    I signed up for JustFab because I love shoes. I've been a member for about three years now and it's easy to just go online and check out shoes I wanted there. It's also great that they have free shipping and handling. They're good. I hope JustFab continues with the beautiful shoes that they put out online for us women.

    Don't ever subscribe for the so called "VIP membership"! Unless you want to spend 35 pound every month on shoes that probably should be price at 15 pound.

    This is a company with extremely unfair business model. I signed up and ordered my first pair for the discounted price of 17.50. I usually wear size 5 however the shoes that arrived were more like a 4. I had to return them but the website never updated to show that they have been delivered and therefore I was unable to. In the meantime I noticed that I have been charged 35 pound on my bank account so I have to order another pair! You should carefully read the term and conditions before giving your bank details. The second pair that arrived were with very low quality, there were glue marks on both shoes and one of the shoes was wider than the other. Definitely not worth 35 pounds. I regularly buy shoes from Miss Selfridge and River Island that are similarly priced and are much better quality. The quality of JustFab shoes can be better compared to Primark.

    I returned both pairs two weeks ago. A courier came to collect them. There is still no record of them having been returned. I used the chat online to ask for a refund as I don't wish to use the credit for both pairs but was told that I can only be refunded the 17.50 and I need to use the credit of 35 pounds to order another pair. I find this unfair as I don't like any models and I feel like JustFab don't value their customers. The chat adviser ended the conversation even though I had asked them a question which was infuriating.

    I placed an order for 3 pairs of shoes. After a week of my order not being dispatched, I took it off my own back to ask why. After this I was then told one of the items was out of stock and my order was being cancelled. No one contacted me to tell me.

    My husband was kind enough to set me up with an account as a gift. I ordered several pairs of shoes and they are not true to size at all. I had to return far more than I ever purchased. Sale items are non refundable. You can register online, they'll take your card, and allow you to purchase.....yet you cannot cancel online. You have to call and then they spend the next several minutes having to argue with them to cancel, 10+. I was then told you could always return sale items as an exception. Yep I've tried this before and it's a nightmare. If I were ever considering going back to the service, the unprofessional fight they put up and the difficulty to cancel have convinced me to never give them another try.

    I've been a loyal customer for two years and spent quite some money on this website. I don't have a problem when sometimes I forgot to skip for that month and they charged me 40 bucks and give me the credit. However, when I called them today asking them to cancel my membership they refused to do it. I told the guy on the phone that I'm moving out of the country permanently so it's pointless for me to keep my account. He just wouldn't do it!! He listed all the reasons why I should keep my account which didn't make any sense to me! I'm ** leaving the country and I'm not able to use the site no more and I don't want to go through all the trouble skipping every month!! He told me to download an app and set alert so I won't forget to skip every month when I'm out of the county!! WTF!! I also have one more credit left unused and he didn't want to refund the money!! I'm so pissed off.

    I like the shoes JustFab has and they were cheap. It's easy to use because of its good selection of shoes. Their price is good and they have a lot of sales going on. I've taken advantage of the two for $39.99 promos and they have this where if it's $60 worth you can get another pair for $15. I've been a member for six years now and their quality is pretty good. Sometimes you'll get a pair that might be a little smaller, that's not true to size, but it very seldom happens. My experience with them has just been really good. If you have an issue with the size or any issues with cancellation, they're easy to work with and they do the best they can with resolving the issue with no complaints on my end.

    I have been trying to cancel my VIP membership for months. The hassle of logging on to "skip this month" is not something I wanted to remember to do each month. And if you don't log in... you get charged. Two major complaints: 1. They charged my card when I skipped a month, and when I called to complain, they said it was my fault and I must not have skipped the month. Then proceed to tell me they would make an exception and refund my money for that month. A refund which I never saw. 2. I have been trying to cancel since that incident and they are the most difficult people to talk to on the phone. The products are decent quality. Worth the 39.95 price, but definitely not worth their regular price. But all in all, not worth the hassle of membership and/or dealing with their customer service.

    Would not give me a refund on the products. Shoes have to be returned 90% of the time because they don't fit and are not true to size. Shoes you do want are out of stock 90% of the time. To cancel your subscription, you need to call them so they can try to talk you out of cancelling the subscription. You cannot accomplish this via internet like you can so many other services. If you want to cancel your subscription, they take away the credits that you did accumulate while you were a customer. A credit = $49.00 so they just stole your money.

    Holy Hell! I tried several times to cancel my account online or thru Chat and was told I had to call in - which I DID NOT want to do out of fear of them pressuring to me to stay, and BINGO! She WOULD NOT LISTEN to me when I asked more than once to PLEASE CANCEL. She kept pushing and pushing. At one point I started saying NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO MEANS NO! and she continued in three other approaches to get me to stay. What the hell?

    I will NOT recommend this site to anyone AND I will make sure I warn others about this. Customer Service is so important these days and these people have missed the boat! I might add, you have to go to the website each month to "defer" them charging you the mandatory $39.99 a month. If you are someone with a busy schedule I guarantee that you will forget and get charged this fee. Also the one pair of boots I did order stated they were leather.... when they arrived they were an ugly faux leather - I gave them away. This is the first review I have ever written about anything so I am not one of those people who have to gripe about everything. BOTTOM LINE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE.

    I like JustFab because of the shoes. I also deal with other ones, but they have some cute shoes in there. I have purchased many pairs depending on my mood. However, sometimes I get a pair of shoes that looks like somebody tried them on or the bottom part has been worn. I've gotten two pairs of shoes and the heels were scuffed at the bottom. I couldn't send them back because I needed them at the time and just kept them.

    Recently had some problems with my health. I'm a senior citizen, so your 5.5-inch heel shoes don't work for me anymore. I had gotten some cute sandals, they came up the ankle and laced up. I gave them away to my daughter because she's 18. I could put them on but because of the problem I'm having with my health, they aren't comfortable for me right now. Apart from that, I haven't had any problems with the shoes that I've gotten. I really like them. These days, though, I order more for my daughter and she loves them. As far as the quality of the shoes and the service, I don't have a problem and it's been a good experience with JustFab.

    It was great at first. They had cool shoes for a competitive price and I like all the shoes I have from JustFab -- I get compliments on them all the time. The quality of the items was great. But as it became more popular, the shoes that I want to buy are usually out of stock. The products that are advertised are not necessarily available in the size or style I want. Also at this point I have enough shoes and now it's just one of those things that I have to keep up with and skip on to the next month, one of those maintenance issues that I have to maintain.

    I've tried to cancel my account multiple times and for whatever reason they won't cancel it. I called three or four times and then I have to call a different number and when I finally got a hold of somebody my account still is not cancelled. And then when I call they give me little points so I'm like okay, fine, I'll keep it open... but it's just not something I'm really interested in anymore, having a membership fee I'm paying $40 a month for, and I end up purchasing things that I really didn't want. I got billed again because I saw a new pair of heels a couple of weeks ago and I bought them with the credits that I really didn't want either.

    I like the product and the service, but I'd already spent too much money on shoes. It was good at first, but now it’s not enjoyable anymore.

    I wish that I would have known prior that Justfab takes a credit if you do not skip a month. Then to top it off, you are not allowed to use your credit, which by the way is your money taken from your account, and apply it to a promo or deal. I find both practices rather unfair, since it is MY money used to create the credit. To top it off I sent a message to customer service and still haven't received a reply. I wouldn't recommend my friends to Justfab because of their unfair, outrageous policies.

    JustFab is a different way to make a great shopping. I signed up because $39.99 on every pair of shoes was a good deal (and I liked it for a while). When you just signed up, they give you about 20% off on your first pair of shoes. I’ve been a member for 3 or 4 years now. They have great customer service. Sometimes you get two items for $39.99 and the shipping is always on time.

    I like the easy access to all the shoes every month and the free shipping but sometimes it's difficult to find the style of shoes I’m looking for. I don't know if it's the season or what it is, or the designers. They change designers on JustFab and sometimes they just make shoes for, like for... sorry... for strippers. I work in an office and I'm a mom. And many of the shoes I figured, "Who's gonna wear this? The strippers?" However I do get a lot of compliments on everything... I have a pair of shoes that I love, it's got wedges, and those are my favorites.

    I've been member of JustFab for about 2 to 3 years. I became a member because I just thought it was a cool concept. My favorite part about being a member is the fact that I can go on whenever I want and pretty much find whatever shoe I’m looking for. I’m very happy with the quality of the products. I took advantage of their special offers like the ‘buy one, get one free’; I've done that a few times. They had the daily, weekly or monthly special where there was a limited amount of things to buy and were only available for a limited time; I did that a couple of times and adding jewelry or stuff like that to my order. The last purchase I made was last week and I bought a pair of shorts and a pair of shoes. My favorite purchase so far would be the new jeans that I just got. They’re like coded jeans and are really cute. My overall experience with JustFab has been great. I've recommended them to all my friends already.

    My all-time favorite from JustFab is the Iron Fist collection and I have 12 of them. I love that brand and I like almost all of JustFab's shoes - that's my problem! I've been a member for 3 years now. I love the surprise of getting a credit. Every month you forget and then when you go into the site and you have your credit, or a free shoe, for some reason you feel like it's a present. It's very easy to use and they have a lot of selection between the jewelry and the bags and everything. I've used their buy one get one half-off specials a lot of times. Their quality is excellent. I haven't had any problems with any of the shoes I bought from them. I have a very happy experience with JustFab and it was awesome to find them.

    JustFab is a great website and a great program. It’s great for when you don’t have time to go shopping -- It’s very easy to find the style of shoes you are looking for and you get all the latest styles. I’m on their monthly automatic program. I haven’t been there online a lot but my daughters go on there. I think I saw a few months of credit lol. I have two daughters and they like to go in and find some other stuff like some of the jewelry we bought as special offers. We get great selection, great deal and great quality for that price too! My daughter has these boots that she loves. We thought it wouldn’t have lasted this long, but it has.

    I've dealt with JustFab for years now. It’s pretty much easy as long as I pick out what I want to order and it doesn't take as long as most places to get what I order.     Do not buy anything from this company's website. My wife bought some boots, and unknown to us, this company uses a pre-ticket box on the payment screen to enroll her into a month V.I.P club that cost $35 per month. She was unaware of this, then send you a monthly email, and if you don't spend the $35 or push skip, they just keep the money. They have had thousands of complaints about this practice. But continue to use pre-ticket box to fool customers. I have emailed this company to complain, but they don't answer any question put to them. Avoid Justfab.

    What I used to like was being some type of elite or VIP with the company and I get so many points that I could buy or keep rewarded with some free credit, a pair of shoes, so to speak. But now I think they’ve gotten rid of that, so now I have all these points, I’ve got enough points to purchase or have credits for a free pair of shoes, $39.95, but I can’t use it for a credit. I have to use it on a item that’s in their list of items for free -- some jewelry or some shoe inserts or nail polish.

    I wish there were more shoes that pertain to my taste to choose from. I say that but then if you throw 50 pairs of shoes that I like, I'm going to go broke lol. I'm satisfied with the prices, although some of the prices are just a little high.

    I have been a member of JustFab for a couple of years now. I first knew of it online since I like doing shopping over the Internet and I like looking at the shoes. I love all the shoes from JustFab, but I've got so many now and I can't order any more. The last purchase I had with them was on a pair of blue shoes. The quality of the items in JustFab are wonderful. There was only one shoe I had to return because the strap broke on it, but all the rest of them are pretty good.

    My favorite purchase would be my pair of black patent shoes, and all of my purple shoes. I like them because my favorite color is purple. My most favorite part of being a member is that I can look at it anytime and see what I want. I like to look at all the shoes and see what colors they are. I've also had offers to get free stuff from JustFab. Overall, I would highly recommend them.

    It was very easy to find the styles that I like. The price is very affordable, $39.95, and the prices haven't changed which is my favorite part about being a member.     I've been a member of JustFab for a few years now and I just love them. They have a very unique selection that catered to my style, make it very easy for me to find the kind that I’m looking for and getting shoes the way I wanted them. I love the quality of the products.     I'm one of the people who signed up without reading the T&Cs - the only place you are told about the monthly charge. I actually went through the process of creating an account again to make sure I wasn't missing anything. While the T&Cs make it clear, you can hardly accuse JustFab of going out of its way to tell people they are signing up to a subscription service. Why are they so coy about it if it's such a good idea?

    I only discovered I had signed up to a subscription when I went to my account page to try and find out why I'd had no communication from the company, and when I say no communication I mean just that. I have had no contact from them at all other than the order itself. No confirmation email when I joined, no emails about my order at all, no "style picks" email, no response to my complaint email despite the advertised promise of a reply within two days. Also, no acknowledgement they had received any communication from me. To get in touch with these people in a way you can prove you either have to record a phone call, take a screen grab (because they don't have an email address, only a form on the site) or send a recorded delivery letter. Not something you'd think you'd need to do with a reputable company.

