I like shoes and saw that JustFab sells them for $39.95 and it sounded good for me. Since I became a member, I was able to take advantage of their promo where I got 3 shoes for $39.90. I like the items that their style expert chose for me - sometimes I couldn't find anything, but it works fine. So far, I like the quality of the shoes and bags that I've purchased. The bag itself is fine but the handle is paper-thin. So I don't really use it because I'm afraid it's going to break as I have a lot of stuff.

My experience with JustFab has been pretty good. I've been a member for a couple of months now but I've been shopping with them for the last two years. My only complaint is that some of the stuff are a little high priced. Other than that, everything's pretty clear cut and it's not complicated. Moreover, none of my purchases has fallen apart.

When I first signed up with JustFab, my first pair of shoes were $10 plus shipping and I was able to get what I wanted. There were also sandals that I liked that bought from them. JustFab has good quality. Also, the selections that the style expert gives are perfect. I wish I could keep up with the monthly fee so I can stay a member longer. It's a good company.

I was looking for boots one time and so I purchased from JustFab, which I heard about from a friend. I've been their member for 8 months and I don't have a problem with them quality-wise and shipment-wise. However I'm not a fan of their website since I don't find it easy to manipulate. It's not designed very well and I don't like shopping on it. I am getting ready to cancel my subscription after I used the credit, the only reason I've kept it as long as I have is that the girls at my office use it - I'll buy one and the girls get the free one.
I'm satisfied with JustFab. It's great that they have 9,000 shoes but I have no time to scroll through it all - it's overwhelming. For my latest purchase, me and a girl from work were looking for a pair of sandals. It took us three days to figure out what we were going to order because it was so much stuff. Also, some of their stuff are a little edgier than I like and these types make the search for what we want seem to take a whole lot longer. Furthermore, I find the style expert's recommendations random and not based on things I've ordered in the past as I've never ordered anything but shoes.

JustFab looked like a great website and so I decided to give it a try. Yes I saw it was a monthly subscription site and I had decided I was just going to order a pair of boots and cancel the subscription, since I don't prefer these sites. They advertise on their website that you can call anytime 24/7 to cancel. Yet I have called religiously every day and haven't heard a response. I am truly disappointed because it looked like such a great website. Then I further went online and found hundreds of stories where people weren't satisfied. Wish I never purchased from them. Just as a warning you might want to do some research before you purchase from their company.

It was due to the two shoes for $39.99 that I purchased from JustFab, and have since been a member for two years. However, some of my shoe straps have broken. But overall, JustFab is good and consumer friendly.

It's easy to order. I've never had any issues, so I never had to send anything back. If I purchase an item, that's exactly how it comes. I had one issue one time with the sizing, but that was the style of the shoe. My daughter was able to fit it, so I didn't have to send it back. Also, it doesn't take forever to get here what I ordered. Even though it may say 7 days, I may get it within 3 days. I purchased a pair of shoes and a pair of sandals two months ago, and I love the quality. JustFab is Awesome!

With regards to their website I think they need to pay more attention to their customer support service. I don't think my issue would have been resolved if I hadn't of used this forum.
That been said the issue was resolved and I will continue shopping online. I am a big fan of Justfab and after writing a review on this forum received great customer service.

I have been with JustFab the last two years and never had any problems until a couple of months ago. I ordered two pairs of boots and the goods were never delivered. Usually it takes JustFab 3 days to deliver sometimes a lot quicker. After a week I contact customer service via email... nothing. I email them again nothing and again and I just gave up. This actually happened a couple of months ago. I didn't know there was a forum for reviews on JustFab. So I think it's worth posting. I love JustFab but I am reluctant to buy from them again because if I have another problem I think it will just be ignored.

My favorite thing about being a JustFab member is the shoes, my closet looks pretty. They've got cute shoes, but you have to be careful of the sizes. I bought some white sandals that I've still never worn because they're just too big. Also, items were a little weak in quality. Any new shoes that I have purchased fall apart after a couple of wears. Though selections by the style expert were okay, some of them were just not on point.

I bought a pair of shoes since they had a promotional deal of buying your first pair of shoes from their website for only $10, which sounded pretty good. However, it automatically signed me up for their stupid "VIP Membership" that I didn't want at all! Now I will be charged $40 a month! I am so angry and to make it even worse, they do not answer my phone calls! I have called their (866) 337-0906 number SO MANY times and no one answers.

Having built up credit with JustFab without realising I decided to purchase several items that I liked. These arrived late and once I received them they were of a poor quality for the amount of money that I had paid - for example the sizes were too large and the shoes were stiff and uncomfortable. I therefore wanted to return some of the items. I took a day off work to wait for the items to be picked up however despite JustFab confirming that someone would collect the items that day, nobody turned up. I therefore had to get another label and I dropped the parcel off the next day at a local pick-up point instead. I sent the correct items back in line with the guidelines. After a few days I received 4 emails stating that the items had been received and that I would get a full refund in 7-10 working days. It has now been 15 working days and I have still not received a refund.
Despite sending the correct items back it now states on my account that the status is "Received (Incorrect Items)". I sent back two bags (too large and heavy), a skirt (too big) and three pairs of shoes (uncomfortable and of a poor quality) in the same packaging they came in. All three pairs of shoes were in the same large box that they came in and sealed properly. However on my account it states that two of the pairs of shoes were received but one was not which has now added to my anger. This whole process has taken up a lot of my time and effort. All I would like is my money back and to cancel my membership with JustFab for good. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Once I understood how JustFab works, I liked it. I thought it was cool to set some money out aside and do some shopping. I just have to look on their site and sometimes I can find some good deals there. I haven’t bought anything this past month because it hasn’t really been in my budget, but I like a lot of the stuff that they have on there. The last items I bought were two pairs of shoes and a romper. So far, I still have the items that I got from them - they have lasted. Unlike some things wherein they dye out once you wash them, the romper that I got is still black after I have washed it a few times. It's still good.

I do not know if this is deliberate so that I cannot skip the month online in the VIP account and they charge me 35 pounds.

After posting this review the company told me, they would be in contact. They refunded me the amount I was charged and ensured that my membership was cancelled.
I also found out that even if you get charged the 39.99 (or 54 something Canadian) for not skipping the month that turns into a credit which you can use to purchase something from their website, rather then it just disappearing.
The company was timely looking into this manner and resolved it without any hesitation.

I bought a pair of boots from JustFab, I liked them, worth the $20.00 since they were on a sale. If you do not skip or cancel every month they charge you for a pair of shoes. I skipped the months without a problem. The problem came when I tried to cancel my membership. You call that number and you talk to a robot. I cancel my membership with the robot. The next month I was charged for not skipping the month, even though I canceled my membership. I called again and they said it was canceled, I emailed them to try to find an actual person to talk to. I heard nothing back. I go on to the site this morning to make sure that I did not have to skip the month, since I have called twice to ensure my membership was cancelled, and it still has not been cancelled. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

I'd like to cancel with JustFab. I've been charged probably three times already for the $39.95 and I have no idea how to make it stop. For the price, you can't expect them to be like Louis Vuitton. But they've made it easy to return items. I got a pair of shoes and didn’t realize that they had gold on them so I exchanged them for a different pair. What I don't like is you get charged every month whether or not you order anything. It's not easy to put your orders on hold and say you don't want to order every month. I don't even know how to do it. There's not an email reminder. Other than that, everything's fine. I got a shirt that was cute and three pairs of shoes. JustFab's concept is good as well as the customer service experience, but their program isn't for me. I don't buy shoes every month. I have a whole closet full of shoes.

