    My experience wasn't nice at all. I got beat and they kept my $39.95 even though I sent the shoes back because they were the wrong size. I will make sure to tell everybody. Don't do that VIP thing because they don't tell you upfront about the one shoes every month. And if you don't remember not to click on I don't want shoes every month, you get billed! That doesn't make sense.

    When I first got JustFab I was not aware of the monthly fee they charge when you become a VIP. And for about four months now I have to keep on going onto the website to skip this month just so I am not charged. I have also tried to call the Just Fab customer service several times trying to cancel my membership and each time it tells me to try again. I am really not impressed with the service of this website and the inconvenience I have to face trying to reach someone to cancel my membership.

    I've enjoyed being a member of JustFab for two years. They have quite a few good selections from where I bought my tall boots. I used to like them because we could get free shoes after we bought so many but they stopped that, so I haven't been buying as many. They went down to just little things that you can purchase now, that you get with your bonus money.

    I was one of the people that got "duped" into signing up for a membership program that I was unaware of; so sue me, I didn't read four paragraphs of fine print to buy some shoes. The boots I got were actually pretty good, and if that had been my only purchase (since it was the only one I wanted) I would have been happy, until I found out that I had unknowingly been getting charged every month. Then I had all these points I had to use up on shoes that I didn't want. I ordered two pairs of ballet flats at my discounted "VIP" price of $39.95 each, when we all know you can get flats anywhere for under 20. They arrived and were very uncomfortable and too big. I tried exchanging them online and was told I couldn’t do it since I had bought them with my "VIP" points.

    I had also ordered some shirts and dresses, and like I stated, they were not of good quality, even for the price. I could have gotten them anywhere and not paid $39.95 per item. I have yet to contact a rep since this happened over the weekend but overall I am way beyond frustrated; any exchange/refund should be able to happen ASAP especially when JustFab boasts is free refund policy on all its ads, until you try using it. I do not want store credit. I just want all of my money back that I didn’t know I was giving you guys!

    JustFab had better options and selections closer to my style, hence I purchase shoes from them. Besides offering an easy buying experience, their shoes are also affordable. Everything I ever ordered are always good and it wasn't hard to send anything back. The products are also of good quality. So no complaints aside from I just find it hard to remember when to cancel or skip on my monthly subscription, so it's great overall. I get a lot of compliments on things that I wear or carry bought from this online store and I'd always refer these people to JustFab and further say that I think they're a great company.

    I've been a member of JustFab for a couple years now. My most favorite part of being a member is If I need to skip the month, I can. One of the special offers that I took advantage of was the buy one take one. I bought three pairs of the tall boots and I got them buy one, get one for $19.99. I love the Payton shoes. I've got the same shoes in three colors. My last purchase was just the other day. I bought three pairs of shoes because I had three credits. I haven't had any problems with them except for the pants that I ordered and they were not true to size. They were huge. I sent them back, and I got some new pants.

    I chose JustFab because they emailed me a $10-off coupon for my first order. I've been a member for a month now and my most favorite thing about being a member is the special offers. I like the deals that I got. I ended up getting my shoes for $0.96, so that was really nice. There was also a sale where everything is half off. I bought a pair of black glittery ballet flats. I'd give them an excellent rating because they are fast-shipping and it was really easy to cancel at the start of the month and just postpone it to this next month because I don't want to buy anything else. I'll be shopping again.

    I was a happy customer until I found out about the 39.95 charge they will charge each month if you forget to check your account. Like most people I have a full-time job and most of the time that has me working 6 days a week so I don't stop and think "it’s the first 5 days of the new month. Better check my justfab account." Which I'm sure they are counting on! It seems like such a scam to me. I mean the quality and the prices are good but why the charges?? Can the company not run without tricking people into paying for "vip" treatment? After my last charge put me in the negatives in my account, I called, got a refund and closed my account with them. Maybe I'll open a new one when they treat their customers like customers and stop taking advantage of them!

    Very unhappy with this company. Didn't know they take money out of your account each month. They should make that clear. If I knew that I wouldn't of signed up.     I had to cancel my account due to my deliveries not arriving. I have tried to contact JustFab a couple of times at the support email address and have received the rather obnoxious email stating that one of their "fashion consultants" will reply to me as soon as possible. Not very impressed with the service given the supposed VIP account I had.

    I've been a member for six months and I'm going to call JustFab as soon as I have time to cancel. My last purchase was a pair of heels. It's very low quality for $40. And then there was confusion when it came to returns. I returned a pair of shoes and they never put a credit on my account. I had to call several times and then finally after calling, they said "Oh yeah, we just never put it in as a credit. We've put it in as an exchange." Finally I was able to choose another pair of shoes. They really make it hard to return stuff. I got stuck with some shoes that are really uncomfortable and they hurt, but when I wanted to return them, they said "Oh it's too late." At a store, it would be way easier to return something. I didn't know there was a limit on when you can return. Now I'm stuck with them and nobody's going to give me $40 for them. I haven't had a good experience at all.

    I purchased from them because of the price. The shoes are a little better than a Target quality. But I really didn't have a great experience with JustFab. After I signed up, I didn't read the fine print that I had to pay $39 a month. I didn't understand that so I called back to cancel my order and my membership. They didn't cancel my order so I just paid for it. It was a wasted three hours of my life. I wouldn't do it again.

I'm sorry I sounded so angry but I just couldn't understand why this had happened again. As my account has now been cancelled by your admin people, I don't think I will have any issues in the future.     I lodged a complaint about JustFab last year which I thought had been resolved as I received a substantial refund of the unauthorized "credits" which had been systematically taken from my account over a period of months. Now a credit has suddenly been taken from my account this month for no apparent reason! I have contacted customer service and all I have received is a standardized response which didn't take into account my comments, i.e. that I have not paid any "credits" for months now and I do not want this account anymore! I demand a refund of the £35.00 which has been stolen from my bank account. Furthermore I will be authorizing my Bank to block any further attempts by JustFab to take money from me without my consent.

    I've been a member of JustFab for about four years. I really like the different stuff and the selection of shoes was nice. I bought a dress and a pair of shoes last month. The quality of the dress wasn’t good. I had two jumpsuits the month before and the zipper was broke on one of them, and I feel like I had a chance to return it. The return policy is easy, but I'm super busy because I'm a flight attendant. The quality of the clothing isn’t as good as it should be but the shoes are wonderful so overall, my experience is still fine.

    4 months ago I purchased a pair of boots from JustFab. (They were too big so I rarely wear them.) If I would have known they were going to charge me money just for not logging into their website I never would have joined. Every first week of the month that you don't log in they charge you $39.95. They now have $160 from me and are telling me there is no way to get it back. They never emailed me or notified me that they were taking money out of my account. This website is pathetic... I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

    It's pretty easy to find the shoes you want at JustFab and I like that the shoes I bought are at $39.95 but they don't fit, the sizes and heels are very uncomfortable. They're either way too high and too skinny and you can’t walk with them. I like their shoes but the quality as far as how comfortable they are is not practical.

I got the extra discounts on those boots as I am a VIP member of theirs - they were $50 at the start and ended up getting down to $19 I think. I bought from them after I saw the different variety they had and that I can have my own closet, plus I really love heels, shoes and I love deals. The delivery was also pretty fast.     After complaining the company have issued my refund. I have however explained that due to the amount of people complaining on here with the same issue, maybe they need to make it much clearer what people are signing up to and how to avoid the £35 being taken from your account. Hopefully they will review their methods.

    I signed up to JustFab because I was foolishly enticed by their buy one, get one free offer. Little did I know (because it states it NOWHERE) that I would be charged 35 pounds a month to be a VIP. Didn't want that, the selection and quality of stuff is AWFUL and only for people with skinny feet. After having a 3 months of money taken off me, I cancelled my account but I still have one credit remaining, but there is absolutely nothing on their site that I want. Doesn't matter anyway because I can't use my credit without signing back up to the VIP membership again. I asked for my credit back, lady on the phone who barely spoke english told me that wasn't possible, under NO CIRCUMSTANCES.

    So now I'm 105 pounds down, have a naff pair of shoes, a naff handbag and a credit I can't use. DO NOT sign up to this service, it's an absolute con and as much as their customer service team claim to "care about you" they don't, they just want your money.

    It was easy finding the shoes that I was looking for. JustFab doesn't have specifically all the types of shoes that I would wear, but it was nice. My daughter-in-law had a lot that she liked, so my son bought her some. I bought them and he just reimbursed me. As a member, the most favorite thing that I like about it is the special offers and not being charged every single month. I can go in on the 1st through the 5th and skip the month so I don't get billed. That's why I continue to stay. Whereas in other sites, they bill you. You don't get that option. My last purchase was a couple of months ago and I got shoes, slippers and some jeans. They didn't quite fit but I kept them anyway because of the hassle trying to send them back. But other than that, it's a nice site and definitely easy to use. I like going in there and looking at stuff.

    I've been trying to call customer service to cancel my membership for the past couple of days, however I can't get through. I'm tired of having to remember every single month to "skip a month" so I won't get billed for the "VIP" membership.     For first time buyers it is a great deal. I liked what they had. One thing with JustFab though is that I don't remember if they told me how high this heel was or how high the incline was, and the shoe winded up not being super comfortable so I'm reselling it. It was a pretty cool shoe though with a super interesting style that most places don't have. I thought it was good, for the price. It's right on par with a lot of other online e-commerce clothing and shoe stores. When I decided to cancel the membership, they did it immediately. Which was nice. Mostly, these places try to give you something to make you stay.

    I absolutely love this company and they have very cute things that I am not always able to find in stores. I am a bit baffled by the responses below and the unaware debits. The company makes it very clear this is a VIP membership which is why when you join you are given 2 pairs for $39.95. The problem seems people cannot read the fine print. They are not scammers, just a company running a pretty cool business if you ask me. You have to be logical, where are you going to get 2 pairs of shoes for $39.95? Come on!! They are also flexible, and if you don't see a selection you like you can "skip the month", and they also even let you cancel your membership at any time.

    I think these opinions are really unfair and harsh. I have had nothing but excellent experiences with them so far, and they have gone above and beyond if I needed help or assistance making an exchange. Part of being a customer is also taking responsibility to know what you are purchasing and they make that very clear.

    I have been a member of JustFab for two or three years. A friend told me about them, so I decided to check them out. I bought a pair of boots with them four months ago and I like them.     In december I purchased a boot for GBP11.00, and automatically was considered as VIP member. The product when received was in worst condition as if used. I arranged return and refund. But the shoes was collected. Money was not refunded. After several calls and waiting on line for more than 25 min and talking to to different CSR every time, finally request was considered in Jan 2015 and money was refunded. I was very disappointed with the whole service and asked the CSR to cancel my membership and no more want any mails promotion offers or any more transactions, to which he confirmed it is cancelled.

    I am on a per hour salary job in a travel company and travel mostly and don't have time to check my bank account nor the money to have internet in my phone. I recently checked my account and have noticed last 3 months I'm charged GBP 35.00 every month. This is an unauthorised transaction. I want my money back and not a stupid Credit. I cannot afford to shop a filthy used shoes or a jeans for GBP 35.00 every month when I don't have money to pay my house bills. I have a below average salary and had clearly mentioned I want my account to be cancelled as I don't have time or resources to go online and do a skip this month thing. Please don't take advantage of people like us. Such marketing strategies are not what is called Customer service or satisfaction. I repeat I want my money back in my account and not a credit note.

    I am very much disturbed with the whole experience and sad that things I can't afford, for no reason my money is taken without even my consent. It is My hard earned money not yours JUST FAB.

Lovely items on their website but be careful, read the small print and if waiting for a refund keep pushing for it.

    It has taken over two months for a refund. Purchased a pair of boots in February, they were too small but I liked the style and just wanted a bigger size. Took over a month for the boots to be collected, by this point I was fed up and wanted a refund. Despite twice weekly calls, I am still waiting for my £35 to be credited. I call and get told "don't worry, funds will be refunded." I am quoted 7-10 working days during every call, in effect, 7-10 working days has turned into over two months!

    Every time I call, I am on hold for long periods of time and I just feel that I am getting fobbed off each and every time. If they are doing this to me, I am sure they must be doing this to others, £35 may not sound much but actually it can be if others also have £35 out of their account and it's the principle too. This company are happy (and quick) to take your money but very slow to act upon any complaint or refund. Best avoid this company. If I don't get my money in the next week, I will be taking further action.

    I saw in the commercial that JustFab had some really cheap shoes so I went to the website and it was pretty easy to find the stuff that I like. I'm pretty satisfied with the quality of shoes I bought from them but there was one pair of shoes that I had a little difficulty with -- one of my first purchases.     I recently called to cancel my account after it's been charged (unsuccessfully) three times. I'm sorry, but when there's a death in my family, the last thing I think about is my email alerts. Let alone your petty shoe company. So, of course, I couldn't skip the month. Fine. My credit card is prepaid. You're not gonna get anything from it, JustFab. Money needs to be put on the card before that can happen, and it's not going to.

    On to the cancellation. JustFab does not give you full details on what will happen after you cancel. They will still keep your credit card information "for future purchases." I don't want anything to do with this site anymore! Not only that, they still keep trying to charge me. Their customer service line isn't helpful at all. And, they're pretty rude. I wanted my credit card removed. But no, "We can't do that." Why? "Just because" -- That's their bloody answer. Yes, I made a mistake, death happens. But honestly, this company would be so much better if they didn't feel the need to charge you every month. Some of their policies aren't even in the fine print.

