I ordered a pair of $15 boots, which by the way, I didn't care for. I was charged another $40 and was told that you are automatically signed up as a member when you place an order. I asked to be removed and it was a problem. I then continued to ask for a manager because they said that my account would still be active and possibly be charged. I asked and finally got the account closed. I do not recommend to anyone. The boots are not worth even $15, let alone $75.

I just love how amazing is the website selection. Love the clothes, the accessories are to die for...and the shoes...OMG!!! The shoes. It's the only place where I feel that I can buy with my eyes close. LOVE IT!!!

I've been a member of JustFab for three months. I bought from them because of their price. I like JustFab and they have really good quality shoes. In fact, I just got my other new pair and I loved them.

I was very interested in JustFab until it became hard to find the shoes I wanted in my size. That's when I began to skip months. With so much going on, I forgot to skip a month on my accounts and saw that I was charged per account. I called the customer service number and explained my situation but clearly no one cared. I understand they send out reminders but the representative could've been more understanding. JustFab was great when it started but now I am very disgusted with this company!

I liked my sister's outfits or shoes from JustFab. I signed up with them and I like the convenience of being a member. I also like the points, the free jewelry, and the free little treats that I get. The quality of my purchases is good and I just got shoes from them last week.

JustFab seemed like a really good deal and I got a first time buyer promotion. I bought a pair of boots and they're great. However, I don’t like how the pages refresh and I have to keep scrolling past what I’ve already seen.

I canceled my membership four months ago, I spoke to a representative on the phone as suggested. They tried to get me to stay a member but I respectfully declined the offer. The lady to me everything was good to go and assured me that my membership was canceled. A few days ago I checked my bank statements and they have been charging me this whole time. I am very dissatisfied.

I like the products that I was seeing at JustFab. They looked like they had good quality. I like the fact that you can get multiple shoes and they actually frequently have sales. So I felt it's a good thing to try. It's very easy to find an item. But if you see something that catches your eye, you should purchase it immediately because it will sell out. The accessories might not be a lot in quantity because I've never had an issue with shoes, but only with accessories. They don't stock quite as many of the accessories.

I've been a JustFab member for more than eight months. The quality of the boots I bought was great. However, the selections from their style experts never come in my size. Then when I finally try to get them, they're out. But, everything has been simple and easy with them.

JustFab sends me emails and it seemed like pretty good deals and very pretty shoes, so I went and browsed the site and I found these gorgeous shoes and it was really cheap - $39.99 wasn’t bad. I signed up when I saw Kimora Lee Simmons talking about it. However, I never really took advantage of it. It was just recently I wanted to get a jump on the fall for my shoes, and I decided to give it a try. I ordered from this other website and the shoes were cheaper and they looked good but when I got them, they weren’t comfortable at all. I ordered from JustFab and it was well worth it. The shoes are very comfortable and very stylish. They’re very good quality shoes. They don’t look like someone just glued them together, which I absolutely hate. They look like they cost more than they do.

JustFab has a variety of styles to choose from and their items are of good quality. I've been a member for three years, and my favorite aspect besides getting my items shipped really fast, is the easy return if I end up not liking it or if it does not fit. Initially, when I signed up, I thought that they had a lot of items that I can wear. However, I haven't really been shopping as much as I thought I would because most of their shoes are very high heels. I can't seem to find heels that are within my comfortability range.

JustFab had that $10 for a pair of shoes deal that was going on then so I purchased from them. The selection process was very easy. I've been a member for two months now although I haven't used it much. The shoes were the only thing that I've purchased so far but they're great and I love them.

I bought a few pairs of boots for the winter and with the discounts it was a steal! The boots are decent quality, not worth the original $39.95 a pair though. I looked at the clothes and loved some of the unique items and planned on putting in another order, but I have some work requirements that mean I will need to be in my uniform for a while and not get to wear regular clothes so I held off for a bit.

I’ve done shopping for shoes and other stuff at JustFab and I like the quality of the shoes. I cancelled my membership a few years ago when I stopped working but I decided to reenter because I wanted to get a pair of shoes from them. And then I started seeing that there were more nice shoes. I have two pairs of heels from them and they're pretty good.

I've received some vouchers in the mail with a coupon code for the sales too. Overall, it's a pleasant experience, and I would absolutely recommend them.

I wanted new boots so I got a pair from JustFab for $12 and about 2 weeks ago, I bought a purse. The quality of the items I have bought is very good but the purse rubs on my blue jeans and it turns bluish so I have to rub it off. That's okay though. I like JustFab. It's good to have.

