Finding the right style from JustFab is not difficult because, at the beginning, there's this test for me to choose my style and then after that, it's practically almost everything that matches your style and it's much easier for me to find things. It's been exciting! Last March, I purchased white heels and it's really good. I don't like sandals because I feel like they're going to break, but this one looks really solid. Their shoes are really of good quality and comfortable.

I love the choices my style expert at JustFab gave to me. I like their shoes. I bought some wedges last April and it is good quality. I didn’t like how they charged my card though. Money was taken off my card when I didn’t buy anything.

I checked out the website of JustFab and it was $10 to buy the first pair of shoes. They were cute so I bought them. Their site is great and it was not difficult to look for an item. They have a really good selection of all of the stuff that I like.

I like being a JustFab member. I'm a member since October. I like the choices that they gave me and also like the fact that even if I can't purchase anything at the moment, I'm able to skip that month and still be able to keep that membership going.The shoes I purchased are actually really good and I wear them a lot.

I really like the selection which is really good and the quality is also very nice. I've only bought one pair of shoes so far which were the black boots. I wore them at work and they worked beautifully. The quality of the boot was higher than I expected which I'm impressed with. Dealing with them is an easy process that I'll see results from. I have recommended JustFab to a friend a few times.

I'm a shoe lover, and JustFab has platform shoes and heels that I can stand in and they're comfortable and look absolutely fabulous. Their selections including the bags and accessories are excellent. I have no complaints with the qualities of the shoes.

A friend of mine bought from JustFab and posted it. I thought their shoes were a good price and cute so I also purchased from them. I bought one pair and they’re too big, so I’ll send them back. I got some more coming and I bought them on a sale. I went down to a five and a half as I have super small feet. However, I didn’t know that they automatically charge $39 for a membership every month. When I was out of the country, I couldn’t order and they charged me $39 that I wasn’t aware of. I think it’s really a cool concept but I don’t buy shoes every month.

As my girls got older, they started growing into the woman-size shoes and had a love for shoes. I really go on there and find what I’m looking for, and it wasn’t difficult at all. I could get clothes, jewelry, shoes, and it’s a variety of styles. I love the quality of the products I got from them. I definitely appreciate JustFab because it's very convenient and it satisfies me and my children and what we look for.

JustFab is easy, convenient, fast, and affordable. I've been a member for a couple of months and it is easy to find what I was looking for. I got the shoes that I liked and it went by pretty fast. They have the right colors and what I need for special occasions. Some of the shoes are close to my style and others are not but most of the time, they pick around the right kind of style I want.

I like JustFab's VIP system. The only reason I don't purchase from them as much is because of the quality of the shoes. The quality of the clothes is really good, but with the shoes, for $40 a pair, I figured that the quality would be just a little better. I just got some gladiator shoes and when I took them off from wearing them, my footprint was in the shoe. Some of the shoes don't fit quite right and they are not as great a quality as I would like.

I went with their latest offer where I got two pairs for $39.95. Two months ago I bought two pairs of high heeled clogs and I love them. They're my favorite purchases.

I have tried 3 times to cancel my account after buying one pair of shoes almost a year ago. I don't realize it hasn't gone through until months later when I happen to realize the $39.95 has come out of my bank account again. I called yesterday and the woman would not let me cancel. She kept explaining that I could do some kind of save to date where I can suspend my account. That option is greyed out under my account on the website. She also said she could not refund my money, but could give me a store credit for the 10 months I was paying. There is no store credit on my account. I just want to cancel this and forget about it. Another thing that is very suspicious is that the card I have on my account has expired, but the money is still coming out of my checking account.

My sister used to be a JustFab customer and she told me about it. I needed shoes, and it was easier for me to look online and they had suggestions. I like the convenience of knowing that anytime I need something every month, I can go on there and get it, and it's already there for me and easy to check out. Their style expert's selections are sometimes off, but for the most part on point. I've been a member for a couple of months and it has been amazing overall.

Took $39.95 for 5 months, it means JustFab took $199 from me but will just refund 100 because one of the call center employee LIED, telling me the charge would never happen again when I called two months prior about the charges. So if don't shop, they will charge $39.95 every month. The shoes are cheap-made so watch out for the quality. The boots I bought ripped with one month of use, that's why I didn't buy anything else, but didn't know they would charge me for not using the account.

