I liked what JustFab had online. The prices were reasonable and I could choose basically what I liked. The quality of some of the items were good. Those that I didn't like, I sent them back. I'm satisfied.

I haven't received my order, which I ordered via rush shipping over 3 weeks ago. I contacted JustFab four separate times. During the first conversation, the rep informed me that the order was with FedEx and that I needed to contact them to get tracking information. After contacting FedEx, they informed me that they had yet to receive the package and to contact the seller. I contacted JustFab a second time in which they told me that the order was still in fulfillment and the representative put in a request to have the order reshipped and I should receive tracking information within 48 hours.
After 48 hours, I didn't receive any tracking information so contacted JustFab a third time and they informed me that they would contact me with more information. After another 4 days of not hearing from them, I contacted them a fourth time. This time the representative informed me that she had submitted a reship because there was an issue with the post office. I requested rush shipping for free as well as some other form of compensation for all the issues. We'll see if I actually get my order this week. I'm highly dissatisfied with JustFab and more than likely I will not order anything else from them.
Update: JustFab finally reshipped my order but get this... they shipped it to the wrong address. I live in GA and they shipped it to AZ. I don't know anyone who even lives in AZ so I have no clue where they got that address. FedEx called me to verify the address. My guess is whoever lived there returned the order. I'm glad he/she is honest! My rush order that was placed on 3/10 finally hit my doorstep 4/5. After this experience, JustFab has lost my business.

This company is the biggest scam in the world who charges someone $40 a month for absolutely no reason at all? This is ridiculous. It really pisses me off even more that this company is tied to Kimora Lee Simmons. Does she not make enough money that she has to scam people out of their hard earned money? She's supposed to be the president of the company and she's doing this. I'm outraged!!!! The quality of the product is crappy. This really makes me not want to shop online at all anymore.

I've been on JustFab for about a year or two now. I like their selection and have a ton of boots and a few pair of shoes from them. The quality of the items is great. I never had to send anything back. I really enjoy shopping there and their website is good. At one point, I was ordering from them every week but then the heel was getting too high. What I would like JustFab to do though is have more color choices, like yellow and pink. For their boots... maybe blue, green, peach, tea-green, dark purple or something like that. And a heel that's not so high and that's more comfortable - 2.5 to 3 inches.

I haven’t gotten any shoes from JustFab in a while. My only thing with JustFab is this: I’ve been a member for a good length of time. But when you get credit for your shoes and if JustFab is having a sale, they don’t use your credits. That’s the only thing that really bothered me about them. They'll hit your account and not use your credit. My bank account went into overdraft like that before.
As far as the quality of the products - when they have items that’s from the celebrities or certain people, the shoes be garbage. I have a pair of these. I wore it one time and the zipper popped. Then I bought another pair of boots with platforms on them. I wore them four times and the platform came off. I sent a pair of boots back before because the zipper was broke. It’s always problems with the zippers for some reason. The shoes are cute, but the quality is horrible. I can't say I'm angry with the experience because some of these shoes. I've been with them for three years now. A lot of these shoes do be all right and be cute. I recommend them that one time. I don't recommend them no more.

I purchased shoes from Justfab. What drew me initially to them was that they offered some type of discount or some type of credit for being a new customer. The quality of their product was great. I did have one return, but it wasn't due to quality. It was just the size of the shoe. I needed it a little bit bigger. It was a great experience. They have great customer service and the product is of good quality for a low price.

I purchased from Justfab because the first couple of times I liked their styles of shoes. But I don't want to be a member anymore. The quality of shoe has gone down. I tried to cancel probably eight months ago and they wouldn't let me. I just keep skipping. Then I had a credit so I used it, and the last pair of shoes that I got has a weird color. They don't look anything like on the website.

I had ordered a single pair of shoes back in November with no intention to use the website again. I was unaware that a fee would be charged every month or that I was being automatically enrolled in the "VIP" service. I found a charge for around 40$ on my credit card statement for February and called to ask about this. The lady I spoke to on the phone was rude and told me it's my fault because the monthly charge is in the terms and conditions. It is ridiculous to think someone is going to be able to follow an extensive terms and conditions with anything. So now I am faced with several charges that I honestly cannot afford because of student loans, and I only have credits that I now have to order shoes that I don't want and won't wear. After being explained how it works, I may have been likely to return to a VIP member once I'm done with school and could afford it and recommended it to friends, but after my very unpleasant experience with a customer service representative, that will not be happening.

I contacted the number listed on the website to cancel my membership. I was advised that I was selected to receive "free" gifts and a Walmart gift card. I instructed the customer service representative that I was not interested and I just want to cancel my membership. She replied that she is unable to transfer me or give me the number to the department that I needed to speak with in regards to cancellation. Realizing that our conversation was not going anywhere, I disconnected the call and tried to inquire about the cancellation process via an online chat. I received the same generic response of contacting the same number that is listed on the website for cancelling a membership and the chat abruptly ended.
I called the same number again, 1-866-337-0906, and spoke to the same representative from earlier. I agreed to give her my mailing address in hopes of my call being transferred to the appropriate department to cancel. She advised that I needed to pay $2.95 for the S&H of the "free" gifts. I did not understand why I would pay for something that I am not remotely interested in just to cancel an account. She instructed me this is the only way for my call to be transferred for verification purposes. Really? I requested to speak to her supervisor and she said her supervisor will tell me the same thing. I requested to speak to her supervisor again because this process does not make sense to me. She said she cannot transfer my call. I asked for the number to the department that I need to speak to in regards of cancelling my membership. She advised that she cannot give me the number and she hung up.
I am so disappointed in the lack of customer service over the phone and online. Considering I have only made 2 purchases over the past year from Just Fab, I don't have a reason to sustain a membership. I am not going to put my personal views in regards to the quality of the products I received, but please note that I have only worn each pair of shoes once. Constantly reminding myself to log on at the beginning of each month to Skip a Month is getting quite old. I just want my subscription to Just Fab cancelled.

The first time JustFab took money from my account, I was shocked; I thought they had stolen from me. I then looked further into it and realized I had inadvertently signed up to a monthly subscription. I used the "credit" on my account and phoned to cancel my VIP membership. I was advised that I would have my credits refunded to me as long as I stayed a VIP member (by this point it was up to 3 credits, my fault for not skipping, right?). I thought, yeah that seems fair. They keep my subscription but I get my money back and I just have to be more vigilant with remembering to skip every month (handy tip, set a reminder in your phone to go off every 1st of the month!). So I've skipped the last 2 months but have only just realized that my account is still up by 3 credits - I was never refunded.... I've sent an email to them so this will hopefully be resolved.

I keep opting out for the month and still get charged on my credit card!! Asked SEVERAL times for my money to be refunded to no avail. I'm afraid to close out the account thinking that they will simply say "we never knew you" and then I have no recourse whatsoever. I told them that taking my money with no product, AND NO CREDITS APPLIED like they try to tell you they will do if you don't make a selection, IS THEFT BY DECEPTION!!!! I keep getting this canned response that assures me that they are sorry and everything will be done to make amends. They tell me to direct my complaint to the stylists?!?! To which I asked, "Why would I ask the stylists to refund my money? Aren't YOU Customer Service?" Never again!
I have spread the word to everyone I know to resist the urge and do NOT subscribe to this company. I recommend Zulily over these people any day. At least Zulily tells you outright what their terms are and JustFab deceives you into a false sense of security. Funny too how a representative from JustFab will overwhelmingly comment on the raves posted on this page and rarely respond to the complaints logged. Yes, I'm challenging you!

A friend told me about JustFab. I went on the website and found a bunch of stuff I wanted, so I ordered shoes and signed up. I've been a member for 2 to 3 years now and my favorite thing about it is that I can just click and it’s delivered in five days or less. My last purchase three months ago was some brown little booties. The quality is nice for the price.

My first purchase with JustFab was a pair of skinny jeans. There was a strange odor which smelled like mothballs that wouldn't come out so I contacted JustFab Customer Service. They asked me to send the pair back & sent out another. The replacement arrived today and it has an even stronger odor. Hopefully washing in vinegar will get it out. Meanwhile I selected a couple pairs of shoes. When they finally arrived, they had a funny smell too. I put them outside to air. The high heeled pair was not comfortable so I called to return and sent it out last week. As of yet, the replacement hasn't been sent out. The flat pair of sandals I kept seem like something similar at PayLess or Walmart for $20. What I've learned is I won't try a high heeled pair of shoes again. If I can get this strange smell out of the jeans, I'll most likely purchase other styles as I do like that they sell a variety of jeans in my size.

I want to love JustFab but they are really annoying about cancelling. I wanted to cancel a few months ago because of going back to grad school and being on a tight budget but I was told that since I had a credit left I had to use it before I could cancel and then I should still wait to close my account so I might be able to do a return. Now I have accidentally forgotten to skip two months and have been charged $80. To add insult to injury, the shoes I want on the site right now are $30 flats which for some ungodly reason I cannot buy with my $40 credits. UGGGG. I will be getting two pairs of shoes and leaving even though some of my FAVORITE shoes are from JustFab and I get tons of comments on them.

I learned about Justfab since my sister's a member. I liked the styles. I like the things that they have. I like the fact that if you purchase something and it doesn't fit, that you can exchange it or return it without the hassle. I don't have a problem with the quality or the stuff that I order. Love the bags, and shoes is my thing, so I love the shoes. I get to choose such a wide variety. And it's easier to do that than to go in the store and at odd times go in the store. I do it when I'm lying in my bed at night or when I have a few minutes to go on and browse through, choose what I like, order it.

I heard about JustFab from one of my friends at work. I like shoes and JustFab has a really good selection. I've been a member for about 2 or 3 years. I've bought a couple of pieces from JustFab a year and half ago and the quality of the items I purchased was good. But recently I bought some shoes that didn't fit, so I wanted to get a return on them and they were telling me unless I bought the same shoes or got a return and got the shoes, the same shoes in a different size, then I would have to pay for them to take them back. So now I pretty much had been disenchanted with them ever since.

I was in my last year of law school when I heard about Just Fabulous. Having little time to go to stores to shop, I figured signing up and buying things on line was the way to go. However, somehow I ended up with two accounts, one of which I cancelled to not accrue the $40.00 fee each month. I didn't know I had the other account. Anyways, I was finishing my last year of school when my grandmother died, my dad got cancer, my twin sister was getting married on June 1st and I wasn't checking my checking account withdraws - b/c I knew I had student loan money and I didn't really buy much. Because of my stressful time and the fact that I didn't buy much, I didn't check my debit card - and Just Fab had charged me for (7) months of credit: 1/9/12, 12/10/12, 10/11/12, 9/10/12, 8/8/12, 7/9/12, 6/8.
When I called, I talked to several people and all they could do was give me partial credit for 2 months out of the seven. Now perhaps I wouldn't be as mad as if this was from Nordstrom or even Macy's because they have things you will always want, but Just Fab is not even close. The customer service sucks; the quality of their products sucks (shoes fall apart, zippers become detached) and they don't accept refunds unless you buy the shoe, put it on your foot on a carpeted and think it's awful. I don't know how worse this company could be unless it never accepted returns!

It all started when I saw a pair of shoes that I really wanted in a magazine and when I searched them out, JustFab had a similar pair of shoes, Chinese laundry shoes that I really wanted. I've been a JustFab member for at least two years now. I skipped this past month to purchase. But in February I purchased two pairs of shoes and two handbags. They're great. I would recommend JustFab to friends.

I was charged and was unaware of how the JustFab VIP membership worked, and I was issued a refund I did not receive. After contacting JustFab online, the representative had ended the chat on me while I was typing. And after starting another chat, the representative had made put the blame on myself, saying that the refund was issued and I was wrong. The refund never showed up in my banking records and it had already been over 3 weeks. They then told me that I had to have a conference call with JustFab and my Banking to resolve the issue. This is a very large inconvenience and JustFab is very incompetent. I don't recommend anyone shop here. I am cancelling my account as soon as I receive my refund. What a complete waste of my time.

