They have a really nice selection of shoes, handbags, and accessories. But overall the quality is really poor. I bought a few pairs of boots from them and they were all falling apart after a few wears. The first to go was the buckle/clasp that keeps the boot strap held in place. After that, rhinestones started falling off. Very embarrassing when you're in public and your shoes are falling to pieces bit by bit. I will not be purchasing from them again.

I love the company!! To me, shoes are accessories. I can't wait to get my emails with what is new. The site is easy to navigate. The quality of the product is always topnotch! In the past, the pictures did not always depict how awesome the product is. However, I have not had that issue lately. I highly recommend JustFab and proudly accept the role of ambassador! Thank you for giving me this awesome opportunity! I am known for my shoes at work, family functions and church. I even give JustFab shoes as gifts. I am a walking JustFab advertisement. I have returned one or two items, due to size issues when purchasing as gifts. However, the process was smooth and easy. I have been a member for a long time and plan to continue as long as the quality continues!!!

I went with JustFab because it was interesting and at that time there was new customers 20% off. I’ve been a member for 2 and a half years. The special is a big help. I like their variety - they sell a lot of different things - the shoes, purses, and jeans. I got a pair of jeans, two pairs of shorts (one for me and one for my daughter) and then 3 pairs of shoes. I love the jeans… I wear them a lot, more than the shoes. I would definitely recommend JustFab.

I ordered boots from this company only because they were buy one get one free. It took over a week for my order to arrive and the boots were cheaply made. I kept the boots because did not want the hassle of returning them. I received an email on November 6th that said I had credits to use on my account. I was at work so I had to make time to call the company and let them know I did not want the fee on my card. I contacted the company and was told that there could not be a refund provided for the credits. I looked at the terms of service and it is stated that credits have no cash value, but nowhere does it say no refunds. No cash value has no meaning to anyone but no refunds does. Also, I went to the Shoedazzle website and while looking over the information, it was plain that you are billed $39.95 per month and I did not purchase anything there because of it.
I am a single parent with three kids. I believe that this company has purposefully set up their system to bilk people out of money. Why would you not give a refund for a service not needed if the service is not needed? The representative told me that I should have received an email reminder about the Skip a Month policy where you are not billed the $39.95 monthly fee and I looked and told her I never received one. She said as long as the account was open I could still be billed again. I told her that if I was not sent another pre-billing email next month, would I be billed again and she said yes so I told her to cancel my account because I had to get off the phone then.
The entire time she kept telling me the credits would not expire and I could buy something anytime and I kept saying that because of my initial experience, I would never buy anything else from them and that would never change. I called back today and spoke with another representative about the same issue. He also went through the script that the credits do not expire and I could reactivate my account to use them. He then said that he could not issue a credit because my account was closed. I told him to reactivate my account and then issue a credit. He said that he had to speak to his supervisor about it. He put me on hold and then told me his supervisor said they could not do that because if the account was still open, I could have negotiated for a refund but because I had closed the account they would not apply a refund just for that.
I told him that the company was holding my money hostage and that the money could not be cash because it is construed as income at the end of the year so there was not a reason why I could not be refunded. I then said that I was a customer who was not satisfied and only wanted a refund. An email in this day and age when everybody has email on their phone if it had been received could have easily been sent to them to skip the month and then cancel. I had gotten every other email from them and it was not in my spam folder. I hung up livid because in all my years dealing with situations similar to this, I was never given a roadblock like this. I should not have to go to my card company for a refund if the company can just as easily issue a refund themselves. I have never used a forum like this one before and am only doing so because I do not know what else to do.

I purchased a pair of shoes in June. They took a week to arrive only to be too small. I was not willing to purchase another pair of shoes from that site again. I checked my account in September to realize they had been taking, withdrawing £35 out of my account every month. On one occasion, they took off £70. Immediately I rung up Justfab to speak to them about these withdrawals. After about 45 minutes of asking to be refunded, they finally refunded me only after I agreed to stay a member. I called again in a couple of days later and cancelled my contract after a very long talk with the company. I checked today and realized even after cancelling my contract, another £35 was taken out last month and this month. I have had to ring up my bank in order to cancel these unauthorized withdrawals...Company is a complete scam! Never again!

JF is one of the most incredible sites I have discovered. I have been able to build a beautiful shoe wardrobe at an affordable price. The shoes are of great quality, always fashionable and easy to find. It can be quite addicting especially for the price. I have a hard time shopping for shoes anywhere else but JustFab. All of my new shoes in the past year have been from JF.
I love how easy it is to purchase and if something doesn't fit right, returning is super easy (I cannot stress this enough). I have had wonderful luck with JustFab and I am eager each month to see what is released. I also love that they have a rewards program so that I can earn additional items such as jewelry, shoes etc. I can't imagine a shoe world without JF. It is a shoe lover's dream!

After my difficult experience with JustFab they had finally come through with an email and ended up refunding my charge. They took me by surprise by their consideration and they emailed me back right away. They also took me off their membership list and resolved all issues that I had.

I purchased a pair of shoes from JustFab and they were great. What I didn't realize was the $39.95 I was going to be charged monthly. Businesses such as Netflix will make sure to mention that you will be getting into a monthly charge and that you can cancel at anytime. Nowhere on the website (except the hard to find fine print) does it say you will be charged. I emailed JustFab twice and still no response. They of course don't make it easy to cancel and you have to submit your membership to be canceled, then call to confirm it.
Apparently they are available 24/7 but I have called twice and have yet to get an answer. All I want is to be reimbursed for the money I have been charged but unfortunately there is no possible way of that happening. JustFab is the biggest hassle and I highly recommend you STAY AWAY from it. Please buy your shoes somewhere else. PLEASE.

After writing this review, I was contacted by the JustFab who agreed to refund the $39.95 charge. The credit just appeared on my card. While I'm disappointed that it escalated to this extent, it is refreshing to see a company that is monitoring consumer complaints and making an effort to resolve them.

While purchasing a pair of shoes, I inadvertently signed up for their VIP membership, which automatically charges your card $40 per month. When I realized this, I called and cancelled my membership. Despite that, I was charged again this month. I contacted the company today, who told me they have no record of my call and will not refund the money unless I agree to remain a member and not cancel my membership. Total scam.

I guess I can blame myself for not reading the fine print which is included in everything that's too good to be true. After making my first purchase from JustFab about a month ago, I noticed just two days ago that I was charged $39.95 again. Once I contacted JustFab, thinking it may have been some mistake, they explained that it was stated in the terms with my first purchase that I was a VIP member, and I would be charged this just for not logging onto my account (apparently made my them) and skipping from purchasing anything.
I then asked for a refund because I no longer wanted to be affiliated with a company that charges me just for not skipping something, however, the rep stated that it is not refundable. So please make sure that you read all the fine print or just SKIP from purchasing anything every month in order to not be charged $39.95.

I first heard about JustFab through email years ago. I’ve been a member for years, can’t remember how long. There are a lot of shoe companies that I like and I’m very picky. JustFabulous used to have the hats, scarves and shawls. I get so many compliments on them, but they don’t have that stuff no more. But they have great stuff. And they have VIP perks - you buy a certain amount of things then you get an item free, full price. I like the different designers. I love the company! I just wish they would have more. They’re just fabulous! Actually, I donated and gave away so much stuff. The people who I donated and gave the stuff to actually loved it and loved everything I gave them.

There is nothing that frustrates me more than when a company can not fix their faults... I had purchased two pairs of shoes, when I had received them I thought they were such cheap quality - when I had called to process the return, they had said they would hold the items I had selected for the exchange until they receive the product and then they'll ship them out. For 5 days I was waiting for my account to show Received/Shipped - one of them got shipped out and the other got cancelled because it got sold out. WAIT, WHAT?! You promise that the item will be on hold until return is received and then you cancel because you sold out?!?
How in the business world does that even make sense? Spending over an hour, wasting my time trying to get my point across of how much the company is lacking in organization and communication, but how irresponsible they are with their terms. After the employee discussed with the manager about the situation and getting put on hold numerous of times, he granted her the permission to put a credit on my account, problem with that was they tried to low blow me and only refund a portion - that doesn't sit well in my stomach at all.
Knowing their policy they charge your card every month if you don't skip the month in between 1st-5th of every month, so you have to remember to go to their site to click Skip this month in order not to get charged. I forgot to skip the month, fair enough, but I'd expect to see what they pulled out of my credit card in my account on JustFab, but nope still waiting to see MY money show up on MY account. Needless to say, I don't recommend ANYONE shopping on this website, falling in their trap - VIP member? Try and make you feel special, there's nothing VIP about it, everyone accepts the terms to be a VIP. Thank God my credit card expires next month and I'll be out of this vicious website.

I've been a member for about 6 months now & I've got to say I love JustFab. I've purchased 2 purses & 4 pair of shoes. All of the shoes fit perfectly & the boots are exactly what I wanted. The orders are delivered quickly & always exactly what I ordered. Also love the samples thrown in. My only complaint is I didn't get any samples with my last order. Ordered a pair of shoes for an occasion. Knew straight away by looking at the shoes one shoe was faulty. Could not be worn as the heel was ready to come off. It bends and is not in the correct shape. It is off balance, the heel would break straight away if worn. You can also see at the back of the heel a gay where it looks almost like white tape is holding the shoe together. Also this shoe is a different size from the other shoe. Very unhappy customer.

I ordered a pair of boots from here for Halloween. I thought that was the end of that until I noticed a charge of $39.95 on my credit card. I was like what the heck? I called my credit card and they told me that this is set up as a recurrent charge! I then called JustFab to ask what this was about and it was so noisy there, I could hardly hear the rep!! It was like calling a zoo!! $39.95 for becoming a member... REALLY?!! This is ridiculous!! The worse part is that I wasn't even aware of such a charge! I will never do business with them again! Ladies, check your credit card statements!! They may be charging you without you even knowing it!! I hate deceitful businesses!!

I have been a member of JustFab for almost 3 years, and in that time, I have had very few problems. If you thoroughly read and understand the terms and conditions before committing to purchase or membership, there are no surprises. The occasional shipping or quality mishap arises, but that is true of ALL companies, and is generally a simple fix via LiveChat, automated returns or Customer Service. I may not purchase every month, but when I do, I am confident of the quality of my treatment.

My daughter went on JustFab website and wanted a pair of boots from this company which I purchased for her.. HOWEVER, today she received an email that my credit card will be charged if another purchase is not made every month!! This is a legal scam and this obligation to purchase was buried in terms and conditions and nowhere stated on front page of website. I have lost faith in this company and have cancelled my "membership" today which is November 8, 2013 at 3:59pm. Shame on them....

I went to go order a pair of boots that looked decent, and after I entered ALL of my information including my Credit Card Number, they informed me that the shoes I wanted to purchase were not longer available. Incredibly shady to have a consumer enter their Credit Card information then claim to be out of stock. What a horrible business! Hope they have common sense and do not use my card for anything. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I have been a member of JustFab for over three years, and have recommended this company to everyone. JF has grown exponentially over the years and the quality and variety of their products keep getting better. It is disappointing whenever I run across a poor review of this company -- the monthly subscription model of online shopping is not for everyone and the majority of poor reviews have come from consumers who did not take the time to educate themselves on this model. Whenever finances are involved, an educated consumer should take responsibility for their actions and not defame a company which has been honest and forthright from the get-go. Not once in my 36+ months of membership have I ever been wrongfully charged nor been less than satisfied with my shopping experience. JustFab truly lives up to the claim its name puts forth.