I was looking at JustFab's kids stuff and bought some things for my daughters. I then decided to check for myself and saw some flats that I can't find in the stores so I decided to buy three pairs. I've been their member for three months now and I'm happy and very impressed so far. The quality of their products is better than I thought. I haven't made any purchases since the initial one but I'm waiting for cooler temps because I wanted to buy some boots later on.

I purchased from JustFab because of their choices and price. I've been a member for a year and the free shipping is my favorite since I didn't want to pay extra money. Moreover, I've also taken advantage of their half price special offer. Most of the items I purchased have a nice quality, but not so much on jewelry or accessories. I tried so many times and I end up regretting that. But shoes and bags have good quality and I even have a nice pair of jeans that I liked. Overall, I'm happy with JustFab but I won't recommend it for everyone since they lack some things.

The shoes on the JustFab commercial seemed very pretty that's why I decided to purchase from them and I've now been a member for 4 months. It's very easy to find the items I'm looking for and I like the style selection each month - it's very accurate to what I would normally wear and the quality is good.

I went on the CANADIAN website for JustFab and I made my first order which said will be $63.00. When I checked my credit card statement, I saw a charge for $86.00. I was shocked so I called JustFab and told them and they said that is because they charge in US dollars and because of the conversion rate they have to charge that! Never on the website or the page of the charge did it mention US dollars or conversions or anything so I made this purchase thinking I will be charged 63.00 but was charged 13 dollars extra.
It just doesn't make any sense to me that I would be charged in US when I was on their Canadian website and it didn't mention anything. Why do they have a Canadian website if they will charge me US dollars!! Is this not considered stealing or a scam? I am appalled! They said they will not give me the difference in my money. I will mention to EVERYONE I know never to purchase from this website and for them to tell everyone they know! This is disgusting!

I kept seeing JustFab come up on my Facebook, and I would look over it and read it. All I could see is where it was buy one pair, get one free or there was advertisement. But I didn't know what I was getting into with them. I didn't quite understand it and kept seeing all these charges on my credit card. So I finally called them and they explained it to me that I've ordered three pair of boots from them with the wide calf. But I can't wear them, they're too big. I didn't know about the return policies and I don't know how I got myself into it.

I liked some of the shoes that were on TV and the purses on their website. It's easy to find the items that fit my style. I've been a member for four months now and my favorite thing about it is the deals. I love the shoes that I purchased, they have good quality. But I'm not a fan of the selections that my style expert gives. I don't bother with it and I just go searching to see what I can get.

I have two accounts with JustFab and I've had a great experience with them. I had to return a couple of things because they haven't fit, and then one time, a shoe broke in the middle of the street while I was out with my friends. It was pretty bad, but JustFab put a rush shipping on another shoe for me and I got it two days later. They're very nice and swift about it, so I still continue to order from them but sometimes I can't log on to their site. I like the discounts that they offer, and I had used their “buy one, get one 50% off” promo. I got ten shoes at one time because they had that good deal. I also bought some shiny heels and it’s cute. The quality of the items I've purchased are pretty good except for the one that broke. So far, I've already recommended JustFab to a bunch of people.

JustFab charges you every month, if you don't click the "skip the month" button. The company promotes that you have three options to "skip the month" and sends out emails each beginning of the months to "remind" you about the fully new boutique ready for you to shop. The issue is that, I rarely receives any of the emails and I keep getting random billings and somehow I end up with 8 credits on my account. 8 credits at $40 each that is $320 total amount being taken out from my account without me buying anything. Now, let's break down the shady part of JustFab. First of all, the company website states that members are free of penalty to cancel their membership. However, when I asked customer service rep, they told me my credits are irreversible and in return would gladly compensate me a free 2nd day shipping. Seriously? Since when is a free 2nd day shipping the same value as $320?
Also, What makes JustFab thinks that it's all right to keep customer's credits (which is money) when the consumer did not purchase anything and did not receive anything in return that's worth of our money? So now I am stuck in the situation where I can't cancel my membership due to the $320 on my account so I keep deceive myself into thinking that if I spend all my credits then I could cancel my membership. However, things do not work out this way. I do not always find shoes that I want from the site and months after months I am left with another credit on my account. Secondly, let's talk about the quality issue. These shoes are poorly made, like worth than Walmart. Considering the price, $40 is no Barney's price range but it sure is Forever 21 and Charlotte Russe price range. For $40, F21 has way better quality and more comfortable.
Most of the shoes from JustFab do not fit right. They could be entirely 2 sizes too big or 2 sizes too small. Shoes fall apart easily from just 2 wears, and the inside sole of the black flats will give you a free tie dye stocking. So, with this kind of quality issue how do you expect consumers to use up our credits easily? I am tired of this website. I want my money back and membership cancelled. Until then, I will tell everyone JustFab is a big scam and avoid signing up.

I've been a JustFab member close to a year now. In the commercial there was a pair of shoes I liked and thought I'd pick it out. That's how I first heard about them. I love the style selections provided by my style expert. They're great. I order shoes from them regularly and saves me a lot of time. A couple of months ago, I purchased a pair of wedge and heels for work. They're really good quality especially for the price.

There was "buy one get one free" so I decided to purchase from JustFab. I was a member for a couple of years, and then I disconnected and joined back again. The selection given by the style expert sometimes appeals to me. My last purchase was in April and the quality of the item was okay. I would recommend JustFab to others although it depends on what they are looking for.

I was unaware that making one transaction with JustFab enrolled you into a monthly subscription where they automatically deduct money from your account. Once I became aware of this after many transactions being taken from my account I contacted their customer service. Customer service seemed extremely helpful and nice stating that they would refund partial directly to my bank account and send me a check for the rest. This happened May 8th. I did receive the direct deposit, however have not seen the check. The check was promised to arrive within 12 weeks. It has now been almost 16 weeks and I have still see nothing. I have called their customer service 3 times now. First call was at 12 weeks and two days which Rachel at customer service assured me that it was on its way and would be no more than 2 weeks. But she doubted it would even take that long.
Second call was at 14 weeks and 3 days which then Rose reassured me that I would have it in two days or it would be direct deposited back to my account. It is now 15 weeks and 6 days and NOTHING. I called today and spoke with a manager Jazel who was no help. She stated that she would call me Monday with an update and possible a tracking number. From speaking with her I have gathered that my check has never even been mailed. Why is this (that she did not answer)?
When I mentioned the conversation Rose and I had regarding the money be direct deposited, she assured me that in no way possible would that happen... I am at a loss for words, I mean if I owed JustFab the amount of money they owe me, they would turn me into collections or take it from my account. However, I just have to wait and hope that I may someday see this check. I am extremely bothered by this.