As for your March 7 refund, I highly suggest to dispute that charge with your bank because according to our records here, it has already been issued. Again, we're very sorry for this. However, for your February 2014 credit, I was able to process the refund for the total amount of $39.95. I noticed I had been charged $39.95 for a charge I did not make. I called and the customer service representative said she would remove and refund. I then read these reviews and went through four months of credit card statements to see if I should be refunded another charge. Sure enough I found another charge. I do not know why the representative decided not to inform me of that and fix the issue right there and refund me the $80 bucks. Now I know they are just trying to scam a working mother out of money. I can't afford to toss money away. I thought about it and I realize they have a good system going.
All the reviews had the same issue. The VIP charges every month if you don't skip. Many people like myself work and do not have time to skip a charge especially in the small window they provide. Then some people do not look at their credit card line by line. Letting just fab sneak in and charge us. Thank you just fab with helping contribute to American debt. Then I read more reviews, if it were my company I would think it's so negative to have more people dislike than to like my company. Why wouldn't justfab fix this issue? Because they make money sneaking past their customers. Please refund me the entire amount owed. This is not fair and makes you have a bad reputation.

I have received a 4 items from Just Fab, only one was of acceptable quality. I returned the last 2 items due to poor quality. A pair of suede look shoes arrived wet (despite the box being completely dry) but I mainly returned them as they just didn't fit. I received store credit for the return so I bought a handbag. When I made my order, I went to opt out of the month but the option was greyed out presumably because I had technically ordered an item with store credit. I was later charged for this month. When the bag arrived, I went to open it up as I wanted to use it for work the next day, the clasp fell off in my hands and on inspection I realised that the clasp was never actually attached to the bag properly. The punch holes were non existent.
When I went to get an RMA code to return the bag, I found that I had been wrongly charged for the month. I spoke to customer services who constantly repeated themselves about the store credit and points system until I finally managed to get someone to agree to refund me for the month. This refund later showed on my bank account as £23.96 (should have been £35) and it was then removed from my account the same day by JUSTFABUK! I have disputed this but I keep getting the same response that the refund was processed etc. I then asked for a refund on the bag only to be told I can only have store credit. I have now returned the bag but I don't want to use store credit as I have had nothing but trouble with the site, its appalling customer service and poor quality items. I am still trying to fight this as I am paying for a service that I am not receiving. If I was returning items purely because I didn't like them, then I could understand but these items are such bad quality and not worth my money.

This company while a great idea in theory, after having to deal with customer service twice now I feel like they are a complete scam, and their customer service reps are the most unhelpful people I have ever encountered. Trying to return a product that didn't fit, I was first told I could not return because my account was inactive. I had cancelled my VIP membership, but still had a credit and used it on a pair of shoes, the shoes don't fit. "I'm sorry you can't return an item unless your account is active." Which seems ridiculous. You let me order something without an "active" account, so why can't I return it? That's just illogical. So I have her reactivate it. Then she tells me I can't return it, because I had a store credit. After explaining to her five times that I understand I don't get the money back on my credit card, but the shoes don't fit so I want the credit reimbursed on my account, she FINALLY gets it and sends me the shipping label.
BUT now I'm so frustrated with this company I don't even want the stupid credit, because I don't want to have to deal with them ever again! I know it's going to be a headache to just try and get my account deactivated again, so they don't start charging me the 39.95 a month again. Avoid them at all costs. The shoes are terrible quality anyways, which I mean is expected for 39 bucks, but you should at least get good customer service for that much.

It's been a really good experience and I enjoyed JustFab. I actually joined when it was ShoeFab, when it was just getting started. I don't use it as much anymore, just because there's so much stuff on there that I just feel overwhelmed. It used to be just shoes and then it was shoes and purses, which I liked, and now there's jewelry and jeans and sunglasses. But everybody's always been really nice and I've never had a problem and I've had to return orders and it's customer-friendly.

I purchased a pair of shoes from Just Fab in November 2013. At the time I was unaware that I would be charged $39.95 per month unless I opted out. After two months of being charged $39.95 for December 2013 and January 2014, I contacted customer service and requested that they close my account and credit me $79.90. At that time the customer service rep requested I keep my account open and "opt out" before the 6th of each month to avoid being charged the $39.95 for the next month.
On February 1, 2014, I tried to "opt out" but the "opt out" button was not available on my account. So I contacted customer service again, and requested they close my account. The rep assured me that the account would be closed and that I would not be charged again. Just to make sure I wouldn't be charged again, I canceled the credit card on the account and requested a new one.
On March 21, 2014, I received my credit card statement only to find another charge for $39.95 on my NEW credit card, on the account that had been "closed". I have closed my account with Just Fab through customer service and on-line, but keep getting charged for shoes I have not received, nor do I want. This has been a huge nightmare and I highly suggest that if you don't need/want a new pair of shoes every month... DON'T DO IT!!!!!

The website can email you once every month to remind you to 'Skip the Month' if you aren't buying anything, but I really don't have the time to check my email all the time and go to the website. I forget, and the email reminders never really helped me. Called to cancel in January, they said my VIP membership had been cancelled and I wouldn't be charged. Credit card bill came in, 39.95 charge from JustFab.. I called again today, and they guilt tripped me into staying a VIP member, saying "Give us another chance". I will be calling to CANCEL tomorrow.

I love shoes, anything shoes so I investigated and have stumbled upon JustFab online. I've been a member since 2008. I was actually surprised that the quality of the shoes was so good and that’s why I've stuck with them all these years. I've never had a problem with any of the items I've ordered. I did return one shoe because it was a little tight for me. The return process was very easy and it's the best process I've ever used online. All I had to do was to stick a label on it and send it and that was awesome. Overall, it’s a very satisfying experience. My favorite is the option to skip a month and not be locked into that $40 a month. It’s been very customer friendly.

I've been a JustFab member since 2011. I like the flexibility where you can buy shoes every month or you can skip a month. They don’t force you to spend $39.95 a month. Although they only give you five days, you still have the option to opt out if you remember to go in and pick it. If not, then you have a credit and it’s not that big of a deal. The products are real good. Even the sizes are pretty much spot on and returning is a very easy process. You just call. They give you an RA or they’ll email you an RA. And you just attach it and send it back, and then they credit your account. It’s a really good experience. I like the shoes and they have good quality selections.

It’s easier to buy from JustFab because when you go to a mall, you've got to deal with people and a whole bunch of other stuff. With JustFab, you could pick your shoes, and even if they don’t fit, it’s still an easier process by just dropping them back off in the mail and either choosing another pair or getting the size adjusted, and it’s all done within a couple of weeks. I've been a member for three years and I love the reward points I get. If I order four shoes within a month, I’ll have a credit where I’d get a free pair of shoes. I love the quality of the items and my favorite item was the pink platform stiletto. They have a very wide selection of shoes and even if you’re picking, you’ll still find something you’ll like. It’s very efficient and fashionable.

I purchased some shoes as just fab shoes said on the advert my first purchase is half price and £17.50 came out of my bank then 2 weeks later they took £35. I was wondering why they took my money. I have only ever heard of subscription companies on FB where they scam you into a free trial then take your money. This company relies on the naivety of young people and steals their cash before they realize they've entered into some unscrupulous contract. It's stealing. And I'm in the UK. I will ring my bank and get a refund from them and cancel my card.

So much to say, I have been with JustFab from the beginning of 2010. And I have seen this company grow to bring it's members, who love shoes the best and only for 39.95 an item. I also love the fact that you don't have to always purchase with them to stay a better. I love the fact they give us members the opportunity to go into our monthly boutique. That they have created through our own personal taste and simply click a skip the month button to opt out of the 39.95 for the month.
And you can do this every month if you wish. And they will still love for you to stay a member. There is no pressure at all which i love Just Fab. To me it's like no other shoe club. They listen to us costumers and bring what mention into affect. I can now shop their site for shoes, bag, jeans, dresses, jewelry and for the kids all at once and know that I am getting great quality items. JustFab is definitely recommended in my book.

I've been a member of JustFab for maybe one or two years. The last thing I got was a pair of pumps a couple of months ago. Most of the quality of the items is great. And if I don’t like it, I just send it back. It’s no big deal. They have a pretty easy return process. Shoes are excellent. Pants are not truly for curvy people, no matter what they say.

I have been a member of JustFab since I first heard about the brand -- very close to inception. I have enthusiastically enjoyed the opportunity to add to my closet with shoes, purses and jeans. While I do wish you would keep flare jeans on the menu (they are some of my favorites, and I have worn them to the breaking point!), I continue to love every part of JF. My favorite are the themed boutiques, especially IronFist. Of the "shoe of the month" clubs out there, JF has and always will be my favorite. Keep up the good work!

I have been a member of JustFab for over two years now. When I first joined I took the time to learn about how membership at JF works so I was well aware of the terms and conditions before purchasing. I love getting a new selection of shoes and handbags every month to choose from. They have a really easy returns and exchange process. I never fail to receive compliments on my JF items. Lately they have expanded their items to included more apparel such as dresses and denim which I also love. I've worked for a long time but don’t have pretty shoes, and JustFab had some pretty ones I really wanted. So I wanted to start my collection. They were $39.95 a pair and with free shipping, you can’t really go wrong. And I like how with every shoe you purchase you get points. I haven’t had an opportunity to get myself a pair in a while but I’m so close to getting the free credit. I like the free shipping, and the free returns are nice too. One time I got a pair and my size was just a little off, so I was able to return and exchange, and it was all good and easy. I love the shoes I get from them and haven’t had anything fall apart yet. It’s serious fun to check them all out. The experience with JustFab is fast, easy and fun.

Last February I cancelled my membership in Just Fab, and ask me if I can get my money back that they charged me but she said I can't so I decided to take my last order of shoe and finally asked them to cancel my membership. She said after the done processing my order that my membership was already cancelled but remained opened in case I will change my mind but I can't avail their special pricing anymore. And I clearly ask her "I wouldn't be charge anymore next time?" She said no but still my membership is open.
This month of March, Just Fab charged me again for $39.95. I spoke with their customer service Mindy to give me the refund and I want a a confirmation that my membership is cancelled. She said I was misinformed? I can't take my money back 'cause it was processed and all I have to do is to get another shoe? For what, I don't need a shoe: I want my money back and cancel membership.
Until now they didn't cancel it, they were trying to force me to keep my membership and all I have to do is to go online and SKIP it they said I will call them!!!! I'm too busy to just go online and do that "SKIP" thing or call them. Why I can't cancel my membership? I don't have the right or freedom to cancel it? I can't afford it anymore! I'm still waiting for the confirmation that they cancelled my membership and I need my money back cause last February it was all clear that I told them I don't want to charged anymore. If they really recorded our conversation they will know how wrong they are for the "misinform" part!!!

I am highly upset. I purchased my mother 2 pair of boots for Christmas. I live in another state. The ship to address was different. I called in to explain why I was on hold 1 hours 45 minutes. I cancelled my membership. I have not been on that website since. Today my credit card was billed $39.99. I called in and spoke with Samantha. I explained to her I wanted my money back and I already cancelled my membership. She repeated herself 4 or 5 times explaining to me about points and credits. She had the nerve to say THERE IS NO REFUND. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. I am not interested in purchasing anything again from this unprofessional company. I just want my money back. I went to the website and my membership still has not been cancelled. What am I to do?

As many have stated before, they bait people into becoming members by giving a 2 for 1 deal on shoes and putting in small print that you automatically become a member where you are charged a monthly fee. I keep having to return things because the quality is SO bad. Boots that you can't get on because there is no zipper, purses that have no clasp made of Naugahyde so cheap the surface wore off in two weeks. Do not get involved with this company. They also said I did not return the correct item when the package they sent it in was wrong - it was not what I sent. Order ** (Signature Skinny Brights). I just returned a pair of boots and they are not giving me back the $40 credit toward the purchase price that I had used to purchase the boots. They are shamefully corrupt. (DUTTON VIP PRICE: $89.00) Somebody please help me get out of this tangled web this company spins!

I first made an account with this company when they first started, without reading the fine print. I then canceled my account after being charged for not clicking "skip this month." A couple of months ago, I decided to make a new account since I now knew how JustFab worked. So I set a scheduled alert to remind myself to press "skip this month" at the beginning of every month.
For the month of February, I got my reminder, went to the website & clicked the button. A week later, I noticed that I was charged the $39.95 anyway. So I called into customer service & talked to a man named Brenden & was told there had been an "error in the system," and that the money would be put back onto my card in 3-5 business days. I waited a couple of weeks just to see if it would be put back on. Well, that NEVER happened.
So I called back in & talked to a woman named Faye, who told me that in my account history, there had never even been anything done to put the money back onto my card, but reassured me that she was doing it right then and there & the money would be put back onto my card in "3-5 business days." That phone call to Faye was on February 28th. So it has been 9 days since that phone call took place. So almost a month later & still no money back onto my card? Hm.
I've never been so appalled by poor customer service in my entire life. I've gotten shoes that I love from this company and that is not the issue here. From reading the other reviews on here, customer service is one of the main complaints of people. So you'd think that JustFab would try to work towards improving that, but I have yet to see this happen. Improve your system or you WILL and obviously HAVE lost many customers. I plan to cancel my account & never return. I'd much rather pay more for a pair of shoes than deal with the hassle I've had with JustFab.

