I had registered for a membership at the time of my first purchase, not knowing that I was actually signing up for a subscription. After a few months of skipping the month, I changed my credit card information because I did not want to be charged on that card anymore. However, I was continued to be charged on my card FOR THE NEXT 18 MONTHS. I only came to know this when I pulled my credit card statements. I called up to cancel the membership only to be told that only 2 credits (charges for 2 months) would be credited back and I would have to redeem the remaining 16 credits by making a purchase!!! I need a complete refund!

I originally gave a dissatisfied review for this company after being charged after I thought I'd skipped the month - what the company didn't clearly state the month I made the purchase in I needed to skip as well? Anyway the following month I was charged, complained through this website, and the company has responded and is dealing with my query well. To avoid confusion in the future I've asked that my account be switched to a pay as you go account.

I made my first purchase in December - no problems at all. The account was easy to set up, the charges of £35 a month unless you skip were made clear, the items arrived on time too and were of good quality. At the time of purchase, I knew I didn't want to make a second purchase for a few months, so made a mental note to skip the January order as soon as I could. I logged in and skipping was easy enough because the option to do so is on the homepage! I clearly remember that my account said "skipped" but today when I logged in wondering if I could cancel for February already, the account no longer says "skipped." It just says "January boutique - membership credit = 1." Slightly confused because the membership credit would have to have been generated between December and January, and the credit can't refer to next month because it's not the 5th yet, unless the credit is there for another reason?
It is now the weekend so customer service lines are closed, so thought to have a look on the internet to see if anyone else had the same issues, and they have. And looked like they had hassle resolving it too. Slightly worried because if possible, I would like a refund. Didn't even realize my card had been charged for this. I don't have a spare £35 to throw away and if possible, I would like my membership to be adjusted to become a pay-as-you-go member so that this mistake doesn't happen again. Would like some advice, and have someone look into this issue. Many thanks.

Hello everyone, so it happened to me... I missed my chance online to skip the month on JustFab and £35 were taken from my account. Immediately rang JustFab and expressed my complaint and requested a refund on the 6th January 2015. I was on the phone for a very long time which cost me (thanks JustFab) and only to have the operator on the other side refuse my refund but instead giving me a credit to use whenever I want and for whatever I want in the value of £35. After 30 minutes of back and forth, I said OK so the credit was added to my account, and the account was cancelled and made a pay-as-you-go one (so was told).
So I online and it says I have a credit and it says account cancelled and to reactivate please make a purchase?? I don't want to reactivate, I just want to use my credit and leave. So I try to use my credit and it will not allow me to, on none of the items does it say buy or add to basket or anything similar to giving me the option to buy and use the credit. The account is just inactive, only allowed to view their items.
I've requested a refund via PayPal as this is what I used as a payment on JustFab and guess what? No reply from JustFab. I've been online for hours trying to sort the problem thinking maybe I am not doing something right, maybe I am missing the purchase button or something and nothing so I want to be free of JustFab. I am very disappointed with it all. No refund, no usage of credit, and no way of sorting it. I am officially in a JUSTFAB situation.

Returned a pair shoes to JustFab. Order was received well over 14 days by their warehousing processing team. However where's my refund money??? Contacted Justfab, told my "Order was received, please allow 7-10 days for refund payment". Waited... Contacted JustFab again was told "Please allow the refund to post within 5-7 working days following receipt of your return. Please note that some banks can take longer and there is no way for us to know their time frame. We suggest that you contact your financial institution for any additional information." Contacted JustFab again, "We are happy to inform you that a refund as already been processed and will be back to your payment method in a few working days. Kindly coordinate with your Credit card company about this refund"
However it has been over 14 days since my return! When I telephone was told to wait 7-10 days. 14 days later was told to wait additional 5-7 working days! And every time, told to contact my financial institutions and/or coordinate with my credit card company! I did not pay by credit card! Direct debit, I also have online banking which does show other transactions However not JustFab! I have also contacted my bank. Surprise, surprise JustFab have not released or refunded back nothing. I just want my money back, give me my money back today.

*Do not order from this company.* Ordered one time from this company and definitely will be my last. Customer service is horrible, wasn't happy with shoes. They looked used and to top it off I still haven't got my refund. They said 5-7 days but it's been two weeks. I called back. They said it was never processed even though I got a confirmation number. So now they supposedly processed it now which will take another 5-7 days. This is ridiculous. It shouldn't take three weeks to refund me my money!!! Never will I order from Justfab again.

I called JustFab on January 24th to cancel my membership. Surprisingly, I did not have to wait at all and my call was answered right away. When the rep asked me why I was canceling, I told her that I was unhappy with the shoes and she immediately offered to do an exchange. She was very helpful and even waited for me while I picked the new shoes that I wanted. Later on that day, I contacted them again via online chat regarding the exchange and that rep was very helpful as well. I'm pretty happy with their customer service so far and I've decided to keep my membership for now.

Bought some shoes from JustFab last week. Like the majority of people on here, I had no idea that buying a pair of shoes meant that they would charge me $39.95 a month. But that's not my biggest problem with them. When I tried on the shoes, I realized that one was too small & the other was just uncomfortable. I didn't think it was a problem since it says pretty much everywhere on the website "easy exchanges on ALL orders". When I tried to process an exchange, I found out that my shoes were actually a final sale. I don't understand why they would advertise that they do exchanges on all orders when that's obviously not true. This is such a shady website. Stay away!!!

I returned the merchandise using USPS 12/23/2014 and it was picked up by shipping agent the next day. While I understand that the holidays is a very busy time I don't understand how it was picked up & processed by another agent on January 5, 2015. I've been tracking the package using USPS & the "Location" field was left blank. I visited the local USPS office and was told they cannot help me because Just Fab uses their own carrier. I called just fab and just told that it's in transit but that's all they can tell me. It is now nearly 1 month later and I have yet to track the package to receive my refund! Totally dissatisfied with the processing returns and refund. Would NOT recommend to to anyone! I prefer to pay $80 and have a peace of mind.

I ordered a pair of winter boots (like Uggs) for thanksgiving and I received the wrong size for SIX(!!!) times. After spending literally hours on the phone trying to fix this and uncountable trips to the post office to return the wrong item, I cancelled my membership. How a company whose main job is to provide shoes cannot make sure they match the correct size??? It's unbelievable!!!! I usually shop online and never had this problem before, so I guess this company are a bunch of incompetents.

I have made repeated attempts at correspondence with the just fab team. I have made inquiries and been ignored. I returned an item and never received word if it had ever been received, though according to FedEx, it had indeed made it to its destination. They take your money stating that you are purchasing a vip status and do nothing to maintain that relationship...

First let's start with how you can only cancel the subscription over the phone which they will put you on hold for 40-60 mins. JUST TO CANCEL. Second I ordered some boots in a 5.5, they sent me a 7.5! At this point I was like it's a honest mistake. I was put on hold for another 40 mins, just to process the exchange. It took two weeks for me to receive my exchange although I paid for Rush shipping so they said it would only take 3-5 business days after they see the post office has scanned and processed my return package.
I was in no rush so this wasn't a huge issue for me. I just received my package today, I opened it and they sent me a size 8 this time!!!! How?! How do you make the same mistake twice! How do you confuse an 8 with a 5.5? How are these people still in business? Just spent another 30 mins on the phone to process another return. Will NEVER be ordering from this phony website. Hoping I receive the right size this time around.

I was charged the usual "VIP MEMBERSHIP" fee of £35. I called for this to be cancelled and refunded as it was not what I agreed to (didn't read the TnC page at the verrrry bottom of the site in tiny lettering). After the adviser had spent 20 minutes trying to sell me more "goods", she informed me that the £35 is non-refundable (again, written in verrry tiny writing). Now that they have taken my money, I need to buy something from their site, but as I have now cancelled my account, I need to call them direct to order - no doubt so that they can try to sell me more things, and rack up the international call bill I am paying.
To top it all, the shoes I ordered do NOT match the description on the website and were a size too small. Again, trying to return anything is a nightmare as the collection company only collect between 10 am and 1 pm. Not good for office workers. Hate this company. Avoid at all costs.

Following my original complaint via this website, a representative from JustFab was very quick to send a PUBLIC apology. She said that I would be refunded £35 and asked if this would be satisfactory. I replied on the same day to accept the refund, and asked for a response back. It has now been 9 working days - without response or an update. Shocking behaviour. Avoid this company if you can!

This company does not make it very clear that once you purchase an item that they sign you up and take £35 from you a month. Trying to get this stopped is a nightmare, they will NOT listen to requests, they ignore emails etc. After 3 months and several refunds from my bank, I have had to cancel my PayPal account and cancel my card!! Somehow despite blocking payments with my bank and unauthorizing payments on PayPal, they succeed in taking payment?! They are totally unscrupulous and the one product I bought from them were cheap and tacky! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

I like JustFab and I want to point out that everyone complaining about being charged 39.95 clearly didn't read how it works. They tell you how it works before you create your account and they don't hide it in some lengthy 10 page terms and conditions page either. I do wish the shoes were better quality but what annoys me even more than that is that I never seem to be able to get the shoes before selling out. Even in the beginning of the month when I look, they are sold out of most of the things I would buy and I end up skipping the month.

JustFab overcharged me for the VIP subscription, and they were suppose to charge me the 39.95 on the 6th, instead I get charged $49.95 on the 19th. When I called, was on hold for 15 minutes, then disconnected. I have called back to cancel the account and ask about the overcharge - told me there was a five-minute wait time. Now been waiting longer than the wait time...and was disconnected again after 25 minutes. Ridiculous!

I unfortunately missed my chance to skip the month due to circumstances out of my control and had the £35 taken out of my account (that I could not afford to have taken out). When trying to get through to any of the customer service options, I had no reply time after time. However I have had a response on this website and JustFab have honored a refund of £35. I am very glad that they have finally responded and I can now change my review to 4 stars instead of 2. I will say to anyone reading this that you should put a note in a diary or planner to skip the month even if you have to ask family to do it when you're unable!

At the start of the month I was in hospital I did not have the time or the resources to "skip the month." I also cannot afford to have money deducted from my account as I have other urgent bills to pay. When I got out of hospital and checked my statement, I found that I had had £35 taken from my account. I tried to get through to JustFab to explain this dilemma by the live chat option 4 times on my phone and 3 times on a computer - it would not load for hours at a time and in the end crashed without me even speaking to anyone. I then emailed the company twice and I received no reply. I cannot phone the company as I am scared of a large phone bill if I did. I would like the £35 back but honestly I would just like to have a reply from someone.

I ordered a pair of shoes and a handbag just before Christmas, I cannot complain about the shoes nor the handbag, I love it and the quality of the handbag is great! But I am so so disappointed with such lying and overcharged madness, I was yesterday charged £35?!! So my boots and my bag plus some monthly fee all cost me over 100 pounds? Instead of £35 - triple price... very unfair and JUST FAB should make people aware instead of hiding these terms. It doesn't mention it on TV. This is very ridiculous and I am going to put a formal complaint in writing and speak to my bank about recovering this as my account went into overdraft and I had extra charges which applied soon as Just Fab took out the amount 150 loss. I will not recommend this shopping site to anyone unless this matter has been solved.

I was charged $39.99 2x on 01/08/2015 by ShoeDazzle. Have yet to be refunded and spoke with a rep who I get tried to keep me as a member, continue to try and sell me memberships, upgrades and so on. I love shoes, but this is not the site for me! They gave me two confirmation numbers and no refund as of yet! You would keep custs if you treat them right, JustFab & ShoeDazzle. It may not seem like a lot to the company, but I work hard for my money! I am pissed!

I went onto Justfab for the first time and ordered a pair of boots. I was offered VIP membership meaning I got them for £19.90. I thought that was great. Now I've been charged £35 for not buying anything. I don't think it was clearly explained that if didn't skip a month then you would be charged. I called and no refund was offered even though it was a genuine mistake. I'm told the store credit I now have had no monetary value. I think it's crazy, I'm so upset at having the money taken and angry at myself for shopping on the website to begin with.

I ordered a pair of shoes about a year ago, the quality was poor and it hurt my feet a lot. When I signed up to buy them, I didn't realize I was signing up for a subscription as well. A while after that I realized I got charged $39.99.... 4 times. Never got an email about skipping a month or saying that I had been charged for it, I was extremely angry. And this month I went on the website to skip a month, couldn't find the button where it normally is so I just assumed that their service changed or something. And yes, they charged me $39.99 again. Never got an email this time either. They require you to call them in order to cancel your membership when their entire business is online, which I don't understand. Probably just a business scheme to get money out of people's bank accounts. Will call to get a refund and cancel my subscription.

I bought a purse from JustFab about a month ago. I recently checked my account and realized that they charged me a $39.95 VIP membership fee. I didn't know about the membership on the first place. I've tried to call them several times, but the waiting time to speak to a representative (which is the only way to cancel) is never less than an hour. I don't have that much time to spend on the phone. If you're experiencing so many calls, make it optional for people to cancel online. But no, they do it so you will be stuck with the company and charged 40 bucks every month. Because there was no other way for me to cancel, I called my credit card company and let them block JustFab from charging me again. I also disputed a charge of $39.95 because they never clearly stated anywhere that I was signing up for VIP membership, it wasn't in my confirmation email for the original purchase, nor did I get any other email from them about the subscription. This is the most unprofessional company I've ever had to deal with, hopefully they will stop doing business in such manner or someone will definitely sue.

