    When I first started out with JustFab, I had a bad experience because they sent me the wrong shoes and when I called back to get them resent, the rep was really rude. Also, the selections are repetitive, and they are just in different patterns or colors. But other than that, everything is always in good quality and the deliveries come quickly.

    I cancelled my account with JustFab because I didn't know that they were gonna charge me $40 a month plus some shoes. I called them to cancel and asked "Why are you all charging me? I haven't got any shoe." They said that's because I was a VIP member of it. But I'm not being a VIP member. I signed up for a free move letter thing. And she said, "Oh, you were talking about a free pair of shoes every month?" They took money from my account for four months so I get four pair of shoes then? But they told me, "No." And when I tried to get the pair of shoes for that one month that they took out, when I went online, she told me that they will charge me. And then as I cancelled, she didn't even wanna let me cancel. If they're charging me, I probably get free shoes and I'm not. They're taking my money for nothing.

    I figured out exactly how my so-called VIP membership for JustFab works and I was okay with it. But I didn't realize that they were gonna be taking approximately $40 out of my card every month if I didn't like cash or Skip the Month on. Talking to someone they told me that that's the way it works and I didn't believe her. So, I called in and they confirmed it. And so as I realize that I cancelled the VIP because I didn't have, I wasn't in but other than that it was okay. I was just hoping that that would have been stressed more at the beginning but I didn't read the fine print in. I had and done my order and everything suits in so it's okay. I also bought two purses. But the shoes that I bought, the heels are too high so I need to return those.

    It's really easy to navigate the website and there's a lot of different shoes to choose from, it's just hard to get the high heeled one because my feet hurt after a while. But I like all the shoes and as a member I get to choose new ones each week and can get one that are worth more than 40 bucks for only 40 bucks. The only problem I've ever had with shoes I've gotten there is with my last purchase but it's probably just the boots that I bought that are faulty. Because I've only worn them 5 times and half of the sole of the boot was already coming off. It’s the first time it’s ever happened and they don’t seem to be cheaply made so I was really shocked.

    But other than that JustFab has beautiful shoes for good prices and that you can wear with so many things if you get the right type of shoes. I got a pair of bright blue suede flats with a silver tip and they're really awesome. I just really wish they had 9 ½ because they have half sizes all the way up until 9 but then it goes to 10. I’m a 9 ½ so I have to a lot of times hope that I get a shoe that’s gonna fit. If I get a 9 I hope it’s not gonna be too tight, or get a 10 I hope it’s not gonna be too big.

    My fiancée liked the styles and some of the deals that JustFab had on a consistent basis and that's why she kept ordering from them. And me not knowing a whole bunch about shoes, finding out the stuff that she liked and what the specials and what-not, I decided to sign up as well. I don't know much about shoes but it was easy to find what I needed and then get it here. They're pretty fast with shipping. So everything was great.

    When I did have an issue when my order got cancelled, which was kind of my fault, my credit got refunded so I could actually use it right away instead of having to wait and wait and wait. But maybe next time if an order got cancelled due to them checking the stock and it wasn’t in the particular color and style that you were looking for, in addition to sending an email on order cancellation if they could do a phone call it would be exceptionally helpful. Like an extra added measure because sometimes people don’t always check their emails. In my case, I was kind of wondering what happened to the order because I had actually missed the email.

    I just saw some shoes that I liked on JustFab so I purchased them. And if I go to the store to get some shoes they never fit right and used to always hurt my feet, so I said I was going to try JustFab. When I tried them it's like every shoe that I get is just so comfortable that I can wear them. My experience has been excellent up until April 4 when I purchased the last pair of shoes.     My last purchase was a pair of pumps and a faux fur vest. The shoes actually were a little small. I had gotten them in a 9 because they were out of half sizes and the 9 was actually too small (small meaning like it hurt at the tip because they were pointy toe pump). Whereas my other pointy toe pumps, I have an 8 and they fit fine. The vest looked more high-end looking online, but when I got it in person, it didn't to me. I still like the vest, don’t get me wrong, but it looked almost a little bit cheaper than it did online.