I've been with JustFab for 2 years. It's been a hit or miss with them. It either fits perfectly or it doesn't, and I never have time to send anything back. I've gotten some really great shoes and not-so-great shoes from them as well as cute outfits and jewelry. Quality-wise though, the jewelries could be a little more heavy duty. However that's the gamble you get when you buy things online.

When I went to check JustFab's website I saw some things I liked and the price was reasonable for me so I decided to buy. I've been a member for a month and it's been good. They have some great deals and it's usually in the holidays. So when I have some things to buy there but are expensive, I just got to wait for the sales and I'll try to shop. There was an instance when I bought pants that I thought was real jeans and white but when it came, it was kind of silky so I exchanged it. I also did this when the pants are a little bit bigger. Despite the returns, my experience with them was fine.

JustFab selections have been good and I've seen some shoes that I liked. I can take the survey and tell them what I want. It's been good because if I don't like it, I can tell them to send me other options. I also like it that I'm not obligated to the monthly charge. If I don't have any to spend, I can skip it and I can still come back even if I skip a month.

I've been a member for 5 months now. I always forget that I have JustFab until I see that it comes out of my account every month. I was able to get two shoes the last time because I had so many built up. I ordered a couple of pair of heels and I haven't worn them yet but they look like they're great. My only complaint is that they never had my size and the stuff that I want.

It took me a lot of time to find boots and JustFab had the kind that I wanted. I thought they're pretty, has good quality and very comfortable. Also, the selections that the style expert gives were pretty nice but I mostly like to go through everything though. I like what I purchased and have recommended JustFab to many friends so far.

I like the boots I bought last month in JustFab. I was nervous initially thinking they were gonna be crappy, plastic and hurt my feet. But they're actually extremely comfortable. The prices are not that bad and it is easy to find the style I am looking for. I don't even use my little boutique. I just scour through every single shoe.

I purchased from JustFab since they were offering 2 pairs of boots for signing up for VIP and I already was subscribed to a few makeup subscriptions. I've been a member for less than 2 months and I like them a lot. So far, I have bought a pair of shoes and got half off on another pair of shoes. However, the selections from their style expert is a hit and miss.

I am a fairly new customer to JustFab but planned to make many more purchases in the future until today. I just had a conversation with their Customer Service reps that made me feel as though my business and keeping me as a customer was worthless to them. I purchased a pair of shoes less than a day and a half ago, only to find this morning that those very shoes are now on sale for $9.99. I requested a simple price adjustment so that I would get a store credit for original price paid for the shoes, and only be billed the current selling price. They refused and basically told me if I wasn't happy then just return them. I buy a lot of stuff both online and in stores and I've never had a problem with this basic request but JustFab refused to help me out. I'm so disappointed in their customer service and have cancelled my account.

I bought heels from JustFab and received them in the mail. The heels came apart on both sides and this brought me down a little bit. I don't know if that's how they were supposed to be glued. This happened again and for both times I didn't call. For the price I paid for, I didn't complain thinking it was a good deal. They were awesome, very comfortable, and nice. I really like them however I cancelled my membership because we were saving up to get a house.

I just found a charge on my bank statement I didn't recognize and called the number. I was told it was JustFab and that I ordered 2 items in Oct. 2014 and that I called back in November regarding a charge, but then agreed to be charged every month and earn "credits." I told her I did not agree to this, I would never agree to have $ taken out of my credit card and get charged interest every month. I said this money has been taken without my authorization and I want a refund. I asked if the call was recorded and she said, "Yes." I asked for a transcript of the recording.
She referred me to a supervisor who told me I was a VIP member and have been earning "credits" for TEN MONTHS @ $39.95!!! I again said, "This is crazy. I never agreed to this. I need to talk to someone who can refund my money." I was told they could cancel my membership. Here is the thing...if I called them in November about the charge, which they have record of, I am sure it was to cancel this membership. I do not have one single email from them in 8 months. If I am a VIP member wouldn't I have been receiving updates?
I don't remember what I ordered from them. I just looked at their store online. I have been taken for approx. $400 from this company and after doing a Google search, found out that people call to cancel the membership and the company doesn't process the cancellation and still continues to charge. Any recommendations on how I can get my money back would be helpful. At this point I am willing to spend $400 just to get my $400 from these thieves! Finally, I was transferred to a manager who said they would go outside of their policy and give me a refund of $79.90.

I’m a cancer patient so I'm at my limit at what I buy. I had to get a bunch of flats that I could walk easy in and JustFab has a great product. I've bought a few things from them for my child too. My child agrees they have awesome quality. The shoes are very, very comfortable. Everything's been good including the prices.

My friend told me about JustFab, they get $10 for recommending the company to others. I looked through their website and I liked a few things so I went ahead and made a purchase. I've been their member for probably 2 years and the ability to look at different styles each time is my favorite part of being a member. If I have time, I'll browse through random things and I end up buying something. I also like that I'm able to skip and that they give me more time to shop even if I don't purchase anything for the month. Furthermore, they have a very fast delivery. I like the shoes I got from them, they're exactly how they are in the pictures. I'd recommend JustFab to a friend.

My friend got a couple of pairs from JustFab and she really loved it so I tried them. I really wanted some boots and when I went on their site before it was hard to find it but they've put up a boots section so now it was easy to look for the item. There are some selections given by my style expert that I really want to wear and I was also hoping that I'll get more casual shoes. Their shipping was fast, so overall I love my experience with them.

The items I've purchased from JustFab have pretty good quality, I like my style expert's selections. However, I've been having trouble with skipping the month in order to not get anything that month. I haven't been able to find it on the webpage and I don't know if they changed it. So then I just let it go or tried to do it the next day, and the next thing I know it's already been taken out of my account. I've called several times already, about two times to see if I can get the refund but it is a little inconvenient that way.

I like their shoes and decide to purchase from them but the last 2 months, I couldn't "skip a month" and they charged me $40 for each. It's really easy to find the item that you like. I'm a shoe and boots freak, and JustFab has a lot to choose from. As a member, I like that I can go on their site and know I'm gonna get what I want. Their selections are very right on. It’s easy to find the styles that you look for in JustFab. I've been a member for two years and my favorite thing about it is the monthly reminders to shop. I usually browse the selections that my style expert give but the difficult part is narrowing it down to one pair. I like all the things I purchased from them, they're good quality. And I have a pair of their denim jeans I like the best. I would recommend them to many friends. They’re perfect.

I like JustFab. Their boots are nice and I like it. I also ordered some clothes through them such as jacket for the fall, but I haven't tried it yet. Sometimes I forget to go to their website before the fifth and they'll take out money. They don't take it and keep it. They put it as a credit and I can use it. So, it's like a clothing savings account. But if I go on their website before the fifth, they won't take out $40 because I usually say that it's not in my budget for this month.

I signed up with JustFab for the points. As I was checking stuff out they had the pair of shoes that I liked, so I had an order done. The boots that I bought were knee-high boots. The leathers on them cracked and so they lasted me one winter. By the next winter, they were completely cracked so they were useless. Some of it are too small. My experience with them is indifferent, but if you see a pair of shoes you need for or something you like, go ahead and try them.