Was not aware this is a monthly bill of 39.50 if you order or not. Only way to cancel is through phone call with wait time of 28 minutes. No way to cancel out on line. To me it is a SCAM!

I am very disappointed by this company. I ordered some boots in October 2014 and was enrolled in their so-called 'VIP' account. The company has taken £35 out of my account for the last 3 months without me knowing. Now I have realized and cancelled my account with them they still state I have 3 credits to purchase shoes with them (which I wouldn't due to the sheer cheek and quality of the company). I asked for the money to be returned to bank, as I wouldn't be using the credits. This is £105! I was told they couldn't return it and should contact my bank for them to request it. My bank do not have the authority to do this so now what? I've spoken to JustFab again and been told the same thing, that I can use the money through them. I will not be doing this and are very angry, as it is a lot of money, which I wouldn't waste through this company!!! Do not use them!

I signed up to Justfab to buy two pairs of shoes. The shoes arrived in good time and I do like them but the quality looked better online. Glad I got the buy one get one free offer. Didn't realize once you signed up they charged £35 pm - was told by a friend as she had also just discovered. I cancelled my account online but the next day I was charged. I contacted customer services who wouldn't take no for an answer and kept badgering me to keep my subscription. I had to be firm and quite abrupt until she listened and finally cancelled my subscription but no refund. So I have £35 credit and to obtain another pair of shoes I have to call back to purchase - which I am scared to do just in case I am charged once again!

Buyer beware! You are automatically billed 39.95 every month after you make a purchase. They call it a VIP membership. I'm having a hard time working with my bank to get these ridiculous charges off my account.

I ordered a pair of boots on the website in November and when my credit card statement came in January, I noticed 2 payments of £35 were deducted. This was for a £17.50 pair of boots. Thinking it was a mistake, I called JustFab that day. (I got through straightaway) and the lady explained about being auto enrolled on the VIP membership scheme. I was fuming as at no stage did I agree to this. The customer service rep or fashion consultant was very helpful. She spoke to the billing team and came back and advised that I would receive a refund of £70 and she would cancel the account. I asked her to send me an email confirming what was discussed and I did not receive this.
Afterwards I went online and read the reviews and started panicking as there were so many negative ones. I didn't think I was going to get my money back and was ready to go to battle, however I checked my credit card statement today and true to their word, the £70 had been credited the next day and the account cancelled. It's a shame about this discrete membership as they actually have some nice bits on there and would probably make good money selling things normally.
I felt that I should write a review as there are so many negative ones that I wanted to give people hope who may be having problems and I can't actually fault them in the way they handled the issue. I don't know whether being based in the UK and paying by credit card made a difference. I asked the credit card company to block any future payments as a precaution and if I ever order again I will read the small print!

I purchased shoes from Just Fab. Shoes were fine but after a month, I was charged a subscription fee of £35.00, there was no indication on the Website front page or at the checkout that we had to tick a box somewhere to opt out of this, was this intentional on their behalf, I think maybe, confusing!! Contacted Paypal and they have kindly cancelled the monthly subscription but customer services have declined to refund the fees charged. That says it all.

A couple months ago I tried JustFab for the first time and it's been a hassle ever since. I purchased boots for the new customer deal; roughly around $15 and they are the wrong size. I have been trying to get in contact with the company but every time I get off hold - someone hangs up on me. In addition, they have been taking $39.95 out of my account for a membership fee I wasn't aware of. All I need to do is get the boots shipped back and my membership cancelled and they won't even pick up the phone to assist their customers!

I have had my issue resolved and was asked by Justfab to kindly write another review so here goes. Although the shoes I received were defective I am thinking it was a fluke. I am not very satisfied because I can no longer purchase items from Justfab unless I become a member hence the $ I have to fork out monthly if I chose not to buy anything and forget to click on "skip this month".

This company I thought was repeatable but come to find out not true. I ordered a pair of boots. They were of low quality and had something all over the top of them. Tried to contact customer service and was on the phone on hold for 2 1/2 hrs!!! When I learned they would be charging my card even if I didn't buy anything I called back for 6 days and was on hold the longest 4 hrs!! I don't want an account with them but I am being "FORCED" to have one and pay for it. I do not want to be charged or be a member due to this knowledge but can NOT get passed being on hold!!!! Why would anyone chose to run a business like this is beyond me. I have an appointment with my lawyer in the morning to discuss what to do about this further. Trust me people - DO NOT SIGN ON. YOU WILL BE CHARGED EVEN IF YOU DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!!!! Sad really - if not for that it'd be a great place to shop.

I have tried to get a refund on the VIP service to no avail. Apparently, the checkout automatically assumes you want to be a VIP member and you have to opt out so as not to be charged every month. This is not clear at the checkout. It very misleading and I am totally dissatisfied with this website and will be posting on as many review sites as possible. My bank is in the process of lodging a complaint to receive the "stolen" money back. I consider it stolen as it was taken without my knowledge and it appears I am not alone.

I ordered two pair of sale boots. It looked like a great deal. When I received the boots, and the quality was not the best, but for $50, I thought they were good to keep. I have no complaint about the boots. This was in November. Then in January, I was looking over my charge card statement. I was charged another $39.95. I then went back to December, and once again, I was charged $39.95 again. I called the company and was told I had agreed to a special membership. I say this company is underhanded because what was on the site page does not make this clear at all. I told the customer service person I wanted to cancel my account. She then told me that all I had to do so I would not be charged was to push the skip button for the month, and I could use the money in my account to buy something. I told her I did not want to do business with a company who does business in this manner. They would not refund my money. I notified my credit card company that I want to dispute the charges. The company is looking into this for me.

I first made a purchase in November 2014. I was very happy with the item and service I received. However, I have discovered that they have been charging me a monthly subscription of £35, this was not made clear when I first joined JustFab. After calling the customer service line, I was then told that the only way to get this money back (£70 in total) would be to make an order for that amount. They will not refund the money! JustFab are basically charging you if you do not visit the website every month. Absolutely outrageous! All of my friends have been warned about this scam and JustFab have lost me and my friends and family as customers.

I ordered my shoes over a week and a half ago, almost 2 weeks. I never got a confirmation that they shipped and I am STILL waiting on them. The worst part is my account has been charged! They have their money but I don't have any confirmation they are even on their way. If I do not get them, I will be canceling my account and never ordering again. I have given JustFab several chances over the past 2 years, and I haven't had one good experience. 1st of all I have gotten 3 pairs of shoes from the site and 2 have broken. I was told I couldn't get a replacement or refund. Then I was told I would get an email letting me know my boutique was ready, and at that time I could decline and not be charged... Well lo and behold I skipped my month and was still charged! When I called customer service, they didn't want to issue a refund, so I had to raise hell to get my money back. I will never recommend anyone use them because they have a habit of charging you by mistake, and charging for the VIP membership after you as a customer have declined the month.

My wife had purchased shoes from Just Fab. Since the shoe was not of the quality as shown in the picture, she decided to return it. After a month, we were charged subscription fee of $39 (unintentional and don't even remember that she was subscribed to it). I made an order in December, and even signed up to pay the monthly fee. However, I returned the item which I had purchased at the beginning of December and I am still waiting for the refund nearly 2 months later. It's safe to say that we won't be getting it now. I have now cancelled the monthly payment as I don't think the service I am receiving justifies me spending any money on the website in the future. We won't be using JustFab again which for them will be a big loss considering we have 5 women in the house who use this site.

I had a VIP membership and skipped every month. This month I decided to cancel and I checked my bank account and I still got charged. Customer service said I didn't cancel in time and there was nothing they could do.. Horrible customer service although I am satisfied with the products.

I bought a bag back in September and it arrived in time and was fine. It was only a few weeks later that I saw that you had to 'skip the month' every month or you would be charged £35. I had done that until now but I forgot this month, and so have been charged £35! There is minimal customer service for JustFab UK, and I only want to be refunded my £35 in actual money, not credit, and then cancel my membership. Wish I'd looked at the reviews before buying.

I become a vip member without any email from you, where I was asked - do I want to be a vip member? And the worst part of this membership is that I need to pay some amount of money every single month without any explanation, and without you asking me am I ok with that. Ordered a pair or shoes. Didn't realize I was joining a membership. Fine print skipped the month of December at the end of November not realizing that I would still get charged. I called and cancelled my membership. I was thinking I was done with them because I looked and saw no credit for the amount charged. Just like many others who have had the same complaints, I made an account 4 months back to order a pair of boots from JustFab. When creating the account I had absolutely no idea that this company was signing me up to be a VIP. With that, the company also failed to make it clear to me that I would be signing up for a $39.95 a month subscription. Way down in the fine print does this company mention that a $39.95 monthly charge would be taken if I didn't skip the month in the first 5 days of the month, and that's pitiful. I'm very displeased over the fact that this company would not make it clear to the consumer that this would be done.
I have not ordered anything since that 1 transaction in Sept. of 2014, so one can imagine how annoying it is that for 4 months $39.95 was being taken from my account for absolutely no reason. If a company is going to have this be their policy, make it 100% clear to the customer that this is what they are getting into. Do not try to be sly and fool the ones you are getting business from with your advertising about how the company provides ease with purchasing and great deals on shoes. All this company has done for me is take $160 from me for absolutely no reason. You've lost my business for good and I will be telling others about this service.

I bought one pair of shoes and when I realized later they would take £35 a month from me I tried calling them three days in a row to cancel membership and waited over an hour each time and gave up each time and emailed them. They never replied and I have just discovered they took £35 in December and January from my bank causing me to be overdrawn and get charged. I emailed again and got the standard reply so I called and eventually got through. I told the lady it was my 14 year old granddaughter who bought the shoes and I want my cash back and was told I can't get it back and if I cancelled I would lose my money! She said I need to order two pairs to get my "credits" or just lose the £70 ....that's all I get weekly to live on and I can't afford to lose it. I think it's disgusting and they should be banned from doing business this way!!!

In reviewing my daughter's debit card transactions, I noticed a recent charge from JustFab. She ordered a pair of shoes in December and was charged $39.95 and is now apparently being charged a monthly fee of $39.95. This is absurd and she had no idea this was happening. I have called the contact number several times only to receive a message that hold times were 74 minutes. I find it strange that everything is handled online except an email address to contact them! I have bout three pairs of shoes from this site. Two pairs were too big and one pair too small. They looked nothing like the picture that I thought I was buying. I overlooked that. I soon learned that being a "VIP" member meant they would be taking 39.95 out of my account each month for their horrible selection of shoes for "my taste" big I did not "Skip the month." I immediately called customer service upon learning this and wanted to cancel the VIP membership. The representative I spoke with tried everything to get my to stay, even offering a refund for the first time an unwanted month was taken. This month (January 2015) I got the e-mail to skip the boutique for the month, TOOK ALL THE STEPS TO SKIP THE MONTH AND THEY STILL TOOK 39.95 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. I then called customer service and waited FIFTY EIGHT minutes on hold. (58 minutes is an absolutely RIDICULOUS amount of time to wait on hold for a website. There is no way that many people called at once.)
Anyway, I proceeded to tell the man I was speaking with how I skipped the month because I had more important things to pay. He told me I never skipped the month, I told him I did, and he told me "well sometimes it doesn't go through." That is not my problem. If you have that option, make sure it works properly. He refunded my money, however did nothing further to help me and argued with me about canceling my membership. I Consider myself a very easy going person, and this is the first review I have ever written on anything, I was just so infuriated with them I had to say something. They really should make that 39.95 monthly fee more clear within their website.

They trick you into using a promo code and offer the shoe for $9.99 and they save your debit card info and then bill you for it every month. Complete rip off and their shoes are cheap. Stay away from these online shoe companies like Justfab and Shoedazzle, etc.

I was scammed into buying a pair of shoes from them about a year ago. I got the shoes which were too small. I tried exchanging, but the next size was too big. I didn't like anything else, so I tried to get a refund. Only got a credit back. Then the following month I got charged $40 membership fee that I had no idea! I called and waited an hour to hear I could not get a refund. So, I agree to keep the membership thinking I would get something else on the site, then cancel it. I learned to skip the months and I finally was able to use my credits last month (because I could never find anything to my taste... and when I do and order I have to return it because it's such a cheap crappy product).
Then I called to cancel the "membership", I waited for an hour to talk to somebody and when I said I wanted to cancel she hung up on me. I emailed and said I'd better not get charged again. And guess what? I was charged. Whenever I email them they have an automated message for me to call or they say they can't help me. Even on social media, they tried to give me the same ** automated script! And don't be fooled, most of (if not all) their good reviews is just paid people ("influencers").
Those "happy customers" kept arguing with me on Facebook throwing "fine print" on me - like I'm stupid. Little do they know that I work in online retail and that infuriates me even more! That they are taking advantage of the working class! You think you're getting a great deal, but their product is CRAP, it's cheap! Much cheaper than they sell it for. It's so cheap, that it smells toxic. It doesn't fit right. It's not comfortable and it doesn't last. On top of that, they don't have service. It's a big scam. They say you can skip the month but it's a trap! And you can only cancel if you call, which they put you on hold until you give up or they hang up on you... Please! I'm only "wasting my time" writing this and trying to let as many people know that this is not a honest company. I hope I can help you save your time and money.

I ordered a pair of shoes from the website in April. It did not say anything about a continuing charge on my card; however, I continued to be charged 39.95 a month since then. I did not receive any email notice about this charge, and when I just checked the order page, you have to scroll down to see the fine print of the monthly charge, hidden from plain sight. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well and attempting to get refunded.

