I bought one pair of boots that were horribly made. The design looked good online, but the boots looked so cheaply made. I just threw them out. I'm too embarrassed to give them to goodwill. Because I had that particular card is on auto pay, it took me about 4 months to realize that my CC was being charged $39.95 each month. I closed that CC account and was issued another CC number. To think that I paid $200.00 on a pair of cheap boots makes me sick to my stomach. I've been unemployed since January and can't afford to throw away money.
Hi Jenny,
We apologize for any confusion as to how our membership works. Take note JustFab is a shoe and handbag of the month club. There is never an obligation to make a purchase. Once you've made your initial purchase you become a VIP member. Being a VIP doesn't require you to purchase each month. You can opt out by skipping the month, and if you forget to skip the 1st to the 5th of every month, a $39.95 credit is issued to your boutique, good toward any item as stated in the terms and condition before you check out your first purchase.

I have been a member of JustFab since June 2012. I purchased two pair of shoes in June and I have been faithfully skipping every month since then, until I decided that I needed a new pair of shoes. I attempted to skip my month multiple times between the 1st of October and the 5th. On the last attempt, it said that the skip was processed but I noticed that my bank account was still charged the $39.95. Then I got an e-mail saying that I got my credit for the month and that I still have until the 5th of the month to skip. Too bad that e-mail came on the 8th!
Why did they even say that I have until the 5th to skip if the e-mail has arrived on the 8th? Now I'm dealing with customer service. I have e-mailed them twice with no response and I have tried doing a live chat multiple times. When I finally connected with someone on the live chat, I told her what happened and she said, "The e-mail is to notify you of your bill" and then she disconnected from the chat. I will get my money back and I will cancel my account.
Hi Taylor,
We’re sorry to hear about your recent experience with JustFab and we would love the opportunity to make it right. We apologize for the delay in e-mail notifications regarding skipping the month. This does not usually occur and we assure you that we will forward your issue to our Quality Assurance Manager. Please be careful with this site. I thought their deal is really fine, but they charge you about $40.00/month. I realized this when I first purchased and before they could ship them out. I called them to cancel my order, but they said they cannot cancel it even though the status is pending. Because if the ordinary online shop should accept cancellation before shipping (because it saves their shipping fee), I tried to argue with them. However, the supervisor kept refusing to give me her last name and said they cannot cancel. All I can do is receive all the items and then call back customer service to return the items. She once said I cannot cancel my membership, to which I never agree; but I kept complaining, and she finally canceled my membership. I like their products. I have enough money to spend but just want to try those casual products and flexible customer service. If they are more flexible, I can be their good customer. I feel so sorry for them.

I ordered a pair of boots with JustFab and I do indeed like the boots. The only thing I am not happy with is when I called to cancel my membership (I didn't want to forget to skip a month and be charged 40 dollars), the man I spoke with on the phone asked me 5 times if I was sure I wanted to cancel and kept trying to get me to stay. It annoyed me. I wanted to cancel and after asking once, even twice, they should just do it!

I ordered some shoes from JustFab, and I actually liked the shoes and was aware of the monthly membership "fee." After thinking about it, I decided to cancel the membership which happened on September 20, 2012. I did read these complaints, so I made sure that I printed the screenshot of the notice that said my membership was cancelled. Guess what happened today? Yep, they charged $39.95! They would not refund money - only gave me a store credit. So, I am disputing with my bank and ordered a new card so no more "issues" will happen.

I never knew my husband’s credit card got charged $39.95 for the last couple of months. He thought it was something I buy on a regular basis and didn't question it. I bought a pair of shoes for 1/2 off $19.95 and even made sure I'm not obligated to be a VIP member. I put down his credit card and even told the customer rep I don't want to be a VIP member even when I returned it. They have been charging his credit card, and I never knew since I never received anything. Stay away from them. Once they have your credit card on file, they will charge it every month and then tell you that you didn't read the Terms and Conditions when you asked them to give you a refund. On top of that, they will have you wait at least 30 minutes on the phone so you will get tired and hang up.
Hi Thanh,
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We truly apologize for the confusion and for any misunderstanding as to how our VIP membership works. Once you have made your initial purchase, you automatically become a VIP member. As a VIP member, there is never an obligation to purchase every month. All we ask is for you to log in to your boutique every 1st through the 5th day of each month. You can view our new style selections or you can simply skip the month if nothing catches your eye and no credit will be generated for that month. Take note that if you forget to skip the month, a store credit worth $39.95 will be issued to you, which is good for future purchases. I have had my JustFab account for over a year now. Every month, I receive an email stating that I have till the 5th of the month to "skip this month." Last month, I never got an email and the same with this month. Since I called last month to get a refund of the $39.95 to my personal account, and I had one over 9 months ago, they won't ever give me another refund. I have asked numerous times to have my account cancelled and they kept telling me to think about it and then call back. I will never do business with them again. I will never recommend them to anyone. All of the "customer service" people are extremely rude and talk to you like you are a child, calling me honey and sweetie. The shoe quality is not good either, shoes fell apart after wearing them 2 times. Don't waste your time dealing with this company.

I ordered a pair of high heels from here. I wasn't expecting that much, but seriously the shoes were an embarrassment. They were basically a platform with a thin patent leather cover over them that was oddly shaped. I just threw them out because they were so ugly and poorly made. So then they charged me the $39.95 membership fee. I tried to cancel and was on hold for 20 minutes because they make you call to cancel, even though you set everything up online. This is just a way for them to take more of your money because they think you will get annoyed and just hang up. So, of course, I tried to do it online through the live chat, but you can't do it anyway aside from over the phone for "verification" purposes. Ridiculous! This company is pathetic - terrible quality shoes and terrible customer service.

Okay, so at first the customer service was great but then I got charged the "monthly fee." I was under the impression that you just pay for the things you bought and the membership was free (otherwise, why would I pay $40 for the membership fee + another $40 for a pair of shoes when I can get them cheaper somewhere else)? I called in and they finally refunded me for the monthly charge. As I was trying to tell the customer service rep that I don't want it anymore because I didn't know that there was a monthly fee involved, she kept on trying to convince me to keep it and give it a try. I kept on trying to tell her no and she kept on insisting to think about it until the end of the month. I finally was just like whatever, I just don't want to get charged for it and I kept on telling her that.
Then on the 6th of October, a month later, I saw a charge on my account for $39.95. I called back to get a refund because I told her that I didn't want it and they still continued to charge it! We were on the phone for a good 30 minutes arguing with them about giving a refund and closing the account. They kept on saying you can use the "points" from the amount charged towards something (which would mean I would have to buy more stuff in order to use it). They wouldn't do a refund and only give credit even when we finally got a hold of the manager. They made it so difficult and I'm extremely annoyed and disappointed that they couldn't make any kind of exception. And I never got an email saying that they were going to charge me every month. I was under the impression that to skip a month was just to skip your selection, not to skip a fee. I'm never using them again!