    Finally, although I can sign up online with no contact from the company at all, to cancel my account I have to speak to one of their sales reps. I don't want to speak to JustFab, I want them to cancel my account and not take money from me. Very simple. Of course, when all is said and done I signed up to something without reading the small print. That said, every other shopping site I've signed up for had exactly the same process and look of the JustFab membership but didn't have such an opaque catch secreted in the T&Cs and nowhere else. Why the secrecy JustFab. If your service is so brilliant, be upfront about it. It seems it's only through sites like this that your customers can get hold of you rather than a pushy sales person so please JustFab, email me with confirmation you've cancelled my account and won't be attempting to take any cash from me.

    I've been a member of JustFab for at least 3 years. It's pretty easy to find the style of shoes I was looking for and very easy to navigate the website. It was simple and easy to go on every month and check it out and have a lot to choose from. I do a lot of the "buy one, get one half off" type deal, or buy two for $39.95 type deals. The last purchase I got was about two months ago for jewelry and I love them. My favorite purchase was a pair of heels that I bought with three straps with a metal plate on each strap. Overall it has been a wonderful experience. It is easy and has lots of variety.

    It’s been a while since I’ve been a member of JustFab. I honestly don’t even know when I first signed up. I remember I just saw the shoes on JustFab and I liked them.     I ordered twice and both times there were screw ups with my orders. I was promised expedited shipping never received, its actually taking me 3 weeks to receive an item and their excuse is "we're so sorry but we're having a BOGO sale and we are extremely busy".....     When Just Fab first came out, they really had a lot of nice shoes. Then after that, I started liking Shoe Dazzle because of the designer and they had nice shoes. When the designer left and somebody else took over, their shoes started not getting as nice, so I started going to Just Fab.

    I like JustFab's free shipping and how everything is still $39.95 whereas Shoe Dazzle changed throughout the years and now have shoes for $100. I've taken advantage of JustFab's two for $39.95 shoes, and I usually get free credits so I use it to get a free pair of shoes every now and then. That's a good perk. JustFab is a great place for shoes and their quality is great.

    I’ve been a member for five years now. I’m not sure how I first heard about JustFab, it might have been on Facebook. Back in the beginning when I first became a member, they used to send me surveys all the time and gave me points for it and I would get free stuff all the time. It’s been a while since I placed an order with them but my last purchase was either late January or early February. I think it was two bags and a necklace. I liked the fact that they had the monthly program with shoes and that it’s very easy to find the style of shoes that I’m looking for. My favorite part about being a member is that I can skip if I need to. They don’t charge me just because I don’t like the selection for the month.

    The quality of items is really good. Sometimes you get a bad one but you can return it for free, and they’ll send you a new one. I haven’t had many problems. I like all of my purchases. They’re all my favorite or I’ll send them back! JustFab is fantastic. There are a lot of different things I love about it but overall, it’s just a great place.

    I was initially excited about ordering shoes on JustFab.com. I saw a link on my FB page and it appeared to be a promo to purchase shoes at a great price. I purchased the shoes, with no intention of booming a "VIP". I later realized I was charged for FOUR months. As a college student who struggles as it is and lives on a tight budget per semester, this really hurt me. As I look back on it, the guidelines of membership look much different once you have joined. I feel misguided, and taken advantage of. I also feel like as though if there is a VIP club, what's the regular club? How much do they pay? Did purchasing a shoe make me a VIP automatically as opposed to someone who purchased the shoes at the promo rate? I don't take well to companies who make their money by being slick and misleading. The shoes were great and I am sure they would be just as successful by allowing people to purchase without being practically forced and or tricked into a membership.

    I've sent 5 emails now and I still have received no responses, contrary to them saying I will receive an email by the next business day!! I am unable to log in to my account. The I must've hit a wrong letter or something in my email and now I am unable to log in. I am about to get charged for the 3rd time without even being able to order anything or cancel and it is ridiculous that no one will help me! I am literally just getting money taken away from me.     One of my friends was wearing a pair of shoes from JustFab. I liked the shoes so I signed up. Although I'm not great in heels because I rolled my ankles a lot and everything in JustFab tends to be 4 inches and my ankles can't take it anymore. But I've been a member of JustFab for two years and the convenience they offer is pretty great.

    Lately I've been ordering like the black jeans for work. I'm a bartender and it's actually harder than you think to find black clothes. It's actually nice just ordering the jeans and just having them dropped off. The product quality was good. I once got a pair of sandals which were made of subpar materials and it was crappy but I've got a couple of bags that are actually beautiful. They're gorgeous; I love the material and it was wonderful. So far, I'm pleased.

    i have been calling many times to cancel my membership (details of which were very very misleading in the first place). Every time I called, I was told it'll be cancelled, but it never was. I still get charged every month, although I am not buying their products. Every time I call the folks on the phone offer, store credit only and are not willing to connect me with a manager. Why would I want to have a store credit at a company that does unfair business??? Has anyone called a bank to have JustFab blocked from their accounts? Curious to know details before I call my financial institution.

    I signed up for JustFab because I wanted one pair of shoes. Literally one. I had a wedding to go to. I didn't know I was signed up for the VIP. But whatever I didn't mind skipping.     I've been shopping with JustFab for so long. I chose them because of their price and their membership is pretty easy to understand. I have a lot of stuff that came from them. Finding the right style of shoes at JustFab is pretty easy. I also like the quality and the style collections. Plus being a member I got a coupon and I was able to use that to get a lot of percentage off so it was pretty helpful. They also offer 2 items for $39.95. Everything is perfect.     I had three items in my cart and all of the items were in stock. I placed my order and my order was pending for SIX days. So I used the live chat feature (very helpful) and an associate told me that it would take more time to ship my items because a lot of people were buying and a lot of orders were being processed. A few more days went by and my items still were shipped so I used the live chat feature again. This time I was told that one of the items that I wanted was out of stock and that my order couldn't be shipped because of this. I had this order canceled and I reordered the other items that were in my cart.

    This whole situation annoys me because another one of the items that was in my cart was on limited quantities and now I'm afraid this will go out of stock as well and I won't be able to buy it even though it has already been ordered. So I would like to know if one of the items were out of stock how was it able to be in my cart? When was JustFab going to notify me that my orders couldn't be shipped so I could reorder the other items that I wanted? JustFab needs to speed up their shipping process and notify customers when items are truly out of stock. I shouldn't have been able to add the item to my cart if it wasn't really there. Because of this situation my rating of JustFab HAS gone down. I would have happily rated them 5 out of 5 stars but that has changed.

    I bought a pair of shoes from JustFab, not realizing that I was signing up to a direct debit which takes money out of my account every month! Luckily for the last few months, I have remembered to skip the month, but this month I forgot and they took another 35! I didn't mind as I forgot to skip the month but it hasn't given me any credits so I have paid the money and not received anything for it!!! I have emailed twice but still had no feedback. My advice would be DO NOT SIGN UP TO JUSTFAB!!!! It is very unclear, as if i had known how it works, i would have never bought the shoes in the first place! Scam!

    I recently discovered that I was being charged a monthly fee of $39.95 for several months. When I signed up for JustFab I did not realize there was a monthly fee for being VIP. The advertising made it look like a limited time offer for the 2 for 1 and VIP option. The wording is not clear, that there will be a monthly fee of $39.95 charged to your account. When I called, they only refunded 2 credits and would not refund the total amount. I still have credits to spend, however I will now have to pay a higher amount above and beyond the credit for shoes because I cancelled the VIP membership.

    This company thinks that is acceptable to just take people's money, as I certainly don't want to order anymore shoes from this company and give them even more money, or pay extra money on top of my credits. I made this very clear and was denied a full refund. Update their site and make it perfect that people are signing up for a membership.

    Shopping at JustFab was an enjoyable experience which turned me into a shopaholic, which was very unique. A friend of mine, who is a shoe-holic, talked about all these fabulous shoes. I then saw JustFab's commercial. I've been a member for about two years now. I'm not really a shopper so I don't like being out but it just so happen every time I have, the price was right. It mostly was $40 for a pair of shoes. And I like the variety of styles of the shoes that I get to choose from. With JustFab, I never had a problem finding the shoes that I like but when it came to other places, it's extremely hard. If by chance I didn't happen to see something or it wasn't in my budget, I can skip the month. Or if I didn't like the shoes because it didn't fit right, I could return it and I didn't have to worry about getting my money back.

    I love all of my purchases, but my favorite one would be my red Lolita shoes. I haven't had a real issue with the quality of the shoe at all. They're usually just sometimes a little narrow. Other than that, I've had a really good experience with JustFab. I definitely go broke when there's two for the price of one!

    JustFab is a must-have. They have all types of shoes for different seasons. I don't want to wear the same shoes the next girl has, so JustFab in my closet is just my personality. I love them. Their price is reasonable and they have great styles. I try to recommend it to people as much as I can. I just wish that they had more big jewelry.     I have attempted to order from JustFab several times and have struggled to find shoes true to size or for them to fit as advertised. I tried to end my membership but could not because then I would lose the money I had already spent on the shoes I returned, can we say scam? I have stuck with it, trying to wait for a pair I liked to use up my "credits" so I could finally cancel my membership. I recently received a pair of shoes that were already ripped and with glue marks all over them. I took photos and asked who I could send the photos to.

    I received an e-mail directing me to call a number for customer service (can't send photos over a phone call!). I responded that this response did not answer my question to which I was told if I wanted to return the shoes to call (I hadn't yet mentioned returning the shoes!). Clearly their customer service doesn't care OR worse, they already know how the shoes look.

    I signed up for their supposedly free VIP membership in order to purchase a pair of shoes at a half decent price. I was highly disappointed by the quality of the shoes when they arrived, but i kept them, thinking that what i had spent was probably not worth the headache of returning or exchanging. I unsubscribed from their mail list, thinking that this would be sufficient to end my supposedly free membership.

    I received NO emails thereafter. I just checked my credit card bill and noticed that i have been charged twice in the amount of $39.95 for two months in which i supposedly did not skip. Imagine the surprise! This is some underhanded tactic the company is operating. The supposedly free membership is actually a trap! You cannot charge and not even tell me that you're doing so!!!!

    I was charged twice after I had skipped the month, was told I hadn't skipped, only explanation I can think of is that I can't of clicked the second time properly in the pop up, which I think is very misleading! Now have 2 store credits, I am obliged to buy shoes I do not want or need. Have tried to order some but sent several pairs back because the fit was awful and to be honest I think the quality is not even worth $35.00 each! First boots I ordered was ok at the half price introductory offer but not brilliant! Brought up issue twice now to be told how the 'membership' works and that I can't have a refund.

    I'm confused why I can't have MY money back for something I haven't even got. It's not like I originally returned anything, so a refund should be possible if 'membership' is free with no obligation to buy. Would not recommend to anyone! All I want to do is cancel but don't see why I should lose $70 of my hard earned money technically been charged for nothing!

    My order was placed long time ago. They said 1-2 days for processing, but it's been past that. Each time I try to contact them, they either don't give a straight answer or they say it's because of their large orders. Well, DEAL (SOLVE) WITH YOUR LARGE ORDERS OR WHATEVER IT IS. THAT'S YOUR COMPANY'S RESPONSIBILITY. I asked if they can send it with faster shipping so that the order would get here by the time they said they would, but they said there will be a fee. WOW. First they delay people's order, and then they do NOTHING NOTHING for their customers to compensate for the huge delay and inconvenience. Seems like they don't give a crap about your customers.     JustFab will charge your credit card $39.95 every month if you do not "skip" the month. I understand this concept. They call this $39.95 being charged "a credit". So, I had "4 credits" with JustFab (39.95 X 4) = $159.80. I wanted to CANCEL my membership and have my credit card refunded ($159.80). They stated that their policy was to "refund for half of the credits" which would mean that they would only reimburse me for $39.95 x 2. So let's get this straight: they charged $159.80 to my credit card, I did not receive any products and they want to reimburse me only $79.90. WHAT?! This is an unacceptable and underhanded way of doing business. This is the first time I have seen an online merchant do this type of practice. I had to ARGUE and INSIST on being refunded for the $159.80. I was finally informed that the $159.80 will be refunded. So buyers: please be vigilant!

