I sent back the two pairs of boots I purchased from JustFab a little under a month ago (November 7th). It was taking a while and I still had not been emailed saying my return had been received so I call just to make sure it had. I was told it had been and I would see credit on my card in 48 hours. Fast forward a week and a half and I have since called 3 more times only to be treated to the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Two of the times I called I was told they received my package "yesterday" and that I would see credit in 48 hours.

I order my niece shoes on Nov 26, 2016 my card was charged from justfab and fabkids. Today is Dec 03, 2016. I woke up and my card was charged again for the same thing. I called them and told them to cancel my account because all I do is shop online and I have never came across a business so shady as them. Not only did I pay and still haven't received my shoes or a tracking number to even see that it has shipped but when I called they was singing a different tune. The guy said I should receive them today as you can see the label for my shoes just got made today. Never shop with them guys.

Their shoes were nice, but were too big around my ankles or that was because I have small ankles. Purchase was $10 off at the time I decided to buy from JustFab. I said to myself, "Might as well go look and see what they have." Then I thought it was $10 for my first pair when I sign up with the membership. I didn't realize that I just had to pay and then they would send me the shoes from then on, so that's why I cancelled. JustFab was really easy about me cancelling my membership. It was really easy to figure out what I had to do. I just called and it worked out fine.

With JustFab, I'm always satisfied. It's very easy finding an item plus the selections are okay. The first one I did, I didn't like the selection that much, but then when I went in and changed some of my options, I got better stuff. And I like that JustFab could just debit my card every month and then when I'm ready to shop I just go shopping and I don't have to worry about it. They always have really good sales. My last purchase was about three weeks ago where I bought some boots and they're very good quality. My favorite is a pair of maroon boots! I do a lot of the clearance items with the free shipping, and that's nice!

The items the style experts suggest appeal to me. Bought a pair of sneakers last September. At JustFab I find the style that I want. I like the VIP perks where I get points when I purchase something. Excellent experience overall.

They have complied and I have FINALLY received my refund! I am extremely happy that it did finally get back to me, however, I'm still pretty unhappy about the process of getting my money back(contacting them 3 separate times with promises that I'd get it over a span of two months and writing a review on here). I would still caution anyone getting a membership with this company. The boots I did receive with the first purchase were wonderful, but the refund issue was a deal breaker for me...which is a shame! Taking people's hard earned money without even sending them a product is extremely shady!

I had an issue when I moved and didn't change my address on my account in time for my shoes to be sent to my new address, so the shoes I ordered got sent to my old address and I didn't receive them. I called Customer Service to let them know about this matter and they were kind enough to just go ahead and send me a whole new shipment of the shoes I ordered to my new address, without any questions or issues. That was amazing. They made it so easy and I was very grateful for that because they could have not done that. I don't even know if the shoes that were sent to my old address were received by whoever lived there now or if these got sent back to them.

I've been a JustFab member now for almost a year. I found them on Facebook. My purchasing experience has been good. I like their products and what they had to offer. They have good overall quality.

I have several issues with JustFab as a company. I dislike that they don't offer refunds on credits if you forget to skip a month, and then your credits are limited. For example, I am unable to use my credits along with sale prices which is ridiculous to me. I have already given my money to the company. Now to be told I have to give more money to receive the sale price is absurd. If I have paid $80 in credit I should be allowed to use those $80 however I please, instead of it being 1 item per credit. Lastly, the cancellation process is overly complicated. Unlike other subscription websites that allow you to cancel your membership easily online, JustFab requires you to contact the company over the phone or through a 'live chat' now. I often find styles I am interested in sell out quickly. So far I have only purchased one item from them. Overall I do not think the membership is worth it.

I heard about a JustFab sale so I went online and started buying from them. I like their special offers and their free shipping. I have been a member for about two years now. However, I never really paid attention to their style expert selections and I like what I like and I don’t want anyone picking anything out for me so I just go straight shopping. My last purchase was about three months ago when I bought two booties and a pair of loafers. I love the booties but I haven’t worn the loafers yet. So far, I haven’t had a problem with any of the shoes I bought.

I've been a member with JustFab for less than a month. Originally, the price was why I purchased from them. I was getting a good deal, and I like good deals like everybody else. It wasn't difficult at all to find the item or style that I was looking for. Moreover, the selections that were given to me by my style expert were pretty cool and nice. The quality of the items I got are in the middle -- not bad, not great. I availed of a special offer wherein the customer gets two things and a certain amount. However, I ordered a pocketbook and didn't realize that it was huge, so I returned it. But I'll order again from them if they've got any good coupons.

I ordered shoes on Thursday 11/24. These shoes were on sale and for the shoes plus shipping, my order came to less than $15. My friend informed me that JustFab charges your card every month to have an account. So I started a chat with Alfred and asked him to cancel my account. Once he told me that I would NOT receive my shoes, I said "Okay, I will wait for my shoes to come first" and his response was "I already cancelled your account". WITHOUT my permission, after I told him not to cancel my order, he cancelled my account.

I have been a customer with JustFab for quite some time. I recently went to shop their 50% off sale since I had credits that I have been paying for. However I was not able to use my credits for my purchase. I either had to use my credit at full price or spend more money at the discounted price. Waste of my time and money... I was highly disappointed and will be cancelling my account.