    I signed up to JustFab on a one-off and there was nothing to say; it was a subscription. I ordered some shoes (which I'm still waiting for over a week later) and thought the website was lovely and easy! Until my friend told me about JustFab actually being a subscription which they take money whether you buy or not. Therefore I rang up to cancel, it took me 20 minutes to get through to someone until they literally stopped speaking mid conversation...I thought it was due to the signal but I rang again 5 times and no answer.

    I waited a few hours and rang again, in which it took me 10 minutes to speak to someone and another 7 minutes before they actually did what I asked. He kept trying to keep me on the VIP subscription and offering me 20% off and other things. He became rude when I ask for him to just cancel my account. He told me I should have looked at the terms and conditions before signing up which is valid, but they should also have something to say about the price on the website!

    My daughter went online and purchased a pair of boots back in May 2014, and got a pair for free and paid for the boots. Then on a month to month basis this poor excuse for a shop debited her account to the tune of £35 per month because she did not A, Purchase anything or B Skip or Some other crap she apparently should of done. I spoke to account dept to cancel her account and to see if they would reimburse her the monies owed as she hadn't signed up for any VIP membership programme, she was just about 17 also at the time. This is just the kind of practice that should be monitored by consumer groups and I am in contact with our solicitors as I write to try do something about this company. What a Joke they are.

    I joined the VIP membership program of JustFab about two years ago. Everything was perfect, they carried my shoe size (11) and had lots of different styles I loved. Yes, their shoes and boots are clearly not the top quality, but usually they last me long enough. On February, I forgot to skip the month, and got billed $39.95, which I was aware of. Two days ago, I decided I'd use my credit for a pair of flats... And my credit was not used. Instead, they billed automatically my credit card.

    I wrote them an email on that day, and got no response yet. I connected to the online chat during their business hours, waited for 30 minutes, but no representative joined me on the chat. I tried to call them, held the line for 30 minutes, and spoke to no one. But since, they have proceeded my order, and shipped it! At no point, during my checkout, I was asked if I wanted to use my credit on my account. So JustFab is billing me if I forget to skip the month, but I can't use that money? Serious ripoff. I won't do business with them ever again, even if it means losing my $40 credit.

    I have 39.99 dollars out of my bank account from JustFab. I was not aware that I had a membership and had to cancel so I wouldn't be charged.     I've been a member of JustFab for a year. My most favorite thing about it is not having to pay for shipping. One of their special offers was that they used to do two for the price of one but I haven't seen that come around lately. I also bought a purse two months ago from them and it was really nice.

    I find it unfair that you have to sign up for some VIP thing just to look at the shoes and then I ordered some because I found some I liked. For months to come then I see it charged me $39.95 for the VIP membership. I had no idea that it charged that every month you didn't buy something. It never clearly stated that ANYWHERE. Then when I tried to cancel my membership one girl pretended she couldn't hear me when I could clearly hear her then she hung up. The next guy I called put me on hold after I gave him all of my information and then he hung up on me. That is extremely unfair and when the website says I can cancel at anytime I expect that I could cancel and they clearly don't want you to cancel.

    I'm very disappointed in this company. I wasn't aware that I was automatically signed up for VIP membership. I cancelled it via the on-line option. 4 weeks later I receive an email asking if I want to opt out of April. 2 minutes later I get an email telling me I've been debited £35. I have contacted customer services and asked for a refund and my membership to be cancelled - no response. I would avoid ordering with this company at all costs, as I'm not even sure they're allowed to automatically debit your money without making their terms clear and receiving a mandate from the customer.

    Was surfing the site, I saw some shoes I enjoyed and I decided to buy. I paid with my Paypal account. I paid 31.95 pounds I got in home and I loved. Not only loved when I discovered that the February 6 took my bank account 35 pounds, to March 26 more pounds and 35 to April 8 plus 35 pounds in total 105 pounds. This value corresponds to 4 working days. Clear that questioned through chat and asked return which informed me not be possible, because it was vip member. What is this vip member? Is clearly a way to justify the theft? I just wanted those shoes by the value that was for sale in site. If they were more expensive course, not bought. Honestly I will never advise anyone to buy comprare this company.

    My 17 year old daughter bought a purse online from JustFab.com about a month ago with her own debit card. We noticed her checking account was charged two new fees today. One, for a purchase she didn't authorize and another for a 'VIP' account she didn't sign up for. To be sure this was actually the case, my daughter called the customer service line and sure enough they verified my daughter didn't go through their series of questions to sign up for their VIP service nor did she authorize any new purchases. In fact, during the 'VIP' questionnaire a birthdate is required which would clearly show she is not old enough to participate. JustFab charged her for a service that she is not even old enough to be a part of and did not have an explanation for why this happened! As a parent, I am extremely disappointed in this type of business model and am blocking this site for future use.

    I am not pleased with the way I was tricked into the VIP membership. I had to sign up online just to view the page in January 2015. I had no idea what I was getting into. April 7, 2015 I so happened to check my bank account and saw where I were -- JustFab kids charged my account for 29.95. I called them.     JustFab.com seemed like a great solution at the time. It was a BOGO promo when I signed up and one of the "perks" was being automatically enrolled in their VIP program. I ordered two pairs of boots, received them quickly, and had to return a pair because they didn't fit. Honestly, easiest return process ever! However, fast forward six months, and see a charge from JustFab on my statement. I log into my account and see that I have two credits up until that point. I only ever had one. I assumed it was something that I got when I signed up during the promo. However, with the second credit, it made sense and I went back and found the first charge.

    I called customer service and was told they don't give refunds. They suggested that I just use my credits, I declined and after much back and forth, was connected to a supervisor. Her name was ** and she RUDE! Told me that because I had skipped months previous that I obviously understood the program. When I tried to tell her I skipped those months because the shoes showed to me were not anything I wanted, she started yelling that I knew what was going on and I wasn't going to get a credit and I should just get shoes. At this point I decided to go through my credit card, only getting recent charge credited as the first one is too far back. So I basically paid $40 for a subscription that I got one pair of very poorly made boots with. So not worth it...Will never use again. Account cancelled.

    I started JustFab last year and was happy about their promotion of $10 for shoes if you sign up for a membership, but I didn't know that they will charge me $35 every month for membership. Since then I would always write a reminder in my calendar just to cancel my boutique. I have called customer service MANY TIMES(!) and the machine would just always say that I will wait for 30-35 minutes before their agent to be available.

    So I emailed JustFab and they just said that they will skip my boutique that month for free! They wouldn't let me cancel my membership without knowing why even though I told them that I want to cancel it. This month because of the midterm coming up and my double job is time consuming I forgot to cancel this month and now my bank account overdraft and I have to pay a fee. This site should be taken down. I will never buy from JustFab again even if they say that it's for $10 only! Wish there is lower than one star!

    April first this month my wife canceled her membership to JustFab. And doing so a week later we were charged $39.95 by the company. When we called, we were met by someone who told us they would refund us in 14-30 days?!?! Being unacceptable I asked for it to be expedited and was told we would be transferred. I was then put on the phone with a lady with a very thick Asian accent who told us there has never been a cancellation. We offered to provide the email and then the line disconnected. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB about this company's practices which are very unethical. Does not surprise me they are a 3 star via the BBB. I assume most people do not know that they are located in El Segundo, CA and in so filing a complaint with the BBB will accomplish more than on this site.

    I joined, reading and understanding the terms, and when I didn't want to buy a item I "skipped" by going online and choosing to skip. I then noticed my credit card was still being charged the monthly amount. I called the company to cancel the account. I was asked to reconsider for a 10% credit on the account. I declined and was given a confirmation number of the closing for my account with JustFab. My account was charged again until March and my credit card company said they could not take action except to send a letter to begin the process to halt the action. I live in Canada so the monthly account was in US dollars. Approx 300.00 was charged to my credit card. The clothing I did buy was of nice quality, but this has been a frustrating loss to me.

    On 23/02/2015 I realised JustFab had taken £35 from my bank account as I hadn't skipped the month. I decided to purchase a handbag with the credit. On 02/03/2015 the package arrived, but the bag sent was not the one I had ordered. I called customer services and was told that I can return the bag sent, but I couldn't get the bag I ordered as it was no longer in stock! The call handler was unable to confirm how I could order a product that was out of stock and put it down to a warehouse system error. As a result I agreed to return the item (which I did via Hermes) and asked for my VIP membership to be cancelled and the £35 to be refunded back to my account as I no longer wanted to order from JustFab again (I'd heard to the various complaints) I was assured my account would be cancelled and that the refund of £35 to my bank account would occur upon receipt of the returned bag (Hermes picked up the bag on 03/03/2015).

    On 11/09/2015 I noticed that a further £35 was taken from my bank account. When I called JustFab Customer Services I was told that I had not asked for my VIP membership to be cancelled, but they would cancel the account now and refund me the £35. This was the only thing they did right! To date (07/04/2015) I am still waiting for the refund of the first £35 for the bag I returned. I have been told that the bag was only received by the warehouse on 26/03/2015, wow I know Hermes has some problems but that is a long time for a delivery to be made even by their standards.

    After speaking to a Customer Services 'Supervisor' today I am prompted to make this complaint. I have been told that as I have ONLY spent £11 with JustFab and ONLY purchased one other item, I really had nothing to complain about. The absolute nerve!! I was told that the refund had been processed, but then that was changed to it had only partly been processed and I will receive my refund in the next 3-5 days (I believe she may have meant working days but that's just me making assumptions.) It was so difficult to hear the call agents I spoke to and I was told that they are busy hence all the background noise. It sounded as if they were speaking to me from a busy train station which made it so difficult to hear. My whole experience was awful and I feel as if JustFab have no regard for their customers or the fact that this VIP membership scheme is in fact borderline scam artistry.

    My experience went perfectly Well at first. I received my order, excited to try on my new shoes and boots, only to find I didn't receive all I had paid for. The receipt showed I had paid for boots I did not receive. I tried to call customer service but would sit on hold for an hour and give up.     I will never be placing an order from JustFab again. I bought a pair of boots in November 2014 and just now realized that they have been charging me $39.95 for 4 months now! I don't recall that the $39.95 a month was CLEARLY stated in the sign up. (It wasn't.) And frankly, I am angry. I called their customer service line only to be mind blown. The girl pretended she couldn't hear me (when I could clearly hear her) and hung up on me during the phone call. I am very upset with this website and it looks like many other people are as well. I suggest to never buy from JustFab, they will scam you.

    I have been trying to call 2 phone numbers for "JustFab" for two days now only to get a recording that says "Thank you for your call please try again later" or "The number you have dialed is unavailable in your area at this time." I am pretty sure it says they offer 24/7 customer service and I am pretty sure that I no longer want my membership so how am I supposed to cancel?? They have no email addresses on their website. (Since when can people not email a company?? That's absurd on its own.) Coming from a company myself who prides itself in Customer Service I have never dealt with anyone whom I can't even get a hold of. This is ridiculous. If someone from "JustFab" could respond to this that would be great. When you respond, please provide contact information in which someone in Canada can actually get a hold of you. It might be time to update your services to 2015 like most other Customer Service Driven companies.

    I have shopped with them before. I usually buy shoes or purses off of them because they're cheap and I wouldn't cry if I ruined them. It worked for me. The problem started when they decided to jack up their prices. It was $39.99 CAD for an item before and it went to $39.99 USD now. How ridiculous. For a pair of cheap uncomfortable shoes? Plus the currency rate is always fluctuating. So I ordered a purse from them. Thinking it's be close to $50 of anything. Guess what? They charged me $68.12 for a purse. A JustFab purse for almost $70? INSANE!

    I also saw in my bank statement that they charged me $1.08 three times (I places the order on the phone, might I add with people that barely understand English or can comprehend what I'm asking). So I called them back and told them to cancel my order. No way I'm paying $70 for a purse. He said okay and guess what, its been 2 days and the $68 has not returned to my bank account. I called back today AND IT SAYS THE NUMBER YOU HAVE DIALED IS NOT ASSIGNED. WHAT THE HELL? I better be getting my money back or I will take this complaint further. Definitely cancelling my subscription as well!

All of a sudden, I went to order shoes today for my birthday and my order wouldn't go through. Weird. And inconvenient. I emailed JustFab with no response. Finally, I called them and they informed me my account had been BLACKLISTED with no explanation. Meaning I was no longer able to order anything on my account. How can a VIP member who orders shoes every month for the last 2 years be randomly blacklisted!? What an outrage! I was casually informed I could create a whole new account if I wished, losing all of my 10000 reward points I had accumulated since I started shopping there, and then told "Don't forget to like us on Facebook."     After my last experience with Justfab (not a good one), I kept my subscription until I could use up the last of my credits that had accumulated. I really should have just unsubscribed right away. I placed an order with JustFab in February and have yet to receive it (it is now April) or any response after trying multiple times to contact them.     I bought my boots in November 2014. As of March 2015 and wearing my boots probably twice a week throughout those couple months, they are coming apart where my toes are, causing any sort of water to come into the shoe. Unsatisfied, I contacted customer support in which they said that they could not process any sort of return because it was after the 30 day return period. I explained that if I knew the boots would fall apart after a couple months of wearing them, I definitely would not have bought them or would have returned them within the 30 day period. But customer service couldn't do anything for me. This shows me how cheaply made the items are at this company and how much they don't seem to care about their products and customers.