THIS IS THE WORSE COMPANY I HAVE EVERY HAD TO DEAL WITH. This company is a real SCAM. They have taken money from my account for a number of months, despite me NOT wanting to buy their products. They refuse to give me back all my money. They have given half, closed my account (on my request)... What I want to know is if they could refund half, why couldn't they refund all of it... ridiculous company. I have been advised me to go to the consumer affairs in the first instance!

I’ve been a member with JustFab for half a year and I’ve been able to take advantage of their VIP membership and $10 special offer on flats and sandals. Last night, I bought four sandals and they’re good, but my favorite purchase so far were some boots that I got from them. JustFab is really good and has a lot of variety.

I’ve been a member of JustFab for a year and a half now, and it’s very convenient. I don’t have to go anywhere to get shoes. The selections given by the style expert are usually spot on. And I’ve had a lot of coupon codes sent through my email, and also got a $40 credit. I ordered a pair of blue heels and flat boots two months ago, and the boots were my favorite. Every pair that I’ve ever gotten from JustFab had always held up and was of very good quality. I’d recommend them.

My coworker is a JustFab member and we were talking about it. She was telling me she had several shoes that she ordered from them. So, it prompted me to check it out. And now, I have been a JustFab member for a little over month or two. It's very easy to look for the item or style I want and their style expert provides selections that match me up pretty well. In fact, I have several shoes from JustFab and I love them. The shoes are inexpensive and I am very pleased with the quality.

Hated the experience. The shoes were great but not informing me that I have to do something every month then taking £35 out of my bank is disgusting. I am a single mum and needed that money. I've only been signed up to the website 2 weeks!! Won't be ordering again unless it gets sorted!

Firstly, be clear the items on justfab.com are NOT well made. You think $39.95 wouldn't be so bad for something decent. However you're paying $40.00 a month for cheap looking, cheaply made, flimsy, not made to last, on par with rue21, Image, Ross, etc, etc. I have returned almost everything I've received and was unable to secure a refund in the form of actual money. I was issued store credit. In the meantime I asked them to please remove me from the VIP program (automatically debits $39.95 monthly). Since I was removed from the VIP program, the cost of the items went up. I am basically having to pay extra, per item, on top of what they've already charged me through monthly debit, to simply use the store credit I was issued.
PLUS, now that I'm not being charged monthly to use the store credit I pay $10.00 in shipping. A $39 cheaply made item can now be delivered to my door for $59.00 (should I ever want to use my store credit). I once returned three items at once, and in the meantime had racked up two store credits. JustFab claimed these were for my returned items. Instead of being for the monthly membership I should have been issued three credits in addition to the monthly membership two item credit. No one at the call center is pleasant to talk to and everyone is extremely difficult to understand. Please don't waste your money buying items from these people. Do yourself a favor and go down to your local Chinatown. You'll get similar products at a lesser cost. I truly believe this website and membership to be a scam.
They charge you monthly, take forever to process returns, so in the meantime you accrue more monthly costs, and if you cancel it's basically an additional $20 per item (with price point hike and shipping) to spend your "store credits." Don't return anything you pay the extra price hike point with. Because you used store credit AND a credit or debit card you "cannot be refunded for the second portion of the payment." You'll be issued a store credit (which then you'll pay an additional $10 in price hike and $10 in shipping). In this case you'll lose $30. I recently received a notice about a class action lawsuit against this company. Stating, basically, that if you bought from them from a certain point in time to a certain point in time (which I had), enough people claimed to have charges they hadn't authorized to make up a class for a lawsuit. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

JustFab is by far the worst subscription company I have EVER had the displeasure of working with, which is truly sad because in the past I never had an issue with them, but this time around starting a new account came with one too many complications. I opened a VIP membership to order my sister a 16th birthday gift. I ordered the item, my bank account was charged, and I received a confirmation e-mail. Several days later, the item had not shipped, and by happenstance at the local mall I found a gift that was much better suited for my sister. So since the item I did order from JustFab wasn't shipped or even processed yet, I called JustFab and expressed my wishes to cancel my membership and cancel my order.
The man I spoke to didn't poke and prod me to stay with the company like they did the last time I cancelled my membership, but at least back then they did what they said they were going to. This man assured me my order was cancelled, and my membership was also cancelled. I was relieved and happy, and went on my merry way. A few days go by and I receive a shipping confirmation e-mail from JustFab for that same item that was supposedly cancelled. It told me it was on its way, and having a father that works for the postal service, I assumed perhaps when he sent the cancellation order it was too late and tracking information just hadn't been sent to me yet. So I thought nothing of it because surely that JustFab representative that was oh so helpful had at least cancelled my membership like he said he would, right? Wrong. Dead wrong.
A few weeks later after the 5th of August goes by, I get my paycheck on the 7th and check my bank that morning to make sure it was deposited. It was, so I go to my job to pick up my paystub, and notice that my check was $40 less in my bank account than the paystub reflected. I go into my pending transactions and notice $39.95 was taken out for JustFab for a membership fee on an account that was supposed to have been cancelled. Oh boy was I furious. Furious, livid, downright angry? None of those terms describe the rage I had. I do not handle incompetence well, and when it affects my livelihood and my bills because a surprise charge that wasn't authorized pops up in my bank, I get more than a little ticked.
I called JustFab immediately and waited on hold for 45 minutes in the parking lot at my job. Once I got a representative, I explained the situation and she apologize profusely and cancelled my account this time (which I received a confirmation e-mail for this time, thank goodness) and assured me that a refund was made to my bank account for the $39.95. I wait a couple of days, and an odd thing happens to my bank account that not even the bank tellers could understand. The $39.95 withdrawal disappeared, and my account was positive that amount, but there was no transaction anywhere. This does not happen.
Fast-forward to this morning, I go to bed with a bank account that is positive, and wake up this morning with a bank account that is overdrawn $58. This is because JustFab re-withdrew that $39.95 fee AGAIN, causing my bank account to be overdrawn, and a $35 overdraft fee to push my bank account into a $58 hole. This time I did not contact JustFab, instead I contacted my bank and they are currently sifting through this mess. My checking account is now frozen for the time being, my debit card is cancelled and I have to wait for a new one to be issued to me, and I have lost all trust in JustFab.
Needless to say, this company cost me more than $39.95, I now have the stress of my medical bills and other living bills to be put on hold until my bank account is fixed. Thank you for being a completely incompetent, bunch of imbeciles that treat your customers like dollar signs, and not like valuable human beings. If JustFab faded into non-existence, it wouldn't be soon enough.

I saw JustFab on a TV commercial and I checked them out because it seemed a really good idea, fair price and good selections. They had a pretty good variety so I've been able to find the things that I've been looking for fairly easily. I've been a member for over a year now and my favorite thing about being a member is the free shipping. I also like being able to skip it but I get upset when I get charged for forgetting to skip it. I wish they would send us a reminder. I also don't like that I have to call them to cancel. My friend wanted to cancel and she was on hold for 50 minutes. I hope they have an easier cancellation. But I like the quality of the items that I purchased. They're comparable to other shoes that I've bought from other brands. I couldn't tell the difference.