I've been purchasing from JustFab for a while. I like it 'cause of the fast shipping and it's very easy to find items that I'm looking for. I got some sandals about a week ago and they're pretty good quality. All in all, it's a great experience.

My daughter likes JustFab's style. We ordered three shoes from them at the same time. Two sneakers for her and one flats for me. The white flats I'm wearing gets dirty fast, but she's excited with the sneakers that she's wearing. It's beautiful. Overall, it's good, not expensive and it has good quality.

So many have the same experience, Justfab have charged $39 for being the member! And when I ask the customer care, to refund my money, one person rudely ends the chat, and another say they can't refund and the only option I have will be I have to make a purchase out of the credit!! And all the product are so expensive, you won't get anything less than $39!! I'm a student with no income. They don't care either!! I never had such experience ever in my life. Will NEVER recommend Justfab to any single person I know.

I liked the shoes that JustFab had. They're pretty good. I've been a member for two months, and I like the discount that they have. In fact, they give a lot of discounts, which makes it easier and more sensible to buy more shoes. At first, I get an email for a $10 off on my next purchase. It's cool, and it happens every time. The options that my style expert gives me fits my style. When I couldn't find the shoes that I wanted, they had other options. However, the strap of the heels that I bought last month broke off after wearing them once. I'm going to see if I could get them repaired. That's the only thing I didn't like. I recommended JustFab to my sister, and now, she's with JustFab as well. However, ShoeDazzle sent her the wrong package. JustFab told her to keep the shoes and they expedited service and paid her back.

I rarely write a poor review, but today I learned that I was a "VIP member" of JustFab which means that my credit card is charged $39.95 monthly unless I push the "skip" button by the 5th of each month. I never gave my permission for this, nor signed up for anything. The company is processing a refund, but buyer beware. It is an unethical way to run a company.

I bought a pair of shoes two months ago, and they were good. I like JustFab's prices and styles. One of the greatest parts of being a member is that the stylists help you choose what you're looking for.

Kimora Lee Simmons designed some of the shoes in JustFab and I get a lot of her stuff. She’s my idol so I love her designs and the rest she does. I’ve been a JustFab member for about five years and my favorite thing about being one is the shoe prices. I’ve taken offers like the half off or the buy one get one free on the holidays, and a bunch of half off. My last purchase was on Memorial weekend and everything I purchased is good except for one shoe. When I bought it a year ago, I didn’t like it because my foot is a little bit wider in a way and the shoe is really slim or for somebody with smaller, thin feet and I don’t feel comfortable wearing it. I actually didn’t even return it because I didn’t have time to do it.

I like the prices of JustFab so I purchased from them. I’ve only been a member for a couple of months and the selections given to me were pretty right on. The products that I've purchased are all pretty good so I’m not disappointed. It's been pretty cool with JustFab.

Their website was really organized. It was easy to find items I was looking for and they had really cute styles. I availed of an initial offer where the first item was $10 and shipping was $5 which was really nice. I would definitely use that again when I do decide to join later on. I really like the style experts. I would have liked more customization because I felt like a lot of their styles didn’t exactly suit me. But what I bought definitely had great quality. I was really surprised.

I like JustFab's shoes and I’m glad they have plus sizes now which I can choose from. I do like their styles. When they had things 50% off a while back, I bought about four pairs of shoes which are great. I love my boots but I haven’t worn the sandals yet because I’m in Tennessee and it just started getting warm again. I didn’t want to get sick because the temperature was bouncing around at 60 degrees, 70 degrees, and 50 degrees.

I like the selections given to me a Iot and I also got the VIP special on the first shoes that I got from them. I bought these nude shoes about a week ago and they were express shipped to me. I was a loyal customer of JustFab for years. A few months ago I called to cancel my account. $200 has been taken out of my account since! I'm pregnant and on bedrest and can't afford this. Horrible way to treat a loyal customer. I emailed and tried to live chat and gotten absolutely nowhere. I loved my JustFab shoes, and planned on reactivating or creating a new account when I'm off bed rest and more financially stable. That will not be happening now. Very very very unhappy "loyal" customer!!!

