I liked their selection and the styles so I purchased from them. It wasn’t difficult to find the shoe styles I was looking for. I bought a pair of shoes three months ago and the quality was excellent. The shoes are really cute, but the heels are a little bit too high. There’s always some new styles but if I don’t find anything, I can skip a month. So being a member is convenient.

I bought a pair of shoes through JustFab in April 2015. I was happy with the shoes when they arrived and could not believe the low price that I got them for. Little did I know that the company were actually charging me £35.00 a month to have the privilege of this one PAIR. This means I have paid the equivalent of £70 for one pair of shoes. The website is completely misleading and extremely difficult when you do try to contact anyone. Within the space of two days I have sent two separate emails (neither of which have been responded to), called twice (the first call I was on hold for twenty five minutes), and tried to contact someone through the so-called "live chat" and have also had no response. In fact the chat won't even connect.

I wanted to treat myself after labor so I started buying from JustFab. I've been a member for seven months now. I just bought shoes today. JustFab's quality is good except for one pair of boots because it broke two days later on my second time wearing it. I really liked them but I was too busy to return or exchange them. Other than that, the other experiences have been good.

I like the shoes that my friend got from JustFab so I decided to purchase too. I love the wardrobe ideas that they give every month, and their quality is good. I once purchased a dress, but it was a little too small so I returned it for a cover shirt. I'm recommending them.

I have a friend that got a purse from them with the promotion. So, I signed up and went to buy the same purse. And it's good quality for the price. Also, it's very easy finding the style I was looking for through them.

I figured I give JustFab a try for my wife. I let her order a pair of shoes and use my credit card, man that was the worst idea ever! Since the first order, I have been charged 39.99 twice without me authorizing those charges! My wife called, they said they would reverse it and apologized and said they would cancel the "VIP" account, which they apparently never did and months later, another charge! This is ridiculous! This is a scam company in my opinion and from now on never will use them. Use Zappos instead!

I needed some shoes so I tried JustFab and it's easier for me to look for shoes because my kids go on there and they just send me pictures of the shoes that I should get. I already have 6 pairs of shoes from them since I became a member and I like the shoes. There's just one pair that I recently got that are very uncomfortable when I wear them. The material is so hard that it doesn't mold to my feet so it gives me blisters. Overall, for the price of the shoes, the quality is fine and they're not going to break down on my first wear so that is good. I like the fact that JustFab has a lot of options but I wish that when they have sales, faithful customers will be able to take part in that.

This company stole $40 from me for 7 months straight and when I caught it they told me that they will refund half of the money and keep the rest. Please do not buy anything from this website because they will rob you every month for no reason. This people are crooks.

I first heard about JustFab from a TV advertisement. I initially wanted to try it just to see how well it holds up. My first purchase, I thought it was the right size but it just wasn’t a good fit, so I ended up giving those away. The second one was fine. I bought some heeled sandals recently and they’re okay but I can’t wear them for long periods of time. I’m going to try some platforms from them and see how that goes. If that isn’t a good experience, then I might turn them back off for a while.

(Apparently, this also signed me up for some kind of VIP membership, which I do not want.) I got my shoes in a timely manner, and they fit great and all that jazz. However, when I checked my phone today after work, I noticed I got a message from my bank, saying $39 was taken from my account for shoes I never picked out and shoes I never intend to purchase, all because I apparently didn't "skip the month" on time or whatever.

I saw that my co-worker had adorable boots from JustFab and learned that it's also reasonably priced. Since then, I've been a member but it hasn't worked out as well as I'd hoped though shopping online was easy. I had the wrong size shipped twice and every time I go looking for my size, it is already sold out. Moreover, some of the shoes are way too tall and not comfortable at all.

I've been a member of JustFab for a year because of its good prices and shipping. I bought a bag last month and it was awesome.

My experience with JustFab.com is fine. Sometimes there’s stuff, sometimes there’s not. But the shoes are comfortable.

The only thing that I didn't like with JustFab was the automatic payment withdrawal. Everything else was good as they usually have pretty good deals and some things that I liked as well. Products are of good quality.

It took so long to cancel my membership with JustFab. But when I was finally able to, I still have a credit on the account, that’s why I haven’t closed it. I am satisfied with their price and quality but it was difficult to use the customer service after that. I also didn't want to do it monthly.

What I like about being a member of JustFab is that I can have the option of choosing to buy or not buy and won't be charged. My last purchase was a pair of shoes and my favorite purchase so far is my bag. Their products are of good quality.

I still wouldn't use this company, however as they have now cancelled my account i have given 2 stars (as I am dissatisfied with the company and what i went through before not what they did to help me. The refund of the money they took from me isn't going to change that.)

I bought a pair of sandals with heels last March and I find that some of their shoes are good while some are running small. In fact, my daughters ordered two pair of shoes and both were too small and because we were past the time of exchange, they had to give the shoes away. Their customer service is great.

Although they have a great selection of shoes and accessories I cannot give more than 2 stars. I feel with as much money they are making they are not able to provide a size 5 for the consumer in need. While the pricing would be perfect for what I am looking for especially since I go through my shoes rather quickly I am very disappointed that after all this time they still do not carry a size 5.

When I first joined JustFab, I did not understand how it worked - how they charge every month whether you buy shoes or not. I was quite angry when I learned about that. But I have calmed since then. They got a lot of shoes to choose from and it's not hard to find many pairs that I like and it is convenient. I also like the fact that there are free returns - that's awesome.