    Also, after ordering my boots, I contacted customer service to cancel my account so I wouldn't be charged $40 a month, which took me 20 minutes and telling the representative at least 4 times that I did not want to be a member, no matter what "promotions" were offered to me because I don't buy clothes and shoes that often. It makes me sad that I can go buy shoes at Target or Walmart for cheaper and they will last me twice as long. DON'T BUY FROM JUSTFAB!

    I have found the perfect pair of booties on JustFab website a couple years ago. At the time we had the money on they didn't take paypal, and that's all my fiance had to pay with. Well the guy he talked to on the phone said they would come back in a couple months and if we had a checking account or someone to help us we could order them then. So I have checked at least once a week to check to see them and haven't come across them yet. That is the only thing keeping me from buying any shoes from them. Because I was told one thing and haven't seen anything about the shoes I want.

    Do not be tempted by their initial promotion to get you to sign up for a membership. They say that you can cancel at anytime but it's not that easy. I called to cancel my membership 2 weeks ago but they said I will lose the $39.99 credit that was already charged to my credit card. She said I should purchase something with my credit then cancel.

    I placed an order this morning online and saw that they did not use the credit I had, instead they charged my credit card again! I had to call them and of course they apologized and said that the credit should have been used. JustFab is great at apologizing for their mistakes. I then told her I want to now cancel my membership. She said that if she cancels my membership, the order I just placed will be canceled and once again, I will lose my $39.99 credit. She suggested that I wait for my order to arrive, then call back and cancel.

    I insisted on speaking to a supervisor, I was hold for 20 mins. The supervisor gets on the phone and says she can't hear me and disconnected the call. I had to call back once again. The supervisor did refund my credit card for the extra payment made on my account, used the credit for the purchase I just made and offered me 20% off my next purchase even though she knew I wanted to cancel my membership.

    Bottom line, do not do business with this company, they will try to bully you from not canceling your membership. It's not worth the discount. If you are a current customer, be persistent and speak to a supervisor. I think they are aware that they cannot take away a credit that you paid for when you try to cancel your membership.

    I don't understand how JustFab is still in business. It's very shady to have people sign up for a membership just to view their products, which eventually turns into a "VIP" membership by committing the member to either SKIP buying a shoe for $39.99 or be charged that price. Who has time to browse every 5th of the month and avoid this fee if they didn't want to buy anything? Can't believe there are commercials for this business too. Even though they show you the membership terms and conditions, it's very easy to miss it because it's very small. Beware of this, and please definitely READ. The only way to cancel your membership is by calling them. The person I spoke to said he would have to cancel the shoes I purchased as well, unless I wanted to buy them at their original price. I cancelled everything. What a turn off.

    Received an email stating JustFab had an offer - shoes were all £35 and it was buy one get one free. I ordered my 2 pairs and they arrived quickly. The shoes were so small and narrow I couldn't even nearly get my normal sized feet in them. I immediately logged in to my account, located my order and tried to click 'return items' but of course it was greyed out. Apparently I need to phone or email (what a surprise). So I emailed and asked could I please have a refund. I was told no not really, they can't refund by email and it will need to be done over the phone - a premium 08 number of course.

    I rang and spoke to someone with such a strong foreign accent I could barely decipher a word of what was said. I was offered virtual credit, an exchange etc and had to keep repeatedly asking for my money back... which will apparently take at last 14 days. I now find that I've been signed up as a VIP member (I specifically chose NOT to be a VIP as you have to buy shoes every month). I went to 'my account' to click on the 'cancel membership' and guess what? It's greyed out because they demand I ring the 08 number again if I want to cancel my membership. After a very lengthy phone call including being put on hold for no apparent reason I was promised a returns label would be immediately emailed to me so I could print it, stick it on the box, and take it to the post office.

    The next day still no email then this afternoon some woman turned up at my doorstep asking for my parcel. I had to quickly stuff it all together and give her the open box with no returns label. I told her I was not happy with this company and she said she hears that a lot. I'm really cross with them and I'd better receive my money back promptly. I'm not looking forward to yet another conversation with someone who barely speaks English on a premium rate line to cancel membership I never even signed up for. I'm very cross, my experience was terrible, and I never want to deal with this company again. They deliberately make everything really difficult and signed me up to an ongoing financial commitment without my consent.

    The first and best clue should be that you have to "register" to even look at their offerings. The second is that you can not screen items by material. I did not give them any CC info but I did (stupidly) give them my e-mail address. I do not want to join a subscription for cheap vinyl shoes. I was just shopping as I would any other online site. I am going to stop the e-mail spamming as soon as I can figure out how.

    JustFab is the biggest scam I've ever come across in terms of online shopping. They're the most unprofessional company I've ever seen. I've been charged 3 times now without my knowledge for ''VIP Credits'' and upon trying to cancel on order online I've made today they said it's not possible because as soon as you order an item you can't cancel it because the warehouse takes the order straight away.

    They have nothing in place to confirm your order and no security card questions either. So now this month I'm short for money because of them and they don't seem to do anything about it, apart from tell me that when my order arrives at my front door I should just tell them that I refuse the parcel. So now not only are they wasting my time they're also wasting the time of the person whom is delivering the item. I suggest nobody buys anything from this website. It's a complete and utter scam and a horribly run business.

    I wish I read these reviews first but alas I ordered two pairs of shoes from them on their new v.i.p membership advert, which I was charged over $60 dollars for. So I was annoyed already that my shipping was expensive and it was quoted in USD. When the shoes arrived, the quality of the box they were in was better so of course they were going back. I followed the directions on the invoice for printing a 'free' return label that was NOT under my orders in my account. In the end I called customer service to be told I effectively had to pay for 'restocking' the returned items and a label was emailed. I also decided to 'cancel' my membership and had to listen to the sales pitch to try and keep me after repeatedly stating no I want to cancel.

    The directions for posting said bring it to a Fedex but Fedex stated they can't as the label was prepaid for a different country. After spending 40 minutes on hold with an adviser to ask for a Fedex return label, oh he hung up! I was finally told they couldn't and their information was incorrect and I basically had to find the company printed on the label to return the shoes!

    All I can say is I'll stick to ASOS in the future... FREE international shipping, no restocking fee deducted from refunds (so Justfab is in some form of profit whilst I have paid a fee for a pair of shoes I don't even have), good quality and set prices in multiple currencies (so no surprises on your bank statement).

    Absolutely horrified at the way this company does business! At first look, the company looks fantastic - great products for high street prices and as a new customer you are taken in by the large discounts offered. I went ahead and purchased a pair of boots, receiving a great first time buyer discount in November 2014. By March 2015 I was starting to wonder why money was going a lot quicker than it usually was - this was because JustFab were taking £35.00 out of my account on a monthly basis. I immediately called the company to rectify this issue.

    At first the lady on the other end of the call stated that I was not entitled to the full £140 refund and that I could only receive this as credit because in order for the first time buyer discount to work, you needed to become a member. I was furious by this claim! JustFab clearly state that as a new customer you receive a discount, you DO NOT receive a discount by paying their monthly membership fees. This is illegal. They may have the membership fees information in their small print but it is NOT CLEARLY stated throughout the purchasing process which is illegal.

    I explained this to the lady to hear I will refund you £105 but £35 must stay in your account, by this point I had googled JustFab reviews and seen A LOT of other people in the same angry boat as myself and therefore demanded that I receive my full £140 back and that my membership was cancelled. To this the lady agreed, which I am happy about, but from experience any company giving in as quickly as they did tells me that they know they are in the wrong and do not want to attract negative attention. However, I am not in the clear yet, apparently I will receive my £140 refund within 2-8 working days. I will be back to update if I do not receive my refund!

    Another thing that bothered me is the 'Your Account' on JustFab. JustFab have definitely covered their backs by taking full advantage of (the majority of us) who do not check our bank accounts regularly. My JustFab account stated that I had 4 Credits, WHAT THE ** DOES THIS MEAN? When talking to the JustFab lady on the phone, she explained that 1 Credit = £35. Therefore having 4 Credits means NOTHING to me, it has never been explained. It should have said I have £140 worth of credit but we all know why they don't explain this because we all know everyone would question why they have so much credit available.

    JustFab are a dirty company, you would think with the rise in internet and social media users they would call it quits and trade in a clean, responsible manner. The internet will eventually take you down JustFab, change your ways!

    I saw an advert today about JustFab.co.uk. I needed new shoes so I thought as I was on my laptop I'd have a look. Found my 2 pairs of shoes I liked and purchased them. Not realizing or reading (my own fault) about the VIP membership and not realizing what I was getting myself into. Got an email and then found out about the 35 charge etc. I purchased these shoes basically at the wrong time for me as I would be on holiday during the 1st-5th so luckily they had a withdrawal form to fill out and got an email sent straight back saying I would no longer be in this VIP membership, thank goodness! I will still check and make sure that they do not charge me and hopefully they don't but I do think this scheme is wrong. 35 charge if you don't take action? Ridiculous. I love shoes but I don't think this membership is convenient at all for some\most people.

    Do not do business with this company. NEVER!!! I have been unexpected charge $39.95 for the past 4 months after I bought a $39.95 pair of boots. When I created the account to purchase it, I do not remember signing up for a VIP account nor do I remember it ever being an option. I am a student and cannot afford for a company to be charging me $39.95 a month... This it is a total scam!!     Discover £35/month had been deducted from my account for 18 months without receiving clear notice that this was happening or any prompts for my accruing credits. Discover with customer services who offered 10 refunded cash but I would have to keep 8. This seemed reasonable but when the order arrived for the 8 the quality was appalling. I now clearly want a refund for the 8 remaining as I have given it a fair trial. Customer services were really unhelpful and for a prolonged period pretended that they couldn't hear me talking even though I could hear them clearly and it wasn't on mute. So unprofessional! Hugely disappointed. Would discourage anyone from using. Not in any way transparent that this was happening. Awful.

    I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service from JustFab. My boyfriend brought me a present of here for Christmas in December 2013. Without us knowing the account would take £35 out of his account once a month. With working a full time job of up to 60 hours per week I do not have time to skip the month within that 4 day time limit because it is the last thing I think about. After forgetting to skip the month this year my boyfriend has been charged £70 on his account that he cannot really afford.. so today, on my only day off, I phoned the customer service up and was furious. I was a very pleasant customer at first, explaining my situation. I asked the woman if I could close my account and get my money back, she said she could cancel my VIP membership but my credits would remain on my account.

    Getting annoyed I then stated that I would not be using the website again so why would I want to keep the credits on my account. The lady in customer services stated that my credits were non-refundable and this was mentioned when I first opened the account. I said it did not say that or I wouldn't of opened an account with them. We cannot afford to pay £35 a month on shoes and handbags and I have shown no interest in wanting to because I have skipped the month for the past year. We have recently got a house together so that £35 can go towards our water bills and not a website that ROBS PEOPLE WITHOUT LETTING THEM KNOW!!!!!!!!

    I purchased a pair of shoes in August. Since then I have had 35 taken from my account on a number of times (4). I have called customer services and have been hanging on in excess of 30 mins on two occasions. Due to this I sent an email to customer services. Someone called ** replied advising me that I was a VIP member and unless I have skipped a month the company would continue to take 35 from my account. I was advised that if I wanted to cancel the account I was to put it in writing. I wrote to the address provided and have had no reply. Not a word and this was in November. Trying to get through to customer service is a nightmare.

    This is robbery. I cannot afford for this company to be extracting funds from my account whenever they please which I have noticed, changes month to month. I don't know what else to do short of contacting my solicitor. The JustFab website does NOT make it explicit that when you think you are making a one off purchase you will then be tied into their scheme and will be unable to get yourself out of the loop or get a refund. It is absolutely appalling and I have never had such terrible service from a company. I am livid to think that they can keep taking my money from me without my permission. I am extremely angry that this has carried on for so long and I have contacted trading standards and citizens' advice to find out my rights. This company has 140 of my money and I want it back!

    I had to sign up as a VIP member to make a purchase, not realizing (it is not clear at all) that that would sign me up to have £35 taken from my bank account every month and used as JustFab account credit. Thankfully I noticed in the small print at the bottom of my order confirmation, and after a lot of hassle, I have withdrawn from the VIP because I was within 14 days of joining.

    The company is just full of lies. It's a horrible scam of a business. When I emailed to say I wanted to withdraw from the VIP, they replied to say I had to do it via the phone or post and there was no option to do it via email. When I replied to point out that in their small print it says "You must make a statement to withdraw (via post, email or phone)," they then said they couldn't cancel it yet until my order was dispatched. An hour or so later, I requested that my order was cancelled. They then said I couldn't cancel because it had been dispatched two days ago. Lies, lies, lies. It's horrendous to have to deal with people who don't give a damn about you, your service or your money and they're obviously told to lie as much as possible!

    After having read lots of terrible reviews on here (I wish I'd done so in the first place!!) stating that even when they thought they'd resigned from being a VIP, they still received the monthly charged. I phoned to confirm that my account was closed and I even had to record it because they're so untrustworthy. I hope to God that I don't get any further charges and that I don't have to end up taking them to court. All I can say to anyone reading, steer very, very clear of this website. If the deal looks too good to be true, it sure as hell is!

    While I am still disappointed in the circumstances, JustFab took accountability for the charges and refunded my account in full. I am told the full amount will take up to 90 days which seems odd? I guess we will see what 90 days brings.