    I would recommend JustFab. Just watch what size you get. Because if you get the wrong size then you gotta go through sending it back and since it’s an online retailer, it’s kind of hard... but I love the stuff. Even if I skip the month, I still go on and see what they have. And by the way the pumps that I bought, even though they hurt, they're still my favorite lol. They’re so cute.

    I have been wanting to look at and possibly shop on this site for a long time after seeing ads. When logging on the site is easy to navigate, seems fun with the style questions etc. Immediately you are presented with a pop up box inviting you to become a vip member and get access to a virtual personal stylist etc, plus if you then order within 2 hours of subscribing you get your first order for around £9 instead of the introductory buy 1 get 1 free. This looks like it is some sort of mailing list and presented as a bit of fun, with you choosing your tastes and styles from pics of celebs that pop up. ABSOLUTELY NOT - BEWARE.

    I didn't read the small print, and not until I had ordered my shoes at knock down rate and paid for them did I get e-mail explaining that the VIP club will mean a random pairs of shoes being chosen for me on 1st of each month and I will be billed for them unless I opt out. What a rip off. Never again. Then I phoned to unsubscribe (as you can't easily unsubscribe on website) on an 0844 number that costs a fortune and some non English speaking woman starts telling me if I do I can't have my shoes at that price. So I say "Fine, cancel my order." She then says "It is too late to do so." So I explain "You better not take any extra money from my card for the purchase I have already paid in full for. I give you absolutely no permission." She then says "Oh no we won't," then starts rambling on about all the benefits I will lose to which I cut her short due to cost of call and finished it.

    I am furious I will be speaking to my bank when I finish this to ensure they can take no more monies from my card. If I want to buy shoes, I will choose them and I will decide where and when I buy them. I will be making sure everybody I know on my social media network etc knows about this as if you try and take me for an idiot. I will bite back 3 fold, and I hate scammers who pose as legitimate big companies. If the VIP club membership had been made VERY CLEAR on sign up, fine no problem, but it is not, so it is a money making scandal.

    JustFab had a pair of boots that I wanted that were pretty cheap so I signed up with them. It was pretty easy to find the style that I want and I like that you can earn credit and use it later. And that's what I normally do. They also have special offers like the two for $39.95 before and just like a certain percentage off. The first time when I signed up I got 50% off my first purchase. One of my favorites that I got from them is this huge, reversible, leather bag. The quality of the items that I got were pretty good and I use them all the time.

    I heard about JustFab from a friend of mine who ordered her shoes online because she was a size 11, it's easier for her. I wear a size 10 so sometimes when I'm shopping, it's hard for me to find cute shoes in my size. With JustFab, it's easy to find the kind of shoes that will fit me that are relatively inexpensive. So I found shoes my size, I ordered them, and they came on time. But I wouldn't buy heels from them. I've only been their member for 2 months and that was my last purchase.

    JustFab is a complete scam. Their recent fine of $1.8 million to settle a suit over misleading customers about automatic monthly payments charged to their credit card proves they were deceptive and misleading. They charged me 39.95 for 2 months until I discovered it. I called and then they wanted to blame me for their deception. I don't understand, well yes I do, it is greed that makes people do things like this. I cancelled my membership and I won't order online anymore except from major retailers. They don't care as long as they are making money.

    JustFab has been wonderful. There were two orders though when the shoe size that I got was not true to fit. One time at a clearance sale, I ordered a size 6 pair of red heels but what I got from them was something closer to an 8 or 9. It must have gotten mixed up, but I didn't return them, just gave them to someone else. Another incident was with a pair of boots - they're really hard to wear. So again, I just gave them to someone with smaller feet than mine. So they turned out to be fine, nothing terrible. Once I found out my correct size though, I've been happy with every purchase I've done from them. I tell everyone whenever I get my shoes on, I say "it's JustFab".