Honestly, I thought this site was pretty cool when I first heard of it, but now it's such a scam for a mere $40 a month!! I ordered two pairs of boots three months ago, and called to have my account cancelled because I saw that it was a monthly charge. Well, the website doesn't have a clear as day cancellation option, so I called to have it cancelled. I got a hold of rep after probably a combined 5 hours of waiting time, and they assured me it was taken care of. NOT THE CASE. This month, once again I was charged for the amount, and am still on hold since 3 hours ago. This is just great!!!! You can't contact anyone via email because it's an accounting issue, and when I try to navigate through the webpage (again) I still can't find the cancel option. I just want my refund back IMMEDIATELY!!

I skipped January due to not being able to afford it this month and was still charged $39.95. I have reported it as a fraudulant charge to my bank as it was not authorized. CRAZY hold time to speak with anyone, tried via live chat and that was useless. They didn't even attempt to address my concerns. I have tried to cancel several times but who can sit on hold for over an hour to do so. I will also be communicating this horrible company to the BBB. I'm not done pursuing this legally either.

I ordered a pair of boots back in Oct 2014. I loved them. Good quality, good price. I haven’t found anything on their site that I liked since then. I called to have my account cancelled. After cancelling my account a $48.41 charge was taken from my bank on Dec 15, 2014. I called to find out why. I was told it was a mistake on JustFab’s part and that my account was in fact closed. I would receive a refund in 5-7 business days. I have not yet received that refund. Today another $48.41 was taken from my account. I called again and was told that there is no record of me calling in Dec and no one closed my account or requested a refund on my account. Again the lady seemed helpful and after offering a credit to JustFab which I politely told her “no thank you I want my money back” told me to wait another 5-7 business days and both charges or $48.41 would be refunded to my bank account. I am hopeful to get my money back as I have now paid over $100 for nothing and am quite upset. Will update if monies are returned.

My teenage daughter signed up for Just Fab without realizing. It unfortunately took many months for her to realize. When we called the company they cancelled her account. They refunded a portion of her money and promised to send a check for the remaining $278.00. That was 6 months ago and still no check. We have called Just Fab repeatedly. Each call takes about 40 minutes with all the hold times. I then get the same automated responses. The check has been "expedited" for months. I've talked to supervisors and sent emails. I'm always told someone will call in within 24 to 48 hours. That doesn't happen either.

Once my review was published, I was promptly contacted by a JustFab representative who informed me that a refund would be issued (2 days later, the funds are in my account). I was also informed that my subscription was still active and asked if I would like to cancel. I have requested this and am waiting for confirmation.
Given the plethora of similar complaints on this page alone, I believe that the subscription based nature of the company needs to be much more explicit (I can only speak to my experience several months ago, and I would hope that new customers are better informed).
That said, I appreciate the efficiency with which my complaint was dealt and the ease with which it was resolved.

Similarly to many others, I have had £35 removed from my account monthly since initial purchase. I was not informed of this at point of purchase, nor would I have continued with a 'VIP' transaction had I been. This is completely unacceptable practice. I have had tremendous difficulty getting through both to address this and prevent any further debits. If this cannot be resolved with the company, I will be forced to make a report to trading standards and consider further action.
Updated on April 8, 2015: I am incredibly frustrated to be back here again. To provide background: I wrote a review in January explaining that, like many reviewers, a subscription fee had been taken from my account without my express knowledge or consent. JustFab replied offering a refund (which they honoured) and asking if I wished to discontinue my 'subscription'. I confirmed that I did and looked forward to moving on. Now, checking my bank account, I have found that the company has begun to take money from my account once again. Though the subscription stopped for the month of February, £35 has been taken for March and April. Once again, this is completely unacceptable practice. I am hopeful that this is a misunderstanding that can be rectified easily and permanently. Barring this, I will have no choice but to contact trading standards and once again consider further action.

In October I ordered a pair of shoes that took far too long to arrive and were quite uncomfortable. I kept them anyway because having to pay a restocking fee is ridiculous. In November I was charged a membership fee even when I clicked 'SKIP THIS MONTH'. On 12/29/14 I called to cancel my account and I was still charged for January! A rep named Marcus abruptly ended up chat with him and completely dismissed my concerns. Now I have to file a dispute with my bank. The shoes are of cheap quality and customer service is of absolutely zero help. Don't buy online.

I received my shoes a couple of weeks ago and I fell in love with them at first, but then when I tried them on they we're super uncomfortable and I have been trying to contact someone about returning them. Every time I try calling, the wait time is 30 minutes which is ridiculous. I have also tried emailing them too and I'm not getting any responses. I paid with a debit card also, and I was told if I paid with a debit card I had to call anyways which doesn't make any sense!

I have been trying to get a hold of customer service for over an hour. I had no clue I was signing up to have $40 taken out of my account every month whether or not I bought shoes. It is completely deceiving for new customers to have the VIP BOX automatically checked for first time users. I was very pleased with my first order and talked highly of your company and today I find out you guys have charged me the past 2 months when I have not purchased a single thing. I do not understand how a company thinks that is a good idea. Below it says you are not charged until you make a purchase. I have never ordered from a company that does business like this. I am very unhappy and just want a refund for the 2 months money has been taken from me with no purchase.

I check my bank account this morning and see that there is a pending charge and I had not ordered anything. Once I checked the reviews I realized I was one of the MANY that have accidentally enrolled in their VIP that starts charging your bank account. I do not have the money to pay the $40 that they are trying to charge me. I have been on hold for almost an hour and cannot get through. Meanwhile, I hopped on live chat and Ysabelle informs me that I cannot cancel through live chat either. I will not be ordering through here again, nor do I want charged $40 this month that I do not have!

I order something from JustFab for my sister for Christmas, what she received was just fine and she loved it (something she wanted) but the fact that there is only one way to sign up to become a "VIP" member I feel is unfair. I didn't see anything that interest me on the site which made it a one time order for me. But I was charged 39.95 for this month...and for what? I don't plan on ordering anything else from here, as I stated above this was for my sister not me and it was only one way for me to sign up. I did not know they were going to save my credit card info and what not (thought it was a one time deal) but obviously not. I go to check my bank account today and lo and behold I have a charge from them, now I called my sister to see if she ordered anything and she had not. And I look into my email and go back to the login info and it's telling me I have a credit for 39.95, which I'm positive I won't use because I'm not a shopper. I just want my 39.95 back and to end this madness, will I be charged every month. Like I have never had this problem before with ordering offline, until now which led me to write this review. I will NEVER order from JustFab again. This was really upsetting. They should better explain this advertisement.

I ordered a pair of shoes in December which I tried to return. One sole had already been worn. The width of the shoe was terrible meaning one was wider than another. So I called about the return, was on hold for 1 hour 10 minutes before I spoke to someone. Finally they told me to return the shoe. 3 weeks later called back, on hold again for 58 minutes to be told they have not yet recorded the item. I canceled my membership and was just charged the 39.95 yesterday which was told to me I would not be charged. I'm very upset. Called this morning. Been on hold 1 hour 5 Minutes to try cancel this membership and no answer yet. I wouldn't recommend this website to the most hated person in the world. Quality in the shoe is terrible thin and the sole is so thin you can feel each rock you step foot on. I'm going to pursue in calling my lawyer because they have charged me 2 times for this crap and no one seems to ever want to answer the phone like it's a spam but I refuse to be robbed... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. IT'S A SCAM AND RIP OFF.

The company did indeed respond to me and refund me, as well as cancelling my account. I really appreciate that but why can't the process just be easier in the first place? Like I said, if you can remember to press skip, the site is worth using. The boots I did order were of decent quality and exactly as pictured. There are a lot of affordable options.

So after being charged nearly $80 on my account for not remembering to press "skip," I wanted to cancel my account. While, I think charging someone $40 a month for not pressing a "skip" button every month before the 5th is a flawed policy, I take responsibility for not remembering to do so. What really bothered me is that I have been unable to cancel my account/membership. After being on the phone for a half hour, I had to hang up as I am a busy person. They refuse to cancel your membership by e-mail or chat, which would be much easier for working adults with little time to be on hold for hours. My guess is that most people just give up and get charged another $40 for another month. It is ridiculous and I suggest you spend your money elsewhere, as you will forget to hit "skip" at least once.

I am absolutely furious with JustFab. I signed up for an account to buy one pair of boots, one time. The next month I was surprised when the company took 39.95$ out of my account, however I didn't complain because I blamed it on myself for not knowing what I was signing up for. At this point I have been trying to cancel my membership for months. However every time I call I am told that I will be put on hold for at least 50 minutes and no customer representative has ever talked to me. This month I forgot to skip by one day and 48.41$ was taken out of my account. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. THEY WILL ONLY SCAM YOU AND STEAL YOUR MONEY! I have told everyone about this and made sure that none of my family or friends fall into this trap!

I keep trying to cancel my account, as it's just not in the budget for me to keep doing this. But JustFab somehow either keeps hanging up, keeping me on the phone for hours and hanging up, ignoring my emails... The products are fine; but how many shoes does a girl even need?! I just want to cancel my membership. I have enough. The product is fine, but for this horrible level of customer service it's not even worth the cheap(ish) shoes and purses. SERIOUSLY.

Here is what I wrote on their feedback request.
I had to wait 50 minutes to get an answer from the toll free number. I don't wish experiences like this on anyone and this was my 3rd time having issues with this company. It will also be my last.
The word is spreading though. There is more and more posts online with people expressing there dissatisfaction with Justfab's service. By the way, lose the Canadian flag next to your name if you are going to charge us 48$ a month for something advertised as 39.95$. I call all this a very nice and large scam. Congratulations.____
All that being said. They will literally charge you 48$ instead of 39.95 as advertised because of currency exchange. I was told e-mails were sent regarding this but I have not seen one. Why bother putting a canadian flag and making a .ca website if you are going to overcharge us like this? Don't pretend to be a "Canadian friendly option" when you are not.
Item quality is very so so. Some items better than others. Do yourself a favour, never order leggings or jeans from this place. Mine got to me with holes and rips.
Do yourself another favour, don't waste your time on the online chat service. Wait the hour it takes to get your problem resolved and don't take no for an answer. Someone can refund you. PS considering the 48$ charge and poor service I would suggest everyone turn to real shops for their shoes. Don't waste your money on this.

I found a pair of boots I liked on JustFab and became a VIP member. I remembered on the 6th that I had forgotten to skip on the 5th so I called (and waited and waited) and asked if I could skip if I had forgotten. They said no, I could get a credit. I said okay I will use that credit and cancel my account. So I cancelled my account, ordered another pair of boots to use my credit to make us even. The next day I was charged $32.91 for the pair of boots that was supposed to be paid for with the credit. That is almost $73.00 in one month for a person who is struggling and on a budget. I called (and waited and waited) and was told I would be refunded the $39.99 within 7 to 10 days by a woman named Joan - she cleared it with her supervisor. I was happy. However it has been 20+ days and no refund. Now I am sincerely not happy and will advise all my family and friends. That $39.99 was part of my grocery money. Very unhappy person here.

I made an account on JustFab around November of 2014 WITHOUT knowing the whole VIP thing. I admit that I should've been more careful. But last week, I called customer service to cancel my account, because I am in high school! I don't have the kind of money to pay $40 every month. She cancelled it, but the “skip this month” option is still on my profile! I clicked skip anyway just to be safe. I have read many reviews, in which the customer still get charged after cancelling! This is ridiculous! How can I be sure that the company has cancelled my account COMPLETELY???

Instead of receiving the boots I had ordered, I received an email stating that both pair of boots were out of stock. So I ordered 2 alternate pairs. One showed up and the other pair of "boots" was a very ugly 4" high heel. I spoke with customer service and they agreed to exchange them for the actual boots that I ordered. Instead of receiving the boots, I received the same 4" heels again. Went through customer service again and for the third time I received the high heels again! Three times in a row! I simply cannot believe how bad this place is. Everything is out of stock! And even if you find something in stock, it'll be out of stock by the time they go to ship it and the good Lord only knows what they'll be putting in the box. Steer clear of this company at all costs. I just called again to return my third pair of 4" heels and was told the wait time was 39 minutes. Hahaha! This company is a JOKE!!!

I have bought many shoes from just fab. The first pair I bought came in the wrong color and it took weeks for them to send a replacement. I wore them once and the strap broke. Then I bought some boots and a purse which worked out ok. Not the highest quality but at least they haven't broken so far. Recently I bought three new pairs. All of which broke by the second wear. I called Friday 1/2/15 to cancel my membership. $39.99 for shoes you can only wear twice is a rip off.

My sister bought some shoes from Justfab. They arrived and she was averagely happy with the shoes, although they aren't the greatest quality. My sister is only 14 so she doesn't understand the necessity of checking her bank account regularly. After two months went by, she had a bank statement that said that each month £35 was deducted to Justfab.
We rang Justfab to explain that there must have been a mistake. They explained the VIP membership and that you are charged £35 a month to purchase more shoes. My sister and I have absolutely no intention of purchasing any shoes from their site, so we asked if we could have the money back, as I don't think it is clear enough, that they charge each month. The woman on the phone was unsympathetic and suggested we recommend our friends to the website to gain more credit.
I would not recommend this website to ANYONE. It's a scam that they rely on to get money from people. If you read the thousands of complaints, so many people have issues with the company and not knowing about the VIP membership. Even worse that they don't refund you the money when you do find out. I have actively been telling people that I know how bad this company is. I am so angry with their customer service and their blatant stealing.

