    My experience with JustFab is terrible. I had an event coming up and the boots I saw in JustFab go perfectly with my outfit. I hear a lot of people talking about JustFab, and they have nice ratings so I ordered these boots from them. But my order never came through. They said they delivered my package, but when I called the post office, they said that they left it outside and no signature required. Since I never get the package, that means someone took my package. I already paid for this purchase but my package was not delivered to me.

    They told me I have to wait extra time to see if it will come. And when it never came, I called back and asked for a refund but they were just trying to issue a credit. I told them that I don't want the shoes anymore and I don't want to issue a credit because this is a bad experience with them. I didn't want the second set of shoes they were trying to send to me because the event had already passed. I didn't need them anymore. So I asked for a refund. They tried to beat around the bush about the refund and finally they gave me the refund when I called back. I had to wait the whole weekend before I could get it. They didn't have a lot of selections either because I have a wide taste. The shoes that I did find, they didn’t even have my size. So I was lucky to be able to find that one pair in my size and in my width.

    I've heard about JustFab from a friend. I was a member for about two years. I like their shoes and the prices. There weren't really many special offers though. The Buy-one-get-one is just for the first purchase. I never really bought from the selections given by their style expert. I always found something else. Some things were good quality. Others weren't that great. I just cancelled my membership but I'd still recommend them.

    I love JustFab's shoes and I will recommend it to a friend because they have good quality shoes. It was always good with their clearance sales and even when it wasn't a sale, I was going there and finding me just the right pair. I've ordered five pairs of shoes at one time. About five months ago I got four pairs of shoes from them - 2 pairs of floral heels, a royal blue pair of heels and a black wedge. Overall, I'm satisfied with my experience. But I'm not a member anymore because the membership kills me. That's a lot of money. I keep paying and giving out, and I don't order like that all the time. When I called in to cancel my membership the lady was rude to me so I wasn't satisfied at all with their customer service.

    I've been a member of JustFab for quite a few years. The selections given by my style experts appeal to me for the most part. My last purchase was a week ago. I'm not particularly fond of the clothes but the shoes minus anything that is black leather or pleather and I've been satisfied with it but I avoid anything black. Overall, I like the majority of the shoes that I've gotten and I've learned to choose what to purchase and what not to.

    I've been a member of JustFab for about a year now and have the VIP award thing. Every month, I get to pick a pair of shoes for the price of $40 or $29. I haven't used it in a couple of months but I like that feature and their shoes. 3 months ago I got three pairs of shoes from them - a wedge, a flat, and a heel. I also ordered a pair of high boots last year and still use them. While some of their shoes are of good quality, some are not the best so it's hit or miss. Also, they automatically gave me the right size when a couple of shoes I got were a little too tight and small. It was not a hassle to send them back and get my correct size.

    I love boots but I couldn't afford them. I had a friend that was getting them from JustFab. I said, “Where did you get those boots?” She said, “JustFab.” Then I went on Facebook and saw that they were only $39.95 with free shipping! I can also send them back if they didn't fit so I like that. Furthermore, it's easy to find the items or style that I'm looking for. I had double-knee replacements and I can't go over one-and-a-half inches and they have a lot of the ones that have a lower heel for me. Also, I've lost 88 lbs since I started a year ago and my calves were so big I had to get the wide leg and they were the only one I could find the wide leg with the variety.     Good prices was the reason I bought from JustFab. The quality of items that I purchased from them was good. But it was difficult to find the style or item that I was looking for. I ended up having to exchange the items I had bought four times. Making the exchange was easy, but it was annoying to have to do it. I was only a member with them for the one month that I bought items and then I cancelled my membership because it was a hassle to find the right sizes and stuff.

    I liked JustFab's shoes so I signed up with them. I was their member for about a year but they were horrible. I didn't know that they have VIP members and that they were charging me $39 for not reading the fine print. I didn't like the whole VIP thing so I cancelled the membership. I had a credit of $200 which they thankfully reimbursed me. However, I did get to purchase four pairs of shoes from them. The quality was not great, though, they were kind of cheap.

    I have a lot of girl friends with JustFab and one of them told me about it. I’ve been a member for a little over a year and I love that I can go and find any shoe or purse. For the most part, the selection given by my style expert appeal to me. Except when I pull up my page and there a lot of 6-inch heels because I’m not a 6-inch heels person. But when I pull up my page, I see most of what I buy. I have so far bought three pairs of shoes, and they are of good quality.     Something came up on my Facebook feed from JustFab about buying shoes for cheap, around $9.99. I had wanted a pair of boots so I signed up with them. However, it was difficult finding the style I wanted because the ones I liked were out of stock in my size. I looked at 10 or so pairs before I found one set that I liked (but not as much as the ones that were out of stock). The ones that I did get fit me good. The selection typically provided for me is a little bit limited. They include a lot of pictures of what they have in stock. It seems like a big selection but once I actually click on it and see that only size 5 or 12 is available, then it's not that big.

