I had made a one time purchase back in Oct 2013, I had used my mom's credit card for that purchase. Recently we had discovered that JustFab has been charging the card ever since monthly $39.99 CAD and then from Dec 2014 the same but in USD. When trying to get through to customer service it's impossible to get this matter sorted. I don't think it's right to trick people into this 'membership' fee. I gained no product or service from all these incurred charges and my mom is out of all that money. This is not right. It's too bad that they have to make their money in this way rather than good honest business of simply selling their products. Buyers beware!!

My experience with JustFab is excellent. My shipment always comes sooner than expected.

I was a member of JustFab a few years ago, and then I stopped for a little while and now I am again. I like their shoes. A few months ago I bought a pair of heels and they're of good quality.

JustFab seems cool compared to other online retail sites so I bought a pair of heels from them. My favorite being a member is the thing that picks out the shoes for you.

I like the two for one special of JustFab for their members. I've been with them for almost a year and so far, I like everything I have bought. The quality is great.

Quality is very good. Being a member, I like the VIP perks and I had also taken advantage of the points reward system.

I've been with JustFab for a little over a year. Their boutique and special offers are my favorite. I bought a top and a dress at the beginning of this month and I love the quality. In fact, I have lots of people asking me where I got it.

I liked my friend's style of shoes that she purchased from JustFab. She told me how the process worked and I figured that JustFab would be a nice way to get shoes. In the beginning, looking for the style of shoes that I like was a fairly easy process. As of recent, I really haven't seen that much that I’ve actually liked so I haven't purchased anything in a while. Some of the shoes have good quality, while some are not so great.

JustFab offered free shipping and buy one, get one half off which made me purchase from them. However, I needed more variety of styles and I didn't like any automatic charging of $40 per month, which led me to cancel my membership.

They had really good designs and great price so I went with them and I’ve been a member for eight months now. I like the quality of the items, too. Four months ago, I bought a pair of boots from them, however my purchase prior to that didn’t go very well. I ordered a purse and kept on waiting for two months. I kept on calling them and I was receiving the same answer that it was just the weather problems with the shipping. Finally, I couldn't take it anymore and they had to refund and I didn’t receive my items at all. I went back to the website and the item was sold out already. They gave me the credit back and I have to make a couple of phone calls to follow up with that because they didn’t give me the credits at the moment. I really liked that purse but it hasn’t popped back up at the website so I couldn’t order it anymore.

Since my complaint Just Fab have given me swift feedback and have been very efficient in resolving my issue. They cancelled my order so that I will longer have to pay the £35 monthly fee.

A couple of years ago, I saw a pair of shoes that I like and I've been a member of JustFab ever since. I love that they have different types of shoes to choose from which makes it very easy for me to look for the style that I like. I've also taken advantage of their sales. My favorite purchase so far is a pair of boots. However, I purchased a dress two months ago. I don't like their clothes, but the shoes are okay.

I like shoes and I like to buy shoes. JustFab is one of the places I shop at every week and there's a bunch of choices and you just have to go through the right selection. The quality of the products I purchase from them is really nice as well. But sometimes I forget that I have a membership with them until I get like a notification on my bank account. By then I already ordered shoes after the money has been taken out. Also, I don't like how strong the material of the shoes smells. But other than that, the shoes are very well made and packaged. I'd recommend it to a friend.

I recommend JustFab all the time to my friends. I love all the shoes that I've gotten from them, especially one pair of brown boots that I wear almost every single day that I ordered a second pair of the exact same one for when those get worn out.

I watched a couple of beauty gurus on YouTube and they always got nice stuff so I figured I would just try JustFab for a month to see if I liked it. I love the quality - nice heavy fabric. I really like everything I have gotten so far and haven't had any complaints.

The dress I bought didn't fit right but shopping for shoes was pretty easy. I might use it again.

I went on the JustFab website and thought some shoes were cute and have a good price. Then I read reviews because I don't buy shoes without reading the reviews. Good reviews make me purchase. I have been a member of JustFab for about three years and I ordered a lot from them. It's convenient. There's a lot of options, a good price, and good service. I can return on most of them as well. The quality is average to above average on most of the items. Some were better than others and most are pretty good.

