I continue to purchase from them because of the quality of product, the variety of product, the fact that I can browse, and if I don't have the money to invest that month, I can just skip. It's been a pretty good experience for me. I recently ordered a couple of pairs of sneakers and last year, I ordered several pairs of boots. I get the items within a week and I'm always very pleased with the quality.

One of my clients told me about JustFab back in 2011. The selections always have something that fits me and my style. Even for the kids, all the way up, there’s a good selection of things for everybody, including boys. I have a pair of boots that I ordered a long time ago and I still have those and they're in excellent condition. I took the shoe to have the zipper replaced and the shoe repairer told me that they are an excellent quality pair of shoes. I love it and I've told everybody I can about it.

The shoes that I've purchased from JustFab have always been very comfortable. Towards the end of October, I got a pair of boots. I love them. I've been a member for a few years and they've decent pricing. It's also relatively easy to find an item that I'm looking for.

I only shop with JustFab once a year. I just buy a pair of boots now and then. They can stop charging customers that $59 because everybody doesn't shop with them every day.

That is why I like them and why I have remained a member with them all those years. Also, the items have good quality. I have boots from when I first joined that I still wear today. If something was missing or lacking, I would call JustFab and the customer service would always try to make it right.

I saw JustFab on Facebook ads and I like how affordable it is and the style of shoes they have. The selection is good and I've always liked every single pair of shoes I've gotten. I still use a lot of the shoes. I don't think there's been a shoe that's ever not lasted me. If I don't have the shoe anymore, it's because I gave it away to someone else. But it’s not because I don't like them anymore. I just didn't need the shoes. My daughter loves her little fake UGGs that we got. They’re holding up well and we’ve had them for two years now. I like JustFab’s whole process and the membership price is good too.

JustFab’s clothes don't fit. If I normally wear a medium top, I would need an extra, extra, extra, extra, extra large top with them. And their sizes don't go up that high. So their clothes are mainly for people who are 5'8" and 60 pounds. Nothing fits even my daughter who is a tiny teenager. JustFab advertises that they have plus size. I'm 5'3" and 140. So, it's not like I'm huge as a house. But it's all leather pants and things that look great on supermodels. I'm not a supermodel and don't tend to go for that.

I've been with JustFab for a long time and I like them a lot. They have good quality and they're comfortable and trendy. My favorite purchase was a pair of regular leggings. I ordered recently a black tennis skirt from JustFab and it's wonderful. Their website is easy and convenient for us. I've never had a problem with JustFab at all. I don't even think I've sent anything back. It's worth it. My husband loves the clothes too. It's pretty much all his closet now.

I ordered boots and they were good. They fit nicely.

I bought a fantastic pair of boots and wore them for 2 months before storing them away for the hot summer. I took them out in September and the right sole completely split horizontally in early November meaning I got 4 months of usage only. Customer service just pointed at their 30 days guarantee and offered me a 10$ rebate on my next purchase which is useless. All I wanted is a right boot replacement. They took no ownership on their cheap material usage and now I am throwing away a 90$ pair of boots. I do not recommend at all.

JustFab has great customer service and their website is very easy to use. They have a lot to choose from, and the prices are reasonable. The selections from their style expert are spot on and I like the feature that allows a member to skip a month. Sometimes, you may not have the funds, or you may not want a particular shoe every month, so it's a great feature to have. I've ordered shoes from them a couple of times and I haven't had any issues with them. I recently purchased some loafers and I love them. They're great quality and I get a lot of compliments on them. I get a lot of wear out of them because of the work I do, and they go with a lot of outfits I have.

My grandson and I love the shoes, and I like the low prices. I told a lot of people about JustFab and that it's worth it. They don't have that big of a selection, but I've gotten almost every one for boys. I've ordered a lot of shoes for my grandson and I don't need any more. I even ordered them bigger where he'll have some later. I canceled my subscription last month but they didn't cancel it.