    I saw JustFab years ago in a commercial. It was their "Buy one and get one free," for the first purchase that initially led me to shop from them. It has been very easy to find items and styles with them. When it comes to the selections by my style expert, they're on and they're good. But when they're off, I can always find something else that I do like. A couple of months ago, I purchased a pair of winter boots that are above the knees. They're not Gucci, but they work. JustFab has good quality for the price that I'm paying. I've also been their member for over a year now. I like the special offers I get as a member. I even want to become one of their VIPs.

    I placed an order online last night. I wanted the Lenon boot and that's what I added to the cart but after I placed the order I see that it was the Fannah boot in my order which I did not order so I called them and they said it's nothing they can do but cancel my order but it hasn't even been processed yet. Just don't see why they can't switch 1 boot for another. I'm very unsatisfied, thinking about canceling the entire order. I wanted the brown not the black. Not happy at all.

    I'm a JustFab member for a year and it was a horrible experience. They were charging my credit card automatically every month and I wasn't checking my bills. I called them for a refund and they said they're going to give me credit not as a money but as a product which is really weird.     I was looking for boots last year and found something I like on JustFab. I've been a member for about a year now and they are fine. However, the only thing I complain about is whenever I go on their website and find the shoes that I like, they won't have my size whenever I want it. They tell me they'll email me when my size comes in, but they never get new sizes. That happened for about five times. It seems that they only have whatever they get at the beginning.

    I saw JustFab's stuff when I went online one time and I tried buying from them. It wasn't at all bad finding styles that I'm looking for, the only thing is that some things in their commercial were not available in their website.     When I signed up for JustFab, I got a really good deal, and If I'm getting a good deal, I might as well buy some shoes. Ever since being a member, I like the good deals I get. I got shoes for $14.95 a pair during Memorial Day, and boots for $29.95. Recently I bought snakeskin heels, which are my favorite. I have a problem with the pinky toe area, though. I had to stretch it out a little bit. However, that's the only problem I had. Sometimes I use the selections of my style expert, the suggestions appeal to me. Overall, I like JustFab a lot. For sure, I'll recommend them.

    I've been a JustFab member for a year now. I like the opportunities they give their members. They send emails on their selections ahead of time and that gives members the option to purchase first.     Just a warning about the $39.95 deal to buy two pairs with Free Shipping. You must be a VIP member to get this deal but if you cancel at anytime you do not get the deal. Something to be aware of. They will charge your account every month whether you get shoes or not. The charges $39.95. This is not a deal and it is a scam and they are not very clear on the deal online. I do not like this website. I would rather shop local and pay the price upfront than decide blinded by lies. Happy shopping.

    I was absolutely furious with my encounter with JustFab. I have only (was) a member for less than a month and have had nothing but issues. I had ordered two pairs of shoes initially and there was a delivery issue. For some odd reason the post office was unable to find the addresses provided, which made zero sense being that, I have had several packages sent to the address provided. A month passed (no exaggeration) with not a single email, call, or credit applied to my account. As I'm highly busy individual I wasn't able to call sooner. When I called, each representative had zero concern/empathy towards me. I asked to cancel service and was hung up on, given the runaround etc. (Mind you, not once was I irritate! Finally they cancelled and decided to refund me. Before leaving, I asked to have my address changed, so that I could receive a wish list order. Yet again, they did not deliver (my address change nor package).

    When I called for the third delivery, the rep said he would resend the shoes on rush, but needed to update my address. Sure enough he made me a promise he couldn't keep, because the shoes weren't available. I'm washing my hands of JustFab and I certainly wouldn't suggest them to ANYONE!!! Best of luck shoppers and management consider retraining your employees.

    I have tried to cancel my account multiple times and since I'm a VIP member (don't even know how that happened) I have to call them. I can't just cancel like a normal member. They also only have a 4 day window for you to skip your monthly payment and they hide that button. The selections of shoes are pretty good. But it's not worth the amount of money. I'm more angry because I feel like they try to be so sneaky to keep you a customer. I've been a customer for 4 months and 3 of those 4 months was because I couldn't find the way to cancel the membership.

    I saw a JustFab ad online and it said it was two pairs of shoes for $40. It sounded like a good deal so I decided to purchase from them. They have a diverse selection which is something that I like. The quality of the items are good, too. I've got a couple of heels that were the first pairs I ordered and they're still in good condition. However, I did have a pair of boots break. Everything seems to be like different quality. Also, I don’t like how they charge if you don’t pass on a month. You only have the first five days of the month to pass and then they just automatically charge you.     I've been a member of JustFab for 6 months. I'd heard about it through a friend, she showed me her shoes that she got and they were cool. Being a member, I like the cheaper prices as it's nice to have that kind of a discount on shoes. Also, I liked the selections the style expert pulled for me. As for the quality, I liked it although the comfort wasn't as good as I had hoped it would be but they are pretty on par with a lot of places that are just like JustFab.