We like the shoes of JustFab and it was very easy to search for an item. However, I didn't like that they charged me $39.95 when I didn't buy so I cancelled and I am no longer a member. I will recommend them for their nice shoes but not for their $39.95 charge.

JustFab has nice shoes and it was easy to find items I was looking for on the website. The price is right and I was able to avail of 50% off on the Black Friday sale. They style expert gives good selection but the only problem is items in my size runs out quicker. Other than that, the items have good quality.

I am at a total loss as to how they can have such a high rating. So I go to this site looking for boots for winter. They won't let me look at anything without signing up VIP. Ok fine, whatever. I figure at the most it would cost $10 a month. So I order my pair of boots, and THEN it tells me that it's signed me up for a $40 a month recurring payment through my payment method after the fact. For a clothing store, they are a bunch of **. If you want to sell, you don't force anyone into anything. And the member services? What a joke. I'm STILL waiting to talk to someone and it's been 45 minutes and counting. I've stopped everything through PayPal. Now I just want my account closed. But I expect my boots as according to PayPal I already paid for them.

I really liked the selection JustFab had when I first saw what matches I could get. That's what made me decide to try the company out then I kept on going with it. However, the issue I'm currently having with them is every time I try and check out on my computer, the site does not let me see my account and doesn't want me to do anything with it. I have been calling for months trying to get it fixed and they said there's nothing to do about it. They should have better technical support online in fixing that issue. Apart from that, the quality of the items is usually good. I like that they have really affordable things which are usually very in style and in season.

I purchased tops from JustFab. They were extremely huge so I sent them back which was pretty easy to do. But I don’t know if I'm going to continue using their website. They still don't have a particular pair of boots that I was looking for, and it's on the internet. I don't know if they're going to get them back.

I've been a JustFab member for about two months and I like the special offers. In fact, I just took advantage of one where it was $20 for the shoes. But style changes. And I changed and I was just looking for a different color. But a couple of days ago, I bought four pairs of shoes. I wanted to see how they looked. One thing I'm not too fond of is that the shoes are cheaply made. But I don't mind it so much because I don't wear boots all the time. But they've still got to at least make it through the season. I'm hoping that my favorite purchase from JustFab would be one of these pairs of shoes that I just ordered. With the first pair of shoes I got, the calves were too big, so they didn't look right, and I gave them away.

Things have been great with JustFab. I like their shoes and the ease of shopping. I bought a couple of sweaters a month ago and so far, so good. But my favorite purchase from them would be a pair of boots.

I had contacted them because I bought a pair of boots for 10.00 and on checkout they snuck in there the VIP membership. Not knowing that I was going to be charged 39.99 the next month, or I would have never even bought the boots. I contacted them and they said it was not their problem, that I agreed upon check out. Well I was misled, I was tricked, and deceived. I don't want these boots, they can have them back and I don't want their membership.

I'm not happy with JustFab and I would like to cancel my account. First, they have a monthly charge. And second, the size is not how they are and it always happens. I prefer going to the store to buy my shoes than going online wherein I had to return them because they wouldn’t fit me. They sent me another one but they didn't fit me. They’re smaller so I had to give them away. I hardly have time to go to stores so I was expecting something and it didn’t come out of that. Their shoes are amazing, they’re beautiful but they don’t fit.

I am extremely upset with JustFab. I ordered some boots from them in October which took an abnormally long time to arrive. There was no explanation as to why and no information about how to find out where my order was or when it might arrive. They then charged an extra £35 to my debit card in November without my knowledge.

Received my quinta boots today in Grey. Very happy with my order, lovely boots, and same as with the picture. I gave just 4 stars coz this order was sent back to JustFab because of incomplete address and didn't get any email. After following up my order, that was the time I learned that it was sent back. Had to wait for reshipment. But, it's worth the wait.

I've been a JustFab member since September. I like their special offers. They are cool. However, the shoes that I saw online doesn't match with what I saw in the Facebook advertisement but their options were good. It was real easy to find what I was looking for. Their website was very easy to navigate, very visually clear and it’s great.

I saw JustFab on Facebook and I wanted a pair of boots. I'm a member with JustFab for a month now and I ordered the boots where I used the first payer’s $10. They had a little problem with the shipping but that was no big deal and I love and enjoy the boots that I got.

This was my first time shopping on Justfab. It's not letting me sign into my account for some reason but I bought two pairs of boots on first time shopping special and got overcharged. My friends say you guys are super good at helping out. Can you please help me fix this? Thank you!!

I like the boots I bought but they don't fit around my calf very well. I didn't quite put together that I'd be charged monthly when I signed up (my fault I'm sure) but I don't really like the way that works so I'll probably be canceling.

I had a good experience! Ordering, tracking and receiving my shoes were easy and they look great. I like that there was a large selection of shoes to choose from and I found a handbag to go with my shoes.

