I love JustFab. I get my shoes on time and wear them to work. I like the clogs that I bought. However, some shoes are good and some are not.

I have too many credits. I got signed up when I was in college a long time ago, then I kept forgetting about it. Justfab kept giving me credit while charging my card, and I'm trying to use those credits so that way, I can cancel the VIP. Their VIP credit is the only thing that I take advantage of. However, I have oddly shaped feet, so finding a style I want could be a little difficult for me. Besides that, some of items are good, and I've gotten compliments on them. For the most part, some of their shoes have lasted me so long, but I walk them into the ground.

My experience with JustFab has been great. I liked the different options of shoes that were more unique than what was already being sold at regular shoe stores out in the world. The selections are good. What I've seen are nice. I like them. The latest thing I purchased was a sweat suit outfit. The clothing items were good quality. I haven't had a problem with any of the clothes that I bought from there. I haven't bought shoes in a while. I feel like the shoes have definitely gone down in quality. I've had a pair of ankle boots that I purchased at least 10 years ago, and they are still going. I had to get a couple of things done like the taps on the heel. The shoes that I've recently bought have torn a lot sooner.

I haven't ordered from JustFab in a while. The pricing got ridiculous and I'm mad because I missed to cancel it this month. They started to look cheap and the quality are not the same. They should change the way that they’re doing the credits now. Sometimes when it should be for two, they make it for one.

I use JustFab when I order stuff. It's a good app.

The quality of the items I received from JustFab is really good. I got some thigh-high heels and they fit my size well, and I like the quality. JustFab had nice deals, especially when it's your first time buying from them. I found a couple of pair of shoes that I wanted and purchased them. Finding the item is not hard at all. It was self-explanatory. I just searched the kind of shoe that I was looking for and all the shoes that they had in that category came up. I like the setup of the app. It wasn't really hard to navigate at all. When you first sign up with them, they put you in the VIP program and even when I decided that I wanted to cancel it because I wouldn't be buying that many pairs of shoes on a monthly basis, it was even easy to find out where I had to go to cancel it. So, nothing was really hard to navigate.

I bought a pair of boots. It's the loose ones with the heel on it, and they're very pretty. Lately though, it's been a little more difficult to find a style I like. Besides that, Justfab has the $10 a lot and they also do the VIP points. I've taken advantage of those. People can go on there, especially those who love shoes, and after a while, they gain VIP points. Justfab has good varieties and qualities and people can usually get them at a very good price. They also have ShoeDazzle, which a lot of people like.

With JustFab, I like that I can skip a month as far as my fees, and even though I canceled my account with them before, I was able to come back still as a loyal customer. It's been a great company, and I've told plenty of family members about it. They have great shoes and a nice variety of them. They always have my sizes in most of the things that I'd be looking for, and it's been easy all the time that I have ordered from them. I was also able to take advantage of the discounts that they had going on, and the shipping time was excellent. The quality is good as well. My favorite item is the moccasin shoes they had. They got the soft in-sole inside of them that I just purchased it. Those were very comfortable.

I bought my boots from JustFab. They're to my knee and are pretty. Their products are good and the shoes are nice. The special that they have is good as well. If you don't want the membership, you could stop it then reorder it again in a month. The shipping is quick. When I order, I get them in a week. However, they have to change up a few things. I look at their website to see if they have anything new but I've seen a lot of the same things over and over.

JustFab has low prices on boots or shoes. The quality has been okay. But I don't like the fact that they force you to order something once a month. They give you a good option to call in and let them know you don't want anything on a given month but when I had to call the last time, I had to do three calls in order to get through.

My experience with JustFab has been good. I ordered some shoes for my birthday in February, and I loved it. Their product is excellent. It's not even time consuming ‘cause once people order, by the next couple of days they're there. I feel confident in the quality, and I love the prices. I like the picks that JustFab picks for me as well.

I bought many things from JustFab and I've been been using their website to order. You could save a bit from the selections given by their style expert and they have given me styles that appealed to me. I bought four pieces of a drape coat, a black one, a brown one, a red one, and a forest green one. But my sister-in-law loved the forest green one and I ended up giving it away. And I never got the chance to get a next one back because JustFab never brought it back. But those coats are some of my best coats and overall, I have no complaints about JustFab.

