deliveries get there when they say it will. If there are issues, they're quick to contact you and get it resolved. I haven't had any bad claims with them in all the years I've used them. And twice, I didn’t want the payment to come out but it did, and they refunded it right back when I called.

The quality of the products I’ve bought is good. When I shop, I always have to check JustFab first because I'm comfortable in them and cost-wise, it’s reasonable. If I don't find the style that I'm looking for, I branch out but majority of the time, I find my styles on the website. The last time I called for an exchange, I got great customer service. They solved the problem and they even gave me an additional discount off of my purchase.

JustFab had the trendiest thing way back. But they branched out and had ShoeDazzle, which has more trendy stuff compared to JustFab right now. When I initially joined, they didn't have a clothing line and I don't know if they slacked off on the trendiness of the shoes for the clothing line. But I like the quality of the shoes, which is why I keep repurchasing.

I was a JustFab member unbeknownst to me for a very long time and I accumulated a lot of credit. I'm probably gonna cancel it because I have too many monthly memberships. I bought a pair of sandals and wore them for a weekend and they already started wearing and tearing. So, the quality is not the greatest. The shoes can be better but they're always cute.

The style expert's selection is a little iffy. Sometimes, I could find something cute and then sometimes, it would old lady-ish. My last purchase was a pair of tan brown sandals with a buckle on it and a pair of studded sandals, which was my favorite but it fit too small. I ordered a size 10, which is what I wear because the last time I tried to order a size 11, it was too big. The tan pair is casual so they’re cool. I also bought an orange bag and I love it because my hair is dyed orange. I also have an account with Fabletics and FabKids so I'm a personal customer. It's been a good experience with JustFab but the shipment is taking forever to get shipped out. I ordered a week ago and I'm frustrated that it’s still on pending status. JustFab was quick to take the money but slow to ship the stuff out. It’ll say one thing but it's always delayed.

I like being a member and getting the updates every day. But what I don't like sometimes is when you forget to log on to skip a month, you are still being charged. So, you have to remember every month to look at your pick and whether or not you'll go with them or not. I ordered a pair of boots and the heels broke. I liked the look of their boots but since I've bought two pairs and each pair did that, I try to stay away from them.

I used to order from JustFab years and years ago and then I reordered a bit because we had vacations coming. I noticed that their website is a little slow and with returns, you're not able to do it online. You have to call in to be able to access them. Other than that, it’s easy. It's just slapping a label on the package and bringing it to the post office. JustFab's prices change almost weekly. If something is not on sale when you go to look at it, it will be within the next few weeks. The quality is fine for the price. I usually get everything on sale, so I'm getting what I pay for.

I really like the collection that JustFab has and their pricing is good. The products have lasted the time too. They have sales often, and that makes it all worth it. I'm often able to find items that I like. They send you a selection for the month they think you’ll like and it's a good marketing situation because I'll open the app. Even if I don't like all of the selections that they give me, I'm still already in the app, so I'm going to go look at the other options that they have and add stuff to my wish list and purchase or save for later, etc. The redeemable points (VIP) are great as well. I've only had one hiccup with them, and they were super helpful in resolving that quickly. I recommend JustFab to my friends all the time. If they want a pair of shoes or something, "Hey, just go on JustFab and I can get you something." They usually like what they get as well.

I'm really satisfied with the selection that I have with JustFab. I like the colors and the style. I also like when the items are of a natural material like cotton or a mix. It's much more breathable and easy to take care of.

I love JustFab but lately I’d seen nothing that interested me, which was why I'm building up my credit. I'm more like a sneakers, sandals and flats type of girl and the quality is good but there was one pair of shoes that I saw at Rainbow for $12. I could’ve spent that versus paying 40 for the same shoes or I could have bought two pairs of shoes with that price. But JustFab has so many special offers and they had some little 50% off on selected shoes and 75% sale. If you don't catch it, you’d be missing out though. You gotta hurry up and get on at the same time. The only one I was able to catch was the $5 sale. I hope that when they have the sale, they would have more in stocks in my size.

JustFab had a policy where if you didn't use your credits, you would lose them at the end of the year and I made an issue with that at one point. I would have lost a lot of money because I didn't realize all my credits were going in there and I wasn't using them. I took it up with management and they credited me a bunch of credits for the following year. They've updated that policy a few years back and they also added "Skip the Month", which they didn't have before.

The shoes at JustFab have good quality and the clothes have accurate sizing. I've only had to send something back twice. Skipping the month works out great. I have a reminder for myself to do it every month but I've forgotten a couple times, which is a benefit for JustFab because I'll have to purchase some shoes or clothes. I like the end of the season sale. So I've gotten some cute stuff for the following year. I like wedges and tennis shoes. I just had a few pairs of sparkly wedges. They’re cute. It’s white and they look like tennis shoes, but they’re the wedge. I love those. They’re the only kind of heel I can wear because I’m a klutz.

I don't like being on auto every month. Just be cautious that they have an auto-ship. If you don't want anything that month and you forget to stop the order, they are not going to refund your money but give you credit instead. Other than that, JustFab has cute stuff and I like their product. Typically I order boots but I was impressed when I received a couple of pairs of shoes that I ordered. The quality was great. I ordered a pair of mules and a pair of bling wedge-heeled shoes and I was like, “Wow, these are nice.” I would definitely order shoes again when I come across a style that I like.