I had ordered a boots from Justfab on October. And I was automatically made as a VIP member and this month (Nov 2016) the amount of 39.95 Euros is deducted from my account for VIP membership which I was not aware of. So I tried requesting the customer care of Justfab.de to refund the amount deducted, but the response I got was refund is not possible according AGB's... And they are forcing me to shop from Justfab for 39.95 which am not at all interested. So I request for refund and I don't want to shop anything anymore from Justfab.de.

The reason I gave such a low rating, is that actually the day I received my boots they each had a scuff on them. I went through your online and submitted a product review and offered to send in photos and all that – but actually never heard back. The scuffs aren't big enough to send the shoes back, so I just did the product review. I will continue ordering, but it would be great to reply to customer reviews. Thank you!

I was so impressed with my first order! I wasn't sure what to expect quality wise and size wise but my boots came in perfect sizing and amazing quality! The quality vs. the pricing at JustFab is something you can't beat when shopping in your local mall. I can't wait to purchase more boots!

I started using the products of JustFab when I started doing ShoeDazzle as well. And I have a former co-worker that works for the company. I’ve always had it and never really used it and she was raving about it. I got back in it and I’ve been very satisfied. I got a box by JustFab and it was not the best experience for me. They’re getting a stylist to hand select stuff and I like some of the styles but I felt some of the quality was a little cheaply made for the $20 price range. The prices of the clothing were a little high for the subscription. But other than that, I’m very happy with my purchases. I’ve skipped the last couple of months and it’s because some of the looks are a little gaudy for me and sometimes it’s not my style. Sometimes JustFab also got it spot on but I just couldn't afford it.

Purse arrived as promised. It's a little smaller than I had hoped, even though I measured it with the details on the site. I will still use it as it is really cute and I have already had a couple of comments on it. Gave the site address to those who asked.

I was able to get four pairs of shoes for the price of one or two shoes! The shoes came within a week. I loved every pair of shoes! I can never find shoes that fit my legs but I was able to order wide leg!

The customer service at JustFab is really amazing. They’ve always helped me with stuff as far as discounts go and I’ve collected on their points. I’m also a VIP member so I get free shipping. I’d absolutely recommend JustFab. I love them and they’re great. If there is an issue with the quality of my purchase, I'm always able to return it and I like that, too. There are subscriptions that are always difficult but JustFab makes it very easy.

I found returning an item very frustrating. The automated system was unable to recognize my phone number. An option to speak to a live person was not offered in a timely manner (ie once the email and phone number provided for identification were not recognized by the automated system - this question was asked numerous times and should only be asked once and repeated once).

I have nothing but positive things to say. This was my first order. I love my boots and they shipped quick. Quality seems good so far. I can't wait to see what they come out with next month. Thanks JustFab!

I saw great shoes that I wanted at JustFab and I got the buy one, get one half-off or get one free. I've been a member for about six months now and they have a wide selection that I can choose from. So far, I've no issues with the quality of my purchases.

The order processed quickly and the shoes and boots fit perfect. :) I would and have recommended JustFab to friends and coworkers, those that aren't already shopping JustFab. I'll definitely be shopping JustFab more than I probably should be, for myself and my daughter. She's loving the shoes as well.

Shoes were too small, my size is 6 and shoes I got was too small. I should have ordered 6.5 or 7 if all shoes are like that. And clothes were the opposite, I ordered M size but it was too big so I should have ordered S. I really like style and such for all, but apparently I couldn't enjoy any of them, and sending back for different size are too hassle so I just decided to move on.

I love the short boots. They are good quality & will recommend to all my friends. I get a lot of comments on them. I love the style & color I picked. I like the initiative first time buyers get. Also the continuous savings that keep coming. This encourages me to use your site forever.

They have Fast shipment and the website easy is to navigate. Some styles are really beautiful, stylist picks are right on, a lot of the styles chosen I like. Items are inexpensive. I love their bag selections, clothes and shoe selections as well.

I purchased at JustFab because the styles of the shoes were nice. I've been a member since 2012 and it's the first time that I did take advantage of the $10 discount. I have gotten two pairs from them and one pair didn’t fit but I didn’t return them in enough time so I couldn’t get a different pair. I’m stuck with a pair that doesn’t fit but that’s okay. The other pair did fit really nice. It’s still a great experience with JustFab.

I ordered a pair of boots with a coupon for a super good price. They shipped in good time but the tracking information never updated so it looked like they weren't moving from the first depot. They fit well but don't look as nice as the picture. The picture looks like leather/pleather but they are suede. Still a good buy for the discount I got on them. :)

I found the boots I ordered to be cheap. They were way too wide in the calf. They are ok I guess but I wouldn't order again. The shipping was fast and the website is good but I think the quality could definitely improve. I wouldn't mind paying more for a better quality item that I'd actually wear.

Was greatly surprised with the quality and fit of products. Also the exchange I had done was painless and easy. The rep was excellent and a great help. The boots I ordered fit beautifully and the styles were exactly what I was hoping for!!! Would recommend JustFab to everyone.

Both heeled boots I ordered are poor quality, don't fit well, are uncomfortable, not worth what I paid. Specifically ordered narrow boot because of my calf size and the boots are still huge up top. Not excited about wearing them. Returning isn't worth my time either.

