    I love JustFab. I brag about being in the shoe club all the time because it's fun having the best shoes. I actually checked out a different website first; I liked them but I wanted a little more pizzazz and I noticed that they were more potpourrish, they kinda lost their class and are overdone. Then I checked JustFab's website. They had a pair of black boots that's along the side and they were called Alicia and I thought that it was meant for me. So I thought to get that. And then every month, it got better! I will probably be canceling my membership though just because I have an entire closet of shoes and I'm running out of room.

    There is a warehouse here in Arizona and all their shoes are $10. They have similar shoes I've purchased from JustFab, but they're falling apart so fast because they're cheaply made. With the shoes from JustFab, I've never ever had a heel break. The only thing I would probably change or recommend is with the elite membership. It is a pain in the ** to get a hold of somebody. They'll talk to me, get my information, and then say, they can't help me and then forward me to someone else.

    Idk which was worse, Customer service or live chat. I didn't like having to deal with the cancellation. I have never heard of, if you don't skip or Charge? Liked the shoes. Workers just doing their Job, not their fault. Needs Improvement.

    Well I signed up to just Fab hoping to get a deal. The items I received, some were okay, others such as bags smell really bad inside. Anyway so introduced family and they made purchase and I was meant to get credit for Inviting them... but was only awarded 1 out of the 3. Excuses... Excuses. So I had that issue and now my account was deducted even though I skipped the month!!!!!!!

They're a bunch of crooks and con men which is what I will be telling any 1 that will listen after my dealings with them. I have managed to get £35 back off them. They still owe me £70.

    I was mislead into buying from JustFab online with an offer of 50% off first purchase. As I never heard of them before I decided to take the offer to try if the shoes are good. In July 2014 I bought 2 pairs of wedges for £35 original price was £35ea. The Wedges are nice but not worth the orignal asking price of £35 each. I called to cancel my membership and requested a refund of the £70 2x £35 charges they have taken from my account in the past 2 months which I was not aware of as apparently I signed up to be a VIP member. I never did so. When I called their customer service, that call themselves shopper advisor... I was told that to receive the discount I will be charged 35 pounds a month even if I do not purchase anything. What if I never buy anything all year??? They steal from customer cards £420 pounds a year. This is outrageous. I have shopped in many web sites, but I have never came across to such a con scheme before. I will be reporting JustFab to the consumer watchdog to make them stop this ludicrous way of doing business - it is appalling to sell online in the manner they do. I have asked them to cancel my account.

    I've been a Justfab member for about two years now. What I like about being a member is (1) they remind you and show you new styles every month and (2) the convenience of buying online, because I'm busy. I don't have to go to the store or the mall. I can look online and see something and pretty much see how it fits too.

    Just last month, I used some credits that I had and I got two pairs of boots, and now that they have clothes, I got a pair of their jeans and two sweaters. I feel their items are okay in terms of quality. The jeans I have to send back, they didn’t fit. But other than that, it was good for $39.

    What a bunch of liars. When I bought my pair of shoes I was delighted and I even wanted to buy more in sometime when I was able to afford it. Today I was charged for the membership which is not even cleared on the profile that customers will have to go through all the cancelling monthly to no be charged for it. You should be ashamed of the way you do things and the funny thing is I even thought of recommend your services (thank god I didn't). How can you treat your customers this way? Which part of the not want to be charged and want my money back you do not understand??? It's a bunch of scam and I will make sure everybody will find out about this, because I have a friend who is a good lawyer and I will not rest until you pay for your scams.

    I would recommend them. When I first purchased from them, I did it because of the price of the shoes, the free shipping both ways and it was an easy purchase. I've been a member now for 2 years or more and have taken advantage of their special offers whenever they have the sales, on holidays for example. The items I've bought so far are of very good quality. I like them. The last purchase I made was for a pair of high heels.

    JustFab is okay. When you buy so many pairs of shoes, you get credit for another pair. My only concern is that it seems like I got to take every pair of shoes to the shoe repair place to get the heel done or something done to it because it's already broken. It's either I send it back and I wait, or I get it repaired faster with the repair guy by my job. And the post office is a half-hour drive away from the house, so it’s like…nah.

I've done the buy one get one and I've actually gotten a couple of credits based on the number of purchases I've made.     I have skipped since I became a VIP member for over a year. After I had an issue with JustFab and skipping, I decided to cancel my membership online. I did this and I was still charged £35. I called to complain about this charge and they said I had to call to cancel. I told them this was misleading as there is provision to cancel membership on my profile. They refused to give me back my money even though I told them they had overdrawn my account and I just got back from holiday and needed to buy food for my baby. I begged and pleaded for my money and they kept telling me they understood my situation but still refused. They are thieves, hateful, inhumane, horrible people. My baby had to drink whole milk instead of baby milk and sleep with padded towels as I had run out of diapers. They took my money without my permission and wanted me to buy shoes instead of feeding my baby.

    I like the way their shoes look. I've been a member of JustFab for two years now. Being a member, I have easy access and I've never had a problem with my shoes. I'm always really satisfied. Sometimes I do half price with regular order or like five shoes, get one. It's grown over the years. They have a lot more things they did than when I first started. This week I bought a pair of jeans, two dresses, and a pair of shoes. I feel like the quality is really good for the money. They are customer friendly and fun.

    I have skipped more months than I have purchased and I was forced to purchase because I forgot to "skip" this month. So today I made the phone call to officially cancel when my last shipment was not the shoe that I ordered and nor was it even my size. I sent the package back on the 3rd of September. It is now the 12th and they have yet to receive it!? What!? Who cares at this point now because well I was finally able to get through to customer service - I get through and they are in a call center and for the first few minutes she kept saying she couldn't hear me - I continually asked to CANCEL. She wanted to try and SAVE me with all these stupid offers - here is 1000 points, free shipping, and glam room, etc.

    I was like NO, JUST CANCEL. Finally after about 15 minutes of this, she said she would cancel my account. I get that nobody wants people to cancel, but your retention process is insane. If I want to cancel and the 1st offer doesn't work or the 2nd or 3rd, it's time to MOVE ON and accept the FACT THAT I WANT TO CANCEL. I have since received my email confirmation of my cancellation but I still haven't received my credit back to my card which expires at the end of the month so I may never see those funds... Goodbye $43.00 and ugly shoes that I would never wear!

In May 2014 I bought a pair of sandals for £17.50 original price was £35. The sandal looked nice but I could only use them for 1 month because the top came off from the sole. Any way the problem is that they have charged my MasterCard of 35.00 pounds 2 months later as apparently I signed up to be a VIP member. I never did so. When I called their customer service, that call themselves shopper advisor... I was told that to receive the discount I will be charged 35 pounds a month even if I do not purchase anything. What if I never buy anything all year??? They steal from customer cards 420 pounds a year. This is outrageous. I have shopped in many web site, but I never came across to such a con scheme before. It should be reported to the consumer panel and make them stop to sell online. I have asked them to cancel my account.

    I signed up with Justfab to become a member because they had a lot of shoes that I liked. I like the deals so every month I would go out and buy shoes and my husband thought it's better doing this every month instead of going out shopping. And I love it. It’s so easy to get them, so I’ve never had any problem. If I decide to buy I can, if I don't they don't automatically take the money out of my account.

    I love the quality of their products so I continue to buy from Justfab. I've been with them for maybe 3 or 4 years and I just love getting updates about the trend, them knowing the things that I really like, plus I get to see my shoes before everybody else because of my VIP status. Also if I have a certain amount of points I get a free pair of shoes!

    JustFab is generally cheaper than most department stores so I purchased from them. Finding the style of shoes you want is fairly simple. I've been a member for 2 years. I've had no complaints at all but I'm thinking about canceling my membership because I can't really afford it right now. If I just had the money in my budget, I would stay on, but I just don't. I have no regrets with JustFab.

    I've purchased a £105 worth of shoes from JustFab, which I later returned because they did not fit. At no point I realized that they put me down to a VIP membership, which I would never agree to. They so far have charged me £35 x 6 = £210 and my online account says I have no credit. I find this total unacceptable and the website does not make it clear what you sign up for, a total scam.     I am aware many people have been having trouble with getting refunds from JustFab. However, my recent experience has been a pleasing one. Due to the fact that my paychecks are of only 100$ biweekly and can't spend much money, I make sure that I skip the month every 3rd. This September I forgot to skip the month and a charge of $39.99 was charged to my bank account leaving me with only $11! I started looking to see if there was any way I could get a refund and saw that many people were having trouble and arguing with the people on the other end. This scared me a bit and was ready for a fight for my money when I called. To my complete surprise, the phone call only lasted 9 minutes, 4 of which were me trying to figure which numbers to press at the beginning.

    The young man man asked me if I had skipped the month, I answered truthfully and said no, and he recited the policy on that and what not. After he did that he asked me once again if I still wanted the refund and I said yes, to which he said that there was a courtesy refund for the credit as long as I kept the account open and "kept skipping forward", to which of course I agreed. This was all quick, the man seemed to be in good humor, and then gave me the refund reference number. I might have gotten lucky, but I am really glad for the service. What I will say to people that are being charged monthly unknowingly is to read the terms and policies of what you are getting into because you will end up with a huge surprise.

    I've been a member of JustFab for 2 years. I like being a VIP member. I like not having to go shopping in a store, I like ordering online and the most important thing is they usually fit so I don't have to keep sending them back. Plus choosing the style of shoes is simple, very easy. Because I did a profile so they kind of suggest shoes for me and then I just go on if I don’t see anything I like.

    Overall, I love JustFab. I've been able to get the little perks for certain amount of points and the quality of the items is awesome -- it meets my standard. I’ve been satisfied with all of my shoes. I haven't had a bad one yet. For my last purchase, I bought the leopard-print shoes with the blue toe.     I recently recieved an email (the first I've ever had) from "JustFab" telling me that I had been charged 35 and my credit would be appearing in my account soon.

    This was quite a shock as I distinctly remember skipping this month, as I have done every month since my one and only order (I am desperately trying to save money). After going on the website and finding no help there to cancel I had to call them, approximately 10 mins on hold, which was frustrating enough but then I got through to someone who, to be perfectly honest, sounded totally uninterested and just repeated policy at me while I tried to explain that I had skipped this month.

    Eventually I gave in and asked to just cancel my account, no email confirmation of this yet either. She then informed me that there would be no refund and that I would now be a non-VIP meaning the prices will revert to retail?? So the 35 I have stuck on this site will be essentially worthless as the shoes (she said) start from about 50!? As others have noted the only two shoes I have ordered from this site felt cheap and not worth anymore than 35 together. ANYWAY so having to listen to her try to prevent me from leaving "such a great service" has angered me even more.

    If anyone from Justfab is actually reading this, well I highly doubt I'll receive a refund for the money that was, essentially, stolen from my account, but I would like to know if there is any way that I could "gift" that to a friend who does still use the service and cancel my account entirely, as I hate the idea of my bank details being anywhere that Justfab can access. Shocked, flustered, appalled and... well tired of all this hassle, shoes are meant to make you feel better!

    When I first saw JustFab 3 or 4 years ago, I did not make a purchase at once. I needed more time to decide and then I actually went back and made a purchase a day or two later. I purchased two pairs of shoes within the first 5 days but I needed some time to think. Since my membership, I’ve taken advantage of some special offers. I got a free pair of shoes a month ago. Also, a few years ago, there was a buy one, get one free promotion. A week ago, I got a pair of boots and a pair of sandals, and that was the $15 add-on.

    As for quality, it varies. I won’t put them on high quality but they’re not low quality either. For the most part, the shoes last a decent amount of time. Sometimes the hardware is tarnishing or falling off, or the leather looks a little dusty, but you know what you’re paying for. I used to be able to review shoes back in the day -- you get to try on a pair of shoes, but they don’t do that anymore.

    I am generally satisfied with them but my only problem is I don’t get those email reminders at all to say that my boutique is ready. I’ve gone through and made sure that I’ve saved the JustFab emails, but I don’t get an email on the first of the month that tells me that there are new shoes in my boutique. If I didn’t have membership in the other online shoe club that does send me a reminder, I would forget to check JustFab. I always feel it’s a setup, they like me to forget so that I could get charged. I’ve made complaints about it but they just say, “Make sure you check.” I always check and they don’t come.

    I bought a pair of sandals covered in gems in May - a lot of the gems fell off almost immediately, very poor quality item but because I had only paid £17.50 for them (half price deal for new customers) I just assumed it was cheap quality. However, I have just checked my account and can't believe it - I've been charged every month since then £35 for 'credits' to spend on more cheap shoes!! How is this possible?! At no point did they ask for my permission or send me any emails advising that this would happen. I have only become aware of this after seeing other people's comments and issues.     I have bought a couple things from justfab. They don't give you the option at the start to be a pay-as-you-go but a VIP instead, where they take from you 35 every month if you don't remember to skip it that's your own fault, and because it's 'credits' they can't refund you, so then i have to use the money on stuff I don't want and need the money for other things, and I thought on my account the boxes you click to cancel things was to cancel your account and was misleading. So now I am minus 35 that i can't get back because it's now credits, i'd happily be rid of the credits and have the money back because I have cancelled the account.