    My updated rating reflects JustFab's settlement procedure. I will not give 5 stars as I do not recommend the products or the VIP Membership contract, 4 stars for a happy settlement.

Where I went wrong is never cancelling my VIP membership. Somewhere along the line, my email account was hacked, so I started a new one and since I had a terrible experience with JustFab and didn't plan on ordering again and I never changed the email. They have been charging my account 39.95 a month for well over a year. I called to cancel and was disconnected twice before someone was able to cancel my account. I am so upset with myself. How about some accountability JustFab? If someone's account is inactive for months and months at a time, why would you continue to withdrawal money? Oh, because the entire thing is a scam and that is how you make your money.

    In August 2014 I canceled my JustFab account, because I was tired of canceling at the beginning of each month, plus I'd recently been let go from my job. Five months later, I thought it would be okay to delete my cancellation email. I received my income tax in February and the day after, was charged from JustFab! I called them a few days later (it was the weekend) and asked them about it. They said since I didn't have my cancellation confirmation number, they couldn't (read wouldn't) close the account. So I tried to close it again. I was told I could not close my account because I had two credits. Not to mention, I could not get a refund on either credit. Now I'm stuck with two credits and a card that can't have a balance over $39.95 in fear of them charging me randomly in the middle of the month again.

    I have never been so mistreated as I have been by this company. I bought a pair of shoes from them in November of 2012, and while I did not like their VIP system, determined I could skip any months I was not buying anything. The shoes came, and I was satisfied with them, and when December came I made sure to skip the month prior to the 5th. I didn't notice until I went to skip January that I had still been charged for December, and received no credits. After that happened again in January, I attempted to close my account online, only to discover that isn't possible. So, I called the company, only to be hung up on when I explained the problem.

    I sent e-mails, and all I received in return was form letters stating that they had received my e-mails. That pattern has continued to this time, with me being charged $39.95 every month, for the past 28 months, for no product or service. I received one e-mail in September of 2013 stating that my account was cancelled, but nothing changed, and I am still being charged.That is a total of $1,118.60 that has been stolen from me, by a company that refuses to respond to me. I can no longer even sign into their site, and yet still am charged. I don't know what to do.

    My daughter signed up for JustFab. Didn't like quality of the boot she got. She tried cancelling membership. They talked her into skipping months. She tried calling again (mind you, she is not an adult). She kept saying "No, no, I just want to cancel." Well, guess what, they didn't cancel her. Then I got two charges two months in a row. They don't ship you shoes, but you have to pick them out. We didn't know about it until I checked my credit card statement. I called to cancel then. Felt my blood pressure rising as they have an answer for everything you say to try to cancel and they don't want to let you.

    Finally, I got mad and told them to cancel, which they finally did. They would not credit back the two monthly charges of $39.95 each, even though we never ordered any shoes from them. I contacted my credit card issuer to dispute the charges. Lack of integrity with how they deal with "customers". Horrible waste of my time dealing with them.

    I signed up as a member and placed an order in February for the 50% discount outfit, but never received an email confirmation. When I tried to login to the account I created, the website rejected my email and password. Password retrieval didn't send anything to my email. However, I received my order and my credit card was charged for more than advertised -- $50 when my order was supposed to be $35. I thought that maybe I made a mistake and the VIP account wasn't actually created, so I wouldn't be charged for subsequent months (since I can't even login to skip the month).

    WRONG! Now I have been charged $65 for March, even though I still can't login. Password retrieval is now saying: "We do not have an account on file with the email address you entered." I have tried repeatedly to use both their website chat feature and email form -- they both don't work!! I will be calling their number tonight so we'll see what happens. What a headache. The clothes are average but going through this was NOT worth it.

    Made an order with just fab, joined their stupid VIP membership, ordered my first pair which was supposed to be $39.99 free shipping. Hidden fees were that in Canada there is no free shipping, and all the invoices are American dollars. My one pair of $39.99 shoes came to $52.00. When I checked my online credit card statement, they had charged me $65.00. I was furious, I called in they assured me everything was cancelled.

    Now two days later I have over $300.00 worth of unauthorized charges from them on my card. I have now been on the phone with them for over an hour with no help. They are basically trying to say that both me and my credit card company are mistaken and now blaming it on a mysterious fraud ghost or glitch within their system. Ridiculous... they are scammers.     I signed up and ordered two pairs of shoes at a discounted price from this company. They weren't the greatest of quality but for the price I paid I was happy enough. Then I noticed £35 had been taken from my bank account without any notice or prior warning, I rang customer services who said I had agreed to the VIP account which means £35 is taken from my account every month which I could use as credit towards my next order.

    I explained that I couldn't afford to buy something every month to which the customer service replied that I would be better suited to the pay as you go account. I went along with that as I understand I obviously didn't read the small print. Today I checked my account and realized that a further two payments of £35 had been taken, again without warning or permission from myself.

    I called customer services again and they claimed I had never rang and cancelled at all!!! I am now out of pocket to the tune of £105 and was told I could not have this refunded - only use it as a credit to purchase further items. I certainly DO NOT want to buy anything else from this company, they take money without advance warning or permission - no email alerts or texts - NOTHING. It's stealing!!! The customer service was underwhelmingly unhelpful. Very disappointed and will be contacting the Consumer Council about this asap. The sad thing is, I probably would have ordered again as my teenage daughter liked some of the stuff but after the treatment I have received - never again and I certainly would not recommend them to anyone else.

    I don't think I could be any more frustrated with this company. During the first month, I didn't receive any emails that prompted me that they were going to bill my account if I didn't skip the month. Ok-- I take accountability for that, you bill me and it's non-refundable because I didn't read. I learned my lesson. The first boots I received from the store credit were REALLY crappy quality-- not buying shoes from this company again.

    The next month, I am in desperate need of a new handbag, so I give JustFab one more chance since I just need an everyday simple bag I can use-- nothing fancy. I purchase a bag. When it arrives at my house and I unpackage the item, it's A WALLET. Not the handbag I wanted!! They sent me the wrong item. After this, I'm pissed.

    I call JustFab to tell them they sent me the wrong item, and the lady on the phone tells me to wait, and she will process a return order and she will send me an email with a prepaid shipping label to send the wallet I have back to the company and get refunded a store credit. She also tells me they ran out of the handbag I wanted, which leads me to believe they ran out of my bag so they just stuffed any random item they could find into the shipping box and sent it out without telling me first, not caring if I wanted the wallet or not. But, anyways I'm told I can send in the item and shop for a different one. Ok good... I wait. I never receive any email with a shipping label.

    After a day or two, I'm getting really frustrated and decide my $40 is not worth all this trouble. I call to cancel my account before they can bill my account again for the next monthly credit. I literally gave up chasing JustFab. The following week... MY ACCOUNT IS BILLED AGAIN... WHAT? I call in and ask what the heck is going on because I should no longer be a member!! The lady on the phone tells me I never canceled my account. I tell her I just called to close my account recently because I don't want to get billed anymore and I get billed anyway. I want a refund for the store credit. She tells me they'll give me this ONE-TIME courtesy refund that they only give out ONE-TIME. Why waste my one-time courtesy refund if it's not my fault...?

    The lady on the phone does her best to convince me to stay with JustFab and not close my account. Anyways, at this point I decide it's a good opportunity and a better idea to fix all of my issues I have with this company, and THEN be done. I tell her about the wrong item they shipped to me, and she tells me the same thing the other lady did-- she will process a return order and send me an email-- just wait.

    I wait, and sure enough I do finally receive my FIRST return order email with a prepaid shipping label. I send in the item. (2/15/15) In my order history under my account info, I have a new replacement bag that I picked out on hold until they receive the wallet I sent in at their return center. I track the item back to the return center (and the tracking is a couple days delayed by the way). By 3/2/15 it reaches the return facility. I am watching my order history waiting for it to automatically be shipped to me. Nothing happens.

    I wait a week-- maybe they're slow and they need a week to check the wallet and make sure I didn't send it in destroyed or something. Nothing. By the time it is 9 days later, I'm wondering, WHAT'S GOING ON....? I call them again and explain I did everything I was instructed to, why hasn't my item been sent in yet? It's been 9 days since they received it at their return center. It shouldn't take this long right? The lady on the phone tells me she will check it.

    After putting me on hold, she tells me she will get the item shipped to me within 24-48 hours. And sure enough, once she hangs up, I receive an email notifying me my item is on the way. Meaning-- I probably would have never received my item UNLESS I called.... WHY do I have to chase after this company for EVERY action they take with me? I am required to follow up with them for EVERY SINGLE THING. I hate JustFab!! The only AUTOMATIC thing about this company is how quick they are to bill you! PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS.

    I signed up for JustFab last year. During the course of the year I would forget to skip my monthly purchase option and was charge $39.95. After this happen for several months in a row I decided it was best that I cancel my account. I am a nurse, I do not always have access to my phone or email while at work and when I'm home I'm sleep. I called customer service and of course they tried to get me to stay, but I explained that I was not using the services and I didn't like getting charge when I forgot to skip a month.

    I was told that only one month of credits out of 4 would be returned and that I had to purchase something or lose the money! I don't understand why I just can't get my money back. I don't plan on buying anything and it's MY MONEY! I talked to several people and they all told me the same thing, "The credits can only be used to purchase items from JUSTFAB. We cannot give you your money back." BUYER BEWARE!!! They will take your money and keep it!!!

    I ordered three pairs of shoes from JustFab when I saw an offer via a TV advert. The advert stated that you could buy three pairs for "just £35." I went online immediately and bought three pairs of shoes which arrived very quickly. One pair was lovely and I have received lovely comments about their design. One pair was a completely different shade of pink to the picture online and another was made of a fabric which scratched off very quickly. I bought the shoes in July using my PayPal account yet when I checked my online bank statement this month I discovered I had been charged for EVERY month since July, creating a total payment of £280.

    When I rang my bank I was put through to the team who deal with fraud and unsurprisingly the woman on the other end of the phone instantly knew the company I was talking about without me mentioning its name. She said that she too had used JustFab for a one-off payment and was later told that she had been signed up to a monthly subscription. I am very cautious of online payments and I am sure this was not stated before I paid. I was devastated when I was informed that the bank could not refund my charges and as a university student I can't afford to be paying £35 a month for shoes!

    I bought what I thought was a great first time offer & a great deal. I signed up with no choice as to what I signed up as they automatically made me a "VIP" member telling me I was chosen. No no no do not let them fool you. This is actually a complete money making scam. Not only do they sign you up to make a compulsory purchase every month even if you don’t purchase you are charged £35 every single month. Or you can log on each month between the 1st & 5th to skip a month (because of course this is so convenient & we all have time in our lives to do this). You then have to call a premium rate number to cancel who try to keep your custom so much & do not acknowledge your complaints. My shoes are poor quality. Delivery was 3-5 working days- it took 8 working days. You then have to call to request to send a return. You cannot get your money back either.

    I really would never recommend this scam. They draw you in with decent offers but sign you into what I can only call a credit agreement which must be hidden in the small print as it does not make this clear until you get your first order delivered. (Yes we should read all the small print but I have never known a retailer sign you up to a credit agreement without making you completely aware & asking you to confirm you are aware of this.) I will never purchase again as much as the lady wanted me to stay a "VIP" & would not recommended. Buying a pair of shoes should be a great experience, not a complete panic that you will be charged £35 every single month for no reason!

    I am a very frequent online shopper and consider myself quite savvy in that regard. However, I feel that JustFab.com pulled one over on me. As a matter of fact, I have signed up for a similar system (Murad skin care). They clearly outlined their monthly cost and I knew what I was signing up for. However this was NOT the case with JustFab.

    For over a year I would pop by their website and never once saw any clear communication regarding the cost of membership. In fact, I finally made a purchase and still - no clear message regarding the monthly subscription fees. This should be something that pops up BEFORE the purchase is complete and allows the user to read all of the terms and conditions in a clear manner.

    To my surprise, even though I received absolutely no notification regarding my "monthly boutique" option, I was charged $39 USD. I am kicking myself for not Googling JustFab before I made the purchase. I have called to cancel my membership. Let's see if they at least do that for me. After reading the reviews, I'm not too sure this will be the case.

    Just fab is a ** website. I didn't know they automatically sign you up for a VIP when you buy something until I finish with my purchased. Every month I go on there to skip a month so I won't be charge and I can never find the option so they would ** charge me. I try to call them so many times to cancel and get my money back- they always put me on hold for several hours. What kind of business are they running? People have a life too and can't just be sitting at the phone everyday or go on there every month to look for the skip a month so you won't be charge (which I can never find the option). I want my Freaking money back and cancel my member. I never write a review before, but this website is making me so mad. I hope they get shut down for scamming people like that.

    It's very unfortunate that not only me but many customers go through this experience because on the website it looks like you are only buying one item when you are submitting to a "month club" as explained by the company. It's that one extra discount that they give and without knowing you are made VIP member. At least that is what the person on the phone told me, there was one little box.

    For people who want the month deal, it is a great company. They sent me the shoe on time and it was as expected. It would be best if the website had the words changed to make more clear when the person is buying that this is what they are signing up for.

    I am glad I got the money back and hopefully this review will help people to know that it is a good company BUT make sure you want to become a member, because when you buy, this is what happens.

