I've been wearing my loafers every single day since I bought them from JustFab. The quality is really nice. I just started with JustFab, but I did have to cancel my membership just because I couldn't afford to buy a brand-new pair of shoes every month. I do want to give it another shot when things are a little bit more financially better. I would recommend it. Their products are of great quality for a reasonable price.

I like the way JustFab diversifies. It's good. I also like the VIP plus clearances or additional mark-off on items. So far, the quality is very good.

JustFab is awesome and their shoes are inexpensive but still comfy. If you're a first-time buyer, you'd get your first pair for $10 and you can't buy a new pair of shoes for $10. I also like the selections that I get. I either put one of them on my mental wish list or go back to get them. It's easy to find the styles I want on their website with how their shoes are categorized and it also gives you the option to see the shoes up close with the zoom in and zoom out navigational features. And I like that they show you what the shoes look like on someone else.

For the past month, the things I've ordered from JustFab were not brought to my destination. They sent it to a different place, then they had to call me to pick it up. But apart from that, it's been awesome. Another thing is, I'm a size 8.5 but some of the 8.5 shoes that I have ordered were so big. Meanwhile, I chose the regular. So, maybe they could let people know that we need to size up or size down because I'm not fond of returning items. Even if I don't like it, I'd have to gift it to someone. Other than that, the quality of their products is so good and so far, I love everything that I've ordered. It lasts compared to other websites and looks good.

I've had a good experience with JustFab. I just signed up with them again, but I was a member with them a long time ago. I like that they have that first purchase for $10. I also love the jacket that I got. It’s good quality.

I like the booties at JustFab. I have a wide foot so it’s really hard for me to find stuff, but they fit. They have good quality, so I feel good.

JustFab is amazing. For $10, my wife's gonna be buying another four pairs. We tried the items on and we liked that they felt and looked nice. My sister uses JustFab as well and she says it's really good too.

I like all the booties I bought from JustFab. They’re a little lower quality. But all shoes are like that nowadays. I've never returned anything, but they do make it very easily on their policy how to return. An amazing experience overall.

I got some boots from JustFab and they’re good.

The items that I purchased were good. It's just that I'd like to see more fur boots on the site. Other than that, JustFab is pretty cool to me and I like them a whole lot.

So far, I've had a great experience with JustFab. I just had a recent order but I have not received my refund yet because they didn't have the size available. They said it was returning on Apple Pay. But it was easy to let them know what was going on. Other than that, I have a good bit shoes, heels and boots from them that I've used. They are of great quality.

The shoes at JustFab are nice and everything's amazing.

JustFab's website is set up pretty well. They only had a couple pairs of shoes when I first started buying shoes from them but they've come a long way. That's where I get all my shoes from now. I bought boots, sandals, heels, and outfits. The clothes on the site aren’t my style but I buy stuff for my daughter. I’ve had some of them boots last longer than the boots I paid $80 for. I was surprised because they were $20 shoes. I have a few friends who get shoes from JustFab since I mentioned it. Everybody's always complimenting my shoes. I tell them it's from JustFab and they are $25.

I love JustFab. My experience with them was really good. The shipping was really fast. I got long boots and I received them in less than a week. They're so beautiful and comfy. The quality is really good.

The quality of the items is good. What I got was a little big but I didn't want to go through the whole return processing 'cause it took forever to even get here. I ordered it on the 8th of October and it came on October 28th. Get JustFab's deal if you're willing to pay.

The website was easy to use. I was looking for shoes for work and they had nice ones. I got black high-heeled shoes and the quality is really good.

JustFab's website has very good options. I apply the filters for my size and price range and mostly, the things are there. Sometimes I look through the options given. At other times, I just ignore that and shop randomly from sale or clearance. A couple of years ago, there was buy one, get one for the winter boots. And a buy one jacket, get the other for a way less price. Plus sale, and purses on clearance. Three months ago, I bought a jumper suit, top to bottom khaki-colored, and very stylish brown-colored shoes. The styles are very unique, which we usually don't see on the shelf. And I have a limited income source, so I try to see from the lower prices. But sometimes I get very good, chic clothing and styles, even on affordable price. The jacket, the coat, and a few of the purses are my favorites. But I have started noticing little problems.

I really enjoy the quality of their products. The only issue I've had to get repaired a couple of times is the heel in regards to I wear them down too much. I really like my pumps and I've gotten into the boots. I have really big calves and I like the fact that I can find a good fit that's not big on my feet, and it also fits comfortably. I enjoy that a lot. It was super easy when I had to return a pair of jewelry. I got it replaced and it was given back to me within a week. It was super simple. JustFab is fashion-forward. It's always stylish and for a female, it always makes you feel confident.

I like the overall appearance of the website. It's easy to navigate the site, especially since JustFab both has options where I could just click and it would go to the next page or I could scroll through the pages. I'm always cool with anything that lets me filter down the options to what I like to look for. Or I ask whether it's the color or the length for boot heel size. Also, there were a lot of options. A bit of everything for every occasion. I was just looking at the combat boots but I like the thigh-highs. I only purchased last month and my order came quickly. I ordered on a Tuesday or Wednesday, and it was at my house on Sunday.