    I've been a member of JustFab for a couple of years at least. The quality of the products were pretty good. Although sometimes they kinda smell like rubber tires; I kind of get an odor sometimes.     I bought a pair of shoes from JustFab UK at the beginning of April. They have taken £35 each month from my account as they made me a VIP member and for this privileged I had to pay £35? I am absolutely disgusted that they can steal from my account and I am more angry with myself that I have only realized today when checking my account.     The issues I have with this company started from the very beginning of my "V.I.P membership." I joined back in November of 2013 and the boutique presented to me for that month I chose to skip. However, I was then charged for the month of November and received a store credit to my account. Upon calling about this, I was offered a refund. That was fantastic, but then this occurred again for the months of February and March.

    I did not have access to my bank statements for those months, and upon gaining access to them again in April, I promptly called JustFab to lodge my complaint and ask for a refund. I was continually informed of their policy of "being unable to give a refund for member credits because they hold no cash value." I then told her, more than once, that these had been charged to my account wrongfully seeing as how I did indeed skip those months but was charged anyways. She then went on to beat around the bush with the notion that if I use those two credits for something else that they offer, such as their bags, and I didn't like them upon receiving them that I would then be able to qualify for a refund.

    I hesitated for a couple months, but not long after I obliged and ordered two bags. They were not to my liking, I'm a mother and need many more pockets on the inside for organizational purposes, and I also thought that they were just not very attractive in general. I received the two bags approximately two weeks ago from this date, 9/8/2014, and finally got a chance to contact them today. I was on the phone for a total of two hours, in two separate phone conversations. First, I was speaking to someone named Janice who bombarded me with their policy of "not refunding member credits for monetary value." Literally bombarded to the point of me being able to recite the policy back to my husband word for word.

    I told her that I was wrongfully charged, she told me the same lines about their policy. I told her that I felt it was unfair since I was deceived by the other representative who made it sound as if I could get a refund, and she again told me of their policy. I then asked to speak to someone in a higher position than her, and I was transferred to her manager named **. I spoke to her for quite some time, I even got to the point of crying from how frustrated I was. She told me about "courtesy refunds" which are given out to JustFab V.I.P members under the discretion of the management. I asked, "Since it's your decision why can't you discern that I am worthy of a refund?" She told me again, about their policy.

    I told her that it was a wrongful charge, that I was deceived, and that this money is very important to a struggling family like mine. She then went on to tell me of her own situation as a mother and as a JustFab V.I.P member of over three years, and actually agreed with me that what was happening was unfair and that she herself has dealt with unfair practices such as mine with her own account. She also told me that they are not supposed to discuss the "courtesy refunds" with customers, and upon me asking what the limit was on these refunds was, she told me that there is no limit but they still will not give me a refund.

    Prior to that she was saying that 2 was my limit for returns, to which I asked, "So if I go back and read the terms and conditions, which I agreed to when I signed up for this, it will say that I am limited to 2 courtesy refunds?" She informed me that nowhere in the terms and conditions was that said. I tried to reason with her that since I didn't agree to that, it was even more unfair and with that new information, shady. She would not help me any further and told me there was nobody else I could speak to that was higher then her since all of the managers are at the same level.

    At that point I was flustered, red in the face, watery eyes and with a frog in my throat. I got off of the phone with her after an hour and my husband came into the room and after informing him what happened he got on the line and attempted to resolve the problem for me. We both know how customer service works, there are multiple tiers of authoritative positions. He asked to speak to someone above '**' over 10 different times, and each time the question was completely dodged by the representative and he was then informed after each time of their now infamous policy.

    I then needed to get back on the line to "confirm my identity" and after talking with her for a while, again explaining the same things I had been explaining for the past hour and a half, she told me she reviewed my account notes and said she talked to the manager whom I was speaking to named "**." What?! I never spoke to anyone named **. I asked them to explain this discrepancy and she, more than once said, "Anyways, moving on to..." I was honestly shocked at how little care and respect they were giving me.

    I finally asked to speak to someone else, so I was transferred to another representative who said her name was Venus. I told her, again, of my situation and she, again, informed me of their policy. I finally snapped and told her to not repeat that policy to me again because it was driving me insane. Seeing as I was not getting anywhere with her, I asked to speak to someone who was above the manager I talked to previously. I was told that I would be transferred to someone with more authority than "**."

    Finally, this person got on the line and sounded like she had just been hit with a car with how little interest or care she spoke to me with. I mean, she obviously had to have something pretty bad just happen to her for her to speak to me that way...right? Or maybe it's just HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. She told me her name was **, and after telling my story AGAIN, and hearing the policy AGAIN, she told me that she could get me a refund for only one of my credits. I immediately agreed, thinking of the battle I just fought to even get to this point, even though still being extremely unsatisfied about everything that has occurred. I was finally able to take a deep breath and feel a little bit better with the one refund, but upon asking for her name again for my own personal notes she responded with "Venus." What the **?! The person who transferred me to this supposed ** is actually Venus...The one who transferred me...To herself?

    Everything about this company is SHADY. Let me repeat that, SHADY, DUBIOUS, IRRESPONSIBLE, CARELESS, and shows a complete immaturity when dealing with people's money. These are people's LIVES that they're messing with--not all of us can afford a useless $80.00 charge on their account. I am still extremely dissatisfied that I was not offered a full refund of both credits, and I hope this company soon fails from the obvious abundance of bad reviews. I feel sorry for the poor customer service reps who have to deal with the wrath of customers who have been stolen from! They just read the same script over and over again and it is infuriating. I can't believe I fell for a scam like this, but oh boy have I learned my lesson. Truly disgusted at my experience. BUYERS BEWARE!

    I cancelled my account on August 7 and appears an order the 23 of August when I didn't made any order at all. I don't want anything with this company. I want my money refunded (15.95). How is possible after I cancelled that my credit card still attached to this company.     Recently my wife purchased some boots from JustFab. We noticed a weird charge on the credit card a month later. We were then informed that there was a VIP membership she agreed to when she purchased the boots. We asked that this charge be refunded and to cancel the membership. The person said he would not refund the money if we cancelled. We agreed to stay on until after it was refunded, then we called and cancelled our membership. We then got another charge the next month for the same amount. We called and asked why this was, and they claimed we never cancelled. We told the lady we want a refund and we demand that the membership was cancelled. She put us on hold for several minutes, came back, and said "Your money will be refunded in 7-10 business days" then hung up. Prior to saying she was going to give us a refund again, she kept telling us over and over again that we should've paid attention to our email from the 1st to the 5th of the month.

    We called again and spoke with a Gavin. He said he will process the refund, but we must wait until the refund is processed before we cancel. I will call and cancel for the third time when I get the refund as well as call my bank to see what I can do to prevent charges from JustFab again. This type of practice loses trust with customers, and we will never purchase from this business ever again.

    We ordered 2 item from JustFab. Next thing we apart of their membership and were charged $39.95. We called and got it refunded once Aug 16. The representative told us we have until Sept 9 to skip the months payment and not be charged. Well Sept 5 we charged again. Sept 6 we call and the representative keeps trying to say we should've known that it was the 5th. We just wanted the refund then cancel membership but the representative would not listen and would just try to convince us WE were in the wrong. Finally after 20 minutes, she agreed to refund and cancel the subscription so no further charges. They did not do what we were asking them and keep ignoring what we asked for. But it has been a horrible horrible experience with this company. They said they would refund and not charge anymore but we don't trust them. Maybe the worst online company I've seen. They don't answer emails back, the rep didn't listen to us and charged without warning or reminding. We just wanted a refund and a cancelled subscription which took a long time and a real tough time dealing with them.

    My daughter bought 2 pairs of shoes on 4/1. I just realized today that my credit card was charged for $39.95 for the last 5 months. They claim that she signed up for a membership when she checked out. This is a scam or at the very least a shady business practice.. It took me 3 attempts to get someone to answer the phone. I asked to stop the monthly charge on my credit card and to get a refund. They were not willing to do it because they wanted to get my daughter's authorization to "cancel the membership" although it is my credit card that they are charging each month. After several attempts my daughter was finally able to get someone on the phone. However they are only willing to issue a refund for 3 months. Do not do business with this company!!

    I will admit that I didn't read the terms to a JustFab membership. One day I was charged and found out that there was a monthly "membership fee" for $39.95. I accepted that and decided to always "skip this month" at the beginning of the month. I have made a couple purchases and was pleased with them, however the material looks cheap and you can't really see that in their magazines or on their website. This wasn't a big deal to me. I received all of my purchases and all money transactions were smooth.

    Eventually I wanted to cancel my membership. I got tired of logging in every month just to skip the billing. I looked at my account and saw that the only way to cancel was to call them. I had no problem with that so I went ahead and called, followed the prompts until it told me to press a number to cancel membership. I would push the number and the line would disconnect. Sometimes I would even be put on hold for a long time and then it would disconnect. It was frustrating. I tried this many times over the course of a year until I just gave up.

    Recently, I got fed up with "skipping the month" again. I called customer service to try to cancel once more and I was amazed, someone finally picked up my call! But it only got more frustrating. I told the representative that I just wanted to cancel my account and every time she would try to convince me into why I shouldn't cancel my account, why they were such a great place to shop and the bargains I was going to miss and how expensive it would be as a non-member to buy from them later on, etc. She tried to convince me out of it at least 5 or 6 times and every time I told her, I just want to cancel my membership. She finally complied, gave me the confirmation number and told me that I would receive an email shortly. This was a couple days ago, I think it was either 9/1/14 or 9/2/14. I have yet received a confirmation email. So I don't know if my account was really cancelled or not, but I guess I'll find out come next month.

    I felt stuck as a customer. It also felt like a scam and I disliked having to deal with them every month.

    I went on this site by recommendation from a friend. I placed an order, received it and everything seemed okay. However, a couple of weeks later, I found a charge from my checking account for $39.95 and called them immediately. The customer service rep has tried her best to convince me that I had opted to be a member of their VIP club and that they would charge me this amount each and every month between the 1st and the 5th to make another purchase or agree to skip making a purchase until the next month. You are still charged the $39.95.

    I certainly did not see a notice to that effect and asked her if JustFab had that setting as a "default" that a shopper would have to look specifically for and uncheck it or be charged. She became determined to "verbally force" me to agree. All I could do was laugh because I was actually shocked! I had to ask her several times about a way to undo the damage. She continued to tell me how it worked and that I would continue to be charged.

    Finally after 8-10 minutes of her trying to convince me to allow the charge, I insisted on cancelling this "membership" and advised that I would be making a complaint to Consumer Affairs/Better Business Bureau. The young lady finally told me it would be cancelled, provided me with a cancellation number and ALSO told me my $39.95 would be credited back to my bank account which as of today September 3rd, it has not been credited. My phone call to them was on August 15th. I would simply say to anyone looking at this site and any other... be very, very, very careful!!

    When I made my first purchase, I was unaware that I was becoming a VIP member. 8 months later I realize they've been charging me each month. I call and there's nothing they can do. Fine… whatever. Moving on… So I've been trying to use these 8 credits for the last month or so AS WELL as log in to the live chat to let them know I want to skip the month. I can't check out. There's an issue with the system. I just want to use my credits. I can connect to live chat but haven't been attended to though I wait for hours. I pick up the phone to call and try to resolve this issue - multiple times - and the phone message says "the number you have dialed is not answering. Please try later…"

If they're not going to give that back, fine, but the fact that I can't proceed to check out to redeem the credits OR even get a hold of anyone at JustFab to let them know about this issue (and skip the month so they don't take MORE from my account) is VERY frustrating.

    Yesterday I was trying to do an order from Summer Sale (3 pair of shoes, 1 handbag) and I can't place an order because of some kind of payment error. My bank was fine. I get my transfer from where I was waiting for. I have enough money in my card and I was doing my earlier orders with the same card. But yesterday I can't finish my order because of PAYMENT ERROR. Today for the same thing I have to pay 140 Pound if I still want them, because summer sale is over... What is going on?? I am really disappointment because of that and really pissed off, because I wrote about 4 letters to JUSTFAB and nobody will contact me yet!

    I start to do LIVE CHAT, but nobody will answer (wait 3 times for 30-40 minutes). What is going on? I really think to never order again from this page and never offer this page to my friends before this happens. I always offer this page to my friends “it's a website where you can get amazing shoes and handbags, awesome customer service and good delivery”. BUT NOW I can’t say this to my friend... I am really sad because of it... really.

    When I made my first order last year, I bought a nice bag and some jewelry. After the order arrived, I thought that the jewelry was really nice. However, the bag was faulty and I decided that I do not want to purchase any more purchases - if I do it maybe to buy jewelry.     I first made my account some time around in October 2013. Like many others, I first saw justfab on Facebook. They were promoting that you can join and cancel your membership AT ANY TIME if you don't like it so I, of course, believed it and made an account. At first I was okay with skipping every month because I liked justfab products and I went on to justfab website frequently. But later on when I got busy with school it started to become a burden to 'remember' to skip it. So I finally called in August 19, 2014 to cancel my membership.