So I purchased shoes from this website for my girlfriend. It read 50% discount on your first purchase (which they did give, thus the one star I have to give them). In a tiny font, in their terms and conditions, they mentioned about $39.95 monthly charges. When I call customer care, they tell me about this VIP membership. Fair enough since I did agree to terms and conditions. Customer care mentioned that they send out reminder emails every 1st and 5th of the month, which I did not receive (why am I not surprised?). So long things short, if you feel there is just a 50% discount, that isn't the case, it came to be at a price. Be sure you are aware of those extra charges before you order anything from this website. I was ignorant about it, but I really hope that at least one person reading this review will not make the same mistake I did.

I've been a customer of JustFab for over two years and in my experience this has been the most enjoyable experience that I've had with a company - ever. The terms and conditions are very precise and easy to follow. I've had very minimal customer service issues and in my experience when dealing with customer service I've dealt with highly proactive individuals. I have been a consumer of JustFab for about a year now and I cannot be more pleased with the quality and price of the items they sell. I love a bargain and customer service is very important to me and the representatives that I have dealt with were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The selections that are sent to me in my boutique are great; the stylist really listen to what I like. I have had no problems with skipping a month or making a return. In fact, I have had no problems with JustFab at all!

I have been a customer of JustFab for nearly two years and have never had anything but stellar experiences. I purchased a pair of boots from this website and was happy with their product. HOWEVER, it was NOT made clear at checkout that I would automatically be enrolled in a $39.95/month membership. VIP membership, yes. For $39.95? NO! I would never have made the purchase if I had seen this strange and shady requirement beforehand. I would have used this website for another purchase but now that I see that they are trying to legally scam people I will never make another purchase and have let all of my friends on social media know about my experience. JustFab, it doesn't pay to be shady! I may have enrolled in this program if I had been given CLEAR information about it before $39.95 was taken out of my bank account but conducting business on such a shady level will not be good for you long term. What a scheme...

JUSTFAB are scam artists. They are charging people $39.95 a month to buy one pair of shoes!! If you think are going to buy one pair of shoes, like normal, think again. They charge you month after month. This should be illegal!!! WARNING: Don't buy shoes there unless you are willing spend hundreds on a cheap pair of shoes. Oh, and they wouldn't refund my hard earned money of course. SCAMMERS!!!!

I've never had a problem with being charged incorrectly, as they make the terms of the membership extremely easy to understand. The products are on trend and of great quality. When I stumbled upon JustFab a year and a half ago, I didn't realize just how much of an impact it would have on my closet. The selection is wide and there is literally something for everyone, from shoes to jeans to handbags, and more! I have dealt with a lot of online shopping companies, and JustFab has always provided the best and most consistent customer service. I can read reviews on items from other customers and see what the fit is like, which means fewer exchanges so I can wear my shoes faster! I can order online or I can call in and talk to a real person. It's affordable, high-quality, and so easy! I love JustFab, and so does my wallet!

The product was excellent but the service is bad. Sometimes, I don't have time to get online and skip the month so I ask for my money back because they'd took from my debit card 80 dlls!!! Of course, I would love to buy more boots but I just want my money back!

My experience with JustFab has been pretty great. My fashionista picks styles for me every month that more often than not I love. If I could have it my way, I'd order all of them but I am on budget. :) When/if I have a return, there is no problem. The process is really easy. I have had a couple of my girlfriends join and they love it too! For my monthly reminders, I put a calendar reminder in the event I don't want my selections that month. This is the easiest and most reasonable way to buy my shoes/bags/accessories. I just love JustFab!!!!

I have been with JustFab for 3 years now and for the most part have always been happy with them. The products are way more expensive looking and the quality is better than those at twice the price. Unfortunately customer service has never been great with JustFab and it's worse these days. I do know that the company is going through some growing pains and I hope the service gets better. It does seem like they have outsourced to another country for CS though, and I do not like that. I would rather pay more for products than have companies take US jobs elsewhere.

I was always a tomboy growing up, and once I hit about 18, I started wearing skirts, complete with $1 flip-flops. Yes, I was a total fashion statement! Once I hit 21, I started getting heels. Don't get me wrong. I did own heels and wore them on special occasions before. Just wasn't ever a "staple". Now, at 30, I LOVE my shoes, not flips or tennis, my HEELS! And everyone in my office building can't wait to see what shoes I wear or purchase next. This is what I LOVE about JustFab. Not only do they have a GREAT selection of awesome shoes (and purses) to fit any style. They are affordable and well made. I have been a member for a little over a year and in that time, I have only had to return ONE pair of shoes due to them being a little too snug. (Make sure you read the comments on the shoes, as most will let you know if they run small or big or narrow, etc.)
Returning is so easy and hassle free and everyone on the CS team I have ever had the pleasure to talk with about anything has been superb. Also, the fine print that so many complain about. YES this is a SUBSCRIPTION, meaning every month you are charged. You can buy shoes that month or wait and use it on the following months (credits just sit in your cart). IF you want to cancel for a month, you can do it easily on the site anytime between the 1st and 5th of the month. I have had to do this a few times just because a pair of awesome shoes wasn't in the budget, or there wasn't anything I was crazy about. So yea, this is definitely worth it. In my honest opinion!

JustFab is one of the very few websites I shop on, and I love it! I've had to send a few things back and they send you a pre-paid return label, and send you out your new item - all completely free! It's worry-free shopping for me and I'm definitely a fan! I've been a member for nearly a year and I skip the month each month when I'm notified my boutique is ready, then decide later when and if I want to purchase. Definitely worth the 'hassle' for the prices, the selection, and especially because of the AMAZING clearance sales they have. I'm a size 11 and have always hated shopping for shoes as they're hard to find, but JustFab has changed all that for me. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

I am a huge JustFab fan. I have been a customer for I think a little over a year and couldn't be happier. I love shoes and even managed to purchase all the shoes for my daughter's wedding party through JustFab. I have loved all the shoes I have purchased and am comfortable with the return policy. The only thing that I can say on the downside is that sometimes I haven't liked the personal pick for me.

I've been a member for over a year. People get confused how it works. Please read the terms and conditions. It's a shoe club with great quality shoes, handbags, jewelry, and jeans. Once a month you have to skip if you don't want to get charged a $39.95, a credit which you can use towards anything on the site. Love all the latest fashion options I have in my boutique. I bought a pair of boots for my daughter for Christmas. They arrived and I am pleased with them. However, I have now been charged another $39.95 and am FURIOUS because I called to get this charge reversed and they told me they won't do it. I have to buy something to use the "credit." I said I want to cancel my account, but the woman on the line kept telling me to just go online or call every month and opt out so I don't get charged. She wouldn't cancel the account. I asked for a supervisor, but they "aren't taking calls because of the high call volume." I found out that I was speaking with someone in a call center, not an employee of the company.
When I asked for a direct phone number for the company, the woman put me on hold for 20 minutes then my call was transferred to another company's line. I don't like the styles they sell and don't want to purchase anything else from them, but apparently I have to go on their website every month and opt out or they are going to keep charging me. I guess I'll have to close my checking account to keep these charges from coming every month. This is ridiculous and my 21 year old daughter will go barefoot before I'll ever buy from Just Fab again!

I absolutely love JustFab and All the products specially the shoes. What I do not like is that Canada doesn't get as many cool items as the States. I have been a loyal JustFab customer since 2011 and I have to say that it is one of the main reasons I now have over 200 pairs of shoes. You just can't find a better price for good quality shoes anywhere else. The monthly subscription is amazing because it allows you to have so many different selections for just 39.95 and the best part is you can skip the month if money is tight one month. The quality of their products is another reason why I keep shopping with them. I have never had an issue and the easy returns is very helpful. The only downfall I see is the boutique experience.
Most the time, I get shoes that aren't my style or that aren't new each month. But the nice thing is you can just click on new releases or any of their collections and find all the shoes you want and do not have to just choose from the shoes in your boutique. My very favorite products with JustFab is their denim line. Almost all my jeans are from them. I love the variety and the fact that they are made to fit real women. I recommend JustFab to everyone I know and I know I will continue to be a loyal customer until the end of time.

I've been a member of JustFab for over 2 years now. I love the structure of the program and how easy it is to skip the month to avoid being charged. Plus new styles are added each month. I'm happy with the customer service I've been given and the quality of the products. I own about 14 pairs of denim and over 100 shoes and JustFab has became a daily part of my overall fashion! And I obviously can't say anything bad about the price. Everything is 39.95 except the luxe line. I have been a member with JustFab from when they only shipped to the USA. Once they started shipping to Canada, I was ecstatic! Now, they have a Canadian site, a Canadian warehouse and free returns and exchanges for Canada like they do in the States! The club is great. For 39.95 a month, you get an amazing selection of shoes, bags, jewelry and apparel to choose from. The 39.95 fee turns into a credit you can use towards anything on the site! If you don't want to be charged that month, just log into your account and click "skip the month" by the 5th of the month and it's just that easy!
I have had great customer service, easy returns and exchanges and of course, a HUGE collection of fashionable shoes, bags and denim!! The items I have received have been great quality for under 40$! In Canada, finding cute shoes or bags for under 40$ is hard to find! I will probably be one of those women who are JustFab members till they die!

I have been a part of JustFab for over two years now. I feel that their customer service has been amazing even through the huge growth spurt they have encounter recently. Their monthly club model and customized monthly boutiques really make the experience of the company engaging. The more customers you know, the more products you get to experience. My experience with JustFab as been phenomenal. I love the quality of the bags and shoes that I have ordered. I have been using JustFab for a little over a year and have never had any issues with the products or the service. The website is easy to use and the products are excellent quality and true to size. The only thing that I feel would make it better is to bring back some of the popular sold out shoes. I know personally there are a few I'm hoping to see again so I can buy them. I have recommended JustFab to everyone at work and am always complimented on my shoes. I will continue to use JustFab. Another thing that puts JustFab above the rest of the shoe market are the incentives for credits to get free merchandise. Let's face it, who doesn't love free product.
I have read some bad reviews online but I personally have only received the best service possible and my orders always arrive promptly. My one concern with the shipping is that they do not ask you to sign for the package and it is just left sitting on my porch where anyone could walk by and take it. I would prefer it need to be signed for and if not available dropped off at the nearest post office where you show ID. I spent good money on my purchase and would be really upset to see it stolen and the company do nothing.

I've been a customer of JustFab since 2010 and have been very happy with the quality of service I have received. I find the terms & conditions easy enough to follow and even if I do forget to skip a month, new selections are always available so I usually find something I want. The few times I've had to call customer service I've been treated professionally and they always fix my issue right away. The styles that JustFab produces are always on trend. I am always being asked where I got that or if my bag is from various high-end luxury designers. They are always wowed that the bags are super affordable and chic at the same time.