I like the discounts at JustFab. If you're looking for something that you don't want to spend a lot of money on, they have decent styles. I rarely find anything that I like but I'll continue to buy when I find things I am interested in.

I've been shopping with them for years and I buy everything from them. The quality is really good. I like that they have a personal shopper and anything that comes out with a size 12, they have it on there. But I'm trying to go to Hawaii and JustFab doesn't have any open-toe sandals and this was the summertime. There was not one cute sandal on there. They're like old lady sandals with a little bitty square heel and we can't do that. All they had was little flat slip-ons. When I went to ShoeDazzle, they had everything. I asked the lady rep “Was JustFab a part of ShoeDazzle?” And she was like, “Yeah.” I canceled my payment with JustFab every month when I can just get my stuff from ShoeDazzle, which is almost the same thing. She credited my account back.

JustFab has trendy things and I have more than 20 pairs of shoes and boots from them. It's easier because you will see the discounts if you're a member. I’d noticed that things sell out but they're the hot items so it’s understood. The return policy is fine but sometimes it takes a little looking around for to skip the month. JustFab can also improve on quality.

I like the sales and deals at JustFab. They have some really great selections compared to when they first opened some years ago to now. I do love the boots. There's just one thing I'm going to complain about and that's the soling inside the shoe. It's a little too hard. If you're on your feet all day long and you're hitting the pavement, your feet do hurt after a while.

Everybody else couldn’t jump when I needed them to and Montway did. They were on time and very helpful. I was impressed. The driver was going to be at my house half a day before I could so he dragged his feet a little bit, and he made it work where I didn't have to jump through a lot of hoops. That's what customer service is. The move went without a glitch. If I need Montway again I'm not going to hesitate to call.

I have always had very good experiences with JustFab. The workers are so polite, very efficient, and very helpful. They have such a good rapport. One of the items I received the past week was too big and it was the first time that I had to do a return. The person was very very helpful in explaining how the return works. That was a very good experience. Also, one thing is if I don't want to purchase anything for that month, I can skip and the selection given by the style expert is a great aspect that I enjoy a great deal.

I always enjoy JustFab when I need something or when I feel like shopping. During the 70% off sales, I tend to do those a lot. I have the credits as well. Aside from shoes, I've gotten a jacket, some jewelry and purses from them. It's always worth it. I still have them from when I purchased.

I bought four pairs of shoes last month and I returned three of them as they were too big. I love the shoes that I kept though.

I especially like JustFab during the summer for sandals. I'm wearing a pair of denim-looking sandals today with a dress and everybody says, “I love those sandals.” The shoes are adorable and the quality is good too. I had a lot of credits at one point and I let my daughter had a field day shopping.

The offers are always fair and reasonable. I like the service that I'm being provided.

I like being able to shop at JustFab and having the option of skipping a month if I didn't want to. It's the quality that I'm not happy with. I've had issues with the last two pairs of shoes I've had. The buckle was backwards on one of them and I can't make it work because I can't pull the strap through it. The second one was a velvet flat and it has scrapes on it. You can see that something has scratched it and the tip of the shoe looked like it had been scratched also. I don't know if they had been pre-worn or not. Others might be able to get the same quality somewhere else or better quality for the price.

JustFab is worthwhile as long as you remember to skip when you’re not buying. But it’s such a good deal. Sometimes, there’ll be the random $10 off for VIP members. They also have the $10 specials which is nice. For the shoes I get, I do like the quality. I’ve had some that I had to send back because of the sizing and the process wasn’t hard.

I love JustFab. I like the shoes because I have big feet and it's always hard to find shoes that fit and are comfortable. My first pair was $10 and I had free shipping. There was another pair of shoes that I bought since they sent the email saying the shoes were half off and had free shipping.

With JustFab, I can skip every month if I don't want something. It's a good option available. What I like the most now is the variety of things they have. They have good options for handbags, shoes or whatever. They have kids as well but they don't have boys option. They should add on to it.

I like that JustFab has bigger sized shoes. They go all the way up to size 12. My most recent pair was a pair of tennis shoes. The quality of the items is very good and my mom likes my JustFab shoes. I wish they had more wide shoes though. I've had to return 'cause the calf measurements weren't accurate or they didn't end up fitting with some of the thigh-high boots. But the return process worked out well.

I deactivated my membership with JustFab then started it back. The quality is fine but I don't like the shoes compared to years ago. The styles are a little dated.

Anytime I order at JustFab, it's been good. The quality is good for the price.

I like the filters that JustFab has. You can filter by size, by color or by heel type. Depending on what I'm looking for, it can narrow it down so that I'm not waiting around listlessly looking through tons of stuff. I really do enjoy that interface. They make it super easy. I had just ordered a couple of pairs and unfortunately, I'm gonna have to return them and I'm really sad. But JustFab offers easy returns and that's a nice perk especially when you're talking about buying shoes or clothing. Sometimes, things don't fit. They're a different cut or manufacturer so sometimes it's a little different. If something doesn't work out, JustFab is very accommodating.