    Do not do business with this company. NEVER!!! I have been unexpected charge $39.95 for the past 4 months after I bought a $9.95 pair of boots. When I created the account to purchase it, I do not remember signing up for a VIP account nor do I remember it ever being an option. I am a student and cannot afford for a company to be charging me $39.95 a month... This it is a total scam!! I just called them to cancel whatever I had there, but they were unwilling to recognize their mistake of leading people to error and didn't want to refund my money.

    Long story I ordered some boots which were only 9.99 plus shipping lol big deal right for some boots 15 bucks!! BUT then I was curious to see what people said about this website. I looked through some reviews which 98.99% of them are horrible reviews!! Anyways ppl said you were getting charged 39.95 a month even if you did not buy anything. So I quickly called, was on hold for 45 min., then ** answered, which he was very helpful although he tried to convince me to keep my V.I.P. account which I denied! He went ahead and canceled my order which automatically canceled my account for V.I.P. He walked me through how to purchase without having to be a V.I.P. customer, but he also was pressuring me to keep my account which was not going to happen!! lol.

    My account was canceled which he made me double check to assure me and indeed he did cancel my account. I will be getting my money back for my purchase and I also asked for a cancellation # just to make sure!! The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because ** (the person who assisted me) was very helpful. I still would not recommend this website to anyone.

    I am truly disgusted by the lack of professionalism of this "company." I bought two pairs of shoes in September. Since then, I have been charged EVERY MONTH $39.99, for nothing.     I purchased a pair of boots in mid December. They are a very nice style of boots and I have been very happy with them until today when I noticed that the sole of the shoe is coming away from the base of the shoe. Having had the boots for only three months, I immediately rang JustFab to ask what could be done about it. The response I received was regarding the 30-day exchange/refund policy. I can perfectly understand this when shoes have been bought and not worn as someone has not decided if they want them or not. However, to discover that after paying £40 for a pair of boots that the material they are made from is beyond substandard and has not lasted more than 3 months is utterly atrocious.

    As a customer walking into any other retailer or purchasing online, I would expect to be and know full well I would be offered either a refund, an exchange or a voucher. But to be offered no conciliatory gesture at all and have the same phrase repeated at me over and over again for 15 minutes is appalling. After receiving nothing in the way of good customer service, I asked to close my account and expected to be transferred to the accounts team. But no, I was cut off by the manager I was referred to and had to call back, TWICE! I'm shocked, disappointed, bootless and now have additional charges on my mobile phone bill after 18 minutes of complete rubbish. I would not recommend this service and online way of buying shoes to anyone. Ever.

    First of all I would like to comment that it is virtually impossible to get ahold of someone to cancel your account. I decided to cancel my credit card so that they could no longer charge me. Then suddenly they were able to charge my account again. I contacted the bank and JustFab both said that there was no way that this could happen without me giving them my cc info, again the bank advised me to again cancel my debit card and it happened again. Both times I never gave them my new debit card. I notified my bank and my intention is to file a complaint with several fraud divisions with regard to this issue. Unfortunately my daughter used my cc for her account as well so I have been charged twice for both accounts in the amount of $159. Please let me know if anyone has had the same issue.

    I have been a JustFab customer since 2012 and honestly I have nothing but good things to say about their products and service. Am yet to be disappointed about any of the shoes or bags I have purchased. And yes you do have to subscribe, but I just skip months that I don't want to buy anything and I never get charged. I mistakenly signed up for the kids fashion and was charged once, I called and they cancelled and I have not been charged since. Really I would recommend, just make sure you skip the months you don't want to buy anything and you will not be charged.

    When I purchased a pair of shoes from JustFab, I thought it was a great deal and thought I would get my shoes, be happy, and be done but NOOO. As soon as I get my confirmation email, it says thanks for signing up for the membership that I was completely unaware of and it tells me they will charge my account as a credit for a pair of shoes unless I skip. One: I shouldn't have to remember to go skip to not be charged. Two: they should not be allowed to store credit card info without your consent and three: I don't have $40 to be spending on shoes each month and I heard it's hell trying to get your membership cancelled. I don't wanna have to go through hell to get the membership cancelled and I don't want any money taken out of my account. I just want my membership canceled without any hassle now!

    Whilst I thought I was getting a bargain buying a pair of boots and a pair of shoes for £35 I was unaware that Justfab had actually signed me up for some kind of credit agreement therefore trying to take £35 a month off me which then goes into the JustFab account, erm why??? Who says I wanted to buy anything else?? I might have done had you not tried stealing money out of my account every month, luckily after one failed attempt and then a successful one I got a email that made me aware of this and asked Paypal to cancel this agreement that I was never aware of.

    First of all I work at a pizza place and the most I ever make is $300 every 2 weeks but usually I make about $150. I like to buy shoes every once in awhile cause I work hard and want nice things. I usually buy during sales and even though it's usually just on select styles I find cute things and with the sale of $30 back for every $60 I spend. I bought about $120 worth of merchandise before New Years. So I didn't know when I would receive the $60 so I called customer service and was told I'd receive it on February 22 of 2015. So while I was looking for nice shoes to spend the $60 on that I would be receiving I saw the President's day sale and bought 4 pairs of shoes on February 15 the day before President's day.

    That was the last time I used the website until today the 22nd because I wanted to spend the $60 and I see that I was actually lied to about when I'd receive the $60 and I could have used it with the President's day sale on the 16th. Why was I lied to by somebody who should know the answer? Now 2nd thing I spent $120 to get $60. Why do I have to spend another $120 to use those $60? I understand that as a company you "have" to make money but I shouldn't have to spend $240 for $60 and why do I only have 2 weeks to spend that money?! If you were an honest company that didn't steal $40 every month from your "Very Important People" you would have better reviews and more people referring you to their friends. Your shoes are the same price and cheaper than shoes at JC Penny. I just wish I had noticed sooner. I'll be canceling my membership tomorrow.

    I used to ordered a pair of boots on winter about a year ago, and I was not aware that I would be charged $39.95 every month whether I bought something or not when I signed up. So I made a new account when I forgot my password on my other one. I got a call from my bank and them I realized I've been charged $39.95 multiple times on two separate accounts. I called to cancel my account and have my money that became "member credit" refunded, customer service told me that my money no longer has a cash value and that I can still use it to purchase from them. I'm very disappointed with this, seeing how I canceled my account and no longer wish to purchase from them. I will be calling customer service again to get my refund, I will also be calling my bank to block any future charges from JustFab.

    Look, don't be fooled by what looks like a cheap, cool place to buy shoes. I should have known by now that nothing is that awesome. I fell in love with some regular boots and a pair of high-heeled booties, so I tried to buy them... and this popup kept coming up that said "sign up for a VIP membership". They make it super hard to buy without being a VIP. So I did, and then bought the shoes... and then read the membership fine print. Getting charged 39.95 every month is absurd. And you have to remember to skip the month, which I didn't want to do until the end of time. AND THEN. I wore the very cute booties out for a casual night -- we literally got dinner and went home. And part of the heel just fell off. I had them on for all of an hour.

    These are not high quality shoes, no matter what anyone says. So of course I called them and 1) cancelled my membership, even though the woman talked my ear off before she finally let me cancel it and 2) asked to return the shoes. But the saleswoman seemed confused about what I wanted. I said I just wanted to exchange the shoes for a non-broken pair, and I had to repeat that several times. Then, after waiting and waiting for them -- they just gave me a store credit! I don't want a store credit, I asked for the shoes. So I've sent them an email, but I'm sure, according to the reviews on that site, that it won't work and I'll have to listen to another long-winded sales assistant talking about being a VIP. Please don't shop here. I'm lucky I got out of the VIP problem with no issues.

    After growing tired of skipping every month - a VIP perk I don't remember signing up for - I phoned to cancel my account(s). A few month later, £44 has been debited from my account. I called up only to discover my JustFab account had indeed been cancelled - my Fabletics account had not! After explaining I had made it explicitly clear I wanted all my accounts cancelled and therefore saw this transaction as unauthorized, I was met with atrocious customer service. So the only way to 'redeem' my money is to spend it on a trashy pair of leggings probably worth a tenner. Avoid this website like a PLAGUE - it is a hassle from start to finish, not to mention less than average quality products that are overpriced. More people need to be aware of this scam - DO NOT USE JUSTFAB.

    2 and a half years ago (27 months) I decided to buy my wife a pair of boots from this JUST FAB website and I did the regular checkout without noticing any subscription that I was registering for. The boots were fine and for 27 months I completely forgot that the website existed, until 2 days ago when I checked my credit card statement for the first time. I noticed recurring statements for the entire period. After some investigation, I realized that I have been paying 1100 $ for a women’s fashion subscription. As a guy, I find this quite pointless and I have had no use for this service (39.95$/month) except for the initial purchase, at which point I was not aware of said service.

    I realized how much of a scam this company really is for regular web users. Back in 2012, the website looked different from what it looks now, but I guess not by much. I talked on the phone for 20 hours straight with the Filipino customer reps/ call center fashion experts and I was getting a lot of contradicting information regarding what I would get refunded. Initially they said I would be able to refund only 9 months (maximum allowable) of the service and then the same guy said 10. 1st LIE.

    Later I got hold of Rose who managed to raise that already maximized number to 14 months in instant refund in my visa and the remainder of 13 as a check that shall be delivered to my door in 8 to 11 weeks. How much can this really take? There is no such thing as half admission of guilt. By refunding me some money, they admitted THEFT. After asking numerous times to talk to someone in charge, they passed me from one employee to another contradicting everything the previous reps said.

    After my entire experience with JustFab, I don’t feel comfortable receiving a part refund in form of a cheque for several reasons: I do not trust this company or anyone working for them. From my professional experience in the field of payment portals, I know for a fact that they are not allowed by VISA to refund a disputed item after more than 4 months (120 days), hence they are now defrauding the dedicated payment channels. I do not have any security that if they send a letter allegedly containing a cheque, the cheque will be there.

    I have decided to build a payment platform just for them to refund my money using channels that check for fraud prevention, but they didn’t want to hear about it. Last but not least, it is JustFab’s policy to not accept cheques as a method of payment; as such I shall not accept what they consider a substandard method of money delivery. We are talking here about thieves stealing over 1100 dollars. Their only place is either in jail or out of business.

    After this whole day, their javascript on the sites billing page has crashed and will not show me any of the items in the list, because it was not loading an asset stored in an amazon bucket, behind a cloud flare CDN proxy. You guys should check the settings on those buckets and make sure your assets have public permissions (403 HTTP error). Do not believe anything that the fashion gurus tell you - they are lying as to the various company policies. The only company policy in use is to steal, to avoid any refunds if possible and to not admit any wrongdoing. The fact that they agreed a refund is an admission of theft/ robbery/ larceny/ stealing.

    My complaint: I was promised 14 months refunded on my card and 13 on a cheque. I have no way of checking in the card refunds are being processed for now. I have no way of knowing the cheque will ever be written and sent; just like a lot of people here received empty packages. My desire: I want to be refunded in full, using a third party (escrow) that will guarantee that they received the money and then I want to have that money delivered to me by the third party. For this purpose I have created a payment gateway just so that JustFab can deliver the money (using Stripe as an escrow service); I do not trust this company. They are a bunch of liars.

    My wife bought shoes from this scam company and they enrolled her into a VIP program she did not ask to be part of. I noticed a reoccurring charge on our bank statement and call the company (in the Philippines), and they claimed they could not cancel the VIP account with out our credit card number and my wife on the phone. So we called BOA and guess what, they know this company. BOA was able to reverse over 100.00 in bogus charges and block them from getting into our account. Do not buy from this scam company.

    I have been a member of JustFab for almost half a year. This company is a complete scam. First of all I have had over 5 disappointments within a period of a couple of months, each time giving the company 1 more chance. 90% of their items are very cheaply/poorly made and should never cost $40, with the exception with a boot or two. My most recent & most disappointing transaction (among the many) was with an exchange I made almost a month before Valentine's Day. They put out a red shoe with hearts called the 'Valentine'. I called to exchange previous disappointment with this shoe since I had no option to return. I contacted them the day they put the shoe out and was assured the shoe would go out as soon as I put my exchange item in mail and to call once it has been scanned at post office to make process faster, since they do not hold shoes.

    I scanned at post office the next day and called immediately to let them know. At this time I was assured that the Valentine shoe (which I checked and was still very much in stock & still a new item) would go out within 24 hours later. A week later I checked my JustFab order status to see that the shoe was on hold and had not gone out. I called to make a new purchase and then asked about the status of the shoe I was promised went out a week ago. The representative apologized that for some reason they forgot to send out and promised me it would go out that very night from their warehouse. The next day I checked the shoe on the website only to see it was sold out. I knew it had been already shipped to me and verified by representative so I went to my order status only to see the order said "CANCELLED".

    I called in again, very upset since I had an entire outfit planned for date night and a perfect Valentine's Day and they apologized again and said sorry the shoe is sold out. YES, I know it is now sold out! That is why I tried to order the day it was put up on the website, a month before Valentine's Day. Honestly JustFab ruined my Valentines day and disappointed me so much, I did not even go out for my V-day plans and dinner. After a dozen or so phone calls in the span of my membership, I find that their phone representatives are not very helpful at all and all weirdly sound exactly alike with different names. They rarely give you accurate info and never give you a full refund no matter how many times the company made a mistake and cost you much time and disappointment. In the end I was forced to order something else I did not want or need, in which is going back again because of the poor quality and fit.