I bought from JustFab when I saw a pair of boots that I wanted. I've been a JustFab member for a couple of years and I like that they offer the option of skipping a month if I'm not purchasing anything. Nothing but problems. I moved recently and they sent the order to the wrong address. I was told that I had to contact FedEx to change the shipping. Of course, FedEx is only allowed to change the shipping address BY THE SHIPPER. They still haven't managed to get the billing address correct. I returned an order weeks ago and have never received the member credit.
I placed an order last week, and have tried 3-4 times to have it cancelled - only to receive robo-emails (and one email insisting that there was no order history for my email). Then an email telling me my (apparently nonexistent) order had been shipped. I finally called in disgust and was disconnected - no one attempted to reach me back. I did finally receive an email saying essentially, "Sorry, it shipped already," with absolutely NO effort to fix the situation. I cannot imagine worse service. I will be reporting to the BBB, cancelling my subscription and warning my friends about this scam. I'll be happy to go back to Zappos, who has the best customer service ever.

I've heard about JustFab through a college friend and it was the deals included in the monthly subscription that made me purchase from them. I've been a member since February and I feel that even though I don't know how the shoes would fit, it was pretty easy to look for the items and styles I want. I like that I have the option to change the styles from office wear for work to sandals and flats on weekends. The last purchase I had was a pair of tan boots. I really like them and I wear them a lot lately. They're nice, comfortable and worth the price.

I like JustFab. I don't buy everything from them all the time, but I've bought some shoes, handbags and clothes for the kids, and it's good. My kids are quickly outgrowing the JustFab clothing line and want other stuff but it's been great. You get what you pay for - the quality is as good as you could possibly expect for the price.

One of my girlfriends told me about JustFab. I like the convenience and price so I purchased from them. My last purchases were a dress, a pair of shoes, and a bag and my favorite was the dress. I find the quality of the shoes to be better than the handbag quality though. Other than that, I recommend JustFab.

JustFab's prices are decent so I went ahead and made a purchase. Finding items was easy. I get free shipping, good deals (like two pairs for one price), and regular suggestions by my style expert that appeal to me, plus good quality items, too! I recommend!

I took out an account with Fabletics around a month ago and bought some fantastic gym gear, the clothes are great and comfortable for a great range of sizes. However I am going through some financial difficulty and unfortunately had to cancel my account. According to the terms and conditions, accounts can be frozen or cancelled between the 1st-5th of each month, so I promptly called the customer service line on the 5th of this month, I explained to the woman on the phone my situation and how I would like to cancel my account, she was polite and obliged.
The next day I received an email confirming that £44 for my VIP membership had been taken from my account? The woman on the phone had obviously not cancelled my account, so I called back, again explaining the situation and again had been told that my account would be cancelled, but no mention of this money being returned? I then followed up this with a similar email, and then today a facebook message. It is now the 8th and I am still waiting for my £44 to be returned, which was requested within the time period specified in the terms. I am getting increasingly more frustrated that I have had to conduct two phone calls, an email and a facebook message in order to get my money returned?

I was a member of JustFab for two years at most and finding the style or item I'm looking for was pretty easy. I mostly bought purses, which always get compliments, and got 1 or 2 pairs of shoes. The quality of items were pretty good. I liked the free shipping and the discounted price, which is the biggest thing. But I'm no longer a member right now. I got tired of the monthly where it collects credits from us that we can use. I'm not a really big shopper and there are times when I don't want my money to go to that every single month. It might have helped if JustFab would've sent out email reminders so I can remember to skip it -- if I want to -- because most of the time I would either forget or it would already be past the date, and I could go where shoes are cheaper.

My last purchase was two pairs of wedges - hot pink ones and the snake skin wedges that were like gladiators. I like the selection of shoes JustFab has, but I like to see more styles of wedges since those are shoes I can wear with any height. And now flat shoes are being added to my collection and I'm not happy with it because I don't like flat shoes at all. But it wasn't a big deal. They selected good shoes. As for the quality, I still have all of my shoes in great shape. I haven't worn them all.

They stole hundreds of $ from me - after I had been a loyal customer for years. I signed up for JF years ago when they started. I loved the business model - monthly enrollment, ability to skip, items tailored to me, etc. I have pretty much always been happy, if not impressed, with the quality of the items. I always had a positive experience with customer service reps -- even though I found it a bit outdated that I had to call for certain things, and hold times can sometimes be cumbersome. Over the years I have had a few returns for refund or credit and those went smoothly.... Until recently.
Just before my summer vacation I made two purchases with JF within days of each other which totals over $1,000.00. I felt comfortable offering this amount of business, because I felt they had demonstrated good business practices over all the years that I had loyally shopped them. When I received my items, I was unhappy with over half of the purchases:
Some of the items came in the wrong size or color (which has happened before, bit they always apologized and fixed the issue). Some of the items looked or felt cheap (there is always that risk when buying online, but again, they had always offered a refund or exchange in a situation like this). Some of the items didn't fit my body the way I would like (understandable - not everything a woman tries on is going to feel flattering... But, I had never had a problem returning anything for this reason before).
So, I contacted them right away to get the refund and exchange process started. Briefly, here are the issues that I have experienced since: They told me I am only able to return six items per month - regardless of how many items I have purchased. When I pointed out that none of the fine print anywhere states this, I was passed around for weeks to different reps, still not getting an answer.
Next, they tell me that I can return as many items as I want - but ONLY three at a time. I told them this was unacceptable because the policy does not state that, and I don't have time to be sorting and packaging, printing labels, and shipping boxes for weeks on end --- and so I asked for a supervisor -- Again. They tell me - AGAIN - that a supervisor will call me within 48 hours. A week and a half goes by with no call.
I call again - keep in mind that at this point my hold time averages about an hour per each call. I get the manager on the phone, explain everything - they apologize and tell me that I can go ahead and send in all the items I want to return at the same time. And they pass me back to a service Rep to send me the two order RMAs. Now the Rep tells me to go over each item for return so she can put it on the RMA. About five items in and she stops me, saying she cannot make an RMA with more than 7 items. So, we set up the RMA for the smaller order out of the two - she tells me to call back after she speaks to management about how to handle the rest.
The return they processed was received, and they issued a refund. But when I check my account- they only gave me HALF of the amount owed. After many many calls, and weeks longer - they finally completed the refund, reimbursing my money. In the meantime - weeks of back and forth phone calls were taking place regarding the other, larger order. They eventually sent me an RMA with only a couple items listed, but tell me to send everything - no matter how many items, back under this RMA. They say that the warehouse will sort it and let them know how many items to refund.
I complained that I was not satisfied with this, since there would be no record of what I was sending back, and I was concerned that I would not get credit for everything. They told me this was the only way to go forward - so, I agreed to send the returns back per their instructions, and hope for the best... A couple weeks go by with no refund to my account.
More calls and back and forth - each time I call they say that "oh sorry- our mistake, this should have been refunded because we got your items weeks ago. I'll refund it now, please give up to a week to see it in your account". The problem is - that each time they say that-- the refund never comes! In addition, they aren't even giving me credit for all of the items! Since they refused to generate an RMA which detailed each item specifically - I have no way to prove what all I sent back, except for my records, so basically my word against theirs.
The BIGGEST issue is that even though they are screwing me on a handful of items - they still haven't refunded the amount which they keep promising! This has been months of back and forth and 1-2 hour conversation and hold times, promises that I will get a call back but it never happens, promises that I will have a refund in a week and yet it never comes! I am completely disgusting with the fact that they have STOLEN money from me.
I could have done a charge back long ago - but I wanted to keep my JF service - even after all this. I had faith that they would fix it and we could continue to do business together. At this point, they have so burned the relationship that not only will I NEVER order from them again, but I will never WEAR any of the products I have purchased over the years. I refuse to be a billboard for a company who operates as a thief!
JustFab, I am canceling my fabletics, justFab for kids, and my regular account. Enjoy those few hundred dollars you just stole from me - because you will NEVER see another dime of my money. You are a garbage company with criminal practices - you could have continued to make money from me as a patron - but instead you acted criminally and robbed me. I will tell every woman I know about your unethical behavior.