Lately, the mark has been missed on all the styles I'm interested in. I don't find things as easily, so I'm constantly skipping a month or so, 'cause I don't like what JustFab has on the website. The skip-a-month used to be fairly simple. Now, it's gotten a little complicated. It's a little harder to find the tab of where I have to go when I'm on the computer. Then I've never had a complaint till my last order. I ordered some shoes that were supposed to be 6 1/2, and they're 7 1/2, so I have to return them. I just received them yesterday, so I haven't contacted customer service yet.

My favorite thing about a member is the number of styles and options that JustFab offers and the affordable prices they have as well. I got two pairs of shoes on my first order and I like them a lot. There's one pair that's a little small for the size that I ordered, but it works.

I like the affordable shoes for members. I mostly pick my points and then do a bunch of shopping at the same time. I also liked all of the items I got, except for one, the sizing was a little bit off, but nothing major.

If I had any additional questions, I was able to reach out to the respectable customer service agent and then go from there. All of the purchases I had were exactly what I was expecting. I could do cancellations online too.

JustFab's prices seemed reasonable and I like the points. I like the home delivery, too. So far, I've taken advantage of a few of the member credits, so I've gotten stuff at a discount. The selections they gave me were good and the quality of the items seem fine.

When I go to the website, JustFab has the heels and things that are gonna appeal to me. The things I purchased from them were good. It's just that one of the platform shoes is a little bit still bigger. Every month if I skip, they will not charge me. But if I don't, then they will charge me. There were several times that I forgot and then they charged me. I went back and forth with them and the issue has been resolved.

The items I got from JustFab are of good quality. I have returned items as well and it's always been pretty easy. Ordering is easy. I don't do it that much like I did before because I don't need office clothes. I work remotely now. It was inexpensive back then and they had great selection. Their selection for shoes, specifically lower heel height, has gone down significantly, though, so I don't order from them anymore. I used to order booties. They had some really great cool booties with short heels. The booties that they used to have that were like a two-inch heel were fabulous. They had great variety. But now, they don't. I was considering canceling them because there's really nothing I like anymore. I've gotten a little old for the site.

Buying from JustFab online is a simple process. The quality of the items I got is great. The only thing is I wish they had some lower mid-heel shoes rather than the super high.

A lot of times, I buy end-of-season sales. So, a lot of boots for $20.

I purchased some cardigans that are really nice and comfortable. I like that I can always skip if I need to. And if I want to, then I can.

There was a Luxe line and they sold leather boots. So, that was what attracted me to JustFab. I figured, "Let me just try it out." But they took out the Luxe line, so they no longer have leather goods. And that's why I stopped purchasing on a regular. I'm not fond of the shoes because of the quality. I'm old school. I like leather, I like durable.

I'm enjoying JustFab when I order my stuff. The cost has gone up ‘cause I've been with them for a very long time now. But I haven't had any problems with the quality so far. I like the styles of the product. I also feel good about being able to skip a month. It's a great service. I was looking for a pair of boots for a Halloween costume and JustFab had the perfect pair. I became a member and bought those boots. I still have them. They are still some of my favorite boots. I've been shopping there at JustFab ever since. Everything is packaged well and delivered on time. I bought two pairs of boots recently. I love them. The boots that I first purchased are in still good condition even 11 years later. JustFab has always been great anytime I’ve had to call them for any reason. I've had a hard year and I've been very sick, in and out of the hospital. So, there have been three times where I forgot to skip the month and they were great about refunding me back their monthly fees.

Sometimes I forget to skip the month and I call them and they take care of it. I got a shoe, but I changed my mind on the color. I ordered pink but I like black now. I'm about to call JustFab and they will start processing the return label. It's straightforward. Go ahead and subscribe to them.

JustFab has nice picks every month, they have great sales and they've got clothing. They have great sales on boots. You can get them for $15 or depending on how long you've been with them. I've been with them a long time. I just came back because I had been out of the country. When I got back, I signed back up with them. The selection given by their expert has been great. I love them. I'm always seeing something that I want. But I have so many pairs of shoes. I've been on restriction. I went a year without buying any shoes. But my favorite pair that I purchased from them was their boots. I'm happy with the quality of their items.

I just bought a sweater dress and it was really good quality. Also, the shoes were good quality when I bought them last time. When I forgot to skip a month, I got a credit then I used it.

Shoes are what I purchase from JustFab all the time. I order, they come. Sometimes the sizes are a bit off for shoes. I ordered a 7.5 and it's a bit loose on me. It's more like an 8. Everything else is good.

They have a lot of different options for all kinds of different stuff. My size shoe is recorded in there and their system pulls up things that are in my size. It's easy. They have sales and discounts too. It's also nice that sometimes when they charge my card and I have credits, I can go in there when I don't have money and use the credits when I need something. I really liked this pair of shoes that I recently got for my Christmas trip. They're small heels with one strap in the front with sequins on the top. Go get some shoes or clothes at JustFab.

My favorite about JustFab is the variety of styles. I can always find something that I like. When I'm interested in shopping, there's always something that I want to get. They have great sales too and most of the time, it's easy to find items of my style. I got booties two weeks ago. I love JustFab's shoes, but my favorite purchase so far is my gold bracelet. I've kept pretty much everything I've gotten, except that I had to return one or two things because I ordered the wrong size. It's just the fact that my measurements are funny. Sometimes I don't know how to base off if it's going to be stretchy or not. I got a pair of jeans one time. But I have large thighs, so that's my problem, and they didn't give. Then when I order heels, if they're a certain style, I'd either go up a half size or either go down because I'm in between sizes.