That will be 81 dissatisfied customers. I came to JustFab to look around but in order to do even that, you needed to sign up to view anything. In my opinion, their shoes were very average and looked like you could find these shoes pretty much at any store around that carries current fashion trends. I was not impressed. Out of their entire collection of shoes, I ended up liking one pair of boots. This is where I got mad. I ordered one pair of shoes without agreeing to any other terms than the ones that were obvious and stated right in front of me. Upon receiving my order, I was notified by some little attached note inside my shipment that I now have some obligation/unacknowledged agreement to "declare" to JustFab by the fifth of each month, whether I will or will not be purchasing shoes from them. In failing to do so, I would incur a fee of $39.99.
I did not sign up for this! I canceled my account the same day I got my shoes which was on September 17th. Today, October 6th, 2012, I have a pending transaction in my bank account from JustFab. It is to be processed on the 9th for $39.99. How does that even make sense? Why the 9th? It is not even the 5th (if this were some regular billing cycle). On top of that, calling the customer service line is a joke and no one seems to be around to answer any of their "high volume calls." The sad thing is the shoes really are a quite decent quality but I can see through all these complaints that I am just another tired and worn out patron of scams and "screw me over" schemes. How disappointing. Don't you companies ever think that if you made people happy, that's what typically keeps them coming back? Hence, more money for you. Never again!
Hi Stephanie,
Our apologies for any confusion and trouble this may have caused. We strive to make sure our members are aware of JustFab's VIP Program. We are a shoe and handbag club of the month. How the VIP program works, is available before making your purchase by clicking to agree to terms before checking out. The terms are also stated on the receipt included in the package below with step by step instructions on how to simply Skip The Month to avoid the $39.95 member credit that you can use on your next purchase. We would like to let you know there are no obligations in making purchases every month. We just ask our members to simply hit Skip This Month between the 1st through 5th of each month and nothing will ever be billed. We have reviewed your account and our records show that due to not being able to skip the month of October 2012, you were issued 1 membership credit. I've been a member roughly around two years or since JustFab was just beginning and let me start by telling you how much I love JustFab because their shoes, clothes, bags, and jailer are amazing! I always get compliments on everything that I wear. All their products are show stoppers. The quality of their products is amazing! They're not cheap at all! They have outlasted some high-priced shoes. The quality of the purses can last and carry so much. It's been 2 years and no heels, straps, or anything have broken or ripped.
The product presentation really makes me want to buy everything. I love how they have the video of the model wearing the shoes. I like how they have the product detail, and what's even better is that they give style suggestion and piece together some outfits. The boutiques are cool but I always look forward to my friends' boutiques every month. I really enjoy seeing what is chosen for my friends. Also, JustFab has 24/7 customer service through the phone.
My only complaint is that I wish the Elite line could stay open a little longer but other than that, CS is very helpful and pleasant. I also love the fact that you can live chat because sometimes I'm unable to call CS, so I just live chat which is as easy as 1,2,3! I have never enjoyed purchasing from a company like I do with this! I love the fact that they really listen to their customers. Any complaint that I've seen has been fixed. They really pay attention to the feedback especially on FB.
I always wonder if anyone ever sleeps at that company. Lol, now that's customer care. There's really nothing bad to say about this company. I mean free shipping and returns. It's always an even $39.95 unless they have a promotion of which they have plenty of those which are my favorite. I love JustFab sales and contests! My fiance was lucky enough to win a JustFab contest which included a year's supply of shoes.
I love the bogo sales, the buy one get one free, the Iron Fist sales! I love that I get points for buying stuff which always equal up to a free shoe! Free shoes! It doesn't get better than that. I love how connected JustFab is with their customers especially in Facebook and Twitter. I always have JustFab retweet and talk to me on Twitter and Facebook which I'm not going to lie. It makes me feel special. JustFab is always active letting us know about future products, sneak peaks, and voting on products. I love JustFab overall because they care! They are customer service! They know how to keep customers happy and that is why I purchase from them at least 3-4 times a month.
Hi Jessica,
Thank you for the nice words that you said about JustFab. We truly appreciate and it's reviews like these that makes us want to improve our products and services even more! Should you have any questions please contact us at 866-337-0906.

I have had nothing but trouble with JustFab from my very first order. I ordered a pair of boots. They weren't what I thought. I went through their steps to return them. One saleslady accused me of trying to keep the boots and get my money back. I laughed. Finally, one month after returning my boots, I got a store credit. I went to order a new pair of shoes and accidentally ordered the same pair twice and no credit. I was told that 20 minutes later, it was too late to cancel my one order, so I will be sent both and I will have to return a pair. My credit, I was told, was taken away because I didn't pay the $9 shipping fee to send back. I told her that was a lie because my credit card was charged $9. After arguing with the saleslady for 2 minutes about this, I got "Oh sorry, I see where we charged you for the shipping." I have been told that the credit has been reapplied to my account but so far, it has not shown up.
Hi Jody,
We sincerely apologize for your experience with JustFab. Your feedback is valuable to us and we will use it to improve our products and services. We have reviewed your account and we have seen that the store credit that was supposed to be issued back to you reflected on your account and you have used it up when you purchased an item from our website. We would like to inform you though that your account is still active and will therefore still require monthly skipping action for you to avoid being charged. Also, you have 1 active membership credit which you can use to purchase any item that's worth $39.95 from our website. I was one of those people who were lured in by their "great" deals and failed to read the fine print correctly. After 2 unintended charges to a debit card, I realized the problem. I read their return policy from top to bottom about 5 times. I made sure that I would be able to return the shoes for monetary value and not membership credit. So, I went ahead and ordered the two shoes with my credit. I called them twice to request an RMA number for return. However, during both calls, the wait time was ridiculously long. I went online to their chat service instead. She told me that my shoes could only be returned for an exchange or membership credit. She said that my credits lose money value, even though I paid for it. I asked her to direct me to the web page where it explained this rule. She failed to do so and repeated my 2 options for return. Nowhere did it say that my credits lose cash value and were deemed ineligible for a money return. I didn't want to blow up on her and disconnected on her after I told her I will just simply cancel my membership from them. I'm very dissatisfied with their policies. I'm never purchasing from them again.

There was a promotion going on and I happened to order 3 pairs of shoes, one pair of pumps (which I actually needed), a pair of booties, and a pair of boots. I'm from Canada so I did expect the order to take a bit longer, so I made sure I ordered these shoes well in advance before I needed them. My first initial complaint is the shipping said it would take 5-10 days but it really took 3 weeks, which is minimal compared to what happened when I actually got my order. When I received my order this Monday, I only received 2 out of the 3, the booties and boots. The pumps I needed for this upcoming Saturday never came. So, I instantly called JustFab. I explained to the woman on the phone my situation but she could not give me any explanation to why my shoes were not shipped. I requested them to express ship my shoes so I can have them for the event on Saturday but they responded with, "We do not express ship to Canada," which is ridiculous because it was their fault I did not have my shoes. Long story short, I cancelled my account with them and will never shop there again. I'll find cute shoes somewhere else, where they are more reliable and take responsibility for their actions.

I was smart enough to research this company before buying from them and figured out that they are a scam! In their fine print it states that by purchasing from them and becoming a free member, you agree to having your credit card charged $39.95 every month unless you enter their website and click "not purchasing anything this month." So, I went and got a Visa gift card to purchase the boots I wanted to avoid ever being charged again. I had also read that their customer service was terrible, but wow I really had no idea how bad until I called for myself. I called with the simple request of tracking my order and was met with a girl who sounded like she was still in high school and was told by her boss that she could treat customers however she pleased.
I gave her my address and name as she requested and she asked me for the name I put on the account, since it was not the name for the billing info. I told her I didn't know as I had just put a fake name on the "free signup" knowing that I would never be using it again. Her attitude went from 0 to 10 faster than I could blink! The rest of the conversation consisted of her repeating the words "ma'am" and "sweetie" at the top of her lungs every time I tried to speak or explain anything. I simply wanted to ask her how I could help in retrieving the information she needed as she continued to yell at me that she could not help me unless I gave her this info. Seriously?!
After about 5 minutes of being berated and called sweetie (very professional), I finally broke and yelled back asking her how the hell her company considered this customer service and requested to be transferred. She talked over me the entire time I said any of this, by the way. She finally calmed down once the only response she was getting from me was to be transferred and I finally got the simple info I had requested. I can't believe I had to be berated by a company that I had already paid and I just needed some simple info. Never, ever again! I suggest you don't waste your time people. Just pay retail or find a new site. It's not worth it!

I had been getting emails from JustFab for several months so I decided to check them out. The shoes are super cute and very inexpensive (which is why people are drawn in). I signed up and purchased a pair of boots. I am not stupid - I read the terms and conditions which mention you are a part of a membership that will charge you $39.99/mo. unless you sign in and click "skip this month" which means you do not wish to purchase anything from the site that month. Nowhere in the terms and conditions did it mention the length of time you had to remain a member.
So, I called up immediately after I made the purchase and said I want to cancel my membership because I did not want to have to sign in every month just to say I don't want to buy another pair of shoes - frankly, it's not worth my time. The customer service rep argued with me saying that I was "cheating the system" by cancelling my membership after only buying one pair of shoes. Honestly, JustFab are the ones "cheating the system" by making you sign up for a membership in the first place just to buy shoes! It's not a store credit card - no account/membership should be required. If you want to buy a pair of shoes, you should be able to without having to agree to a membership. That's how they are able to sell their shoes so cheap since most people don't read "terms and conditions." They are unaware that their account will be charged each month if they don't click "skip". It's another one of those "fine print" cheating companies.
The rep told me if I was going to cancel my account, she was going to cancel my purchase! Are you ** kidding me?! I said, "Go ahead and cancel my purchase that I already paid for and I will just make sure that I inform any potential customers how rude and unprofessional, not to mention sleazy and crooked JustFab practice is. Social media, different rating sites, and blogs, you can count on me for spreading the word on how you treat your customers. Sure the rep was cheesy, nice at first - until I stood my ground on cancelling my membership - then she turned into a cutthroat **. Don't, I repeat, don't buy from this site!