For the prices, you get really cute selection of styles at JustFab and it's no hassle if you need to return something. Also, the amount of time that it takes to get your items is quick. I live in Michigan and in the winter months, it's nice to be able to order a quick pair of those little fur boots. Their riding boots are really nice too. That's usually my go-to for JustFab. When I first got the membership, I had a pair of black riding boots. The back of the leather came apart from the heel and I didn't even have them but one season. I had to throw them away the next season. But after that, everything else I ordered was pretty decent. The quality has gotten better.

I went on JustFab's website and noticed the deals. They were great and I liked the opening introduction, which was a discount. We women love discounts. When I'm shopping, doing the general search for styles I want is very easy and on top of that, they make a personal pitch for you. And out of 10, the selection they give me is a strong 8 on point. I like the variety and the price of their products, too. I also went into their special offers such as the clearance and within the last six months, I got some items there that I liked. I was a little concerned about the quality of some items that I received but usually, they're good quality. All in all, I love JustFab and I will continue to recommend them.

I like JustFab's selection for boots. At $40 you could get boots. I have a pair of front lace-up boots with a plaid at the top of them. It's not the best quality but it's pretty good for the money that I pay. Just be careful that you watch for your ability to skip a month ‘cause one time I didn't do that and I ended up with a lot of credits. I bought a lot of boots.

I have lots of credits stored up because I keep forgetting to skip a month. However, I have not been able to purchase anything because the styles are not what I like. Last month, I purchased three pairs of shoes and two of them are going back. They were not a good fit. The prices are good at JustFab but the quality has gone down from what it used to be before. The shoes last probably six wears and then, they fall apart.

I like that I can skip the month if, for whatever reason, I had to and I like the service because it shows me things that I would normally not pick for myself. But when I get them, I love them. I just got an orange quilted purse and orange is not usually a color that I would go for because it's bold but I liked it. It was exactly what I needed and it goes with everything.

You don't have to commit to JustFab. You just got to remember to cancel it or skip the month. I hate shopping for shoes and they make it easy. It’s a big thing that they have half sizes. It's hard for me to find shoes that fit because they don't have half sizes most of the time. Also, I can get shoes cheap. My only complaint is that they don't have enough inventory. If you're not on there as soon as the shoes becomes available, you probably won't get it.

It's complicated when you try to order your shoes from JustFab and you’re a member. When I wanted to go over there and order something, I had to call them and give them that price. When you put it in your cart, it should already come out. You shouldn't have to call and go through them. A lot of times, I don't buy anything. Then when I get something I finally want, something else comes up. I've got about $500 in the account that I haven’t used. The money is just there because I don't have time. Still, JustFab has good styles. They just need to be up to date with some of them.

I love the quality of JustFab's products and I still have my bags. Everywhere I go, people love them. I tell them where I get them from. The only thing I don’t like is the skipping of the month thing. People get very busy and we forget to skip. I use the money but sometimes, because it’s linked to my bank account, it pulls out there.

The quality of the tings I've bought at JustFab has been very well so far. I wear the shoes down until the straps all fall. I like the different brands of shoes that I can get and the credit that I can use. But I have to remind myself to skip the month so my card doesn't get charged. JustFab has a good return policy if shoes don’t fit but you should check the reviews before you buy. Because people would say whether it fits true to size or when it’s small.

The shoes of JustFab were really pretty and they're affordable. But sometimes, I just don't see myself wearing most of the styles just because of the work environment that I'm in. So, I just tend to go for the more conservative. But the last year, I bought a pair of black boots and I really like it.

People should check out JustFab. They’ve got nice shoes and prices. A lot of the shoes are heels though. They need lower heels or flat. Still, JustFab has good quality items and I like that the exchange or return process is easy.

I like the different variety of shoes that JustFab has. I got two pairs of rain boots. I also got sandal heels and sneakers. I also got another pair of regular casual boots, like two pairs of those. The quality of the products is good.

I'm really satisfied with JustFab. I just wish they will send a reminder if the skip the month option is coming up.

I bought two purses maybe a month ago and they're really nice. I've also purchased shoes and I still have some of them. The quality is fine. Also, I returned a couple of things, mostly because they didn’t fit, and returning them was super easy.

I am a shoe fashionista so to be able to go on JustFab and find a nice pair of shoes at a VIP price is amazing. I find some of the latest and coolest shoe styles there and not only the shoes but also fashion-wise like clothes, handbags and purses. The quality is awesome. That is almost a steal for me.

Recently, I returned a pair of boots 'cause they were too big. The customer service was really helpful. I recommend JustFab. It's pleasant and they get the job done.

I've taken advantage of JustFab's Buy More, Get More. As a VIP, I get half off most of the time, so I'm already saving just being a VIP. They will add that on top of all their sales. My most recent order from them originally was gonna be a little bit over $100 and I paid 50 bucks. I still have the first pair of boots that I bought from them and they're still in really good quality.

JustFab ships quickly and they have a lot of shoe selections, so that makes it good. I like shoes. I got a lot of shoes recently, and they’re all okay. I feel that the size may be a little off. Being that you're ordering online, you can't try them on. I'm typically an 8 and I'll get the shoe, and it's a little small. It wasn't difficult to return. The shipment kind of takes a little bit longer. That's how it is with any company though going through the mail and receiving a lot of product the day after it getting received in. Overall, they have good quality shoes and their shipping is pretty good. Go for it.