    When I called the Customer Service to cancel my membership, the agent kept offering new deals to make me keep my membership. After wrestling with him for a while he finally gave in and clearly stated that I cannot re-activate my membership and that the only option would be making another account if I want to join justfab again in the future.

    After canceling the membership, I wanted to make sure that my account is deactivated so I tried logging into my account on Justfab and I was still able to log in but it said that it was an inactive account. After checking the status of my account I was just going to leave but unfortunately I saw a bag that I wanted for a while that just became available from out-of-stock so I tried to check out as a guest but then the website asked to create an account again. So I did and after the purchase I realized that I became a VIP member again. So I was thinking 'oh gosh, not this again.'

    Then I called the Justfab again today (8/26/14) and the customer service rep. told me that my new account was under investigation. The representative told me that I was trying to take advantage of the new VIP membership discounts in a way like he is the officer and I am a thief. I was very offended and mad at how they don't even listen to my explanation and immediately make an assumption like that.

    First of all, when I was canceling my old account the customer service representative told me that I cannot re-activate my account and that I will have to create another account to be a VIP member. Second, Justfab does not have 'check-out as a guest' and it requires you to create ID and password all of over again to purchase anything. Third, Justfab is sneaky with making you into their VIP member.

    I was so shocked at how they treat customers. I have purchased many products with them before and this is how they treat the VIP customer? I strongly feel from the service representatives that they think that customers are the only party who benefit from VIP membership. But obviously NOT! If I had an option of reactivating my old account then I wouldn't have made the new account. And if they don't want customers to make an account and cancel after few months or less then they should have that in the policy and not treat their customers like they are cheating and breaking rules.

    I ordered a pair of boots from JustFab apparently 21 months ago. When they came it turned out they sent me the wrong colour of boots but I didn't feel like returning them and just decided to keep them. I think it must have been 2 pairs for $39.95 but I don't even remember what the second pair was. So the other day I looked at my credit card statement. Now this is my fault, I rarely look at my statement because I usually call in to do my payments and haven't noticed anything really off. I saw that I was being charged by JustFab. I had no idea I even had an account let alone was being charge! I have been paying for a pair of shoes for 21 MONTHS and not even knowing it. It is totally my fault that I didn't notice this on my credit card statement but I had no idea they were charging me and I never received even a receipt.

    So, at first I thought I would try to use the 21 credits but that was nearly impossible. You are only allowed the use them on items that are priced $39.95 (not anything less than that heaven forbid) and I honestly don't think that I would need to buy another 21 pairs of boots in my ENTIRE lifetime. I tried to call to cancel my account and the phone number they had on the website is out of order (I found the proper phone number here). They told me I cannot be reimbursed for the 21 months, and that I CANNOT cancel my account without using the 21 credits or else I will loose all of the credits.

    They told me they would give me 1000 reward points if I kept my account with them but honestly I already have 21000 reward points and they are worth discounts on more product that I have to pay for because it isn't $39.45. Now I am stuck with an account until I buy 21 pairs of boots. I guess I am going to have to build another closet.

    NEVER sign up for an account. Not worth your money or your time. You would be better off ordering from one of the actually decent discount sites like beyond the rack.

    Ordered boots on 5/19/2014. Charged my credit card for $39.95 on 8/22/2014. When I called, they said, "It was something we knew about and had clicked skip for the last 2 months then didn't click skip this month." When we ordered the boots, we didn't see anything about a membership fee or having to click skip. Haven't been on the website since ordering but were told we had clicked skip each month. Show me the proof! I will be pursuing my bank to fight this charge then going to the BBB. Their website is purposely designed to be confusing and deliberately cause their customers headaches.

    Worst online company I have ever come across. Everything about JustFab is disappointing. I’ve been sold items that were faulty (minor faults), items that were a full size too small. I’ve ordered items and after 14 days queried it with them and they had no idea why it wasn’t received. I called again and apparently there was an issue with the products. I call again and it had been cancelled. That was a week ago and I still await my refund. Online staff are nice but have no authorization to rectify problems so in my mind they would be better off cutting those staff from the payroll completely.

    Finding the style of shoes I want is very easy at JustFab. It's also easy to call their customer service. You're made to feel special. If I am not satisfied with what I bought I send it back quick and easy. Every now and then I get magazines or free samples of lip gloss or certain kind of facial cream that I've really liked. Their magazine subscriptions are really cool. I also like trying out new products. Justfab's quality is really good for its price. My favorite purchase is a pair of peep-toe booties.     I ordered several items and subsequently had to go out of the country on a family emergency so was not able to return them within the required time frame, which is way less than industry standard. When I got back into the country, I sent the items back, but never received store credit or money back to my credit card and was not even contacted. I have reached out to them 6 times via email with no response. In the interim, my credit card was charged twice for $39.95, even though I had contacted them to cancel my account. I ordered items recently because I had these credits. Once again, the items I got are sub-par. I went on the site today to try to return these items, which don't fit and are of low quality, 1 of the handbags isn't even the correct item. I am not able to get credit, only get a different size. I shop online all of the time and have never had such horrible experiences with a company. I am done with this company and Kimora should be ashamed she leads such a horrible company.

    Beautiful but low quality. It is not comfortable to walk in at all; my feet feel like hell after wearing it. I brought a pair of boot, super slippery and it felt like walking on rock. The bottom of my feet hurts so bad. I went and buy another wedge and it gives me blisters after wearing it to the mall for a few hours. Low quality, and expensive. It feels like buying Walmart shoes.

    I chose to purchase from them because of the good quality in shoes. I like the bargains that they had as well as the designs because I’m a shoe person, so I really like what they were offering. Looking for the style that I like was pretty easy for me because when they did my thing every month (I forgot what you call it), they’re usually looking at the styles that I like. They always make sure I have what I wanted. So there wasn't a month that I didn't find something that I liked. I’m a sale person. I love discounts. I love bargains so when I could get shoes two for $30 or something like that, I jump on that. I was really pleased with everything that I bought.

    JustFab is a horrible company. First of all, they don't tell you that when you buy your first pair of shoes that you are signing up for a recurring membership that automatically charges you every month. You don't have the option not to sign up for it. Then there is nowhere on their website that you can cancel your account (although there is a button you can click that says it will deactivate your account, it doesn't do anything). You HAVE to call their customer service (that is obviously outsourced) and spend at least 30 minutes on the phone while someone asks you 23 times if you are sure you want to cancel your account.

    After I cancelled my account, I went back to the website to make sure it was and they never deleted my account. I have called many times (with no answer) and send e-mails to customer service with no response back. Finally, I used their chat option on the website and spent over 45 minutes trying to reason with the customer service representative. They would tell me that I needed to call to cancel my account, which I had already done.

    The worst thing is when I asked them to get rid of my credit card information on my account (because they won't let you leave those areas blank) and they wouldn't do it! They said even though my account was "deactivated", they would leave my credit card information there! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP ACTUALLY TOLD ME TO HAVE MY CREDIT CARDS DEACTIVATED BECAUSE THEY WOULDN'T DELETE MY INFORMATION. Do not shop from them!

    I decided to purchase from them because: (1) I liked the shoes that I saw on their site; (2) their prices was one price; (3) they had sale that are $39.95 and then also promotions that they gave like 2 for $39.95; (4) they have other items besides shoes (my favorite purchases so far were some boots and jewelry.) I’ve been a member since 2011 and my favorite part about being a member is the free shipping. Plus it was really easy looking for the styles that I want and the quality of the items was great. I did have a couple pairs of shoes where a buckle broke. I was still able to wear one pair, but the other pair I just couldn't wear anymore and it was too late to return.     I ordered from JustFab because of a friend's recommendation and a sale they were having. When I checked out I never saw the agreement to become a VIP member because it is written in such small letters at the bottom and is automatically checked. I also didn't see the Membership policy because it was not included on the page. If I had known that I would have to pay $40 a month just because I bought a couple pairs of shoes I never would have bought them. I didn't notice the monthly charges until several months later when looking at my bank account. When I called JustFab to find out why, they stated that I had paid because of the membership. I immediately asked to end my membership and for a refund.

    First of all the lady on the phone continued to try and convince me to keep my account. Then only after declining multiple times did she tell me that they couldn't refund the money but would give me credits in return that I could use to buy shoes without needing my membership. I thought that would be ok so I agreed and hung up. Then today when I went to buy shoes I found that those 13 credits I have only apply to one pair of shoes each and don't cover the full price of any of the shoes unless I reactivate my membership. In order to reactivate my membership I would have to pay for another pair of shoes before I could even use my credits. This is absolutely ridiculous and incredibly frustrating. I am unable to use any of my credits without spending more money. I am a college student who is trying to pay back loans, I don't have any extra money to spend just to use those credits. So JustFab has effectively robbed me of that money and not given me any reasonable way to use those credits that they so "graciously" gave me.

    My recommendation is to steer clear of this company. They lure you in with great deals on shoes and then you are stuck as a member until you call their customer service to quit. The customer service representatives are not helpful. They won't give refunds, and the credits they offer in exchange are practically worthless unless you want to spend more money. I wish I had never heard of this company.

    I purchased from JustFab because of their $39.95, free shipping, free shipping for returns. My first pair of shoes actually fit my feet, so I fell in love with it. Finding the style you want can be a little frustrating because once you set your styles, they always send you those particular ones. They don't vary too much from that. My favorite

    JustFab's buy one, get one free offer is what initially made me sign up with them. I liked all the shoes on the site and I was able to skip a month if I needed to so it was just something that I was interested in. It was pretty easy to find the styles that I liked. I also checked ShoeDazzle before but I just didn't like any of the styles of the shoes. I've been a member with JustFab for at least two years.

    When it comes to being a member, I love that if something is wrong with the shoe or if it doesn't fit, you can return it or exchange it at no cost, free shipping, and they have deals all the time. I actually got a couple of pairs of jeans that fit me perfectly and I have a hard time finding jeans. So it's been working out pretty well for me. They do a lot of buy one, get one for $25 and they could be like either shoes or jewelry or whatever they have on there. I've bought so many shoes on there, I've actually gotten a few free credits so that's pretty awesome. If you get a certain amount of credits, you get a free pair of shoes so that's pretty cool, too.

    One of my favorite purchases was one of the purses that I bought because I used it until it fell apart pretty much and it actually lasted pretty long because I go through purses a lot and that was pretty nice. I love all the shoes on there. There has only been a few times when the quality was bad. It would be just like the strap on the shoes would fit weird and I easily returned it and got a new pair of shoes, either the same pair or a different one. Other than that, the quality has been awesome. They're very reliable and I plan on being a long-term customer of JustFab.

They never sent more, they charged me money and when I tried to cancel, REPEATEDLY hung up on me. Calling my CC company to contest now.     I have been with a member of JustFab maybe about a year and a half, two years. I’m a big supporter of Kimora Lee Simmons. As an African-American woman, I like what she stands for and I always support women business donors. But I also knew that because she was a part of it, it would be a good product and it’s a great price...

    Finding the style I was looking for was very easy. As a matter of fact, I need to start looking for some winter shoes now but it’s pretty easy to have the choices for your own interests set up and then there’s also an area where you can grab some other styles to see if there may be something that you’re interested in as well. I bought two pairs of sandals about two or three weeks ago and I really, really like the black one. I haven’t even worn the other pair yet. I got my Princeton boots from there as well that I really like.

    I also like that they ship very quickly. I just moved to New York City not quite a year, back in September, and there’s many great shopping options but my work is pretty high stress, a job with a lot of hours and sometimes it’s easier just to look for something online than it is to have to try to get out in the weekends to go do some shopping... It is also great to have the option to go online and look for something.

    The two-for-one offers around the holidays have been really, really great. They always have really good holiday deals and then leading up to the new season, they usually have pretty good sales as well. But I will admit I’m more partial to the Luxe line. That’s the more high-end line that they have. The prices are a little bit higher but it’s still about the same as or a little bit less than what you get from say a department store or something along those lines.

    I’d recommend JustFab. I haven’t had any issue. They’re very pleasant. If there’s something that I need to send back, if I wanted to call and ask them a question, there hasn’t been a problem to do that. So it’s been overall, a fantastic experience.

    Hands down the WORST company I have EVER dealt with. Along with everyone else's complaints they really do TRICK you in being forced into a membership. After your first purchase you're stuck being charged every month when you don't want to be. They get away with this by saying "click box to accept terms" in tiny writing .. and the terms aren't even shown on the page. What a damn joke. When I called to cancel they would not stop trying to force me to stay with them.. literally it took me saying no to their explanations FIVE TIMES before they got it. I never get upset over the phone but JustFab was able to bring me to a point where I needed to yell at them over the phone to stop. Seriously, I understand how sales and running a business works but ONE TIME should be all that the sales associates try to keep you as a member.. like all other businesses. Horrible practices just horrible. Also, the companies responses to these complaints are so fake and generic. I respect a business that will respect their customers as well as want to make money. JustFab is HORRIBLE!

