I just found out that I was being charged £35 every month. I didn't choose to be your VIP member while I shopped for the 1st time with you. This is a trap and I only just found out from my bank statements and this has been going on for the last 4 months. I would appreciate if this would be refunded ASAP and all future payments be stopped.

This site/company is FULL OF **! They announce a buy one, get one free for $39.95 and when I went to their site, they even gave me a $10 coupon. When I was shopping for boots, the original price is $69 but with VIP price it shows that it's only going to be $19.98. So I was going to buy 2 pairs. When I was about to check out, I was going to be charged with full price for the other one because the 50% was only good for the first item. I called for customer service. I was given some lame explanation about how I didn't understood the promo! I would never waste my time or money for this scam!

Don't be tempted to order from the Just Fab. The shoes are horribly made and the company rips you off. They send a call tag if you need to return, however, they never actually credit your card back. I just had to close my account, and report them as making fraudulent charges on my account. KEEP AWAY from just fab!!!

You buy one pair of shoes from the website, are seemingly happy and then realize that they are going to charge your account DOUBLE THE PRICE of the shoe a month later. You get a Sassy representative who reads you an ungenuine spiel about sorry they are... and then offers you 100 rewards points. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. This is a scam. Do not buy from them assuming you can do a one stop shop deal. They sign you up for this crazy VIP membership and make you visit every month unless you want to be charged. Insane. Bad business. I'm a college student who pays for who own education and works and the last thing I need is to spend $40 month, which I had to work hard for, instead of studying. RIPOFF. Never shopping with them again, even though I truly liked the product.

I joined around 2011 and at first, I was quite delighted by the styles of shoes they offered and very happy with the customer service. They had most of the styles of shoes that I sought out. Also, when I called them with a concern, I spoke to a well-spoken agent who was quite accommodating and even gave me credit for a faulty pair of shoes with no requirement for a return. I was pleased with this program. However after a few orders, I noticed that all of the shoes and bags that I ordered began to fall apart within a few months of use. In fact, one pair actually ripped in half when I got a strap stuck on something while walking. The latest disaster was a pair of boots which I tried on for the first time, whose bottom sole detached from the rest of the shoe upon my stepping into it.
When I called customer service, it took an hour and 3 different calls with 3 different agents to finally rectify the situation, after much frustration and misunderstanding on the part of the agents. Each time I called, the line was disrupted by incredible noise, hurting my ear and preventing clear communication. Then suddenly, I was cut off. The second agent was clearly merely repeating the script she was trained to memorize. I asked what can be done about two shoes which fell apart and were unwearable. And 3 times she said these words, nearly verbatim: "I understand. I'm sorry that you've had trouble with your shoes. Unfortunately, there is no option for me to issue a return, since it's been longer than 30 days since your purchase." She said this 3 times to me. Then we got cut off again.
The final agent was able to issue the returns, after much misunderstanding on his part. I had to repeat my words to him several times, after we've moved on from the point that I made, under the assumption that he'd understood and responded to my comments and questions. It got to the point where I had to clarify my comments and the steps we took using the tone and vocabulary of a child in order to be sure that the correct actions were being taken. It's clear to me that communication and quality control of product and service are not priorities for this company. I am quite unhappy with my experience with it and would not recommend it to anyone.

I bought a pair of boots online. I was unaware that I would become a member and subject to a monthly fee. I have called customer service and never get an answer, only to be put on hold for up to 30 minutes. I want my acct with them cancelled. I am disabled and cannot afford a monthly club fee. I wanted a new pair of boots for winter. I ordered them and wanted to cancel my account right after. I don't have the time (or money) to be billed monthly or to remember to come back and skip a month. After waiting 60 minutes for a customer service rep, I was hung up on when I said I wanted to cancel my account. The live chat was also useless. If a company is going to make their customers sign up for a crappy membership, the least they could do is make canceling it easier!!! Absolutely ridiculous, horrible experience. I will definitely make sure all of my friends and family know to never use this website. ALL I WANT IS TO CANCEL THIS AWFUL ACCOUNT!!!!

I think JustFab is absolutely RIDICULOUS. Their concept of "VIP member" is extremely misleading. If I could, I would tell anyone out there to never join their VIP regardless of how much sale you get. Charging each month onto your credit card as a consequence of not "skipping" the month is terrible. The BAD part is that you can't even skip ON THE day of..... must be before. On top of all this, their so called 24/7 hotline NEVER answers. I called many many times, on hold for 30mins+ each time, and STILL NO ONE answers. I cannot express how much I hate this website, I will make sure ANYONE I know never EVER buys from this website.

I purchased a bag from JustFab in September and it was BEAUTIFUL! With the VIP membership you have to skip a month or call and cancel your membership if you don't want them to charge your card for the month. I skipped the month of October but for the month of November, there was no option to skip for the month!!!!!!!! I called to try and cancel my membership and was on the phone for about an hour before I hung up! My money was taken out of my account or I will file a dispute! Too disappointed in JustFab and if I don't receive a refund, I will spread the word like a WILDFIRE! I need a response from them ASAP!

I didn't know I was being charged every month, I just realized and I tried to skip the month on the first and it wouldn't let me. I am not old enough to put money into the card account and I didn't realize I was being taken advantage of. I really need the money refunded as soon as possible, or else I will be overdrawn and in a world of debt.

I am still sooo very angry!!!! Every month I call to cancel my membership and they never complete it!! This is unbelievable!!! I just received an email saying that I got credit this month!! I bought a pair of boots with JustFab in 2012. Since then I have been charged several time for not cancelling their monthly skip option which I was unknown of. I tried to get refund in 2014 but apparently the money was sent to their JustFab funds and they are unable to return my money. On top of that when I was not happy about it, the customer care lady says I can report to my bank and make a fraud charges against JustFab company. I was very unsatisfied with whole experience with JustFab, and truth I have been Robbed.

I wasn't happy having to call every time some shenanigans or other happened with my account after I joined in late 2011 to begin with. But after the third time calling to get my month skipped because they still charged me even after I skipped, I canceled my account with them altogether. This was in June of 2013. So if I canceled in June, why on EARTH am I getting charged for a credit over a year later? And after reading other complaints, wouldn't you know that I, too, don't actually have email confirmation of my cancellation? I remember them confirming over the phone, and I logged into my account to see that I was no longer a VIP member last year, plus I don't have any order history (for credits or purchases) since 2013, so I was satisfied. HOWEVER, I just logged into my account to see 1 member credit and my status listed as VIP again.
Extremely unhappy is an understatement. Not only do I have to deal with these jokers again on the phone, which takes a PAINFULLY long time, but now I have to worry about checking up on my account forever, because I cannot trust that they won't charge me three years down the line when they hope that I won't review my credit card statement, which appears to be the standard business practice over there.
I can assure JustFab that I do review my statement, and for every minute I have to waste calling them to fix something that should have been resolved a long time ago, I will spend as much time leaving review after review, and contacting consumer watchdogs, if this doesn't get resolved. And trust me, my case isn't your run-of-the-mill "I forgot to skip" complaint. Even though I think those complaints are valid (from an ethical standpoint), they are technically not in the wrong because when people agree to the TOS, they acknowledge that they are aware of what they are signing up for. That's my not my complaint.
My complaint is that I canceled over a year ago and JustFab hoped that I wouldn't review my statement and charged me anyways for a service that I am no longer signed up for. My case is not miscommunication with your account managers, it's not misreading the TOS-- it is FRAUD. I think the general public will be very interested in hearing an actual fraud complaint.

Originally I ordered 2 pairs of boots. Once they got to me not only was not the correct size is but the boots wed because apparently one of the other pairs was $20 more and I wouldn't let them charge my credit card so they did not contact me - no email, no phone call, no nothing - saying my order was canceled, they just kept my money. I really would just like my money back but they're refusing to return my money. They are only giving me store credit. I do not want store credit, I do not want to have to deal with these people anymore. I've already sent my boots back 3 times and they still continue to send me crap. I want a complete refund and they're refusing, they're thieves and liars and I'm going to get an attorney. This is the worst experience I've ever had online shopping in my entire life. I will make sure nobody I know ever deals with JustFab ever again!

JustFab is not a horrible site, and their shoes are fairly good looking. HOWEVER you are pretty much scammed into starting a VIP membership, with fine print. Which by the way you will be charged $40.00 a month for. This is a shoes of the month company. After a few months these charges add up. I attempted to cancel my account but instead ended up confused because their customer service does not speak English. If you want your money back go to the better business bureau and call your bank. DO NOT BE SCAMMED. I have still not been able to cancel my account, these people are crooks.

This has been by far the WORST experience of my life! JustFab has no idea how to run an ethical business. They screw over so many people without thinking twice about how they are treating their customers. I ordered two boots back in September when they were running their buy one get one free special. I received the boots to find out the warehouse had screwed up and sent me the wrong color, brown instead of grey. I called JustFab immediately and the lady I spoke with told me I would be receiving the grey ones and all I had to do was send back the brown ones. Well, I did my part and they did not do theirs. I sent the boots back to them, which was a complete inconvenience for me because I live in a small town where the closest post office is miles away!
I go into my account to find out instead of receiving the grey boots the order had been cancelled! The boots had run out of stock and because of their error, I not only did not receive the boots but had to send the wrong ones back, too. To make matters worse, I cannot cancel my membership and get MY money back. I received a stupid store credit that I HAVE to use on another JustFab purchase. Are you freaking kidding me? How is this okay? How does a company so unethical get away with such horrible business practices? SAVE your money, this company is HIGHLY unethical!

I signed up with JustFab because they had cute shoes. They have a lot of selections so it's not hard to find something I don't like. The quality of the products are pretty good. They last me for a while and they don't break down on me. They are excellent.

I placed my first and only order with this company right before a vacation. The shoes didn't come on time and so the package was returned to the sender. I waited for the refund to be posted to my account (as with most reputable businesses, when they receive a return, they post a refund) and it never came. I have called NUMEROUS times to get this refund processed. One customer service agent told me they would process the refund. It never came. The next time I called, the customer service employee says "we have already processed it" or "your bank has the money"-- no, they don't. I have gone through my bank now and ensured that the refund was not processed and now I am in the process of a dispute! I had to change my credit card number to ensure no further charges from this company! Total disgrace -- DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

JustFab is not a hard system to manipulate. I've been a member for at least two years and I like the selections and suggestions that they give. Although for a while there I was forgetting I was being charged. I bought quite a few handbags a couple of months ago and then a couple pairs of shoes. Most of the time I'm happy with them. Occasionally I'm not as thrilled about it. For instance, heels may be not attached appropriately or the fabric has issues not being tight, so I take them to a cobbler to get it tightened up. But I figure it was 40 bucks.

Yesterday I checked my bank account and see 3 transactions from JustFab. I had 3 accounts and never bothered canceling then since I ended up getting new card information. Well I hadn't been charged in months since that card wouldn't work - then all the sudden this month they obtain my banking info and charge me. When I called to cancel they said it can't be refunded and it would be a credit. Well I didn't expect to be buying $95 worth of shoes and don't get paid till Friday and this not only made my account overdrawn it will charge me extra for each transaction. Then you have to go through an extensive process of them trying to keep you on your membership. Then on top of it all when I asked about using the credits that I'm stuck because I wanted to make sure I don't get stuck in a membership again I was told I would want to call and order through them to avoid this... especially after the 12 minute wait I went through to talk to someone just to find out I can't get a refund.

I was in my home country for 10 months and cannot call justfab so instead I emailed them to cancel my account but no responses until it reached 210£ deduction! i came back to UK and ask for a full refund as the quality of the goods they send wasn't good at all! so i tried to chat to the members of the staff and ask for a refund yet they wont give my refund back! I wanted my 210£ in my account as the items went back to your depot already!

I have tried multiple times to reset password and receive reset emails hours and days later. Tried call the company and was told I had a 7-minute wait. I waited over 30 minutes then sent an email. Still no response. I have multiple credits sitting in my acct I can't access. I may just have to file a complaint with the BBB to actually get somewhere.

I decided to buy from JustFab originally because they had a buy one pair and then you get the second pair free for your first order. It really appealed to me and then it was like "wow more shoes." Looking for the style of shoes is much better now. Right in the beginning, it was really hard to see any shoes that weren't part of their boutique. But now you can search and you get to see a lot more of them.
What I liked about being a member is definitely the price of the shoes and free returns. Also at one point I had an issue with one of the shoes and they were very wonderful and replaced the shoes, and basically did wonderful things. It was only based on a comment I had left on the website. Someone contacted me and said "let me help fix this," and they did and that was wonderful. The last purchase I made was a pair of boots and the original manufacturer was Anne Michelle. I had bought another pair of a different color the year before and they came out with another batch of them the next year, and so I had to get those. My favorite purchases are those Anne Michelle boots, stiletto heels and mid-calf booties. They are really great.
The quality of shoes depends on whoever the original manufacturer was. Like for instance, those Anne Michelle shoes are great. They've held up. They still look amazing. But some of the shoes that have, like faux suede finish, is hard to keep looking good. But maybe it is just because of the nature of the fabric and they were cheaper shoes to begin with. JustFab is convenient and inexpensive. At the beginning, it felt like there wasn't a lot of places to go buy shoes - fun shoes that weren't a million dollars. It's a way to kind of try out new styles and not feel like you're committing your full paycheck to experimenting. So that's what I really like about JustFab.

Don't bother with this company. This is what you get when you ask for a return. If you return items never worn/never opened they charge a restock fee if you don’t want to be a JustFab member anymore. Also they promise return labels and never send them. When you email they have a standard answer of:
"Hi, My apologies for the long hold, our phone lines are experiencing a high call volume, rest assured it’s not the norm. You may want to call back during non-peak hours. For your convenience, our fashion consultants are available 24 hours daily at 866-337-0906. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact us online via live chat, Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm pacific standard time or by phone at 866-337-0906 available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. "
Even after you told them in the email that you called many times and all you want is the label sent. When I did call they said they sent it and there was nothing they can do. I had to do a bank charge back and file a complaint in order to get my refund. The call center is out of the USA and they clearly do not understand English nor do they speak good English either when you talk to them.