Boots arrived and when I went to put them on for a special function I realized there was 2 left boots in the box. I emailed, live chat, and this is my second review with no avail. The boots are still on my table. Not thrilled with customer service thus far. Hopefully this review will be seen and action taken.

I returned several items a couple of weeks ago. I have sent three emails to your company trying to get an answer as to where my exchange credit is???? I've had many items in my bag waiting to use my credit to pay for them. Each time I have tried, there's no credit there. I love your products but your customer service ruins the entire experience! I have not received a response to any of my emails. I have not received any credit for all the items I returned but what's worse is I have a terminal disease and the stress from this only causes my pain & anxiety to be much worse. All I want to do is exchange the items I have sitting in my bag for the items you have already received. I checked the tracking. Maybe I'll be lucky enough that I will get a response to this! If I could do the exchange. I might change my review! Let's see if this works!

The automated voice system was very annoying, especially when you have to spell out your email address, but as soon as I spoke with someone, it was great. The wait wasn't long to speak with someone and the person I spoke with was efficient and very considerate towards my issue and helped me resolve it promptly. Thank you JF!

I ordered a pair Of boots for my first time and I was kinda worried about using my card online but it all worked out. I paid what they said I would and they came so fast. Thank you so much and will be ordering more items.

I was charged for the monthly subscription because my iPad froze as I was skipping the month. I contacted customer service as soon as I discovered the charge. There was no budging. No empathy. No consideration. Plus the credit is not valid towards sale items. So for example if I find something I like on sale for $20 and want to use my credit, I end up paying 39.95 instead of the sale price. Super inflexible. Cancelled my membership. Took several tries to end the relationship. I will never go back as I consider the whole experience an insult.

I bought the Dashiella Boots and tried them on as soon as they arrived. I could not walk in them so I sent a message to customer support and never heard back about how to exchange them. Terrible experience and will not use this site again.

Awesome experience. Placed order and it arrived with no problems. Received email with the tracking number. I was able to know exactly when my order would arrive. I definitely will order again. I would also recommend my friends to order from JustFab. "Love My Boots"

Although I had an issue with some sizing of the clothing, I am still satisfied with the shoes that I have purchased. I will purchase more shoes from them. But will not be purchasing clothing, since it was not accurate sizing.

Found my order information quickly. Was very friendly. Shipping number she provided for tracking wouldn't work on Purolator website unfortunately. Really satisfied with the automated system as well. Very efficient. Helps attendants answer questions very quickly. Overall I was very pleased.

I had seen the ads on television for JustFab, but I have always been a little skeptical about buying things online. If I can't handle the product, how can I be sure it's right? I needed a specific color of shoe and couldn't find it anywhere, so I took a chance. Boy am I glad I did! The shoes are perfect. The quality is amazing, and I got them faster than I thought possible without a private jet. I'm definitely going to shop JustFab first from now on.

My order arrived very quickly! Both boots were exactly as shown. The fuzzy boots are sized a bit small but I'm keeping them :). Quality seems good so far. It's easy to skip a month but I will definitely be making another purchase!

This was my first time ordering from the company, I was extremely satisfied. The boots arrived on time, the fit was perfect. The boots are very comfortable. They also looked exactly as I expected, based on the website photo. This may have been my first order, but certainly won't be my last.

I got my wedding sneakers from JustFab and as a member, I like their special offers and that I don’t always have to purchase something if I don’t find anything I like. Their stuff are good but I have to browse a little bit because I’m not a tall, skinny girl. I’m short, muscular, and curvy so not everything fits me the same way as the models. Their sizes are a little bit big but I would recommend JustFab.

Received in 4 days a very nice and quality product (boots) exactly like the pictures! Very good first experience. The size is perfect, same size as the shoes and boots I found in shopping center in Canada. The VIP policy don't bother me, I skipped the month and nothing bad happened to me???? I will try some clothes, could be a good thing not have to order xxxxL to fit Medium Canadian size! I trust this website and I have already started to recommend it (while showing my new booties).

First I was on the Canadian site. The promo was $10 boots for first pair. Anything on the Canadian site should reflect the proper currency or exchange. Regardless I still feel like I got a good deal. I ordered wide calf because my calves are borderline. Well the wide calf fits my 13 yr old, size 7 daughter. SO she scored herself a pair of boots that I needed.

My order was amazing. I loved my boots and they came faster than I expected and my first order was so cheap. I will be ordering again at some point. The only thing was I sent email about my order why it was taking so long. Pending shipping but no one emailed back that needs some work.

I am very very disappointed when it comes because I have high expectation as what I seen on the video and picture. But when I received the boots I was so mad and frustrated with quality. I felt so rip off and I felt I shop at Ardene. After going through some issue about overcharge and I am not happy with the quality of the boots so cheaply made and overprice. I already spent so much for the quality that's way cheap. I will never shop here anymore.

I'm Furious with JustFab, because I've Unsubscribed 3 times and you continue to harass me with whatever. Can't you just BACK OFF and leave me alone! I'm making a complaint soon if continues! Do you Understand me. I'm Not Interested anymore.

I ordered the same size boots for I the pairs in my order but one pair was too big and one pair too narrow. I can't find out how to return these boots and I read somewhere I could print a label but I do not own a printer or know where to even find where the label is that can be printed.

