Everything comes in quick and I've been pleased with what I have purchased. Overall, I would rate the quality good. I wasn't super pleased with the quality of the couple of the boots that I got in the last shipment. They seemed a little plasticky. But I got three pairs and out of them, only one was like that. I still like them. They're good for rain and snow. My favorite was a jacket that I bought a couple of years ago. There have been a few times that I forgot to skip the month when I wanted to, and that is frustrating to me. I just spend the money. But once in a while I forget. If they had a longer period for you to skip, that would be good.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM JUSTFAB! I ordered two pairs of shoes for 40.00 and was charged 39.95 for four months. I was then refunded for two months after contacting JustFab and was told my account was cancelled. I was then charged another two payments for September and October 2020. Looking back at my account I saw that I was Double charged for the month of August and they only refunded me back on. I called to have this charge taken care of and they denied it. I asked them if they would like me to send the banking information and they said no and that they weren’t willing to assist. The guy on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. Save yourself and do not purchase anything from them. Do not keep your banking information on file as they love to charge you for items and VIP plans you did not authorize.

I bought a sweater from JustFab and it was okay. But when I got some of the shoes, the material was cheap. And then a lot of times, the wide width is not really wide width. Also, I often skip the month and don’t get anything. I have to put a reminder on my phone because otherwise, I will forget.

JustFab's selections are nice. Also, I liked the prices. I bought a hat and face masks last month. They're okay. The masks were too small. But I bought jeans a couple of years ago and they're my favorite.

I love their styles and prices but I don't like that they sign you up for a monthly subscription without really telling you until you get the bill.

The site is pretty easy to use, the VIP program can be very useful (except when you forget to skip the month). Customer service is good and quite helpful from my experience.

DSW warehouse makes purchasing very easy. They have no hassle returns. I like to be able to get them shipped to me in a reasonable amount of time.

I saw really cute shoes at a good price at JustFab and I've been a VIP member since 2011. I like the selections. They're good. I love all my purchases from them. I bought some heels about 2 months ago and the quality is excellent. I love JustFab. Their shoes are so great.

JustFab carries my shoe size and finding an item on their site is very easy. I was looking for clear-heeled shoes and I couldn't find shoes like that anywhere. Also, everything outside is size 10 or 11 and I'm a size 12. When I found size 12 shoes on JustFab, I bought this and that as they fit my feet right. They're of good quality and they hold up fine compared to other shoes I have. The last time I ordered, I ended up buying three pairs which got to me in five days. I'm waiting for boots season.

I've been a member of JustFab for a couple of years and I've been able to take advantage of their clearance sales. They have a VIP member thing where I can buy one thing and get half off of the price of another thing. Most recently, I bought a foot scrub that I ought to put on my feet overnight to soften them up. I really enjoyed it.

I love the shoes on JustFab and their prices. I also like how there, I can get things that I don't see anywhere else I shop. Finding my style at JustFab is very easy. If I'm looking for something specific, it's really easy to set the parameters to find what I want. I hit their offers when they do everything for $10 at the end of the year or boots for $15. Overall, the items I have bought have been of really good quality. I've gotten a pair from the Gwen Stefani line through them and they're really cute and comfortable.

JustFab is a pretty solid company. I've been a member with them for years and it’s an easy website. They have good shoes and purses. Their selection’s perfect. I usually get something every so many months, usually when the seasons change. Their booties are awesome and the quality’s great.

I like the shoes that I got from JustFab and the price. I do like that I don’t necessarily have to buy shoes every month. I can skip. I usually like the sale that they have at the beginning like just before fall on boots and booties. The booties that I recently bought are really cute. The quality is great. They last a long time. JustFab has a great selection and a wide variety. The customer service is good too. I've had great experiences with them.

I really like the styles that JustFab had and some of the brands that they carried at the time that I signed up. When you’re a member, you get your membership discount and it's pretty easy to find the items I want from their selection. I purchase all kinds of shoes from them, but I don't get them as much anymore and I get my monthly membership quite a bit now. And they don't have as many boosts as before. Then, some of the heels that they have are super-high and they don't carry it in-between.

I've been a member of JustFab forever. I don't particularly like shopping for shoes in a shoe store and it seems simpler because it was just shoes back then. The quality is great although I purchase very few items now because I can no longer wear three-inch heels. It seems as though everything is geared towards younger-aged people now. So, I seldom purchase anything much anymore, except clothing items. Except for jeans and pants, some of the dresses are usually bigger than expected. So, I can pleasantly buy a smaller size. I've done BOGOs on shoes but a lot of time, those are non-returnable items. So, I'm very careful about doing those.

Back then, there was a Jordan that came out. It was called the Bugs Bunny and it was white, gray, and orange. I could never afford it. JustFab came up with the girl sneaker version of it and that's what made me do that purchase. It was 40 something dollars and I was in my budget. I love the style expert selections. I also have to learn how to redeem the 4,000 and something points that I have. I like the fact that they take $39 out of my check when I skip a month. I like when that builds up 'cause I don't always have money to purchase something that I wanna purchase. The quality of the items is amazing. Please don't change JustFab.

I really like using the site. It's so helpful in finding what I need and I think that's what people want. They want all the tools to what they are looking for. It sure makes it so much easier to navigate.

Being a VIP member, I get free shipping and I always get a lower price than the original price of the shoe. I like that my boutique is updated monthly. I also like the selection given by the style expert and I think it matches me. I just got some new brown riding boots, so those are my favorite right now. I haven't even worn them yet, but I love them.

I bought plenty of shoes from JustFab. The high boots are what I like. It's really comfortable and perfectly sized. The style expert selections were nice too. Then again, I look at all the shoes. Overall, it's fashionable.

I've had membership with JustFab for a long time. We used to travel quite a bit and I ordered a lot of stuff because I lost all my shoes and also for some gifts. But now, we're retired and I'm not using the membership as much as I used to, except for tennis shoes and sandals. I liked their selection. Sometimes I needed shoes to go out for events and be more dressy, and then also when we go travel, I needed hiking boots. They always had a good variety for things that I needed. Sometimes I would save up the points and do like either fall or spring, if I didn't need anything that particular month, then buy kind of what I needed for the summer or for the winter, based on what they had out for the new season.

