I've been a member of JustFab since April of this year and I've bought five bags and a pair of shoes. Their website was user-friendly and really easy to use. I don't get out much to do actual shopping, so it's good to see what they’ll have - pick and see them that way. My last purchase was last July 8, I have several accounts and got four items that time and they are good quality items. My favorite was the black bag that I always bring every day.

JustFab had good deals and good products to offer. I've been with them for a year and it's been fairly easy finding items and styles. I like the difference in price - being a member versus not being one. They have sales randomly throughout the months and I can get discounts. My purchases so far have been of decent quality. In July, I got a handbag from them, although my favorite purchase to date has been a tan tote bag. It's been a pretty good experience with JustFab but you have to keep up with your canceling if that's something you choose to do. JustFab gives you up until the 5th to cancel. I did prior to that but they charged my account anyway. I received my money back, though, so it's no biggie.

Love the fact that these boots were free! ($60 value) Paid just under $10 shipping, which is a little more expensive than I'd like, but I can't change the exchange rate. (USD to CAD) Also was hesitant to buy online since I can't try them first but these worked out great for a first purchase!

JustFab is fabulous and what they're doing is perfect. The selections given to me were right on point though I didn't tend to use it because I'm very picky. I have stopped using them but I still wear the items that I have purchased from them to this day. Their quality is great.

JustFab is fantastic. They have decent prices and their shoes are great - a lot of them are cute. I have been a member for seven months and I like it. The shoes come in great packaging and they are really comfortable which I feel like is an important thing especially shopping online because you don't really know how they're going to feel until you've already paid for them and delivered to your door.

JustFab had a special offer that if you buy a pair, you get a pair free. So I bought a pair of boots and they were of good quality. I like that I get the free boots. They're nice, they fit, and they got good thick heels and nice thick soles on all of them. It's easy and very quick to order with JustFab. I don't get a lot of questions. I just click what I want, order them and pay for them.

I absolutely cannot wait to cancel my subscription with JustFab. I hate the quality of their shoes. The sizes are really hard to determine. It depends on the style of the shoe. The leather never looks like it does in the presentation on the videos or pictures online. With the price, it's like I’m getting a Payless shoe but they’re charging $40. Right now I have one credit, but if I try to purchase a shoe to use that one credit, it says that I'm going to be charged $39. On top of that, it’s really difficult to determine exactly how to cancel my membership. Every month it’s such a hassle to tell them I don’t want anything this month so that they don’t bill me.

I liked the deals that JustFab had on their shoes. I've been a member for about a month now and I really like the fact that my credits are the same amount for a pair of shoes. One pair of shoes is $39.95 and so is my credit so the price comparison is pretty spot on. There isn't something that's dramatically more than $39.95. And if there is, I only have to pay a few extra dollars which is not much so that’s pretty nice. JustFab is affordable and buying from them is easy and fast.

The prices of JustFab were very good and I can get a Buy-One-Get-One deal. They have style categories that I am interested in and finding what I want is easy. I purchased some tan boots and it's my favorite. However, I purchased two pairs of sandals but they were a little bit too narrow for my feet.

I saw something that I liked at JustFab and ordered it, but then I accidentally got on that automatic payment every month which I want to get off of because it's hard for me to remember to go in there and skip a month sometimes. That's the only thing I don't like. But I ordered one pair of shoes and a purse which I got for $39 each and both liked.

I am a shoeholic so I love the shoes that I have gotten from JustFab and I’m looking to now getting boots for the winter. Whatever I looked to order is in stock and I receive it very promptly. I don’t have to wait around. However, I just got an email saying the order I just placed was delayed a little bit, but it's no big deal.

Shipping was quick, description of product was accurate, although a little disappointed with the quality. When I received the shoes I had purchased they were missing one of the buckles. :( It couldn't have fallen off during shipping because it wasn't anywhere in the shoe box or packing. In future would appreciate further attention to detail. 3/5. Would recommend.

