I've been satisfied with all of the shoes. I think that the sizing has been a little off for some on my feet so I've had to make some exchanges. But I'm satisfied with the quality of the shoes and clothes.

The customer service was my favorite and finding the item and style I was looking for was easy. But I'm not a member anymore because their items don't fit my feet.

Being a member has been nice. The purchases I've made so far have been of really good quality and have exceeded my expectation. They send the perfect size. Also, the purchasing process was very easy to understand and the shipping was quite fast. I got my products within a few weeks.

A couple of years ago, I got five pairs of booties. At the time, I enjoyed the opportunity of having the boots sent to me. But I don't need the membership anymore. I don't often find everything that I'm looking for to have a subscription.

The selections are good. They have a nice style. I bought some sandals and the quality is medium.

I really like everything. Their selections are all pretty good. There were some things that I really wanted, but they were out of stock or I cannot find them anymore on the website.

They keep charging my account for something that I'm not using. I called to cancel it, but they acted like they didn't get even the call. My account was still being charged. They're gonna give me a credit, but I don't want the credit, I want my money.

The products are true to size. Most of the styles aren't really my thing. But when I find a good pair, I love it. I got a pair of size 10. But I got one shoe that was 10 and the other was a 9. I called JustFab and they got everything squared away.

I got workout clothes from JustFab because they were very cute and not that expensive.

The way to order is quite easy and there are a lot of promotions to reduce the cost of the shoes. Usually, I buy shoes, and the delivery is very fast. Whenever you want to return anything, they don't make it too hard. It's quite easy to return stuff. Whenever you call, you always get their live agents. They are always so pleasant and always ready to help. So, so far, my experience has been very good. The variety of their items is quite good for me. Sometimes, I do wish they would have more stuff. Sometimes the kind of shoes I like is usually a little bit limited there. But the ones I see there are quite good and pretty. At least I get to still get what I want. So it's not bad. But if they could add more short heels, it would be very nice.

I've been enjoying JustFab. I like that you can skip if you need to. But if we forget, you still get your points and that you can get free stuff. The selections of their style expert were pretty spot-on. I got some shoes for a wedding and they were very good and looked very cute and stylish.

The site is ran pretty well and I really like how it is set up. My most favorite part is that I can subscribe and skip when I need to skip and still be able to be subscribed when I do skip. I can cancel when I don't have the money for the month and then if I do have money, I'm able to get stuff. I've gotten credit for the times I forgot to skip and was able to use them still. To me, it seems free at the time.

I had to return both of my shoes. They were weird. They didn't fit.

I've ordered three pairs of shoes and they were all the same size. But when I got the shoes, two of them were too big and the other one was too small. The sizing chart isn't accurate and I wasn't too happy about that. So I haven't purchased anything else from JustFab. I have really, really small feet, and then the lowest size they'll have is a five. Then the things I'm needing are not there. Other than that, the shoes are really cute. They're good prices. I also like the non-shoe items. But as far as the shoes go, it's just not the fit for me.

I like the product and I've been very happy with JustFab. But I stopped my membership with them because they changed their style and I didn't prefer it as much. Discontinuing my membership has gotten definitely better. I discontinued several years ago because it wasn't in the budget and that was a pain in the booty. I had to write a letter and mail it. But this time, I just called them.

I wanted to get the shoes for someone as a parting gift. I was told the shoes were gonna come early. Unfortunately, the person left the United States before the shoes arrived. They told me it was gonna come within three to five days. But it came after six days. It was bad because it came on the afternoon when the person left in the morning. If it came the previous day, I could have given it to the person still. They should have exact accuracy of when something will arrive.

It was a really good experience all around from the beginning to end. There's a lot of shipping issues in the world right now, but I got them in time for what I needed them for. It was 10 out of 10. I really like the shoes and I got a lot of compliments on them. They are booties, and they are very good quality.

Justfab has been good, including the styles, and for the price, the quality is fine.

I enjoy the boots I got from JustFab. Boots are what I usually purchase. They're pretty quick with their shipping. Everything's been good.

