JustFab has some nice stuff. It was very easy finding items I was looking for and I love my selection. As a member, I am able to get the VIP discounts and skip the month if it's not in my budget. I also got the $10 they sent me. I love the shoes I purchased and got so many compliments on them. They're nice and comfortable, and I can stand up in them for a long period of time. Now, I don't have to worry about my feet hurting.

JustFab has been great. The first time I bought something from them was a few years ago. I skip almost every month but that's just because it's not really in my budget. I also have a lot of credits that I don't wanna lose. Over the years, I've purchased great quality products from them. I just ordered some booties and they're super cute and comfortable.

I like JustFab's collection and I've been a member for less than a year now. It's been great and it's not too difficult to find what I want from their website. I also like the discounts they give. I took advantage of the $20 to spend promo and the winter currents at 25% off. And recently, I bought knee-length boots, white shoes, and sandals from them. I like the sandals the most. However, the quality of the products is not very good and they should improve on it. They have to make something which is more comfortable than just the design. Also, sometimes their inventories are really less. I have had that trouble where I really liked something and it was not in the inventory and I was not able to get the same price on sale because of that.

I liked the shoes at JustFab and they had a good deal. I've purchased three pairs of shoes from there and they're holding up really good.

JustFab had cute shoes. I've been a member for a couple of months now and it's been good. I get nice little doll shoes. My style expert was right on it with my style. I have flat and wide feet and the pair of shoes I had were really narrow so I really couldn't wear them. But the ones that I purchased from JustFab were open-toed shoes, and the one that I can lace up to my ankles. So, it somewhat gives me more space as far as width on the shoes. And I can own heels that are more comfortable to me. I made my last purchase in February. I bought some brown heels which is my favorite. Moreover, JustFab have really good customer service and my shoes got here on a really decent time, even before it was expected. They also have awesome deals on shoes. I will definitely recommend them to a friend. I'm a very satisfied customer.

I was looking for a particular kind of shoe and I found it on JustFab. It was a little cheaper than other places. However, I have a problem with the pair of booties that I purchased. It was not a good quality bootie because it was not sewn well and the zipper doesn't work. The zipper stays half-way up on one shoe and it keeps getting stuck on the leather itself. Also, I missed my day to return it so I can no longer do that. But overall, I would still recommend it to other people because we won't get perfect goods all the time.

JustFab has a selection of shoes, and I was looking for boots and they have really cute boots on their website. So, I gave them a try. I've been a member for a little over a year now. On the very first time, I did the buy one get one offer, which was awesome. I haven’t had to send anything back. I’m a college student, so I can’t always afford them, and I called JustFab a few times because I wasn’t sure about skipping monthly payments, and they got it resolved. I have recommended them to my friends.

JustFab has a lot of shoes that I like and I got shoes that I really enjoy. I order mostly online and other sites can be difficult to maneuver through but I liked JustFab's site since it's easy to maneuver plus, the checkout was easy. I cancelled my subscription with JustFab because I recently lost my job but once I get employed, I plan to return.

I never got my 2 pairs of shoes after waiting about 2 weeks. Received refund. Customer service contacted me for same promo and rush ship but they haven't responded to my reply still. Thanks!! I did not expect you to actually reply either way. I'll have to try Shoedazzle...

Finding items isn't hard at all and I love their discounts and deals. I purchased some booties a month ago because I had ordered some boots and they were too small, so I sent the boots back and got booties instead. The items have been good, though I wish that they didn't run out so fast. I have enjoyed my experience with JustFab.

I saw some heels and JustFab had those nice deals so I became a member and took advantage of their special deal to buy the first pair of shoes for $15. I like the selections I received from my style expert. My black heels are great and I like them. Plus, JustFab has a shoe boutique which is my favorite.

JustFab is a great business. They deliver what they promised and prices are really reasonable! Any errors that I have received have been taken care of with great customer service! I have bought a nice backpack and several shoes! I haven't been disappointed yet!

My sister told me that JustFab had a cheap sale. My style expert gave me nice selections and the items I got were nice. However, I'm not a member with them anymore, although I still get some shoes off there. I canceled my membership because it ended up being more than I thought. They charged your card automatically, and that's what I'd tell my friend.