I took a look at the site and I saw a number of things that I actually liked. I also liked the idea of having a personal shopper. Most of the time, I like the styles that are selected for me. Unfortunately, I have a shoe collection that is ridiculous. So I have to choose my styles carefully. Otherwise, I end up with 10 pairs of the same kind of boots or shoes. I love the sales. They had a sale on boots and booties and because I had credits available, I was able to get three pairs of boots just by paying the shipping. It doesn't get better than that.

I have a friend who subscribes to JustFab and I wanted to try it myself. It was easy to be able to find what I was looking for. The style expert is pretty good and the selections really match what I will like. This is the third month that I'm a member and I'm still trying to figure out how things go. But so far, I like it.

My relatives spoke very highly of JustFab and I also liked their selections. Around three weeks ago, I bought a pair of boots and the quality was really good. I also bought a pair of loafers and I love them.

Their shoes are sometimes awkward as far as the slant of them. I’ve worn six-inch stilettos with no problem. There's a normal slant that you get with a heel, even with a high heel. But they have this kind of abnormal of a slant and to the point where it makes your feet hurt. With the strappy heel sandals, I wear an 11 and the way they fit is like my foot will slide too far into the front because that strap is more for a wider foot. But my favorite is the tall boots. I have a bunch of them. Also, my niece loves the booty heels that I bought from JustFab.

There's a lot of shoes on the JustFab website. I enjoy the heels that I buy from there. It was just that I bought a couple of sneakers a while back, and one of the sneakers were bigger than what the picture showed. Sometimes, it's like the pictures kinda lie. Then the style expert selections are a little outdated. It probably needs to get updated. But every time I call them, if I forgot to skip a month, they would return my money, so it’s nice.

I saw a commercial on TV for JustFab and I saw the difference in how the clothes look from regular working clothes. When an item first comes out, it's easy to find it. But once it gets a little bit more popular, it's hard to get. I’ve been a member for years now. I like the different styles and colors, and the sales that they have. They have a good sale towards anything. The style expert usually suggest things that I would wear. My most recent purchase were the track pants. The things I order from JustFab are usually good quality. I've had a good experience and is very relevant of today's style, which is cool.

I was a JustFab subscriber years ago and then, I just let it cancel out. I started doing it this year. I bought a pair of boots and a jacket. I like them but I'm short so the boots are kinda long for me. I got the longer boots but I'm not gonna wear them because they rub in the back of my knee. I don't do the style expert because I am an admin assistant, so I try to dress as appropriately as I can. The shoes doesn't matter. I go with whatever I feel that month and I just look at stuff that I like. Some people will like JustFab and some people would say it's another little company that prefers to go to Nordstrom.

Being a member, I like the sales that JustFab has, their variety in boots. There's always 50% off going on most of the time. Most of the style expert selections are nice. Free shipping is good as well. An excellent experience overall.

I liked what I saw with JustFab, with the shoes, and I liked the fact that I could receive them every month without having to go into the store. I can shop online and get them sent to me. That was a plus. It was pretty easy to find the items I was looking for, to start putting up what my profile was, pretty much. They attached to me pretty well, and then going off of what I probably ordered most of the time, so it was accurate and it went smoothly. Being a member, I took advantage of the sales, the clearances that they have, and the discounts at the ends of the season. The quality of the items was good although there was one incident with a shirt that I've purchased over this summer. It was a very nice fabric, but when I put the shirt on, the threads kinda separated. It wasn't strong enough. However, since I know how to style stuff, it was okay. I ended up making it like my own.

I’ve been a member of JustFab for so many years and I’ve purchased all kind of shoes. I just bought some sneakers. I bought some heels, wedges and a variety of things. I like the quality. They hold up very well. I also bought a purse and they were good. The customer service took care of everything when I reached out to them for returns or when the system would say the shoe wasn’t available. They researched to make sure they found the shoe for me. The website is simple and I like the filters, which makes it easier.

I purchased six items from JustFab a couple days ago: a navy-blue petticoat, black and white pants, a black pair of pants that tie in the front, a pink trench coat, a white basic button-down shirt, and a cowl-neck navy-blue sweater. I've already worn a couple of the clothes. It was really nice quality. I was pleasantly surprised. I have always just purchased shoes. That was my first clothes purchase and it went well. The only thing that I don't like is that each month, it will come out of my account. And if I forget, it will automatically come out of my account. I don't like it being a subscription type of thing. I hope I could change it so that I don't have to decline it every month. But JustFab is good with giving me my money back if I need it.

I liked JustFab's product on their website. But also, I love the way they did the pre-purchase questionnaire. I've been a member for more than 3 years, and I like the selected boutique. I take advantage of the reward points, and I love the magazine subscriptions that are often offered. The items I get always have great quality. My favorite item from them is a sweater. It comes down to my calf. It’s open. It’s got a couple pockets on it.

I purchased a sandal from JustFab a few months ago. Sometimes JustFab has nice stuff, sometimes not really what I like. But it's not every month that I get something. I just skip the month. The only thing is, if I forget to skip the month, they do a charge. They charge the card automatically every month. Sometimes, it's not bad because I call them. I don't want that credit so I call them. It's a bit difficult with them refunding. Other than that, the quality of the items is pretty good.

I recently purchased a pair of sandals from JustFab and it's a thong one. With any thong ones, I usually get a little bit of irritation, but it doesn't matter who manufactured it or where I get it from. There's always just a little bit of irritation that happens if I wear it for too long. Other than that, they should move the skip for the month option to a more clearer area on the website when you log in. With the other provider that I use, it's right on their first page as soon as you log into your account. But with JustFab, it takes multiple clicks to get to that point and every month, I struggle to find it.