I’m currently a counselor and I want to look professional. So, I wanted heels but not too big of a heel, and I liked how JustFab customizes to wear what you like. Finding items is not difficult and the return is also not difficult. I just have really thin feet, and it seems like they only have at least an average size foot. So, a lot of the shoes don't hold my feet. When I walk, they come off.

I ordered some boots from JustFab. I had the wrong size. I had to send them back a couple of times, but I got them finally right. The quality is good. Everybody complimented me on them. I wear them a lot.

JustFab is good for clearance deals, which is what we use it for. We just get the cheap stuff. As far as the quality, it’s usually pretty good. It's kind of a pain remembering to skip each month. We forgot this month and now, we got 80 bucks that we didn't need to spend through JustFab and ShoeDazzle.

I signed up with JustFab 10 years ago and make one purchase a year. It's not easy to find a style I like, and I'm not a fan of it. Their quality is not very good as well. Sometimes I'll get some good stuff, but most of the time, it's garbage and I end up giving it away. I’m still buying from them because I have credit. If I didn't have the credit, then I wouldn't have bought anything. I skip every month, but there's been a few months where I forgot to skip until I had all these credits. I don't want them to just get my money, so I try a few things. I bought a pair of sandals that were way too narrow, as well as a purse that I really liked, but it broke within two days. JustFab also has high heeled shoes for going out one night, and I got a dress from there too. It's all right.

I love the service. Sometimes I forget to skip a month. But I like that the credits apply to my account and I can still use them. It is a dangerous site, though. Sometimes I'm just there and I add a lot to my cart and say, "Wait a minute." But I enjoy the site a lot. I always find myself going back into treating myself to a pair of shoes. So far, I'm satisfied with the quality. I take good care of my shoes and I’m satisfied they don't rip or wrinkle. Even something like the leather products, they're still intact. I love the shoes. Every single time I go out, my friends compliment me on my shoes and always ask me.

Justfab's quality is going downhill compared to when I first signed up with them. Apart from that, I really like that I get to skip the month that I don't want to pay for. I only buy whenever I see something I like and if I don't, I just skip.

JustFab does a lot of buy one, get one half off, which I like. Their clearance options are good too. I normally go to find a specific thing. And when I'm looking for that specific thing, if I like it, I buy it. But there are times when I don't find the shoes I like. Other than that, I bought my sister a pair of shoes for her birthday. She said she liked them.

I bought a pair of clothes and it's good quality. Shipping takes a little bit more time but that's expected on my part. Overall, I'm satisfied with JustFab.

I like the shoes that I purchased from JustFab. I like the high-tops and the regular sneakers. They're cute for going out. They're not good walking shoes though. Also, the fee was pretty expensive for VIP. I didn't know that I was getting charged every month. When I signed up, my friend didn't tell me about that.

I like the quality of the products at JustFab and the very good selection. Whenever I'm in need for this or that, I usually go to them. I’m not too crazy about the clothing part of it but the shoes are excellent. The sizing is always good. I also get a lot of compliments from my friends. I've been wanting to discontinue the membership but they always talked me into putting it on pause or skipping the month. I do that often, but then I go looking at the site again and, without fail, I end up buying something. It's handy to have. I like it for gift giving, too. Young graduates are always looking for shoes so I tell them, “Pick a pair of shoes.” They love that. I recommend them all the time especially for kids, too.

I bought three heels from JustFab and they said that they already sent it. But I didn’t receive it and I called them. It took two months to receive the shoes. After that, when I tried one on, it was not as comfortable as I expected it to be. I was supposed to call back to return or to take the bigger one but I was too busy. The customer service was good though there was one rep who didn’t reply to me when I called many times. But one of the guys helped me a lot.

When JustFab offers a percentage off, I’m able to use my member points to purchase something. They always have good quality and the style expert has a great selection.

With JustFab's typical membership customer service, you can either return something or exchange it. It comes down to you're never really refunded for anything. You just get gift cards or account credit, which means you have to go through this process over and over. My last purchase was three months ago, but I'm just using up the gift cards that have accumulated. I don't have a membership with JustFab anymore because it's not been the best experience. It's just like you can't even begin to purchase two pairs of shoes a month then you get these compiled gift certificates and all these things you can't find. The quality of the items is okay, but the sizing isn't great and returns are a bit clunky. It's easier to just keep the stuff than to return it. The reality is, with Amazon and everything else, it's not worth it to continue a membership unless you plan on having tons of shoes or handbags and excessive amounts of things.