    JustFab took out from my checking acct $39.95. When I called they said it was a VIP membership fee. I ordered from them just once because of a $10 off coupon. I told the girl I never signed up to be a member and she said I did when I checked out, there were 2 prompts and I checked out VIP member prompt. I don't remember doing this and I know I would never have signed up for something where there was a $39.95 fee each month. Then was told I can go to my acct before the 5th of the month and click on boutique and to avoid the fee click "not this mo". She also told me I received an email as a reminder. I never got an email otherwise I would have canceled. I can't afford paying out $39.95 and very unhappy with the items I purchased. This company is lousy and I really didn't get any satisfaction when I called and was on hold for 45min before I actually talked to anyone. Will never recommend JustFab to anyone!

    Convenient, a lot of selection, good fashion, comfort... JustFab was the first online retailer that I saw and I liked the whole motto of membership and how it worked. There were a lot of styles and it was very easy to find something. It's convenient that there are styles sent every month.     I must give give kudos to JustFab for having stylish shoes and handbags, in which I own and use 6 products, and I have been a loyal customer for more than two years. But I have a huge problem with their refund system. Multiple times I've been DENIED a refund of MY hard earned money. I would think I have a say to where exactly my money goes, especially if I'm on a tight budget some months. There's a maximum of three refunds for the credits they take in the beginning of the month??? Regular stores aren't that strict, and I don't think JustFab should have a limit especially since the credits haven't been used (therefore product hasn't been chosen/worn). Right now I have two credits, in which I wish I could be refunded. TIMES CAN BE TOUGH JUSTFAB!! Please stop taking my money without the possibility of a refund. I always have to warn people who are thinking about joining JustFab. Aside from the credit system, when checking out we STILL have to pay 3.20, when before it was not like that! Please respond JustFab. I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

They will give you other areas you can select from but I don't wear those ridiculous styles and heels. Nobody wears them all day in real life. I was with them for two years but I'm no longer a member. The quality of the shoes was okay for the price. But again, in reality, women's legs are bigger than the material that they put on there so the high-thigh boots don't come all the way to the thighs. There were a lot of defects that I didn't like.

    I will NEVER do business or recommend this company to anyone again. When I called to cancel my account I was told that since I missed the July 5th deadline by a day or two to skip the month I would be refunded. They cancelled my account with no problem. BUT when I saw my credit card statement and how I was charged the 39.95 I contacted the company who then told me there was nothing they could do. The person did not make note of refund and to only cancel my account. I told them I was clearly told I would be refunded and how it was not right to charge someone. If I had decided to stay with the company the refund would have gone through.

    So the lady said she would put my complaint in for review, give it 24 to 48 hours. I waited and didn't hear a word. So I contacted them again about 2 weeks later and I was told again there is nothing they can do. I told them that I was clearly told this and asked if there was a way they can go back and listen to the conversation since it is said that calls may be recorded. And the representative instead of working with me and trying to come to an agreement hung up on me. I am extremely disappointed in this company and their customer service!!!

    I'm very upset. I called on 8-9-14 and the consultant (Kirk) said that he would do something and didn't. I had a problem with billing and it was not fixed. Because of this I was charged $40. I called back on 8-11-14 and the lady was very rude. Your company is broken. You need to fix your billing system and work with customers now. I will never shop with your company again and will tell friends and family not to because I don't want them to be screwed over or taken advantage of. I was charged because of a stupid VIP thing I didn't sign up for. The consultant explained that it happens all the time and customers are rarely aware of the situation.... I want my money back.

    I made the mistake of joining JUSTFAB.com in 2012. I purchased two pair of shoes, which I loved, but had an injury and could no longer wear heels. I called Justfab and cancelled my VIP account in 2012 and was actually credited a payment. Then, all of a sudden on 07/21/2014 they deducted a payment from my account. When I contacted them, they stated that I never cancelled although my statement shows they haven't received payment from me since 2012! The customer service rep told me that no notes were made on my account regarding cancellation and if I wanted, I could order a pair of shoes! I cancelled AGAIN, actually got a cancellation number and will never again purchase anything from these people! They are not the least bit co-operative and do not care about anything you have to say.

    I've been a member of JustFab probably two and a half years, I think I'm a VIP member now. I love to go and look at the different types of shoes and the styles. I enjoy the fact that all of them are $39.95, each one of the pairs. I like also the BOGOs and the first-time buyer thing. Most of the time when I go on, I'm either looking for something in particular or something pops up and catches my eye and then I go searching for it. My last purchase was about two to three weeks ago and I bought two pairs of shoes and two pairs of boots. They're on a BOGO. The quality is not bad at all. Although I had to return three out of the four pairs because they were a little snug. So I'm in between shipping them back and getting my new stuff in. I've had no trouble with returns or credits or anything like that. The whole experience with JustFab has been great.

    I love all of my purchases and I don't have enough feet to wear all of them. I get lots of compliments on them. People love them. I went through a phase where I lost a bunch of weight so some of my shoes were too big and of course, they were too old to exchange. So I had another girl that she loves all my shoes in my closet so she got all of those. I had an awesome experience with JustFab.     I've been a member of JustFab for about three or four years now and I really liked their quality so I just kept shopping with them. It's fairly easy to find the styles I like. Sometimes, I don't see anything I like. Like before, I could go through and there will be a lot of variety and I will pick a lot and then I will say, "Okay, let me go back and choose the ones I really want." But now, I may see one or two pairs of shoes I like and then I just get purses because there's not many shoes that I like.

    When I first started, there was always a lot of "buy one and get one", but now I don't ever do any special offers. One time, I got the wedges and the bottom, the part that looked like the wood, and the siding of it was peeling. That's the only issue I've ever had with shoes. And I just got some glue and just tried to glue it down. But otherwise, I've never had an issue with them. For my purses, I've only had one issue and that was the first purse I ever bought but that was because I didn't know how the size went. So when I got it, it was like ridiculously large so I returned it. But other than that, all the purses I love.

    I ordered a pair of shoes back in January for 19.95 because they had a "New member deal". The shoes arrived and they did not fit at all. I called, and of course, they were useless about it. So I decided to keep it and give it to someone who could fit into them.

    (Here comes the best part) I checked my account today because I lost my wallet. I wanted to make sure no funds were taken out. I saw a justfab 39.95 charge on my account. This was billed 2 days ago, and I had my wallet with me then. I called to say I didn't order anything from them, and I was told they were aware that I did not order anything, and I was charged correctly. I was so confused. The representative said they have been charging me 39.95 EVERY MONTH since February. My mouth dropped. That's a total of $279.65!!! That's a lot of freaking money. The representative said "Oh, I’m sure you weren't aware, and this happens with a lot of our customers" . . . I almost flipped a table. I told them to refund every single dime they took from my account and they said they are only allowed to refund 2 months worth of money. I almost flipped a house. I wasn't having it and requested to talk to a manager. The manager told me the same thing and she said I could call my bank and my bank will talk with their billing department. I asked to talk to the billing department and they said they didn't have a direct contact. I immediately called my bank and hopefully all my money will be refunded to my account.

    Do NOT purchase ANYTHING from these people because they will STEAL your money. Y'all need to refund ALL MY MONEY!!!!! All $279.65 of it, because I did NOT authorize you to take money from my account!

    Every time I get something, I like it. I just have so many shoes right now but I haven't really bought anything in a long time. The Iron Fist was my favorite because I love those shoes. So whenever those come out, that's when I usually like to buy, but I haven't seen a new set from them in a long time. As a member, I get to take advantage of a lot of the buy one, get one free type of things. I think I bought so many that I now am like some VIP member or something so I can get items either for free or like a discount price.

    My last purchase was around Valentine's Day wherein I bought a pair of red shoes. I didn't get them in time of course but I did buy those for Valentine's Day. So far everything I've gotten, I've liked. There was actually only one pair of boots I did not like, it did not fit and I just never got around to returning it then I think it just got too late so they just have been in my closet. So I've recommended JustFab to friends before. They have great shoes at a great price when you can find them, like that Iron Fist one. They're usually pretty pricey so it's nice when you have things where you have it featured and then you can get them or even get buy one get one free with them where you'll sometimes have the shirt. I could get the shoes and then they will have a pack of shirts or something, and that's probably what I've liked the best.

I've been trying to cancel for a couple months, only way to do so is by calling and waiting for an entirety, and after expressing how I was disappointed with the quality, they were still trying to offer me discounts. If you don't CANCEL by the 5th, your card is automatically charged and it's a "credit" to use later, and now that I have canceled the my credit are NON-REVERSIBLE, so I technically paid for a service/product I will never use or receive.     I ordered an online gift card for my girlfriend for her birthday since she has an account with Just Fab and orders from them frequently. After about 3-4 days, the order was processed and they had taken the money out of my account. I had not seen an e-mail to me nor my girlfriend receiving the gift card. I contacted Just Fab online inquiring as to when or how I can receive the gift card. They replied with, "We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you... You may contact us so we can get more information and help find a solution."

    Keep in mind my e-mail contained the order #, my e-mail on the account, and my inquiry. After 8 days of receiving nothing, I finally called to cancel the order and receive a credit. To my dismay, the online rep said my order "had been on hold" which is ridiculous considering they had processed the payment only to give me nothing.     I ordered a pair of boots from JustFab... They were awful. The quality is horrible and many of the items are overpriced... $40 for a cheap costume jewelry necklace? I don't think so. I have called a couple of times to try to cancel my account in which case they always try to talk you out of it. Most of the time I just get frustrated and hang up. I have skipped every month for the past eight months at least and this month forgot as I was moving and have been sick.

    Instead of refunding me, they cancelled my account and if I want to get the "good" prices, I have to enroll again. Let me tell you, JustFab. It would have been much better to just refund me my money... Why? This negative word of mouth is going to KILL your business. And trust me... I will put out as many bad reviews as I possibly can until I get a refund!

We contacted the company and found that there was some VIP membership that she was apparently enrolled in without her knowledge.     I was in love with JustFab when I first signed up and my first purchase from them was good and no complaints.     I have been a JustFab member for a while. When I first signed up I was unaware that the member credits would be charged to my account every month. So I received a refund from an agent for one month, and let the credits add on each month after that. I bought a few items, then I thought I had cancelled VIP credits so that it wouldn't charge my account (I don't know if I did this correctly) while I was on holiday, but when I returned to the website I saw that I'd been charged for 2 member credits. I accept that it may be my fault for not skipping the month or removing VIP from my account correctly, so I politely requested a refund for the 2 months of member credits.

    I am a regular customer of JustFab but I would much rather buy from the website when I please, rather than being charged every month. I cannot afford a credit this month as I was on holiday, so I would very much appreciate a refund on the credits. Unfortunately, the agent was rude and unhelpful. I've spoken to an agent before who was extremely nice and provided great customer service, but this agent - I believe she was called Jane, repeated the same things constantly, saying I could use the member credits any time and they wouldn't expire, and she said I would get email reminders about skipping the month. I am well aware of this, and I said this to the agent beforehand. She then told me I could not have a credit refund because I have received one before, which seems utterly ridiculous to me. She was not helpful in the slightest and just made me extremely angry. All I would like is a refund on my money. I will continue to shop with JustFab but right now the customer service is appalling.

    I signed up with JustFab because of their prices and they had a ton of shoes, a variety. But it was very hard to find the shoes I wanted. They put in like purple or platform, stuff like that. You have to have the actual name so it's really hard. You have to put in the name of the shoe. Anyway, the customer service was good so I stuck with them and I've been with them for about 2 years. I do love the great shoes and the quality of the shoes.

    My favorite purchase so far was the Iron Fist shoes. And good lord, they have a ton of offers: buy one get, one free; buy one, get one half off; buy one, get one $5; buy one, get one $9.95. I've done tons of offers. Well, I just got 3 dresses last week. The shoes are wonderful, but the dresses are mediocre. They're really beautiful but the quality is kind of mediocre and they look a little small. But I love JustFab and I'd recommend them to a friend. I think they're fabulous.

    I had the VIP membership and was successfully "skipping the month" from December up until life got in the way and I forgot about it at the beginning of July. I can accept I forgot & I was charged the $39.95. When it came down to using my credit, I wanted to do the buy 1, get 1 for $39.95 that was being offered at that. My credit was worth the $39.95 so it made sense that I do that deal but OF COURSE I can't do that. There's all these little rules you have to follow and although the credit is the same amount of the deal, I was not allowed to do that because my credit is for 1 item, pretty stupid. Perhaps it would have made me stick around a little longer if they had just done the deal. So I made the conscious decision to cancel my membership.

    It took me 2 times of calling in to do so. The first call, the girl wouldn't just accept that I wanted to cancel and because I was taking the time out of my lunch break at work to call, I had limited time to try and convince her that all I needed her to do was cancel the membership so I had to hang up. 2nd time I called was right before bed because that was the only other free time I had. It was a solid 15-minute conversation of trying to be persuaded but I stuck to my guns and said no, please just cancel my request. Eventually, it worked But here I am several weeks later to find out my mother-in-law is having an issue with JustFab. She's being charged the $39.95 every month since she signed up at the exact same time as me, except she canceled the membership in January.