Overall, if my experience was limited to purchasing and receiving the shoe, you would get an A plus. However, after having problems and having to contact the customer service department, things went downhill. It's been over a month and I have yet to receive my money back for products never received. Overall, the quality of the shoes are what you would expect for paying 35$. I love this site but am considering cancelling my membership because of the subpar service.

I was not informed when I placed an order that I had signed up for a VIP membership. Once I received the email, I called and cancelled my account on 10/22/13 - it is now 11/06/13 and my account was fraudulently charged the $39.95 fee. I called them again and they said there was a "glitch" in the system. Ya right!!!! - They told me that I needed to call my bank to have the funds put back into my account!!! REALLY!!! You take the money out and then it's my bank's responsibility. I have reported this company to both the BBB and CA Attorney General. I then found out that this isn't the first time that this has happened after reading all the complaints against this scam of a company. If my money isn't returned today, 11/06/13, I will be filing a small claims suit against JustFab and will ensure that I will update everyone so that you all may also join in the claim!

This company is total fraud! Do not fall into the trap of how easy it is to "skip" a month. They state "If you're not ready to make a purchase, simply click the SKIP THE MONTH button in your boutique by the 5th. Skip as many months as you'd like." However nowhere does it state you have to skip the month BETWEEN the 1st & the 5th??? I had already made a purchase for the month of October & I knew I was not going to be purchasing for November. So on 10/29 I logged on, saw the "skip the month" button, selected it. It then went to a page that said you have skipped the month.
As a new member I was a little hesitant so I logged on, on 11/3 & it still said I had skipped the month. However on 11/6 I receive an email that I had been charged? I had an online chat session with an employee & that is when I was told you can only skip from the 1st-5th? So not only are you supposed to remember to skip the month but you only have 5 days to do so? I then told the employee I want to cancel my membership & I was told I have to actually call & speak with someone to do so! This company is unethical & complete fraud. They say you’re a valued VIP member however you’re valued because they want your $$ every month. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM!!

I have been a member of JustFab for a few years now, and have about 40 pairs of shoes, bags and jeans from the site. I love how easy (and free) it is to return things that may not fit or I may not like. Skipping the month takes a few seconds, although I usually end up buying something even if I do skip. JustFab is a company that truly cares about their customers. They take our suggestions and use them to make improvements while still keeping their products affordable. The shoes and handbags are high quality and last a long time. Their denim is absolutely perfect for my petite but curvy body! My husband compliments my jeans every time I wear JF denim!

I have been a member for a little over two years and before I signed up, I knew it was a subscription service due to advertisements on TV. I checked out JustFab online and read everything, the terms and condition including the FAQ's which helped me make a decision in becoming a member. I love the products and I get excited of what the next month will bring. I have received many deals that has saved me a lot of money. And if I can't splurge that month, I can just skip. To be honest I would have given a 5-star review because I absolutely love Just Fab's shoes. I am a faithful customer for about 2 1/2 years. The only thing I do not care for is the poor quality Iron Fist Lacey Day Handbag that Just Fab carried... I could have returned it for credit as they have an easy return policy, as per a prior experience on a Hoodie I got in error, but I gave it to my daughter as she liked it cause it was funky... All in all, Just Fab will always have my business as long as they sell the beautiful heels they do!!

Their products are of very high quality for the pricing and the collection is absolutely chic and fabulous. The terms and conditions of JustFab are pretty easy to follow and the skip the month factor is an added bonus because you don't get charged if you skip the month between the 1st and 5th of every month and even if you forget and get charged, the monthly fee goes towards a credit for you to purchase an item. I've been a member of JustFab since 2011 and all I can say is that I love them! Their products are great with a huge selection of shoes. When I don't like any of the month's shoe collection, I choose their bags or denim. This month bag collection is amazing and the jeans are getting better and better! I have been a very satisfied customer of JustFab for a little over 2 years now, and I am always pleasantly surprised with the wonderful products they offer each month, ranging from work-appropriate to weekend-lounging to special occasions. With so many shoes & bags that I want, I usually "skip the month" on the 1st, to give myself more time to decide; or if it's not in my budget for the month, "skip the month" prevents my credit card from being charged. If I change my mind about a product, exchanges are so easy via their Live Chat feature on the website, or I can make returns/exchanges directly from my order history under my account. I honestly couldn't be happier with the service and products I receive from JustFab!

I am constantly complimented on the shoes, pants and handbags I have purchased through Just Fab. I have only returned one pair and that was the smoothest process and the staff was incredibly helpful and very responsive. They charge you $40 a month, whether you buy anything or not. I tried to cancel on the website after I bought my half price pair of shoes in Sept. In Oct. I was charged the monthly fee.
I just had a VERY lengthy and heated discussion on the phone with them. They kept trying to sell me on keeping the membership, tried to tell me I could cancel anytime on the website (tried that twice already with no luck), told me I should have received notification emails (didn't get anything). Finally after threatening to report them for fraud and to file a dispute with my CC, they offered to fully cancel my membership and refund the charges.
I immediately called my credit card company to report the issue. I told them that they promised to refund me and stop payments, but that I don't trust them. The CC said they will keep an eye on the account.

I have been a JustFab member for a few years now. I have been a huge fan from the start. The monthly boutiques specifically catered to me are awesome. There are so many great options it's hard to pick just one pair sometimes, which is why I love the wish list. I also love the fact if I receive my order and there is an issue, it didn't fit, decided I didn't like it, etc. I can send it back, no charge and either get credit or another pair of shoes. I have always been happy with my choices on this site, and am always getting complimented when I'm rocking my JustFab shoes.

I have been a member for two years. JustFab terms and conditions is more than fair. It is two options become a VIP member. You will have a stylist pick shoe according to your preference. All shoes are $39.00 for VIP's. They also have pay as you go if you opt out if VIP. The quality of products is excellent. The overall experience is wonderful!!!!

I have been with JustFab for a couple years now and I always find that whatever I buy is always of great quality and construction. Not only that they have so many options of heels, boots and flats to choose from. The products they have are also at a reasonable price, generally in the $40 range which is great for my budget. I never have a problem with their membership. If I don't skip by the 5th of the month then I just end up with a credit to spend. I actually forgot to skip last month but was not upset at all. Just gave me more reason to pick a fabulous pair of shoes from my customized shoe boutique! The pair I bought are so comfortable and extremely well made. They make sure to package the shoes with care so they don't get scuffed or damaged during shipping. Customer Service is also very helpful whenever I have any questions. Prior to joining JustFab, I read the T&Cs thoroughly, making sure that I understood this was a monthly shoe club and that if I did not skip by a set date, then my card would be charged. It is pretty straight forward. When I log in on the first to check my new boutique, I automatically skip. That way I can take my time deciding what I want to purchase. In the 2 ½ years that I have been a member, I have never had to return an item because of quality issues, not have I had misrepresentation of a product or their service. I get shoes and purses delivered to my door, making JustFab the perfect shoe club that meets all my needs.

I have been a customer for about 2 years. I think the business model is really interesting - stylists, boutiques, themes. Every product I have received has been great quality and style. I absolutely love being a BA. I think that JustFab treats is super customer oriented and treats all enthusiasts like royalty. The team is friendly and I have never had one problem with CS. I joined JustFab one year ago. Tried to cancel my account in Nov 2012...Cust service (CS) said the acct was canceled - it wasn't. My bank acct was debited next month. I called CS next month and asked to cancel...again. CS said they would - it wasn't. THIS WENT ON FOR ONE YEAR - YES ONE YEAR! Called every month and got the same lies from customer service. This is FRAUD. I spoke with someone last week who very nicely but after much conversation, offered me a cash refund of barely less than $400.00. Said to expect the $ in my account in 3-5 days.
WELL, just got off the phone with an inept drone, at customer service who apparently told me it was my responsibility to change my account number at the bank so I wouldn't get debited. UGH. Also said I received a refund already (OMG sure since I was canceling on a monthly basis they sent me one $39.95 refund but still continued debiting my account). Not mentioning his name as I know he had no authority over the transaction, I requested to speak to his supervisor - after pleading for 10 minutes and getting refusals from the rep, I simply asked for the supervisors name and was refused even that. I don't even think the name he gave me as his was correct!!!
There is a bar of standards for business whether brick and mortar or internet based and I am astounded at the lack of business ethics at JustFab. My suggestion is NEVER to visit this site; I understand I am one of many with similar complaints. I am proceeding to the C level employees of the company and Matrix partners who apparently funded the organization.

I have been a member of JustFab since 2010 and it is one of the best memberships I ever decided to get. The products that I receive in my monthly boutique are wonderful. Plus even if I don't want anything in my boutique I have the whole website to shop. I rarely have to return any product that I order, and when I do decide to return I find something else I love to exchange it for. Being an Elite member the customer service is great, whether it's on online or over the phone. Any issues or problems have had they rectify immediately. This is by far one of my favorite websites to be a part of.

I have been a member of JustFab since nearly the beginning. It's been so long I would have to say almost 7 years or longer, not too sure. I have loved JustFab since day one. It is truly the easiest way to shop for the shoes I love. Now that they have added so many new accessories and fashion options, it's even better. In the few times I have ever had to return an item, it has been quick and painless. I've been a JustFab member for 3 1/2 yrs now. I loved everything about it, great quality shoes and bags. Everything is quality. I love the customizing of my boutique. I have been a JF member for about a year and I really love it! They have such a great selection of not only shoes but jewelry, denim and purses as well! I have never never received a damaged item or an item that was not what I ordered. I have never been wrongly charged nor have I ever been misguided about prices/sales/charges. I have been using JustFab for almost 3 years. I LOVE their exchange policy and the denim is definitely competing with my shoes for space in the closet. I chose to utilize the VIP option and skip the month between the 1st-5th to avoid the automatic charge each month, which is ironic because I end up making a purchase 90% of the time anyhow. I also like that when things go wrong, they really do try to fix it and make it right.

For a few years now I have bought shoes, denim, bags and jewelry from JustFab and consider myself a loyal consumer. I have been a Just Fab girl for about two years now. I love of the fact that you may choose to skip the month or not and great that there is a grace period to decide if you will skip or not. I have never had my card charge. Just Fab Facebook page provides reminders and you receive a reminder via email. The credit goes towards your Just Fab account and may be used for future purchases. All the quality is great and high end and most of my shoes and handbags are still going strong. The results and response have been amazing and on point every time never missing a mark. I love Just Fab.

I tried to order a pair of boots "Park City" but I got rather frustrated with it. They were saying on the website available but whenever I tried to put my credit card through, it just would not work. I tried a prepaid credit card & my regular one. Neither worked. It would just come up the loading bar. I called customer service and was rudely talked too & was told the order wasn't going through because there was only one pair of size 7 boots in the warehouse? I was so confused I was like why does it say on the site I can order it and she had no response.
I was thinking about closing my account, but I'm not quite sure what I should do yet since I ordered two times before & only had one problem that I purchased my boots but I couldn't track them after two weeks. When called they apparently were out of stock & she wanted me to pick out another pair, but I didn't like any. I didn't receive an email or anything that they were out of stock or a call? I was still charged on my credit card. She couldn't track my order either, so I assumed they weren't sent from the beginning but a week later they arrived. With my other pair I had no problems. They actually arrived within 10 days. I think this a great website/business concept, but some bugs do need to be worked out.

