I have not had a pleasant experience with this company at all. The first time I used them, I ended up having to call in to place my order because my credit card was not working on the website. When I called in, I was asked if I wanted to be a VIP member. I asked several times if there was a charge for this and the agent assured me it was completely free to sign up. Imagine my surprise when I had a $49.95 charge on my credit card this month. After looking online, I see where it was expressly states the charge, but I was never informed of this. Not wanting to argue, because I really had no proof that I wasn't informed, I called to cancel. This should have been a simple 2 minute phone call. Instead I had to listen to how JustFab was "giving" me the money as a credit on my account. It's my money in the first place! How are they giving me anything?! She continued on and I finally had to interrupt and tell her to please just cancel the membership, I really was not interested in hearing about the "perks" for a business I purchased one (substandard) product from. I truly hope it has been cancelled.

Once you have made an initial purchase, you become a VIP member. Being a VIP doesn’t require you to make a purchase each month. You can opt out by skipping the month between the 1st and the 5th of each month. After the 5th, a $39.95 credit is issued to your boutique, good toward any item. In November I bought a pair of shoes from JustFab.co.uk for £17.50. I am a proficient online shopper and know the process inside out. At the time I didn't spot anything out of the ordinary. Then yesterday, 13 Jan 14 I saw that a debit for £35 has left my account for Just Fab and taken me beyond my overdraft limit. It was a cost I hadn't expected to incur. Looking back I also saw another debit for £35 in December.
When you buy a pair of shoes online, you are unwittingly signing up to allow them to £35 per month of your money! Having emailed, I've had no one response and I am kept on hold whenever I try to ring. Fortunately my bank have now cancelled this CPA. But I want a refund. I haven't bought anything with the £70 they have taken and I believe this scheme is unlawful as it is not presenting the consumer with clear and obvious information upon purchase.
Having researched slightly, the OFT rule that any sort of contractual agreement like this should be disclosed prominently and cannot be hidden in the Ts & Cs. I have still had no response from Just Fab and would like to know what my rights are and how to ensure this fraudulent company is properly exposed as the deceptive con artists they are.

I was watching Kimora Simmons reality show when I first heard about JustFab. I've been a member for two years. I like it because I hate going shopping and I can do everything online. I just received my order for this month yesterday. I got some flats. For $40, the quality is great.

First, I'll start by saying that I did read the terms of service when I made my first purchase. I did know that I was going to be billed if I didn't skip a month. The problem came when I tried to cancel my account. I wanted to cancel simply because I don't like being automatically billed and I won't be making a lot of purchases from them, so I had no need to visit the site monthly just to skip a month. Well, if you want to cancel you have to call customer service, even though there is a button on the profile page that says "Cancel JustFab Membership".
You are then transferred to a page where you are told to call. This is simply so the representative can talk your ears off by telling you about all of the benefits of JustFab instead of just cancelling the account. I understand that it is their job to sell you on the account, but it's my credit card that is attached to this site and I simply wanted to cancel. I informed the representative that I read the terms of service and I know that I can cancel. So why is it so hard?
Needless to say, it took two phone calls to get my account cancelled and I am still not convinced that it is cancelled since I can still log in and have the same credits. I don't trust this company to do as I asked and I just want my card taken off of this account. But that isn't an option. So I must cancel. I didn't ask for a refund or anything. I don't like sites where cancelling is difficult.

I had the same experience that many other customers here have reported. I used this site to use some credit given to me by a girlfriend as a gift card. I signed up, made a purchase of 80$ and thought that was it. Last week I was checking my account only to realize that I am being charged 40$ each month as membership. I am a member of several other fashion boutiques etc, but nobody has this kind of a ridiculous policy which is a guaranteed way to make money of customers without their knowledge.
If you continue this very soon everybody is going to know about this scam and you will cease to exist. I have been charged over 300$ which they say is converted into store credit. In other words they charge you in advance and force you to buy stuff from them. And to avoid this you have to log in to their website every month and press skip!! Who has time for that???? And who the hell goes through all the terms and conditions every time you sign up for anything??!!!

I am extremely unsatisfied with my very first and only order from Justfab. I ordered my shoes skeptical about ordering shoes online. When I received them yesterday I was pleased with their appearance. Unfortunately, they were not the correct size. I ordered 8 1/2. The box said 8 1/2 and the invoice said 8 1/2, but the shoes were 7 1/2 and did not fit. I phoned the customer service center and spoke with about 4 people who were very rude and spoke little to no English. I was informed that I could get another pair after I sent them back with the return form they said they would send me. I have received no such form. Someone there should have some sort of idea of how customer service works. I plan on spreading my experience far and wide, especially on my popular fashion blog. Thanks for nothing Justfab.

I ordered two pairs of boots online. Got them, didn't like either, gave one pair away and decided to return one. There was no way to return, so I decided to just eat the cost and eventually consign or donate. A few weeks later I got a recurring payment for $39.95 that I NEVER saw or signed up for. I called to find out what it was and the lady just kept spouting off program benefits every time I told her I wanted to cancel. She finally said that they would cancel, but I couldn't get my money back and would just have a credit to use in my account and she would email the return label for the boots.
She tried to end the call very quickly, I asked for confirmation that the account was being cancelled and she said yes. Never got that return label, so I reached out via the contact us on their website. Recapped situation and asked for them to cancel and send return label. No response. 2 weeks later, I've been charged AGAIN with no response from the company. This is a total scam and I will warn anyone and everyone that I can and will do my best to get their business shut down.

I literally made an account for Consumer Affairs just to write this review. This company is ridiculous! I bought one pair of boots for the $19.95 price and consequently had to log in every single month to "skip" so I would not be charged for a pair of shoes. When I finally decided to cancel my account, the website said I had to CALL and cancel. An extreme hassle, but I called just so I would stop receiving emails. The woman I talked to told me about tons of offers, offered me points, and would NOT listen to me when I told her that it was too expensive and I simply wanted out. It was ridiculous, I finally had to just firmly say, or practically yell, that there was nothing they could offer to keep me there. Do yourself a favor and don't sign up in the first place.

Last year in late April, I saw JustFab from a television commercial and became a member. I am very short and I have danced my whole life, ballet, so I kind of walk on my toes. So I'm obsessed with heels. It was very simple for me to look for the shoes I like. And I like their customer service. It's really not even the product because you can easily return the product and never return. But in the very few instances that I did have any situation with any product, the service was excellent. And then they've been kind if I called for silly things, just requesting a JustFab poster to finish up my dressing, I had diligent conversations with the representatives on the line. I've recommended JustFab to every friend and had a friend purchase just a couple of days ago. As a matter of fact, I meant to call JustFab because I had another friend purchase but it didn't show up on the account.

I am really very angry how can JustFab deduct money every month from my account? I have take a boots in November and I got automatically signed up for a member ship. No where it was written that 35 will be deducted every month henceforth. In December I saw that they have deducted 35 from my account. I have been calling JustFab customer care since then to cancel my membership, till now it's not canceled. Even in January they deducted 35. I didn't even receive any email from them informing me about it, like other direct debits where you receive a prior email informing you about the date of payment. How can they deduct money without any prior intimation?
With this membership they are forcing me to buy something every month. And if I don't buy they will deduct money. NO ONE IS UNDER ANY OBLIGATION TO FORCEFULLY BUY ANYTHING FROM ANYONE! It is ILLEGAL! This company is taking unauthorized payment and is forcing people to buy their product. Even the boots which I have taken have very poor quality. I will never recommend anyone to buy from JustFab.
While signing in they should specify clearly that every month 35 will be deducted if you don't buy anything henceforth. This deceptive way of duping customers into a monthly subscription is completely ILLEGAL and I will fight till I get my 35 refunded and this membership cancelled. If this means I have to file a lawsuit then I will do it too.

My daughter bought some shoes from JUSTFAB.COM. Several years ago, I happened to be looking at my check acct and these people have billed my acct 26 times since 2011. Raking in 1038.70! That's how Kimora Lee Simmons is a millionaire. That B.S. that they are telling customer about having credits in your shopping bag was not a part of their clause when my daughter ordered those cheap shoes from their website. Every time you call the company, a foreign person answers the phone. When you ask for a supervisor, they never get one on the line.
Long story short, I've had it with this company and I'm having my attorney contact them on Monday. They owe me 479.40 and I've been told the check has been processed. I've been told I should receive it 3-7, 7-10, 15, and as of today 30 days to receive a check that they had no problem deducting from my account electronically 26 times. Kimora Simmons is getting rich off the backs other people with this practice. It's going to cost Kimora Lee Simmons more than 479.40 for the lies and stealing from me. I will not go away, Kimora Lee Simmons. Angry is an understatement... PISSED!

I would not recommend this site to anyone I know and those I did refer I apologize. After a week of calling to cancel my subscription, I finally got through today and they were so inconsiderate! They neglected to listen to what I had to say but continued to sell me on the site. I never wanted to be billed every month, I just wanted to buy a pair of shoes. $120 later after I realized they have been charging my account without me wanting them to bill me, they then told me I can't even get a refund on what I was billed for. The shoes never change but maybe three pairs and they don't have a good selection of wide calf boots. I am so disappointed. Beware if you buy a pair of shoes because once you put in your credit card information, consider yourself scammed because they will not answer the phone until they have enough money from you.

Where do I even begin... I purchased 5 items through Just Fab totaling over $200. I ordered them early December and have yet to receive them. I have contacted JustFab 4-5 times and every time I am told to wait for the delivery or to contact Purolator. All of which I have done multiple times. I'm being led on a wild goose chase as JustFab refuses to deal with the situation head on and take ownership. They will not issue a refund or store credit for anything out of stock and resend anything they have in stock after I was told by a rep that this would be done at the end of December. If you enjoy flushing your hard earned money down the toilet then join JustFab. But if your are looking for good service where you pay money and receive your products hassle free and the company cares about you, then JustFab is not the place to go.

This is an excellent place for trendy clothes, shoes and accessories at an affordable price (each month). I have been an active customer for over a year and get compliments daily on my shoes. They're comfortable and usually fit perfectly. Seldom do I have an issue but when I do it is a painless return process. Customer service is very friendly and competent.
The VIP membership is $39.95 a month (you may opt out if you can't/don't want a specific month). Each $39.95 payment goes toward a pair of shoes including free shipping. If you choose to not buy a pair of shoes that month and you do not opt out for that month it gives you a credit (i.e. two pair of shoes next month). And the more you buy the more points you earn, aver 360 points you get a free credit toward anything you desire.

They deactivated my membership in response to my posting here. Their online representative "Red", who I contacted through the live chat, said such wasn't possible. I was also told there was an opt-out option for the magazine subscription. There was not. It's clear by the sheer number of people who don't realize they're being signed up for a membership with recurring billing that it's set up in such a way as to be deceiving. You can register, submit your billing information (for monthly billing!), and make orders online, but they require you to call them to cancel, for security purposes? Please. That's ridiculous. No, it's to make it such a burden that people give up or are unable to do it. And so that the customer service reps can attempt to harass the persistent ones into changing their mind. So my cost is a $40 handbag I don't need and a magazine subscription I don't want and now have to go through the hassle of cancelling. Such are the prices we pay for our mistakes.

JustFab has a deal that your first order is $19.95, half the price you'd otherwise pay. To get it, you have to sign up for their VIP membership, which automatically bills you every month if you don't "skip the month" by the 5th. So I did this, liked the boots, but haven't had it in the budget to order anything for their regular $39.95. So I've skipped the last couple of months. I tried to cancel last month, but the wait time is so long, I gave up. This month I forgot about it and got billed. Fine. I ordered something and then they tacked on a "free" magazine subscription. I don't want a magazine or anything else that's going to be a hassle to cancel. NO WAY to opt-out or delete it. And the wait to talk to a representative is apparently HOURS. I have limited cell phone minutes. I can't blow all them to sit on hold in hopes that I actually get through to a rep at some point. Poor business practices. If I can create the membership online, I should be able to cancel it online, just like my credit card lets me cancel it online.

I love JustFab. It's a good deal. I've been a member for 2 years. I like the fact that I can choose not to buy each month. I like their website and it's easy to find the style of shoes I'm looking for. I buy shoes and purses.

My 18 year old daughter with her first credit card bought a pair of shoes and didn't realize she would be charged every month on her credit card. She called last month and was assured it was cancelled but yet another charge came out this month. When she called, Customer Service said they could not help her. I am thoroughly disgusted and looking at our options to get her money back.

In Dec I ordered pair of boots from JustFab.com. They offered my 1st pair for half off 19.95. I was like "cool if I like their shoes I have a new website to shop on." I used my boyfriend's bank account to pay for them. He woke me up at 6 am asking if I bought any shoes last night because they charged his account 39.95. They never mentioned when signing up or when they sent the shoes that they would charge 39.95 every month. We called them and they said I skipped a page about the charges which is impossible. I would never order anything agreeing to a reoccurring charge. The lady that helped me on the phone kept saying I'd lose my VIP with them. I told her "I don't care about anything you have to offer, just please cancel me." After a half hour of trying to get her to process my request she did so. She said I would receive a 1 time credit in 3-5 business days and a cancellation email within 48. We will see if they keep their word. I would never recommend JustFab they are a big scam!

I ordered a pair of shoes in October of 2013 for 19.95. At first I thought this site was a scam, but I looked over the homepage and thought it looked legit. I have seen membership websites and steered clear of them before, but this did not look like one of those sites. The homepage says nothing about a monthly membership fee if you do not "skip the month" or buy an item. The homepage does not identify the website as a membership club at all. So, I bought my pair of shoes and they came in the mail. I went about my business until I noticed last night that Justfab.com has been charging my debit card a monthly fee since that initial purchase. It was completely unclear that I was signing up for a monthly "VIP" membership when I made my initial purchase.
First, I went to my bank to see what they could do, but they said I needed to contact the website. My bank initially tried to contact the number for me, however there was a busy signal. The bank told me to keep trying and if they do not follow through with what they say they are going to do (I needed to make many notes about everything) then the bank will step in. I went home to do my own research on this website and dig more into the Justfab.com site.
I continued to call the phone number on the website. It took me many phone calls before it finally picked up and I was able to go through the automated system. I was then put on hold and finally talked to Dave. He continued to try to explain to me what I had already known since researching while on hold. He told me that he could put in a request for a refund of my 3 credits, but that if I canceled now I would lose all 3 credits. I was put on hold again and he came back to tell me that I could receive a one time courtesy refund for one of my 3 credits. I am not happy!
After reading about how poor quality the merchandise is from this site I do not want to use the other 2 credits ($79.90 of my hard earned money) on items I will never use. I would like all my money back and then a cancelled account. I told him that I did not understand why I could only get 1 credit refunded while I have read others receiving a refund of multiple credits. He said that Justfab had no control over those sites and that he would put in another request for my other 2 credits. I restated for understanding that I will be refunded 1 of my credits and that he would put in a request for my other 2 credits. He confirmed and then we ended the conversation. I do not know if I will get that refund or if he even put in the request for the other 2 credits. I will not be using this company again.

