I was trying to find a site that carry shoes that fit my feet because it's hard to try to find 5 1/2 and found JustFab. I just became a member because I purchased a pair of sandals through them. It was some flat shoes that I wanted but already sold out in my size so I just kept checking their site. The quality seems good and I like the shoes I got from them.

My shopping experience with JustFab was actually fabulous. I love the shoes and it was great to try and buy something from a new website. They have some pretty cool stuff and finding the styles that appeal to me was very easy. They have questions like, "Which style do you prefer?" They had different artist and celebrity styles and they give you a little showroom of what your style and personality is which makes browsing styles really easy. I get discounts on certain stuff which is my favorite part about my JustFab membership. They had some wedges on sale and so I went in and got those. I like the quality. It's very nice just like they say it would be. The shoes are perfect to walk in too. My feet don't hurt and it's really a cool shoe. I would recommend them to anybody.

I liked the shoes that I saw on JustFab and have been a member for four years now. I like that when they take the money out of the account I have credits in there so I can shop whenever I want. The returns and exchanges are pretty easy. My last purchase was jeggings and they're my favorite pants--really nice. I love them!

There was a Buy 1 Get 1 deal in JustFab so I purchased from them and it wasn't difficult at all to find the style I was looking for. I purchased boots from them and it lasted for two years. However, I wasn't a frequent shopper so I only shopped a couple of times before cancelling my membership. I did not like the automatic removal of money from my account, but overall my experience with JustFab was fine.

JustFab had cheap shoes and I did alright finding stuff that I want. I've been their member for about a month. I like that you get to go online and look at everything that they have, as well as their quickness, the easy access and the quality of the brand. Their selections are okay but I wish they were a little bit better/stylish as far as the clothes were concerned. Still, I'd recommend them to people.

They've been taking money out of my account every month and I was not aware that I had to order shoes every month and that I still will be charged whether I got them or not. It's pretty easy to find things I want but I didn't like the boots that I purchased since they're a little bit uncomfortable - it had no support for the feet whatsoever. I also have really big calves so it was hard to fit into them. But other than that, the style was beautiful and they were exactly what I expected. I still wore them for the day that I actually wanted to wear them and it was good. I really loved them.

However, my daughter complained about one pair of shoes. She said that the sole had broken off rather easily. But other than that one pair, everything seemed decent. JustFab's shoes are cute and it's just awesome that they are for about $39.99. They also have "buy one, get one free" promo and the "buy one, get one half." I've also had offers where I gain enough points and get stuff for free. It is just frustrating that they run out of my size quickly. Moreover, I'm happy with the selection and the quality they have. It's not always what I am looking for but there are some pretty good ones.

I called up customer service and found that where the lady asks you to put in the mobile number you have on the account it cut me off automatically. How dodgy is that.

I’ve ordered a lot of stuff from JustFab. Before they got big and they did all this expanding, the customer service was amazing to the point where it was impressive. You would call and someone would joke around with you about sizing and they would help you figure out what color you wanted. It was very patient, nice and friendly, and very professional. It made you feel like a part of this really cool group of people. But after what happened yesterday, I will never recommend them to others.

I still got the little sticky thing underneath on the bottom - that's how new they are. The associate I spoke to told me that as I just made a purchase he recommends that I continue my VIP account until I receive my package and then call back and cancel. I still wanted to cancel so he then stated he was going to take away the VIP price on what I had ordered in the past. He then insisted that he had the right to change the price on my prior purchases if I chose to cancel and bill me the non member price. Excuse me?! He would NOT cancel my account. I will never order from them and I will never recommend this company. Horrible.

