Everything was good. I like JustFab. I like that they have the deal in the beginning where you get your first pair for 14.99.

There were a lot of things that weren't clear on their web page, but I figured it out. But the incentive programs that they have for members are pretty good. I did a promo for my first order, where everything was super cheap. But the quality wasn't the best. I've experienced better quality elsewhere. Also, JustFab should clarify the membership a little bit better on their ads and on the website while you're signing up because I didn't get a really good clear idea of what the membership program was.

I thought the discount with JustFab would be worthwhile. A lot of the styles tend to be very repetitive. So, once I have one of one kind, I don't really need to get more. I don't often find styles that I love, but when I have gotten pairs of shoes, they were pretty good quality and I get quite a bit of wear out of them. The shipping is fairly quick.

I ordered a pair of shoes. Anything else was on a wait list. JustFab never got back to me and I just canceled that. They didn't have my size.

I'm more into shoes, and Justfab has a variety of options. Their shoes are great, but the quality is hit or miss sometimes. I had one which did not look sturdy, especially long boots that go to one's knees. I also got a top and it faded after two washes.

JustFab has cheap shoes. I bought some shoes, but it was too big for the size that I bought. So, I returned it. There was a promotion that VIP members got the first pair of shoes for $10. So, I got with the promotion, but I didn't know that I have bought a membership. After that, I have to consume $40, which I didn't because nothing wound up fitting me as well. Then I have to return it. So, I just paid $40 for nothing. I talked with the customer service about the membership. They said that to get a pair of shoes for $10, I had to buy the membership but I didn't see that part. They said, “No. It was in terms and conditions or something. I'm sorry, but you have to pay.” I was very dissatisfied.

My experience with JustFab has been a good one that’s why I’m still there, for years. I like that they have a wide variety of selections. I got these black thigh-high boots and they stay low around my thigh. It's good quality. I would love to shop there more, but it's a little high in price for me.

I like the low prices that are available with JustFab if you sign up to be one of the VIP members. However, it can be hit or miss. Sometimes they'll have something good and other times they won't. You have to check back sometimes and see what they have. It varies a lot. I like their products. Some of them are nice, some of them are fun and you can try out some new fashion. But they're not particularly high quality. The shoes in particular do not have amazing quality, but the clothes are alright. I've been meaning to cancel my membership, but it's hard. You can't cancel online, so you have to call them. It's not the most straightforward process.

I like the good deals and offers from JustFab. The quality of the product is really good, too.

There was only one pair of shoes that I like the quality on and the rest were not up to par. The really popular one sold out. It happened to me a couple of times. I wish that JustFab wouldn't charge us automatically. Also, there could be better quality stuff continually, not just on one or two products that people promote.

If you're looking for some new shoes and you don't know what you're looking for or you're looking for a website that has a lot of options, JustFab has a lot of different styles. It's cool that they update as well. Every month there are always new styles and they have something to cater to everybody's taste, so if there's a bunch of stuff that you're not into, the odds are you're gonna find at least one that you like. There are high heels, boots, flat shoes, and sandals. Whatever people are looking for, JustFab has an option or two at least, if not more than that.

I love JustFab's clothing, and they've got great deals. So, I became a member. As a member, if I want to skip it, I can, and if not, I can use the money towards a purchase. The customer service reps are super great. They always correct anything that needs to be fixed for me. I did the 80% sale with them, and I bought $500 worth of things because the discount was insane. Their leggings and biker shorts are my favorite items. The quality is the best.

JustFab has good stuff. You just have to get your right sizing. When I bought the shoes, the quality wasn't bad. The clothing for the most part has been okay.

I've been shopping with JustFab for well over a decade and I've had really great experience with their customer service team. If there was a problem with the size or if I was like, "You know what? I just don't love it as much as I did in the pictures," they're very quick to say, "Here's your return label," and I instantly get my credit back on the account or refunded for my purchase. For the price and given that, today, I can go and buy a pair of sandals or something on Amazon, I'm a little bit more towards going online and buying shoes elsewhere. But 15 years ago, when I first started using their service, it was groundbreaking to me.

I love the quality of everything except for particular active wear. The fabric is not really stretchy and does not have much give when it comes to their pants or shorts. Also, they don't have a lot to choose from. If they were to do better with their clothing line and their active wear, I would buy a lot more. I would like to see more variety of clothes. I love their clothes, but they don't really have a lot to choose from. When I first started, they did shoes, which is great 'cause I love shoes.

Justfab is a very easy website to navigate, and they're very hassle-free. I don't get bombarded with a lot of emails, which is great. I'm a shoe fanatic, and I love their shoe selection. The deals are great, and most of the items I've gotten, I haven't had a complaint about the quality. The size fits, shoes and clothes, and it’s usually what you see is what you get, which is a good thing. I even get a lot of compliments on the sneakers I purchased about a month ago.