    So here I am stressing that I am going to be charged regardless of the fact that I took the time to cancel the membership. I feel horrible for my mother-in-law. She has been charged over $300 because of this. Who has that type of money to throw around and I strongly don't believe this money should be going towards a scamming company like JustFab. I will help my mother-in-law take action on this and I will be watching my credit card statements very closely!

    I also had a free $10 to JustFab. I went on the site and purchase a pair of shoes. I did not realize that my card was going to be charged monthly. I got charged 2 times and did not even realize it. I kept getting emails saying I had credits, so I decided to look into it and realized they had charged my card twice for $40 each time. I called and try to cancel and requested a refund but was told, "If you cancel, there will be no refund and no credit." I canceled anyways. I called my bank to cancel my card. When I logged into my account, I was able to use the 2 credits I had. I order 1 pair of jeans, and 1 pair of shoes to use up the credit but they are so cheaply made and huge on me, I had to return both and now I don't know what to do. I do not want/like anything from their site, but have an $80 credit, and they refuse to refund.

    I am a 35-y/o-male, and by mistake I came across this site, as I needed to buy a birthday present for a female friend.     My second unpleasant experience was after more than a month time, when I noticed that JustFab took £35 out of my bank account due to some subscribe option that I missed. The bank told me to contact JustFab and ask for a refund but I've been told that unfortunately it's irreversible and there's nothing they can do, unless I buy something. Which I found it outrageous. I told them that I am a male, who tried to surprise my friend and I end up with unpleasant experience, and for the fact that I am male and not planning to purchase every month a pair of shoes, I should be refund the £35. But then she kept saying that there's nothing she can do and she feel sorry for my unpleasant experience and whoever I might talk it will give me the same answer.

    I found the site as a rip off. Looks like they take advantage of people. On the other hand, I don't understand why the site is fixed on the option to subscribe. Why is not on the option not to subscribe? There's definitely a rip off. I'm gonna take this matter of fact to Small Court Cases, Citizen Advice Bureau and they will help me get my money back. I have noticed that 9 out of 10 feedback are negative. Seems that this particular site is just after customer's money not after customer's satisfaction. However, I am spreading my unpleasant experience with JustFab to every female friend I will come across, to make sure they won't live the same experience.

    I first saw an ad for JustFab on Facebook. It had what SEEMED to be an amazing deal, so I signed up on two separate accounts. What I wasn't aware of was that as soon as you sign up, they charge you $39.95 for every month that you do not "skip." I ended up with FOUR "credits" which all cost me $39.95 because I didn't know that they signed me up to be a "VIP" member.

    As soon as I noticed the multiple charges to my credit card, I called JustFab - not only did it have me hold for over 40 minutes (!), the lady told me they could not refund me any of my money. NONE OF IT. The sales representative was so rude and unsympathetic. If I didn't still have credits with them, I would have cancelled my account by now! I do not recommend this website at all. It's a scam and they make money off the fact that they know people will forget to "skip" a month.

    Once you put in your credit card info (even to just buy one pair of shoes one time) they will charge your account every single month. After a while you get added up credits which is one month billed that you did not use. I found the shoes, bags, jewelry, and even clothing to be cheaply made. All shoes I have bought hurt my feet, or are too tight around the ankles. I don't have the skinniest of ankles, but they aren't fat either. They're average. You'd think a shoe would fit the average ankle.

    On to my next point. When I get fed up with all of my handbags falling apart, and getting blisters on my feet, I called to cancel. You don't have the convenience to cancel online because they try to sucker you into staying with the company over the phone. Even though your poor feet are in pain. After 20 minutes of saying "I want to cancel my membership", and "no thank you, just cancel my membership please" my account finally got deactivated. And the "fashion consultant" made me feel pretty ** about it. I lost many credits, and frankly I do not care.

    I saw a JustFab commercial and I saw some really cute boots and I was like 'Ooh, let me check out' and then I went on their site and I ordered a ton of shoes. It's pretty easy to find the style I was looking for. Aside from the commercial, my best friend also showed me some of her shoes and I was like 'Ooh, I'll look at that' so I signed up with JustFab. And by being a member, I get good deals. I haven't been on JustFab in a while but I know that every Friday they have deals and different stuff going on. And they have excellent customer service. whenever I have questions I just send a message to someone and they would like pop right on and answer.

    JustFab is great. I love the site. I love the options that they have, the stylists and everything. I love that I can opt out each month and if I don't opt out, it would charge it to my account but that credit is available for me. If I receive the shoes and I don't like them, I can send them back. I've been a member for maybe 2 or 3 years now and I like the customer service that they provide. Everything about their customer service, the ease of use in accessing the website and being able to find the shoes. I like having the stylist and the new shoes and purses. Now they have clothes. It's just one-stop shop. I love it.

    I have had a favorite purchase, a green purse that I bought about a year ago. I love it and I still use it to this day. I've had them for Christmas and this is probably the longest that I've used. My most present purchased was a pair of gold sandals but I have to send them back because I don't like the way they look on my feet. Although I have sent a product back, the ease of being able to send it back and having that credit be available and me being able to go back and buy something else is just great. Even though not every item is perfect to me, I still won't stop using it.

    I made an online purchase of shoes on March 24, 2014 for a one-time payment of $48.94 (order# **). Since then, JustFab has charged my credit card $39.95 four more times (April 14, 2014, May 6, 2014, June 6, 2014, and July 6, 2014) without my authorization for any services or purchases. Upon realizing these bogus charges and calling them on Wednesday, July 30, 2014, they could not provide any reasonable explanation, nor willingness to refund and stop future charges.

    Interestingly enough, three weeks after this purchase, two other companies I had never heard about started to charge my credit card every month - Freeshipping.com for $12.97, and TLG Buyers Advantage for $16.99. My suspicion/haunch is that these other two scam companies received my credit card information from JustFab Inc. In my experience, no legitimate and viable business would engage in such dubious practices. The number of complaints on this site or BBB.ORG and other similar sites speaks volume about the nature of this company.

    I cannot tell you how furious I am with this website. I have told so many people to use it in the past but over the past 6 months or so I have encountered SO many issues. I ALWAYS skip the month. I am a member of several similar websites and do all of them together. I have been charged several times despite skipping the month. And it always gives you an annoying survey as to why you are skipping and it wants you to re-take their quiz. When I call to cancel the account, you HAVE to call there is no other option, they all but refuse.

    I am given excuses like "if I close your account I cannot refund you" and they constantly try to talk you out of the refund or closing your account. THEY COMPROMISE MY DEBIT CARD AS WELL AS MY HUSBAND'S. We have both received calls from our banks to inform us our cards have been compromised. Their shoes are not very good quality either. I will NEVER use this site again and I want to warn other people as well. I already informed everyone on my Facebook and will continue to tell everyone about this sketchy "company".

    I had a free $10 to JustFab so I went on the site and found a pair of heels and they did a half off your first item so it would only end up being $10 including shipping. Then I wondered why I was a "VIP" after not doing anything so I read the "VIP" membership and you get charged $40 a month for some stuff automatically. So I ordered the shoes and called to cancel my membership and they were weird on the phone and tried to talk me out of it like 50 times which I expected but they were especially bad. They finally ended up cancelling it and they cancelled my shoe order as well. They seemed SKETCHY - I would highly recommend not buying from them. I am going to watch my bank like a hawk.

    In September of 2013, I purchased a pair of shoes from JustFab Uk. I never received these shoes and when I requested a refund - Just Fab had the audacity to ask me to follow the usual return process, and to return the goods..... Needless to say I replied to the email stating that I do not have the items to RETURN! Despite never receiving the goods, AND emailing Justfab to cancel my account - I have been charged 10 payments of £35. More fool me for not going over my internet banking with a fine tooth comb...

    I have requested a refund and just fab are making it very difficult indeed. I’m hoping that due to the emails I have from them contradicting themselves, that I have a strong case for a FULL refund. The customer service adviser emailing me states 'Until you buy your first pair of shoes there is no action required on your part. Nothing is billed even if don't you skip the month. Once you make your first purchase you do need to take some sort of action in your account between the 1st and the 5th of the month, whether it's buying another pair, asking for a second selection, or skipping the month.' - this is all very well and good except the fact that I did not receive any goods from JustFab! I am hoping this means they are breaching the contract, and have my solicitor looking into it for me.

    Please do not sign up to this company. I certainly do not have the time to 'skip a month' EVERY month. I wish I had never came across this immoral money grabbing company - and will be contacting any blogger/newspaper that will listen!

    I chose to purchase from JustFab for the price, the convenience and the shipping. It was very easy for me. I didn't like going through all the steps to get there but once you went through all the steps to pick your style - you have to set aside 30 minutes to do the start-up - it was good.     I purchased from JustFab because they were having a special at the time I found them on the internet. It was all $39.95 and free shipping. The ease of finding the style you want depends on what you are looking for. I'm into boots so I tend to wait during the fall season because they have a huge collection of boots. I'm 6 foot tall and it sucks because lots of times they have huge platform styles. I always look for something flat or something not as high as those platform styles. I also took advantage of having 2 pairs for $39. And I like the fact that they offer wide, high sizes. They offer sizes 10 and 11. My only one complaint about them is that you have to log in every month or you might double charge your card if you don't. It is so annoying. I don't like that. Me and my mom have an account and she's not computer literate so I have to log out and then I have to log into hers. I have to remind myself every month. It's inconvenient.

    I have ordered some items on www.justfab.com and after I received my items I have noticed that on my bank account for these items Justfab has been taking $39.95 per month out of my account. I sent emails telling them that it was unauthorized transactions, but nothing was changed. After this I used live chat given on the website and I told them that I want to cancel my account. They told me that they can not cancel my account (!!!!!).

    I used to like their shoes but for a while now, I haven't ordered anything. I pretty much ordered one pair each month for a good while and then if I did skip it then I would order 2 the next month. I started not to like the styles as much and the shoes seem to not last that long since I'm rough on my shoes. There are plenty of shoes that I do not want to throw away because I like them and there are couple of shoes that I didn't care for how they fit.     I was in the same situation, but successfully managed to get back the full amount of £420. I did this by sending 3 emails. I sent one to Paypal telling them that I did not consent to these fraudulent transactions, and two to Justfab. I purchased some shoes from JustFab last 21 July 2013. I checked my online banking account last week (July 2014) and noticed that JustFab have been taking £35 per month out of my account since then (total £420). After speaking to JustFab they insisted that I am a member of a "VIP" Club which costs £35 per month to be a member of.

    I disputed their claim, I never agreed to be a member of their VIP Club. I asked them why I have never received any confirmation informing me that I am a member of a scheme, either through email or post. They said that they didn't have my correct email address but on checking my emails I found that they did have my correct email address and had been sending me regular offers and junk mail since 9/12/2013 but no mention of me being part of a scheme against my will, or giving me the opportunity to opt out. They also lied about the amount of money they had taken from my account, they said it was only £385 not £420. They also apologized and said they would refund me £210 but that I would have to accept the rest of the money they had stolen from me in the form of shoes or clothing!

    The facts are, that I did not agree to these transactions, there was no credit agreement signed or in place, no confirmation that they were going to take the money. No cooling off period. No goods or services received for the money they have taken. The fact that they had offered to pay half of the money back and the other half in goods was an admission of guilt and I think this company is dishonest and devious. I had spoken to my bank and they had launched an investigation. I have also reported this matter to the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) and Trading Standards. I was also considering reporting this issue to the Police and the FSA. After speaking to Paypal and sending them an email, and also sending 2 emails to JustFab all of the money was refunded back on to my credit card by Paypal.

    As many as the rest of the comments, this website it is such a scam. If you want to buy, please REFRAIN. Their customer service is the worse thing I have ever seen, rude, helpless. I want to cancel my membership but they do not allow to do so because obviously their lines are TOO BUSY. Such a lie, they just want to keep you waiting and hang up, not do so. I just got my shoes, I do not even like them as they are not as they seem but I won't even bother to return them. I just want to cancel the membership, I get the hell out of there.

    Let's see how long it takes to me to contact them but I have already contact my lawyer to sue them and If someone does not contact me or I get to do it myself, I will start a legal action. They are treating us as a fools. Now I understand how they get the money to advertise on TV by people's money.     JustFab is fabulous. It's great. I like the shoes and bags. My favorite purchase so far was a reversible purse. Very easy find the style I'm looking for and the prices are very good, reasonable. Also every first week of the month they send me shoes and bags that I might like, so I don't have to go and look for things and just make it easier for me. I last purchased a pair of boots about a month ago. But those boots, I returned. The boots were great but when I tried them on and I saw myself in the mirror, I didn't like them. But my friend bought them and they looked really good on her, not on me.

