I've been ordering shoes from JustFab and I like the fast way to deliver. They just need to improve the size. I wear a size 5, but the shoes that I always order is a size 6.

I like how JustFab puts credits on your account if you haven't used them. I feel I can buy a large amount for really cheap when I have the credit. They don't have a lot of and-a-half-sized shoes though and a lot of their shoes run a little small. Also, the clothes shrink after the first wash. Other than that, I really enjoy it.

I like the convenience of shopping with JustFab, the variety that they offer and the customer service. They have really good discounts too. I tend to order more when I know that things are on sale. Also, shipping doesn't take long and the quality is always good. I did a recent return because the boots were too tight, and it was very easy to do it. JustFab has a lot of shortages though. Sometimes when I see orders that I want, they're not available in my size.

I started JustFab up last year. They had a really good promotion going. It was like $10 for the first pair of shoes if you ordered. I was with them for about five months. The way that their system works is that they charge you the monthly fee that you can use towards getting a pair of shoes every month. I did not order every month, even though I was being charged every month. It no longer was financially feasible for me, so I ended up canceling. When I canceled, I had those credits still built up that they don't refund. So, I went ahead and placed one final order to use those credits up before I canceled my subscription. Cancelling was pretty simple. The only thing that's a little confusing on their site is that it makes it seem like you have to call someone or write a letter to cancel, but if you know how to navigate the site and where to find the cancellation part of it, it's pretty easy to cancel online in a couple of steps.

There are different kinds of shoes I can get from JustFab. But I would rather look around myself and not have to deal with the selection from the style expert because the selections they gave me were not something that I would purchase. Also, I got winter boots and a pair of summer sandals at the same time but only one of the boots fit. I got their shipping label but I had to contact customer service and get another because the one they provided me was for only one item.

I recently started again with JustFab because of the winter season and the boot collection. For the price point, it's a good quality. I like the VIP discounts they give but I don't like that if I forget to skip the month, I get charged.

It was not hard to find an item of my style. There was a questionnaire and I plugged in what kind of shoes I like, for what events, and things like that. Based on my profile, they sent me a list. The quality has been nice so far. Some of the left foot shoes are not as comfortable as the right foot but I've never had to return an item. Also, when I order, I get them in a timely manner, which is wonderful, and when I had to call once about a purchase, the rep was very helpful.

I purchased some boots and they're good. I have some complaints about others though. The long boots that are past the knee are not the most comfortable. While you walk, your knees bend a little bit, so it keeps rubbing against the back.

It was amazing with JustFab. I recently ordered boots in December. They're good quality. However, sometimes the tacking doesn’t go as well. Sometimes they leave it with the delivery and sometimes they leave it at the desired place.

Finding my style was easy and my order came on time. If anyone asks about JustFab, I'd tell them they need to order from them.

I just joined JustFab a month ago so it's still getting to know me. I've found things that I like. I didn't love everything but the algorithm maybe still needs to get to know better what I like. But I know what I'm looking for and the website makes it easy to narrow things down by heel height, how thick the heel is and the style of shoes. If you love shoes and you want some updated styles and need to update your shoe wardrobe, then definitely look at JustFab.

I like the different options that JustFab has for clothing and shoes. I broke my ankle so I'm not able to wear the taller heels but I can wear some that are shorter. I like that they have options like that because when I go to the local stores here, they don't have those type of options for smaller, cute heels. It's also a quick and easy process. You can do it from your phone or computer and the delivery process is simple as well. It's dropped off at your door.

I bought boots and the quality was good. They came in just the way I thought they would.

I've found some gems that I like and some good gifts for people as well thru JustFab. I've been able to find some amazing pairs of boots for about $16 that I’ve gotten so many compliments on. They're the cheapest boots I've ever gotten, and they're great quality for the price. I've worn them a bunch, and they've held together just fine. I’ve also bought purses and bags, and people seem to like them, for super cheap. However, not all the options fit my style. I'm not always able to find something.

