I have cancelled my membership through the app 2x’s since December and continue to be charged. I’ve also emailed support 2x’s to assist with cancellation and refund and have yet to receive a response and solution.

I placed my order on January 19 and it still shows as "Awaiting Carrier Pickup." I have received no updates. If my order is not coming I want a reimbursement for the monthly credit redeemed for this order ($50) and the shipping and tax ($10.57).

I canceled my membership via the app after I used my last VIP credit, and then I was charged the next month -- I no longer have my login since I canceled, I immediately replied about the mix-up, and haven't heard back or have the charges reversed as of it.

Shoes came in different shipments on different days with was GREAT. The quality, especially for the price I paid, is excellent. Better than most discount stores. But my big problem is that one of the pair of shoes doesn't fit.

I really like this business, I think they are more than fair with their return policy. I love the selection of shoes and boots. I really do not like that they charge your credit card if you forget to skip the month. I understand they need something to get you to their site, but I do believe they could find another way to do that.

I've been trying to unsubscribe from JustFab multiple times. The last time I was told that they would pause my account for 3 months instead and ended the help chat. This is not what I wanted. Then the next month, I was charged even though I was told they would pause my account. After this, I tried to reach out to their Help chat and I waited two days for a response that never came. All I want to do is cancel my subscription and they have made it impossible.

Never got my refund! Been waiting for it for over 3 months. Never got my exchange pair of shoes. Whenever I contacted customer service via email, they were not helpful. They kept saying that I was getting my refund, and it has yet to happen.

Not sure how to feel. I ordered from JustFab 2 pair of heels. The order came, there were 3 boxes. A pair of boots which I didn’t order. The heels I ordered came from Amazon with Shoe Dazzle on the box. I'm all confused. To make matters worse, the bag was open when she dropped it off.

Every time I need to create a return because your sizes are totally off on some things, it tells me no order # (directly copied, and pasted from your site) which in turn means I now need to figure out how to get a hold of someone in customer service and that turns into a back-and-forth long drawn-out process. I’m done with Just Fab. Using up my credits and cancelling my membership. Also, it doesn’t give me free shipping over 70.00 (see last order placed). Too much of my time spent on something that isn’t worth it. I would be much happier with Nadine West or something like that. Also, it will only say I’m a verified buyer of if I submit a receipt… not wasting my time! I am a buyer, but not for long!

They take more credits out than they should, they won’t cancel an order even if you put the request in immediately because they take 2 days to respond to that, and by then it’s shipped, and it’s “too late,” and they were “busy helping other customers”, and they are literally zero help in customer service. I’m still out of the missing credits.

The pants I received have stains all over them. I’ve taken pictures and keep attempting to contact customer service and yet every single time I do, I’m told there is no account associated with my phone number or email, which makes no sense because I’m literally logged into that account when I’m trying to contact customer service about the stained pants. It seems near impossible to get a hold of someone to resolve this.

Extremely poor/non-existent customer service. I have reached out multiple times after being wrongfully charged money after canceling my account several times and have never gotten a response or refund.

SOOOO many issues. Credits being taken away (I had 7 and now nly have 1!!!), I ordered 2 pairs of boots and only received ONE and I have been trying to get in touch with customer service and NOBODY has been getting back to me. Extremely frustrating considering the order has been confirmed and placed. Customer service is horrible.

I absolutely love JustFab shoes. It really feels like a little present to myself every month. The boots are hands down my favorite. I love the variety of styles and the inclusive size options. Being able to switch up styles each month fits my eclectic fashion sense perfectly. I’m so glad I chose JustFab as my fashion subscription!

The shoes are great but the customer service not so much. I have been trying for months to cancel my subscription and it didn’t happen for 4 months. I finally called and had to request a call back. I bought 2 boots and 2 canvas shoes shoes. I requested cancellation several times, through chat or email. I had call to finally cancel my subscription.

Both pair of shoes fit perfectly and were just as described. 1 pair of "chambre" platform tennis shoes and the other platform clogs. The 2 for 1 vip was perfect and checking out was easy as always. Both pair arrived in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend!

I'm very disappointed that I can only use VIP credits on specific items. In the past, I could use the equivalent amount of the subscription to purchase anything on the JustFab site. I'm not sure why this change was made... Why would I purchase an item that's on sale for $39.99 or less for one credit when I spent $49.95 on the subscription? I'm really disappointed about this change and am considering canceling my subscription.

Employees were not very friendly and would not answer my questions. They kept trying to just give scripted answers that did not pertain to the situation did not answer the question. I am very unhappy with my order experience, and I am considering canceling my subscription.

I have not received the shipment yet. That is not the problem. When I placed the order it took too many points - I emailed - and have not heard anything back. Please review the deduction and you will see they took too many points - I want the 2500 back on my account please.

Do not recommend. I waited over six weeks for an order containing Christmas presents, only to be told—after I chased them—that they couldn’t fulfil it due to a “system error.” When I requested a full refund of my credits, they tried to push a partial refund instead. Once I refused, communication stopped entirely. Taking payment, failing to deliver, and then going silent is unacceptable. This is a serious operational failure. Save your money.

Order 4 pairs of boots in November, only 2 arrived. Tried to do the online help chat but it say there doing nothing for a hour. Called and they answered right away - so not busy? Said they would resend the other boots but couldn’t send them any quicker. Great. Third boot finally came and I had mistakenly ordered wide calf to wanted to do an exchange…called again and guys said he would send delivery, couple days go by and still nothing. Called again and got a useless women that said she would send me return instructions as now I’m fed up and I still haven’t received it nor the refund which was promised. And still haven’t received the fourth pair…will have to contact my credit card company to rectify this. Save your time and sanity, and don’t bother with this company. They used to be great they are not the same anymore.