    I just signed up to JustFab, but I was not aware of the charge I received every month, so I've tried ringing up to cancel my membership but nobody will answer the phone.     Most of their shoes were what made me purchase from them. They had a lot of unique shoes that I didn’t see at other places, and they were sold at a good price. I have been a member for eight months and I have bought six pairs of shoes. However, due to financial reasons I cancelled my membership because I’m going back to school.     To put it simply, I had an awful experience with JustFab. In the beginning I was fine with the website and found a couple pairs of sandals I liked and ordered them. A little over a month later I noticed 39.95 taken from my account from this website when I had not ordered anything. Researching the website, I found the fine print that said you must "skip" a month of purchases. Never once did it say you will be charged if you don't skip. How can a company like this blatantly get away with practically stealing money from people without their consent? Never once was I warned that I would be charged if I did not continue to purchase every month. I have yet to be refunded of my money; therefore, I will be calling the Better Business Bureau in the next few minutes to express my concerns for others potentially robbed by this inconsiderate and disgusting business.

    My minor daughter purchased shoes, which she was very dissatisfied with. Then, to add insult, she was charged $39.95 a month later. She was clueless about the charge, not even realizing she had joined anything like a VIP membership. She is 16, has a part time minimum wage job, learning how to manage money. JustFab gave her quite an education on unethical and misleading practices. When she called to ask to be refunded the $39.95, she was told she would not be refunded and she would lose her $39.95 credit in her account for future purchases if she cancelled her account. They need to learn about customer service. How you treat your customer is more important than your policies. I never post complaints publicly. However, I felt it my obligation to inform and warn your future customers. BUYER BEWARE!!!

    I really like JustFab. I've always bought shoes and boots from them. Their shoes are of very good quality, however I can’t seem to fit their shoes. I wear a size 10. I’m thinking that my feet grew so I probably am a size 10 ½ but they don’t carry 10 ½ and the 11’s are a little too big. I’m able to fit the size 11 heels but the size 11 flats are just a little too big and the 10’s are a little too small. So I keep having to send them back. I have some more that I’m sending back today because they just can’t fit, but my cousin has some that she just got the other day and I’m gonna order the same ones that she has because I fit in those.

    I have FOUR charges in my account. Not just one, but FOUR. I do have more than one account because I opened accounts for my sisters. And after having called and getting hung up on over 6 times, I thought the accounts were closed. But now I have to pay an overdraft fee because I was charged FOUR times for something I didn't agree to. I don't want anything from the website, I want my money back. But the customer service line reps are rude and tend to hang up on me when I ask about refunds or when I try to close the accounts.     I’ve been a member of JustFab for about a year or two now. I like that they don’t hassle me about the shoes or that I got to buy and they give the option of skipping a month.     I like the website a lot. I'd seen nice stuff and it's really easy to find items that I want. They were having a buy-one, get-one-free deal when I purchased from them which was fantastic. I rang JustFab and was told this was part of being a 'VIP member', even though I did not ask to be one. The debits become credits which you can spend on their site, though I don't actually NEED a new pair of shoes every month (I mean, how greedy would that be when there's starving children in deprived countries??). Anyway... They said they'll refund the last 2 payments from my account, though that left £35 to spend on their online store. I'd rather have the money back thanks, but I was given some kind of excuse as to why one payment had to be left in??

    I logged on this morning to find I cannot get into my profile?? I cannot use my credit of £35?? I cannot add anything to the basket?? When I try to click on any page to purchase, it takes me back to the home page and asks me to set up my profile again?? Where has my (MY £35 that you took from my bank) gone?? Why can I not purchase anything with the credit that has now disappeared?? I think you need to make it clear in BIG writing to new customers so they know what they're getting themselves into... I want my £35 back, or a pair of shoes that I'm entitled to... Then I want to cancel my membership... And please...DO NOT take anymore money from my bank!