JustFab had a deal for two pairs for $40 for your first order and that sounded like a great deal so I signed up. I've been a member for four years and I like the fact that they set shoe styles for me that I would like and I always end up picking one of those shoes. Then I told my family members about it and I believe they signed up on it as well. I took advantage of their special offers and had lots of wedges and some shoes from them. But for the last two months, I've skipped. For the most part, the products were good quality. I have some boots that I really like. I got them a year ago and I still wear them.

It was easy to find the item or the style I was looking for in JustFab. I've been a member for at least six months now and as a member, I like the rewards I get from them. The selections that I've been given by their style expert were good but I mostly like to browse everything and then pick for myself. I find things better doing my own searching. The items I've purchased have been pretty good for the most part. However, I did receive a purse that broke within five minutes and a couple of pairs of shoes that weren't of great quality. I also bought a pair of shoes where the rhinestones fell off the first time I wore them, and a purse where the buckle broke within the first week so I didn't get a lot of use out of that. But I've also gotten a pair of boots that are really of great quality, and I got a different purse that was one of the best purses I've ever had. So, it's a hit or miss. My favorite purchase so far was the black purse that I bought and some jeans that I got.

I have just discovered for the last few months JustFab have been taking £35.00 per month out of my account. All I did was order a pair of leggings from them which were just awful and arrived late. There is no customer service. Can anyone advise how I get a refund and stop this happening? This is fraud.

My experience with JustFab has been good. I like the price and the quality of their items. I have a very small foot and they always had my size. It’s really easy to find items that I was looking for. If I know the name, I just type it in. Otherwise, I type in the kind of boot or shoe that I'm looking for. I purchased a handbag about a month ago. It's leather and it’s really nice. It was $39 but it was on sale at $24. I’ve also done Christmas shopping with them. In fact, last year I purchased three items from them which were really nice. They wear them all the time. They’re probably even members by now. Either that or they order through me because I seem to be the one that they go to. I’ve also gotten boots for my granddaughter and she’s extremely picky but she loves them.

JustFab had very nice styles on TV so I went online and made an account with them. They gave me a little quiz, then I browsed and found items I liked a lot. As a member, after purchasing, items got low-priced and had free shipping. Sometimes I skipped buying because something didn't match in the way I wanted it, but the quality is very good. The shoes that I got from them back then are still in perfect shape, and my favorite from them are these new pointed shoes. Everything was perfect with JustFab though I had to cancel my account because I couldn't afford to make any more purchases like that.

However, I think more styles should be added maybe at the beginning when taking the test because we're forced to have one of their items when it's not exactly what we like. I was never refunded my money. They steal your money plus you can't get anyone who speaks English or that's not living in India somewhere who understand what you're talking about. Nor can you understand what they are saying. They come up with lies about why they can't refund you and BS their way. Here we are almost two Months have gone by and I've still have NOT seen my refund. Worst place ever - DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! They charge you a return fee even when their items run two sizes too big in addition to taking two months to refund you. They rob you blind. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Stay clear of them. They are JUST Horrible... Far from Fab!!!

I've been a member of JustFab since November last year. Initially, I was looking for some boots and on JustFab's commercial, it said that they had boots. Then I saw on Facebook a picture of some of their boots that I liked so I ordered them. It's easy to find the boots on their website. The selections are very good and they have a lot of options shoe-wise and the price is decent. The quality of the boots is good and I absolutely love it. I also got my mom to join JustFab.

Looking for items at JustFab is okay. However, from the phone, it's not good because I can look at one pair of shoes and I could be on the fifth page, then when I go back, it takes me all the way back up to the top like I've never went through them. The website can be a little better. The shoes aren't the most comfy either but that's okay. In addition, the special offers don't apply to me because they say that since I'm a VIP member, my shoes have to cost $39.95. So I can't get the cute sandals and all of those stuff. The style selections they provide are good but I like to look at everything and not just what somebody said I needed to look at. I feel like they venture off a little which is okay.

I returned two pairs of shoes. They received my package on May 5th. And they told me I would receive a full refund in 7 to 10 business days. I have yet to receive my refund. They told me it was an issue with PayPal. I called PayPal with the JF rep on the line. Paypal informed them that there is nothing wrong with my account and I was able to receive credits. My account id in good standing. JustFab then told me that they have done all that they can do and refuse to issue me a refund. I was also told by the supervisor Suzann that I would get a call back in 24 hours but it has been like 96 hours (4 days) and still no callback.