I haven't had a good experience with JustFab. I was given a credit for the first month since I was involuntarily signed up for the VIP membership. I called to get my money back and requested to have my next month skipped, so I wouldn't pay another fee and I would cancel my account after that online. My account was not skipped as of the next month resulting in a second charge!
I called and they explained the system will not let them credit a second time and all they could do was cancel my account. I am now paying forty dollars for nothing and refused my money back. Unbelievable. I work in retail, I know the short cuts. If your customer is not satisfied, then take care of it! It's not rocket science.

Since my original review, they have since worked with me to resolve my issues to my satisfaction. I'm not wild about the business model personally, but plenty of people like it, so it's up to the consumer to decide. I do feel that they are a trustworthy company and will try to resolve your issues if you do have any.

It's a nice idea in theory and I have gotten a couple pairs of shoes that I liked, but there is lots of room for improvement. I knew the deal when I signed up, but this month, I even skipped the month and still got charged. (I'm pretty sure this happened before as well, but as I couldn't be positive at the time, I made sure to watch it this time and make sure I wasn't crazy.)
Perhaps they have some system issues since they didn't issue me the credit for my return either. (They won't give me a refund for the item I returned, since I used the member credit they charged me $39.95 for). I had to contact customer service to get my credit pushed to my account even though I had already received an email stating it had been issued. They did reverse this month's erroneous charge when I asked them to.
I should've listened to my gut when I tried to cancel before. I called to cancel because I wasn't liking the items (sizes are all over the place), they sweet talked me by offering me a free gift by way of issuing me a free member credit. I thought that was pretty cool of them, so I gave them another try. Before I could even use the credit, they changed it so that you can no longer purchase an actual item such as shoes or clothing, but only cheap items like a jelly bracelet or some cheap sunglasses.
I've wanted to cancel for a while now, but just wanted to make sure I got either an item I actually liked since they've already charged me or a refund for it. I think it's worth abandoning the 40 bucks now just to get away from dealing with them. I'll continue shopping with companies that don't want to charge me each month to give them my business.

I liked the shoes JustFab had. I took advantage of the offer where you buy one and get one-half off. I've been a member since 2012 but have not purchased recently. The quality of their shoes is fine. They are great and fantastic.

I am trying to get a refund from this company. I've tried ordering twice now and the shoes that I received just don't fit properly or the color is off. I am trying to get a refund and cancel my account. I have been calling for a month now and one to two times a week. They have been telling me for two weeks that the refund is "in progress". I think this is ridiculous. Customer service is not helpful at all, I get put on hold for 15 minutes at a time. I have never dealt with a company like this. I would never buy again, I called again today and spoke to a "supervisor" named "Tyler" (after 26 minutes) who says that the refund is still in progress and that its taking so long because of a system update...

I heard about JustFab through a friend and I've been a member for about a year. They were the only company I knew about that did the online at the time. My favorite part about being a member is how easy it is to order and return if I need to. I made my last purchase in December and I bought some boots. I like the quality. They’re cute boots. They didn't tear up the first couple of times I wore them because I live up north so I walk out in the snow. I like all my stuff. JustFab has great shoes at a good price and good customer service.

I've never really found a website that intrigued me. And then, I found JustFab and thought it was something different. Rather than having to go to the store and purchase shoes there. The last time I made a purchase, I bought like three pairs of shoes. I find a really good quality in their shoes. It's much better than the other shoes that I've purchased anywhere else. So the quality on their shoes are actually good. Some shoes are really comfortable. Some are a little hard to break into, but either way, they're still really comfortable shoes. Overall, it's been a great experience for me. I like the fact that you can shop online.

I love shoes and JustFab has good variety and price. The sizes and depictions of their products are very accurate and the quality of the product for the price is very good. I've bought as many purses from them as I have shoes and I've been a member since 2011. I've taken advantage of their two-for-one promotions and usually a lot of their sales are when I purchase, unless there’s something that I just absolutely can’t wait for. JustFab is a great site.

I have had an awful experience with JustFab. The shoes are cute and in theory it is a great idea, but the quality of the product is horrible. Out of the 4 pairs of shoes I purchased, 1 was shaped oddly causing it not to fit, and 2 had the soles begin to fall off within a month. I am so disappointed that I wasted so much money on these products. I will never recommend this site and will be canceling my subscription. Oh, and you can't cancel your subscription online... You must call in. That is just ridiculous. I'm over this site.

I went with JustFab because I liked all their sales. I had been a member almost since it started. I love how easy it is when you are a member, especially for shopping shoes. Just about a month ago I bought a pair of boots. I love the quality. For the price, I think it's the best quality out there. My favorite purchase so far is just a pair of basic nude peep-toe heels that go with everything. JustFab is convenient, stylish and How about trendy?

My sister belongs to one of those websites that sends you deals. She saw something about how you got the first pair of shoes for half price, so we both signed up and got our shoes. I've been a member of JustFab for about 18 months. I’m a vegetarian and I stopped buying leather probably about seven years ago. And it’s been kind of challenging to buy shoes that are on trend and of good, decent quality because I end up buying shoes from Target or whatever. And these are just like so much better quality for maybe $10 more than you would pay at a discount store or where you would get the cheap stuff. And they’re just super on trend. I really love them.
I just got a pair of shoes that I actually received about three weeks ago and I’m waiting for another pair of shoes and a dress that should be here next week. My favorite purchase is the first boots I bought. They are like my total go to boots. I wear them almost every single day. I've been wearing them for 18 months - not more in the summer, obviously, but 18 months and they still look brand new. It’s astounding because I am a shoe ruiner. My experience has been fun. Like I’m having fashion again.

JustFab by far has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They don't respond to any of your questions or concerns. The sad thing is I liked everything I've purchased from their company so far with a few minor issues but, that wasn't what made me upset. The past couple of purchases I've made so far included a free magazine subscription that you could choose from the selection they offered at the end of the purchase. The magazine never came w/ my purchase nor did it come separately through the mail. I emailed them inquiring about where the magazines are? Till this day I still have not received any response from JustFab.
Same thing with sending them an email curious about the wait list items I sent for notification on when they would be available. I sent them several emails asking for an update or some sort of communication from them on how the wait list works or even if these items would come back out again. I sent several emails requesting for status last year in 2013 and still have not received "ONE" response.
You think with who the CEO is of this company that they would take more pride in providing better customer service but, maybe they don't care about customer service. They just care about you spending money and that's it. I'll tell you what... Customer service is a big thing for me and I would walk away from any company that treats their customers like crap. So as far as I'm concerned, JustFab sucks.
The saddest thing is I really love their purses and shoes especially, for the price they offer. Not really a fan of having to remember to log in every month to hit the "Skip" button so I don't get charged $39.95/month. There's a lot of companies out there that you can purchase items for good deals for free and no obligations. However, that wasn't too big of a deal to me as them not responding to any of my email inquiries. I hate companies that don't acknowledge their customers concerns. We "customers" are what keeps the business going. JustFab should take more pride in that.

I placed an order for 4 pairs of jeans. I received them and they were too small so I called and requested an exchange which they granted. When I got the second shipment these too were too small. I called again and decided that I just wanted a refund. I paid $100 for 4 pairs of jeans and now I have to pay a restocking fee of $3.95-$5.95 PER pair of jeans. Their size chart is extremely skewed. I originally purchased my size which were actually too small then went a size up and they were still too small. I do not want store credit so they take a restocking fee but if I wanted store credit then I would get the full amount back. I will never buy from them again!!

I am very disappointed with JustFab. When I started with the company I was so excited to receive my rewards towards shoes because I love shoes! Well, because I was very disappointed with the quality, I decided to cancel. I canceled over a week ago and was charged TODAY with a subscription! I was heated because I canceled my subscription over a week ago and upon calling was told that the fee was charged Feb. 8! I had the same amount of money in that account up until this morning! I know because the transaction is still pending... The customer service rep was so nonchalant and I would not recommend JustFab whatsoever!

I wish I had found this site before I ordered anything from JustFab. But no! I was dazzled by all the pretty shoes. I made my first order over Presidents Day weekend. They had an awesome deal. I just wish the rest of my experiences would have stayed awesome. Since I ordered (5 pairs of shoes & 1 handbag), I have had to contact customer service 4 times! #1 Horrible Customer Service - The first time was about the Reward points. My account showed them the day I placed my order but not the next day. The chat agent was short with me and ended the chat before I was satisfied that my problem was solved.
#2 Delayed Shipping - Next time I had to contact Customer Service because it had been 5 days and I still had no shipping information. My order still said pending. This chat agent was a little nicer and said it would be shipped out that day. That did not happen! #3 More shipping trouble - I had to contact customer service yet again because my order was still being processed 3 days later. This chat agent said that she was sorry for the delay and that she would put a "rush" on my order. Fine! What else am I supposed to do? I was semi-satisfied when I finally got a shipping tracking number the following day.
#4 Messed up my order - So after all of what I had already put up with I finally get my package. I was so happy! Until I opened it and half of my order was not shipped! WHAT!!! Okay now I am just mad. And do NOT feel like a "VIP" member at all! JustFab apparently just throws that around to reel people in. They apparently have no intention of treating their customers like very important people at all!!! #4 Just Plain Fed Up - I contacted customer service yet again! You would think that after all the trouble they had already put me through that JustFab would have at least taken the time and consideration to make double sure that this customer got her order and that it was all correct. The agent said she would put a "rush" on the remaining order. Well, that was yesterday and my order still says pending!!!!! JustFab if you want to keep me as a customer, you need to make this up to me in a big way! Because right now after I get the rest of my order I am canceling (That is a bit scary too after the other customer reviews I have read).

Signed up for JustFab and received my order. That was fine. I decided that I no longer wanted to be a VIP and cancelled my account in accordance to the written rules. I was still billed the next month. Called the customer service number and was told that they did have a record of cancellation and would refund the money in 2-3 days. Two weeks later, no refund. Called again and the customer service person said she couldn't help because my account was cancelled and there were no managers on that day. SCAM! B. horrible customer service, horrible company. I have been a member for four years. I've been a VIP I think ever since. I like the change in selection. The quality for the price they're okay. It’s a set price the $39.95. Sometimes they’re less. But as far as long-term, they don't really last as long. I've already had two pairs of shoes that kicked the bucket. Overall, they're fast. It’s convenient. It’s modern and just worth your money.

Attention any ladies using JustFab.ca: Do Not Ever order from this company. They are SCAMMERS. After visiting their site in November, I took advantage of their 'get your first pair half price' deal where I had to register for their newsletter where the coupon would then in kick in. They had me check off a box for their 'terms of service' and I proceeded with my sale. I just found out that they have been charging my credit card for $40 EVERY MONTH since November - one of their hidden terms of service. Never was this displayed anywhere other than in their 2 foot long terms and unless I opted out via email (how can you opt out when you're unaware of any charges???) than they will continue charging you, regardless of whether you purchase anything else. I had to threaten lawyers after the phone rep refused to refund the charges and instead informed me that this is now a credit to JustFab.ca. Moral of the story: scam company, with terrible products and horrible ethics. DO NOT SHOP HERE LADIES! !

I'd like to say I don't know why people are so upset over this website, but the fact is they're obviously not reading the not-so fine print. I've been with JustFab for over a year and have never been charged when I have chosen to "Skip the month" by the 5th (as it clearly states when you sign up). The sizes have always fit as they should, and the quality is better than expected. When I first purchased, they even let me exchange a pair that was labeled "all sales final" since it wasn't quite what I was expecting. I have no complaints about this website and if you love shoes, its definitely worth giving it a try.

I like the convenience of being a JustFab member. I don’t like shopping, so it’s convenient that I can just look online and it’s cheap and affordable. For the price, it’s good quality items, the shoes at least. I don’t know about anything else. But the shoes are good quality and they last, and it’s well worth the $39.