I DID NOT know this until after my order was placed! I cannot afford to be screwed out of money every month if I don't SKIP a month! I hardly ever even look on my computer! I have been a member of JustFab for three years and I like getting good deals on shoes. I saw a pair that I really liked and they were half off. There were a lot of styles to choose from, it was convenient and fun. There are special offers like half off, 70% off and it’s really good deals. My last purchase was clothes and that was six weeks ago. The quality of their items was very good.

I've been a JustFab member for about three years and I like the selection and the points to get free things. I was able to take advantage of the point system and also they have from time to time the buy one, get one or buy one, get one half off. I chose JustFab because of their price. They have lots of different things to choose from. I purchased my favorite heels two months and the quality is very good. Have not had any problems with it.

Upon making a purchase from this Company you are given the option NOT to Subscribe. However, you will find that the following month your card is automatically debited a further £35 without any authorization from you. REPORT THIS TO YOUR BANK AND CANCEL YOUR CARD. This is the only way you can stop this from happening. JustFab will tell you that if you Skip a Month between the 1st and 5th of each month you will NOT be charged. YES YOU ARE!!!!! I have been a member for two to three years now. I like the opportunity to buy shoes every month. There’s a lot of variations and styles, and I know what the prices are before I even start looking. Also, I love the buy one, get one free offer. My last purchase was two months ago and I bought a pair of boots. But my very first purchase is still my favorite purchase. Bought a pair of booties and they’re still my favorite JustFab buy. I’ve recommended JustFab to quite a few friends.

I joined Justfab mostly because of their prices. I've not been lucky with shoes. It's not easy for me to find shoes that I want but finding purses is easy. What I liked about being JustFab is that if I like I can get some things. I have a whole month to look at what I want. When I first received my boutique, I have days to look at it before I can skip the month. Sometimes I just leave it alone because I don't lose the money. I can always go back and look for something to buy with my credit. The items from JustFab are really good quality for the price. It's comfortable. JustFab is fabulous.

Upon posting a highly negative review, it seems that JustFab customer service pulled it together, and solved my issues very, very fast. In the end, I am happy! Although quite some time was waisted from both JustFab's and my side, in the end I got back what I did not want to pay initially. I recommend everyone to try resolving issues online, because a written agreement is always a lot more clear than conversations with tele-sales people over the phone.

I ordered 2 items last May for 39 euros, one of which I had sent back as it did not fit. After talking to customer service, I ordered another pair of boots. I remember being asked whether I wanted to become a VIP member. I clearly stated that I DO NOT want to pay every month, no, however as the agent kept on pushing and asking me about the membership, I agreed on becoming one (as it wasn't clear that I'd have to pay every month, very tricky).
Then no news for a couple of weeks, until I realized that the boots I ordered were out of stock. I don't understand why I could even order them in the first place. Then when I realized that 35 euros is taken off my account every month, I immediately called to cancel and have it refunded, but it was quite a bit later. As the boots I wanted are out of stock, I don't even intend to buy any further items, especially that all the initial discounted prices are gone.
I found that as "I agreed to the terms of the VIP membership", clearly without me knowing it, it wasn't possible to cancel anymore, so now I'm stuck with loads of JustFab credit worth of money that I desperately want back. Isn't there some law to protect customers stating that you can get a full refund? I find it outrageous that I have to fight customer service to get a refund of something I clearly did not want. I hope others read this before purchasing. Attract customers by good quality and prices, not by tricking them into a bad deal they will regret! I wish I never ordered anything from JustFab.

I first learned about JustFab from a Web ad a couple of years ago. That was at a time when I was starting to expand my accessories and I really liked their selection. They had similar programs with Shoe Dazzle, but I definitely preferred JustFab’s selection. My favorite part about being a member is the customized selections. I’ve also taken advantage of special offers, such as the seasonal flat shoes for free. I just pay the shipping on them. I’ve done that a couple of times.
I’ve had a difficult time recently, so I don’t shop often with them any longer. My last purchase was a long time ago, in 2012. They were having a buy one, get one half off. I actually bought three pairs of shoes and a purse then. But my favorite purchase was the yellow-heeled Sheila boots. I wear those constantly. Quality is great. Everything I’ve gotten from them has held up really well. I definitely haven’t had any complaints about their quality. I’ve had good experiences with them, overall. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. My only reservation about being with them long-term is that there aren’t that many people who purchase shoes every single month from just one source. But I do know I can cancel my account any time.

I would like to personally thank Clarisse at JustFab for resolving this matter. I never thought it is possible and it could happen. I was so amazed by the result. My voice just needs to reach the right department, which it did. Today, I received the exchange for the damaged purse. My impression of JustFab totally changed. JustFab do care about their customers.
I am very very pleased with the quality and color of the purse. Since I like it so much, I decided to keep it for myself instead of sending it to my sister. I am pretty sure my friends will ask about it and I will certainly refer them to JustFab. May I suggest that in order to avoid complaints, customers have to carefully take note and read JustFab's billing policy (which is at the bottom of the their homepage) which is most of the complaints are about and which were resolved, because JustFab do care about their customers after all.

Went to place an order. Got an error message of "payment authorization failed". Called my credit card company to have them tell me I was charged for my order twice. So I called Justfab back and they went on to tell me that I had never placed an order and they were "holding" my money. I told them I wanted the transaction cancelled and they refused and told me to deal with my bank to have my money returned. The supervisor was unprofessional and rude.

I was apart of the VIP program. So I am very aware of the program. I read it very carefully. For the month of October I was not able to purchase shoes. As noted we have until the 5th to "skip" and our account will NOT be charged. I "skipped" on October 1, 2014. On October 6th 38.95 was debited out of my account! I called customer service, spoke with a woman by the name of "Michelle", explained to her that I had "skipped" on the 1st of October and I was still charged. Michelle explained to me that their system went down and a lot of customers had this problem and she would put in right away to have my 38.95 put back in my account and it takes about 5-7 business days!!!!
Well today's date is October 24, 2014 NOTHING!!!!! I followed JustFab's guidelines as noted if you wanted to be a part of the VIP, I did my part and "skipped" BEFORE THE 5TH! So just as quick as you took my money I'm catching pure hell to get it back, when I FOLLOWED YOUR RULES!!! I should have known better to let someone have access to my account!!! I will NEVER shop here AGAIN!!!!

On October the 8th, I ordered 4 pairs of boots from the website with my new VIP member discount, as well as a discount for being referred by another member. I was really looking forward to receiving all the boots, as I was lucky enough to find 4 pairs I liked, one of which I thought were really stunning! Three weeks later, still no sign of my order, and when I check my account it's STILL PENDING! On the 20th I emailed the company to ask what was going on. I get no reply, but the next day my order status has magically changed to shipped. Today (two days later) I get a big box. I'm excited, and eagerly tear into it. I try on each pair in turn, they all fit well and look good. I get through the 3rd pair, and look into the box to find that the last pair, the pair I ABSOLUTELY wanted, isn't there.
I contact customer service through online chat, and am told that item was cancelled because they went out of stock. They did not notify me that the item was out of stock and seek to replace it before sending the order, nor did they change the total amount based on cancelling that item. Now I'm mad because I've been overcharged, AND I didn't receive the boots I ordered due to THEIR failure to process my order! They told me I would be refunded, but this feels like too little too late. I doubt I'll be keeping my membership with them, and will probably be advising my friends to stay far away from this company.

I place two orders for 70 each for a total of 140 for a gift. But first the items arrived late after taking within a day the money from my account and also the products were not as expected. Not satisfied of that. They have taken 35 on top of it for something I never asked for, VIP MEMBER. After all disappointments, I decided to cancel my account and get refunded of all my dues. I've been asked to wait a collection service at my house, and twice after taking few hours off at work, those people never showed or called, even apologized. It's only the third time I called to know what's going on. They confirmed having issue the collection service. CAN YOU IMAGINE THAT?????? WASTING PEOPLE TIME..... Now they booked a third collection, which has been taken and up to now I never received my 140 back into my account only the 35 one. It's now 2 months and they just telling stories. The worst they don't have a proper service where to complain. I'm really really frustrating and piss off!!!

So I tried calling, after an hour on hold I got frustrated and hung up. I will be calling back and canceling both my order and membership, whenever I have the time to sit on hold for hours. Definitely not a good first impression at all!

I saw a few items that I was interested in the JustFab website so I became a member. My favorite part about being a member is the price. Once I did two items for $39. I feel the quality of the items are okay, but fit-wise they kind of vary, so they're pretty much not consistent with the size that I normally wear. It's fast and convenient.

A friend of mine had recommended this website so I signed up. I haven't had a problem with the VIP service yet, but we'll see when I cancel my account. I ordered BLACK boots. Very simple. First shipment I waited almost a full week for the order to process. I get my boots, only they're white. Wow. So, I exchange them which is a pain. I just got my exchange today, GREY BOOTS! Are you serious? It's been three weeks since I first placed my order. I can't wait to get these boots because the second I do, I'm cancelling. I will never deal with them again. Customer service is terrible. They are not willing to help you, they are rude. I did over the phone and online chat. What a waste of time, money and aggravation. It's like they have lemmings working in their shipping department/warehouse. STAY AWAY!

Also, after reading all these reviews, I feel as though I should cancel my membership as soon as possible and notify my bank to assure I don't get tricked out of $40 each month in the future.

Shoes ordered on 2/10/14 - dispatched on 4/10/14 which all started very well. The courier then updated the parcel to "address query" which is strange as I get several parcels a month that all use Hermes as the service and they never have a problem with the address. Delivery was then attempted again on the 8th and was updated to the same status. The driver had a parcel from a different company on the same van and updated that one to delivered (which it was). I spoke to a lady called Liz on livechat on the 9th, she got extremely sarcastic with me, along with promising that if I get my parcel delivered to my billing address it would arrive on Saturday 11th (it never came).
The last update from Hermes was 12th, where they advised they received the change of address. I then spoke to another agent on 16th on livechat who also got quite rude, she advised "I hope everyday gets easier for you" - which is an outrageous comment to make to someone who is simply seeking assistance to find out what is happening to the item I PAID FOR! I kept getting thanked for being a VIP member - I wasn't too sure what this was so I looked it up. Upon reading their T&C's they automatically subscribe you to a £35 p/m service (pretty sure this isn't allowed) - I phoned up to cancel this and explained my reason why (mostly being angered that I don't have my parcel and how I'd been previously treated by other agents). He then advised that my parcel would be by weekend.
Hey Presto - Monday 20th October they emailed me to confirm my parcel has in-fact been lost in transit by Hermes so they've credited my JustFab account with £35... NO THANK YOU... How about you call the customer, advise them of the situation and then discuss how they would like to proceed? After speaking to Ella today (21 October) she has now processed a refund to my actual bank account (her attitude also changed when I told her of my situation and she became very blunt). I find it convenient there's no option to email the livechat transcript to yourself - thank god for screenshots. She's given me a refund reference number, whether this actually works I have no idea. I guess I'll find out in 5-7 working days when the refund is processed.... or if they even process it.
My initial attitude toward JustFab was that this is not their fault it's the couriers, but after the to-and-fro-ing I've decided they're a useless company with poor customer service that rope you in with very good deals. I'll clearly not be ordering with these guys again. I've ordered with another shoe company instead yesterday and they arrived today, they fit perfectly and I didn't even select a next-day delivery option.

Overall, my experience with JustFab has been good. Initially when I got a chance to transfer from regular to elite member, I had a problem always getting in touch and it takes a long time. It's an elite number but at the end of the day, the wait time is still like the regular call, so it's annoying but it's okay. I always recommend JustFab to a friend.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and one bag from JustFab and was patiently waiting for my order. About 2 weeks went by and I still hadn't received my order which I found strange so I went on their website to track my order, only to find out that my order had been cancelled without my knowledge!!! I spoke with their customer service reps through their live chat service and she claimed that my credit card was declined, which was completely impossible, but I thanked her for her time. Even if my credit card was declined why wasn't I notified ASAP so that I could see what I wanted to do about the situation?
So now when I went back to see if I could place another order, everything I had originally ordered was sold out, except for one thing. This frustrated me so I went ahead to cancel my account, but as I did so I asked the telephone rep why my order was cancelled without my knowledge and she claimed that everything I ordered was already out of stock by the time I placed my order, which can't be true because as I mentioned one of my original items was still in stock available to order. So both reps had no idea why the order was cancelled, and no one could tell me why I WASN'T NOTIFIED. I really wanted those items and now I CAN'T GET THEM BECAUSE OF A LACK OF COMMUNICATION.

I placed an order for 2 pairs of boots on buy one get one free. I read on the site about the VIP charges, don't have an issue with that. My order confirmation email said there were delays, so again fine with that. My order was finally dispatched with tracking information and arrived around 10 days after I ordered it. Opening the box, I found one pair of boots, not two. There was no paperwork, dispatch note, returns info. I didn't know which of the two had arrived - nothing. I rang customer service to find out if the other boots were to follow. The guy I spoke to told me that both had been dispatched and one box was probably still with the courier. He didn't get the point I was making when I said that the box I did receive had nothing to suggest it was box 1 of 2. There was only one tracking number so as far as the courier was concerned they had delivered the parcel.
He insisted that he would call the courier and would get back to me in 24-48 hours. When I asked him if I should have received dispatch paperwork he kept repeating no paperwork, until I finally had to stop him and say, "You keep repeating what I'm saying but haven't actually answered my question yet." My annoyance comes from the fact that I work in ecommerce. The company I work for use the same courier. I know this is not a courier issue. This is a picking error at their warehouse. If he had said to me, "It looks like we missed off the second pair, I'll get them out for you," I'd be happy. Instead they've fobbed me off blaming the courier and talking in circles. If they come back to me in 2 days, it will be to say the courier know nothing about a second parcel and the whole thing will start again. As it happens the boots that did arrive, I will be returning. I'm not sure how much hope to hold out I'll ever see the second pair. So far not a good experience.