    I learned about JustFab through a friend who signed up. I remember going to JustFab's website and being pretty impressed about it. So I went on to the site myself and that made me want to try it out. I love being a member because of the variety of shoes to pick from. I'm like a shoe girl. For whatever occasion I'm looking for there's always something that I can find that I really like and I love that they've added in more the accessories and their shoes and the addition of the bags was really great for me.     I too was shocked to learn that after buying a pair of boots through JustFab that I was going to be charged $39.95 every month unless I pressed "skip this month" before a certain date. I ended up with a credit of $39.95 and they were having a sale on their Luxe items. I believe any pair of Luxe shoes were $49.95. I ended up finding a pair of shoes for $49.95 and bought them, assuming they would only charge me the extra $10 on my card. Well, they charged me the full price of the Luxe shoe and charged it to my card. They said that we were not allowed to use "store credits" toward the sales or specials they were running. Mind you, I PAID for that $39.95. This happened either the same day, or next when I had returned a pair of shoes for store credit.

    When I tried to cancel my membership recently, I was told that I would lose all my store credits, which means any money they took out of my account was going to be lost. I ended up not cancelling because I didn't want to lose the money they had taken. Has anyone else been told that their store credits are not able to be used toward their sales, like Buy 2 pair of shoes for $39.95, or any other sales?

    What I liked about being a member of JustFab is that I can skip the month if I can't afford to buy shoes that month. My last purchase was a very hot pair of heels. The quality of the items I've purchased from JustFab are okay. I've had problems with a few things. I have a pair of boots now that I've had for a couple of years. The soles are coming off the bottom of them but I've had them for a while. Overall, I love JustFab and I would refer my friends.

    My teacher recommended JustFab to me and I've been a member couple of years now. In the beginning, I almost cancelled it because they were very clunky and looked like they were put together really quick. But I gave it one more shot and the next pair I got were actually very well put together and more of the quality I was used to buying. It seems they’ve gotten a little bit better over time. I got a pair of boots last year in the fall and then a pair of heels I wear to go out with my husband that I like a lot. And I like just having shoe options readily available.     I like the JustFab styles and products a lot more than the others. Their products are really good. It's always in fashion and in style. I always find something I want. My last purchase was probably around Christmas only because I'm getting married so I had to cut back. I bought purses and a couple of pairs of jeans and some shoes. There was a big sale going on and I pretty much took advantage of it. I love their sales and I love that they always look like they're designer even if they're not necessarily name brand.     I would give this 0 stars if it gave the option. The same thing happened to me as it did to everyone else. IT'S A SCAM!!!!! I have done all my shopping online and have never experienced such an awful company before. I thought since the site seemed so well known I had nothing to worry about.. WRONG!! They took the $39.95 out of my account for the monthly "VIP" status that they automatically give you without your knowledge. I should have realized a red flag when they wouldn't even let me browse the site before entering in all of my information. Do not give this site ANY of your credit card information, no matter what! Deleted my account off of their site AND blocked ALL payments to them through my bank, therefore they cannot access my account anymore. For anyone who hasn't done so after purchasing through them, I would highly advise it. From the looks of everyone's reviews, it seems as though they don't care whether you're a member or not, they will remove money from your account as long as they have you card information. GOOD LUCK!!

    I have read other bad reviews and I agree with all of them. I called Justfab (not) and the person was reading a script and not listening to me. I stated this to him and I could hear his smirk that I knew what he was doing. It took 5 minutes and getting to a point of yelling that he finally cancelled my account. I know as consumers, we need to read the fine print, I thought I had! I must have missed the small print about "Buy one pair of shoes and now you have signed up to a automatic bill of $39.95 every month!" And the one pair of shoes I bought were poor quality. This scam needs to be shut down or make sure that small print of billing is clearly printed.

    Am I the only idiot out there that didn't know that when you "sign up" with JustFab, they automatically enroll you in their "VIP" membership?? This $39.95 monthly charge is crap. How can you take money out of someone's account and not even give an email saying they are going to charge you?     I really like JustFab because they have the Lux brand. That’s why I’m still with them. It’s really high quality and not too much expensive. I've been buying too much from them. I bought a pair of heeled booties last fall, and they were a Lux boot and I love them. I get lots of compliments on them. I have recommended JustFab. They are reliable and easy to deal like when I tried to make returns or had a shoe actually break, and they took it back with no problem and replaced them.

    I purchased a pair of shoes in November of last year (2013) because I needed a pair of boots and there was a "half-off your first pair of shoes" deal going on that I thought I would take advantage of. Unbeknownst to me, I was signing up for a monthly membership. I didn't realize I was signed up as a VIP member and then was being charged $39.95 every damn month despite only being on the website once and only purchasing one pair of shoes. I don't remember being told I was going to be charged monthly. I thought I would just be charged when I, you know, bought something (CRAZY, I KNOW). This is utter **. I'm a college student, so I can't afford to be wasting that much money.

    When I called the hotline (which by the way is more **, being unable to deactivate your account online is shady) I was received by someone named Steven who was clearly reciting a script to try and guilt me into staying. While he condescendingly told me he respected my choice to cancel to save my money, he also told me it was frustrating that I wouldn't use up my credits! I'm sorry, but I was so annoyed that I had been charged for 8 months without my knowledge. I told him I just wanted to cancel the account. He continued to try to guilt me into staying with this scam of a website until finally he let me go and cancelled my account. The shoes I received were cheaply made and not even comfortable. I would rather make my own shoes than ever be associated with this scam again.

    My first order from Just Fab and I couldn't be more upset. I bought a pair of wedges and a purse. The purses color was much different than shown (it showed brighter purple- this is very dark), not the same but it's ok. The wedges, very cute but fit VERY big for size. I never have to buy a size down or up unless it's a very pointy shoe. I contacted customer service. Where I was informed that I could not return. As I said this was my first order and apparently the promo VIP pricing made this NO RETURNS. No problem, I'm trying to exchange right? There are messages all over the site, on front banner, "FREE EXCHANGES ON ALL ORDERS" - All means all right? Wrong. How about their claim of PERFECT FIT GUARANTEE? Wrong. Gave me so much grief about trying to exchange for a 1/2 size smaller when the reviews now show about 25% saying it ran a 1/2 size big, where when I ordered it didn't have a big discrepancy. They agreed but overall their claims of free exchanges/perfect fit guarantees are highly deceptive!!

    I've ordered from Shoe Dazzle with no issues, exchanges (even on sale) no problems. I had another order ready to go with 3 pairs of shoes and 2 purses- clearly I can't order shoes as I might get stuck with them if they don't fit.

    I've previously order two items (hand bag and shoes) I'm not in love but their okay. Nothing I couldn't have went into the mall and brought! But today I look in my account, since it's kids day and $39.95 was taken out of my savings from JustFab. I was never notified about this so called "VIP skip a month". ** skip a month, how do you go into an account and take money then customer services say I can't be refunded. I didn't give the money away willingly and shouldn't have to go through a million trials to cancel this so-called "membership" so who I need to talk to. Like I want to talk to them now because this is very aggravating!! I'm very upset. I want this canceled, my credit card information taken off the site and no more of my money taken.

    This is by far the worst customer service!! Below is my actual conversation with an employee of JustFab. My member ID number is **. I'm trying to obtain an (RMA) number. TRYING TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE ON SHOES THAT DON'T FIT!!! I just got disconnected from an employee on your end who told me I'm unable to return my shoes due to use of a promotion you all are running. I have carefully reviewed your return policy and nowhere does it state that I can't make an exchange due to a promotion you all run that auto applied to my order. I received my order this past weekend and one of the two pairs DON'T fit. I would like to make an exchange for that pair. I plan on shipping the shoes out today but it's becoming difficult due to the long wait time when I call 1-866-337-0906 and the issues I'm having with live chat. I'm not asking for a refund, I simply want an exchange for shoes that fit. I will gladly cover the cost of shipping them back to you, just want an RMA number and a return address.

    DO NOT register with JustFab.com unless you want to be severely inconvenienced. Last year (or longer ago) I was duped into purchasing a pair of boots from this website at half price (only 19.99!). But my troubles have far outweighed this exciting deal on shoes. I did realize it was a membership based site, but unlike other membership shopping websites, they require you to spend $39.95 a month.

    My story is much like the rest of yours. I tried calling to cancel but would always wait on hold for over 20 minutes before reluctantly hanging up. I tried canceling online only to find out that you cannot just cancel on the computer, YOU MUST CALL 'customer service.' I was also trying to convince myself that maybe there would be another item that I'd want to purchase, even though the original pair of boots I received were really not the greatest quality. So I have been in the habit of 'skipping the month' every month for over a year at this point. What an inconvenient thing to have to remember, especially if you are not around a computer between the 1st and the 5th of the month --- maybe you want to take a hiatus from work, go on vacation, enjoy the finer things in life that aren't actually 'things'.

    At any rate, this was the first time that I forgot to skip the month, and therefore my account was charged. I guess it had to come to this for me to actually take action. Today I called and took the steps to speak to someone about canceling my account, which there is actually a numerical option for when you call JustFab. I proceeded to wait on hold for 21 minutes before an automated voice came on, glitched out, repeated its message 4 times and hung up on me. I kept saying 'hello??' and then finally the call ended.

    So I called back and wised up, and went with the 'Billing Question' option and was sent to an actual human this time. I had to tell her repeatedly that I wanted my money back, that I did not want to be a VIP member, that I did not care that I would no longer be receiving VIP membership benefits, that I wanted to cancel my account and that I would no longer be requiring their services. I repeated myself so many times, we were on the phone for an additional 25 minutes. These 'customer service' people are relentless, and they are paid to dupe you. Do not be fooled. It is all a scam.

    I had to ask her over and over again to confirm that money would be refunded into my bank account and that I would not just be receiving 'credits' towards their membership site because my account is going to be canceled, right??? She wanted to try to tell me that because they sent me 'reminder emails' that they were justified in STEALING my money. I did receive an email no more than 5 minutes after we hung up that I would be receiving an refund in 2-5 business days, and then another email that my account was canceled. So, we will see. God, what a waste of breath...

    This is a warning to anyone interested in JustFab.com. They have terrible customer service. In order to cancel your account, you have to contact the customer service line directly, which has a wait time of over 10 minutes. Once you get someone on line, they hang up on you once you let them know that you want to cancel your account. This happened to me twice with two different representatives. I was finally successfully able to cancel my account with a 3rd agent. After this experience I can confidently say that I will NEVER do business with this company again.

    I don't know how I first heard about JustFab; I think it was in a magazine or something, they had an ad in there and I went for the shoes. I was with JustFab and Shoe Dazzle. I was with two of them at the same time; I cancelled one of them because I didn’t like the way their shoes fit, but I go to JustFab for all my shoes for work. I absolutely love their website. They’ve always got cute stuff that I like. My last purchase was probably two or three months ago, and I think I bought shoes.

    I have been a member for JustFab for a couple of years, or maybe about three years. My favorite part of being a member is the fact that they go ahead and just take the money out of my account every month. I already know when it’s coming out, I know how long I have to skip the month if I want to, and every time that I tried to do a return, they’ve always been really cool about it. I have taken advantage of their special offers. They’ve got the ‘buy one pair, get the second pair half off’, or something like that. I use my credits for that. My favorite purchase is the ones that are on my feet right now. I’ve got three pairs of different colors. I wear them everyday to work. I can’t tell you how rough I am on my shoes, so I’m surprised they last as long as they do.

    I tell a whole bunch of people to look at JustFab’s shoes, but I warn them ahead of time that the first time they buy shoes from there, they’re going to charge them every month. I didn’t realize it at first, so I try to tell people about that.

    I was lured into purchasing a pair of shoes on this website not realizing it was a monthly subscription for shoes. Upon finding out about the $39.95 that they charge you monthly, I tried to cancel my account and was taken round and round in circles by a customer service agent who would not for the life of me cancel my account. Mind you, you don't have the option of cancelling online. I have an incredibly hard time believing that this isn't done on purpose to prevent people from being able to cancel their accounts since the company knows their business practices are unsavory.

    I tried reaching out to JustFab before posting this comment to resolve the issue and was once again redirected to their "fashion consultants." Their response on the better business bureau's site seems to be "Thank you for bringing this to our attention"... Well I've tried multiple times before with no results. It's sad anyone has to go this far. I've been charged for a product I did not want, and will not receive. I want a refund. I can't believe that any business could think it's ok to charge someone for a product they haven't even received or wanted. Despicable.

    I joined JustFab because of (1) The convenience of online shopping is always a benefit, not having to go out. It’s very convenient to shop online (2) Shoes! I mean everyone loves shoes! My favorite purchase so far would be the knee-length boots. I still wear them.

    Overall it was a great experience. The quality of the items is not top of the line but okay for the price line. My only recommendation would be to have more variety of things. For instance, what’s in my boutique, I think it should stay there. If they have people constantly signing up, they should make sure that the inventory matches, because I may not go on my boutique every day (and this is probably why my sales slowed down a bit) and every time I went to log on, the people that they have at the time should refresh their page and wait for things. They beat us a lot of time. We get there, we’ve been working on there all week, and by the time we get there and we see something exciting in that boutique but it’s sold out.