I recently joined JustFab (June 2016) and when signing up with the company you receive a membership VIP special which is 2 pairs of boots/shoes for $39.99. I specifically signed up to receive this deal and was pleasantly surprised that when I continued to shop I needed up loving multiple items (all fall boots) and ordered 5 pairs at an awesome price for under $100. I was so excited and couldn't wait to receive my boots just in time for fall. I received the boots and they were very nice quality but unfortunately they all were .5 size too small. I ordered 8.5 and they all came in an 8. I was obviously disappointed because I knew I'd have to return and exchange them and that would take time and I wanted the boots for a family photo shoot.

It's easy to find the styles that I'm searching for at JustFab. I've been a member for a couple of months now and I got $80 special offer but then I'm gonna cancel them since I don't need that much stuff. I bought a pair of leather boots two weeks ago and the quality is good, I love it. I’ve already recommended them to friends.

I cancelled this acct in march 2016 & they were "Suppose" to refund me... Since then they have Taken 3 more charges. I just spent over 20 minutes on telephone trying to get them to understand to refund my money.

I saw a pair of shoes that I wanted from JustFab. It's a pair of black booties which I purchased a month ago. They're awesome and I got a lot of compliments for it. It's very easy to find what I'm looking for, and the selections I was given were great, just what I like.

It was not difficult to find what I was looking for and I found the specific shoes I wanted from JustFab. I also like the deals they give to their members. My favorite purchase was a pair of clean nude heels which I bought last May for a wedding. The quality of the heels was pretty good. The only issue I have was I didn't know that I would get charged 40 bucks a month. I'm still waiting if I would get my money back for those two months.

My friend had a really cute pair of booties. I asked her where she got them so she told me she got it from JustFab. I've been a member for a month and a half, and finding the items that I like is relatively easy however, I received a shipment with two pairs of boots. It was my first shipment, so I got the first pair for $10, which was great. However, I'm 5’1” and so the boots came up to like my knees, so it was really uncomfortable to walk in. I will be returning them and getting a different pair. So now, I made sure to pay attention to the shaft size, which I noticed that some of the boots don’t have that listed which is something I would suggest that they should have. On the other hand, I got another pair of shoes which is pretty good and I'm very happy with it.

I've been a member of JustFab for a couple of years now since they ran their buy one, get one free promotion that I saw on TV. The selections they provide are great, and I love being able to go on and look any time I want. Also, I don't have to order just to begin another month. A couple of years ago, I bought a pair of red booties, which are my favorite. Then about two weeks ago, I bought some sweater dresses and jackets, and the quality of these items are somewhere in the middle. There are items that I absolutely love and keep, while there are items where sizes are off, or have material that isn't as nice, so I just return them.

I got a JustFab gift card so I bought shoes from them. The shoes that I kept were fine. However, I ordered a pair and the color was wrong and then I ordered a blouse and it didn’t fit properly so I had to return those. Also their filters on the website could use some improving. Im going to cancel my membership though I keep forgetting to do that.

Until today I was a VIP customer for years. Do not buy! Going through their refund/store credit is horrible! Their website say 5-7 business days but that is not true. I was going on almost one month and did not hear back from them until I finally called and asked about my refund status. They charge a $5.95 restocking fee PER PAIR OF SHOES!!! Most of the shoes on their website look great on their website, but when you receive your shoes they look and feel different. They used to be better a few years ago when I first started with them, but lately are horrible. STAY AWAY!

I called in to exchange a sweater I purchased that was too large. I was told I would get a return label in my email, or that it would show up in my JustFab account. I waited for several hours and called back in again to say I had not received it (And yes, I checked my spam folder). I was told they would send one out again. This time I waited for several days (still checking my spam as well) and looking in my order area online for it. I never found it. I was discouraged, and was going to be busy on the road for a while so I never bothered calling back in again. I'll call today and see what happens.

I wanted to buy some shoes and I saw JustFab online. I made an account, and I've been with them for a year now. I like that it’s convenient. All I have to do is pick the items that I like and go on with my life. Sometimes I can’t make it to the store so this is easy. I bought a number of heels from them, which are very good. I work so much and they tend to last. They’re still in good condition. Also, I like the nice black heels I got from them and it's my favorite purchase so far.

I saw JustFab online and there was a deal that was going on which I really wanted to get, that if one gets an account, there's a $10 for the first pair. It wasn’t difficult at all to find the style that I like. So far, I've made just one purchase which is a pair of boots and I like them a lot.