I started using JustFab 7-8 months ago and never had an issue until now. If I didn't want to purchase anything, I skipped the month without a problem. Yet after making the decision to close my account on January 15th (due to multiple accounts), I was assured by the Fashion Consultant I would not be billed and my account was no longer active. I received no email confirmation but also did not receive any further emails after the 15th. I was floored then, when on February 17th I was billed the monthly $39.95 fee. I contacted JustFab and the rep "Aaron" was rude, argumentative, and although he said the account was now closed (it still is active). I had to ask well over 10 times to speak to a supervisor, and when the call was transferred to a "supervisor" I was appalled to hear her suggest I was lying. Even worse though was the attitude. VIP Member? Definitely not treated as one. JustFab, you lost a customer and I will definitely spread the word about this terrible experience.

I saw JustFab online. Then I was talking to a couple of my girlfriends about it and they were all like "Oh my God, the shoes are only $40. There's no shipping and handling." I have wide feet, so I have to read the reviews before I make my foot size decision and make a purchase. But I've never had a problem. It's been two years, and I only had to exchange one pair of shoes. The last purchase I made was for a pair of black and silver leopard print, like a sling-back, and a pair of open-toe, brown leopard print shoes. I got them on sale. I like that I can go shopping any time I want. It's a great shopping experience, all around - from their selections and customer service.

Called to cancel membership and the sales rep hung up on us. Called again to cancel, sale rep assured us that our membership was canceled, but the coming month, they continued to charged us on our credit card. We called again and asked for a refund and again for cancellation of our membership. They offered to refund the charge, but they said that they can only cancel our membership after refund is processed. We would need to wait a few days for refund to be processed and call back to cancel membership. We waited a week and no fund and no member cancellation. We are going through our credit card company to dispute the charges and block any future charges. We would not recommend JustFab to anybody.

I've been a member of JustFab since 2011. There's so much selections and a lot of styles that you normally would not find in a store. I really like the products but not the jewelry. It's is more of a cheaper brand and they're not as sturdy. The prices could be a little bit better though. Overall, everything else is great. I love the shopping experience. One other thing that I don't like is the fact that each month I have to like go in there and Skip the Month if I don't want to purchase because sometimes people do get caught up in work, get busy and forget. I don't think it's fair for people to get charged just because they didn't skip a month. But in general, I like the website.

I bought a pair of boots from JustFab more than four months ago. And now I find out that they have been taking money from my card for four months. It turns out when I bought from them, I automatically became a VIP member whose card would be charged almost $40 every month without confirmation. I can't imagine if I didn't take a look at my payment record, how much more would be taken... They told me my money are changed into credits. The credits should be treated as $39.95 cash each. But! You can buy a pair of luxe shoes with $49 in cash, while you need two credit ($79 value) for that. That means the value of the credit is less than cash! Not alone you didn't pay for the credit willingly. I think US should be a country with great customer protection. But on the internet, I find hundreds of people had the same experience I have now. I don't know how this could happen. Our money was taken without our notice. And we seem helpless. This is definitely a SCAM. Stop everyone you know from shopping with them!!!

Yesterday night, when I was checking my Visa billing, I saw an amount of $39.95 from JUSTFAB. I thought this was an error so I called them. The girl told me it was a credit for my next buy. I told her they didn't told me anything about that and that I agreed of anything of it. The girl told me that when you buy something, you automatically become a VIP member. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! YOU CAN'T DO THAT TO YOUR CONSUMERS! IT IS CALLED STEALING PEOPLE! But the best isn't that. I was really upset for $39.95, but I discovered that they charged me SEVEN TIMES on my Visa!!!! So they stole me $280.00!!! They are totally forcing you to buy something on their site. This is called stealing people. I know I am not the only one!
My friends also faced the same situation. I read a lot of bad reviews on the internet. THIS HAS TO STOP. I am seriously really upset. I'm studying business at University, and I am telling you that these are not my last words about it. You will have to pay for your dishonest businesses. AND I HOPE THIS WILL BE WAY MORE THAN THE $280 I WORKED MY ** OFF FOR AS A STUDENT PAYING FOR ALL MY SCHOOL! Seriously, I am crying now... $280 is a lot for me. I'm having difficulties to put some gas in my car! And now I have to pay for your dishonesty.

I purchased last June 2013, shoes was fine with the price... I did not notice up to this time since I received my credit card statement today that they were charging me $39.95 every month. I did not notice the VIP section there, that it has a CHECK mark for VIP and that why they keep charging me every month... So I called my Bank to dispute the last charge of $39.95 and the Bank representative did a conference call to JUSTFAB customer service. and so JUSTFAB rep explained it to me that their policy is like that and she told me that I can still redeem my 8 points as a VIP member with the equivalent of 8 pairs of shoes. So by cancelling the VIP membership for 8 months, I still get 8 pairs of shoes (kinda nice deal ;)... The Bank cancel the future charges, which is good...
Here comes the good part: I went online at JUSTFAB to collect my 8 pairs of shoes, I keep shopping till MY BAG has 8 pairs of shoes, there is no options to redeem it in the BAG... I went to LIVE CHAT, asking how to redeem it, and they want me to call but I can't make a call cuz my baby is sleeping. To make the story short, the only FREE stuff that I can get with my 8 points are the SWAG items which are the ugly bracelets or rings and other stuff which has no shoes selections... JUSTFAB is a RIP-OFF... I wasted my $39.95 x 8 months of charges... I should have donated that money to the kids in my country...

I bought a pair of shoes from this site. 6months + I realize they have been billing me for 39.95 a month for more than half a year! I never noticed. I called and they said that I have 7 credit waiting for 7 pairs of shoes. I don't want 7 pairs of shoes, I want a credit. The part that makes me so angry is they advertise all over the site the shoes are 39.95 so when you read the sign up you think it is just to buy 39.95 priced shoes. You really have to be digging to get the hint that they charge you no matter what, and you bank up credits. So many people are complaining...why is no one doing anything. This is a ripoff. A scam made to trick people! Don't be fooled stay away! Awful awful

I became a "VIP" member WITHOUT WARNING and automatically got charged $39.95 for two consecutive months until I cancelled. JustFab WILL NOT REFUND the charges on my card, but assured me my credits are still available - I don't want your poor quality shoes or handbags! I want my money back! This company is run by thieves, what a disgrace!

I signed up for JustFab in December to order a pair of bridesmaid's shoes. Sounded like a great deal because they would only be $19.95. I failed to read all the fine print and discovered a $39.95 charge from them in January. I went back to their site, scoured all the fine print and found that the monthly charge is part of your service (unless you remember to skip a month in their short 4-day window). There's an option online to cancel your membership so I did that and just took the initial $40 charge as my fault for not paying attention.
Well, now it's February and I have another charge. I called them right away, told them I cancelled my account online last month and they said that yes you can do that online BUT you still have to call. How shady is that?! Horrible business practice. So "Daniel" with customer service says they will refund my money but it will take 3-5 business days *insert eye roll* and once that happens I still have to call back to cancel my account. So wrong and a horrible way for business to be run. I'll be sure to find every place I can to warn others about their shady practices. Now I'm terrified for my bank account and just might call my bank and get a new card because of all of this. So wrong.

I saw JustFab on Facebook or on the commercial, and I was "okay let me check it out, see what it's all talking about." And I was like "oh my gosh, they actually are the price that they are, and I love the delivery." I was like the girls on the commercials. Every time the mailman came, I'm jumping and sos my mom about them. My mom and I are both going into competition on who can get the most shoes from JustFab, and she beat me. I've been a member for two, three years and I have become a VIP. Keep up the good work and bring us some more shoes.

Watch your account ladies. Just Fab tends to take more money than they should, but they say it is a pre-auth. I'm sorry but the pre-auth should only be the amount of the original purchase until shipped. They took 3 "pre-auth" transactions from my account of the original price of my purchase. So just keep an eye on your account when ordering with them. Due to them they have taken $146.70 for a bill that was 48.90, and if you don't call they keep taking.

I heard about JustFab from Facebook. I had seen an advertisement of some shoes that they had on there, so I wanted to go and check it out. When I went and looked at the website, I really liked the selection of shoes and purses. And now that it progressed so much, I love it even more that there’s jewelry and other options as well. My favorite thing about being a member is new selection every month. People ask me all the time where I get my shoes and my purses. So I’m always telling everyone to go to JustFabulous.

DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!! Just don’t! As a scam they make you become a VIP member when you buy something, but let’s be honest no one reads the agreements to anything. Well turns out they charge you almost $40 a month. I’m a college student and when I saw they were taking out money, it pissed me off because I work hard for my money and this money sucking company just takes it! So after I saw this I went online and cancelled.
You would think I wouldn’t be getting charged right? Wrong they kept charging me every ** month! So I finally called the company and they said "Oh you have 4 credits how about you use them before canceling?" I thought well great 4 pairs of shoes right! Nope, wrong again! They were charging me and it said I had 0 credits! And please do not chat with these people, all they do is say "I’m so happy to help you." Then you tell them the problem, and they go "Well I can’t help you so please call our number." My point is DON’T BUY!

I ordered some boots two months ago and I never got them and I even contacted them but JustFab refused to fix the problem and then they have been charging me $39 each month for things that I have never ordered!!! Worst service ever. Never buying boots from there again.

I canceled my justfab membership two months ago without an issue. I called and spoke to a rep to cancel like I was supposed to. Last week, I woke up to find a lovely membership charge from justfab on my bank statement. I called the agent and was very very displeased to find that even though I had canceled my membership and had not been charged for two months, my membership showed active. I was even more displeased that I had to fight with the agent and then a supervisor to get a refund because it's "their policy" to not give refunds. I was furious that I had canceled my membership and it had been re-activated without my authorization and it was really difficult to get my money refunded back to me.
A company who has it in their policy to not give refunds is absolutely ludicrous. I was told it was because it was a credit now. How is it that a company can take MY money without MY authorization and state I can't get a refund because THEY converted it to a refund? Finally after an hour I got my refund. I will never deal with this company ever again.

I was not advised that by purchasing an item that monthly payments would be taken without buying anything. Cancelled with them and got a scripted talk over conversation. Was advised my money had been covered to credits and could not be turned back to cash. I don't wish to purchase any further items as the quality of what was sent was not that good. I was not aware that being a member meant that they were going to charge one once a month! No notifications letting you know that you are going to be charged, nothing! I am highly upset about the customer service that I received as well. The person I spoke to decided they were going to talk over me. It was explained to me that the money is nonrefundable - WHAT!? If you don't want to be a member, you cannot get your money back. This has been an absolutely horrible experience. I plan to do my part is educating as many people on the internet as I can about this ridiculous company! This kind of customer service is not how you keep repeat business!

This website is a straight scam. Like many of the reviews here, I have also been a victim of this $40/month without any notice through emails as the consultants would tell me on the phone. But I will skip the dark business marketing tactic that they use and go straight to the point. There was no email to remind me at the beginning of the month to skip DURING my busy college student life. NOTE: The email I linked onto my JustFab account is my college email that I check on a daily basis. If they sent the email, I would've been aware of this incoming charge and I would've avoided the fee. Also, they would've avoided this 1-star (rather NO star) review of mine.
As a BROKE college student, $40 is a lot and can last me meals for two weeks. I could care less about spending money on low-quality made shoes on a monthly basis. It is my fault for buying shoes online because I end up receiving a pair of cheap-made shoes that I would slip and fall ON DRY CONCRETE. I've tried to cancel my membership, but these consultants seem to come off as robots and responding through protocol. Not sure if I was talking to a person. They would repeatedly remind me that if I cancel my membership, I would no longer receive the VIP benefits, which I could care less for low-quality shoes. Very disappointed with this website. I would never recommend this to any of my friends or colleagues or anyone.

I have always been happy with JustFab. I've been a member for over two years. I like that fact that I'm able to store all my credits and use them when I want to. I know the money is there for use. And it's easy to find the style of shoes I like.