    Ordered a pair of Federica shoes in the UK size 5.5, as stated on the website. Received them and they were made from really bad material and I couldn't get my foot in it. They were way too small. I called the call center to complain and was told that "Because the shoes are in US sizes, you have to order a size bigger than you actually are." This makes no sense to me. They are a UK-based company so the sizes on their site should be proper UK sizes. I asked her where it says this on the website and she told me "Only in the "help" section". Why would anyone click on the help section unless they thought they needed help? If their sizes are a size too small, why don't they say that when you order them? I told her I wanted a full refund to my card, not a store credit which she refused to begin with, but with more persistence she finally said I would be able to get a full refund.

    I asked her if the company would refund the £3.95 I paid in postage as well, because essentially I have ordered shoes that were never going to fit me. She refused this. Everything about this company seems underhand. The whole idea that they automatically make you, what they call a "VIP member" and then will charge you £35 a month unless you buy shoes or log in and click the "skip" button - it's outrageous. I am a busy person and I didn't realise I had to do this so have ended up being forced to buy yet another pair of crappy shoes otherwise they have £35 off me for nothing. I am planning on cancelling my membership as soon as the shoes come and I really hope nothing goes wrong there.

    I am outraged by the customer service as well. I was hung up on twice whilst trying to sort this all out. It is hard because obviously the people taking the calls are not English and so I feel a lot is lost in translation, plus you speak to a different person every time so you have to try to explain your case over and over again. I would expect much better quality for £35 and I feel that the whole way they work is very sneaky and wrong. I should receive a full refund and postage and not have to buy another pair of shoes I don't even want!

    In February or March 2014 I ordered a pair of shoes from Justfab. I cancelled my account through my bank and spoke with customer services regarding this cancellation and refund of money which I received. To my horror and dismay I have just discovered they have started taking money from my account again without my say so or consent. I have not dealt or spoken with this company in over a year. As far as I can see £35 was taken on 8th April/15 and again on 7th May/15. This is £70 which I can least afford. I have already wrote a complaint on their website and awaiting a reply, also tried contacting them today without success. Please can you advise or help to resolve this situation?

    I was looking at some items on their website but when you go into JustFab, you have to log in and put your information first to view the website. Also, I never knew I was a member. I went into overdraft in my account and that's when I found out that JustFab has been taking $39.95 from my account for the last three months without me ordering shoes from them. When I called them, they told me that they signed me up to be a member and I said I don't want that and they can't just sign somebody for something that they didn't sign up for. He then put me on hold and said they were going to refund the three transactions within 5-7 business days. That's not the way to get people to purchase items from their website by signing them up because JustFab have their credit card number. They think it's okay to continue to debit people's card every month and if you don't watch your account, you would never have caught it. I would never recommend JustFab.

I'm kind of hesitant buying some items (like clothes) from them because I'm up and down on my weight, but I do love their shoes. I've been a member for a year now and they actually had me on this VIP thing. I was a little hesitant about it because it was like $40 and I didn't know about it initially.     I have my own personal account that I make sure I tend to and skip every month because not every month do I need shoes. I have two nieces whom I had recommended the website to and set up their accounts. I had paid for their first purchase and reiterated the importance of skipping the month but being that if they missed it by accident I would be the one getting charged. So on the 1st I had made sure all our accounts were skipped myself but all of a sudden I check my checking account today and it says that they have charged me for $39.95 yesterday, which is impossible because I skipped the months myself!

    I was already disgusted with this company being that they had sent me some shoes that were made of absolutely the utmost worst quality and now this. I am so disappointed and dissatisfied in the service and I have been happy with past shoes but this will now be the third time I have had an issue with their service and I am contemplating whether I want to continue investing anytime or money into it. However a week later, JustFab took £35 out of my account without me knowing why. It was then I found out that they automatically enroll you into a VIP Membership - I was not aware of this and it does not make it clear when purchasing a product from them.     I am absolutely furious with JustFab. I have tried to cancel my account on so many occasions but the customer services team make it stupidly difficult! I've emailed and called countless amounts of times to cancel but yet again I've been charged £35 twice for not skipping the months AFTER I've asked to have my account closed down! I bought a pair of shoes months ago but they had an odd fitting so I sent them back to be told I couldn't get a refund and a member credit was given.