I have had bad experiences with JustFab in 2 countries at the same time. It must be a company policy. My daughter bought some Boots online to be delivered to her Grand dad's house, and my wife bought some Boots to be delivered here in Canada......both JustFab company's took out money unexpectedly. It is obviously a underhanded money making exercise by the amount of people complaining online. Having a cancel online button, but that does not work, nor does calling to try and get your own money back, even though there is not an opt in/out option. I would strongly advise anyone not to buy from this company and pay the extra few bucks and get a nice shop assistant to sell you something with a receipt. They are unlikely to continue taking money from your bank account even though you have not given permission. Poor Customer service from both the UK and Canadian operations. #swindlers

First I would like to state during my 1 hr 30 min+ wait on hold to chat with a customer service rep I have already canceled my debit card, disputed the charges, reported you to the BBB, looked up class action lawsuits, and am now writing this. I bought 1 pair of boots, which I honestly love and rave about, but finding out I was unknowingly charged twice for a membership that was supposedly "free" really left a bad taste in my mouth. Yes, it is in your "T&C" but unlike ANY subscription services I have ever heard of, the company tells you it is a subscription service and what you will be charged!! I am completely outraged that in this economy there are still companies out there willing to rip innocent people off to make a buck. Maybe with that extra money you should hire more customer service reps, I still have 30 people ahead of me.

Purchasing from this website only brought misery and inconvenience. They automatically sign you up for their VIP membership and then charge your card without informing you. This happened twice, even after the first time I spoke to a representative and was told everything was canceled. They also make it quite difficult for you to cancel your membership. Also, the best advice I can give you is to cancel your card that you put on the profile because there is no way to delete/remove that info from their website. I would not recommend purchasing from this retailer.

I received a great deal on a pair of boots purchased Oct 2013 and was extremely satisfied with my purchase but I did not realize I signed up for a VIP membership! I guess that was my mistake but their check out process was very misleading. A month (Nov. 2013) after my order, I received a charge on my bank statement for $39.95 so I called customer service and they apologized that I didn't realize I signed up for a membership and they advised my membership was cancelled and the $39.95 would be refunded. Was a little frustrated but happy that it was handled.
Another month (Dec. 2013) goes by and it appears on my bank statement again! I go through the same process and am much more frustrated this time. The rep apologized and advised it was not cancelled correctly last time and attempts to give me a hard time about refunding the $39.95. We finally get it resolved and the money is refunded, then I'm advised once again the membership has been cancelled. Then another month (Jan. 2013) goes by and I get my bank statement with another $39.95 charge! I was extremely upset because here is another 20 min I have to take to call customer service and explain the situation due to their negligence.
This time the rep goes on and on about how beneficial the membership is and I just keep telling her I don't want it and to please cancel! Finally after 20 min and getting put on hold 3 times, she says it's been cancelled and my money with be refunded within 5 business days. Once the money has been refunded back to my bank, I will be calling my bank and cancelling my debit card to prevent them from withdrawing anymore funds! It was a terrible experience and I will never purchase from them again!

First of all, I got a really great deal on a pair of their Fuzzies for half off and I really love them. However, I admit that I also did not realize I had signed up for a subscription service until I saw the charge on my card. I decided I would use the credit and bought a purse. The purse fell apart in a week. It was awful quality and smelled horrible. I knew I didn't want anything else from the store and cancelled my subscription but I checked my account and I've been getting charged for two months!
I'm a college student, I don't really have money to spare on products I'll never buy. So I'm extremely frustrated then I see how much ** other people have gone through with JustFab. Why even have an option cancel membership online if it doesn't do anything?! By misleading me I feel like I've been stolen from and I absolutely have to get refunded because there's no way I can pay for the installment of my rent without that $40. Awful service, just a giant scam with bad quality products!!!

I had started off with another shoe club and heard about Just Fab and it was the same as the other shoe club. So I decided to give it a try and it was nice because different companies offer different styles and varieties. I went from there and haven't had any issues so I continue to purchase, so far so good. It's good shipping and good quality. I've never had any issues with customer service who are helpful. It's always been positive experience.

I came across this website after I decided to search Google for JustFab scams because of the experience I just had myself. After seeing other recent reviews on this page I can see I am not alone with my experience! I had bought a couple pairs of shoes from JustFab about a year ago and knowing of the monthly skip, buy, or be charged I set a monthly reminder to skip JustFab on the 2nd of every month on my iPhone, which wasn't a problem but seeing as I haven't been purchasing and didn't plan on purchasing anytime soon I decided to cancel my membership and it allowed me to do so online (which I have tried canceling before and it made me call which I did and never got a answer so I decided to just keep skipping).
But today I noticed even though I cancelled my account I had a JustFab charge on my card so I called to straighten everything out and after waiting for an answer for about 15 mins, I finally got someone on the line and explained my situation to him and asked that they credit my card back seeing as I shouldn't have been charged in the first place and he proceeded to tell me that even though I cancelled online, I still had to call (which nowhere after canceling my acct did it say that), and then he told me that he could not credit me back after the charge was turned into a credit for the website but I could use the credit to buy a pair of shoes, ummm BS!!!
Don't mess with my money, I told him that he will credit my account back or I will contact a lawyer and then his answer changed to "Oh wait, I think I can do something." Well as of now, my account is supposedly cancelled and my account should be getting credited back, but I guess we will see. As of now I will never recommend this company and all I can say is if my account is not credited back in the 5-10 business days that he said it would be I will be contacting them again and if needed with an attorney. One thing I do not like is a company that are scam artists and refuse to help their customers! Never again JustFab!

I purchased a pair of boots a few months ago, without any problems. This morning I found a $39.95 charge on my Visa account that had been made in the last 24 hours. I called immediately and was on hold for 20 minutes. Finally, a woman named Martha answered. She informed me that I had signed up for a VIP membership upon ordering the pair of boots. I told her I was completely unaware of any membership agreement and would like to cancel and receive a refund. She spent the next 15 minutes trying to coerce me into keeping my membership, talking about accumulating points and different types of memberships. Each time I told her I wasn't interested and just to cancel. She ignored me and continued on.
It was incredibly, incredibly frustrating. I have no idea if my cancellation will go through or if I'll receive my refund. After posting on Facebook my complaints, I was accosted by other women who posed as fellow Facebookers but were clearly employees. This company is terrible. Their policies are hidden and this membership business is a trick.

I've been a member for a year or two. I love the new styles and being able to browse. There's always some type of sale going on. I made my last purchase a month ago, and they were the shoes called January. I got them for my mom and they were like the combat boots with the fur on them. I bought fuzzies, too. There's been a couple of times where a shoe has not fit and I had gotten them on the two for $39.95 and there was no exchange or refunds. But because they said I was such a great member, they gave me no problem absolutely exchanging them or anything like that. And every single time, I had to call somebody and talk to somebody. It was just such a pleasant experience to be on the phone with them. So I appreciate that. I worked in customer service so I know what it can be like sometimes dealing with customers.

I made sure to choose the option of canceling my membership on justfab.com last week. However today I found out it's not cancelled yet. I called in and their customer service says that my VIP membership is still active and I shouldn't cancel because they're already processing a charge for the membership. This is the second time I have this problem with their VIP membership program already. I feel scammed and will not recommend this company to anyone. They have a nice selection but to trick my money I am so turned off by their business running.

Wow!! I think their VIP membership sucks!! I bought this bag on May which btw now is torn apart (bad quality). Somehow I was signed into VIP membership (without having a single idea about their $39.95 scam). Since June up to Dec my debit account has been charged $39.95 every first week of the month which now accumulates to $279.65. When I found out about this last week I called their customer service right away and told her to refund all my money. She told me she won't be able to do them all instead 2 months refund will be done and rest of the credit I have to spend to buy their merchandise.
I really don't want to buy anything from this site anymore and why am I forced to spent MY MONEY on something that I DON'T LIKE?! I told her that I am leaving the country and won't be using their services anymore. She said that someone from her company will investigate and reach me in 2 to 3 business days. But no one has called me yet!! I am so not going to spent my money to their company and I will do anything I can.. The most part that amuse me is how they send me 1000s email about what's on fashion and what not and DON'T SEND ME SINGLE MSG ABOUT THE CREDIT I HAVE IN MY ACCOUNT?! It just WOW!!

I've been trying to cancel my membership for about a year. Even though you can skip a month by the 5th, I have no desire to purchase from this company and every effort I make to cancel my membership seems to be more difficult than necessary. If I try to cancel online it tells me I am a VIP and to call, when I call I get a VM which goes unanswered. January I forgot to skip the month, now I have a credit I will never ever use. The quality is okay, for $40 you could get the same quality in store without the commitment and headache.

I would just like to ask why it takes so much to cancel an account! I called yesterday and after being put on hold for 10 minutes. I was repeatedly ask why I wanted to cancel and how I could just skip a month. Clearly you're charging people despite them skipping months. I would rather just cancel! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I kept pushing and finally got frustrated and just hung up. I want my account canceled immediately and if you refuse to take action, I am going to call my bank and block you from crediting my card. I want this done within the next couple of days.

I saw JustFab online and I thought the price was affordable. The shoes are cute. My last purchase was 2 months ago for some wedge sneakers. Some shoes do seem like they're a little bit cheap but for the price and the style of the shoe (and it's comfortable) I don't mind. It's easy and convenient.

I was a member of Shoe Dazzle about a year before I heard about JustFab and because I've been with Shoe Dazzle, I signed up. I didn't make my first purchase though until about a year later because they just didn't offer the style that I was looking for. But once I purchased, I haven't been able to stop. You have no idea how much I like it! I've been a member now two and a half years. So far it's been excellent. They get better and better the longer they're around so I'm very pleased with the company.

I began a membership with JustFab because I love shoes, I'm a busy working mom, and I liked the idea of someone acting as a "stylist". I completely understood that you can "skip" a month if necessary. I ordered my first pair and liked the style very much. I have had them for 3 months and they are holding up so far, I have just started to hear squeaks in the heel when I walk though.
I skipped a month and was charged anyway. It took a while to get my refund with the customer service. They spoke to me as if I barely knew how to read. I eventually got my refund and decided to go on with the membership anyway. I consistently did not see styles I liked. So I decided to cancel. I did a "live chat" hoping I could cancel some other way b/c I hated my last customer service experience. Not an option. They make you call so they can put you though the wringer trying to cancel. I understand that there is a script they have to read and their job is to make you change you mind. But I explained that I already chatted with someone online about canceling and still wanted to. Again they wanted me to go through questions and cross examinations, "do you understand", "but did you know". I felt as if I was on trial. I kindly told the representative that I understood it all and still just wanted to cancel, I did not have time to chat on the phone about all my options. She continued anyway. It's just not user friendly to not be able to cancel easily if you so choose to.
If you don't mind racking up "credit" that you may never use or get back (according to other reviews), then you may like this site. It is not for me and I wish I had read these reviews first. In a day and age when so many companies are competing for business, I can't understand why this one is still around. I'll pay $5 more for a pair of shoes if it means I have a better experience.

I've been a member of JustFab for at least 3 years. As a member I like how I got to be updated with the new stuff every month because you just remember, 'oh yeah, I should probably spend some time on myself.' My last purchase was a purse. They have good quality items especially their purses. It takes quite a bit of use before they start to break down. Overall, JustFab is easy to use.

Unlike the other complaints, I knew every month to sign in and click "skip this month" if I didn't want my credit card to be charged. My credit card company, however, notified me of fraudulent activity (not related to JustFab) and shut down that account number and issued me another. I thought this was the perfect time passively-aggressively 'close' the JustFab account by just not updating my credit card information, and I figured I would not be charged the monthly $39.95 membership fee. It seemed this was the case for 3 or so months, and then all of a sudden I see the monthly charge on my NEW card that I NEVER gave to JustFab. I don't see how this is not fraudulent activity??? And do not mistake me, I know I NEVER gave the new credit card number to JustFab because I NEVER intended to.

I'm an elite member of JustFab for a year and a half now and because of this, I could get stuff before anyone else does on certain products on my showroom. I've been using Just Fab for several years now and I found them online by accident years ago. I like the styles that they had and the price was right. I like the fact that I get my own showroom every month. I haven't been able to purchase anything in the last couple of months but if my income level started leveling out a little bit more I will be back to shopping.

Just found out I was charged $39.95 for the monthly membership even when I skipped the month. I called to request a refund and cancel my membership. The customer service rep was hard to understand and continually tried to get me to continue my membership. In fact, the only way I could get a refund was to not cancel my membership. They wanted me to keep the $39.95 on my account as a credit rather than refunding it back. Also, there is an option on their website to cancel membership, but it doesn't do anything. A message pops up telling you to call customer service. Why is the option to cancel even there if you have to call anyway??? Watch out for this company! I was exhausted when I hung up the phone. As soon as I get my refund, I will call again to cancel.

I've been with JustFab for the last couple of years. I have so many JustFab boxes in my closet, I don't have anywhere to walk. It's crazy. With JustFab, it's always quick. They say something days. But I look up and I'm like, "It's here already? Wow!" And then the styles are nice and the customer service is nice. They are fabulous. But I haven't been able to get on my page with them within the last week or so. And the lady kept telling me, "Oh, well, refresh the page." Do this. Do that. And I'm like, I can't get on. So I've been missing out. I had to call in and skip a month because I haven't been able to get on my page. I don't know why.

I’m a member of JustFab and it’s what I’ve been doing for about 3 years now. I decided to purchase with them versus a different online retailer because I liked their styles. The price is my favorite thing about being a member. I’ve recommended them to several people. My only issue is I can’t buy boots that I see on there that I like because I have really thick calves, like 19 or 20 inch calves. And those 11 to 12 inch calf boots just don’t work. And other than that, I really haven’t had any issues.

My cousin is a member of JustFab and she told me about it. And I went online and got exactly what I wanted. I've been a member over a year. I love the selection of handbags. My favorite is a purple handbag that I have that has studs all over it. I get compliments on it. It's beautiful. The quality of the items has been excellent. It is a monthly program and when I first ordered I somehow missed this information but when I called customer service she made me understand the full details and told me that if I could not afford to get shoes I could skip the month by going into my account and skipping (must do between the 1st & 5th) a month. I love the boots & shoes I have ordered. They are now my shoe store. I only wish I could buy more shoes, purses, etc..

I got an offer from JustFab through email. At the price, I wanted to try it out. They had awesome shoes so I went ahead and joined. I've been a member at least a year. My favorite part of being a member is that they deliver to you. You don't have to go and shop for it and no shipping also.
For the last four months or so, I've been skipping a lot because of the selection of shoes. And even though I sometimes click 'Send me another selection of shoes', I'm still not impressed like I was at the beginning. I have 12 to 15 pairs I bought but now I don't get as many because I don't care for the styles. I ordered some last week that were beautiful but I'm a shoe dealer so they've got to be funky... Anyway, they’re awesome and they send out the stuff very quickly. It’s not a long wait. So I pretty much like it.

My best friend told me about JustFab (she's on JustFab as well). She loves the shoes and so from there I started ordering. I’ve been a member for about 2 years. I've had the two for $49 and have had discounts, etc. It is the bestest option for someone who wants few shoes on affordable budget.
My last purchase was 3 months ago and I got sneaker wedges (I got two pairs, a gray pair and a black pair). They are of great quality… They've all lasted well. I haven’t had any issues with any of the shoes I purchased from JustFab so far. And Avril Lavigne has a pair out that I really, really like!

Who can pass up a pair of shoes for 40 bucks? It was an internet dropdown that I saw about JustFab and so I clicked on it. I've been a member for two years approximately. I like getting shoes in the mail. I loved every single pair except for one. Great quality. The last purchase I made was a pair of wide thigh boots and that's been my most favorite pair, as in I've worn them the most.