    I heard about the JustFab shopping website known for their 2 pairs of shoes for $39.95. When I checked the page I loved all of their different styles and bright colors. So I purchased the 2 shoes for $39.95, having to enter information like email and create a membership. I received the shoes in the mail, neither of the shoes fit or truly looked like the online image. I tried getting on the Website for Return directions... Couldn't find any so I called the customer service. They informed me the Buy One Get One CANNOT BE RETURNED. I was upset but I wasn't going to fool with it anymore.

    A couple months later, my credit card statement says $39.95 TWICE so I immediately called the customer service to see what the charges were!!??? They informed me that the JustFab membership was a monthly fee of $39.95. I asked if it could be refunded because I wasn't even happy with my earlier purchase. She said NO REFUND. So now I am out $120 and very upset with this scam. I would have tried the site again if it didn't do this to me but I will NEVER recommend JustFab to anyone.

    Ordered a pair of boot from JustFab. When they arrived they came with a California Proposition 65 warning saying that the product contains chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. Needless to say, I returned them. When I called JustFab to complain about this warning (and cancel my membership immediately), I was told someone would contact me about my complaint. Never received a call back. I'm not even sure if my complaint was recorded as valid.

    This company produces cheap products and sells for probably quadruple the worth. Also JustFab tries to lock you into your membership by not allowing online cancellation. You have to call the 1-800 number and sit on hold for 10 minutes only to talk to a machine for another 10 before you can get a live person. I am livid with this business practice.

    I say poor service but actually - I've received NONE! I have tried contacting Just Fab approximately 30 - 40 times over the last 20 days and have received no reply. I have emailed, tried to contact them using online service and called them up a LOT and had no response/ luck getting through to anyone. I am trying to get 2 items refunded that were purchased/delivered on 5th July. I contacted them on 7th July and had no luck getting through via phone/ online chat. I then sent an email explaining I needed a refund (the online returns system would not let me process this, it kept referring me to the customer services line), or my online option was to change the size/color of the item I had just purchased.

    I currently have a large box of perfectly good stuff sitting in my house that I just want rid of, and am now concerned I am over the 14 days return policy. This is not my fault, I have made every attempt possible to meet this requirement. After trying again today to contact them via telephone I received an automated voice message saying that they are 'closed for holidays'.

    I am currently waiting on a £60 refund... how do I make this happen? I can't even have Hermes come and collect the items due to the restrictions online that keep referring me to the CS line. Someone please help/contact me, it's driving me bonkers... such poor service from what was actually a good business concept. Not acceptable.

    I've been a member of JustFab probably 3 years now and have taken advantage of the buy one get one free special offer, sort of getting 2 for the price of 1. I like that they have different styles, looking at the inventory, and that it's easy looking for the styles that I wanted. I also like the fact that I didn't have to choose from what you choose for me. I also got to look around into your stock as well.

    They're very good quality and the price is good. The last purchase I made was a pair of heels about a year ago (because I got pregnant and I haven't been wearing any more heels and I don't really like flats so I haven't ordered) but I love all shoes I've purchased so far. I actually keep them all in boxes. I have them all lined up in my closet with the boxes.

    When I signed up for the site I did not realize I would be billed each month. I also mistakenly signed up twice. When I noticed two charges for $39.99 without ordering anything, I called customer service and they let me know that I had paid 3 months for each account for a total of $239.94. When I asked to cancel and if they could refund, they would only cancel and refund one account. Now I am stuck with 3 shoe credits that I do not want on the other account that cost me $119.97 which is very upsetting. I wish I had researched JustFab more closely before trusting them. Never again.

I have sent a email to cancel membership, but seeing some reviews below I am concerned that my credit rating may be affected if it isn't dealt with correctly.     I ordered shoes from Justfab when they were buy one get one free. That seemed like a great deal. They sent me emails the following months and I didn't like any of the selections so I skipped. The buy one get one deal came back, so I ordered some more. Then I started noticing the 39.95 charges to my credit card. I hadn't ordered anything and did not know what was going on. I checked the site and I had an $80 credit and there was a clearance sale going on so I figured.. Well they already took $80.00 from me, I might as well use it to get some new shoes.

    I put some in my cart, went to check out.. and was given the option to either get the discounted rate or use my "credits" to purchase 2 pairs of shoes. What?! They now wanted to charge me $39.95 for shoes that they are advertising for $14.95? How does that make any sense??!! I called customer service and was told that there was nothing they could do and that they can only credit me back $39.95 but the remainder of my money would stay in the account as a "credit". This is a very shady business practice and I am highly disappointed. I was more than willing to purchase more shoes from them but not for more than the site was advertising!

    This is the worst online company I have ever dealt with. I tried to cancel membership but they continue to withdraw $39.99 each month (7 times). They won't refund anything. Even if I wanted to use my"credits" the items available are of such poor quality that it's impossible. In addition you will end up paying more money for shipping and taxes. Complete rip-off.

    I created the account in my name but used my sister's card because I had no money, it was only a one off purchase so she did me a favor. When I was going through the registration and payment it was like any other website I have used, with no obvious catches to using their company. I would pay £35 to JustFab and that would be it because of how simple it was. Yet 4 months on, my 14 year old sister has learned they have taken over £100 from her. I have received no emails from JustFab whatsoever. Nothing indicating that monthly payments were being taken, how is that not possible if I am not even receiving products or being told of any kind of benefits?? I am furious that it is not made crystal clear that you are automatically entered into a membership when you are simply doing one transaction! I have not been on the website since the initial transaction, why was I not contacted by the company? Is it not strange that there is no activity on a membership that is being paid for?

    The company would have full knowledge and have not contacted me to find out why this is. That is customer service at its worse. If I had received an email the next month about payment then I would have been able to cancel immediately. My sister is young so I feel terrible when I see her so heartbroken when she was only doing me a favor. She works incredibly hard for her money and feeling like she has been robbed just isn't fair. JustFab is a shambles and I certainly won't be keeping it to myself just what I think of their hidden terms and conditions.

    Don't get me wrong, I love the product. I have found some of my favorite shoes through JustFab. However, their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I signed up probably 3 or 4 years ago. After a year or two, I needed to cut my budget and I tried to cancel my membership. When I called to do so, I was on hold for over an hour. I gave up, and kept trying daily. I never got through to a customer service rep. That was years ago. I had to call my bank and let them know what happened so that I could not get charged anymore. Oddly, they randomly started charging my account again. I had 3 member credits, so I ordered some shoes (I mean, I paid for them). I continued trying to call and email to cancel my membership, but it was to no avail. All I want is to no longer be a member of this horrendous company.

    I’ve been a member of JustFab for several years. I like being able to shop at home. I don’t have to go to the stores. They have a lot of different selections and it's easy to just go there and pick up. It’s not difficult at all. If I know what I want, I don’t have such a problem.     I decided to go with JustFab as I have tried the other company and I didn't like their sizes, they weren't true to size. It's not difficult to find the style of shoes

    you want at JustFab and they always have different selections of shoes, which is cool. And even though my boutique is set at a certain thing, I can always change it up. I've been a member for over two years. I've been spending so much money and getting that free pair because of all the credits that you receive. I enjoy that.     I have been with JustFab for only a couple months. I only purchased 2 pairs of shoes which I wasn't too thrilled with as they had scuffs already in them but were still cute. Every month I have skipped as I hadn't found anything else I liked. Unfortunately I forgot to skip in July and was charged $39.95. Again I found nothing I like so I decided to call to cancel and request a refund. The customer service rep was beyond annoying. I had to ask 10 times to cancel, which I find absolutely irritating. I have never worked with a company where I had to repeat myself so many times. At one point he told me he got an authorization to refund my money but then informed me I had to stay a member to receive it. I then asked if I could then call and cancel after my refund and was basically told I couldn't. After a very frustrating call I told him to just keep my money and cancel my service. That is no way to do business. I have never worked with a company that wouldn't give your money back if canceled. I have to say this is the worst company I have ever done business with and will make sure to inform anyone I know that thinks of trying them out to think again.

    I cancelled my VIP membership after almost a year, and I had several months where I had forgot to "skip", so I had $319.60 built up in credits that I assumed after cancelling I would receive. In chatting online today, I was informed that this will not be that case and that I will never see that money again. I went back over terms and conditions and NEVER saw where that was the case and had I known, I would NEVER have signed up with this company.     I signed up for a membership because it seemed like I was getting a great deal on shoes, however I was totally wrong. I ordered two pairs of shoes to begin with, one broke apart within two months and the other cut up my feet so bad I can't wear them. I should have cancelled my account right then and there, however I did not realize initially that there was a monthly charge of $39.95 whether or not I purchased anything. They do give the option to skip the month, but you have to remember to log on to your account with the first few days of the month in order to do this and I missed a few months and ended up with 3 credits for $39.95.

    When I called to cancel, the rep informed me that they couldn't refund the money, which is infuriating because it's my money that I did not intend to spend. After hanging up (after a frustrating conversation with customer service) I thought I would just use the credits up (since I already spent the money) then call to cancel. So far I bought one pair of boots, as there is nothing else on the site that I have any interest in purchasing. They do not allow you to use the credits for lesser priced items (for example, 4 items at $9.95) so I feel like I'm stuck. Dealing with this company has been awful, and reading other reviews, a lot of others have had the same sort of issue. This is a terrible way to do business and I cannot wait to be done with JustFab.

    My wife used my credit card to make a purchase on Justfab.com back in May. But Justfab charged my card for $39.95 in June and again this month even though neither my wife nor I did not purchase anything from them. So I called Justfab to dispute the charge, but I was told that they automatically charge my credit card every month for a VIP membership unless the "skip this month" option is chosen at the beginning of each month. I demanded a refund because I never got anything back for the money they charged me and my wife did not want to buy anything from them using the "store credit". However, not only that the customer service representative firmly refused to issue a refund, but she recommended that I file a dispute with my credit card company. They charge their customers like VIP members, but hardly treat them like VIP members. I expect to see a class action lawsuit being filed against this company in the foreseeable future regarding their automatic monthly charges (without reminding their "VIP members" before each charge), but they would have made plenty of money from this unethical business practice by then.

    The heat of today’s stuff -- best part about being a member! My experience has been good so far and I haven't had any problems with them. I have been a JustFab member several years and it's been easy finding the style of shoes that I wanted. However the quality I may have to score low, because most of my stuff ends up falling apart, but for $39?? you know, it’s one of those things...

    My favorite purchase so far (even though they fell apart) is a pair of shoes. They’re a little black shoes that had open-toe but it went across like the top of your foot but had holes on it that zipped up – loved them! But it’s been a while since I last purchased an item (because my husband, bless his heart, has been incapacitated - he had an arterial blood clot so I had to be quite conservative) and it was a little clutch purse, a little back purse, that I purchased 6 or 7 months ago.

I have contacted consumer affairs and am taking this to the small claims court and will get my money back.     Ordered 2 shoes a month ago!! And it didn't come. Got in contact with them many times for them to finally 'conclude' that my order was not even shipped! I was livid!! Still waiting for my refund.     I ordered a pair of suede knee high boots. This was my first time ordering from JustFab. They arrived damaged with the inner soles not glued down properly so the shoe was unwearable. I wasn't even able to try them on and was incredibly disappointed. After many emails to JustFab asking if the boots could still be exchanged as they were in limited quantity on the site, I still have not heard back. Out of frustration, I just took them in to be repaired. I thought I was getting a deal on these boots but instead ended up having to spend more money. Besides my shoes being damaged, now that I can actually try them on, the boot is narrow in the foot and very wide and unflattering in the leg. Overall, I am disappointed and will definitely be cancelling my subscription.

    I've been a member for at least three years. They're one of the first ones doing what they do. There were other companies that have come up since then, but it just seemed like it's the original. And because I love shoes and the value seems pretty good... and having a selection and stuff, I went with it. A couple of times I've gone with the sales that they had -- the two pairs of flats for the price of one pair of shoes and also the little freebies that you earn by purchasing so many pairs of shoes. And I've had a couple of fun little things.

    I don't get to go out and go shopping a whole lot. I have two children and they usually are a handful when I'm trying to be up and about, so it's nice to be able to do it in the convenience of my house. Plus it's pretty easy to find the styles I'm looking for. Usually my choices are geared to the things that I liked originally, and if I don't like what is in my boutique, I can search just throughout the website and find other things.

    All of the shoes that I've bought have been good and the couple of times that I had to make returns, they've been easy. Very easy to make that happen. So my experience with JustFab has been very positive - great selection of shoes and great customer service!

    I called Justfab customer service on 11-07-2014 to cancel my account, as I was not comfortable paying a membership fee and I am leaving UK therefore my bank account will be invalid anyway within the next month. I received a cancellation code and when I log in to the account I can also see my account has been cancelled. However, on 16-07-2014, I have yet again been charged with £35 without even a credit to be used on the account, which I have been explained, and has been explained on your site and by the customer service agent Joy I spoke with would be the case.

    I am outraged and feel cheated. I have been in touch with my bank already, and they have raised a complaint, and will look into the matter (also, apparently, it is not the first time they have had to go after Justfab - they receive continuous complaints concerning the same issue), as well as they have now blocked the Justfab completely therefore no further charges can go through even if they would try. I have never received such careless and insensitive, untrustworthy customer service in my life - and I work in customer service! Shame on them.