    However I couldn't keep remembering to skip some months when I can't afford shoes. So when they deducted it, that became a problem for me. It makes me uncomfortable to have companies withdraw money unexpectedly. But if one can afford it and can be on top of the reoccurring deductions, then JustFab is something that's really good.     I tried to purchase a pair of shoes and didn't realize JustFab automatically signed me up for a membership where they would charge me every single month.     I don't like JustFab though I have a couple of shoes from them that I like. I did not realize that I was being signed up for VIP and I wasn't happy about that. The qualities aren't good either.     I bought some shoes from Just Fab recently and I was not aware that by signing up you are committing yourself to pay $39.95 a month. The website appears to purposefully not bring much attention to this. So if you don't go out of your way to read the fine print, you are kind of screwed. I didn't because I have never dealt with a site that did these sorts of things and wasn't thinking that this was something that I needed to look into. Thankfully I read the reviews and called to cancel my "account" (I wasn't aware that I really had a formal account) today before any new charges were added. Also, the shoes I received were of Payless quality and not something that I would ever pay more than Payless prices for. On a high note, the customer service representative that I spoke to was very kind and took care of canceling my account swiftly and efficiently (after trying to offer me other options, which I get. I've worked customer service before).

    I mainly purchase from JustFab because of their styles and there was a deal first like the two for the price of one. I usually like what my style expert selects. I’m in the larger end of sizing for women and they have my size. They fit me well and it’s awesome.     The selection given by JustFab's style expert was good and I like the quality of their items. They’re nice. I went on there just to order one pair of shoes. However I didn’t read the signed print that stated that it was going to charge me a monthly membership fee. So I had to get a refund on that just because I’m in the process of moving and other things. I didn’t want to be responsible for something automatically coming out of my account. I didn’t know that was the case. I was upset that it came out of my account. So I cancelled my membership pretty shortly after I just ordered one thing. They did refund the money and I was happy with the customer service.

    I have a membership with JustFab and ShoeDazzle. My only drawback was JustFab took out one time out of my checking account, and then ShoeDazzle took out twice.     I love shoes. I don’t have a lot of shopping time because of my job. I work 10 to 12 hours a day in the weekends, and have to do my chores and other errands.     I joined VIP thinking hey! Let me get some shoes for $10, they do not tell you that if you don't uncheck the "month to monthly" box they will charge you 39.95 a month!!     After seeing a pair of shoes in numerous JustFab ads, I decided to check them out. 'Become a VIP member' a pop-up said, to get an even better deal on your first purchase. GREAT! So I provided my email and just like that I get to buy my very first pair of shoes for a super low price. I found the shoes I wanted, added them to my cart, and proceeded to check out. Promptly, I received an email saying I'd receive an additional email when my item shipped. 24 hours passed- nothing. So I start to research and only then did I learn that VIP membership meant a monthly $39.95 charge to my debit card. That should have been disclosed in the pop-up.

    Plenty of companies entice consumers to create accounts with promises of a great deal. And will immediately email you a promo code to apply to your first purchase, NOT offer you a low price to make a purchase that commits you to a $39.95 charge every month that they don't even tell you about till after you've given them your cc info. Anyway, late into day 2 I give them a call because I still had not received an email about my product shipping, and read during my research that membership had to be cancelled within 6 days. I explained the situation to the rep and she assured me that an email was sent to the packaging warehouse to prioritize my order, but that membership cancellation could not occur till after I received my order. I expressed my concern about the 6 day cancellation window and that I would prefer to cancel my order to avoid an additional $39.95 charge.

    She told me that since calls are recorded and my account would reflect my concerns that I could still receive my order and cancel without that charge occurring. 3 ADDITIONAL DAYS PASSED before my PRIORITIZED order was shipped out and an email was sent to my inbox!!! Tracking shows my order will arrive on the 16th... 12 DAYS AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER!!! That is definitely not VIP treatment, especially on an order that was (supposedly) ESCALATED! I cannot wait to cancel my membership, but am certainly feeling uneasy that I'll be told that I'll be stuck with the additional $39.95 fee. Never in my life have I felt so uneasy about a purchase, which is sad because one should not feel such buyer's remorse over an inexpensive pair of shoes. Fingers crossed that they'll honor their word when it comes to cancelling!!!