Free shipping. Free returns. Excellent service. I’ve had no problems with it except for what happened recently. There was like two accounts going on and when I tried to cancel one it kept billing to another one. They canceled that but it seems there was more credit that should have come back.

I experienced a misunderstanding with them. I had read that because JustFab was a new company, they were allowing people to make one purchase without joining. And so I've made one purchase and didn't know that somehow there was some small print that I had missed and that I had joined. And then a year and a half plus later they sent me an email saying "you're not using your membership", so I went back. My husband pays the bills and so I didn't notice that they had been charging me all the time. And then that was my fault for not seeing the charges. I called them, they refunded a year of it and then I spend what was left. The quality of the purchases I had was fine.

I had a hard time trying to get the shoes to fit. That's the only thing that is kind of disappointing. Because then I had to run to the post office to send them back and post office is ten miles away for me. Also, I didn't realize when I signed up that I have to either order or decline every month.

I've been a JustFab member since about two months ago. Some of the things looked really nice so I decided to buy from them that time. They're really good and I recommend them.

I started purchasing from them because (1) from what I’ve seen on TV the shoes look like they're in style now (2) they have special offers like ‘Buy 1, Get 1 Free’ and (3) no shipping & handling fee. The quality of the items I've gotten so far were nice. The shoes however need to be true to size. I have three daughters and they order some also and I feel like the shoes were a little small.

I got shoes and a couple of purses from JustFab. The shipment was quick and and the online service was simple. I like the quality that I got. I didn't stay with the membership though because I didn't have that money deposited.

They have good stuff and it wasn't difficult to find what I wanted. The product I got lasted a long time.

JustFab had cute styles and my friend had told me that she had gotten some nice stuff from them, so that's what made me try it out. It was easy to find shoes that I like in their site, but once I receive and wear them, they don't fit the same as other shoes normally would do. My first year as a member is coming up soon and as a member, I like getting something every month. I receive it quickly, and it's easy for me to send it back. They also send out emails once in a while with 50% off some products.

I bought my girlfriend a gift card but she didn't like that she couldn't use it for a sale. They said that the sale, a buy two pairs for one, didn't apply to the gift card. She liked the shoes at JustFab, but there was also a lot of stuff not in stock. So I would never order her another pair of shoes from JustFab again.

I started purchasing from JustFab when I got a pair of boots for $19. The shoes that I purchased from them are of good quality. I was a member for over a year but not anymore because when I signed up for the VIP membership, I didn't read the fine print. I bought a pair of shoes and didn't realize they were charging my card until I was getting bank statements and I didn't know because I wasn't reading them. I have a tab of $300 and so from JustFab and I didn't get my money back so I got out of it.

Finding the style I'm looking for on the site is easy. As a member for 2 years, I love JustFab's variety. I bought a handbag a couple of days ago and the quality is very good.

I've ordered a pair of boots from JustFab once and I've liked what I've received from them so far. Their site was easy to use. I just wish there's more of a selection to choose from.

I was really excited when I got my first order. But then I had issues with the boots so I sent them back. And by the time I sent them back the boots I wanted were never in stock. So I just got whatever I could find and ended up with some sandals. And then I called one day because I forgot to put into the system that I don't want to order and skip that month. So it was off by a couple of days and JustFab wouldn't let me waive that because I should have done it five days prior to it being expired. I said "Ok, that's fine." And then they had a sale going on and the same boots I purchased were on sale for $20. So I asked them if I could use my credits for those boots and they said no. They said the credit is only to be used for the $39.95 prices.

I've been a JustFab member for over a year now. I like the idea of just paying $40 a month and then being able to pick out what you wanted from the website. It's like a little present for myself every month. Once I've paid for my order, I get the stuff quickly. The recent dress I purchased was okay, but there are some items wherein their quality isn't that too good though.

So far, it's been great with JustFab. I like their prices. I started buying from them because of the initial deals they had. However, I bought a pair of sandals a month ago and I've only worn them three times and stuff is coming off of them. The boots that I got before had better quality.

Thank you Just Fab for sorting this issue out , although I still personally wouldn't recommend your company as I don't believe publicly advertising how rubbish your customer service is as a way of getting a response satisfactory. I had tried contacting customer service before hand and had little result, so I was being fair with my review.