I was just online googling shoes and JustFab popped up. After looking at the reviews and some of the products, I said, "Let me try it." Then once I got my first two pairs of shoes, I'd order when I get the opportunity. They're comfortable. There's still no wear and tear even after all this long time that I have them. The style expert selections could be a little more in depth, outside of the box, and should have a wide option instead of just always showing the two to six-inch heels. But then I like the process that if I can't get anything, I can skip a month without my account being charged.

The style is amazing and the shoes are always comfortable. They're true to what I'm looking for. I also like that I can always just go through and try new. I had to do a return one-time ‘cause I got some tennis shoes and they were too tight on the toes. I sent it in and JustFab put the credit back on so I could use it again. It was no fuss, no muss. I have referred people to JustFab. I've told them it's great because they can save up and always have money for shoes. I have a few credits and when I'm looking for a new pair of shoes, I don't have to feel the stress that I can't afford them. There are also many different styles without having to travel everywhere.

I have an unusual foot size and JustFab carries my size. I like it because I can always find what I'm looking for. Any of the boots that I've gotten have been fantastic. It's held up well and lasted and everything's great.

I like the quality of items at JustFab and I've done the good sales that they have occasionally. I would recommend them.

I was going on vacation in November, and the estimated time of arrival of the items I got from JustFab was falling two or three days before my vacation, so I still had time to receive them. I was going to bring them with me because they were going to be gifts. Yet, they canceled my entire order because the shipping address that I had put was different than the shipping address that I had used in the past. The only reason why it was different was that I moved, and regardless of the shipping address that I enter, it should be sent there. I didn't receive a phone call, an email, a text message, or notification that my items hadn't shipped, or that they had them canceled.

The website’s a lot different than it used to be. I cancelled the subscription when covid hit, and I just started it back. I'm having a hard time with the website, like what my boutique is, what's in it, what's not. It looks like everything is in there, but it's not. But I'm good with the shoes that I've gotten so far.

The quality of the items from JustFab are good and I received them in probably a week or less. I've been getting charged on my card though by orders that I didn't get.

I liked that the shipment was fast. It was inexpensive. I did not like that there was an automatic monthly membership, which I recently cancelled. JustFab could give their customers a heads up that after they purchase, there might be an automatic monthly membership or automatic monthly.

I got a tax return four years ago and found cute shoes. They did not fit me and I never wore those shoes. But I am too lazy to call and cancel my subscription from JustFab. I bought items a month ago because I had some credits when I accidentally didn't cancel it one month and they were under $5. So, they were great for what I paid for them. I forgot to skip a month, so I asked them if for that month, I could skip it even after the deadline date. And they were more than okay with that.

I got some thigh-high boots and they are nice. I see a lot of stuff on the site that I like. They have my size which can be difficult. I'm in between a 10 or 11, depending on the style of the shoe. I've told a few of my friends about JustFab and said that they got to hook up with it because we have big feet. JustFab's celebrity-endorsed items are highly trendy. Also, they sent me an email where they had some sale going on for five items for $7. I was trying to take advantage of that.

It's very easy to find things at JustFab and I always find the styles that I like. Plus, there are always decent deals. There was a 50% off sale where you could still use your credits so, I enjoy those sales. Because most of the time, it's either you take the sale or you use your credit. The quality is decent and I can't remember having a time where something was bad quality or fell apart quickly. And in ordering, I haven’t waited more than five to seven days for anything from JustFab. People need to read over what they're signing up for when they're making that first order because it's a monthly subscription but there is an option to skip so that’s cool.

Normally, I look for what I'm in the mood for or what I need at the time. Right before the holidays, I got some boots. It's not the best quality products I've ever had. I had to return one item three times and I still didn't get the right thing. I finally said screw it and kept it. It was frustrating. But the customer service reps were always super helpful, nice and apologetic. People should remember though that JustFab is gonna charge you monthly if you don't cancel it.

Finding my particular style of item was pretty easy and the shoes are great quality but the plus size boots aren't plus size. The base of the shoe fits just fine but it's tight in the calf.

I saw that they had really cute boots so I started looking around. I got a pair of boots and I got them pretty quickly. It was a great order experience. But I didn't really like how they fit my ankles. They're too wide but they're really cute.