I ordered something from Justfab a few weeks ago. The tracking number I received says that the package has been delivered but I did not receive anything. I have emailed them 2 times with no reply although on the websites they said they will respond in 24 hours. One other thing, I did not realize it's a subscription at all. They certainly do not make this clear on the website. The only reason I found out about it is because I went on the website so many times to write to them about my missing package. Was definitely surprised to find out they were gonna charged me every month! And the only way to cancel it is to call them???

Poor customer service. I called because I forgot to complete the monthly purchase. The rep was talking and talking not hearing or providing a resolution. On top of that the rules of the membership are ridiculous. They draft money from your account and you are not able to purchase any specials or use part of the rewards. I never could use the credit because of it and if you cancel your membership you lose your money!! I am so frustrated with this company. :-(

The purse I got from JustFab has good quality but I wish it had some compartments in it since it was one open area. After I got a purse I didn't need anything else so I tried to cancel it earlier and they make it almost impossible to do so. It offered me $25 to stay on but I haven't gotten back on since then and I read online about different people having issues trying to cancel but couldn't.

Finding the style I'm looking for is not hard, all I had to do is put in my interests and what type of shoe I like, and all these pop ups of different shoe types come up. It's really nice and cool. I'm a shoe fanatic, and I love my shoes. I'm happy with what I got. I love it when they give a discount, helps me out a lot when I need a pair of shoes for a special occasion. I like going to the site because that keeps me from running from store to store. All I have to do is get online and see exactly what the variety is, then it's mailed to me in a matter of days. The style expert is on point, she brings up everything that I do like. When I had to return a pair I bought before because my ankles were too fat, and the shoes did not have an opening buckle to give extra as far width, they allowed me to do an exchange which I am happy about. I got another pair which was sent in a matter of days, it was really quick. JustFab, I highly recommend!

Ordered a pair of shoes, they came and didn't fit. Organised a return - the courier didn't turn up. Organised a second return - the courier didn't turn up. I contacted JustFab and basically said, this is not on - I've waited in two days for this to be picked up and was basically told that I can take it to a shop for it to be picked up there. IF I WOULD HAVE WANTED THAT OPTION I WOULD HAVE CHOSEN IT! So eventually, a few days later it was finally picked up! So I'm awaiting an email for confirmation that they have received it. I spoke to a lady on the live chat and she said it can take up to 14 days. Again, I waited... And still nothing. After a month went by it was around June time, I have probably sent 2 emails. And they said they are having a few backlogs of things to sort out etc.
It is now August. Still no member credit. I would say I have sent 8 emails and spoke on the live chat 6 times within 2 and a half months. I sent an email a week ago, and haven't had a reply. So I've sent another today. I am so angry. The membership isn't cheap and when you try and cancel they tell you to ring up - which costs a lot of money. Absolute rip off. I just want my member credit, get a handbag and cancel the membership!!!

My JustFab experience was okay outside of not being able to use my credit. I was purchasing 4 items and it was telling me that I could only use 3 credits because it would have been less than the total credit amount. I think that they should change that so that the person is not being billed another $39.95 but then they have a credit in there. That's ridiculous to me. It did not make sense that I make three payments in, and then could only use 2 and I would have to pay more to them, and they have our credit there. That upset me so that's why I cancelled the membership.

JustFab had a good deal to get people to join the VIP program so I purchased from them. I purchased a couple months ago because I was trying to use up a credit. I bought a dress but I returned it. Most of the quality has been pretty poor but there have been a couple of exceptions usually on clothing or shoes.

I joined JustFab right before Christmas of 2014. I like that the price is fair but I didn't realize that it was a membership thing so I cancelled because I can't afford to do it all the time. In that time, I've purchased a pair of boots with wide calves because I have big calves and I only wore them 3 times before the zipper messed up.

My girlfriend ordered shoes from JustFab for Christmas for me a few years ago, so I looked into it. I thought it was a cool concept, so I joined as well. I usually don't go by the selections given by the style expert as I don't have any preference in style, so I just look at all of their items and pick what I like. I would normally get a purse or a pair of shoes at 39.95. I like that I can order and have it taken out of my credit card and get it shipped. The quality is good, but not great. I had one pair of shoe that I wore often and they broke pretty quickly.

Recently, I tried to make a purchase because my card has been charged twice but it wouldn't let me. I have two different accounts with two different emails but the same credit card. I've been with JustFab since 2012. I like the sale items, the buy one, get one half off or the buy one, get one. I like the shoes but I have difficulty finding one since I wear a size 11 and have wider feet. There were also a couple hits and misses when it comes to the quality of the items I got, but I'd recommend JustFab to everybody.

I love JustFab. I got a slew of boots and purses from them. The only thing that I don't like is that sometimes I don't have time between the 1st and the 5th to opt out and they charge $39.99 out of my bank; they should give you a little more time because I get wrapped up in things and I don't remember. Aside from that, everything else is just great. I have recommended them quite a few times already.

The offers they have are interesting but I stopped being a member because their customer service was horrible. I called about a complaint I had and the lady from customer service kept hanging up on me. So I cancelled all my accounts with them.

I found a pair of boots that I absolutely had to have so I purchased it from JustFab. I've been a member for a few months but haven't found anything else that I've had to have yet. Also, I don't do heels and don't get dressed up a whole lot. It's pretty much boots, tennis shoes and flip-flops most of the time for me. But the quality of the boots I bought was awesome.

I don't like to go to the mall so I took to JustFab. It's been six months now that I have been their member. For my last purchase, I didn't even remember that I had the account and bought ten very pretty shoes because I had that much points built up. I love all the slippers as they're nice.

My experience with JustFab was good. But I had to cancel my VIP membership since they go into your account and take money out of it once they notice that you're not shopping for a while to get you to come back and shop. I don't like that and they cannot force someone to shop. Nevertheless, I'm not angry because when I told them that I need my money back in my account, they didn't argue and they did what they're suppose to do. The money was back in the account the next day. Also, they don't make the shoes the way they're supposed to make it since they make it tight like it just fits. They have to make the shoes with some more room. Overall, they're a good company but they also need to better the sizing of their product. In addition, they need to specialize in wide width shoes too since a lot of people love their shoes and it would be a blessing for a lot of people. JustFab is only specializing in medium-sized shoes and that's not right.