    There is nothing on their site for me, their fittings are of no use to me at all. I've called to ask for the 3 credits to be refunded and account closed down yet again, and I've been told it's against policy to refund me, so I've basically been robbed of £105 and still have an account set up. I have a disabled son with appointments and prescriptions coming out of my ears, a full time job and a house to run. I do not have time to remember to eat most days, let alone have to remember to log on to this terrible site to skip a month! Poor excuse of a company, very very upset!!

    I like the style of JustFab shoes, but I've ordered several things that do not fit my feet. They don't have a wide width so the width is not comparable. I wear a 6 1/2 so I have to order a 7 from them, thinking that it would fit. But since I have a wide width, everything that I've purchased so far, I really haven't been able to wear and I've just given them away to my family members or neighbors. However as far as the wear of and the quality, the shoes look good.     I purchased two pairs of sandals for the excellent price of £35 on 19/04/2015 not understanding that I was entering into an agreement that I would be charged for a membership on a monthly basis. I hear there is a policy regarding this but policy is no good if it is unclear and there is no clear warning as to what you are entering into. To my horror I was charged £35 today, completely changing my opinion of JustFab from a satisfied customer to an extremely outraged one. The website is extremely fast and easy to use, but unfortunately in it's efficiency, it's too easy to miss contracts you may or may not be signing up to.

    I requested a refund and cancellation of the service via online chat today only to be told it has to be carried out over the phone and a refund cannot be offered due to the terms of the policy. This is fine but then the customer advisor tried to sell me more shoes! This is completely unacceptable as I was clearly dissatisfied with the service and the advisor should be more concerned with resolving my complaint. Also, the wait times to call through are ridiculously long, and being a stay at home mother of a 2 year old, I do not have time to sit on the phone for an hour with no child care to get this product cancelled.

    I would be extremely grateful if my fee was reimbursed as this has clearly been a big misunderstanding. If I had received this refund I would have gladly purchased shoes from JustFab in future as the website is easy to use and the delivery was fast, price is great and quality is good. But now I have been treated like this and outright refused a refund for a service I haven't used, I will be unlikely to return to JustFab.

    I used Just Fab to order a pair of shoes as they were cheap and looked as if they were good quality. And signed up for a membership as it would give you 75% off not seeing you are charged an extra £35 a months which I didn't notice until I had ordered. They do not let you cancel your membership without contacting them, which makes it a lot more difficult to do so.

    After seeing their advertisement on TV so many times I decided to join. It was little hard for me to find an item that I really like. I purchased 2 items and was not so happy. It was not true to size. I wanted an exchange for different size but item was already out of stock and I could not find other item I like. The fabric and the material of the items were too cheap. I do understand I'm not purchasing high end brand but as someone who knows the industry they can do better with price they have now. I wanted to cancel my membership and reverse my existing balance. They said I have to use it. After a purchase with bad material and not being true to size it is more difficult for me to choose an item.

    The only reason I joined JustFab was they have clothing too. I used to have membership with different company but they only sold shoes. When I canceled with them they even reversed my balance with no problem. I felt like respected customer even though I was canceling my account. I'm pretty sure not all their products have bad material or not true to size but trying to choose an item is like gambling. I feel like I want to go back to the previous company after my experience with JustFab. I will give a chance and wait for new products and see but if I'm still unsatisfied I want my balance back in my card.

Well I thought let me give a chance and later saw memorial day discount but sorry if you wanna use your credit, you are not qualified for discount. You took 40 dollar of my account and call me VIP then tell me you can't even use it as 40 dollar plus you have to give you more money to have this deal you're offering. How awful is this. This is a joke. I'm not purchasing anything from JustFab and I'll tell everyone I know to not to get scammed by them. So many complaint about this company and they don't even care. I want my money back.

    You order shoes one time, and all of a sudden they are taking $39.95 from my checking account. At no point did I agree to a membership. They claim it is somewhere on their disaster of a website.     I have just tried for the third time to get through to JustFab on the phone (which is the only way you can cancel a membership or speak to billing) and have been on hold for so long I have given up yet again! I have been charged for the last 2 months for a membership I did not want and really feel quite tricked in to having in the first place...they are not clear when you buy your initial pair of shoes that you are actually buying a membership which although I am sure it is in the small print I feel it should be much clearer.