First of all, obviously the following happened to me for not reading the fine print which I'm used to do, but never thought I'd have to do such thing just to buy a pair of shoes. Stupid me! I purchased a pair of shoes from this site thinking it was a very good deal for your money and they looked so cute on the website's picture, blah, blah. Well, I got the product and I hated it so I returned it, but I was more pushed by the person who took my call to take a different item. Of course, so I did. I got the next item and was even worse. Cheap, cheap, cheap quality! I kept the stupid item, which I donated to a Goodwill store, just because I did not want to stress myself out arguing over the phone with this company.
Oh well, I just lost 40 bucks. I just won't buy anything else from them. End of story. But then what happened?! Oh! My bank statement shows that I have been charged for in-store credit from JustCrap! What?! So, I called to see well, why the charge?! And that's when I found out that I got enrolled in some sort of membership when I did my first failure purchase from them! It was a fight between me saying, "Cancel that stupid membership!" and a stupid girl on the other side of the line telling me all my options. How can a so-called respected business woman like Kimora blah blah put her hands in people's bank accounts and get it for in-store credit?! How dare you woman!
Businesses should stop hiding their actions with fine prints! Instead, they should have a big warning label popping up on your screen before you head to the checkout! That would be a good way to apply correct business ethics and responsibility! This company is being totally unethical! Dishonest, a scam, a total ripoff! Businesses like this one make other businesses pay a high price for what they do, and it isn't fair! Would I be willing to buy anything from the internet? Maybe. Will I do it as often as I did before? Probably not. Just because I won't be willing to take my time onto reading fine prints every time before I make a purchase online. Will I be more careful next time? Absolutely! Don't you hate feeling that you have to read fine prints before you buy a pair of sandals on the internet?

I joined JustFab today, hoping to purchase two bags. I was thrilled to see that I could get so many discounts. I actually did read the VIP rules on the side and was aware that I would be charged $39 each month. And I just thought I can cancel next month. But when I got to checkout, the system didn't allow my address because I wasn't confirmed? I was frustrated because I was so excited to get those cute bags! So, I decided to google if anyone else have this problem. To my surprise, I found this long page of complaints! Thank you to everyone's feedback. I just dodged a bullet there. Beware guys! Untrustworthy company! I am still a bit paranoid because although the order didn't go through, I did type my card info. I never submitted but still when I checked my profile, I saw my card info. I cancelled my account. Be careful guys.

Do not buy from JustFab.com. This company is a scam. I saw their advertisement from my email and was tempted to buy the shoes. Only after I made my purchase, I was being told by friends to be careful of this company because they have heard about this company. So after I received my shoes, I immediately cancelled my membership. Yet, they kept on trying to persuade me to keep the membership and they can waive a month for me. I was tempted at first, but later, I decided to call them back and I cancelled my monthly membership.
Later, I realized that they skipped one month and charged me two more months knowing that I will likely not be looking at my statements. I contacted them to request for refund of my monthly charges and they kept on saying that they are unable to do so because they don't have a record to prove that I did in fact contact them to make that cancellation. This company is definitely a scam! They should be brought up to the Better Business Bureau. Someone needs to sue them! They need to be shut down. For those who work for them, you must have no moral instinct. Do not buy from this company! They're scamming people!

My wife purchased a pair of shoes on this website because of a 50% rebate. Then three weeks after, she realized that she hadn't actually bought a pair of shoes but subscribed to a contract that costs her $40 per month. I notice that the only positive review on this page about JustFab says it's important to read the contracts you engage yourself in. I can't disagree with this statement. However, I think that this website is carefully crafted to make you think you're buying one item when you're actually committing to a monthly subscription. And even after that, it is very complicated to cancel the membership. This is a very dishonest way to do business.

This site is a total scam. I purchased a pair of boots from them, and then I noticed that they were charging my credit card $39.95 a month every month after this purchase! I did notice a letter with my initial purchase that there was some VIP membership that if you could join that, you had to call and I think pay a $5 extra charge and they would automatically send you your feature shoe every month. I did not check this option, call them and ask for this or pay for it but they still went ahead and charged my credit card every month.
When I tried to cancel my membership online which I did not even know I had, it wouldn't let me! When I tried to call them, no one answered! Finally, I called my credit card company, reported their fraudulent activity, disputed the charges and cancelled my credit card. It was the only way to get them to stop! I cannot believe this company can do this to people, and that they are still in business. To be honest, the shoes are cheap quality and not even worth the $39.95. Does Kimora Simmons not make enough money already that she has to now scam people of their hard earned money?! You should be ashamed of yourself!

It's been over a month now and I still haven't received my order. I called and tried to cancel my account but they wouldn't unless I agreed to switch to pay as you go. Like I am really going to ever do business with them again. The second I do get my order (if it ever comes), I'm canceling for good. Their shoes are alright but certainly not high quality that comes with the price. You would be better off heading to the mall and picking up something there.

I bought a pair of boots the other day half the price off. It came to a total of $19.95. After I had purchased the boots, I went to look at a different pair. I added a different pair to my cart to see if I could get another for 50% off. It did not come up 50% off when I went to checkout. I did not want to buy this boot but was charged $39.95 anyway. I didn't even fill out my debit card info; they had it on file from the first purchased and charged me for the one I did not want. This is crap. When you go to other sites, you have to put your info in or check the box that has your debit info. I did none of this. Thankfully, I got that order cancelled. I also had no idea about the $39.95 charge every month. This wasn't very clear when you check out; in fact, they do not state it anywhere except terms and conditions. This is very misleading.
I cancelled my account. So hopefully, it’s cancelled for good since I have heard complaints from others who thought theirs was cancelled and it was indeed not. I called customer service and they bombard you with offers trying to get you to not cancel your account. This is really bad customer service. Asking me once about offers… fine, ok, but 5 times? I don't want your membership. I don't even like shoes very much; just was buying a one-time gift. Why would I want to stay a member with you if I will not buy anything else from you guys? I'm returning the boots I bought because they have such horrible customer service, and I will not encourage this company at all.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. Upon reading reviews (which were not so positive, but hey, people will say what they will and there will always be some negative comments), I decided to take my chances. My heels were way too small. I printed out a return shipping label. Well apparently, they expire 5 days after you print them. Where does it say that anywhere on the site or on the site where you print your label? They started charging we $39.95 a month. Did I agree to this? When and where? I simply ordered 2 pairs of shoes. They issued my refund as long as I agreed to stay with them. They said that I would be able to check my email and use a "skip" feature where I could skip paying that membership fee for the month. I agreed. Later on I changed my mind.
I called back and they said that they were unable cancel my account based on my verbal agreement that I would get my refund if I agreed to stay with them. I asked Jamie, my "fashionista" (stupid) how long I needed to stay a member for them to be able to cancel my account and that I wanted to speak with her manager. She told me to just use that option. I said no! I am a very busy mom with a really intense and demanding job with little time for myself, let alone really to shop. This should be the least of my worries, something I shouldn't have to think about. She then told me to set an alarm on my phone to remember to use the "skip" option. She then told me that I made false impressions and that I only said that to get my refund.
Wow, seriously. You're in customer service and you just said that to me? I am a very patient person and I am very understanding, but a company who cheats me out of my money and have employees that would call me a liar is completely unacceptable. I was put on hold so she could talk to her manager. She came back and told me she would cancel my membership and that I would have to pay full retail price. Fine, I'll take it. I have ordered shoes online twice in my life. I would never order from them again, so whatever.