I've been with JustFab since 2014 but I just canceled my subscription the other day. I'm used to the heel selection. They have drastically changed and that was why I canceled my subscription. I used to just love the heels on JustFab. They were like younger styles, and the delivery was quick. But now, the styles are more flat, the heels aren't high anymore. I just don't like it anymore. But the items I got were of great quality. I ordered a couple of handbags from them, too.

I love JustFab. I do love the quality shoes. The shoes are my favorite. I still have shoes that I've ordered years ago, and they're still in good condition. Sometimes, the time frame on receiving an item is a hit or miss. Sometimes, it may take a little bit longer than a week and there were times that it's shorter than a week. I’ve kept everything that I’ve ordered. If it's something that I didn't find use for anymore, I’d just given it to family or friends or just regift it. I don't like sending things back. It's more of a process that way.

I love JustFab. I recommend it to everyone. I love every pair that I've gotten from JustFab. They have special offers like buy one, get one free, or buy one, get one half off in the fall for boots. The boots are crazy expensive but they are my favorite. They're super comfy and I work with cars, so they're very cute in this very manly environment. I'm trying to buy a house right now, so I took JustFab off my list of things that I wanted this month. But I still want to keep my account open because they have sales all the time and I get excited when I get email.

The selections from the style expert were pretty good. They worked out really well. JustFab has great selection and prices. I like all of my shoes. I've even gifted some of them to my sister that were a little half-sizes off and she still has them from years ago. I've had a couple times where I forgot to skip the month, and they were able to reverse the charge for me. So their customer service has been really good.

JustFab's concept and cost work for me. I’m a big fan of shoes. Right now, I'm only doing ShoeDazzle. I had two accounts going and was being charged for both and I didn’t realize that. I canceled the JustFab piece of it. It seems like what’s available is kind of the same on both. Purchasing is convenient. I just had a delivery last week. It was a few pairs of high-heeled sandals. Sometimes, the fit is not quite right. They're not as comfortable sometimes as more expensive shoes purchased elsewhere. Also, some of the materials that's used sometimes is kinda cheap. So, if I was not as lazy as I am, then I would return because the quality was something that I would feel comfortable with. But for the most part, the quality has improved over the years. I would tell my friends that it works for me and I’m satisfied with the shoes that I got.

JustFab has a lot of stuff that I like. They cater to a lot of the things like the type of shoes that I'm looking for. Quality is good. Sometimes, I forget to skip a month so the automatic taking of money out of my account never feels good, but other than that, everything's been good.

I like all the boots and also a dress. I have liked all of my purchases, so far. The one time that there was a mistake made where I was sent the wrong item, they corrected it very quickly.

I typically shop at JustFab when they're having a sale. I bought a lot during one of the Black Friday or Cyber Monday sales, and I finally used up all my credits. But since I was shopping during sale, I did have some trouble finding my size. Particularly with shoes, but also sometimes with clothes. It was only the plus size options were available. But for regular stock items, it didn't seem to be that difficult. The items have good quality. The shoes last me quite a long time. I like everything that I've ordered so far.

At the time I became a member with JustFab, it was an affordable option and they had interesting shoes that you didn't necessarily see in the store. Finding an item is pretty easy because they filter it for pretty much your preferences and your size. I tend to go off on my own sometimes. But a lot of times, I do see things that I do like that they suggested. The cost and the quality are equivalent. They're not incredibly expensive shoes. They’re not the best quality, but they go together. So for $40, I expect the shoes to be $40 shoes. Working with their customer service reps was super easy, and they took a return back without any issue. The only thing that I wish they would do is if they made it easier to skip the month. They send you emails about that but when you go in to skip the month, it is not in a place where you don't need to hunt it down.

I was with JustFab before when it was Just Shoes then I stopped doing it and started back up because they have more things to choose from. I do most of my shopping online, so the fact that it's online, I like that if I don't like an item, I can just return it. So far, with what I've gotten, the quality seems okay. I have not had them long enough to really tell how they stand up to washing though. Sometimes, I don't want that monthly fee on the VIP membership to come out but I just have not read and see how I can suspend it and have it not happen each month if I don't want it to. When it was Just Shoes, I have returned shoes, and I didn't have a problem with the people. Since I started back using again, I haven't returned anything. What I've ordered so far has been what I expected.

Ordering from JustFab is pretty simple and easy. I love the shoes. I like the quality of the items. The items are great. I may have one or two items that weren't too good, but it’s like once in a blue moon that that will happen. I do send it back and they send back a good product. Since the years I've been buying, it's only two times I've ever gone through the customer service. One was an exchange, and another was when I've gotten the wrong size. One of the products that was sent was slightly torn at the side. The customer service was fine. They tackled my concerns pretty quickly.

I've been able to take advantage of the VIP discount with JustFab. I like the versatility and the quality of their items is very durable. These black full length leggings that have holes on the sides with pockets are my favorite.

I've been using JustFab for about eight years now and the only thing is sometimes, their items are out of stock. They are ShoeDazzle and JustFab, so usually, if you can't find something on one, it's usually on the other. Sometimes, the sizes are a little tricky. It depends on the shoe, but that's the same thing you'd get even if you went to a store. I always buy double sizes, so that way, I don't have to return twice. I like JustFab's regular price. You can't really go wrong with a $50 pair of shoes. It's even better when there's an offer, but their normal prices are still a deal.