I am trying to return the two dresses I ordered from JustFab.com and the call wait time is 158 minutes. Also, you can't contact the company through email if the subject is regarding returns/refunds. Why isn't there an automatic label for returns to send the products back? I am extremely annoyed with the hassle of returning the items on top of how cheap the material the products are made out of. In addition to this complaint, I ordered a nail polish with my "points" for free, and it never came. In addition to this, my order came with a free magazine which never came.

I just bought a boots then I found out the stupid charge. If you do not take action between the 1st and the 5th, you will be charged $39.95 each month for a membership credit to the card on file. I read a few bad reviews of this company and I called the customer service but it seemed like a fake phone number. I couldn't make any phone call to cancel the VIP member. I'm freak out right now. My money is not only a paper.

I have bought plenty of shoes from this website and have never been dissatisfied with them at all, but a couple months back, I'd say Oct/Nov, I received a mailer from Justfab with coupons as well as a one time offer for free shoes that needed to be used by a certain date. Now the mailer I received was a little book packet but the problem was that the code to received the free shoes was right on the back where anyone could see it (not very smart in my opinion). Anyway I tried to get shoes with that mailer and unfortunately I could not, so I contacted customer service online chat & asked what I needed to do about this offer I received and how I could use this code at checkout to receive the free shoes, the representative explained that if it's not letting me use it then there was nothing she could do about it. I explained to her how could I not use something that I clearly received, and how it's false advertisement. After I stated that the representative then removed herself from the conversation & left me there!
I once again contacted the online chat service and asked if there was anyway: 1. Find out who I was dealing with before & 2. What could be done about the offer. The next representative said there was no way to find out and then said I was in the wrong department and she would get the right representative on and disconnected again! Since this situation I have not bought any pairs from this website! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER & THEY DON'T LIVE UP TO THEIR BROCHURES!

I ordered two pairs of shoes in October and received them. The one pair was too small and I could not find my order history (although I kept clicking the order history tab on my account) to send them back. Now I'm stuck with a too-small pair of shoes that honestly look like they would just be uncomfortable anyways. The second pair, knee-high boots, fit perfectly and I fell in love with them instantly. Well that love has gone away after just under 2 months because the soles on the bottom have worn through and have holes in them (not too great with snow) and the bottoms are separating from the material to create loose rubber issues. I guess you get what you pay for and these "Made in China" boots are only worth a month's worth of normal wear. I will not be buying anymore. I was also charged the membership fee for the month because I forgot to skip, but I'm certainly not going to use it for more cheap products.

When returned they say they haven't received them. I've ordered 5 pairs and only kept 1 pair. Have not received any refunds and only 1 credit! When I've tried contacting them, they've been USELESS!!! My first time buying shoes from this company went awful. While I was walking, the shoe came completely apart before it ripped off of the shoe completely. I called customer service and told them what happened. He said that the shoes were out of stock and in order to get the shoes at the same price with a credit, I would have to redo my membership now. I cancelled because I couldn't afford the charge per month and I would forget to skip, otherwise I would have to pay X amount of dollars extra for a different pair of shoes. I'm a little outraged because the quality of the shoe was obviously bad and I'm being left with the option of paying more for different shoes or signing up for their contract month to month again. Hell no - never buy from here again.

I was not informed that I was subscribed to a service where I would have to pay £35 a month or have credit to buy things from this site. My purchase was a one-off and I do not want to use the site again nor can I afford to pay 35 pounds to these robbers. I tried to contact them through telephone and their number did not work and I got no reply through live chat. I expect that they will deal with this straight away and that no money will be taken out of my account on the 5th. Cannot believe a company can try to get away with this.

My boyfriend shopped for boots for me Christmas time of last year, and the only way to get the first BOGO free and free shipping, he had to make a VIP account. The terms of this VIP Membership is unless you skip the month by a specified date, they will automatically charge your account and put a credit to be used later. I kept the account that was still under my boyfriend's bank account, so I was extra careful of skipping months. I knew I couldn't afford to buy shoes. It worked for a couple months, but then I skipped a month, and my boyfriend came to me upset that they charged him. The next day, I called customer service and advised them of the situation, that I skipped the month and was still charged. She said unfortunately, she cannot refund me. I would have to use my credit but she would change the bank info so it would be my card info. Fine. I paid my boyfriend back and got new shoes, assuring him it was under my card now. The next month, I skipped the month again. AGAIN, they charged him. I called the following morning, let them know this has already happened before, it was supposed to be changed and something needs to be done or I will cancel my membership.
The woman advised me she will send this problem to their IT department, but they cannot refund. Unfortunately, it is not a capability, but to avoid me canceling, they will give me 1000 points to use. Fine. My daughter needed stuff anyways, so I paid my boyfriend back. Tried to use my points and it told me I had to pay the difference, that these points did not give free items, just discounts. I called and canceled my membership the day after I received my purchase. Lo and behold, the next month, they magically charged my boyfriend for a membership I had already cancelled. Infuriated, I called and immediately asked to be endorsed to a supervisor. She offered help but I explained the whole story and just wanted a supervisor. She placed me on hold for 20 minutes, and came back to tell me, "I can't find a supervisor at this time, but here's what I can do. I will refund you the money and close your account myself." WHAT?!! After 2 different instances, I was assured they had no capability of refunding the auto-draft, and then this girl can?? I was so upset. I wrote an email to the company, not expecting any sort of response, but I hope someone who has been denied a refund sees this and knows the truth now.

I have bought shoes from this company many times but this month I tried to some products from there but could buy nothing. I wanted to use my credits for that purchase but I was told I had to use my credits towards products that were 39.97. I don't think that's fair. They took 2 months out of my bank. That's about 80 dollars that I can't even use towards anything I like because a lot of things on the website are on sale and I can't use my credits towards that. It's money that just fab is taking and still am not allowed to buy things that are on sale so why even become a vip member just to have money ripped off from them not I cancel my account but they said I can't get a refund, that I have to use it towards a product, but yet I have to wait for the shoes I want to go back to 39.97 because right now they are on sale for 29 and I can't get them. I just find it unfair. You have money from me. I should be allowed to use it towards anything not just on what you want. This way a lot of people will be cancelling their accounts. It's our money, you're not giving us those credits for free. That money was from our hard working hands and now I've lost it. Thank you just fab.

My first purchase with JustFab was fine. Although the boots were cheap looking, they were ok for the price. Browsing the site a month later I noticed the 3 for 59.99 on bags and began selecting. I only clicked submit order to verify the total amount of the order NEVER thinking that the order would go through automatically. They charged the last credit card and used the previous shipping address and BAM! My order was being shipped.
I called JustFab to complain but they couldn’t do anything to stop, cancel and refund my money. The order is sitting on a door step in Kissimmee Florida somewhere, and to TOP it OFF I was charged the monthly 39.99 membership fee without knowing. I am trying to contact JustFab but office is closed for the holidays -- hmmm they serve an International community that do not have the same HOLIDAY hours so please - can someone tell me when I can call! I live on a limited income and I honestly can’t afford to spend 114. NOW I have to spend 154??? Thanks JustFab -- my children will be eating less portions because of this.

I thought this place was awesome and lived the initial idea. I did not know that once you order one item they enroll you in VIP membership then begin to take your money if you don't log in and skip each month by the 5th... I found out once they began taking money. I then called to cancel my account and get a refund with no luck guy on phone - was pushy and rude tempered about it and would not cancel nor refund my account. I eventually found something to use the credit on but was shipped a very cheap looking and raggedy product which was not true to size at all. Going to return... Also I gave a friend of mine this site. She ordered 2 pairs of heels - both came damaged. My first item purchased here was also crappy... they were camel colored boots that had black bonding glue (I think) seeping out all over them when they got wet. This site should be shut down and I am definitely no longer a fan at all.

I ordered a pair of boots only which I received. A month later, I see a charge on my bank statement. I let it go. The following month I received another charge. After several phone calls, I reached the customer service rep. She indicated I was member. I stated I wasn't interested in being a member, I just wanted a pair of boots. I was informed I had to unchecked the box when I placed my order (which I didn't notice). When I request a cancellation, she would only credit for 1 charge I was okay with that 3 days later I see another charge, 32 dollars charge. When I called back I was informed an investigation will be done. I called 4 days to be told they're unable to locate the transaction & they NEVER would charge $32.00. I asked may I send my bank statement for verification that was denied. The supervisor took my cc # & I waited another 72 hrs to receive a vm. They're unable to locate the transaction. I can call back with my bank on the other line to confirm the transaction. NEVER will I use them again! Bad enough, the language barrier every time I called. Be warned on sneaky fees & denials. Shame on you!

I ordered two pair of boots from JustFab on 11/30/2014 and was automatically signed up for membership, which I thought meant that I would get emails telling me about what deals were available each month. I received my boots and have been very happy with them. However, today while checking my credit card account, I noticed that my card was charged $39.95 by JustFab. What??? I didn't order anything. So I went to the website to see what was going on. I researched the membership I signed up for, which states that I am not obligated to purchase anything. Then I read about a "skip" button if I don't want to purchase for the month to click this button by the fifth. I searched and searched. There is no "skip" button on my account website. I call customer service, which says 24/7. Lies, I called and no one answers, says they are closed and to call back during normal business hours. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO END UP WITH BAD CREDIT OR IN THE POOR HOUSE!!!

I woke up Sunday to find $39.95 taken out of my account. I called to cancel and explained that I have been in and out of the hospital all month and can't afford to lose that money right now and the rep didn't offer a refund even after explaining the situation. Don't sign up unless you mark you calendar every month to "skip" being charged or they will take you money too!

I ordered a pair of boots and when they arrived I was excited but they didn't fit. I understand I missed the 30 day return policy and after trying to call on many different occasions I was charged 2 months in a row. Even if I had wanted to skip the month option, I couldn't get through. I canceled my membership tonight and I asked if my card would be refunded the 2 months that I paid for and never used as I won't be ordering more shoes and I didn't get a straight answer. I skipped a month like every month that I don't want to purchase anything which was on Dec 2nd. Just like you are suppose to do to avoid be charged. A few days later I checked my bank account and noticed they still withdrew the money. I contacted Just Fab and the lady did not apologize for mess up, but did agree to refund the money. The charge did overdraft my account and the rep stated "they do not refund overdrafts" - I should contact my bank. As a previous bank specialist and customer service rep I knew this was not correct. I know how to manage my money carefully. I contacted my bank and unfortunately they are not able to do anything because it wasn't their fault. Which I completely understand. Now I am still waiting on just fab to reverse the charge back to my bank and I'm still out 25.00 because of their mistake. I ended up cancelling my account too. This is terrible!

I checked my bank on December 19th I had 3 charges from JustFab. Called to get refund, issued, no problems, very courteous and issued a refund. Woke up this morning to another charge. I had cancelled membership months ago. The money I had in my account was to pay my water bill which will now be cut off, thanks JustFab. They told me to call my bank to expedite refund.... ha, that was a joke. Still waiting on my refund. Please if you order, pay the full price. Do not enroll in VIP membership.

I bought ring for 5£ to put into stocking for my eldest daughter. I didn't get it but when I traced my parcel I found out it's been delivered which is not true ... not a big deal but when I noticed that JustFab took 35£ out of my bank account I thought they were totally out of Order. Due to my personal circumstances I have to survive on child benefits right now and 35£ to me like 35000 thousands. I meant to buy present for my 10 years daughter which was 42£ and when I was going through checkout my bank declined. I couldn't understand why because I had just enough money to pay for my daughter's present. Now when Christmas just two days away my little one won't get her present from me and I can't even borrow money because of the Christmas and people simply don't have money to lend. Thank you JustFab because my daughters and I will be having fabulous Christmas because of you.

I purchased boots on September 23rd and paid for them with American Express. On October 11th, they charged me $39.95. On November 6th, they charged me $39.95 and on December 7th, they charged me $39.95 and I did not purchase anything. So I called and the lady said she would credit me $39.95 and I told her what about the other charges and she said she would credit me $78.90. I asked her about the other $39.95 and that I wanted to speak with a manager, She said okay, so I waited and waited and no one answered the phone. What kind of a scam is this that they can put charges on your credit card and I didn't buy anything? I would say it is fraud.

I place an order on November bought two pairs of boots which is 45 pound and that money was taken from my account and today the 22nd of December. I purchased some boots from this company in July 2014. They were very poor quality but so cheap that I didn't bother to send them back as it would have cost more time and effort than it was worth. I was not made aware of this "VIP membership" nor did I consent to it. If I had been made aware then I would not have accepted it or may have changed my mind in purchasing from this company, which is presumably why it is not made clear at all.
I have been working away for the past 5 months with very poor network coverage and Internet coverage, and in this time I didn't need to review my bank statements. When returning home and putting things into order I find 4 payments of £35 removed from my account. After emailing, calling (with no joy and in office hours) and having no response from either and then cancelling this payment with my bank I find "Justfab" have the gall to have removed a further £35 from my account. I have tried to cancel this "membership" but their system will not allow me?? What next?? I am outraged and suggest that NO ONE uses their services EVER! Call me if you dare "justfab" but you better have my £175 ready to move back into my account!!!!!