    While reviewing my credit card statement today I noticed 4 months of charges for "VIP access" that I know I had canceled after my original purchase. (I had a close friend warn me that after making her purchase she was charged a extra month's fee and to make sure I canceled to avoid the same runaround.) After calling the customer service line I was informed that I had unknowingly activated multiple accounts, and so when I called to cancel my account I had only canceled the one account.

    I acquired into how I would of activated two accounts with only one purchase and had not received any emails or notifications about it, and was basically told that it was my fault for not reading the "how it works" section and that I shouldn't of made multiple accounts. This representative was not only not listening to my problem (or didn't understand) she confused me by quickly drowning me in dates and then once again told me that I should have read the rules. After trying to explain to her again she put me on hold and told me I would be refunded for 50% of my purchases because "I obviously didn't understand." She also told me that I could not deactivate my account because the other half was still on my account and to "try not to forget this time."

    Throughout my experience with JustFab I've felt cheated and belittled by the staff and by how this whole site seems to be set up in fine print and confusing rules. I had read the reviews and figured I protected myself from what other consumers had to say, but I never expected to be blindsided by information that was unfairly withheld from me. I have zero interest in ever working with this site and will continue to vigilantly share my bad experience with other consumers.

    I've been a member of JustFab for about three and a half years. I chose to purchase from them because of the promotions that they had at the time. My last purchase was in July. It's a black purse and it's good. The items I purchased from them have good quality. They have pretty good selections, and for the most part, they regularly suggest items that appeal to me.

    In the past, I tried to cancel my subscription because I wasn't as interested getting that many things from them anymore and not because they did anything wrong. When I tried to cancel it, no one ever came to the phone. It's the same number but for the option that you choose to cancel, no one would ever come to the phone. There was one time I waited about 15 minutes on the line for someone to come and they never came. Then I called for another reason to check up on an order and someone came to the phone immediately, but to cancel it no one would ever pick up.

    JustFab had nice shoes but I only bought two pairs from them as I can't find another pair that I really like.     I was a member JustFab for about three years and canceled my subscription about a year ago. I mainly bought from the purses that they had to sell fast. The selections given by the style expert really matched up. I wear blouses and fun things on my own versus what was supposed to match from whatever I pick from the style questionnaire. I bought shoes from them that were not a very good quality. They were very hard and not comfortable at all. The first pair I only wore once and the second pair I've worn twice.     I decided to join the JustFab online because my friend had told me about it and it seemed like a good idea. I didn't know that I would be charged once a month if I did not purchase anything. So when I found out that it had charged my account, I wasn't angry because I figured it was wrong on my part not to fully read the guidelines for signing up.

    I needed a new pair of boots that would be slightly comfortable and cheap since I'm newly pregnant and I live in Indiana and I remembered that I had $39 of credit on my account. I was never told that the item I purchased had to be the amount of credit in my account. I assumed that it would be used kind of in a way that I could some of it towards one item and whatever was left over towards another and pay for the rest out of pocket. When I called customer service the rep I talked to was not understanding at all at why I was confused at the recent charge to my bank account. I very much want to cancel my account based on being charged twice and not being able to refund.

    The pricing of JustFab was attractive plus, the fact that you can get a pair of shoes for $39.95 were two reasons I decided to buy from them. I bought a pair of heels 4 months ago. I was happy and satisfied with the quality of their items especially those particular heels. But I wasn't very pleased with the couple of purchases I've made before. Some were not of high quality. I had a button fly off, although I had worn the items only three or four times. That was a turn-off for sure.

    But I do appreciate the offers that they have and I like the option of deals and skip the month when you sign up for the VIP because I don't necessarily want and need shoes every month. I have actually gone back and forth about keeping my membership, but I've stayed on primarily because I've had the option to skip a month at a time and I would have cancelled sooner if I hadn't had that option.

    Noticed on my bank statement today (10/08/2015) that I was charged twice for membership. Last month I cancelled my membership only to see that I'm still being charged. I try to get a refund for the amount I was charged this month only to be told that they don't give refunds, you need to use the credit on one of their products. Being a dissatisfied customer of their products I don't intend to buy anything else from them. The sizes of the shoes run to small and the quality sucks! I will be sure to let all my family and friends know to never buy from this company!!

    I liked the idea that everything on JustFab was mostly $40 and free shipping and free exchange or return without the struggle. That was amazing so I've been a member for 6 years. 5 months ago, I purchased a dress but I exchanged it for shoes. For the most part, they're good though I did get a purse from them that the inside tore apart fairly quickly and I wasn't happy about that. But the shoes have been good quality. However, last time I had to call in, their rep was having a hard time understanding what I was saying and it was a lot of back and forth. He tried to make it harder than it had to be. We finally got it straightened out and it was fine. Overall, it's sometimes not easy if I call in specifically about something even though it's easy to return things. Other than that, it's been good all in all.