I was excited to get my first order, but soon realized that the clothing sizes are real women sizes not super model sizes. I call them so instead of the larges I originally ordered, I had to exchange them for mediums. Some of my items were no longer available in those sizes so they let me order different items, ;). Great first experience!

I was very excited to try JustFab as they have a lot of people that like it. Let me say that the boots and jewelry I received were absolutely appalling quality. The earrings looked like a plastic terrible joke of a pair of earrings that I wouldn't event accept if they were free. The worst thing is that you have to pay $9 to return items that are so poorly made and terrible, it's a joke! If the customer is this unhappy, JustFab should happily take the items back for free.

It was easy to order at JustFab. Their prices are another reason to shop there. Also, they have plus sizes which they didn't have before which I liked. I'm really happy they did that. It's very easy to find items on their website. As a member, I have enjoyed several special offers and also the amount of choices I have. I like the style expert's selections. Most of the time I look at those though I go ahead and get myself throughout the sales, too. My last purchase was a dress and I love it. Their items have great quality and I've told people about JustFab.

I love boots and booties, and I saw some that I liked from JustFab so I purchased them. I've been a JustFab member for a month now. I like the selections given by the style expert and I'm cool with it. I only made two purchases and I like them both. My last purchase was at the beginning of the month, and I bought some more booties. I've worn them around the house and I really like them.

Because of their prices, I became a member of JustFab. A friend of mine also use them. However, I didn't realize that to be a VIP member, there is a monthly fee I need to pay. But finding items I'm looking for in their website is easy. The style expert gave good selections, too. Moreover, the two pairs of shoes I got in June have good quality.

I've shopped at JustFab a few times and they’ve all been good experiences. As a member, I like that I can shop pretty good deals sometimes. Also, it's been easy finding what I was looking for. I like all of my purchases from JustFab. Just a couple of months ago, I bought a pair of boots which has a very good quality.

My whole experience with JustFab has been awful. After receiving my shoes none of them were the right size - even after buying them in multiple sizes. I was almost expecting this as I had read many reviews that JustFab is not great with shoes sizing. I put this down to poor quality leather, but nevertheless I just decided to refund them so I could get my money back. This was a difficult process as you can't process a refund online. You also can't send the package via post office. You have to have it collected. Once the parcels had been sent I waited over a month with no contact, even though after contacting Hermes they confirmed that international orders were delivered within 7 working days. I then asked them about where the parcel was and the customer service was very unhelpful and told me they couldn't locate it, even though I know for a fact that Hermes issues tracking numbers for parcels when you send with them.

Not happy. I was not impressed at all with having to wait and ask repeatedly to get a return label so that I could return sandals that did not fit.

JustFab's prices are good and I find all kind of items that I won’t regularly go looking for that are really cute that makes me want to buy it. I got myself a recurring account where I get charged every month and I can simply go on there and purchase something later with that credit. I also get free samples of stuff sometimes. I bought mostly shoes and purses, and I absolutely love all the shoes. The shoes are like booties which have a little bit of a heel and snake's skin. The sneakers that I bought are like skate shoes with roses on them and they're so comfortable. I’ve liked everything that I bought from JustFab. I also bought a pair of shoes a couple of weeks ago and I’m not sure if they’ve shipped it yet.

I was browsing through JustFab before and had seen some boots. Then I started getting boots from there. Ever since I started shopping with them, it has always been good. I go and browse there and see if I find anything that I like. And if I do, I get it. I always seem to be satisfied with their selections. In fact, my last purchase was two weeks ago when I bought some black boots which I should be receiving later this week. They have a lot of different kinds of boots. Especially when those nice furry boots come out, that’s when I'm really buying some of those. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

I purchased a pair of boots and a couple of women's clothes. The fitting was good and the shoes were comfortable. The selection was also a good part of the website. Starting with JustFab was a good experience. After that, every month they used to take money from my account which was insane. And every month I had to give them a call to ask them to refund my money. They should let the customers know beforehand if they want to get the VIP thing, and they cannot automatically deduct the money.

It's been great, so far, with JustFab. I've been a member for about three months. I liked some of their shoes. They're really special when it comes to clothes and shoes. It was easy to find the item or style that I was looking for. I just went through the whole selection and checked what I liked. I am also receiving a lot of emails for special offers. The only thing that I don't like about being a member is that I have to skip a month so I don't get charged $35. But I could always check and make purchases whenever I want to. I usually just go on the page and check what they have. My last purchase was a month ago. I bought only one pair of shoes. The items that I have received have been good so far, so I have no complaints. I liked everything that I bought. It has actually been pretty good with JustFab.