At first I was happy with justfab and satisfied with my purchases but after a while I didn't want to be charged for a credit every month and don't remember in time to skip a month since it's only a 5 day window. I decided to call and cancel my account but the person on the phone was super pushy and basically forced me into keeping my account since I had 2 credits to spend that they won't refund even though it's my money. I finally used my credits and canceled my account as soon as I placed the order but when it came in I wasn't satisfied. And after talking to a representative via live chat I can only get store credit for my return and they won't give me my money back even though I canceled my account. I would advise anybody thinking about joining to never give your money to justfab.

I just got off the line with an adviser by the name of Martin. I was hung up on. I've been charged $80 for two JustFab accounts that were supposed to be canceled out. I shouldn't be charged for shoes that I did not purchase as well as I canceled my account and I'm still being charged. This is a Scam business. Their customer service is terrible. I don't have a cancellation number anymore because I've moved and can not locate it but instead of this company being understanding they've chosen to be rude and derogatory towards me and then hang up on me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!! IT'S A SCAM! The part that has me so angry is that I was being nice to the adviser and he still hung up on me and was rude. All I want is my money back.

After posting here JustFab has resolved what issues they could and I am grateful for that. Although I still couldn't get my shipping address changed, they did cancel the automated subscription that I didn't know I was signed up for, and reimbursed me the charge from last month. If any of you are not getting your issue resolved on the phone, make a comment here because it seems like they really try to address all the issues and reply to everything here. I ordered some shoes there 2 months ago which I'm extremely satisfied with. What I'm not satisfied with is that I was being charged $40 a month for the last 2 months and didn't know it. It's completely deceiving and manipulative to have the "VIP Box" automatically checked for all first time customers who aren't familiar with the site instead of having something that you physically have to click on to agree to get charged. I used one of their competitors to order 4 pairs of shoes last week and they at least made it blatantly obvious that you were getting signed up for a monthly subscription. A
nd on top of that I went to order a purse with some of my new found credit (because I don't even want to deal with talking to 10 different managers to get a refund) and when I confirmed the order in my shopping cart, it suddenly said my package was ordered but never asked me about shipping. Turns out that it sent it to my "default" address which is the address I used last time. This was NOT the address I wanted and I didn't see anywhere where it asked me. I had paid for fast shipping so it would get to my sisters house in time for Christmas. But now it's going to my house and she won't get it in time.
I called to ask to get the address changed. They said it was too late. Too late??? I just ordered it 3 minutes ago. There is no way they had already shipped it or even processed the order yet so it baffled me why they couldn't change it. I'm guessing it's because I was talking to someone from a call center who has no contact with their California office so there was no way they could contact the shipping department. 2 strikes and I'm done! Oh wait... I still have another $40 in credit so I guess I have to buy one more thing.

This company is seriously a rip off. I was a customer from 2010-2012 and bought several pairs of shoes and handbags. I canceled my acct in Oct 2012 after not being quite happy with the quality of the products. In April of 2014 I noticed I had been charged for March and April of 2014 after having my acct closed and cancelled. I called and canceled again and am still having them charge my acct. I have been going back and forth waiting hours on the phone trying to get a refund and cancel. This company has just given me the run around that I have to now call the elite dept to cancel.

I have had my share of problems with Justfab earlier this year. Not only are the shoes terrible quality but the website will take money DIRECTLY out of your account in the hopes that you don't notice. I contacted Paypal who promised me to not let them take money from my account and they refunded my money that had been taken. They could see it was a scam.
They left me alone in November, but this month I have just discovered that on the 8th of November they took 35 pounds directly off of my card. This is outrageous, it's against the law to take money when no goods are given (OR WANTED) as an exchange. I am going straight to my bank to get my money back and cut this scam off. I might even have to change my card- that's how bad this is. This website takes complete advantage. Do NOT use it!

The things claim to be affordable if you have a low income like mine then you know it isn't. I tried out the introductory offer and then after I cancelled my subscription to my surprise to find I've been charged roughly two months later. I was appalled. I am furious and tried getting in touch but no luck. I am in desperate need for money. £35 may not seem like a lot but when you need it then it is a lot! Still no refund!! I wouldn't recommend, quality isn't great either - not worth paying £35. Don't get sucked in by their offers because they will carry on taking your money!

I recently purchased 2 pairs of boots from the so-called 'style steal' offer that is running on the Justfab website but was charged full price for both pairs. When I tried to contact them and advise them that the boots should have been part of deal and discounted, I was ignored. After the 3rd email sent, I finally received a response telling me, (in terrible English) that they were not part of the deal.
I have sent several responses since with links to the deal on the website, which shows clearly the price I should be paying but I get nothing in response apart from "It is not part of the deal." Yet, it's STILL listed on the website! I would not recommend anyone deal with this company as it seems impossible to communicate with them and they are not following the pricing of the products online.

I've been getting emails from Just Fab for over a year! Thought I'd give them a try! Wrong size shoes sent! I returned them. Before I received a refund I was charged another £35. I logged into my account to see it’s a membership fee! As soon as they get your bank details you need to worry! They take this every month, I now have a bank charge to pay on top. This is out of order. Can't afford to buy my son what I wanted for Christmas. Feel like crying. I do not check my emails regular. I can't remember to log in before the fifth of every month to say skip. I haven't even purchased anything. I don't want to be a member. I need my money back! You can't talk or complain through their website.

Awful! They have in SMALL PRINT that they take an extra advance of money out of your account for your future purchase. They do this only 2 months or so after your first order so that you don't notice it coming off your credit card (again)... I called and asked to have the money back because I was not planning on buying anymore from them but they would not refund my money and told me I should do read the fine print! And shoes are not high quality... Cheap material!!!!!

I made a purchase back in October. Once I got the shipment I looked over all the information that I was given. I did not want to be charged come November, so I skipped for the month. After the 5th posted I figured I was in the clear. Then I check my bank account on a Sunday and there was a charge for the $39.95 when I skipped for that month. I called and talked to Alex telling him I wanted a refund and my account canceled. He tried to persuaded me to give it another try, but with the experience I did not want to give it another try. He said the refund would not be a problem, that I should have the refund by the end of the week, which I had in a few days. He also claimed that he would go ahead and take care of cancelling my account. Well I checked my bank account again today December 14th, 2014 and once again I was charged $39.95.
At this point I am very unhappy. I was under the impression that my account had been cancelled but it obviously was not. I called again and talked to Ethan told him the situation. He brought up my account and explained to me that I had talked to Alex, he had done the refund but in his notes put that I wanted to continue with my membership. I never once said on the first phone call that I wished to continue with the membership and if the conversations are actually recorded, then you should be able to pull that up. Ethan went ahead and did another refund for me that should have never been charged in the first place. He said that I should receive an email about both the refund and cancellation within 24 hours. I obviously have not received the refund yet, but if I do not receive it and/or have my account canceled I will be contacting a lawyer about this. I understand nobody is perfect, but the fact that this is now twice this has happened is not okay, there is not a good enough excuse to cover it. Thank you for your time.

Angry is exactly what I am at this moment. Journey back to a few months ago... I tried to cancel my membership and the female assisting me told me (via phone) that since I was not a "VIP member," I don't need to do anything and I wouldn't be charged. I was charged the following month. Being busy, I just let two more months pass and was charged x2.
I called again today and spoke to a male associate. He told me that before he would transfer me to the people who could help with my cancellation, he had to verify my information. He also told me that I was eligible for a $100 gift voucher to Wal-Mart and I would only need to pay $4.95 to have the voucher shipped to me. I told this male that I was not interested in the voucher and wanted to cancel my membership right away. He continued to talk about this voucher and I unfortunately lost my cool and replied, "I really don't give a ** about a gift, I just want to cancel." This male asks why I am disrespectful and says he needs to transfer me to his supervisor.
Another male, who sounded like he was a teenager as he addresses himself as a supervisor (ID **), answers and gives me the same scripted speech on how I am eligible for a $100 gift voucher. I tell him I don't want to pay anything and he responds, "Why? It's $4.95?!" I ask him to give me $2,000 of his money and he begins to tell me it's only $4.95 not the same thing. We are going back and forth as I ask him to clarify that I "HAVE TO PAY 5 BUCKS TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP." This supervisor wants to play semantics and tell me that it's "actually $4.95" for a shipping of a $100 gift voucher?! He then proceeds to tell me how our conversation is recorded for quality purposes. That's great as I'm not calling to give quality begging for a cancellation. I need that recording to be sent to someone who can cancel my membership. $4.95 is no hair off my back, but it's principle. Don't advertise that there is no cancellation fee, then slap on a 5 dollar err, $4.95 shipping fee for something I don't want/need. I do not want a voucher that is ACTUALLY really $95.05...

JustFab still refuse point blank to comply with the Sale of Goods Act by refusing to refund faulty items making me exchange and then fail to send the exchanges and proceed to ignore all communications.
More often, the 'customer service department' refuses to actually read my emails and when I do get a reply it has no correlation to the email that I had sent which they are supposed to be replying to. I've now been left with no choice but to make a Claim with the Small Claims court for a full refund and costs I will incur for the claim and I will also be adding interest to that for the inconvenience and the time it has cost me to continually contact them and remind them of the Law.

After reading other reviews, I can see now that I made a mistake in believing that I could join Justfab.com and be able to successfully skip the months I didn't have extra money in my budget. I'm apparently not alone in having an issue skipping the month of December, as I see numerous complaints detailing the same exact issue. Either the button was not there, or the link was broken.
I had both happen to me. I was able to get in on December 4th, and I attempted to skip the month as I had done in November. When I clicked the button the first time, nothing happened. I clicked it a second time and my computer froze. I wound up having to restart it. When I finally got the site back up again, the button was gone and I was under the impression that I had skipped. Now, a charge for $39.95 has appeared on my bank statement from JustFab, and my attempts to contact someone in customer service so far has gotten me nowhere.
I'd like to get a refund for this month, since I gave a genuine effort to skip (along with countless others who tried as well), and I'm considering canceling my membership altogether. I was under the impression that we could skip whenever we needed to, but apparently this isn't the case.

Don't be tempted. They will offer best products to get you onto their VIP membership, then start taking monthly amounts from your Paypal account and nothing is ever available in your size. If you do order something the quality is rubbish. If you return it they never receive the items or recredit your account. They refuse to do so and you have to call the Philippines and pay for calls where they ask a zillion question and put you on hold when all you want is to cancel and get your money back. I am usually savvy about these things and this took me by surprise - it is such a complete scam... Don't Do It!

Kudos to justfab for resolving my problem in 3 days!! I was charged for a month I did not want and when I called and spoke to Miguel he said he would cancel my account and said I would have a refund it 5 to 7 days but I got it in 3. I also received an email from Clarisse stating the same and they held true. I would even consider ordering from them again. After reading some of these reviews I was skeptically but they did what they said !!!! Great customer service !!

Just got charged after I clearly tried to skip this month. Their button wasn't functioning properly and I get the charge. I wanted a refund but apparently the refund would be impossible because they change it to store credit, which is quite possibly the most ridiculous thing I ever heard. They can take your money but they can't give it back. I am cancelling my account and never making the mistake of ordering from them again. And I am going to make sure everyone I know is informed about my experience with Justfab. Just total bs.

I recently ordered boots online from JustFab website. I signed up for the monthly membership because I figured this was a good deal. I received the boots and they did not fit. I tried to return them on the website but was told I had to contact customer service on the phone. I looked online to see if maybe I could just exchange them for a different pair of boots and every other boot, that was in my size, was sold out. Now, there are about fifteen different boots that they offer; however, my size was sold out. When I called, I was put on hold for 45 minutes. Now, I figured they might be busy but 45 minutes to just return is ridiculous. The first lady I talked to would not tell me when they would replenish their inventory of boots. She told me that I could get something else on the website like a purse or clothes. Why would I want something else when all that I wanted was boots? Now this lady was snippy with me so I asked to talk to a supervisor. I was put on hold again.
Now once the supervisor got on the phone, she was very rude to me. I asked about the inventory and she responded that I can contact them again in two weeks to see if the inventory would be replenished. Are you kidding me? Even Walgreens knows when their inventory will be replenished. After that point, I asked for a full refund on the boots that I wanted to return and the other shoes that I just ordered. She then told me that there would be a $5 fee for a restocking fee. I was not paying that. It is not my fault that the boots did not fit. I questioned her and she got very angry with me. After that point I asked to cancel my membership. Now, I have no idea if the $5 is going to be charged and if it does I am calling my bank and filing fraud charges. Granted it is only $5 but I should not have to pay that because they have inadequate inventory and employees.

I borrowed a pair of shoes from my friend in July for a bachelorette party. Needless to say the shoes were ruined after a weekend in Vegas. I decided to buy her the exact same pair of shoes instead of giving her back the ones I had destroyed. I bought the same pair off JustFab and thought I was done. I have been getting charged $39.95 per month August, September, October, November, and now December. That's $199.75 they have charged me till now and I haven't even bought anything! When I phoned, the customer service representative went through her spiel and told me there was nothing I could do and that I had accepted the terms and conditions on their website.
I am a student who struggles to pay rent, tuition, car payments, and a grocery bill. I never shop online because I am afraid of it (reaffirmed). The rep (after asking to speak with her supervisor) informed me that they will be reimbursing me for 4 months (not the 5) and said they usually don't do this for customers. I think that this is an absolute crime! How can you charge people who haven't bought or received any product? And then not agree to reimburse the full amount? This is not good customer service. This is a complete scam.
I will now be telling everyone I know to stay away from this online shopping service. I am severely disappointed with JustFab. There should also be on the website a BIG disclaimer before you "sign up" for the VIP membership that you will be charged $39.95/month even if you don't buy anything and the only way to opt out of it is by clicking a button between the 1st and 5th of each month. If you miss the opt period, you get charged $39.95. Absolute crap.