I have never written a bad review about a company, but I am so extremely disgusted and disappointed with JustFab. I bought a pair of boots which I was excited to be able to sign up for their VIP membership and receive at half price with no shipping. I read the terms and agreements and understood the 'Skip' option, but also that I could cancel my membership if/when I needed to. The boots I received were very cute, but within 1 month of wearing the boots maybe once or twice a week, all the camel coloring on and around the toes had worn and chipped off making them unpresentable to wear anymore.
I decided to cancel my membership, but of course, I came to find that I was unable to do so online and every time I called customer service I got the recording that there was 'high call volume' and I could try back again later if I didn't have time to wait. Therefore I used the 'Skip' option for a couple months. This month I missed the allotted time for the 'Skip' option, but instead of receiving any sort of email or notification warning me that the time was coming close, all I received was an email saying I'd been billed and credited.
I call customer service and this time, despite the 'heavy call volume' message, I waited to speak to a customer service agent. I told her I wanted to cancel and she went off on a long flurry of scripted reading giving me all my options and when I still told her I wanted to cancel, she again started reading her scripting so fast that I had trouble even keeping up with anything she was saying. I realized she was telling me that if I chose to move forward with the cancellation, I would lose all VIP benefits INCLUDING the $39.95 credit that had just been charged to my account. I had to ask her to clarify and she said yes, because that's one of the VIP benefits. So basically I either hang up, order shoes I do not need or want and then call back again later only to wait on hold and then listen through another 5 straight minutes of script readings or I will lose the $39.95 of my own personal money that had been charged. To me, that is insane and extremely unfair. I am livid and appalled. I will not use JustFab ever again and I plan to tell my friends and family not to bother with them either. Complete scam.

I'm a college student that obviously likes shoes. So when I saw the JustFab commercial, it attracted me to the site. I have bought some shoes there, and yes the designs are nice but they are usually poorly made. I believe last month they withdrew the $40 that they always do and I was upset but thank God I had money in my account. I was going to cancel the account but I wanted to get my shoes first to make sure they are fine and didn't need to return them. Of course, since I am busy studying and working I forgot to cancel the account and skip the month. This time I am not okay with it since I am struggling with money and all I had in my account is $3. Now I'm in -36.20!!
How on earth am I supposed to pay that when all the money I get goes to rent and bills....LITERALLY? I eat off my tips which usually is not much. I swear they better give me back my $3 because I can't afford to be paying the $30 and the money my bank charges me for going into the negative numbers . "Credit for future purchase" they say... yeah okay well how the hell am I suppose to pay for that purchase now!? Hopefully, when I call they help me out and are not rude like usual and trust me, after this I'm canceling. This is a website for people that have money and shop all the time... not for college students.

If you don't want them to charge your card $40 every month, you'll have to log on to their site and click "Skip the Month" every 1st to 5th of the month. However, when I bought something there for the very first time because I was able to get it for like $20. I have became a VIP member without that warning. So the first month it happened, I was charged to my card. It may not be a big deal to most people but I'm a flat-broke college student, who does not get support from parents and hasn't been able to get any financial aid lately, so typically, I'd literally have no balance in my card and I'd have to wake up to a negative balance of $40 dollars, it would surely bring me down.
I called customer service regarding that problem and explained how I was not aware of having this VIP membership and I was told that the only way for me to get a refund is to keep the membership... I told them I have no time to keep up-to-date on shoes when I have more important things in life to do (I'm literally spending day and night studying at school). With the fact that my account is overdrafted, I'd have to wait a couple weeks for the money to process back as well. So weeks after, I got my money refunded back BUT it happened again (I did warn you, I have no time to keep updated on this). School stresses me out just about enough but to have my card charged especially to the negatives once again over this, I don't think I have time to stress over this. Naturally, I called again. This time I requested to cancel it once again due to the fact that it has happened twice but once again, they tell me the same thing to keep the account and they'll refund me the money. Seriously?
I already have to wait for the money to come back to an overdrafted account that possible charges me more money when I literally have no money to put in. I even told them that I do not get any e-mails reminding me to skip, not even in my junk mail. So they assured me they would e-mail me the next time. But guess what? Charged... Yet again and no e-mails what-so-ever. Same situation, I'm in my negatives. Called, told them I really need them to refund it so my account wouldn't stay in the negatives but they told me they cannot do anything about it once it happened for the third time but this time I was able to have my VIP cancelled. Are you kidding me? I had to get charged for the last time for them to cancel my VIP?
After constantly pressuring me to keep the account in order to get my money back and when I finally can't, they're willing to cancel it? They said I can have them in credits to spend on shoes. I can't even afford myself a meal sometimes, I don't think I need credits to buy shoes. I've never been so upset dealing with online sites in my life. I literally cried because I have no such money at this moment. It may be ridiculous but try being that student that literally lives off change, I don't think you'd be wanting to spend the money you don't have at a shoe site. My VIP may have been cancelled but never again will I shop on this site, it's a scam.

I've been a happy, loyal member of JustFab VIP membership for about 4 years! The membership is simple & gives additional promotions, sales, and great VIP discounts & all I have to do should I not want to order for the month is just hit the skip button and there are no charges. If by chance I forget, a credit shows that I can use to purchase anytime! What is the best is the quality & style JF offers for the price not only in shoes but handbags, denim, dresses, tops, & jewelry!! The shipping & returns have always been simple & to reach customer service is available by live chat or even a phone call. I had a friend of mine refer me to Just Fab and we both love shoes and we had similar styles. I knew wherever she got her shoes from was where I wanted to get mine. So I was just really impressed with the selections and so I've been pretty much getting all my shoes from there ever since. I hardly ever shop in the store anymore. And they carry a size 11. JustFab is awesome. They made me a lot more stylish.

JustFab automatically charges you $39.95/month for store credits every 5th of the month if you forget to "Skip the month". This happened to me several times so I was forced to order some shoes. Their designs are seasonably fashionable, and the shoes are comfortable, but the materials are cheap rubbish. So the shoes only last you about a month. So I forgot to "Skip a month" again, and finally got around to calling them to cancel my account. Here are my complaints:
1. Your only option to cancel your account is to call their toll free number. (This was the main reason I always "forgot" to cancel my account, because I would notice the charge on my credit card bill, make a mental note to cancel, and then would forget.) So this time I gave myself a calendar reminder.
2. You have to go through their telephone menu options: Press 1 for this, press 2 for that... Enter the telephone# registered to your account. Then I chose the option for Account Cancellations.
3. When Customer Service finally answers your call, they ask you to repeat everything, including your telephone# and the reason why you are calling.
4. You can hardly hear their Customer Service because there is so much background noise. It sounded like you were in a marketplace!
5. When I told their Customer Service that I was calling to cancel my account, she proceeded to give me a sales talk. She started telling me about all the benefits that I would be losing, etc. To which I said, "no thanks, please just cancel the account." But then she re-started the sales talk... and I would again decline and then the sales talk would begin again... to which I again declined. This heightened to the point of me raising my voice and cutting her off in the middle, saying "Just cancel the account!" to which I was put on hold, and when Customer Service came back on, again started with the sales talk! Obviously the call ended with me getting very frustrated and annoyed. Asked Customer Service to email me a confirmation that they have cancelled my account.

I am pleased that you have returned my subscriptions fees, but I still don't agree with your sales tactics. Because you did respond so quickly to my complaints, I will give you a slightly higher rating than I had before. My concern is, that if I hadn't made such a stink, I would still be out my $79.90. I can't help but to believe that there are other customers out there who simply forfeited their money because they didn't think to complain the way I have.

On December 16, 2013, I ordered a pair of boots for my daughter from JustFab.com as a Christmas gift. I used my debit card to complete the purchase. Unbeknownst to me, I was signed up as a VIP member which resulted in two charges of $39.95 (01/14/2014 and 02/06/2014). When I discovered the February charge, I immediately logged onto my account, found the phone number for the company and contacted them.
The representative informed me that I got a discounted price on the boots for signing up for the VIP membership. I informed him that I had no idea that completing my order would result in membership charges. I offered to pay the difference in order to be removed from the membership, but the representative did not respond to my request. He agreed to cancel my membership, but would not agree to refund my money. It was difficult to communicate with him due to a language barrier and his aggressive sales tactics.
I feel that the company uses deceptive practices in order to get customers to sign up for an expensive membership. They claim that I should have received email messages reminding me that the charge would be coming out of my account, but I reviewed all emails from them and have seen nothing of the sort. All I have received are advertisements for their products. In the end, I've paid a total of $79.90 for a membership that I never wanted or knowingly agreed upon.
On researching more about the company's tactics, I came across this article from TechCrunch: "The company (JustFab.com) is, however, abusing a tricky UI, loaded with dark pattern design gimmicks like forced continuity and sneak into basket all in the name of getting customers to sign up for a JustFab VIP membership they may not have wanted. Used at least lightly by many e-commerce sites, dark patterns are ways web designers use the irrationality and laziness of any given human in order to increase the bottom line. Many argue that they're unethical. In fact, the EU has passed a mandate that its countries push through laws protecting consumers from misleading subscription interfaces, which Germany was the first to enact."
There are thousands of complaints against JustFab.com and I now wish I had researched them more carefully before buying from them.

I am livid. They charged my credit card $39.95 when I never even purchased anything. They say its in the fine print of being a VIP member, but I never even signed up to be a stupid VIP member. After calling customer service, they still won't reverse the charge.

I purchased some plastic boots for $19.95 in September 2013 from. I do like the boots and they are used only in bad wet snowy weather. However that is the only positive remark I can give this interesting company! I did a one time purchased in September. Never while doing that purchase did I authorize JustFab to withdraw $39.95 from my account indefinitely! I was just making a payment on my credit card today and this amount of $39.95 from JustFab drew my attention. I knew very well I had not purchased anything from them in February. I had been with my son in the hospital at that time and date. I called my Credit card company who told me to file a dispute and then of course close my card. That lady suggested that I should call JustFab and close the account down. She seemed knowledgeable about this company's procedure.
I called JustFab and spoke to Bree. She was very professional which I appreciated. I am also sure JustFab has a protocol of what to say. When I told her that I had not authorize this indefinite charge of $39.95, she said that there was a little box that I have clicked and that made me a VIP member forever. I told Bree that never was there a statement that came up in the JustFab checkout procedure, that authorization to JustFab to withdraw $39.95 from my account forever!!! First I was told that if I closed my account I would not get the refund; however, that was then changed to that I would get a refund if I would open my old card back up?!?!? Well any intelligent company/person knows that one can not do that! Then I was told that I should give them another credit card so they could have that in their file.
I said kindly but firmly that I was not that stupid. Why would I give them another card for them to charge me? I had not authorize these above amounts in the first place. I had to file a dispute and close down one card and now they wanted another card. I told them absolutely not! I asked for confirmation for the process of closing my so called account! I explained that many times when you call like a hotel or different stores, one is given a cancellation confirmation number. No, they could not give me one at all. She said however that she would email me that confirmation. I insisted to stay on the phone until I would receive such cancellation statement. Of course, sorry I had to state that comment, I did not receive that statement. I told her that an email is instant. I was then told there was something going on with their server due to new merchandise. I said that I was sorry that a company had to go to this kind of length to obtain money from customers.
Sell good products and you will receive more customers I told them! One other scary thing I would like to mention with a severe warning is this... I have never had any bank or credit card accounts hacked into; however, after this purchase with JustFab I have had problems with that very thing! I have of course no proof that by purchasing these plastic boots from JustFab that they somehow gave out my info to someone. The timing is strange indeed. So... to all you that may take time to read these remarks please be careful before making any purchases with this company JustFab. They are not so "fab" after all! I did however call back to my credit card company who reassured me that they will take care of this issue and that it was not the first time either. There are laws to protect us consumers! I had bought two pairs of shoes from them April 2013. I kept one pair and returned one pair. Shoe was fine. But it is not my favorable things to buy shoes online, so I never bother to go there anymore. I'm one of those kind of person who does not check the credit bill closely. Unfortunately, nine months later, I found out this company has charged me the past 9 months at $39.95 in each month, which is about $360. They had stolen $360 from me!! So I called the justfab company. The person on the phone could not get me the answers and I asked her to get the manager.
The manager named ** was on the phone. I told him this website misled consumers like me and tricked us into buying and charges us this monthly fees without notifying us. I have stated that I had never get any receipts for justfab In the past nine months while they were taking my money out of my credit card. I did not engage any business with them nor get any service from them in the past nine months. How come they charged me with such fee? I asked ** to refund the $360. He said he can only gives me half back, and has to keep half as a store credit. I told him I did not want to deal such dishonest company and I told him if I go to court to sue the company, justfab will not win. Plus I had offered to paid the full Non-member price for the merchandises as long as they will refund me all $360 of so called membership fees.
By now, I know I'm just one of victim out of thousands or millions here after I did the research online. I'm thinking of taking legal action against this company unless ** and **, ceo of company can give me a good explanations.

I've been a JustFab member for almost three years. I love the deals. It's only $39.95 compared to other stores where I can find the pairs that I like but then it's like $100. The size has always fit and I haven't had any issue with them. It has been awesome.