I usually search for sales when I'm in JustFab for whatever type of shoe I need. I usually know what I want so I'll go in and look. Typically, I've been buying boots with them and I'll look internally on the website versus anything that's been sent to me directly. The quality has been just fine and with the prices being a little lower than maybe some of the other shoes out there, they're equivalent to what I pay for. I got some boots three seasons ago and I just now had to replace them because they've started to show wear and tear. I recently purchased three pairs of tall boots. I got one tan, one black and one copper brown.

I've been a member since 2016 and at the time I just wanted to be able to have the discounts. Also, it was easier to manage, money-wise, to spend a little bit each month and then have your options to choose things. My favorite thing about it is realizing I have 20 free credits and I can buy a bunch of things at the same time without paying for it. Also, the quality is really good.

The first time I purchased from JustFab, I bought 12 pairs of shoes. But I broke my ankle two days after I received them and I haven't really worn them all. I've worn a couple of them and so far, my favorite are the furry boots that kind of look like moon boots. All in all, with shipping and quality, JustFab is a good company and it's worth the price that you're paying for the items. But I would advise to size up at least a half a size, if not a full size, because a lot of their styles run a bit smaller.

I purchased a pair of heels from JustFab and the quality is not that great, the same with the other things I've purchased from them. I've been meaning to cancel for a while.

There was an issue that I had with one of my orders. For some reason, every time I kept trying to put my order in, it wouldn't take my credit and my coupons. So, as many times as I called JustFab back and they tried to fix it, they finally said, "You know what? We'll just credit your account. We'll take care of it right now." They were able to get me what I needed and put the credit that was supposed to be applied. I'm a happy customer. They have excellent customer service.

JustFab has high-quality merchandise for an affordable price. Their selection fits my style. I've ordered a couple of things from them and I like all of them. They're purses, clothes, tennis shoes, and winter boots. I also buy my kids' stuff from there. The quality is good. I had stuff from JustFab from 2018 and I still have it.

They've got a good deal. However, I used to get quite a bit of marketing emails from them. It was way too much.

I wanted to purchase because I've seen that there was a bunch of deals and sales. So, I clicked, and ended up purchasing, It was very easy. That was my first time. There were many different types of shoes. My shoes came in quickly and easily. They're very good quality. I like their long, thick, black leg boots. They go good with anything. I wore them a bunch of times. And they have a little heel. They're very cute. When I wanted to cancel my account, that was very smooth. Check out JustFab.

JustFab is good and I highly recommend them. I like their website. It's easy to maneuver. My favorite purchase would be a pair of heels that I ordered. Also, the prices are very affordable. The products hold up. They are not designer quality but are mostly good for the price.

JustFab is a good company. I'm very satisfied with using them. I like being able to shop from home, not having to go into a busy store. It takes time because a lot of the styles don't come in until the seasons come in. That's why I keep coming back and looking. I would recommend JustFab.

Back then, it was easier to find an item at JustFab. Now, their selections is not the best so I haven't bought anything from them in a while. It used to be the selections that were available even when you try to update your style was accurate. The designs were nice. Now, it's not so much. I don't feel like it's in tune with my personal style anymore. I was even considering canceling my membership because I forget to skip the month. My biggest issue is when they charge you the monthly fee which is $50 a month. It should cover if you were to purchase one item a month. But when you go to make the purchase, the calculations aren't the same. They’ll tell you you have a certain amount of credit, but when you go try to buy an item, the credits is not equivalent to the amount that you pay monthly.

I've been with JustFab for years. I like that they have my shoe size. But it's somewhat difficult finding the item I am looking for because I wear a size 10.5 and they wouldn't have it all the time. But my favorite purchase was my boots. They were of good quality.

I like to have something different. My favorite purchase was a leather two-piece business suit. I love the quality of the product I purchased.

I've been a customer of JustFab since I was 18. I found them when they had just opened as a company and the styles that they had were along the lines of what I like to wear. I genuinely enjoyed the shoes and they were very nice quality. Unless something was out of stock, it was very simple to find the things you were looking for on the website, even in the older years. My favorite thing is just all the additions JustFab has made to the perks and how much they have honestly expanded over the years. It's cool. On Black Friday, I made a couple of orders. I usually get my blazers and stuff from them for business and they're fabulous. I still have it as well as a lot of my original styles that I bought years ago.