My cousin bought a shoe from JustFab and I liked it. They were on sale and it wasn’t expensive. So I also buy things from them and I've been a VIP member for over six months. The shipping is easy and fast. It's wonderful that what I've seen in the picture is what I see when I saw it myself. If I see what I like, I buy it. On some websites, I see some things online and when they eventually deliver it to me, it's different or the quality is different.

I have been a member of JustFab for four months before I ended the account. It's not difficult to find the style I wanted. I like the selections JustFab provided and I was able to take advantage of their special offers.

I've been a JustFab member for two years. I got a pair for half-price when I started. I like the selections they give me although I have not purchased any of those that they actually suggested. Although I really enjoyed their boots and a pair of gladiator-type sandals that I have.

I liked the design of JustFab's purses, which I got hooked on and it went to shoes. I've been ordering with them since. Earning points and redeeming it are my favorite things being a member. I recently redeemed one for 40% off an item and I really liked the shoes. I also caught sales on the boots and sales on purses. I recently placed an order for eight shoes and only paid 40 bucks. Sometimes when I order stuff online, they can be deceiving but I'm into bigger purses and haven't been disappointed at all. I really like the bags I've purchased. JustFab is fantastic and I'm always satisfied with my purchases.

I saw my friend had something from JustFab which was really cute, so I decided to look at the website. As a member, I like how they specialize to what I like and also how they give me my own boutique. The style expert's selections are really good. They do a good job picking things that match what I'd like. Their items also have very nice quality for the price. The brown purse I ordered is my favorite so far. JustFab is very simple and easy to use and I like the shipping as well. Customer service is really good.

I found a couple of items on the JustFab website that I thought looked cute and I thought I'll order them and see if I like them. I'll keep them if I do and order from them again. If I don't, I can send them back and I'll never order again. I have been a member for two months now and I took advantage of their buy one pair get one pair free promo. I bought one of their boots and pair of sandals and they looked they're made well. I am happy with the experience with their website.

I have placed many orders. The shoes are awesome. Returns or exchanges have never been a problem. I think they are great.

I saw an ad on Facebook for JustFab where you could get a $10 pair for your birthday so I thought "Why not?" It was easy finding the items I wanted because I wasn't really looking for anything too particular, and they have lots of really cute things. There were too many options, so it was hard to narrow it down. Also, not all of the items suggested by the style expert were what I would choose, and when I was going through that questionnaire about what style I chose, I felt like I've had a few different categories and it's hard to pick one. So being able to select more than one would be nice.

JustFab was referred by friends and out of curiosity, I used JustFab and tried to look for things I liked. Everything that I ever ordered from them came out just right. I would recommend them.

JustFab is a convenient way of shopping. I like their special offers - the VIP and for kids specials. Their prices were also pretty decent. However, I've noticed, with the shoes, whether they're snow boots, sandals, or heels, it seems like the quality isn't as good. The pair of sandals that I recently bought seemed to dig in to my leg and there's nothing on the inside to do the clip on the outside. It's all too big. I don’t have cankles or anything to hold. There are certain things that could be improved.

My first purchase was almost at a 75% discount - I got the Paraboot at $10 and it was originally at $40. The products look nice online, but I don't think the quality is as good as the prices because some of the products are overpriced to me. My Paraboots started tearing a couple of months back, so, that's a bit much. I usually find stuff much cheaper which are the same product at a different online store too. Plus, if I don't keep in mind my JustFab account and they continue to deduct money from my bank account to be a member, that's where it gets hard. However, finding an item was pretty easy once I'm welcomed into it, and I like the selections.

As a mommy of 4 I have always had a hard time shopping for myself. Every time I go clothes shopping I end up buying for my kids. With JustFab it's all cute and all for me. :)

I'm a VIP member of JustFab, so I get exclusive discounts and that's pretty cool. The shoes that they have are what you would find around my area, unique to my style. I've availed of almost every sale that they've done. I like the selections that my style expert has given to me, but I feel that they should do more work attire because I don't like high heels so much. It's hard walking in high heels all day. But, for the most part, they suggest items that I like.

I ordered the Black Elga sandals and the double spaghetti strapped dress in Coral. They are beautiful and I did sign up for the membership... however I did not receive my magazine (free subscription).