This company is a scam. Their products are made with cheap material hence the price and they just scam you for the £35 per month. If you wish to go into the monthly payments and think you will opt out easily think again. Without having a free number to call for cancellation, you can reach no one through the telephone and when you do get through no one assists you properly. Poor customer service. Would not recommend at all.

I'm writing this as I sit on hold with "customer service". So far it's been 47 minutes of nothing. I have been a member of JustFab for almost 4 years. Not because I love shopping or the experience. I have been stuck with them because I can't cancel my service! I have to make sure I skip every single month and God forbid I don't skip like this month. They normally send an email on the 1st of every month. I did not receive an email this time so I completely forgot all about it. They took out $39.95 today, my mother's bday of all days!!! I'm not sure why this month was different than any other. I am so tired of this scam of a service and hopefully today I can cancel and be rid of them! I regret ever signing up. The boots were subpar! The purse smelled! I haven't made not one single purchase since my first. Good Riddance!

I have a JustFab account and was recently charged for a credit that I did not want. It must have slipped my mind because I am usually extremely diligent in skipping the month. I spoke to a customer rep. who refused to make a refund for it. I was surprised by this practice because other subscription services, such as Jewelmint, will gladly make a refund for unwanted credits. I am still a loyal customer of theirs because of that. The minute I can get rid of this credit, whether by begrudgingly buying something I don't want or having the bank refund my money, I will close my JustFab account. I can't believe that a company would so readily alienate a customer just for the sake of holding onto my money. Instead of keeping me, I will never look at JustFab again, and I will have nothing good to say about them.

It's getting frustrating with the monthly hassle of closing the account. My wife bought 2 pairs of boots from this company a couple of months ago. On first wearing, the heel on one snapped. Emailed their customer service who completely ignored her. She then emailed telling the company, telling them she no longer wanted to do business with them, again ignored and 35 taken from her account. She has now emailed them 3 or 4 times and each time gets the automated acknowledgement but no other response than that. This company appears to be a con that is only interested in taking money and not honoring their obligations. Have stopped the payments through the credit card company and have raised a dispute. Am about to raise a complaint with trading standards and considering a claim through the small claims court as the next course of action. Would strongly recommend having nothing to do with them and warning anyone you know.

I reviewed this company a while ago after some boots fell to bits and as a result they refunded the £70 they took from my wife's account without permission after telling them not to, but they still have not refunded for the faulty boots which failed within 2 hours of wearing them. Their only concern was to get me to change the review and they lost interest in the case once the review was formally published with the one star they deserve.
Their business model seems to be to rip customers off for as much money as they can and then refund the minimum they can get away with if you make a fuss hoping you won't chase the rest as it is a relatively small amount, but all these small amounts add up to a fortune for the owners. In this case they have it badly wrong as my next step is to take them to court.
JustFab - refund £17.50 for the boots that failed and are pictured in the attachment to the review, if you want them back following refund send a post paid label and I will do so, if you do not I will dispose of them as we are sick of tripping over them. Should you fail to do so I will start the process of claiming through the small claims court, your company is a disgrace.
In the UK we have laws against this company's behaviour and below are the phone numbers etc you need to bring them to account. First all communication with the company should have evidence, use email, photograph the faulty goods, get receipts for posting, then these can be used if legal action takes place. The company's first act of lawbreaking is their failure to issue a 14 day cooling down letter as required by UK law (Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013), this negates any ongoing contract to take money from you and is an offence. It is also illegal (since June 2014) to have a pre-ticked box for any sort of contract.
Second, report them to Trading Standards, this can be done via Citizens Advice Bureau on 0345 4040506, if enough people complain action will be taken against them and they will change their ways or be closed down. If they refuse to refund money for faulty goods you can use the Small Claims Court for goods "Not of merchantable quality" (Sale of Goods Act). To do this send a letter Recorded Delivery to their registered address which is: 8-10 Dryden Street, 2nd Floor, Covent Garden, Westminster, WC2E 9NA
The letter must give them a reasonable time (2 working weeks is enough) to refund the money and be clear what you require them to refund, don't forget to claim back for any phone calls and the cost of the recorded delivery letter. Should they not respond positively then start a claim with the Small Claims Court, this is easy and there is a small charge but JustFab will have to pay that when the findings go against them. The court will give them an opportunity to pay up or say why they should not (difficult with boots with heels that have fallen off) and make a decision. The court will then get your money for you and JustFab will pay all the costs of them doing this.
And finally demand confirmation that, once the refund has been completed, they have deleted all of your personal data from their databases as required under the Data Protection Act (1998). So far they have not done this therefore after I get my refund I will be reporting them to the Data Commissioner, again easy to do online. It is worth getting your credit card company to issue a new card as this company cannot be trusted not to take more money after the event, they will still be able to refund to the account under the old details.
I hope this helps their UK victims and I am sure the US and the other countries they operate in have similar consumer protection in place. If this company operates within the law and in an ethical way in future me publishing this information will not be a threat to them, if not then we need to get them shut down as soon as possible. In the meantime give my wife her money back quickly before I am forced to start the Small Claims Court process.

I have had numerous issues with Just Fab recently. I have tried to skip months and have issues doing so, which meant I would get a charge put on my account anyway. I downloaded the Just Fab app thinking that this would make the process of skipping a month easier and it has yet to be any easier. This is the THIRD time I am having this issue and it is nothing but a complete headache! I called Just Fab today to let them know about my issue and after telling the woman I wanted to cancel my membership altogether because of these constant issues, I was hung up on. I was charged a membership fee last month on the 8th in the amount of $39.95. I called at 11:30pm and waited 20 min. for a rep. to help me. Finally get through wait another 10 min. while the rep. issued my refund. Finally the refund was complete and I would receive in 5-7 business days which is ridiculous and membership canceled. I just checked my bank account tonight and same issue!!! Call again, on hold for 20 min. and received refund and promised I would not be charged again. I'm calling my bank tomorrow letting them to flag Just Fab for unauthorized charges to my account and this is a SCAM! Besides the fact that their shoes are CHEAPLY made! Disgusted!

So of course I heard about a new cool cheap website to buy shoes. Well first don't expect to get anything that looks like the pictures. Horrible quality! I bought two boots - both came in DIRTY and rubbery like rain boots. It was incredibly ugly. Next I had to call to order for a return shipping label to be emailed to me. The lady kept refusing to accept that i wanted to return it and wouldn't take no for an answer!! After 10 minutes of thumbing down THAT "I'M RETURNING IT, STOP HARASSING ME," she finally cooperated. Next on top of that I asked to cancel my subscription because I was unaware of being charged money every month for a "stylist". Still the lady was being extremely annoying and still wouldn't take no for an answer. I had to tell her, "look, this is not how you get customers to stay by harassing and annoying them. Just accept it and leave it alone." I said "this just makes me want to tell everyone NOT to order from this ridiculous website." So after I return it tomorrow, let's hope I have no trouble in getting my money back. OH YEAH, they wanted to charge me 5 dollars to return even though it's free exchanges? The "$39.95" a emphasis really makes you feel like you're getting a good deal -- not! The shoes are cheap and flimsy! You can spend the same amount on better quality shoes on sale at Macy's, seriously -- and good luck trying to cancel your membership. It's a horrible experience. Also, on two different occasions I was still charged after requesting, "Skip this month". I called customer service and they did...nothing. They told me I must have done something wrong. I've been with them for over 2 years, I think I know how to skip and month.

My daughter has tried to cancel this membership, even getting confirmation of cancellation but continues to be charged the fee. She was not aware in the beginning that it would charge monthly and when she saw the amount charged the first time, she attempted to cancel. That didn't work so she cancelled again and has still been charged even after cancellation.

In November, I called to cancel my Justfab account. It took 2 people and 3 different phone calls because of us getting disconnected and a 20+ minute wait time. As a result, I was informed that my account was cancelled and my money was refunded. Today, December 7th, I woke up to find that Justfab collected a fee again. I called and immediately asked to speak with a manager. The representative did not want to transfer me, but after I insisted more than 3 times, she did. The manager was rude, once I told him my situation it seemed as though he did not believe my situation, he kept making little snide remarks, but eventually refunded me my money. I will never do business with JustFab again. Their customer service is horrible.

I always saw commercials for this and never thought about going on it until I was looking for a certain type of boots. It said if you join VIP when you purchase your first item, then you get it 75% off which sounded good to me so I did it. I was completely aware of the VIP membership guidelines but I knew I wouldn't be purchasing monthly and was just going to cancel after my boots came. I skipped the first month of my membership seeing how all I wanted was the boots I had ordered.
First of all, the boots didn't fit me so I'm just going to give them as a christmas present. But I have been so busy I forgot I had to go on and skip the next month by a certain date and now I am being charged 39.95. I was fully aware this was going to happen but I still don't understand why they do that when I didn't buy anything but whatever. And frankly I just forgot I had to do it so it's not really all that fair seeing how it's not my top priority and I don't live on my computer. But anyways, I went to call the number today to cancel my account because I was recently charged and I just don't want to deal with it.
First red flag is HAVING to call to get rid of your account which is super weird in itself. So I called. I was connected with someone and as soon as I gave her my name and phone number, I got abruptly disconnected in the middle of her speaking. I thought whatever maybe I just dropped the call (which wouldn't be the case seeing how I had full service). So I call back. It rings for two minutes and then just stops ringing. I wasn't going to wait so I just hung up and tried again. Am connected to another woman, takes my name, says my account info can't be found (even though it most definitely exists). She says to wait a minute to try again, starts speaking and I'm disconnected again.
After it happening twice I'm beginning to think it wasn't an accident. I'm going to the bank tomorrow to see if there's anything they can do about it and then I'm gonna try to call again. Moral is, it's not even worth the great price of your first pair because getting rid of the account is a pain. I would not recommend this to anyone simply because if I make an account with my name on it, I should be able to delete it whenever I want to without having to deal with people on the phone.

I was signed up for the VIP program a few months ago when I got a great deal for buy one get one free. The boots took a few weeks to get here. The first pair was too small for me, but I figured it wasn't a big deal because I got the pair free and could pass it on to my cousin. The second pair fit but, after the second wear, the zipper started to warp and now will not close. Each time I've called, I am not able to stay on the line because they put me on hold each time for too long and I have to give up. This month, the "skip this month" button has disappeared from my account and, as I can't get a call in to cancel. I can assume I will be charged for this month as it is now the 6th. It would be much easier if everything was convenient and on the website and the so called "customer service" actually answered their phone. Now I'm stuck in limbo with useless boots and an upcoming credit that I don't want to use on boots that only last for one wear.

My girl purchased a pair of cheap boots, for 14.95 what deal? Not. A month later they're charging us $39.95 for VIP membership. WHAT! I was upset, called my bank then called to cancel everything A.S.A..P. One good thing was they understood after I yelled "$39.95 a month are you crazy!!" Then I canceled everything and threatened to call my bank or return my purchase & I wanted to cancel the VIP membership NOW. I was told no need to return anything & cancelled the membership and was told that my 39.95 would be refunded in 5 to 7 business days... What a scam. So I purchased a pair of boots back in the middle of November because the price and the style is just what I was looking for. I received a pair of shoes about 5 days later (I was very excited that they came rather quickly). My excitement quickly wore off because I received the wrong shoes! I called customer service immediately and followed the instructions I was given. The rep was very apologetic and assured me that as soon as I dropped the shoes off at the post office, my boots would be expedited and I would receive them a few days later. I was willing to give JustFab the benefit of the doubt and allow them to correct the error. I was a little perturbed that 5-6 days later I still had not received my boots (I was told I would get them 2-3 days later).
I tracked my side of the return, and saw that Just Fab had already received the shoes back and, I didn't even see that my boots were even set up to ship. That is when I decided to call and see what was going on. I was told that the boots I wanted were out of stock!!! This piece of information should have been vocalized when I called to say that I received the wrong shoes, but it wasn't. The rep didn't even look to see if my boots were in stock, she just went along with the script and said I would receive them in a few days. Forward ahead 3 weeks and no boots!!!! I ended up buying similar boots minus the hassle somewhere else. I canceled my account because they offered absolutely nothing to pacify their error. I got a pair of boots for $15. In order to eliminate the shipping cost I ordered another pair. When I received them i found that the one with huge discount was damaged/scratched with a visible mark on the upper/ instep. When I called to return both of them because the overall quality is not as good as I expected or I saw from the picture online, the operator wanted to charge $5.99 each item as restocking fee. Eventually she said she would only charge for the item with no real quality issue. Don't buy their shoes if want to have regular quality. Their shoes are like H&M shoes and have similar price than retailers. I would rather try them on at the store and see the quality and make informed decisions!

I called Justfab this evening to try and cancel my membership. I just sat on hold and finally gave up. There are a couple of reasons as to why I am cancelling my membership. First of all, their products are inferior. I have a pair of boot that have dirt and small gravel beneath the sole of the boot. I seriously can be walking around in my office and all of the sudden, there will be dirt and small gravel in my boot. What a way to save $. My second reason for cancelling is that I am tired of having to skip every month. I would just like to cancel my membership but cannot do so without talking with someone. Called tonight and sat on hold for over 20 minutes. There was music, but no notification of how long I would have to hold. Just could not stay on hold any longer. Tried to chat with Justfab and the person told me that they could not cancel the membership for me.