I just checked out the shoes and decided I like something really unique so I signed up. I just got 2 pairs of boots a couple of days ago. Most of them are really good. I have a few pairs of shoes that are $400 or $500 and some of my JustFab shoes are actually way more comfortable. I've had a couple I wasn’t really happy with but 80% of the time or more I’m real happy! I've recommend JustFab a few times. My daughter buys in there now.

Justfab - everyone be mindful of this company. I just tried to cancel my membership and they would not issue my due refund of $119.85 which totals 3 debits from my credit card. I will not order from this company again, because the items I ordered previously have started coming apart already. I will be contacting my credit card company to file a claim because I never signed up for any automatic debit. Holding up $119.85 in the name of store credit? It has to be a joke. I will be filing a claim promptly. This company will not last with this strategy of trying to dupe innocent people. I just cancelled my account with them, and cannot log onto their website with my previous credentials which means they are keeping my money. This is not a just business practice. I will follow up resolutely to have this resolved asap.

I love their styles and the quality of their merchandise. It's been years since I've been a member. I love that they keep up with the latest trends. Some include a lot of good designer trends out there. So I can get the same designer looks for less. With the latest boots that I bought, the first day I wore them I received three compliments automatically wearing them in the first couple of hours.

I order a purse when I first signed up with JUSTFAB. I was already a JUSTFAB Kid VIP member and loved the clothing that I ordered for my daughter. I decided to get an account with JUSTFAB. The purse I ordered within three months the purse started coming apart. The zip no longer work, the strings are coming loose. I had a credit on my account and decided to used it on a pair of shoes. Received an email that the shoes were shipped. So, today 12/28/2013 I did the live chat with agent ISABELLA, and she told me she could not do anything for me because policy is with 30 days. I went online to cancel my account because of poor customer service and a lack of concern toward customers and their money. I could not cancel online. I had to call in to a 1-866 number. When I called the customer agent told me that the order I just placed will be cancel and I will NOT get my credit of $39.95 back. I was so upset and in disbelief. I told her I will not give JUSTFAB my money. I will call back when I receive my product.
I really like the kids clothing but I have always had issues with the customer service. They will lose a lot customers if they do not train their agent how to treat customers.

It's easy to order shoes from JustFab, and they have nice shoes. I've been a member for five years. I like all my purchases. Their return policy is good. Three weeks about I bought a pair of red pumps but I had to send them back as they didn't fit.

I don’t make a lot of money so I try to be as stylish economically as I possibly can, and so with the price of being 39.99, that's not bad. I'm not a small girl (I'm a size 14). So if I go into a cheaper store (shoes are 19.99, 14.99), I don’t get the stability that I usually need when I'm walking in heels. I don’t like my heels to move, and that's what I didn’t like about the cheaper stores. So I gave JustFab a chance. And when I started ordering I was just so impressed because I put the shoes on and walked and the heels wasn’t scratching, moving backwards, to the north or to the side. So I stopped buying from those stores altogether and I focused on buying my shoes from JustFab. I’ve been a member for a couple of years.
My last purchase was last month. I got some booties and they are black with a chain that goes around the back which is one of my favorite. I love the booties and the slim looking, especially since they got the new upscale styles.
I NEVER had a bad experience. And even when I have to send shoes back, I've never had a problem with return. For my experience it had been just the best. Just fabulous!

I’ve been a member for 2 years or more. Being a member, you have an opportunity to shop every month. It’s like a deal so I’m obligated to treat myself to something every month. I like their selection and recently bought some boots. Most of them are very good quality. Some of them, not many though, are not so good. But I love JustFab.

I was just searching for shoes on sale and then there was a link that had gone to the JustFab website. And the rest is history. I buy from them at least twice a week. I've been a member for two years. The credits are nice where you can build up your credit. The quality is nice for the pricing. Their sizes are spot on. I've never had to return a product and that's a good thing. I like using them for presents because I just have to ask my friend the size and the size always matches. I bought two things this season for Christmas from them.

I went on online chat to discuss an issue with a defective necklace that I wore today for the first time and it literally started falling apart and falling down the front of my blouse as I sat at my desk at work. The necklace was shipped with a pair of shoes. There is a pending exchange on for a smaller size. The online chat Representative informed me there was nothing she could do to help me about the necklace due to the exchange on the shoes. What do the shoes have to do with the necklace being defective??? As a result of this poor experience I will be disputing the charge for the necklace and once my shoes are exchanged I will be cancelling my membership after years of being with you. I will also be sure to let everyone on Facebook know how poor your customer service is. But I am sure you could care less as you have many other customers to take my place so my business is just a drop in the hat.

I order 3 pair of shoes from JustFab.com and they came 2 days before Christmas before with rush shipping. I ordered 2 pair of boots, Montana and Aspen, and one pair of heels called Dahlia. The Montana boots and Dahlia Heels were great. The Aspen boots looked good until I put them on. They are supposed to be sparkly and it's obvious they didn't check the shoe before shipping. The left shoe is missing the white patch under the the sparkle. I have a brown left shoe and then a white right shoe. I'm so disappointed as I ordered it myself for finishing Nursing, and Christmas. I'm a vip member and I'm thinking about canceling it.

I was searching the web and came across JustFab. I like the shoes. They were reasonably priced and had a good selection. I love the prices because I noticed that if you’re not a VIP or an elite member, the shoes cost more. I enjoy shoes and I saw JustFab's commercial on TV so I've signed up as a member. It has been over a year now since I became a member. Their customer service is pretty awesome. Like any other shoe company, sometimes the quality of their shoes are great but sometimes they are not. I have recommended them to several of my friends.

I saw JustFab from an online advertisement and I’ve been with them for 3 years. It was recently when they started carrying clothes. It was just shoes. I like that they no longer charge the monthly fee and we have an option to just get our items whenever we want to shop, whenever we want. It’s good quality for the price that we pay. I tried ShoeDazzle but I definitely didn't like their styles. JustFab has a lot better deals. I first saw JustFab on a commercial and they were doing the get your first purchase at 50% off. I've been a member for 3 years. The customer service has been great, the best so far. I love the quality of the things I've purchased. It's fantastic!

My 18 year old daughter purchased a pair of boots for 39.95 online. Unknowingly upon check out, she was signed up to have her account debited for 39.95 each month for a VIP membership. This apparently was somewhere in the fine print. After her account was debited 3 months in a row she called to cancel and have her money refunded for the two unauthorized debits. They would not let her cancel and just kept rambling on as to why she should keep the account. They never did cancel her account despite her asking several times. We now will be required to cancel the account through her bank and take legal action. This company is ruining itself and its reputation. Just check the thousands of negative online reviews.

I ordered some shoes for the first time as a Christmas present. When I ordered them online, I realized that I had ordered the wrong size. So I called customer service to get it fixed. Instead of fixing the order, the rep cancelled the first order and put in another whole new order. So my card was charged twice in one day. When the shoes arrived, I was in shock. Someone had crossed off the correct size on the box and sent me the wrong size. So once again I had to call back customer service. I decided to keep the wrong size shoe and give it someone else. And just order another of the shoes in the right size. I figured because it was their error they would still honor the price on the shoe. But they didn't. They charged me full price!!!!
When I saw the charges on my card. I called customer service again. I demanded to speak to a supervisor. The first rep hung up on me after waiting 15 mins to talk to the so-called supervisor. I called again. Got hung up on again. Called again and the rep kept putting me on hold. And coming back telling me "I can help you" and I kept saying,"Please let me speak to your supervisor." After another 20 mins I finally got to talk to a very rude supervisor named Stephen who was in no way a help to me!! He kept telling me that I shouldn't have gotten the shoes for that price and basically tough luck. He wasn't going to honor the original price of the shoes. It really bugs me how a business can treat a paying customer like that! I will never purchase ANYTHING from JustFab again!!

First, I was never informed when ordering a pair of shoes off of JustFab that I would be charged every month for this. So I talked to someone in October about getting my account cancelled and I thought that it was all taken care of. Only to come to my recent attention that I was still charged for the months of November and December. After discovering this I called in to see if I could be given cash back for these months, since I wasn't suppose to be charged for them. I have never ever experienced such awful customer service from a company. The entire time the lady I talked to was rude and had no interest in helping me and also tried to get me off the phone as quickly as she could. I am honestly outraged by the customer service that I have received from this company.

I have bought 3 pairs of shoes from Just Fab (on accident because I realized that the charges were automatically debited from my account). So I decided to use the charges - the shoes look really cute and they have plenty of styles in extended sizes. When I finally wore one of the pairs of shoes, a pair of grey faux suede platform Mary Janes, the heel felt like it was completely unstable and would break at any moment as soon as I stepped outside. It felt as if the shoes were not meant for walking on concrete. I still have 2 credits file, but don't feel that their quality is worth the $4 shipping fee.

After posting my original review, JustFab were very quick to get in contact and offer me a refund for the money taken out of my account. Unlike my experience with the call centre I found them to be polite and apologetic, and was also glad to find that I was speaking to someone who had the ability to rectify the situation and did not have to go through anyone else.
I would highly recommend anyone who has had any issues with the company to write a review on here rather than going through the websites suggested process if you wish to have the problem speedily resolved.
Although I am still disappointed in the way I was initially treated, I am satisfied with the final outcome and therefore updating my star-rating to reflect this.
To anyone in the same position I was, I hope you also get a similar outcome. Good luck!

I am writing to complain about the VIP membership that I have unfortunately signed up to. I signed up with the offer of the first purchase being half price; however I was not made aware at the time that money would be taken out of my account every month! Two pairs of shoes were purchased on different accounts as I thought £17.50 was a reasonable price for the quality of shoe I was receiving and would not have purchased it at full price.
I had no intention of shopping there again and after receiving email after email after email from your company I did not read through every single one. I therefore was not aware that £70 would be taken from my account and turned into store credit which is almost useless to me as I do not use the site bar the one time I purchased from you.
When calling your customer service number I found the staff to be harassing and unable to help me as they were so busy reading their scripted lines that they did not listen to my problem at all. My first call with a man named Apple left me in the same position I was before I called. I asked him on multiple occasions to just cancel my account if he could not return my money so that nothing else would leave my account and each time he brushed me off telling me how I can purchase more online.
I understand the company's need to up-sell but on this supposed 'customer service' number surely their main aim should be helping the customer deal with their issue and not reading out a set text. I had to call three times before a lady named Andy finally listened to me and deleted my VIP membership although I had to be more firm with her than I usually like when I'm calling to ask someone for assistance, just to let her know that I did not want anymore information on how to purchase on your site!!
I am very upset and unhappy with the both the customer service and the lack of information I was given when signing up for what I thought was a good deal. I have now lost £35 more than I would have if I had just paid retail price and ignored the offer. If there is some way to have my money refunded and store credit taken away I would greatly appreciate it as I feel tricked and conned.
I first sent this as an email to what I thought was the complaints department as the email address was given to me by one of the 'customer service' people I spoke to. The reply to that email was that if I needed help I should ring the same number I had rung in the first place! Ridiculous. Just a big loop of unhelpful people getting me nowhere.

When I first came across JustFab I thought it was great getting nice shoes for not much money, I thought everything was great until I was checking my finances and came across 2 payments to JustFab of £35 from November and December. I called up and after much discussion, it was agreed they would refund me £35 and that I would have to keep the other money on my account (oh yeah, after I had already been told that after my money was turned into credits it has no monetary value, BS). Later on I called back to cancel my account and was actually told if I keep my account I would be refunded the full £70, this being after the longest sales pitch known to man. This is the most dishonest website/company I have ever come across, I was also made to feel stupid as I was unaware of how buying shoes from there worked but clearly From the hundreds of comments on here, I'm not the only one. Oh and the icing on the cake? There is now a hole in the boots I bought just 2 months ago. I wish to cancel my account and will persist until it is done

I love shoes. I’ve been a member three, four years. I’m an elite now, I get to see the new stuff early. It’s easy to find the styles of shoes that I’m looking for. There were these really pretty suede boots that I wanted. I got the Paxton boots for work recently. The quality of the items and their different styles are very, very nice. I don’t have to worry about detail and stuff falling off. Very sensible. Their customer service is really, really good.

I created an account and received an email saying "Any shoe for $19.95 for first time customers". It said the discount would be applied at checkout. I tried to make a purchase, but it only discounted the price by $7 and change. I did a live chat with one of the "fashion consultants" and she said that I had to go to the site, hover on the tab marked buy one get one, and buy two items, under the sale tab to find the items for $19.95. I re-read the email. Again, I'm seeing that it says any shoe for $19.95, so I called them, and the person I talked to told me the same thing. But that's not what the email says. It says "shop now, and you enter the site." Nowhere on there does it say you are limited to certain items. Isn't this false advertising? I'm glad I never signed up to the monthly boutique. I cancelled my account with them.

I just placed an order today for some boots. When the confirmation email was sent it showed the terms of some membership I have somehow gotten into. I immediately called customer service to have everything cancelled. The customer service rep was obviously reading a form letter which said nothing could be done.. I would have to receive my order.. Send it back then "try" to cancel out of this mess. Unreal.. totally disappointed.. and will be contacting the better business bureau as well as writing about this mess on every forum I can think of until this is resolved. Being charged every month even if you make no purchase is not right.. and not being able to cancel is not right.

I bought a pair of boots from this company in September 2013, which were of very poor quality, so I returned them with no issues. In October I was sent my "boutique" and skipped the month. I then sent an email requesting my account be closed and I received an automated response saying I'd have to phone to cancel, which in this digital day and age just seems ridiculous (I realize this is ploy to try and talk you into keeping your membership). In November I received a further email with my "boutique" so I skipped the month. I did not receive an email in December (through no fault of my own) so was not aware I had to skip the month... who remembers that they have to access a website within a five day period? So I was charged 35.
I have just phoned the JustFab consultant line to request a refund and to close my account with them. As I guessed the call advisor tried immediately to talk me out of it! She also advised that because I had agreed to the terms and conditions that the 35 could not be refunded. I must have said 4 or 5 times that they cannot keep my money as I did not receive any emails. Surely this works both ways? If I receive an email and don't skip the month then more fool me. But like I said who remembers that five day window without a prompt?
Eventually after 23 minutes on the phone (at my cost, 0800 numbers aren't free from a mobile) I was reluctantly advised I'd receive a refund and my account would be closed, but not without a last ditch attempt at trying to persuade me to stay. My advice to anyone thinking of joining this company membership is... DON'T (unless you have the ability to remember every month to log on as it's not guaranteed that you'll receive an email to remind you!!). I'm just glad my issue has now been sorted and I no longer have to deal with this company.

I have two daughters who each ordered a pair of shoes from JustFab in November. Then yesterday I notice each of them were charged another $39.95 in December. When I called to find out why that was, they said I became a VIP member when I bought my 1st purchase. I was not aware of this when we made our purchase. And I think this is horrible practice to try to trick customers. I don't like being charged for something I was unaware. I asked for a refund and was refused. I was told I had $39.95 credit on each of my daughter's accounts and could use in December. But we don't need another pair of shoes. I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL and Would like to WARN EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY...