I never thought I could pull off these cute, very hip boots, but I really love them! The olive green color can be worn with anything in my closet and the flat heels are perfect for me, especially since I just had knee surgery! Great purchase!

JustFab's selections were good. It was easy to find the style that I was looking for. My last purchase has been a couple of months ago wherein I got some boots and some jeans. They’re good quality. However, I have cancelled my membership just because I wasn’t using it, but I'd been a member for a few months.

I was going through JustFab and saw some stuff that I like. It has the option where you could program the size and it will give you the items that had your size whenever you go searching. I purchased a pair of shoes and top from them. I love my shoes and my top is okay. I'm very moody when it comes to my passion, so I don't totally stick with the style expert's selections. I just go on flip flop and sometimes I walk with trendy stuff.

I couldn't be more happier with the two pairs of booties I have received and for an amazing deal! Every time I wear them I get compliments! I am for sure always going to recommend this site!

I received a response from Customer Service after I posted an unfavorable review. They DID make a point of reaching out to me right away and offered to make things right by refunding the value of the 4 credits to my credit card. I was very hopeful they were going to do what they said. Unfortunately, that was January 2016. It's now September and this hasn't been addressed.

I've been a JustFab member for about 15 days and it wasn't difficult to find the item or style I'm looking for. I bought a pair of boots on special offer being a new member and got them for $10. I thought they were going to be a little bit better, but they're not bad for the price. The selections given by the style expert were great.

I skipped the month but it apparently didn't go through. I was surprised to see the charge and angry because I couldn't afford it that month. I have wanted to cancel for about a year. There is no web version to cancel you have to call the number provided. When I call the number I have either gotten a vacation offer or a credit card offer but before the offer it says "thank you for calling JustFab." After the offer the line just disconnects.

The quality of the clothes and shoes are very poor. They are by no means even close to being worth the 39.95 they charge per item. In addition, when they have sales that actually make the products closer to how much I would be willing to pay for them, I can't use the credits I have to pay for every month to buy them, so I am forced to pay an outrageous price for low quality items. For example my last pair of boots ripped the first time I put them on! The only reason I haven't cancelled yet is because I keep forgetting to close my account and keep getting charged every month and don't want to lose my credits. Completely a waste of my money.

I've been a JustFab member for about three years now and I'm part of the VIP special. I'm happy that I usually get what I ordered because sometimes I don't get the exact thing when I do order from websites. The selections from their style experts are good, though sometimes I don't go by what they chose. I have no issues in finding the items that I'm looking for. I purchased a shoe and some jewelry last month. Some type of jewelry tends to change, but, so far, JustFab's jewelry are fine. I have no issues with them aside from what happened a couple months ago where I made a purchase and they charged my card instead of charge with my credit. Other than that, I really like all of the shoes that I got from them. The quality of the shoes is nice.

It's all good now. When I did get a response it was polite and satisfactory. I'll be ordering more from JustFab for sure. Thank you.

Timing of my purchase and skip a month came same time and I was unable to skip the month. Please send reminder to my e-mail on the skip a month feature. May have been charged for an additional purchase which I don't want to have happen again.

According to their terms you either skip a month or they take £35 from your account. Having only joined at the beginning of the month and placing an order, which when it arrived was not suitable and returned, I now find that not only have they taken the payment for the returned order but have also taken £35 from my account a few days later!!! I have now cancelled my membership with them and they refuse to return my money!!! So be warned. This is not a company to get involved with!!!

JustFab is amazing. I like their shoes so I purchased from them, and I've been a member for four months now. My last purchase was in August and I got some heels. I love everything about JustFab.

The first time I got something from JustFab, I was getting Christmas presents and they had deals of two for $39.95. Their shoes are really nice. I used my member credit a month ago where I bought a pair of tan booties. The quality seemed nice. I haven't worn them yet because it's still too hot, but I'm excited for them.

My little sister used my phone on a website and when I picked it up, I saw JustFab and that made me wanna shop there. I signed up this year and I like the discount, 50% off, and I want to get offers. It was a bit easy to find the style I'm looking for. I liked the selections given by the style expert and they're a little good. They had a lot of products and they're comfortable and durable. My last purchase was two months ago for some sandals. I have one of my lace flat sandals that's my favorite purchase. Furthermore I like their customer service. Their representative is very nice and helpful.