It would be nice if JustFab had clothes that weren't just skinny jeans and strutting-your-stuff clothes, if there was more stuff that I could wear to work that wasn't so revealing. Other than that, it was a pretty good experience overall. I like the pair of boots I that I got from them.

I love this site. If I have an event coming up it can always find a pair of shoes. I also have a few purses and they are well made. I'm not a "switch my purse out" kind of girl, I will use the same one for months and months!

I saw an ad that JustFab wasn't a site where I had to pay every month if I didn't want to so I subscribed to it. I'm not big on spending money so I think they market well just doing the credit system. If I let a month slip by, I knew I had a credit there. I timed out and continued to forget a month and saw that I had a credit. However, sometimes it misled me in terms of the heel size as it wouldn't say if it was platform. If it was a three-inch heel, sometimes I got it and it was like four or four and a half because of the platform on it. I bought about three shoes before I realized that they weren't taking into account the platform as well as the heel. That was the only part that was difficult to figure out. But once I did that, I just started buying them under the heel height that I needed.

One of my friends had given me shoes from JustFab. I liked the style so then I thought of looking at their website. Then I felt like I could treat myself to a pair of shoes every month at least so I signed up. It wasn't difficult at all to find an item that I was looking for. I just scrolled through. The hardest thing for me now was I have to catch them on the first day of the month in order to cancel for that month, because for whatever reason if I do it any other day I can't find it. I like the website, the shoes, the styles and the different colors.

My experience with JustFab has been amazing. I love the quality and the fit of the shoes. I never have any complaints. Thank you.

The day I received my shoes in the mail, the price was reduced on the site. Called "customer service" and all the rep could do was quote policy - the sale started after I placed my order (5 business days). Spoke to supervisor same thing - plus the added condescending "I understand" - code for I could care less! Any other reputable business honors sales prices especially when it's been less than a week from the original purchase date. Need to teach real customer service not reading from a script! Won't buy from JustFab anymore!

I like that JustFab has more variety and they have my shoe size, 5.5. It's also easy to find what I like. There were times when I don't find the style but there's always something else that I can pick out that I still am happy with purchasing. I've been a member for a year now. When I received my shoes last time, I got a purse and some sandals as well as samples for Fructis and a wine voucher, which I thought was cool. That never happens with other products that we buy online for. I recently found out that if I don't spend the money for the month, it accumulates in my account. I went a couple of months without purchasing month-to-month and I was really bummed that I wasted a bunch of money but it turns out, I still have credit in my account.

There was a pair of booties that I really like from JustFab. I just got my first pair and my order came quickly. When ShoeDazzle first started, I ordered with them and my shoes were super uncomfortable so I was kind of expecting that. But the booties that I ordered from JustFab are pretty comfortable and I felt that the quality was good and I like them.

I was searching the job boards and I saw JustFab on Indeed.com. I’m a shoe fanatic and I call myself the shoe queen. My family and I can tell anyone I have shoes everywhere. I just recommend JustFab to everybody and I even got offered by them a few moments ago because I have some credit. I love shoes and JustFab has the type and style of shoes that I like. Now that they’ve transitioned over to clothes, they’re my shopping network now. They have offers like buy one and get a clutch or something for $5 or $10 sometimes. I try to always take advantage of that one. I would definitely recommend JustFab.

I liked everything that I bought from JustFab. Normally, some people pay the regular price which is about $34 but sometimes, I get it for about $19 with the VIP membership. Also, I don’t have to pay for the full price for most shoes. I like their selections and about a month ago, I bought a pair of shoes which was a new release. It was floor-type shoe and I love it. I get a lot of compliments on them.

I wanted a pair of sandals and it's easy to find the item or style that I was looking for at JustFab. I liked their selections and the sandals I got. The quality is good and I wear them all the time. They also had a $39.99 offer, which I availed. It went well with them and their process was not hard. It's just that when my boyfriend signed up under my name we didn't know that it was for a membership, so we canceled it right away.