    I purchased a pair of shoes from JustFab on 30th April 2014 and paid for rush delivery. 9 days later the shoes turned up. That is not rush delivery! Then, I was checking my bank statement and seen that the total for my shoes £21.45 including the extra delivery charge had been taken from my account as well as a charge of £35. I contacted JustFab and they advised me that this was the VIP membership and it is like store credit. When I advised them that I did not want a "VIP membership" I only wanted to buy shoes and I didn't realize I was signing up for credits they told me not to worry, they would refund the £35. Great, brilliant, FAB!! NO... I asked them to cancel my membership so I would not be charged again and they said they would do that as soon as the refund has been processed which could take up to 7 working days. 1 WEEK LATER, still no refund - jumping ahead 3 weeks... second monthly "VIP membership" payment has been removed from my account - still waiting on payment 1 to be refunded by the way! Contacted them, no answer, phones busy, email ignored, phones busy! You guys have taken £70 from my account after tricking me into signing up for something. I only wanted ONE pair of shoes!

    I liked JustFab's shoes originally and I find the quality of the shoes better than on ShoeDazzle or places like that. I've been a member for three or four years. I love the fact that I can shop for shoes when I want and need them and that it's pretty easy and simple to do. They get delivered to me and I don't have to worry about it. I like their free magazines and the Buy 1 Get 1 Free promos. I love a lot of my sandals, my heels and the boots... I always love the boots that I get. My daughter steals them and takes some from me. They're always efficient. I always get everything on time. The quality of the shoes is really good. If I have to return something, there is never an issue. I always get the credit that I'm supposed to get and I've never had a problem with them.

    Stole $39.95 a month from me for 5 months claiming I signed up for some damn shoe of the month club or "VIP" membership as they call it . I only bought 2 pairs of shoes from one time and the quality was horrible and they have the nerve to keep charging me monthly. I really don't like shoes that much to have ever knowingly joined a shoe club. What secret page was it that I missed that signed me up?? Where was the damn fine print?? You are thieves!

    I first heard about JustFab on TV. I chose JustFab over other retailers because there was this one pair of shoes that I totally loved. I have been a member with them for over a year. I have taken advantage of their special offers because I get the emails, and every now and then, I shop every night. My last purchase was when I bought a pair of wedges that were two for $49.90.

    I love the quality of the items I purchase from JustFab. I have one favorite purchase from them. I don’t know the name but it’s black with a red snake-like skin on the top. I just think they’re so special. I love them all.

    I have been a member of JustFab since late last year and have made a few purchases. My biggest issue with them is if you don't remember to "skip a month," there is no way for you to get your money back. For the past two months, I have forgotten to do so and I am being told that there is no way for me to receive a refund. Apparently "credits" have no cash value. When I asked what would happen if I purchased some shoes with the 1000 in credits that my $39.95 went towards and return them what would happen, I was told I would receive a store credit since they were purchased with credits. I find this practice unacceptable and will be cancelling my "membership" ASAP. JustFab has lost a customer for life.

I spoke with a man having a robot voice and told him 5x I wanted my account cancelled and did not need more selections multiple times.     I needed some black boots back in March, and was so sad to find that the ones I wanted at Target were sold out. I was so excited to find that they had them on JustFab. I have the same ones in brown from Target that I got for $25, so the fact that they are saying these were regularly $69 was silly anyways, but I got them for $19 with the coupon so I was excited and didn't complain. Well, I happened to check my bank account today, 3 months later, and happen to see that there was a $39 charge from JustFab. So I call just to find out that they had tricked me into signing up for an account that would charge me $39 a month! They said I received emails about it, which I never received any emails from them regarding this.

    On the phone they kept trying to make me feel like I was so lucky to be a "VIP member" which was extremely annoying. They only refunded me 2 of the 3 months and so I had to settle for buying a stupid dress with the extra $39 that I could have gotten for $20 anywhere else. Then calling to cancel my membership was a lot of the same frustrating conversation of congratulating me on being a VIP member and trying to talk me out of leaving. Like, I just want to cancel my membership, I've already spent 30 minutes on the phone with your company today. While I'm happy with the boots I got, I don't feel like they are any higher quality than something you could get for much cheaper at Target or Rack Room Shoes or something like that. Save the hassle and don't deal with this company.

    I've been using JustFab for well over a year now. I think I got roped into one of those ads or something and I clicked on it, and then signed up. Been doing it ever since. I like the shoes that I get every month. I've gotten two offers from them in a magazine subscription. I haven’t made a purchase in a while because I had two credits and I've been using those credits. I bought a pair of Mary Jane high heels probably four months ago. Most of the items I purchased were good. My favorite products are the Mary Janes. JustFab is convenient and easy to use.

    I've been a member for two years now and I like that JustFab is affordable. I like the price per item. It's within my budget every month; I can get one new item at least. I could get super cute shoes that look high-end and they have the subscription that you got rewards for. My last purchase was last month and I got a teal purse. I knew that if I keep purchasing, I would eventually get a free item. And who doesn't like free? I do think that technically, it leans more towards heels and fall pieces because they do a good number of boots, but I think their selection of sandals and flats do fall a little bit short.

    I've done some of their specials like ‘buy one, get one free’ offers and I even tried some of their jeans. I remember getting some of the jeans at ‘buy one, get a pair’. I did have difficulty with jeans and I was surprised that theirs were comfortable. They fit well and they were in style. Their products hold up pretty well and they have pretty nice quality. They have like a lot of bow purses and I have one that I think is one of my favorites. Overall, it's excellent. I get the value for my money.

    I never learn. I tried JustFab when they just started and quickly discovered that the quality and selection are very substandard. Despite the company's resistance, I was able to close the account so they stopped billing me for every month when I made no purchases. Stupidly, recently I liked a bag on the picture, and signed another "contract with the devil". There are some improvement: you can skip the month and pay nothing, the customer service people are syrupy polite but the rest remains the same: cheap materials, cheap styles, lack of comfort. And you can't leave a negative review - it would disappear. They manage their reputation furiously, inundating sites with fake excellent review to keep an overall balance. In general: Beware!!

    I heard about JustFab through one of the people I used to work with who ordered them online. I got one pair and loved it. I got another, then a purse and there were all these things that kept happening... it was amazing! There are so many different things they offer. It’s not just about shoes because they’ve got pants, purses, and kids’ stuff. My last purchase was during a two-for-one sale. It was black platform heels and a red platform. The quality of the items was good. I have favorites, a couple are coming apart including a purse, but I know it’s because I’m using them a lot. I’ve only been a member for a couple of years, so it’s at least lasting me a year or more. Lastly, JustFab gives you the power to get things now or later, and I love having that option!

    I asked for a refund for a member credit three times last year and they told me to wait but I never got it!!! I let it go but last month another credit was taken because I could not find the skip button and it didn't appear for some days so it is not my fault but theirs. I called them for a refund and they told that my 3 previous refund request is not on their system and that they can't refund me for the credit since it has no cash value?? Why was I told that my refund query is under process and that I should get my money soon then?? Worst customer service and I don't recommend this site. They just try to get money out of you.

    I like shoes. My favorites purchase so far were the tan-brown strappy wedges. Sadly I wore holes through the soles. It is very tragic lol. Some of the soles tend to wear really fast. But overall I think their quality is good. I’ve been with them for a few years now. I just recently bought two pairs of shoes - sandally, strappy thing and wedges- while JustFab were having their Memorial Day two-for-one specials.

    I am incredibly disappointed with the entire process of JustFab. I hardly ever find a shoe that I like and when I do it is always sold out in my size. After over a year of skipping the month and having to buy shoes I kind of liked because I forgot to skip the month and the money had been pulled out of my account, I finally decided to call and cancel my account. After 20 minutes of the customer service rep trying to convince me not to cancel my account, I finally received a cancellation confirmation number.

    The following month the money was pulled out of my account! I called and they gave me a "one time refund". And said my account was canceled. Now for the past three months I have had to go in and skip the month because my account is still showing active. I have continued to call countless times to figure out why and all they keep telling me is that in "their" system the account shows cancelled. I have been unsuccessful in getting any kind of explanation. And unable to even speak to a supervisor. I will 100% never recommend this site. And I will make sure to warn people about the way they do business.

    I've been a member of JustFab for about three years. I like that they give credit when you buy a certain amount, and I've taken advantage of that. Last purchase I made was in August for a pair of shoes. Their quality is a hit or miss. Some of the bottoms come off easily, but for most of them, I’m happy with the purchase.

    I purchased a pair of sandals from JustFab. I loved the style but when they arrived and I tried them on, the strap broke almost immediately. This however is not the main issue as to why I am so disappointed with this online retailer. I apparently joined their VIP package and was appalled to realize $35 had been debited from my account. I don't feel it was made clear when I purchased this first pair of shoes that this is what I was signing up for and assumed the offer was because it was my first purchase. I feel like I have been tricked into this and furthermore, because I have not set up a direct debit with just fab, I question that they are adhering to customers data protection rights by storing credit card details to reprocess amounts to take from the account holder each month.

    I contacted their fashion consultants, both online and over live chat and via online email form. The live chat consultant had no autonomy to make any decisions and was clearly copying and pasting from the script. The person I spoke with on the phone was rude and refused to let me speak to the manager and my online form has been ignored. Disgusting customer service, and in my opinion fraudulent activity by keeping customers card details without knowingly agreeing to this.

    Horrendous company with no morals whatsoever.

    I tried to order shoes today for the first time and had a problem with completing my order. The money had been taken out of my account but my order wasn't yet processed. They put it back and I tried again. This time the shoes I wanted weren't available and it was costing me more money to keep calling the US as I'm from Canada. I'm not interested in trying again.

    When JustFab just popped up in my Facebook feed, that was the first of its kind I’ve ever heard of. It’s quick and easy and makes it simple. I decide if I can afford a month or I don’t want to. I’ve been a member for a long time, four years maybe. What I like best is having the option of finding something without having to go anywhere.

    I chose JustFab because I like the products that they had and I've read some reviews on Facebook and it seemed like people have good experiences with them. It was easy finding the styles I wanted. I really like the quality of products for the same price. When they say 39.95, they mean it. Being a member I am earning reward points and get free stuff. They always have the two for one or buy one, get one free. They also give like free magazine subscriptions, and of course getting more points and getting free stuff things like that.

    I made a purchase this week and I got a pair of jeans and a pair of flat shoes, and a pair of boots that were on clearance. The quality is good. Everything I bought has held up the entire time I've had them. Some of them I purchased and have for years and they’re still as good as they did the day I got them. Justfab offers affordable style for everyone.

    I signed up to JustFab and I liked the service that it provided, as I knew you could 'skip the month' if you needed to. However, I have since cancelled my subscription to the site as I realized I was skipping the month very often. The cancellation was fine, until I checked my account the next month and £35 had been taken out of my account AGAIN!!!! I cancelled the subscription because I couldn't afford to buy anything and they took the money anyway. I have since sent an email from their site but have had no response back. It is not acceptable!!!!

    Like many other people on this page I have recently realized that JustFab have been charging 35 to my credit card. This has been going on for 8 months. I called today and spoke with someone and then their manager who agreed to refund me with half the amount on my account. I still think this is unacceptable. I feel as though I was totally tricked into signing up for this VIP account. I thought when I purchased my shoes last year in 2013 that the discount was because it was my first order as this was how it appeared. I will never shop on JustFab again. I think this kind of thing is disgusting. When I got emails from them each month I just assumed it was spam advertising the latest trends.

    I allowed my daughter to buy a pair of shoes from this place on my personal credit card and they talked her into a membership. I got notification from my cc company that a $39.99 charge had just come through so I talked to my daughter who said she ordered nothing. I called my cc company about the charge who then proceeded to call JustFab, turns out they manipulated my daughter into some kind of membership. When I told the guy from there that the fee was for this VIP membership thing. I told him that the charge went to my cc and I AM NOT MY DAUGHTER, DIFFERENT NAMES. He said he would cancel her membership which in turn would cancel any further charges (please keep in mind my cc representative is still on the phone for all of this).

    I then said, "so this means I will NEVER receive another charge from you again on her account", his response was, "well if she reopens her account the charges will start back up". I again told him this was MY cc not her's and he said because it was tied to her membership they had the right to charge it... OMG, REALLY! This place has no problem charging anyone's card even if it is not the members!!!!! I cancelled my card with my cc company and had them issue me a new one, based on comments from others where they start randomly charging again WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION FROM THE CARDHOLDER. This totally disgusts me and this place is nothing but a scam!!!!