It's fairly easy to operate the website when ordering but if I have more than one credit saved up, sometimes it's really difficult to make both credits apply to my order. Sometimes it doesn't apply and I would have to log in and out. It's more of a pain. Also, the sizing is off. I usually have to go down half a size at least. I just stuck an insole in them and they work. But I've never wanted to return anything due to quality. It’s just a size issue.

I've ordered two things from JustFab, and unfortunately, none of them worked. One of the pairs didn't fit. I wear an 8, and it was at least an inch and a half too big, so I sent them back. I had another pair where the inside seam was ripped open, so I sent those back, too. The return process was really easy. I just had to print off the label and send it back in. I'll probably still order from them again. There was a huge discount on the first order.

I go through the website a lot and finding my style is a hit or miss. I've had some luck with shoes but some don't hold up too long. I can usually wear them four times then they start to fall apart. But the positive is that typically, they're trending shoes. So, that's nice. However, two of the shoes I ordered never came. The ones that came through the post office were there right away within four days. The ones that came through LaserShip are the ones that never showed up. It took me calling multiple times to get a refund. They kept telling me the shoes are on their way. I ordered the shoes in December and it was the end of January when I got my refund. Normally, I would say it's a good experience, but the last time wasn't.

I like JustFab’s products a lot. I love the variety. I bought some skirts, too. I bought a terrible leggings that I’m gonna have to probably return because they look too much like my flesh and I look like I'm running around naked. The leather leggings that they had were in some kind of tan color but it was too close to my skin.

When I couldn't log into my account, I called and they resolved it pretty quickly. Finding my style on JustFab was easy. I like the 2 for 40. I ordered little boots for my kid and I like the quality. I also bought her little house slippers and she liked them.

I want to close my JustFab account because I don't use it and I don't want to forget to cancel for that month. I have so many shoes, I don't need any more. Also, I don't like the clothes or other stuff on there. They need to improve more on the clothes as theirs is a little bit out of date. I spoke to customer service and they couldn’t control what’s being sold. But they were very nice. Go to ShoeDazzle depending on what you're looking for. I would shop there for shoes and then at Fashion Nova for clothes.

I liked JustFab's $10 for the first pair of boots. I just wasn't thrilled with its quality. When I first got them, they were really uncomfortable. But whoever packaged mine had really dirty hands because the top of one of the boxes was really super greasy and nasty. But the other one, it was nice. The box was clean. I opened it up, the boots were in there nice. That was where the nails are at. Their website was also easy to navigate. The regularly suggested items are also nice. I would be ordering more.

JustFab has awesome shoes. I've bought a few clothes from them. Some of them look weird, to be honest. But most of them are all really good, especially the shoes. The only thing I don't like is that they charge at the beginning of the month. There's no option to just turn that off overall. But I understand that they want people have credits or make more money for themselves.

They get here within just a matter of days. There are also a lot of options and the same styles come in multiple colors. The quality of the products is all right. You get what you pay for. They're not overly priced but the quality's not extremely well. As far as comfort goes, they're not extremely comfortable, but they are very cute. So it's worth it.

I like that you can skip the month within five days and not have to pay anything. But if you do skip it, you get to use your credit for whatever shoes you want and they have good quality shoes. Also, their shoes are cute. It's been a pretty good experience. I’m wearing JustFab shoes right now that I’ve bought a couple of years ago. They’re still in really good shape. Recently, I got a really, really cute pair of thigh-high blue boots that I freaking adore. I love them.

They have cheap prices. I also like that I can order whenever I want to and I can cancel it every month if I don't want to use it. If I have a complaint, they take care of it right away. I like the selections given by the expert too.

There was a Black Friday sale and JustFab's stock did not reflect correctly on their website. When I went to order, they fulfilled the order but I didn't find out that my shoe wasn't available until I got two of my shoes, but not all three. If the pair of shoes that I had ordered was not available, then they should not have allowed the order to go through. When I went back to the site to try and place another order for the shoes because the site reflected that there was one less, that wasn't accurate.

