I had the subscription with JustFab 'cause I was shopping before. I really liked the prices and the shoes. I got my order and it was all good. But then, I didn't know I had a subscription with them and then they charged me $50 monthly. I had to call them and cancel the subscription. They gave me back the refund only. They also said I can shop again whenever I want to. It was good.

I would give JustFab ZERO stars if possible - please be sufficiently forewarned to not do business with this fraudulent company as it is a verifiable hoax and is clearly operating a scam. A member since 2016, I had always been pleased with their products' style, quality and price points until recently. The price structure now is a $49.95 monthly subscription fee, the value (VIP credit) of which can be used on only ONE item. Since most of their offerings are now severely discounted items obviously recycled from previous months, most price points range from and average of $10 - $25, thereby losing value and being out of pocket approximately $25 -$40 for each item purchased. The credit, adding insult to injury, is that taxes and shipping costs aren't cover by the remaining value of credit, increasing the amount paid out=of-pocket.

I got shoes that I really liked for a pretty cheap price through JustFab. But I signed up to be a JustFab member, and I didn't realize it. I talked to my friend about how I ordered the shoes, and she told me, "Well, make sure that you didn't accidentally sign up for a membership. 'Cause I did that one time, and then they charged me month after month, and I had a big fee." So, I went and checked, and I was a member. I thought I ended the membership, but I just skipped the month. I saw that JustFab kept trying to take out of my checking account. My checking account notified me first because they thought it was fraud. I tried to cancel the membership online, but I couldn't find where I could fully cancel the membership. So, I called and then canceled it two days ago.

I just bought a pair of boots and they were nice. I really like them. JustFab’s customer service was also great.

Both the customer service and the quality of the items were good. I would recommend JustFab.

Back in September, I purchased two pairs of shoes from JustFab. However, they just didn't fit. So I returned them. I had problems with customer service. They refused to give me a refund once I had returned my items, and then also started charging my credit card for a membership even though I canceled it.

I was looking for a specific pair of shoes and I came across the perfect pair. It was from JustFab. So, I decided to do the VIP thing. Joining it has been great and it’s worth it. I like that their website is also easy to use. However, I was having issues trying to figure out how to reach out for help. I found it difficult to find the number to call. But when I spoke to them, they were helpful and nice.

I would like to return the stuff that I'm not keeping. Something was down, so JustFab couldn't give the return labels to me. So I'm still waiting on my labels. I wasn't aware of that there was a renewal subscription and I definitely do not need that and wanted to cancel that as well.

I purchased some boots from JustFab and the quality’s great. I've had one pair for two years now and it's holding up really well. I've worn it for all types of events. The other one is fairly new and it's good. I love it. It's comfortable, too. It’s very easy to purchase, their site is accessible and easy to understand. I also like how you're able to get points with them and then use that for a purchase as well. There's also always some type of sales or discounts. Plus, they're very understanding and they always help me with any of my questions or problems that I have.

My experience with JustFab was not very good. I bought a pair of shoes off there, and I got the shoes and then got charged a month later. They don't tell you whenever they charge you for a VIP membership. They signed me up without telling me, and then charge me $60 and now won't answer the phone. So I can't get in contact with them. The shoes were nice. I just didn't appreciate JustFab doing that and not being able to get back to me.

I like the discounted price that JustFab gives. I made one purchase and it was a pair of boots. The quality was okay. Regarding their website, I wasn't so comfortable with using technology, it might be hard to navigate. But for me, their website was fine. Just a lot of moving parts.

I wanted boots, and then JustFab popped up with very good price. I purchased it and it was very simple to do. I only needed one pair of boots this season so I cancelled my membership. I called customer service to help me cancel it, but the rep didn't really cancel my membership, and I got charged. He helped me to skip the month, but then this month, I got charged. So, I called the customer service again, and then they refunded my money, and my membership got canceled.

The website is very user-friendly. The selection from the style expert is good. It has a wide range. The boots came really fast and it was good quality. The boots are cute. I've worn it a few times and like it.