    For over 6 months, Justfab delivered defective products to me, ignored my patient pleas for help & questioned my honesty as a customer instead of reviewing their Quality Control, and allowed it's Management to treat me ABOMINABLY. To begin: I started to experience first hand the poor quality of Justfab's products & svcs almost immediately upon the acct's inception (in Autumn 2013). Over the entire course of this acct, I patiently and helpfully communicated with Justfab's "Fashion Consultants", Supervisors, & Acct Managers to notify them of each of the problematic/defective orders.My very first handbag that I ordered was the Arrival handbag (Tan). Upon receipt and inspection of it, I observed some exposed adhesive + a slightly dysfunctional zipper. Although I did notify JF of the possibility of my returning the bag, I never bothered to return the bag - I eventually gifted it to a friend.

    Another handbag, called the Prestige, was delivered to me in an almost completely opened box. Most importantly, the bag, fresh out of the box, had a huge hole around one of the front gold hardware accents. A HOLE! Another bag, that I initially considered keeping anyway, the Prodigy handbag (Eggplant), had what can be compared to a 3 inch slit or "knife mark" in the middle of the front flap. I exchanged Prodigy for a replacement (of same bag). The replacement arrived to me in better condition than the first, however, within 30 days I returned that (brand new/unused bag), exchanging it for a different purple bag. And I specified to the JF fashion consultant, Brian, that the reason for my return was that I simply changed my mind (especially since a new, more suitable-to-my-taste had just become available. ). Such exchanges/returns, within the 30 days of purchase, are heavily advertised by JF & are claimed to be "easy" and accepted.

    At some point, around late Aug/mid-September 2013, I was quite dissatisfied with the multiple order mishaps and the blatant oversights on behalf of Justfab's warehouse/Quality Control. With multiple order issues on my new, barely 2-month old acct, I feared this to be a tell-tale sign of JF's future performance and products. I requested via Supervisors that a Manager, over the Supervisors, contact me. After COUNTLESS fruitless, frustrating phone calls placed by me no one ever returned the call to me, one Supervisor obviously felt sorry for me, and transferred my call that very day to to Manager Elizabeth.I explained in detail to her all of the order issues and my general lack of satisfaction. She promised to alert the warehouse to inspect my orders thoroughly henceforth. The concern shown by she and supervisor Virginia helped ease my anxiety, and so I let the account remain open.

    My next delivery, a courtesy-gift item offered to me by a Supervisor, included a boot "Bradbury". The boots looked completely different from the website photo, were extremely wrinkled, and appeared to have been worn or been utilized as a display model? I Exchanged those for a brand new Bradbury, that has one shoe that pinches my toe, but oh well. Fast forward. December 2013, I ordered handbag Optimist (Camel). Although I eventually ordered the same handbag in Black (with no defects), I ended up having to replace the Optimist Camel handbag twice due to product defects. Never reordered Optimist Camel, as the defects seem inherent to that bag. Later, an Optimist Black handbag's handle fabric started to unravel within 2 hrs of it's first wear! A bracelet, "On Point", broke the same day @ it's first wear. Lastly, when I re-ordered the Arrival Tan 2014, it was delivered to me 4 or 5 times--all with apparent defects/damage.

    I spent hours on phone cooperating w/ JF, to try to resolve these issues. Multiple trips to USPS, Gallons of gas. Loads of ink (& paper) from my printer, bring countless return labels for their mistakes [that they wanted to blame me for? ] Uploaded pics to aide them in investigating. I was hung up on by their rep & Supervisors, was put on hold for 6 hrs one day then hung up on, my acct was "investigated" for months - freezing most account activity, etc. I had been requesting "account escalations" for MONTHS. Each Supervisor talked to me in their pleasant, melodic voices, assuring me that "such is not the norm, and the warehouse had been notified to carefully check your orders now". They promised since January, that, at my request, higher management was investigating my account. I voluntarily offered to provide any info they needed. I made sure to call them as soon as my orders were delivered, notifying them immediately of the defective items.

    In all of that time, despite all of the smooth words of their Supervisors, no one ever really did anything. No one ever inspected my outgoing orders nor incoming returns to verify the issues I took my valuable time to report to them. How do I know this? Because even after documenting a handful of order mistakes within a 2-3 month period, even after literally HUNDREDS of Supervisor requests by me, they still mailed me out another defective order. I was in shock! I thought, for sure, they would have been anxious to get the order right just to be rid of me!?!Another handbag that I ordered is the Society handbag. Let it be clear that I ordered Society AFTER they had "investigated" the acct to rid it of order issues. The Society bag is displayed and avertised on their website as a structured bag, that stands upright on its own. When the USPS delivered that handbag, it arrived completely folded/bent and full of wrinkles, unlike the advertised product. Since Justfab charges $39.95 for undeniably cute, yet overpriced merchandise, I do at least expect some decent $39.95 quality. Justfab apologized and assured me that "such is not the norm". ...and yet, it apparently is the norm...because days after my Society order issue, I made an interesting discovery.

    While I was reading thru some positive reviews of JF on their FB page, sadly wondering why my JF VIP orders were such nightmares, I noticed a review of the same Society handbag, same color, even. This review was posted by one of JF's more special members, who is possibly an "elite" member. Although her review was positive, the picture she unwittingly posted spoke volumes--just like mine, her bag was squished, dented and wrinkled--apparently from having been folded and carelessly shipped. The bag looked pitiful as it hung from her, otherwise, fashionable shoulder. That further reminded me that I hadn't invented some issue! (Few days later went back to the FB page to refer JF to her picture, but the picture had been conveniently removed). Anyway, because I was so beyond exhausted at that point, I notified JF that I would try some home remedies to fix the dilapidated bag.

    After a week of trying, I realized I had to replace the bag. I reordered that bag, and it arrived folded/bent/wrinkled in the exact same way. LOL. I gave up. Kept the bag. ...then, last month, I just wore the bag for the first time. Wore it with some old jeans for a few hours, then discovered a surprise that night. My Society handbag, originally a light beige-y-grey, had now turned blue-ombre-ish - apparently the dye transferred from my non-new jeans. Hopefully, my new Society bag will arrive in decent condition. Before I use the new one, I plan to spray/seal/protect it with a fabric guard, to ward off future color transfer. (Note, unless they remove them, you can read other reviews of Society on the JF site that complain of the same dye transfer defect. Same issue for their handbag Signature. Wish I would've read more of/believed the member reviews before purchasing.

    Although Justfab completed its investigation of my account, claiming it's good now and I shouldn't encounter any issues, that has turned out to be a falsehood - to date, 3mths after the all-clear, the same problems/unresolved concerns/rude treatment by their Management persists. Justfab is TRULY MERCILESS!

    After my begging them for months, they finally forwarded my concerns/transferred me to their " Director of Member Services", Andrea **. I waited patiently for her to followup with me. She eventually did, after the date Justfab originally promised. But I was ok with that, because I finally felt like they were going to hear me out, make some changes for the better. Andrea seemed very personable initially, and apologizing when she missed an appointment with me. She documented all of my specific concerns and all but vowed to address them all and restore my faith in JF. And I was the fool to believe her sincerity. She even gave me her personal email and a personal number to reach her, an after-hrs #! Unfortunately, I nonchalantly scribbled her number on some random sheet of paper, because I never expected to have to call her. And I didn't want to interrupt her "life" by calling her outside of her work hrs. I felt secure that she would dilligently make sure all concerns were reasonably addressed. And I just knew that she would at least follow up with me at the conclusion, just to make sure all was well.

    We corresponded via email and I waited patiently in spite of a few delays on her part. She finally addressed one of my concerns, having another JF rep contact me via email, unbeknownst to me. When I finally noticed the email(s), I was completely absorbed in party-planning for a major dinner party that week, followed by a business trip. The following week, around April 21, I finally replied to the 4-14-14 dated emails from them. It is now 5-20-14 and neither Andrea nor the other JF rep has replied. They haven't called to at least let me know that they've tossed up their hands, if that is what they've done. I've left numerous messages with countless supervisors since 4-21-14, with each one telling me each time "we have emailed and notified Ms. Andrea and Ms. Anna, and someone will be contacting you, per your request, within 24-48 hours. " Same script every time. And I can't help but feel "betrayed" by Andrea S., who listened to how frustrated I was and apologized and expressed disbelief at my JF experience. She completely wasted my time, asking me to enumerate the concerns that need to be addressed, only to completely drop my account before getting halfway thru.

    Just a week ago, I received a mistaken, duplicate delivery from Justfab that I didn't order nor was I charged for, apparently. Being the same honest person that I have been over the course of this account, I immediately called JF to notify them. I notified a Supervisor. She didn't even think to send me a return label. Which is ok, because, apparently, I'm a Justfab employee with all of these hours I've put in with them. So I spent another precious 30 min of my time calling back, to request a return label. I clearly explained that this was not my order, so no return should be generated from any of my orders. (I was very blunt, and borderline demanding about these instructions because...in the past, various members of management had commented on how confusing and alarming my order history is--BECAUSE THEIR REPS PLACE AND CANCEL ORDERS ON MY ACCOUNT BEFORE THINKING ABOUT WHAT THEY'RE DOING OR LISTENING). She thanked me for my honesty, promised to not touch any of my orders, and then told me she emailed a return label to me.

    Later, I checked my account only to find that she had lied thru her FABulous teeth - she had ordered the label, but set up the return for a pair of shoes that I had JUST received and still wanted! Complete ignorance on behalf of their company as a whole. So now, I sit, with some more stupid merchandise...that I have use my ink, gas and time to return...THAT I DIDN'T even order. And after my volunteering that info to them, you would think that JF would just acknowledge that they have some warehouse/QC/company issues...or that they would at the very least let me have peace and acknowledge that I was probably being honest with them All of this time... But no, they continue to insult me.

    I called last night, checking on the status of my call back request, especially hoping that someone had ordered me a proper return label so that I can send their forsaken merchandise to them...I was put on a long hold only to be told that all of the Supervisors were in a "meeting" - an excuse that had a certain familiarity to it, as a certain Spvsr named Giselle--my JF nemesis--would always use it to avoid my call. So, although it was 1:30am my time, I waited for the hour, as they requested, and then I called back for a supervisor. And after all, it was the infamous, ever-unprofessional Giselle that I ended up having to speak with. She was one of the first JF Spvsrs (to be rude) that I had talked to when I first became a member. Along with Spvsr Gary--put me on hold 6hrs and never came back then phone disc'd on me, and Spvsr Nikki--basically blamed me for all the order mishaps and also hung up the phone on me, Giselle is on the list of specific reps that I never wanted to deal with again, as I outright stipulated to JF's upper mgmt. (When my account was first opened and the first order errors occurred, she was the Spvsr that handled my call--she was unprofessional, discourteous and treated me like deplorably.)

    But last night, I gave it a try, and attempted to discuss my account with her. Within just a few words of her talking, she was already outright disregarding my concern/simple question and told me that she would be disconnecting the call? How can Justfab be allowed to conduct business in this manner? I must state that I did in fact research Justfab prior to purchasing. I familiarized myself with the t&c and the monthly fee/"skip" requirement. I read up on their complaint history, but really assuming that most people complaining must have been at fault. I waited a full year, waiting to see more of the reputation of JF. Then, when they baited me with a "First Item Free" offer, I decided to jump in, but with full knowledge of their policies and (reportedly shady) practices. And I knew that I could cancel anytime. I was excited to find a discount website dedicated to unique accessories and footwear. Although I was cautious, I was still cautiously HOPEFUL that things would go well.

    And when the sporadic order/Customer Service issues first began to occur, I still felt somewhat optimistic. After all, so many (brand ambassadors) were JF fans and raving about their fabulous orders, that they "rarely if ever had any problems with"...So I knew those "few" order problems would eventually diminish to zero. And I would just patiently wait for them to recognize their mistakes and, in turn, value my patronage as a VIP member. And for months, I repeatedly started typing my complaint against Justfab--at BBB, at this site, and others...and then I would just back out of the page each time. Because I didn't want to become one of "those", the Justfab bashers.

    But Justfab has proven on numerous occasions with numerous customers that it is above the law of business ethics - Justfab seems to not care how their customers are treated. Going forward, As I had already requested over 20-30 times from Justfab, I am seeking a formal letter of apology for the way that my account, it's order issues, and myself were treated. Astonishingly, after months of waiting, I am still waiting for the "ok" to re-order the Arrival Handbag (Color Tan). I want the assurance that someone, perhaps from quality control, will thoroughly inspect my order, for it to finally be delivered to me free of [outstanding] defects.

    Perhaps most significantly, I request that Justfab commit itself and it's appropriate department(s) to reviewing the way my account was (mis)handled by it's reps, to review the brazen quality control issues, and to review all of the invaluable/detailed/candid feedback that I have patiently provided with each and every order/account error. It is my hope that their analysis of such data may educate them as to what improvements must be made and equip them to provide more satisfactory service to other Justfab customers. Finally, I hope that Justfab, an American Business, will vigorously do it's part to right this wrong that it has committed at my expense, by failing to provide quality service to a citizen of this country.