I never had any problem with JustFab. I like them so far. I've been a member for a year now. I just don't like that they don't give you a variety of shoes but I've recommended JustFab to a lot of people.

During the winter I bought a pair of boots from JustFab. I really liked it. They were the only ones that had those sick pair of boots and it was super easy finding it from their website.

I'm very upset to have found out that JustFab has been withdrawing $39.95 out of my personal bank account each month when I was not aware of these terms and conditions to use their services. I have tried requesting a refund to my personal account, and was on hold with customer for over 20 minutes with no luck. It's been a deceptive and a stressful experience trying to get my money back.

I've been telling my friends about JustFab. I like the boots that I got from them - they're good in terms of quality.

I liked all the shoes from JustFab. But I have a little issue. They just got me up a pair where they took it out on my account so I'm assuming the shoes would be sent in my previous address any day now. But I just moved from there. I need to find out if they shipped the shoes as I don't even go to that address anymore. I don't even know what shoes it is. I just saw on my payment that they took it out of my account.

I kind of don't like JustFab because of the fact that they're supposed to take money from your account every month. I was not at all aware of that before I signed up. It definitely caught me off guard. The quality of the items were okay. The last purchase that I made was about three months ago, when I first made the account. I've been able to freeze my account since then. But it's a pain because you have to go do it every month, so that's why I was going to cancel.

My experience with JustFab is fine and I'd recommend it to others.

I ordered a pair of shoes in december and got them refunded. Now I have checked my account and £40 has been taken out of my account every month without my consent or knowledge! Tried calling JustFab and no one has picked up! Looking to take legal action if I have no contact with them soon. Do not buy from this company!

I was very surprised to get a message that £44 had been deducted from my Paypal account for JustFab. I had made no purchase for this amount; in fact I have NEVER made any purchase on JustFab so I am baffled as to how this unauthorised purchase even went through! The only link I can think of is a purchase I made about a month ago on Fabletics. I am very surprised and upset that my card details were abused in this manner. If I had not received a notification from PayPal I would not even have known this payment had gone of. I repeat: I made no purchase on JustFab and now will never again do so as their online security is clearly lacking and I just cannot trust in them anymore. Please let me know how this payment was possible and investigate this so that it does not happen again. I would also like all my data removed from your systems.

My daughter had purchased through JustFab and I liked the shoes that she got so I went and I bought a first pair and I really loved them. At the beginning, it was really easy to find the styles I like because they were very trendy. But now, I'm realizing that the shoes kind of look the same. I can say JustFab is the easy way of shopping and most of the time they have my size. The price and quality of shoes is awesome because I have delicate feet and JustFab shoes never bother me.

It was a great experience with JustFab. Everything I ordered, I loved it and I'll be ordering from them soon.

I recently bought some super high blue pumps from JustFab. I think the quality of their shoes are good but the boots are not my favorite

JustFab commercials were real good. They had really cool shoes on there so I checked them out and downloaded their app. And the discounts were just incredible. I got 70% off when I first ordered and bought a leather jacket for like $10. The returns are so easy, the selection's great and I've gotten really cute clothes from there too. My last purchase was a dress and a pair of shoes on the first week of May. And I've been impressed with the quality of the items for their price. I've been really happy and I'd recommend them to everybody.

The shoes that I got were fine but there weren’t very many styles that I really like that they carry so I cancelled my membership.

JustFab is not as bad as normal subscriptions because I have the choice for my pick if I want to do it each month or not. I like the different styles they have like with the seasons and it's fairly easy picking a style. I liked all the pairs that I purchased! For my first pair, I only paid for the shipping and then sometimes I know that I have the option where I can buy one and I would get the second one and only have to pay for the shipping!

I buy a shoes for the first time in this website and I didn't know they going to charge me every month $39.95. They send me a email June 10 that they going to charge me if I don't enter to the website and skip the month. And say every 5th of the month you have to skip if you don't want to buy. But the email came June 10. In the page says if you want to cancel the membership you have to call to customer service and when you call ALWAYS busy or out of line don't work!!!! So this is a scammm. I have to cancel my credit card so they can't charge me!! And the funny thing is been a month and I didn't have the shoes that I buy.