I only ordered through JustFab once and I was unaware that I signed up for a VIP package that was going to take 49 bucks out of my account when I ordered the shoe. So, I had called them to get the refund for that, and so I can get taken off in the VIP package. The rep said that she would send me a gift card. Then, she said that I could switch off the payment plans whenever I ordered, but I still haven't received that coupon thing and I haven't ordered since. Other than that, JustFab has good and cute shoes. Receiving my order was not long at all and it is good quality shoes. I like it.

I first used JustFab when they were brand new and I don't get to order from them often, but when I do, it's always a good experience. They did great with the claims process. Everything went very smoothly. We had some water damage. So, the techs had to detect where it was. AHS's service is good. When we call, they get right back to us and get the work done. We're still keeping them.

JustFab has a variety of items that people can choose from, and there's nothing I don't like about their products. I love them. Plus, If I'm not sure what style I want, they show me different styles and that helps out a lot. I usually get my daughter's stuff off of FabKids, and this is my first time getting a pair of shoes from them. I bought boots and although sometimes the process gets delayed, my boots came in the time frame that they told me that they were coming. The shoes last too.

Their return policy seems fairly easy but I'm lazy to go get a box, take it to the post office, print the shipping label, and return it. I usually just give it away.

I took advantage of their 70% off and 60% off promos and the items that I received are pretty, but they don't last that long. I just realized that some boots that I bought are ripping. So it is not something that I will spend too much money on because I know that it's not going to last that long. Customers should also be careful of the subscription. If you get it, you got to remember canceling or skipping it. I skip the month at the beginning, always, even if I think I'm going to buy. People should also read the reviews before buying.

So I paid for rush shipping on November 24th. I expected a delay because it was the day before Thanksgiving. I expected to at least receive my order by the following Wednesday. But here it is December 5, no tracking updates but they keep telling me it’s been shipped out. If the tracking was supposed to be updated within 48 business hours of the order date, why hasn’t it been updated? For a first impression, I am not satisfied and I will be returning the boots if they ever arrive. I will not be shopping with JustFab ever again.

The shipping is fast and JustFab’s products are good but it would be too small or they wouldn't have my size. I've only done one purchase from them since then. If you became a VIP member, the first purchase would be 10 something.

I purchased a pair of boots from JustFab and the quality was good. It was easy to browse through the different styles and be able to filter for what I was looking for.

JustFab’s cost is good and the quality seems decent. But I had to send the boots back because I didn't like the way they fit. For boots, I have to size up but it appears that I didn’t need to for those particular boots. They were too big and I didn't like this weird, fancy thing around my ankles. But I like the way that the material felt when I was touching it. So, I’ll order again. An issue that I have though is that I went to skip the following month for the credit and JustFab still charged me, and that was annoying. I didn’t want to have a credit and I just want to go in and buy when I want to buy. So, I don't like that whole setup. I called customer service and they were friendly, and they're gonna refund it. They said it could take five days and I haven’t gotten the refund yet. Also, I did the first pair for $10 but I didn’t keep the shoes, so it's like I missed out on my first pair for $10 offer.

The site is easy to navigate and there are so many nice things on the site. I even allow my daughter to look at it. I liked the 75% you get off at first. My boots came on time and I love them. Everybody else does. They’re nice and warm.

JustFab had some boots that my sister-in-law wanted, but because they didn't have her size, I picked out some boots that I liked that was in her size. I was very satisfied with the quality of the product. It also came right away. What confused me was I didn't know once I paid that payment, I'm gonna still owe JustFab any more money.

The reps were good and easy to talk to. JustFab has a wide selection but I would add more of a wide width selection. I bought two different pairs of shoes and I liked one pair. The other pair didn’t have the right size.

JustFab is very convenient and I haven't had any problems with anything that I've purchased from there. It is user-friendlier than ShoeDazzle. When I wanna skip a month for ShoeDazzle, it literally takes me about 15 minutes to try to find where it’s at, whereas on JustFab, it’s right there. I was looking for a trench coat that was kinda light but not too heavy and still stylish. I got that for 50% off at JustFab, so that was a win-win for me. Then I fell in love with the jacket there and I just purchased that. I just received the black boots with chains around, and they only had one pair left and I had to get the 9.5. I would have preferred a 10 but the heck with it. I wish it came in another color. I wish I could have seen them sooner. I still got them, though. I haven’t worn them yet and they were a perfect fit.