    I did a purchase on March the 16th. They don't tell you that if you don't purchase any month they will charge you $39.95 monthly fee. This is the only company that is doing this. Join the VIP, Lol so if you don't purchase anything you get charge forever $39.95. Also when I called they said that I need it to call in 6 days to cancel.     I always forget to cancel my month and they charge you hard to get a refund, so you're stuck with a credit. The credit can only be used toward shoes that are exactly 39.95. I have spent two hours looking and haven't found any shoes today that are 39.95. This is crazy.

    I purchased some boots from JustFab and I love them. I love the customer service for helping. It's great that they're available 24 hours because sometimes there are people who work in the middle of the night and would love to get someone during the wee hours. The shipping days is long but sometimes they grant you the rush shipping for free. They're always trying to please you and I like it that they won't charge. I don't get their coupons as much as they say that they send them out. But other than that, it's great. I like it. I've been with them for a while.

    I would recommend JustFab to my friends, but two months ago, I couldn't believe what happened. I had three orders but they were sent to me at different times. For my first purchase, they sent me the wrong shoe size. The shoe's size did not match the size that the box said. My other purchase went to a different house because the young lady put another address instead of the one I gave. I couldn't retrieve it because the people said they didn't receive it (of course), but my email told me they did. The other time, the postal people just left it in the yard and I didn't know I walked right past it. They left it in the yard under something so I didn't think anything of it. I didn't think that's what they would do so I just sat for a week thinking it was still being processed but it was there.

    I have called 3 times now and been placed on hold for 15 minutes. It says the telephone is reachable 24/7 yet if that were true why haven't I been responded to after several attempts to get in contact with a human who may understand my dilemma, not an automated machine ignoring my request. After the 3rd attempt someone finally answered after 10 minutes of holding on the line. The woman was very courteous however that wait time is ridiculous and the surprise charge on the account was not appreciated especially when I am reminded I will be charged the day of when it's too late to cancel the charge.

    Originally, it was JustFab's misleading way that got me to purchase from them. They never actually said that you would have to pay $39.99 per month whether you buy something or not. I've been a member for close to 2 years now. About a month ago, I was looking for a pair of stripper shoes and ordered a pair, but they weren't too stable so I sent them back.     JustFab makes it almost impossible to cancel a VIP account. Not only can you not do it online, but the phone rep refuses to cancel the account until you've used any credits in your account. So I just keep getting online and skipping each month - and telling everyone I know not to sign up. The shoes and bags are not high quality, but they are cute - but their customer service is deplorable!

    I was going over the shoes JustFab had and it was easy to find what I was looking for. The items that I've purchased are of nice quality. I really love and enjoy all the shoes and wedges that I got over the summer. My last purchase were some boots with heels and I'm still waiting for them. I've been a member for about 5 months. What I dislike about being a member of JustFab is that they were taking money out of my account and I didn't know it for 3 months, so I had to close the account. I didn't know that it was a monthly subscription and they made me have a bounced check. I had a certain amount of money in my account for my rent and I wrote the check for my rent man, and then had a text that came through off my card saying that $39.99 was being taken out of my account. So my rent man had a bounced check and I had to fix that. However, I'd still recommend JustFab because they do things online and have lots of shoes.

    I started purchasing from JustFab because of my girlfriend. I've been a member for two years and my favorite part of being one is my boutique which I can personalize.     I made one purchase and unbeknownst was charged from then on for 2 years $39 monthly! I only found out when I changed my bank account. Then they had the audacity to tell me that I'm responsible for that month's payment. Then trying to get all my credits was impossible. I was only able to make 6 purchases on 24 months of credit which should be 24 items. They suck.

    JustFab had something I wanted at the time I wanted it, so I purchased from them. I've been a member for almost a year now. I know exactly how to find what I'm looking for before I find it so it's easy to shop the site. I have never paid attention to the selection which pops up and is given to me by my style experts. I usually have in mind what I'm looking for when I go to the site, so I already know what I'm going to look for and what I want. I'm that kind of person.

    I like that I can choose when I don't want to shop. I can say, "No, I don't want to shop this month." I do like their special and that I get the emails that tell me what their special is this month so that when I'm shopping, I do tend to shop and make the purchase at that time. I tend to shop several months in a row and then I do tend to take several months off.

    At one point I bought a bag with a smaller price, although I had never bought a bag from them before. I was amazed because the bag I got was less than $40. I know for sure before I looked on the site that I'm going to get one that I like in that color and I don't want to get one that's another color. JustFab got me hooked on bags, not just shoes. I got a bag that's a peachy color, like coral. I've gotten more compliments on that handbag than I've ever gotten on the purses I've owned, and I've got $400 handbags in my closet. That bag would definitely be my favorite purchase from JustFab so far.