I liked JustFab's pricing, and the convenience of it that I could shop quickly and easily. They have new arrivals and I tend to gravitate to that. I also like that my credits kinda accrue for months. Then I can go on and splurge and buy stuff all at one time. There was an offer I did. But when you do it, you can't use your credit either. So it's that kind of sucks. I had to pick one or the other. But the offer was good. The store is great overall. A few things do fit my style. The stylist actually works. I liked that they had an app, but I know they discontinued it. They should bring that app back. Overall, JustFab is a really convenient fun way to shop for the things you like.

I heard about JustFab on social media and the boots looked nice, which made me want to buy from them. I’ve been buying from them for six years and it's not too hard finding my style. The selection from the style expert is good. The boots last a long time. I have some suede leather boots that I can't find there anymore. It's outdated because I've had them for almost four years already and I wanted a different color.

I wanted to buy shoes from JustFab. It's easy to find the item and style that I'm looking for. I also bought jackets, shirts, full outfits and purses from them. The quality is very good, especially the jeans. I was skeptical and then I ordered one pair and I was like, "Okay, these are really nice. So I'm gonna order another pair, maybe it was a fluke. JustFab has a variety of styles and for the most part, the styles their style experts give me are good. Recently, I used two of my credits. I bought a dress and two pairs of summer-style shoes. So far, my favorite purchase from them would be the pair of booties that have little heels. They go with all my jeans, but I can’t wear them often because on one side, the zipper would always come down and I couldn’t get it to stay up.

The discounts and the offers that are given are great. I love that if I don't use the credit for the month, they set it aside for me and that's typically when I'll do it. I'll go in each season and have a few credits in there. I get a few pairs of shoes and it's like Christmas because I've already paid for them. Their shipping is always quick. The online ordering is super easy and the credits are also super easy to use. I've had no issues.

I’m going on three years now with being a JustFab member. It’s easy to find what I’m looking for and so far, I've enjoyed the selections they’ve given me. I've seen a couple that were on my wish list. The only thing is that I'm now downgrading from a 4-inch down to a 2 or 3-inch heel, but every other shoe I like is four and above.

I just look at the website, scroll through, I put some in my cart, then I go look again, I see something that I like, I would that take that out. There's so much to choose from. Also, I like the discounts that I get. This September, I ordered the wide leg ripped jeans. I love everything I can get from JustFab. I like the style of shoes. I order their style, and I love their shoe. They got good quality. I got shoes that I had way back from when I first started ordering that I just donated to the thrift store, and they still look brand new and good standing.

Everything is good with JustFab. The prices are pretty reasonable. Some of the styles each month are okay, but they are just not quite my style. But I bought some boots a couple of months ago and the quality is great. A long time ago, I bought pink and gold heels and they're to die for. They’re so cute. That is one of my favorites.

I’ve been a member of JustFab for quite a number of years and it has been a very good experience. I wanted to try out their shoes and it was more convenient to purchase from them instead of going to the store. Finding the style that I’m looking for is very easy and the selections are very nice. They offer everything and have a variety of items like clothes, purses, shoes and sandals. The ones I’ve purchased were good quality. A couple of years back, I bought this cognac in color, suede open toe with the wooden heel. I thought it would be this type of phony suede material but it was a really nice suede. I could dress it up or down, with rolled-up jeans or whatever it is. My most recent purchase was in July. I got some gold flat sandals that were really nice. But when I ordered them, they got lost in the mail. JustFab credited me back. When the shoe came in, I called to let them know and they said to just keep them.

JustFab seemed like a good deal. It seemed good because it's hard for me to find size 11 shoes, although a lot of times, because they only come in regular and wide, I don't always fit them. I've always had a long foot. I have a size 11 foot, but it has never been wide. A lot of times, people link a size 11 with a big, fat foot. But I don’t have one. So, sometimes I get them and I have to send them back, because they're too wide, even the regular ones. And then other times, they happen to work out or they would be big in the back. But I still enjoy at least having an option to try to find a shoe in a size 11. And then, I had a broken toe so now, I'm re-evaluating. But for the most part, I like the selections that I see.

I live in Tallahassee, which is a small town and they have shoe stores but they always close and reopen. So, I like that JustFab is online and it has a large selection of shoes. I have a big foot and they have my size in the shoe. Every time you order shoes, you get points and then they have a little store where you can use the points to buy stuff. But they should take the expiration date away, if there is any, and let people gain more points as they go and spend them whenever they feel. You have to be a VIP member with JustFab and then, if you don’t skip by a certain day of the month, then your account is charged. I like that they'll leave a credit on your account but I would like that option to go away. I tried to get my aunt to order from there and she had to call customer service to set it up where they wouldn’t charge her card every month. So, she just pays whenever she’s ready to order from them.

The quality of the items from JustFab has been good so far and I get my orders on time. I just have to remember to opt out at the beginning of the month if they requested to charge me, if that’s what I felt like. But it’s been simple. I try to put something on my calendar to remember if I’m not making an order.

I've been on JustFab for three or four years and everything was super awesome but I feel like this last year or so, some of the products have kind of went down a little bit as far as quality goes. I've ordered a couple of pairs of shoes that were a super weird fit. I love their bags, all their boots, and their sandals but I feel like their tennis shoes could be a little bit better. Other than that, you get what you pay for, so for $39, I can't complain. And for the most part, they advertise things that I like. My only downfall is that sometimes I forget to put my account on hold for the month.

They have really good selection. I had a pair of shoes that didn’t fit correctly and they had me put it back in the box and send it back. The process was really simple.

It's really easy to place an order if I need to. There’s no trouble navigating the website. But the style expert misses the mark with me sometimes. Some of the stuff is cute, but 85% of the time, it's not me. I'm not interested in a lot of fashion. They’re more like London fashion runway type stuff and I don’t wear that stuff. That’s what I get in my boutique all the time. When I first did the styling quiz, I filled it out, but it's still not appealing to me. So I’m skipping the month all the time. It would be great if they do one Sunday dress style or one casual, one night out with the girls. But I keep the account open because I may need the shoes one day. It’s easy to go online and then they send the thing. I did a return one time and they were pretty good about getting them back and sending me something else.