I’ve been purchasing from JustFab from the beginning of its inception and recently, my items from ShoeDazzle and JustFab have been getting here a lot quicker than seven days. I like that as well as the options. The bags are my style but I don’t get jewelry because they are overpriced. When it comes to shoes, the quality and selection are both good and I love that they partner with celebrities to have their unique style and appeal to different clientele. JustFab is more of a classical style though and I'm more of an edgier or rebel kind of style. ShoeDazzle has more of my style. I'm plus size on top of having big feet. I don't have a wide foot, but I have wide calves and big thighs. In my most recent purchase, I got over-the-knee boots and they fit. It has two-inch heels so it’s comfortable and it has pointed toes.

I liked that I don’t always have to order something from JustFab. I can skip the month at times. But as a member, you should watch the dates so that if you don't want to order, you're not charged for that month. It’s easy to not pay attention and you're charged that month that you are not expecting. The quality of the products in JustFab depends on the brand. Sometimes it's pretty good. I also didn't have a problem with getting my order pre-COVID. They would turn around pretty quickly. But since we've been in COVID, things take a little longer. I'm a little understanding about that so that's not a huge issue. When exchanging something, it's simple. I just request a shipping label then print that out. It could be difficult if you don’t have a printer at home because there's no way to print the label out. Other than that, it's pretty easy.

I got into JustFab when I was in high school and I knew that I could skip the month, which was a big thing for me so I could keep up with fashion but not have to pay if I couldn't pay. Now that I’m a little bit older, I'm able to buy the things that I want. I've always found enjoyable the option of not having to pay the $40 a month if I can't or if I choose not to and also why I’ve stuck with JustFab. I'm primarily an East Coast kid and they have a lot of West Coast fashion so every now and again, I'll find trends depending on the season that I like and use my credits that I stored up to purchase those items if it fits my aesthetic over here. But the style comes and goes. Sometimes, the fall fashion is done for me. I don't use JustFab primarily for Spring and Summer fashion but for Fall and Winter, I invest and that's usually when I like the style.

My best special offer with JustFab was a $15 sale. They are doing great but a little consistency with the sizes would be nice. I am having size issues with some of the stuff that I got. They are of the same size but some are larger and some are correct. My shoe size is 8.5 and the last one that I got were too large. I returned it back and the sneaker that I got was a good fit, so I kept that one.

I usually wait till things go on clearance, because the deals usually are good. But I would like JustFab’s quality to be a little bit better. I got a pair of sandals and I wore them for a couple of weeks. The side part where the stitching was have already started to come undone. Otherwise, I'm happy with everything else.

JustFab is pretty straightforward and easy. Being a member, if I don't have time to look or want to buy anything, I can just go in there and skip the month, and then they don't charge me anything. I can keep doing that every month till I find something that I want, like, or need. The quality and shipping are good. It only takes a few days to get the product here. When doing returns or exchanges, I just tell them what I need to exchange and print the label and slap it on the box and send it back.

I purchase when I need to and I'm always trying to find specials and stuff that are in clearance. Sometimes, there are shoes that are not available and it gives you the option to put it on the wish list. I'm constantly checking on that because I want that shoe but it's never there. I've been waiting for a pair of shoes for over a year now and it has never come back. So, I don't know if it was discontinued and I would suggest that they remove it. I have recommended JustFab to a couple of my friends and my cousins, my sister and my mom. I'm always telling them but they would rather go to the store and purchase there so they can try the products and see them on. But overall, I like JustFab. Every time that I buy something, I like how they look and it fits okay. I rarely have to return or exchange them but it is ridiculous how easy the process is.

JustFab is one of the first clothing or in that realm of services where it is a subscription base and you get VIP deals. This is how much their shoes normally cost and then you get a discount by being a member. If you buy a certain amount, you get credits and things like that. I bought 10 times over the past so many years. But it's still there. I usually skip each month. Sometimes, I don't get the email in my inbox, and it goes to my spam, and then I forget to skip. I just have all these credits. I'll just keep going with this.

JustFab's sizes are true to size and they've got cute styles. And I can even buy something for my kid. I like the selections they give me a lot. Also, they have 50% off sales for members. They also have 20% off sales for members depending on seasons and then there are the sign-on credits that you get when you sign up for JustFab. Finding my style is pretty easy and the items I've gotten are of very good quality. I've bought boots from them and I've had boots for two to three years and just re-buy new ones and the older ones still look good. Do JustFab. I've bought boots for a friend of mine a year before last from them and she loves them.

I love JustFab’s shoes and boots so, I always get my boots from there. I had to contact customer service one because I forgot to skip the month. I was wondering if there was a way to get my money back that month because I couldn't afford it and they were able to take the credit back and refund the money as a courtesy thing. Every time I have called, everyone's been nice. So, I will continue to use JustFab.

The quality of the products of JustFab is good. They fit. I would recommend them. They have different types of shoes.