    I haven't had any issues with JustFab at all. I have been a member for a while. I happened to see JustFab and I was into buying a lot of shoes. I saw a really cute pair of shoes and I was like, "Oh, cool." I like the fact that it was a shoe club that would allow me to buy shoes when I wanted to. Also, everything was the same price. They've made some addition to that but still, everything is still the same price. There's no shipping and handling, and free shipping and handling if I needed to return something which was really nice. I could skip a month if I didn't want to make a purchase or didn't see anything that I didn't like.

    I joined JustFab about 5 years ago, before it came on TV. I was online and I was just searching through the web and it popped up. So I started looking at the website and I really liked the shoes. The quality of the items is great and finding the styles of shoes you're looking for is very easy. Last thing I bought was a pair of 6-inch cork-like shoes. There are some little black leather booties, 4 inches high, which I like because you can wear them with anything.

    If you don’t like something, you can just say you don’t like it, and then you can pick out different shoes. Or they ask, “What are you looking for?” Then you can tell them what you’re looking for, and they’ll send you a new pair. I like the fact that there’s really no hassle. If it doesn’t fit or if it hurts, you can call them and they will let you return. It doesn’t cost anything to return it, or they can get you a different size. Plus they do “two for $39” sometimes, which I really like.

    I have invited some of the girls in the barber shop that I manage to visit the JustFab site. I know they also like shoes.

    I liked the quality that I saw at JustFab so I decided to purchase from them. I used it not necessarily thinking that it was going be one of my number one shopping opportunities but it turned out that way. Although I was always very pleased with what I generally ordered, it was a little frustrating in the beginning because you can only view the specific inventory that’s sent to you. But now JustFab allow people to view the entire inventory and even kind of expanding search options. I really like those options now.

    My favorite part of being a member is that I can shop online. I don't have to go through stores. I also take advantage of a lot of the promo options in terms of the sale inventory. I use Justfab for gift shopping for my sister and my mom and then I get points for those purchases. Around the holidays, I will always give them stuff because they always compliment my handbag or my shoes.

    I recommend it to all my friends. I think that every single person I’ve ever recommended it to become addicted to the website as well. I love pretty much everything I buy from Justfab. I love that they have a lot of cocktail dresses right now, and I would love to see their swim lines in advance.

    I found JustFab’s website on the computer, so I checked it out. I liked the variety of shoes they had and it was very easy finding the styles that I wanted. I’ve been a member for quite some time now, and I still get shoes from them all the time. Last month, I ordered two pairs of shoes. I’m a shoeaholic so it has worked out nicely for me. I love the convenience.

    The quality of the items I’ve purchased is excellent. And if there are ever any problems, they do free returns or exchanges. But I’ve never had any issues or problems with them at all. I have a VIP status on JustFab, so I get free magazines and I receive points. They offer different things that you could get with those points, and I take advantage of those.

    I have been trying to close this account for months. I bought a pair of boots and although I love them they did not hold up. The first week, the front of the sole came loose. A few months later I notice a billing on my card for Just Fab. I log in and find out I have been billed for VIP status. I look for a way to get some jeans for my credits. They do not have my size in stock in any style I would wear. I call to cancel and see about a refund. The girl was nice enough but she said she could only refund one month not two. I decided to try and cut my losses and said, "Ok, just get me out of this mess."

    A few months later... I am still be charged. I message Just Fab and am told I have to call. I tell her no. I want a paper trail I have already tried this. She is sorry but I have to call. I call but am left on hold for almost 25 minutes. I never spoke to anyone. I try again to message. I get a message saying I must call and the CSR hangs up the chat before I can respond. I send an email and am told I am not being charged and I can just call. I reiterate I am being charged and calling is no longer an option because I cannot trust it will be resolved. I receive another email telling me to call. I do not want to be on hold again. I do not want to be told you cannot refund my credits. I just want my money back. I do not want to contact the Attorney General or cancel my bank cards. Someone please explain why this cannot be resolved in writing?

    I'm a shoe addict and when I saw the commercial and I saw a pair that I liked, I got on the website to find out and got 4 pair of shoes and have been a member ever since. The delivery had been extremely fast. I've gotten a pair that don't fit and they sent a new pair immediately. It's been great. I've never had a problem with shipping and handling or anything like that, and the shoes fit most of the time. There’s a pair of sandals that I got, the Aphrodite sandals. I got them at least three years ago, and they’re not falling apart. They’re still very comfortable and I wear them everyday to work. And my last purchase was the Magic Kingdom. It's a purse that I use everyday. Everything is great. If I ever have a question, calling customer service is not difficult or complicated. It's just very easy to get along and they're very helpful.

    I bought a pair of boots in November 2013. On completion of the details on the site, I thought I had only bought the boots....however I have discovered on Monday that $35 has been taken every month since for a so called VIP membership, a membership I had no idea at all I had joined. The total taken from my credit card is $280.00. Following two lengthy phone call I have, has $140 refunded however a refusal to refund any more. I have of course cancelled the membership that I didn't know I had!!! I am really disgusted at how customers are conned into the membership and all the various JustFab Facebook pages from France to UK to us are covered with comments from people who have been scammed in the same way. So to summarize my complaint is how the site works and the refusal to refund all my money.

    I purchased from Justfab because I like the ease of being able to get shoes or purses, and they have free shipping. They have a lot of pluses to it. Finding what I like is not too terribly difficult. But I have more trouble with the shoes because they’re all extremely high-heeled and I’m not really into that high of a heel. They don’t have a very big selection of just like 3-inch or 2.5; it’s all 4-inch and up.

    I also like getting new things every month as a member. I’ve also gotten several bonus points, so I’ve used those to purchase things. I’ve occasionally purchased on some of their sale items, but mostly getting the freebies from the bonus points is good. The quality of the items was excellent. They’re very easy to return. I haven’t had to return too many, but I’ve gotten a couple that I could not wear. A lot of people comment on my purses and I tell them where I get them. They've been fabulous. I’ve recommended them a lot.

    I got into JustFab because I was interested in buying a lot of shoes. Looking for the shoes I wanted was fairly easy. My favorite part of being a member is that they give out well, they have good shoes, and they also give out perks for people that have been long-time members and purchase a lot of things. They have special offers like buy one, get one free or 50%. The quality of their shoes is pretty good. If I could recommend anything, a little bit more cushion would be great.

    My favorite purchase was a pair of a pair of wedges. I would recommend them if I was back in the states all the time but I’m not so I didn’t have time to go and cancel every month. That was the only downfall to me. If they would implement some sort of freeze or account hold until a certain period that would be wonderful.

    I ordered shoes from JustFab in June 2014 and after receiving the shoes, the quality was not good at all. However I decided to keep them and perhaps use them once in a blue moon and never order from them again. Today, July 15, 2014 I looked at my credit card statement and found that I was charged $39.95. I called the company because I knew I had not placed any orders and found out that because I'm supposedly a VIP member, I will be charged $39.95 a month even when I don't place any orders. The customer service rep told me that if I was to remain a member that they would give me a credit because you are allowed to skip a month but if you don't place any orders you will continue to be charged $39.95 every month whether you purchase or not.

    Well, needless to say I became very angry and frustrated and asked to have my account closed and have the charge refunded but all the customer service person kept telling me is, "well, I can't refund your money because I closed out your account and you are no longer a VIP customer". I will never order anything from JustFab ever again and don't want nothing to do with them because in order for you to order shoes from them you must be a member and when you're a member you have to order shoes every month because you will be charged $39.95 regardless. I will continue getting my shoes from DSW since I have been with them 4 years and have never encountered any problems and I'm not forced to order shoes every month.

    My daughter ordered a pair of shoes from JustFab in March this year and I authorized her to do so as she does not have her own bank account (being a student). I had no reason to think JustFab were any different to other companies which trade online and so I expected there would be a one-off payment taken out of my account. Imagine my shock when I discovered that two lots of $35 were being taken every month from my account and it gets worse! Upon investigating my bank statements I made the awful discovery that JustFab had taken $35 from my account going back to September 2013. On questioning my daughter it seems that she had ordered a bag last September for college, using her own email address. Because she entered my email address on the second transaction, we have both been treated as VIP members and too lots of membership fees taken from my account without my knowledge or my authorization!

    My daughter and I were totally unaware that this company operated in this way and they certainly do not make it obvious. To my mind this is theft as they have taken in total $490 from my account since September. I have tried to ring the company and have been unable to contact them and this is the reason why I have decided to share my cautionary tale. Do not use this company unless you want to end up bankrupt. I intend to seek a refund from them and If the company does not refund me this sum then I intend to open a direct debit dispute via my bank.

    I returned an item in May and was advised that my monies would be refunded within 2wks of JustFab receiving the returned item. The item was collected by courier company and returned to JustFab (confirmed). I thought I would allow enough time to pass before checking my bank account! No refund I hasten to add! I again contacted JustFab and after the sincere sounding apology, advised that I would be refunded within 3-5 days. It is now mid July and as yet my refund has not been credited back to my bank account. I again for the umpteenth time have contacted customer service and have now been told that my refund will be credited back to my account in guess what 3 - 5 days!!!     I wrote another review about JustFab on this site, on this same topic about a week ago. After the headache of talking to the first customer service agent that was no help and hung up on me, I called back and spoke to an agent that thoroughly cared about customers. At the time she informed me she could only refund back one credit that was charged to my account. (In a nutshell, I had been charged for 4 months total after having called and cancelling said VIP membership.) I was disappointed, but had decided to call back the following days and get refunded for the remaining credits as well. Thankfully I didn't have to.

    I received emails that my VIP membership was being canceled, and I was refunded for all remaining credits. I'm assuming that this one thoughtful customer service agent had something to do with this, but I will never be sure. Originally I gave Just Fab 1 star (because 0 stars was not an option) but now that the headache has been relieved, I am truly satisfied. Thank you again mystery female customer service representative!

    I recently purchased a pair of shoes from Just Fab at the cost of £17.50 which was refunded with no difficulty when I found out they were faulty. I recently saw that £35 had left my account which was not authorised by myself. When I rang the helpline, they stated that I am a VIP member and have agreed for £35 to be taken out of my account every month. I therefore immediately cancelled my account with them; however, they are unable to give me a cash refund as they are no longer available. Upon researching the company I have found several complaints similar to mine and no refund given. Even though I am unable to use the credit given as the size of my feet isn't suited to their shoes.

    I was unaware about the membership and the charges that apply. There was also no emails confirming my membership nor any reminders about the direct debit set up by Just Fab. While on the phone the operator spent 12 minutes trying to persuade me from cancelling my account even though I specifically stated I wanted it cancelled. I feel like I've been scammed as none of these details were displayed on the main page of the website. Also when the option came up to order my shoes I clicked pay as you go rather than membership; however, that seemed invalid when I mentioned it.

    I love shoes a lot; that's why I signed up for JustFab. It's pretty easy to find the shoes I wanted. They have the categories broken down pretty good. I've been a member for almost two years and they send me the styles each month. I can go through it and that kind of shortens my shopping time. Also, I had put something on my wish list and they did a special where if you bought anything that was in your wish list, you got an extra 20% off or something, so I like piled a bunch of stuff in there. I've also done the buy one, get one half off kind of deals.

    Actually, my last purchase has been a few months, but I bought knee-high boots. So for the most part, they're pretty good. The only time I had any issue was with a strap breaking, that little elastic part that kinda gives as you walk. And that just happens, so for the most part, they're pretty good. Very customer friendly. I recommend JustFab to a lot of my friends.

    Wanted to exchange a pair (my first JF purchase) of "Luxe" shoes, same style just different size. Gave the JF folks a call and they said no problem. We'll hold the size you want for 7 days and send them to you once we see that the others are on their way. I thought, "awesome! Why do these guys get so many negative reviews?" Well, the call was on the 21st of June. I sent the shoes on the 26th. On Friday (27th) I receive an email saying "yippie your shoes are on their way". It's now July 13th, I've yet to receive the shoes or any reason for the delay. I looked at my account only to find "pending" next to the order. Why send an email saying they've been shipped? To make it worse, they are evidently making a conscious effort to make bad on the return. As a look at the JF website show the shoes (style & size) are available for purchase and IN STOCK! Now I have to call these people and go through the hassle of cancelling (or trying). It's far more frustration than is warranted for some poor quality shoes.

    I had made a one-time purchase through Just-Fab in April 2014. And to my bewilderment, discovered that I was being charged monthly for $39.99. Upon immediate discussion with a saleswoman through Just Fab, I was informed that there would be no refund to my visa and that a credit would be applied instead. This was of no relevance for me, as I had already lost up to $120.00 and was still being billed monthly.

    After reviewing other reviews, it has become abundantly clear that faulty advertising, customer manipulation and fraud are common themes of JustFab!!! I WILL NEVER SHOP AT JUSTFAB. I am a highly dissatisfied customer who feels incredibly violated and manipulated financially. This was a horrible experience and has taught me to never shop online again. I will continue to advocate this incident to others so that a similar situation can be full avoided. I am seeking full refund of my money and immediately.