I've always had a good experience with JustFab. I went online and saw these shoes that I really wanted on their website, so I ordered it and as a member for over a year now, my favorite is the discounted shoe prices. When I first signed up, there's a discounted price and one time there was two for the price of one. Every time I've gone to their website they had a good selection as we had filled out our styles and what we like back then. 90% of the time there's always something nice that I would like. JustFab is very dependable. My shoes always came in a timely manner, though one time I sent it back because it didn't fit. But the shoes are excellent quality. I bought two pairs of shoes four months ago which are really nice. Then the first pair I bought, fox-alligator looking kind of heels, was amazing and I still wear it religiously wherever I go out.

My friend told me about JustFab a few years ago and all their stuff is really cute and seemed like good quality. The items were usually sold out on my size but I’m a pretty common size so that was normal for me and it was okay. I've been a member for a year then I stopped using them. But I went back to them about a year later and their quality was not nearly as good as it was before. My last purchase was just this winter when I bought two pairs of boots of which I had to send one back because they kept falling apart. That’s when I stopped my membership. However, the selections given by my style expert were fine and all their stuff are in my style range. My favorite purchase was my jade boots which I still have from three years ago. I’ve had mixed quality and things with them but they were really good about returning my money and getting all taken cared of for me.

Some of them are my style while some of them aren't, so what I normally do is I browse through and ask them for something if I see something I like. The order factor and shipping are easy. Shipping is also convenient because if I ordered something on a Wednesday, by Saturday I have it. And when they offered the BOGO, the two for one, I've been able to take advantage of that. I purchased a brown wooden-heel shoe on Monday and I love them. The quality is sheer perfection to me. I also got black boots and wear them all the time. I haven't gotten up to the point where you're able to get so many points and get free stuff. However, it was a good experience all around.

She loved it and she took it home. Other than that, the material and quality of their products are good. I have nothing to complain about, and overall, I’ve had a good experience. I bought from JustFab because of the convenience. One of the boots I got was great and I still wear them consistently. They're a distressed style of boots. For things that are like patent leather or of that nature, I can see the difference in quality. But when it's a rougher-looking pair of boots, I thought they were great. It was easy to find things I would like. However, when I would get them, sometimes the quality was lower than I expected. But with the low price point, it made sense.

Very rarely, in this era of money money money, do customer service departments seem to care about their customer but Justfab seems to be the exception and do put their customers first.

This was my first time going through JustFab and I liked it. They had really good deals, styles and prices. I got a pair of shoes and the second pair was free, and the shoes came in the right size. The zippers on my boots get stuck every so often, but they've lasted. Finding items was really easy. It was simple to go through the site and find what I wanted, especially because it narrowed it down to just boots, heels, wedges or whatnot.

When I first joined, I didn't realize that I would be charged a monthly fee of $39.99 for just being a member. Whether you use it or not, they charge you. So, I made the choice of cancelling after seeing several charges on my CC. After twenty minutes of trying to take me out of cancelling, the "fashion consultant" assured me that I would receive my funds that were taken off my card. HOWEVER, after paying down my card, I noticed that my balance was low. Hm. I do not use this card that often if not at all.

I signed up not realising I would be charged a monthly fee of £35. They disguise this as a VIP membership and label the £35 as 'credit' towards discounted products. However, most people are not interested in purchasing from them every month - this is obviously a marketing tactic. They do offer the option of 'skipping the month' which can be done online, within a window of 5 days, so you won't be charged for that month. Although, as I'm busy, as a lot of us are, it was lucky I managed to 'skip' the month after I made my purchase. It is incredibly inconvenient that you can only cancel your account via the telephone, especially when you are often put on hold for so long when you call. I didn't get a chance to cancel the account like I had planned to, so this month, I was not so lucky and fell ill during the five day window in which I had to go online and 'skip the month' in order to make sure I wouldn't be charged the £35.