I called and they are refunding my money but it will take 5-10 days. This is ridiculous, will never buy from them again!

    Not using JustFab frequently I decided to cancel my account. They had taken two payments of £35 out of my account to be used as "credits". So I phoned up to cancel my membership and get a refund of my £70. They tried to convince me to be a pay as you go customer but I refused. I wanted my money back as I explain to the woman that If cancel my account they would be £70 in the profit and me left with bills unpaid.

    She then tried to say that when I signed up I signed up to be a VIP member. This is when they take £35 each month but I can skip a month between the 1-5 of every month so no money would be debited. And that I would have received an email and the beginning of each month to remind me. HOWEVER I did not receive an email at the beginning of the month to remind me and I demanded my money back.

    After much frustration I realized she was going by a script. I said to her that know you're going by a script and you know I have my consumer rights, that I am entitled for my refund. I later said that if you cannot do anything for me I will try to and put a small claims court forward. She then put me on hold and after a minute or two she said can offer me one refund of £35 but not £70. I feel that this website scams people. I still feel cheated as they are not giving me a full refund of £70 but only £35. I haven't received the payment as of yet since I've only made the phone call today. But will wait a couple of days before making another.

    Also this has happen to someone that I know who at first recommend the website to me. They debited a total of £140 from her account. When she tried to cancel her account they said they couldn't because of her "credits" therefore she would have to use them up before deleting her account. She ended up ordering four items she didn't want or need. I WARN YOU - CAREFULLY CONSIDER BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE OR ANYTHING LIKE THIS AND DO YOUR SEARCH. I WISH I DID.

    My fiance had bought a pair of shoes 11 months ago for a graduation. She had purchased from the company a while ago and had no issues so she figured the company was a great company to order from. Shoes came in and she was very happy. 11 months later we are checking credit card statements and we see the charge we never signed up for. When you buy shoes through the company, you are automatically signed up to pay each month which is a total scam. We were charged over 400 dollars without even a notice via email of the charges. We called customer care and they told us that there's nothing we can do because we should have read every word of the fine print and that we are stuck. UNACCEPTABLE customer service. All we want is our money back and we will stop fighting the company, but they refuse to work with us. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. We will keep this comment up until we have resolved this issue, which with how much we've tried, probably won't happen.

    JustFab tricked me into this membership. It is near impossible to buy anything without unwillingly signing up. Their comment that 'you are not obligated to buy each month' is misleading as they will automatically take £35 from your account even if you do not buy anything. To avoid this you must log in and click 'skip the month' which is a ridiculously long winded process which they do not make clear when you (unknowingly in most cases) sign up for the membership. I did not realize, I had been signed up for this until they had charged me. They did not send an email letting me know so that I could cancel if I wished. All one big scam. If this is not resolved and they tell me that a refund is not possible, I will use every means at my disposal (facebook, twitter, friends in the fashion world etc.) to let everyone know what a scam this company is. Do not buy from them.

    I received 2 damaged bags from their warehouse. I called to let them know I was returning it. Rep told me it was damaged from the mail, both boxes was intact. Waited 2 months for the new bags. I want some type of compensation for my inconvenience.

    As I saw the TV advertisement stating everything on the website was 35 pounds and first purchase is buy one get one free I signed up and purchased 2 items for 35 pounds the next month and the next I noticed 35 pounds coming out of my account. Upon ringing the company they stated that I was a VIP member which if I had known I would never have signed up (yes perhaps I should have read the page more clearly). Additionally Just Fab could state about the VIP pricing more clearly. I also realized when you are not a VIP member everything on the website is not 35 pounds contrary to the TV advertisement. When I phoned the company they told me the only way I could get the money 105 pounds was to purchase items with them and if I cancelled my account the money would be lost. What a policy! Another example of a capitalist company rinsing the consumer.

    I have e-mailed Justfab.com representatives twice with no return e-mail even though their website says a rep will respond within a day. I skipped the month of May and even went back into my account to make sure it read "skipped." It read skipped, but a couple days after the 5th of May, I was sent an auto generated e-mail that stated my account had a credit and proceeded to find out my credit card was charged for $39.95. I expect a refund for the credit and still have not seen one. I want to continue business with JustFab and plan on making purchases in the future because their products are quality and great prices, but will not make a purchase until I see that their website is operating correctly. From now on I recommend people print off their webpage when they skip the month for proof.

    I've been purchasing from JustFab for a number of years. There was Shoe Dazzle but the styles that I was shown on JustFab were what I have an interest in so that's why I went with them. I've got a number of free shoes, free pairs by making purchases and you accumulate points by paying and as you reach a certain limit then you can get a free pair of shoes.     I purchase 2 shoes a week apart with 2 different accounts but the same bank account because I forgot the password of the first email. Well I went in to my emails today and so a fee of 39.95 on each accounts. Asked my husband why he didn't tell me since he checks statements daily. He thought I just purchased shoes. I say no. I tried avoiding vip but at the end when you put your information it still comes up. Well, called them up and after 10 mins of trying to convince me to keep the account she said she can only refund me for one and that's it and she can cancel my account. I said, "ok then I'LL just purchase something with the other 39.95," but realized I didn't want to deal with them anymore and didn't want to buy anything so called back and after 20 mins telling the guy on the phone that I just wanted my money and cancel the account he said he couldn't after speaking to his supervisor. He said he would cancel my account and I can still use the credit on it.

    Well I go to the account and is cancelled but I can still see my credit just that I can't purchase anything cause the account is canceled. I called back told them, "that's it I am done now." Both accounts are cancelled, with one refund on its way according to them and the other credit I can't use cause he cancelled my account which is obvious I was robbed. So now they told me I will receive both refunds in 5-7 business days. Boy as soon as I receive my money I will cancel my credit card. Never ever again. I just hope I receive my money back before the 8th business days if not I will report this to my card and bbb.

    Despite having skipped the month since February, 3 payments (March, April and May) have been taken. I emailed and despite the first email response stating they would refund but asking me to reconsider, I have since only been getting automated emails that don't seem to have taken into account that the money was taken despite me skipping the month!!!!! When I call the line goes dead, when I email a reply says the ticket number has been inactive so is locked and when I submit a form online, I get an automated email explaining that I have to skip the month!!!!

    My wife bought a pair of shoes from JustFab.com and was unaware that she was signing up for the VIP program in the process, something she didn't know about nor want. She didn't know about it because of the tricky user interface setup when purchasing. I've been to the site and it looks on the surface, exactly like most e-commerce sites, however, you are signing up for VIP along with the monthly bill of $40 when you make a standard purchase. We were billed every month for 6 months before I caught it (thought she was just getting make-up, shoes, or whatever and never questioned it).

    When she told me she wasn't buying anything from JustFab, she called customer services to get it straightened out. This is when we went from confused to enraged. The rep told her that she signed up for this (true, though she did it unknowingly and she works in digital marketing so it's not like she is new to computers or e-commerce) and the money they had taken from us was non-refundable. Again, money taken out of our bank account that we hadn't used to buy anything for was non-refundable! How customer friendly (sarcasm) can you get!

    We were given the scripted "you can skip a month" yet that just reinforced that JustFab cared little about what we wanted, which was to get out of this mess. After some prodding, the rep said we could cancel but the credit would disappear. My my....what a policy! Take people's money, give them nothing in return, then force them to use that money at their store or they keep it. Deplorable is an understatement for these crooks. Now we have a $300 credit to try to "sell" to friends before we can cancel. Good businesses put customers first and here is a company that puts customers LAST! I could care less if they have 2 million customers who buy from them, there are plenty of people on this site alone who had this exact experience.

    I am incredibly dissatisfied with the phone customer support! "Heather" was not listening to me. I don't want the account, I said it many times! But all she kept doing was telling me to give it a try. When she finally told me my account was cancelled I wanted to know about my money being returned. SHE REFUSED to give me my money back. She was an absolute disgrace to customer service. Working in the field for many years when someone says they want a manager you get them a manager because at that point you are risking a lot for the business legally if you don't. When she came back to the phone after telling me to hold she said the credit would be there and I could use it anytime I wanted to. When I told her that I wanted nothing to do with the credit in my boutique I just wanted my money back she said they don't do that.

    I again stated I wanted to speak with a manager. She placed me on hold again. She finally came back on another 2 minutes later and said I wouldn't need to wait for a manager anymore and that my bank account would be credited back the money within 5-7 business days. MY TOTAL CALL WAS 18 MINUTES! There is no reason the call should have lasted that long 7 minutes at most for an escalation is acceptable not almost 20! I have emailed my almost 300 contacts regarding this situation and many are calling first thing in the morning to cancel their accounts! I hope JUST FAB realizes that by placing incompetent people in their customer service department is only going to make customers irate, and want to cancel and further more make sure their friends cancel as well!

    BEWARE - your bank account will be paying even if you're not buying! When I made my first purchase form JustFab, I did not realize that I would have to carry the burden of trying to remember every month to "skip" or else I would be charged! I wanted to cancel for the longest time but I never did because I was very busy and I thought that I would maybe use the credit for something in the future. I also figured I could just cancel my account and be refunded any credit that I did NOT use (because that would just make sense... Why would I pay for something I don't even have????).

    Finally after forgetting to skip this month and overdrafting my bank account, I realized that I REALLY cannot afford to keep paying for essentially nothing. I looked up information on how to cancel and stumbled upon all the reviews on here about the horrible customer service and not being able to get refunded on unused credits. That is just ridiculous! This is really frustrating and this is not how a company should treat customers. The shipping is fast and items are cute. However, the quality of the items are not worth $40, in my opinion, which is what has made me hesitant to ever place another order. Overall, I completely regret signing up for this site and would not recommend it to anyone!!!

    I was intrigued with JustFab because the style of shoes are not what I see typically when I go physically shoe-shopping. Some of the styles are great. I appreciate it because they always manage to present a style I didn't consider before and I like that. Sometimes I don't like them in particular and that's what I love because you can skip it. Then, the months that I do, I feel great because I have something that is not just typically me. JustFab was actually the first to offer the monthly service. I've seen others come, but they've always been prompt with their delivery. They've always been great with their selections so I didn't really see the need to try others. I'm a loyalist. I've been a member for over two years. Because I'm a mom, it's nice when I'm paying bills and getting stuff for kids, and that there is one thing that's just for me. Even if I don't, it's nice to know that it's there. The winter was really rough and we got late snows. I bought some sandals either last month or the month before. It was funny because I knew I wasn't going to be able to wear them but it was like a defiance of the weather. The quality of their items was always great. JustFab is trendy and convenient.

    I am quite an easy customer, don't really complain, very sympathetic and understanding etc. I never post or blog but my experience has angered so much to a stage where I need an outlet. I was hoping to provide one of the more positive reviews and having been a member for almost a year, I was probably rating 75% out of 100%. However, last night my views quickly changed. I am extremely dissatisfied with JustFab and after reading many blogs and forums, I am deeply concerned.

    I too was unaware of the monthly charges on my first order, as these were not explained to me or made visible. After noticing that 35 had been taken from my account, I quickly contacted customer services who explained how the VIP membership works. I now cancel every month and as I am currently saving for property. I am in the process of cancelling all direct debits and saving every penny that I have to spare. I had 3 credits on my account already, which I was quite happy with as these would cover replacement work shoes etc when I don't have the available funds.

    This month (May 2014), I needed to prioritize living costs over shoes because I have no money. So I did the usual - logged into my account, clicked on the bright pink "skip this month" and went away feeling happy that the pennies that I had left to live on for this month, would be kept safe. Silly me I received an email last night from Paypal advising me that JustFab had taken 35 from my bank account, despite me "skipping this month". To clarify, I skipped at 13:50 on Friday 2nd May.

    I am so very disappointed and angry about this - not just because they took money despite me saying not to, but also now because I have no money to pay for food for 3 weeks! As pointed out before, I already had 3 credits on my account - that's 105 credit on my account, so why would I want to have a fourth credit! I would prefer not to have 35 taken from my account every month, but apparently you cannot stop this so my only option is to close my account. However, from what I have read, I cannot close my account when I have credit on there that cannot be reimbursed. I have contacted JustFab today via their contact us page and asked for them to advise how they are going to deal with this issue.

    My first experience with JustFab was not very good. They sent broken shoes which were the wrong size. This was eventually resolved, but I had to speak with 2 very rude customer services representatives. I was eventually assisted by a very polite and helpful young lady who made a bit more of an impression on me, as I was a new customer. I now feel very let down by JustFab and am considering closing my account, once my credits are spent. I hope to hear back from JustFab soon, so I will re-post once they have resolved this issue.

