I’ve been using JustFab for a long time and have purchased shoes from them. I’m not sure if I heard about them on social media. Their website is easy to use. I would recommend them. The only thing I don’t like is if I forget to cancel their monthly thing.

I like JustFab for the most part. They have better selections some months. They need to improve some products, such as the boots. I bought a few pairs in winter that fell apart after I wore them twice. I’d like to see them have more office-friendly pairs that are not open-toed since I work in an office. Other than that, their customer service is great. I reached out to them before when my package got lost, and in two days I received it.

I wasn’t very happy with JustFab at all. I originally was looking for boots for my daughter. I found some and bought some. But I got convinced into doing that thing where it takes out money monthly and you can skip a month if you want to. I’ve ordered a couple of things, and the sizing is way off of normal sizing. I ordered top and bottoms, and the top was huge. It was three times too big for me. And the bottoms in the same size were three times too small, even though the tags said the same size on both of them. They were also too short and came to my calf. But I had gotten sick so I didn’t even get a chance to get that returned. I just donated the pants to Goodwill, and the top, I still wear occasionally around the house. But now that I’ve lost weight, it’s even way too big for me.

I first purchased from JustFab because the first pair purchase from the VIP was only $10. The style selections given in ther website are fine and the quality of the items I have purchased are good.

I got terrible bunions, so I purchased the men's shoes. The last pair I got was a soft pointed Duchess. JustFab shipped those shoes fast. I ordered them on a Wednesday and had them on by Friday. And the packaging was discreet, so they didn't get stolen off the porch. If JustFab will let me make a new email every time to give me a free buy-one-get-one for $1, I would.

JustFab's customer service has been great. I've been a member for about three years. Their shoe consultants offer me designs that are perfect.

I would like to see more classic pumps and platforms because that’s generally what I wear.

They kept telling me about a warehouse in Kentucky and every time I asked why don't I see it leaving a warehouse in Kentucky in the tracking it has went nowhere since it was ordered nowhere! The only city it mentioned was Redlands California and there was no movement no update. No nothing except 'waiting for carrier'! I am in Ohio! I was not satisfied with the help I received because it was no help at all. Now 4 days later still no movement on my package but the shirt that I ordered the same day on the 31st of January came in about 5 days tops! Yet and still no shoes!

I got 3 pairs of these really cute furry boots. It's called Helena cold weather bootie. I paid for my boots. I enjoy them very much. But JustFab keeps charging me over and over for these boots. I highly appreciate if they would stop. It's taking everything I have. I don't understand the point of it charging me over and over when I paid the first time. The shoe may be a little different here and there, but I've been seeing some of the same styles from last year. They need more variety. I ordered a tall not that came to the knee and the boot was made, the material wasn’t sealed or the material was not cut enough because when you turn, you have a big bend in the boot where it was like a whole piece of leather that you could have pinched, and it didn’t look all that good.