Then, my purchase wouldn't go through without clicking it. I've returned two pairs of shoes back to your company due to wrong fit. At the time of the return, I spoke with a customer rep who told me either they could put the money back onto my debit card or I could find another shoe using the credit from the return; and it was indicated that at any time I didn't find a shoe of my like or fit, to feel free to give JustFab a callback and they would gladly refund my money back to my debit card used for the purchase. But at that time, it would restock fee taken from the refund. Since then, I hadn't seen a shoe of my like, as you may verify that I've declined my feature selection since then. It was to my knowledge today, August 18, 2012, that the credit I had was nonrefundable which wasn't indicated to at the time of my return. I, as a JustFab customer, feel I was misled to believe one thing when the policy was something different.
I asked that my money be refunded back to me due to the misunderstanding on your customer rep part. I was none the wiser of the policy until today, August 18, 2012. I requested that my membership be canceled due to my dissatisfaction with JustFab. Upon my request, I was still told that I can't get my money refunded to me. I, as a customer, have a right to my money due to the misinformation that was given to me. I'm very upset about this matter and will be taking further action until my money is refunded back to me. The supervisor by the name of Dana, who wouldn't give me a last name but told me she was located in North Carolina, was very rude about the matter; and during our conversation, began to laugh about it which I feel was very unprofessional and a blemish to JustFab. I’m hoping to hear back from someone who can help me resolve this matter in a timely manner, or legal actions will be proceeding. Thank you!

I ordered a watch for my son from Fab.com. The outside shipping time was 14 days. It is going to take (according to the tracking) 18 days. I called Fab.com customer service to ask about the process of shipping from designer to warehouse to customer to see if I wanted to ever order from Fab.com again (come on guys, 18 days for a watch from New Jersey to California?). The customer service guy sounded like he was just ever so slightly annoyed at having to talk to yet another customer about shipping or just annoyed that he had to answer the phone in fact. He didn't ask me for my order number to take a look for me or anything. All he would say was it was the designer's fault.
So Fab.com makes money from these orders yet assumes 0% responsibility? Excuse me? One less customer for Fab.com, which is definitely not fabulous. I hope that the watch arrives in good condition so I don't ever have to deal with Fab.com again. I doubt that they care about my business. Poor shipping time and poor customer service.

I was so excited to become a member of JustFab. I bought two pairs of flats that I thought were super cute. When I received the flats, one of them had little black dots all over it and looked worn. Also, the quality was horrible! The shoes were so uncomfortable! I could have bought better ones at Ross or Payless for less money. I went to return the shoes and found that I have to chat with someone. They do not send a return label like every other online company I have purchased from.
I called and was on hold for over 25 minutes so I decided to chat with someone online. She made it seem easy, said she would credit my money back to my credit card and sent me a return label. I then received an email telling me I have store credit for more shoes, which I did not want. I talked to someone else who ended our chat in the middle of asking a question without asking me if I was finished or had anything else I needed help with, so I had to contact someone else. I have now talked to 6 different people to make sure I was credited, my restocking fee was waived for the damaged shoe and my account is canceled.
Overall, my whole experience was horrible. I should not have to talk to so many employees just to have the return processed correctly and my account canceled. They also kept me on the phone for over an hour and threw all sorts of offers at me to try to make me keep my account, when I told them over and over and over again all I want to do is cancel it. By the time I was done, I felt like I told him my life story just to get him to cancel my account, which by the way I had to talk to someone later because my account was not cancelled. Hopefully I won’t have to contact them a 7th time and my return will actually be right this time. Also out of 6 employees, only one was nice. I work in customer service myself, so it's not like I was rude. Not even the 6th time! So why should they be? I will never use this site again and neither will my friends!

Yes, what all of the other negative reviews say are all true. They charge you a lot of money. So in the end you're not getting a good deal. Whoever says they're getting a good deal, it most likely works for the company and doesn't understand quality. The shoes are cheap. For the amount of money you are paying for these low-end shoes, you could actually be getting brand name shoes. (If you do the math, it's actually quite simple; plus higher-end shoes won’t hurt your feet as much as these cheaply made heels/sandals/boots.). When you call to cancel, you get the run-around, up until the point where you're fed up and have to tell them rudely that you're done.
This relationship is over. I don't want to ever see your shoes again. Then they're forced to try to calm you down, and putting the blame on you because you've gotten angry and unreasonable (I'm a psychologist and I know how this stuff works). They're just trying to play the power game. The representatives over the phone do their best to hold power over you and your money. They play the "I'm just an innocent person who works here" game, then when you least expect it, they turn on you. If I wanted to deal with a whole bunch of rabid dogs that come back to bite you in the ** you know what, I would have become a veterinarian.

I told the woman that I had explicitly unchecked the VIP box and that I did not read the terms and conditions for it because I did not click it. So she said that the only way I was signed up was by clicking it, and I asked her if she was calling me a liar. She replied no and that the website says they can't issue a refund. And because I didn't read the terms and conditions for something I didn't sign up for, they couldn't do anything. Then she proceeded to tell me she was stepping out of company policy and issuing me two refunds and that I had four credits left on my account that I could redeem whenever. I think this is complete crap. I also told her there were many people who complained about this issue and all she could say was that she was sorry everyone felt that way and they could not and would not do anything.

After signing up and buying about $60 worth of stuff, I thought that I wasn't going to be charged anything extra because it was the beginning of July when I bought it. To my surprise, I was charged just over $70 on my credit card and a few days later, an additional charge of $39.95. When I called and asked why I was charged, I was told I had to skip the month. I told them I made a purchase on the fourth so I didn't have to skip, but they told me it was only processed on the 6th and that I should have skipped the month to avoid the fee. I let it go this time thinking it'd be fine, but I just ran into a million more problems.
After receiving my order 2 and a half weeks later than expected, I called to cancel my membership. After waiting on hold for over a half hour with long distance charges, I was spoken to as if I was a child. I tried to speak several times but was spoken over. Finally, they told me that I could cancel but they were leaving me with the pay as you go membership. Today I checked my credit card and saw another $39.95 charge from them! I called and was told that in the call, I stated I was fine with keeping my VIP membership and I would skip the month over the phone. I told them that is not what I said at all! Again I was spoken to as a child and could not get a refund. I was assured by a supervisor that my account was cancelled and if any charges come up again, I would be fully refunded.
I checked online and of course, my account was now changed to a pay as you go membership. I unsubscribed from all emails and cancelled my account. If I have any further problems with them, it will reach the point where I'll simply hire a lawyer because there is no way to get money back from their customer service.

I tried to cancel my membership and they make you wait forever before they even get on the phone. If they truly have this many people trying to cancel, then it speaks volumes. Otherwise, they are just playing games. A half an hour is ridiculous and it took 10 minutes before the online chat person connected, and they refused to help me try to cancel. They make it incredibly difficult to cancel.

I called Just Fab to return some shoes that were, again, bigger than normal. This was my third return. The other two didn't fit right and were never used. The customer service person told me that it's in their policy that they cannot do a 3rd exchange. When I asked, "Where is this stated on your return policy or your terms of agreement for your "VIP" members?" They said it's not stated and that they are sorry for the confusion. Confusion? Withholding information is not called confusion. They said they don't inform their customers about this return policy because they don't want to make it a habit for customers to constantly return merchandize.
Well, do you think your customers like wasting time constantly ordering and going to the post office to return your ill-fitting shoes? I would not risk doing business with this company. The shoes look good online, but you'll never know how it's going to fit you (most of them don't fit right) and with their unstated company policy, you won't get the chance to exchange until you find one that fits you correctly.

I had heard about JustFab.com via the television commercials. I was intrigued and decided to go online and check it out. I did read the terms and conditions, but I made the mistake of not checking the reviews until after I had already placed my order. So when I read others saying they had billing issues, I checked my credit card transactions. I was concerned because the total that I was supposed to be charged was different from what was charged to my card. I thought that I would just call and it would be resolved easily. This was not a huge $100 discrepancy or something, but I still have the right to know why. After a while, I just gave up. Horrible customer service.