I've been a member of JustFab since January. I like it but didn't really have any money for this. My last purchase from them was when I bought some shoes. I like the quality of the items that I got but for one pair of shoes though, I got the wrong pair. I didn't have the money to send it back, so I just kept them.

It was first time to shop on their website and I had to return the sandals I bought because it was very poor quality. It was so bad they said "don't even worry about sending it back." It was like a suede sandal with fringes. There were glue marks on it and bruising on the heel. I thought that was pretty poor considering that JustFab seemed to have a pretty high standard. And that was pretty bad shoes that I received from them. I can't say that I would ever shop with them but I probably wouldn't rule them out. But from my first experience I'm just not sure if I would consider ordering from them again cause I think first impressions are important.

I’ve tried to cancel my contract but cannot get ahold of them. I thought they have really good quality shoes but they’re really not.

There's nothing wrong with the quality of JustFab's products. It's the customer service that I had a problem with because they didn't want to refund my money until I really got nasty. I asked them to cancel my account because I couldn't afford $39 a month - I had to take three months for them to cancel it. I was not very happy with it. You have to go through too much to cancel.

At checkout I opted to create a VIP membership by ticking a box that saved me money on my purchase. By doing so, I was subscribed to service whereby the company takes £35 from my credit card each month that has to be spent on their website. There was no warning to say when the money would be taken, and there was no refund option for the credit. I'm sure there was some small print somewhere that advised me of the monthly fee but it wasn't apparent. And to Cancel your VIP account you have to call the company and wait on the line for 20 minutes to get through. I'm not impressed, there is nothing above board with this firm. It's a daylight robbery.

I really like the website - it's pretty easy to find what I was looking for. I bought some boots during the winter and it's one of my favorite purchases. They also offer good promotion like they had this $40 for any pair of shoes. I think that's really cheap and the shoes are pretty good quality so that's a good deal. I haven't had shoes tear up or anything yet. But you have to make sure you don't get charged. If you're a VIP member you have to make sure you don't get charged. If someone forgets to have an account with JustFab then they would be getting charges. But I always look at shoes a lot so I'm really good at controlling my account.

Got some shoes for a prom. Nice quality, really lightweight, and pretty decently-priced shoes. I would definitely purchase from JustFab again.

I am a college student who bought 1 pair of shoes over a year ago!!! And they charged me 39.95 which made my account negative because I forgot to skip because again I haven't bought in like a year! I hate their shoes, they are so cheap. Last ones I bought, I put my foot in, they ripped. I didn't buy or want any pair of shoes. I have textbooks, rent and bills to pay! And they won't give me my money back. So I will be calling my uncle who is a lawyer! I will also be calling my bank to make they can't charge me again!

I was able to take advantage of some offer in JustFab the last time I ordered. And I was going to order some jewelry, but I guess the sale that was being promoted it was a while back. It didn't turn out to be what I thought it was. So my total price at the end of it all was really high. But as far as the shoes that I ordered last, they were pretty reasonable. For the price of the items in JustFab, it was pretty good. I didn't have any issues. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Phenomenally fabulous! Miss Kimora is an amazing woman, the queen of fashion, and the website is an amazing site - a very convenient, easy way to shop. You can control anything, like skipping a month, and as a member you can purchase unlimited whenever they have sales. For Mother's Day, everything was 50 off. I love their shoes so I took advantage of that and bought 4 pair of shoes that I won't wear for a year:) All the items I bought are very well put together.

Beware! Your bank account will be paying even if you're not buying! When I made my account, I did not realize that I would have to carry the burden of trying to remember every month to "skip" or else I would automatically be charged. I accumulated a few credits because I would forget to skip the month but I figured I could just cancel my account and be refunded any credit that I did NOT use because that would just make sense. If I don't want to purchase anything, why should you be allowed to keep my money?

I like their website. Easy to pick from their selection of shoes and the items received were good quality merchandise.

So I recently bought my first pair of shoes and I loved them. However, I was charged the VIP fee for the next month just last week. I have tried to call and nothing, but I need to cancel. Due to my father passing away and my husband getting injured my life has been too tragic to even describe. Therefore I cannot afford this, especially at this moment in my life. Someone please help me get my refund back! I'm already in debt from my father's funeral expenses and if I would've been thinking straight I would've cancelled the day before. I just have had a lot more personal things with my life and would really appreciate it if you could help get that back. Anything to donate to my father's service is what I need. God bless.