I liked JustFab's shoes at one point. Back then, I got a lot of boxes from JustFab since I'm a boot girl. But now that I got older, I can't wear as many heels, so I'm moving into flats. It's hard trying to find flats on their website and my job requires a dressier shoe. Also, they don't cater to my clothes because of my size. So I can't even get any clothes on there. But the platform shoes that I got from them are great. Overall, JustFab is good. I like the fact that they take out the membership fee every month. You can also have the ability to go and pause it. Also, if you want to go in where you don't have any money, you can still shop around because they already have that prepaid credit option.

I like JustFab’s quality. You can tell that it's not made by anything cheap that could easily be ripped or scuffed up. They have a very diverse selection of shoes, jewelry, purses and clothes. I also like it when they go by the seasons of the year. The seasons change and you can tell which season these clothes are specifically for. You can wear some T-shirt dresses all the way until the fall and there are some that you can't. But majority of the time, what you buy is usually what you get.

I've done Happy Returns for other companies and they tend to be easy as well.

They had a buy one, get one 50% off sale, and I also took advantage of the sales when they marked the shoes down that were really expensive. They were $49 and then they were on sale for about $10. They offer $40 or $50 off if you spend a certain amount of money. They also give you reward points to use on things. I get my stuff shipped on time. I always get my tracking number. I always know where everything is.

I was familiar with JustFab's products and I like it. A couple of months ago, I got shoes and a bag. I noticed that the selection I'm given has changed. It used to have more up options that I like. This time when I shopped, I only found those two items that I liked to purchase. Their bag selection has changed drastically as far as what I like. Before, I really couldn't pick. I joined JustFab because of the shoes. I've since broken my leg and I can't wear heels as high as they have. They either have heels that are too high or just flat. Nobody wants that. There's not an in-between option usually. A lot of times, the products I ordered didn't fit. By the time I got around to returning them, I couldn't and I ended up giving them to someone else. I'm not really that pleased. It's a hassle to return stuff. You have a certain amount of time and if it's not within 60 days or so, then you can't return. Another thing is the things that I want are always out of stock. It doesn't make me want to go back online because the sizes of things that I like are usually not available. I'm getting ready to cancel it. I don't even really use it anymore.

I randomly order from JustFab. They have a lot of stuff. I like to look at it because it could be something I need. Sometimes, when the sales come through, I can't pass them up. I've been a member since 2018. The website is easy to use. It's just sometimes they show the ads on Facebook and when you click on them, JustFab makes you sign in again. You're like, "Okay, I'm gonna sign in through Facebook." On my phone, I can get right in.

I have some items that I've had for five or more years. Everything is always very good quality and the packaging is always right, very nice and neatly put together. I like the whole way JustFab operates. It’s very simple to pause or change things to my subscription because I could do it myself or call it in. The style six years ago looked totally different from what it does today. JustFab had its own professional style and high quality.

As a member, I like the perks of getting to shop and the different varieties of shoes that are different from most stores. Plus, the shoes fit me very well. The products are of really good quality. They last long. The clear leopard-looking pump heels that I got are my favorite. But, if I can get more incentives, that would be more useful. I only get incentives when I buy something.

I liked the shoes that JustFab offers and the price. I shop there quite often. The option of selections in the last couple of years has gone down. When I first joined JustFab, they had shoes that you couldn't see in a regular department store. So, they have nice shoes, but the choices are limited now. As far as the quality, out of 100, I would give it a 90. They're good shoes. That's why I keep ordering. I haven't had any that have torn up on me quickly. Overall, JustFab is a great company.

I just told them to cancel my subscription. I love JustFab, and ShoeDazzle, too. It's just they didn't give me a refund. They should have because I didn't get my order. I was ordering shoes three times a week from them because they had some pretty boots. I have some of my toes cut off, so the site really helped me out a lot with my shoes. I had a good experience with them. I love their shoes and everything they have. I was looking on JustFab yesterday for some army fatigue boots they have, but they're on back hold. Overall, it's a pretty good company.

I have two loafers from JustFab, and they have good quality and are comfortable. I wear them for eight-hour shifts, and my feet would feel just fine. This was surprising to me because I've had other loafers in that price point as well, and then it would make my ankles have blisters or my pinky toe would hurt because the shape is weird. The two that I have from JustFab have been absolutely amazing. Delivery was perfect as well. It came at the earliest day of the interval they gave, which was surprising. It was very convenient. Overall, having a website that has such a big collection and a variety of collections at such an affordable price point is really good for people who can't afford the most expensive shoes but also wanna look cool. JustFab is a very good option for people like that.

I liked JustFab's prices. It was really easy to find my items. I liked what I've seen and I just clicked on the app. I just bought a couple of things from here. I got exactly what I ordered, and I've been purchasing with them since this year. When I first went on the website, I got boots and shoes for like $10 and $5. I didn't know about the VIP thing, and they ended up charging me this monthly charge out of my bank account. So, I did have to call and cancel. I had them put the funds back in my account, because I didn't know that it was a $75 a month charge. As far as the selection, it was excellent. I like everything. The quality of my shoes is really good, too. Even with the price of what they were, they didn't come back like generics are.