Several of my friends on social media were already customers of JustFab. One time, we talked about shoes, and they referred me to JustFab. I’ve been a member for about two years now. The really nice thing about membership is that, busy as I am, I get to have access to stuff, and I’d be reminded of friends, seasons, and things I might have looked for, as well as being informed on what’s happening. They’ve got a lot of stuff on their Website, but it’s very easy looking for the styles that I want because they’ve got them broken down by category.
The quality of their products is really good. I’ve been happy especially with their denims. I have trouble finding jeans but I pretty much live in their jeans when I’m not at work. They’re topnotch and they wear pretty well. Their shoes are great, too. I’ve actually got a pair of shoes for which I get compliments from different girls in my office whenever I wear them to work. I also love the weird-looking Iron Fist shoes they used to offer when they still had a partnership with that brand. That was my absolute favorite brand of shoes.

I've been a member of JustFab for at least three years. I remember thinking that it was a pretty good deal and that I would try it out. When I do choose to order something, the customer service has been really great. Even whenever I get something and don't like it, sending it back is really hassle-free. As for the quality of the items, it varies. The boots I'm wearing right now, I really like, and are good quality. I've bought some things recently that I felt were not very good quality, but then stuff that I got a year ago was great. I don't know if there's been a decline or maybe it's just the styles that I'm choosing. My absolute favorite were these shoes that I destroyed, that I bought a few years ago. They were black sandals. I really enjoyed JustFab in the beginning, the fact that I felt like I was getting a good deal and I love the customer service. I just think the quality has gone downhill. I've gotten busier and so forget to skip, and that's really frustrating, but I understand that it's part of the business model.

I purchased shoes from Justfab on October 1, 2014 for $9.99. On October 11, 2014 Justfab took $39.95 from my bank card (the card I used to buy my shoes) because I did not go on their website and hit a "skip" button that tells them not to steal my money. I called and asked for my money back and they refused saying it was now store credit and I could not get it back. Bottom line: Justfab keeps your card information and will use it to turn your money into store credit without your consent. I filed a complaint with BBB and will also be filing a complaint with my bank when they are open tomorrow.

Was looking into purchasing my first pair of boots from JustFab. Was super excited as I've been looking for a specific pair and JustFab offered them for $10 with the VIP account. Decided to do my research and look up some reviews others have had with this company. I am extremely glad I did this as it seems there are almost as many negative experiences as there are positive ones. After this I went into my email and tried clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom because I wanted nothing to do with this company. To my surprise (sarcasm), the unsubscribe link DOES NOTHING! An error on their end? Probably not...

I saw a commercial and wanted to try out and see the quality of the shoes from JustFab. I've been a member now for two or three years. I like how quickly you get the stuff. I tried Shoe Dazzle and their standard shipping takes too long. I also like the special offers. Like now that their sale closed, I bought two or three dresses that have good quality. And yesterday I just bought some shoes. My favorite purchases are the red wedged-heels and a red-and-navy-blue-striped shorts. I get a lot of compliments when I wear them together.

I've been a member of JustFab for a few years. My favorite part about being a member is having the availability of inexpensive shoes and there are lots of choices. I also get reward points for my purchases. I like the quality of their items. They're all pretty good. Every once in a while I'd get something that I'm not satisfied with and I just return it. I've had no problem doing that. They have good selection, good customer service and they're easy to deal with.

Last night while over my best friend's house, she convinced me to try justfab by sending me an email. The email was from justfab saying my friend's name invites me to shop online. The invitation included buy a pair of shoes for $19.99. Wow, I thought and found 2 pairs of boots within minutes. I proceeded to check out at a grand total of $39.90. So, I got free shipping and decide it was a great deal. When checked the box to join the justfab membership, I had no idea what that meant.
Today, I got curious so I looked into the details. After realizing they were going to charge me every month whether I buy shoes or not I called customer service. Customer service was of no help whatsoever so they transferred me to a supervisor. The supervisor spoke better English than the customer service rep so I was relieved. I explained my situation and he told me that my invitation didn’t mean I could shop for shoes. He told me there was no point to the invitation unless I agreed to the terms of the vip membership.
Well, why have friends invited? I told him I was tricked and misinformed by justfab and he said, "Let me cancel your order and you can cancel the membership." OK, and that's what I did after I asked, "Shouldn't you just let me buy the shoes this one time, free of membership strings?" and he laughed a little and informed me that they already took my $39.90! They took it right out of my acct. And now I have to wait for them to reverse the charge. Total crap, I'm glad I canceled the membership before they billed me for that! What a total rip off scheme they have going on. I'm outraged and still double checking that they canceled my membership that I never wanted. They can keep their shoes, I will keep my money in my wallet. So not worth this hassle.

If you plan on joining justfab.com, you need to learn how to deal with stupid customer service people. My daughter decided to join and asked my permission. I gave it and we ordered a pair of boots. Flimsy and cheap are the first two words that came to mind when we received them. Over the course of about a year, we have followed the rules and either accepted the monthly $39.95 "credit purchase" or before the 5th of each month, "skipped the month". Skipping the month stops justfab from charging your bank account. Each time we decided to use our "credit" to purchase something, the item had a very cheap and flimsy feel to it. The quality is very poor. There was something wrong with every item we received. The majority of these defects were minor enough to overlook.
This time though, I purchased a pair of boots they claimed were of very high quality on their website. I get the boots and they are made the same way. Light weight, flimsy and cheap built. The zipper on one boot won't even work. I called to discuss a return/exchange. I figured I would at least get this as a Christmas Eve gift. I was told I had to "print a return label". I told the lady (OBVIOUSLY NOT AMERICAN and very obvious that English was NOT her primary language) that I do not have a printer. She proceeds to tell me to use my daughter's (who lives WITH me and is the actual member on the account). I told her my daughter lives with me and if I don't have a printer she doesn't either. She then tells me to go to the post office or a local store to print it. What store or U.S. Post office is going to let you walk in, access their computer to print a label for a stupid shoe store website??? I told her so.
She said she would "make the exception to mail a return label via snail mail but that return would not be guaranteed since you only have "FIVE days from delivery to return an item". What would be the purpose of sending me a return label that was going to take "three to five weeks" to arrive if I could use it when it arrived??? I told her to cancel the account. We will not be part of their stupid crap any longer. She kept going back to sending me a label until I had to get just redneck stupid with her on the phone. She finally said she had canceled the account and membership and would receive a confirmation of cancellation via email. I'm done with their stupidity.

I’ve been a member of JustFab for a really long time. I first learned about them from a commercial. I love shoes and they have good prices. Once I got them, I also saw that they were pretty good quality shoes. So far, I’ve only returned two pairs of shoes because I didn’t like them. My favorite part of being a member is getting to see all the styles that come in every month. I usually forget to look at them, but if I remember to do that, then I’m good to go. I’ve also tried some of their special offers, such as the buy two for $39.95. Usually, the sales are what I look for.
The last thing I bought was a purse and it was just a few months ago. I love that purse. So far, my favorite purchases are the bags because I can get more use out of them. I don’t have use for high-heeled shoes anymore because I’m out of school and I’m taller than all my friends. So even when I do go out, I look for flats. For the most part, I’ve had pretty solid experiences with JustFab.

I have never ever had a problem with JustFab. If I got a pair of shoes and they have a stuff on them, I call them and they say, "send them back and we'll send you a new pair", and it was all taken care of by them. I'd definitely recommend them.

I’ve been a member of JustFab for almost two years now. The first shoe I bought there was a red shoe with a red bow. I love that shoe. It’s my favorite. I like its design. I also like my gray boots. They’re very comfortable and my husband loves them. I like the quality of the items I’ve purchased on JustFab. I also like the variety of their items and the different options they send me every month. My last purchase from them was at a buy one, get one free special offer that they had in the middle of last year. I got 10 pairs of shoes and six bags. That was awesome! And the reward points also help. JustFab is wonderful.

I was going to try out JustFab. I had heard about it from someone at work. I told my friends about it and I decided to be the first of my group of friends to try it out before we all signed up. We do LOVE shoes!! I understood the monthly ordering and monthly charges which seemed reasonable because they give you the opportunity to pass on any given month if you don't see something you like and if you forget to order they will charge you but from what I understood you can use the credit later. Well I never got that far... I signed up and browsed the shoes. I found a lot I liked and added them to my "wish list". In the end I decided on 2 pairs - one cute pair of pumps I could wear to work and a fabulous pair of boots. The price was great - $9.99 for my first pair and $39.95 for my second. It said I had 10 hours to complete my order and get those prices.
When I tried to complete the order a screen kept popping up asking me to verify my address for shipping but it kept changing my address. I have just moved into a new place so I thought I may have put something in wrong. I verified my address on the Canada post website and saw the address they kept changing mine to actually does not exists. I was about to head out for the day, so I sent JustFab an email with my issue in detail. I also told them the deal I was trying to purchase.
Well I never heard back from them so I called and I was on hold a while and ended up having to hang up. I called back when I had more time to be on hold. The lady who answered said she would try to put through my order and see if it accepted my address and if it didn't she would have it looked into further, but she refused to give me the promotion I had been trying to purchase. I understand the idea that a special promotion has an expiry but the fact that I had tried to make the purchase immediately and contacted them immediately with the issue so I could complete my purchase but have no one get back to me, wait on hold and be told NO I will have to pay a higher price is ridiculous. I will not be recommending them to anyone and I will get my shoes elsewhere!!

I've been a member since the very beginning. I've purchased handbags in the past as well as pants. But it's been several months ago since I last purchased from them, probably 6 or 7 months at least. They had a sale, the buy two, get one free and I got a couple of pairs of heels. One of the reasons why I haven't bought anything in a while is that sometimes there's just nothing that really keeps my interest and I'm more likely to just X out if I don't see something within the first couple of pages. I feel like they've added more products over the last couple of years and it's more difficult to sift through everything. The other reason I have stopped shopping there is that to some extent the quality has continuously declined over the last several years. I've actually had to return several items. I had of pair of pants I bought and wore them one time, and by the end of the day, the back seam had split open and it was really embarrassing.
I've actually tried to cancel my membership a couple of times, and both times the Customer Service person has basically begged me not to and offered me free credits to stay on. I was like okayyy. But customer service has always been really good; they're very responsive. It's easy to return things I didn't like or that don't fit.

I ordered two pairs of wide calf boots. I made sure to uncheck becoming a VIP member, however to process the order, I had to select something that apparently resigned me up for VIP. This cause the first phone call the company to cancel that membership, which took at least 15 minutes. When I got the boots in, the calf did not fit so I had no option but to return them. For some reason my kind of transaction had to be processed on the phone for a return. This was my second call, which I was hung up on, so I had to call a third time. The woman didn't understand I did not want a store credit and when eventually she did know I have to pay two 6 dollars restocking fees for shoes I had for less than 24 hours before starting the return process. This website is a huge scam that wants to get your money anyway they can and I will never order from them again.

I don’t even remember when I first heard about JustFab. I’ve been a VIP member for five years. My favorite part of being a member used to be the survey. Now it's when I find a pair of shoes or purse that I really like, that I can get for $40. Each week I would get a survey emailed to me about potential future shoes and handbags that would be posted for the members. And that was really cool because I basically had a hand in stuff that I might see. Now there’s been several times where I want different shoes or different purses, and I’ve gone through and selected. I want something like this and I’ve got nothing of what I’ve wanted. I have taken advantage mostly of the points, like when you earn so many points you get the free pair of shoes or the free purse. I do that whenever I can.
I don’t remember when I made my last purchase with JustFab, it’s been within the last 90 days. I got two pairs of boots and two purses. I love both pair of shoes and the one purse, but the second purse online was this beautiful caramel colored purse. When it got to me, it looked dirty. Unfortunately when I ordered the purse, I was on a business trip. It was way past when I could have returned the purse by the time I got it. I ordered the purse two months ago and just got home two days ago so I can’t even return the purse.
I haven’t bought anything from the Luxe line mainly because I haven’t felt the need to as they do well on their regular things. I don’t feel the need to spend the extra money for the line. I have maybe 25 pairs of shoes that are just the regular JustFab line and have had people compliment me on how amazing my shoes are. The stuff that’s good is great. When they hit it on the head, it’s perfect. I got the four items and three of them were fantastic. But the stuff that they miss the mark on is drastic. It looks dirty, fake, cheap, just nasty. I’d definitely recommend JustFab. Any time that I have been able to exchange something, I’ve been able to do it without any issue. Some of the other stuff could be worked on. But that definitely would not keep me from recommending them and I have.

I heard about Justfab through a friend and decided to go have a look, I found a pair of shoes I really liked so I ordered them. The shoes were great, I have no problem with them. What I do have a problem with is the fact that since I ordered my shoes, Justfab have been taking £35.00 a month out of my account without my knowledge. When I rang them up, they were so unhelpful. They told me that I signed up for a VIP membership which I can't remember doing and that I had to go onto my account between the 1st and 5th of every month and either choose some shoes or skip. If I failed to do that, they would still charge me and that the money would then be changed to Justfab credits on my account. I have been on my account and have no credits, so this company has taken £140.00 for my bank account and have gave me nothing in return. I find this to be a rip off scheme and will be contacting my bank and seeking legal advice on this matter.

I purchased 2 pairs of boots and they looked nothing like the pictures. I was very displeased, they didn't even hold shape around my calves and were loose and thin. I forgot to cancel my account and was charged for a couple months fees for the vip membership. I used the credits and purchased 2 pairs of sandals, one was ok, but still poorly made, two stones fell off after the second wear and the others once again looked cheap. I would just stay away from anything that's supposed to look like leather. Maybe the pumps and other shoes made of other materials are ok, but overall I was displeased and will not be purchasing anything from Justfab in the future.