Just Fab - what a scam! So I signed up cuz I like some shoes & they offered frees shipping w/ membership... The catch is you have to decline a purchase every month or they will send you out a voucher for $39.95 to use at a later date. So every time you forget to decline for a month, you get another voucher or store credit charged to your credit card -- if you are Careful you can avoid this BUT the REAL scam comes when you try to cancel (they say you can cancel @ any time). First I sent an email notice to UNSUBSCRIBE me... the response? I must contact them in person, so then I can't locate telephone number - then it's always busy.THEN I decide to email them (!) Problem was they sent a note someone would get back to me in 24 hrs & nobody ever did!! Even after repeated messages to them. THEY WOULD NOT LET ME CANCEL! I finally reached someone on the phone & she would not let me cancel "because I'm such a valued customer." Seriously? In the meantime they are trying to suck $40.00 out of my acct every month... Grrr!!!! I had to call twice & sit on hold 20 min each time - this is the lowest form of scamming yet... I warn others to STAY AWAY!!! It's not what you think it is!

I am very dissatisfied. Forgot to skip two months from JustFab and now am unable to get my $79.90 back. Got hung up on the chat site and calling in is a huge wait just to continually get transferred through the automated system. All I want to do is cancel my membership and get my money refunded. It aggravates me that I am even to this point of writing this as I never get a company who outright refuses to give your money back. It is a joke to see where "there is no obligation to buy something.." You're right, no obligation to buy just get charged every month without a purchase. Yeah skip a month is known but who thinks that the company will honestly not provide a reimbursement.

I wish I had checked this website prior to buying something from this company. Beware this company!!!! The products are actually pretty good. However, just try to cancel your account!!! I wanted to cancel because they charge you each month, no matter if you want them to or not. I realize I can "opt out" but the email must have gotten stuck in junk mail because I never saw it. Then come to find out that you can only use your member credit on FULL PRICE items. I called customer service, was connected to someone overseas, and they gave me total misinformation.
It was as if they were reading a script and when you asked questions, they were totally taken off guard. When I called back, I spoke with someone a little more knowledgeable. However, she refused to cancel my account unless I answered a whole litany of questions and listened to numerous sales pitches to keep me from cancelling. That is total BS! They make it as hard as they possibly can to cancel your account. NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE.

I saw JustFab online. The site was easy to navigate. I bought a pair of boots last week from them. When I receive my items sometimes they don’t meet my expectations, but they’re easy to send back if they don’t. It’s very easy to deal with their customer service. Its special offers keep me as a member. If I’ve bought enough wedges, I end up getting free stuff.

I’ve been a member of JustFab for a year when they first came out. I heard about them from my daughter. I’m a shoeholic. I like their unique styles... The JustFab customer service response to Paypal & Consumeraffairs complaint has been very swift and I am pleased with the prompt resolution of my complaint. I have received my refund of £35 within 3 days of raising this issue and have been assured that my monthly subscription has also been cancelled.
I'm still not in favour of duping customers into this so called VIP membership of JustFab but just because of the swift customer service I have received, I will increase my original rating from 1 star to 3 stars.
I would recommend customers to make online payments wherever possible via Paypal (it's very safe and protects you from scams) and also post a review on consumeraffairs, as I have received a better customer service from JustFab on consumeraffairs than to my email sent directly to JustFab!

This company is a huge fraud! I bought a pair of shoes from them and I was automatically signed up for a membership which I was not aware of. Luckily, I checked my JustFab account after a few days and was horrified to see that if I don't click on 'skip this month' I will be charged £35, so I clicked on it. I kept a check on my Bank account but no money got deducted. After that I kept checking my JustFab account but the Skip the month link never appeared again on my account. I couldn't find it anywhere again. So I thought it was just a one time thing.
But to my horror, I was charged £35 in December and I got to know this from PayPal. I didn't even receive any email from them informing me about it like other direct debits where you receive a prior email informing you about the date of payment. I was very furious as without the link to Skip the Month, I am unable to skip it and lose £35 from my account even if I don't want to buy anything. NO ONE IS UNDER ANY OBLIGATION TO FORCEFULLY BUY ANYTHING FROM ANYONE! It is ILLEGAL! I have already raised a claim with my payment company and have also emailed JustFab to refund my money and cancel this so-called membership. This company is taking unauthorized payment and is forcing people to buy their products.
If you sign for a monthly debit, it should be clearly mentioned in bold and not be hidden somewhere in terms and conditions. Since the £35 monthly charge wasn't mentioned clearly during sign up, it is completely ILLEGAL as 99% people never read Terms & conditions before creating an account with a retail website. People expect the terms & conditions to be similar to other shopping websites. So if there was something different such as this £35 monthly charge, this should have been mentioned in CLEAR BOLD words and not hidden in terms and conditions. Thus this deceptive way of duping customers into a monthly subscription is completely ILLEGAL and I will fight till I get my £35 refunded and this membership cancelled. If this means I have to file a lawsuit then I will do it too.

I have been trying to cancel my account for a week. Each time their customer service agents try to up-sell me and refuse to refund me for a product I don't even have. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE! After hours on the phone, I had to contact my bank and file a claim. I was so excited initially about the site. I emailed all of my friends. I have since updated them about the unbelievably HORRIBLE service this company offers and to stay FAR, FAR AWAY. I do almost all of my shopping online and I haven't had anything this terrible happen.... until now. I bought a pair of boots from JustFab. It was just a one off. I did not and I do not intend to buy anything from them again. I have just noticed they have charged me 35. I don't know why and I am not able to get through to them. It is not right for them to store my card details and just take money without my permission. I’ve heard about JustFab from a friend and have been a member since it first started. I like the buy one, get one half off and the whole $39.95. The only thing I don’t like is that if you miss a month, they charge you for it because sometimes you forget. I don’t like that aspect about it even though they credit you. The last thing I bought some months ago was a pair of boots. They were good. I like it.

I came across JustFab on a commercial. I chose them over their other competitors because their style was different. I had not seen it before. I haven’t purchased from them in a while. The last thing I got from them was some boots, two years now.
Their customer service is excellent and everything. I never had a problem with them. Out of all the shoes I have received, I was dissatisfied with maybe two. But I never sent them back. And one time, I didn’t get a pair of shoes. I don’t know if they wound up getting lost in the mail or somebody wound up taking them from my job. But they wound up giving me another pair.
I do my orders online. The website is easy to navigate, it’s simple. My experience with them was good. I enjoyed them. I have no complaints. I didn’t like how they always charged my card (every month, you’re paying the $39). That’s the only dissatisfying thing I ever had with them. But it’s so simple because once they did explain, you got to opt out the month so then they won’t charge it. But at first, I didn’t know that. And the customer service, particularly the young man, was very helpful. I work for the Better Business Bureau and I ran their record, and their record was really good.

First of all, I don't want to give this company ANY stars but this review form requires that I at least give them one star. They don't deserve that star. This is a horrible company with shady business practices and abysmal customer service. I bought one pair of boots from them in October. Since you can't even navigate the website without first taking their "survey" and essentially setting up an account, I gave them my info, thinking I was only creating an account with them. I was aware of the VIP service but I thought that since I didn't choose to be a VIP I wasn't in that program. However, just the act of buying the shoes in checkout enters you into the membership. That's shady.
I watch my account like a hawk, so right after they charged me the next month without my permission (I didn't know I was signed up for the membership since I had not expressly requested to be a member) I called them to cancel my membership and get a refund. I used to work in customer service so I was very forceful and they gave me a refund. However, the person I spoke with told me I would have to call back next month (so that meant I only had a 4 day window to cancel) before the 5th of the month to cancel. So I called them on December 4th to cancel my membership. I also wanted them to delete my account since I didn't want them to have access to my financial information anymore. I only got a verbal assurance from the representative that my account was cancelled. I thought it was over.
But it wasn't! On December 14th, they charged my card again for $39.39. This was very troubling because I was under the impression that my account had been canceled. I felt violated as well because they had taken money out of my account against my express wishes, which I had verbally communicated to them on December 4th. So, I called them again. I was on the phone for a while (about an hour). I talked to two people - "Liza" and her manager, whose name I was not given. What I wanted was a refund for the $39.95 which they had unlawfully taken from my account plus an email sent to me from a JustFab representative (not a form email) with that person's name and contact info assuring me that my account (including my financial information) has been deleted from their customer database. I wanted the email so there would be a paper trail about the account cancellation. I used to work in customer service and I know that this is something that a reputable and legitimate company should be able to do for an upset customer.
I got the refund (the money hasn't been transferred yet but I got their form email stating the refund is in process) and I got a verbal confirmation from the manager that she would email me personally that my account is closed/deleted, but I haven't received that email so I think she just said she would email me to get me off the phone. Since I have no reason to believe that my account is closed (this was my second request to end my relationship with JustFab, and they had failed to honor my wishes the first time) I will be going to my bank tomorrow to block JustFab from having access to my account. This company is horrible and I deeply regret having anything to do with them. Also, their shoes are crappy.

JustFab is excellent! It supports my shoe addiction. I first saw them on a Facebook page. I've never had a month when I wasn't happy with what I've received. I haven’t bought anything in a while but the last time I purchased something I was happy with it. I have recommended them to several friends.

Just like everyone else, I did not know how I got signed up for their VIP program until I was charged last month. My mom also have an account on Justfab and it happened to her also. So we both called them, and finally after 5 phone calls they refunded us. They apologized for it, so we thought ok we'll give it another try. But hold and below, we got charged this month again even though we skipped on the website already. So we had to call in again. My mom got refunded, but they said it would be the last time they refund her, so she got angry and cancel her membership. However they did not want to refund me!
I called in to talk with 3 different people and they all say different things each time. One woman told me because I browsed their monthly options, my skip didn't go through. What in the world?! NO ONE had told me about this. It is the single most white scam I've experienced shopping online. It's not just about the 40 bucks, but they totally lost my trust. So now that I'm stuck with a member credit, I don't want any further business with them. I feel so bad because girls in my office trusted me when I told them it's a good website, but when I get back to work next week I will tell them to cancel their memberships. This is a total scam. JustFab your websites admittedly have some good stuff, you don't have to scam people's money. Do righteous business and your customers would stick with you. Geez.

I’ve been a member of JustFab for two years now and have probably ordered over 30 items from them that it’s difficult to find something that I don’t already have or something similar to. Being a member of JustFab, I enjoy their set price and the free shipping and return. The quality always meets up to my expectation. I don’t have that many returns, one or two at most.
It’s been good experience but I feel they’ve lost their appeal of differentness. They don’t have anything that exciting anymore. When you have a customer that buys so many shoes and potentially has a hundred pairs in her collection, just a brown pump isn’t going to do it. Everything’s very kind of muted tones and just boring. That’s why I haven’t ordered in 3 months.

I ordered a pair of boots from this company on 11/16/2013 and paid for them fair and square. Now, today, I check my bank balance to find a pending charge from them for $39.95. First I logged on to their online chat, which was of no help whatsoever. I then called, only to be met with a heartless woman who tells me that apparently at some point I agreed to become a "VIP" member of this site while checking out from my previous purchase, and that gives them the right to deduct $39.95 from my bank account each month for the rest of time. I was very nice, I begged, pleaded, and cried for this woman to please cancel whatever this is and refund my money.
It is December 12, I am already scrambling for money to buy Christmas presents for my children, and now it has been made much worse by this completely fraudulent charge that this woman "is not authorized" to return to me. Shame on this company for their shady, fraudulent practices and preying on people. I purchased an item from you, paid entirely for it, and that should be the end. Obviously, you know your practices are terrible, take a look at the lists upon lists on numerous websites from thousands of people who have been scammed. The entire situation is shameful, and I can only imagine how many hundreds of thousands of dollars this company has stolen from people since it began.

I ordered a pair of boots for my daughter about a month ago. On Tuesday of this week, I found out that JustFab had withdrawn another 39.99 from my account. I did not sign up to be a VIP and received no emails about it or how it works. I have called several times now to get my money back and to cancel this ridiculous membership that I didn't even sign up for. I believe I was only successful in canceling my membership, but have been unsuccessful in getting a refund of my money that I did not receive any goods or services for. My next step is to go the Attorney General of my state. There seems to be enough upset customers for a class action lawsuit.

On November 6, 2013, I purchased a pair of boots from JustFab. I was very happy with them. A month went by and on December 9, 2013, I checked my online bank account to find that JustFab had charged me $39.95 when I had not bought a pair shoes since November. I got on a LiveChat at first and the girl was of absolutely no help. I ended up calling JustFab and was told that in the terms & conditions of the VIP membership that I had been automatically signed up for (THAT NOBODY EVER READS!!) that they would be charging me every month if I didn't hit a stupid "Skip this month" button on the website. First of all, what kind of business does sneaky things like this? If I had known they were going to charge me every month, I would have never bought shoes from them. The only good part about everything was the fact that they refunded my money (even though at first I was told they were unable to) and canceled my membership. If JustFab just did business honestly, they wouldn't have so many complaining customers. JustFab, you have lost my business, and the business of my friends, forever.

I ordered a pair of boots and a jacket (maybe some glasses too) back in October. On December 10th, I noticed two charges on my bank account for $39.95. I did not agree to these. I did not sign up for a membership, nor did I ever plan on making a monthly purchase from JustFab. After waiting for almost 30 minutes on hold (must be a lot of pissed off ladies out there in the same situation), I finally got through and spoke with Leigh. She was helpful, patient and in all honestly very composed considering I was pretty upset.
She cancelled my account (after trying to convince me to keep it , and then to downgrade it), and stated that I would be refunded both charges of $39.95 in 3-5 business days. She stated I would receive an email confirming the cancellation and refund. She was not able to provide me with a confirmation number or reference number. Today, December 12th, I'm happy to say I received my refund for the two $39.95 charges.
JustFab's practice of getting consumers hooked is extremely dishonest. I feel very badly for the customer reps that have to take all these calls and deal with people like me that have been tricked. The company should be clear on their home page that it is a membership with a monthly charge of $39.95. That THAT is the default - and their whole business model.
Saying that a box somewhere was checked agreeing to the terms (no one reads this) is a purposeful way of deceiving the consumer. Furthermore, I never even received an email about this monthly charge or the "skip" feature Leigh stated on the call. Had I not been reviewing my bank account, I would have never seen this. I will definitely not be purchasing anything from JustFab in the future and will alert my friends as to my experience.

I was unable to skip this month because I have been back and forth from the hospital with my mom. When I asked for a refund, they refused even though I haven't had access to a computer. I'm on the phone with them right now and they keep going through all of the reasons for me not to cancel even though I keep repeating that I want to cancel my account over and over again. I am usually patient with customer service reps because I used to be one, but this is ridiculous. I literally listened to her for ten minutes going through the "different options" for me. I had to repeat myself at least five times that I wanted to cancel my account. They really need to switch their system over to the way ShoeDazzle does it where you don't have to skip every single month and worry about being charged. I will never use this company ever again.

I am so upset. Not only do they make it unclear that you will be charged $35.95 a month for being a VIP member that they DIDN'T EVEN ASK if I wanted to sign up for, but they do not issue refunds. Today, I called to cancel my membership, but I really don't think it will go through. If I am charged again, I WILL be taking legal action.

