I really like the boots I have purchased. I got it for $10. I will be buying again. I like the variety of shoes that they have. The delivery was quick so I liked it.

The selection of shoes is good, but sometimes the sizes are off. Sometimes, it's the same size, but they are not perfect fit.

I like getting notifications. I just don't understand the perks or rewards that well. I have points that I'm not using and that's where I get confused. But the orders don't usually take too long, maybe a week or a little over. You get what you pay for. It's on the lower end for what I would normally purchase, but for some of those things, I still wear them quite a bit and they're good quality.

My friend told me about her boots and I decided I wanted some too. I received it in about two weeks and the quality was just as expected.

The shoes have been great so far. I picked them out, looked at them and they were nice. I also got some collar boots and then some booties. Their selections are fine. I'm gonna have my daughter look at some and try to pick some for herself as well.

They're gonna start to get ruined real fast because they have to scrunch up a little bit. But the purchasing experience was cool. They put a little set of nails in there as a complimentary. The attempt at the presentation of it was great. The box was really nice, the way you open it. But whoever packaged mine had really dirty hands because the top of one of the boxes was really super greasy and nasty. But the other one, it was nice. The box was clean. I opened it up, the boots were in there nice. That was where the nails are at. Their website was also easy to navigate. The regularly suggested items are also nice. I would be ordering more.

JustFab has awesome shoes. I've bought a few clothes from them. Some of them look weird, to be honest. But most of them are all really good, especially the shoes. The only thing I don't like is that they charge at the beginning of the month. There's no option to just turn that off overall. But I understand that they want people have credits or make more money for themselves.

They're not overly priced but the quality's not extremely well. As far as comfort goes, they're not extremely comfortable, but they are very cute. So it's worth it.

I like that you can skip the month within five days and not have to pay anything. But if you do skip it, you get to use your credit for whatever shoes you want and they have good quality shoes. I did send two things back recently, and I don't know if they've received them yet. I haven't seen a credit come through. But normally, it's fine. There was a Black Friday sale and JustFab's stock did not reflect correctly on their website. When I went to order, they fulfilled the order but I didn't find out that my shoe wasn't available until I got two of my shoes, but not all three. If the pair of shoes that I had ordered was not available, then they should not have allowed the order to go through. When I went back to the site to try and place another order for the shoes because the site reflected that there was one less, that wasn't accurate.

I only ordered through JustFab once and I was unaware that I signed up for a VIP package that was going to take 49 bucks out of my account when I ordered the shoe. So, I had called them to get the refund for that, and so I can get taken off in the VIP package. The rep said that she would send me a gift card. Then, she said that I could switch off the payment plans whenever I ordered, but I still haven't received that coupon thing and I haven't ordered since. Other than that, JustFab has good and cute shoes. Receiving my order was not long at all and it is good quality shoes. I like it.

They did great with the claims process. Everything went very smoothly. We had some water damage. So, the techs had to detect where it was. AHS's service is good. When we call, they get right back to us and get the work done. We're still keeping them.

If you get it, you got to remember canceling or skipping it. I skip the month at the beginning, always, even if I think I'm going to buy. People should also read the reviews before buying.

So I paid for rush shipping on November 24th. I expected a delay because it was the day before Thanksgiving. I expected to at least receive my order by the following Wednesday. But here it is December 5, no tracking updates but they keep telling me it’s been shipped out. If the tracking was supposed to be updated within 48 business hours of the order date, why hasn’t it been updated? For a first impression, I am not satisfied and I will be returning the boots if they ever arrive. I will not be shopping with JustFab ever again.

The shipping is fast and JustFab’s products are good but it would be too small or they wouldn't have my size. I've only done one purchase from them since then. If you became a VIP member, the first purchase would be 10 something.

I purchased a pair of boots from JustFab and the quality was good. It was easy to browse through the different styles and be able to filter for what I was looking for.

JustFab’s cost is good and the quality seems decent. But I had to send the boots back because I didn't like the way they fit. For boots, I have to size up but it appears that I didn’t need to for those particular boots. They were too big and I didn't like this weird, fancy thing around my ankles. But I like the way that the material felt when I was touching it. So, I’ll order again. An issue that I have though is that I went to skip the following month for the credit and JustFab still charged me, and that was annoying. I didn’t want to have a credit and I just want to go in and buy when I want to buy. So, I don't like that whole setup. I called customer service and they were friendly, and they're gonna refund it. They said it could take five days and I haven’t gotten the refund yet. Also, I did the first pair for $10 but I didn’t keep the shoes, so it's like I missed out on my first pair for $10 offer.

The site is easy to navigate and there are so many nice things on the site. I even allow my daughter to look at it. I liked the 75% you get off at first. My boots came on time and I love them. Everybody else does. They’re nice and warm.

When I wanna skip a month for ShoeDazzle, it literally takes me about 15 minutes to try to find where it’s at, whereas on JustFab, it’s right there. I was looking for a trench coat that was kinda light but not too heavy and still stylish. I got that for 50% off at JustFab, so that was a win-win for me. Then I fell in love with the jacket there and I just purchased that. I just received the black boots with chains around, and they only had one pair left and I had to get the 9.5. I would have preferred a 10 but the heck with it. I wish it came in another color. I wish I could have seen them sooner. I still got them, though. I haven’t worn them yet and they were a perfect fit.