I placed an order for a pair of boots on Oct. 6th. Over a week later, it was still PENDING. I had to call "customer service" to inquire as to what's going on. I wasted 30+ min. waiting & holding. Finally got an agent on the line. She apologized & confirmed that YES, my order is pending...as in NOT SHIPPED, actually not even processed! At this rate, I'd receive the boots 3 weeks after placing an order? The agent advised she'll rush the shipping. Soon as order is fulfilled, her supervisor will send it out via expedited shipping to make up for this silly delay. Well - my order finally shipped (10 days after order placed). I just tracked the shipping thru Fed-Ex...and absolutely NO PART OF THIS ORDER is upgraded to rush shipping, not even priority - just regular standard economy. I'm looking forward to canceling my JustFab account the SECOND I receive my first order. Shame. Cool concept - but they clearly can't handle the volume of their business.

I'm kind of a shoe snob so I don't often like the shoes that they have. The quality of their stuff is poor and they make money off of auto-billing you every month if you don't login to cancel. Been a member for a few years but mainly because they make it so incredibly difficult to un-signup. I would have cancelled years ago if they made it any easier to cancel. It's just really difficult.

I signed up for JustFab 2 months ago and was aware of the $39.95 every month. However I lost my job and was no longer able to continue the membership. I called to cancel and spoke to Roxanna in the customer service department. After her trying to talk me into keeping the membership for 10 minutes, she finally told me she was canceling my account. When I asked if I would still be able to use my credit that I was charged to purchase something, she told me yes but I would have to pay for shipping and also all the prices would go up so nothing would be available for $39.95 anymore.
At that point I was pretty angry. I figured since I had already been billed for this month my VIP status would carry on until Oct 31st. I asked her to just refund the credit which she told me was impossible and they do not issue refunds (which I can see is a lie since there are people here who have been issued refunds). I asked to speak to her supervisor. After placing me on hold she came back on the phone and told me I could not speak to anyone else and she was not giving me a refund. This is absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Second only to Comcast. Stay far away for this rip off company.

It' pretty easy to find shoe styles I like from JustFab. I liked the selection and having shoes that were kind of tailored to my likes, compared to just having to search through different shoes to find things that I would like. I've been with them probably for four or five years. I like the personalized styles that they have every month. I'm one of the VIPs so I'm able to sometimes get better prices which is cool. There have been a couple of times where I haven't been super impressed, but also have to take into account that I just paid $40 for a pair of shoes not $150. So I would say overall quality for cost is pretty good. I had an enjoyable experience with them overall.

I joined JustFab a few months ago because I thought that they had very nice products for good prices and they still do. I purchased some heels and then became a VIP member and I knew about the whole skip a month ordeal and I skipped all of my months and then I got annoyed with skipping every month so I called and asked to cancel my account. The lady on the phone just kept trying to talk me into keeping the account and I repeatedly told her no and she said she would but never actually did. And me thinking that she did cancel it I never went online for this last month to skip. And what do you know I was charged.
So once I noticed that I called and the person on the phone kept trying to talk me into it and that I can buy anything I want with that credit and I told her, "No I have bills to pay, I am broke without that money," so hopefully she finally did it. She said it would be back in my account in 5-7 business days. And the same exact issue happened with Fabletics too who charged me $50. I'm so done and fed up with this. I just want the money I need back. I would never recommend doing the VIP membership!

At the beginning of 2014 I signed up with JustFab. However, come May I noticed £35 was coming out of my account in a direct payment to JustFab every month. I contacted them about this and they explained I had signed up for a VIP account, which they then cancelled and very helpfully refunded me with credits. However, a few months later I began to see it happen again. I went to my bank and asked if they could help. They said they would contact the company and try and stop the outgoing payments. They had stopped taking money from my account, until this morning when I had a 'receipt' for my payment to JustFab. I think it is absolutely awful I am being scammed this way, and I fully expect a full refund before the end of the year. JustFab have an awful customer help line. I have tried hundreds of times to get hold of them for no one to answer the phone. Sort this out please, JustFab.

As a Justfab member, I love getting new shoe selections every month. I'm an elite member and because I'm able to get a lot of points I get free shoes every now and then or whatever I choose to get, like a purse or something like that. I've been with them for a while. When I first started it was because I saw a cute pair of shoes that I wanted and I found that it was only $35.99. And then they have the different selections and I thought that was pretty cool.
I like the quality of their items. It's pretty good. Some stuff is not as good as others. I bought some sandals once and as soon as I put them on, they kind of popped loose. But I think that only happened twice with two different pairs of shoes. Other than that, I don't really have any problems. My favorite purchase is a wedge sandal. The name of it is Savina. It kind of looks like a gladiator kind of sandal but it's all black. I really love that shoe. It just goes with everything.
My overall experience is very good. Just bought some boots and some flats a few weeks ago. Don't have any problems and if ever I do, they resolve it quickly.

I cancelled my account over the phone over a month ago. I had ordered some shoes and they were not suitable so I just wanted to send them back and cancel as I no longer wanted to use justfab. I of course, phoned to cancel as that is the only option! I had two accounts. It was extremely difficult to cancel the accounts. They really didn't want me to leave but I was adamant. They should have cancelled my accounts and given me a refund. I received an email a couple of week later saying they had credited my justfab account!!! Of course I did not want this as explained and the account shouldn't even exist anymore. When checking the accounts there are no credits. I DO NOT want anymore accounts with you. I have also been charged £35 on 09/10 when I have cancelled my accounts. I also want this credited so you now need to credit me £70.00. If I do not received this, I will take it to the financial ombudsman.

I learned about JustFab from a friend of mine. I saw her shoes and asked her where she got it from, and she told me about JustFab. I liked the shoes and I'm a shoe fanatic. Looking for shoes you want is really easy. The only thing I don't really like is you have to choose quickly within a month when they come out with the shoes. I may not purchase within the first five days, but I may purchase later on. As for the quality, there was one pair of shoes that I had to send back. But other than that, I haven't had any issues with them. The reviews are very helpful, so that gives me an idea of whether they're comfortable. I bought shoes that are a perfect match for a dress that I have. A lot of times I buy the shoes just because I like them. It has lots of inventory for the selection of items, so I just love going in there, looking and to see what’s out. It’s just great; I just love them. The designs are spectacular. It’s not the same look all the time.

I needed to purchase one pair of high heels for a special event. I was searching online when I came across a cheap pair on JustFab.com. I ordered the shoes and nowhere on the order did it say it would automatically take out 40$ a month from your card regardless if you buy something or not. I called to cancel my account and the customer service was terrible. You basically have to beg for your account to be canceled because they will go on and on about trying to get you to continue membership. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS WEBSITE. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

They also make it extremely hard to cancel your account and return products and I'm sure it isn't legal to scam you out of money like that. I'm going to cancel my account as soon as possible as I'm utterly appalled at the site. As you can tell I'm extremely angry as I can't even afford £35 a month.

I ordered a pair of boots for what I THOUGHT was a good price at £31.20. The boots were lovely but unfortunately they didn't fit. I sent them back and awaited a refund. After several weeks no refund appeared, but I was suddenly notified by PayPal that another £35 had been taken by JustFab. I contacted JustFab immediately, who within minutes of the call had refunded the £31.20 for the boots, however refused to return the £35. The customer service lady told me, that the £35 was the VIP fee....VIP fee?! .... and that the reason I got the boots sooo cheap was because I was a VIP member. I explained to the lady that £35+£31.2 = £66.20 and that is not a cheap price, and that now I am without any boots and £35 poorer for it. Be aware, this VIP thing is not clearly explained on their website, and those boots you liked may not end up being as cheap as you thought. I am now in the middle of looking into ways of getting this back, either through PayPal or through the small claims court - which may cost me more in the long run, but I feel so annoyed I want to get this money back on principle.

So I called justfab after I noticed £35 pounds was removed from my bank 3 times. They won't give me a full refund. I decided to rise a dispute with my credit card company. It's such a scam. I have not used justfab for 5 months and then they got my credit card details from PayPal with asking me.. I will not stop at spreading this bad company.

Just had a "nice" surprise from JustFab this morning! £35 debited from my account! The whole "VIP" sign up is not clear at all!!!!!! After a 15 minute wait on the phone to cancel my account, I had to almost beg the customer service woman to cancel! I was given the run around with loads of different options and "awesome" rewards...... and told to wait until the 1st of November, and there would be an option then to cancel on an email?!... Hell NOO! I wanted my account gone, and after much persuasion It has been done, but PayPal still showing the 35 pound debit. I have also opened a resolution case. So will have to wait and see If It comes out of my bank account.
Overall I am extremely disappointed with my experience. It is unclear and I would NEVER have signed up to the VIP option had I known..... and to be honest 35 is still waaaay too much for their mediocre shoes!!!!! Also what company doesn't over an option to cancel online???!! But that's part of their cunning plan.... you either get so annoyed waiting endlessly on the phone to attempt a cancellation, then you give up and hang up!! Or when you do get to talk to someone they try every method in the book to keep you.... BE FIRM IF YOU ARE CALLING TO CANCEL, IT'S THE ONLY WAY THEY WILL LISTEN!!!! MAKE SURE IT IS DONE THERE AND THEN ON THE PHONE!!!!!!!

I joined JustFab because of their deal, the two for the price of one. Finding the style of shoes I want is okay. They have a lot of platform shoes, and I don't want platform shoes all the time. They also have super, super high heels and I don't know if I'd want really high heels, so I don't buy from them that often. But what I liked about being a member is that they have sales. The quality of the shoes is not that great. Most of them I ended having to throw away because the soles usually come apart, because they're glued. I really don't buy too many shoes, not lately, because over time that's what would happen. But if there's a deal and I'm getting them at a super low price, then I don't really expect too much. It's sad when a company has to trick you into signing up for a membership. I bought one pair of shoes and found a VIP membership charge of $40 the following month. I called to cancel/ask for a refund as I did not know I was signing up for this, and I got the run around. They finally canceled my membership but refused to refund me. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. I will never buy from them again. Way too shady!

When you enroll online for the VIP you automatically have to pay 39.99 a month regardless if you use it or not. I was told that an email 3 to 4 days prior to the 6 of the month was going to be given to me to see if I wanted to continue purchase on that month. And I didn't an email from JustFab and I was charged $39.99. I called to complain. I was told they do not give reimbursement, so basically you're just getting charged for something you do not want to buy. I cancel my subscription with them, not satisfied whatsoever.

I have been a member of JustFab for four or five years. As a member, I like the cost and free shipping, and it’s not difficult to find the style of shoes that I’m looking for. Last month I got a pair of shoes and all I had to pay was their shipping. But the quality of the product is pretty hit-or-miss. There’s a pair of gray pumps I got three years ago and I actually love them. I’ve got them fixed so many times because I love them so much. The rest of them probably haven't lasted like this. Overall, I wish their shoes were more comfortable, then I'd probably buy them every month.

I bought a pair of shoes in 7/12/14. I just now started to wear them since I have been working and had nowhere to wear them to. I realized that they were too big, generally I wear a 10 but these were too big, there's no way to exchange them and I've worn them already :-/ My 2 other pairs fit perfectly but these run a tad big :-/ I sprained my ankle last night with these shoes. There's no way to make them work, I should have gotten the size 9 had I known this. I'm very sad. I wish I could afford to buy them in a size 9 but what would be the point of having the same shoe twice :-/

My girlfriend bought two bags for £8.75 and, to her knowledge, selected not to join the VIP Club. A month later they deducted £35 twice in one day from her bank account. She had to go to the bank to stop them taking further payments. Their call center staff insisted she had joined the club twice, despite not having sent her a single email declaring this. They tried to hide behind terms and conditions. Under my guidance, she wrote to their registered address demanding they repay the money, plus compensation for wasted time. They ignored this so she took them to the County Court, using the Money Claim Online government website.
Suddenly they were keen to pay up, being aware that a Judge would take a very dim view of their little "scheme". A Judge can overturn any contract they deem unfair, and I am sure this would have been the case. They ended up paying £155, including a court cost of £25. I chose JustFab because I thought their shoes were cute. I didn't know of any other shoe places and they did have a pretty good collection at the time. They apparently got a new buyer and the new buyer took the company in a very different direction and the shoes are no longer my taste or style, and their selection is no longer as good as it used to be. And the heels keep getting higher and the shoes keep getting flashier and it seems they're no longer as well rounded and as diverse. I don't use them much anymore. I have a few credits that are outstanding and until I can find some shoes to use those credits, I'm going to have to stay a member. I would like to get rid of them but I don't want to lose out on my 240 bucks or whatever it is I have worth of credits.

JustFab is full of trickery. Think you are getting a good deal? Think you've hit the jackpot for shoes? Think again. They're out for big money from customers while provided low quality products. Their "VIP Membership" states the following: "Styles from $39.95. Save up to 50% off regular retail prices. Free Shipping & Exchanges. Free shipping on all orders over $39.00. Free exchanges. JustFab Rewards Earn points to redeem for FREE stylish swag with every purchase you make"!
This information does NOT state that you are automatically charged $39.95 per month for this "free" service and that you HAVE to order shoes each month or else that comes right out of your pocket. Their customer service representatives are rude and unhelpful. The shoes I ordered were sized funny, the zipper was broken, and they were scratched. If you decide to use JustFab, be sure to read every detail of their fine print and pray that you don't have to return anything because they will not help you and you'll be stuck with a smaller bank account and ugly shoes. Not only do they charge you every month, they make it impossible to cancel (as I've tried to do so several times).

I recently bought a bag from Justfab which was lovely. I paid for the item through PayPal and thought that was the end of it. One month later Justfab took an authorised amount from my account. I immediately complained and said that I do not want to purchase any items from their website and want a full refund. Justfab's employees do not appear to have any customer services skills! A lady practically laughed down the phone to me when I demanded my money back. I cancelled the subscription on this call. I resorted to emailing Justfab but all I seemed to get back was standard responses!
7 days later I received an email telling me that Justfab had taken out ANOTHER 35 out of my account. I emailed them immediately referring to my conversation where I had cancelled everything. Justfab did not have the decency to respond to me but did refund one of the payments. I am now awaiting a refund for the first payment they took. I have complained to the Ombudsman about JustFab as they are truly awful. They lack customer service skills and honour. Never will I ever purchase anything from them again!! Just awful!!!!