I would just like to share with you all my experiences at JustFab. I read the fine print, I realized when I signed up I would be charged monthly. The first month, this simply slipped my mind. JustFab sent me a reminder email to the skip the month otherwise I would be charged. Which I did promptly, in which I was charged anyway. I was furious so I wrote JustFab asking if it was a glitch in their system or what, I asked for a refund and to cancel my account. JustFab never returned my emails. The next month I skip, and absolutely no problems.
Well on Dec. 1, I logged on and once again hit skip this month. Dec 8. JustFab charged my account again. By this time I'm extremely upset that this has happened to me not once but twice. I pick two pairs of shoes because if I paid for it, I might as well get my monies' worth. This afternoon I tried to cancel my account, I sat on hold for 35 minutes and my call was never answered. This to me is absolutely ridiculous. I understand that forcing someone to call, allows JustFab one more chance to save a customer from quitting their service. However, after sitting on hold for 35 minutes, and knowing that I have to again take time out of my day just to cancel this account there is NO way in HELL that I will be keeping my JustFab account. And to anyone considering using their service, DON'T! Customer Service is Horrible and the shoes are cheap. They make it seem like it's a bargain getting expensive shoes for half the price. Not true, you can tell the shoes are cheaply made. In fact I've had higher quality shoes from Payless.

The only reviews I've written online have been glowing. This is the first time I've ever been so angry that I am writing a bad online review because most reasonable businesses will work things out with you. I understand the business model. It is a subscription. That's totally fine. But I want to cancel. There is a button to cancel, but when you click it, it asks you to call in. A little annoying, but okay fine. When I call in, I wait on hold for more than five minutes (a little more annoyed now). Then my "fashion consultant" comes on. I tell her I want to cancel and three times she spits out responses to my "objections" which she has obviously learned by rote and show that she didn't listen to me (I said I don't always remember to skip the month in time and I get charged. My bad. Just not the model for me.)
"Are you aware that you can skip a month? " She asks. Finally, I say, "I really want to cancel. Please just cancel my account. If you try to get me to stay one more time I will never try your service again and I will let as many people as I can know what a horrible experience I've had." She then proceeded to remind me that I would lose my reward points if I quit now!
So, I hung up and here I am letting you all know: If $40/month is fine with you and you need to buy new shoes or a handbag or whatever that often, go for it. Everything I've ordered from there has been nice. But don't plan on leaving anytime soon. Oh, and for the record, JustFab, my phone number on file is **. You can't reach me there, but it should pull up my file so you can cancel it. I will attempt to notify you via email as well. Otherwise, I will have to go through my credit card company.

Unfortunately, I did not read any reviews of JustFab prior to making my first purchase - won't do that again. I bought a pair of boots several months ago (they had a horrible smell that still hasn't gone away) and was aware of their VIP Membership rules. I made sure that I went in prior to the 5th of the month to see if they had any new boots I liked, and to request a skip month if they didn't. When they were out of my size in anything I liked last week, I clicked on the "Skip This Month" button on the main page and I received a confirmation message that my skip month had been processed. After I clicked on the "Skip This Month" button, it disappeared from my screen, which confirmed to me also that it had been processed.
I received an email last night stating that my account had been charged the $39.95 membership fee, even though I had requested the skip month prior to the deadline. I logged in to my JustFab account and sure enough, I had in fact been charged even though I shouldn't have. I appears that the same thing happened last month also to my dismay and I didn't notice the charge. After waiting for 20 minutes to speak to someone on the Live Chat, I was basically told it was my error that it happened. They said my last log in to the website was on December 6th, which was after the 5th of the month cutoff and so they charged me.
I did in fact log on that day to see if they had my size yet in a boot I was interested in, but that was not the day that I requested the skip month. I had requested it several days prior. My log in on December 6th had nothing to do with the skip month request. In November, I logged in prior to the deadline of the 5th of the month and also had my skip month request confirmed, which it seems they ignored also. I told the rep that I needed to closed my account in order to prevent this from happening yet again to me next month as I cannot trust them to honor the skip month requests even though they have confirmed them when placed.
I was not offered a resolution to my problem, nor a credit back to me for the money that was incorrectly charged and I now have to deal with attempting to phone Customer Support to cancel the account as the Live Chat operator said they could not help me with it. It being Christmas time right now, I really could use the $79.90 that they took from me incorrectly for my kids. Buyers beware! Watch your accounts and credit cards carefully if you have requested that JustFab skip your monthly "credit" because you will probably still be charged even if they confirmed your request.

I would like to start out by saying that I thought they were pretty clear about the monthly charge. You have the option to skip, etc. Having said that, I decided to cancel my membership as I knew I would forget to skip months. I have been trying to cancel my membership for three weeks. You CANNOT cancel on the website, via email, or via "live chat" (which may or may not work depending on the day). You can only cancel via telephone. If the phone line is accepting calls, the wait time is outrageous. I FINALLY got in touch with someone via phone this morning. It took ten minutes of "Let me tell me why you don't want to cancel" before my account was finally cancelled. I did get a chuckle out of being asked to "like" them on Facebook at the end of the conversation though. It's nice to see that they have a sense of humor about themselves.

After ordering a pair of boots last month during their $19.95 sale, I cancelled my membership as I did not want the recurring fee. First, it says fits true to size and the shoes were at least a size and a half too small. When I returned them, it said that it placed a larger size on hold and would exchange them. When I sent the item back, I was instead informed that they didn't have that item that was said to be on hold and instead they credited my account $19.95, which leaves you unable to buy another pair of shoes as they are $20 more than that.
I have repeatedly called to cancel and ask to be refunded the charge that they placed on my account this month and been denied cancelling. I spoke with my bank to dispute the charges and was asked to speak with them one last time about getting it refunded, then wait for it to clear and dispute it. When I called JustFab back to say this, they would still not refund it then would not cancel my account as it would be cancelled after I filed a claim to dispute it.
Every time you try and cancel they give you the run around and then tell you it will be cancelled and that you will receive an email and that email never arrives. I was also told that I received several reminders to skip this month which would tell me that I was still an active member and never received any of those emails until after they had charged me. If I could rate lower than one star, I would.

Just like everybody else that has complained, I too have had the worst experience with your company. I have repeatedly asked to have my credit card information removed from the site and nobody will do it. Nobody will refund me the $39.95 that I did not authorize the company to take and every time I try and speak with anyone, this is the response I get:

I am extremely frustrated with my experience at JustFab. After not receiving any email notifying me of the monthly charge, I logged into my account and attempted to cancel my VIP membership. Since the website does not give customers the option to cancel a VIP account online, I attempted to contact customer support by phone as directed. I called multiple times, never reaching JustFab, but instead being re-directed to a highly suspicious "carnival cruise" representative who informed me that I just won a free trip.
After explaining repeatedly that I was not interested in a (likely fictional) free cruise but was hoping to speak to a JustFab representative, I was told they would put me on a "do not call" list and that I should call back later. In the meantime, I was charged $39.99 by JustFab, even after making every attempt to cancel my membership to avoid the charge. I am enraged by this shady operation, and if I am not able to contact their customer support department within the next 24 hours, I will be formally reporting this fraud. If you are thinking about making a purchase here, don't.

I am very upset. I purchased a pair of shoes from JustFab on Oct. 7, 2013. For the months of November and December, I have been charged a fee of $39.95. I googled this fee and discovered that I was being charged for becoming a VIP Member although I have never agreed to join. I contacted Just Fab to ask about the fees and, after waiting for nearly 20 minutes, no one ever came to the phone despite the fact that they claim to have 24/7 consultations. I called an additional three times to cancel the membership but once again, no one ever answered, this time after holding the phone for an hour. These fees have caused me to go into overdraft with Wells Fargo, so I contacted my bank to dispute them. Wells Fargo informed me that they could not do anything about this issue until I cancelled my membership with Just Fab; however, when I attempt to do so, no one answers the phone. This is very frustrating and it appears that I am not the only customer with this complaint. There is actually a class-action lawsuit against them for these fees.

It’s been about 2 months but the last thing I bought from JustFab was summer shoes. Because I have bought so many pairs of shoes from them, I got a VIP treatment. I’ve been a member for a little more than a year. I like the styles and the price and the selections. They are wonderful. I love them.

Last month, I thought that I had cancelled my "VIP" membership. By checking my bank account, I found out that my "VIP" membership (that they automatically signed me up for) was not cancelled and I had been charged $39.95. I called the customer service line to cancel the VIP status, and I had to ask for it to be cancelled four times before she finally asked me permission to cancel it. After she wasted my time, she then informed me that my $39.95 charge is now a "non-refundable credit".
I repeated the news she gave me and then stated that I thought I had cancelled it last month and was not expecting JustFab to continue to charge my account. Her answer was that "if I tried to cancel it online, the website's cancellation is NOT WORKING". So, because of their website not working, the money that they took out of my account is non-refundable. This is just wrong. I will never be ANY type of member of a business that takes money and deems it non-refundable.

I just called today and waited for 25 minutes then someone answered, finally! I haven't had a bad experience purchasing on JustFab but I just want and need to cancel my membership because it don't benefit me no more. I am pregnant and would just want to lend money for my baby instead of buying stuff with them. So, when I called and spoke with the agent, he kept offering me and kept talking without him letting me finished and hear my side. I got annoyed and irritated. Please, let all your CSR's properly trained and well-mannered and how to do a very customer services. He then finally said (after all) that my account has already been cancelled and will received an email confirmation within 8-24 hours. Hopefully, they do so and let us just have a peace of mind!

I have been charged $39 every month since I ordered 1 pair of boots. I've now been made aware that they take this money directly out of your account. Since being made aware of this, I have called 3 times to cancel my account and been put on hold for 20 plus minutes. I tried live chatting with a consultant, who was rude and not helpful in any way and told me to call the number again and wait. She refused to cancel my account.

I am completely shocked and furious. I woke up this morning with a charge on my card of $39.95 even though I specifically skipped this month. I had no idea that I had to do this every month when I signed up, either. I've called the hotline at least 10 times with no answer, and when I finally chatted with a representative, I was informed that it showed I did not skip the month and was refused a refund. My card only had $20, so I have been charged with an overdraft fee as well. I am now out $65 for no reason when I shouldn't have been out ANY amount, because I DID skip the month. Just saw today that after cancelling my membership in October, after receiving boots I ordered then realized I had to cancel my account or they would charge me every month whether I purchased something or not, that I was still being charged (in November and today ). Cancelled my account online, printed out pages stating this. I was advised by my bank to call them also. So after a busy signal for 6 calls, I finally got through on the 7th call. I spoke to a rep. I was told I could not cancel my account online (I have the print out that states my account has been cancelled). I tell her I have this printout. After going back and forth with her about getting my two months of charges refunded, I find I will get a month back (it was posting today to my account). However, they will do an internal investigation into the November charge. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told, in not so many words, that I couldn't. I took good notes, got names and times to show to my bank so they see I cancelled. This site is a scam plain and simple.

I learned about JustFab from YouTube. I decided to make my first purchase last month, and for your first purchase, you get a great deal which is whatever you pick you will pay $19.95. I check the website from time to time to see what is new plus I "like" their Facebook page. Today, I got an email that I was charged $39.95 and if I want to avoid being charged for the next months, do so and so. Unfortunately, I didn't get an email prior to this one to warn me that I will be charged and that I need to do something and I was not aware of that monthly subscription and of course, the website have my credit card information from my first purchase there. Then I try to unsubscribe online but this option is not available. You will have to call customer service which I did and I stayed online for at least half an hour until someone answered me. I had to argue a bit and after some negotiations, I was told that they will refund me the $39.95 and it takes from 3 to 5 business days. I hope that that will happen. Please be clear and honest about your policies and system. I will never be returning to this website again.

I’ve been a JustFab member for 2 years. The cheap prices keep me as a member. The website is easy to navigate and I order online. My last purchase was about 3 weeks ago. I purchased some black high heels. They were what I expected. I love JustFab. Overall, the experience is really good.

I just wanted to say at first I was pretty ticked off that I didn't realize this was a membership program. I mean how many people read the fine print!? Anyway, when I called to complain and asked for my money back, they told me they would not refund my money. However, they did let me take my 2 credits (2 months worth of payments) and purchase two pairs of boots/shoes. Basically, it cost me $79.90 that I had already given them thru my credit card, but I did get free shipping so no additional money was spent. Once I purchased them, I called JustFab promptly back and cancelled my membership. Now asking them to let me cancel was somewhat of a circus, but I held my ground and finally got it done along with an email showing I cancelled. Although I think they are pretty sneaky in the way they do this, at least I did get my money back even though it was through a purchase. Better than getting nothing for my $79.90.

I ordered a pair of booties from JustFab back in September of 2013. After receiving my item, I was pretty excited about the product (as they were pretty fabulous), yet held off on placing another order due to my budget. I logged into my account and 'skipped' the month of October.... After some thought, I decided the VIP membership with JustFab required too much attention. Remembering to log in each month to 'skip' on a purchase from my selected boutique was too burdensome and not something I wanted to be tasked with each reoccurring month. I decided to cancel my account on 11/1/2013. After cancelling, I never thought to log into a now DEACTIVATED account to 'skip' - as I assumed this action was irrelevant considering my account was confirmed to be CLOSED with a JustFab customer service representative.
However, I received a charge on my debit card in the amount of $39.95 on 11/6/13. Confused, I contacted the customer service department at JustFab. I explained the situation to the Customer Service Rep who insinuated that no charges have been placed on my account. After going back in forth with the CSR at JustFab, they requested that I do a 3-way call with my bank to confirm the charges. I did. A representative from my bank confirmed the charge on my account with a JustFab CSR on the 3-way call which ended up being a complete waste of time. In conclusion, the CSR proceeded to tell both myself and my bank representative that they did not show any charges to my account on their end since my September purchase (also, they ran my debit card # through their systems to confirm it was not associated to any other JustFab accounts). While still in the 3-way call, my bank instructed me to come in and file an internal dispute for the charges.
I made it to my bank and filed a dispute against the charges on Friday, November 8, 2013. This was a complete inconvenience considering that my credit union is located in a separate county than the one I currently reside. Upon filing the claim and writing up a full dispute, my bank personally credited my account immediately and took over the claim as their own liability (kudos to my credit union for doing so :)). Since November 8th, I assumed my relations with JustFab would be over. Today, December 7, 2013, I received yet another $39.95 charge on my debit card, for a CLOSED ACCOUNT!!! Considering that my bank is closed on the weekends, I have to wait until Monday afternoon when I get off from work to make the commute to file another dispute. Even more, in the brink of the holiday season, I have to cancel my debit card to protect myself against future unauthorized access to my bank account.
I believe that if consumers were told upfront that they were enrolling in an actual subscription, rather than a 'VIP membership', these sorts of inconveniences would be dodged all together.... Personally, I would have never made that first purchase! Considering that I am not even a "member" to JustFab, I have to question the legality of these practices?