So I had no idea that they charge you $39.95 a month because I was a member for a few months prior to buying a pair of shoes without getting billed. When I did purchase that first pair of shoes, that's when, I guess, you "agree" to the terms and conditions and start paying. I admit I rarely actually read those long small print terms and conditions. When I would get monthly emails from them, I didn't pay attention because the subject is "Check out new styles" or something along those lines. If it said something about billing or charges, I might have paid attention. When I realized I was charged for the last few months I thought, no big deal, I'll just call them and get my money back, they'll understand. That was not the case at all.
I've never talked to such rude people in my life. On my first call, the girl said she could not give any money back and I should have read it more carefully. I asked to speak to the supervisor. First, she said she was a supervisor, then decided maybe she wasn't and gave me to someone else. Who does that? Then, the supervisor said, "Sorry, no refunds." I've never heard of a company saying something like this? I didn't even get any products. So, I was a little angry which I think is understandable. I called him an ** (okay, maybe a little over the line, but I was so mad). He agreed to give me a refund for 1 month and I had to use the rest of the credits in shoes (I don't want 4 pairs of your ** shoes!).
I finally agreed anyway. Then I don't see any refund. I called back and talked to someone else the next day. She was telling me she can see that I used "profanity" on my last phone call and he decided not to give me the refund of $39.95. Really? Is this high school, because I was mean, he changed his mind and decided I wasn't getting a refund without telling me? I asked to speak to another supervisor and she stated, "There is no supervisor to talk to." Again, I'm getting angry, but I decide to stay calm because it didn't get me too far last time. I just ended the call saying goodbye and called to hopefully get another person that would let me talk to a supervisor.
Finally, they let me talk to someone and I got my refund of $39.95 and I picked out 4 pairs of shoes. I said, "Now, please end my membership; I never want to give business to this company again." The representative on the phone said, "Oh, why miss would you want to do that? You know you can skip the month and not get billed." Really? I went through all this and they try to get me to stay? I said, "no," and again, she said, "oh, please consider staying with us; I'll give you more points so you can buy a pair of shoes." They were begging me to stay for 5 minutes. I couldn't believe it. I was practically in tears because of the process I had to go through just to get a representative that would actually listen to me and not pretend she was a supervisor or tell me there wasn't one.
I am changing my credit card # because I don't trust that they will stop billing me! The customer service is a bunch of teenagers that don't want to give your money back. This is a horrible business. I've never been more displeased with a company before.

I wear a size 10 shoe so naturally that was the size that I ordered (on 7/2/12). Once the shoes arrived, I found that they were a whole size too small even though the imprint suggested a size 10. I had to return the shoes and order a size 11 (exchanged on 7/7/12). Those shoes were a little too tight also but I kept them anyway. I called to cancel my membership because I am not the type of person to log onto a website once a month just to skip a month and spoke to a representative named Gabby. I told her I wanted to cancel my membership and she went through her whole script of trying to keep me but I kept telling her that I would just prefer to order when I am ready. She had a nasty disposition every time I said that. Nonetheless, after about 6 minutes on the call she finally canceled my membership and just hung up (membership cancelled on 7/20/2012). No "thank you for calling," "have a nice day," or anything! As a matter of fact, I was saying to her "thank you and have a nice day" when I found out that she had hung up on me. I hope the phone call was recorded because this customer service rep was not very nice.
I would not recommend JustFab to anyone only because the customer service that I received from Gabby was not up to par and the fact that they will charge your credit card every month if you don't skip a month. When I opened my account, there were the options of either being a VIP member or pay as you go customer; I didn't choose either. I just pressed continue and continued on with my shopping. I guess the site chose for me. Initially I wasn't mad about this, seeing that I buy shoes often enough (not from this site), but after having to call and being placed on hold for up to 25 minutes at a time (called 3 times) and having to ship the shoes back and once I got them back, they still didn't have that "perfect" fit (although they do look nice)... It is just a hassle and a headache so I would much rather buy my shoes as I go.

I love JustFab.com. People complain about the website because they do not read the terms and conditions that they must agree to when they sign up. The terms very clearly state that unless you check in each month before the 5th to skip the month, you will be charged $39.95 for being a VIP member. I have had an excellent, wonderful experience with this website. I read all the conditions and knew exactly what I was signing up for when I bought my first pair of heels. It takes 30 seconds to sign in once a month and skip that month if I don't have the money or don't like the choices. (Most people spend much more time than that on Facebook each day, so you do have the time; it's not inconvenient). Overall, it's a wonderful website. I highly recommend them for buying heels. Make sure you read contracts that you agree to!

After being persuaded to not close my account so that I could spend the $120 I had already been scammed out of, I was assured over and over again that I wouldn't be charged again. Surprise! I was charged again. I called to complain and ask them to reverse the charge and close my account. They said a supervisor would give me a call back in 2 hours. Literally, one week later, I call back to say that I never heard from anyone. After finally getting a supervisor on the phone (a 22-minute wait), I was told that in the recording of my previous conversation, I was told I would be charged again unless I opted out.
Why would I agree to this? Of course, when I asked to hear the recording or have a copy of it, it can't be released. This is such a scam, I don't know how these people sleep at night. I asked their supervisor, "Do you know what kinds of reviews you have online about your company? Do you, guys, feel good about taking your customer's money this way? There is no way you can believe in your company's business model." His response? Total silence. Enough said.

Everyone on here who is complaining about JustFab are the typical dummies who do not read the fine print. When you sign up for their membership, if you read the terms and conditions, it clearly states that you will be charged $39.95 if you do not skip that month's selections by the 5th day and that $39.95 will be converted to credits that you can use for future purchases. This isn't a scam. You all are too lazy to read the fine print. Now that you're being charged for what you agreed upon, you all of a sudden want a refund for this scam. I happen to be a happy JustFab customer. I knew exactly what I was getting into when I clicked that I agreed with their terms and conditions. I've ordered 3 handbags from them and have nothing to complain about. The quality is topnotch and for $40 each, those were a steal. I even had a high end department store employees envying my bag. You all should stop crying and read what you're agreeing to!

Yes, I fell for what everyone else on here is complaining about. I did not really think they would continue to charge $40 to my name for the next five months. But unlike most people, I did not freak out and call them screaming. I called and patiently talked with a man named Phillip and told him my situation. He responded kindly to my politeness and refunded three out of the five charges put to my card. When according to some people, they could be refunded none. I luckily got most of my money back. It is ** that they "cannot refund your money". They can if they want to. I then purchased a bag and a pair of shoes with my store credit. I realized though that I still needed to cancel my credit card info with them. So, I went online to try and cancel and it said I needed to call in again and speak with someone to cancel (unheard of).
So I called in and this very talkative gal answered. She asked me why I was calling in again since I agreed to stay with their company earlier that morning, which was honestly, really, really creepy. They must keep track of when you call in to get your money back so that you can't try more than one time. I spoke with her and told her I simply couldn't afford the shoes every month. She insisted I just "check once a month to skip and I won't be charged". I said, "I'm a busy woman and the only thing I have time to remember once a month is my menstrual cycle." She then told me she would remove my VIP membership and ensure that I would no longer need to skip months or worry about being charged. I was delighted. Let's hope this doesn't happen again.

This company sucks. They have good products, and they ship fast; but they do this thing, where after you make your first purchase, you are automatically put into their "VIP" customer. This means that you are going to be charged automatically $39.95 each month, unless you skip the month or make the purchase. What company in their right mind does that?
I missed two months and checked my credit card statements to find out that they had charged me twice for $39.95. I was so irate that I called customer service immediately. It is unfair to automatically be charged, because I was not aware of this to begin with. They did not send me an email confirmation or anything to show that they had billed my account. Instead, they only continued to charge me.
After speaking with a representative, I was only able to get a merchandise credit refund for one pair of shoes or handbag. Because I live in Hawaii, even though I got credit to buy one more pair of shoes, I still had to pay $9 in shipping. The company wasn't even willing to pay for that. This leaves me so angry and dissatisfied. I would have liked all of my money back. I would not recommend this company, and I will definitely tell everyone I know about this. Because of the unknown charges, I have overdrawn on my bank account this month; and I am extremely frustrated that I now need to buy a pair of shoes, even though I don't need any more. Membership canceled.