Oh my god! The prices on this website are insane! I bought a pair of heels to wear to my grandmother's funeral :( and never got one blister. I totally would recommend JustFab to my friends!

I work in a hospital and we have a dress code. The style experts from JustFab say the dresses could be for a regular office but the dresses are too short or they got no sleeves and I can't wear those at work. But I always buy online shoes and I like my boots. I like the convenience and it's not difficult to find the items I'm looking for. I just bought a pair of jeans yesterday and I was to wear them over the weekend. Quality of the items is also good.

The purchasing should be left to the consumer. I don't like the fact that the first order we submit, we are automatically entering a membership with JustFab to buy every month. I'm not interested in a monthly shopping. Sometimes our budget does not allow. How can I opt out of such membership?

I saw a good commercial on TV that JustFab has the special, buy one-get one pair free. I like the discounts and the whole flexibility I have with the account. Plus, finding the style is pretty easy, and my style experts' selections are good, I like them. I had two credits on JustFab so I last purchased to pairs of shoes. But the box of one pair that I got says 6.5 and the invoice says 6.5 but the actual shoe is a size 6, so I need to return the pair of shoes. Nevertheless, the boots are good and very durable.

I bought a pair of boots about a month ago. Boy I was so happy about the boots and my friends wanted to know where I got them from, and boy they are very comfortable too. When I need new shoes or boots I will come back to buy them. Thanks.

A friend recommended JustFab to me and their shoe prices made me buy from them. It's simple to look for items at JustFab. Free shipping is my favorite thing about being a member and I also like the styles given by their style expert. However, I need to return three items I bought a few weeks ago because they were too big. Usually they are true to size and I haven’t had a fitting issue before.

I bought from JustFab because I've never heard anything bad pertaining to them. Finding the style for me wasn’t difficult at all. I was unaware that you actually sign up for a membership. I thought I was just making a one-time purchase. They should not enroll you into a monthly membership without asking you directly. But I enjoyed my purchase that I made that one time. The selection the style expert gave me was generous, some of it I liked and some I didn't. The gladiator sandals and pumps (my favorite so far) that I bought last July were of pretty good quality.

Overall I think JustFab gives great customer service. The reason I am no longer a VIP member is because the quality of the shoes was not what I had hoped. I wish the shoes were leather instead of synthetic materials. Also the heel heights were often too high. I appreciate the range of size is available in most of the clothing. But with that some of the more structured items like jacket and dresses came in a full range of sizes as well. Overall I feel that the monthly membership is challenging for people particularly having to remember to skip the month. Feel that the model would be more successful without the monthly fee.

I received excellent customer service when I exchanged my dress a different size. I did have to call to track the dress which I returned. Initially, they couldn't locate the package that had been delivered to them, but after giving them my tracking number they were able to find it and send the new dress in exchange.

Hit a great sale at JustFab and snagged a ridiculously cute pair of booties for $10. Even with shipping and exchange they came to $24. I get compliments on them every single time I wear them. They are comfortable, and they fit true to size. I have narrow feet, and I was pleased to find them well-fitting and looking as I expected they would from the pictures. 10/10. Would recommend!

I received my order quite quickly. Everything was correct but the day I received my boots they did not fit, so I contacted JustFab right away to exchange them for a bigger size. They created my RMA right away. Thought everything was good - but after 3 days I never received my print return label. I contacted you again a second, and third time. Always being told that it's been escalated to management and to wait another 24-48 hours! It's almost been a month and I still don't have my print return label! My 30 day window is about to close for the RMA, I have not been contacted by anyone! If I have to call a fourth time I will be cancelling my membership!

I was thrilled upon finding this website and even more thrilled upon receiving my order of 3 pairs of beautiful shoes for a price that didn't break the bank. This did not last long however. About 2 weeks after I received my order I was charged 2 more payments of $53.24 and had no idea why. I figured this was a simple mistake and it would be easy to have the charges reversed upon speaking to an agent. I explained via live chat what had happened and was told that members are AUTOMATICALLY signed up for the VIP program and are charged $39.95 USD plus tax at the beginning of each month and that this is "clearly" documented in terms of service and a letter had been emailed to me disclosing this.

I was a little hesitant about ordering footwear online as I find every brand fits differently. I was very pleasantly surprised that the boots I ordered fit perfectly! No complaints at all!

I've been a JustFab member for over a year now. I don't always have to buy something and it is easy to find the items that I'm looking for. Their style expert regularly suggests selections that are good. My favorites are their heels and I have several pairs already.