I have ordered several shoes from your website and have been satisfied overall. One thing that does bother me is that you cannot use your credit and coupons together. I had forgotten to skip the month a few months ago and around Christmas you guys were having a great sale but I couldn't redeem my store credit and get the discounted shoe prices. I don't think this is fair. At a regular store you can pay with store credit even if the merchandise is on sale. If I hadn't had the credit I would have used my credit card but instead I decided not to buy anything.

I love JustFab. I have been very satisfied with my purchases from shoes to clothing and everywhere in between. You can't beat the prices. The quality is superior for the price. Thank you JUSTFAB FOR MAKING SHOPPING A REALLY EASY AND PLEASURABLE EXPERIENCE. Love that I can skip each month and then go back at my leisure. Keep up the good work.

I had been a member for over a year, the last 6 months is when things went downhill. One order arrived damaged, they stood by it... I would skip the month, but be charged anyway. Multiple times this happened. Every time I would call for help, their animated assistant spoke better English than the reps you'd get on the phone! My final straw was my most recent order, I had a birthday $10. Instead of that going towards my shipping as my card was already debited for the member credit for the month they took it off the cost and double charged my account - unauthorized! So I called them again and as I'm waiting I check my account again, They had debited another dollar. Just one dollar, then refunded it and again a few minutes later charged it yet again.

The shoes I have ordered from here the Buckle broke on both sides of each shoe. Then I've also changed my account to a guest account 2 times and I continue to get charged every month. I would really like it if JustFab would leave me alone and quit charging me. Most of the time justfab has good product. I'm very sick of being charged when I'm not buying anything.

I feel like JustFab is more trouble than it worth. I have had one issue after another and the shoes are not made well enough to deal with it. They are cheaply made and twice didn't even look like the picture! The customer service reps are always nice so that area is good but the last time I called to check on the status of an exchange that was supposed to already have been there I had to insist on her checking into it further since she was claiming that the shoes I had sent back hasn't been scanned into the system a week later!!! Come to find out they had sent me a "cancelled shipping label" to put on the box to ship back! Say what??? So you're telling me that you won't send my shoes that were supposed to be 2 days shipping for the inconvenience because YOU sent ME the wrong label??? Naw...not worth it for AT ALL!!!

I love every purchase I've received from JustFab. The shoes are always great quality, comfortable and so beautiful!! I don't usually do a lot of online shopping, so I'm really glad I gave this a chance. I also must add that I feel like a truly valued customer here... and that just adds to the experience that much more!

I had a great experience with JustFab. I love their shoes and their customer service is fast and good. I ordered my shoes but they were too small so I sent them back and got another pair. They were delivered very fast. I will be ordering again in the future.

I looked everywhere for boots until I settled with JustFab. I ordered wide calf boots, 2 pairs, just in time for Christmas. They were beautiful until I realized the strings were frayed, the zipper was busted, and they were NOT wide calf. I wasn't impressed and I deleted my account.

The boots I ordered were very affordable. Very cute, just as shown online. I get compliments every time I wear them. They fit great. The arrival date was a little longer than expected but overall, I'm very happy. I recommend them to anyone interested.

I really like the clothes overall. Most of the issues I have had were from ordering clothes online (different fit than expected, not the fabric or texture hoped for). Other than that, it has been a great experience. Some clothes are a hit and others a miss.

I've been a member for 5 months and JustFab is great. I like their products and it's very easy to find the item that I was looking for. My style expert knows exactly what I like. My last purchase was last month when I bought a pair of boots and a purse. All the items I purchased are still holding good so, the quality is great. I've also gotten a pair of boots for $10 when they had a special going on. As a member, I like that I can open up and shop anytime I want, let the reward points build up and then, shop out. Also, everybody is considerate, the sales people are very helpful and the prices are great. It's a pleasure shopping with JustFab.

I bought some boots at my first order and I liked them. However, I didn't know that being a VIP member meant that they were going to take money out of my account every month. I thought it was a one-time payment thing about buying a boot for $10. That was something really unexpected for me and it made my account be overdrawn. But it was my bad as I didn't take time out to read the membership rules all the way through. So I ended up canceling the VIP membership because I am about to have surgery and I can't afford it right now. However, I had a day care parent who had the same thing done to her and people shouldn't have to go through that experience. I feel that the money should not be taken out of the account just to be a member. They should give the members the option to come back and order again on their own accord. And that's something that a valued customer would appreciate.

I learned about JustFab through a commercial. I bought shoes from them last time and it was good. I like it. They also have fast shipment.