I called the company in May and told them I would like to cancel my service with them. The gentleman informed me that I can skip a month and not be billed or charged. He had me under the impression that since I called to cancel, I had nothing to worry about because I was skipping a month just in case I see something I like in the future. Then, he went into this drawn-out story about him always skipping a month on the shoes he purchased for his mother. At the end of our conversation, I said, “Well, let’s be clear. I will not be charged, so we were clear on that?” Then, I received a payment in my PayPal account from a customer; when I went to withdraw the money it said, “Declined.” What?! After viewing my bill, I see that JustFab had taken a payment out.
I called them and kindly asked them what was going on. She explained to me that the rep I spoke to talked me into staying. I said no, what he said was, “I’m sorry you’re not happy. So I will let you in skipping months for you; that way the stylist will continue to send you your showroom.” I replied that I don't want to be charged. I went on to tell the rep I would like a refund because he misinformed me. I don't like the damn product your company is selling. She said, “Ms. **, I understand you are upset, but if you continue to use that language, I will end our call. So, would you like to use your credit in your account?” I replied, “No, I don’t want credit with your company. Let me speak with a supervisor.” She said, “We don't have a supervisor here. I’m the only one that can help you.” That's when I hung up. I advise everyone not to order with this company!

JustFab.com (also a sister company to shoebuy.com) is one of the many cyber scams that have arisen since the drastic fall of the economy some-odd years ago. They have preyed on and continue to prey on everyday working people who (unfortunately) don't take time to read and research before placing an order. I personally haven't ordered anything from this company nor do I ever plan on it but I have friends and co-workers who've constantly complained about paying monthly for cheap crappy merchandise that is due to them (they either had to call and argue over or ended up being charged hundreds of dollars) and never received.
Beware of monthly "subscriptions" masqueraded as "exclusive" or "VIP memberships". Please, people, you work hard for your money. Credit companies and banks don't lend to just anyone nowadays. If you're lucky enough to have an income and credit, protect it at every cost. Read before purchasing anything you've seen on TV or the internet. It's not a deal if you don't get what you're paying for.

I created a preliminary membership to JustFab so I could view the shoe selection. I never entered any shipping/credit card info and I never purchased anything (The shoes appeared cheap even on their website). I made an attempt to close my account through the emails I was receiving on a daily basis; however, when you click the "Unsubscribe" button, nothing happened so I just stopped the emails. To my surprise, I continued to get emails almost daily. I then asked for my account to be closed through the live chat, and was assured the account was closed. I continued to get emails. I called the 1-800 number, and was again told that my account was closed, but that if I continued to get emails, I could just "mark them as spam". I still continued to get emails, which made me extremely angry. I again went through the chat line and was again informed by "Krystal" the account was closed and my email was removed from the system today. I will not be surprised if I continue to get them.
For a customer that has never purchased anything and never provided any type of shipping/credit info, this company has still been a nightmare. I feel like I am being harassed by their emails and inability to actually remove my information. I cannot imagine the frustration of actually purchasing something.

Even though the print for VIP info on their website says, "Every JustFab style is only $39.95. No obligation to buy. Skip any month and cancel any time." After you buy your first pair of shoes, you get charged $40 a month whether you get the product or not. As my email was going to spam and I online bank without seeing every $40 charge, I found out they have charged me almost $400 for products I never wanted, never bought, never received, etc. They say it is in the fine print when you buy your first pair of shoes, but they are extremely misleading to the point of fraud in my opinion with the visible text on their website. When I joined it was different. They just changed it but it is still not clear that you'll be charged if you don't answer within 5 days of receiving the email to skip the month. The first customer service agent was awful, unprofessional and bitchy.
The manager I spoke to was better but again due to misleading advertising said they could refund only up to 3 months of credits. Who thinks someone wants to pay 40 bucks a month for services they never buy? Insane. Do not buy from this company. For the 78% who hates this company, lodge a complaint with the BBB at their site, and send your complaints to Just Fabulous, 2301 Rosecrans Avenue Suite 4100, El Segundo, CA 90245, contact: Evan **. Initially during my membership, I got email reminders to select a pair of shoes or skip the month before the 5th. Then those stopped, and typically I remembered on my own (except for once). Shoe selections that month were ugly, so I bought a purse. Quality? Probably much better than I could get elsewhere for the amount I paid. Now I find myself in the middle of a move. I have no idea how long I'll be without Internet service (and no smartphone) and I have no time to devote to remembering petty things like opting out of a selection each month.
Since all I've been doing is "skip" ping, I figured it was about time to cancel. Hey, Justfab? Why do you have a place on the website where you click an option to cancel and then tell us we have to call? That's bogus! Give your customers a little more respect, and maybe they'll come back to you at a later date! So I called. I expected the hard sell I received, and decided to see if they might let me skip a few months without my having to visit the website or make a call in the interim. The rep said they could, and that I would receive an email confirmation, and 100 free credits for staying.
Next day, I checked my account. No email except a survey about their customer service, and no 100 credits. In fact, the 110 credits I previously had, had been changed to 1! This is how they retain customers? I called again to cancel, this time unswayed. I understand the hard sell, really, I do. Times are tough, the economy is bad, and they need to keep customers, come what may--especially ones who have (like me) forgotten to skip a month. But really, when someone is on the verge of becoming unhinged, and all she wants is to cancel, don't waste her time.
Be warned: cancelling is hell with this company. Be prepared for a fight. Also, I dislike that I cannot delete my credit card information. Even after my account is cancelled. I can sign in, and there it is! What does it take to clear this information? I guess I will have to get a new card from my bank!

Recently, I discovered that this page JustFab.com was charging me $39.95 every month without notifying me. The total amount at this time is $199.95. I talked with their customer service representative and she said that they will not return me that money and I have to choose 5 pair of shoes or something with those 5 credits. I choose 2 items, but I was so disappointed because I did not want to I just want my money back. Then I file a complaint with the BBB. After that, I received a message from JustFab that they will refund the amount of my credits in my credit card account.
I was very pleased until I went to their page again to talk with a representative again. I notice that I could not enter to the account with my usual password. After a requested password to my email, it says that the password was changed to “JUSTFAB.” I would never use that kind of password. So I went again to the web page, used that password and there was my account with all my information. But guess what? It says that now I have 2 credits remaining, not the original 3. I had 5 credits and I was forced to use them, but I only use 2 of the 5. I'm doubting that this people will refund me as they said in the email. They are playing so dirty. To all of you that have a complaint with this company, go to the BBB’s site and file a complaint.

On 3/12/12, I discovered that I had unauthorized charges from IBI JustFab.com on my credit card, dating back to 1/18/12, and biweekly thereafter. The total of the charges is $315.00. I called the company to inquire about the charges, as they were classified as a subscription on my credit card bill. They said an account existed under the credit card number provided, however the billing address I provided did not match, therefore they could not close the account, or provide more information. I expressed concern that the card they have on file was not authorized for use, and if they could not assist me further, I would be forced to contact the authorities.
My credit account was closed and the charges were disputed with my credit card company. I searched the internet for background info for this company, and found multiple other complaints involving the same or similar scams. I am concerned that other innocent people will be further victimized by this fraudulent company, if something is not done.

This company scammed me into paying $40 a month for junk. I say junk because every single thing I have purchased has been absolutely 100% worthless, broken, cheap and/or completely unwearable. On top of that, when you email them, they will not respond, ever. I have sent them ten emails--not one response, regardless of what it was concerning.
I receive "selections" every month and every single one, except maybe one of the most hideous items, is out of stock--every single time. The quality of everything these people sell is absolutely shameful. And I have bought from every department: jewelry (came in two pieces and missing parts so the person packing it had to have known it was broken and sent it anyway), jeans (which were absolutely atrocious and had really odd measurements I have never seen before and never want to see again), bags (cheap-looking, seams coming out upon arrival, "playing dress-up" feel), shoes (clunky, made out of the cheapest material I have ever seen, way too high to wear anywhere but a gentlemen's club, and again, seams falling out) and sunglasses (worst quality, yet so flimsy and plastic).
And to Jennifer who said that the reviews on JustFab's website don't match the ones here: obviously, they aren't going to post the worst reviews on their site. They are a scam; they will do whatever they need to do in order to make themselves look good. And this is not the only site containing dozens of customer complaints about JustFab. I have found literally about 25 sites that also feature nearly all horrible reviews. Do some research and you'll see that signing up with this company is literally flushing your hard-earned money down the toilet.