I purchased a pair of boots in September for $19.99. It sounded like a great deal for a poor college student. Well, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. The boots were horrible, they didn't fit, and so I returned them. The "Fab Consultant" I spoke to told me I would receive a partial refund due to the restocking fee. Fine. I thought that was the end of my relationship with the shady company. I checked my account today and realized I had a pending charge from JustFab for $39.95. I looked back over my account and saw another one in November that I hadn't even realized had been charged. Had I known, I would have called as I did today.
So, I spoke to another Fab Consultant named "Rob"- ID #**. He gave me a scripted justification for taking the money out and said they can refund 1 charge but that would be it. He said it was my responsibility to check my emails from JustFab (which go into my junk folder, which means I've had no idea I was receiving them) to select the skip a month or whatever he said. I told him I was not aware that when I ordered the boots that I enrolled into a scam that robs a person of $39.95 a month. I'm pretty sure I canceled my relationship to the company when I asked to return the boots. He basically insulted me calling me liar and saying I DID knowingly agree to the terms of their company.
I'm a college student. I don't have $39.95 a month to blow on crappy and generic shoes. Needless to say, I accepted the 1 refund and they are "investigating" my claim that I canceled my account. This company is the lowlife of consumerism and takes advantage of roping people in with a good deal and making their money by charging monthly fees without the consumer's permission. It's disgusting and it's thievery. DO NOT begin a relationship with JustFab. You will pay for it and you will regret it. I will be shocked if they actually do refund me the 1 month so I'm assuming I am just out $80. I will be contacting my bank to resolve the charges as fraudulent activity and I will contact the BBB.
I'm sure it's not the first time they've heard a complaint about this ridiculous company. Based on the other reviews I've read, this is the way they do business and they know what they are doing. The rep I spoke to said exactly what others have said about their experience in the reviews listed about the company. JustFab is a complete rip off and the epitome of shady business. You should be ashamed of yourself, JustFab.

The company is scamming people. I joined and bought a pair of boots at a low price of $19.95 which I thought was great. However, two months later, I noticed a charge from them for $39.95 even though I did not buy anything. The same day they emailed me saying "You've got credit to spend". The email read, "Your December member credit has been issued and is waiting in your Boutique. You can use it any time towards any fabulous purchase totaling $39.95 or above." I thought how could that be? Turns out they charged my account without my permission. When I called to get my money back I found out that unless YOU remember to log on and "skip a boutique" every month, you will be charged. I then realized they did this the month prior without me even realizing it. They said they send emails telling you when you have to "skip a boutique", but I was never sent one of these emails. They sent me that one email that was after I was already charged. I never had any way of knowing I would be charged. DO NOT join this website. You WILL end up getting charged for a month someway or another.

I purchased a pair of peep toe heels from JustFab recently. Everything is roughly the same price as that of other competitors and with them I can see everything and not just what they pick for me. I placed my order online and it was easy to navigate. I like JustFab and I’m definitely going to stay with them. They have really good customer service and their products are really good as well.

Site uses a shady UI and tricks you into signing up for a membership one way or another. Borderline scam. Called rep to get a refund (2 months worth) and to cancel my membership. Rep refuses to refund both and can only do 1. After some arguing, rep ask if I would like to cancel the membership then. I said, "Well duh!" Couple seconds later, he said, “It’s done, VIP membership cancelled.” I then asked about my refunds. His reply, "Sorry, refunds are for VIP members only." **.
He then gives me some BS about not being able to reopen the account. But another 5 minutes of "politely" asking and somehow he miraculous resurrected my "dead" account. I settled for a 1-month refund, and will let my credit card company handle the other refund. Found an article detailing the shadiness of the company...

Most recently I purchased shoes, pants and a handbag from JustFab. I do my purchase online. It’s easy to navigate the site. The website gets better frequently. It started out pretty rough. When I first started with them they were new and it was pretty simple. I’ve been a member for 3 years. They have good prices and lots of choices. I look forward to it every month. It’s always good.

I had a credit in my account from a month that I forgot to skip (I'm not going to get into the lack of explanation about how this system works re: charging you every month because other people have already delved into that). I ordered a pair of "Telluride" boots in a size 8 as the WEBSITE says that the shoes fit true to size. After I had placed the order, I read some reviews and while everyone was happy with the shoe, they did note that the lining in the shoes make them a bit snug and to order a size up. Since it had been literally 5 minutes since I placed the order, I figured I would contact a representative through live chat to change the size.
Long story short, I had to wait LITERALLY an hour to get through to someone and by that point it was too late to change the order. Naturally, this was extremely frustrating as it was the extremely long wait for customer service paired with the inaccurate fit description that led me to this issue. I phoned in to cancel my membership and the woman I spoke with told me that she spoke to "the warehouse" and the initial order I had made for the Telluride boots in a size 8 will be canceled within 24-48 hours and that she would process a second order for the same boots in a size 9 so that I wouldn't have to deal with the complicated process of exchanging the items (I say complicated because there is ZERO information on their website regarding returns and exchanges and printing return labels despite the fact that the packing slip says you can print them right off their website).
I then realized that I should verify that she wasn't charging my credit card the full amount as I had paid for the original order with an existing credit and I did not want to essentially pay twice for these shoes on my credit card. As I suspected, she charged my credit card the full $41.95 (the shipping was waived) and told me that the credit I used for the original purchase would just be put back to my account. This was not acceptable as I would be paying twice for shoes when I just wanted to use up my credit. She apologized and said she would cancel this second order right away and that I should call back the next day to place a THIRD order using the original credit from the first purchase that would be back into my account.
I phoned back and not surprisingly, nothing had been canceled. The first order in the wrong size was already shipped and no attempt had been make to cancel the second order. I was told that it was now too late to cancel the second order but that I could "return them for a full refund once I received them", as if that is some sort of consolation for the fact that they dropped the ball so many times. She also offered me 25% off my next order, as if I would put myself through the hell of ordering through this sham of a company again. I told her this was not acceptable compensation and that I would like to at least be compensated the $6.95 I paid in shipping for the original order that was already on its way to me. She was "checking" if she could when the call was "accidentally" disconnected before a resolution and I waited a full five minutes for someone to call me back. Nobody did.
So I phoned in again and was told by another rep that the second order could be canceled and it would be processed in the next 24-48 hours. I told her that I had spoken with someone the day before who said the same thing and didn't do it and I had spoken to someone just 10 minutes prior and told that this was not possible. I asked her to confirm with me on the phone that this cancellation could be done. I was assured that it could be done. I am currently on hold waiting to speak with a supervisor to triple check that this order has been canceled and to cancel my membership. I am not confident that they will process the cancellation based on their previous failures. The business practices of this company are questionable at best, and I will not be surprised when they go out of business as a result.

I read reviews before starting to use the site and I kept seeing great things. However, I was quick to create an account on JustFab because of the $19.99 special when you sign up. Even though they claimed I could skip the month by the 5th, after checking my card account, I was charged $39.95 on Oct. 6th and Nov. 7th. When I received an email to skip the month, there was no link and when I checked the website I did not see a button on the site where I could skip this month. I am seriously thinking about cancel my membership.

I was initially pleased with the items I received through JustFab. I gave birth to twins this summer and didn't have a need for shoes or want to worry about declining every month once they were born so I went onto their website and cancelled my membership. I was shocked three months later when I noticed that I was still a member and had been charged an additional three months. I immediately made another cancellation request, asked for confirmation of the cancellation and a refund as well as skipped my shipment for that month just to make sure I wouldn't be charged. Not only did I not hear back and not receive a refund, I was charged $39.95 again, which makes for almost $160 they have charged me fraudulently. Very disappointed. Calling my credit card company to block all future charges.

I really wanted to try this company because I have constantly received emails from them, and browsed the site and saw commercials. There were a lot of things that I liked. I ended up ordering some items and I guess because of the discount I was immediately enrolled as a VIP member. I received an email letting me know they would send me a personal boutique every month. Not such a huge problem. I rather like this idea because sometimes I forget about sites with nice things and good prices. Of course I am not a fan of the $39.95 if you don't skip the month. I guess it makes sense from a business stand point though since you'd either sign in before the 5th and buy something or not sign in at all and get charged. Either way, JustFab makes money.
The problem arose when I later got an email saying my style boutique is ready. This is rather annoying because I already made a purchase this month. I should not be required to "skip the month" for a month I already made a purchase. Anyway, I made sure to skip. Then a few days later on Dec. 1, I check the website again to send a link to a pair of shoes to my sister. I notice I have a credit in the account and wonder why. Right after, I received an email telling me that I needed to remember to skip if I didn't want to be charged. So I had already skipped a few days before for November even though I made a purchase in November and I knew I was required to skip again in December. But I thought I had until the 5th. I had to call to get this straightened out and the woman told me it was a glitch and the money would be refunded. Fine. Except when I went to skip the month there was no skip the month option. I notice that others are complaining of that too. JustFab, it is not cool to hide the skip the month link until the 3rd or the 4th. It's happening to too many people.
Secondly, I received my order this week and my shoes are beautiful. But the left foot is a size 8 and the right is a size 8.5. Now what? I have to spend money sending this back so I can get what I want. This is why I shop online. To avoid hassle. And ever since I've ordered from here there's been nothing but trouble. I'm giving you ONE MORE MONTH because your items are cute but after that you're fired! I will shop someplace else.

Once I purchased with them, the community on Facebook was really friendly and one time I ordered the wrong color and called to change it, and that was really easy. All I can say is what a disappointment! On the first day of December, I was incorrectly billed $39.95, even though I had plenty of time to still skip the month. Come to find out it was a "system glitch" and I shouldn't see it on my bank statement. Well it was and still is! And I am still waiting for my money to be released. So basically I have to wait who knows how many more days to get my OWN money back, that is if I do at all. To make things worst customer service was horrible. Made a call to the call center to only speak with someone trying to rush me off the phone. Never recommending or purchasing from them again!

As I mentioned before, they have a good selection and good prices but be aware it is a $39.95 monthly membership that you are automatically signed up for. Many people will not have an issue with this membership program, but if you are just looking for a one time purchase for let's say "Your Daughters" this is not the place to do it.
Justfab stepped up to the plate and resolved my issue with them. A full refund was granted and my membership has been cancelled, although it did have to come to this point to get the refund.
As I mentioned before, they have a good selection and good prices but be aware it is a $39.95 monthly membership that you are automatically signed up for. Many people will not have an issue with this membership program, but if you are just looking for a one time purchase for let's say "Your Daughters" this is not the place to do it.

Here is a site with a great selection of shoes. Prices seem quite reasonable as well, but there is a very devious catch. As soon as you make one purchase on this site they immediately start to draw $39 from your credit card every month. I'm sure they will say they tell you this. I'm also sure it is buried in the fine print. For this $39, you can select any item you wish for the credit you received with the $39 charge. You pay the shipping. But let's say you didn't notice this charge for a couple of months, now you have 2 credits for the $78 they took from your credit card. You call up and request your funds back and to cancel the account immediately, they refuse to return the funds and if you opt out of the automatic withdraw you also lose the 2 credits you have already bought. So know you are stuck picking 2 items, even though you have no use for them and then cancelling your account. But wait, it gets better. After you have confirmed the cancellation they charge your card for the next three months and again refuse to reimburse the funds. Class action lawsuit is the only thing that will fix this despicable company.

JustFab is a deceitful company. If there were a star lower than one full one that is what I would rate it. I am supposed to have until December 5th to skip the month. Why is it that you take out $43 on the 2nd of December? I called in and once again I get a generic answer "Rest assure your money will be back within the next 24 to 48 hours." And it was a "system glitch"... Do you think I was born yesterday? This company is a scam and this is the second time I have had an altercation. If I don't receive my money I will take legal action. This is just ridiculous. I'm canceling this stupid account as soon as I get ALL 43 dollars. P.S. You guys need to hire people with sense at the call centers. Thanks.

After seeing adverts on TV I decided to try Just Fab out for myself. Well I couldn't have been more disappointed. They decided to take 70 pounds out of my account even though the total was 35! I would not have know this if I didn't check my bank account online. And did they tell me about this mistake via email.. Phone call? No! After waiting on hold for 20 minutes I am furious with the fact that they didn't even apologize and said it was just a "mistake" and the money would take 3-5 days to be back in my account. I hoped they would offer me at least an apology. I will never use this site again!

I don’t want to make this too long cause I’m probably wasting my time typing this. I signed onto JustFab because I found out through Pinterest that they have wide calf boots. So on Oct 29, I signed up and there was a promo that popped up. It said if I ordered within 24 hours, it'll only cost $19.95! So of course I looked through the wide calf boots and ordered a pair. When the boot came in, it didn’t fit (problem #1) and my bank account was charged $34.95 for VIP, which I had no idea I even signed up for (problem #2), and because of the charge I got over drafted in my bank account (problem #3).
I know #3 wasn’t their problem but I fixed number 1 and 2; number 3 would be resolved. I called the customer service and right off the bat, I knew I wasn’t gonna get my situation solved. The guy had broken English and when I tried to explain the situation, he sounded like he was reading off a paper. Every time I told him one thing he'd just repeat himself and say either "you can skip the month" or "we're getting more stuff in Dec." The ONLY pair of shoes I would get is sold out. I don’t need credit for anything else. I’m not interested.
I was just so frustrated that I just thanked him and hung up. I called again the next day and again got the same result. I don’t understand why they would even have a guy that can barely speak English answer these calls. So after 2 phone calls, I’ve had NO results. I just want to: (1) exchange my boots and (2) get my money back for the VIP. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult. Because of this situation, my bank account got messed up. I couldn’t do any Black Friday shopping, and now no Cyber Monday deals...

I wish I had read the Justfab reviews before making my order. I have looked at the site many times and decided to make my first purchase yesterday on November 30. I became a VIP member upon making my order, which means I will receive special picks for my style each month. No problem. I have until the 5th of the month to opt out of making a purchase or I will automatically be charged $39.95. Not a fan of this idea, but I can do that.
First thing this morning I checked my email to find that My Boutique was ready to be viewed. Since I just made a purchase, I decided that I would simply "skip the month". YEAH RIGHT! I searched diligently for several minutes for the "skip the month" button. Apparently it doesn't exist in my boutique. Frustrated, I called customer service to just cancel my membership.
My call was answered promptly by Chris who was polite but spoke very broken and barely understandable English, and I explained my situation. To my surprise, he couldn't find the button on my page either and informed me that they would refund my $39.95. What? It's the first day of the month and I had already been charged at 7:30 am for $39.95. He said I would be credited the amount and it would be 3-5 days. Why? It only took them 3-5 hours to charge my card.
I am going to give the company another month. If I continue to have issues I will attempt to cancel my membership. This is not how a "VIP" should be treated.

Let me start with the good; I love my boots and bag. While it is not phenomenal quality, it is absolutely worth more than the $19.00 I paid for the shoes and $14.00 I paid for the bag.
Here is my hesitation about this business - the monthly charge of $39.95 is very discreetly mentioned. It wasn't until after I signed up & made my first purchase that I realized I had enrolled to be a "VIP" member and would thus be charged monthly unless I opted to "skip a month." Not great for a busy teacher & mommy. I had to call customer service THREE times! The first time, I told the woman I did not want to be a member. She attempted to pitch to me why I should stay, despite my insistence that I cancel my membership. I understand that that is her job. My qualm comes when I waited and waited... and found that she still did not cancel my membership. I went online, cancelled myself, and called to confirm that it had been cancelled. I was either hung up on or the call was dropped. Hopefully it was the latter. When I called a THIRD time, I finally had someone confirm my membership is cancelled. It was a bit exhausting.
However, after reading these reviews, I am VERY nervous. I will be watching my billing very closely to ensure that I am NOT charged. That is stressful and quite a hassle. Here is my take: If you have the time and energy to ensure that you either "skip" or "purchase" monthly, this really is a great opportunity to expand your wardrobe with some fun, inexpensive shoes, bags & accessories. If that is not you, it is absolutely nightmarish to ensure your membership is cancelled & you are not charged. Just understand that!