I was very excited to order from this company because their shoes were so adorable, however my experience with them has turned me off completely. I placed an order on 10-04-14 for three pairs of shoes. On their website it states that it takes 1-2 business days to process an order, which I understand since I work in logistics. Because I placed my order on a Friday, I did not expect it to ship out until Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. However, it did not. I called their so-called "customer service" line on Wednesday afternoon and spoke to the least helpful person I have ever encountered. I received scripted responses that didn't pertain to the questions I asked, and then she had the audacity to try to upsell me.
After 15 minutes of wasting my time, I still had no idea if my order was even going to be shipped out that day. I continued to monitor my bank account and JustFab account to watch for any activity, but it was all in vain. So, yet again, I called Thursday late in the afternoon. I spoke to another clueless customer service representative named Shane. I could barely understand what he was saying because he was reading off another script a mile a minute. IS THIS REALLY CUSTOMER SERVICE? I told him exactly what I needed to know, and he gave me nothing in return other than "We are trying to push our orders out." This is not an acceptable answer. He did not try to do anything to hurry my order along, nor did he give me any type of assurance that my order would be shipped out that day or the next. I was beyond angry at this point, so I told him that if my order could not be shipped out by the end of day Friday that I would like it to be cancelled.
On Friday morning I checked my bank account and saw that I was charged, but then refunded for the shoes. So I assumed that they charged me to make it look like they shipped out the product on their end (it's a trick used by businesses if they are using a third-party for shipping, this way it doesn't hurt their credibility, and then they refund the customer so it looks like a customer complaint error and not a business error) and then there was a refund immediately after they charged me because they did not actually ship them. However, on my JustFab account my order still says pending. Why would they not change it to cancelled if that was the case so I know for certain?
I had sent two emails to JustFab with no response, and I tried calling them on Friday as well, also with no response. I swear up and down that this customer service is ten times WORSE than Comcast. I never thought I'd see the day when a company had worst customer service than Comcast. Every business class at VT uses Comcast as a prime example of what NOT to do. I should suggest them use JustFab as an example as well. Anyway, here we are over a week later and I have no idea what is going on with my order, hopefully I will be able to get some type of response from JustFab, although they have already lost my business, and I will make sure that not a single one of my friends orders from them either.

I had a VIP membership with Just Fab and like 95% of people was unhappy with the quality of the products I had actually brought. To top it off even though I have cancelled my membership over a month ago, £35 had still been debited from my account. It is companies like this that store your details you need to be aware of because when it comes time to pay rent and bills, you better believe you will be short because these kind of scam companies take money without consent.
Its an absolute joke that after all the reviews I have now seen on the company that it is still running. Conning people out of their money for a living, its disgraceful and I strongly advise EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS CON. None of the products are worth it, they can all be brought in markets for a tenner, nothing special at all and above all it's a con.

I've been with JustFab for about 3 or 4 years. I'm an elite member now. I like their shoes better than Shoe Dazzle, and I've taken advantage of their buy one get one offer. I've never had a problem with any of their products. I often use the pink purse that I got from them and a pair of boots that I use for my parties.

After purchasing a pair of shoes on JustFab, after seeing an advertisement on the TV, I remember at no point seeing anything to with paying £35 a month for shoes credits. It was only a few months after when I checked my online banking to see they had taken as a direct debit £35 out of my account each month. I called to arrange a full refund as I could not afford the shoes or 'credits' and that I had not realized the direct debits were part of the service, to which I was told there was no way I could get any sort of cash re-fund and I would have to keep the credits. I felt lost and the company made me feel stupid, however I can't say I'm surprised at how many other people have been treated badly. This company is a complete SCAM and offered me no help. Not only this but I have discovered an incredibly high phone bill for calling them this month and that they also charge ridiculously high phone rates which just makes this company even better. I would like to hear from this company by someone who is willing to actually help me as I feel stuck and frankly cheated out of my money!! I do NOT recommend this company to anyone.

I never shop on JUSTFAB. However, since their great deals on shoes were popping up on every social networking site, thought might as well buy a pair for £8.75. I mean who wouldn't buy for such prices. But this is completely misleading the customers by getting them to sign-in for VIP membership account. They are totally unclear about their VIP membership account. You get signed in automatically and every month they take money off your account. It was nowhere mention on their website that I cannot have two accounts to buy shoes. Since it only mentioned about a great deal on the first purchase, I bought 2 pairs of shoes from my 2 different email addresses, one for my sister and one for me but I paid from 1 bank card.
Apparently from the past 2 months they have been charging me £70 each month which is £140 in total. This is absolutely ridiculous!! I phoned them for the refund, after an hour conversation plus they kept me waited for good 20 mins. They gave me the refund for £70, only I am not even 100% sure whether they have proceeded or not. The most important thing is I did not receive any email even on my spams about the money been taken off my account. Without even sending me an email and letting me know they took money off my account. The representative told me that all the emails are automated, but my question is if all the emails are automated why didn't I receive one, even a single email from JUSTFAB? I need the rest £70 refund. I am a student and I genuinely can't afford the loss. This is like a fraudulent case!

Some of the shoes, it's surprising how durable they've been. Considering what you pay, they're not the most durable shoes but some of them I've had for years.

JustFab is absolutely wonderful! I love their products and I feel that they have some of the best customer service I have ever encountered, especially for an online business! I have had nothing but great experiences and have ordered several times. I have had to return/exchange multiple items and it was always extremely easy to do. It is unfortunate that so many are leaving reviews for the monthly $39.95 charge to your credit card. You agree to that when you sign up as a member. And once you are charged you receive credits on your account to use towards merchandise! It's not like you are being charged for nothing.

I want a full refund for the unauthorized charge on my checking account that JustFab made. I cancelled my account on the 24th of September, yet was still charged. The terms and conditions clearly say that I had to do it before the 1st of the month. I wish I could get say this to a person, but I can't get through to anyone on the phone. I just became aware of the scam of this website after checking my bank account this morning and I discovered a charge of 39.95 from JustFab which I did not authorize. I've been calling the number listed on their website to cancel my VIP account which I just gotten not even month ago. After seeing the ad I ordered some boots which I liked and I keep getting the runaround. The call opens with a ad and then once you get to the directory it gives you another number to which I've tried and have not been able to reach a representative to delete this account. I am very frustrated. I have called several times and I have been clicked on the ad even stated for you to hang up and call the other number but the number is a 411 service that can't even reach the website directory. Stay away!!!

I've been a member of JustFab for a long time and I like the shoes and the purses a lot. I love just being able to shop online instead of having to go out to the store. I don't particularly care for shopping. I like their price; however, I have found another site that has really nice shoes and the prices are more reasonable. But I've never had a problem with them at all. The last time I bought from JustFab was the day before yesterday - a pair of boots. I absolutely love their boots. I have a whole line of their boots. I've been shopping with JustFab since 2011 and I have about 40-50 pairs of shoes. I haven't tried out their return policy on shoes that I've had for a long time. I have a couple that didn't fit but I kept them anyway.

You should have to wait like forever on the line and then it gets disconnected. WOW! How fabulous and clever. They just give you an option to cancel your account which will never work. I bought one pair of shoes not good quality a year ago. I paid by PayPal. I had a bank statement. Today went through every item - something I don't usually do. I found a payments to JustFab for £35. Looked at all my old statement. They have been stopping my every month since last September. Phoned the company. They said I agreed to it when I bought my first item. Finally they agreed to give me £175 pound back but the whole amount. I am a pensioner, cannot afford to lose my money. Discussed with the company conning people out of their money.

I had two credit card charges for $39.95 each for the Just Fab VIP program. My daughter set up the account. My name and credit card number are associated with the account as the billing information. I called to cancel the VIP program and was told that because my daughter is 18, she is required to call. I reached her at college and asked her to call, they sweet-talked her into keeping the account! And she was too embarrassed to keep calling back. I called again and finally reached an agent who allowed me to cancel the account. This took 45 minutes.
I wrote to Just Fab to complain and they said "you can't cancel via the website." When I wrote back again to say that as the billing account holder, I should be able to cancel, they said basically "sheesh, we already apologized, what more do you want?!" Seriously, do NOT sign up for the VIP program, you will be charged $39.95 every month unless you go into your account on JustFab and choose "not this month" between the 1st and 5th day of the month. My daughter at college is way too busy to remember to do this. The billing account holder should be able to call and cancel the VIP status easily.

Like many people, I was not aware of the monthly charge for being a VIP member. I DEMAND A FULL REFUND. I DO NOT WANT JUSTFAB CREDIT. I had called JustFab and after waiting for about 20 minutes, an associate picked up only to tell me that a full refund could not be done. She told me into buying another item with the 39.95 that was charged onto my account. I WANT A FULL REFUND ONTO MY CARD. I do not need to explain myself further. the type of shoes that I like and they can create a wardrobe for me, that would be nice. What I love about being a member is that it allows me to get my collections earlier. And also the VIP status gets sales and other stuff like that.
Looking for shoes that I want is perfect. What I got on my last purchase was two pairs of boots. I purchased the same boots twice because my girlfriend came and took the other pair of boots that I had so I had to rebuy because I really liked them. I love the boots. My favorite purchase was my first pair of shoes I ever bought. It was like the zebra black and white with the occasional red feature with the red heels. I always recommend Justfab to my friends because once they open up a new account, they get these first two pairs for $39.95 and I get the extra pair. My overall experience with JustFab have ups and downs but mostly ups, just a few downs because of a minor misunderstanding which was fixed. So that wasn't a problem.

I am a member of Fabletics and FabKids. I have had zero issues. The quality of the products is really good for the price. I am only writing this because I find it annoying when people refuse to take responsibility and read figure out what they are signing up for, it is annoying. It is very clear in the instructions for all the FAB websites that the reduced price is based upon membership. This is a user error, not a FAB error.

I'm only giving it one star because you have to give it some type of rating. JustFab is nowhere near worth the trouble. Angry isn't even the word to describe emotions right now. I got a pair of shoes because they had a good deal and I then became a VIP soon after, but the prices became ridiculous to me and I just have many other things to pay off, rather than get $40 dollar shoes every month. I began to get annoyed by having to skip every month, so I went to delete my account, to see that you have to call to do it. I tried, but the service was horrible. Remind you, this was at least 5 months ago.
So now I'm stuck with an account I don't even want. Not to mention, I checked my bank account this morning, 10 dollars away from over drafting all because of this stupid website. Talking about furious!!!!!! I want a refund, because it's not fair that I always have to skip each month because I'm not able to delete my account and I forgot ONE month and it takes my money. I see no point in charging you every month, besides just to rip people off!! JustFab is useless and they just set you up to take your money then make it nearly impossible to delete your account! I had to get a new Debit Card number because of a fraudulent transaction. After I received my new card, I did not enter the information into the JustFab website. I noticed this morning that I was charged $39.95 for the month AND my bank had an overdraft fee because I didn't have enough money. I did not want this charge from JustFab and I did not authorize JustFab to have my new Debit Card number. I am extremely frustrated and fed up with JustFab. I have just received an email from Paypal stating that a payment of £35 has been sent to JustFab. I was at first extremely confused as to what this could be then I realized you have charged me £35 for the last few months for a VIP membership I do not and have not ever wanted! I want to cancel my VIP membership that I was clearly conned into in the first place and I want ALL my money back that you have stolen from me. I am absolutely outraged and disgusted by this.

I have been a member of JustFab for about 5 years. They offer variety of styles and good price so that's my favorite part of being a member. They offer free points and credits. Just a month ago I bought a jacket, but my favorite purchase was a pair of jeans. The quality is fabulous and it's worth the money.

I saw these boots on this JustFab website so I became a member and decided I wanted to get them and after I ordered them I was looking at reviews and people were saying to get half a size larger. So I called their phone line they had on their site and was explaining I wanted to reorder and get a size larger but I didn't have enough to reorder the second pair right then with my first purchase still pending on my card. The lady said it was going to take 24 to 48 hours for it to actually do the cancellation and for the money to be put back on my card. And well after all the trouble I cancelled the account but I still have pictures and everything from the order, but with the lady canceling the order I should get my 46 dollars back. When I check my card balance it still just says pending!!

I purchased one shoes and they had been charging me $39.95 per month for eight months. I did not know that until I checked my bank account. I called them to refund my all money $319.6. Do you know what they say? One month refund only. I argued and they changed the word. Three months refund. Are they kidding me? Since I purchased at that website, I never visited and I will never visit. They said they will give me a credit to use as to buy shoes in that website. I DO NOT NEED YOUR CREDIT. I NEED MY MONEY BACK. I do not know why this website is still on business since they just stole my money from my bank account and asked me to buy their product with the credit they converted from my money in my bank.

I saw JustFab on the Internet and at first I thought I'd try it out but they're good quality and neat-looking. I've been a member for a little over a year now and being a member, I don't have to go to the store and buy them. I've also done the buy one get one free and a couple magazine subscriptions. Just last Sunday I bought four pairs of boots. I love all my purchases. I am extremely happy with the service and the quality.

I decided to shop at JustFab because they had boots with larger circumference in the calf. The first boot I liked was not wide calf and I chatted with an online agent who assured me that the boot would fit after giving her the measurement of my calf. I ordered them along with a purse because of a deal they had going on. I got both of them about two weeks late, and I hated the purse and surprise the boots didn't fit.
I returned the purse and exchanged the boots for some that were wide calf. Got those and still didn't fit. Plus it had been two weeks and still no refund for the purse. I sent the boots back and it took three weeks for JustFab to receive them. They processed them and still no refund. I chatted with an agent and they said that I was given store credit. Seriously, none of their shoes fit me, why would I want store credit?!? The agent said there was nothing she could do about it.
I ended up calling and talking to a supervisor about the issue. She agreed to refund me the money once they actually got the boots back, still three weeks later and they had not arrived. It would have been faster for me to drive them back. Once I received the refund it was for only $16 when I paid $34.90. I chatted online and the lady again said that she couldn't do anything. I had to threaten to contact BBB when she was like, "ok we can credit you $5.05." That was still $14 less than what I paid. Not only do they charge you a restocking fee of $3.95 but it is per item. To make a long story long, I lost $8 and about 24 hours talking to JustFab. Never again.

