I got shoes that I really liked for a pretty cheap price through JustFab. But I signed up to be a JustFab member, and I didn't realize it. I talked to my friend about how I ordered the shoes, and she told me, "Well, make sure that you didn't accidentally sign up for a membership. 'Cause I did that one time, and then they charged me month after month, and I had a big fee." So, I went and checked, and I was a member. I thought I ended the membership, but I just skipped the month. I saw that JustFab kept trying to take out of my checking account. My checking account notified me first because they thought it was fraud. I tried to cancel the membership online, but I couldn't find where I could fully cancel the membership. So, I called and then canceled it two days ago.

I just bought a pair of boots and they were nice. I really like them. JustFab’s customer service was also great.

Both the customer service and the quality of the items were good. I would recommend JustFab.

Back in September, I purchased two pairs of shoes from JustFab. However, they just didn't fit. So I returned them. I had problems with customer service. They refused to give me a refund once I had returned my items, and then also started charging my credit card for a membership even though I canceled it.

My experience with JustFab was not very good. I bought a pair of shoes off there, and I got the shoes and then got charged a month later. They don't tell you whenever they charge you for a VIP membership. They signed me up without telling me, and then charge me $60 and now won't answer the phone. So I can't get in contact with them. The shoes were nice. I just didn't appreciate JustFab doing that and not being able to get back to me.

Justfab is horrible with communication. I initially started my membership and bought 3 pairs of boots. I only received one and there was no notification as to where the other two went. Initially I was charged for them but I called and they adjusted the price but I also decided to return the only pair they sent. I sent it out and it's been over 2 weeks now. No notification of any refund or anything at all. I called to get an answer. They said I should receive an email. Never did. It's been over a couple weeks now. No answers. The quality of the boot itself can be found anywhere.

That has been over four weeks ago. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to JustFab.

Every time I order from JustFab.com, I don’t have to wait a week to receive my items. It takes around three days. The quality of the items I buy is good, and I like them. The pricing is great too. For a first-time purchase, $10 is great. Over the years, since I’ve had it, I’ve noticed an increase. It used to be $29.99 or $39.99, and now it’s $49.59. The selection on the website could have more stuff. There’s not enough. There are too many heels, and I would like to see more flat shoes and flat boots.

I’ve gotten several pairs of boots and tennis shoes and I’ve liked the quality of it. My blue booty boots are my favorite. They had the little buckle to go across the side and it came up a little bit on my ankle. They were so nice and comfortable. And then I got a pair of rain boots for the wintertime. They were midcalf way and I love those too ‘cause they had the fur on the top of it so I can wear them for the rain, for the snow or fall. Then I got another pair of black suede, thigh-high ones that was low heel that tie lace- up in the front. I like those too. They’re nice and comfortable. I could wear it with my jeans or if I had a long dress, it would go up under it.

JustFab customer service is usually fine. But earlier this month, I was trying to skip the month and the system kept saying they were experiencing technical difficulties. No one ever got back to me, and it ended up leaving my mind.

JustFab’s selections are good, and they have good quality bags and shoes. I got a bag from them 15 years ago and people still think it’s a new bag. I also got black and orange shoes and every time I wear them, people ask me about the shoes.

I can’t skip the month and no new designs. It was okay at first, besides the shipping taking about 20 days to arrive to my house, but now I am completely disappointed in the overall direction they are headed.

I tried to have the membership canceled but they told me I have to send an email. There's JustFab, Fabletics, and another one that I have to keep reminding myself between the 1st and the 5th of the month to skip because I keep forgetting. It's a little bit of a pain.

It's not as convenient as I would like it to be but I understand that's probably something they have set up that way intentionally.

My experience with JustFab was great. The quality of the boots I purchased is good.

I purchased some black mountain boots from Justfab. But I couldn't fit them. They were too tight when I was putting my feet in them. I sent the boots back. And I haven't gotten my money back yet off of it and I haven't heard anything from them. But I love purchasing from JustFab. I ordered boots and shoes from them before as well. I like the buy one, get one offer too and my favorite purchase is some low-cut boots.

I would like to see more variety on JustFab's website but so far, I love them everything I've bought from them, from the clothes to the shoes. Their customer service reps are awesome, too.

JustFab's website is very user-friendly and I like being able to find what I need. I like that it saves all of the things that I like and all of my size information. The selection from the style expert are usually pretty on point and I have taken advantage of sale times which have been great. But it makes me a little sad when the deals come up for the first time users because it doesn't apply to me anymore. Other than that, I purchase once every two to three months from them and my favorite purchase so far are my snow boots. They're flats and about calf height. They have the fur and the buckles going up the side, and I got them in brown and in black. They've lasted me for a couple years.

I used to be a customer when JustFab first came out, and I stopped shopping for a while, then I started back when I noticed that they sold children's shoes. I love the cost of the shoes. It's affordable, and they have special offers like the buy one, get one free and the $10 special. The selections are great as well. They’re right on to me. My favorite purchase is a pair that resembles the Timberland boots, but they're not that big and I have them in a maroon color. The quality of the shoes is wonderful ‘cause I still have the boots I got from 2011 and I still wear them. I always recommend a friend.

My daughter just loves the boots and they fit her perfectly!!! And the dress will be one of her birthday presents! Absolutely gorgeous! I also like the fact that I can skip months on my subscription...this way I'm not constantly buying shoes and boots every month. Thank you so much!

I ordered boots that were supposed to be wide width and I ended up with slim, I couldn't get through to customer service and when I finally did they told me to send them back and they would issue a refund or replace them. I wanted them replaced with the ones I ordered, but I shouldn't have to return them first to get the correct size. They should have replaced them and sent a return label. I'm stuck with boots I can't wear and not that I spent a lot but I'm also out the money. Will not order from here again.

I am very fond of the product that I ordered from JustFab and will order again. I really like them the way they fits my legs and fits. I always wanted brown boots and hope to place several more. Orders from just fab. Sincerely, Della R **.