I love shopping and the clothes I saw in JustFab were so cute. It is easy to look for items since they had everything categorized. They have a big variety of clothes and I really like that. This is the worst experience ever... First time online buyer and they come up with hidden fees. I've been charged $39.99 every month for 13 months. Someone needs to stop this THIEVES and I only bought one stupid pair of shoes, that by the way I haven't even wore them... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

It's very easy to find the styles that I like in the JustFab website. I purchased my latest pair this month and so far the items that I got have very good quality. I'm very happy with my experience and already recommended to my friends my shoes.

JustFab had really nice shoes for a little price. However sometimes they didn't have any sizes or it’s sold out. Also I had to return a pair of boots because the zipper had broken, and then I got back another pair of boots and the zipper was broken again. That was a little upsetting but other than that, they're really good. The quality is not bad. And I really like the easy shopping, easy shipping, and the low prices. I last bought a blue and white purse.

Yesterday I signed up for JustFab as I couldn't purchase without signing up. I was told to get 75% discount on my first shop. I was over the moon. Later I found out I had been signed up to be a VIP member. I did my research and found out I would be charged 35 every month if I don't skip it. I only want one pair of shoes - I do not want to order every month. I work flexible hours and won't always remember!!! I think this is unfair. I've tried to email them several times to be ignored and I've tried ringing customer services but my network won't allow me to ring the company. Someone help? I do not want to be part of this!!!

Everything's good. Even when I’ve had to deal with customer service. They've taken care of any problems that I’ve had. I placed an order one time and it was the wrong shoe size. I called JustFab immediately, they just let me know about the return policy but it all went fine. Since becoming a member 5 years ago, I haven’t had no problem with any of the shoes I got from them. They're pretty good quality shoes.

Two months ago I bought some sandals and boots that were on sale. The sandals were poor quality so I didn't like them but I love the boots so much I decided to buy another pair of them.

My only issue with JustFab was something about credit. I have two cards registered with them. I wanted to switch which credit credit card for them to charge but they wouldn't let me. I had to call their Customer Service to be able to do this. Nevertheless, the clothes and everything else are very beautiful.

I heard about JustFab from my daughter. I like their quality, it's pretty good shoes for the price. It's only one collect price, I don't have to pay for anything else, like taxes. I would wish shipping would be faster though. You have to order in advance if you want to use the shoes at a certain date. I would prefer JustFab to have sort of a VIP option where you don't have to wait long for your shoes, like maybe three days. I also don't like it when they give you store credit instead of giving your money back. What if I don't intend to buy from them in weeks, or need the money for something else? Other than those, I have no complaints.

I've been a member of JustFab for a year and I remember ordering some shoes around April or May. Other online retailer didn't have my size while this did so I went with them. I can get rewards and discounts just for ordering a lot of stuff and I was able to get another coupon that they sent me. They have fast and free shipping, too. I once ordered some jeans and they were too small, so the next time I ordered a little bit bigger and they were still tight but that's usually my size. So maybe in JustFab jeans I need a bigger size. But other than that, every jewellery, shoe and purse I've gotten is in good quality that's why I recommended them already to a couple of my friends and my mom.

They have good quality shoes, but I think that they should have a little bit more detail to it. There have been times where it'll say they're super comfy and it's not comfy at all, like with the last two heels I bought. The last one I bought was a white heel that had the gold chain on it. On the bottom, it has a single strap that goes straight across but it's really very uncomfortable. So I had to go out and get the heel comfort to put underneath that strap to make it more comfortable for me. Shipping-wise, I give them a decent amount of time. When I ordered multiple shoes, they came decently packed and the boxes were never messed up. Everybody that I know like the heels that I have and they go and make an account with JustFab.

They had free shipping so I decided to go for their products. JustFab has a lot of cute things that I don't see in stores so when I do get things from the website, no one has seen them before. My last purchases were for three dresses, three pairs of shoes, and a couple things and jewelry because I was getting it for free for being a long-time member. However, some of the sizes don't actually match up when I bought them and I haven't been able to return them. By the time I got to call them, they said it was too late to return. So I haven't bought anything from JustFab since then.

They have good quality shoes and I didn't have to wait long to receive my orders. I got a pair of tennis shoes and some white stilettos. And I get excellent quality looks from them for cheaper price. However, some of the shoes I ordered is not the correct size. They're sending me the size that I ordered but it is not accurate to what I actually wear. Other than that I enjoy it.

My daughter saw a pair of shoes, a type of sandal, in JustFab that interested her and asked me if we could get them. I have heard zero complaints from her since we got it, so I think it's a good buy. When I set up the account, I didn't quite realize it was like a recurring thing. In fact, I have a balance with them now. But I have nothing bad to say about them.

My experience with JustFab wasn't a good one. I have ordered some shoes which I liked at that time. But I didn't know that they were taking money out of my account for about a good eight months after I ordered them. They did give me the money back, I have the shoes and everything is fine. I'm not a member anymore and would not recommend JustFab.

It's been four months now, I've only really done that one purchase, and I actually tried to cancel my membership but do not know how to. I called the number that it says on the website and it just takes me to like like a different survey and then it hangs up on me, it wouldn't let me.

I felt that JustFab commercial was huge so I went online, looked at all their shoes, and I thought they were great. I thought they were really cute, but when I got them they looked kinda cheap. So I was a little disappointed but I kept the shoes nevertheless. I then got another charge I think not even a month later which I didn't know what for. Turns out it's because I apparently agreed to let them debit my account every month. I didn't see that. It probably needs to be a little more apparent so that you'll see if you need to check yes or no about directing the account.

Although the prices seem great, its all a huge scam. They force you to enroll in the VIP membership with each purchase, which is a monthly fee (credited to your account) of $40/month.