But I got these brown shoes that come just above the knee. They're so cute but they're flat and they're suede. I love them. Quality-wise, you get what you pay for. If somebody asks, I'd tell them to be selective on what they wanna get, but with JustFab, what you see is what you get.

Most of the time, their products are really, really nice. I like JustFab a lot. The only thing I don't like is that they charge me if I forget to skip a month. So I was going to use up my points and then I'm going to cancel. But so far, I've been very happy with the shoes. The booty shoes are darling. But a few of those have been really tight across the foot in the toe area. So some of those, I haven't been real happy with. But I've managed to pass them on to people that can wear them. I have a medium foot, but some of those are not always medium or they're too short. So far, everything else has been okay.

I have liked a pair of shoes from JustFab and then I got locked into it. It's just that haven't bought in a while from there. I always skip the month because I have so many shoes right now. It also has to do with everything that's going on in the world right now. I work from home most of the time, so I don't really need heels or sandals.

But that's a good thing, because the quality of my shoes is getting much better. I have a large foot and at the time that I looked, I didn't get a lot of choices. So they need to have more in the storage for late people like me. But other than that, I really don't have nothing bad to say. The Kelly Rowland thing is really nice. She has nice selections, which was really cool.

JustFab is great. Everything that I've ordered has always been what I ordered. I've looked at their clothes and I've been tempted to buy them and just see because they have a decent return policy. Their tennis shoes should have a little bit more of a variety though because it’s usually the same thing. But I like all the promotions that JustFab runs. They have the VIP and you get so much off. If you don't want to have the monthly payment come out, you can skip the month but still continue on the next month. I usually get the items anywhere between a week or two weeks. Everything had been on good condition when things were delivered and there’s no damage to the box.

I have so many credits at JustFab and I can't cancel my membership or I won't be able to use them. I made a purchase last December and I got 10 pairs of shoes at one time. For the most part, the quality is fine. Some of the shoes fall apart after the first wear but I have never returned any of them. I just chalk it up to fashion shoes. The bags are great but the sizing on the clothes is a little off. I ordered a dress one time and it was a large. I got a medium and it fit. But then I ordered a large another time and it was too small.

It’s one of those websites that’s shoe-oriented but you can find a whole outfit and accessories too. Just to try something different. It’s not a website that is typical like Fashion Nova, Boho or SHEIN. It’s shoe oriented, but you could find a whole outfit and accessories on the same website.

JustFab is convenient. It's also a good program. The shipment usually comes in a few days.

With JustFab, I like getting the monthly notifications of the styles, or letting me know when something new has come up for me to look over and then having the option to skip the month if I don't wanna shop that month. I’ve always had to either give them to my sister, who is the same size, but her feet are a little flat. I would tell others to get JustFab.

I called JustFab once to skip the month but they charged my account. They resolved that by crediting my account. I like that the prices go down during sale time and I like the shoes because they’re comfortable. I didn’t like the purses because they were cheaply-made. The two that I got weren’t very convenient for me but the earrings and the clothing were good. They were of high quality. I mostly get the booties. The heels of the sandals are too tall for me.

One of my co-workers had some JustFab boots on and I liked them. So, I signed up with JustFab. There are a lot of the styles there. I like it, but it's kind of hard doing online shopping. I want to try it on and I want to see it first because I'm that kind of shopper. I'd rather just check if it fits. If it doesn't, then you don't get it. You don't have to return. The very first time I got the pair of boots from JustFab, I returned them for a bigger size. After that, I didn't have to return anything. I bought a travel bag last month. I got some sandals for myself and my daughter. They're really nice. I got my daughter a sweater and I got some sweats. I got her that travel bag first. I liked the size and the material. So, I ordered myself one. It was a different material, but it's still okay.

I like the shoes and the products that JustFab has. Once I set up everything on my account, they know what I like. So, whenever I log in, they would just show shoes and styles that I like. I look through those. I like their sales for the VIP members. I take advantage of the points that I get when I order things. I am able to use my points to get money off whatever I'm ordering. My last purchase was March the 31st, and I purchased a pair of wedges. They are great. I love the quality. I'd tell others that JustFab is a great company and to just make sure that they read the fine print of being a VIP member.

Everything has not been good with JustFab. I was trying to skip this month, and it's nowhere that I could skip on my account. If they take 39.95 out of my account, I'm gonna be really upset. When you call to try to get somebody, that’s a hassle. The customer service has been hard to get ahold of. I tried to skip my account starting on the 2nd, and there’s nowhere to skip my account. I’ve talked to a guy. I was telling him that I’ve been really sick. I’ve been in and out of the hospital since the first of the year. So, he told me that he would put a hold on my account until May 1st. I don’t know if that hold still is on my account. I went out there on May 2nd. From May 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th, I haven’t been able to skip.