    My daughter sent me a link in December with a picture of a bag she liked from JustFab. I bought the bag and she was delighted. I didn't realize that when I became a 'member' I was signing myself up for 35 per month! I was investigating my PayPal account today and discovered that I'd been charged 245 over the last 7 months for nothing! I feel physically sick. No wonder I'm not clearing my overdraft. I've been on their website and studied the 'extremely small print' and find I have 7 credits for shoes. I have sent them an email and am waiting for an answer. I have requested a refund. Companies should not be allowed to operate like this. I buy many items online, I've never heard anything like it! So upset!

    I like the styles of JustFab shoes, it’s not something that everybody has. The selection is beautiful and the quality is pretty good. It’s very easy for me to find the styles of shoes I want. There are times when I do 5 purchases in one month and other times I skip a few months, but it varies. I just got a compliment on a bag that I purchased from them today, and I’m like, “Oh, it’s JustFab.” The quality does show. I do all my shoes from JustFab and I’ve bought a couple of dresses from JustFab and they’re nicely made. Their customer service is good overall. Recently, I did the pocketbooks buy one, get half price but when I got them I realized I had the same bags already but I didn't have the time to return one of them. But I got a thank-you watch and it’s beautiful. I was very surprised. I just had to change the band because I’m allergic to rubber but it’s a nice quality watch. JustFab is awesome.     Two years ago I signed with JustFab and it was easy to use and it just went from there. When it comes to finding the style of shoes I wanted, on a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being the hardest and 10 being the easiest, they're a ten. I love the free shipping and free returns and also the buy one get one free offers. As for quality, I've had a couple of shoes that break the second time or a piece that is missing out of a pair of shoes but other than that, most of them are really comfy. The only thing I have to complain about is there was one time I had to talk to someone there and it was a guy. He just kept spelling every single word wrong. It's not a huge deal but you're working for a company. You should at least talk in the right grammar and he didn't help me at all and I just ended the conversation.

    I was checking my bank statement when I noticed that each month there is a deduction of $39.95 monthly from justfab.com. I remember I purchased a pair of shoes for $10 for my daughter on December 2013. I clicked on VIP check-out thinking that being a member will give me quick check-out and updates on new arrivals. When I called customer service, I didn't know that being a VIP member, they will be charging me $39.95 a month (non-refundable)... Say what!!! VIP member on what... I understand about annual charges, say for credit cards, or monthly fees for country club membership or even homeowners association, but for cheap shoes... Seriously!!! The agent was giving me spiel of their membership rules... non-refundable crap. If she saw the last time I bought with their company, it was just one-time! She placed me on hold while I was sitting nervously. I am just relieved this fee was fortunately refunded completely. For future buyers, beware. Do not click on becoming a VIP member. You will be trapped not even knowing it!

    I was with ShoeDazzle before but they changed their policies. Then, I found JustFab online. I decided to become a member because it was more economical and they had nice shoes. They had a wide variety of styles, so it wasn’t hard looking for what I want. If you don't want to purchase shoes for the month, you can opt out of it, so you're not forced to consistently make payment. And the point system is really nice. You can get points, which you can use to purchase shoes. It's an incentive to you for purchasing from them.

    The quality is really nice. But I had one experience where it looked really nice online, then when I got it, the quality looks inferior. This happened last month when I purchased boots. That was the last thing that I purchased and I didn't like them. Last month also, I accidentally purchased two of the same type of boots. I communicated with customer service and they said they had cancelled what I had done, and it still happened that I still got the two similar boots. So customer service is another thing that I think they should work on. But there's no organization that's perfect. Over all, I’m very satisfied with JustFab.

    I was disappointed, but had decided to call back the following days and attempt to still be refunded. Thankfully I didn't have to. I received emails that my VIP membership was being canceled, and I was refunded for all remaining credits. Originally I gave Just Fab 1 star (because 0 stars was not an option) but now that the headache has been relieved, I am truly satisfied. Thank you for rectifying this situation in such a timely manner.

    I called JustFab today to ask why my checking account has been charged, even though I had called to cancel the VIP membership a few months prior. I was told that there was nothing that could be done. I asked to speak directly with a supervisor and while on hold I was "disconnected" (a.k.a hung up on). After calling back again I spoke to another associate that helped, but not quite enough. I was charged for 4 months worth of credits when I had thought my account was cancelled. I was refunded the worth of only one credit ($39.95). What about the other money?

    The products that I have received from JustFab are alright in quality, but nothing that you would willingly pay $39.95 for. I also own a pair of boots from said company that are cute, but have cheap construction and materials that stain your clothing while being worn. Of course I only found this out after wearing the product for a few hours. What is the point of wearing shoes that will ruin the clothing you are wearing?! There should at least be a warning on your products that have the likelihood of bleeding dye. A majority of other shoe and clothing manufacturers have similar cautionary statements. Just save your money rather than buying anything from this company. The few things that you might be interested in buying are not worth the money, or the headache of dealing with their customer service.

    My daughter has me to be pay for 2 pair of shoes - buy 1 get one free offer with JUSTFAB. I paid for them through my PayPal account. JUSTFAB continued to take money out of my account for 2 months before I realized and lost £70. PayPal explained it was because my daughter had signed a contract and that it was an agreement. PayPal have explained they will try and refund my money and that many people have had the same experience. Please beware this company is very underhanded and only after access to your bank account!

    I want JustFab to clarify their stance on whether they refund the money that they take out of your account if you do not use your credit! Whilst buying my first purchase, the lady on the phone DID not disclose the fact that I would have to pay 35 pounds monthly! It's recently that my fiance found out that his card was being charged every month by JustFab! Neither was I told about the 'skip the month' funda, because obviously the lady on the phone DID not clearly define what a VIP account would entail! Please revert back to me asap about the same.     I was actually going to discontinue my membership with JustFab. I was gonna draw a letter because all the shoes that I've bought, the majority of them I'm unhappy with, some I can't even wear. I have bought four pairs of boots, eight pairs of black, knee-length leather ones that I can't wear because they smell. I have bought eight pairs of thigh-high suede and I actually had to sell them because I couldn't air them out. I've sprayed perfume on them. I was unhappy to have spent that money.

    Some of my heels have broken and I don't wear those but maybe four times a month, each pair of them. I walk so much around at the office and I like to wear my flats. With some platforms that I have that I was actually gonna send back... when I walk, it's almost as if the shoes are about to break from the sound of it. So after those experiences, I haven't been buying any because I'm not happy. I don't know what caused the decrease in the way the shoes are made, but at this point, I just don't want to buy from JustFab anymore.

    I skipped the month when they sent me an email about a fall boot boutique, but they never even sent me a reminder email. Yet they still charged me on the fourth. The terms clearly states you have to skip before the fifth. I skipped on the second and was still charged! I contacted customer service and the first thing they said was is there anything else I can help you with? They refused to help me and said the problem wasn't on my end and made it look like I was stupid. The associate was rude and no help at all. I tried calling to cancel and was hung up on TWICE. Extremely frustrating and I hope they all have to endure the terrible customer service I have received.

You can get what you're looking for online rather than having to always go out to the stores. I liked it and I just kept buying from them because their products are good.     Overall, from the years that I've been shopping with JustFab, they've been wonderful. I did have a couple of issues a couple of months ago that I was not impressed with. I'd ordered a pair of shoes and they sent me an email for confirmation. And then I noticed when I checked on it that it was cancelled. I called and asked and they said, "We're out of stock." I said, "But nobody notified me of it. I should have gotten an email." They were like, "Sorry." I was like, "That's it? That's all?" I was irritated by the fact that most of them are just like, "Well, okay, that's it." They did say that they were going to, on the next purchase, give me expedited shipping for free, and that was fine.

    Then the shoes came back online and I ordered them and then there's an issue and I called. I called because I want to put on there that I won't be charged for it. They said I needed to call in and I did that. I was like, I'm gonna go ahead and cancel the order so I can get expedited shipping. In the process of her canceling the order, they were sold out. And she was like, "Sorry, you can't have them." "But I have them prior to you canceling this order." So I spoke to the manager on that one. I was not happy because this happened now twice. But the manager took care of it. She was able to secure my boots and then also compensated with some more points as well. So in the end I was okay when they got me to the point of I said, "Let me talk to your manager." Other than that, I actually had no problems.

    While I've never had any problems with the actual products, which were quite nice, dealing with customer service was a headache. I didn't receive my reminders before my credit card was charged, and wound up with 3 charges. When I decided I'd like to cancel my membership, I had to wait on hold for almost 15 minutes before I could talk to somebody (as you can't cancel your membership online), and then argue with the representative for another 15 minutes as to why I wanted to cancel. Then I asked for my credit card to be removed from my account, where I was told that it was not an option for them to do that. Very sketchy to me! I will never purchase from them again.

    Don't do business with this fraudulent company. They'll take any stolen card and allow major purchases without proof of anything. I just had my card compromised by this company and they would not discuss anything with me. When the bank called them to discuss situation they refused to be recorded and hung up.     I guess I'm considered an elite member of JustFab. I don't know what I did but all I know is that I've been buying shoes from them for the last five years. I was kinda upset at one particular time and I'm not buying any shoes from them because of the fact that they had this rule where you have to buy every single month. Well, there are months where I look at the shoes and I'm not really pleased with them so I don't buy, and there are other months when I get crazy and I end up buying like 5 to 6 pairs of shoes. I made it clear to let them know that if you're gonna treat an elite member special, you should give them an option as far as whether or not they wanna buy every month. Let's put it this way... I have a wall of shoes, that's how many shoes I have. I ended up going with somebody else and I ended up buying shoes someplace else. I don't know whether or not they've changed it.

    To be an elite member and not be given an option, that's not special. As a flight attendant, I'm not on a 9-to-5 job. I can be called at 2 or 3 in the morning and I'm expected to be there. I have a lot of friends and they wear shoes and they buy a lot of shoes at the spur of the moment. So they're missing the target here. I understand the multitudes are great when you have one pair of shoes per household per month, but the average household does not buy one pair of shoes a month, especially if there's only one female there and you buy it yourself. If you got a family, you buy for kids, you buy for yourself, you buy for everybody. So the concept of one a month is not there. That's where you need to kind of fix it.

    The last gentleman I had spoken to was so energetic, so helpful, and the thing about it, he listened to me by taking the time. Not only listening, he encouraged me and helped me find other pairs of shoes. If you get somebody who's excited and listening to you and not 'I got to read this script'... The lady that I had before that guy, she was like, "Thank you for..." and hung up. I was like really? I thought I was talking to a live person. So I skipped a month, skipped the next month, and when I came back and talked to them, I talked to this gentleman, and I ended up buying six pairs of shoes. That's customer service.

    I thought JustFab was a good deal and they had a lot of choices, lots of options and the free shipping each way so that I can switch it out without paying extra money with shoes. They have the products divided up by style or color. They have lots of different ways to search what you're looking for. I like the convenience. You get everything pre-picked for you. Everything's on trend and stylish and it's sent to you in a nice little email but you can still browse other things. You can shop in the middle of the night if you want to. I just got a package from them yesterday. I purchased a purse. They had a buy one, get one promotion going on so I got a purse and a pair of boots.

    The quality is very good, absolutely worth $40. It never looks cheap. I was afraid everything would look plastic and cheap and you get what you paid for kind of thing but everything I've had has worn well and held up well and it looks really nice. You can buy without fear of being stuck with something or having to pay $20 to get something returned. I like the style factor in that they are real fashion people with buyers and they've been to the runway shows and know what's coming up and people in the fashion world.

    I learned about JustFab through Google. I was buying cigar of the month for my husband and I decided to get the shoe of the month for myself. I've been a member for 4 years and my favorite part about being one is getting new shoes every month. It’s easy getting the style of shoes I’m looking for. Just last month I bought two pairs of heeled sandals, a pair of wedges and a pair of heels. But my favorite one I got a long time ago, about 3 or 4 years. It’s a pair of knee-high black boots.     I signed up for JustFab because of the prices of their bags and the shoes. Their selection was better than the other ones that I have been with before. Also, it was very easy to find the style of shoes that I wanted. I've been a member for about 3 years and I get to accumulate points for every purchase and I'm able to redeem those points for another credit or items I can purchase. I've used the free credits that they offer, too. I've been able to accumulate those. Also I got to purchase little items, shoe pads and things like that and the jewelry, too.

    My favorite purchase so far was this pair of black shoes with gold strands on the side. I love it. And my last purchase last month, I bought two pairs of shoes and the quality is really good.     Why do they have to make it so damn hard to cancel your subscription? You can't do it any other way than over the phone. I have tried about a dozen times to get through and each time I press 4 for cancellation, the call ends! When I tried instead to do this via the billing option 2, I was held in a queue for 5 minutes and then the call ended! Can't do it via Live Chat either... I won't be beaten though - I've cancelled the funding so they can't get any more money from me..