I have been a member of JustFab for probably four years. They have cute stuff and it's easy to find the style of shoes that I am looking for.

I like the specials that JustFab gives and the free return shipping. I bought shoes last week and the quality is okay. However after wearing them for an hour or two, they can hurt your feet. They’re a little tight and then they just cut your feet cause of the angle.

I started buying from JustFab because of their VIP membership (I've been one for a couple of months) and I like their discounts. I purchased a purse a month or two ago and it's really good quality.

I don't like shopping with JustFab. I order size 6 for my shoes and every time I get them, I want to return them because they are too big on 6. But I don't have time to call. The styles are nice, but the shoes, the fabric and the way they made it are not. They look cheap and like they are from Chinatown so I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

It's been five months since I've been a member of JustFab. It's good, but I didn't know about the whole monthly fee thing. I didn’t get any emails about like getting the charges so they're random and I was actually going to cancel my account. The last time I bought, I had three pairs of shoes. I received a credit that Just Fab took $39.95 from my bank and tried to purchase a promotion on denim that stated buy one and get one 50% off. When I was making purchase the full amount for 80.00 came up. Number one the purchase did not take into consideration the 39.95 credit I had in my account and there was nowhere on the purchase or website itself to include that in the purchase. Not good. The system was trying to double charge me. Then I checked the terms on the buy one get one 50% off and it expired over 37 days ago. I called customer service to find out what was actually happening with my credit along with the denim special and I was refused to use both my credit and special because I couldn't use the $39.95 I paid beforehand. Is $39.95 not 39.95? And why have a special on a website I cannot use for whatever the dozen reasons maybe.

I haven't used JustFab in a long time. I've had stuff sent here and by the time I got the return labels printed it was too late to return it. Also the quality was bad and the size was not true to size.

As a parent - I called and was able to get this resolved. Parents - talk to your kids about reading the small print so they understand that sites like this are actually a subscription.

I really like how there are lots of different choices. I just bought a pair of heels last month. I really like JustFab's quality.

I bought a pair of shoes through JustFab in April 2015. I was happy with the shoes when they arrived and could not believe the low price that I got them for. Little did I know that the company were actually charging me £35.00 a month to have the privilege of this one PAIR. This means I have paid the equivalent of £70 for one pair of shoes. The website is completely misleading and extremely difficult when you do try to contact anyone. Within the space of two days I have sent two separate emails (neither of which have been responded to), called twice (the first call I was on hold for twenty five minutes), and tried to contact someone through the so-called "live chat" and have also had no response. In fact the chat won't even connect.

I wanted to treat myself after labor so I started buying from JustFab. I've been a member for seven months now. I just bought shoes today. JustFab's quality is good except for one pair of boots because it broke two days later on my second time wearing it. I really liked them but I was too busy to return or exchange them. Other than that, the other experiences have been good.

I figured I give JustFab a try for my wife. I let her order a pair of shoes and use my credit card, man that was the worst idea ever! Since the first order, I have been charged 39.99 twice without me authorizing those charges! My wife called, they said they would reverse it and apologized and said they would cancel the "VIP" account, which they apparently never did and months later, another charge! This is ridiculous! This is a scam company in my opinion and from now on never will use them. Use Zappos instead!

I needed some shoes so I tried JustFab and it's easier for me to look for shoes because my kids go on there and they just send me pictures of the shoes that I should get. I already have 6 pairs of shoes from them since I became a member and I like the shoes. There's just one pair that I recently got that are very uncomfortable when I wear them. The material is so hard that it doesn't mold to my feet so it gives me blisters. Overall, for the price of the shoes, the quality is fine and they're not going to break down on my first wear so that is good. I like the fact that JustFab has a lot of options but I wish that when they have sales, faithful customers will be able to take part in that.

This company stole $40 from me for 7 months straight and when I caught it they told me that they will refund half of the money and keep the rest. Please do not buy anything from this website because they will rob you every month for no reason. This people are crooks.