I've been a member of JustFab's club since December of 2011. For the most part, I usually end up skipping the month because I'm pretty budget conscious. But I've always kept the account because of the ease of maintaining it. I don't have to quit as long as I remember to skip. I like to have the option there in case I find something that I really need or want. One of my favorite things that I bought was a purse. It has really good quality. Overall, my experience has been positive, but it's not for anyone who doesn't put a reminder on their calendar because you will lose money quick. I put a reminder on my calendar for the first of every month and it pops up and I either skip it or don't.

I've ordered a couple of things from them about three months ago and I haven't had any issues with them. I'm pleased with the quality of the items. Also, the items that they suggest is usually what I like. If you don't like the item, you can always send it back. It's real easy to return items. So far, I've been pleased with everything that I've purchased.

I ordered a couple of shirts and a pair of jeans that I liked from JustFab. I don’t do shoes from them. The shoes are not of good quality. The orders come in good timing. However, this last time I ordered, the pants never came to me. They were lost. I don't know what happened to that. I was really upset and I wanted those pants for a certain night. That was why I ordered it in time for it to be there and it wasn’t. So, I’m not a happy camper.

When JustFab first put the site up, I found a lot of things that I liked on there. But it seems like as the years went on, the selection, to me, is not as exciting as when the site first went up. I'm finding less and less than I actually like on the site. That's why I'm not really shopping that much anymore. Once, I had to return something, but the quality of the shoes are really good on the site. They just need to get a better variety, something more exciting and more lively. Fashion Nova has a prettier variety. Their shoe quality is not as good as JustFab, but their selection is a little bit more trendy.

So far, I've had good experiences with JustFab. I've been with them for three years now and I'm a gold member. With the order I submitted in July though, there were some shipment issues. Also, when they say that what I'm buying are wide calf boots, they really aren't. They could be wide calf boots for someone who is a size ten but not for someone who is a 15 plus or 14 plus. The items I've gotten have been of good quality except for some of the clothes. So, I just stick to shoes.

There are some good deals at JustFab. They might have some offers at $5 or $10. Also, I've always had good customer service. But they could send a reminder to skip the month through a text or e-mail. There was one time when payment was taken out and I didn't have the money in my account, so it was overdrawn. Then, I kept forgetting to skip the month so I kept being charged. That really bothered me so I took it off for almost two years. Then I wanted to reorder some boots because I really liked their products. I put it back on and reordered some boots. I got some clothing from them too and I really liked it.

My experience with JustFab has been cool. It’s just hard to contact a real person. Sometimes, since it's based on an online thing, if you do everything online, then it should be able to cancel your subscription and everything online too instead of having to call someone if you don't wanna do that. But when you call in, it's like, "Oh, well if you do this, and you do that," and it's just a difficult process.

I've been a member of JustFab since 2016 and their system is very user-friendly. The only hiccup is when I'm trying to return things. Their system is saying that I have to pay for shipping when normally, I don't have to do that. Also, the mesh shoes I've received from them tear really easily. Still, the overall quality of their items is good. Their customer service team handles issues well. They're very prompt and quick to respond.

Ordering from JustFab is an easy process. Plus, there are a lot of choices. So far, I've gotten a cardigan sweater and flat loafer shoes from them. There were a couple of times wherein what I got didn't fit right and I just gave those away. Still, 90% of the time, the items they have are of good quality.

I have the JustFab app and it doesn't work. On my phone, it looks like it's in desktop view instead of app view. Still, I like how JustFab has a lot of variety in one place. The items I've purchased from them are of very good quality.

My cousin was having a wedding and wanted everybody to get the same shoes. She was the one who told us about JustFab. That would have been back in 2012 and I've been ordering from them since then. When I see a good deal, I’ll order but for the most part, I don't use them like that. The quality of the shoes is good and I'm surprised I haven't bought more. I don't have room for any more shoes and I'm trying to cut back. My closet looks like the commercial.

I've been ordering with JustFab for over five years now. It's been easy to go through their process as they always give me an option to skip a month if I don't have money in my account or I don't find anything I'm really interested in. I love buying shoes and boots that they have available especially around the holidays as they always have sales. A pair of boots might cost $50 but on sale, it would be $20 or $30. I also love the unique designs of the items they have. There was a time when I had to return a pair of shoes because they weren't wide enough for my feet. JustFab gave me credit on my account and a few days later, I received the same pair of shoes in a bigger size.

I’ve been with JustFab for nine years and I like most that when I'm not satisfied with whatever I purchase, I can exchange it with another. I can also call when the promotion or the sale is going on. Sometimes I get a pass to use my credit. The most recent item that I bought were flats and the quality was very good.

It’s just that I still have two credits that I need to use and if I forget to skip, then I get another credit. I had to set up an alert reminder on my calendar to remind me to cancel or to skip every month because if I don't, then I get charged on my account.

JustFab doesn’t usually have a lot of clothes my size but with shoes, I usually seem to find something that I like. The items that the stylist selects are not always stuff that I like but I don’t really make sure everything is updated. I don't always use the site like I could. I like that JustFab saves the cart because some sites don’t. Sometimes I see stuff that I like and I put it in there. When there are sales, it already has it, then I’ll look. I’ll see it says things are on sale, but then I'll go in and the prices are not as low as I want. But sometimes I'll go in the cart and I’m shocked at how low priced stuff is and that's what makes me want to buy them. JustFab has good deals though I find it a little confusing sometimes. But I would totally recommend it. I was talking at work the other day about eight pairs of shoes that I bought for $10 each.

My most recent purchase with JustFab was four pairs of shoes - two pairs of wedges, a heel sandal, and a wedge sneaker. They've all been pretty good quality-wise. There's only been an issue here and there, but nothing major. I've returned one item once because of a fit issue and the process was easy. I like the different variety that comes out each month. It kinda gives me something that I wouldn't necessarily take the time to shop for so it's kind of nice that it's all in one spot. Shipping is usually not bad. It's generally within a week or so.