Sometimes, it’s tough for me to remember to skip the month with JustFab if I need to. But I bought a couple of pairs of fall boots two months ago and I've gotten some items where the quality is great. But I've gotten some where a strap breaks easily or the seams seem not super strong or fantastic. But I'll just try and be gentle with those shoes and they'll still last a decent amount of time. I haven't had any issues with the sole separating or anything drastic like that. It’s been good.

I'm very satisfied with the styles that JustFab offers. The only thing is the rubber on the bottom of some of the shoes doesn’t hold the grip. That aside, customer service is great and they helped me out on the first call. Finding sizes is fairly easy too.

I tried to cancel with Justfab 8,000 times but they kept charging my card. I called to speak with someone. The rep refunded the money then he charged my card again. I have six shop credits on there that I’ll never ever get to use because I don’t like their shoes. The selection looks like it’s for 80-year-old people and it's the same for their teenage line. It’s just horrible. JustFab should merge with ShoeDazzle. If they had ShoeDazzle where I can use my credits, that would be awesome.

JustFab offers variety and I like their selection. I love the quality of their products too. I placed an order once in July and I received that. I was recently looking at some things there and I had to place an order. I ordered several pairs of boots from them and every time I wear them, I get nothing but great compliments. My only recommendation for JustFab is they should have an option to skip six months so that people won't always have to constantly remember to do it. A lot of times, people would want to skip, but they forget to skip the following month. Other than that, I recommended JustFab to several persons who love them.

I purchased a leather bag that I could use for traveling, and that was nice. It looked expensive. I also purchased some shoes last week and a pocketbook. However, not all of the shoes have good quality.

It's convenient to go on JustFab. Ordering is very easy and it takes only a couple of days for it to ship out. I like when my credits pile up so I can just order something that looks appealing to me and if there are any sales or deals, I take advantage of that. Also, the items they suggest are pretty spot-on and I haven't had any issues with anything as far as quality goes. The only issue I've ever had was when something was too big or too small, which I was able to return. It's easy to put in the reason for the return and there's a pre-printed label to tape back on and send the item back in.

I'm always buying shoes and boots and I like the style of shoes on JustFab. I recently purchased a pair of boots and a pair of wedged tennis shoes and I like the quality. There was one time I was purchasing some shoes and it wouldn't go through or something to that effect. I had to call customer service to get it straightened out and they got it taken care of. I'm gonna keep doing business with JustFab because I'm a satisfied customer.

I love JustFab's shoes and they're super reasonably priced. I have a pair that I ordered from them 10 years ago that are still in my closet. Also, I've exchanged and returned things and I've never had an issue whatsoever. Everything has been great. I tell everybody about them.

I love shoes and have ordered a lot of them from JustFab. I've taken advantage of End of Summer sales when they put all of the sandals on sale. I've gotten sandals for as low as $5 and boots for as low as $10. I've gotten clothes and purses as well. The quality has been good, so far. I've had my shoes since I joined some seven, eight years ago, and they're still up and running. I've had the same sandals for two years now and they're still in good condition.

I ordered five pairs of boots and my daughter's were too small. The bigger size wasn't available for another week or two but we finally got them. The return process was non-frustrating. It was rather very pleasant. For what you're paying for, the quality is good.

I bought shoes from JustFab and the quality is decent.

My house is full of JustFab's shoes. I buy a lot of their clothes, too. I love their jeans. I always buy when their sale is going on. I just purchased two pairs of jeans, a pair of shoes, and a shirt. The quality is good. I wash and dry the jeans and I've never had any problem with my clothes. The shoes have never fallen apart. I got some little black boots that I love. I wear them a lot.

When I first started with JustFab a few years ago, they sold size fives and that's why I've continued going with them. About a year ago, they stopped selling size fives and only had five and a half. As a size fiver, sometimes the shoes fit, sometimes they don't. A half-size may not mean a whole lot to some people but sometimes, it’s way too much. That's why I stopped ordering as much because after a few times of getting shoes that don't fit when they quit selling my size, it's frustrating. I still do, periodically, and have the credit sitting there but it would make my life easier if they could go back to selling fives.

I really don't like the fact that they charge my account every month. I try to skip as many months as possible because I don't purchase all that much, but sometimes, I forget. But the credits I have, I normally use during the Labor Day Sale, the July 4th Sale, or End of the Year Sales. Also, the quality of the items is a mixed bag. Some shoes were pretty good, some were great, and some were not so great. But I like that they have an automated system online that I can sort of chat with.

JustFab has a big variety of shoes and the quality is good. But they used to have some really nice styles and lately, the styles have gone to very mediocre or not up to par with what they used to have. Also, I have to start settling for something just because I forgot to skip out on a month. I have a credit and I'm gonna use the credit that they took out of my account. The last pair I ordered was something I had to settle on because I didn't find anything that I like. Other than that, customer service and shipping are great.

I like the shoe options and being able to buy in bulk and when I buy in bulk, I get better deals. What they could do to improve is make the password reset easier to do from a phone. It's hard to gain access to the website, like my login information, and I typically have to do it on the computer. Also, they could make the shoe options more. Stock is really low and they're typically out of a lot of the nice shoes within a day or two so it's like false advertising.