I got an email from JustFab three times and they said that I had a $20 credit with them. So, I used it and had to come out approximately $3. It was pretty easy to find the items that I like in their website. JustFab also took the time to see and go around you and give different options. The prices and quality are good. I’m still wearing the boots that I bought from them last December. However, the monthly payment of $39.95 was heavy. For one that doesn’t buy every often from them, I don’t think they should be charging people every month. I canceled the membership because I don’t have the funds.

I've been a member with JustFab for two months. The first time I shopped there, I was looking for a black shoe but I couldn't find one initially. Then I logged in again and saw a nice, black shoe, and I saw the moccasins that I liked. Then I realized that they had a special offer of two items for $49 and I thought, "Why don't I just get four? It's less than $100."

I've been a JustFab.com member for more than six months and I like that I have access to the stuff on the site and I get discounted prices. I live far away from the city so shopping online is easier for me. I recently purchased a dress and a handbag and I feel good about them. However, sometimes finding an item can be difficult because of the way I have to scroll through everything. It would be easier if they had more options to narrow down categories or search easier. Also, if I wanted to take a month off where I don't pay the membership fee, the "Skip this Month" tab is hard to locate. It's difficult to find on the app when I'm on the phone. So, often after a while I just give up. I found it but it took me a while.

I like their shoes and their boots but a lot of their clothes to me is overpriced and I think the price should be cut down a little. Also, I ordered a dress and it was way too big so the sizing isn't true to size. But other than that, the quality of the shoes is pretty good.

In fact, VIPs get 40% off during holiday clearances and if we get enough points, we can use those for additional discounts. Sometimes their selections were nice, depending on what they release each month. My last purchase from them was about three weeks ago - a red maxi dress with short sleeves and slits on the side, and its material fits the body shape once it's put on. For the price, the items I got are of good quality. I love it.

I have been with JustFab for over a year now with two accounts (because my first account wouldn't work) and then it worked! So now I am stuck with two. I have been trying for a month to cancel these as they addressed to my work emails and I no longer work there. Bought a pair of sandals because I was forced to because the company had already taken my money (I wasn't aware of the setup when I joined up), however, they were lovely, so I purchased a pair of boots which didn't fit and are still in a box. Can someone please just get in touch and cancel my accounts? I am sick of having to remember to 'skip the month' to protect my own money. Thanks.

Hello, I am still waiting for the refund of my last order. Jai phone to your advisor who tells me that the delay will be 5 days it has 15 days now. In fact you twice billed my last order and the second time without the discount. More you have sent a code on my father's phone yesterday (I do not know why) to validate the last purchase with the total price without discount. What is happening??? What is the problem?? Do something very quickly. I lose my patience!!!

I've been with JustFab for four months now and I like finding good deals on fashionable clothing. I took advantage of their special offers mostly when the shoes were $10 and $15 all-around Christmas time and Cyber Monday. I bought a couple of dresses last January and I've been very satisfied with the quality. They've been very comfortable, stylish and versatile items. I also bought a bright red dress for Christmas and I was very happy with it and got a lot of compliments on it, too. Overall, my experience with JustFab has been fast, easy and affordable.

My friend was with JustFab and I thought it was a cool idea so I bought from them. I've been with them for a few months now and their items' quality is good. Their samples are pretty cool too although a little small. I was also able to avail of their special offer on the mascaras. The selections of their style expert are good and they meet my requirements. I don't usually go to JustFab's website and I never purchased anything off the list, I just get the bag. Absolutely terrible! Do not waste your time! Purchased my first pair of boots in August and was so excited. They came damaged with the zipper totally split. Called and they were very helpful in getting a replacement shipped. Got the new boots and they were also damaged. The boots had black paint splattered all over. Called and requested a refund and to cancel my account. They complied and said they would issue a refund. A month passed. No refund. Called back in January asking about my refund and it had not been issued. They said they manually released the refund and I should see a credit in about a week... a month passed by and still no refund. Called again in February asking about my refund and they said it still had not been issued and they release it and I should see a credit to my account within a week. Way too much work for a pair of cheap boots. Worst company I have ever had to deal with.