What happened to my refund? I have called twice on it and was told to call my bank! My bank said nothing was issued!!! I bought boots and they came--I loved them! Then was charged a monthly fee! Did not authorize it and now no refund??? When I called a third time they said they have no record of my acct--how convenient! WHERE IS MY REFUND???!!!

I ordered pair of boots on the 4th of September at the time and because it was my first order, I got a second pair of boots for free. I wanted them quite quickly so paid extra for the express delivery within 5 days. One pair of boots arrived 4 weeks later. As yet the second pair have never arrived, I contacted Justfab by email as I actually wanted to return the boots I received, but was concerned they would need both pairs returned. I also wondered if I would ever see the second pair. I got no response, so I send another email and another and another. I then tried to call on my hour long lunch break but by the time my lunch was up my call had still not been answered. I called again and managed to get through to someone. At this stage, all I wanted was to cancel my account and have the money which was on credit refunded to me, as I have no intention of using Justfab again. I was put on hold while she spoke to someone about the missing boots. 15 minutes later I had to hang up, as I had to get back to work.
I rang again today and spoke to someone who had swallowed the script of a 'fashion consultant' as he called himself very well. He wouldn't let me speak instead just talking over me to make sure he had said the lines on his script. I was, as you can imagine, more than a little angry at this point. I stated I wanted a refund of the credits on my account and discussed the failings of Justfab so far. I was advised that they would be keeping the money and I had agreed to their terms. At this point, I suggested that they had also said that would abide by certain terms of business and I was yet to see any of it!!! He said they would keep the money and that there was no facility for a refund.
I was so cross and fed up at having had to ring numerous times I told him to go ahead, I just wanted the account cancelled. He stated that they would keep the credits for me, which is so generous!! I then went on after the phone call and decided that someone should not be keeping 110 of my money. So I tried to use up the credits, but I can't without reinstating the dreaded account!!! I don't any other way to say this but I am pretty sure Justfab is a complete con! They're making money out of people who's reminder emails go straight to the junk folder and then they point blank refuse to refund it. I am going to send a quick note to trading standards as their business is completely misleading to its customers.

I ordered 6 pairs of shoes on 11/14/2014 on 11/19/2014. I received 3 of the 6 pair. I never received my tracking numbers because, get this, their system will let you update your credit card information but "glitches" when you update your email! So yes everything everyone says about them using unethical tactics to screw you out of your money IS TRUE! And yes, the "skip" button does disappear from time to time! Anyways I have to call to get information on the rest of my package. I was told that it was scheduled to be delivered the same day. Didn't receive it, so I waited till 11/21/2014 to call back. Again the rep assured me that it was in transit and would arrive by 11/24/2014. Guess what, didn't arrive that day either.
So I call back 11/25/2014. That day the rep tells me the package is still in transit, then changes her story to no it's been delivered. So I demanded she put her supervisor on at which point she changes her story again. She now sees the package again but wait they have until December 2nd for it to arrive. I managed to get my email changed (not easily I might add) and get the tracking number. So I go to the FedEx site the package was shipped on 11/17 and was last updated on 11/18! It is now 11/30 and the status still hasn't changed! I think it is safe to say this package is lost. After reading all these poor reviews and watching poor reviews on YouTube, I am seriously dreading trying to get them to fix this problem. However I will be contacting the BBB of this problem is not corrected immediately!!!

Absolute DISGRACE JustFab and Paypal. After one purchase in February, every month thereafter they took £35 a month out of my account. I rang them, they refunded three payments and told me to contact Paypal for further refunds, which I did. Initially Paypal ensured me I would get all 9 payments back but then changed their minds and said I could only claim two due to time lapse. Therefore JustFab owe me 4 x £35. I did not receive ANY emails at all from JustFab EVER - not the skip email nor email of any description. Therefore it is breach of contract. To say I am upset is an understatement. JustFab and Paypal, I am disgusted in your practice and I will spread the word and take this further.

I logged in today to make sure that my account is not charged for December. All of the instructions state that it is very easy to skip a month on the VIP membership. Just go to your boutique and click the "Skip a month" button. However, there is no such button available. I had to return my first purchase because the boots did not fit. They were nowhere close to what they showed on the photos. The photos showed the top of the boot about 2 inches below the knee on the model, I am 6 feet tall with long legs so I figured this would be fine. When I received the order the boots were about 1/2 covering my knee cap and were very uncomfortable. I called customer service to return and then I was informed they would charge a restocking fee. Nowhere on the receipt does it say anything about a possible restocking fee. It simply said Returns are FREE And easy. If there is a restocking charge, this is NOT FREE. They were willing to waive the fee, however when the item returned they still did not give me a full refund.
I had to waste my time and call customer service again to have them return the full amount. I did order another pair of boots. Only because I didn't get logged in before they took $39 from my account. These boots fit well and I have no complaints about them. I do however need to make sure they do not take money from my account in December and they are not making it easy like they claim. I expected better from this company. I will be calling to cancel my account to avoid unauthorized charges in the future.

This was the worst online ordering experience I've ever had!!!!!!! The WORST customer service EVER!!!!! They charged my credit card after canceling my order over 5 times in 2 weeks!!!!! Customer service would hang up on me when I called to ask them to stop taking money off my credit card!!!!! I had to cancel my card and order a new one just to stop these degenerates from charging me again!!!!! I still don't have the money in my account!!! They are a ripoff and treat people horribly! Do yourself a favor and save yourself the grief and DON'T order from Justfab!!!! You will live to regret it!!! I paid 130.50$ ... expensive lesson!!

I ordered a pair of lovely boots for my daughter (size 4), they came and she couldn't fit her foot past the ankle bit. I returned them and had to get a size 5.5. Even these are snug and uncomfortable. My daughter is a size 10 in clothes so hardly has large ankles. Also I was a vip member without realizing. I used my daughter's bank card to pay for her boots then a month later they take out £35 monthly charge. I rang and explained I wasn't aware of being a member but it was my daughter's bank card and money, could they refund the cash to her. They said they couldn't but could give me a member credit as a refund. Now I've tried repeatedly to use the credit but there is now no button for me to add to my bag so I can checkout.
I feel like they have took £35 from my daughter's account and fobbed me off with a credit that does not work. I am very unhappy. Because the bags and clothing was so nice looking I would have continued to order from this site but after the headache of it all I will not recommended this to anybody. Also I was told I was getting a phone call back from customer services to help with the member credit issue that was 3 weeks ago. Not a happy customer at all.

The main issue is that today JustFab took £35 from my account, although I hadn't purchased any items. I did not receive a 'skip the month' email either, so this money has been taken without authorization. My money has still not returned.

So I joined up a few months back for a deal JustFab did of 17.50 for any shoes. Anyway once I bought my shoes I had to then left the account. I was a 'V.I.P.' member and I didn't realize that meant they would mean 35.00 a month would go out. Anyway I logged back on and had three credits which I never wanted to use and had no clue as to what was going on. Also they took the last 35.00 out of my bank which I needed for something much more important than shoes. I then took the time to ring up and get a refund and cancel the account. After 45 minutes of 'I'll need to ask my supervisor' 'we can give you just 35.00' 'I'll need to ask my supervisor again.' I finally got my refund and was then asked to keep my v.I.p membership for a further 10 minutes. Once the operator finally got the message I didn't want to keep she said she'd cancel it. I was happy after that.
Anyway I checked my account today to see that 35.00 has gone out. I then checked with my bank and not only did they take my last 35.00 again I am now in my overdraft which I'm being charged for! So now I am going to have to ring up and waste even more money and time calling them to again get a refund and cancel my membership! This has been a nightmare!

Look, I don't know where to start or if this is even the right forum but I need to be heard and Justfab are not listening. It's not a big deal what I'm asking them for yet resolving any kind of issue big or small and having them take accountability for anything is like pulling teeth. I'm sorry, but the people who claim to provide customer service offer nothing of the sort. I'm not sure what's more irritating, the fact that they charge a premium number so you can go around in circles with one of their robotic highly scripted advisors (you can tell, don't even believe the corny words coming out of their own mouths, cringe worthy!) or the fact that they refuse to take accountability or make any exceptions for unhappy customers. After spending an hour (during my work hours) on the phone with this advisor and going around in circles over and over again about what I was asking for, we FINALLY got my issue resolved. So I THOUGHT.
It's now been 12 days, 10 emails, 3 more incompetent consultants not listening to a word I'm saying just cutting and pasting canned responses and I'm still waiting for my money. I don't know what to do, I'm beyond furious. I have asked multiple times to be called by a manager but just keep getting the same old canned response sent over with my name populated in. There is nothing personal about their service, they refuse to take responsibility for lost items, and the quality of products they supply have reduced in quality. I will not be buying from them again. And really just want my money back.

Now I spoke with Tricia from their "support" team and they are saying they can't find my account using my email (from which they contacted me to inform me my order was cancelled) or the order number which they provided. I didn't realize that I would be charged a monthly fee of $39.95 when I placed my first order with JustFab. I was told that I was emailed a reminder to skip a month. I didn't know I was in a monthly service to begin with AND I get so many emails from JustFab, it would have been easy to miss! I sent an email to customer service questioning the charge and the response was "They were unable to resolve the issue without speaking to me". When I did call, there had been another $39.95 charge to my account. I was told they would only refund one of the two charges. I couldn't believe they wouldn't refund my money when I haven't purchased anything else. I was told I have a credit for a future purchase. I canceled my VIP Membership but was told if I didn't purchase something before I cancel it, I would have to pay the difference in the price. After this experience, I don't want to purchase anything else. I guess the next step will be disputing it with my credit card company.

So, I ordered a few pairs of boots about 3 weeks to a month ago. They arrived in great condition, on time, nice packaging etc. Unfortunately, when I tried on one of the pairs, the right foot was completely out of whack on size. I wear a size 7.5 and this boot had to have been at least 2 sizes too small. My heel was nowhere close to fitting in this shoe. So, I simply gave them a call, was told I would receive a return label to my email within 10 minutes and I could just send it back. Well, that entire day, no return label. Gave them a call back, they apologized, and this time managed to have it sent over. I was told that once they see the product in transit, they would send out my replacement product. So, as of today, it has been 13 days, almost 2 weeks! since I sent the product back and still nothing. Gave them a call today, and they told me there must have been a "glitch" and that they never sent the product out. They told me, they would send it out latest, within the next week, then I should expect another 7 to 10 day wait for the product.
At this point, I am highly highly frustrated and told the worker I wanted a refund and to cancel the shipment. He tells me "Well as of right now, I just put the product into processing so now you will have to wait for that to be sent out, receive it, and send it back and once we receive it back you can have your refund." Wow! It hasn't even left your shop, yet you are going to send it out to get it back again? That makes total sense. I tell him I want to cancel my VIP membership and he starts announcing how I will lose all my perks, discounts, etc. and was trying to sell me into keeping my membership for about 10 minutes. I ended up telling him to just keep my product in processing and I will cancel my membership myself and he just said okay and the call ended. What a mess of a business.

I called JustFab 800 number and they can't even find my name or number because I never made an account they say. Finally after 4 calls and many horrible customer service agents got all my money refunded to my account. I will NEVER shop this site. And plan on tell ALL my friends to never order from this company either. Worse online shopping experience I have ever encountered.

Please be aware of this scam. I bought gym clothes. They have taken money from my account and I have nothing to show for it. I am a student and that was the last of my money they taken. No food. No money. All thanks to this company. 44 is a lot of money to anyone especially a Skint student. I thought it was some kind of fraud from someone else until reading these reviews. While yes, calling and cancelling was a little annoying as the rep will keep repeating "Are you aware of... ok I understand I'll proceed with the cancellation... however..." over and over a few times until they really do catch on that you WANT TO CANCEL. All in all it was about a 10 minute process. I just didn't want to be charged a monthly rate, but I still kept my "pay-as-you-go" non-VIP account with them.

So after you figure out that the small print states they are going to AUTOMATICALLY charge you $39.95 a month unless you remember to go in and cancel it every month, you find that the "decline boutique" button for that month's boutique is GONE! You can't decline the monthly charge because there is nowhere to do it! Checked back several times - not a page problem, the button is Gone! So, they grub up their $39.95 a month and give you a "credit" to use when you remember to come in and try to cancel the next month! Essentially, this is an automatic shoe of the month club. Then, when you do cancel, you MUST call them. You can't do it online. DECEPTIVE WORDING IN THE CANCELLATION AREA. Quote from their cancel area: "You are not charged until you make a purchase" and "No Obligation To Purchase." This caused me to think they had changed their policy and would no longer automatically charge monthly and that is why my "decline boutique" button was gone... I was wrong.
Now they're just going to take you for another $39.95 until you call them up, wait on hold for 10 minutes, then have a girl you can't understand try to talk you into staying. Don't get me wrong here - she was nice and just doing her job, but it's a total waste of time to have to CALL to cancel and wait on hold for 10 minutes while she tries to convince other cancelling customers to stay! Only plus - she said they're going to refund that last "purchase" in 5-10 days. We'll see. I've already had to have my kids buy 2 sets of shoes on credits I didn't want because I forgot to go in and "decline" the boutique of the month - which they never got right for me anyhow! So I've given my money for my mistakes. But wanting to cancel and being lied to in order to keep the credit card number for just one more charge, too much! And I'd give you an order number below but I didn't order anything - they just take your money.