This site runs purely on the hope that people forget to 'skip the month' and they gain £35!!! I don't want to be 'VIP' and want my money back! I expect a full refund! It's ridiculous that it's impossible to cancel your account because you can't get through on the phone lines! In fact it's ridiculous that you even have to phone up to cancel your account! Every other account I've ever had you can just cancel it online! The creators of this site are just out to catch you out, awful! I expect a full refund ASAP!!!

I chose to purchase from JustFab because they were offering a company discount. There was some sort of promotion going on that allowed you to get free shoes. I'm a member for about four years and it's fairly easy to find the shoes you were looking for. I would love to just be able to search all shoes versus the given selection. I haven't purchased in so long, but I do love the shoes because they used to give samples out. My last purchase was maybe about half a year ago, and I bought a pair of wedges. I've worn them so much and they've lasted. I like their quality.

The only reason JustFab gets one star is because it won't let me post without one. These people are thieves. I bought a pair of boots from them and somehow they slam dunked me into this subscription. I called to cancel when I finally caught this charge coming through my account. They claimed they would cancel it. Today they put another fee through and overdrew me. Called my bank and am going to call an attorney. Seriously a class action lawsuit is called for here. I want my money back JustFab!!! I didn't agree to just give you $40 a month. The fact that you hide this agreement in the verbiage on your site is criminal.

JustFab had some cute shoes that I absolutely wanted so I started purchasing from them. It's relatively simple to find the style I'm looking for. I started buying from them even before Kimora Lee got involved with them. Their products are pretty good. My very first purchase was one of my favorite shoes and I wore them out completely. I also had a couple of wedges that I love that I also wore out completely. And when you wear out your favorite pair, it's hard to replace it.
One problem I have is their styles were always size perfect but now I feel like they're always small on me and I always have to order up. Also, all their wide calf boots are not wide enough for my calves. I have really big calves. Theirs are like a 16 or something and I need an 18. It's so hard to find them. But overall, I think they're excellent and their exchange policy is great if you get a pair that don't fit you. I even bought jeans from them that I love. My favorite skinnies are from them.

It's pretty easy to find the style of shoes you want at JustFab. The only thing that I have a hard time finding are the black pumps. Nothing too crazy, it just seems like most of them have flat ones. But other than that, I love all the shoes I have. I like their quality. My favorite so far is a pair of green--I thought they were black and when I got them in the mail, I was like, "Oh my God, they're green, gross!" Then I tried them on, oh... They're my favorite shoes. I love JustFab. My last purchase was a pair of knee boots with zipper on the back. I'm certainly gonna buy more shoes. I also really like how you get points, because I was able to get a free pair of shoes from all the other shoes that I got points on. That was pretty cool.

I bought two pairs of shoes from JustFab some months ago now, and didn't realise that they charged my debit card every month for £35 because I was now a 'VIP' member. This was resolved and I got a refund that month. About 3 months later I was charged again (I had remembered to skip the other months) and was on the phone for near 40 minutes discussing it with an emotionless American woman who had trouble understanding that I wanted a refund for this amount as I couldn't pay my rent without it. She said that as a 'gesture of goodwill' because she could see I had skipped the other months, I would get a full refund this time but it would be the last time. I also requested to then close my account but she claimed she couldn't give me the refund if I wanted to close my account.
It is only now, another 3 months later that I will be calling them again tomorrow to finally close my account properly. If the woman I speak to tomorrow is as useless as the others have been, then I will be taking further action to have my details removed from their customer bank. NB: To JustFab, please don't copy and paste the same bloody message to me as a response like you have with everyone else, instead, CLOSE MY ACCOUNT! (furious!)

I have been a member with JustFab for four years. They have cute shoes, good prices and free shipping. If there's a month that I decide I don't want to purchase something, it's easy. I go in, click I don't want it and I'm done with it. It's not difficult to choose what I want and get the order. And if it doesn't work, I can easily exchange it or just have a credit put on the account. That's what I like. The quality of the items are good and always cute. The only thing that I wish they had more of would be shoes with a medium heel because a lot of their heels are 4 to 5 inches and I can't do a 5-inch heel next to my husband. So it's either they have like that or they have kind of a flat and a few that are like a sort of heel that are only like 3 inches or 2 inches, but there's not many, and I don't wear flats as much. Overall for me, it's been a good experience and customer service is awesome.

I first heard about JustFab online. I like to order stuff online. My favorite part about being a member is just the convenience of ordering. Initially, they had a sale, buy one get one free. Buy two for $39 or something. My favorite so far was a couple of pairs of boots. But it’s been a while since I made my last purchase. I've had some lifestyle changes. But overall I just like the convenience of it and the styles of the shoes. I really like everything I've purchased so far.

I first heard about JustFab online. I got some stuff from another fashion website, but didn’t really like what I got. Then, I got some stuff from JustFab and they were a lot nicer. It was very easy looking for the shoe styles I like on JustFab. The styles are more modern and there’s a lot of variety. I’m eclectic so I don’t like being pigeonholed into just one type of shoe. It was nice that on JustFab, I could choose from different categories.
I’ve been a member for more than two years. My favorite part about being a member is the option of being able to skip a month if I don’t see anything I like. I also loved the iron fist collection JustFab had before. It was different and it was really hard finding the items that were there. My absolute favorite shoes came from that collection. It was one pair of shoes that had black and white roses with a bright pink bow that tied on the top. That collection must have really done well because it was always sold out every time I went online to buy something. My last purchase was last month. I bought a bag and a pair of shoes. I had two credits. I’m going to return the bag though because I didn’t like it. JustFab is a very simple and pleasurable shopping experience. I have recommended it to a lot of people.

I decided to give JustFab a try because it seemed like a good deal. They had selections that I liked and finding the shoes I want has been easy. And I like their point system. You get points in everything you do, then make selection to redeem your points. There's always different selections you can choose from. You can personalize it yourself as much as you like. I love how it only comes to actually what you choose, not what they want you to look at. I also took advantage of their "buy one, get one." The quality of their shoes is really good. I shipped back the ones that had a mark on them or just wasn't up to par and they sent me another pairs and they were pretty good. My favorite purchase was a studded clutch and I really love it. My only concern is regarding an order that was supposedly delivered to me but I never received it. But I already sent them an email.

I'm in business so I like to find shoes that are fashionable but also have different styles. However I live out in the country so we don't have a lot of places to go shopping. So online shopping through JustFab is easier for me. I've been with them for probably three years now. Did take a break because I accumulated a lot of shoes but I recently rejoined.
I'm not too worried about the quality because I know that it's only going to last me under a year. If quality is something that I'm looking for specifically, I might not go through JustFab because the quality tends to not last quite as long as something that I would spend a little bit more on (sometimes however I find that they last a little bit longer than others). So if I know I'm going to buy a pair of shoes from JustFab that's mostly just for the style, as I like their styles, and for the most part they're pretty good. So it's good quality for the price. My last purchase was a pair of black boots two months ago--I get compliments on those boots all the time. People are always asking me where I got those because they want a pair and they're shocked when I tell them the price.
I recommend Justfab all the time. In fact, I have several friends who recently just joined. JustFab is fun, easy and a great company. They are easy to work with. I love the ability to skip a month if I want to but then still stay a member and be able to get the styles the following month if I want to.

You can order so many things from JustFab and they're so cheap and they're good quality too. I liked the shoes and their bags and it's pretty much very easy to look for styles I like. I love the boots I ordered some time ago and also the bag with zippers. I like it very much. I use that like every single day until it was worn out. They have also sent me free items like shoes, watch which my mother like and a magazine subscription.

JustFab is okay so far. It was introduced to me by my sister and I joined just to be different. I am a member for over a year now and it's been easy looking for the style of shoes I want. My daughter bought 2 pairs of boots at your online store and created an account. Without reading all those bottom pages link, she didn't know that her account would be automatically been changed to a VIP membership and that it will cost 39.95$ on MY credit card, each month. If I could give less than one star I would. I saw an advert for it on the telly so I checked out the website (never actually seeing anything about VIP or paying £35) and bought a pair of boots for 17.50. They arrived and didn't fit (they seem to think that all women have legs the size of twigs) but I wasn't fazed. I just figured I'd sell the boots and not shop there again. I managed to sell the boots (at a loss) but was surprised to see I was going to be charged 35 pounds. I rang up - costing my phone contract an enormous amount due to the fact they are American based - and spoke to a lady who I could tell was reading word for word from a script - no individual customer service. I told her I was unhappy and she said she was unable to refund the money. I said I wanted to cancel - she talked me into staying. I agreed to stay until my new items had arrived (I had one 'credit' to use up).
My new boots arrived and surprise surprise they didn't fit. I still haven't sold them and I spent what felt like hours on the phone to this American emotionless woman who tried and tried to get me to stay. In the end I had to be quite forceful. Don't get me wrong - I understand that they have a job to do but they could definitely work on their prioritizing the customer they're talking to. Such a bad service - I wouldn't recommend anyone to use it. I've basically lost 52.50 down the drain.

I’ve been a member of JustFab since the very beginning. There were a couple of other shoe-type companies to choose from at the time, but I liked the style of the shoes and bags at Justfab and liked the idea of having a personalized styling. And JustFab was one of the first to really do that.
For the most part I’m impressed with the quality of their items. Have a pair of shoes, which might have been the first pair that I bought from them, they really looked expensive and I’ve always got compliments on them, even from my good friends who are brand whores. I did return a pair of tall boots I bought recently. (It’s the second pair of tall boots I returned). The tall boots were just a little too thin for the material. But other than that I love the shoes and have always been really happy with the shoes and booties.
Lately, shopping for shoes has gotten much easier. You're no longer limited to just what’s in the JustFab boutique. The only thing I hate is having to sign in separately for JustFab, Fabletics and FabKids. I would love to be able to tab between the three sites and be able to stay signed in.

This is a typical site where you can pay a monthly fee in order to get a one-price-fits-all type of deal. Started out on the website hopeful, found a cute top and pair of boots. They remind you each month that you have four days to skip payment, and if you don't, you're automatically charged. After a couple months of skipping the payments, I decided that the selection was boring and I didn't want to bother with the VIP subscription anymore, in case I accidentally forgot to skip and was charged.
I had to call to cancel (you can't do it online) and was shocked by the service. She went on for about ten minutes urging me to give it another chance, that she'd give me bonus points and to rethink it, to call back tomorrow after sleeping on the decision, reminding me that you don't have to pay if you choose to skip... etc. I'm not a confrontational person, but at the end of the phone call I was almost yelling at her, saying things like "No, I'd just like to cancel now," and "No, I've been thinking about this for months." Finally I interrupted her monologue about halfway through and demanded, "So are you telling me I don't have a choice?" which startled her, and she finally allowed me to cancel my membership. Jesus Christ, they've lost my business forever.

So I placed an order 3 weeks ago and the entire time my order simply said "pending". I emailed awhile ago asking about this and they said to call in. I finally had some time to call last night to talk to someone, and was very displeased with how everything went. For starters, the entire issue as was explained to me was that half my order had sold out to other people, even though I had placed my order and paid for it in full, and got a confirmation email saying that the order WILL be shipped in 0-2 business days. She explained to me that if an item has "Limited quantity" then it can happen that it sells out EVEN AFTER my order is placed, PAID FOR, and confirmed.
How is that even possible? Are there no measures to prevent this from happening? There wasn't even a warning ANYWHERE saying this might happen. And there was no further contact after placing the order from anybody letting me know what had happened and how I could resolve it. No. I just sat in the dark for 3 weeks waiting and wondering. Terrible customer service.
And then actually talking to the lady on the phone, she seemed so rushed and uncaring about the whole thing that she just sped through the information as fast as possible and practically just hung up. No apologies, no "sorry for the inconvenience", no "was this helpful?". All she did was cancel my order. Not at all happy with the level of customer service, it's unrefined and frankly a disgrace. Never have I got off of a phone call with a company I'm spending money at and felt utterly mad and screwed over until last night after getting off the phone with that JustFab consultant. It's bad enough they charge you $40 each month if you don't skip - with that level of money their service should be amazing! But it's not! Will be cancelling my account 100%.

The collection on this website wrt quality and styles is absolutely hideous... Used this website for the first time and ordered 2 pairs of boots... Absolutely different from what they show in the pictures... Ugly style and quality was average... They claim free returns but I was charged $5.95 per boot to just return. So I paid $12 to just try the shoes... which other store does that??? When I called the customer service, they said - "You agreed to the terms and conditions". My suggestion - stay away from this website... They make money just by defrauding people... Read the other reviews too and you'll know I'm right.

I want to express my concern about this website and what they do to steal money from you. Bought shoes half price and then as many other people complaints I became a VIP member!!! I did not sign for it and these thieves started charging my bank account £35.00 monthly. Anger and frustration is what makes people never ever return to this company to buy a single thing. This has never happened to me before and this method of taking people's money should be eradicated as it's not gonna work. The company should spend more money in advertising, etc instead of stealing people's money from their accounts to make their lives. I am totally against of this procedure and I am seriously unsatisfied with the way JustFab proceed. I ordered once from this company. The shoes were horrible and I called to cancel but they somehow sweet talked me into not cancelling. I said to myself I'll give them another try so I did but honestly I would find myself skipping each month - nothing caught my eyes. After several skippings I decided to cancel around August, so from what I thought it had worked because I had no more "skip" button. 2 months later now (Sept 29), I called my credit card company and review my recent transactions that I hadn't had time to review and they inform me "Just Fab" has charged me for 2 months. I call JustFab to work things out and I get the rudest person ever who doesn't help me at all and tells me I can't get my money back :( because I never "cancelled". I am going to dispute this with my credit card company but it's disgusting they do this. Not to mention the card I had on file had been cancelled back in August but somehow they were able to charge me to my NEW card which I still have yet to find out how that happened. I can't wait to get this fixed. My bank is good but it's sad it comes off their pocket and JUSTFAB keep 80 dollars for nothing. I never got shoes. GROSS WEBSITE - STAY AWAY.