In ShoeDazzle, it was hard to find things that your style expert didn’t find for you. But it's not like that on JustFab. So if I ignore the style expert, I'm still able to find what I want. I like their selection but their sizing isn’t very consistent. Usually, I'm a nine and I've had some shoes that were way too small. I just got a pair that I ordered a nine wide and they were falling off of me. But I have a pair of boots that are my favorite and JustFab doesn't sell them anymore. They are literally falling apart but I still wear them. I've had them repaired six times.

I'm always telling everybody about JustFab. I like that when I need to skip a month, I can do that on the app. Before, I would have to go to the website and do that. I also like how easy it is to search for things, to add things to my wish list and take it off. I’ve purchased two clothes and the quality is good. I’m surprised sometimes about how well the quality is. I’ve had some JustFab shoes for years that last just as well as brand name. They run a little large though so I usually have to size down a lot with clothes. But I'm not complaining. They help my ego a lot. I hate when stuff is sold out before I can get to it though. There's a good amount of inventory but there needs to be more of communication when the styles are sold out. There could be a little bit more clear indication about the inventory.

JustFab got a good membership deal. I’ve purchased lots of heels and a couple of boots and they're good quality. The styles could be better sometimes though. I skip more than I buy. They could also have a variety of sandals.

I like the good deals on the shoes. I ordered booties and athletic shoes. The booties are good quality but the athletic shoes were not so much. I tried to cancel my membership. They said it was canceled, but I ended up getting charged again for another month. Then they canceled it again. Everyone was very nice, but it seems like they didn't do the correct thing. Customer service might not solve your issue right off the bat.

JustFab is convenient. I like the clearance sales at the end of the month. However, the quality has been a hit-or-miss. Some items are high quality but for some, I wear a couple times then it falls apart. If it’s something more sheer, it falls apart quicker. If I purchased a blouse that was thin material and fine, I can only wear it once or twice, and it's done. But if it's a cotton dress, that lasts a lot longer.

I'm a shoe lover and JustFab has some different types of shoes that I like. I also like that I have the option to skip if I don't want to pay that particular month. When they have those flash sales, I could buy shoes for 19.99. A few weeks ago, I bought about four pairs of shoes. They have great quality. The selections given to me is what I have a problem with. I may see on a commercial different shoes but they don't suggest it and I can't find it sometimes. I wish they would open up to anything. Also, I have a lot of points and I don't like that my points expired. They said it didn't expire and that it turned into a gift card but I'm not able to find my gift card.

There is a pair of shoes that I got from JustFab and I like them. Sometimes you got to break them in but they are comfortable. There are a couple more pairs of shoes I saw on there that are cute that I want to get but I'm a little up on the air about JustFab. Some of their shoes are uncomfortable. I tried to return a pair and they wouldn't accept them. They gave me blisters so bad my feet were bleeding. I had tried to cancel my account so they did not charge me for the monthly membership fee, but they charged me anyway. I've tried to contact but I have not had any luck on being refunded. I still have the credit sitting there. When I came across those pairs that are not good, I wish the customer service was better. I also wish there was more variety. Trying to find shoes for work through JustFab is very difficult because most of them are open-toe. There are very little flats. I like my open-toe, but I can't wear those at work. I'm on my feet all day and they're high heels. More of an inch heel or some more flat base would be good.

I like the quality of the products at JustFab. I still have most of their shoes and I like their boots. They do the wide calf sizing boots. They get a little slow on Christmas time but they send you notices telling you that the order is going to be late.

I wanted to try JustFab but it didn't work out. I ordered summer wedge shoes in a blue denim color. They're cute but they looked terrible on me. They were uncomfortable and ugly. I called and told them to cancel my contract 'cause when I read the fine print, it said 39 a month taken out of my account. I can't even afford that. But I love the customer service when I called them. Everything was awesome.

When I purchase something from JustFab, it comes pretty quickly. Most of my purchases are shoes and I have most of them. The quality is somewhere around 75 to 80%. Some of them don't work out well but most of them do. Try out JustFab.