The boots were too small and of poor quality which I have not worn. I intend to return them now after they raided my PayPal account today for a payment of £35. I never bought anything else as I do not trust their sizes. I am totally disgusted in how they treat perspective customers!! Scamming them of money even when purchases have not been made. I initially was impressed with the website and felt it had a future but I think their time is quickly running out. If they are going to sign people up to a stupid agreement they should at least warn them at the being of the advert and word it as such. Because I certainly would not have bought the boots which were too small anyway for a size 6.5. Cheap 'n' nasty should be the name, not JustFab. DO NOT try and call them to get your money back, it does not work. I tried to get hold of them on a premium number which keeps you on hold for eternity which I gave up after trying 8 times. PayPal have cancelled the agreement on their side and are looking into this matter further. PayPal have told me I am not the only one and many many more of their clients are finding themselves in the same boat as me. Totally disgraceful.

I called JustFab on 11/6/2014 and asked if it was too late to skip the month because I forgot to log on and skip. He told me no because the payment has already been processed. Then told me it takes 24 hours for the refund to be issued. I called back AFTER the payment was processed and was told it takes 48 - 72 hours. He said he would issue a refund and cancel my acct. Just called today, it's been 7 business days, and the representative told me it takes 5-7 business days. THEN she told me that they already issued the refund and my bank is holding it and I need to contact my bank. I asked to speak to a supervisor because I've been told 3 different processing times and she basically told me no and she's sorry for the wrong info I was given in the past. I was so frustrated I just said okay and ended the call. Oh and they make it so hard to cancel. They give you a spiel for 10 minutes about all the great benefits.

I have telephoned to cancel my account and have been told my money is not refundable as I signed up to the terms and conditions. JustFab need to review their website as it is clear to me I am not the only person this is happening to. Whilst trying to cancel many times, I was still trying to be sold the VIP Membership.

They provided me with the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I was given a $15 order credit so I decided to finally give it a shot. Ordered a pair of boots, but ended up receiving a purse. OK, no big deal - mistakes happen. Called to exchange and the boots I wanted were out of stock so I had to call back. The next rep disconnected me. The next two times I called I explained the story again, only to be told after that their computer system was down and they flat out told me they could do nothing for me.
Called back a fourth time, with the boots I wanted instead only to be told they were not an acceptable exchange. I specifically asked the first rep if they had to be the same original price (having worked in retail I assumed this was the case) and he said no. I struggled to find this pair. Finding another would be impossible since every pair was out of stock. Canceled everything, and they wanted me to pay a restocking fee. I don't think so! You send me a purse instead of boots and want me to pay?? And won't exchange the difference of about $5 to keep a customer subscription of $40 a month. If they would have done that I likely would have understood and ordered again if the boots were of good quality. You have to be kidding me. Needless to say you probably couldn't pay me to order from them again. Absolutely awful!

I got my boots I order yesterday and they do not fit. Left boot is smaller than the right. That is crazy. I tried to call to cancel my VIP membership. I had no idea if I do not skip monthly that I have to pay. Also on top, it is my husband's bank account and he won't be happy to be charged for a membership he don't want. So I was on the phone for like 2 hours and no one got my call. That is weird. I want to cancel the membership. You guys should email me asap. That is not ok to sell boots that do not fit and on top of all a membership you have to pay for. That is fraud. Even if you give the information about the membership, people do not have all time to get on and to skip it that is fact. Also on Top, I paid more for shipping and it show 2-3 days but did not.

My daughter ordered a pair of boots a year ago from JustFab. She received her boots and then found out that she was made a VIP member and with being a VIP member they would take out $39.95 out of her account each month unless she hit "skip" on her account. Well, that didn't work very well. She hit skip the first month and they still took the money out. She called and after four attempts they finally gave her money back and closed her JustFab account. Well, this is what we thought. Today, ONE YEAR LATER, they took $39.95 out of her account without any authorization. She didn't order new boots, her account was cancelled. They are scamming people. Where do they get off taking money out of people's bank accounts if you don't have a membership with them. We have reported it to her bank and they are looking into fraud charges against JustFab. They stated that JustFab has many complaints against them for bad business practice and stealing money from people's accounts.

This JustFab business plan is built on deceit. I bought a pair of shoe from them in July. Since then they have taken £35 from my account every month. Spoke to someone who said I signed to the VIP membership and so I cannot get the money back. That's a total of £140 which they say they will not return to my account. Stop ripping people off and refund my money back into my account.

Words won't describe how angry I am with this company. They took money when they said they wasn't going to and said they have canceled my subscription and they hadn't. I had to cancel it through PayPal, luckily PayPal finally got my money back. Beware of this company, I don't know how it is legal what they do. Please don't use this company, use eBay or go to a local shop. Trust me it will save you a lot hassle.

I ordered 2 pair of boots in a sale that JustFab had. The total cost was $49.95 and then they charged my card for a membership due which was according to them to be billed monthly which they did not explain upon my first and last order. They refunded $38.94, I assume for the membership and I have talked to them twice and they said they would refund it and still today I have seen nothing. I feel like they are just scamming people.

At first it was very nice. However, I was not aware you had to pay and skip every month for VIP member. If you forget to skip, the money is charged and they will only give you a credit refund. RUBBISH. I did not give you permission to take my money. Furthermore, to cancel, you can ONLY call which means at least 15+ mins on hold. And then another 15+ min of the sales associates trying to tell you why you should not cancel. All in all, such a hassle, time consuming, tricky and just not good. I would like my refund back onto my card.

I bought some items from them, went to checkout and paid. Next month took money out my account unauthorized, said I made an agreement with them. Absolute rubbish. Did not sign anything or send a confirmation email. Please be aware what they are doing is illegal. Anyone else this has happened to, please get in touch with a solicitor.

I ordered a pair of boots after being charged for the vip membership (which I did not know of till only recent). It has been almost 3 weeks since I placed the order and no one has gotten back to me about it, I have tried calling the customer server line but it never answers and I have received no emails to assist this. I wish to cancel my account as soon as I receive my order! Justfab is a scam of people's money!

They wrote me back on here stating they had made my account inactive. Upon logging in, it appears to be true. Sadly, the quality of shoes was great I just don't want their service anymore. The fact that I had to write on here for someone to honor my request is pretty bad, but it was resolved in the end.

I need to cancel my account. Called the customer service line twice, each time the only option was to press any key to redeem my Walmart gift card (shady beyond words). After being on hold for 5+ minutes each time, the line disconnected. Still waiting for a live chat (30+ minutes). Making it so hard to cancel, does nothing but make your company look like a scam. Fix it. Still need my issue resolved.

I went to the website to buy a handbag yesterday, was not aware I joined anything. I was especially not aware that they charge a monthly fee? I can't always afford to spend extra money every month!!! This is not ok with me. I need to cancel my account as I have seen with several other people that the "skip this month" option doesn't actually work. I am recording every encounter I have this company and if I get charged, I will report you and take action. Thanks.

This company stole £35 out of my bank without my permission. You have to skip a month so they don't steal £35 a month off you, I did skip a month and they still took it...without my permission. So is therefore an unauthorized transaction....do not use this company!!

I have ordered from Justfab several times. When I needed help, the customer service representative was kind & helpful. I didn't select a replacement, but received a credit I could use on any order. I have never gotten a poor quality product.

I placed an order for two pairs of ballet flats on 10/29. When I received the package over a week later, the shoes were incredibly small and not true to size. I had to place a call and spend 30 minutes to receive a return shipping label for an exchange. I was told that they would ship my exchange as soon as they received notice for the tracking of the return. This did not happen. Over a week later, I called and they stated that the exchange item would ship this day. Almost 4 days later, I received an email notification that my package had shipped. It was the original purchase with the wrong size shoe!! When I called, again they reassured me that the correct size was actually shipping. The following day I received my order in the mail.
It was the original size that I had returned. I had to place another call and demand a return. I told the customer service rep that I wanted to complete a return and did not feel that I should be charged a restocking fee due to the issue being on their end. The agent placed me on hold for 10 minutes, only to return and let me know that she could not get ahold of a manager to approve this and that I would need to ship the package and call back, once its shipped so I could speak with a manager. I will send the product back and dispute the charges with my credit card company, as that process will be far more simpler, sadly. I will never order from Just Fab again and I will make sure that all of my friends and family don't either! World's worst company and customer service!!!

I had written a complaint against JustFab a little while ago. They gave me my refund and I had a credit on my account from before that which is why I didn't get them to cancel my account immediately. I recently decided to redeem my credit and had to give my new credit card info for the shipping cost. After I received my product (which was on time), I called JustFab IMMEDIATELY to cancel my account since I was still harboring animosity from my previous experience. The woman assured me my account was cancelled and let me know if I wished to come back I could be a VIP member ETC (their usual speech). Well, turns out they didn't cancel my account and I have a new charge of $39.95 from their company. This payment was NOT authorized as I had called to cancel my account and was ASSURED it was cancelled. I knew it would happen, I didn't even want to give them my new credit card info for this reason! They need to hire different people or retrain the old because nobody has any idea how to do/resolve anything.

I ordered goods on the 6/11/2014, paid for fast track delivery. Today the 14/11/2014 I have still not received it!! Called on the 11/11, 12/11, 13/11 and today the 14/11 and was told daily that my order would be delivered that day. Today I called and was reassured that my order would be with this evening....after feeling a bit p'ed off I decided to call the courier company (DPD) and lo and behold!! they have not received my order as yet!!! I decided to call back and got through to someone called L?? is that for liar?? I demanded to speak to a manager...was put on hold for nearly 5 mins to hear the same person say, "hello my name is Isabel and I am the manager." Yeah right!!
Well, anyway I was told that my order was with DPD...I let her keep talking and explaining herself and wasting her time and then explained that I had just spoken to them and that they did not have my parcel. She then went on to say she will personally email them to find out where the goods are....passing the buck?? Yep...I was told she would email me back with a answer to where my goods are...no email!!! They have taken the money out of my account already and I'm FUMING!!! bloody scoundrels....I have just sent an email to ITV complaining that they advertise for crooks and that on their recommendation I have purchased from this company...If I don't get a full refund from JUSTCRAP I will be expecting them to pay my bloody money back to me. Do not buy for JustFab or alias JUSTCRAP!!

I was told about this site thru my aunt who was doing some Christmas shopping so I decided to check it out. I set up an account and after placing my order, I learned that I will be charged every month for the VIP membership if I don’t cancel. I cannot afford to pay monthly as I am a full time student. I thought this was a pay as you buy kind of site. I am very disappointed with this. How do I change this?

I have ordered a few pairs of shoes; they came in and were just awful... uncomfortable and badly made. Same experience with the clothing AND the handbags I purchased!!! Then, when I realized I am being charged each month with 'credits' that I don't want, I have to call literally 5 times to actually speak to a customer service rep who insists that I keep my membership to the point where I have to hang up and try again!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY!!!!!!

This site will take money from your account every month unless you 'skip' that month in the brief time frame they allocate, and they will not give you your money back. They will turn it into a member credit, which for some unknown reason cannot be converted back into money. They also state that they email you reminders to skip this month, the only email I received was to say that they had taken £35 out of my account. When you do try to cancel your account they just keep trying to tell you how amazing the 'VIP' service is. At the end of the day do not trust a shopping website where you have to call them to cancel your account. Biggest scam going.

I have only just found out after making one order that this company has been taking payments from my bank every month! They are now refusing to refund my money (no further goods received) and I am now having to contact my bank and report them for fraud!! Please DO NOT ORDER from these people.

After waiting for my boots to arrive in the mail, I had finally come home to a huge box on my steps. This has not been my first purchase from Justfab, but it will be my last. Sure, the cheap prices make it easy to try out a new style. But is it really worth it? Every pair of shoes I have ordered from them have fell apart within days or hours of wearing them (I am not heavy on my feet). The said boots that I bought were extremely tight, especially on one leg. I thought that that was normal and maybe they just needed to be worn. Well, a few hours later my left foot and leg were killing me. After taking off the boots and upon further inspection I have seen that it was THE WRONG SIZE! They sent me 2 different sizes! Not only that, but the right boot was about 4 inches taller that the left. The next day I called customer service and canceled my membership. I am SOOOOOO done with this company. Did not offer to refund me my money or send a new pair or anything. Gross.

My wife and I noticed a charge for $39.95 for some monthly billing subscription my wife inadvertently (or through deceit) signed up for when she placed an order. Now I'm on the phone and they're refusing to stop the automatic billing or credit the money back because my wife is not here with me. I've verified everything. Apparently their business plan is built on deceit. After spending about 30 minutes on hold at various stages, now I've finally convinced them to cancel my account. What a pain in the rear. The customer rep would NOT shut up about losing benefits from membership when all I wanted was a cancellation. Avoid this mess of a company.

I was charged 3 times within a short period. Oct.2, and Oct. 28 and Nov.10. I called to cancel my membership, because it's false advertisement. They did not prompt me or advised me of the monthly charge. They said they would refund the 2nd debit from my checking acct., and eight days later they charged me again. What is going on with this company? They need to fix these problems or they are going to get a bad rep. I found out later, instead of them processing the first refund they charged my account again. Oh my God, get it together please.