Justfab is horrible with communication. I initially started my membership and bought 3 pairs of boots. I only received one and there was no notification as to where the other two went. Initially I was charged for them but I called and they adjusted the price but I also decided to return the only pair they sent. I sent it out and it's been over 2 weeks now. No notification of any refund or anything at all. I called to get an answer. They said I should receive an email. Never did. It's been over a couple weeks now. No answers. The quality of the boot itself can be found anywhere.

I've always used JustFab in the past and started using it again just recently. Their quality is really nice. I still have the ones from when I was a member before. There was one incident where I received something that wasn't mine. I told them those weren’t the ones that I ordered and they said mine is still on its way. Since they don’t know whose order those were, they said I could keep them. And those are the ones that I wear all the time. So it was great. I told my friends about the boots that I just bought from JustFab. Overall I love it. It's super affordable.

I’ve been a JustFab member for five years now. I like the low price points and the consistency of the value provided. I have a VIP membership and it’s worth it. I've been able to use it more than once. I wish the choices from the style expert were a little bit broader than what I was given. JustFab products are of good quality.

Finding the item and style I was looking at JustFab was easy. I like the special offers they provide. My last purchase was a pair of boots in September. They have fast shipping. The quality is really nice and I like them.

I saw JustFab online and I saw some of their shoes were cute. The selection from style expert was good and I was able to get a special offer of a pair of boots for $10. But I don't use JustFab very often.

JustFab appeared on my Facebook years ago. I’ve been a member for seven years now and a VIP member at that. They have cute boots and I get 50% off on them. I got plenty of boots. I love the selections from the style expert. I bought knee-high boots weeks ago but my favorite style is still the thigh-high boots. It gets cold down here in the south, and the boots come in handy.

JustFab’s selection is okay. But I wanna cancel my subscription with them and it’s not allowing me to do it on the website. It kept saying that I have the 1st through the 5th to suspend my subscription. I wanna cancel it all together. I have tried calling and sending an email. I have yet to receive any type of response. That has been over four weeks ago. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to JustFab.

Every time I order from JustFab.com, I don’t have to wait a week to receive my items. It takes around three days. The quality of the items I buy is good, and I like them. The pricing is great too. For a first-time purchase, $10 is great. Over the years, since I’ve had it, I’ve noticed an increase. It used to be $29.99 or $39.99, and now it’s $49.59. The selection on the website could have more stuff. There’s not enough. There are too many heels, and I would like to see more flat shoes and flat boots.

I used JustFab in the past years. Their selection is fine. Everything is halfway okay. Their price point is okay, which I like. And their website is also fine, just like a normal one. The only thing that sucks is the canceling. Everybody made it difficult. The worker wasn’t trying to help me. They were saying that the system’s down and they’ll circle back later and close it. I called back a week later, and it wasn’t closed.

I've been a subscriber of JustFab for two months now, but I heard of them a long time ago on the internet. They have pretty cool selections and have great quality.

I’ve always loved purchasing shoes from JustFab. Being a member has a great benefit. They have the monthly payment, but you can skip. But even if you don’t, at the end of the day, you get free stuff. The shoes are of great quality. I have purchased so many shoes so many years ago and all of them have been fantastic. The price is good for me. Some people say it is expensive, but if you want good shoes, you have to pay the price. Their website is very comfortable to use too.

I’ve gotten several pairs of boots and tennis shoes and I’ve liked the quality of it. My blue booty boots are my favorite. They had the little buckle to go across the side and it came up a little bit on my ankle. They were so nice and comfortable. And then I got a pair of rain boots for the wintertime. They were midcalf way and I love those too ‘cause they had the fur on the top of it so I can wear them for the rain, for the snow or fall. Then I got another pair of black suede, thigh-high ones that was low heel that tie lace- up in the front. I like those too. They’re nice and comfortable. I could wear it with my jeans or if I had a long dress, it would go up under it.

JustFab customer service is usually fine. But earlier this month, I was trying to skip the month and the system kept saying they were experiencing technical difficulties. No one ever got back to me, and it ended up leaving my mind.