I have been receiving emails from JustFab for newly a year. Last night (taking advance of Black Friday), I decided to treat myself. I had spoken to my sister about the order and she was explaining to me the issues she was having. I decided the boots I ordered would not be worth it. I woke up this morning and decided to go online and cancel. While waiting for the website to come up, I decided to look up the reviews on JustFab. Not good. Most complaints was on cancellation. The website did advise to contact them via phone. When I called, I spoke with Joseph. Joseph was rude and unprofessional. I have worked in customer service for over 15 years and I have come to realize it is not for everyone. Joseph kept cutting me off. Then he told me not to be rude.
I had to ask Joseph to stop talking for a minute so I could explain to him (as the customer) what I needed. Then he could tell me how he can/cannot assist. I asked for a confirmation on the cancellation, Joseph advised me I would get an email. I asked why I could not get the confirmation from him. I advised him of the reason why I would prefer to get the info from him than wait for an email that may never come. He explained the confirmation emails are computer-generated. I asked how long should I expect to receive this email. He said 5-10 minutes. I asked what additional information I needed from him. He said no. It has been 15 minutes from me hanging up from JustFab, just checked my email. I received an email from JustFab asking me "if they made the grade". Nothing about cancellation but thanking me for contacting Member Services.

I came across this company while browsing the internet a long time ago and have been a JustFab member since 2010/2011 right after it first started. My last purchase was a pair of boots and that was four weeks ago. I like the personalized style and that it was easy to shop and they are cheap. When I first started looking at their site, they had really, really nice shoes. Their styles have changed over time, but I think they have some of the best shoes. They fit the best and more true to size than any site that I’ve purchased from. Usually, when I order from them, I’m pretty sure that when I get it home, that it’s going to fit me and they do! Plus, they have great purses too. I love their purses! And to top it all off, their customer service is really good! I’ve been a member of JustFab for a couple of years now and I’ve never had any problems with anybody being rude. If I need something, they’re usually right on top of it. They’re great!

I thought I canceled the membership in Sept. but apparently not since I was charged in Oct. I called and spoke to "Ronald" who was rude and sarcastic... "Shame on Me" for not knowing I cannot cancel via online. You have to call them. That's because they harass you on the phone by trying to sell the products and membership. Finally, he said I would receive a credit within 5 business days. Guess what? Not only did I not get a credit but another charge! I called and spoke to "Arthur"- who was clueless.
First, he could not get my name right. The first time he said it incorrectly - I corrected him. He said it at least 5 times during the conversation, even though every time I corrected him. He did not understand what I was talking about... Not sure why because I said, "This was canceled. I spoke to Ronald, but I'm still being charged." I was so frustrated I told him to forget it that I would contact American Express and let them handle it. So that's what I did... I contacted American Express who refunded my money and blocked them from charging me. What is upsetting is the amount of time I wasted trying to cancel this membership.

Everything I clicked on on their website was out of stock. There was no boots I actually liked that were in stock. I ended up going on Amazon to pick out a pair of boots. JustFab is a shoe website. You think they wouldn’t have 75% of their boots out of stock? UGH, so annoyed.

I let my daughter order a pair of boots online with her money in my account (she is under 18). She picked out the boots on JustFab, started to order them, page asked if you want to VIP member. She hit no, then the page asked, "Do you still want the boots" - she hits yes. Now I'm paying for VIP membership which she had no clue about, and which I don't want. Fine I call about them, about taking the $39.95 out and tell them I don't want to be an VIP member. Just want my money back. They told me it would be back in my account in 3 to 5 business days. 20 days later, it still is not in my account .
Yes, I know I didn't watch what my child had done. Lesson learned, thinking she was just get boots online. Like other place that do not ask you to pay to be a member. I could list hundreds that you do have to do that you order the boots, you get the boots, deal done (mine and her mistake). I just want my money back and have called three times if not more about this and all I get is, "Sorry, I will try to get that refund out to you in three to five business days." Not a good company to deal with. I have read more reviews and don't have a lot of good ones on other pages. BUYER BEWARE.

Our experience with JustFab is fine. I heard about them from a friend and have been with them for a couple of years. The quality of the items are okay. You get what you paid for. You only pay $40 for a pair of shoes or $30... They are good for the money. Most of their shoes, 90% have fit me. I can’t really complain about the shoes for the most part. The main reason why I chose them over a different online retailer is the price and the assortment... It’s the different assortment and the types of shoes basically and the feel that they have. It’s a good company. I don’t have any problem with it.

I bought a pair of boots on the JustFab.com website that I was happy with. Unfortunately, I will not purchase any other products from this company. When my boots came, a notice in the mail came explaining that I was a VIP member, and my account would be charged $39.95 a month, if I did not "skip" the month by the 5th of each month. I was not aware of this before I made a purchase. The notice also explained I could cancel at any time. I have called three times to cancel my subscription, and three times, the customer service reps have told me they will send a computer-generated confirmation e-mail within 24 hours. I still have not received a confirmation e-mail, and I am worried they will charge my account. I don't like being lied to, and I do not recommend this website.

I canceled my JustFab membership in July of this year. After that, my husband noticed they continued to charge us after I had canceled. I called to find out what was going on, and apparently they "forgot" to notify the billing department to stop charging my credit card. They told me I would receive a full refund of $119.85 within 3-5 business days. Instead I received just $39.95. I had to call back again and ask them where the full amount is. Again they had "forgot". If you are deciding to get a membership with this company, don't. I have had many friends have issues as well. Save yourself the stress!

I had a gastric bypass. I lost over 200 pounds and wanted to try out wearing heels. I got into that and I love them! I signed up with JustFab because of their selection and the heel height and then the platform. I can wear like a 5-1/2 inch heel as long as they have almost a two-inch platform.
I’ve been with JustFab for at least a year or two. I purchased a beautiful shoe. It’s gold and it has what looks like a black lace overlay with the extra strap. I also got boots… I love them… and purses and shoes from Andrea’s collection. They have a great selection! If something’s not right, if the shoe doesn’t feel centered (I’ve had that problem before, it’s more to the left, the heel may be more to the right), there was no problem... I got it labeled, sent it back. They made the correction, or I got just a different shoe… It’s fast! You don’t have to wait forever to get your shoe. I love that!
The shoes actually match my personality or what I’m wearing for that day or how I feel. It’s just awesome. The only thing I do not like is sometimes the VIP members get it seems like better deals than the elite members because they are allowed to get sometimes the two for $39.95 when the elite members are not.

I was online Googling and found JustFab because I like shoes. I don’t necessarily want to pay $200 or $300 for shoes that I have. And they lasted about the same as a $40… so it doesn’t really matter with women and shoes. I learned that I can get a couple of pairs of shoes every month and my husband won’t complain. I chose them because of the price and it’s way more fashion forward. You’ll go into a Macy’s and all the shoes happen to be our favorite shoe colors - black and brown. Like, “Hey, I need some more color.” And so they’re way more trendy.
Before Kimora Lee they had all the different options. I’ve been a member since 2009. I was just going there so I can make some purchases because I like the luxe line so I wanted to get a pair of those. It’s fabulous! Incredible!

So I decided to cancel my membership. I did not see any shoes that I wanted and I still had one credit to use. I was able to find the cancel membership form which said to call and cancel. I called to cancel and after being on hold for 15 minutes, I told there was no way I could cancel before using my credit. If I cancelled then, I would forfeit my credit. So I found a pair of shoes I wanted but the shipping address I had on file was for my mother (I had sent her a gift). Once I realized it I called JustFab and was told they could not update the address for my order, that they would have to cancel it and start a new order. She said the boot I wanted was no longer available and did I want it in another color. (Absolutely Not). I logged back in myself and found that the boot was still available. I tried to order the boot but it would not accept my correct address and would not allow me to modify the address. The address I was given at check out was different than the one on my profile. I HATE this company so much I might just cancel before I find something, 40.00 well spent to be rid of them.

I bought a pair of shoes for the first time from JustFab last month for $19.95 because it was my FIRST pair. There was absolutely nothing that told me I am going to get charged $39.95 every month unless I "skip the month". I called customer service today and the foreign lady just kept telling me my money can not be refunded and I insisted on speaking with a supervisor and she just ignored my request trying to show me other offers I can buy with my credit. I am disgusted because I am a college student that just needed a pair of boots and I chose this site to buy them and it went from a $20 pair of shoes to a $60 pair of shoes. I am now negative in my account because of this. I was definitely planning on buying another pair when I had the money but now I WILL NOT come back because I have been robbed for $40. I was a member of ShoeDazzle which is the same idea as JustFab, and I am involved in a Facebook group of women who are members of both. So I signed up with them for some variety. I’ve been a member for around 2 years. The last thing I bought was a pair of Ombre skinny jeans. Everything that I’ve ever purchased from them was always amazing! There was just this one time that I was unhappy with something and it was over a year and a half ago. The shoes were very small and even when I went like a size and a half up, they were still very small. Everybody was extremely helpful and the only time I’ve really ever had an issue, they were amazing. I’ve recommended them to plenty of people. And the members have got to have kids, too. So my daughters are clad in Fabulous clothing as well.

I’ve looked at Shoe Dazzle and happened to like JustFab better. I love their products. They have all kinds of stuff. I think they have better things. And their search function is really great. You can narrow it down by style, color and size, and it’s really amazing! You can get just what you’re looking for. I love everything I’ve gotten from them ever! And I’ve been a member for 4-5 years. I like that they have selections for me every month. I can look at it based on what I bought before and the questions that I answered when I signed up. You always get them really close and if you don’t like them then you say “provide me with selections”, and you get them the next day and that’s really nice, or you can just look at everything.
I bought 4 pairs of boots 2 months ago. They’re great and comfortable. The other function that I really, really like is that they’ve added a luxury brand. They’re a little more expensive but they’re real leather and stuff. They’re very, very nice. I tell everybody about Just Fab.

I’ve been a JustFab member for over a year. Last month I bought a purse. I purchase there every month. I’m happy with everything I’ve gotten from them and when I’m not happy, it’s easy to return. They’re efficient, and the site is easy to navigate. I recommend them all the time.

I saw JustFab through a magazine. Back then I liked the free shipping. It was one price and they had a pretty large variety. I’ve been with them for 3 years or more. I buy boots and shoes from them. I like the ease of using it and then making the selections.

I learned of JustFab the 2nd month they started. I have a shoe fetish and just found the website by accident. I probably was one of their first customers. It has been 3 or 4 years. The shoes… such beautiful styles and different variations - boots, mini boots, short boots, peep toes and I think that’s great! I probably have 150 pair of shoes from Just Fab. I’m an elite member and when Kimora took over, it made it even better. I wish they have more boots but they’re great. Just last month I bought 2 pairs of shoes. It’s just I had to send them back to exchange the sizes. I wore a 7 and a half. Some 7 and a half are size 7 and some are 8, so you got to do your way around in them. I have recommended Just Fab and there are 2 of my other family members that use them. If I could get a little note from Kimora, that would be even better.

I have been a customer of Just Fab for about 3 years now and LOVE all their products. My boutiques for the most part have been spot on and I love the fact that I can ask for more if I need it. I have not had any problems w/ the quality of the product and their customer service is amazing when I need them. I was aware when I signed up of their 39.95 monthly fee and the option of skipping the month to waive that fee. I did read the terms and conditions when I signed up and was fully aware of the options and my experience with them has been nothing short of amazing!

About a month ago I ordered a pair of shoes from JustFab. When I received them they were too big. I sent them back and requested the correct size. A few weeks later I realized that I never received the new pair. I went to JustFab.com and it said my order had been canceled. Yet I had never canceled it, nor heard from anyone that it was canceled. Along with the cancellation of my order, I noticed a charge on my card of $39.95, even though I had not purchased anything else. I called the number that JustFab has on the bottom of the page, and waited almost an hour for a response. When someone finally answered, they had such a thick accent I could barely make out what they were saying to me.
I finally cleared up what the random charge was for and she took it off of my account. I asked about what happened to my order and the woman told me that the shoes I ordered ran out of stock. The woman was not friendly at all, and it took a while for her to let me know what the charge was and why my shoes had been canceled. After hanging up the phone, I looked back at the website to pick a different pair of shoes. But now have to pay $40 instead of $20. This pair of shoes is technically still my first pair of shoes, so I assumed they would still be $20. I have emailed the JustFab website three times, and still have gotten no response. I would either like a pair of shoes for $20 or my money back. If I knew how much trouble I would have with this website I never would have made an account.

I have had an open case since June 2013... For some reason, even after giving the agent who was supposed to refund the 6 charges of $39.95 from 2 of my debit accounts my debit card numbers, they only processed one. The reason.... I used 2 different phone numbers!!!!! How ridiculous, I thought! Anyway, I have my fingers crossed that someone from "upper management in billing" will process the refund back to me. After reading all the complaints, I think JustFab should make these charges more obvious. Right now, it seems they are 'thriving' on taking advantage of customers that don't see the statement that says they are signing up for a 'membership'. Come ON, Kimora Simmons, am sure you would have better ratings and more return customers. PS, the shoes are not too bad, so focusing on being more open with the charges will go a long way!

As I have read other complaints, I just experience the same thing, with a guy whom you could barely understand and who I had to argue five times that I did not want an account or to be even associated with JustFab anymore. He finally agreed to refund my money and cancel my account but not before throwing in some extra information that I did not understand because he did not speak English.
I am appalled that Kimora Lee Simmons or any other celebrity would associate their name with this kind of practice. I do surveys and reviews all the time and I am always fair. I have never experienced such harassment from anyone before, and I agree with the others that someone in that company needs to do something about their policies and the people they hire. I just can't believe that they actually train people to harass you into keeping an account or product that you have repeatedly explained that you don't want; because of this experience I will never order anything online again!

They take money from your account every month automatically even if you don’t make a purchase!!! I called to cancel and they DID everything to make me use my points and not cancel after telling them 3 times I wanted to cancel. I had already called the previous month to do so and they never cancelled so I got charged again and they didn’t want to return my money!!! I ordered my first pair of shoes from JustFab; they did not fit! They would not let me return them or exchange them because of some ridiculous first time offer or sale rule. Why they couldn't exchange them for something at the same price that I could fit is beyond my understanding because they were not made just for me! So after this matter, I wrote to them and told them I no longer wanted to have anything to do with them, close my account and do not send me anymore emails. They continued to send me emails and then took money out of my account that I did not authorize them to take out. I have emailed them at their contact information with no results. I will not stop contacting them or whoever else I need to contact until I get my money back.

You have no option but to create an account, so I did and I placed an order. Then I received notification that you get charged automatically and can only skip months or so long. As there is little selection for me, I IMMEDIATELY emailed to cancel my order on their site. I then also email a Second time the next day to ensure of the cancellation. I then received an email that my order shipped? I called them and asked why, I had contacted them twice to cancel. They told me it was too late as it shipped, and I can't cancel my account or I can't return the item - which I didn't want and they shipped in error. Did I mention I sent 2 emails to cancel that were ignored? I have been charged on my credit card and will be stuck with restocking and shipping costs and then I can only hope I can actually cancel the "VIP" I didn't want!

I have been a member of JustFab for about 3 years now, and I LOVE shopping on their site. Like many women I have a guilty pleasure of loving shoes, and one of the main things I love is the huge variety on the site. I am very busy with my work life, so I rely heavily on shopping online...A huge perk of JF is the free shipping and exchanges! Anytime I have a shoe that just doesn't fit right I just zip it on back for free, then take my choice of another one.
One thing for people to keep in mind is if they join under the "VIP membership" there will be a monthly fee involved if they do not skip their monthly selections, but I don't mind this since I order almost every month anyways! It is by far one of my favorite sites for shopping. If you love shoes, great quality, and easy shopping then join JF!