I did not know that until I get charged twice in my credit card. I called and asked to cancel, but they work their sales magic and keep me there and tell me I just need to remember to click "skip" button (but did not tell me I have to do it from 1st to 5th each month) so silly me decided to try again. February came and I checked my credit card statement and found out they charged me on 2/6! I called and tried to cancel and they did not refund me even when I told them I can't find anything to buy from their website. I bought two pairs of boots from Justfab. When the merchandise came in the mail, they sent my boots in addition to a purse(?). The boots/purse were low quality but for the price, I kept them even though I wanted to return (by the way, they have an $8 restocking fee per item if you return) them. Without my knowledge, from this first purchase, I was being charged $39.99 for a monthly VIP fee. I never agreed to this nor do I ever want to purchase anything from this company again.
When I called JustFab today, 2-16-12, at 5:18 p.m. PT, they were not able to refund my money but instead gave me a store credit. I stated I didn't want a store credit because I do not want to purchase anything. I just want my money back. According to the CSR, there wasn't anything they can do besides a store credit. The CSR claims that they will cancel my membership today without any refunds. To cover my tracks, I contacted my credit card company just to make sure they are aware of this activity and to place a block on this company and any potential future charges.
This is a fraudulent company selling cheap merchandise, only trying to make money off a $39 recurring monthly charge. Consumers, please be alarmed.

However, tonight, I reviewed the website and decided to get feedback from consumer information and ran across this site. Interestingly, the posts located here do not seem to match what I found on the website.
This clearly indicates to me that I would be agreeing to the terms as the company states of charging a monthly fee of $39.99 if I do not go to the site and opt out before the end of the 5th day of each month. It also informs that upon making my first purchase, I am agreeing to these terms. What I am more interested in is knowing about the quality of items that the company is sending out. That feedback would be more helpful.

After receiving several introduction emails about the site, I decided to check it out. There was nothing in the sign-up process that explained that this was a paid membership with an obligation to buy every month after the first purchase. The way it works is they falsely advertised an introductory rate for the first pair of $19.99 to entice people to buy the first pair but they actually charged my card $39.99 instead.
Then the VIP membership kicks in right after the first purchase, which the sign-up process explains, will start a series of emails offering styles that match your preferences. It also says that you can opt to buy a pair per month. There is no mention that the first purchase is the beginning of an uninterrupted monthly charges of $39.99 and that one has to decline by the 5th of every month in order to not be charged the monthly fee.
There is no way their "membership" model passes the new consumer credit laws. A merchant can't charge ones credit card unless there is an express authorization so their monthly charges are fraudulent. I reported the 3 charges that posted to my credit card as fraud to my credit institution. A total of $120 for one cheaply made pair of boots I got is too much. That pair turned out to be an expensive pair after all.

They did they same thing to me, I ordered 2 items, a month apart, and the next thing I know they are charging my credit card twice for $39.95. When I called customer service, they tried to say it was some kind of agreement/membership that charges your account monthly, but you are invited to shop.
I read contracts for a living and this was not the way the site explained themselves. It's sad that Kimora Simmons is tied to something like this. I hope she is not aware that her shopping site is a scam business. I'm thinking about filing with the Better Business Bureau, but they did send me an email refund so I'm not sure if they refunded all the money. I've already disputed it with my credit card company so I will be refunded fully either way. How awful. I purchased 1 pair of boots that once I got them, they were hideous. At first I thought oh well, they were only 19.95. This was at the end of October. Then I was checking out my bank statement in December, and saw this company had been charging me $40 a month since I bought the boots. Disgusting. I went back online to sign up under different information to find out how clear this really was, the fact that they charge each month automatically, and it was not clear at all. Evidently, this was in the small print terms and conditions which is not even on the same page that you authorize payment. I immediately called them, only to be on hold for 30 minutes, then once someone picked up the line, I was instantly hung up on. I called right back, even more upset. Was on hold for another 20 minutes, explained my frustrations, and I was told that they would not give me a refund.
When I tried to close the account, I was told that if I close my account I would lose my credit. I looked at the credit on the account, saw that out of the $80 they took plus the $20 I spent on the boots, the only "credit" I earned was 100 points. For 100 points, all that got me was shoe insoles. Incredible. $100 for shoe insoles. So as I was arguing with "Larissa" if that was even her real name, she said she would not refund me both charges, only 1 and also could not and would not provide me with confirmation of the cancel. Also when I requested a supervisor, she told me I could not speak to one. Excuse me but who is the customer? Who just unknowingly paid your company owned by Kimora Simmons, $100 and I don't get the courtesy of speaking with a supervisor?
"Larissa" kept telling me it was my fault because I agreed to the monthly charge which again, was not clearly stated when I purchased the boots. She then said if I sign into my account later on it will not let me in therefore confirming the fact it has been canceled. But does this mean that they are still going to fraudulently charge my account? I am furious! This is clearly shady business practice and highly unethical. I am paying to file a complaint with the BBB and contacting the Attorney General, since they refused to refund both charges. Justfab.com and Kimora Simmons need to be shut down. This is disgusting that they have been getting away with this scam.
I will never ever again support anything that has to do with Kimora Simmons. This company has taken advantage of many many people who all they wanted to do was purchase a pair of shoes online. I have made many online purchases in the past and not one company has ever forced me unknowingly into a hidden "terms and conditions" making you a member so they can steal consumers money. Outright disgusting.

This company is a rip-off. I bought a pair of boots from this company for $19.95 (very poor quality boots); a month later, my credit card was charged another $39.99. I thought it was a mistake. I called customer service only to find out that I had joined a club and the only way I would not be charged was if I opted out every month. I quite reasonably thought I was just authorizing one purchase of $19.95. Evidently, this was in the small print "terms and condition" which is not even on the same page that you authorize the purchase. I was told that they would not give me a refund. When I tried to close the account, I was told that if I close my account I would lose my credit. I guess I'll use the credit then close the account.
Regardless of the contract (very long and in small print), charging someone $39.95 a month automatically, unless they go online and click a button between the 1st and 5th of the month, is a deceptive business practice if you do not make it obvious this is going to happen. It should be clearly stated on the website that this is a "shoe of the month club" and you will be charged if you forget to opt out. How about opting in to be charged instead?
I am surprised that Kimora Lee Simmons would take advantage of consumers this way especially considering so much of the public is struggling and frustrated about the way we have already been taken advantage of by the banks and the government. Clearly this is yet one more highly unethical practice. It is also a horrible way to conduct business. I have totally lost respect for Kimora Lee Simmons and will never knowingly support anything she is involved in. Justfab is just one more company ripping off the low to middle income family. Haven't we had enough? I hope this company is a failure. I'm sure it will be! Horrible!

I heard about JustFab.com website from a good friend of mine. I bought a bag from them, which I really like. To be honest, I wish I had never bought the bag! It was not worth all the trouble it has caused me. But like others, I was charged this fee of $39.95, because they decided to upgrade me and not inform me that if I upgraded and I did not skip my month of choices, I would be charged this fee.
I called JustFab because I thought that it was a mix up. Upon my call, I was on hold for 15 minutes even before I got to discuss this issue with a customer service rep. After another 20 minutes on the phone, I was able to receive a refund. The customer service rep was helpful and did apologize for all the trouble, which made me feel better. Then this month, I just got charged again. I never received my new options so again I called. Again, my wait time just to speak with someone was 10 minutes.
It’s no wonder why their wait times are so long. This website is a rip off. They are trying to steal your money! This time the customer service was this awful woman who was not helpful at all! I demanded that I be refunded my money because I never received my new options at all. She said that she would not be able to do this. I demanded to talk with a supervisor and she informed me that she was one. I told her I want to speak with someone above her! She got very rude on the phone.
I informed her that she was a customer service rep, I am the customer, and JustFab made the mistake, not I! After a while, she said that she would refund my money. To top it all off, in order to cancel your membership, you have to call and most likely wait another 10-15 minutes! My advice is not to use this website. It’s a major rip off. Their customer service sucks!