I've been a member for 5 years now. I first heard about Justfab through a friend, after I saw her shoes and purses. They were really cute! That's my favorite part about being a member, the products. I've had a few items that I did not like the quality but generally they are good. Last purchase I made was six months ago. Bought a pair of shoes. Since becoming a member, I used to do the surveys, where you do the surveys and you get a free item. But they don’t do that anymore. A lot of times it’s "buy one, get one", 50% off, or that kind of thing.

In less than 6 months the purse that I bought (brand: Producer) considering it has never been used, can no longer be used. The skin of the purse peeled off on various spots on it. There were white substances on the purse. JustFab refused to look at the merchandise even if I suggested to email photos to them. Instead, it says it has passed refundable and exchange period. I have purses that cost way much less which I am still using after for so many years. Some of them are already outdated in style, and they are still in good condition.

I've been a member of JustFab a couple of years now. I like the selection and the price point for the selection. I've continuously ordered and been really happy with the product (there’s booties that I got last year that I still continuously wear). It's really easy, user-friendly, good selection, for affordable prices... If for any reason in terms of quality or the fit didn't work, I would send them back. But I've probably have a good handful of pairs of shoes from there so I've been really happy with them. I've also been able to take advantage of a couple of two for one deals.

I initially signed up with JustFab because I wanted to have access to different styles of shoes. I'm in to shoes and different styles, and so that was something interesting to me. So far the quality the items I've bought is aligned with the price. Most of what I bought are not intended for long-term use but they're good for the most part.
Lately, I haven't been doing much purchases. One of the things that I found to be a little disappointing is the stilettos or shoes with heels are usually too high. They look nice but I can't wear them anywhere because they are impractical. So I haven't worn many of the shoes that I bought that are actually heels and stilettos. But I like their flats. I like the deals on them. What I like about it is there's a flat rate and I can decide if the shoes that are being offered is worth that flat rate or not. I like that I'm given multiple options a month that I can decide to choose from.

I’ve been a member of JustFab for the last five years. I love shoes, and it’s pretty easy looking for shoes on their site-- there’s generally a style that I like on there. I like the variety available and the quality of the items is great. My last purchase was a purse, and that was a couple of months ago.

I was a student in Germany and in July I bought two pairs of shoes from your company due to the economical offer. Since the website was in German and my German level was not good I paid incredible attention, translated every single condition and terms of usage in order to avoid VIP membership and to make sure nothing went wrong. However, as the shipping of my wills delayed significantly more than the asserted time - as maximum within 5 days after the transaction of the money - I felt in panic and tried to reach your company via sending e-mails.
In the end I received my shoes 3 weeks after but my e-mails were never responded. After I was relieved and did not check my account for a while. I was incredibly shocked when I realized on the 15th of September that 39.95 Euro was withdrawn from my account already two times more than my shopping. I could not believe how on earth it could be legally possible that a company withdraw money from my bank account without my permission! All the other times I always needed to approve several times to be able to shop online through any webpage. And I did not even provided to your company that this bank account is my regular account that can be used for any membership or else, but I only used it once just to make one time payment!
Immediately after I start trying to cancel this membership and tried to find out how could I become VIP member without approving and clicking anything offering this, especially when I did my best to avoid it. And on the contrary the cancellation process was incredibly hard; it was impossible to reach your company via the provided telephone number without using several euros more! So in the end I send the official letter to cancel this membership. At the end of 5 days I was excluded from the VIP membership. But I couldn't even be thankful for this since there was no option to get my money back.
I do not live in Germany anymore so I don't have an address to order any more products with credits that is given me to compensate the money taken from me without my permission! Still when it looked like this was the only option I tried to find an address to order products with this credit. However the incredible thing comes again that when I want to use this amount to order shoes, I saw on the right side of the page that VIP membership takes place automatically again when I shop! And it is designed in a way that it just looks like a commercial so nobody can be aware of the situation. In order to avoid it, I needed to continue shopping by 'explicitly' choosing basic membership. (In the terms and conditions, the explanation was the contrary, to become the VIP member, the customers choose the VIP membership 'explicitly', which was obviously not the situation).
In the end when I tried this with the basic membership, I needed to pay even 20 more euros to get the regular products in addition to the credits taken from me during my VIP membership!. I really really hate all the situation and cannot believe how all these can be legal!! It is impossible for me to afford that much of money for these products and I do need my money back!!! If I cannot receive my money back I will be sure that this company is a real scam company!!

I had seen ads for JustFab online. I liked their merchandise, especially the bags and shoes that they have, their prices and their system for how you get monthly selections. So, I decided to become a member and have been a member for three years now. The best thing about being a member is I have somebody who goes through their merchandise and recommends stuff that I might like. Being an elite member, I also like that I get to see the new selections each month a little bit earlier. I feel that the quality of the items I’ve purchased are pretty good for the price. There have been a couple times that they haven’t been the best, but they were willing to exchange them for different items for me.

I am so angry and frustrated with this company and I am urging everyone to stay away. I have purchased shoes from them and had to send them back as I didn't like them. I asked for a refund and I was given it. I then became a VIP member all of a sudden. I noticed from my bank account that I had been being charged £35 monthly by them and I had rung them about this. However, I asked them to stop my membership as I don't want to be charged monthly but they talked me out of it and said I can avoid it by clicking on skip for the month. So every month I did skip till for some odd reason I have not been able to see the SKIP button anymore so I thought they have already opted me out of the VIP membership as I don't buy anyway. Then found out that they still been charging me!!!
I rang them again and they said they cannot give me a full refund (they can only refund 1 month out of the 3) and I should use the other 2 to buy their products. They are forcing me to buy their products. They said they can cancel my membership, but I can only get one month refund but I will lose my money they charged me for the other two months? They keep on insisting that it's in their terms and condition. A company should never force their consumer to buy their product. The manager I have spoken to was so rude as well that she was constantly butting in on me when I was talking.

Last month I was taken in by a Facebook advert for JustFab. My boots arrived, they were worth the £17.50 I paid for them so was happy. I certainly wouldn't have paid the full price of £49.99. This month, to my horror, I discovered that JustFab had taken £35 from my account. I was very surprised as I didn't tick any boxes signing up to this and I certainly hadn't seen anything on the website about it. I checked my email and found that I had received one from them that day saying money would be taken out of my account, but I could stop this by deactivating my VIP membership by the 5th September. Sadly this email was not sent until the 15th September, a full 10 days after the cancellation date!
I called them up and got someone who basically read a script to me, saying refunds were impossible and that it was my fault for signing up to it/falling for their money making scheme. She then went on to blame my email server (Google) for the email being late. I asked to speak to a manager, exactly the same response. I asked them to close my account and eventually they did, and along with that the £35 vanished from my JustFab account and into their pockets with no refund.
Thankfully I paid through PayPal. They were disgusted at JustFab's reaction. My case failed as JustFab failed to respond. PayPal kindly refunded me the money from their own funds but didn't receive anything from JustFab. I returned to JustFab website and pretended to sign up. The only place I could see anything about this subscription was a button for a separate page called "How it works". At no point during the transaction did I see anything explaining the process. This company is disgusting. It takes advantage of people and is completely misleading. They should be shut down. I am not interested in the copy and paste message JustFab have so far responded with on this website. They can keep it.

I received a pair of terrible quality shoes. I sent them back and asked for my account to be cancelled, which I was assured it was. £70 later, I called to ask them why my money was still being taken and they told me my account had never been cancelled! Told me I had to write in via post to ask for a refund, which I did and they told me I had to phone! Have just got off the phone in tears after horrendous customer service in which I was refused a refund and told to open a dispute with my bank and in which it was implied that I was an idiot for joining! Absolutely appalling customer service - and, from what I can see from reviews below, mostly lies!

I’m a fan of Kimora Lee Simmons. So when I saw her in a JustFab commercial, I decided to become a member. I’ve been a member for four years, but I did cancel and re-start a number of times. I remember the first pair of boots I got. They were a suede gray pair. Now, I like the JustFab purses more than I like their shoes. I’m a little bit of a shopaholic, and most of the things that are out there, like a Birkin bag from Hermes or a Celine bag, I can’t afford. The JustFab bags look so identical to them. They always have something new and trendy. I can go and get them for $39.95 without a problem.
I’ve also taken advantage of JustFab’s special offers. During the two for one summer sale, I got a pair of boots, a pink bag, and two purses. There was one sale where I got a pair of boots and five purses. It was bad - I was like a kid in a candy store. Getting six things was freaking dope. As for the quality of the items, they do pretty good. I don’t have any complaints with the shoes, but the quality of the bags could be better. Some of the materials on some of the bags are almost fake leather, they rub off with the handles and in my hand. The bags can use some work.

I chose to purchase from JustFab because of their styles and cost effective. I've been a member for two years now and I like that there is a big selection to choose from. However, it's getting a little harder ‘cause I’m not wearing as many high heels anymore. They don’t have as much selection in a lower heel. About three months ago, I got two pairs of boots and a bag. I also had the two for one boots, and sometimes I'll get the buy one thing and get something sale price for $10. My favorite pair is the boots which were wide leg like calf. They're so comfortable. JustFab's quality is fine for a fake leather.

I chose to purchase from JustFab because I like their products. I liked the option to return and exchange sizes. They had different things that you can't find in the stores although sometimes it's a little harder to find the shoes I am looking for and sometimes the website freezes or it's hard to scroll down or see everything on one page. It's a little difficult but not too bad. I've been a member for at least a year and being a member I am able to see styles that other people don't see in stores, like the exclusivity of options. The quality of their products is good. I have this hot pink purse with a wooden triangle handle and pair of wedges that have brown, leopard straps. They are my favorite purchase.

Do not order boots from JustFab!! I ordered two pairs and I was very excited for them to arrive. I was very disappointed to find out they did not look anything like the pictures. The quality was horrible!! I called to return them and they wouldn't let me because I was not a VIP member so I asked if I could get store credit. They kept saying because I was not a VIP member I couldn't do it. This was horrible because I would never wear these boots out in public. They reeked of formaldehyde! Poor Quality!

I liked the fact that every pair of shoes at JustFab is pretty much the same cost, and I thought it's interesting. You don't have to purchase something if you don't see something you like, they could just go back and come up with some new styles for you. That was such a cool concept. I've been a member for at least two years now and I like the excitement of getting the email that my boutique is ready, that I get to go in and see what they have picked, but it's also great seeing that they do different lines with different designers and stuff. I've been pretty happy with them. I do wish the shoes were a little better padded so that you can wear them for longer periods of time. Other than that, the styling is really cute, they've all held up, so I haven't had any fall apart on me, which is great. I purchased a pair of boots that I wish I had purchased in every single color when they were available, because I’m in love with my gray boots. Every winter, I’m so excited when I get to bring them out, and I love them – I wouldn’t wear anything else. I put JustFab on Facebook and I've had a lot of friends join because of my post. My sister joined, I have a couple of girlfriends join, so I tell everyone about JustFab.

We bought a pair of nights at half price of £17.50 which we thought was a good deal back on November 2013. I noticed this morning they have automatically signed me up without even telling me and charged me £35 a month for the last 10 months!!!! I've been on the phone for over 2 hours to them in total and been cut off twice for them to give me half and said I have to spend the rest on shoes! What a joke that is! Ridiculous, apparently it's impossible for them to refund me the full amount which I find hard to believe since she refunded the half in matter of seconds! Three years ago, I saw an ad online for JustFab and signed on looking at different things on the site and found a pair that I liked to order. And I've been a member since. I like that I have the option to skip each month and go on and order as I please. It's not a 100% commitment. In the past I've done the buy one, get one frees and just this past month I got in the mail an extra 30% off my order, so I got two pairs with that. About two or three weeks ago, I ordered two pairs of boots. I've not had any problems with any of the products and I've ordered flats, heels and boots. I have a lot of boots that I really like and some that I've kind of beat to the ground in the last three years as I wear them constantly because they're one of my favorites.

I was browsing the web, looking for online shopping and I saw the advertisement on JustFab and it was buy one, get one free. I'm a member for about three years now and I like the perks, the points, the free shoes, and they got great clearance sales. They have easy online purchases, trends and fastest style that you're looking for. I tried a couple of other retailers but I just liked JustFab's shoes better and they have jewelry and that's my mainstay. My two favorite purchases, I would say, was a pair of camouflage stiletto boots and also my denim jacket. I also made a purchase about two-three weeks ago, a pair of boots which I love. Out of three years, there's just one thing I bought that I wasn't quite satisfied with, but that's it. I have no problem with it.

I ordered a pair of boots in May 2014. Unbeknown to me when I bought my discounted pair of shoes that I was automatically being entered into a VIP membership that I didn't want to be a part of. I am a student with no job so why am I going to want to pay £35 for shoes each month? I have been on the phone to JustFab themselves and some robot of a woman told me it was my fault for becoming a member. I'm sorry but when did I knowingly become one? She then told me to go to my bank and dispute the charge which I went and did in person. We spoke to the disputes manager and he tried phoning them but due to Data Protection he could do no more and had to put me back over to the now robot of a man at JustFab. Both me and my mother had told this man that it was not our choice to become members and as much as he tried to tell me otherwise we did not get very far.
Upon return home I phoned Trading Standards who are going to investigate my claim. After telling him how the website is both unclear about becoming a member and does not inform you of when transactions are coming out he said that we should try to take it from a misleading advertisement point of view. Had the payments been coming out on the 5th of every month like I have recently seen the website state maybe I would have seen the money come out sooner. I just want my money back.

I made a complaint on Tuesday the 23rd of September of unauthorized debits of GBP35 per month from my Bank account and my rating was angry. Between the 23rd and the 24th, I received emails from JustFab customer affairs trying to resolve the issues I complained about. To my utmost delight, and surprise (because I did not think the refund will come that quickly) today the 25th of September I received all the refunds as promised. I hope whatever hitches there are in the system can be corrected as soon as possible. Kudos to you all for a job well done. I still will recommend JustFab UK.