JustFab is awesome!! I've been a member for almost 3 years, and after I read the Terms and Conditions, haven't had one issue. Just remember to skip by the 5th of the month so you don't get charged...but if you get charged, you get a credit for an item - it's almost like free shopping! The times that I've had to return and dealt with customer service, they have been friendly, and offered their own advice on certain products. They have even offered certain lines for cheap--like Madonna, Iron Fist, Guess, etc-- but their own products are high quality. What's also awesome is if I don’t like what's given to me in my boutique, I simply shop my friend's or request another :) Great company!!

My sole reason for shopping online is convenience, and everything with JustFab is one big hassle. I ordered a pair of boots, and they didn't fit. Despite their "Perfect-Fit Guarantee" which assured "hassle-free exchanges", returning these boots was a 40 MINUTE ordeal. I usually order through DSW.com, and they conveniently include a return shipping label in the box. I was already irritated that the "hassle-free" exchange required me to go online and print a label, but then I found out because I had gotten a "VIP" discount I had to call their 800 number to complete my return. I waited on hold for 20 minutes, finally got to a person, only to have a bad connection with them and have them hang up. I then went onto the live chat, and after another 15 minute wait got connected with an agent. I was grilled as to whether or not I read the comments for fit guidelines; I did, and it was a hassle to be questioned on the reason for my return beyond "they didn't fit". I then learned that to return them instead of exchanging required a "$5.95 restocking fee". Fine, I'll pay the stupid restocking fee - also something I don't encounter at DSW.com. Finally get my return label.
After that experience I was completely turned off from JustFab and immediately wanted to cancel my membership. Guess what? Another situation where you cannot complete a simple task online. They require you to call their number. "You're one of our cherished VIP members, so we're sorry you've decided to stop receiving monthly shoe and handbag selections. In order to better serve you, please call one of our Fashion Consultants at 1-866-337-0906 to cancel your membership with JustFab." So...you "cherish" me as a "VIP" but you're making me jump through hoops to complete simple tasks? No, thank you. My current wait time to speak with a representative is 28 minutes, after I've already been waiting 10. None of this is making me change my mind about staying with them - especially when I get better quality, and exponentially better service with DSW.
After a miserable experience with JustFab, I spent another half hour of my time trying to cancel my "VIP" membership. I had a phone call with a pushy sales person who kept reading from a script even though I said I was only interested in canceling. She asked if I wanted to become a "pay as you go member" and I stated that no, I did not want to become a pay as you go member, and several times stated that I wanted to entirely cancel my membership. The agent confirmed that my account was now completely canceled.
Today, I got emails from JustFab advertising sales, then got a response to my first review informing me that I was made a "pay as you go" member despite my REPEATEDLY saying I did not want that, I wanted my membership canceled. I'm waiting, yet again, to speak with a representative to sort this out. Worst customer service ever. I'm clearly not a valued "VIP", I'm just a potential sale. I so regret ever coming on this awful site.

I first joined JustFab two years ago and have been filling my closet with their shoes ever since. The first time I ordered I was hesitant. Could I really get a great pair of shoes for $39? I was blown away when the box arrived to see how well made and gorgeous their shoes are. I am really hard on shoes and each pair I have still looks as gorgeous as the day they arrived. My JustFab boots have actually outlasted a $200 pair of boots I own! I am so happy with the customer service and how quickly things arrive. I highly recommend JustFab to anyone who wants high-quality shoes that don't cost a fortune!

I bought a pair of shoes and everything was cool, but then months later I call to try to cancel my VIP account. I am connected with one of their associates and the person asks for my phone number; as I am saying it, yells again asking for my phone number then says we don't have "a strong ethnic connection". I am not sure what that means as I am a lifelong Canadian as was she and I wanted to cancel my account not date her. I will try again tomorrow to cancel. If I am still unable to I will be sure to tell everyone I encounter NOT to EVER use this website.

I've been a member of JustFab since they began, over 3.5 yrs ago. When I first began, it was a fairly new shopping concept for me so I took the time to read and understand how their program works. And, I must say, their membership terms of service are clearly explained and you have the option to 'skip' the months when you don't want to purchase - monthly purchase is NOT necessary.
I love the monthly boutiques. I always see items I absolutely love. I have even found items I purchased for gifts. Overall, I've loved being a member; with over 160 items purchased from JF, I can't say enough how much I love being a FABshionista!

I have been a customer of JustFab for two years. The terms of service were made clear and were easy to find. (They even put them in the box of my first purchase.) The customer service team is easy to get in touch with, (by phone 24/7) and are diligent at finding a happy ending to any problems. The prices are affordable, and the quality of the items is impeccable. They even offer an easy exchange system if you are unhappy with your item!

JustFab advertises free returns but that's not true if you want a credit applied to your credit card. For that they charge you a $3.99 restocking fee. When I asked how this was free I was told that this was their policy which was not answering my question. My bigger mistake was not reading the very fine print. Every month you have to go to their website and tell them you don't want to buy anything or they charge you $39.95. What a scam! I then canceled my "membership" and told the person I'd never buy anything from them again. The boots I bought and then returned were the cheapest China has to offer.

The skipping month rule is like trap. You think it is easy but actually not. You will find it is very easy to forget to skip and they take advantage of it. And their quality are also not worth to buy that often. Probably 2 purchase lifetime is enough. I have been member for 10 month and bought 4 pair of shoes and 1 bag so far. One purchase is due to forgetting to skip. 2 pair of shoes never wear and 1 pair of shoe is poor quality but just tired to change. For the quality they provide, the quantity of purchase is really too much. I will cancel my membership. If it is difficult to cancel, I will call my bank to stop any transaction to JustFab.
Since I am satisfied with the bag I bought, I give 2 star.

Skipping the month is easy so you won't be charged the $39.95 unless you want them to and you don't skip. Their customer service is great

I have been a JustFab member for a year and have enjoyed being a customer. As a busy mom who enjoys fashion, the setup of the monthly club with recommendations and ease of returns and exchanges fits my lifestyle perfectly. On months when I do not feel like investing in my wardrobe, I simply skip the month billing for a shoe/bag credit and I do not get billed for that month. The quality of the products is worth the price especially if you can catch it during sales or BOGO deals. All in all, I enjoy and continue to enjoy the concept of JustFab shoe/bag/jewelry/denim club and would recommend it to anyone.

I have been a member for over a year. I am living month to month so I don't have any extra money to spend unless I save up for a while. I have NEVER had a problem with JustFab. There is a skip this month option on everyone's account. I put a reminder in my phone for the 2nd of every month to go in and "skip this month". As with anything that I have to give credit card info for, I read all the fine print repeatedly before making my first purchase. If you don't 'skip the month' you credit card will indeed be charged 39.95$ as per the terms agreed upon when you make your first purchase.
As for the customer service, I have never had a company be more accommodating. I ordered boots, could not walk in them, called the number. They offered my money back in any way I wanted, a credit to my card or a store credit. They emailed me a label to tape over on the original boxes label and I gave it to post office. No charge, no hassle. The best part was when I was on the phone with JustFab they never tried to push me into an immediate new purchase. Most of the time they don't want to give you a refund and try and get a quick new sale, new size? New style? Etc. I was asked these questions but never felt rushed or pressured.
I still have that store credit over a year later and every once in a while I have tried a new pair - I still send them back if they are not perfect. Most importantly I remember to 'skip this month' because it is not in my budget at this time. If only some people had spent the same amount of time reading the terms and agreement that they have writing negative comments on here, I bet there would be less complaints.

I have been a member of JustFab for over 2 years, and I love the exclusivity of the club. When I made my first purchase, I became a V.I.P. member and was able to purchase merchandise at lower prices. It is so easy to make purchases. I log into my boutique every month between the first and the fifth to either make a purchase or choose to "Skip the Month" if I'm lacking the funds that month to spoil myself.

I went to a chat session with Maggie and asked her if this is a membership. She clearly stated "NO, it is not a membership." BUT.... my credit card is charged $39.95. When I called JustFab they told me to dispute the fee with my credit card. I call up my credit card company and I get the dispute center on the line. JustFab refuses to talk to them..... They didn't want the conversation recorded. My credit card company said this is the first time that a company has said no.
I have a printout showing that to become a VIP, I just "click here." I have printouts showing that it looks like you get a $19.99 item - no strings attached it says "our gift to you"? Ha ha their gift to you is charging you for things you never purchased? The only way I could cancel this was to close my credit card. Scam! Scam!! Scam!! Scam!!! The great reviews have to be written by their own employees.

I've been a member of JustFab for over 3 years and it is a great place for affordable shoes and bags. The quality is great for the price and the free shipping and returns are so convenient. They are extremely responsive to feedback and really listen to the customers. People just need to realize that this is a shoe club and they must skip the month by the 5th in order to avoid being charged. If they are charged then it becomes a credit in your account to use at any time. There are lots of complaints about JustFab being scammers, but I can say this is absolutely not true as a satisfied longtime customer!

I have been a member for over a year now. It is a unique monthly subscription service of $39.95 (free shipping for VIP members), where you can get anything from shoes, handbags, accessories, jewelry, and even clothing. You receive a customized boutique at the beginning of every month, tailored to your likes, based on a quiz given to new members. From there, you can choose any item from your boutique or search around the site for other items. You have from the 1st to the 5th to make your selection and if you don't want anything, you can always skip. If you forget to skip or forget to make a selection, a credit will be added to your account for a future purchase. Shipping is free as well as return shipping if you're unhappy with your selection.
I have 24 products from JustFab and I've only returned 2 items, and had to replace one due to defective strap (which broke). Their descriptions are spot on and I've only ever had a few shoes that didn't fit true to size. Overall, I am extremely happy with JustFab and will continue to shop from them. Love JF!!!

I've been a member of JustFab for going on 2 years and I couldn't be more pleased. I wear a size 12 in women's, but can stretch an 11 in a moment's notice. With my schedule, I can't always make it out to the mall or stores for shoes. Once I do make it, I nearly pass out from the prices! JustFab makes it insanely easy to find what I'm looking for at a great price and to top it all off...the service is amazing.
If I ever have an issue with the way a shoe fits, or it’s just not love at first sight, the JF team swoops in and the issue is resolved. Either with a store credit or an exchange for something you really want. When they do arrive though, it's like a mini holiday! Another mini holiday is when you get your boutique. If there's anything you don't fancy, simply ask for new selections.
Remember though, you must make a selection or opt out before day 5. If you forget your account will be charged the $39.95, but...it is applied as store credit. Once you do decide to make a purchase, there is your money waiting for you. This is all in the writing of their policy too. I know sometimes or lives get busy, and if it’s not a big deal, then no worries. Otherwise, take time to make changes at the first of the month as needed. JustFab is all about taking care of their customers, I mean Fabshionistas!