It was pretty easy to find the items I wanted on JustFab. I usually don't shop by the recommendations of their style expert and I just look at what's new. I like that they have shoes in wide because I have a big foot. Their products are true to size and comfortable. The price is wonderful and they have a lot of sales when you're a member. I bought a pair of boots three months ago and they're really nice. JustFab is awesome and I haven't had any bad experience with them. One time, I had a pair of boots, but one was an 11 and one was a 10. They shipped me out right away, and they were really nice and helpful.

I've been pleased with JustFab and I've had no problem with getting my products. They have great and stylish shoes. They would accommodate the old and the young, so that is right up my alley. But I don’t use their style expert and I pick my stuff for myself. It may work for some people but it doesn't work for everybody. But when people ask me where I get my shoes from, I tell them about JustFab. The quality is very good and their website is set out really easy for you to pick and choose and scroll the different shoes, whether wedge, boots, or sandals. They also send out marketing stuff on a weekly basis and they flood my email. The only thing I hate is they keep going up on the price and that makes me order less. When I started, they were 39.95. Now they're almost $50 for a pair of shoes unless you catch them when they're doing a discount. That's too high and some of their shoes, I wouldn't pay $50 for them.

I've been a customer of JustFab for many years. My recent purchase was a pair of tall black knee suede boots. The quality is good, especially for the price. I like that a lot of times, around the holidays, they have different sales and I've taken advantage of those almost every year.

JustFab happens to be one of the few retailers that I can find a shoe or a boot that fits. I can usually find something that I like in their website but the biggest challenge for me is the variety of color. Though I understand from a production standpoint why you can't have every shoe or boot in every color. Their price point is reasonable for the quality that you get and I love that there is a variety of styles that I can choose from. So, if it's summertime, I know I can find an open-toe or sandal that's going to work well for whatever occasion I have or work. I also love a good $10 off and whenever I can get a bargain, I take advantage of it. So I love to troll the clearance area, which are the things that I go to first, unless I have something that I'm specifically buying a shoe for, like an outfit or an occasion.

JustFab only had shoes and bags when I started ordering shoes from them. My foot is very narrow. So, I would end up sending most of them back. I like their easy return and the variety they have. When they started their line of clothes, I saw a couple of pieces that I liked and I started ordering clothes. The shoes now are geared toward young ladies though. I have to choose what I'd get, but they have some really nice pieces. My favorite piece was a bag that I bought when I first started subscribing. My child has that bag now. She came, she liked it, and she said, "I'll just be taking this," and I haven't seen it since. She really liked it. I order things for my kids, too. They like it. I did a lot of my Christmas shopping from there this year and they have loved every piece that I gave them. They loved every piece that I gave them.

I find a lot that I like in JustFab but sometimes it's not exactly what I would choose for me. So sometimes, it's hard to find my style. But I like the convenience of online shopping with JustFab, not having to go anywhere to look for anything. I like it too when they have sales. The $10 special offers are nice. I've gotten shoes and a purse and that was my favorite purse in the world for the longest time. I ordered that probably seven years ago. It's a black purse with zippers and it's cute. I enjoyed it a lot and it lasted me three years. Some of the quality is good and some are bad. I ordered my kids' shoes and they lasted a little over a month. They're kids and they're rough on it but the front faded off quickly. My shoes last me a little longer than that. But if people find something they like at JustFab, it's worth trying.

The selections from the style expert are good and the quality is good for the price. When I had to contact JustFab, they fixed whatever the problem was.

I love JustFab. I like their prices, quality, and timely manner of delivery. It doesn't take forever for them to give you your product and they have a lot of good things compared to a lot of other sites. The selections get you to keep looking and browsing, to order more. I ordered some boots which were a little bit too loose in the thigh. I prefer that they'd be tighter so I don't have to keep pulling them up. But I was told those boots do that regardless of who you buy them from. I will refer them to everybody I know that's looking for a pair of boots.

Some of the selections are okay, and some are not, but it's easy to find what I'm looking for. The website is cool, and I don't have a problem with it. The last time I got something, it was for boots. One pair was flat and the other had a heel to it. The quality is cool as long as I can get my feet in. I got some burgundy boots one time, and those were my favorite, but I never got a chance to wear them. It was a size 10, which is what I wear, but it had a hard back to it and I couldn't put my feet in. It was really hard to get them on. I've had three pairs like that, and I stopped using JustFab because of that.