I simply stated that I wanted to return my shoes (the website states "free shipping and free returns") and receive my refund. They said they would only refund me $14.97. I closed my account. But in order to do so, I had to make a purchase with the "credits" in my account! Needless to say, I reported them to the BBB and I have inquired with my bank. Never again will I purchase a single thing from JustFab.com. Oh, and their customer service is terrible, unethical, uncooperative, and unresponsive.
Hi Cara,
Thank you for sharing your recent experience. We apologize for any misunderstanding regarding how VIP member works. Being a VIP, there is no obligation to purchase an item every month. All we ask is for you to log-in to your boutique every 1st to the 5th of the every month. You can simply skip if nothing catches your eye and no credit will be generated for the month. If you do have any further concerns please feel free to contact us in our hotline 866-337-0906 we are available 24 hours 7 days a week daily.

I had called them in May 2011 to cancel my account. I didn't care for any of the shoes and I didn't want the obligation of having to log on, and decline their selections. The only way to cancel the "membership" is to call. I did so. I stopped receiving emails, I had every reason to believe that the account was canceled.
This morning, Friday, October 7, 2011, I got an email that stated I have a credit to my account. I checked to see if there was a charge on my credit card. It turns out, they've been charging my credit card every month since May. They were charging my card $39.99 every month even though I canceled the account five months ago.
I called today, and was on hold for in excess of 30 minutes. They told me that they have no record of me canceling the account back in May and they refused to refund my money. I told them that I would follow up with my credit card company and dispute the charges. I also asked to cancel my account. At which I was told by the customer service person that if I canceled my account, that I would forfeit my credits (from the charges they made each month with out my permission). So I really couldn't believe that they would actually try to get me to keep my account so they could continue to charge my account while I disputed the account with my credit card company.
I told her to cancel the account and send me proof of the cancellation, which she told me they don't do - and that she said when I log out, the account will not allow me back in and thus be proof the account is closed. However -- I can still log in several hours later. After continuous arguing, I did in fact get her to send me an email saying that the account was closed.

I've been a member of this website for 5 months and I don't get why these complaints are even listed. It is very apparent that each month you have to make a choice to either make a purchase by the 5th of the month or hit the "skip this month" button, to either skip the month or make a purchase at a later time that month. Whoever doesn't read the guidelines or at least the FAQs before they give out their credit card info needs to have their head examined.
What part of "A monthly VIP membership..." and "...you will be required to choose...by the 5th of the month..." don't people understand?! In fact, I received an e-minder today, on the 4th, reminding me to take a look at the selections. I understand my part of the deal, put it in my iPhone and just expect it since it happens monthly! Come on folks, get real, read up and know what you're getting into before you give out credit card info! I love this site and am happy with the quality of shoes I have chosen so far. I mean, $40 is a great price and I expect a $40 pair of shoes and not a pair of D&G's. I look carefully at the close ups and decide from there. So far so good!

I love the shoes on this site but I'm now afraid to purchase anything because of what I am reading from other buyers. If there is any way not to have to have a membership I would love to purchase shoes. Thanks.

For a business like this, in my opinion, their shoe selection should be much more expansive. I signed up, thinking that I would have more styles to choose from for my ever changing "boho" type personality. Wrong! In my "personal" boutique, I get a choice of 6 different pairs. The styles are so so and it's either extremely high heels or super flat flats and nothing in between. If I were to have entered into this, paying the $39.95 a month, I would not be satisfied, and would feel (maybe even financially forced) obligated to purchase shoes I only felt mediocre about. Then, I look at the designers, and they are women working in high fashion ranks who should know better. In my opinion, there are better places with greater choices to get your shoes rather than this silly online shoe club/fad. Ladies, there is still something to be said for being able to touch your product before you purchase it. Shoes fit into that category in a highly important fashion.

Okay, this site is ridiculous. I get that they charge you every month, but I clearly clicked "skip this month" on their site, and they charged me the $40 anyways.

I ordered two pairs of shoes that never arrived. It was my first and only order. They told us when we called that about half their packages go missing because they use a third party service through the USPS. Interesting. I called and was to receive a credit, but then I was still charged the membership fee 2 days later. You would think that, given we never received anything and no longer had any open orders, that they would credit the fee too. I called and was told that the only way the membership could be canceled is if I bought something with the $40 credit. Membership fees were non-refundable. Otherwise, it would keep recharging monthly.
They forced us to purchase something to close the membership. At this point, I had spent $80 with the company and had yet to touch a single product. I finally received credit for missing shoes, but took many calls, threats of filing complaints with BBB, etc. to finally get the membership fee credited. Horrible customer service, they literally argued with myself and my wife and it took many many calls to finally get the right manager to remedy. Even then, she was very stoic and unfriendly. They even told us to not bother to call our bank for help because the banks would side with them. Do not buy from these guys. Obviously out for your money and nothing else. Extremely shady and disgusting business practices. Get a clue guys.

I made a purchase in July 2011. On August 8, 2011, $39.95 was automatically taken out of my checking account by this company. Nothing was purchased!
I called and was told that this is a store credit and that if I wanted to cancel, I would lose the $39.95. I was told that I should make a purchase in order not to lose this money. What a scam!
Hi Renee,
We apologize for any misunderstanding regarding how our VIP program works. If you have further questions and clarifications, you may reach us by phone at 866.337.0906, available 24 hours 7 days a week.

I brought some shoes from this company on July 14,2011. They automatically sign you up for their VIP program. $40 a month will be deducted from your account between the 1st and 5th of each month if you do not opt out. I opted out of the August payment but they charged me anyhow.

The original complaint listed for JustFab.com should be removed. Mairi included a quote from the terms and conditions, but failed to include the paragraph immediately following:
"Once you make your first purchase, your status is automatically upgraded to VIP member. Now you will be required to take action by the 6th of each month. You may either opt to skip the month, or request new selections. If you don't take any action by the 5th of the month, your credit card will be charged $39.95 on the 6th day of the month. This becomes one JustFab credit that can be redeemed at a future time. This price includes one fabulous item, our style experts' efforts in choosing items for you, and free shipping."
That very clearly states that you will become a member, and you will be charged if no action is taken. It also explains that these charges are for credits, which may be used for later purchases.

I have an issue with the review posted on your site regarding justfab.com. The company is not at fault if the person signing up does not understand what they are signing up for. Not only that, the site sends you reminder to go check your selections for that month. If they just bother to go to the website once a month and refuse to buy any of their selections there are absolutely no charge. The customer should know enough to keep track of an account they created. Not to mention, why didn't this person get in touch with company after the first charge on their credit card. It sounds like the consumer is the irresponsible one in this case by not keeping track of their account or their credit card. You can't just blame the company when you don't do your part.

This shopping website started charging me a $39.95 "credit" every month. When I called to ask why I was getting random charges, they said I was supposed to "opt out" of the last three months’ fashion selections. Basically, it's a scam that forces you to make purchases. When I signed up, I thought all I was purchasing was one pair of shoes, and there was no membership fee. Here is the exact, unclear wording from their website: "Purchase only the items you want for $39.95 each. Buy a pair of shoes or a handbag or mix and match with one of each. Or, you can really splurge and buy several items from each boutique! If you can't make a purchase one month, simply skip this month, and we'll send you new options next month.” There is no statement that if you don't "skip this month", they will charge you anyway.
Hi Mairi,
We appreciate you sharing your recent experience with us. We definitely apologize for any confusion to how our program works. We would like to let you know there is never an obligation to make a purchase every month. Once you've made your first purchase you become a VIP. All we ask is to log into your boutique between the 1st through 5th of each month to view the new styles, make a purchase, or to simply skip the month. If you choose to do nothing by the 5th, you will be issued a member credit of $39.95, good toward your next purchase. If you have further questions and clarifications, you may reach us by phone at 866.337.0906, available 24 hours 7 days a week.