Some of the shoes from JustFab are still too high for me, I like the medium heels. I just sent back a pair that seemed like they were too far, but didn't see that I got credit for them online. I have also contacted customer service about this issue but never got a response back. I didn't have problems other that this one experience.

I haven't been impressed with JustFab. I love the first boots I got early on which is why I joined JustFab. I wanted some boots but there have been no boots in my size even though they have cute boots. I look at it and there's nothing else I really want.

It was due to JustFab's promotions that I decided to purchase. I've been a member for a year and I like their exclusive deals. A month ago I bought sandals, and they are my favorite. Items are all very good quality. However, I've had to call a few times to get stuff right. But other than that, it was all right.

I was trying to shop around and I went on JustFab's site and I saw some nice things that I liked so I bought some stuff. I've been their member for three or four months, but the selections that are given to me by their style expert does not appeal to me so I'm going to stop shopping there. In addition, I don't feel the quality is good and usually the sizes don't fit. What I see online and what I get are usually not the same on most of the items.

I thought of purchasing because JustFab has low-priced sandals and heels. I've been a member for three years and I like that I can shop for shoes online. The price has been consistently the same and I'm glad that it hasn't increased. It's good quality shoes and there's no hassle returning items. So far, there's been a couple pairs of high heels that I love to death which are also very comfortable. I've had them for two-and-a-half years and they've held up which is nice.

JustFab is definitely one of my go-to shoe sites. Finding the style that I wanted was pretty simple. You click on the different kind of silhouettes that you want. That's the shape of shoe and then since you can put in your shoe size and the height of the heel you want, it makes it easy to find exactly what you're looking for. I'm bipolar in my style, so it’s really hard to calculate what I feel like but the selections given by my style expert was spot-on. I was able to narrow down to one pair of boots during my visit to the website and so I got them. I got another pair for my brother’s wedding.
I don't think that I've gotten enough styles in my cart and enough items through the website to be able to get an accurate reading, but there are a lot of things that come up on that little style expert thing that makes me say “Ooh. I might need to get that too.” I also think that they're really good quality. I got a tall, high-heeled boot and a lot of the times when you get those kind of shoes, they can be uncomfortable, especially since I have a high heel on it, but I can wear them for hours and hours. I’ll wear them for a full day and they're comfortable. I love them. I wear them all the time. I recommended JustFab to a few people and I told them, “Hey you know what, they have good deals."

I love JustFab and my experience has been great. They had a great deal and I saw some shoes that I like so I ordered from them. I've ordered a few bags since. I also took advantage of their 'Buy 1, Get 1 Free' deal when I signed up. I bought a huge handbag from them which everybody loves. However, it seems like it is made out of some flimsy material but it didn't change the way I feel about JustFab.

I love heels. I was on the internet and looking and that's when I ran across JustFab. Also, a couple of folks I know told me that JustFab is the best place to get my heels from. They're cheap. JustFab had a special where if I sign up for the VIP membership, I can get a pair of shoes for free so I became a member. I bought two pairs of wedges last June. They’re really nice. One of them was a strappy shoe -- I like it!

Of everything that I’ve purchased from JustFab, the smallest they go in some of the heels are size 5 but they are really sized 5 ½. I can feel them, and they don’t look big. And some of them it’s like a 5 1/2 but they fit more like a 6. Since they’re cute, I don’t want to return them and so I’ll keep them and try to put little padding in the shoes. But other than that, I’d recommend them.

I like the flat sandals that I bought from JustFab. I haven't worn them yet but I think they’re good. I heard about them from a friend and I have been a member for a couple of months now. It's been fairly easy to find the item that I was looking. So generally, it's pretty good and I like it.

I ordered a dress and a coat from JustFab. It was something that I thought that I would like, but didn’t. It was very cheap-looking to me and poorly done. And the shoes I had ordered from them were faux leather. I like leather shoes. But I don't want people to think it was bad, because other people may like it. Young people may do it but I'm an older lady. For my age, if I don't wear good shoes, they hurt my feet so bad.

I like their styles and prices so I decided to buy from JustFab. As a member I like that I'm able to choose on whether or not I want to make purchase on any given month. When I first started I got a special promotion and I was able to get my second pair of shoes for $19.99. Their style experts gave me pretty good selection and I'm satisfied with that. I recently bought a dress from them though I haven't worn it yet since it's more for a special occasion but it seems to be of good quality. My experience has been okay with JustFab but I did receive a pair of shoes that I'm a little unhappy with. The shoes didn't hold up too well and I had to throw them away yesterday.

JustFab's prices were decent and the quality of their shoes is good. I need different things for different seasons and I don't quite shop for shoes that often, but their selections are good. They also have a good website. The only thing that bothers me is that there's an automatic withdrawal every month, and I don't always check my emails. So I tend to miss sometimes to skip that month.

I like JustFab but I've got a couple of shoes which are not true to size. The 8's were about a half size too big but other than that, they've got great customer service. When I needed to exchange stuff, it came back promptly. I had an account and I spent thousands of dollars. However, every time I get a credit, it seems I can't use it and it doesn't allow me to use it properly so that was kind of disappointing.

My daughter had such a good experience with JustFab I decided to purchase from them. I've been a member for four months and I like it when they have those discounts and promotions on the shoes. They don't have certain styles that I like all the time, but when they do I buy them. Some of the styles suggested by the style expert are too open and some of the heels are too skinny. The quality has been good, so far. It's just that with the wedge shoes that I purchased, the cloth did not hold as good as I wanted. After two wearings, the cloth started coming through. The ones with the heels are holding their own.

My experience with JustFab is not that bad. But I really hated skipping a month - it's really annoying. I haven't cancelled the membership because I already forgot to do it twice so I had to use my credits. Otherwise I wouldn't be with them. But the styles are good and I usually like what I'd purchased. Also, whenever I have an issue, I can call customer service and they usually give me an answer right there.

My experience with JustFab is alright. Color-wise, the shoes are okay. As for the sizes, one fits perfect and some are a little bit bigger than what I thought. It depends on the style of the shoes. I'd still recommend JustFab.

I've been with JustFab for years and it has been great. My favorite thing about being a member is I get reward points and that's always a plus in my book. I bought these booties that were black and they have gold plate on them. I really like those. I also feel pretty good about the quality of their products.

I first heard about JustFab through a co-worker. At the time, I needed winter boots and they had pretty good prices and styles. I was their member but then cancelled after a month. I really just signed up because I needed those boots (I bought three). The quality of the boots was fine but I had an issue once I realized that I had to purchase something every month. I knew I wasn't going to be doing that so I just cancelled my membership.

So far I've had wonderful experiences with JustFab. I love to shop and I heard about them several years ago. I've had an account with them before for about four months. This time around, it's been three months that I'm their member again. It's very easy to find styles that I like - I love that I am able to get new shoes. They give me their selections and they're okay for the most part but usually I just pick out whichever pair speaks to me. The quality of their product is great. Sometimes they don't fit though, sometimes they run small - like the duck shoes I had to give away because I couldn't put my heel into the back of the shoe.