I would rate them a zero if I could. Whoever does the photography for their website deserves a raise because they made trash products look good. The shoes I ordered were cheap and poorly made. When I attempted to return them, FedEx charged me more than half the value of my return for shipping. Spend your money elsewhere.

My recent experience with JustFab wasn't a great encounter. I like the quality of the items and to order is very easy. However, when it comes to the customer service part, it's a 0 for me. When you're trying to access someone in the group or in the little chatbox, it'll say, "Someone entered the chat," but they don't say hello. This happened to me twice. The selection has been limited as well because I'm a tall person and I wear a size 12. I don't think that it's worth the $50 a month for the membership.

I've been trying to cancel my JustFab subscription since I joined seven years ago, but they will not cancel my subscription. I'm going from rep to rep to get a cancellation, but the battle never ends. They're against it and asking me questions. I just turned it on to skip all months. I let it run for one year then forgot about it. I ended up having 12 credits so I recently made an order not too long ago. Since then, I just keep my card locked. I don't willingly give them my money. But for the most part, as far as the product and the quality, they do what they're supposed to do. It's good to give to your home girl for Christmas. If I got some credits there, it's still good because that's somebody's Christmas present that I didn't have to think too hard about. Some stuff are overpriced but I'd still recommend JustFab if others don't mind donating 39.95 a month.

I've been using JustFab for years and I’ve stayed because of the quality of the items. I've been a VIP member so, I enjoy the VIP perks. There's always some type of deal or sale going on, especially for VIPs. That's why I keep my VIP status. So, a lot of times, I don't even purchase things at full price. It's usually on some type of sale or discount. The website is very user-friendly so, it's easy finding items and if I have something particular in mind, I can always just search and find it there. My last purchase a couple of months ago were shoes and an overnight bag.

I've been with JustFab for some years. Being that I have so much credit, I had gotten two pocketbooks, a pair of slippers and something else. The slippers is not good for me. When I walk and I bend my foot, it presses down on the top of my foot. I'm just gonna give them away. I haven't used the pocketbooks yet. They're nice. Overall, I always use a lot of the stuff that I get, and I love it. I don't go with some of the selections because it's not my style or it's a little too much for me. I go with what I like.

I usually skip the month but when I have gotten stuff from JustFab, the quality is good. I like it. The style is fine as well. However, I wish the orders would get here sooner. I haven't received my order yet. It has not been a week though.

It would be helpful if people could skip multiple months at once instead of having to go in every month, but I know that's not JustFab's model. I didn't like having to log in every month to skip it. The last time, I forgot to skip the month and something got sent to an old address. I tried to change the address and they said it was going to change, and then it didn't. It got sent to the wrong place and I don't know whatever happened with it. I decided it was too much work to maintain it, so I stopped. I don't use it anymore. However, it seemed like they had a good selection. The product quality is fine as well. I just pulled out a purse that I got from them eight years ago.

I like the convenience of purchasing from JustFab, the bright colors of the products, the quality that I had seen reviews on, and my first order confirmed that. I've been a member for close to 10 years. I love the site. I love the products. I love the material. I'm a huge fan.

I like when JustFab has the $5 sales. It's a heck of a deal. The selection is good as well. You can get a few items that are not quality, but 90% of the shoes are. I got a trench coat that fit perfectly but I wore that thing out and couldn't get another one. But that was a great purchase. I also got boots and sweaters that match. That's cute. But I need to figure out why my points are gone. I was looking at my account and noticed that 12 of the free things that I had had expired. I didn't know they had an expiration date. They never expired before.

Everything I purchased on JustFab is what I like. They have a great selection of stuff, especially with what I usually get like boots, heels and platform shoes, and they got great quality when it comes to their shoes. The return was easy and the guy was nice. He looked for something similar and there was nothing else. So the only other option was to send it back. I don't know if JustFab has received them yet, but I'm waiting for a refund on that. Overall, I would recommend people try JustFab. The quality is good surprisingly, for the price.