    I managed to get hold of them on the phone a couple of months ago to cancel my account and believed that it had been done until I noticed this month that money had been taken from my Paypal account. Then I looked in to it and noticed it was also taken last month too. I am furious as I have had a payment bounce from my bank because of this unexpected expense and incurred a charge...and I can't even get through to them on the phone. I would like my £70 refunded back to my Paypal account immediately as this is theft in my eyes and I just cannot afford this kind of thing to happen. Mistakes happen but it is very upsetting when you can't even get through on the phone to sort it out with them.

    You don't know when buying shoes that they sign you into a membership where they auto debit your card monthly. I even called to cancel my membership once I got the email saying they would debit my account. After canceling, they still charged my card!!! I called to have the charge reversed and they said they record all calls and that this call was my first! They didn't reverse the charge. They will not have my business again although I loved the shoes. Sucks that a simple $40 bucks is worth losing a customer who would have shopped there again.

    I have been skipping each month. I went to skip last month and my account is inactive and my billing information was blank, so I assumed if an account is inactive I wouldn't be charged. I then look on my credit card statement and I was charged 49.95! I have tried to get a hold of anybody in this company to resolve this issue and I just keep getting passed around.     I'm going to return the one pair which I purchased the end of April. I'm not sure if they'll take it back since it's been a while. I didn't wear them since they were not comfortable. They're still new in their pack. I also ordered another pair of shoes but the heels were uncomfortable even if I just walk a few steps. It's almost like I want to fall down.     Whomever I just spoke with at JustFab to cancel my account had no idea what he was doing nor was he listening to me. I was not satisfied with my purchases from their site and I returned everything and no longer want to be part of their membership club. The representative just kept on repeating that I had a "credit" (Even though he could not think of the word) of the $39.95 and I had to tell him ten times that I did not care about the credit and to cancel my membership. He kept on proceeding to sell me while he had no idea what he was doing as he was reading through a script while on the phone with me and went silent on me for long periods of time. Do not waste your time with this company as this is my second incident with their customer service.

    I was signed up with JustFab before but then I guess my account deactivated from me not using it. I just started this new account for about a year and it's their shoes that interest me to be a member. I started buying so many shoes, I always get like a free pair or half-off.     JustFab's shoes look nice and the price was right, so that's when I first ordered. After the first order, I liked the shoes that I got so I continued to order from them. I've been a member for over a year now. I like the special offers they have. There was one time however that I had ordered some boots that were on sale and they didn't fit on my legs so I tried to return them. I couldn't get a hold of anyone, and I ended up giving the boots to my niece. There's also one other time that I ordered sandals that was on sale and they zipped at the back. The zipper came apart from the leather when I was trying them on. But I never did try to do anything about returning them so I still have the sandals. Other than that, every other order I've gotten, the shoes are nice and I have recommend them.

    I want to cancel my VIP status because I can’t afford to keep up with the justfab style of business. Often, I can't get through on the phone - when I do, there is lots of attitude - a lot of pretending like they don't get what the rest of the world is going through. Just stop charging my account for goods not purchased or instead send me something for the $49 like a handbag that I can give out as a gift. My other friend is hearing impaired - I cannot be calling all the time on her behalf to have you guys cancel her account.     JustFab really tries to scam customers by reeling them in with an initial good deal, but once you are a member the deals aren't very good and they charge your account $40 a month whether you purchase anything or not.     A friend of mine told me about JustFab. I signed up for membership based on her recommendation and because I liked the prices and I wanted to be able to have the option to see more shoes. I also really like the fact that I can just ship my shoes right back if they don't fit or if I don't like them.