I can honestly say I want nothing to do with JustFab.com ever again. Unfortunately, the saga is not over yet. I opened an account and got pair of boots. They did not fit so I gave them to my sister and went to the website to cancel my account. To do so, you have to call their customer service line, so I did. I waited on hold for almost 45 minutes until the line was disconnected. I was frustrated but just decided to "Skip This Month." After a few months of doing this, I unfortunately forgot so I was stuck with a credit.
I have now purchased and returned several pairs of shoes because the quality is awful and they never fit (I have tried several different sizes). I have waited on hold for upwards of an hour twice since then with their customer service to cancel my account and once was disconnected, again. The second time I had to hang up because I have responsibilities and cannot wait on the phone all day. The product and the customer service are both very unsatisfactory and I suspect I will be skipping each month for the rest of time. Do not sign up for this service.

I liked JustFab's different selection, their style and convenience - it's very easy to find what I'm looking for. I've been a member for 2 years and I like that I can go on their website, see what shoes I like, and then just buy it. Their selections provided by the style expert pretty much go by my own type of style, so I think the choices they show suit me very well. I just bought red sandals with heels on it last June and it's of excellent quality. I also love the boots I bought in the winter time last year (my favorite) and they're still in good condition.

My friend told me about JustFab so I went on there. It's just that I've never been able to do their specials. I even called once for someone to help me out and they couldn't - they're very difficult. Also, most of their stuff are four-inch heels and I can't wear those. They don't have two-inch heels. So I've only ordered purses for the last six months. The black purse I got had its handle broken when it was still pretty new, it's disappointing. I had recently bought a white one for summer and I love it.

JustFab has great deals and sales. They set you up with the styles that you prefer - I don't have to look for them at all because they're right in my face. For the most part, they've been pretty on point with all of the shoes that I've purchased. I love them and I actually wear them everyday. Also, there's this one time when I received one pair of shoes worth $40 absolutely free and all I had to pay was shipping - that was great.

I like JustFab's selection of heels since I love heels and I haven't had any issues with them so far. I took advantage of their two for $39.95 deal where I've ordered some boots, heels, and purse. The most recent purchase I had was a royal blue pointy toe heels and it's shockingly comfortable. Also, the selections by their style expert are nice though sometimes very limited.

I must say, I loved every pair of shoes that I purchased from Justfab. Usually, I wouldn't buy shoes that were not genuine leather but for the most part they're made pretty well. The only problems I have had was the shoe fit 1/2 size too small or the height of the heel. However, I made an easy exchange. One pair of shoes' strap broke & I glued it back. Never had a problem since.

JustFab deals is my favorite part of being a member. The selections they send me are usually good but I like the selection in the winter better. They have good quality products. I bought two pairs of boots and one pair of flats a few weeks ago. However, I do need to send back a pair of the shoes that I just got from them since they were too big for me.

JustFab had a sale where you buy one and get one free so I took advantage of that and I liked the selection that they had. Since then, I've been a member for a couple of years. The only issue that I have is the fact that they won't refund my money without charging shipping and they just apply a credit. Other than that, my experience was fabulous.

The products were cheap. I wanted to buy shoes, be done with it, and not have a monthly charge on my card. However, JustFab automatically signed me up for a monthly membership and they wouldn't let me cancel it. In addition, it was not easy to find what I wanted. And although the quality of items I have purchased was alright, the suggested items were subpar.

The first few times that I purchased from JustFab was when they had "buy one and get one free" or "buy two for $40." I've been using them since a few years ago, although I would cancel my membership sometimes. About the selections that are given to me by my style expert, I would rather that they not try to show me specific stuff for myself instead just show me everything.
My last purchase were some shoes. I only wore one of them and the heel broke. It wasn't a big heel; it was just a small heel and it kind of ripped off. My favorite purchase was one of the first shoes I got from them. But the bottom came out, so I now can't wear it anymore. After that, the other ones are just sitting here. I haven't even worn them yet. JustFab have good discounts, you can buy them online and you don't have to go anywhere. But the shoes don't last long.

After I went on the website and did a little checking around, I was interested in the variety of products that they have, and the prices were fine. I've been a member of JustFab between three to four months now and have been able to take advantage of their special offers. The recommendations that come in my boutique are fine. The last purchase I made was in April and it was the skinny jeans. The quality of those jeans was perfect. I can't say anything bad about them - I love them.

JustFab has really cute shoes and it's really easy to find things that I am looking for. I'm their member for a year and a half now. They know my style, show me what they have, and also give me updates on everything, which I like about them. The very first time I bought a pair of heels from them, they came in not decorated but I chose to ignore that and I bought more. The other things I bought aside from that first one were amazing and are really high quality. A month ago, I bought snakeskin gladiator and I think those are my favorite shoes I've ever bought there. I tell a lot of my friends about JustFab.

I've been a member of JustFab since last fall. It was their selection of boots that made me start to purchase from them. This June, I got a couple pairs of sandals and the quality is pretty good. Also I got a pair of winter boots last year. They're the little fuzzy ones and they kind of fell apart but it's fine.

I've been a JustFab member for at least two years, but it's been on and off. When I signed up, I got 2 shoes for $40. But I cannot remember the last time I liked something in my style boutique thing that's sent to me. I usually just go on and look through everything. I bought from JustFab because of the selection that they had. But finding the style I was looking for wasn't super easy. I wasn't a fan of the selection they came up for me. I stopped being a member from because I wasn't buying from them every month and so there wasn't a point to it. And the quality of the things I purchased were okay but one of the two pairs of boots I got has a messed up zipper. I like the boot itself but it was like pulling teeth trying to get it up the first time I wore it.

I was a member with JustFab for two months but I cancelled it because of my experience with my first order. I signed up a month or two before I made a purchase and then I got an email saying that my first shoe would be free. All I had to pay was shipping. So I went to the site and looked for a shoe. I found one and fell in love with it so I ordered it. But once I got the shoe, it didn't fit and was very tight that I couldn't wear it. So I called the store and they let me switch it to another shoe. But they said because it's a free shoe, they couldn't take it back because it would be no value to them so there's nothing they could do. So I'm basically stuck with the shoes. That was not what I expected so I just cancelled my account.

It's misleading. The items are very cheap and cheesy and I wont ever shop with them again. I did not like the quality of the product at all. I've purchased twice. First time, I said, well maybe, it was just what I purchased. So the second time I purchased two pairs of shoes and they just don't look the same way online as when they're shipped out. They are not giving me my money back. I just decided not to shop with them again.

I've been with JustFab for about 4 years but they didn't always have a good selection so it wasn't really easy to find the style of shoes I am looking for through them. However, I was able to take advantage of one of their special offers, the buy 1, get 1 half off. And I do like all the purchases that I made through them. The only thing difficult in using the JustFab site is when I search and type in for example boots, it shows no match. I have to type in the exact name of the shoe that I'm looking for. But I enjoy the discounts that they offer like the $39.95 and when they have the special on purses. So far the quality of the items I purchased are ok but the shoes are better than the clothes. Overall it's been a good experience.

I went on the website and saw some shoes I like and Justfab was having a promotion. Finding the item or style I was looking for was fairly easy. I've been a member for 5-6 months and my favorite thing about being a member is the prices on the shoes. I have taken advantage of some of their special offers such as the get two pairs for $40.