    The Skip the Month VIP membership is a joke! It is a setup for them to bank your money. Who has time to log in each month before a certain date just to skip the month and not get charged? My sister also has an account with the similar name info and same address - I have had to tell them at least 10 times now every time I call in that I have a sister with an account, since they always confuse the two accounts. Make note of it and stop asking me each time. Most of us are in a hurry to get off phone after an order is made as well, but then we have to listen to an entire speech about VIP this and Facebook that. I am completely disappointed with the service I have received. I spent hours and days complaining about their mistakes and received nothing - the best they said they could do is 50% off my next item.

    At this point, I don't want a next item because of the horrible customer service. Each time they tell me I have only spent a certain amount as they look back in my history so since that amount is low, they cannot help me. It also takes them forever to actually put the item you want in the mail so by the time they do, it is out of stock and you are forced to purchase something else and not the item you wanted so badly. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER AFTER MANY CHANCES I'VE GIVEN THIS COMPANY. If this service continues, I will not hesitate to get an attorney. VIP membership has given me no benefits, only disappointment.

    Note to company: ditch the Skip the Month to be a VIP Member and actually give your VIP members something to look forward to. Hold shoes for a certain amount of days when an exchange is in process to avoid a sold out situation and angry customers. Teach your employees to give accurate info and to know what they are talking about when they say an item will be shipped out. Get rid of the couple minute lecture at the end of each phone call about liking you on Facebook, etc. ESPECIALLY when you know that customer has called in in the past looking at their HISTORY.

    Let me start out saying I made an account on this website just because of my problems with JustFab.com. I had been using JustFab for about a year, I had problems with my card being charged for more than the sale price the website said so I cancelled the order but never received conformation of the change so 3 calls later I finally got it settled. Now since I have been dissatisfied with my experience I want to cancel my account! Big problem! I have called 9 times and been on hold for over 45 min each time. I always end up hanging up because I don't have anymore time. I tried emailing them and they just said to call during non peak hours! Well 1 am central time zone should not be a peak time but I continue to be on hold for over 2.5 hours! I am fed up!

    A few months ago, I signed up for the VIP program and was fully aware of what I was getting into. $39.95 a month, I could skip the month, it would be fine. After a few months of being disappointed with the selection, I elected to cancel via their website. After doing a couple clickthroughs, I assumed my account had been deactivated and I could go about my business. Imagine my surprise when a week or so ago, I get an email from their site telling me that I have three months worth of credits waiting. What? Sure enough, I check my bank account and notice that $120.00 has gone missing from my bank account and into JustFab's.

    I am furious. I've been looking around all week trying to build my case before having to call their (by all accounts) terrible customer service call center AGAIN. I shouldn't have expected anything less than hang ups or argumentative representatives from a company that undoubtedly underpays employees from poor countries to read scripts. I want my account cancelled immediately and I want my $120.00 back. What if someone tried to cancel via your website because of illness or unemployment or whatever other reason and you're taking $39.99 out of their bank account every month? I don't know how you sleep at night. You should be ashamed of yourselves. This is a terrible business practice and a terrible business and I would hope that no one had to deal with them ever again.

    The VIP membership is incredibly confusing. I do not remember signing up for this nor do I remember it ever being an option. I have only bought a pair of shoes once and it was way back in 2013. I have only recently noticed being charged £35!! I am a student and cannot afford for a company to be charging me £35 a month when I am not even purchasing something from them it is a total scam!! I have emailed the company about this and the reply was very unhelpful. I will phone up to cancel my membership as I will not be scammed out of more money and will be demanding my money refunded. This is not on and if they run the company in this way it should be stated more clearly what is involved in such memberships. But as I said before, I don't remember opting into this membership scheme.

    I ordered a pair of boots which came with a hideous red zip up the back (not shown on the product description). Not only that but the zip broke after me trying them on. Also they automatically signed me up to VIP and continue to take money even though I cancelled!

    I had ordered a pair of wedge sneakers since they were very cute. Fast forward many months with the "skip this month" option and I figured I've been skipping a lot and that I probably wasn't going to buy another pair of shoes since the first one I got hurt my ankles and I wasn't sure how true to size their shoes were. I didn't want to risk getting a pair that wasn't my size and have difficulty exchanging or returning it. So I called to cancel my membership (they don't allow online cancelling - you have to call them) since I didn't want to keep skipping every month. However, even though I cancelled it I was still charged for the next month and had a credit in the account.

    I open up a live chat to speak to them and the person assisting me said that there was no record of a call being made to them. Fantastic. I ask him to cancel my account and he tells me to call the number for their customer service. After that the chat session ended and I honestly DO NOT want to call them again to cancel my membership (AGAIN) since they didn't even do that for me the first time. I highly recommend staying away from this site. On top of that, you can't even remove your credit card information from the site.

    I have just discovered that JustFab have taken 3 x £35 from my account after I made a purchase in November. I have phoned my bank to report it as an unauthorised payment. I understand that I have been mislead into signing up to a subscription. This was not made clear at the time of purchase. My bank has stopped the payments and has refunded the £105 to my account while this is investigated. If this is challenged by JustFab I shall continue to appeal as I can see that a great many other consumers have had similar experiences. Your website must be changed to make it clearer to purchasers that they are signing up to a monthly subscription.

    I joined the VIP account, I bought two pairs of boots, not excellent quality by any means, nowhere did I read that I would be charged £35 every month and had to 'skip' the monthly fee. I have sent two e-mails on their 'contact U.S.' but they were both ignored. I tried to spend the £70 credit but very little choice and what I did find had sold out. I want a refund as this is not legitimate what they do. And I am not ringing after reading the awful reviews.

    I signed up to an account with JustFab quite a few months ago and was automatically put onto a VIP account. I ordered some items and wanted to send them all back. I find the returns process an absolute unnecessary faf. I don't have any problems with other online clothing companies. What also isn't clearly stated when signing up to the account is being charged £35 a month. I didn't realise this until 3 months down the line when £105 had been taken out of my account which had been turned into credit onto my JustFab account. I feel like this company is a trap to all who use it and there are probably a lot more people out there who don't even realise this money is being taken out of their accounts.

    This needs to be more clearly stated on their website, because if I had known this I never would have bothered ordering from them in the first place. I phoned the 'fashion consultants' and got quite a sarcastic person on the phone saying that there was not a lot she could do for me. Also the button to skip the month is only on there for a short part of time during the first 5 days of the month, it should be there all the time! I have now had to spend my 3 credits and I'm waiting on the order to come but they are behind with dispatching items so I hope this doesn't take too long because as soon as I have them I'm cancelling my account and warning many more people not to use this scam of a company.

    I called to cancel my account beginning of January after skipping that month because I seriously don't have $40 to spend on shoes right now and my last pair was horrible, and told my account was canceled. But then February rolls around and I see that I have a 39.95 charge from JustFab! Naturally I call to get them to take it off (where I was hung up on TWICE), and the lady says they have no record of me trying to call and cancel my account and that they will "investigate" the incident and get back to me in 36 hours. A week and half later, I still have no response from them and my money has not been returned to me! I'm not sure if they even canceled my account as I also asked them to because I'm still receiving emails! I just want my money back!

    Do not buy from this company. They are con merchants operating a scam. I just wanted to purchase a pair of shoes after seeing them advertise on TV. I was offered a buy one, get one free. You have to tick the terms & conditions before you can shop (gotcha), and you're then advised that if when you check out, you opt for the VIP membership (I wasn't aware that I had), then they will take (steal) £35 a month from your debit or credit card each month. After reading some of the reviews on here, some people were charged for 12 months before they realized. At least I was only conned for 3 months. I have emailed them to ask for a refund (bet they say no) and I've stopped payments with my bank. This is a terrible way for a company to behave. Could you imagine if every online store operated the same practice, you'd never keep ahead of your finances. They must be having a good laugh at us mugs... Never again. Stay away!!

    I purchased items from Just Fab for my sister's birthday expecting a one off payment. I received a notification from paypal today that another £35 was deducted from my account. I contacted justfab only to find I'd been signed up to a VIP account that will automatically charge me each month. All I wanted and all I thought I had done was purchase a 1 off purchase with no obvious signs I had signed up to anything. JustFab have refused to issue me with a refund despite the money being deducted today. I initially told all my friends about their website and how happy I was with their items but will definitely make them fully aware of what has happened. Very disappointed.

    When hearing about Justfab I thought it was a great site with amazing deals. I was so wrong. I really did love the boots I got but I didn't know what I was getting myself into signing up with them. I had no idea they would take $39 dollars out of my account each month. I tried to get a refund but of course their customer service was terrible. I'm really upset and would not recommend anyone buying from Justfab

    I received my first order and it was great. The boots are beautiful, great quality, and fit wonderfully. However, after declining my offers for this month, I was still charged $39.95. I tried emailing, but have received no response. I am trying to get my account cancelled and a refund for the extra charge. It doesn't seem like the customer service is top notch.

    I ordered a pair of boots on offer in December, they arrived & were poor quality & too big all over. I had every intention to return them but failed to do so within the time period given. I was aware of the skip a month process on 'my account' which I had to sign up to prior ordering the boots. I skipped a month's 'credit' but decided to close the account to save further messing around. I was able to go online & close the account, or that's what I was led to believe. I phoned JustFab 2 days ago when I got my bank statement, which showed 3 payments of £35 had gone from my bank, without me knowing.

    The email linked to the account I don't use anymore & the bank account is one I only get a statement from every 3 months so I was unaware that the money was leaving my account. I phoned JustFab straight away & they said they would refund 2 payments of £35, but the computer wouldn't allow them to issue the other £35 refund, instead they would put it into an account for me to spend on anything I would like to. I informed them there was nothing I'd desire to purchase from JustFab at any given time, but they said they could do no more. Imagine my disgrace when I found that now my account has been demoted, everything now starts at the cost of £49 & yet I only have £35 credited to my account!! It's one big scam & I am truly disgusted at the way they trade!

    I placed my first order & never received it. Received a survey about your company & stated I never received my order. I was told it would be re-shipped & I would receive a tracking number. That never happened. I cancelled my account with customer service & was told I would receive a credit for my first order. Today I checked my bank account & charged $40 even though I cancelled my acct. I literally spend 1.25 hrs & called back spending 3 hrs on hold!!! I want a refund on my account for $65 asap. Additionally that is an extremely unprofessional amount of time to have people on hold contacting your company!

    The information when signing up is VERY unclear. I thought I could simply purchase a pair of boots. No. I have been charged £35 per month!! It caused me to go into my bank overdraft, resulting in charges. The boots were poor quality. So, overall, I paid a total of over £150 for boots that were poor quality. Disgusting. The fact that the FAQ section of the website has 'Why have I been charged £35 on the 6th of the month' shows exactly how misleading the company is! I work hard for my money and didn't deserve to have money taken for nothing. I feel I have given away hard earned money for them to do NOTHING. I'm very sad about the situation.

    I made an order on 18th Jan using credits I had built up. I received an email to say delay in delivery. That was the last personal email sent. No goods received. Complained and received no apology just a quote of my contract. JustFab broke it!

    I would like to share an update on the issue with JustFab I posted earlier.

    The issue is resolved and I have been granted the refund of the total cost of 9 credits I had been charged.

    My reco for those who are clients or about to be clients of JustFab is to make sure you understand the terms & conditions and how the VIP status and credit work exactly to avoid the exact same issue as I experienced.

    I signed up for the JustFab.com and was given a painful lesson in online shopping. I bought one pair of shoes from them which I never worn due to poor quality...they look cheap my friends said. With that, I automatically became a VIP member. I thought it was a promotion with a simple online transaction where I paid for an item and received it, but I paid my price with 9 months (39.95€ each month) of payments. I am someone who does not check my credit card account thoroughly...big mistake (!!)...as I never have any issue. It was way too late when I learnt JustFab took 39.95€ from my account every month.

    I called to cancel my VIP membership today. I was surprised and shocked that I could not have my money back...cannot imagine this is even allowed to happen. They agreed to pay back 4 months payments (159.8€ ) into my account. I will see next week if that will happen. With this, they still have my 199.75€ with them saying that I can buy 5 items from their online store within the next 3 years. I was really not happy with the first pair of shoe I bought from JustFab, why would I buy again?

    From my experience, I hope people who read the reviews (I see a lot of other reviews with the same situation) will not fall into the same trap. Read all terms and conditions before you agree to anything. I will still do my shopping online as I have a lot of good experience with many websites but definitely not with JustFab.

    First of all let me start with saying I am absolutely outraged at this website, let's start with the reasons this site is a rip off. No.1 practically everything on this website is the same price '£35' no matter whether it is a pair of dolly shoes or a leather hand bag, which brings me to my next point... The quality of this stuff is cheap to say the least, Hence why I have never revisited the site to buy more 'Fab Products'!

    I have had a statement from the bank to say that just fab have been taking £35 out of my bank every month because I forgot to 'skip'. Now yes you can argue the point I should have read the terms and conditions; however nowhere was it obviously stated that I was setting myself up for a 'VIP' account, with a website this big and popular customers want to TRUST the people they're buying from and from reading the comments below this is obviously not the case. I have now been told I MUST buy My money's worth off the website or I will LOSE my money.

    Now before someone writes back to me with an 'apology' how's about you take some of these comments on board and do something about it rather than ripping customers off and giving them false hope!! Either get RID of this 'VIP' service or make it more OBVIOUS that you will be taking these peoples money.