The first time I started up with JustFab was 'cause there was a two-for-one deal. Finding the items I'm looking for is easy and shipping has always been fine but lately, I've had some issues with JustFab's website. I've been trying to add something to my cart and when I hit checkout, the website says it's loading and then nothing ever happens. I've also had a problem with trying to find customer service information on the website. I've had problems connecting with their live chat. It's not as customer friendly as others. I do a lot of online shopping and I have for a long time. With most places, you click on live chat and a live chat pops open. With JustFab's live chat, you fill out a form and someone gets with you which is not quite the same.

The prices are good, the sales are good, and the quality is good too. The returns are quick. I mostly shop for purses than I do shoes there and the order process is fine. The reason why I stopped shopping for shoes is a lot of the shoes, you can’t wear them for a long period of time. Maybe an hour or two and they really start to hurt my feet. I wear shoes every day, so I'm kinda used to it. Maybe the insole of the shoe needs to be changed.

I love shoes and I thought I can get cheap shoes from JustFab. It's been years since I joined and sometimes I like the selections, while sometimes I don't. Last month, I bought three pairs of shoes, including a white booty and some sort of an animal print booty. I also got a pair of heeled sandals, but I didn't like it. I felt like they were a little rickety, so I am sending them back.

I very much love the service. The shoes are really accurate to my size. I've never had anything coming up in a size 10 that didn't fit appropriately and I've been with them for a few years now.

I saw JustFab in an online ad and ordering from them has been pretty easy and straightforward. Some of the items that I received are pretty good quality and if I get something that's not to my liking, it's usually easy to send back and get a credit since they don't offer refunds. But the idea of having to go on every month and even to remember to go on every month to not be charged is kind of difficult to keep up with. People should know that it's a really true subscription and you need to log in, whether you need a par of shoes or not. They should fight that and get their money back because you just get a credit, which is the same thing as being charged for the shoe anyway. So it's really not helpful in that way. Other than that, everything is good.

JustFab had the online appeal and aesthetic. I purchase from them once or twice a year. The selection and quality of their products could probably be better.

I liked the shoes that I saw at JustFab and in the beginning, it was really easy to order from them. But now, it's getting more difficult because of the change in the prices and the ease of ordering things on their website. When I went to order my sofa, I couldn't get it to go through, so I had to call in the order. Other than that, I would tell my friends to order from them because JustFab is good. I like that it's usually quick to get the product and the quality of it. I also ordered the high heels and boots that I can actually wear and those are my favorite purchases. But I have a hard time fitting my boots as I was overweight for a while and I've had gastric surgery.

I'm a little upset right now because I placed an order July 17th and I still have not received it. It was shipped from JustFab. The Postal Service has it now, and it just keeps saying that there's no information available now. I ordered the shoes since they were on sale for nine bucks. I did an online chat and it kept saying that my order has been shipped. Whenever it asked me if I wanna speak to a representative, I tell them sure but then I'm on hold for a minute and I just hang up. But other than today, I've been pretty much satisfied with JustFab. Some of the shoes are okay. But the quality of the clothing is not that great. The bags are not great, but they're okay.

JustFab charged me £35 over 2 years without me knowing and they agreed for a refund of £910, but after taking away all my store credits, they haven't refunded me the money. My bank ask them to trace their bank as they can't find any refund coming in to my account, but JustFab just said "go and raise a dispute".

I like a lot of the selection from the style expert. They have a good selection. They do a pretty good job.

I just purchased a black pair and then I got a low pair of heels. They were pretty nice, which I was shocked because I usually wear high heels. They have the buy one get one offer and they usually have the sale too, where they're cheaper than the regular $39.95. They have a lot of stuff. I've gotten coupons online like a reward but sometimes it’ll say a 20% off now if you buy now or 20% off on selected items. I love the clearance items too.

Ordering from them is convenient and they have a lot of styles. The quality of the items has been all good too.

These subscription type of sites are not for me. So I canceled my JustFab membership a couple of days ago. It's just hard for me to remember my monthly cancelation. If I don't want order, I end up being billed 40 bucks on my credit card. So I ended up having these numbers of things that I had to buy and it was piling up. I love their boots but their shoes, not so much. They don't seem to be as well made as the boots do. Then there's a really wide variety of what an extra-large means on the clothing that I've purchased, so I think the fitting on the clothing is a little hit-and-miss.

Their selection was different than what was in the stores. It was pretty easy to find the styles that I want. They have good quality items. I like them.

I'm discontinuing my membership with JustFab. Ordering from their website is very easy but I'm not happy with the quality of what I've received. And the sandals that I've really enjoyed has broken. They just don't feel very well made to me. I got the sandals less than six months ago and I live in Washington, so I haven't worn those sandals a whole lot. I also got heels and boots, and I've been relatively happy with the boots. But the purses that I've gotten have not been well constructed at all. Besides that, I got charged when I've not responded by the 5th a couple of times and I can't get my money back. It's part of the contract but I'm not happy with it. I know some some subscription websites where getting my money back would have been easy. But it seems like JustFab just won't refund you no matter what. It's just the inflexibility. Right now, you can get a refund almost anywhere else except there, which is a little upsetting.

I enjoy using JustFab. I like to save my points up. I always look for shoes in the off-season 'cause you can get them for way cheaper. Then the clearance is a pretty good deal as well. I just ordered two pairs of flat boots and then I ordered a pair of sandals and a pair of these tie-dye slide-on shoes. They're really cute and I can't wait to wear them. I also ordered a bunch of thigh-high boots earlier this year, but my ankle couldn't get into them just yet. I didn't realize how high they were and my foot was having a problem going into the ankle 'cause I broke it before. So they're still sitting in the box but I do love it. It's really good quality. I also got a dress with shorts in the back. I wore it last year on my birthday in Florida and it was really cute. I've also ordered some purses before. I've told a couple of people about JustFab 'cause of the sandals I've bought.