I like JustFab because they have a really good variety of different kinds of shoes and I love shoes. They also have a reasonable price for the value that you get. I’ve been with JustFab for 10 years and it’s hard to get out of the program. I just can't figure it out. You have to opt out every month or they'll charge you and it’s a pain. I called and they gave me a super discount to stay in. The style expert didn’t ever hit on the styles for me so I don’t love that. If you want quality, don't go there. Once I buy, I’m never super satisfied. But if you want something super trendy, go can go to JustFab. It would be a good spot.

Their selection is nice and it's affordable because most times, if you catch them on sale and you're a member, you get some deals. But I wish they can go up on the shoe size 13 because I used to be 10, 11. Now, if I wear 12 medium, it's tight on me. But if they can go on 12 wide or 13, at least let them give us a chance, 13 for the big people. But the quality of the items is good. I got shoes for my kids and some sandals for myself. I also had problems, but when I reached out, they called me back and they fixed it.

They're like black and white slide-on shoes and they were supposed to be regular, but one foot felt like it was wide. I had to buy sandals once I got to work because I couldn't wear them. They kept flopping off my foot. I did not do a return because I figured if I wore it, how can I return it? I either give it away or I donate. The selection is fine. However, I don't have a lot of experience of taking on specials because the specials that they would offer would be less than what I would've paid out for using the credits.

On Memorial Day or Labor Day, they usually go for 24.98 or half the price of what it was.

Typically, when I need new boots, they're the first place I look. I bought something earlier this year, but I didn't like the fit so I sent them back. I'd tell others to go for it. They're legit and they have very good quality shoes. Also, customer service has been pretty awesome. If I forget to skip a month and I call them, they usually give me my money back.

As a long-term member customer of JustFab, their styles are very good in capturing current fashion and top designer inspiration. Their sizing for each branding needs an 'ease reference' to prevent returns which always take time! What is 'ease' and 'ease reference? It's how much room for example is available in a shoe or garment based on the style! For example, my feet measure exactly 9.4 inches.

And now, they have it where you can return it to a Staples store, so, I don't have to ship it. Staples will worry about that.

They're cute ones too and I'm picky about my shoes. They're really good shoes. I bought some in 2016 and I still have them. They haven't broken. Also, I love the way that they've set it up to where you can have the VIP. If you can't pay the thing that day or that month, then you can skip it. It's affordable that way. They just put a new thing going on there if you've paid for the subscription, you get VIP credits. They also have little things where you can get two for one. It's really fun. Both of them are like that.

I saw nice-looking things at JustFab. It was stylish things. It's easy to navigate their website. It's simple. It's not overcrowded or busy, and I like it. It makes it easy to find what you need. Some sites are just too busy. JustFab has a good selection and it's a lot of selection. It's not just like work clothes or clothes you could go out with it. It's a good selection, a good variety, and for different occasions, and I like that.

Check out JustFab. They have some good deals, good prices and the quality stands up to the price. The site is easy to navigate. I've done the buy one, get one thing. I've been with JustFab for a long time and they've always been very good about shipping my items in a timely manner. Returns are not a problem.

I bought a pair of white sandals 2 months ago and one of them has completely split now. The sole in the shoe is a good inch and a half thick and it split straight across all the way through. I can feel that when I walk, which is unfortunate 'cause it's super cute. I was sad about that ‘cause I'm good about reading reviews but that wasn't in the review. I don't know if the consistency of making things is there. But that's the only sad purchase with JustFab. The other ones have been great quality. The pair of winter booties I bought 10-ish years ago has been good and comfy. I also bought those sandal platforms a few months ago, and I've enjoyed those purchase. They've been durable.

I like the price at JustFab and how the items look. The material of the products is good too. It's not very easy to get damaged. I stopped buying things then I just bought from them again and got 2 purses.