    I've also got lots of earrings, necklaces, boots, and a dress that I ordered from them. I've gotten legging jegging, all across the board on little things that I like from them, so they have done a good job. I have gotten things for my daughters and bought gifts for people. I've recommended them to people, definitely word-of-mouth. Then, for my little ones, I buy from Fab Kids. I do like it. Definitely, I've been happy with JustFab overall, so no complaints. My girls are teenagers and hard on boots, so they tend to jack up their boots, but I've never had a problem with anything I purchased from them and its quality. My experience with JustFab was completely satisfying. Just fabulous.

    I'm too busy to shop so I purchase from JustFab. I've been a member for about 6 months. Last month, I got some lace up boots and I like them. So far, my favorite purchase from is a pair of black, wedge booties for which I get a lot of compliments. I love them. It's a good deal to be able to get 2 items for $40. I've had mixed experiences with the quality on some of them. Some of them are better, the clothes especially. I got one dress that I love. But one dress I got was not well-made as the stitching from the inside of the liner was visible from the outside. I couldn't send it back because it was on sale, and I can't return a sale item for a different item and can only swap it for a different size. My suggestion is to always be able to trade something in no matter if it's on sale or not.

    I love shoes so I purchase from JustFab. Their website is very user-friendly. It’s been a little over a year, maybe two years now that I've been their member. I like seeing all the different styles and what’s available. I typically purchase from one of the styles that have been suggested. The last thing I bought from them was a pair of blush heels in June. Sometimes, the items are great and they hold up. Other times, the stoppers on the bottom tend to fall off easily. I also like the black tote that I bought. It had a zip-off clutch on the front.     Yesterday I had signed up on JustFab, based on the styles I had seen. As you are shopping you are prompted to become a VIP free (no charges); hence, I clicked that box. Immediately after placing my order I decided to Google customer reviews when I read about people having their credit card charge $39.95, which they did not anticipate. I had no idea about this charge of $39.95 after five months if you do not place an order. I went directly to my email and I had seen a confirmation for my order, and at the very bottom of the email (where I normally do not look) I had seen a comment about being charged if you do not place an order by the fifth month; hence, I called JustFab immediately to cancel everything.

    The lady I had spoken with was Raven. She apologized and conveyed that my membership was cancelled, along with my order. I did receive an email stating that my order was cancelled after my call. This happened around 10:00-10:30 am yesterday 9/24/2015. When I got home in the evening I received a warning from my bank via email that charges have been taken from my account $1 charge, and a $39.95 respectively.

    I called back and spoke with someone by the name of John. I asked him, why are there charges taken from my account when I literally cancelled everything within 10-20 minutes of ordering, and received confirmation. John conveyed, that for some reason my membership was cancelled but not my order. I told John that Raven stated unequivocally that "both" were cancelled. John conveyed that my order was in process. John went on to say that he will ensure that my order is cancelled and that I will get another email conveying this. I have not received this email, and I do not trust what is being said to me. I really wanted to try JustFab, but I do not like how they operate. In addition, I was told that my first buy of any footwear would be for $9.99; however, I did not see any charge close to $9.99. I just wish my dealings were more above board and honest. I hate deception, especially when it is not necessary.

    A coworker of mine ordered from JustFab. They have cute stuff so I purchased from them, too. Once I have joined, it was easier for me to look for the items I wanted. It's impossible for anyone to look at things on their website if JustFab doesn't have their email address on file. A little less than 2 months ago, I purchased a bunch of things at once because I had so many credits. I got a big brown bag, two sandals, and a couple of other things. I bought a mint dress where I got a gazillion compliments on. It's so pretty and it's my favorite purchase so far. I still have some credits left and I'll go online and see if I can find a black one or another color.

    I had also taken advantage of their buy one, get one deal and I liked that the shipping (to and fro) is free. That was really important for me because I had a few experiences when I had to return some things that didn't work out and shoes that didn't fit right. That's my least favorite experience - the sizes are not that well. Sometimes I'm an 8 and other times, I'm a 9. Another is I don't think the quality of their products is that great. I had to return one of the sandals because it had scrapes. The new ones that I got have the same condition. It's my second or third time wearing them and they're already chipping. I also had a couple of espadrilles and some other sandals which soles come undone easily.

    If the quality of their products was a bit better, they would be fabulous. They have a good website and their customer service is amazing. The girls on the phone are super nice. They won't make you feel bad about returning something or asking for an email again. However, I stopped being a member because I kept getting charged and I completely forgot to stop it. Now, I have a gazillion credits that I'm not using but overall, it's okay. The whole outfit I am wearing is JustFab - a JustFab bronze sandals and a JustFab shirtdress.