Don't ever buy from JustFab. They'll sneak add you on a "VIP list" which is another way of saying they charge you 35 per month for NOTHING, but oh you can go on the website and click "skip this month" ** you. Give me back my 200$.

I am absolutely disgusted with this company. I was put on a VIP list and told I couldn't do anything about it; just log on and "skip" a month. Well I have a busy life and didn't do this - 3 months, this company took 35 per month so I thought I would at least make use of it and purchased 2 bags and a pair of boots. That was a week ago and I was told it would be 4 days max. They have since taken an ADDITIONAL 105 from my account so I have paid twice for these items and then told 2 days ago that 2 items were no longer in stock and refunded me for those two but not the other - so I'm still outstanding 140 and no delivery. When I speak to someone it seems like an answer phone and they sound STUPID!
I cannot believe how a company can get away with this - ripping customers off and stealing money. Why is it allowed? I am disgusted and want a full refund for everything and never want to use them again. It's just awful.

I’ve been a member of JustFab for maybe at least 2 years. I saw an ad on Facebook or a link that they were all $39.95 and I liked the styles and that they send me selections. Without it I would probably never go look just because of your finances, you focus on what's important. Great customer service. DO NOT buy anything from JustFab. The first time I ordered a pair of shoes, they said it was only $19.95 with no strings attached. A week later, the shoes arrived, cheaply made, easily not worth a penny over what I paid. A little over a month later, I get charged $39.95 by them saying I had a subscription. I thought "okay, well fine I will try to find one more pair and then cancel and be done with this stuff!" I attempted to cancel, something fell through though. The shoes arrived, with glue all over them, the zipper wouldn't zip, it was just TERRIBLE. So I send them back, just wanting a refund to be done, but of course they can't refund me, just store credit.
I find another pair of shoes after browsing well over 40 minutes and to this day I have not worn them. The supposed emails they tell me they send out every first and fourth of the month to warn me about "skipping the month" so I don't get charged NEVER seemed to have made it to me until the 6th!!!! This company is a scam, so unhappy. Wasted over $60 on 2 pairs of shoes that I will never wear.

I've been a member of JustFab since 2011. I found out about it in Facebook. It added to my addiction. I ended up buying 7 or 8 pairs of shoes in a matter of three months. My favorite thing about them is the fact that I get to have shoes every month depending on my options or my choices with the personalize boutique. The last thing I bought was a pair of heels. Overall, great customer service. They always answer quickly even when it comes to my shoes that don't fit and return them back on time.

I signed up for JustFab a year ago. I feel like I have wasted so much time and money on this site! They falsify their advertising and shouldn't be in business. You're AUTOMATICALLY put on their VIP member list so they can take money from you until you notice. You have to save your credit card information on their site which I'm not comfortable with at all. The shoes are either not how they look in the picture or don't fit true to size. I bought boots and they were so tight on my calves and didn't even look like the picture. I bought heels and they felt a whole size smaller. I made a purchase last week and of course they screw up by giving me 2 right shoes. Also with the VIP membership, your credits only count towards shoes that are $39.95, but not anything that costs less than that. I've given this company way too many chances and they fail every time. They either don't care about their customers or just suck at being in business. Please, take it from me.

I've been a member for a while now. Somebody recommended JustFab and the minute I went on the site and saw what was possible first, setting up your account, not being required to purchase every month, and not being locked in but then also the great selection, I was hooked. Nobody really knew about JustFab. They weren't doing any advertising. They were brand new. There's a million different shoes in my closet but I have been a member for probably three or four years. If the shoe doesn't fit, you can send it back. If the selections that they send you for the month aren't quite what you're looking for, you can make the phone call to your personal shopper and say, "I'm actually looking for something more like this." It's that personal connection where they actually seem to care what your objectives are for a special occasion. If something's worn out, you need to replace it. So it keeps me on top of what I've got. I've recommended them several times.

I always see the commercial and ads and thought it might be a good idea to try them. Maybe get some nice shoes and save some money. Boy was I wrong!!! I placed an order Jan 25/2014 and was charged for my purchase and of course the website says I will get them in 6-10 business days. Nope!!! I called 3 business days later to ask why my shipping status still says pending and was told "don't worry we "assure" you you will receive your items."
5 business days later on Jan 31/2014 a second payment was taken out but still not shipment was done. I called them and they say don't worry the first payment will be reversed in 2 business day. Next business I called to ask when will they ship my order only to be told the ENTIRE order had to be cancelled since now they found out they don't have one of the shoes I order. Can you imagine ordering something, paying twice for it, and then be told 6 days later that "Nope you can't have it. Let's start over." I even called my bank to ask how they can help and low and behold my bank says this double charging is nothing new by this company. Apparently it happens A LOT!!!! Definitely TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!!! That's why I cancelled and would not waste my time ever again with this company that steals your money!!!

I have purchased a shoe and did not fit me... the sizing is different! I sent it back for an exchange and they told me that the shoe is sold out. Then I picked something else to replace the shoe that was sold out and they said they will put it on hold until sent back the pair I didn't want. After sending the items back, I called them to ask if they can send me the exchange shoes. Then they are telling me that "they are sorry". My shoe that was on hold "is sold out!! Apparently they can only place shoes on hold for up to 5 days but it takes longer than 5 days for the original shoes to be returned (Makes no sense). Terrible customer service and I am never buying anything from here! FYI, JustFab is a monthly renewal membership program, basically they keep secretly charging your credit card every month $39.99 even if you don't purchase anything. Total rip off and it's a huge issue to cancel this membership program.

It was back in 2009 when I started using JustFab. I don't know how I heard about them. They were called Just Fabulous and I decided to try it out. I recently purchased some blue jeans and some shoes. I bought some blue jeans for my niece and they are badass. So she’s pretty stylin’ in high school right now. They were great. They were the wrong size. We ordered them a size too small. So when I sent them back, we got two sizes bigger and they fit her perfect with some room to grow. I purchased shoes for myself too. That was a big order. I never got a problem with quality. It’s always good. I've never been dissatisfied. They're just fabulous.

I'd seen JustFab in a magazine and I've been a member for a while now. It's a nice website. I really haven't been purchasing any shoes or anything lately, but the last I purchased was a purse and that was a while back. I liked it. They have some nice bags. Because where I live at, I'd seen a couple of ladies with some handbags and I asked her. She was like, "Oh, I ordered it off of JustFab. I'd rather pay $30 to $40 for a purse."

I know not reading terms and conditions is my fault, don't harass me on that. BUT it's equally important for a business to be transparent to the customers. Today I really liked a pair of flats and I ordered them. THAT does not mean I IMMEDIATELY want to be added to VIP program. Give a choice to people to do that! AND nowhere does it mention before adding to VIP program (automatically) that members are going to be charged every month if they don't remember to "skip the month". A lot of working class people and students have a lot on their minds and they don't need to waste time on such useless endeavors.
When I contacted online chat, the representative didn't respond for a good 2-3 minutes and there wasn't even a conversation. It was like an automated message "Sorry you want to cancel. You need to call ** - fashion consultants" or something like that. I don't want to call, I don't want to spend time on it. Even if I do, I don't want to listen to annoying offers and rewards. You should know that as a business you SHOULD ask the customer if they want to hear about it rather than forcing them and making them obligated to buy stuff. I don't even earn. I'm a student. There's no way in hell I can afford to spend $40 every month.
Also, I complained about this on twitter and JustFabOnline got back saying "a lot of our members set alarms and you will love the fab styles." I don't want to waste my time on either of those things. Kindly make it TRANSPARENT for customers, they'll come back to you and continue to praise you.

At first, I have no idea how I got into this VIP membership thing. The first month when money got deducted from my account I didn't even get to know. At least a notification should have been sent. Secondly, I wanted to make use of the deal of winter sale (2 items for 39.95) using my store credits. After I got my item and I called I was told that you can't use the store credit for the sales and promotions. And another 39.95 was deducted from my debit card. Why are all these terms and conditions not given properly? And why can't I use these store credits for the promotions items? It's not like I am getting the store credits for free. I have paid the whole amount for these store credits.
I don't how many calls I have already made to the customer care because of these hidden rules and regulations. Nowhere I was told about all these hidden rules. I am highly disappointed. Why do you even call me a VIP member when I can't make use of my credits freely? That too when I have paid the full amount to get those credits. I am so done with Just Fab! And going to end the membership soon. No one is even ready to give me the refund too. While taking you don't even give a warning first but when it comes to giving it back, you can't refund it. I wouldn't recommend anybody buying from justfab.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from JustFab on the 22nd and still haven't received them as yet. On the 28, another changer of 52.09 was taken out of my acct. It's been 3 days now, I'm calling to get my money back and every day is a different story. I'm sick and tired of this. I just want my money back. How could you charge someone twice for a product and it's almost the 8th day and you still can't ship that person's product or give them back their money? I feel used.

I saw JustFab on TV and the initial purchase was half off which was reasonable when I was looking at the website. And I enjoyed those first pair of shoes and the choices that I got. So I've just been buying ever since. I started in 2012. I've bought two for $39 or flats for $14.95 and things like that. Last purchased items were boots. I wear all my boots because the cost is so inexpensive in comparison to when you go to the store. They are awesome.

Every month, JustFab puts together a customized boutique for each member based on the surveys we fill out when we first join. I must say that my boutique is always spot on! As members, we are asked to choose our favorite type of shoes & bags, preferred height & size, favorite colors & styles. JustFab has an uncanny ability to always get it right and show us the perfect new releases! And if they happen to give us a boutique in which nothing catches our eye, they make it super easy to request new selections. Thanks JustFab!

Because of your awesome service it turned my negative experience into a positive one. Although I have cancelled my account, I have recommended several ladies to JustFab. Requested to cancel and 4 attempts were made to retain me as customer! I requested to just cancel account, I have $79.90 credit to use for purchases. Finally, I was told the account was cancelled. When I asked what was going to happen to the $79.90 credit, I was told it was to be used for future purchases. I requested a refund and asked how can you use to purchase anything from a cancelled account? Agent said it's not possible to refund, so if I never purchase anything the company gets the money?! What service was provided or goods purchased for me not to get a refund. Was told cancelling the account just cancels you from VIP status! So JustFab has the account opened indefinitely? Will this be another Target situation!! Beware!!

I originally was going for ShoeDazzle and I saw an ad on the side of the screen that said JustFab so I clicked on it and I signed up. That was in 2010. It was very easy finding the style of shoes I was looking for. I like everything about the site. Everything that I've gotten is really good. I still have some stuff from 2010 actually so they last a long time. JustFab is one of the best online shopping website for shoes!

After the purchase of a very cute pair of boots (I really do love them), I knew each month I would have to skip in order to not be charged the fee of $39.95. While I found that extremely tedious, I figured I would just have to remember to do it. Unfortunately, I was out of the country for a month without any computer access. Because of this, I was charged a fee for a program I didn't ever want. I bought one pair of boots, and that's all I was interested in. When I called to cancel my VIP membership, all I got was more offers for points and products, not the one thing I asked for, which was to just cancel my membership. It was infuriating that JustFab would not reimburse me that $39.95 - it's a completely ridiculous program. Your business would do much better if it worked as a "buy as you go". Good luck in the future.

Although I had a lot of issues with JustFab and things took a while to sort out, the team emailed back promptly and tried to solve the problem as quick as they could. In the end I have received two pairs of shoes that I am happy with and haven't lost out on any money.

I signed up to JustFab a few months ago. The 'easy returns' are the most difficult I've ever come across when returning an item, definitely not easy. You have to ring them, then follow some confusing steps on the internet and even set up a myHermes account! So ridiculous. I then wasn't aware they wouldn't return money so was annoyed to find I could only get store credit. Also, when I set up my account, somehow I now have an account with two different emails and am being charged for both? And when I ring up, I cannot get through to someone without holding for at least ten minutes. Who knows the effect that will have on my phone bill.
I find it ridiculous they don't have a regular company email so that you can email a 'consultant' when you can't get through on the phone. When I tried to email the address on the site, I never got a reply. And on top of that, the reason I have tried to return the items is because the quality is so poor. I've now tried ringing them a few times to cancel my account but have been waiting for so long, I've hung up. I've never written a complaint to a company in my life. However this is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with.