It's kind of difficult to find the style I was looking for because all their heels are way too high. They don't have a good mid-size option. Other then that, it's a good place for boots usually and you can find a good deal on really cheap boots, like 50% off or something. My last purchase was back in November when I got two pairs of boots and a pair of slippers. The shoes were good but the slippers aren't the easiest thing to walk in around the house. The bottom part isn't flexible enough and they slip off.

Give JustFab a try. I bought a pair of shoes, two loafers and two different styles of mules. The quality is very good. They have a lot of stuff that I like that's not always my size in the shoes. But they have a lot of nice stuff. The website is not exciting with color and pictures, but it gets the job done. I can go in there and find what I need to find easily.

But eventually, I was, "Oh, you know what? I got a lot already, I don't need to buy often." And when I do need them, I could go back to that site and get it and maybe get a sale. They have sales, which I take advantage of when I buy things. My only complaint is they should get some low heel shoes.

I like the different shoes from JustFab. Quality is good, but the prices went up. I'm not looking at $79 for a pair of shoes. That's ridiculous. I might as well go to the mall. I've done an exchange, and the process was a little longer than what I thought, but it was fine.

I like the variety of JustFab's products and the selections available. There are a lot more than just shoes. There are clothes, too. The quality is fine. I have done a return and the process was simple. The annoying part is every month I have to go in and decline if I choose not to get something.

A lot of years ago, I thought the shoes at JustFab were cute. So, I started to purchase. If I see something I like, I just buy it. When I had extra credits, I've been giving it away. I’d tell my friends, “Hey, look for something. And I'm gonna get it with my credit. You don't gotta pay me. I just accidentally have a credit.” When I stopped seeing stuff I like, I stopped buying from them. I stopped purchasing with JustFab this year. In the very beginning, it seemed like the shoes were really stylish. They didn't look like they were $39. It’s changed now. The style has changed. I don't like the styles that I used to like anymore. Also, it seems like the price is getting higher and the quality is not as good.

My experience with JustFab has been very good. They have been great except how your credit expires after a year. It’s something that just started. The selections and quality are mostly good. It's just a few times that I didn't like the quality of the stuff that I get but the return process is very easy. So, if you don't like something, you have no issue returning it.

I've been a member for over 10 years now and it's very easy to find the items of my style. The website is pretty organized. But I've kind of given JustFab free money because points expire now and I don't like that. Also, I would tell others to make sure that they skip the month if they need to because JustFab will charge them and if them don't use that credit, JustFab will just delete it.

I love JustFab. It’s just having a good budget or a good price point to shop from being a mom, having children and keeping expenses down. I can still look professional with their products, which is exactly why I shop with them when I do. Now I buy more of their sneakers and they’re good quality. I didn't have any problems with the last return I did and the customer service has always been amazing.

Justfab offered a deal wherein I could get my first pair for 10 bucks. It was a really good deal and I still wear the boots. The last time I bought something, it was the sweater I'm wearing now and two pairs of socks. I like the quality and wish I bought more socks. I've been a member since August 13, 2016, but I don't always have the money for it. I've had to skip the month, and it stinks if I don't remember to do it. Sometimes I get the message and I get busy, then on the 5th, I go in to do it and it's too late. I'd like another reminder if possible. Another thing is with the changes, the prices have seemed to change quite a bit too. They have a new rewards program, the VIP credit, where it's one or two items, and I don't understand if it's the same price or how that works. I haven't used that. Other than that, I've had a good experience, and recommended Justfab to a few friends.

JustFab is a good place to buy things you like. Every time I get something from there, it's good. I can get shoes from them. And I like the prices. I got a jacket today. They are very good quality. A pair of boots I bought 10 years ago are still good.

The website is easy to maneuver around and the selections from the style expert have been accurate. But it's very seldom that I'm on the site unless my girls want something. In early December last year, my daughter got these little cat boots with the cat face and fur around the side. And they zip up on the side and tie up in the front. She still has them and it still looks good. It’s my favorite purchase because I've only ordered a couple of times from JustFab. A lot of the stuff is expensive. But it's good quality and I've never had to send anything back. They make cute accessories and boots for little girls that I'm very interested in and they have a good selection. But the only thing that I was hoping that they would have had was maybe some fox fur gloves for little girls, for winter to keep their hands warmer and keep them dry. But I wasn't able to find that there.