I have had very few issues with any order I've placed through JustFab. Any time I've had to contact customer service had a very great experience. They're always willing to help with anything they can to make you happy. I love JustFab.

I just received my 1st order last week! The boots I bought were amazing & the quality was incredible! I've purchased shoes online before from different sellers & was disappointed when they arrived. With my JustFab purchase I was so impressed & happy, I couldn't believe how great my new boots were and at such an amazing price! I was impressed with the quality of my boots for the price! Shipping is a good deal coming to Canada! Usually shipping prices are outrageous for Canadian orders on US sites so $7 seems pretty reasonable and they arrived in about a week so that was great. I love the variety of styles available and I'm excited to try out the clothing too.

I had never tried ordering from JustFab before. I saw the deal and decided that I would give it a try. It took a few days to get them shipped, but they made it and I am very happy with the boots. I am very pleased with my purchase of two pairs of boots. The product came quickly and the procedure was very straight forward. My only small complaint is that the Linna bootie in Cognac wasn't exactly the colour as shown. I am overall pleased and will continue to order.

I love the fact that delivery was prompt and right to my door. The selection in season is great although off season items are minimal. I would definitely recommend you to a friend and actually have a friend that upgraded to VIP because of my experience.

Hi. Well I had ordered two pairs of boots and only received one ever. Never got the black boots I had bought. And then only I had gotten one tracking number even though it was two parcels. So I am not too impressed. Would like my money back pls.

I was very happy with my first order with JustFab. Great boots, very comfortable, exactly like their pictures. They have a nice selection! Not so happy with the amount of emails that are being sent. Very overwhelming. But altogether it's been a good experience.

Great Scott these are great boots! Trendy, comfy, and a good size calf for my skinny legs. I recently placed a second order. Very affordable shoes, rewards points accumulation, and easy ordering process. I'm happy to have found JustFab, because they're just fabulous!

I have placed 1 order so far and love my boots... especially the price. I'm going to try the membership for a few months. There are some other items I'm interested in. So far so good. I looked forward to the next delivery.

I have recently ordered two boots. I received them in excellent time. The order process was very quick and easy to use and they have lots of items to choose from. My only issue was that I ordered a standard size calf based off of the pictures on the site. The pictures showed that the boot was really big around the models leg and I wanted it tight. Now I know to go wide next time. Lol. Loved the second pair of boots and was able to gift the ones that didn't fit.

I ordered 3 pairs of boots (wide calf) and a pair of booties. I was so happy I received them in a just week but the tall boots were not so wide calf as I thought. I was so disappointed! I so wanted to keep them because they were so pretty but I have no choice but to return them. :( Please make extra wide calf boots!!!

I have ordered twice on JustFab and my experience has been great! The website is easy to use and the orders come quick. I am very happy with the items I received, very good quality. The only thing I am not happy with is the whole "Skip a Month" that you have to do or else your credit card will be charged. I don't agree with that.

This site is awesome, love the wide variety of different styles they offer. I find the service to be fast and reliable. The promotions and sales are great and earning points back after every purchase is a bonus. It's JustFab-ulous!!

I called 2 times about me cancelling my account. The first time they said it would take 48 hours. I called a week later after they tried to charge me once again. The second time they cancelled my account and I got a full refund.

The Black Fringed Boots... I can't understand how Justfab can sell their products for so little money. The price is Justfab lol. Keep up the great work and awesome prices. I just love the products that I've purchased. Anyone who is on the fence about shopping there, get off the fence and shop. You won't be disappointed.

My experience with JustFab has been great so far. I joined because of the "two pairs of boots for $40" offer, and when the boots arrived and I saw they were of high quality I decided to give the clothing a try as well. It also is good quality - my only complaint is that the sizing seems a little off (a small sweater fits more like a medium), but now that I know I will just order accordingly next time.

I was a bit weary to order a pair of shoes online as somehow it's never what you actually expect. Too big, too small, uncomfortable, cheap quality etc. I figured for the price you can't go wrong! I have to say, I am very impressed with the Genesis wedge boots I got (black), the fit was perfect, they weren't bulgy and heavy looking. They actually looked better than the picture advertised! I can't wait to wear them. Oh and they're light on the foot. Yay! Nothing worse than those low budget shoes that weigh your foot down! I will be ordering again.

Sent back boots I ordered in a size 11 over 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting for my refund to appear in my account. No contact to tell me items have been received. I had a terrible customer service experience too. Never shopping with JustFab again! Their size 11 is more like a size 8. I normally wear a size between 10 and 11 so I figured I was safe ordering an 11. Turns out I was very wrong. I couldn't even get my foot in the boots. My ankle held off the back. There was no way of even doing the boots up! Sizing is very off. When I called to figure out how to return my boots I was just pressured into trying to keep my membership which I said about 5 times I didn't want to keep!

I received my products, which I absolutely loved. I actually wore one of the dresses to work the next morning. However, I was a little surprised that delivery took so long. My annoyance was mitigated by the fact that I did receive prompt notification of the delay in shipping. So at least I was not left wondering and worrying.