For the prices and deals, JustFab is convenient. The products from them are good. I don't buy every month, but when I do, for the most part, I like everything that I get. I always get a 7 ½ for my shoes but sometimes, the shoe will be wider or smaller. It's not the same as in a store where you can know exactly what size you need. Then I have to deal with the whole return and get a different size type thing. I have to get to the post office if I wanna return something. I was gonna return a pair of boots because they were too small for my feet. However, I never made it to the post office, so I ended up gifting them to a friend. I've also gotten a dress and a sweater. I bought a jacket but I returned it ‘cause I didn’t like it. The sweater fits good. The dress is a small size, but it is a little big on me. The jacket fits large, and it was also a small.

I tried to cancel my membership but JustFab said I had a lot of points. I have to use them. But to use the points, I would still have to spend money so I just skip and barely use JustFab.

I got the shoes I ordered from JustFab and I wasn't completely satisfied but I wasn't dissatisfied enough to return them. The style was cute but the shoe was poorly made. The quality was not what I thought it would be. I probably will not return to purchase anymore.

I ordered online from JustFab and it said that the item was available and in stock. It turned out that there was nothing. I used the money toward getting some shoes that I needed for a certain day and they never came in. I called and they said that it's somewhere in stock then they had to reorder. It took forever. They should make sure that the shoes are actually gonna be there and that they're delivered on the day they say they're gonna be delivered. JustFab then said they had sent out a pair but I never received it. There was just confusion so I canceled everything including my membership. That was easy to do and I got my money back.

I like the style of shoes JustFab had. I bought several different times and there are several different styles I like. When I buy shoes there, I buy more than one pair at a time. When I go on and if I see something, I put them in the cart then I figure out which ones I'm gonna keep and hope I get a good deal that way. The first time I bought shoes there, I bought 30 pairs of shoes. Out of 30 of those shoes, one pair gave me a little bit of a problem. But after I wore it a little bit, it was fine. Other than that particular time, that shoe was great.

JustFab is very true to size and there's a large variety of styles whether you're trying to dress up or dress down. They do a really good job at promoting designs you'd be interested in based on your past purchases. That's really helpful and it's been spot-on. I got red suede shoes that are like booties and they're super cute. Those are my favorite. The quality is really good. I love shoes in general so I go through a lot quite frequently. These seem to be more durable than the ones I've purchased in other places. I told multiple of my friends to hop on JustFab's VIP membership.

I joined the VIP member experience last month. I got my first collection of pieces and got a discount. I'm excited to see what's in my closet for it this month. Also, I bought some loafers and they were perfect but it would be nice to know the comfort level. Some shoes I buy from DSW tell you more about the sole and they give you a little idea of what padding and what sort of long wear experience you'll have with them. That would be lovely. Other than that, the website was very easy to navigate. Although I that with the $10 or the on-sale sort of pieces, there was some mixed in and some you can access by themselves. I would recommend choosing a tab that's just those shoes or just those pieces available. But I appreciate being able to really filter everything down to my size, my style, my color, and my material level.

The quality is good. But I ordered a pair of shoes and they sent me the wrong one. I called them and they sent me a email with a return label and I had to take it to the post office. So I returned the shoes to get another one but they sent me the wrong ones again. So I'm not pleased.

When I ordered, the order came in a timely fashion. I've enjoyed the shoes. Everything's fine except for one pair that I don't like. You know how you buy shoes and you like them when you buy them, and then when you get home, get them on, you don't like them anymore, that's what happened to me. Other than that, I love the service. It's enjoyable and the quality of the items is good.

I got some heels from JustFab and the quality is good. It wasn't that hard finding them because I already had a dress. So, I already knew what kind of shoes I was going for. But I second-guessed myself on the size. I should have gotten my exact size instead of going up because they were a little too big.

The experience with JustFab has been great. I like that I could do online shopping with them. It's just a click of a button and I don't have to go out. Also, I like the credit. You get credits every time. I got so many shoes from JustFab and I get so many compliments on my shoes. My favorite is probably a pair of open-toed sandals that I have.