I have been a member of JustFab.com for going almost 2 years now and I must say that I am more than pleased with this company. I fully did my research with the company before joining as should anyone else. I was a member for a few months before I actually made my first purchase. Once I made my first purchase, I ordered the wrong size, and had to exchange for a larger size. My first experience with the customer service was a good one, and she was able to help me out with what I needed. I have since been a fan. There have been a few times when I have had some problems with the items that I've ordered, but I have always been able to get the assistance that I've needed. The pricing and the quality of their merchandise is great. They are constantly adding new styles, and now that they have added clothing (denim, jackets, dresses) I am a fan for life. I have been a member of JustFab since late 2010 - over 3 years - and they have been my go-to company for shoes since then! Now it's become my go-to company for so much more as they keep growing and giving us more Fab products! (Their Denim is seriously the best fitting denim I have ever HAD!)
JustFab is a different (and more fun!) kind of shopping experience. You can browse their styles, and when you're ready to purchase, sign up to become a VIP. You'll receive a welcome email explaining how the program works, and a letter stating the same with your first order. You'll also get reminder emails that new boutiques have arrived on the 1st of every month!
Upon signing up, you'll take a quick, easy and fun survey which finds your style preferences. This is how they determine your personalized selections. The BEST part is, not only can you further tweak this in your profile to get even better selections, but you can rate every item on the website (by style, color and heel/size) so your preferences are truly unique!
Every month is like Christmas! Waiting and waiting until that morning of the 1st when we get to rip open the website and see all the new selections!!
Of course, as a VIP you have to either choose an item by the 5th or "Skip the Month" to avoid the $39.95 charge which is explained prior to your first purchase. Now, there is no WAY in 3 years I've been able to purchase something EVERY month!! (Although believe me... I want to! My wishlist is HUGE on their site!) All I have to do is press the Skip button on the main page, and *poof*! I won't get charged. I can even make a purchase when I have money later in the month too :)
Overall, the JF site and company has been wonderful for me. But the even better part? The Facebook community! Not only have some of the JustFab social media team become good friends of mine, but through their Facebook is where I met my *best friends* for 3 years now... my "sole sisters" as we call it! These 11 or so women would have never been in my life if I didn't share and spend time with the Fab people on the Facebook page. For that, I'm actually thankful to them.

I have been a member of JustFab for almost a year. In that time I have really been impressed with how my monthly boutiques have really been adapted to my personal style. The few times I have made returns there customer service team have made sure I am satisfied with the outcome. I think it's a monthly adventure to see what new is going to show up.
Plus there are hundreds of other selections to choose from! I find something special every month in shoes, handbags and great new accessories. I'm just now venturing into the denim line and I like what I see so far. I really like the quality of the products. I am not even going to admit how many handbags sandals and boots I have fallen in love with let's just say I've taken over some other closets in the house!

I first found out about JustFab in 2010. I was asked to check the box for the terms and conditions if I read them and I did even though I didn't. The $39.99 membership fee was not made known visibly enough so I was very upset that I was charged a monthly fee. I felt that the fee should have been on the main sign up page instead of in the Terms and Conditions. After calling into the customer service line in which I received a full understanding of the Terms and Conditions I felt at ease because JustFab was more than willing to refund me my fee due to my error.
I have ordered several items from JustFab over the past years and have only had one bad experience. That experience was due to the sizing of a shoe I ordered. I can always count on the quality and comfort of the shoes that I purchase to be above exceptional. Each month I am giving a boutique of products to choose from based on my style preference. Some months the styles are not quite what I would choose for myself but I can always request another boutique. Overall I am happy to say that most of my shoes are purchased from JustFab.

I can choose what I would like to purchase, or if nothing strikes my fancy for that month, I can skip the month (but that rarely happens for me). I became hooked on JustFab a little over 2 years ago. I have never had any issues with the quality of the products that JustFab offers… I have not had anything break or fall apart. In fact the only time I have exchanged any items was due to my ordering the wrong size, not reading reviews etc. My overall experience as been delightful and I know I will be a loyal customer for a long time.

I absolutely love JustFab. I have been a member since 2011 and have added many items over the course of two years to my closet. I don't always love the items added into my personal boutique, but there are many other options each month beyond those select few. I have had some concerns with quality from time to time, but JustFab has an excellent return/exchange policy and I am able to get something I like with every purchase. While this company does have a monthly membership, I know that each month I am able to choose to "skip" the month and I will not be charged. If I choose to purchase within that month after skipping, I am always still able to do so. I love JustFab and will continue to be a member for years to come.

I have been a customer for over 2 years now and I love their items as well as their service. If I don't want to buy something one month, I skip the month in my account and I'm good to go! I rarely do that though since their prices are fair and I can go shopping without leaving home!

This website has been a great find for me... I am always on the lookout for cute shoes that are still comfortable and as a size 10 sometimes that can be hard. I'm also a busy student so don't have a lot of time to shop around, so having everything online and delivered right to me is perfect. The free returns are also great since I sometimes have a hard time getting a good fit. The quality of the shoes is excellent, I've never had a problem with it and even with a lot of wear the shoes stay like new. I definitely recommend giving the site a try if you aren't sure, you'll be pleasantly surprised!

I've been a VIP member with Justfab.com for almost 2 years. When I signed up, the terms of the membership were listed in bold black and pink font, so I knew exactly what I was getting so I've never received an unexpected charge! I love having a new selection of shoes and bags every month and their jeans are awesome. I would recommend them to anyone who loves shoes!

I decided to try JustFab last week. I read some good reviews and bad reviews but I figured I would give them a chance. I placed an order for a few pairs of boots and shoes. I read all of the terms and conditions to be safe. I saw that they said items were shipped within 1-2 business days. 4 business days after I placed my order, I noticed the status was still "pending" so I did a "live chat" with one of the agents.
She told me that they were running behind but not to worry as my things would be shipped soon. I saved my conversation just to be safe. 2 days later, I checked the status of my order and it read "cancelled”. So I started another "live chat" with one of the agents. She looked into my account and told me they had to cancel the order as they were out of stock. What kind of company does this? I had checked that same morning to see if the boots I bought were still on their website, and they were. Why would you keep the boots on your website if you don't have them in stock (one week later)?
I also find it "sketchy" that I did not get any kind of notification that my order was cancelled. And are you telling me that the 5 pairs of shoes I ordered were not in stock? That's unreasonable! Past companies that I have dealt with will email or call if they are out of stock to see what you would like to do with your order. I immediately cancelled my membership and took screen shots of the cancellation approval, however I find it bizarre that I still have access to my account even if I cancelled it?!?
And I have my doubts that it was fully cancelled as I have read many horror stories that the company keeps charging even after cancelling. I guess I will soon find out. Anyways, I am truly disappointed in JustFab. I was very excited to be getting my shoes and I am now disappointed that I am getting nothing. So my advice for everyone: if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. Don't waste your time.

So I've seen the commercials and it looked pretty great. So I figured I would try it. First pair was half price... Awesome! Then there was a buy one, get one free on certain pairs... Great! On October 23rd, I placed the order. I got an email saying that I would be notified in a couple days once it shipped. I checked my bank statement and noticed that I had already been charged. That's fair as long as I get the shoes. So I waited a few days and the shipping status still said pending.
I sent two emails to JustFab and on their site they said they would respond by the next business day. They did not. Today on October 31, I checked my account again. It shows that the order was cancelled. I checked my bank account and I was charged a second time for this order. I did notice one charge had been reversed. But I called in and asked what was going on. The person told me I was the one who canceled it, but I didn't touch the order.
I don't even know how to cancel it anyway. Even when I said I had proof of the second charge he denied it and said I would have to talk to my bank. This is the worst online experience ever. I lost $70. Didn't receive my order or an explanation as to what happened, and I got the worst customer service. I will never shop with JustFab and have already spread the word on Facebook and to other people at my college to save them the hassle I went through.

I have been a member of JustFab for more than a year, and I just love the way it works! After you first become a member, you get a pair of shoes (or handbag) for 50% off! Then, you simply pay $39/month and get a credit to use on shoes, handbags, accessories or denim whenever you like. You can even skip a monthly credit if you like. I love that every month, I have a new boutique on the website presented to me with styles I am likely to be interested in based on my interests and the season.
I also love the number and accuracy of the pictures of products. What you see is what you get: fabulous fashion. The affordable price, free shipping, and great customer service makes it possible for a full time teacher like me to frequently update my wardrobe. I also have received many benefits from being a loyal customer. I earn credits towards rewards, like nail accessories, makeup and magazine subscriptions. I have been a loyal customer for several years now and JustFab has never let me down. I have been a member for three years and love it. As long as you read and understand what you signed up for, you are good. Never get charged when I don't want to. I skip the month when I don't want to be charged, very easy! I have found they have great quality in shoes and it helps that they are not expensive. My shoes collection has grown immensely. I've been a member of JustFab for almost 4 years. I've never had a problem with the whole skip the month part. I believe it's pretty simple, if you don't want to purchase this month, simply skip it! Or you will be charged BUT you will have a credit in your account that you can use however way you want. :) When it comes to Quality, I believe that paying $39.95 for a pair of JF shoes is more than worth it! I have never received a defective product, however if it was to happen, their customer satisfaction is guaranteed! They will send you a replacement for free!! It really doesn't get better than that!
Also, the 1st of every month you receive a new updated customized boutique! With a variety of selections. If for any reason you don't like it, you can simply request a new boutique selection! My overall experience with Just Fabulous company is Excellent! I will recommend this amazing business to anyone!

My experience with Justfab has been satisfying. What has really sold me on the brand is the high quality of the shoes and handbags. The prices of the items I have purchased through the years have proven to be a good deal because my items last a long time. The style of the items sold is what keeps me interested in purchasing just about every month. I like the fact that the pictures on the website show items at different angles, this helps with my decision to make a purchase. I have been with Justfab for about two years and there is always something new and trendy that I just have to have for myself or gift to someone else. Justfab seems to fit my every need from a casual career shoe to a shoe I can wear for a night out in the town.
Because of Justfab I personally have started to accessorize more and try items I would have never tried before which has been extremely successful. My last favorite part of Justfab is the social media aspect. When I post to the Facebook fan page I almost always get a prompt response from someone at corporate and this truly makes me feel like I matter to the company. I love and appreciate the contests on twitter and Facebook because it’s fun to participate with others who also love the brand.

I have been a member for two years now and only in the last year have been able participate as much as I'd like. I think that JustFab's membership structure is very easy to understand and I read the T&C's from the very beginning so I knew what to expect. I find it very easy to remember to skip every month between the 1st and 5th because I am on the site so much but if I wasn't, I would set reminders for myself. Luckily, that's not needed in my case. Sometimes I don't skip on purpose so I'll have a credit to use. :)
I have never had any issues with product quality or presentation. All my shoes have come properly packaged and in perfect shape. Now that I am an Elite member, I very much enjoy being able to access new products earlier but find the fact that I cannot refresh my friend's boutiques very frustrating. Since I started at JF, I have accrued a lot of Facebook friends and fellow JF lovers but I have never once been able to refresh my friend's boutiques. The refresh link just doesn't work no matter what browser I try it in.
This makes this particular feature useless to me, which is very unfortunate because it limits my Elite customer experience immensely. Also, it seems that boutique servicing has gone way down. On the 1st, I expect my boutique will be refreshed with all new items but almost always, there are old items remaining in some of my boutique slots and I am getting less and less new items as time goes by. It would be nice to see the two things listed above improve/be fixed as appropriate.
Overall, my experience with JF has been above-par. I hope it continues to do so. I really enjoy being a brand ambassador and hope to partake in more BA-specific missions. This is my first one. I have had customer service issues just like everyone else (mostly getting erroneous information from reps on LC, making it seem like I know more about the program than they do) but I understand that is getting worked on (I was on the evening call about CS). I look forward to continuing on my journey with JustFab and look forward to all the great things coming.