This was my first time joining with JustFab, so first order and I did join the elite club too. Well my order went ok. They had my size and the color I wanted. I did order 6 or 7 pairs of boots. From the low booties to high boots. Love the looks of the all. When it came... BIG PROBLEM!!! 2 boxes arrived. Box 1 was correct - it held 1 of my boots. 2nd box thought it was kind of small to hold the rest. It had the right shipping label with my name and address. BUT inside 2 boots that said size 9. I'm a 8 - 8 1/2. Opened them and thought to myself I didn't order this. Found the packing receipt inside the box with someone else name and address.

Great quick service but are too small. Going to return and have already ordered my next pair of boots! Easy to navigate online and great selections too. Will definitely order for my family on here as great deals for everyone and didn't realize had clothing too - bonus for sure!

I love my order and I wanted to order more however, I don't like that you have a monthly charge you have to worry about. I know you can skip the month, but it's stressful to think you might forget. It's an unneeded pressure that kept me from ordering more and makes me think about discontinuing my account.

My experience was satisfactory. Shipping was fast and prices were great, but most of the boots I wanted were out of stock, and the ones I ordered were far too wide for my very average sized calves. I had to give them away to my mother. May or may not try to order again from JustFab.

I ordered a trench coat (small) like did I know the models they use are tall. So naturally the coat became a dress and a bit big for me. So note to self.. Do Extra small next time. I do wear small American size so for anybody buying clothes here I'd say order a size small.

It's a bit hard to describe my experience with JustFab when I was barred from having one. I tried multiple times to place a large order and was repeatedly told it couldn't be processed. The unhelpful customer service agents I spoke with gave me multiple, conflicting reasons for this issue (in the same conversation!), and in the end I gave up and found a different place to spend my money.

Always loved the products and fast shipping... UNTIL I ordered boots on 10/11/16 to use up some credits I had built up from forgetting to cancel my boutique every month. Received noticed they were mailed on 10/15 with the tracking number. Waited and waited... Checked tracking number weeks later to find out only the label had been printed and nothing was ever even shipped. I contacted customer service to which I never did receive a reply. Left bad review of my experience and got an instant reply which was nice... but only happened once. Asked a few more questions if there was a new tracking number and so on. 8 days later still no boots and no replies to other questions... Ugh. Not happy. No replies are the most annoying thing ever!! Before I wanted the 2 pair of boots I ordered, now I just want my money back and account cancelled. I don't want any more hassle from customer service. Thank you.

I’ve done one order at JustFab and it was a good experience. When I put my stuff in the cart, I left them there for a few days because I wasn’t sure. And when I went to finally purchase them, they were cheaper so that was cool.

I went through the designs posted in Facebook and I just loved them and so I ordered. It was quite easy to find the items or style I was looking for. My style expert gave amazing selections. Recently, I have purchased booties and I really like them. Its design and quality were both great. I had a great shopping experience with JustFab. Their comfort-level is also very nice and I liked it. I have actually promoted them to my friends and they have as well shopped from JustFab. Unfortunately I'm moving down to India and I had to withdraw my membership so I won't be having the opportunity to have this membership again. If I plan to come back to JustFab, I'll definitely pick up the VIP member again. I hope I’ll be having a good shopping experience after that.

I’ve bought three pairs of boots from JustFab. Two of them have great quality but the one pair, the quality is not the best. They're affordable, they look cute but they aren’t the most comfortable. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.

JustFab's prices are good and I also liked their design. I purchased from them about two weeks ago and I have received my boot box. However, there was some issue with my boots so I've left them in the box and have never worn them.

I usually take advantage of the sales at JustFab, and I like the items that I get. However, I have bought two pairs of heels, which when I tried on, didn't seem very comfortable. On the other hand, I like the shipping. It's usually fast, or it comes when they say it's going to come. I've had to return something before, too, and it's really simple to do so. I'll probably have to return the boots that I just got 'cause I think I'll need a six and a half instead of a six.

Absolutely love JustFab! I can't get enough of their cute boots & the prices are unbeatable! I always put a Dr. Scholl's inside the shoes as they can get a little uncomfortable if you wear them for a long time in a day.

JustFab have different items that I'm not going to typically find somebody else with the same type of item. Plus, they're affordable so I went with them. The only thing that I struggle with a little bit is that I'm very short so I have trouble finding clothes that fit a petite person. This would be the same issue that I would have with any other store. But in terms of quality, it's very good.

I have big feet so it’s hard for me to find shoes and JustFab has shoes that are in style and in my size. I like that I have reward points and I have used some credit towards my shoes before. The customer service is also great. I’ve had to talk to them a few times about making a return and there was no hassle with it. When I needed to call for a problem, they addressed it quickly and they were very accommodating. JustFab is doing good.

I’ve only gotten one shipment and I don’t have a whole lot of time but the app on my phone sucks and isn’t really all that great. Even so, I got the boots on buy one at $39.99 and get one free and the quality of the boots is great.

When I received my the shoes I ordered from JustFab, I put them in the closet. Then a month after, when I got ready to wear them, one of the shoes broke the first time I put it on. I thought that was weird and that was the first time so I assumed I was just being too rough. But it happened again with another item. Their shoes are not well made. I didn’t go through the hassle of trying to return the shoe, but that was bad. After that, I will be discontinuing my membership.