I purchased 2 purses from JustFab a few months ago, and cancelled my subscription via telephone... or so I thought she did after she confirmed it with me. First of all it took me a very long time to speak to someone, and once I finally did, the woman on the phone gave me a very hard time... Anyway. I see that I'm still missing $40 on my account every single month! I even tried Live Chat which was another disaster for me. Every time I asked a question (which clearly the Customer Agent didn't like), she would LITERALLY end the chat session. By all means, I wasn't being rude - I just want my money back and to UNSUBSCRIBE once and for all!
So apparently now I have to wait for the 1st of the month to be able to FINALLY cancel, so I thought before I did I would use my so-called "Rewards Point", which is a scam in itself. I've been paying $40/month for shoe soles and cheap jewelry? Again. I said fine. Selecting my items and I'm still being charged for the full amount of the items. This is absurd. I will NEVER EVER shop with JustFab again. I can NOT wait to cancel my membership once and for all!
I checked my bank account this morning. There was $40 missing from my account. I had ordered something from JustFab months ago, and canceled the account via phone conversation.

I am very upset with the service I received from justfab.com. I called to cancel in December when I realized I would be charged 39.99 a month if I didn't log on and decline each month. I was given my money back. In January I was charged again, so I called back and was told my account would be cancelled and I would receive my money back. I did not receive the money, so I called a third time. The lady on the phone said that I could not get my money back and kept repeating the same information (saying that I cancelled in January, not February and that I already received a refund from December, so I can't receive another) and saying that she did not understand my problem. I felt as if I was talking to a computer, not a person. I asked to talk to a manager, and she refused, but said the calls are recorded. I asked if I could have my calls reviewed, so they could see that I was telling the truth. She started repeating the information from before. I am really unhappy with this. I am homeless and $39.99 could provide me with food or gas to get to work. I can't afford this!!!! I hope none of you have to go through this.

I was going through my computer and I'd seen and liked JustFab, and so I just thought of ordering. I like getting on the site, ordering shoes I like and they come to my door. I've been a member close to about 4 years. I hadn't ordered in the last year or so because I'm not working and I don't have credit card anymore. I just go through them, look and give suggestions.

I called the customer service line yesterday to cancel my JustFab VIP membership and account. When I logged into the account today, I noticed I was no longer signed up for the VIP portion, but that my credit card info and profile are still stored. Okay, no problem. I clicked the cancel my membership box and received a confirmation that it was cancelled. However, I was then able to log right back into the account and see that all of my information including my credit card was still stored in the account, which should now be cancelled. I selected the cancel my membership box again, and got the same response and result. I then contacted a customer service rep over the web chat, and was told that my account did not exist. That was interesting because I was able to pull it up on the screen right in front of me as I was chatting with her.
After much persistence, she verified my account and told me that if I try to add an item to my bag, the website will not allow that. Nope, I was still able to add an item and proceed to checkout. I explained that all I want is to have my credit card information removed so that I can not be blindly charged, and that I am not comfortable having my information stored on an account that I have cancelled. She told me that she will forward to a supervisor and that I should be assured that this will be cancelled and that it's likely just a glitch in the system. It's been several hours, and I see no difference on the account. I think it is very wrong that you cannot remove your credit card information once the company has it. Very shady business practices if you ask me.

I bought three pairs of shoes and needed to return two of them. One pair I returned was so off size I could not get my foot into it. The second pair was the same, the third pair fit great. After several emails to them, they sent me a return label and everything was fine until I started getting charges on my credit card. When I called about it, they refused to give me credit or really help me in any way EXCEPT to try and sell me more shoes, bags, accessories and anything else they might carry. It literally took me five minutes to tell them I did not want to be a VIP member and threatening to call my attorney if they didn't stop billing me. Good luck with anyone trying to get any real customer service out of them.

I'm a VIP member of JustFab and I am very upset they do not allow members to use member credits towards promotions sale events. Even though I have 2 member credits in my JustFab account totaling $79.90 (previously deducted from my bank account by just fab), they will not let me use my own money towards this promotion and instructing me to use my credit card for the purchase. I can however use my credit but will not get the promotional deal. On top of all that, I used the LIVE CHAT option to obtain clarity and they were so disconnected and non customer friendly it made me even more upset. Needless to say, I WILL be canceling my VIP membership and will only use Shoe Dazzle from now on.

I called to cancel my membership. The girl on the phone was trying desperately to get me to stay, even though I said several times "I just want to cancel." Finally I said, "This is a waste of my time. Can you please just cancel my membership?" To which she replied that she too had a time limit and didn't want to lose her job, so she had to keep me on the phone for a minimum amount of time before she could proceed with my cancellation request. This is simply absurd. They are wasting everyone's time because the customer service agents have a minimum time allotment for which they have to keep you on the phone before they can cancel?!?!
Just a terrible business practice. Later when I chatted online to get a refund, I experienced the same thing. I was told they couldn't process a refund (which is ridiculous, because I didn't buy anything) and then suddenly after a few minutes, they processed a refund. So, if you are trying to cancel, or get a refund, just stay on the phone. Sing a song. Chat about the weather. Then after a few minutes, ask again, and they will be able to process your request. Yes, it's absurd. Don't get frustrated with them, they are just trying to keep their jobs... which most likely pay only two or three dollars a day.

I've been a member of justfab for two years. With the buy two get one or buy two for one sale they're always sold out in my size so I can never get anything through the sale. I have a pretty common size so they go fast. However I have no complaints with the quality of the items I purchased. I just got a pair of boots not too long ago. It's easy and I love being able to just pick stuff while online and it shows up right at your door. Also if you don’t like it, they put the mailing label in the box, so all you have to do is put it back in and affix the label on... it’s really easy. I've had no problems with them.

I had such a bad experience! I bought a hang bag and I made sure not to get the VIP the 3rd month of getting my hang bag which already rip. JustFab charged me any amount of 79.99. When I called customer services agent to see why I was being charged that amount when I didn't purchase an item, she explain that I had to click on skip this month. I never read that information. I was try to cancel that amount and she hang up the phone on me. I was so mad. Thank god my bank was able to cancel that amount.

I placed and order in November for 4 pairs of shoes/boots. In December when they had not arrived yet I followed up. JustFab uses Purolator and due to their policies they do not leave a notice at your apartment if you are not in. They only contact you by phone. JustFab had not provided them with my phone number (which JustFab confirmed they had), so the order was shipped back to Toronto.
After almost an hour on the phone with one of their reps I agreed to let them ship the order back to me. Today, more than 2 months after I order the product and a month after following up with them I still do not have the order. According to the tracking number it is still in a sort centre in Toronto. So today a supervisor offered again, to re-ship my order. The problem being that one of the items I ordered was no longer in stock (but it is in a sort centre in Toronto). I have asked for a refund which they say they have issued and to cancel my account. I hear the words "Thank you" and "I understand" from their help line every two sentences but over the course of 2 months they were not able to process my order, so they do not understand. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I can't even rate their product. They have cost me several hours of my time and all I was offered was some "point".

I checked my bank account this morning. There was 40$ missing from my account. I had ordered something from justfab months ago, and canceled the account via phone conversation. I tried to contact them via their live chat service, and was hung up on several times before being able to have a conversation. They basically said they couldn't do anything for me, and to call their hotline. The hotline was busy several times before I was able to get through, and it charges for calls, which too is bogus. I finally got through, and begged the guy to cancel my subscription again. He said he would (but first had to listen to his 15 minute sales pitch), and that I would get a confirmation email about it. It's now several hours later, and no email, which means I get to call again. Lucky me.
Now here's the real kicker. The credit card I used was canceled months ago because of fraudulent activity. They were somehow able to use my old account info to push the sale through. My bank is now scratching their heads because that really isn't okay, and apparently illegal.

I've been a member of JustFab for over three years. A friend and I like the prices. Rarely do I find the style of shoes that I was looking for because they sell out too quick of larger sizes. There is not enough collection in my size which is 11. The last thing I ordered was a pair of boat shoes and that has been over three months ago. My favorite thing about being a member is the selection.

After my first purchase, I was sent an email saying if I didn't skip the month, I would be charged. So I went onto the contact us page, submitted a form asking to cancel the "membership" I didn't know I had (I did not give them permission to store my credit card number and charge it at will). I never received a reply - nothing, nada. Great customer service huh? I get an email two months later showing me my selection of the month. I go online to skip until I have time to deal with this - there was NO option I could find to do that. Now, after I've been charged, they refuse to refund the money so I have NO goods, and there is no refund? If I bought a pair of shoes anywhere I could return them. And, in the holiday bustle, I see I was charged in Nov & Dec too. So I'm out $120. Your business model sucks, JustFab - as a tall girl, I had high hopes for a company owned by Kimora - you let me down BIG TIME!!!

First off, their shoe sizes are terrible and are of terrible quality. It's low quality pleather, so it squeaks when you walk. They charge you $7 for returning an item, even though their site makes it look like returns are free, they are not. Third, it took THREE tries to cancel my membership so that they would not charge me (they charge you $40 a month if you're not careful). They go through a super long list of reasons why you shouldn't cancel and refuse to listen to you. Pain in my **.

I had ordered a pair of shoes in the beginning of my membership with JustFab and although they were a bit small, I liked them enough to order several more pairs of shoes. After I received the other pairs, they were all too big and I wanted to return them. I have called and after speaking with several VERY hard to understand people, all with very different answers to solve my problem... finally I just asked for the shipping label so I could return the shoes. Now MONTHS later, still no return labels. Then, like an idiot, I ordered a good friend of mine a pair of boots for Christmas, ended up with 2 pairs of the same boot... They didn't fit her.
I called for the shipping labels for these as well and it's been over a week and still no labels. I don't want these shoes. I don't want to deal with this company anymore. Very disappointed in they way JustFab does business. I just wanted to exchange all these shoes (that haven't even been worn)... Now I just want to return all of them and get my money back so I can go to a department store, pay full price, for a shoe that actually fits!

I joined JustFab about 2 months ago. One of the pair of boots from my initial order weren't quite my style so I thought I would return them. First off, the return process is not what is stated on the website. It says you can print a return label off your order summary - not true. You have to contact them and they send you one. No biggie - done. Sent it back via Purolator. Three weeks later, no credit on my account still. Contacted JF and was told the return wasn't received? Huh? It was Purolator = overnight! I was told to contact Purolator, which I did and found out it was indeed received and signed for the next day. Contacted them AGAIN and was told it HAD been received but just not processed - and would be within 24 hours later. 24 hours later - not. Contacted them again and it was finally processed. That's one strike.
I placed my next order, a cute pair of motto boots I was really looking forward to. A week later, no boots. Looked at my visa, charged. Looked at my JF account, order says CANCELLED. What?!?! Contacted a customer service and was told the item was out of stock and that I (a) would not be charged and (b) should have received an email. But I WAS charged and did NOT received an email. When I told her this she told me I should receive a refund in 3 5 business days. I thought this was really poor business practice. They should not be charging people until the item ships. Finally, I decided to place another order during the 2 for $49.95 sale. I selected 4 items but when I went to check out, the prices weren't adding up to $99.90 it was higher.
Again, I contacted customer service and was told those items were not part of the promotion. I double checked and had to tell the agent that all 4 WERE in fact, listed on the sale pages. She then had to check with her manager who offered to process the order manually for me. That was nice. Trouble is, when IT arrived, the boots were, I kid you not, DIRTY and scuffed. Not just once, but in multiple places! I could hardly believe it! This was not a distressed style. These boots were DIRTY! I contacted an agent and once again requested a return label. This time I was told I could take it to any post office. I told her I thought it had to be Purolator and she said no any post office would do. Next came an email confirming my request and stating that indeed, they had to go back to a post office that accepts Purolator. Sheesh!
So now, I am awaiting the return slip and will be returning my dirty boots for a refund. I know a lot of people here have had great experiences but I have had so many problems it's hard to believe. Misinformation, fighting to get my credit back, being charged for an order that was cancelled, and now dirty boots. How this company has not realized service is EVERYTHING in this day and age is beyond me. Once I get all my credit sorted out (who knows how long that will be) I will be cancelling my membership. JustFab? Hardly. Just Failed.

I've been a member of JustFab for several years now. What I like about being a member is the kind of accrue credits I get even if I don’t make a purchase. And then later, if a couple of pairs become available that I really do like, I can just splurge. It’s already out of my account. It’s just there. I bought two pairs of shoes last month. The quality of their items is good for the price. They’re a pretty good value.