I was very disappointed when I bought a pair of tall, taupe fall boots. I have 21' calves, complete muscle. When I read "wide calf" normally, they fit. There was no give to these boots, not even a stretchy elastic back that had ANY give. I am disappointed, and I fear buying something from the site again because it most likely won't fit. However, I was not disappointed with the quality of boot nor the speed of delivery; just the fact that your idea of wide calf is not very inclusive.

Worst online shopping experience! I did not realize that I had signed up for an ongoing FAB account which charged my VISA each month. After 9 mos. I realized this was a scam. Of $360, I got back $200. 0 emails from you in 9 mos. Never again!

So I got my first pair of boots off here. Fall was coming and why not! I'm in love! I couldn't believe how fast they shipped. I got them in 3 days. The quality was amazing! And super comfortable. I love the option of wide calf although I only need standard. It's a great option for those with bigger calves. And there was no hidden costs.

I had to exchange a pair of sneakers. This was my first exchange and it went very well. Easily printed a shipping label, was able to give it to UPS at my job and very quickly received the sneakers back. Pleased with the experience!

I love JustFab and being able to buy shoes for cheaper than I can buy them from where I live. My only complaint is that I have wide feet and I've had to stretch out the boots I've bought. Other than that I'm completely satisfied and happy. Thank you JustFab.

I bought 2 pairs of boots, one black wedge, and one heeled brown. Love them! They fit perfectly, and are exceptional quality! I also got a beautiful red purse, and was amazed at the quality. Thanks JustFab!

I needed shoes and it wasn't difficult at all finding the item or style that I was looking for at JustFab. And my favorite thing about being a member is how I get items half the price. I also like the selections given to me by my style expert and my last purchase from them was a whole bunch of shoes.

JustFab was doing buy one, get one with Deutz. I really like JustFab's products so I've stuck with them for a while now. I also like the prices versus the quality. At first it was just shoes and jewelry. They’ve upgraded since then and I love that they’ve added clothes. There are tons and tons of stuff and it's a really nice collection that I can pick from. I cashed my VIP points quite a bit. I've spent a certain amount of money and got $20 off the Fab cash. I've also put something in my basket and then I can get a $10 style steal. I usually love the selections of the style experts. They do a really good job.

I am now a VIP with JustFab and my experience has been great. I would recommend to friends and already have. When I contacted call centre to ask questions about the VIP deal they were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The deal I received as a new VIP member was FANTASTIC and I plan on shopping as much as I can. I go online almost daily to see updated deals and items and I love it!! I am happy to recommend JustFab. I took advantage of the 2 for 39.99 Labour Day promotion and purchased two sets of booties, and a pair of pants and a dress. My order arrived within days. The quality of the merchandise was great for the price and was true to size. JustFab has become my go-to site for quality on-trend fashion at a great price. Will post photos later.

Product is good but I never received an order I paid for. I even wrote them an email and they never responded! Really annoying that there is an automatic subscription each month as well. Not very pleased at all???

I ordered a jacket and when I got it the fit was terrible. The arms were too small, so I returned it. On Sept 6th I got charged the 39.9 without warning! I never received an email or notice that I could suspend a payment or anything and my plan was to cancel anyway, as I don't wear heels as high as you sell or flats. I asked for a refund and thought I got it but found out that I only got my account canceled. Please if at all possible, refund my $39.95.

I was worried at first because clothing/shoes at that price is too good to be true! So I placed an order anyway, got about 7 items, and it only came to 60USD which was about $80CAN. When they got here, I was so excited I went online and ordered again! Absolutely love this and I recommend to everyone!

The actual experience of purchasing my boots was awesome. Shipping was extremely fast--came within two days of ordering and they fit true to size. What I didn't like is the cancellation process. Those reps are a PAIN! They try to make you stay like 5 times.

I was very excited to receive my first JustFab order. I purchased some boots, jean, and a purse. I have not had the opportunity to wear the boots just yet as I live in a warmer climate and it's not yet boot weather, but I have worn the jeans and used the purse. The jeans fit well and I have received several compliments on them. The purse is well designed, however the strap is a little long and the magnetic clasp broke on it after using it for just a few days. I was able to put it back together and secure it but was a little frustrated that it broke in the first place. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family and will be placing another order soon!

I am still waiting for my RMA label since 25 Aug. I have called in multiple time (over 10). I was treated like an idiot. I was given multiple excuses. I was not listened to. When I told the consultant there was no attachment to my email, they said it was impossible. Then I was told it was a Canadian. Once the return is processed I will probably cancel my VIP, so will my friend.