When I’m trying to find a particular style, I filter to exactly what it is I'm looking for like the style of the shoes and then, I just go through all of the shoes that are in that category. The quality is decent for the price but when you walk, the shoes don’t bend. Some of them are flat with a thick sole. The quality of the tennis shoes was not all that great and some of them were not true to size. Then, some of the shoes we had to send back were because we had to go up a size or half a size. So the sizing is not consistent either. The benefit of being able to subscribe to JustFab and skip the month is beneficial but I will also recommend not to forget to skip because that has happened to me. It was almost a year that I forgot to skip and I just bought 12 pairs of shoes for my mother and I had to send nine pairs back. So, I still have a credit because the quality of the shoe is just not good.

JustFab has certain items that have decent price. If I'm buying something, I usually buy it with my credit. The leather-ish items look a little bit on the cheap side but if you get something like the suede, it's okay. JustFab is good. You just gotta remember to skip every month if you don't want them to take out money from your account.

So I was able to get four items for 25 bucks.

But if you need something that's very cheap and just for one event, go with JustFab 'cause their price point is decent.

Then, if you don't like what they show you for whatever reason, you can always go back and change it. I like that if you don't want to buy something in the month, you can skip. So if you see something that you like, you can always save it and go back to it. When something comes up that you might like that you click, they send you a message. If there are sales, they'll send you little messages and texts or emails. So it's a pretty easy website to use.

There's generally something that you are able to like and find and they last a good time. The shoes that I have purchased have held up. If I don't like them, I can send them back. What I like the most about JustFab is even if I don't skip, customer service is good about helping me out if I wanted to skip.

It's only if it's an older brand that they're discontinuing because it's a final sale. That's the only time I don't find it in my size. It's not just five of them and you're out. I've referred four friends, two of my sisters to them.

I was not satisfied with my two shoes that I bought in the end of 2024 from JustFab. Unfortunately, I was unable to get a refund and return them. I purchased two of the same style boot heels:Remi Lace-Up Boot. The circumference of the calf was far too big for my legs and no matter how tight I tied the laces the boots were just too baggy and loose. The fabric was also very soft and didn’t really flatter or provide support for my legs at all. I was charged for 6 months worth of the VIP Membership which I did not want-that was 6 charges of $49.95 totaling $300. I wish Just Fab would refund people in this situations as I was completely unaware of this VIP Membership I was getting charged for.

I had a good dealing with Justfab. It was only 14.95 total to get a pair of boots but then I was a VIP member. So when I went to cancel it they made a good deal to keep me there for a little while longer. In the end I got what I wanted and they got what they wanted.

I ordered some Portia sneakers and a pair of bow earrings. I absolutely love the earrings and they are better in person. The shoes, however, are not cute AT ALL. Maybe my feet are shaped funny but I don’t know anyone who has feet that would look or feel good in these. I feel like all of the shoes are way overpriced as it is, and the quality definitely doesn’t match the price point. And this $50 a month charge? I tried to cancel mine but I didn’t have time to beg the csr to do it so I just went with it and lock my card. The VIP prices are what should be the regular prices and then they should be discounted. But the membership fee is going to lose y’all way more business and money than you’ll make with it. Watch.

I was so excited to be a VIP and get my first pair for $10. When they arrived I was very impressed with the quality and visual appeal. I get tons of compliments on them also. :) Sadly the small studs began to fall off after the third wear. JustFab had an advertisement that was sent to my email that they offered a discount on a pair of shoes. I ended up buying a pair of shoes for my daughter and it cost $15. They charged me for shipping and handling and I didn't mind paying for that because I understood the price was discounted on the shoes. But they started charging my credit card $50 a month for VIP membership that I never signed up for. There was no intention on my side to be signing for any membership and that was not understood immediately. When I called JustFab, the rep said that when I bought the pair of shoes, I signed up for a VIP membership. I asked where this was explained because I did not see anything and I looked very thoroughly. I didn’t even get an answer. They charged me two months and they were gonna charge me every month for it without me buying any shoes in that month. So, they just applied that fee.