JustFab has shoes that I liked. I can pick my own style of shoe and they would send me options. I like the option to skip most of the items I cannot afford, but that made me not cancel my membership when finances got hard. They have also added the clothes. The style selections from their experts are very good and up to date as far as fashion and the overall quality of their items is good. I still have shoes that I've bought five years ago. But their larger-sized shoes run out quickly and then I had to wait too long. Also, if there are styles that I like, I have to get them then and there because they will no longer offer them. But, I would still recommend them to a friend.

I had seen that with JustFab you can get the first pair for $10 so I bought one pair from them. When they came in, the quality was good but they were too tight because I got wide calves. So I cancelled my membership with them. They just weren't big enough for me and I’d rather just try them on before I get them.

I like JustFab and their easy shipment. It arrives as scheduled. If there’s any problem, I would’ve gotten a notification. I’ve never been disappointed with the shipment being coming after and being held up, or any mistakes. I also like the quality of the items.

I always purchase shoes and they have good quality but they also have things I don't like. And since they withdraw from our accounts monthly for the subscription, it's better if we get a reminder to skip in the first five days.

What started as a simple reach out to customer service about the JustFab app (which is awful), resulted in some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. First, it was impossible to find any link on the app that would actually connect a customer to the customer service department. So I got out my laptop and went to the website. I started with Live Chat, which was a joke. After telling the person my reason for connecting, I was told I shouldn't use the JustFab mobile app because it simply didn't work. At least that was what she had been told.

I went onto the JustFab website and found a pair of shoes that I liked, so I signed up. I love the shoes. I have a pair of tan pumps that I wear to work weekly. I get a lot of compliments on the shoes that I buy from JustFab, so that always feels really good. The styles are great and fit me and what I’m looking for. The quality has been good. I take advantage of the monthly credit for the shoes and I also like that I can skip a month if I can’t afford it. Just today I bought a new pair of fuzzy boots.

My partner and I opened a JustFab account and have been members for almost a year now. We had eight credits sitting there because we kept forgetting to go online and skip the month. We took advantage of that and we went online a month or two ago and did a big order. We purchased a few pairs of shoes and a couple purses for the both of us. We used six of the credits that we had. We look at selections that JustFab sends and sometimes it's way off. We go through, figure what we want, go in and look ourselves. JustFab has a lot of their styles which they carry all-year-round. I joined their VIP club because I liked some of the shoes. I had purchased a wedge shoe with the toe in the front which I wore this last weekend and I got a lot of compliments. I’ve also taken advantage of their buy-one-get-one-half-off. A lot of times when I order, I end up getting like three pairs at one-time so that's great. In addition, when I'm having problems, I'd call them and they've been very helpful.

You think you are getting a first time offer until you get to check out and enter your card info and you find out you are enrolling in a monthly auto debit program. If you don't order a specified amount of product their stylist recommend for you, they debit your account anyway and issue a credit on your JustFab for future purchases.

I've been a JustFab member for two months now. The first pair of shoes I bought from them was $9. It was offered at a discount. Their selections were good. They didn't have all the shoes that I'm looking for sometimes, but it's fine. My favorite so far is a pair of snakeskin booties. It's moderately comfortable but the other ones I have are very comfortable that I can wear them all day at work.

I became a member in 2014 but I canceled my VIP member subscription because I didn't use it very often. But I have a good experience with them. Their price was nice and their selection process was easy. Items were laid out very well. I usually buy stuff for my sisters or my mom and I like how easy it was to find the things that they like on there because there's a large variety of different styles. And, they're very, very good quality.

JustFab has really good offers. I wasn’t looking for something specifically so that made it a bit easier to look at the offers and choose from there. I’ve been a member for a month and a half and I like that I had a full discount. I got a pair of Converse previously and I was a bit disappointed because the material on them was really hard, so I had blisters after wearing them. I bought a pair of boots last week and now I'm waiting for them to arrive and see how they are. But even though the products are not good, the customer service is the best. I had an issue with the monthly charge on my credit card because I couldn't find the button to skip the month and a very kind rep helped me with that.

I love JustFab's styles and price. As a member, I like the discounts and the emails and notifications that I get. The style expert's set of selections isn't my favorite thing but it's nice that they show me that. It also doesn't matter because I've already got a wide selection, so I don't have to pick them. The items have decent quality. If an item doesn't fit or if I receive something I don't like, I put it right back in the box, call them, and they send the label and it gets sent right back. As long as the item's new, that's fine. I hope the JustFab website never goes away.

I originally signed up for JustFab thinking it was similar to Shoedazzle. I love Shoedazzle and order from them frequently. JustFab is not Shoedazzle! They have horrible customer service. Their representatives are outsourced in order to reduce overhead costs. When you call in with a concern the rep cannot understand English. They use terminology that is inappropriate for the conversation.

Majority of my boots and purses came from JustFab and my experience with them has been very awesome. I was searching for boots and different shoes and checked out their website. Then I signed up to take advantage of the first time membership offer wherein I buy one item and get one free or half off. I purchased the item, received it, tried it on, and was hooked since then.