My friend told me that JustFab has good quality shoes. She told me she was a VIP member and explained it to me. At first, I logged in as a guest then decided to be a VIP member too. My mom bought from them and my cousin did as well. We like JustFab's products. They are good quality shoes especially the boots. They're not expensive too. I really like the shoes from this company. It sucked me in. They will trick me like, "Shipping is such as such." Well, I'm 10 away from free shipping, I might as well get that second pair of shoes. But it is a shoe store, so I'm not expecting too much. Then if I don't want to buy anything, I can put it on pause. I have been a JustFab member for quite some time, and normally, I just skip the month because I have two kids and the money goes to them. However, every now and then, I'd forget to do that and I'd just have another donation to the company. But about a month ago, I got their email for Black Friday and it said that I have 19 credits to spend, and I didn't know what are those credits for, so I went in there, and it was Merry Christmas to myself. I threw a couple of things in the cart and it was $260, but the total bill was 23. Those were only two credits. I threw a couple more in and then the balance was $4. I did a total of three orders to spend my 19 credits. I just misjudged the sizes on the pants. Then one of the bags was not what I ordered. Everything else was perfect.

JustFab does that buy one for $10 for the first pair so I got these long pointed boots from them. But I have to return them because I don't like the way the point looks.

I love that the website breaks down the styles. They ask you what's your style, and brings you out something similar to it. I bought the high knee boots. At first I thought that they weren't going to be as long as I wanted them, because I wanted them a bit higher than my knee. But they were the right size it shows. Also, I got fast shipping. But if there's no discount, $30 on one pair of shoes is a lot even though it’s a good product.

The selection their style expert gave me has been pretty good, too. But the size of their sneakers tend to be a little off and a little uncomfortable. Other than that, my last purchase was in October where I ordered three pairs of combat boots in different colors and they've been a great fit. I also like the suede feeling, as well as the faux leather.

A month ago I purchased shoes from Justfab. Looking at their reviews I trusted them, I got my shoes delivered nicely and the product is in good condition. After, I canceled my membership because I don't really shop for shoes a lot, I called the customer service so the cancelation would really process and it did, I got my email confirmation and it was all set nothing to worry about anymore right? But no! The next month I received an email stating that I have my order on the way. I was so shocked so I called them to cancel the order, but after telling them the problem I got hang up on the phone 2x! So I was so furious and kept calling the customer service, finally the 3rd call they didn't hang up on me but still didn't save me from inconvenience it will cost me.

The quality of the products at JustFab is okay, even though the last item I ordered came with a blue stain, the Chelsea boots. It looks like something that people already wore. But everything else is good. Highly recommended.

I got two pairs of boots. I got a white pair of hiker boots with laces and I got a gray pair. Both pairs were scuffed up on the too, the heel and the sides. They weren't handled well going into the box. Plus, the bottoms were dirty. It looked like someone had already worn them, sent them back and then JustFab re-sent them out. I'm returning both.

The shape of the boots were not as I expected so I'm not wearing it yet. I don't like the way it turned out around my feet. It's not very comfortable to wear. The way they design it should be in a better, more curvy shape because it was too flat. It looked like a basic boot. Otherwise, the quality felt fine and my size was good. I was not very dissatisfied because it was not so expensive. I love the packaging and JustFab gave me some kind of voucher. I was happy with the delivery as well.

But apart from that, it's been awesome. Another thing is, I'm a size 8.5 but some of the 8.5 shoes that I have ordered were so big. Meanwhile, I chose the regular. So, maybe they could let people know that we need to size up or size down because I'm not fond of returning items. Even if I don't like it, I'd have to gift it to someone. Other than that, the quality of their products is so good and so far, I love everything that I've ordered. It lasts compared to other websites and looks good.

Three months ago, I bought a jumper suit, top to bottom khaki-colored, and very stylish brown-colored shoes. The styles are very unique, which we usually don't see on the shelf. And I have a limited income source, so I try to see from the lower prices. But sometimes I get very good, chic clothing and styles, even on affordable price. The jacket, the coat, and a few of the purses are my favorites. But I have started noticing little problems.

But I've gotten some where a strap breaks easily or the seams seem not super strong or fantastic. But I'll just try and be gentle with those shoes and they'll still last a decent amount of time. I haven't had any issues with the sole separating or anything drastic like that. It’s been good.

I tried to cancel with Justfab 8,000 times but they kept charging my card. I called to speak with someone. The rep refunded the money then he charged my card again. I have six shop credits on there that I’ll never ever get to use because I don’t like their shoes. The selection looks like it’s for 80-year-old people and it's the same for their teenage line. It’s just horrible. JustFab should merge with ShoeDazzle. If they had ShoeDazzle where I can use my credits, that would be awesome.

I got some little black boots that I love. I wear them a lot.

When I first started with JustFab a few years ago, they sold size fives and that's why I've continued going with them. About a year ago, they stopped selling size fives and only had five and a half. As a size fiver, sometimes the shoes fit, sometimes they don't. A half-size may not mean a whole lot to some people but sometimes, it’s way too much. That's why I stopped ordering as much because after a few times of getting shoes that don't fit when they quit selling my size, it's frustrating. I still do, periodically, and have the credit sitting there but it would make my life easier if they could go back to selling fives.