JustFab has been great. I like the variety of their products. Besides the shoes, I bought clothes, jeans, some jewelry and a top or two. The sizing was right on the spot. The quality is amazing. When I had to return an item, the process was pretty easy. The only thing that threw me off was the taxes. I always thought it was just a flat of 39. And if I had credits, it was just the credit itself. So now, paying the additional portion of it kind of throws it off a little bit. I usually kind of let the credit go in and that way if I wanted something, I’d order and it's done. Now, I have to look at the pricing details a little bit more and see if it's more than the standard fee.

I like that what I’ve gotten from JustFab fits. Some are a little more comfortable than others but I wear them anyway. I also ordered some jeans and they fit fine too.

JustFab's selections through used to be a lot better than now. Now, there's just a lot of stuff that I feel like I don't need. I don't know if that's just me getting older and ways changing, but I do skip it a lot more than I used to. In December, I bought some nice, business professional booties from JustFab and a sweater. The quality is good. I have a few scuff marks on my shoes but that also could be just because my line of work. I have a lot of heels from them that I like.

As soon as I returned it, I received a full refund. Being a member of JustFab, I like the options and the customer service. I was in a hospital for something and I was due in the fourth of the month, and I forgot to skip. I called them and they were nice about returning the $39 to my account. What I don't like is that I have to log on so I won't get charged the $39. I have to set a reminder to log on between the first and third of the month.

JustFab had the buy one, get one for $10 so I started to purchase from them. At first, they charged me $100 and I canceled it. Then just the other day, I tried again and it was just $49 every month. My credits make it cheaper to purchase stuff. Sometimes, when I have enough credit, I end up paying $0. Sometimes, I end up paying $2 or $3. It all depends on what I purchase and what's on sale. The shipping is quite fast and I like the Kelly Rowland products. The favorite item I purchased is a slingback slipper. I also bought a winter jacket that can flip back and forth and the material is real good.

I usually always get the offers where it's like 20% off or something. I really go on there looking for shoes that I need for a specific event or outfit and end up finding them myself. They go a little above my ankle, they don't have a heel, and they have the sweater cuffs on them. I like the more casual too, like one of my brown ones. They’re the flat bottom on it and very little heel. I like skip-the-month setup because sometimes I just don't need anything. If I forget, then they will charge it. The first year I was at JustFab, which last year, they also sent little samples. I got a free razor one time when I got my boots, so it’s a little bonus.

I have been a JustFab member for less than a year and I like the good deals that I find there. I just look at all the clearance boots and other items in the clearance. That's where I tend to go unless there's something that I really like. There was a mixup with one of the orders that I had. The labeling was right, but the actual item was not the correct thing. But when I called and got it switched around, everything turned out fine. I got what I actually had ordered. My friends had asked me where my boots came from and I told them that I went onto the JustFab and told them that they should check it out.

I'm on a monthly subscriber program with JustFab. I usually skip the month if I don't find anything I like. But typically, I'll buy something once every few months or so. It's pretty easy to find out what kind of shoe I want. It's difficult sometimes since a lot of them are like really high heels. They have the boutique shop that's supposed to be like curated stuff for you but typically, it's never anything I really want or think I need. So, that's the only thing I would have any qualms about. I just end up searching myself. I like the idea of having a curated boutique for me, but if it's not what I want or based off my previous shopping histories, then I just ignore it and move on.

I got grandkids and my favorite thing about JustFab are the shoes for all the kids. Every few months, somebody needs a pair of shoes. JustFab is great but they should improve on the cushion comfort on their shoes. The slippers are the only ones that’s cushioned enough and they got fur on them. I haven’t bought anything the last couple of months because I got cut off my disability but for my birthday on May 1st, I will. My son's birthday is in June and then my sister's birthday is June 16th. So, I wanna get stuff for them. I’ve taken advantage of the stuff on sale, which are good. My two daughters’ birthdays are in August so it’s nice that I can purchase more than one item or buy one and then you have 50% off.

The shipping is great. The return policy is amazing too. I have a wide foot. I don't always need that wide shoe, but sometimes I do, so if it doesn't fit, I know I can return it and it's received quickly. I get my refund or my store credit quickly too. One thing that's challenging sometimes is when I have to skip the month, it's not always the easiest thing to do on a mobile device. It’s easier to do on a desktop. That is the only downside.

I like the products. They're comfortable and they fit true to size. I have used a couple of offers and JustFab had sales and stuff like that. I like skipping the month. Just sometimes, I get stuck. JustFab always has a sale coming and the communication is good. They get to me with emails and as soon as I see that $15, it's a sale and I must get on their website. But other emails are pictures of what is new or if they have a new brand with a brand ambassador. They cater to what I've already purchased and show me something that's new like the boots or a new bag. They have a $15 deal on cute purses and shoes. The quality of the product is good and the prices are fair. Even the regular prices they have are fair. My favorite purchases are all of my purses and my boots. They have these snakeskin purses. I still have many of my purses that I bought from them over time. I've even gifted a few to a friend who likes animal prints. I also just bought snow boots from there to go on our trip to Denver.

I like what JustFab is recommending and I also like that I have access to everything else. If I don't like the styles, they still have a wide variety. So far, the quality has always been good. I like it for the price and I like every shoe I've bought. Every month, you get to choose different styles and you have the option of purchasing for a low price. It is a subscription and you have to remember to skip your month if you're choosing not to be charged. If you even forget, they leave it as a credit so it's not wasted money on your end.