I noticed with dismay that the sum of GBP35 has been leaving my bank via a connect card to JustFab UK every month since March 2014. I find this very strange since I never made any purchase. It seems to me that an unsolicited account has been set up and monthly deductions made. I therefore request that the sum of GBP210 being funds taken on the following dates: 11 May 14, 9 April 14, 8 May 14, 10 June 14, 9 July 14, and 8 August 14. Be refunded to my account with immediate effect. Also whatever account was opened should be closed and deductions from my account stopped.

I've been a member of JustFab for 2 years. I learned about them online. I chose to purchase from them because of the $39.99 for a pair of shoes, the fact that they have a lot of “two for one” and their prices are pretty good (it’s not to say that I'm a cheap person). My favorite part about being a member is just the fact that you can get products online and it comes pretty quick. It’s also fairly easy to find the style of shoes that I’m looking for. And the quality is pretty good. The last purchase I made was in February where I bought heels. My favorite so far are mostly all the boots that I buy. I'm a boot-person, so I love them. Overall, JustFab has good prices and it’s easy to shop.

I purchased a purse from this site in May 2013. I then contacted the company in July 2013 and to cancel my account and believed that it had gone through. I was given a confirmation number but received no email to confirm. I checked my bank account the following month and did not see the withdrawal so I assumed that everything was fine. It was brought to my attention recently that the company has continued to remove £35/month since that time, though the exact day has varied and that was how I missed that the deductions were still happening.
Today I contacted the company about the fact that the account was still active and that those deductions have been happening for a year and a half while I was not aware of this. When I was put through to a manager, I was told that they have no record of the phone call or the cancellation. I was absolutely stunned. Given that it was over a year ago, I no longer have the cancellation confirmation number and there was no email or anything sent to my address to support the cancellation. All the company has told me is that I still have the credits that I can use to purchase goods which I was willing to give a try.
After looking at what goods are available on the website however, I found myself frustrated even further. The clothing does not come in my sizes, the shoes largely not my style and many of them are also not available in my size and I could not find enough purses or items of jewelry worth all the credits I have built up. I contacted again to express my frustration with the situation and they were not able to offer me any further assistance than to wait and see what items were added to the site (which I was told is updated sometimes).
I accept that I should have been more aggressive in checking to make sure that the account was cancelled and should have maintained the cancellation number for longer than a year but I am extremely frustrated with the fact that I have no other choice than to continue my association with this company because they have hundreds of my pounds. I bought a pair of shoes with your company some three months ago. Ever since then I have been trying to cancel my subscription which I did not know I had signed up to. Every time I contacted customer services I had to hang on forever, then the phone would go dead, did this a few times and sent email which they confirmed that they receive but told me that I had to speak to someone on the phone. Tried to do this numerous times without success. In the mean time I managed to stop them taking money from my account with the skip option. I then cancelled my subscription and thought this was the end of the matter, only for them to fraud entry withdraw £35 from my account on 21st sep which is a Sunday when their literature says that they withdraw monies on the 5th of every month.
Having kept checking my emails and bank statements and having no notification of any transaction I thought the matter over. Only for this morning 22nd checking my statement and seeing that they had in fact debited my account. I phoned the company straight away but had to use subterfuge and make out like I had a query on my account, so got through to a different department and not the department that says to cancel your membership please press 3. And managed to speak to someone who promised to cancel my membership and that I would have a credit with them and he would send me a reference number.
Checked my email, he has indeed cancelled it but no reference number and I can't even sign into my account as it is cancelled and I'm not willing to sign up to anything again with this rip off company. I want my money back. I think that this company should be brought to book and if enough of us get together we can do it. How can they take money from your account and you have nothing to show for it. Biggest rip off going. You're welcome as a company to get back to me and sort this out. Thank you.

I have recently ordered a pair of boots from JustFab last month and guess what, unaware of scam!!!!!! I have been charged £35 for nothing. APPARENTLY I HAVE JOINED THEM AS A VIP MEMBER??? Purchased 1 pair of shoes in April and have been charged £35 each month since totaling £175. Tried to speak with them and they are extremely unhelpful... No refund has been offered to myself. My next course of action is to now name and shame this DISGRACEFUL company over all social media sites. And I will keep on doing so until this company is closed down or I have had a full refund for something I haven't signed up for. Some people don't have the funds to accommodate this and are possibly overdrawn every month. Everyone affected by this scam should NAME & SHAME.

Given the amount of complaints on here I think it is about time JustFab change their ways and give people their refunds. I stupidly signed up to this con job company and followed the skip before the 5th or you will get charged 35.00 yet despite skipping twice (did wonder why the skip button reappeared when I had already skipped once) I was still charged 35.00. I was absolutely livid - rang them up to cancel and get my money refunded to be told they have no note on their system that I skipped. So due to their dodgy system I was charged, then I was told I can't have a refund as credits are non-refundable. So they have my money for nothing but yet they can't give it me back even though it is there system that has made an error. It is an absolute joke and I am going to take it as far as I can till I get my money back.

I ordered a pair of discount shoes back in early August. When they arrived, I wasn't overly happy with them as they were too small and were cheaply made. However because I only paid a small amount of money, I thought I could look back on the website and see if there was anything else. This was when I found out that by buying the shoes I was automatically put into a membership, something that wasn't clear when I bought them. I immediately cancelled my account and kept the shoes, as I just wanted an end to it and nothing to do with a company that clearly scams people.
Today over a month on, I have been charged £35 and being a recent graduate (the ceremony was what the shoes were for) I cannot afford just £35 to be taken out of my account despite the cancellation and not receiving any products. They may as well have gotten someone to just take £35 straight out of my purse! On top of this, I had tried to contact their customer services this morning to rectify the situation, and after 40 minutes of trying their phones and live chats I was unable to get through to anyone. I also checked my account today and I am still able to sign in, despite cancellation. I am very angry, distressed and now poor! NOTHING is clear with this company and their customer service is appalling!

I was a client with Shoe Dazzle and then I found JustFab and decided to do the same thing with them. I've now been a member for 2 or 3 years. I like that members have the perks wherein the number of dollars you spent, you could claim their points or redeem them for perks. JustFab is stylish and the styles of the shoes are up-to-date. However their items are not the best quality but they are alright for a couple of uses. I especially like the high heels.

JustFab is a complete con!!!! My mum bought me shoes for my birthday through my account with JustFab and they have been charging her £35 a month ever since. She is totally distraught, being an old age pensioner and can't believe she is a victim of fraud. Fraud it is as she was totally unaware of any subscription selling. I like the shoe selection and finding the style of shoes I wanted was very easy. I love being a member because of the price and the flexibility of not having to purchase, that you can skip the month, and you can purchase as little or as much as you want. Everything is good with JustFab. It's been a wonderful and great experience. I liked their selection of shoes a lot. Finding the style of shoes I'm looking for has gotten a lot better. I remember at the beginning it was all like super high heels and now there's a lot more flats available. They deliver pretty quickly too and it's hassle-free returns and exchanges. At some point I added a pair of flats for like $10. Overall, the quality of the item is really good and they have good customer service. I will continue shopping with JustFab. The only thing that could be improved would be if it wasn't like an automatic purchase if you forget to login.

I am completely outraged by this service. After registering with JustFab I purchased a handbag, which is great quality. However the next month I was charged £35 despite not purchasing anything for that month! I am extremely upset by this as I am a student and cannot afford to be charged for something I never wanted in the first place. I'll be requesting a refund.

I cannot believe it can be legal for a company to not refund money taken especially if no products have been purchased? Can anyone offer any legal advice on this. I had no idea you couldn't get the credits 'back'. I was aware I was paying monthly credits and to a degree was happy with that on the basis I could 'save up' for a special pair of shoes BUT I have £105s tied up. Spoke to the manager who was a complete waste of time - they did not offer a refund and just told me I could spend it 'however I liked' except of course it has to be with scam of a company!!!!!!

I ordered a pair shoes with a massive discount and just as well because after wearing only once they're misshaped and will end up in the trash. Secondly I got charged for a VIP membership I didn't sign up to. This is likely to be the only way this company will make money as so far I'm appalled by the service and products. I order boots with my 'credit' and shock they are sub-standard. I then had the joy of a call centre who have no customer service skills and clearly read off script. I'm going on holiday and won't be here to 'opt out' before I go away and can't cancel my account until my returns are received. Furious.

On the 18th of March, I purchased a pair of shoes on the website. The shoes arrived no problem and I thought it was the end of it. Unfortunately I didn't check my PayPal account until 2 days ago and realized that every single month since I was charged £35 (total for 3 months £105). I called PayPal and they explained that apparently by purchasing the first pair of shoes I automatically bought a VIP service which implies paying £35 per month (ridiculous!!!!!!!! And illegal I'd say!!!!). So I get in touch with the customer service online and a Robin person tells me that nothing can get done online and gives me a phone number. When I ask, "If I call the number, will I get my money back?" Robin says, "Just call the number." I haven't called the number yet but will do it as soon as possible since I don't have a landline at home and need to do it from work. I see from all the comments that loads of people got scammed the same way. It's crazy that such big company, advertised on TV is allowed to act this way. I really hope I'll get my money back cause I have no intention to let them get away with it.

I liked their selection and they actually had buy one, take one free at that time when I first started buying shoes from them... I chose Justfab over other retailers because it was what I think I was actually looking for and I like that it's working. I like the perks which I get every time I order something and once you’ve purchased so much shoes you become an elite member and you get more perks. I’m an elite member now, so some of the pricing is different for me. Because I've been a JustFab member for so long, probably 4 or 5 years now, I get special discounts; I accumulate so many points, I get a free pair of shoes.
It's been a great experience. Over the years, I've only had to send back one pair because it didn't fit correctly -- that's pretty good for so many pairs of shoes, my closet is full of them. In fact I just purchased another pair of boots last week.

I ordered my daughter some shoes which were not suitable so sent them back, to date I have not received a refund. Without knowing I apparently signed up to be a VIP member which means if you do not access your account before the 5th of the month JUST FAB will automatically take £35 from your bank. They took this money leaving me overdrawn and point blank refused to give it back. No one who answers the phone offers any real help. It is like speaking to automated robots! Account now cancelled.

I like JustFab's shoes and their handbags. You can't find them in stores. It's pretty easy to find the style of shoes you want. My favorite part about being a member is the options I have. I am extremely disappointed by the quality of their merchandise. I purchased a pair of boots in June for the fall. I have worn them a total of seven hours and already a buckle has snapped and broke away from the stitching of the boot. I ordered an outfit from the FabKids line. My child went to snap the button and it split in half. I really am not happy with these issues. I love the look of their shoes and boots but honestly the quality stinks.

This company is a total scam!!! I bought a dress for my wife without my knowledge that you pay £35 a month, used the chat because no credit on phone since I am using the computer in the Library. Someone called Robin didn't help at all. I’m asking for my £35 that they are holding which is for me is illegal since it’s my kids tax credit money. They keep telling me to call them. I wouldn't even do that chat thing if I can but it’s no help - they say to write them to cancel it or call. I even beg so I can go food shopping but no help at all. If I have known I wouldn't even go to this website nor recommend it to my friends.

I just loved the variety of shoes and the bags at JustFab so I purchased from them. At first, it was just shoes and bags, and then over time it grew to jewelry. I liked that they kept adding different things, and now they have jeans. I also like the whole outlook and the layout of the website. What I love about being a member is that I have the options, and I l also like the fact that everyone at JustFab has been very helpful. I’ve had a couple of issues with shipping; sometimes it won’t work on my mobile phone and a lot of them have been very helpful with that matter so I appreciate that.
Being a member I got to take advantage of the buy one, get one and the member credits and the VIP things. I got a watch for free for being a VIP member. And the quality of the shoes is really good. Some of the jewelry fell apart after a while but that’s no big deal. But the shoes are amazing quality. My favorite purchases are the coral earring and the boots that go all the way up to my knee. I love those. They're fabulous!

This company should be banned, absolutely appalling. I'm a university student and saw a deal on the site, paid £17 for a handbag which was ridiculously small. Then realised just recently when sorting out student finance £280 had been removed from my card for VIP membership??! I'd never agreed to such a thing or was told I would be charged £35 a month. THE BIGGEST SCAM! I've tried to ask for my money back but no such luck - should be ashamed for conning people like this.

If there were a way I would give this company a negative score. This company is extremely sneaky, they do not openly disclose the $39.95 membership fee you will be charged for not "skipping" a month, upon signing up for the VIP membership. Once I discovered a $39.95 charge on my bank account, I did further research which is when I found the information regarding skipping a month or be charged $39.95. They are extremely sneaky, which is done completely on purpose. So beware if you are planning to buy from them. I called customer service and after being placed on hold for 17 minutes, I asked cancel my membership and see if there was any way to get the unauthorized charge refunded and was told no, but that a credit would be on my account. However the only way to use that credit would be to sign back up for this ridiculous fraudulent company. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau and telling anyone I am able not to sign-up or order from this site. I am appalled by how bad the customer service is and the fraudulent business practices.

I love JustFab. I brag about being in the shoe club all the time because it's fun having the best shoes. I actually checked out a different website first; I liked them but I wanted a little more pizzazz and I noticed that they were more potpourrish, they kinda lost their class and are overdone. Then I checked JustFab's website. They had a pair of black boots that's along the side and they were called Alicia and I thought that it was meant for me. So I thought to get that. And then every month, it got better! I will probably be canceling my membership though just because I have an entire closet of shoes and I'm running out of room.
There is a warehouse here in Arizona and all their shoes are $10. They have similar shoes I've purchased from JustFab, but they're falling apart so fast because they're cheaply made. With the shoes from JustFab, I've never ever had a heel break. The only thing I would probably change or recommend is with the elite membership. It is a pain in the ** to get a hold of somebody. They'll talk to me, get my information, and then say, they can't help me and then forward me to someone else.