    I have tried to buy a decent pair of high heel shoes from JustFab for months. The first pair that I have ordered was Yvette, nice cream-colored high-heel sandals, I ordered them in size 5. When I received my shoes they were incredibly small, my heel was hanging out completely. I never wear any other size but 5, and the shoes I have received seemed more of a size 3. I have contacted JustFab about this and explained my situation, the response I received was: "Sorry about this, but to make sure that our shoes are great, please check the reviews on our website". This sounded ridiculous to me and I explained again that I have a faulty item in my hands that has nothing to do with anyone else's review.

    Long story short, they didn't investigate into my problem any further. I felt helpless and because I still has £70 worth of member credit, I had to make another purchase. I ordered another pair of shoes (size 5.5 this time) and guess what I got?? Tiny tiny shoes again... I could keep going on and on about my awful experience with JustFab, it was the worst! My advice: never buy anything from there and know that when you first buy anything from them, you automatically become a member and they start charging you £35 a month!

    I saw JustFab online, in Facebook and Instagram. I bought a pair of sandals and I didn't like them. They have something on top that looked nice in the picture online but then when you have it in your hands, they look like a piece of paper that they have put on the sandals and I only used them once. They had a discount free shipping so I decided to make an account. It's nice being a member because you get the discount but that day when I did the account, I didn't know that they'd take the $39 each month. It's a credit but then you can't use it, you have to use it with them. That's why I cancelled my account. They refund me the money back because they understood that I didn't read the policy when I did the account and they were really nice with me.

    When my shoes arrived they were badly made and very tacky looking. So I decided on a exchange. 10mins on the phone costs me £19! DO NOT CALL THEM. & then to top it off I stayed in all day for collection & the Hermes did not collect!!! They have now been collected, but I still paid with added call charges over £60 for 2 pairs of shoes that are worth £10.

    I was a member of JustFab for a couple of years, but I cancelled my membership. It was all right while I was with them. I purchased from looking at advertisements.     JustFab's fabulous and I love them. I like their shoes and have been a member since the beginning of springtime. I was able to take advantage of their offers but don’t pay much attention to the style expert selections, I see the best that I like and select it when I purchase. The last purchased I had was for two pairs of shoes. One looks like the Givenchy shoe and the other a closed-toe pump - they’re cute and both black. Its quality is pretty good but the only thing that I’ve been noticing with my open-toe shoes is that the front of the shoe is very narrow, and one of my toes always ends up hanging over, which is a little weird as I don’t have a wide foot. But everything else was fine.

    JustFab's pricing and promotions are great. They had the $39.99 promo and their shoes are great, too so I purchased from them. I liked going into their website and finding the shoes that I liked on my own. It was easy except that what we got had a slight defect around the buckle. When I called to see if I could return it and get another one with that particular size (size 11) which my daughter wears, they said it's sold out. My daughter really likes it so I didn't want to return it and not get her size.

    I stopped my membership because I don't want that it is monthly because I will lose track of it. I also feel it's not very practical for anybody to buy shoes every month. I can be a member and they can make suggestions, but I don't like that they charge my credit card whether I want to buy shoes or not. Another thing - every store has extended sizes, JustFab will go places if they do extended sizes, at least the size 12. For JustFab to stop at size 11, they are not looking at the future and they're going to lose a big demographic of customers. If you look at the kids these days, they are getting taller and bigger so JustFab needs to cater to that need. My daughter is 10 and she's already 5'10", my son is 8 and he's already 5'2". Don't only do the regular because nobody's regular these days. Anybody can go into any store for a size 7 or 8.

    So on the whole I would recommend JustFab but if they want a different niche and capture another market where people don't really care about the price just to find their size, they should be doing the extended sizes and the reverse for the petite ones. In addition, they keep saying they're on promotions but there's no free shipping. Nobody pays for shipping these days. If they want more marketing, tell people it's free shipping. They tried it and their website came down because everybody went online and shopped.

    It was really easy to find the item I'm looking for on JustFab since they have a good setup. I got my sandals about 3 months ago, and I'm going to get some boots, now that it's fall.     JustFab is perfect, and I like the styles and the price. It's easy to look for the items, and the whole site is very friendly. I like it better than the other companies that have the same type of line. I've been a member for two years and my favorite thing is when I call if there's a mistake with an order, everybody is nice. Everything gets taken care of right away.

    I also try and take advantage of the special offers with shoes and bags. Those are what I like best since the clothes that they have aren't large enough and I'm a size 16. They have clothes more for skinny people, and they should venture out a little more. Some of the sizes look nice, but I don't like that all the models on there are skinny. If you blow at them, they can fall over. They have some sweaters that I would like to get, but they don't have the size. Since the prices are good, they should extend their clothing line.