JustFab has lots of sales and the suggested items for me are spot-on. The jeans are good. However, some of my favorites are inevitably out of stock before I could get to them. Also, I would really love if they could add some linings to their coats. It's a nice style, but the lining would really be helpful. I've got a red wool coat that I can't even wear because it gets red all over everything. We had it tailored to have a lining inserted, which has been a little cost prohibitive for what I paid for it.

Everything is good with JustFab. I've been ordering from them over the years and it's simple. I get my order within a week or so and the quality is pretty good.

I really liked the checkered coat that I got from JustFab. Everybody loves that coat. I've lost weight and it’s too big now. I've been searching for it back on it, and I can't find it. The only thing is I bought sandals. I love it. When I saw it I said I wanted it. But it was worn. They sent me a return label and I sent it back. My mom tried, and she likes it too. So, I bought a pair for her. I just haven't received a replacement for my pair yet. Overall, my experience with JustFab over the years has been awesome, and I will always recommend them to people because they're a good company quality-wise. The item selection is great, too.

I Had been ordering clothes by their size chart. When received merchandise they wouldn't even FIT my 9yr granddaughter, 5 nieces ages 9-21 all petite to average sizes. Returned ALL CLOTHING. Over 8 mos. Still NO CHECK or Money Order. They Wanted My Account #. Went to Bank. Called Them When They Realized I was at the bank. Will send out Check 7-10 Days. Still NO CHECK. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY.

The quality of their products is about what I would expect for what I pay. I have recommended JustFab to multiple people.

I recently bought an item from JustFab and the quality was great. Everything was perfect.

I'm a tall girl with big feet. The footwear I've gotten from JustFab fit properly and they don't mess my feet over causing any kind of irritation or discomfort. They last longer too and they're fashionable. I have never had an issue with their shoes or clothes. I'm still wearing the clothes that I bought years ago when I first joined. But, they should maybe have repairs for shoes that I might have overworn.

Overall, my experience with JustFab is great. I love everything I've gotten from them. The ordering process is easy. They usually have everything I'm looking for. The good thing is that the monthly subscription automatically comes out of my bank account. I also love how they added the plus-size section for clothing. When you see something there, get it. Because if not, it'll be sold out in minutes.

The quality of items I buy is really good. They have everything I'm looking for. And shipping is cheap and fast. It's my favorite.

The quality of products I buy from JustFab is a hit and miss. Sometimes, it's okay and sometimes, it's not as expected. Also, sometimes, it’s really difficult to find a good size. Every product is different in size and scale. So, that should be fixed.

I like being able to find shoes for my extra wide feet. I got a pair of shoes and a bag in early August and those were of good quality. But the selections from my style expert are becoming less and less and they don't have as much of a selection for wide feet as they do for the average person.

JustFab’s products are great as well as the quality. I order boots, heels and wedges. We’re going into winter and I’ll probably order some booties. Also, I love the option of skipping a month and I use it a lot. I would highly recommend JustFab and I have done it before.

I purchased from JustFab because they offered 50% off for VIPs. At the time, I got four pairs of shoes at 50% off. I like the prices and the fast shipping, and sometimes it's free shipping. They also have the weekend stuff when they either text or email saying they're having a weekend 50% off VIP or something that I favorited is on sale. I have bought boots and some sneakers and I might get another pair of these wedge sneakers 'cause I like them. I'm fine with the quality too. I have had an excellent experience with JustFab.

When I purchase from JustFab, the product doesn't take forever for it to get here. I got dressy flats from them and they’re comfortable. They’re not too tight and they’re good because I’m on my feet all day. Less than a month ago, I ordered three flats and a pair of heels that I've yet to wear. People should go for JustFab. They are great and I don't have a problem. When I have an issue, they resolve it right away.

I've worn one of the shoes already but not the other one because it's still summer. The quality is great and for the cost, it's good. Usually, the products are long-lasting and I don't have an issue with them. When I bought a winter dress, it fit true to size. I take advantage of the deals when I can and the option to skip a month is good because it’s not all the time that you wanna purchase. Now that it's back to school, you probably wanna skip the month. JustFab is awesome. People should go for it and sign up if they have to. They have variety, quality, style and a lot to choose from.

I like the ease of purchasing from JustFab and their selection is great. You don't have to worry about sizes being off like you do with some other companies because they're true to size and it's a great value too. The quality is good and one of the bags that I bought is my favorite purchase.

I was a heel person when I first started. Now that I'm getting older, I'm more of a one-inch or a flat I would never buy another three-inch heel, unless it's a wedge. I can deal with it because they have a little bit more heel on the back of it. If I have to, it has got to be a nice, beautiful and bad wedge for me to purchase it. But otherwise, I'm into flat deals now. JustFab doesn’t have a lot of my size though. They run out so fast. I got 10 down there but I prefer a 12 and I got to catch them when they put that new stuff out for my size.

The only thing that I had with JustFab is that every pair of shoes and boots that I bought doesn’t fit. I wear a size eight and a half and recently bought two pairs of moccasins. They are eight and a half but I probably should've ordered a seven and a half because they're big. I don't send them back because it's a hassle sending stuff back. JustFab is okay but they're not one of my best online retailers. I purchased one shirt and it was cute and it fits good. But the shoes I’ve purchased are not of the best quality.

I order from JustFab for my daughter and it’s easy. The products arrive in a timely manner. It’s not shoes though that you're going to have for years and years to come. They're more of what's trendy and fun. They're not made to last and you get what you pay for.