    I liked the shoes and purses JustFab had. At the time, there wasn't any other retailer on the internet. Last year, I bought a silver pair of sandals. It's been a while since I've made a purchase because I'm not working so shoes are not a necessity anymore. The quality of their items has always been good but if I don't like it, I return it. It's a good thing for people who don't get out to go to the store to purchase shoes, but you have to make sure that you cancel before they charge your card because they will charge it if you haven't made a purchase.

    I had signed up in November of 2013 and was so excited to get the boots I had been looking for. When I received them they were a bit small. I called to return them and was told I would only end up getting $5 back because of a restocking fee. I also wasn't able to exchange them because they were bought on sale. Fine, I resold them myself. I then asked to cancel my account. For the last 7 months I had been trying to cancel my account. I called again today and told them I need my account canceled and my money refunded.

    I had been charged for months I was assured my account was canceled, but of course, Daphine wanted to entice me to stay by offering me some coupons. After 15 minutes of telling her why I was unhappy with the whole experience she finally canceled my account and I am supposedly getting a refund of the months that were charged that were supposed to be canceled. Do not waste your time with them. Just go from store to store looking for the right shoe!!!

    I started with JustFab to buy my mom a Mother's Day gift! I received $10 credit in the mail and decided to go for it! I tried to get 2 pieces of jewelry and while at it made a VIP membership account. I only did this reading that it would be very easy to cancel. I made my purchase and was happy because it was very cheap. I later realized I wouldn't be in the Country in order to skip a month and I frankly would forget anyway. I called to cancel my account expecting it to be an easy okay response. No.

    I called and nicely requested for my account to be cancelled. The lady said okay but FIRST I had to tell her why I was cancelling. I nicely said I wouldn't have access to my computer. She then said I would receive emails to warn me before I would be charged, and that she would just be brokenhearted if they lost a wonderful member like me. *eye roll* I then repeated I would not have access to my computer. She started to bribe me saying if I stayed, she would give me 1000 points. I'm thinking 1000 points isn't equal to the $40 I would be losing.

    I ask her once more to cancel my account but this time she threatened me that she would cancel my last purchases, and asked me for the 4th time if I would like to give my membership another try. I repeated one last time that I wanted to END MY MEMBERSHIP. By the time she finally gave in. I had been on the phone for at least 20 minutes just repeating "No, I want to cancel it." It was a complete waste of time. I didn't even get my purchase. I would DEFINITELY not recommend.

    I gave JustFab a try because there was a great promotion at the time where I would be getting shoes for really cheap due to a mail-in rebate. Well, wouldn't you know it, the mail-in rebate didn't work since I never got my rebate check. But that wasn't what made JustFab such a horrible experience. No, it was the fact that it was so hard to cancel the membership! As many of you know, on the My Account page, they have a cancel account tab that you click but all it says is to call them at an 1800 number. So I called but was placed on hold forever. I called 3 times and wasn't able to speak to anyone. I was able to chat with JustFab online but they said the same thing, to call in! I even shoot them an email but they just replied with:

    Well, I called and I called but ALWAYS ON HOLD! I am going to file a dispute with my credit card company and with the Federal Trade Commission. This is pretty shady and companies have gotten fined and sued for this Forced Continuity practice before.

    I really like JustFab's shoes. I've been a member for four years now. I just saw a pair of shoes I really liked and I kind of ended up getting the first one. It was really easy finding the shoes I like. It was set up good. I know it's changed now, but the setup's really nice. I used to like the discounts on the shoes, especially whenever they had the iron fist collections. And just last December, I bought boots for me and my mom, and then I bought a bag. They're really good and sometimes if I do have trouble, it's kind of nice that I'll be able to talk to them easily. Today, I see I received a charge for $39.99 and they are claiming I never skipped this month. I have heard this before but I am outraged that they can stay in business and run this scam. I heard so many bad things about their practices but still took a chance. Don't join. They are thieves. I will be speaking to my credit card company about these fraudulent charges.     I ordered these boots for wedding pictures. (The ones in the picture are from their website.) They came very quickly. That's where the good experience ends. When I took them out of the box I was extremely displeased to see a pink stain on the front of one of the boots. I didn't want to ruin them by trying to clean the stain myself, so I promptly called customer service and told them I wanted to exchange them for a new CLEAN pair. The gentleman that I spoke with was very nice and helpful. I got a shipping label and immediately sent the boots back, and waited for my new boots. And waited... and waited... and waited. Finally, after 3 weeks, I called JustFab, who then told me that they'd never received my shipment. I then called Purolator and got the tracking number and found that JustFab had indeed received my package a week prior to my call.

    After giving them the Purolator information, suddenly they said that yes, they must have received it, and told me that my new boots would be shipped that very day. They arrived within the week. I opened the box and saw THE EXACT SAME BOOTS THAT I HAD JUST SENT BACK. Seriously. PINK STAIN AND ALL. Only now, you could see where someone had tried to scrub at the pink stain, making it smudge even worse, and there were new black finger marks on the toe of the other boot. Whole finger marks, not just fingerprints. JustFab employees: WASH YOUR HANDS BEFORE HANDLING THE PRODUCTS!!! So I called them again. The woman told me that they would send out a new pair of boots right away and give me a 50% discount on my next order.

    So 2 days later, when I checked my account, it said that my shipment was still pending. So I called AGAIN, and this time, the woman told me that she would send my order right away, and would I like them in pink, or black? I told her that I wanted the same boots. IN WHITE. Preferably new ones. She told me that they didn't come in white. I told her that the ones currently sitting in my living room were very much the color white, and she said the white was now discontinued. Lovely. Then she told me to pick something else out and there would be a 50% discount on it, which I do appreciate, but now I still have dirty, stained white boots that are completely useless to me, and have to spend more money just to feel as though I got compensated just a little bit. I'm sure with a different pair of shoes I would have had a completely satisfying experience, but unfortunately, that was not the case. Anybody want a pair of unused dirty boots?

    I bought a pair of boots and a bag in February since I saw them on Facebook and they are only $39.95! I was pretty glad that I could find a great website because all the things are so cheap. However, today I was told that my credit card was charged $39.95 by JustFab and the reason is I am a VIP member. Yet, I was not informed that I signed up VIP member when I was placing my order so I called the Customer Service and required them to cancel my membership. The Customer Service sucks too. The representative tried every means to reject my request by giving me more credits and points for my account. I don't want it! I don't want to be charged anymore!

    Thanks God that I was able to request a cancellation the second time I called. However, I am still worried that they may continue to charge me $39.95 every month even though my membership is cancelled as I read the reviews on the Internet and most of the customers said they will still keep charging your bank or credit card account although their membership are being cancelled. I will get really mad if they still keep charging me in the future.

    Although stylish and very relatively inexpensive, the shoes sold are not intended for individuals with slightly wider feet. I, for the most part, can purchase my shoe size (without it being wide), in any shoe store without any issue or discomfort. I called customer service to return the shoes, and kindly asked, "Are the shoes always this narrow?" The reply was, "Yes, most of them are. However, it is dependent on the manufacturer." Accepting of that fact (I do have a slightly wider feet than what is deemed as normal), I asked for a refund. Since, I do have a wider foot and most of JustFab's shoes are geared toward those who have slender feet, I gathered I probably couldn't wear the majority of the shoes being sold. I was then told that I COULD NOT be issued a refund, but a store credit, because the shoes I bought were purchased through a JustFab promotion.

    When I purchased these shoes, the agreement stated that I could either exchange or receive a refund for my items if not satisfied. I was not made aware on any restrictions on getting my money back when the product I purchased didn't meet my expectations. Secondly, WHY would I want a store credit? As confirmed by the four pairs of shoes I purchased and "Karen" (a JustFab customer service agent), I cannot fit the shoes being sold. Also, more than likely, any item offered in exchange by and through the JustFab shoe-line for the ill-fitted narrow shoes I originally received, will adorn my feet in the same manner.

    So, to make an even longer story, short: The shoes are cute, however, they won't fit well unless you have relatively slender feet. Also, the sales are misleading. From my understanding, if you purchase your shoes at the normal $39.95 price, you may be able to get your money back if you're unsatisfied with your purchase. If you purchase your items through a promotion deal, which in fact is still offered by JustFab, you will NOT be able to get your money back. You will only be allowed to have your money tossed back and forth into a deep dark hole of dissatisfaction and disappointment.

    I liked some shoes that I was looking at and wanted them, bought them, and ended up sticking with Justfab. I've now been a member for about two years.

    I really liked, when I first started, that shipping was super fast since they were coming in through Federal Express.

    I have seen others like Justfab but I don’t like that they lock you in by having your checking account. With Justfab as long as I remember to tell them I'm not interested that month then it works out fine for certain months and I'll accumulate those credits so that goes into my account. But when I really want them I will save and kept on purchasing... At JustFab, it's pretty easy to find the shoes I want.

    My last purchase has been a couple of months ago and they were the Luxe. That was the first I tried the Luxe side of the shoes. It was more of a pump and it's more of a pointier shoe and not that high at the heels and I did like it. However sometimes some of the pumps were a little large. When it's a sandal, no big deal because I don't like my toe coming out the front but when it's a pump sometimes I have to put a rubber to the back of my feet so it doesn't come out. But the quality is really good and I even bought a pair of boots that were in the Luxe. It was one of those riding boots.

    I probably would buy more but I do have quite a few shoes. So I'm more picky as to what I want from JustFab because I have so many. When I do find a pair of shoes that I like, I do like that the price is decent. Another big thing I liked about JustFab is that if something doesn't fit right or it's not what I thought, I can send it back and there's not a problem. Overall, my experience with Justfab is very good and I'm happy with the selection that they offer.

    I've used JustFab since three years ago. This was when they were just starting. I like having their selection of shoes, the variety and the ease of placing my orders online.     I place my first order with this website on 2/17. Today is 4/22 and I have nothing to show for the $$ I spend on this website. After going through wrong colors & wrong shoe sizes, I finally was able to get a pair of shoes which were the right color but the wrong size. So I place another call to customer service and requested to get a pair size larger in the color Burgundy. They claim that they will ship out the replacement product as soon as they see the return item in the USPS system. My return was logged in the USPS system on 4/16 (RMA code for my item is valid till 5/6). So yesterday on 4/21 I see that the replacement has still not shipped. I call the customer service (for the nth time!) at 5:31PM PST on 4/21 and Cathy answers the phone. I ask her why my replacement order still shows as pending & she goes on to tell me that it's because they need to be released!

    So I ask her why a customer needs to call in order to release a shipment. Silence on the other side followed by "I need to check something". When she gets back on the call, she goes on to tell me that it was not release because the product was sold out!! It is a first come first serve policy. This is where I lose it. I paid for a product which the company confirms will ship out as soon as I return the original item and then turns around and sells it someone else!! So after getting an earful, Cathy says that she needs to check something real quick (yes, Again!). She comes back on the line and tells me that she made a mistake and that the color Black was sold out and not the Burgundy which is what I ordered. She says that she will go ahead now and release the product for shipment.

    Variations of the above interaction have happened over and over again with Justfab.com's customer service between 2/22 & 4/21 but this last episode is where I draw the line. The fact that a customer pays for an item, which the company turns around and sells to someone else exposes Justfab.com's business ethics. Stay. Away from this website!!

    I made a purchase from JustFab last winter and what a mistake; not because of their products but because of their scam. They sign you up for their VIP program automatically, without letting you know and then charging your credit card with fees and no warning. After I canceled this membership the first time via phone I thought everything was set. Then it happened again TWO more times, after I supposedly canceled every single time.     I went onto the website and browsed around then put in my information. Apparently, I became a member without realizing it. I purchased two purses in February or March. I love the purses. 39.95 each. What a deal, right? Wrong. Monday night I received an email for a VIP member credit that I can spend anyway I want. I purchased shoes and a couple bracelets. My bank account has been charged 39.95. I had to make 4 phone calls and was told a different story each time. Since when is a customer credit a charge to their account. The agent fought me tooth and nail to retain my business. I was finally able to convince the agent to cancel my membership and my order. I am supposed to receive my credit in 5-7 business days. I wish I had read these reviews first. Unfortunately I am not alone. I can't believe all of the bad reviews in such a short time. It is really too bad I am a shoe and bag gal.

    No need to elaborate... simply read. In February I order the Marcellio Sandal in cognac and size 9, instead I rec'd the sandal in black and 61/2. I returned it for exchange and once again I rec'd size 6 1/2 black and then one more time after that. When I called to inquire why it happened 3 times and if I could get my correct order, I was then told what I wanted was out of stock. I gave you one more chance and decided to exchange it for a handbag. I was promised my order would be rushed upon receipt of the exchange which was done last Tuesday. TODAY I rec'd notification that my order was just shipped and I would receive in 7-10 days (NO RUSH there). As a result, I have chosen to cancel my membership after I receive this last order but upon further thought I believe this last order should be FREE after all the nonsense I have been through. Then and only then will I retain my membership.