I have been a member of VIP for at least a year. I have ordered and spent much money with this company. I placed an order for 8 pair of shoes in plenty of time for a special occasion. I watched the shipping tracking number. I live in Arizona and it seemed to be stuck in Kentucky... I sent an email... No response. A few days later I checked it again. It was sent back (said wrong address). Mind you, I have ordered many times before. I sent another email. Then called. Response - "We have not received an email." "Ok. Let's see. My order was returned back to you 7 days ago. I sent 2 emails... And you don't try and contact me??? A VIP customer? A customer that has spent a lot of money with you? What has happened to customer service in this day and age?"

JustFab been charging me 39.95 for 4 months. I called them 2 times but when I was talking they disconnected the call. After that I left the country but this time I tried to chat online with them but nobody respond me. Now I came back country and checked my account. They charged me 156$ for 4 months, it's not fair. I'm just an student!!! I want to refund my money. It's too much for an international student. :-/

I bought a pair of boots from JustFab and just wanted to try it out. I've been a member for almost three years now and for the most part, the items that I got hold up pretty good although sometimes they run a little too small. However, I've got too many credits and they don't let me use it on any other promotions so I haven’t been purchasing lately. They have good quality shoes but poor customer service.

I did buy a pair of shoes for which I have paid almost £30.00. They were too small so I have returned them. I did not get the money back for them as the lady from the customer service told me I will get only £12.00 because they do not do refund for delivery cost. I decided to exchange them for different shoes and I have been told it will not cost me anything more. At the end JustFab have taken from me another £35.00 so I called them to get my money back as I've got only one pair of shoes and I have paid for 2 pairs of shoes. The lady on the phone said she cannot do refund and close my online account. Cannot believe something like that happened.

I've been their member for a year now and I really like the style that they come out with. I love shoes and bought six pairs from them in one month. Their flat shoes are really great and those are what I can wear the most. Their style experts also pick out low heels and flats for me which are pretty good, and the quality is great. I especially love the handbags which are well put together. The handbags can also take a lot - I've put my suede bags through hell and back, going across the country on the bus but the bags stand up pretty well to it. I recommend JustFab, and every time I get a compliment, I tell them about the company.

There was a nice dress in JustFab that I wanted to get from somebody so I bought it and since then, I've been their member for a year and a half. Their products are of good quality.

I typically don't have time to shop so I figured online shopping would be the best way to go. Being a JustFab member, I love the idea of buying a new pair of shoes every month. I don't treat myself often so it feels good to have a credit every month. I purchased these really nice heels that have lockets on them but the lockets were very heavy and I ended up almost bruising myself. I got a ton of compliments but they hurt. Nevertheless, everything else has been fine and I would recommend JustFab.

I needed a pair of prom shoes last year. I searched thru JustFab's website and it wasn't too long until I found what I wanted. JustFab is handy and helpful for me. I like having the option to not buy every month, but I definitely look every month at my options that are given to me. I enjoy having those and I like them most of the time. I recently got a dress and a pair of shoes, and they’re all great. I love the dress - it was red, had zip-up sleeves, and the back was out of it.

I was really surprised with how unprofessional this company was since it's so well-known and all the other reviews seem great. For those of you who dont know - you become a member for about $40 a month which you do no pay as long as you buy at least one shoe a month. Otherwise you will be automatically billed that amount unless you choose to "skip that month" within the first 5 days. I was a member for about 6 months and wasn't really getting much use of my subscription so I decided to cancel. I made sure once I cancelled that I was definitely no longer a VIP member.

I’ve had a few different JustFab accounts. I’ve used their promotions such as the Bogo and the Style Steals. I also use their rewards points but they used to be better - they used to offer a free pair of shoes after so many but they got rid of that. Nevertheless, it's been a lot of fun with JustFab. I liked the shoes - they were pretty cheap. I like the clothes, too. Both the shoes and and the clothes are great and I love my Anastasia pumps. The bags are not though. The linings on three or four of the bags which I’ve gotten have ripped within a few weeks.

My friend told me about JustFab and I've gotten a few pairs from them. I like their high-quality shoes and their pricing has been good. I love their set of options and how easy it is to find shoes. When I first signed up with them, I got a really big discount. I ended up getting three pairs of shoes for 30 bucks. The special offer is a good way to reel you in. I feel like all the shoes there has been to my liking and I wear my shoes everyday. I've actually recommended them to a few people already.