I wore them and I did give them some wear, but they started to peel in the front. After this winter, I can't wear them anymore, and I just bought them in November, so that's not too cool.     I have been charged for a membership I did not want to have in the first place. I purchased my first pair of shoes and have since been skipping each month as I do NOT want to purchase anymore shoes. You can see this from my account activity. I forgot to skip the month previous and to my horror I have been charged. I have been told that I agreed to the VIP membership at the time of purchase which I would not do had I known and had it been clear that I would have to pay £35 each month if I chose not to skip the month. I think your system is appalling and I am disgusted with how you trick your customers into agreeing to the VIP membership if they want to take advantage of the 50% off of their first purchase. I do not wish to purchase any shoes and I would really appreciate if you could refund the £35 you have taken off my card.

    I purchased one pair of boots from JustFab, and was so disappointed with them. I've only been able to wear them twice because they are stiff, unevenly made, and uncomfortable. They were cheaply, poorly made, and definitely not worth the prices they were asking. I spend the next several months skipping each month and decided to cancel once I got a phone.

    The customer service rep could barely speak English and was in a room so loud I could barely hear her, let alone understand her. She kept me on the phone, repeatedly ignoring my request to cancel, asking repeatedly for me to give it another chance and just skip if I didn't want anything that month, but not cancel. Once my baby had been crying a while, she finally gave in and put me on hold, then said she cancelled my account, but said I should keep checking the page and consider ordering again. Poor products and pushy car salesmen customer service tactics just show your company is about quantity, not quality.

    For the VIP membership even though they said is a free shipping for items $39+ that's not true. I get charge more than $9 even though I live in Puerto Rico and we are USA territory. The size of the clothes are not accurate compare to the chart and when decide to cancel my VIP membership and having "2 credits" cause I already was charge twice $39.95 they don't want to refund those charges to my credit card. And the lame excuse I get is that those doesn't have value of money, that I need to use it in their clothes etc. How is possible they use the excuse that doesn't have value money when obviously it's money, they charge that amount twice to my credit card.

    I didn't get this 'fab credit'' for the things I bought. The only thing that could be consider not to have money value is the points. The system of the points work that for every item you bought you earn some points. I'm very angry because in the terms of the contract said that you can cancel at any time, without any charges. I want my refund of 79.90.

    Overall I am satisfied with my subscription. I actually read the terms and know that you need to buy 1 $40 items a month (unless otherwise specified). The user reviews are helpful determining size adjustments per product. My main concern is the customer service. Good luck getting a response via email concerning your questions. Calling them is almost worse. Yes, they are always polite on the phone, but there is so much "JustFab advertising." They have to say that when you get to talk. They reply with more **, "Well didn't you know about this offer?" It's completely impersonal. It doesn't seem that they have any control over your account and always tell me what I'm trying to fix can't be fixed right now.

    Examples: On 1st, My bank account showed an automatically purchase from the company. I logged in to check my account and orders, I hadn't bought anything. So I call. They couldn't find an order status for me either. But they did see the charge. We are both confused. They get info for credit theft or something. 2 days later I get a package. I had placed an 'Auto Pay' on an item for when it were to become available.. and when it did, my card was charged for it on the 1st of the month. So I don't need to hit skip a month, because my money purchased and it right? But, that doesn't apply to my 1 item a month, so I'm charged anyway.

    When I call, I am told if I don't hit skip I will be charged. After explaining my situation, she says the same thing. So I try to explain it differently. "Okay, so in the future, if I have one of my autopay items become available within the 1st and 5th of the month, will that count as my monthly purchase?" "Yes." "Oh, okay. But for some reason it doesn't count for this instance (which is why I called in the first place)?" "You have a credit, because you didn't skip." ABSURD.

    #2 I return shoes in change for a different size. Time passes and no word. No email for status. I call. Turns out I wasn't getting them. They were on "limited quantity" for those who already purchased them. (But clearly my purchase didn't count.) Not only was I not notified of this, it wasn't until I called that they gave me a credit. Funny enough, the size I wanted WAS available.