I'm 76 and some of the styles now are more for the younger girls. I was hoping they'd have pumps. I bought a pair of pumps and I should have sent them back because they're not pumps. They're high. Pumps to me are 1.5-inch things. But they don't sell them that small anymore. Otherwise, everything else is easy to find. I've got two coats that I bought from them this year. But with my JustFab shoes, whatever they use for that innersole, it never wears. It never gets a smudge or a stain on them. They always stay that pretty nude color. No other shoe brand is like that. The clothes wash and wear well. For things that I dry, they're not coming a part off the seams. Things come fast as well.

Back then, it was easier to find an item at JustFab. Now, their selections is not the best so I haven't bought anything from them in a while. It used to be the selections that were available even when you try to update your style was accurate. The designs were nice. Now, it's not so much. I don't feel like it's in tune with my personal style anymore. I was even considering canceling my membership because I forget to skip the month. My biggest issue is when they charge you the monthly fee which is $50 a month. It should cover if you were to purchase one item a month. But when you go to make the purchase, the calculations aren't the same. They’ll tell you you have a certain amount of credit, but when you go try to buy an item, the credits is not equivalent to the amount that you pay monthly.

I've been with JustFab for years. I like that they have my shoe size. But it's somewhat difficult finding the item I am looking for because I wear a size 10.5 and they wouldn't have it all the time. But my favorite purchase was my boots. They were of good quality.

My favorite thing is just all the additions JustFab has made to the perks and how much they have honestly expanded over the years. It's cool. On Black Friday, I made a couple of orders. I usually get my blazers and stuff from them for business and they're fabulous. I still have it as well as a lot of my original styles that I bought years ago.

I like that they have shoes in wide because I have a big foot. Their products are true to size and comfortable. The price is wonderful and they have a lot of sales when you're a member. I bought a pair of boots three months ago and they're really nice. JustFab is awesome and I haven't had any bad experience with them. One time, I had a pair of boots, but one was an 11 and one was a 10. They shipped me out right away, and they were really nice and helpful.

I've been pleased with JustFab and I've had no problem with getting my products. They have great and stylish shoes. They would accommodate the old and the young, so that is right up my alley. But I don’t use their style expert and I pick my stuff for myself. It may work for some people but it doesn't work for everybody. The quality is very good and their website is set out really easy for you to pick and choose and scroll the different shoes, whether wedge, boots, or sandals. They also send out marketing stuff on a weekly basis and they flood my email. The only thing I hate is they keep going up on the price and that makes me order less. When I started, they were 39.95. Now they're almost $50 for a pair of shoes unless you catch them when they're doing a discount. That's too high and some of their shoes, I wouldn't pay $50 for them.

JustFab happens to be one of the few retailers that I can find a shoe or a boot that fits. I can usually find something that I like in their website but the biggest challenge for me is the variety of color. Though I understand from a production standpoint why you can't have every shoe or boot in every color. Their price point is reasonable for the quality that you get and I love that there is a variety of styles that I can choose from. So, if it's summertime, I know I can find an open-toe or sandal that's going to work well for whatever occasion I have or work. I also love a good $10 off and whenever I can get a bargain, I take advantage of it. So I love to troll the clearance area, which are the things that I go to first, unless I have something that I'm specifically buying a shoe for, like an outfit or an occasion.

JustFab only had shoes and bags when I started ordering shoes from them. My foot is very narrow. So, I would end up sending most of them back. I like their easy return and the variety they have. When they started their line of clothes, I saw a couple of pieces that I liked and I started ordering clothes. The shoes now are geared toward young ladies though. I have to choose what I'd get, but they have some really nice pieces. My favorite piece was a bag that I bought when I first started subscribing. My child has that bag now. She came, she liked it, and she said, "I'll just be taking this," and I haven't seen it since. She really liked it. I order things for my kids, too. They like it. I did a lot of my Christmas shopping from there this year and they have loved every piece that I gave them. They loved every piece that I gave them.