    I don't use my style expert since I'm very eclectic. I put the information in there, answer questions and when I open it up, I look at everything because I have more than one style. Sometimes I like flats, sometimes heels so, the style person really doesn't help me out. My recent purchase was two months ago, and I got boots. And within the last four months, I bought shoes, boots, sandals, and bags. I'm one of the highest value customers so I have 15,000 points that I can use now. I'm waiting to use that 40% off and a 20% off also every 6,000 points.

    The items I've purchased have good quality. It's nice because I've never had to return a pair of shoes or a pair of boots. I'm not the type of person who's going to spend $120 on a pair of shoes, even if I wear the shoes once or twice. I bought some pairs of shoes that last a hell of a lot longer than those expensive shoes. For 40 bucks, I wear the shoes and they're comfortable. And since I'm an eclectic person, I don't like having the same style all the time. Overall, they're comfortable and have awesome design, and great customer service.

    When I realized I was being charged $39.95 a month without my consent and without receiving any merchandise for 17 months I felt completely taken advantage of. I had never consented to being signed up for a "VIP" program in which they automatically charge my credit card without giving any notice, any emails, any confirmation of purchase whatsoever. This completely slipped past me just as I believe your company hoped it would. Pretty terrible thing to do to people. The woman who helped me on the phone was very nice and polite however she was only able to "help" me redeem my lost funds for the last 12 months because after this period of time the "purchases" go to a "gift card center". Ridiculous to have to now deal with two different people to resolve the fraudulent charges made to my credit card.

    After being taken advantage of, the last pitch I wanted to hear was how you were going to rectify the situation by giving me 20% off my next purchase. What a complete joke! I called your "gift card department" and they were useless. Unable to offer me any help at all except to "stay fabulous" and to "offer me the gift card I had waiting." I informed the gift card department I would be filing a claim for fraudulent charges that I had no awareness of to which the lady on the phone could have cared less! What a great company. Super stellar principles you all seem to employ within your company. I would never recommend this company to anyone to be taken advantage of for a subpar product. This company gets an F-.

    I saw a charge of $39.95 pending on my bank account from JUSTFAB and I have not ordered anything. I called and found out that I am have a VIP status which allows them to automatically deduct $39.95 monthly because I took advantage of an offer they had. So if I don't order anything for the new month and I don't tell them I want to skip a month (which I didn't know), they will deduct the money and put it into my JUSTFAB account. Well I looked at my account and I do not see $39.95 there. So I asked to be cancelled from this program and to have my money reimbursed. They will cancel me but refuses to reimburse me. This seems highly illegal to me!!!

    I appreciate that JustFab read my review and refunded me for the months of membership that I didn't use. Their response was timely, and I am satisfied that my problem was solved.

    To note, though, the confusion/misunderstanding was on their part, not mine, as I did call and cancel before, but clearly that didn't work.

    A good solution would be an online "cancel my membership" button that cancels and sends confirmation email or to just give the option to join the VIP membership in the first place (instead of automatically enrolling customers into a VIP membership).

    I ordered one pair of boots from JustFab and was automatically enrolled in a monthly membership. I found it inconvenient to have to cancel every month, when really all I wanted was that one pair of boots, so I called to cancel. Despite that I spoke with someone at JustFab who I thought canceled my membership, I now see that I have paid monthly fees for 9 MONTHS which is the equivalent of 9 pairs of boots. I JUST WANTED THE ONE PAIR OF BOOTS. And today I called and they told me those membership fees were nonrefundable. **THIS ALSO APPLIES TO FABLETICS.

    If due to any reason you do not skip the month they hold your money, you cannot cancel the account online. Paypal are aware so how many £35 are they holding? I thought their products were awful and sent back my only item 5 months ago, BUT I am a VIP so was am out £35 and you will be too if for any reason you do not or cannot skip the month between 1st and 5th so do not have a family tragedy, move house or get sick. Disgusted.

    JustFab regularly suggests items that appeal to me. I've been taking advantage of a lot of their special offers, including the "Buy 1 Get 1 Free". However, it's like every pair of shoes that I get is small. I wear size 8 but when I ordered 2 pairs of the same shoes from them, an 8 and an 8 and a half, the same shoes in the 8 and a half was still too small. And I know a 9 wasn't going to fit, so I ended up selling the shoes.

    A friend of mine got a pair of shoes from her friend who used JustFab and I wanted to get the same shoes so I made a JustFab account. I wasn't able to find that specific pair of shoe but I found other things that I liked. And when I first signed up, the VIP deal was that the first pair of shoes is worth $10 and then two pairs for $39.95. They were of very good quality. Also, looking for items was a very simple and easy process, and I liked the selections given to me by my style expert.