I really like the quality of the stuff I bought from JustFab. I also like their website and the selection they give me most of the time. It took a long time to ship my orders which was a couple of weeks or more, but I could see the status in the app or even my email. The cost was expensive, but it's worth it because they're good products. And it's worth it if you have a subscription. I used to save the money that I got when they have the promotions.

The thing I don't like about it is, they take out the money, but if you're gonna use those credits, you can only use so many credits and you also can't apply it to a sale. Justfab does Labor Day sales, and recently they had a Black Friday sale. Sometimes, their selections don't necessarily go with my style, but I don't mind it. Also, it's not that difficult to find the style I'm looking for. The hard part is to get it on time, because they sell out fast sometimes. About two months ago, I bought four pairs of shoes and one pair of jeans, and they were very nice quality. I'm very happy.

JustFab had a pair of boots that I wanted. I joined their VIP program so I could get the boots. I got those. It took a while so when I ordered the second time I thought to just wait. I had seen JustFab kids and my daughter needed some shoes so I did that as well. I saw a pair of quilted navy blue boots that I hadn't seen anywhere else. However, I put in an order for boots two and a half months ago and lost out on the 50 bucks. I can't get a refund because they keep saying the package is coming. They keep saying that the package is in Hawaii, but it's been in Hawaii for two months now. It was near Illinois, which is where I live, then it went to Hawaii. I'm completely confused about their tracking system. It's also not very easy to get ahold of customer service. It's all AI. It just keeps telling me the same answers over and over again.

JustFab has good quality. They are reliable and does fast shipping. I like the shoe design and the VIP credits. I availed of their special offer last month. It was a buy one pair, get one for one credit. I bought sandals for vacation and two pairs of tennis shoes. The sandals were made for more of a narrow foot versus a wide width sandal so I ended up giving them to my mom.

They had a good selection. I like their products and I love the quality. I've dealt with JustFab before, but this time, I only ordered once. I never wanted to be on the VIP Club, but once you order, they automatically put you on there and start taking your money. When you're a VIP member, you pay half price, but if you're not a member, you pay $50 for a pair of boots. Then, when they do the VIP, they charge you the $49 a month and give you a credit that you can use depending on the pair of boots that you buy. All I buy isn't even worth the $49. So, why am I gonna pay $49 if I can't get an item for that?

The shipping time was good. JustFab's price is reasonable but they could improve the quality of the material of the shoes.

I liked the shoes that JustFab had. However, their quality has gone way downhill. They're super cheap, like Chinese plastic kind of shoes. They're gorgeous looking, but when it comes to wear, forget it. The quality is below what you pay for it. But JustFab's clothes are good.

I made a purchase three months ago from JustFab but I’m not a member anymore. It was just for the month time limit. The selection from the style expert was great but I already had in mind what I was looking for. I like the item that I got. It runs true to size.

I heard about JustFab seven years ago when one of my coworkers wore a pair of boots from them. The only thing that really attracted me was the type of style of boots back then. The boots that I like were a great pair. I always got a lot of compliments. It was low-heel, went over the knee, and kinda had a split in the back. But I've never seen those boots again. I noticed that the platforms came out and that's not my twist. But the boots were very sturdy and I got a nice wear out of them.

My experience with JustFab has not been good. I don't order from there because the shoes are cheap but they won't allow me to get rid of my membership, so that's the only reason I've kept it. I wish they would allow the option to no longer be a VIP member. Sometimes I forget to skip the month so they end up taking the money out of my account. I just recently ordered a pair of shoes from there just because I had a credit and they're just different from ordering from Macy's or other retailers.

I like the deals that JustFab offers. I also like the quality of the shoes. It lasts my kids a good long time.

I like the major sale around Black Friday, Christmas time. One time, I made an order. I bought four pairs of shoes and it only costed one a half pairs. It was a huge discount. JustFab also had free on shipping and handling. However, there was one time that I dealt with them, and I had a long hold time. Also, I had between the 1st and the 5th to skip the month which I did on ShoeDazzle. I tried to log in to JustFab, but it wouldn't allow me to. Yesterday, I got a charge to my account. That was confusing because it was after the 5th. JustFab needs to give more flexibility regarding that.