According to the first box I got from JustFab and even from what I've seen, signing up with them looked like it was well worth the money. So far, they sent me everything that I would want and the products are great quality. The last box that I got from them was the one that had the scarf in it and I got one of the diffusers which was really nice. I love JustFab. If you can afford it, go with them.

There were a pair of sneakers that I wanted that were sold out on ShoeDazzle, but they just so happened to also have it on JustFab. So, I got into it and my experience with it has been great so far. My favorite things to buy on JustFab are the handbags or book bags. I like the faux leather bag that I got from them and it's been holding up well. The quality is up there with a bunch of stuff that I've bought recently, too. I got a coat on there and that coat was pretty nice as well. Last summer, they were having $10 sandals and that was the last time I bought something using a special that they had. Aside from that, the sizing is just about right with JustFab and I've never needed to return anything from size alone. They are doing wonderful with that because there are so many websites where I'd order a 9 but end up getting an 8 which wouldn't fit. If I had more friends who would shop online, I would tell them JustFab is one of my go-to websites.

JustFab is affordable with great quality shoes. I loved the quality of items that I've purchased. I've only had one problem with one shoe. It fits a little tight. I think it was because it was more like a rain boots. I don't know if it's a patent leather. It didn't really stretch. I have wide feet, so it's probably not on their end. That was the only shoe that I bought that I really couldn't fit. I didn't return it. It was such a good deal and sometimes, it's more work returning stuff. A family member of mine with narrow feet will be fine.

My daughter needed a pair of fancy sandals for a homecoming dance. And she was just looking online and saw them. We bought them but they were too small. We called and asked if there was some way JustFab could send another pair in the next size, because the dance was coming up and she had looked in the stores but couldn't find anything she wanted. They said it wouldn't come in time for the dance. As it turned out, I went out and we found another pair. And then the shoes came. My daughter was excited that she got to wear the shoes from JustFab because that was what she needed to match her dress. So I just kept on after that. But we've had to send a lot of things back or order something extra-large and we would get it, but it's either too big or too small. I usually wear 7 shoes, 7.5 sometimes, and I have to order 8 through JustFab. I even sometimes sent those 8s back because they were too small.

I like the different types of shoes JustFab had. A week or two ago, I purchased some sandals that has a bow on them. I love its quality. I don't have to worry about the rhinestones or anything coming off. They were comfortable to walk in and the sizing is perfect. It's a nice sandal.

A friend recommended JustFab to me some years ago. I had just recently transitioned from working from home to working back in an office setting so I needed business casual shoes and boots that's why I started with them. I find a lot of nice stuff on the website. However, it does take a very long time to get things once I've ordered them. I've had at least three orders in a row that were placed on some type of hold and I've had to call or email customer service to find out why these orders were placed on hold but no one could give me a real reason why. I placed the orders because I had somewhere to go so I needed the product. Other than that, I do like the quality of the product that's why I continue to order despite that experience. It's also easy to call and get someone. I do love the VIP member sales that occur from time to time. I do like that you can easily skip the month and I do love that they have an app now so it makes things a lot easier.

I loved my first pair of shoes. That got me to do the membership. And since then, my whole under my bed is full. JustFab's selections stay within the range of what I like. Also, JustFab ships quick. Even from the timeframe that they say, I always expect my orders a lot later. But they always show up faster. If I have more than multiple items, it's nice to see that they can come in one order. I love my sneakers. They have the zipper on the side that I don't have to undo the laces. I can unzip it quick, put my foot in, zip it right back up. It's my rush shoes from right by the door.

I signed up for JustFab for one thing, and I have been shopping because I keep forgetting to call to cancel the monthly fee. It's fine, but I'm only doing it because of how difficult it is to cancel. I have to call, I can't do it online. I looked into it. So, I'm just trying to spend the money I've already spent on it until I get the motivation to place that phone call. They charge the monthly fee unless you remember to skip a month, and the money doesn't go away. It's already there. I don't dislike any of the stuff I've bought. It's all fine internet garments, but I wouldn't necessarily have picked them out if I didn't already have spent this money that I had to put towards something on that site.

Justfab is a great page. I bought a lot of stuff from there and they are nice quality. That's the part that I like the most. Even the customer service was good, until I got a problem with one pair. I was waiting so long and then I called and asked why they were not coming. They told me, "You should wait a little bit longer," and then they never came. Another thing is they charged me $60 for a pair of shoes and they were 50. They returned the 10, but the problem is they turned it as a credit. It's better if they turned it in card than a credit. You still spend it with shoes, but I cancelled for now, so this $10 is just there.

With JustFab, I like being able to go in and look for any particular thing as far as clothing or shoes go. There's a variety that I can look up and see what I feel like buying in a day. JustFab got it down pretty good as far as the system goes. It’s not hard to find what you're looking for and to check out. If you like going shopping and you're looking for a one place that you can find most of the items that you're looking for, JustFab would be the place.

It seems like JustFab and ShoeDazzle have the same stuff and there's no variety. I'm a shoe person and I buy shoes all the time. Whenever they run that $10 sale, I lose my mind. But nothing catches my eye anymore and they need to step it up. Also, it used to be 39 but now, we're up to 49 or 52. So, we're up in the prices on certain things that are not even worth it. Then, the last time my boxes came, they were totally destroyed. I keep my boxes to keep my shoes in, so I really started to call and complain. Other than that, they're pretty accurate when it comes to sizes and I'm a plus-size girl.