My friend told me that JustFab has good quality shoes. She told me she was a VIP member and explained it to me. At first, I logged in as a guest then decided to be a VIP member too. My mom bought from them and my cousin did as well. We like JustFab's products. They are good quality shoes especially the boots. They're not expensive too. But I called recently to cancel my VIP membership. Maybe later I’ll get the VIP membership again.

I really like the shoes from this company. It sucked me in. They will trick me like, "Shipping is such as such." Well, I'm 10 away from free shipping, I might as well get that second pair of shoes. But it is a shoe store, so I'm not expecting too much. Then if I don't want to buy anything, I can put it on pause. I have been a JustFab member for quite some time, and normally, I just skip the month because I have two kids and the money goes to them. However, every now and then, I'd forget to do that and I'd just have another donation to the company. But about a month ago, I got their email for Black Friday and it said that I have 19 credits to spend, and I didn't know what are those credits for, so I went in there, and it was Merry Christmas to myself. I threw a couple of things in the cart and it was $260, but the total bill was 23. Those were only two credits. I threw a couple more in and then the balance was $4. I did a total of three orders to spend my 19 credits. I just misjudged the sizes on the pants. Then one of the bags was not what I ordered. Everything else was perfect.

I saw good boots that JustFab had and it was a good deal. They came yesterday but they don't fit my baby. JustFab has a paper in there for me to send them back.

I love that the website breaks down the styles. They ask you what's your style, and brings you out something similar to it. I bought the high knee boots. At first I thought that they weren't going to be as long as I wanted them, because I wanted them a bit higher than my knee. But they were the right size it shows. Also, I got fast shipping. I received it three days earlier than what I was told. I like the quality. I’d recommend JustFab.

When I was about to travel, I needed some new shoes and that was when I download the app again, put my information and started ordering. I like that the shoes fit me really good and make me look different. It’s like you’re wearing a $500 shoe. I love shopping at JustFab because the products have good quality. But they used to have a lot of items and nowadays there’s a few. If they are doing sales, that is the best way to shop. But if there's no discount, $30 on one pair of shoes is a lot even though it’s a good product.

The selection their style expert gave me has been pretty good, too. But the size of their sneakers tend to be a little off and a little uncomfortable. Other than that, my last purchase was in October where I ordered three pairs of combat boots in different colors and they've been a great fit. I also like the suede feeling, as well as the faux leather.

A month ago I purchased shoes from Justfab. Looking at their reviews I trusted them, I got my shoes delivered nicely and the product is in good condition. After, I canceled my membership because I don't really shop for shoes a lot, I called the customer service so the cancelation would really process and it did, I got my email confirmation and it was all set nothing to worry about anymore right? But no! The next month I received an email stating that I have my order on the way. I was so shocked so I called them to cancel the order, but after telling them the problem I got hang up on the phone 2x! So I was so furious and kept calling the customer service, finally the 3rd call they didn't hang up on me but still didn't save me from inconvenience it will cost me.

The quality of the products at JustFab is okay, even though the last item I ordered came with a blue stain, the Chelsea boots. It looks like something that people already wore. But everything else is good. Highly recommended.

I got two pairs of boots. I got a white pair of hiker boots with laces and I got a gray pair. Both pairs were scuffed up on the too, the heel and the sides. They weren't handled well going into the box. Plus, the bottoms were dirty. It looked like someone had already worn them, sent them back and then JustFab re-sent them out. I'm returning both.

The shape of the boots were not as I expected so I'm not wearing it yet. I don't like the way it turned out around my feet. It's not very comfortable to wear. The way they design it should be in a better, more curvy shape because it was too flat. It looked like a basic boot. Otherwise, the quality felt fine and my size was good. I was not very dissatisfied because it was not so expensive. I love the packaging and JustFab gave me some kind of voucher. I was happy with the delivery as well.