I have been a member of JustFab for a year now. I like their shoes and it wasn't hard at all to look for the style that I want. I also like that I can make a payment if I want to or I can skip a month if I don't want to buy any shoes. So far, I've been able to avail of their $39.95 deal. I haven't gotten any free offers yet. They sent me a coupon with the box to order wine but they didn't show how to order the wine for free. I've received about five of them but I don't know how to use the voucher.

I have gotten a buy one, get one half off sale that JustFab was having on their website. Recently, I bought a pair of sneakers and a jumpsuit, and I liked everything that I bought. They were of good quality. I shopped through the website and everything was really on point. I did enjoy my experience and I’d definitely recommend them.

I love my items I bought from JustFab. The clothing are of good quality but inexpensive and are true to size. I recommend my friends to the site all the time.

I just started to shop on JustFab and I have got to say that I am very satisfied with the products. What you see on the picture is really what you get. The fabric is not made cheap and the size are true to themselves. It's very easy to shop.

I've been a member with JustFab shoes since the company started. I'm currently an Elite VIP member and I absolutely love their shoes, hand bags, clothing, etc. I just love the fact that the shoes look expensive but they are only 39.95 and you get free shipping. Little Black Dress. I love the flowing feeling of the dress. The sleeves are perfect and the neckline can be left plain or accented with jewelry. The dress is extremely versatile.

It has been several weeks since I returned a pair of sandals asking for a larger size or a refund. To date I have received neither.

I recently placed my first order; it arrived well within the time frame and the dress fit perfectly. I was concerned about returns, had the dress not fit, but was really happy to find complete instructions for returns. I'm very happy that I didn't have to use them as the dress was a perfect fit and the fabric was as great as I had hoped.

I was a little disappointed that my order didn't ship for 4 days after I placed it, but once shipped, it arrived quickly. Had a return due to a quality issue but the customer service rep I spoke with was wonderful. She quickly and pleasantly processed my request. Not impressed with the time it's taking to get my money credited back to my account though. They received my return over a week ago, yet I have not gotten my money back yet.

I have an issue finding shoes in my size. I am a size 5. I wish you carried them.

It was easy to set up the account and order from JustFab. They had the $10 for first pair offer and I like the discounts that they do. I appreciate how quick their shipping was. I bought a pair of above the ankle, light brown lacy boots two weeks ago and I like them, although I'm still breaking them in because they were a bit tight. My cousin passed on to me her a pair of JustFab shoes and they still work fine. However, JustFab's selections didn't fit my style so I usually look outside of my style boutique and see what they have there.

If I want to buy something, I will check several websites. Having a monthly charge to encourage purchases is horrible. I cancelled my membership. I entered this website because of a "reward" program on an opinion survey website. The styles are much too youthful for me, a grandmother.

I received my shoes today in the mail and I'm very pleased. They are great quality and are exactly as I expected, my first purchase was a great deal too! My only complaint is the expected arrival was the 5th of August and they were not on time, I received them on the 8th. It's a great club and as Long as you're diligent there is no obligation to purchase.

This was my first time ordering from JustFab and I will certainly be ordering again. Ordered the wrong size, had to return. Return process was painless and the customer service reps were very helpful and cheery. Happy with my new shirt.

I have had NOTHING but a good experience with JustFab! The shoes are so well made I've had a few pairs I have been wearing for a few years and still haven't fallen apart or gotten worn of any sorts! The offer to skip a month is GREAT and most places don't have that option! I would DEFINITELY recommend this to all my friends and will continue to keep buying. P.S. Point system is AMAZING.

I'm torn about my opinion of this site. Having large feet, I struggle to find styles that I like that are a good fit and of quality workmanship. JustFab has those shoes. They're cute and they fit well. But their customer service sucks! During the ordering process, the system automatically changed my address to one that was incorrect and would not let me fix it. I called to correct the error, got hung up on three times.

I don't want to be a member anymore. Wasn't informed that I would be charged a fee month after I purchased a pair of boots.

Very easy to order, only took about a week and the shipping costs were minimal. I ordered about a half size too big and not sure if I wanna go through the hassle of exchanging and that would be my only complaint (which is the same with ordering anything online). Nice selection of shoes, seem to be good quality too.