I've been a member of JustFab since December. It was pretty fun finding items but I'm not really happy with the company. I told JustFab that I was gonna be in and out of town for the next couple of week so I wouldn't be able to tell them not to charge my card this month. The person I spoke with was obnoxious, rude, and not helpful at all. The rep said there is nothing they could do unless I log in to do the skip. The other day, I stopped in the middle of my travel to make sure my card wasn't charged on the first month and it's really annoying. I probably won't be working with JustFab anymore and I'm not gonna recommend it.

JustFab enrolled me in their VIP program when I made my first order, but I had a terrible experience with them. They alway takes money out of people's accounts without authorization and they throw me back when they do that. They should, at least, give me a heads up and ask me if it's okay to take money out of the account. So I canceled all my accounts with them and they put me back on the regular thing instead of VIP.

I liked some JustFab boots that I saw. When I first signed up for the VIP membership, I got a discount on the first pair of shoes that I bought. They have purses, too, but I only bought shoes. My last purchase was some brown booties which are really of good quality. I got a lot of compliments on them, too. My favorite though are my gray boots. However, I stopped being a member about a month ago because every time I found something that I really liked and obviously appealed to my style, it was already sold out in my size. So, it made me really sad. Nevertheless, my experience with JustFab may not have been a complete home run but it was still pretty good.

I like the variety of shoes that JustFab has. Being a member, I love their $39 consistent price. I have ordered three pairs but I’ve had to return the third one because I was not completely satisfied with it. The sizes are off. And it’s very, very difficult to reach them for a return. The hold times aren't as long but it's a huge ordeal before you can get to someone. I also don’t like the fact that if I don’t decide to buy anything and forget to login and use the "skip this month" option, I have an issue of not having to afford that charge. That could be different but it's my choice to be a member or not. One also gets what they pay for. Some of the materials could be a bit better. But at the end of the day, for $39.95, I don’t expect it to be fab, fab, fab. I do want it to be fab, but for the price, it’s a good shoe.

The prices at JustFab are really cheap and it isn't a hassle at all looking for items. I've been with them for a little over a year and I like getting deals like free shipping, discounts, and little perks. Sometimes when I purchase a dress, the next dress will be a half off. Back at the end of 2013 whilst struggling with severe addiction I ordered a pair of boots from JustFab and unknowingly signed up to their VIP membership. 10 months later upon release from residential rehab (where I had no access to internet and was not able to receive external post) I found that they had been taking £35 per month from my account. I phoned them as soon as I realised what they had been doing but they refused point blank to refund the money as it had been "converted" to credits.

I forgot to "skip" March so I got a credit. Placed an order on 31st & my card was charged as well as the credit used. Called and they gave me back credit. Canceled acct. Was supposed to refund my $$. They did, but then took it out again same day!!! NOW WILL NOT RETURN MY MONEY!

I was trying to shop for shoes online when I first encountered JustFab. I especially liked their VIP service so I registered for it and kept shopping with them. I can easily find the style I'm looking for. And although it's good, I don't use the recommendations provided by their style experts that much. I also get a point every time I shop which is good, as well as get the shoes cheaper (the VIP price) than the regular ones. When I first signed up, I got two shoes for the price of one.

So, I signed up for JustFab from a Facebook ad because they had boots my size and were on promo. I didn't have a problem with the 40$ monthly charge, which goes along with the VIP membership. After getting my boots and being fairly happy with them, I found out I was pregnant, and I needed that 40 a month to prepare. I called to cancel, they said "okay but you'll lose your credit" (which later I found out, that's not true), and was like okay I'll buy something and then cancel. Without telling me, they added a 20% discount on the items in my cart, which makes the credits void. Because it works on full priced items only. So, I had to wait a month for it to expire or something, skipped that month, and had a screen shot (I screen shot EVERYTHING, I DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING ONLINE, and apparently for good reason). I was still charged. I called to get a refund, they said they couldn't do that.

The shoes from JustFab were really cute. I recently bought three pairs of summer styles and their quality is very good. I really enjoy and like their products a lot. There was one pair that I did have a bit of trouble with though. They have a thing around the ankles and one is a little tighter than the other, and so it rubbed a little bit. But other than that, I’ve loved all my pairs of shoes from JustFab.