It was pretty easy to find what I wanted on JustFab's website but I'm not going to be ordering anything from them anymore because the refund policy is not a good refund policy. It's a good discount to get something as you can get something for 12.99. But in order to refund it or get an exchange, it costs more money for me to do that. I ordered some items and they were very cute. But when I put them on, I decided that they were not really my style after all. So, I didn't really like them but since I got them for $12 and it would cost more to send them back, I just kept them.

The membership is beneficial because you don't always have to pay every month. You can skip it. On months when you pay or forget, it's till a reward for you 'cause when you find something you like, you can put the credits against that purchase. I like their clothes and the way they fit. They're true to size.

The quality and variety of JustFab shoes were great, especially for the winter booties and boots. I get my order no less than a week. The VIP membership was great to have because it was something that I didn't have to think about. It was very convenient. When I went for Easter, I just used some of my credits. It was just pretty much a good experience overall.

I saw JustFab on Facebook and I liked the shoes and they were 9.99. I signed in as a guest and got boots with a little fur. They look real good but when I got them, they were just plain with some fur. I didn't like them. Then, JustFab keeps taking money out of my account. They charged me 20 something dollars. The lady said she was gonna cancel my subscription, but they never did. I have a family attorney that's looking at my account now.

The quality of the items is always good, except for one pair of shoes some time ago. Also, they could add a little more options for older women. I bought a pair of sandals and I ended up getting subscribed to them. Now I've been billed twice already for it. I also didn't like them. They didn't fit correctly. They look weird.

I liked the quality of the shoes from JustFab and they're affordable. Also, when I select the type of styles I'm interested in, they're very efficient with putting those styles out. I love these little booties I bought to wear to work. They are a showstopper. The only thing that I see a problem with is the having to skip a month fee, or they JustFab would charge my card 39.95 or 29.95. It should be an option for someone to choose to have their card charged a month for that. I could have signed up for VIP, but I have had problems where I wasn't checking my bank statement, and I saw that they were charging my card every month, and I wasn't aware of it. But we got the issue resolved.

When I received my order, one pair of shoes was smaller than what size I thought it was. They provided a label and I shipped them back. They sent me a different size and they fit pretty well. Customer service was prompt.

It's gray and black. It's soft. It fits well and the quality was good. The only thing is the size chart for the feet at JsutFab is way different.

JustFab had much nicer stuff. My girls wanted boots, so I got my daughter and my friend boots. They were a lot cheaper than the store. You pay $80, $90 in the store while you get the items for 40 at JustFab. It was a good deal. The quality is good too. I still got my items, my daughter's still got hers, and so did my granddaughter. I had not had a problem with the shoes tearing up. I did my whole Christmas shopping there one time and I didn't pay anything. I just paid regular prices. I figured it was just gonna be one time and they didn't give me any discounts at the time.

Weirdly enough, it's actually not the shoes that I love the most. It's the jeans. JustFab has the high-waisted ones and they're comfortable. They last a long time too compared to some of the other stuff I've gotten from stores. JustFab has jeans sales, which are my favorite and I wait for those. Also, I don't have to get jeans nearly as often. So, I adore those. I regularly purchased them through JustFab.

I enjoyed everything. I haven't used JustFab as much since the membership was raised but the price is not too bad. I had four membership stacked up and I would probably wait until I either saw something I wanted or a good sale where I would use it.

There was an incident a few years back and the customer service department was really supportive. I bought an outfit and shoes because my daughter was graduating and I never received it. That was very disappointing. But JustFab did their part in sending it. The issue was Postal Service which said they lost it. They solved the issue really well. A rep helped me by purchasing stuff similar to what I bought and they didn't charge me.

I've been a member of JustFab for over three years. I canceled my last membership because I got shoes and they weren't JustFab. They were from ShoeDazzle and I didn't like them. The man that I talked to who ended my VIP was very nice and he was very understanding. They told me to send the shoes back in the mail and I can get any pair I wanted. Although the return process is easy, make your returns as soon as possible if they don't fit.

But for the most part, everything is either something I would buy or something I would consider. Also, the sales are decently priced. So, I'm happy with that. I purchased a pair of shoes for a wedding and what showed up was exactly what was depicted in the photos. So, I was pleasantly surprised. I also got a utility trench and that was really nice. Everything is normally straightforward, and my stuff gets here in a timely manner.

JustFab has a very wide variety, but I, unfortunately, did not find any actual work shoes that I could buy from there. I work as a flight attendant, so I just needed black heels and I didn't really see very many styles like that, which was kind of too bad because I need a bunch of different types of black heels to wear. As far as the prices, they were pretty comparable to being in a store. They weren't way out of the price range. I really did enjoy that there was a good variety of pretty affordable shoes.