I thought I was getting a promotional deal from JustFab for a free pair of shoes, but I ended getting screwed. They literally were taken $39.95 out of my credit card without my knowledge and making it a credit to buy items off their website. They told me I signed up for the program. I was like "no, I didn't", especially when the quality of items they are providing is not worth $10. The free pair of shoes was horrible. It felt cheaply made. I spoke to the customer service department. They pretty much gave me the runaround. Not very helpful, sounded like a tape recorder. Overall experience was horrible. Please beware this company will be charging unauthorized purchases. If they continue, the only thing guarantee is a future big lawsuit. Enjoy my hard earn cash JustFab.

One thing that I like about JustFab is the way they handle returns. If you return something, they're prompt to receive it and credit it to your account. I love their purses and they are wonderful. They have strong, good, very appealing and not cheap-looking items. But I'm getting ready to cancel because they're a little bit too trendy for me. I'm not that trendy since I don't wear heels anymore and I don't like that there's a charge every month even if I don't purchase anything.

I like having the different variety that you can't find in the mall. It's pretty easy to find the style that I want. Sometimes I like heels, sometimes I may feel I like flats, and sometimes I feel like sneakers are good. My last purchase was a t-shirt but I didn't like their sizing, but other than that, their quality is good and my experience has been awesome.

The director of customer service personally called me to apologize and said he did listen to the phone call I'd had earlier. He was very nice and really sounded sincerely apologetic. He also gave me his personal line number so that if this ever happens again I can call him. Very nice of him. See, that was a perfect example of customer service and hopefully he will be able to train his phone representatives to be as courteous as he is. I really appreciated that he acknowledged that it was poor service before and that he called me. This showed me that I'm a valued customer and i appreciate that.

JustFab has a really good deal for shoes though I had just cancelled my membership. But I got to take advantage of their two for one deal for under $30 which was really cool. I bought a pair of boots and sandals which had pretty good quality. I would definitely recommend JustFab if you are an online shopper especially if you have a style in mind. When I had it, they had it broken up in styles and that was really nice.

Been a member of JustFab for a few months and I’m liking the surprise email that I get. The style expert really helps you choose your personal style. Ordered some items two months ago and they were great and sturdy. It really lasts long even when it gets wet like when it's raining. I even saw a celebrity with the shoes I bought.

I placed an order with JustFab ltd in the UK and was please to receive a first time discount and liked the clothes. I have just gone to my account now 4 months later and was shocked to see that they have taken out £44 per months for the past 3 months so altogether £132. I have never entered into any agreement with them and to me this is stealing. I've spoken with their call centre in the Philippine and they were beyond confusing. One minute they are saying they've made a mistake with some VIP program and the next moment it's all my fault. Made no sense to me. I've never been scammed before but I feel I have with JustFab. I will never use this company again.

I was just surfing the web and I saw some cute items that I liked from Fabletics which is connected with JustFab. It's convenient to shop online. The shoes are okay and I've got some sandals that I liked. There were some that I sent back and it was mostly because of the size. I was just confused a little bit on the billing. If you don't order they bill you but you still have the credits. I really couldn't keep track of that very well so I was never quite sure if I was being overcharged or undercharged. It's on the website but when you're speaking with an actual person, they should be able to explain it a little bit better.

When you're buying shoes, you're buying shoes because you like them. You want to feel pretty or you need them for wintertime. Whatever you're looking for, there's definitely something for everyone. I have been a member of JustFab and have never has two transactions taken out UNTIL I cancelled one. It takes FOREVER to cancel... see the millions of YouTube videos on the hell of JustFab. They charged me $40 dollars AFTER I cancelled my account. It's very sneaky the way they get you to sign up and take money out of your account month after month and after you cancel they still take money out of your account. After I called and talked to someone about cancelling (they will do anything for you to not cancel) I was sent to customer service, they were rude. I called 3 times. The first two I was hung up on, put on hold AND THEN hung up on, the next lady was combative with me after talking to her and saying "this is horrible I am a single mother, a student, and I have a job... why are you taking money away from me?"

The bags that I have purchased and got has really held up well. They're sturdy, nice and not your usual $30 bags. It's nice quality.