JustFab is way cheaper and has a lot of options, which was why I got my new boots. It was for $10. They're very nice. JustFab is a very good website and the shipment is very fast. The quality is very good too. So, I would highly recommend.

I like the price of the shoes at JustFab as well as the quality of it. I got some brown boots for my wife because it complimented a whole outfit that I got for her. I don't know how it was going to turn out but it turned out perfectly. The style expert could give you a little bit better selection though. It's a style I'm looking for, but it's just not quite it. There could be more choices along the same style. But I have gotten a buy one, get one offer and that came at a perfect time. I was getting a gift for someone and it laid out exactly what they needed.

For the longest time, my email that was connected to the JustFab account was not accessible and I tried to change it on the website 20 times but I could never get it changed. Finally, I had to spend two hours on the phone with customer service not that long ago to finally get the email changed. So, the entire time that I did not have the access to my original email, I could not get into my account to say, "Skip this month". So, I only have 21 credits with them. It’s a bit ridiculous. JustFab needs to do something about the credits and the monthly membership. Also, when you order wide calf boots, they're normally not that wide calf. So, any boots that I've ever gotten like that, I've had to return. But other than that, the sizes are normally generally good. And there's a couple of shoes that we've gotten that we've liked.

The first time we ordered from JustFab, the item came soon. On the second time, they said it was supposed to be on Saturday and it got there on a Friday or a Thursday. The prices are good. I just wish they have a little bit more variety of sandals. But we all got a pair of boots and, so far, they're good.

The shoes are great. But I also have ShoeDazzle. I noticed that they're too high. They're not an everyday heel. I could do a three and still work. Maybe even three and a quarter. But that four and four and a quarter inch steel is too high. And it seems like all of the shoes are like that now. JustFab could have a bit more variety under that four-inch heel. Because it seems all the shoes now are over four inches. But I've had to return back a piece of clothing that didn't fit, a pair of jeans a couple of times, and that was always great service. I got answered back right away and resolved very quickly. Also, I noticed that JustFab is letting us use our credit with those special offers sometimes. So, that is a plus. Because before, it was never available. That has been great on the company's end. I've told every, single girl I know, "Invest in it" and "Do it." You can skip it if you don't have the money.

The options from JustFab are nice. Sometimes they run out of my size or they don't bring stuff back in stock, but it's chill. I like that they have fast shipping and I can return something if I don't like it. I'm tall and sometimes, the heel sizes are way too high. The return process with JustFab was fine. The shoes got here, I tried it on and I didn't like the way it looked, so I returned it.

I've been a JustFab member for more than 10 years. That's all I wear and their fabulous shoes. Whenever they have 50% off, I would take that. There are times that I forget to skip my wardrobe and I would get a pair of shoes based on my style. They would send me shoes. Their style experts have definitely evolved with me.

While I was purchasing this month, I expected to see more selection for sandals. But it's okay. I purchased, since I became a member, about six pairs and I'm not happy with the quality of them. What got me is that JustFab offered extra wide. I wear a size 11 and I have a wider foot, but they were super wide. It was either regular or extra, extra wide width. And the quality isn't there and I need that, especially with the heels. So, unfortunately, I'll be returning them and I need to cancel my membership.

I love JustFab's products and it's easy to navigate their site. I have a pair of flats that are blue with black studs on the heel. They're my favorite. Their return policy was fair. It really wasn't convenient to have to ship something back but they did provide a label. They also upgraded their style experts often. I don't always go with their suggestions as I just go on my own depending on what I'm looking for in the season. I like the translucent heels and JustFab can maybe have a little bit more selection of those.

I like being a member with JustFab and I've been a member for several years now. I've made shoe purchases and all of them have been up to par. The shipping is fantastic. I've recommended JustFab to my daughter and several friends and they've signed up. They seem to be happy as well.

I will recommend JustFab because it was quite reasonable and it had many new designs that are, nowadays, in. The only thing that disappointed me was that the purplish heel I bought didn't seem to be very new. It had some dirt patches on it and it was looking like it was worn once or twice before. Also, the heel was unbalanced. It was not too comfortable but it was okay with the price. Everything was good with the customer service and the delivery was on time. I had a great experience with JustFab.