I'm a VIP member so I get free shipping and then lower prices. Sometimes I like my boutique that they pick. But other times, it's off and I wouldn't wear it. Their customer service is good when I've had to call in and if I've had to like exchange shoes because they weren't the right size. My last purchase was suede ankle boots about four months ago. So far, the quality of my purchases has been great. They're durable.

Some of the products are good. I like the selection. It's good. I got a pair of high heel sandals and they were okay but I made one of those anti-slip things on the base because it's slippery on the bottom. I did an exchange in the past when the item that I had gotten was so small and it went pretty easily.

The customer service is usually pretty good, except recently. I took over a month for me to receive shoes that I ordered. I just got them today but I ordered them the beginning of July. I called three separate times and they were really nice but there was no information given where the shipment was or how long it would take. They just kept saying, "It's on its way. It's supposed to arrive this time." Every time that time would come, it wouldn't get here. It was inconvenient to keep calling and then they would send me the link, but the link was wrong because my shipment wasn't here. So after a while, I stopped contacting and maybe I would get them or maybe I wouldn't.

I love their shoes. I love the quality and the price. I like the convenience of being a member and the different styles. There's always something different every time I look. I'm still waiting on an order that I placed with them a while ago. I can't figure out how to look it up on the website.

I enjoy shopping on JustFab. You can pretty much find what you're looking for no matter what time of the year or occasion. It's such a variety of different stuff that it makes it very easy. I've taken advantage of their promo buy one get one free yesterday. I also did the promo where you get three for $39.95. I just ordered a flat sandal and I really like it. It ties around your ankle and it's got a little bow on it with rhinestones. Then I have a gold one that is the same but it doesn't wrap around your ankle. It's just a regular sandal. I like those too. I also got a white boot that I ordered. It's a short boot but it's knitted. It's for the winter time. It's got little tassels on.

No matter how cute those shoes are they aren't worth the headache, I promise!! I created an account in November 2018 to purchase a pair of boots that I saw in my Facebook news feed. The boots arrived and the fit and quality were OK but I got them on sale and it was a deal because it was my first purchase. Now I've been stuck in the recurring membership horror story where you get charged $39.95 if you forget to skip the month (which they hide and make you find every time). I have been charged five times now and according to their website I should have received a "point" for each charge which I do not see anywhere nor do I see any way to use those points.

I really like JustFab. I order from them every few months when they drop the two for sales like this Olga. I love shoes. I order probably six new pairs every season. I range from flats, to wedges, to boots, to heels, kinda run the gamut with it. JustFab and ShoeDazzle, the sister company, both always have great quality. I've never had an issue. The delivery time takes about a week. It's been a little longer depending on the sale terms like if they're having one of their massive blowout sale or end of season sales but I've been fine with it. All my friends have already found out about it.

I've had good experience with them. There were a few times when it didn't work and they would take money from my account, but they would refund me. Sometimes it's hard to understand the people that’s in the customer service. Other than that, they’re pretty good. I had one instance where they sent me the wrong item and they gave me half off of the right item and sent it to me, so I didn’t have to go through the return process. The only time I had an issue was when they sent me the wrong item one time and they didn't refund me at all. I have one item that I’ve had for about three years that I've never worn but I was just out 40 bucks.

If I have any item that are the wrong size or don't fit, I return them and they're really good about that. It's a very simple process. They send you the label, the email and then you send it back, and you exchange it or they'll keep a credit on your account.

I was a member of JustFab for a few years or more, but I stopped it for a while because I couldn't find anything. I bought more shoes that I didn't like or couldn't wear. When they came, they were difficult, and I bought some sandals and heels that were not made well. Then I got some heels that I've worn only one time. They're in my closet now and I can't wear them. But some of the products I received were good quality and getting the items delivered had been pretty quick, which took a week or two. I also like the purses and some shoes. Plus, the coats were nice.

I'm really impressed with the quality. So far, I've purchased a couple pairs of boots, some really nice strappy sandals, a few platform sandals and some other shoes that are very pretty but not very functional to walk in. Those are my little silky pretties. Their offers are pretty good because the last three sandals that I got were only 10 bucks each. So that was really amazing. I've also purchased a pair of Capri pants, but I'm so short so they just ended up being pants and then I got a purse for my mom. They were really good quality. The pants weren't see through. They were nice and thick and sewn very well. So they weren't gonna fall apart. The delivery was pretty quick. So we're very happy with that. I've been pretty pleased with JustFab so far. They have a wide selection but they tend to sell out of my size really fast.

It's been a while since I became a member of JustFab and I always wanted to do it. I'm on the site when I'm trying to purchase something and recently, I ordered jeans. They're very good quality. All in all, I love my membership and that we have a discount as a member.

I've gotten flats, wedges, high heels and boots from them. I've gotten a ton of different options. Mostly, they're pretty good quality for the price. That's why I keep going back and it's kind of the convenience too of always having new fresh things. I love their shoes. They're comfy. They had a boot sale and I ended up getting seven pairs. The only thing that they should improve is to not have to subscribe monthly to be able to get it. I have an alarm every month that I go on there and automatically disregard that payment. But over the course of the years, I've gotten used to going on there and automatically skipping a month even though I might have bought something a few weeks before or after.

I've been ordering from JustFab for about 9 years. Some of the shoes in the beginning were different and unique. You don't see them at the mall. Also, the points that I get when I order stuff is kinda cool 'cause I can use that for other stuff. My main issue with the shoes on JustFab is a lot of the times, the angle that the picture is taken from doesn't show how narrow the toe of the shoe is. That's more or less what's holding me back from buying a lot of different other shoes on JustFab. I've gotten burned a lot of times with the shoes I got. A picture across the top of the foot or the toe box would be good.

It made me pick three or four different outfits. So it wasn't that difficult finding items that I like. So far, some of the costume jewelry pieces has been my favorite. They ship very quickly. But I might be interested if they were able to offer better quality options at a slightly higher price.

Aside from the monthly showroom, I most recently purchased when the shoes were $15 a piece. I love my strappy white sandals that have heels. It's like a summer shoe.