    #3 I return/exchange a few shoes for size. (Again, reviews help except with new items.) I decided I want to make all 3 pairs in my order to the same shoe, w/ different colors.. I call. Of course I'm being bombarded with their advertising speech. I explain. "I would like to updated my items to all the same shoes with the different colors." They offer. I'm told there is nothing to do until the shoes are reported back at the warehouse and my order is getting ready to ship. What? But I didn't want that order to ship. I wanted time take a step beforehand, correct my order, and wait for THAT shipment. Nope. I'm told to call back when the shoes arrive. How am I supposed to know when they receive my shoes? Why wasn't I given the option to exchange for a different size AND shoe, if it's all the same price? Why is the customer support not able to edit your file?

    #4 I had just placed an order and realized I needed the faster shipping. So I call. "Just Fab... fashion consultant... Did you know... android android... Special..." I finally can speak to this person. "I would like to change the shipping on much order." "Okay. We'll have to cancel your order, and reorder it with the shipping." doesn't sound that bad. But then I am told that not only will that purchase be charged to my bank account, but also my updated one. And a "reversal fee." After I would receive the order, then the first one will go away. Says it depends on my bank. And my bank has nothing to do with that. (I've extensively talk to them.) Basically, for the $8 adjustment, I'm paying twice the amount? "For a few days."

    Why does their customer service not have access to simply modify an order's status? One should not have to give them their card # over the phone for an existing account. All in all, if I never have to deal with someone and the quality and product specification remain accurate, I enjoy the membership. Shipments are predictable, and selection is great. Very wide variety. Please allow C. support to make simple adjustments if some things are to change.

    I'm having a good experience with JustFab. They seemed like a reputable company so I signed up with them. The style of shoes are categorized, so it was easy for me to find what I was looking for.I like the benefits of being a member -- the VIP, where you get points, and being able to have a discount on the shoes.     I have had a VIP membership for a couple of years now, and though I have tried several times to cancel this membership by calling their listed number, I have been unsuccessful. The first time I called the customer service rep told me that the department that handled cancellations was closed, and then she hung up on me. JustFab's website clearly states that their customer service department is open 24/7. Every other time that I have tried to call and cancel my membership I have been unable to get through.

    I have called at 5 am my local time and I have called late at night hoping to get around the "high volume" times. I have sat waiting on the phone for over an hour to no avail. I am not one of those people who was unaware of the monthly fees, I went into this membership with my eyes open. However, the ridiculously long wait times on the phone for cancellations and the customer service reps giving members the runaround when they want to cancel is inexcusable.

    I like what I saw on the website of JustFab and it wasn't difficult to find the style I was looking for. I like how they take out your styles for you and you don't have to look at the boutique. My favorite so far is the yellow, wooden heels that I bought from them. But I don't like their flat shoes because they feel like you're walking on the ground.     I don’t like purchasing anything and I don’t like sending money. So my husband signed up for the membership at JustFab and treated it for me although he didn’t understand it at first. Every time you purchase it with a membership, you get two pairs for $39.95 and I do like that deal. That’s how I started shopping.     JustFab was great. I just had to opt out of the VIP because I'm very forgetful. There's no way I'm going to remember to skip the month every month. And so, I have the fear of being charged if I ever forgot to skip the month. Other than that, the service was fine. Their styles are great, prices were fine and their shipping policy was friendly. It was not difficult to find the style of shoes I was looking for. All I had to do was click on what I had in mind, whether medium-heeled, flat or wedge. You could add some more options like colors and shoe types, partly leather or patent. The shopping experience was great for me. The quality of the items I've purchased from them are not all the same. I did buy a handbag, but I didn't like it. And I didn't like the fact that I don't get a refund when I make a return on a purchase. The best I get is an exchange or store credit. So I couldn't return the handbag that I didn't like, I decided to give it to someone.

One thing I don't like about them is that the VIP club is sketchy. We've learned that we have to be very careful because it can sneak up on us without us knowing that it's really happening.     I will contact the police very soon about this company to investigate this further. I think that SCAMMING is not legal. On this page (Consumer Affairs) as well as Trustpilot I have a lot of proofs that they are lying to so many people and taking money from people's bank account every month.