I haven't had much luck lately with JustFab but it’s not their fault. I've put on weight since the last time I ordered stuff and I'm temporarily in a wheelchair. I haven't had a chance to be able to even get down to the post office for things I have to return so I'm stuck with a bunch of stuff that I can't use right now. If they had a little bit longer return policy that is more than 30 days or maybe 45 days, it might be a little more helpful. I used to wear heels but now, I have to wear flats. The quality is good and the things that fit are fine. I’ve had good luck with their customer service. A couple times, I've forgotten to call in by the 5th and they've given me credit for it. It’s worth signing up for as long as you remember to do your thing before the 5th of the month. If you do, you're good.

Finding the style and size that you’re looking for depends on what’s going on that month. Sometimes, it can be difficult. JustFab doesn't change the styles as often as you might think. They change the styles more often on ShoeDazzle and it's weird because they're the same company for the most part. My most favorite item is a pair of black platform sandals. They're comfortable and cute. What I pay for and the quality are equally matched though there were some times where I had to send things back or I got very uncomfortable shoes that I wore and I didn't realize it was uncomfortable until I was wearing them. So, I had to give it away or sell it.

JustFab is cheap, affordable and I get to skip every month if I don't feel like I want to buy for that month. I’ve probably returned once or twice within the 10 years I’ve been with them and the process was fast and quick.

About three months ago, I bought a pair of sandals and the quality was okay. But my favorite is a pair of pumps. I like the color and the style. It used to be that the selection was my favorite thing with being a JustFab member but I don’t like the selection too much now.

JustFab is a nice online store for shoes. The shoes are comfortable at reasonable prices and they sell trendy things. A couple of agents that I've spoken to online for customer service were professional, and I appreciate JustFab's products and their services. They have large sizes up to 10", 11". And the prices are reasonable, especially when you're a member. And even if you're not a member, when they have sales, they have some good items for reasonable prices.

It's easy to find styles, but I have to send a lot of shoes back. Mostly it would be the wrong size after I have had the exact size that I wear. It fits differently, and then JustrFab sends the wrong size. I wear a size 9 and they either send a 9 1/2 or send one too wide. I'm about to send a pair of sandals back today that is too big. And then I have another shoe that’s too big. If I want to exchange or return, there are no return labels. I have a nice suede coat that I haven't worn. I sent that back, and they sent the right size. I also have some gorgeous boots. The style goes with your age. I like that.

I love cute little sandals, flats, and heels. I also like chunky heels and stiletto. Mostly, the quality is pretty good. However, some of the jewelry are not the best. There were some kind of studs that I bought. The variety is silver, gold and the rose gold color. And the backs on those don't work very well so I ended up losing a couple of earrings because they don't close and don't work very well on those earrings. Other than that, the option to skip a month is always helpful. Sometimes, I don't get the email to remind me, but at the end of the day, it’s still good to have.

JustFab had a couple of nice shoes that I liked. I have a calendar reminder on the 1st of the month to look at what they have, so that if I don't want it, I can skip it. Not get charged. So, once a month, I get to look at shoes online, which is not a bad thing. A pair of boots are my favorite. The ones that I have worn are excellent quality. Give it a try. You’ll find something you like. As long as you're dutiful and checking in once a month, it saves you money, because you're buying shoes that are worth more than $40.

I like being able to skip. I just don't like that you have to skip because you forget to do it. Most of the time, I've called and been able to have it reversed. We've noticed it quickly. I forgot to call the last two months and JustFab gave me a credit for that. That’s more shoes that I have to buy, which is nice but at the same time, I've got so many shoes that I don't even wear them all. I usually tell people that I got the item at JustFab. I mostly buy tall boots for winter and the quality is good. But I live where there are big winters. So it gets to a point where I need something more than that. Sometimes, it’s a pain navigating the website. I was on there not that long ago trying to look through some stuff and it kept glitching. But the customer service reps are quick and friendly.

JustFab has great quality and I’ve taken the special offers in the past although not recently. The selections from the style expert are usually not up in my alley but taste changes so it works. When I had to do a return, it was quick and easy. I had no problems at all. I love the products and I'll continue to use it.

The cost and the quality of the items at JustFab are good. But the style expert should give more variety for my style of feet, because I have wide feet. There's not a lot of good styles that come in a wide care for a wide width. But people should use JustFab for a nice variety of boots and booties. If you go to a store and you're looking for something that you might not be able to find, you can find it on JustFab easier.

I like JustFab’s products although I don't always wanna buy them. Sometimes, they're not the best quality. I had a few that did not totally fall apart but they came apart at the seam a little bit. I've had a few pairs that after I've worn a few times, the stitching starts to come apart. Also, the sizes vary. I normally wear a 10, but I'll buy a 10 and they'll be too small. So, I'll get an 11 and they're way too big. The shoes don't run the same size depending on the style that they are. They don’t have a good size consistency. They are good for the price but I sometimes forget to cancel that month and my card gets charged. Then, I'll buy a pair maybe the next month with my credit. It’s a little confusing until you check out and see what discount you get. It seems like you can only use your credit for that month and you can't use it for any other shoe, which I find disappointing.