I recently purchased a pair of boots from JustFab.com. I do not regularly online shop and purchased the boots in good faith. This was a mistake. Not once during the purchasing process did it CLEARLY state anywhere that I was consenting to paying $39.99 every month unless I went on the website between the 1 and the 5 of the month to "skip" the payment. When I noticed the charge to my account I called immediately thinking it was a mistake and that it would be easily refunded with a quick resolution. I was wrong once again.
I was on the phone with a so called "fashion consultant" who spoke very poor English and when I continuously asked to speak to someone else my request was denied, which only made the situation more frustrating. Not only could I not understand what the representative was saying I could not believe that a business would perform such shady practices and not right their wrong. I work with the public every day in customer service and I felt terrible to be taking my frustrations out on someone who did not create these policies but upon further research of justfab.com I am not the only dissatisfied customer. I cannot believe that JustFab is sitting by watching customer after customer become more and more infuriated and not making a legitimate change to stop this problem that so many people have had.
As soon as my money is refunded, which from the sounds of other complaints it may take up to 6 months, I will be getting off the VIP list. I will warn any person I know not to shop on your website because after so many complaints and so many issues you would think as a business you would change how you are displaying your information. I can't believe this is legal. Honestly when I read positive reviews about your website I can't imagine any actual customer is writing them because my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I work for a company who puts the customer first and right any wrong they feel they have experienced and this keeps customers coming back.
If you want returning customers, you have to change the way you are conducting business. It doesn't seem like you are going to though because there are 700 complaints on this website alone about the same exact experience I had, and still nothing has changed. It makes me sick to know I gave you any of my hard earned money. I hope this review helps any future customers, although I doubt this will help make any changes within the JustFab company. It seems money comes before customers with Justfab.com.
Hi Gina, sorry for any frustration. When you made your first purchase you became a VIP member. There's no obligation to buy and you can skip a month between the 1st-5th. If you forget to skip a credit is added to the account that can be used towards any item that you'd like in your boutique. Upon making your purchase we do give you the option to opt into the VIP membership if you'd like. Also we do include both and email and literature with your first purchase that explains our VIP membership and how it works. Three years ago while surfing the internet, I found JustFab. I seen that they were a shoe club (with cute shoes) so I instantly signed up. After my first purchase, I was hooked. Their products are trendy, stylish and a great quality for the price. Every 1st of the month feels like Christmas when I log in to my account. I get so excited to see the new shoe selections. Why is it that they lure you into buying shoes and then you get stuck with a 39.95 monthly fee that you can't cancel easily? I have been aware of the $39.95 charge applied when not opting out after 1st 5 days of the month. I learned this the hard way when it was not readily disclosed but later appeared in their T&Cs, which I accepted. But what they do not tell you is that the "credit" this charge turns into that can be applied to one "style" can only be done if that style is $39.95. The way they avoid this is by applying either "$15 promo discount" or other ambiguous discount at time of checkout so that your item is no longer that price and therefore your credit cannot be applied.
To my knowledge, every item on their website had this $15 promo discount attached to it. This is in essence stealing the money people are putting into their account at the beginning of the month when not opting out. To understand why the credits were not appearing, I first contacted their online chat customer service. After waiting 20 minutes, the person on the other end was extremely slow to ask basic ID questions and then did not answer my questions at all. Then once I got someone on the telephone named "Grace", she at first had no understanding why my credit wasn't applying to a single item, then refused to allow the credit to apply, then refused to give me a manager to speak with, a manager's name or extension, or her last name or extension.
In trying to use my two credits, I was told since one item was at risk of selling out, if I "bought" it now and it turns out later that it is no longer in the warehouse, then not only that item but any other items with my order would be canceled. This seems extremely poor online shopping and warehouse management. Finally she allowed me to purchase one item and then refund my money for the other credit. I owed $3.50 in tax, and when she was taking my credit card information, it took her 5 minutes to transcribe my address information and then lost the credit card number and had to ask for it again. During this time she was intermittently throwing out curse words. She mocked me repeatedly when I expressed subdued irritation. She was absolutely the most unprofessional customer service representative I have ever dealt with. When I asked to speak to a manager after the cursing and mocking, she became quiet and excused her actions because "she was new". Once I receive my one item and receive my credit back to my account, I will be canceling my Just Fab account and supporting what appears to be a class action lawsuit against the company.

However it's seems to me that nothing is being done to resolve the underlying issue of customers being mislead by your website, as I have read many similar complaints to mine.

I have never written a review for any company before but I have never felt so sick at the scam that is 'justfab'. I first saw Just Fab on an advertisement and thought it was such a good deal, all shoes for 35! Great for a student budget. However the minute you get into their website you are required to sign in and make an account, just see all of the shoes they offer (I now realize this alone should have sent alarm bells).
I purchased one pair of heels at 35 (having been given no other choice of price) and in buying the shoes I had signed up to be a VIP member! At no point along the way was I told that this meant you would be paying 35 a month until you told them otherwise. Unless you search their website to see what this entails there is nothing to inform you what it is. Normally if you sign up to something that takes a direct debit there would be another section to fill out bank details. Not in this case, they saved the bank details I had used to buy one pair of shoes.
It took me 3 months to realize why my student loan was decreasing more than it should. When I finally caught on they had already taken 105 out of my account. I rang a 'fashion consultant' (a call centre from abroad) to cancel my account, only to be told I should have read the small print in the terms and conditions. I now have 105 to spend in Justfab but quite frankly I am too nervous to make another purchase in case it results in them signing me up again!I do not know one single well respected shoe shop/distributor that would trick you into such a sneaky deal and make you feel like the idiot?! This company know what they are doing and therefore I will be writing and emailing complaints. I do not want this happening to other people, because it really is disgusting.
One final point, the shoes I purchased in the first place were tacky and I have never worn them. Stick to the trusted shoe shops, the higher prices are worth it! !

I bought a pair of shoes from JustFab which I thought were just on a half price ONE OFF deal. I expected to receive the shoes without any mess.
The shoes I ordered were a poor fit so I had to go through the hassle of speaking on the phone to a member of staff in order to receive a number so I could claim free postage. When I explained I wanted a refund I was asked question after question if I wanted another item or credit putting on my account. When I said I just wanted my money back they were rude and made out I was in the wrong, which made me feel very uncomfortable. They said they had emailed me this number, which they hadn't, so I had to ring AGAIN and go through the same scenario. I eventually sent the shoes back and received my refund, which I hoped would be the last I would hear. Unfortunately today I was sent an email explaining that £35 had left my account as I had not purchased a pair of shoes! I was very worried and angry and never wanted this contract. I immediately emailed the customer service team explaining my problem and that I wanted a full refund and to cancel my membership to ensure this would not happen again - plus I do not feel safe knowing that a company I do not trust have my card details! I received a reply very quickly which I was impressed with. However it consisted of a generic email that did not help me at all and looked like a standard template.
Personally, I would not recommend visiting JustFab, as it is not worth the hassle. I have not even got a pair of shoes to show for it all.

I thought that this was going to be a really great deal. Boy was I wrong! After I placed my order with Justfab.com I thought it was going to be a quick order and I'd have my shoes in just a couple of days. Well after waiting 12 days they finally arrived. I tried them on and wasn't happy with one of them. I figured "Hey I'll just return one of them".
I had already decided that I was going to cancel my membership because I was pretty annoyed by the volume of emails I received from the company in the 12 days since I placed my order. So I signed onto the website and started the return process. After entering a lot of information I was informed that I had to call because I had a VIP membership. Oh well, no big deal right? Wrong. After waiting on hold for an hour I finally was connected with someone who said they could help me return my items. Not only was the guy a total jerk, he was upset that I was going to cancel my membership. I said that I just wanted to return one pair of the shoes and get my money back. I thought I would be getting $20 bucks roughly. Well after paying to ship them back, and the restocking fee I was only going to end up getting $7 back! I complained that I thought that was really unfair and really just should have returned the whole order and not just part of it.
After arguing with the guy and being put on hold not fewer than 6 times, he "discussed my situation" with his manager and they jointly decided that I was a valued customer and they would wait these fees. Right. So I was told that they would give me return label and that 24 hours after the shoes arrive in their warehouse. My credit card would be credited for the $20 amount we discussed. So I packaged my shoes up and put the return label on and dropped it at the post office. It sat for 13 days! 13 DAYS! The shipping was the slowest I've ever seen. Not the post offices fault justfab.com chose that option because it's cheap.
So I got an email on a Sunday that I could expect my refund to show up in my account within 5 business days. So I waited two weeks just to be safe. Nothing. Not a thing. I called my credit card company thinking they could tell if a refund was pending. Nope. So I called Justfab. I had to explain the entire problem from the beginning because it was never noted on my account. So after being on the phone for another 40 minutes, they tell me that I can expect my refund to show up within 3 business days. Again I wait. Nothing. Not a thing. I'm going to call again tomorrow and fight with these people over this. I know its only $20 bucks but seriously. I really should have known better. So angry with myself for falling for a crap deal. Ugh. If I could give negative stars I would. Save your time, aggravation, money and sanity and just buy from ANYWHERE else. Ugh.

I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am to be a JustFab customer! I am a confessed shoeaholic and this is the best thing for my addiction!! The selection is amazing and the customer service is stellar! I've only had to return a pair of shoes once, but the CSR that helped me was so patient and helpful. It made the experience a joy. I became a member with JustFab about a year ago. I didn't really understand how their system worked at first until I noticed a charge from them on my account one month. I got that amount credited back no problem due to my ignorance on how the website worked. Once I got the hang of it, I ordered shoes and a clutch. When I received them, however, the shoes didn't fit and the clutch was more like a purse. So I returned the items no problem, JustFab even provided the shipping label. I was planning on just switching the items for something else so I picked the items I wanted and called JustFab to change the order. They changed it no problem. About a week or so later, I notice on my account that the new order was cancelled so I called them. I got disconnected with 3 agents before I finally had someone on the phone long enough. They told me they didn't have any of those items in stock so they cancelled the order. They didn't bother to call me or anything.
I asked them to refund the money I had spent on the order since everything I wanted was out of stock and I was growing really irritated with being hung up on and disconnected. They informed me they could only make ONE refund a year and since they already did one for me, they couldn't do it again. I spoke to a manger who ASSURED me they were going to refund the total and they apologized. This all happened in April 2013. It is now November 2013 and STILL no refund. Every time I call, I get disconnected or assured I will get the refund which I never have. I haven't even received a credit on my JustFab account for the total. This company has basically STOLEN my money and make it impossible to speak to anyone to complain. Horrible company, horrible experience. If you want to save your time and frustration, shop somewhere else.

I joined and placed an order with JustFab for about 5 pairs of shoes/boots. It said it was pending. I ordered some new clothes to go with them from another online shopping channel. I was excited and waited. 6 days, 10 days, nothing. I do not get an email or anything, just my inbox flooded daily with Just Fab emails (which were supposed to come once a week) and were getting annoying, but I was waiting for confirmation that the order was on its way.
Well after about 15 days I go online to their website, and to my amazement, the order was simply cancelled BY THEM. Not an email, nothing to say why. I was so pissed off. I tried to talk to their live chat, but I guess they are trained to only copy and paste a script. They came across illiterate because they could not even comfort me or apologize for how they dealt with me. The life chat operate, disconnected our conversation, only making me more angry. I called the 1-800 number only to find out that there is no one managing this company at all. I deleted my account, or thought I did, only to find out later it was still there when I signed in (testing it).
I spoke to my daughter in law, who did manage to get a pair of boots, and she was very happy with them. She convinced me to try them again. Well, I loved the look of the boots and shoes and really did want a good experience with them, so I signed up again. I took my time, and again picked out great boots...FIVE PAIRS and placed my order. Well, should it surprise me when I do not receive them either?? Yes, it did. I really thought it was a one off, that the experience I had was not the norm. The treatment I received from the idiots that they have managing their live chat is beyond words.
I think this company needs to be investigated. If they are taking people's personal information and not providing the service that they promise, but they have the credit card information on file because it did not delete mine when I closed the account. Something is going on that is suspicious to me. Cancelling 2 orders of five pairs of boots/shoes each time??? What reputable company would do that? They might be out one pair, but not send any. I have never heard of such treatment. I am afraid that this company is a SCAM.

The first problem I had was that they didn't send me a message when it was near the time they were going to take money from account so I couldn't skip the month. Then I phoned up at the ending of OCT and told them to... deleted my account. Then they took money out of my account on the 8th Nov when I have already closed my account. They better give me back my money. I'm never making an account with justfab again. Waste of my time.

Unable to cancel my account due to the phone number provided. Hangs up on you or tells you to call another number that is a phone company site. Scam!!! So guess what, I cancelled my credit card. This site is a complete joke and I hate playing games.

Last month I decided I no longer wanted to have to skip every month so after my first month I went ahead and skipped the month then canceled my membership online. This month my account was charged, only to find out I had to actually call to cancel my membership. Is there anyway I can get a refund? I don't need nor do I want the credit. My friend's purse she ordered broke the first day she used it and the shoes I ordered were stolen so I can't even say anything about the quality of those. Just fab, please change your options so you can ACTUALLY cancel your membership online rather than just putting that option up and nothing going through.

I was immediately drawn into the 'half price for your first pair of shoes' deal. You are forced into creating an account with them to make an order. I paid £17.50 for a pair of shoes that were worth about a fiver. The quality is pathetic, and the fact that everything else is 'only' £35 is ridiculous in itself as the shoes are so cheaply made! However the worst was yet to come. 4 months down the line, while checking my emails, I saw I had 4 receipts for payments to JustFab. At first I thought my account must have been hacked and that someone was using my bank details! But after a quick search about this issue, I noticed that so many people had the same problem.
The company is extremely shady in pointing out that you must log on to 'skip the month' between the 1st and 4th of each month. When I called, I was told that I receive emails about a reminder to do this. I DID NOT. The customer service is the worst I have ever been unfortunate enough to experience. I was put on hold and was on the phone for half an hour, listening to someone down the line who was scripted trying to sell me packages. All I wanted to do was get a refund and end my membership. They make it impossible to do this. I was brought to tears by this man who was not listening to him when I told him how desperate I was for my money back.
In the end, I was refunded only some of my money (£105) when I had been charged £140. After ending the call I noticed they had not ended my membership and so still had my bank details. I have just been to the bank and they have blocked JustFab from charging me ever again. They are the most impossible company to deal with, are so corrupt it makes my blood boil. DO NOT SIGN UP.

That almost all of the people on here giving this company one star are people that failed to read themselves!!! How can you come on here and give a company one star that clearly states once you purchase a pair of shoes you are agreeing to a monthly $39.95 a month to be deducted from your account unless you opt out. That isn't Just Fab's fault, that is YOUR FAULT for not reading clearly and doing what YOU are supposed to do. In this "fail to take responsibility for one's actions" society that we live in these days, I am not surprised. Read folks BEFORE YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS... I wouldn't refund you either. YOU FAILED TO HOLD UP YOUR END OF THE BARGAIN WHEN YOU CLICKED I AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS!