Once you realize what they are doing and want it to stop, they refuse to give you a refund. I will never use this company again.     I was sick first week of April and wasn't able to enter to "skip the month" and just notice that I got charged again their monthly fee. Couple months ago I was travelling without access to the internet, and they charged me their fee. It's not the first time that something like this happens. Last year it happened too, and was FORCED to buy a pair of shoes because I was told that if I cancelled my account I would lose my $40!!! Now I have $80 sitting on my account as credits, which is ridiculous. Every single time that I bought a pair of shoes from them I had to call and them exchanged because of quality, sizing, etc. The girls on the phone are super rude. I would never recommend this site to anyone. This time I didn't even bother to call to ask for a refund because I don't want to start an argument with an incompetent girl, and ruin my day.

    I was one of the many people that didn't fully understand what their fine print had stated on their terms and agreements. I got a pair of shoes and a bracelet and I was uber excited to get a great deal. I DID read that contract before purchasing, but didn't quite understand what they said. Regardless... I received my shipment and a week and a half later, I got automatically charged $39.95 for the VIP. membership. I called less than a month later on a Sunday to cancel my account before they could charge my card again, but then got charged the VERY next day.

    I racked up $79.90 on the website which counts for 2 credits. I was forced to buy their product or just lose that money they took. Last night, I made a purchase of $54.90 and was planning on using the remainder of the credits to get shoes for a friend. Once I pressed "complete order" on the JustFab app, I got a notification from my bank that my card had been charged $14.95. I didn't understand why. I called customer service and spoke to Paige. She advised me that I only used one credit and not the two I had. I told her I wanted my money refunded, because I had 2 credits on the website, not just one. I didn't want to pay MORE money for something I didn't WANT to buy in the first place... I was basically forced. Thankfully, she did the refund and used my other credit.

    I went to the app again after we got off the phone, knowing that I still had partial credit since I only spent $14.95 of the $39.95 credit. When I looked, I had no credits. SO I called AGAIN to see why. I spoke to one lady explaining to her that I only used a partial credit so I didn't understand where the remainder of my money went. She didn't understand what I was saying. She kept referring to the refund I had JUST received and I told her that I wasn't calling about the refund. She still didn't get it. I asked to speak to a supervisor.

    Once she got on the phone, I explained to her my situation about the refund, the partial credit and where the other $25 is. What she told me is that I used BOTH credits and if you don't use the entire $39.95 (the way I used only PARTIAL credit of $14.95). Then you lose the remainder of the credit. She didn't use those terms exactly, but in a nutshell, that's what she told me. You HAVE to spend $39.95 or more to use your entire credit. Not only did I get scammed into the VIP membership, they also stole $25 that won't get refunded back to me. They just gained $25 on NOTHING other than scamming me. I can only imagine the number of other people that this has happened to without them even realizing it!

    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE UNLESS YOU WANT AUTOMATIC $39.95 MONTHLY DEDUCTIONS AND PLAN ON PURCHASING A PRODUCT PRICED AT $39.95. AVOID THE "STYLE STEALS."

    I'm obsessed with shoes and got hooked on JustFab from the side bar ads on my emails. I like the different styles, the pricing and the free shipping and everything about it. I love it! My favorite part of being a member is all the great, different shoes that are in my boutique every month and the bags. I love that there are jeans now. So far the quality of the products has been good. I have had a couple shoes that the bottoms of them have fallen apart, but I don't know if that's because I wear them too much.     I have two problems with this website; the first one is I do not like any sneaky way to get more money from me just because I trust giving my card number to you. 2nd, the quality they talk about is not the actual quality of the product. To explain more, I will write my experience with JustFab. First, I found a crazy deal on the website, so I bought it. I received the shoes and they told me "You are now a 'VIP' member," so I smiled and moved on. The next thing you know is they charged me for $39.99 the month after, so I said it must be a scam so I called to cancel the transaction, but I was choked by the customer service for JustFab telling me that this is a monthly charge for "VIP" members and it will be a store credit for me!! Seriously! (It's like, we are not taking your money, but we will just limited the use of it just in our store.)

    So I said I don't want this. I want to cancel the whole thing. Even if you want back your shoes I will send it back (they weren't great anyway) but they told me the money that they just collected from my account will be gone! So look at me stuck with them by buying things I don't want from a store I don't want to deal with!!! It's really frustrating! They told me also to go online and you can skip the month if you don't want to purchase, and guess what, the "skip this month" button appears just between the 1st day of the month until the 5th. If you don't press it, it will charge you another $39.99. It took me 3 months to know how they operate in this sneaky way after charging me 3 times! With this amount! Now, I have $119.97 store credit in their website and I want it back! I don't want anything else, just want my money back!!! I really can't believe this!

    2nd reason is the quality is not that great. I bought the boot and it doesn't feel comfy at all and it has a cheaply look. By half of the price you can get a really nice shoes with well known brand! However, the shipping is great, fast and did not damage the product. The customer service representative was nice the first time I called to change the color of the shoes, but next month when I called to ask about the charges on my account the representative was bad-tempered. I will never deal with this store again, and I do not recommend dealing with them. Thank you.

    I have been a Just Fab VIP Member for a while. I had bought many pairs of shoes through my membership with the site with few issues or problems until recently. Like everyone else I got busy with life, a death in the family, etc., and I forgot to purchase and/or skip a few months and was charged twice, resulting in two member credits. Initially I saw the charges on my card, but no member credits and contacted customer service, and miraculously my member credits were suddenly showing and available.

    I find shoes I would like to purchase but when I try and purchase them, instead of the system utilizing my member credits, it's trying to charge my card. I contact customer service again and am told that I MUST use the member credits for the exact amount, meaning I cannot purchase anything on special or sale. I told the customer service agent I was not happy about that. As a long time good standing customer, why would I be limited in how I can spend MY money? I explained that although I understood it was their "policy", it was actually quite deceptive, considering as a VIP member, many times there will be perks and sales you're not even aware of until you put the shoes in your cart, so after spending your time shopping, etc., you get to the checkout and realize you are unable to utilize your member credits, and are being penalized for being a VIP member, and told you are not eligible for the same pricing as others. The conversation went nowhere so I just decided I would look another time.

    Last night, I went to use my member credits again and found shoes I really liked and wanted, put them in my cart and instead of the $39.95 they're listed as, as a VIP member, those shoes are reduced to $29.95 in the cart and they want to charge my card. I contact customer service again and explain how very frustrated I am feeling, as the "member credits" were and are actual funds deducted from my card and not in any way, shape or form a random credit I didn't personally fund with my money. I should be able to spend MY money how I see fit and on items I want.

    She informs me that she can "manually" purchase the shoes for me, but I would need to pay regular price of $39.95 and agree to lose the $10.00 balance of the credit. I explained to her why would anyone in their right mind agree to pay $10.00 more for something than everyone else has to pay simply because the company is so inflexible and obviously has no desire to keep the customers they procure? I explained that it made no sense. Why if I was using the same card they took the funds for the "member credit" would I be penalized to pay more simply because I was now using said "member credit". Instead of attempting to help or assist me, the Live Chat Agent simply ignored me and didn't respond at all, prompting me to finally close the window, and decide to write this review.

    Although I understand it would take some more bookkeeping on their part, if a customer wishes to use a paid for "member credit" towards items that don't equal the full amount, how difficult is it to leave the remaining credit there towards future purchases? It is after all MY hard earned money. I am extremely disappointed and feel as if I am quite justified in asking that both of those "member credits" be refunded to my account since I am unable to utilize them as I want/need. When I did ask about a refund, I was told "member credits" cannot be refunded, I can only use them as stated above or lose my money entirely.

    First off, during my phone call with the company, the background was very noisy and I could barely hear my phone operator talking to me. Secondly, I stated my request several times, "Refund of my account and Cancellation of my account." I'm a struggling college student and I can't keep up with my account. The "Skip the month" feature is useless to me because I forget to skip the month. I made this account while I was a senior in high school. Now I am ending my freshman year of college. I gave this account a FULL year before I decided on cancelling it. I explained this to my phone operator who would NOT give me my refund unless "I give the account another try". HOW MANY MORE TRIES DO I NEED TO GIVE IT. I can't simply just throw $40 away, but I don't want to stay with the company. Not to mention my telephone operator was rude! WORSE experience with customer service I have ever had.

    I purchased a product from the website in Sept 13 and have been charged £35 since. I went abroad for a few months and did not notice until I returned. I contacted customer service who were very unhelpful. They informed me I had signed up for VIP Club (unknowingly) and would continue to be charged each month. I asked to cancel my account and was informed I would lose the sum of £70 which had already been withdrawn from my account. I asked to use the "skip next month" method to allow myself time to speak to the complaints department. In the meantime, I had a death in the family and had to rush abroad again. Due to the stress, I have not been able to manage my finances. I noticed I am still being charged £35 each month. I feel helpless and don't know what to do. I really need the money. They have currently withdrawn over £200!! It's a scam and I don't understand how they can get away with it. Can anyone give me some advice please???

    I have had many members of my family and friends join the JustFab membership because I received gifts in the past that were from JustFab and were amazing quality. I made an account for myself and took advantage of a free pair of shoes promotion that was going on and I also ordered a purse that was on clearance. When I received the 2 items in the mail I was not very happy with them so I called and requested an exchange for that order but I never received my return shipping label so I called again and gave them a separate email that they could try to send it to again. Once I received the shipping label I shipped the 2 items back.

    I waited a long time for the new items to come in the mail but I did not get anything. I got charged for the next month and then I canceled the account. When I called to track my shipment the JustFab employee said there was never any order placed on that account yet the money was charged to my debit card. They refused to do anything about the situation and insisted that I made a mistake and probably ordered on a different account by accident but I do not have any other account. I still have not received a refund or any of my items. The company has received A LOT of orders thanks to my recommendations but I will never use or recommend this site again! Total scam!!

    Be careful. I ordered boots for my granddaughters 2 months ago at their advertised 39 dollars per pair. Today I got a $39.95 charge on my account for being a VIP member. When I called, they said, that is to pay for your VIP membership. The only way you can get shoes for 3$8.85 is if you are a member. They trick you into joining. They are not full disclosure.

    I've been buying from JustFab for years. I love it and I like the way that I can just return it if I don't want it or like if it doesn't fit properly. Years ago, when I was online, searching around, I stumbled upon it. It has got to have been at least five years now. I liked the idea that the shoes are very reasonable and now they have the luxe line which I love as well. I have a pair of shoes from them and a purse from that too.     This morning I woke up to a negative balance on my bank account due to JustFab. I was not aware that if I did not log into my account that I would automatically be charged their membership fee. I called customer service to be told that the fee was nonrefundable and that I was more than welcome to purchase a shoe from them. I canceled my account and the customer service rep was still insisting that I still had credit towards a purchase. I'm sorry, but they can keep that little $39.95 that they so advertise about. I am not happy with the results and will not be returning.

    We're so sorry for any confusion this may have caused. Once you make your first purchase, you automatically become a VIP member. As a VIP member, there is no obligation to purchase an item every month. All we ask is for you to log-in to your boutique every 1st to the 5th day of each month to avoid the store credit charge worth $39.95, good toward a future purchase. If you forget to skip the month, a store credit will be generated for that month. With this, someone from our customer service team will contact you shortly via e-mail to assist you with your issue.

    JustFab is a SCAM! They hook you in to a VIP membership which means if you don't skip the 4th of every month, 39.95 is taken out of your bank account EVERY month! When you call to try and cancel your membership they spin you around and around in circles with a sales pitch and then basically blame you for the 39.95 charge because they "claim" to send out emails on the 4th of every month to remind you to skip.... Guess what, I've never gotten a single email asking me to skip the month. I would never refer anyone to this site.... just awful.

    The first time I ever ordered from justfab I received two left pair of shoes. The second time I ordered I paid for 2 to 3 day shipping because I needed it for a trip! They didn't ship it out until a week later! I sent that package back and I have been waiting for over a month for my refund! This is the third time I called today about it and all they could say it "I'm sorry let me process it" -___- I beyond pissed with them. I probably won't receive my money back again.

    I've been a member for a couple of years now. I chose them over another online shoe retailer because they had a better selection of things that I liked. I really liked all the different styles that JustFab would select for me and everything that they carried. I also like getting to pick and choose, and if you don't want it that month then you can just skip it. Sometimes shoes are not the greatest, but purses are always excellent. Quality is usually really good.