But they should step it up just a bit with the style expert. I’m not a one type of shoe person. I like different things at different times. Other than that, it’s fine. The quality’s good. This shoe that I’ve had from them is at least 5 years.

I recommend JustFab all the time. Ordering through them has been super easy. I open the app and just check out what I'm interested in purchasing that month. They'll let me know if I have any points reserved so I can either get something for free or discounted, or they let me know if I have any credit through the same thing. Then I kind of adjust my cart accordingly. It'll also send me particular styles each month of what they think will be good for me. For the most part, it's good. I don't necessarily always order off of their pick styles. Sometimes, I just go through and browse what else is new. I can skip if I don't wanna spend any money that month. I really enjoy it.

I started buying things from ShoeDazzle first and then I ordered something from JustFab. I usually order a lot of boots such as the riding and motor boots. The quality is okay but I did order a pair of boots in the winter and the sole was very slippery to the point where walking, I almost slipped and fell. I don't remember though if it was ShoeDazzle or JustFab. Another time when I ordered pumps, they were very uncomfortable, so I wasn't able to wear them for the function I bought them for. But I order online a lot and I’ve known about JustFab for six years. They make good selections based on the products that they offer.

I'm enjoying JustFab just fine especially right now that we cannot go into the mall, which is even better. The website is very user-friendly and I can find everything. It takes between 7 and 10 business days to receive my purchases but I'm totally okay with it. The products are affordable and the quality is good. Not only for shoes but also for accessories and clothing. I don’t buy that many accessories but I got a hat, a scarf and some bags. I’m a huge fan of flats and booties. The material doesn’t get dirty that fast. I want to use a shoe even on a rainy day and I’m trying to avoid suede, which is the one that gets dirtier. I would love some high heels but I don't know how to work in it. So it would be nice if JustFab can add hidden heels. That will be awesome because there are not that many styles that have that high.

I called customer service and they told me that JustFab has been using a new company for delivering. That’s the only complaint.

Usually, they credit or everything is there as soon as I return the item. The main concern for most people is the size of the shoe if it really fits. If they just go off with what their normal wear is, they should be fine.

I've been on JustFab since 2010 and they always got great shoes. There was a couple of times I bought some boots and because of the way the front was made, they were too big because my feet is narrow. I called them to return two pairs of shoes and then got the correct size. My man is complaining because right now, I have 150 pairs of shoes in my closet. I find an outfit and then I go on JustFab to get the shoes to match it. Every time a new pair of shoes or something comes out and I see it and I got an outfit to match it, then I'm getting it. I have never had an issue with the shoes falling apart. I'm older now so I like everything flat. I also like the booties.

I never really had the time to go to the mall and shop and I thought that JustFab might be nice because they offered free returns and exchanges, which was really something I liked a lot. I've been a member for maybe a year and the quality of my purchases has been very good. They offered the buy one, get one with the jeans and they also offered $10 shoes.

This company is the worst, they are a bunch of corrupt thieves! They will charge you $40 every month just for signing up!!! I can't believe a company has so little respect for their consumers that they will charge them for not reading the small print at the bottom of the page of terms and conditions. A REAL company with REAL values would ask their customers personally if they wanted to become a VIP member, but as you can see this company is made of a bunch of thieves. They don't deserve your trust, don't risk your money with them! Someone that hides a monthly charge from their customers is someone that's hiding a bunch of other stuff!! This is just a horrible company, spend your money somewhere else where they respect you and your trust.

I like the styles JustFab has and their price. I became a member and I like that I could order what I want and it would come to my house. I don't have to worry about going outside. I purchased nice boots and some sandals from them. I love what I bought.

I've had an account with JustFab since winter and so far, I've liked their styles. Purchasing has been pretty easy. However, what I get from their style experts doesn't appeal to what I selected in their quiz at the beginning. Also, during my last order, I purchased a lot of jewelry and the earring backs were bent and damaged after shipping. During the shipment, they were all smushed together. The jewelry should go in a small box. Other than these issues, everything else is pretty good.

I ordered shoes earlier this month. I have yet to receive them. Very very disappointed. My shoes have not arrived or I have not gotten any email notifying me of the delay or the tracking information. I would expect more for a business with so much promotion.

I am having trouble redeeming my credits. The email says shop and then checkout, but it doesn’t let me use my credits. I should have 3 credits. $120US but I can’t use that money or can’t see how to use the credits. I find the whole system not user friendly. Especially with not so tech savvy people like me. I just want to buy SHOES with the money I have already given you for those SHOES....

I purchased some sandals and a pair of sneakers from JustFab. Things are a hit or miss with them. One of the three things I got from them is great. The other two look a little cheap. Rhinestone looks good but if it's over the top, it looks a little cheaper. Still, I've gotten a lot of boots over the past years I've been with them and I've been generally satisfied with those. I get compliments for a year but they don't list through the test of time. It is my impression that the shoes from JustFab are for seasons.

Ordering from JustFab has been very easy. I get email notifications every month to see if I need to order or skip a month. They have a very friendly website too and I like their website compared to a lot of other companies I order from. So far, I love their shoes and jeans.

My sister ordered from JustFab before. The first pair was for $10 and that was cool. They also had cute shoes. I went with them and ordered two pairs of shoes. One pair didn't fit that well but I really like the other one.

Understand Pandemic, but to sit in one town for 9 days makes no sense. This was a gift for my daughter who was coming into town for a visit, but didn't receive this week.

Off Duty sandals were perfect with any outfit. So comfy & stylish!! Crush On Me heels are easy to wear without feeling over dressed. Great this spring going into summer. I am so glad I took advantage of $15 sale when I picked these shoes out.

I absolutely adore Just Fab. The only problem I have is if I forget to go into my account and mark “skip this month,” I get billed. During the COVID Pandemic, money has been tight. I’ve incurred overdraft fees because of this.

I love the continually evolving styles at JustFab. Although I cannot purchase every month, I always have a saved list of loved items every time I am ready to buy. They make it easy to be a member: I can skip the months it's not in the budget to splurge on myself & returns are a breeze.