Try JustFab. I like their different styles every month. I don't wear a lot of high heels and that's what a lot of their stuff is. Other than that, it's fine. I also like that I can opt out, which is what I usually do. I don't have to do it every month. The boots that I recently got were good. They last.

I like that JustFab is size inclusive.

JustFab's style expert is super helpful. They have a lot of options so it's nice to have something a little more curated to me. Also, their shoes are really cute. I can tell they're a little on the cheaper side because they can wear down fairly quickly if I'm wearing them all the time. But they're affordable, so you kind of expect that. Other than that, I've liked all the shoes that I've gotten from them and if the shoes don't fit, I can send them back and either get my money back or exchange them for a different size.

I don't like the monthly cancellations, because I've always had an issue with that. If I do it on the website or on the app, it always somehow gets messed up and they charge my card, even though I try to skip the month. It's not synced across all platforms that they have it set. But other than that, the quality of the items is nice. They hold up for a decent amount of time. I like the different things that are advertised, for the most part. I typically buy shoes if I do buy anything but there was a time where I would buy clothing, dresses or jackets.

The only reason I purchase at this point is because I forget to cancel and I have credits and I don't wanna waste my money. I have nine credits so I'll just wait until they have decent shoes and then I'll order them. But I don't feel like they have great shoes. Their quality has gone down over the years and they're not the best-looking, fashionable shoes. I don't really wear them a lot. Out of every 75 pairs of shoes, there might be one decent and I'm not even gonna say super cute, but I will wear out in public. They need a new designer.

The site has always been very user-friendly but the quality of the items has been hit or miss. Typically, the summer shoes -- wedges and flip flops -- are good and they have a nice selection. Also, the mules are nicer.

I purchase from JustFab because of their price and the good quality. My favorite purchase is the last boots that I bought because of the color and quality and it's very comfortable.

I liked the cheap deals that JustFab was running when I first signed up. I really liked the $10 shoe. I feel like they're discounted based off having the membership. The deals are really good. It's easy to make a purchase on JustFab. Their website is easy to navigate and figure out what kind of shoe I am looking for and wanted. I got some boots lately, and I think they're very nice quality for the price. I would recommend JustFab and say that they have quality shoes. Shipping time is very reasonable, and you get good quality for your price. Also, I like that they have the feature that if you wanna skip the month, you can skip your payment.

My JustFab experience has been okay, but it's kind of a hassle to cancel the membership. I've been trying for years, and I just haven't wanted to call. They give you the runaround about trying to cancel. I don't know if you can't cancel online and they want you to call, which makes people maybe less likely to cancel. I haven't found a way to do it online, so it's either really difficult or they don't offer it. My last purchase was this year. I had member credits because there was a few months I forgot to skip. I got three pairs of boots, and they were okay. I wore my favorite pair so much that they wore out. They didn't make them anymore so I've had to look, and I haven't found any that I liked as much as the first.

I first joined JustFab's membership program in 2017. It wasn't until 2019 that I realized one of the places I had shopped for while I was on that medicine from recovering from my wisdom teeth surgery was JustFab. With doing all this under the influence, I had no idea that JustFab had been taking $45 out of my account every month for a few years. I called JustFab and was wanting all of my money back because I had not used them at all since the very first time. A lot of their shoes didn't even fit me when I got it so I never shopped with them again.

The membership fee of $50 a month that they wanna charge unless you opt out is a bit excessive. But when they have sales, they seem to be decently priced. Although, I liked the quality a little bit better a few years ago than now. They don't seem to hold up as well or last as long. Also, I noticed that they made it difficult to find the option to skip a month. Other than those, I've never had a problem with any returns. Those were always handled really well and quickly.

JustFab has nice stuff and they have a nice variety of things. My last purchase was back in October and I bought a bunch of clothes, shoes, and bags because I had a ton of points I needed to be used.

I very rarely buy from JustFab. The quality is not great and the cost is a little high. Also, I don't love the format of the website. It's hard to maneuver to what I want and there are different brands on there that are kind of confusing. And they moved 'skip my month' and it makes it harder to find it. I wish they would send a reminder to skip your months before they charge you for it.

JustFab needs to improve their stuff a little. Their boots don't last long and they tear. My daughter had a pair of black boots from them. She wore it for one week and they started tearing. Also, the cost is high for something I can buy in a store and the material is not really that good. I do not like the shipping, as well. I have lost packages a couple of times and I've had to complain because my packages were not gonna be delivered to the right place. That was horrible. I had to call them three or four times to get help.