    I signed up for JustFab in September and while I was content with the service and the selection at first, I became disappointed very quickly. After being poorly explained what VIP status actually meant, I tried to cancel my VIP status. The lady that I called told me that if I were to cancel my VIP status that I would lose my 1 credit, therefore, not wanting to lose this credit, I told her that I'd use it before canceling. The next day and several days after, I called back to cancel my VIP membership and the phone was never answered.

    The following month my card was charged again, so I called back to explain the situation and was reimbursed and told that if I clicked the "skip month" button AFTER the 5th of the month that I would not be charged. Every time I went on, I could not find this "skip month" button, therefore I assumed that I was no longer a VIP member. I was very wrong, as I continued to be charged.

    When I called back for the final time, I was peer pressured into keeping my VIP membership - which I strongly declined and I was also told that there were no more reimbursements that were being done. When I was read back my file which indicated which type of phone calls I had previously made, I also realized that most of what I had asked about or questioned was not even in this file. I find it absolutely absurd that my card was charged so often without any proper warning and that even though I had yet to pay the charges of my card, I was unable to be reimbursed.

    I ordered shoes from JustFab and I didn't know that when you do, you are becoming vip member. "Vip member" only means they can charge you each month. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. Once you buy something, they automatically will charge you EVERY month when you don't buy something. You need to go on the site every month between the 1st and the 4th to "skip the month" or else they charge you. How stupid is that...?? I tried to cancel my account by sending them an email but they do not want to cancel it and there is nowhere you can cancel it online. I just want to cancel my account!!! I am so angry. DO NOT order from their site. It's a total scam.

    Skipped the month on time but was charged anyway. So now, I have 5 credits I have to use. I am a flat shoes person, Justfab doesn't many cute flat shoes so that's why I wait to order something. It is very frustrating.

    I have been a Just Fab member for a year. I have purchased multiples pairs of boots, shoes & accessories. I am 22 years old & manage 2 businesses, I do not have time to remember if I "skipped my month" so my card isn't charged $40. So long story short, over the course of the year I have used the site, I have forgotten a few times. I now learn they have some kind of one time return policy. I was basically told I was out of luck on getting my money back but they could give me store credit. I get that, but I need the MONEY back to pay bills. So apparently I get to swallow my pride & buy something I don't want or need but I can promise I will be canceling my account & letting my friends know that have accounts.

    I ordered a pair of really great boots for only 9.99. I haven't received them yet (I have a few days til they are supposed to be delivered) but I was shocked to find out that I had been automatically signed up for the VIP program that charges you monthly (unless you log on to skip it every month). I called to cancel, and was given the lonnnnngggg speech about how "all you have to do is skip it!" But I was unable to cancel after saying I wanted to. So I called right back and told this second person that I wanted to cancel and that I didn't want to hear the speech again. So he hung up! I just want to cancel but I LOVE the boots you all have. I will still buy from you, I just don't want to deal with the VIP membership. Is there anyone else I can cancel this VIP membership with?

    Omg, where do I begin. I ordered shoes over a month ago when I joined. I honestly was please with my order. I actually liked the shoes I received, however, the bootie that I loved came damaged and the other shoe didn't fit so I returned them. No biggie right? WRONG. You can't really return them because they hold your money you spent hostage. They charge a ridiculous restocking fee that makes it hard not to just go ahead and exchange the items. On top of that it takes 24-48 hrs for JustFab to release the shoes you have on reserve to exchange after they get notification that the actual return is in the possession of the post office. So I called to check on my order 5 days later only to find out that my shoes I had chosen for my exchange had not been released yet from the warehouse. The rep immediately released them and sent me my tracking number. The shoes take 7 to 10 more days after that to actually be delivered to your home.

    So finally after exchanging the shoe for the exact same item in the same size, they weren't the same size at all. WAYYYY too tight. I had to return them again in exchange for another item because that particular bootie was no longer in stock! Like seriously???? You would think after all that they would at least rush your shipment but no. Here I am a month later waiting on a shoe that fits and isn't damaged. Honestly, the customer service reps are nice, however the process of ordering and shipping and exchanging and such is a nightmare. There has to be a better way. If you're patient and have time to send shoes back and forth every week, JustFab is perfect for you! But if you're like me with a life, with events to attend and like your items to be more accessible, then JustFab is not for you! #justno

    I signed up to JustFab believing I was getting a really good deal. I was wrong. All of a sudden I was getting charged a lot of money and I had no idea why. Turns out if you don't skip you get charged for the month anyway, don't use this service as this charge is unclear and the email always comes too late as a warning.

    Today I checked my debit card statement and it says there's been a charge of $39.95?!!! The first time that happened I was okay with it because I needed a new pair of shoes. However this is the second time it happens and I am not happy. I am very disappointed because this company is a scam! I don't have time to be on their website 24/7 waiting to skip every month, I have other things to worry about. I also don't have that money to be spending, because I need it for school. I am demanding a refund. It's not okay for this company to be taking away my hard-earn money as well as others who are having the same issue.     I placed an order for a handbag since the one received was shipped folded (no stuffing) with a permanent crease. It was shipped in a plastic envelope. I called JustFab, placed an order to substitute the one received. I was also provided with a shipping label. I sent it back via USPS where it was scanned. When I checked my account the return was not there. Spoke to a representative and told me that the one I had on reserve was no longer available although on the website it appeared on hold. The discussion with this woman made me so angry. Since I speak Spanish I press the choice to speak to them. Discovered that the substitution was still on hold. They found the handbag on hold and the scanning from the post office.

    You cannot talk to the U.S. They are hiding where? Then I found your website and the problems this company has. They outsource their problems overseas but we are the ones paying for the product and they will not face their customers? After I get this handbag I am canceling my membership. That is it. I don't need any headaches, I am 71 and don't have time to argue. I am done with JustFab.

    I have just checked through my PayPal receipts online and noticed 2 separate deductions for £35 from my account. After checking it would appear that as I did not skip a month I have been charged a membership fee. I bought two items on two separate occasions for the joint value of £28.95 which seemed a good deal but now I realize I have realistically spent almost £100 for these items.     I had VIP credit of $39.95 and wanted to use it up so I could close the account. I ordered items from FabKids thinking the credit would pay for most of it and I would only be charged the difference. And then I looked at my checking account to find that I was charged for the full amount of the order. I called JustFab and was told the only way I could use my $39.95 credit was by ordering from "regular" items that were $39.95 to clear the credit and that FabKids items were not eligible to use my credit against.

    Needless to say, I am most unhappy and asked to speak with a supervisor, who promptly disconnected our call... I called back only to have to explain the whole situation again and to be told basically that no type of resolution would be made... I think it is wrong to offer items on a website with a membership fee monthly if you forget to skip and then limit the items that can be purchased. I will NEVER use these thieves again.

    Bought a handbag from justfab.com 39,95$+ tax AND SHIPPING (absolute cheap, rubbish, nasty quality). It was what I thought was a simple transaction where I pay for an item and receive it. BUT!!!     Updated on 11/20/2015: When you bought on this site, automatically you become a VIP member. This "VIP member" charges you 39.00$ custom in each month and you have 3 days to go skip the month. If not, the amount will automatically be deduce from your credit card to make a purchase on the site, which will be never free even if you have a credit in store. Plus, the items are bad quality. It's really a scam. Caution!!! It's been like 3 times that they charge me money without my knowledge...

    I ordered a pair of boots a couple months ago, and I was not aware that I would be charged $39.95 every month whether I bought something or not when I signed up. So I made a new account when I forgot my password on my other one. Yesterday I realized I've been charged $39.95 multiple times on two separate accounts. I called to cancel my account and have my money that became "member credit" refunded, customer service told me that my money no longer has a cash value and that I can still use it to purchase from them. I'm very disappointed with this, seeing how I canceled my account and no longer wish to purchase from them. I will be calling customer service again to get my refund, I will also be calling my bank to block any future charges from JustFab.

    I have been a member of JustFab for about two years now, and that really isn't by choice. When I painfully learned the hard way about their forced credit card charging scheme, I called their membership cancellation line and they tried all kinds of ways to get me to stay - free credit, explanations of how missing the month meant you were still going to be charged $40 USD even if you cancelled, talking about my last purchase made - LIKE REALLY, why does the product I last bought even freaking matter? I'm calling in to cancel my membership, which is basically a large step considering everything is done online now.

    Secondly, they PURPOSELY make you wait at least 3-4 minutes before answering the phone to the cancellation line, which in my opinion makes me even more angry. Not only do you basically have to spend minutes of your day waiting for a phone that's probably not even ringing on their side, you have to go through a bunch of circus hoops to get through the cancellation process, which takes at LEAST 20-30 minutes of CONSISTENTLY saying NO. Clearly, they enjoy taking advantage of customers with little to no time in the day by making it excruciatingly difficult to cancel your membership. This is clearly manipulation and exploitation.

    This process has led me to calling in at least three times in the last two years, and recently calling again to cancel my membership. After finally achieving membership cancellation, I have just felt pushed to the point of anger and ultimate disgust with this company. All I can say is STAY AWAY, far away. I haven't even talked about the products themselves yet. Every shoe purchase I made that I thought to be decent quality had hooker-high heels and/or crap quality, even when I spent hours analyzing shoes that appeared to be better quality than others.

    Deceitful company, crap products, and manipulative customer service. I feel sorry for their sales reps for having to deal with this company's terrible business model. The company practices are overall unethical and should be illegal.

    Last thing, do not let the company's responses to other people's complaints on this site think they're actually an ethical company that cares about their customers - it's clearly a PR move to make them appear like they care and it's a proven method that most companies use. At the end of the day, their business model is complete rubbish. TL;DR STAY AWAY from this company.

    Like so many people on here I was not aware that I was signing up to a subscription service when I purchased an item from this company. The item arrived and I thought no more of it. Then I receive an e-mail 3 months later advising me that my credit card will be charged £35.00 if I do not 'skip the month.' What the hell is this about?

    I checked my account only to discover that this company had been taking £35.00 out of my account for the last 3 months! To say I was angry was an understatement. I immediately called them (bearing in mind this is an international company and they charge for the call) having been on hold for sometime I eventually got through to an American lady. I requested that my account be cancelled and that I was refunded asap only to be told that the money had been turned into credits and was non refundable! This company are disgusting in the way they trick people into signing up to a monthly charge! I am still trying to get a refund and am in contact with trading standards about this matter. Avoid at all costs! Do not buy from this company! You have been warned!!

    Recently ordered 2 pairs of shoes online with Just Fab. Pleased with what I thought was a first purchase discount. Checked my order confirmation today as dispatch email still NOT received FIVE days later?! Only to find I'd been signed up to a VIP account that will automatically charge me each month. All I wanted and all I thought I had done was purchase shoes, a 1 off purchase with no obvious signs I had signed up to anything. Thankfully I noticed within the 14-day time frame to notify and cancel. I can see this easily going unnoticed by many! This definitely needs addressing by either trading standards or the OFT. Needless to say I cancelled and will be cancelling my current order if not dispatched in the next 2 days.

    I have been with JustFab for 3 months - if you sign up to them you will pay £35 per month via your credit/debit card unless you cancel - they usually send a monthly email to ask you if you want to cancel that month. This month I didn't receive a reminder and they took the money. I have also sent back some boots that I still haven't received a refund on. I was then informed that I wouldn't get a cash refund/ money returned to my bank accounts as it's "no longer cash". It is now a "credit on my account and I cannot request a refund as it is no longer considered money." What complete rubbish. I spent half an hour arguing with a telephone sales person. The only reason I got a refund was because I refused to put the phone down and she wanted rid of me. I'm fuming.

    All right, so I've bought shoes from JustFab multiple times and loved the products. They were mostly comfortable, and the few times I've had issues they have resolved them with their easy returns. However, this time, as you can see from the screen shots from my phone, their service was TERRIBLE. I tried calling them twice and gave up twice after being on hold for over an hour both times (one of the pictures is off colored because I forgot to turn of my blue light filter). These shoes caused blisters on my feet after wearing them for only a few hours!

    I bought two pairs of boots late in 2014. By January, the sole of the first pair is completely separating from the boot. The second pair of boots -- the zipper comes apart when they are zipped up. Neither pair is in any condition that I would wear in public due to their poor condition. I have worn the first pair of boots less than 30 times and the second pair less than 10. I kept skipping my month with the intention of calling customer service regarding my issues. Finally, at the beginning of this month, I decided to just cancel my account due to putting off calling customer service for months.

    Today, I checked my bank account to discover that not only had I forgotten to skip my month but I was charged my monthly fee. "No big deal," I thought to myself. Having worked in customer service for 10+ years I figured I would call customer service to resolve my issues to receive a refund. The representative that I spoke to was only able to say "I'm sorry" about a hundred times but was unable to help me receive my refund. She did however offer to credit my now canceled account for future purchases...after I had already informed her I had no intentions of using the company again. She did offer to exchange my boots if I could provide the return labels. I explained I did not keep them as they fit perfectly fine & I did not anticipate them falling apart the way they did.

    I may not receive my refund but I will tell anybody and everybody about my unfortunate experience with this company's quality of product and quality of service. It's very unfortunate that you are unable to do what is right by your customers. I have been lucky enough to never have been professionally associated with such a low quality company such as yours. A prosperous company is one who does the right thing and isn't just money-hungry. You can keep the worst $80 I've ever spent -- looks like in the long run you'll need it more than me.