I was contacted by someone from Just Fab who did a wonderful job researching the issue for me. She also offered to personally help me cancel my membership if we couldn't come to a resolution that was satisfactory to me. Thankfully that wasn't necessary and they completely resolved the issue.
I am extremely pleased with the resolution.
JUST FAB HAS UPDATED THEIR SYSTEM and now flags all orders that are sent to PO Boxes and will ship them via the post and not courier. This completely resolves the issue for me, and makes their services very convenient and accessible to people, like myself, who have PO Boxes and not door delivery.
They were also kind enough to give me some lovely bonuses for the inconvenience.
I'm now one very happy customer, and can't wait for payday so I can go shopping!

When I placed my first order I was a bit confused why they were mailing (wanted PO BOX) and not couriering (Street Address) my shoes, but didn't give it that much thought. The next day when I went to check on my order I saw that it had a courier code! Called courier company. Called JustFab. Corrected address both places. Waited. Waited. Checked again and the courier company didn't process the change, and Just Fab hadn't provided my phone number, so they were holding my shoes. Frustrating, but not the end of the world to do it once.
Ordered more shoes. Order "could not be completed". Looked online and a few items were sold out so I thought that was the issue. WRONG. SO WRONG! Went to place another order. Error when I removed my PO Box. Called to place order. She said she fixed it by entering everything manually. Waited, but nothing showed up on my card, or account. Called again a week later. My purse was sold out, but I just chose another one. Annoying but not a huge deal.
The issue is the JustFab system that means they will ONLY send it to my PO BOX (because that's what matches in their system) when it is impossible for the courier to deliver it to me which means that every time I order shoes I will have to repeatedly also call the courier to get my shoes. They need to update their system and assume that the customer actually knows where they live! I do. I really do know where I live. Promise.
I'm so frustrated. Using up my credits and then cancelling my membership. Thankfully there are other shoe clubs that can ship to me without me having the extra frustration, but I was so looking forward to treating myself to a year of shoes and bags from JustFab. I still gave it 1 star because the shoes and boots I received in my first order were decent quality and comfortable, even the 5" heels.

On 7th December, I joined this site and purchased a pair of shoes with the buy one get one free offer. I received the shoes which I loved and were great quality and the delivery was quick. I was charged the £35 on 10th December. Therefore I moved on with my life and thought nothing else of it. Well until I checked my transactions this morning and realized I was charged with another £35 on the 13th January. I haven't been checking my bank as I am saving up as I'm a student and don't have an income except my EMA. When I realized this I emailed JustFab to query about this as I was completely unaware of this monthly charge. If I was aware I wouldn't have signed up as I don't have an income to cover these charges. My emails hasn't received a reply. I want my money refunded and my membership cancelled.

My husband bought me a pair of boots for Xmas. He used his credit card to pay for them. Last week his credit card company called him to ask him if he knew money was being taken out of his account the total amount was £70.00 plus the £17.50 he paid for the boots, my husband was shocked and said no. The credit card company gave him trading standards number to call if they refuse to give him his money back. So my husband called Justfab and spoke to one of the team, and she would not listen to what my hubby was saying and said "it's because you're a VIP," "of what," he said, "I've £70.00 for nothing and you did not say anything on your website about taking people's money without telling them." The girl wasn't sure if my hubby could get the money back, well I can tell you just fab "if the money is not back in my hubby's account, we will call trading standards and we will get the police involved that is theft. The credit company have blocked you from taking any more money, and I can assure you I will not be buying anything else from you." What company takes money out of you account so you have money to spend online when you want if you want to make a purchase you buy when you order not upfront.

My last purchase from JustFab was this week and I bought jeans. I've been happy with pretty much everything I got from them. There might have been like one or two items that I've regret buying and there was a manufacturing defect with them but that's really rare and I had no problem returning it or replacing it or just say, "Hey let me get another shoe," they were very kind and courteous about it. I've actually recommended JustFab to people. They are easy to work with and very user friendly in regards to doing stuff online.

Unlike other reviewers, I knew about the monthly fees and put a reminder in my phone each month to "skip" the buying process that month. It was easy enough to get $150 boots for $20 bucks and figured I'd cancel in a few months. I saw a couple of other things I liked, so I decided to order two pairs of pants a few months later and that's where my anger comes in:
1. They say easy returns on the website but nope you have to call in if any "special value pricing" has been used. Well, no one buys anything full price on this website, so let's be honest - everyone has to call in to get their return processed.
2. I didn't like the clothes I ordered, exchange wasn't an option, I wouldn't like the fit no matter what size or color so I wanted my money back. They have all this garbage on their site about free returns with no hassle. Except a restocking fee of $6 bucks because you want a refund. That right there seals it for me, I will never shop here again. I don't have to pay "restocking" fees in a store or other places on-line so they lost my business. I never saw any verbiage on the site about a restocking fee and I searched the packing slip (that has detailed instructions on returns) and it's on there nowhere!
3. Their instructions for return were different on all things I had: packing slip, email, and return label - they all said different things to include.
4. When returning the lady on the phone said "please write this number down because no returns will be processed without this number on them." Then on all the information there were no details on where to put that number. If it's so important it won't be processed without it, shouldn't there be a space somewhere to write it down. I just wrote it outside the package and hoped for the best.
So I mailed it today and we'll see, I think I have a 50/50 change of actually getting my refund with how sketchy this company is. Now trying to figure out on the website how to cancel my VIP membership, we'll see how that goes.

JUSTSCAM, Just say no! They are not honest and cannot be trusted. They owe a refund of $400+ back to me and I have been given many stories as to how that will be done. I was told this would be refunded in 3 to 5 working days per an email. And after calling many times was told it may take 20 business days. The person on the line would only refer to a day I called after not receiving the refund. And the 20 days was to start at that time. I tried to get a clear explanation of the process and I am not clear yet. JUST SAY NO! Should the DA contacted? Feels violated.

I started trying to cancel on 12/9/13 when I sent my sister a gift card they told her she had to join which she refused. Only to find out that they continue billing me every month. Scam artists, thieves! Then today my sister who is on the other side of the state receives a cosmo magazine in my name which I DID not order and DID not want and DID not request. They won't cancel it, they said I have to call the magazine company. Why should I have to call them, I DID not order it. This company is a big scam and I would never recommend them or ever order from them. And I will dispute all the damn charges they put on my credit card. Stay away from this company!!!!!!!!!!

I haven't gotten anything in a while. The last thing I can remember I bought that I still use is a Wanderlust bag in black and I have been happy with all the JustFab items and the quality except for one, only one time, with the pair of shoes that I wasn't happy with... but that's about a bunch of purchases I've made. So one out of a bunch is the only one I didn't enjoy. I buy a lot, like more than one thing at a time and my experience has been very pleasant, enjoyable, and definitely fun.

My mum & I ordered shoes as a Christmas gifts using this website, and as the reviews I had read were positive we trusted the site. When signing up for the VIP account I had no idea I would be charged monthly.. If I did I would never have signed up. Today 3 charges of 35 came out of my mum's bank account as this is the one I used to pay for my purchase also. This has been devastating as this month we have so many important bills to pay and cannot afford to so so now! This was a complete shock and is really upsetting when we are struggling with money right now.

I bought a pair of boots in November 2013, looked like cheap material, but hey they were only £17.50. I have now realized I have been charged £35.00 and from reading reviews I now see why. This is absolutely disgusting that this is not made clear enough on the home page, or even at the check-out stage. I would NEVER have bought these shoes if I knew what I was getting into. MAKE YOUR SMALL PRINT BIGGER!!!!! I will fight for this money back!!!!!!!! Absolute scam!! If I want a pair of shoes every month, I will decide when I buy them. I have been a member for a year now. When I signed up I read the terms and conditions that there is a reoccurring charge that turns into a credit if you don't skip the month. You can shop anytime. I always skip and purchase later when I have shopped around. On a couple of occasions I've had to exchange items for a different size or color and the customer service reps are always super helpful. I have over 100 products from this company! They are fantastic!

I bought my first pair of boots for the $19.95, but didn't realize every month after that I would be getting charged $40 every month after that if I didn't make a purchase! I've lost around $200 and JustFab customer service was not helpful. I want to be refunded for this ridiculous scam that has cause me much agony. DON'T EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! Fabaletics also took $50 out of my bank account and I've had to shut down my account so that this awful shopping site cannot steal from me any longer.

Please don't get sucked into this fraud! They reign you in by selling you a $19.95 pair of shoes/boots. Unbeknownst to you, when you do that you are automatically signed up for the VIP program. You will then be charged $39.95 every month, whether or not you buy anything. Once you find out you have been ripped off and try to delete your info from the website it is IMPOSSIBLE. You cannot delete the account at all, they just direct you to call the 1-866 number. I was promised my money would be refunded and that my account would be deactivated, but it was not. All my info is still there, along with the credit card number. You will have to cancel your credit card with your bank and get a new one to stopped from being charged.
Good job, Kimora (FAB) herself. You have a company that allows you to have even more than you already do by ripping off hardworking people. I am a single parent struggling to make ends meet and wanted a nice pair of boots for the holidays. This BS is all I got. I am so disgusted I will never buy online again.

I am so surprised at all of the negative reviews for a "Shoe of the Month Club"! If you took away all the negative reviews people have given for not reading the terms for a shoe of the month club, JustFab would actually rate very high. I knew JustFab is a shoe of the month and came here to see how it rated. The negative reviews are people surprised the money is removed from their account or that they have to call and cancel their account. This isn't unusual. I have to do the same for other major accounts, such as Ancestry.com. This is for security. Do people not realize that ugly relationships, a spouse or significant other will destroy something that is meaningful to you with just a click of a button? I'm not with JustFab, I haven't even set up an account, yet. And the woman who had money taken out of her checking for 3 years and didn't notice. WOW! How does she balance her account? I'm not basing my decision for JustFab on other people's failure to read the terms. I wanted to know about the quality of the shoes and the delivery of the product, which looks good, even from those who didn't want to be a "member". Every notice on Facebook says it is a monthly deal. This looks like it will be a good deal for me.

I've been a member of JustFab for 4 years. I heard about them through a friend. It’s been a while since I made my last purchase in October, and I got a pair of boots. The quality is pretty good. Some of the heels don't last as long as they should. None of the things I bought recently were from my selections. They weren't from a boutique. I usually recommend them but recently they've been pulling off the same stuff. So I haven't been making purchases. Some of the bags and shoes are from last year. And they run out of the sizes very quickly. So I haven't bought anything else recently.

I'm FURIOUS with how JustFab runs its lame excuse for a business. Like most customers, I had the same experience - I was drawn in by their VIP deal of just $19.99 for shoes. I checked my account only to realize that I am being charged $40 each month as membership. Like the reviewer below, I am a member of several other fashion boutiques etc, but nobody has this kind of a ridiculous policy which is a guaranteed way to make money of customers without their knowledge.
What pissed me off most was when I logged onto my account, it said that I didn't have any activity. Confused, I sought customer service who then told me that I didn't have any account activity because I had the wrong email encoding. Apparently, everything in regards to the charges was sent to another email address at **. You can't even SEND an email to a DOT CM email address without having a bounce back email saying that it is INVALID and missing a ** O in COM. I check my emails every day and wondered why I never received any notification in regards to JustFab. Now I know why.
If you continue this very soon everybody is going to know about this scam and you will cease to exist. I have been charged over $200 which they say is converted into store credit. In other words they charge you in advance and force you to buy stuff from them. I don't want to purchase anything.. I just want my money back. If nothing is done soon, I will be sure to contact my attorney. JustFab is run purely on pure fraud and deception of their customers.

My cousin requested a shoe from your website as a gift and I hurriedly ordered it for her. I thought it was odd that a membership had to be created but I did it anyways. Later on, oblivious to the monthly subscription bill of FORTY DOLLARS, my mother pointed out that my bank account was in overdraft. I knew I did not have much in my bank account but I did have enough that I would not be in overdraft. After some careful digging and frequent back and forth with my bank we realized that it was this AUTOMATIC monthly billing. I would be fine if I was notified that I was signing up for a lifelong thing but I do not remember being CLEARLY prompted that I would be billed and that it would be automatic.
I am very furious because I am not in the financial position to be throwing away such money. I called in to the customers service and the first time the woman just babbled to me about the benefits of the company and how cancelling my membership would strip me of those benefits and when I voiced my concern and my situation she ignored it and kept talking as if she was an automated machine. I tried a second time and it happened again but I demanded to speak to a higher up but representative hung up on me. I cannot take this anymore. At first I was going to just request a membership cancellation but now I want a refund of all the money that this crappy website has stolen from me - it's about $200.