I am a vegetarian so I don't buy leather products. As a result, I have purchased either cheapo shoes or or hippy dippy shoes for the past 10 years. That has all changed since I met JustFab one year ago. Every single shoe I have purchased has been top quality, fashion forward and comfortable. The one pair I reviewed that wasn't quite right for me (I have wide-ish feet and a strap hit me on a bad spot) was taken back and refunded, no questions asked. You can skip any month you want, but when that boutique arrives and is just perfect for my taste, it is hard to resist. Overall, JustFab is a company that excites me. The product and service are top notch.

JustFab is a monthly online "shoe club" where you receive a customized boutique on the first of every month and you have until the 5th of each month to either "skip" (opt out) or your account will be charged $39.95 and a credit will be placed on your account to use when you choose. I read these terms and understood how this model worked when I signed up over 3.5 years ago, and I love it! For me, being a busy Mom of two young children, JustFab keeps me up to date with the latest trends and hottest styles and makes it easy for me! JustFab is a fun way to shop and I love it!

I have been a member for over a year. I am so happy I joined. The products are very high quality. Everything looks and feels like it should cost much more than it does. The shoes and purses include mixed materials. This gives the pieces more character, and makes them eye-catching. I am always getting compliments for the JustFab items I wear. The denim fits amazing. I am usually skeptical about ordering bottoms online. I followed the video on sizing, and ordered accordingly. I am always true to size. I have a pair of shorts, two pairs of printed denims, and three solid pairs of denims These items look great, and feel great. That is why I have so many pairs! I enjoy wearing these pants more than the denims in my closet that costs over $200.

I have been a member of JustFab for about 3 years. I love the idea of having shoes placed in my boutique based on my personal style quiz. JustFab is so easy and functional! All I need to do is check my calendar to skip before the 5th of every month so I don't get charged. The one thing I love most about being a member is the ability to get great style on a budget. Whenever I leave my house I want to look like I had my own personal glam squad put me together from head to toe but unfortunately it’s just me. With JustFab, I’m able to pull looks together that make me look and feel like a star and I’m able to do that without spending my monthly wardrobe budget.

Unfortunately, I no longer wanted to be a VIP member so I called to cancel my monthly boutique and membership charges. I felt as though I was getting my point across by saying, "I no longer wish to be a VIP member. I don't need the perks of that membership. I want to be dropped from the monthly fee." Or something of the sort. Since I am familiar with customer service calls, I know many organizations want callers to try a number of times to keep customers, but this representative acted as though I was not allowed to cancel.
Eventually I thought we were on the same page since he said he would remove me from the VIP membership. However, about two weeks later I got an email saying I was still a 'valued VIP member.' So I got on the phone again with another representative who confirmed I was still a member. So I basically had the same conversation where I thought I was no longer a member by the end. To be safe, though, I called my bank and had them block any charges from JustFab and will be having them contact me should the company even try to make charges. In sum, be sure you want to be a member FOR LIFE, since they don't respect your wishes to terminate.

I joined JustFab 2 years back. I love them. They have an awesome collection and it is so affordable. I love the fact that their collection reflects the latest trends and the styles are so unique and pretty. It is a monthly subscription and is very easy to maintain. They give you an option to skip the month if you do not like anything that month or if your budget does not allow you to buy something. The customer service is sometime difficult to reach but the online chat option is very helpful. They are friendly and very helpful. Even though everything is just 40 bucks on the website, the quality is really good and the shoes do not feel cheap at all. All in all I would totally recommend JustFab. It is awesome for people who love to shop but do not have time to go to the mall every now and then.

I ordered a pair of boots from Just Fab. When I checked my tracker on the delivery website, it said they had been delivered. So I called up and the 'fashion consultant' said no, they had not been delivered but that they were on their way. Every time I tried to ask why the delivery site was showing they had been delivered, she talked over me. When I got home, my neighbor had my boots. Hermes had not put a note in my door to state this. I called Just Fab this morning to tell them this and to cancel my account. Again the 'advisor' spoke over me telling me not to cancel. Okay, the shoes are not expensive but the customer care is shocking and inadequate.

I just ordered a pair of shoes last month and I was very happy about it when I got my package. I am VIP member, so I was charged $39.95 because I was not able to skip the month and it was fine with me because I knew to myself that I can use that for my next purchase. However, I have been trying to reach the fashion consultant/customer service because I was having problem with my account. I can't check out and I don't know what's wrong about it. I called them for more than 5 times and I was put on hold for more that 30 mins each time I called. I sent them more than 10 mails but I did not get any answer at all until now. I am so disappointed because I really like the items of JustFab and been looking forward to order more items, but now, I am having doubts about it. I don't why it seems like am the only one experiencing this, but I seriously need help, especially that I have been charged and I want to redeem my item.

I spent months trying to cancel my account. When I finally thought I had succeeded I then found out they had taken 2 months payments from my account. But would only return 1 months payment so I then had to order again or lose money. I used the virtual chat room and called the number 23 times with no response. I eventually rang from a different number and pretended to want to buy something before I finally got through. I was put through an interrogation before they confirmed it was cancelled.
I changed the card number to that of my friends pre-paid card knowing there was no money on it. In a 1 month period they attempted to take money 6 times from that card even though it was not registered in my name after cancellation. When my friend called asking why they had took the money they were given all my personal details including name address and phone number. This is disgusting and I will be taking it further. What’s more I still have an active online account!!!!

I always get a great boutique, chosen just for me from the many styles of shoes and bags they offer, but if I don't feel my boutique, I can always shop from the entire inventory! The prices are friendly to my budget and the quality far surpasses the $39.95 price tag. Returns are easy and free, so if the shoe doesn't fit, you can return or exchange it with no hassles. It is so easy, just check your boutique at the beginning of each month.
If you don't see anything you like or are unsure, simply "skip" the month with two clicks and you are not charged or you can do nothing and you will be charged $39.95 and receive a credit on your account for any $39.95 item! The terms are very clearly stated and they make sure you know what the VIP program is all about, so be a VIP today and look better for it!

I've been a member of JustFab since March 2011. I have had nothing but a wonderful experience with this company. I read the terms and conditions before joining so I was aware of the skip the month option. Every item I have purchased (well over 150) has been great quality. I will only wear their denim because it is soft and fits me perfect. The purses are built well and very durable. They make tons of options from flats to sky high stilettos. I have a variety of their products and I have found their exchanges very easy, you can call in or do it yourself online. Personal boutiques so you can request personal options is always efficient but I prefer to shop from the shoe tab at the top. I would highly recommend JustFab!

So I was very excited initially when I found JustFab advertised on Facebook. I found two pairs of boots that I loved. Went to order and saw the VIP member explanation. I thought ok how hard can it be to hit skip every month. Especially when they send you an email each month almost as a reminder. So I submit payment. And then decide to read the reviews of this company. Everything was awful. I immediately called to cancel my membership. They said since I just placed my order my order will be canceled as well - ok fine. So I ask Chelsea for an employee ID number or something to keep record of who I talked to. She said they weren't able to give that information.
So two days later I get an email saying my order shipped. I called again. They explained my order had left the warehouse by the time I canceled. Well, not sure how many warehouses turn orders around in 20 minutes but whatever. So I just get home. Take the shoes out. Try them on. Black pair fits great. Brown pair they sent me TWO RIGHT SHOES. TWO! Not one left. Two of the same damn shoe! How stupid can you be? Now I have to go through the trouble of sending them back.

I ordered a pair of shoes which I never received and I kept calling and all the customer service could say was that the tracking number indicated it was delivered. After that I called to cancel any membership that I might have (site is very misleading as far as information/spam). Lady on the phone said I could not cancel and I was going to be charged which happened. Moreover customer service gives you more than a 100 nonsense reasons for you to continue the "membership" for me better called "ripoff." At the end I filed a charge back with my credit card company and got my money back.

To say I'm a show lover is an understatement. To be a part of a community where people understand that is amazing. Not only am I saving money because I receive a pair of fashionable and well made shoes once a month, I've stopped looking at shoes in stores now. Why waste my time at stores when I find all the shoes on need at justfab.com? I get a boutique of my own with styles that I love! If I need to request new shoes it’s easy to do but I can also shop on my own. It’s easy to shop online when you know that you have free shipping and that returning the shoes are free too. I've only had to return 2 pairs of shoes in 2 years and the reasons were because they just didn't fit my feet the way I was wanted.
I have a shoe closet filled with over 100 pairs of shoes and over 30 of those shoes are from justfab.com (and that number is growing). I'm a woman that though if you want a lot of shoes you had to sacrifice quality because I couldn't afford "the good ones", but I being a part of Justfab.com gave me the best of both worlds. Months that I can't afford a pair, I remember to skip by the 5th of the month and I don't get charged. The months I can't afford it, I still get to enjoy it by looking at all the new styles that come each month. My favorite was the month that I couldn't afford a pair but I had enough reward point to get a pair for free. It was such a great feeling. With the reward points it doesn't take long to get something for free. From shoe inserts, to accessories, to a free pair of shoes!
I feel honored to be a part of their Elite Program; they really make you fee a part of the site. Being able to get a sneak peek at the shoes, a special line to not wait if I have a questions are just a few reasons it means so much for me. I have been a member of JustFab for some time. I find their site easy to browse through. They have a wide variety of shoe styles that would appeal to almost anyone. I love the fact that I earn reward points for every purchase which can be redeemed for free items. I really like the fact that they have added the Luxe line which features real leather and upscale touches. Not only does JustFab feature shoes but you can get handbags, clothing and accessories. I would recommend stopping by and checking out what they have to offer. You might just become as big a fan as I am. My faves right now are the wedges, which give me the height I love (I am 5 feet tall) with the comfort I demand. I was able to purchase the shoes to match my wardrobe and not break my budget. I also love the Iron Fist line when I want something a little edgy and fun.

I became interested in the site because of all the TV commercials. The site itself is great. Love the layout and anyone can navigate through it without difficulty. The shoes look great on picture and I think the little clip showing how the shoes look is a great idea. I signed up knowing that I will have to remember every month to 'skip this month' if I didn't want to purchase anything. I've read a lot of comment on that but quite frankly, I don't think JustFab isn't stealing your money. Simply put, as a consumer/customer, you have to be aware of what do you get yourself into. You wouldn't eat something if it didn't have a label on it, would you?
My first purchase was great. I love the material and I got it within 10 days which I thought it was absolutely great. However, now with my second purchase, it has been a week since I place the order and it has not left the warehouse. Then I went on the live chat to speak to an agent because I got tired of calling. Once I had presented my concern, the agent not willing to be bothered with anything just said that it was delayed and ended the chat but before that she had the audacity to suggest I like the Facebook page and other social networks. I find that very very rude, especially when most of the staff I have talked to are professionals and courteous.
Now, I could understand the many reasons as to why the delay but a short and sweet email to the customer stating that the product(s) are being delayed will go along the way. Also, I am not one to get upset at the person on the other end because really they are just messengers and I do not appreciate being treated with disrespect.