Do not get involved with this company. I cancelled my membership December 01, 2024. Because I had broken my foot and was unable to wear their shoes. October 7, 2025 they charged my account again. I contacted them about this error and they verified my account was closed and I forwarded a copy of the transaction to them and was assured it would be refunded and corrected. I continued to contact them and NO refund. On November 7, 2025 they charged me again. When I called again they said I did not have an account with yet they charged me and December 07 they have charged me again. I cannot get them to reply to my many many phone calls. Again do not get involved with this company. We will pursue this issue until we receive the money owed returned to us. It’s not the money, it’s the principle as I consider this as fraudulently abusing my Bank account without permission.

I discontinued with JustFab because it just didn't make sense. I didn't really want the products anymore. I also didn't like the fact that it was a prescription-based company. I wasn't really aware of that.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from JustFab. Both of them came and I needed to send back one of them because the size was too big. So I just got the smaller one and it was nice. The quality was fine too. I like it. The website is also nice.

JustFab's pricing was really reasonable. I liked the style as well. I purchased a pair of black boots. I got one for me and one for my son. The quality is really good and I was happy with the pricing. The shipping was quick. It took less than a week for me to receive my item and I was expecting it to take much longer. I was really shocked on that. So I'm really happy with that. I'm happy with the pricing. But I don't like that they've been trying to charge my card $50 every day since I made my first purchase. After four charge attempts, my bank called me and said, "We got suspicious activity on your account," and I gotta go through a whole security thing with them. It was just a hassle. I went through the JustFab site and saw a bunch more nice style issues that I would buy myself. But I can't make a future purchase because my bank blocked JustFab. So I would have to use another card. I tried calling JustFab several times, but I couldn't get a live representative on the phone.

Purchasing has been great. The shoes have great quality and my daughter loves them. But I've been trying to cancel my subscription and I haven't been able to get ahold of anybody at JustFab. When I called, it just had me on hold for about 40 minutes before I hung up and gave up.

I had the subscription with JustFab 'cause I was shopping before. I really liked the prices and the shoes. I got my order and it was all good. But then, I didn't know I had a subscription with them and then they charged me $50 monthly. I had to call them and cancel the subscription. They gave me back the refund only. They also said I can shop again whenever I want to. It was good.

I would give JustFab ZERO stars if possible - please be sufficiently forewarned to not do business with this fraudulent company as it is a verifiable hoax and is clearly operating a scam. A member since 2016, I had always been pleased with their products' style, quality and price points until recently. The price structure now is a $49.95 monthly subscription fee, the value (VIP credit) of which can be used on only ONE item. Since most of their offerings are now severely discounted items obviously recycled from previous months, most price points range from and average of $10 - $25, thereby losing value and being out of pocket approximately $25 -$40 for each item purchased. The credit, adding insult to injury, is that taxes and shipping costs aren't cover by the remaining value of credit, increasing the amount paid out=of-pocket.
The 'straw that broke the camel's back' for me comes as I had put my subscription on hold because of the same model I had been noticing lately - the identical, tired-looking selection items at deeply discounted prices for which I'd have to use my whole $49.95 VIP credit. However, my subscription wasn't paused and instead I was charged $49.95 for the months of August 2025, September 2025, October 2025, November 2025. When I flagged this activity, I attempted to utilize their chat option however no live agent was ever available which led me to the insane carousel of calling (sometimes waiting forever for a representative to answer, despite calling all hours of the day). Every time I requested a manager/supervisor (again, this is at all hours of the day) i would be told they were in an 'emergency meeting'.
I finally got an agent on November 7th who said she'd refund me for all 4 months = $199.80 and two days later on November 9th, I did receive a refund for 2 VIP credits =$99.90. I called back several times inquiring as to my other 2 VIP credit amounting to $99.90 as well as was told that the processing time was 7-10 business days and my refund would reflect back to my bank by November 18th and if it didn't, it would be handily resolved. So out out an abundance of caution, I called back today, November 20th and was told twice that managers were in 'emergency meetings' and now to wait until November 27th.
When I balked at this audacity and now tired of this very obvious scam that JustFab is openly perpetrating, I asked that the 2 VIP credits be put back into my JustFab account and I'll hold my nose to find something, anything nearly $100 to purchase from their now pathethic selection of shoe, clothing and accessory styles. I was assured that the 2 VIP credits of $49.95 would be issued back to my account for purchase as the refund back to my bank card was an obvious non-event. The representative said it would take about 24 hours for the reissuance to occur. However, she, despite her kind tone and words, is a fraudster as they all are because I received an e-mail not too long after the call ended that she could not issue the 2 VIP credits to my account because the debited refund is still 'pending'.
I know I've typed and shared exhaustively however it's only to echo everyone else who is warning to stay away/divest from doing business with this now highly. flagrantly unethical, fraudulent company. I wouldn't believe anything said by their seemingly friendly, helpful representatives. I wouldn't believe any positive reviews, at least in recent years, as they are very likely written by these same seemingly friendly, helpful JustFab employees.
Next January would've been my 10th year anniversary with the company as a loyal JustFab customer but I have cancelled my membership (and strongly, sincerely encourage other subscribed members to cancel theirs, too) for my sake, common sense's sake and the sake of my wallet, which is now apparently $99.90 lighter. I do not know whether JustFab's corporate structure or even ownership has changed however, their business modelling is in severe decline. Not to put too fine point on it but please, please, please: BUYER BEWARE!!!