I was given 2 pairs of JustFab boots as a Valentines Day gift. I wear the other pair more than this one I'm wearing because this rubs against my foot and it hurts. I don't know what's in it, at the bottom where my heel is, but it's scratching up against my foot. I would still consider buying from JustFab though.

I don’t shop with them anymore because they either don’t do American size or they put the wrong sizes on their products. I wear a size 10 but the shoes they shipped to me was an 8. Fabletics is a joke. First of all if you sign up online know that they do not let you know that when signing up for a VIP member you will be charged monthly $49. You are not receiving a deal because a T-shirt is $39.99 and the cheapest capris/pants/joggers you will find are $49.99! So in all reality that $49 a month deal isn't covering a whole lot. You would figure that since Fabletics is an online company and endorsed by many celebrities that they would be all about customer service... Wrong.... Rude, rude, rude. Also when asking for a refund on the $49 dollars they have been sneaking out of your bank account they refuse to reimburse you. Believe me when I say you're better off buying workout clothes at Walmart!

I bought from JustFab because of the styles of shoes they had. I also was able to buy pants and got one free recently, except they were the wrong size and JustFab forgot to send me the return label for it but took the pants that I had ordered.

I went back to the email and read the small print "JustFab credits, store credits, and gift cards may not be applied".

JustFab has cheap prices on their shoes, which is what I like being a member. I've availed the $9.99 for the members-only or first beginning members deal. I also like that they send little things in the boxes, which is cool. The items I have purchased are of very good quality. About three months ago, I bought two pairs of boots and they're my favorite. I needed a new pair of sandals, so I ordered a pair from JustFab. Too bad I can't wear boots all the time in Arizona. One of the purses that snaps together had the piece broke, but it was fixable.

For 3 months now I cannot access the website. I get a white page that states..."Sorry you are experiencing difficulties. Please try back later or contact customer service." I am so frustrated. I continue to call customer service & everybody has no clue what is going on. This is the only website I have issues with. What is going on? I can't shop, or access my account. I'm ready to cancel my account since I haven't been able to use it. I get e-mails from the company & try to get on the website from there, same screen. From Google, Yahoo... same screen.

My sister-in-law told me about JustFab, and they had some cute furry boots that I liked so I had to get them. Their shoe prices are low. I got my first ones for $10. They have the best sneaker pumps. I have three and they're great. My last purchase was a couple of months ago and for a blue floral sneaker pumps. They're so darling. In all, I've bought six pairs of shoes but there's a pair of fur boots that I'm disappointed with because they're starting to peel.

They do some discounts sometimes, like a “buy one, buy half off”, then I would go buy that. They also give me points, but it’s very useless.

My wife wanted a pair of boots. I went to JustFab and it was easy finding the item I was looking for. I found a pair of boots I knew my wife would like and that's the one that appeared. It went as planned. It came together. The packaging was fine. We got what we ordered and I used the VIP reward. The boots are still together, and my wife still wears them. What turned me off was I cancelled my membership and then it charged me anyway. I had to call them and make a big fuss. My wife also had to do the same thing.

I'm being charged for a VIP membership, because I have tried to call and email to cancel for months! Every month there's $39 out my bank account. I'd love to order but the sizes do not fit my feet. Literally ordered a size 10, traded it in for an 11 and couldn't get my foot in it. I do not want my membership, it is useless, and I am being told it's canceled but it isn't (obviously) and I can't get my money back.

JustFab had an inexpensive deal going on where I could get a pair of shoes for $10 and free shipping so it was worth it for me. I bought a pair of boots in February and I like them. They're cute although a little low quality. They were on sale and I didn’t put too much money into them so I wasn't upset. Also, I like the way they did the short questionnaire at the beginning because a lot of what was provided in 'My Boutique' were styles that I like. However, I was only a member for about a month and a half. I recently canceled my membership because I didn’t realize that if I didn’t buy their shoes, I was going to be charged per month. I understand why they do that but it wasn’t something that I was prepared to commit to.

Instead of saying “I only like high heels,” maybe say “I’m more versatile.” I recommend JustFab all the time. I like that it's not only a shoe place, and I can get clothes and purses.