My experience as a member was great. I loved my shoes, loved the skip this month option. When it came time to cancel I got on these sites and got extremely nervous about how difficult it would be to cancel. I just hung up the phone with Maggie, my rep. While yes, she did try multiple different ways to get me to keep my account, I simply replied to her, "Maggie, I am reading the reviews on how difficult it is to cancel and would like to assure you that I am not interested in any type of different membership. I am fully aware of what it means to cancel, and to save you and I the headache, I am going to tell you right now, yes, cancel my membership completely." My phone call lasted all of 2 minutes. I will update this review after two things: (1) I don't get charged next month (fingers crossed, I will be checking on the 5th); and (2) My order that I ordered right before I cancelled actually arrives on time (also fingers crossed).

My name is Jessica and I have been a JustFab member for about 2 and a half years! The list of why I love JustFab is so long but the main reasons are: they have THE BEST product for the price! They ALWAYS have my size which is REALLY hard to find a size 5 ANYWHERE!! The Shipping is FREE both ways. Even if the product doesn’t work, they don’t charge you for shipping back and exchanges don’t cost anything either! I also love that they customize my own little boutique every month and give me more to choose from especially compared to the other sites out there.
I wear my JustFab shoes and use my JustFab purses almost daily and they have upheld and have not worn to the point of not being able to use them anymore. I’d say for $39.95 these shoes and bags are a steal! I love that after a certain amount I spend I get a free credit (to use to buy anything on the site)! I have been a member of JustFab for almost two years now. I love JustFab because of the style and price selections not to mention customer service is great! The shoes, boots, pocketbooks and jeans that I have purchased from JustFab have been of high quality. The only time I have had to return an item was because I selected the wrong size. When I contacted customer service about it they were very helpful and eager to assist. When selecting an item, I usually am on the site for a long period of time only because the selection option is that great and there is so much to choose from. My daughter was charged $20 for a pair of boots but the following month a charge of $39.99 is on our charge card. We called to get a refund. We were told by JustFab to contact our dispute department. Justfab refused to talk to our credit card company. JustFab refused to close my daughter's account. In the end we had to close the credit card account and open a new credit card account. I logged onto the live chat of JustFab a few times and asked them if this is a membership account. One person stated it was and another person said no it isn't. I asked them questions getting different answers each time. The web page is very confusing looking like you have options to sign up for membership or not. My daughter's account has a "click here" to become a member, again looking like you have options.
This is a scam company. If you use your credit card you will have to close your account to make them stop charging your account. It's a huge headache and not worth the fight for cheap items. You can get nicer items at a second hand store.

I have been a member of JustFab now for about three years and I love it. Great and stylish shoes at a price I can afford! Everywhere I go in my JustFab shoes I always hear "Great shoes!!" Hey, nobody knows I only paid $39.99 for them!! I love how new selections are picked specifically for my style every month in the boutique - yet I can still go back to my wish list and pick from styles there too!
And also, if a new pair of shoe isn't in my budget that month, skipping is so easy! I've been a JF member since its early days as a new company in 2010. I remember the first pair of shoes I ever received years ago and still wear them to this day. The packaging, the shoe bags, and the samples that came with the shoes made the whole experience great. It was a steal for $39.95! JustFab is anything but fabulous. I received an email saying "any shoe, any handbag just $19.95 on your first order" so I went on the website and I found shoes I liked and when I went to check it out it asked me to become a member for $39.95 a month? Um no, that's stupid. So I said no and the price changed from $19.95 to $39.95???? So I figured it must be a mistake and I called them.
Once I told them about my problem, they kept telling me that the $19.95 is only if you become a VIP member and I said, “Um no, otherwise that would be false ADVERTISEMENT because it says nothing of that on the email; only that it's for your first purchase.” They said they would take a note of it so I said, “No, I need to speak to your manager.” I waited for about 10 min just to hear from them that the manager won't take my call. JustFab has false advertising and poor customer service. I'm very disappointed and upset.

On SEPTEMBER 18, 2013, I purchased a pair of boots. By the way, I was NOT AWARE this was some kind of scam to pay a ridiculous fee every month to be spammed daily kind of deal. The boots did not fit; I happily exchanged them for another style that (big surprise) did not fit either. Approximately around October 1st, I called into customer service to make them aware that I was not happy with the second pair either, that I'd like a return label so I can return the boots for a refund, not a credit (as I was pressured to choose), a refund. I was told by customer service my refund would be processed and I would receive it within 2-5 business days. Fine.
Well, this was over 20 days ago. I've since called FOUR more times to check on my refund since it's STILL not been applied to my credit card. NOT ONE customer service representative I've spoken to could tell my why my refund has not been processed. They just claim it was not "processed correctly". Why?? Why do I not deserve to have my money back after I did my part and returned their merchandise?? This is an awful practice and business. I would NOT recommend wasting your money and time on the poorly crafted merchandise this deceptive company produces.

I am really shocked that a company like this can exist; they are complete con-artists. I am sharing my experience in the hope that it will deter other people from using this company. I, like many, bought a pair of shoes thinking I was getting a good deal as a first time buyer. I never knowingly opted into being a 'VIP member'. I had no idea that a subscription service for clothing existed. I bought the shoes back in June, and I realized yesterday that 4 payments of 35 have been taken from my account without my knowledge or consent.
Emailing to request a refund and to close my account - all I got was a copy and paste response informing me how their service worked. It is a shame that they weren't so honest about this when I bought my shoes and somehow locked me into some bizarre payment scheme without me knowing. Today I phoned the call centre number. First lady just read her set script - completely infuriating. It was like talking to a brick wall. The conversation went round and round in circles with her not listening and giving no solution. Eventually she hung up on me once she figured I wasn't going to give in on my request for a refund and that I didn't want to be forced into buying clothes.
The next lady I spoke to was better, even though she did the same thing explaining credits and what clothes I would like to buy and if I didn't want to I could skip etc. She eventually listened and scrapped her script for a couple of moments. There were several times in both conversations where I felt like I was being blackmailed - with the agreement that I keep my account open and they would refund me the money. Eventually after a long conversation and being put on hold, I managed to get her to agree to refund me 3 out of 4 credits and changed my account to a pay as you go account. Fingers crossed I will get that money back, I will then try and get the last credit refunded and close any sort of account with them and have nothing more to do with them.
If anyone from 'JustFab' management reads this, I really hope you feel great about yourselves with these hundreds of unhappy customers. It is really shocking that you have been able to take advantage of people. I may have considered using your company after I bought the first pair of shoes and quite liked them, but after this experience, definitely not. It is surely much better to be upfront and honest with people, then they will be loyal to you. I do feel better in the knowledge that I can't imagine you will be in business for very much longer.

I have no idea if JustFab is linked to this, but yesterday, I placed my first order and within 3 hours later, someone from England got my card number and now my checking account is frozen and they made some big purchases... I don't want to put blame on JustFab, but I don't do a lot of online shopping so I don't think I will be shopping on JustFab anymore to be on the safe side...

On January of 2012, I came across JustFab site and I saw a great deal of shoes for $19.95. Being all happy I purchased one pair. My shoes arrived and I wasn't impressed with the material they were made out but I thought well, that's why they were only $19.95. I used my AMEX to make that purchase. Then I started getting emails from JF about some credit of $39.95. I thought I didn't like those shoes and I am never buying from them again. I had no idea whatsoever I was being charged a monthly fee of $39.95. The time went by and I noticed a charge from FB on my September 2013 statement. Let me just say that I don't pay attention to the smaller fees monthly as I use my AMEX for everything including Costco and I only look at larger purchases of $100 and over.
I pay off my bill every month and never carry over a balance. Right there, it shows you my character. So okay, back to September of 2013 charge from JF. I called my bank and asked them what is this fee? I didn't purchase anything from JustFab and I haven't purchased anything for at least a year. My bank tells me it's a recurring fee and for the last 10 months they can see this charge. I make a dispute for 10 payments and I call JustFab right away. On the phone the rep gives me a script about why I should stay a member with them. And I can't understand how and when I became a member.
I called to see why they are charging me every month for the past 10 months if I haven't bought anything. The rep corrects me and says it's been 21 months. I was in shock. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. And she goes on reading her script to me again why it is so "fabulous" to be their VIP member. I ask her to refund my money. To that she answers that they can only give me one payment. "Out of 21?" I ask. So I then asked her to speak to a manager. She told me her manager is busy and can not take my call. I am in a bigger shock at this point and I say, "Okay, I am going to wait." I ask her for her ID #. She wouldn't provide me with one; last name, no, she just keeps telling me about VIP membership and that I should keep my membership.
After 30 min of talking to rep and waiting for a busy manager, I finally speak to one. She wouldn't once again give me ID #, no last name, nothing. I start explaining myself that I had no idea I was getting charged every month and now the total JF collected was in the amount of $838.95. She told me, "Once you buy shoes, you become a VIP member," and all they can refund is total of 3 payments. She tells me the rest I need to go online and shop with them. "But I do not like your product," I say...was crying, my kids were home and they were scared because I literally had to drop on the kitchen floor and I couldn't continue cooking dinner. I was lying on the kitchen floor and crying because I was so upset and didn't know what I put myself into. I asked her to please let me speak to a district manager. She refused and we hung up.
My story is like very many out there. I became a victim and I refuse to shop at JF. I want my story to be heard. I am so upset I still can't sleep at night and it's been 3 days already. Please help me!!!

I purchased some shoes ONCE in February 2013. When I received the shoes, I noticed that I was now a "member". Right away, I went to the website and tried to cancel that "membership". It says that can not be done online at this time. It then prompts you to call the 866 #. I called the #866-337-0906 several times a day for several weeks. Nobody ever answers the phone and there is no way to leave a message. I have sent several e-mails to customer service to cancel and for 8 months, they still have not cancelled it. I have also logged on to their live chat and they just refer you to the same # that nobody ever answers. They refuse to cancel the membership and have made and unauthorized charge on my card for another $39.95. This is horrible and it needs to stop!

I just joined JustFab.ca this month and made two orders, one on Oct. 19th and one on Oct. 21st. Together, they total $105.00. JustFab.ca claims two-day shipping... Neither order has shipped yet! And I did not receive a confirmation email for my second order! I have emailed with no response. I have spoken to an agent only to be told I just have to wait. This is poor policy and bad customer service. I feel like I have lost my money. Terrible experience so far with JustFab.ca.

I've been a member of JustFab for a couple of years. Before I signed up, I carefully read what was expected of me as a subscriber. I understood that I would have to remember to skip monthly from the 1st to the 5th if I didn't want to make a purchase that month. From my point of view, this simple task seemed uncomplicated and not much to ask of me in exchange for great pricing, quality products, buying rewards program and more. They certainly have exceeded my expectation in ways that go beyond the norm. Frankly, I'm always surprised by their generosity through sales, contests and other opportunities. They've earned my loyalty and believe me, I'm a tough buyer not easily influenced.