If anyone asks me where I get any of my things, I always let them know it's from JustFab. They always have cute stuff and I like using them and have been a member for two years now. One thing I like about being a member is I get points. I also get good deals and it's just nice. A lot of times, I get a $10 or $20 coupon. When I get the VIP first choice in sales, and I take advantage of those. I like the selections my style expert gives. They got me on point, but sometimes some of the heels are too high for me and I can't walk in those. I enjoy all my boots. I love them. My favorite is a pair green boots that go above my knees. They are so comfortable and they have this thick, clunky feel. My last purchase was a pair black boots that I bought two months ago and I like them.

I have been a customer of JustFab for years. I even turned my friends and family to the site. I realized today that they have started a restocking fee for returns... I haven't had to make a return on my purchases in awhile so I am not sure when this started but it certainly wasn't in place before when I had to return items. If you don't want JustFab credit and simply want your money back (as you should be able to do with any purchase) then it costs you $5.96 PER ITEM. I had to return 3 items from this last order because they didn't look as they did online or didn't fit. It is going to cost me $18 to just return them. I find this appalling and ridiculous.

I needed new shoes and JustFab was a great way to remind me to buy new shoes. Finding a style was very easy. They have a whole bunch of different styles, so I can order what I feel like that month. I like my selections from the style expert. I can pick any of those shoes and they're going to be something that I can wear.

I'm a shoe lover, and I saw all of the shoes on their TV commercial that I liked. So I decided to go on their site and sign up. Finding items on their site was pretty easy. I just typed in the color or what kind of shoes I wanted and they popped right out. The quality of the shoes I bought is good. Some of the shoes came with replacements, so I'm really happy with that. I got the wrong size in one of the shoes, and it was really easy to exchange. My mom returned two pairs of shoes that she got. She was happy about that. It was really easy to print everything. And the shoes came fast.

JustFab is a good website. I love everything about it, except for the monthly club fee where I have to remind myself to go online and say “No purchase” so I won't get charged $40. I like what JustFab offers. They had some boots I got for 11 bucks and I like them a lot. I'm also waiting on a jumpsuit, that was on Project Runway, to become available.

JustFab had a good beginning sale where they had a buy one, get two free promotion. The jeans sale was pretty good, too. They also had a summer clearance and I bought jeans, sweaters, and a lot of other things. I also buy a lot of shoes from them. It's pretty easy looking for the things that I want. Everything is listed there - all the models and all the colors. I also like that I can skip any month if I don’t have funds and that I have all the credits there available for me.

I must admit I didn't know about the subscription fee when I placed the order. 2x boots called "Rihannon" black and brown totaled to 28.95 so I did buy them out of excitement. I must admit it isn't my card I used so I don't think I would be able to carry on for long with subscription but the boots are exactly like pictured! The very top of calf was a tad baggy. (I'm very, very fussy and tiny!) So I sewed them to fit as they had material at top so I'm even more happier about the product now! Yes their customer service could be better but I was quite nasty and didn't really need to be, and I did apologise! Yes they do explain the VIP so tbh should deff read carefully if something seems too good to be true! But overall do love my boots!! (Expected bad quality because of negative reviews.) It is not clear when you say you have a credit and then it charges you. I cancelled my account as a result and you still charged me for the VIP a month later, which resulted in an overdraft fee for me. You need better customer service representatives and you need to be clear – it's not a "credit" if you still get charged.

I had been a JustFab customer for 2 years and had great experiences with each order. Recently, when a card account that had been inactive for some time became active again I received 2 charges each for $39.95 in 1 day! I called and complained and was very satisfied with the level of care & time put in to my situation. I was able to redeem credits, and was given additional credits as a courtesy. I was told I would have a refund within 5-7 business days. We are now going on 10 business days with no $! I'm waiting on an $80 refund which is taking forever. As a mom of 4, with a 1 income family this is a blow to our monthly budgeting. Highly disappointed in the delay and have since cancelled both JustFab accounts that I have. Please make this right!

I got a pair of boots from JustFab and it was true to fit. The selections were good. They were right on point with what I would choose. However, claiming my free item had a time limit. It only gave me an hour to breeze with everything they had. I had to make the firm decision on what I want 'cause I had to hurry up and pick something before that 59 minutes is over with. I would still recommend them but I would like more time.

I love the boots I purchased. They are super cute and fit perfectly. I was excited about the skip the month because sometimes even credit for future purchases is just not in the budget. I dutifully clicked skip the month on the 1st day (option to skip is 1st-5th and credit card is charged on 6th). But something went wrong and I was charged on the 6th. The automated consumer call to question the charge was not helpful. I finally was able to speak to a real person and the charge was refunded. I did cancel my subscription because I don't want to go through the hassle of making sure I don't get charged unnecessarily.

I accidentally sent my order to my old address, so I called the customer service line. The representative was friendly and helpful. I was able to keep the same discount/promotion even when changing my shipping address, and the shoes came so fast! Love the boots I bought, and the great customer service was an added bonus.

The shipping was fast. If you are a curvy girl these are the jeans for you. The quality of the fabric is perfect and does not seems to be stretched out real easily. I wish they made longer lengths for tall girls but overall I'm happy with the purchase of these jeans.