I find a lot that I like in JustFab but sometimes it's not exactly what I would choose for me. So sometimes, it's hard to find my style. But I like the convenience of online shopping with JustFab, not having to go anywhere to look for anything. I like it too when they have sales. The $10 special offers are nice. I've gotten shoes and a purse and that was my favorite purse in the world for the longest time. I ordered that probably seven years ago. It's a black purse with zippers and it's cute. I enjoyed it a lot and it lasted me three years. Some of the quality is good and some are bad. I ordered my kids' shoes and they lasted a little over a month. They're kids and they're rough on it but the front faded off quickly. My shoes last me a little longer than that. But if people find something they like at JustFab, it's worth trying.

The selections from the style expert are good and the quality is good for the price. When I had to contact JustFab, they fixed whatever the problem was.

I love JustFab. I like their prices, quality, and timely manner of delivery. It doesn't take forever for them to give you your product and they have a lot of good things compared to a lot of other sites. The selections get you to keep looking and browsing, to order more. I ordered some boots which were a little bit too loose in the thigh. I prefer that they'd be tighter so I don't have to keep pulling them up. But I was told those boots do that regardless of who you buy them from. I will refer them to everybody I know that's looking for a pair of boots.

The last time I got something, it was for boots. One pair was flat and the other had a heel to it. The quality is cool as long as I can get my feet in. I got some burgundy boots one time, and those were my favorite, but I never got a chance to wear them. It was a size 10, which is what I wear, but it had a hard back to it and I couldn't put my feet in. It was really hard to get them on. I've had three pairs like that, and I stopped using JustFab because of that.

It's kind of difficult to find the style I was looking for because all their heels are way too high. They don't have a good mid-size option. Other then that, it's a good place for boots usually and you can find a good deal on really cheap boots, like 50% off or something. My last purchase was back in November when I got two pairs of boots and a pair of slippers. The shoes were good but the slippers aren't the easiest thing to walk in around the house. The bottom part isn't flexible enough and they slip off.

Give JustFab a try. I bought a pair of shoes, two loafers and two different styles of mules. The quality is very good. They have a lot of stuff that I like that's not always my size in the shoes. But they have a lot of nice stuff. The website is not exciting with color and pictures, but it gets the job done. I can go in there and find what I need to find easily.

Also, it seems like the price is getting higher and the quality is not as good.

My experience with JustFab has been very good. They have been great except how your credit expires after a year. It’s something that just started. The selections and quality are mostly good. It's just a few times that I didn't like the quality of the stuff that I get but the return process is very easy. So, if you don't like something, you have no issue returning it.

Also, I would tell others to make sure that they skip the month if they need to because JustFab will charge them and if them don't use that credit, JustFab will just delete it.

Another thing is with the changes, the prices have seemed to change quite a bit too. They have a new rewards program, the VIP credit, where it's one or two items, and I don't understand if it's the same price or how that works. I haven't used that. Other than that, I've had a good experience, and recommended Justfab to a few friends.

In early December last year, my daughter got these little cat boots with the cat face and fur around the side. And they zip up on the side and tie up in the front. But it's good quality and I've never had to send anything back. They make cute accessories and boots for little girls that I'm very interested in and they have a good selection. But the only thing that I was hoping that they would have had was maybe some fox fur gloves for little girls, for winter to keep their hands warmer and keep them dry. But I wasn't able to find that there.

JustFab had a pair of boots that I wanted. I joined their VIP program so I could get the boots. I got those. It took a while so when I ordered the second time I thought to just wait. However, I put in an order for boots two and a half months ago and lost out on the 50 bucks. I can't get a refund because they keep saying the package is coming. They keep saying that the package is in Hawaii, but it's been in Hawaii for two months now. It was near Illinois, which is where I live, then it went to Hawaii. I'm completely confused about their tracking system. It's also not very easy to get ahold of customer service. It's all AI. It just keeps telling me the same answers over and over again.

JustFab has good quality. They are reliable and does fast shipping. I like the shoe design and the VIP credits. I availed of their special offer last month. It was a buy one pair, get one for one credit. I bought sandals for vacation and two pairs of tennis shoes. The sandals were made for more of a narrow foot versus a wide width sandal so I ended up giving them to my mom.