Most of the items I’ve purchased from JustFab are good quality and as a member, one credit can be used for two shoes or it could even be used for a nicer pair of boots. I like that a credit doesn't necessarily mean it's just one thing and you can bundle it a lot. You can split it or you can save up and get more things. But sometimes, you get stuck in a loop on JustFab’s site. I’m trying to log in so I can skip my shoes for the month before the fifth happens and I'm struggling to get in and find out where my account is.

When I joined, there was a good sale. I got a pair of boots, and they're really nice. Justfab has nice shoes, and I like the variety.

My most recent purchase was a pair of denim boots. They're almost three-inch heels and they're knee-high. I like them. They're very nice, stylish and comfortable. The quality of their products has been good.

I used to be a member of JustFab six years ago, and then I quit for a while. Then I was on Facebook and had seen ads for their shoes and I saw a pair of boots. They were a tan pair that were wedge, knee-high boots, and I just loved them so much, so I signed back up again. They have a great selection. The boots that I purchased six years ago lasted me about six years so they are good quality as well. I also bought this tan sweater as well, and I love it. I like that they have all sizes of shoes. They have wide too. Not all places carry big-size shoes. Some of them are just size 7 to 10. They carry up to size 11.

A month ago I got a pair of tennis shoes and a pair of heels. I once had these brown heels which I've had for years. I love the items that I've gotten. Most of the time, they're comfortable. Once in a while, I can't tell how steep the incline that it tilts my ankle. It's not so much the heel itself because if it's got a little wedge in the front, it doesn't bother my ankle so bad. But when it's those steep incline, my ankles can't hold it and I can't tell that from the pictures sometimes.

JustFab has great deals. You could get shoes for a great price. I'm actually starting over. I moved to Georgia last year, and left everything. JustFab gives me an alternative to get more than one pair of shoes at a time. I really love that about them. I always order from them. JustFab does fast shipping. I'm a size 11 and whenever I go on there, there’s always something for me to get.

JustFab has cute, inexpensive shoes. Finding a style is easy. I hate when I log on, and they wanna ask 50 different million questions on their marketing. “Oh, do you like this? What's your favorite this that?”. I was able to take advantage of their offer where you buy your first pair for 10 something. But they don't have decent quality. They’re probably made somewhere in Taiwan for $2. I bought two long boots from them, and they're my favorite purchase. They were cheap but cute. JustFab could make more shoes for people. More of the orthopedic style would keep me to it.

I like the different styles that JustFab has as far as the shoes. And by me being a first time representative towards that, they offered me a good deal. I placed an order and got everything that I had requested. I got a boot, a slip-on clog, and a regular shoe. I got what I paid for, so it was fine. However, JustFab signed me up for a subscription automatically which I did not give permission to do. So, I called and canceled that. I still got a charge, but I'm working with my bank to get that reversed.

JustFab lives up to their name. Cheap price, good styles. However. I'm not a big fan of the membership. I'm not currently a member. I would always recommend JustFab. I joined because I could select styles that I was into and JustFab would create a closet for me. JustFab was always quick and shipped me what I asked for. I love the option of the skip the month. That was always awesome because I never could afford it. But when I could, it was nice. She gifted it to a younger niece who was able to put something in the toe of them, and I was like, "Dang, we should have thought of that." It worked out for her.

Even though I'm not a big tech person and even though I get emails to, "Hey, make sure to skip a month”, I always look at the emails after. So I'm always charged. I tried canceling once and JustFab never canceled me. I use it when I remember I have it and I need something. Otherwise I don't care. It seems like their sizing is always too small. Things that are supposed to be wide-leg aren't.

I like having the option to buy something that's more on the affordable side and occasionally, I take advantage when JustFab has sales. Sometimes, you can get two pairs of shoes for the price of one or the cost of one monthly membership fee. But over the years, I found less and less things to purchase from them. It might be a personal style change but I don't shop with them as much anymore. I automatically skip the month and if I look through their things, there's not much that necessarily appeals to me every single month. I bought a pair of shoes a couple of months ago and the quality was good. I was happy with them. I like that JustFab is a monthly membership. It is hard sometimes to remember to skip the month on time and companies like doing that kind of subscription model but it's not one of my favorite ways to shop. So, probably the only negative is that you have to log in and skip the month if you don't wanna buy anything.