For my birthday this year, I did a photoshoot and I needed shoes. So, I went to JustFab because it was easier to find everything I needed in one place. There’s a lot of convenience with it and I am able to find a cute shoe or a purse for a good price. I have had a shoe come apart previously that I had to have repaired after only wearing it twice so that was disappointing. But for the most part, I've had good quality experiences. I wish we didn't have to skip though and that it wasn't a thing that we had to pay attention to the first five days a month, if we were going to get something or not.

I placed an order with JustFab last week and it came in about two days. It was quick. The quality of the items was always good. However, sometimes I forget to skip the month and I get charged. I also have credits, but when I placed an order, they weren't showing up. So I had to call customer service. But other than that, they fixed it very quickly. I like buying from JustFab because I can get my size mostly than going into the store. There's nothing worse than going into a store and finding shoes and realize they don't have your size. So for me, online is a lot more convenient and a time-saver. Also, I don't have to feel like my foot is too big for stores. My favorite purchase is a pair of nude pumps because I wear those the most for work. I did do a return before, and I didn't have an issue with it. They sent a label to my email, and I ended up printing it out and just taking it to one of the local shippers. Then, they just handled it from there.

JustFab started out as shoes and then they added clothes, and I hate that because it takes up too much of my time. They send me clothes, and I don't want to see them. It also annoys me that their emails automatically go to my junk mail. I consistently forget to skip the month because I don't like that it automatically charges me all the time. I don't like the fact that you can only use certain amount of credits when you actually buy them, and then it charges you the remainder even if you have like six credits because you’ve been charged. You can't use them when you want to use them or you have to make multiple purchases to use all the credits. I don't like that if you cancel it, because you have so many credits, you can't get the pricing for the shoes that are about to come up for the credits that you already have. That's annoying.

As a JustFab member, I like the ability to skip each month if I'm not interested in the selection. Overall, I like the selections I'm given. It's just they're not always to my taste, but they're fine. There are a lot higher heels than I would typically go for a lot of times. As far as quality, it's average. It's not better but not worse. I've had to return the majority of the ones I've gotten lately because of the fit. But their customer service is helpful, and the return processes is fairly simple.

I like JustFab's two for 39 offer. For the most part, everything with my purchases has been good. The only thing is let's say the credit is for $39 but if I find a shoe that is $45, I can't use that money towards that shoe. If they're having a promotion and they're giving me $10 off, I can't use my credit that I've already paid for towards it, and I always have to go through with customer service. Then, sometimes, that can take a while because they don't always understand what I'm trying to explain to them. I wish they would do it by credits like, "Oh, this shoe is one credit or this shoe is two credits" versus a dollar amount because if you're purchasing credits for however much money and you see a shoe, you're gonna still have to come out of pocket for it.

I like JustFab's shoes. I like their boots the most. These off-white summer shoes I just bought are my favorite so far. Everybody loved them. JustFab is a great site. I tell my friends, "Look them up." Their products' quality is really good.

With my busy work schedule, and I'm also a mom, I don't have time to keep up on the trends. So based on my preferences, and when I first registered, what I like, and my body type, I love that JustFab makes it easy with the recommendations. So that's what I go to first whenever I'm on their website, I go to my boutique. And I feel like I have my own online personal stylist. It's time-efficient for me. And the recommendations are always spot on. Even if I purchase something that when I finally have it in hand at home, and it doesn't quite fit, I love the return policy, and that I can always exchange it for something that's a better fit.

I know what my style is and it’s easy to find it though it’s not always there. I like that JustFab is prompt as far as the deliveries get there when they say it will. If there are issues, they're quick to contact you and get it resolved. I haven't had any bad claims with them in all the years I've used them. JustFab had the trendiest thing way back. But they branched out and had ShoeDazzle, which has more trendy stuff compared to JustFab right now. When I initially joined, they didn't have a clothing line and I don't know if they slacked off on the trendiness of the shoes for the clothing line. But I like the quality of the shoes, which is why I keep repurchasing.

I was a JustFab member unbeknownst to me for a very long time and I accumulated a lot of credit. I'm probably gonna cancel it because I have too many monthly memberships. I bought a pair of sandals and wore them for a weekend and they already started wearing and tearing. So, the quality is not the greatest. The shoes can be better but they're always cute.

The style expert's selection is a little iffy. Sometimes, I could find something cute and then sometimes, it would old lady-ish. My last purchase was a pair of tan brown sandals with a buckle on it and a pair of studded sandals, which was my favorite but it fit too small. I ordered a size 10, which is what I wear because the last time I tried to order a size 11, it was too big. The tan pair is casual so they’re cool. I also bought an orange bag and I love it because my hair is dyed orange. I also have an account with Fabletics and FabKids so I'm a personal customer. It's been a good experience with JustFab but the shipment is taking forever to get shipped out. I ordered a week ago and I'm frustrated that it’s still on pending status. JustFab was quick to take the money but slow to ship the stuff out. It’ll say one thing but it's always delayed.

I like being a member and getting the updates every day. But what I don't like sometimes is when you forget to log on to skip a month, you are still being charged. So, you have to remember every month to look at your pick and whether or not you'll go with them or not. I ordered a pair of boots and the heels broke. I liked the look of their boots but since I've bought two pairs and each pair did that, I try to stay away from them.