Unfortunately the first pair I ordered didn't fit me, but I have ordered 5 other pairs since and I love them!!! I have never had so many pairs of shoes in my life, and I get so many compliments by people. My best friend normally has to help me find clothes, and she LOVES the shoes I have bought! I purchased these sandals in June, and I'm in love with them. They are a great fit. I can wear them with shorts or a dress. I was skeptical at first making a purchasing from a site. I have heard some good and bad things about. They say experience is a good teacher. I will be buying again soon.

I'm not a fan of the products your site offers. The shoes are not accurate sizing, made of cheap synthetic materials, and not worth $40. The products are comparable to what sells at Payless, and Payless sandals and shoes don't cost half as much as you charge.

Service was very quick. Reps were very knowledgeable, friendly and respond efficiently. I had to return an item. It was dealt with in professional manner and good time frame. I felt well treated as a first-time customer and was well satisfied with the excellent service I received. The product was great Mom and I was looking for. Thanks for your great service. Gorgeous shoes, great prices! Also I like that the shipping is quick and the fact that we can track it. :) I just wish that there was a cancel membership button to make things easier on the women who did not like their experience. I've seen a number of reviews saying the process to cancel is a pain. I'm not cancelling anytime soon though. I plan to be a Diamond Elite VIP member!! ;)

I did not get the skip this month option. I ask for help from Customer Service and was told that there was no account with my email address even after confirming that I just placed an order that was shipped to me. And so was charged for this month.

I can never find my heel height. Every time I look and check for my heel height it says sorry. I'm thinking about canceling.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from your website and all 3 were WAY too small. Definitely not true to size!!! And then you want to charge me another shipping fee. So absurd. I will not be shopping on your site again!!!

I absolutely love justfab.com. It's so easy to shop and find the styles I want. I love the fact that if something is out of stock as soon as they have that item in my size they inform me so I can purchase it right away! Every item I've ordered was just as described. I'll be a customer for a while. :)

The returns process was by far the easiest and most streamlined procedure I have ever experienced.

I love the shoes but you would think you would play the price it says on the item but because I'm shopping from Canada you can expect to add $20-$30 more for your shoes. My last order was $39.95 and over $70 came out of my account.

I really like this company and ordering shoes and everything from you guys, you have really cute things here but the only thing I don't like is, if I don't remember to skip the month then it comes off my MasterCard. Is there a way to get you guys to remind me to do that? That would be great.

I was looking for some items and gave JustFab a try. They were good about exchanging or returning things. However, they charge me x amount of dollars per month, whether I order or not. If I don't order, I end up building this account with them. And when I decided I wasn't finding items with them that I liked, it was a little cumbersome trying to discontinue the account. But I finally got it taken care of.

I was browsing the internet for winter boots and JustFab had a special where I could get my first pair for $9.99 and can get two pairs for the price of one. So I ordered three pairs of boots for $50. I was a member for about a year and half and the only two things that I thought were worthwhile were the boots and bags because I didn't find the quality of the clothes to be worth the price. I could shop at different stores and get a better deal, especially since for the most part, they offer $39.99, apart from the sales and stuff. So I felt a little restricted price-wise.

It was a good experience with JustFab. My first purchase with them was $10. I'd recommend them.

I like how easy it is to shop with them and how they make it really simple. I also availed of the free magazines.

I bought "Melly" shoes along with other things and I was so happy to start wearing them... After few hours I couldn't move anymore and felt like my foot is on fire... The shoes scrubbed against my skin so badly! My friends had to literally lift me and take me home because I couldn't walk anymore! I can't wear any shoes now for few days and I couldn't even go to work! Literally "JustFab" very cheap products and I'm very disappointed.

The deals that JustFab has for customers upon signing up was the reason I became a member. That's what always gets me. For signing up with them, I got two items for just the price of one. Moreover, I don't have as many shoes as I would like to have, so it was nice to be able to start with that. Also, the fact that you can skip a month without having to delete your entire account is really cool.