I was interested in getting some boots for the winter, and JustFab had nice-looking boots, so I started ordering from them. They charge you a fee, but as long as you skip, they won't charge you that 30 something bucks a month. The shipping would take three to five days. Some items' qualities are a little bit better than the others. But you can return the shoes and they get there pretty fast. If I want to do an exchange, they don't give me a problem. I mainly call them when making a return or exchange because it's quicker.

I love flats and boots. I normally buy shoes from JustFab. I love the styles, the longevity of the product and how they fit. They're really good products. It's great quality things for a low price, so I'm satisfied with that.

I wore the shoes four times, and then they started to rip and fall apart. The fur came off. It's a very cheap material. I'd tell others not to do it.

JustFab is an online store that you can rely on. It's fast and the freight prices are amazing. I was looking for a specific shoe and I found it on there. My first pair of shoes was $10. Last month, I purchased a legging and a workout bra. Up to this day, everything that I've purchased from JustFab has been of extremely good quality. It has been surprising to me because I am new to online shopping and I feel safe buying from them.

JustFab is worth it. I have no problem when I look for what I want. Everything's good and fast. Orders come pretty quickly. Everybody loves my boots.

JustFab is probably the best place you can order shoes. I order for my daughter. She has a specific style. You just type in what you're looking for, and it brings it up in categories. The items have always been good and I normally have shipping within two days. The best thing is if I don't wanna order that month, I can skip it. You just hit the button that says “Skip this month.” Then, they'll send you an option where later on in the month, if you see something you like and you change your mind, you can un-skip it, and then order what you're looking for. Also when you order so many points, you get free shoes. I had to do a return one time and the turnaround for my refund was 24 hours.

It was my first purchase with this company. The purchase was done within the first week of March/21. The initial shipment was quick because I got my shoes on March 12/21. I was very happy until that moment. The shoes were nice. I ordered my regular size which is 7.5 on the style called FAUNA. The shoes were too big for me so I requested an exchange on their app for a size 6.5. I printed the label and I dropped the shoes at the post office on March 13/21 that was next day after arrival.

I bought boots from JustFab a few months ago. I always like their boots. That's usually all I get from them.

Finding styles that I'm looking for is easy. But, every time I've ever purchased a pair of boots or clothing from them it hasn't been good quality and they never seem to fit. Other than that, JustFab has a lot of selections and it's fun to shop on.

JustFab was having sales so I checked to see what the styles were and ordered a couple of pairs the first year. I was satisfied with them so I've ordered several pairs since then. I love the shoes that I’ve got from them. I returned one item because they sent me the wrong size. They sent me the correct size without a problem. I have recommended them to several people that I know have reached out and gotten things from them as well.

JustFab is really nice. Anytime I've had an issue, I've called customer service and they've always been helpful. If I have issues with sizing, they've always exchanged items for free. Also, I really like their style. But, unless they're having a sale, their prices are high. Usually, it's a $50 monthly subscription. I don't think their shoes are worth $50 but they're worth $5 or $10 when they have a sale. Other than that, I'm happy with the quality of the items I've bought. My boots are from there and because I only paid $15 for them, I'm happy with them.

I like a lot of the selections given by the style expert. At this point in time, I need wider shoes. JustFab offers a lot of nice boots and some running shoes in the wide width, but not the sandals. Other than that, I'm happy with the quality of the items. Shopping with them has been an excellent experience.

JustFab's customer service is excellent but their clothes quality, for the most part, is kind of poor. There are a few things that I've liked like some jackets but I don't like their shoes. These pair of boots that I bought were defective. I've tried a sports bra and that was too tight. I'm not that happy with their stuff. It seems too small a lot of times. The last couple of times I bought stuff, I sent it back. The return process is very easy though. I hope they credited my credit card and check.

I got a thick, chunky heel boot last month and it was great. Their selections are good.

I like all of the items on JustFab, so it's hard to make a decision what to purchase because there are so many styles I like. But that's a wonderful thing and finding what I like is really easy. I also like the fact that even though if I forget to skip a month, JustFab would charge my card but they're not charging to just take my money, it’s like they're making me buy shoes. So, I love it because I know they're not just keeping my money, I'm still getting shoes. I love their style expert, too. It's the weirdest thing because they make it hard for me to not just like any shoes. But when I went in and put in some of my likes and dislikes, the stylist just knew what I wanted. We had an awesome virtual interaction, so that was really cool.

I like their clothes, but their shoes are more on the auntie older side for me. But the products have good quality. I bought a sweater and I've washed it and it held its shape and its flanks. Then I bought a denim dress. I was surprised because when I first got it, it was too small. But then when I got the new one, I tried it on and really looked at the quality and it is pretty thick denim for it not to be a brand like Levi's. So I was pleased. I also had to do a return and I was able to do all of it online. I didn't have to reach out to anyone. It's been a great experience with JustFab.

I like the quality of the stuff I found from JustFab, but they haven't had anything on their site lately that I like. Other than that when I needed to get a refund, they got my money back and it was really easy.