I used to order from JustFab years and years ago and then I reordered a bit because we had vacations coming. I noticed that their website is a little slow and with returns, you're not able to do it online. You have to call in to be able to access them. Other than that, it’s easy. It's just slapping a label on the package and bringing it to the post office. JustFab's prices change almost weekly. If something is not on sale when you go to look at it, it will be within the next few weeks. The quality is fine for the price. I usually get everything on sale, so I'm getting what I pay for.

I really like the collection that JustFab has and their pricing is good. The products have lasted the time too. They have sales often, and that makes it all worth it. I'm often able to find items that I like. They send you a selection for the month they think you’ll like and it's a good marketing situation because I'll open the app. Even if I don't like all of the selections that they give me, I'm still already in the app, so I'm going to go look at the other options that they have and add stuff to my wish list and purchase or save for later, etc. The redeemable points (VIP) are great as well. I've only had one hiccup with them, and they were super helpful in resolving that quickly. I recommend JustFab to my friends all the time. If they want a pair of shoes or something, "Hey, just go on JustFab and I can get you something." They usually like what they get as well.

I'm really satisfied with the selection that I have with JustFab. I like the colors and the style. I also like when the items are of a natural material like cotton or a mix. It's much more breathable and easy to take care of.

I love JustFab but lately I’d seen nothing that interested me, which was why I'm building up my credit. I'm more like a sneakers, sandals and flats type of girl and the quality is good but there was one pair of shoes that I saw at Rainbow for $12. I could’ve spent that versus paying 40 for the same shoes or I could have bought two pairs of shoes with that price. But JustFab has so many special offers and they had some little 50% off on selected shoes and 75% sale. If you don't catch it, you’d be missing out though. You gotta hurry up and get on at the same time. The only one I was able to catch was the $5 sale. I hope that when they have the sale, they would have more in stocks in my size.

The shoes at JustFab have good quality and the clothes have accurate sizing. I've only had to send something back twice. Skipping the month works out great. I have a reminder for myself to do it every month but I've forgotten a couple times, which is a benefit for JustFab because I'll have to purchase some shoes or clothes. I like the end of the season sale. So I've gotten some cute stuff for the following year. I like wedges and tennis shoes. I just had a few pairs of sparkly wedges. They’re cute. It’s white and they look like tennis shoes, but they’re the wedge. I love those. They’re the only kind of heel I can wear because I’m a klutz.

JustFab had a policy where if you didn't use your credits, you would lose them at the end of the year and I made an issue with that at one point. I would have lost a lot of money because I didn't realize all my credits were going in there and I wasn't using them. I took it up with management and they credited me a bunch of credits for the following year. They've updated that policy a few years back and they also added "Skip the Month", which they didn't have before.

I like the discounts at JustFab. If you're looking for something that you don't want to spend a lot of money on, they have decent styles. I rarely find anything that I like but I'll continue to buy when I find things I am interested in.

I don't like being on auto every month. Just be cautious that they have an auto-ship. If you don't want anything that month and you forget to stop the order, they are not going to refund your money but give you credit instead. Other than that, JustFab has cute stuff and I like their product. Typically I order boots but I was impressed when I received a couple of pairs of shoes that I ordered. The quality was great. I ordered a pair of mules and a pair of bling wedge-heeled shoes and I was like, “Wow, these are nice.” I would definitely order shoes again when I come across a style that I like.

JustFab has trendy things and I have more than 20 pairs of shoes and boots from them. It's easier because you will see the discounts if you're a member. I’d noticed that things sell out but they're the hot items so it’s understood. The return policy is fine but sometimes it takes a little looking around for to skip the month. JustFab can also improve on quality.

I've been shopping with them for years and I buy everything from them. The quality is really good. I like that they have a personal shopper and anything that comes out with a size 12, they have it on there. But I'm trying to go to Hawaii and JustFab doesn't have any open-toe sandals and this was the summertime. There was not one cute sandal on there. They're like old lady sandals with a little bitty square heel and we can't do that. All they had was little flat slip-ons. When I went to ShoeDazzle, they had everything. I asked the lady rep “Was JustFab a part of ShoeDazzle?” And she was like, “Yeah.” I canceled my payment with JustFab every month when I can just get my stuff from ShoeDazzle, which is almost the same thing. She credited my account back.

I like the sales and deals at JustFab. They have some really great selections compared to when they first opened some years ago to now. I do love the boots. There's just one thing I'm going to complain about and that's the soling inside the shoe. It's a little too hard. If you're on your feet all day long and you're hitting the pavement, your feet do hurt after a while.

Everybody else couldn’t jump when I needed them to and Montway did. They were on time and very helpful. I was impressed. The driver was going to be at my house half a day before I could so he dragged his feet a little bit, and he made it work where I didn't have to jump through a lot of hoops. That's what customer service is. The move went without a glitch. If I need Montway again I'm not going to hesitate to call.

I have always had very good experiences with JustFab. The workers are so polite, very efficient, and very helpful. They have such a good rapport. One of the items I received the past week was too big and it was the first time that I had to do a return. The person was very very helpful in explaining how the return works. That was a very good experience. Also, one thing is if I don't want to purchase anything for that month, I can skip and the selection given by the style expert is a great aspect that I enjoy a great deal.