    JustFab don't even deserve a 1 star should be minus. This is a scam company. First of all they charged £35 and turned it into credit so I had to buy something. The same thing happened again even though I contacted the member. Such a scam company. I am a student and don't have much money and you people are taking money like this from my account. Give me back my full amount. Btw the staff are also ridiculous, they repeat the same thing again and again. I will never purchase from here, this company deserves to close down.     In Sept 2014 I purchased a pair of shoes. The shoes were not too bad however only was able to wear them once as the heel was too high. My account has been fine till January 2015 when over $50 was taken from my account. They talked me into giving them another chance and refunded the money which I just got 5 days ago. It's 3:30am I am half asleep and my cell phone vibrates to Justfab stating they had taken my money again! I called and yelled at them.

    I have demanded a refund and the account to be closed! I will lose money again because when they refund it I lose the money due to currency change. Also it's the last of the money from my account and I have a small child! Now I have to wait 5-10 business days for less money than what was taken from my account. Don't give this company your credit card number. They will scam you like they have others that have reported them.

    I signed up for a membership for my first purchase and I didn't know that I was signing up for a subscription. I have been skipping for a couple of months and had enough of it so I called in order to cancel my subscription and to get my money back from the credit which I did not want.     I made a one-off purchase of one pair of shoes. Sandals to be precise. They took quite a while to deliver but that was no big deal. To my amazement and shame I found out months later that they have been deducting £35/month from my Paypal account as a direct debit. Paypal has now stopped the transaction. JustFab customer service number just does not work. Their reply to my email was just some generic email that failed to address my particular complaint. I intend to exhaust every avenue to try and recover my money. If you know anything please let me know. But firstly the public needs to be warned. JustFab is JustScam.

    I was aware of monthly subscription, but caught out because my first order was made on 30/11 and I was expected to purchase again by 5th Nov or skip. I missed this... accept this was my fault but feel this was unreasonable to expect 2 orders within days. I called to withdraw from contract within 14 days, cancelled my account but was unable to get money back from 2nd charge on 16/12. This was given to me as credit. So I attempted to use the credit to purchase shoes but size and quality were appalling, so I returned. No store credit was shown on my account, despite numerous calls/emails, etc.

    They have taken my money and are not allowing me to make a purchase, so I now just want my money back for the shoes I returned. No credit, just money back that they are withholding from me. Even if you are aware of the monthly subscription and enticed with the offers given, I would recommend everyone stays away from JustFab, because their customer service is dreadful. They are incapable of resolving complaints fairly, and in my case have taken money from me and I have NOTHING to show for this! JustFab = JustFraud.

    Recently bought a pair of shoes for a night out this weekend. 2-8 working days delivery would take me to this Friday but I had an email to say experiencing delays. When I went on online chat to find out how long delays were. I was told that even without delays I would never have received my shoes by this weekend as it does not include dispatch time.

    When I challenged this as it is so so unclear the advisor replied in a very snotty way. I pointed out that if they are saying I would never of received them in time then instead of 2-8 working days perhaps it should be 10 working days as you are never going to receive them before! I told her perhaps they should change the delivery explanation online saying after dispatch but she ended the conversation without saying goodbye. I have worked in customer service since I left school and I am a department manager for a very well recognized supermarket. I am absolutely furious! It is bad enough they con you into paying £35 a month for nothing afterwards. Will definitely be removing myself from their VIP and not advising them to any friends. Absolutely disgusting!!!

    I had a similar experience to most on here, was caught out by the monthly fee. (I only wanted one pair boots) - and rather than have to deal with the long phone call to cancel I just skipped the month for 5 or 6 months, until I unfortunately didn't get a chance to do it one month as I was giving birth to my daughter. Anyway, phoned to ask if it was possible to have the amount refunded and was told no, not refundable. So I cancelled my VIP membership, ordered a pair of boots with the credit I had - the boots looked lovely online but cheap and nasty once received. The boots were returned on 17th Jan, and I am still waiting for my account to be credited. The returns and exchanges info page advises to allow 14 days for your account to be credited in my situation.

    I emailed on Saturday (14 days after they were returned) and was advised it takes 14 WORKING days. I pointed out in my response that this is not what is stated in the returns and exchanges info page and this was completely ignored. I have since been in touch again a few times and have had responses but each from a different person who is just as unhelpful as the last. I don't even want a replacement pair of shoes, there isn't a single pair available in my size that I like, and even if I did like any, they would probably look just as cheap and nasty as the others. So unimpressed by this company and their terrible communication. Wish I had never come across it.

    I signed up for the Justfab.com shopping experience and was given quite the lesson in online shopping. First off I was charged instantly because they said the product was available. Then in a tragic turn of events we had to leave our home suddenly. However I did go to the post office and have all mail forwarded and received my letters and other packages the next day at my new location. When I had waited a couple weeks I called Justfab.com to inquire about the package and it was being rerouted back to the warehouse.     I called and before I could say anything the lady said "Here are the latest trends you can pick from." I was confused because I had not even said why I was calling yet. I said "I don't want to order new anything. I need to know where the product is I ordered." She said "It isn't available in your size." I said "But they were and sent originally. What happened to them.." She said "No they weren't" so I said "Can you refund my money.." "NO," she said, "You can get a handbag..."

    I asked to speak to a supervisor and after some effort she finally gave in and put Amy on the phone. Amy would not refund my money and said I could later order more shoes??? I said "I will keep you on the phone and order them now at no extra cost..." 10 pairs later none of which were available I settled for a not so great boot... Guess what - not available until Feb 25th but for an extra cost I could get them now. I said "Let me guess. If I wait they won't be in my size?" I said "I do not want my card charged again." She said it is not her fault I ordered the wrong boot? First off why did it let me if it wasn't available and why can't they refund my money when I never got the product.

    My partner has just checked her credit card statement to find out that for the last 4 months she has been charged £35 a month after being automatically signed up to the Just Fab VIP Membership service. Well isn't that nice of them to do this. Not only is my partner angry she feels distraught, she feels that she has been manipulated into this as there are no clear signs on the website about this. Not only that but they didn't contact her after she didn't make any purchases. They know their membership scheme causes these issues and they know people will not think it's a subscription service. I mean, how many pairs of shoes does someone need. Not 1 a month that's for sure. I find it deceitful and barbaric in its approach. I have contacted fair trading standards about this and I am sure they will look into this matter deeply. Do not use. Do not buy from Just Fab as it's Just a rip off!

    I had the worst experience with this company EVER. Kimora Lee Simmons should be ASHAMED of herself!!!!! I'm truly disgusted to see that there has been no repercussions for the type of racketeering this company is running!!! I bought three pairs of shoes from them, and they are of very, very, poor quality. They are not wearable or practical at all. I cut my losses. My other issue with this racket of a business is the fact that they continued taking money from my bank account even after I spoke with one of their customer service reps twice!!! Which cost me a lot, because I called from Europe and JUSTFAB had the nerve to keep me on the phone for 30 minutes per call. So I got stuck with a pretty nice phone bill to make matters worse, with no resolve!!! I even sent emails after making no progress with the phone calls and it was even more hopeless, as I was ignored repeatedly.

    I ask again, how is this company still in business??? HOW??? Well, they have managed to steal about $300.00 from me (including the phone bill), so they got the last laugh. I want to see this company get prosecuted for what they are doing to poor, innocent customers. The greed of most rich people is sickening! I've gotten nowhere with this issue a whole year later and I don't expect to either. Ladies, do yourselves a favor and DO NOT purchase ANYTHING from this despicable company!!!!

    Bought a pair of heels from justfab.co.uk on the 17/09/2013 for £35 (absolute cheap, rubbish, nasty quality). It was what I thought was a simple transaction where I pay for an item and receive it. BUT!!! I was conned for 15 months of payments, That's Right!!! They took £35 from my account every month till Jan 2015, which when I realised what exactly was happening.

    After ringing my bank and Paypal and justfab.co.uk, and spending hours of trying to sort things out, I finally managed to get 9 months payments (£315) paid back into my account. But they still owe me another 7 months (£245) back, which they came back to me saying I can buy 7 items from their online store. The first and only pair of heels that I bought off Justfab were of such poor and rubbish quality that I would not buy anything from them EVER AGAIN!! So the rubbish, poor quality shoes I bought cost me £35 + £245.

    I have since stopped a few of my friends to NEVER buy from them and told them to tell their friends and people they know to share how JUSTFAB are looting people left, right and centre. I am very angry and really upset as £245 is not a small amount to be lost over nothing. Hope the managers and management realise that!!! From my experience, I hope others read the reviews and NEVER use justfab. I am going to campaign further about this and informing more and more of people how in this day and age we are looted by company.

    I placed the order for a pair of shoes on the Monday 19th January and was sent an email 2 days (21/01/15) later informing me that my order was delayed. At the time I thought this was fine as I didn't need them till Saturday 31st January 2015, so plenty of time. I thought I would check my account on Tuesday 28th January to see if they had been dispatched but I discovered that my order was still processing. I noticed on their website that they had placed a notice on the 'help and contact' section that they were having delivery issues. This is not really the case as I have now discovered the reason for the delay is because they are moving warehouses.

    I really wish they would have put a notice up at the time of placing my order or even on the website because if I was aware of the situation I would have never placed an order and instead would have spent the last week and half searching the high-street for a pair of shoes instead of hoping that I had finally found a Company that had great styles and shoes that fit me. You see, the reason I am upset is because I am a size 9 and trying to find nice shoes that fit me is very, very, very hard. The other reason I am upset is the customer service I received on Tuesday 28th January was awful.

    I contacted one of their agents through live chat and tried to get a status update on when my shoes will be dispatched and he/she refused to give me an honest answer. I informed him/her of the problem with finding shoes to fit me and the fact I really need the shoes by Saturday 31st January because I need to attend an award ceremony and was greeted with very short, blunt and borderline very rude answers. And they continued typing (copy & paste) the sentence "Is there anything else I can help with today?" before I had even finished typing was very annoying. He/she might as well have just typed 'I can't be bothered to help you, go away.'

    I then contacted your helpline and was informed by the agent that he would send an urgent request to the warehouse and hopefully I will get my shoes by Saturday. I almost thanked him and put the phone down but because of what I had been through in the morning with the other agent I thought I would question him a bit more. It turns out that he could send an urgent request to the warehouse but they could take 24-48 hours to respond and then if they dispatch them in 24-48 hours it could take 2-6 days to receive them so I informed him that I would not get them by Saturday then, which he replied "We can only hope and think positive." This is not the answer that will get me my shoes. He said that I should wait till Friday and check to see if my order had been dispatched and if not I could cancel through live chat or call the help line.

    After my call I received an email asking for feedback so I completed it. I explained the issue just like I have above; I also sent an email with the same feedback. I am yet to receive a reply! This morning, January 30th I checked my account and the order was still processing so I contacted Live Chat to say I would like to cancel my order and that I do not want the shoes. I said "I don't think any money has been taken from my card yet but please can you check and confirm. If the money has been taken please refund. Thank you."

    The agent said they cannot cancel the order anymore as their warehouse has an advanced fulfillment system and quickly processes orders. That once an order is in fulfillment batching status, they are unable to cancel it. I mentioned that I ordered the shoes on the 19/01/15 and I still don't have them. The agent just copied and pasted the same response that he/she sent earlier so I ended the live chat and phoned the help line and once again I was informed I could not cancel my order. I have to wait till I receive the shoes and then I return them. Shocking!

    I now have to go out and try and find a pair of shoes that are similar, that go with the dress that I have already purchased. I am really not looking forward to that. But I have to then wait for the shoes to arrive and then have to go through the hassle of returning them. I won't need them because I will have already, hopefully purchased a pair that are similar. Some women might like two pairs the same but I don't, it's a waste of money!!!!

    I received my first pair of shoes in June. They were too tight and I attempted to return them but was told I had waited too long. I am stuck now with a brand new pair of (cheap looking) shoes. Then they grabbed $29.99 out of my account one month. I didn't realize by making this first purchase I had 'agreed' for them to take this money from my account monthly unless I declined the transaction. I never got any email warning me, they just grabbed my money. I tried to make a purchase with this "credit" but was denied over and over even though I know I had enough money to cover the $3.80 for tax on my debit card. It said I had to call and at this point I was sick of dealing with this company. They have crappy products, crappy customer service (you have to call, nothing can be done online) and they are thieves with your money.

    Calling customer service was a complete nightmare with the first person actually hanging up on me when I asked to cancel my account over and over as she kept trying to get me to purchase items. I then had to call back and wait FOREVER for someone to answer. This person already knew who I was when I called back. She also tried to get me to keep my account and use my credit to buy something. I told her no, just cancel my account. It took about 30 minutes but FINALLY I got a confirmation that my account was cancelled. She then asked if there was anything else she could do for me. I said I would like a refund for the money they took from me. At that, she hung up on me. This was the worst customer service ever.

    I called Justfab to cancel my accounts after I found out they have been charging me for VIP account for over 7 months totaling £490. They refused to refund me my money so I ended up placing orders to recover my money. After two weeks I only receive 7 items instead of 14 items ordered. I contacted Justfab and they confirmed that my other orders were out of stock. I asked them to refund the money to me which they still refuse. I explained I'm no longer interest in using their company. I spoke to the line manager Susanne ** who was rude and unprofessional in every level. I'm still waiting for the issue to be resolve.