JustFab does the monthly credits where you can get a pair for 40 bucks but I don't do it every month. You can skip the month, which is nice. I get shoes a couple of times a year from them and I've been satisfied with the quality. Sometimes, they hurt the back of my ankle, but that isn't an issue. The style expert has evolved with the styles that are current. I like them and I got three pairs of sandals recently. I like that JustFab has started offering clothing too. I bought some work pants and a shirt before. It’s not often but it’s a nice little addition.

JustFab had a good interface to choose the products and digital products you like. So, it was easy to find the items or style. The selections by the style expert are good as well as the quality of the items. I bought one pair recently and I might purchase again when I need a new pair.

At the time that I signed up with JustFab, I was looking for wide width boots and they had a pair. I liked them. I ordered two pairs. One pair fit and I loved them and kept them. The other pair did not and I had to return them. I had some issues trying to do that but their customer service was phenomenal. They were very helpful. The first pair of boots I got is my favorite purchase from JustFab. I ordered some sunglasses too but I had to return those. Then, I've got another pair of boots on the way so I'm hopeful.

I love JustFab. It's easy to use and convenient. I order shoes from there a few times a year, maybe even a little more frequently. The products are good quality for cost. They're relatively cheaper so I don't expect the quality to be as high. But overall, they do what I need them to do. The sizing is accurate. The only thing is knowing if they have a wider and narrow foot. I have a narrow foot, so I fit into most shoes but somebody with a wider foot necessarily would not. There’s a great variety of shoes. It takes me forever to scroll through all the shoes but that's a good problem. People would ask where I got my shoes and I would say I got it from JustFab. I've been a member forever and it's been great for me.

JustFab has some decent selections of shoes. I got mainly shoes and they've worked out well. They've lasted good. The selections by the style expert were not necessarily correct but they're interesting. JustFab is a good website to find something that people might be looking for.

Everything always fits pretty good. The quality is usually pretty good. I've had shoes that were not real leather and they scuff very easily. I had a pair of boots for a week and something hit it and peeled off a whole piece of the brown finish. Sometimes, there are seasons when I don't love the styles that they have from their release. Also, the credit now expires but they didn't use to. If I pay the money, I should be able to use it regardless. It shouldn't expire.

I haven't seen much inventory yet and everything I look at is out of stock. So, I keep skipping the month. The only thing that was available that was my size was some pants that were medium-sized. I would prefer to get a dress or a skirt like that and I didn't find anything. Other than that, everything's fine. The quality of the items is not bad. It would just be adding more inventory. I used to buy a lot of bags from there and the more I checked it, the less I saw of anything.

I wear a large size for a woman and JustFab always had 11 and 12. The quality is top-notch. I saw the Spring event and some pairs of shoes that I liked had come down to 19.99. So the price during the sale is what keeps me hanging in there. I had to return my favorite purchase of a pair of boots because they couldn't pass through my calf. But I love the style of the heel. It was balanced. I'm kind of heavyset, so I like to have block heels that can hold my weight and I'm not shaking.

The quality is good every now and then, depending on the shoe. In regards to it lasting, I have some shoes that have lasted and some shoes that have not really. They have extremely high heels for people who do partying a lot. I also see a lot of casual stuff but not a lot of in-between. So if you're a working person and you need a shoe that's versatile, I don't see that type of shoe in JustFab and it's sometimes irritating.

I'm usually satisfied with their products. Two weeks ago, I purchased two shoes in one bag. I recommend JustFab. They have great shoes.

Their shipping has been really good. I haven't had any issues with any of the products. I took advantage of the spring cleanout sale that they had going on, and I got a pair of sandals and a pair of booties. They delivered them within the time frame promised.

I've been seeing the products online for over two years now and this was my first time purchasing from JustFab. I got platform slippers and the quality is nice.

I like JustFab's deals. Also, you can skip the month, which was really nice. I bought a lot of shoes with JustFab. I like their quality. They’re sturdy. I still have all of them. I bought some clothes once they added the plus size clothing. That's kind of a hit or miss, but it's been pretty good. Purchasing is very easy. They also have a very simple and pretty quick delivery, and it's easy to return as well.