Great product and quality but when it came to exchanges it was a three-day process and it still isn't resolved. Was told the system was down for emailing the code in order to send back the first pair. It's been 3 weeks and still no email.

The prices are different if you're a member of JustFab and they have kids shoes. The selections given to me by my style expert were great and it was also pretty easy and simple to find what I was looking for. I love all the boots I bought from them.

A friend told me about JustFab and I liked their items. I also love the discounts they give to members. However, the selections given by the style expert are not exactly what I would like.

I ordered the Kailani and Rayleen boots and I felt that the calf size was much larger on the Kailani despite the fact that they were both size 9 standard calf. However Customer Service was excellent on allowing an exchange and explaining it thoroughly. I hope my replacement fits much better.

I was not aware of the charges of 39.95 if you miss ordering in a month. It was not clear when I signed up and due to the fact of working long hours I was unable to benefit from what was charged to my credit card. This made me unhappy and unsatisfied with the service seeing I am a Canadian customer paying approx., .38 cents on the US dollar.

Had a terrible experience with JustFab. I bought my sister a gift card for her birthday so decided to try it out myself as well. Went to place my first order, and already started off poorly. Went to fill out the form to complete checkout and every time I'd finish and click complete it would erase the entire form and make me do it all over. This happened, no joke, 20 times. I gave up for the night and wrote into customer service for help. Never received a response. A week later I decided I really wanted those shoes so tried again. After another 10 tries I finally got it to go through! This was about 2 weeks ago. I'm still waiting for my shoes. Wrote to customer service again to see what was taking so long and once again no response.

I see the reason behind monthly withdrawals. Maybe the prices are ok in the US, but in Canada, the plastic shoes you sell are generally available at the Dollar Store.

I have been so pleased to have been able to order from JustFab, not only is the product excellent but it is also delivered to my door within days and I receive a free sample gift. Excellent. And so far the prices are so great. I have only ordered boots so far and I am looking at a sweater which I will use my $15 gift card for and I am very excited to see the quality of the clothing.

Satisfied with the boots I ordered, the only thing I don't like they charge my visa acct 39.95. When you don't buy anything feel obligated to buy something to use this amount. I don't go on this site - saw it on tv so I went and check it out now. I would like you to take off the VIP list please and thank you in advance.

I loved the shoes that I ordered off of Justfab, however a few weeks later money from my acct was taken because I didn't realize there was a fee per month. I don't believe it is necessary because if I wanted to buy shoes I would. Bottom line, the fee per month is not necessary and I believe the "one time refund" is bogus. If I want my hard earned cash back, I should have it.

My experience with JustFab has been 95% great. Almost everything I've purchased so far has been just what I wanted!! No major complaints on the price or quality of items I've received so far. My only complaint is being too late in some items that I've wanted and they are out of stock!

JustFab had the item that I like for a low cost. However, I'm not sure if the looks that I choose are the best option. I was a member for just a month, then I to cancel the membership because I don't buy as many shoes. It was last July when I got the strappy sandals, but I haven't worn them yet.

My favorite purchase so far was a purse and my last purchase from JustFab was a month ago when I had credit so I got five pairs of shoes and a couple of different things.

I was a little hesitant at first when ordering, however I was blown away by the service and quality of the shoes I ordered. It was easy and the photos were accurate. Shipping was fast and the packages came in perfect condition. The shoes fit true to size and are absolutely stunning!! I'm looking forward to ordering more shoes in the future. :)

I have been getting my shoes from JustFab for over five years. I have not had to send any back. I am so happy that I can get my own boutique of shoes and if I don't like what they have put in my boutique I can get them to change it to new shoes. I always get my heels 5 inches or higher.

I always had a hard time finding tall boots but with JustFab there is a large selection of different styles of boots and it makes it so much easier to find a pair that I would like.

This was my very first JustFab order and I was pleased with how quickly I received it. The boots are exactly as pictured and the fit was perfect. I ordered a wide calf and was pleasantly surprised that I was able to zip them up all the way. Will purchase again.

My experience has been JustTerrible. I made an order for some boots at the beginning of August, and it has literally been a whole month, and I have yet to receive my order. As well, I have yet to receive any communication as to where my order might be and when I might ever get it. I have sent multiple emails, and even tried the Live Chat - which was a huge joke. I sat there for an hour and no one ever even came on to help me. I think this is an awful website and setup, and I will be getting my money back, IF I can ever get a hold of someone.