My experience with JustFab has been good. I wanted a pair of boots that I saw so I purchased from them. However, they don't have half sizes, and the boots are too big. They weren't able to return the items for me but I got the VIP discount on top of everything so they were $9. I then didn't mess with them and I gave them away. Additionally, I got a red dress from them that I really like. The quality is good. It made it through the wash and it didn't shrink. It was made of good fabric and I was overall happy with it. It was very easy to find items or the style that I wanted. Unfortunately, I had a couple of problems with them so I cancelled my membership. They don't carry my shoe size, which was a major factor. And then a couple of orders that I had were unfulfilled. I had to call and tell them that they didn't send it. Then, I had a back credit, and I got something else and they didn't apply the credit. It was a good exploratory fashion experience.

It's my third month being with JustFab. It's easy to find the style I wanted and they have some shoes that I like. It's also convenient being their member. I can just look online instead of dragging my kids out to do shopping and fitting for hours. They have sale prices and I like the selections given to me by my style experts for the most part. They are mostly my ideal shoes. I bought two pairs of boots last December, some scale boots and some regular, basic tall boots with a nice tassel. I like them a lot. I didn't expect them to be as good as they are. My favorite is the little black boots. I like it short, those usual ankle-high boots that wrap around. They're really cute.

After receiving my first order I was disappointed in the size being too large however it was understandable as this was my first order. I made a phone call and was told the colour I had wanted wasn't in stock again. Very disappointed and waiting again for delivery to come. I was happy to see them arrive. Disappointment once again after the first time wearing them and while wearing them out the strap broke. I am not sure if I will order again. Too many disappointments in one order.

I like JustFab's boots so I purchase from them. It's very easy to find what I'm looking for. I like that I can order a pair every month. In fact, my last purchase from them was a pair of boots last month. They're really good quality and I really like them and I got them for less for signing up with them.

I got it one time. They charged my account before the time they said. I cancelled, and they told me I couldn't even use my credit of that charge, so pretty much made me lose 29.99. I don't recommend this place at all. I tried calling and try to fix it but never got an answer.

I was looking for a pair of boots then and JustFab had a really good deal. So, I decided to sign-up just to get a good deal. I've been a member for two years now. I like that it's easy to cancel for the month, or push my credits over. Almost every single item in their shopping list is about the same price so customers know what they're going to get. It's nice that they always do a magazine subscription with their orders and I’ve gotten something on clearance. I don’t really like the selections that I was given by their style expert. They’re fine but I’d prefer to browse through and know what the other options are. My last purchase from them was a pair of gray boots which I bought in November of last year. They don’t blow me away but they’re fine for the purpose that I bought them for. I usually log on when I have a specific shoe need, and occasionally I’ll see some promotion, but I wish they had more communication with me about when sales were going on.

I’ve told others to do it but they said, “Oh, but you have to join and they go charge you every month.” I told them that they can skip it. They don’t wanna have to look for that email every month to skip. But I have no problem with it. I bought a pair of boots from JustFab and it's very good quality. I had an excellent experience with JustFab.

JustFab had a lot of nice stuff and it was super easy to order. My order also came in fast, I received it after two to three weeks. I like quality of the sweater and the boots that I got. However, after I ordered, I was not aware that I had to keep buying stuff or money would be taken out of my account. That happened a couple of times. Every Friday when my check would come in my card, my money would be missing. So, I had to go through a huge problem with that. I spoke to JustFab one time about it, and they were able to get it corrected. But they took off $40 again. For that second time, I didn't speak with anybody, but I got my card number off that website.

What I really like about JustFab is the good prices they offer and I was able to take advantage of the special offers and discounts. Last December, I got a good deal at 10$ off. Also, the quality of the items is good and their customer service reps are always awesome whenever I need to talk to them. When I called to tell them that they ordered the wrong color, but didn't realized it was out of stock, they waived the shipping cost. But when I was looking for a pair of boots, it's very hard to look for it and they don't carry any of the combat-boot-looking ones. Other than that, it was a great experience in less than a year being a member of JustFab.

Initially, I signed up with JustFab because of their promo offer of two for $39 for boots. In the beginning, I didn't know that it was a month-to-month membership. But I've had them now for a long time and it was fine. However, I didn't really buy much and skipped pretty much every month. Sometimes the quality of my purchases were good and then sometimes, especially with the leather boots, the soles start coming up after you wear them a few times. But for the price, they're all right. My latest purchase was a couple of pairs of boots in November or December. Then I recently canceled my membership, not because I had a bad experience with them, but just because I had been skipping for so many months and it's something that I had to remember every month.