I first heard about JustFab from a TV advertisement. I initially wanted to try it just to see how well it holds up. My first purchase, I thought it was the right size but it just wasn’t a good fit, so I ended up giving those away. The second one was fine. I bought some heeled sandals recently and they’re okay but I can’t wear them for long periods of time. I’m going to try some platforms from them and see how that goes. If that isn’t a good experience, then I might turn them back off for a while.

I looked through JustFab's brochure and I liked what I saw. I've been their member for two months now. It's fun getting stuff in the mail from them, it's like Christmas. My last purchase was last week. I bought some shoes which I think are of great quality.

However, when I checked my phone today after work, I noticed I got a message from my bank, saying $39 was taken from my account for shoes I never picked out and shoes I never intend to purchase, all because I apparently didn't "skip the month" on time or whatever.

I saw that my co-worker had adorable boots from JustFab and learned that it's also reasonably priced. Since then, I've been a member but it hasn't worked out as well as I'd hoped though shopping online was easy. I had the wrong size shipped twice and every time I go looking for my size, it is already sold out. Moreover, some of the shoes are way too tall and not comfortable at all.

I've been a member of JustFab for a year because of its good prices and shipping. I bought a bag last month and it was awesome.

My experience with JustFab.com is fine. Sometimes there’s stuff, sometimes there’s not. But the shoes are comfortable.

The only thing that I didn't like with JustFab was the automatic payment withdrawal. Everything else was good as they usually have pretty good deals and some things that I liked as well. Products are of good quality.

It took so long to cancel my membership with JustFab. But when I was finally able to, I still have a credit on the account, that’s why I haven’t closed it. I am satisfied with their price and quality but it was difficult to use the customer service after that. I also didn't want to do it monthly.

What I like about being a member of JustFab is that I can have the option of choosing to buy or not buy and won't be charged. My last purchase was a pair of shoes and my favorite purchase so far is my bag. Their products are of good quality.

I still wouldn't use this company, however as they have now cancelled my account i have given 2 stars (as I am dissatisfied with the company and what i went through before not what they did to help me. The refund of the money they took from me isn't going to change that.)

I feel with as much money they are making they are not able to provide a size 5 for the consumer in need. While the pricing would be perfect for what I am looking for especially since I go through my shoes rather quickly I am very disappointed that after all this time they still do not carry a size 5.

When I first joined JustFab, I did not understand how it worked - how they charge every month whether you buy shoes or not. I was quite angry when I learned about that. But I have calmed since then. They got a lot of shoes to choose from and it's not hard to find many pairs that I like and it is convenient. I also like the fact that there are free returns - that's awesome.

JustFab had really nice shoes for a little price. However sometimes they didn't have any sizes or it’s sold out. Also I had to return a pair of boots because the zipper had broken, and then I got back another pair of boots and the zipper was broken again. That was a little upsetting but other than that, they're really good. The quality is not bad. And I really like the easy shopping, easy shipping, and the low prices. I last bought a blue and white purse.

Yesterday I signed up for JustFab as I couldn't purchase without signing up. I was told to get 75% discount on my first shop. I was over the moon. Later I found out I had been signed up to be a VIP member. I did my research and found out I would be charged 35 every month if I don't skip it. I only want one pair of shoes - I do not want to order every month. I work flexible hours and won't always remember!!! I think this is unfair. I've tried to email them several times to be ignored and I've tried ringing customer services but my network won't allow me to ring the company. Someone help? I do not want to be part of this!!!

Everything's good. Even when I’ve had to deal with customer service. They've taken care of any problems that I’ve had. I placed an order one time and it was the wrong shoe size. I called JustFab immediately, they just let me know about the return policy but it all went fine. Since becoming a member 5 years ago, I haven’t had no problem with any of the shoes I got from them. They're pretty good quality shoes.

I would wish shipping would be faster though. You have to order in advance if you want to use the shoes at a certain date. I would prefer JustFab to have sort of a VIP option where you don't have to wait long for your shoes, like maybe three days. I also don't like it when they give you store credit instead of giving your money back. What if I don't intend to buy from them in weeks, or need the money for something else? I can get rewards and discounts just for ordering a lot of stuff and I was able to get another coupon that they sent me. They have fast and free shipping, too. I once ordered some jeans and they were too small, so the next time I ordered a little bit bigger and they were still tight but that's usually my size. So maybe in JustFab jeans I need a bigger size.