I had been a member for a couple of years. I would occasionally skip a month because I didn't find he must have boots that I was looking for. I accidentally forgot skipping a couple months so I had 2 credits to use. On Monday I made two separate orders for boots to use the credits. They were delivered separately on Thursday and one of them was wrong. It had my information on the packaging, but inside it had a woman in Pennsylvania's order number, name etc. When I called customer service they were far less than helpful. After being put on hold twice they sent me a return label for the other woman's shoes, gave me 20% off my next order and asked if that was all. I told her no because I had paid for shoes I didn't receive. She said she would reship, but when she looked it up she said they were out of stock.

I have these strappy sandals from JustFab that has a zip in the back and they're my favorite. These are flats but I have seen heel ones and I love it. I also love their boots.

I like the shoes that they sell at JustFab. Majority of the time, I found something that I like but I never can find what's shown on the pictures. But I got some type of a romper from them and I really like it. I was a member for a couple of months and I was able to take advantage of the first time offer.

I bought a pair of booties and a pair of pants four weeks ago and although they're not Nordstrom quality, they’re middle-road quality and worth their purchase price. One issue though is that they offer free shipping within two weeks for members, but because I live in Alaska, I always get an extra charge of $9.00 every single time and take almost three weeks which is a really long time.

I signed up for JustFab last year. However, my credit card expired in February, and I never got around to renewing anything. Turns out, you don't need to. Even six months after not ordering anything, even forgetting to "skip the month", they can still get your new credit card info. Seems shady to me. Some time ago I bought shoes and a bag on their site. I cannot say anything good about the quality (actually, didn't expect much for such a price), just liked the design. Months later I got an SMS that confirmed my payment to this ** shop (it was like I put 39.95 euros on my online account there). First of all, I blocked my card. Secondly, I wrote to them on Facebook about my stolen money. Their Barbi (** Eva) said that I should call them and they'd try to help me. I said that I was abroad in a roaming, so, I was not gonna spend even more money to fix everything. It was their fault, so, I recommended them to find a way to contact me (gave them WhatsApp for free calls). But that ** kept insisting that they could not call me, it was me who should do that.

Having had a conversation with one of your customer service employees it came to light that I had not signed up to your £35 VIP membership yet I was charged £35 twice one the 7th July after having ordered some shoes. The employee I spoke to said she could only see one payment of £35 and kindly, she reimbursed my account as recommended by her colleague. However, the employee indicated that I should get evidence of the two payments of £35 which I did not sign up for. I only have one pair of shoes - which I must say are lovely. Very frustrated at this point and would appreciate a response as your employee informed me that the extra £35 which she could not see must be reimbursed as she cannot see that there are two payments and there definitely shouldn't have even been one! £70!!! I have all the evidence required from my bank account. Please could you help me with this?!

JustFab had really cute shoes and bags that I wanted to buy. It was very easy finding what I wanted especially for shoes as they have different styles. It's the same for bags too and they have styles like the cross body and totes. The website is very easy to navigate and I love the stuff that they have there. I've been for a couple of years and like that they send me the personalized styles and recommendations every month. There's also the option to skip the month so I don't have to pay every month. I bought two bags and some sneakers that were really nice. There's also this one bag that had lots of pockets and different compartments. It's really cute. The products have great quality and I haven't had any bad experiences with things falling apart and they last long too. I hope they keep coming out with really cute stuff.

The shoes are obviously not a high quality but who cares when a pair of boots only cost you $30. My issue is with their customer service. I have had to contact them twice regarding shipping issues. The company will say that they sent emails stating this was going on; however, I never read any of the emails from this company because they send multiple promotion messages a day. I have lost over $1,500 to JustFab and its sister company ShoeDazzle (from the same issue). Being a young girl that works for every penny that is a huge price that this company has caused me. I have absolutely nothing to show for all of that money. I talked to customer service, and they told me that since the "credits" expire, I would have to search through all of those emails to find an e-gift card which doesn't count for much.

Whereas if I knew that my account is not cancelled, I could easily skip each month. I did live chat with customer service and they told me that they cannot refund all money to my account and they can only refund one month which is so ridiculous since I didn't use the money and I didn't buy anything with this money.