JustFab’s selections are good, and they have good quality bags and shoes. I got a bag from them 15 years ago and people still think it’s a new bag. I also got black and orange shoes and every time I wear them, people ask me about the shoes.

I’ve been purchasing with JustFab for 8 to 10 years. My favorite items that I got from them were the two heels that I purchased some years ago. One was a pair of yellow chunky heels, and then there was another pair of pink strappy heels. I still have both of them, and I’ve had them for over five years. 

I used to purchase from JustFab six years ago, when Kimora Lee was the owner of it. I was constantly buying shoes and bags. They used to have purses that look like Hermes bags and bonded shoes. Oh, my God! They were so gorgeous. I decided to get back once she no longer was the owner. I noticed that the quality has gone down. Before, I said that I wanted a certain type of shoes, no flat. But I don't feel like the style expert is listening to me now since I started back up. The other day, I got on and they got something that I might need so I went on to purchase it. Hopefully, it works out.

I like the shoes. They have a wide range of styles and the shoes are very good quality. They're long-lasting.

JustFab was a site that my aunt recommended for shoes. The shoes are very basic. Not exactly me. I think that some of them were a repeat of a lot of things from previous years. But I took advantage of the discounted shoes. I have an 18-year-old daughter who likes to go through and pick things. Quality-wise, it’s okay. There were some boots that I purchased and they looked very plastic once I got them. There were some other boots that I purchased last year that they said were big calf-friendly but they’re not so I haven’t worn those yet.

Customer service is terrible, been waiting on the phone for 22 minutes and still haven’t spoken to anyone. My FabKids account somehow migrated over to JustFab and the new setup is inconvenient. I can’t skip the month and no new designs. It was okay at first, besides the shipping taking about 20 days to arrive to my house, but now I am completely disappointed in the overall direction they are headed.

I've been using JustFab for a month, but I was a previous customer as well. I knew what styles I wanted. I'd recommend JustFab to a friend.

I became a JustFab member over a decade ago. I put it on hold because I didn't need as much inventory as I had. Then when I was restocking, I reactivated it. The selections that they offer are nice and a good one to choose from. I did my most recent purchase a couple of weeks ago and it was straightforward.

I purchased shoes from JustFab and they're alright. Some loafers, which were my last order from them, are my favorite. I already canceled my subscription. I just like to buy stuff at my time instead of their time. Other than that, my experience was good.

JustFab has nice shoes and good prices. I buy boots from them and I like them. The quality is good as well. I still have them from a couple years ago. I would tell others to go ahead and try JustFab.

I've ordered shoes, a coat, and a purse from JustFab. However, I don't think the quality is the best, at least for the shoes. They're not the most comfortable too. But at the same time, I probably have more specific needs. I'm overweight and I need more comfort for that. Being a JustFab member, you have to be aware of the dates to skip. I've forgotten, and I've had to call and ask for a refund. I have used some of the credits that I have because I forgot to cancel. I tried to have the membership canceled but they told me I have to send an email. There's JustFab, Fabletics, and another one that I have to keep reminding myself between the 1st and the 5th of the month to skip because I keep forgetting. It's a little bit of a pain.

I like the shoes that I buy from JustFab. I've been a member for a few years, and the quality of their products are pretty good. It has been a positive experience with JustFab.

I'm not getting my money's worth. The selections given in the website could use a little bit more variety. JustFab could also have a bigger selection in bags. Additionally, the quality of the products is a hit or miss and sometimes their sizing is not true to size. I had ordered some stuff and I was trying to return them. I had purchased it with some credit that I had but it was gonna refund me in an amount, not the credits I used.

The selections in JustFab’s website are good though some of the things are not totally my style. I’d like more black shoes and platforms. But I loved the very first boots I bought. I’ve been looking for similar ones with small details like stones or pearls on the heel, which are cute. Some of those have been good and there was only one pair of shoes that I didn’t like. I've only had to contact customer service when I skip a month, and it’s always fast.