I like JustFab's designs and the set-up of their website and their prices. It was very easy for me to find what I was looking for. Being a member, I find the rewards points pretty cool. The style expert is usually on point with the selections they give me. I once bought a pair of tennis shoes that I really liked. All the items I've bought are of great quality.

My last purchase was some gladiator sandals which I got in the beginning of the summer and they're my favorite purchase so far. However, JustFab took money out of my card and I forgot to switch it.

With JustFab, I like that even though it’s a monthly membership fee, if I choose to skip a month then I’m not charged. The selections that their style expert gave me were cute but a lot of it is not what I would wear. One of the things that I found that kind of makes it hard for me is that I have larger calves and even the wide calf boots are not quite as large as I need them. I love boots. I ordered a pair last year and loved them but can’t get them over the biggest part of my calf. But everything else that I’ve ordered from them has been perfect. They’re comfortable and I love the size. I even got my cousin a pair of heels from there for her birthday and she loved them so she’s considering becoming a member herself.

JustFab said I can get my first pair for $9.99. Finding an item was super easy. Plus, the selections from my style expert was accurate. The quality of my black Van Dal heels was good. I wear a size 7, but when I got my Van Dal heels, they were a little too small, but other than that, JustFab is pretty good.

The material is very comfortable and the quality is great. On the other hand, the dress didn’t fit me right even though it was a size small and I'm a size small. It still fit me really baggy, so I ended up giving it to my aunt. I didn’t want to order anything else online and giving it away, or even trying to send it back. It's a headache so I canceled my VIP membership like two months later. But what I like is that with the $39.95, you could either use it anytime you want it or defer the $39 monthly membership fee.

The company helped me resolve the issue and made it up to me, unfortunately, though I lost my old account and everything that went with it which is unfortunate but that was due to a chat support rep, who ignored what I said. I still think their chat customer service is horrible but they do have helpful people working there. Again the product is amazing for the price and the shipping speed is fairly fast.

Bought a pair of white jeans from JustFab and I really liked it. The quality was good. I just made a purchase for a pair of pants and a shirt but got an e-mail saying it’s been delayed. It says, “Due to increased order volume, we wanted to give you a heads up that your order has been slightly delayed” which is kind of ridiculous because I ordered the same day they notified me that my credit was available.

Definitely LOVE the boots, but I HATE their customer service. It says in the booklet (you get when your order) cancel anytime, but the lady gave me an EXTREMELY hard time with cancelling. I followed Kimora Lee Simmons and I heard that she was designing for JustFab, so I looked into it. I went online and held up dresses to see if they had anything I like. The selections were good. It was something else at first and it wasn't working for me so I changed it and it's better ever since. Everything is $39.99 and I still get the sale prices. I took advantage of the $20 and $10 off and I used that on top of the fact that it was already $39.99. It's also easy to click and purchase and get it delivered.

When I first became a JustFab member I was able to get a pair of shoes at 50% off. They had cute shoes and I love that I get credits to add to whenever I want to buy some shoes. However, I don’t like that they don’t give me the option to either use my credit or a discount. They make me use a discount and then I end up having to pay. Although, when one of my packages was stolen or sent to the wrong address after I had already corrected it, they immediately sent me a replacement, which was good. So all in all, it's been a great experience with great products.

However, I don't like the process where if I don't call back before the fifth of the month, they'll deduct money out of my account. As busy as I am, sometimes I don't have a chance to call. If I don't order, they shouldn't take my money.

JustFab automatically enrolls you in a VIP Membership Program WITHOUT TELLING YOU. Then they think that gives them the right to take $39.95 from you every month WITH NO NOTIFICATION OF ANY TYPE. They do not openly explain how the VIP Membership works and it is not until after you have been charged money (that they will not refund) that they explain how it works. DO NOT USE THIS SITE! At no point during the buying process are you made aware that you will be charged each month. They unknowingly and against your will enroll you in this membership and take your money. If I could give zero stars I would.

I had an account with Fabletics for about 3 years. The selections picked out for me were fine but I cancelled because I’m not someone who works out every day. If someone were like that, I could see where they could get more use out of it.

JustFab had nice boots and had the special going so that definitely got me in. They have the style and items I want but I've been having an issue lately with the size. There's one pair I've been wanting for the last year and I'm hoping when winter comes they'll have it in my size again. But I've ordered quite a few pairs so far and the variety of boots and stuff is what I like the most as a member. Also, the price is affordable especially when they do sales and there are boots that I've liked.