I sent an order of boots back my husband purchased for me and we didn’t receive credit nor a refund. There is not a way to contact them from my understanding! I have not purchased from them since and it’s been months since I returned the shoes.

I love JustFab! I just wished you had more wide width heels and flats!! It seems all of the clear heels are not wide width!!!! I would love to see Transparent Clear heels in wide width and wide width flats which you don’t have!!!!

I accidentally missed a month of 'skipping the month' and got charged 39.95. I have saved my $39.95 that was taken out of my bank account until there was a sale. Well when sale time (memorial day sale) rolled around, I couldn't get the sale price if I used my "credit". Completely ridiculous. I will be canceling Just Fab and shoedazzle for the same reason.

They don't sell any of the shoes they advertise on social media. The options aren't as cute as you would believe when you sign up. It's expensive after your first purchase, even with your "discounts". And they charge you every month (sometimes even when you've skipped). And when you try to cancel they guilt trip you.

I have a wide foot and JustFab has lots of wide shoe selection online. I love to online shop and they have cute stuff as well. The site is super easy, manageable, and user-friendly. I search through the selection myself and it’s fairly easy. You can narrow down your search and that’s super helpful. Their customer service is very decent and the returns are pretty simple. They give you your own label to return shipping and they just send you the size you want or just refund you back. If you’re a member, you get your store credit back.

I would love to order more items but I cant return anything!! YOU WON'T provide return labels w/ your packing slip. This is a big problem for me and I am sure MANY others. I even tried calling & they still wouldn't. I can't shop at a place like that. There is only one reason you wouldn't provide a return label (to make it difficult). There are thousands of people without printers. All of my other stores will send a label. I am going to cancel my membership because of this!

I've had one pair of boots that broke in the first week and I had to glue them back together. Another that came damaged and a random green gem where a silver gem should be and was not offered a refund. Just told they could send me a new pair of shoes but a different color because they were out of the one I ordered. Now I can't even add shoes to my cart to cart to use my credit so I can cancel this terrible company.

I had a coworker who was ordering from JustFab and I liked her shoes, so I went on and started ordering. Most of the picks are what I would go for. They're close to my style, but I don’t always buy from my picks because sometimes, I already have something that’s similar. Also, I never look for anything too specific when I go on the platform, so I don’t have any trouble navigating it. It was not like I had something in mind and I couldn't find it, so it has been simple to order. Even the process of returning online is straightforward, simple and easy.

I got things from JustFab and they were fine. But I've been trying to cancel and they keep charging me. I've been dealing with this for about a year. Every month, they charge me $40. That happened five times. But it’s my fault for not checking my credit card. I didn’t know I was getting charged for the longest time. And then I couldn’t even use those credits because they said that it expired, so I got nothing for $200. I wouldn’t recommend them. There’s been a couple of times that I talked to their reps and it’s been okay. But other times, they would just say they can't help me and that would be the end of it.

With JustFab's VIP membership, you pick up a shoe for $10. It's pretty easy to find a particular style of item. The only thing that was annoying was having to scroll back up to the top when on the website. It may have just been my phone but when I kept going to the next page to look for a pair of shoes, I kept having to re-enter what I was looking for. After that, I downloaded the app to make it more easier, so that helps. I ordered two pairs of shoes. And on one of the pairs, I thought it was more like a laid-back orange but it was really bright orange. That was the only thing I didn't like about one of the pairs. Also, the strap was rubbing against my foot and it started to bleed. But I was satisfied with one of them. I like JustFab's selection. I like simple type of deals and they had my style that I like. JustFab is a good company and they have styles that everybody likes. It’s just sometimes not your style. They have a good range of shoes, too.

It's very easy, simple, and straight to the point to order from JustFab, and customer service is pretty good, too. I recently just had to return some stuff because it didn’t fit right, not because it was bad quality, and I did reach out to them asking about my return and they were able to give me the exact information I needed and exactly when they will be receiving it. Then they told me when I should expect to see the credit on my account. So, they were very helpful as well. That’s why I like ordering from them and that was why I became a member.

For three months now, I've been with JustFab. I gained a little weight this year so I needed to add a few items to my wardrobe that fit me including shoes. I got my first month’s order and I was pretty happy with the stuff that came. I didn’t have a hard time with the ordering process. I just haven’t done the last two months. I keep forgetting so I just keep getting charged. I wanted to skip next month and I feel like I did. But I still got a charge, which is fine. But I would really like to maybe end my subscription.

In seven days, you will get your product whenever you order and you get the same thing you saw online. I like the benefit of JustFab. I pay $39 every other month to be a member. When I order, sometimes I pay like $8 and I have three, four stuff coming. A couple of weeks ago, I ordered two jumpsuits and two shoes and I only paid like $12. I always do things online like with the jumpsuits and stuff like that. The only thing is I order so many shoes but the quality is not all the way. It's not comfortable enough for me. But I keep ordering anyway.

I only order clothes and shoes and they're of very good quality. I like all of their shoes and the clothes are my favorite. It's easy ordering and I get the items here quickly. I've also used the 20% or 30% discounts. Overall, it's a good place to purchase stuff from.

Ordering has been okay and the products are really good quality. It’s not like you would go and buy a $60 pair of jeans. It would last you a couple of years. It gets you through a couple of seasons if you wear them occasionally and don’t put them to heavy use. But the shoes, I’ve had no problems with.

One of my friends told me about the JustFab website. I've been with them for a couple of months and in my first month, I ordered sandals. They’re really nice and I like them a lot. Everything is fine the way JustFab is set-up.

I found a little pair of boots that JustFab was advertising and I went ahead and did their VIP thing so I could get it for 10 bucks. I hate the website though. Everything that I click on is out of stock and it’s frustrating. Every time you click on an item, if you end up going back, it completely takes you all the way back to the very top of the page where you have to re-scroll all the way down to where you were just looking. Then, every time I click on a style that I want in my size, which is 6, it seems like those are the fastest ones to go out of stock. I skip every single month. I've tried cancelling a couple of times and then they would say that they could just credit my account.