I recently bought a pair of shoes and they fit well. The quality is perfect. Their service is really quick. Purchased my shoes on a Monday and it came that Saturday. Keep up the good service.

I like that JustFab has my size, which is size 12. The first pair of shoes were $10 each and they have good quality.

JustFab has this deal where if you're a first-time buyer, you get a $10 shoe. I did it and my total was 15 something. After that, I never received my shoes. I went to the website and I checked my email for tracking information. It was telling me something about how they couldn't find my tracking number. At first I thought it was taking time for them to ship but they never shipped it at all. All of a sudden, I have to close down my account because they were trying to take $50 out of it. This happened three times. I usually don't have money in this particular account that I use. So I saw that there were transactions happening without my knowledge. And so I called my bank to close down that account.

Also, everything they sent, the boxes were all beat up. The packages are put in front of my door and it comes in an individual bag. With my last purchase, the boxes were completely destroyed. I keep all my boxes, because I like to keep my shoes in there. I have a lot of shoes, and I only had one pair that bothered me. They were hurting me, but other than that, the quality is pretty good. The shoes are comfortable, and I will recommend JustFab.

I was in college at that time I became a JustFab member and the prices were cheaper than regular. It's just the product quality is very low and when you order stuff, they send you the wrong things. Then when you try to return them, it's a very lengthy process. Some things are good, though, and the customer service is okay. I did reach out to them for a return and they said, "Oh, we can't give you the full price tag, but we'll give you a certain amount back." I had to send the product back. It takes two weeks to three weeks for the product to come. I also told them that I bought the shoes so I could wear them with one of my dresses because I was going to an event. They said, "Oh, we can't send it." I was like, "Is it possible you guys can do a rush shipping because it's your fault?" They refused to do it. And after that, I terminated my membership.

I’ve seen that JustFab had really good deals. So, I tried them out. When I first signed up, any shoe that I wanted was $10. Then, any second pair of shoes that I wanted was 50% off. I got some white cowgirl boots the first time. They're up to about the ankle. They're leather and were super cute and comfortable. Then I got like a skin tight, high heel, all black. It's also super comfortable with really great quality. I paid for express shipping, and the product got here in about three days. JustFab's variety is great. You can pretty much get any shoe.

I liked the price of JustFab's shoes. I first purchased some wedges. They were really great in the very beginning. In one of the pairs that I wear, I can see the screws coming out of the bottom of the inside. Also, they don't really have a lot of shoes in my size when it comes down to it. The only thing is if I skip the month, it would still charge my card. There's no reminder. You have to remember to skip it before the month comes. JustFab can work on that. I like my monthly credit that I forget about every month, because I don’t purchase shoes on a regular basis, which allows me to purchase large amounts of shoes for 15 bucks for one shot. I just wish there was more sandals. Otherwise, my selection is good. I really liked the jeans that I bought. I recently purchased another pair of jeans because those last jeans were awesome. I’m excited to get those. Those are in the mail right now. I love my rain boots. I like that I was able to get my winter boots, rain boots, stylish boots, and all of my boots from them.

But JustFab could do something about the pricing because if you're a member, you're already paying $40 a month, so the prices shouldn’t be as high. Other than that, everything is great. A lot of times with shipping other items, I'm always trying to track it and JustFab kept me updated on all those things. So it's been stress-free.

I was going on vacation in November, and the estimated time of arrival of the items I got from JustFab was falling two or three days before my vacation, so I still had time to receive them. I was going to bring them with me because they were going to be gifts. Yet, they canceled my entire order because the shipping address that I had put was different than the shipping address that I had used in the past. The only reason why it was different was that I moved, and regardless of the shipping address that I enter, it should be sent there. I didn't receive a phone call, an email, a text message, or notification that my items hadn't shipped, or that they had them canceled.

The quality of the items from JustFab are good and I received them in probably a week or less. I've been getting charged on my card though by orders that I didn't get.

The website’s a lot different than it used to be. I cancelled the subscription when covid hit, and I just started it back. I'm having a hard time with the website, like what my boutique is, what's in it, what's not. It looks like everything is in there, but it's not. But I'm good with the shoes that I've gotten so far.