I've enjoyed the evolution of the membership over the years. I've also enjoyed the ease of shopping and skipping. If I choose not to participate in a particular month, it's easy to do that. I like that they have an app and they're online. I'm an app kind of person. It makes it super easy for me.

When they have the special offers for VIPs, they're super beneficial. Then all the new random things that come up and the little collections that they come out with are really cute. They have a crazy variety of styles and shoes. If I don't purchase something right away, they just keep it in a little credit, and I'm able to skip months if I need to, which is really nice, too.

JustFab's user interface is very friendly. However, they need to scale their quality to compete with others because it's not a nicer, higher-end department store quality. I don't utilize the style expert because of my body shape. JustFab doesn't do a good job picking appropriate styles for my body type. Also, I'm not impressed with the quality of their products. A lot of their products' seams are poorly sewn. So, I've got a lot of tops that the seams come out of. Their jean material is very flimsy and thin. You can tell it's not a high quality of cotton. It's spandex type material. So, I don't like that. They wear thin quickly.

Justfab is great. They have good prices, and the selections are really good. About three weeks ago, I bought boots, and they're very nice.

There's always something that's fashionable for people to buy from them, and if they don't want to upgrade their closet for that month, they have the luxury to decline for that month, then move on to the next month.

I loved JustFab. I just didn't utilize it that much and I didn't need it as often as I thought I would so I ended my membership. But the quality of their shoes are really amazing and that's why I didn't use it as much because I would still have perfectly good shoes. They've lasted me about a year or more. Also, their prices are really great. The only thing I didn't like was their rep was a little pushy on making me keep the membership. I had to get firm and be like, “Hey, I really don't want this membership. Could you please just stop pushing it?”

JustFab had a really good deal to sign up and it was two free pairs of shoes. I like the selection of their shoes. I order from them twice a year. There have been really good sales or clearance sales that I've used. I like the ankle-high boots that zip up in the back and I've had them for years and I love them. They're very comfortable. However, it is very hard to cancel JustFab because it charges $40 a month unless you opt out. If you forget to opt out, that can add up quickly. They also have really good prices on some things but not so great on other things.

It's cool that JustFab has kids’ shoes now. I also like that the shipping time has decreased since I first started. It’s quicker now and that's awesome. But it's frustrating when I forget to skip in time. A reminder at the beginning would be helpful in case I don't feel like ordering. There were multiple times that I didn't skip and I didn't need or want anything but JustFab didn't really have an option. Also, their sizing was inconsistent. I ordered several different things the same size but some didn't fit.

Some of the quality of the leather didn't seem to be up to par. But the best thing for me is getting shoes at affordable prices. And JustFab's customer service is always on point. I've done returns, billings, and shoe changes. I usually got my situation handled whether it was the first or second time.

I didn't understand how to use the credits. One time I overpaid. If I wanted to purchase anything, I didn't know how to go about the credits. But I bought boots one time from JustFab and they were decent and a good deal.

This is a bad program to trap people to spend. Limits to use on when you cancel your subscription is disrespectful. Selection is poor and can't use. You can't cancel without losing some benefits of credits. There is nothing for men. Again choices and selection are low and not very trendy.

I ordered a pair of black over the knee boots. I absolutely love them! They are so comfortable and really goes well with my snow leopard dress. I also bought my daughter a pair of high heeled sandal in white. She was wanting to feel taller, she is 5'. These certainly done the trick and look amazing with her prom dress.

He often loves cuddling up in mine with me to watch tv (and often steals it in the middle of the night from me). I really like Just Fab. I like the clothing and the styles that they have. There's a variety of things that are offered in JustFab. I also like the fact that I can use different types of payments. If I don't have the whole amount, they have Klarna and different apps that you can pay with. That makes it easier. However, some of the materials are not as I think they would be. Sometimes the quality of the materials is not the greatest. But it's not bad. It's something that I could use. I also like the style.

JustFab's shoes and clothes collection are great. You're gonna find something you're gonna like. Try it out. They take half of the price down. So, if the shoes are 60, I paid $30 for because I'm a member. Also, they care about getting it right and making sure it’s what I like. My last purchase was last month. I got the platform high heels and there was the other platform in jeans material. I love them.