I have been a member for over two years now and I am completely satisfied with the stylish options provided at such an affordable price. Understanding how the VIP program works is key, and I love the option of skipping the month if I am not interested in purchasing anything. When it is time to purchase, all purchases over $39 are granted free shipping. If for any reason I am not satisfied with a purchase, returns/exchanges are simple (again, with free return shipping). New options are available every month, and customers are free to purchase any of the amazing items offered on the website, not simply what has been selected for them in personalized "boutiques."
JustFab goes above and beyond when it comes to rewarding its customers, as each purchase accumulates points that can be redeemed for future purchases, in addition to the numerous contests held. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is due to the sometimes hit or miss experiences with customer service. Ultimately though, any issue I have ever had was taken care of. I would recommend JustFab to anyone looking to develop their collection without breaking the bank!

I have been a JustFab customer for a couple of years now and I love the experience all the way through. The customer service is exceptional... They are open 24 hrs which enables customers to get help any time of the day or night. The product design and quality are exceptional. The shoes, bags and jewelries that I have purchased from JustFab are all stylish and well made. Also, the customized boutiques and selections give me a unique selection of styles every month which makes me feel like I am being catered to. The website is easy to look through and navigate and the newly created app on smartphones and tablets is easy to use and very functional as well. Shipping is always free and returns are free as well which is an added bonus to the shopping experience at JustFab. All in all, JustFab is a fabulous place to shop.

I have been a member of JustFab for about 2-3 years now, and I can truly attest to the magnificence that is JustFab. I have always received truly outstanding customer service from JustFab. Whenever I have had an issue, all I have to do is live chat, call, or post my concerns on their JF Facebook fan page, and my issues are quickly resolved. I love JustFab's shoes because they are made with an amazing quality. Even though the shoes are not made with real leather or real suede, the quality is still exceptional, and the materials feel very close to the real leather or suede - sometimes even better! If you are a person who prefers real leather or suede, JustFab has released a new line of shoes called the Luxe line. The price point for these shoes are a little higher, but JustFab allows its members to use their credits towards the purchase of these items. JustFab also has quality and fashion forward denim. I have about 10 pairs that I have purchased, and I get compliments everywhere I go. Overall, JustFab is a wonderful company.

I logged onto this website to get a pair of shoes that were affordable. I decided to go ahead and try the membership and saw in their FAQs that I could cancel at any time. I came upon some financial circumstances that did not allow for $39.95 each month on shoes anymore, so I decided to call and cancel. I did not expect what I had to go through on the phone. I guess I should have read these reviews first. After countless listings of why I should not cancel and how I can just click the skip button every month (who has time to do that? Obviously they're just waiting for me to forget. I'm not stupid), I finally just interrupted the guy and said, "Thanks but I need to just cancel my account, I no longer have the money for this service, and anyways I shouldn't have to explain why."
All of a sudden, he QUICKLY says, "Your account is canceled, have a nice day." And due to his extreme hesitance and the complaints from extra charges on here, I am concerned that he told me my account was canceled simply to get me off the phone, due to how quickly he stated this. Other than calling the same number again and going through the same ordeal like others here have, I do not know how to accurately confirm that my account will no longer be charged. This is absolutely ridiculous, immature, and unprofessional. I am hoping that this can give me confirmation of my account cancellation. I want my information removed permanently.

I have friends that use Shoedazzle and JustFab and get really cute boots so I decided since winter is coming up to treat myself. I signed up for the VIP with the monthly $39.99. I placed my first order for 5 pairs of boots and used my visa debit card to purchase. I got an email saying the order was confirmed and it would ship in 2 days. I was pretty excited. 4 days later, the order was showing as pending so I phoned and spoke to a Kris. She informed me one pair I ordered was out of stock so they cancelled the whole order. This pissed me off as I had no notification from them. What made me more angry is why not send the other boots and just credit me the pair that was out? She said I wasn't charged, my card was pre-authed. That was a bunch of rubbish because according to my bank statements, it was actually withdrawn.
Remember this is connected to a checking account not a credit card. She said they don't charge unless shoes are shipped so I am confused as to how and why I am missing money for that transaction if I "wasn't charged." I wanted my account cancelled but I wanted my money refunded first. She said to wait two days and everything will be sorted. A few days later, no credit so I phoned back and told it has been escalated, but not to cancel my membership because Canada warehouse can ship the rest of my order if that is what I want and she skipped the month for me. Told me to wait two days for a response (and I taped the conversation as backup for any further disputes). Few days after, it was still not sorted out. I had gone on a business trip and checked my account and noticed I was short money from my account.
I returned home yesterday and went to the bank this morning to see that JustFab has made 8 transactions and withdrawals from my account - one this morning withdrawing the same amount multiple times then partially crediting me. One deposit back was a branch to branch from them, not from the company so I am not sure if there were issues with the credit back or why they kept running through the transaction and debiting my checking account but I had to cancel my card. I also have a fraud watch on my account now with Visa. Thanks, JustFab. That's just marvelous! I am utterly disgusted with the level of service I have received. My friends spend hundreds of dollars a month on shoes and after seeing this, they cancelled their membership and went back to check all their accounts to make sure this hasn't happened to them with multiple charges. The phone girls are friendly but the management sucks.
Is it so hard to notify your customers of problems, and was this really a hard fix? It was a major headache for me and I will never recommend you guys. All you had to do was notify me what was out of stock, credit me that and send rest of the order. But here over 3 weeks, I have had to deal with this whole fiasco and risk my account being compromised because you guys don't know what you are doing. I am not sure if it's JustFab on the whole or the Canadian branch but it doesn't seem like anyone knows how to communicate with anyone else in that company. A pity because it is ultimately going to damage your company to the point your customers will just go to your competition. As far as the multiple withdrawals from my account, I can't say I find this a trustworthy company, regardless that they tried crediting me back. There is NO reason why you should be debiting my account in the first place when the order was not even processed.

Being a college student and wanting to stay fashionable is something a lot of girls my age struggle with. To any who are thinking of purchasing the alluring $20 pair of shoes the first time you become a member, I warn you DO NOT! Go to a different website that will not threaten to charge 40 a month. This website is nothing but a scam to blindly charge customers for a "fashion subscription" that is worth little to nothing. The boots I purchased are now falling apart after 2 weeks of wearing and I called to get my "automatic subscription" cancelled come to find out a few weeks later I STILL GOT CHARGED. Now I have to go through the process of disputing with my credit card company and have some choice words with employees to have my full profile on the website deleted the FIRST time around.

Upon signing up for an account with JustFab.ca, I was excited to make my first purchase. So I picked 2 items, ordered them and thought everything was going great. I logged into my account and discovered that they had shipped the wrong item. Not even close to what I ordered. I called to let them know what happened. Not only was I on hold for a very long time, but sure enough after I explained they sent me the wrong item, they ordered me that exact same item. OMG, really how does that happen? So I called them again to get a shipping label. That was an ordeal in itself. They not only had the wrong address but it took 45 minutes to straighten out my order that I put in at the beginning. This will be my first order and my last with JustFab.ca. Once they ship my correct item, I will be cancelling my account.

I was very happy with JustFab when I first joined - I made a few purchases and I'm happy with what I got. After recently buying a house, I decided to cancel the membership because I didn't want the extra expense. I called, and after about 10 minutes, I was able to cancel the membership. What they didn't tell me though, was that my profile would remain on the site indefinitely. I chatted, and they said that my membership was cancelled and that I wouldn't be charged - but that's not my point. If I am no longer going to sign on to a website, I don't want my credit card number with my address held on this site.
I started emailing, and each response was the bottled "we're so sorry you want to leave us, please call to cancel" - which was not the case. I wanted the profile deleted. I have called 4 TIMES now, and each time after 20 minutes they keep telling me that it will be taken care of. Well, now I will call today for the 5th time, because the profile has still not been deleted, and these supervisors can no longer ignore this. I realize that the girls at the front of the line are not to blame, but no one is doing anything to help - they are merely placating me to get me off the phone.

I'm happy with my purchase, but I did NOT realize, until I saw on Facebook, that when you order you're automatically signed up for VIP program and will be charged every month 40.00. I immediately went into my boutique and chose to "skip month" and then called customer service to cancel. I spoke to Vince and he told me it has been cancelled. I would just like verification that it has been cancelled. I've read that many people are still getting charged 40.00 even after cancelling. Thanks.

JustFab seems like a great idea, but it’s a pain in the butt to do returns. I just called to cancel my account, stated I just bought a house and don't have money for extras. This is the truth. The rep on the phone wouldn't take "cancel my account" for an answer. I had to tell him FIVE times as he kept saying, “Oh you can skip a month, holidays are coming up, blah, blah, blah." It's one thing they won't even let you cancel online, but they actually anger you when trying to cancel! I know it isn't the reps’ fault as they most likely have a script, but really!! I was not angry calling but was angry ending the call. Do not get an account.

I ordered a pair of boots last year, was unaware they would sign me up for their VIP program. However, they have been withdrawing $39.95 from my credit card. Called their customer service to get a refund and cancel this ridiculous membership. After being on the phone with one girl for about 10 minutes, she hung up on me. I tried using their live chat. The person who I got was no help as she said I had to call their customer service center.
I called back, explained for another 20 minutes what I wanted. Lady said I could not be refunded because they had converted my money to credits. I asked to speak to a manager and was told I had to hold, because they were all busy or on the line. After holding for about 15 minutes, same girl came on the line explaining how I had to hold for a longer period of time. After about 10 more minutes of holding, they hung up on me.
Called back, had to hear the person who answered, another 15 minutes of what I am missing out by canceling this membership. Finally, I was very upset asked for supervisor AGAIN. I got a "supervisor" which was worst than the other three, just to tell me she could not refund the money they had been withdrawing from my account and could only give me back half, however I could use the others as credits to get any $39.95 product. I explained to her I wanted a refund and I wanted nothing from their company.
After about 20 minutes of arguing back and forth, she got agitated and said she was going to hang up. I then asked for someone higher up than her. She put me on hold for another 10 minutes just to come back and say a manager will have to contact me. This is the most ridiculous company I have dealt with. Their products aren't all that good, quality is poor, and their customer service is horrible. I will definitely be joining their class action lawsuit, and NEVER EVER recommending them. WORST SCAM EVER!!!!!!!!

First I want to say that I was hesitant to use this new shopping site and looked over everything before I decided to hit the confirm button. I wanted to clarify why I wasn't seeing the $19.95 amount in the cart (as this was my first purchase) and so I found the chat now button on the website. I asked the lady why I can't see the $19.95 button on the check out form and I was also purchasing other items as well.
She told me that as soon as I put in my credit card number, it should change the price. I asked again, just to make sure I understood her, and she replied with the same answer... I REPEATED what she said and she says...”Yes, that’s correct, Cat…something of those lines”…so I went to check out and did what SHE TOLD ME, and BAM...$39.95.
I called to complain that I was misled in my purchase and the guy on the phone just said...”When you get the package, just return it”... just to call and have it returned. I was upset because I was misled and have to wait how long and then go out of my way to return it and then wait for a refund. NOT COOL...and NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