I checked out two pairs of boots on JustFab. When you sign up, it asks all questions and fits you for what your style is. My parents made the purchase through my account and my stepdad said my boots came within a few days.

I wanted a pair of ski boots, but going to the stores like Walmart, they have plastic rubber boots for 50 bucks. If they had color, they were even more. I swiped through the boot category of JustFab and I liked the black ones, but then the tan one popped up and I liked those right there. And they were $10 and I couldn’t pass it up. I like the fact that with JustFab, people can go online and pick shoes that they want instead of going to the store then they're never having your size. I feel 100% satisfied with the quality of my purchase from JustFab, but they're not cheap. So I will purchase again when I do have money. But I'm really happy with them. I went out and bought some spray and sprayed them and they are holding up. They're really easy to clean.

Love it! Ships fast and boots and sandals are good quality! I would order again from this store. The shoes fit true to size. The romper I bought was not true to size. It was larger than I thought and I ordered a med and it fit like a large. I would say to go a size smaller than what you normally ordered.

JustFab had a deal going on for new customers. I took advantage of the $10 or 75% off the first order. There's also a lot of selection offered by the style expert and that’s great. I got a pair of chunky heel shoes and they're really cute. I'd recommend JustFab.

JustFab's pricing was good. My favorite thing about being a member which I've been for three years now is the ease in selecting a product and returning it if it wasn't correct. It's easy to find the styles I was looking for and I usually like the selections of the style expert. I like their boots. I've had a problem with one or two pairs that didn't seem to hold up as well as I had hoped, but other than that, the quality of the items seems to be okay.

My sister purchased from JustFab and she liked it. I thought to give it a try too so I have been a VIP member since November. It was a good experience purchasing with them. Their items are of good quality. I like my backpack purse from them and I take it everywhere.

They sell it to you like they're giving you amazing deals, but the quality of the products is only so-so. I've had some issues with sizing, and they're generally uncomfortable. Plus, you only have five days to "skip the month" before you're hit with a $35.00 charge for "credit." Shipping has been agonizingly slow as well. On the whole, I'd just prefer shopping elsewhere.

I signed up for JustFab with the intention of using the VIP service. However after my circumstances changed I requested a cancellation of the account in January after that month's charge went through. However I was charged again this month and when I contacted the company they refused to refund the additional 890 charge stating that they had no record of the cancellation!!! Do not sign up for this VIP membership because if you need to cancel they will not do it correctly and then try to get you to spend more money before processing the request for real after the second contact. It's a scam to just get you to pay more money for a service they never provided.

JustFab has some great styles, of outstanding quality! My favorite pair of fringe boots I got 2 years ago, and they show zero signs of wear. I've gotten sandals, boots, wedges, flats, even a purse, and jacket. I love when they run sales on holidays! Returns are easy as well. My only complaint is that I should be able to pause or cancel my VIP membership online like other subscription services. Once click and done. Instead I have alarms and reminders set to remind me to skip the month while my budget is tight. I love the quality and the prices, but I shouldn't have to call in, hold for 15 minutes, and have to explain to a person why I am terminating my subscription.

Today is business day 4 of waiting to hear back from customer service in regards to my account. Your VIP monthly charges is a crazy business practice and you do not clearly indicate how to "skip" the month. Very unimpressed with your business practices and am dreading trying to get a refund. Luckily not holding my breath to hear back from customer service.

I heard about JustFab from some co-workers. I was reluctant to try it out at first due to past experiences of online shopping. But I caved and tried it and I love it. The prices are great, the quality is great, called in once and the customer service was amazing as well.

I love all the shoes that I get from JustFab. I've bought boots, flats, heels - they're all wonderful and they arrive so fast! I also ordered a dress recently that I absolutely adore. I get so many compliments on what I wear! I've recommended JustFab to a number of friends and co-workers.

Although my first order was at a discounted price, the description of the boots I ordered said warm winter boots. However, there is absolutely no lining in the foot (only lining is in the calf of the boot). Not a great quality for a Canadian winter boot.

I've ordered multiple products from this company for two years. I've decided to cancel the subscription to save money and they never send me emails telling me that I'm going to be charged. I've requested the cancellation and asked for a refund of $39.99 that they've charged me. I get it I have a "subscription". However I've spent literally hundreds of dollars with this company. They're refusing to refund a whopping $40. Just use this as a warning, order your first pair, get the 'deal', then IMMEDIATELY cancel if you don't want to be charged $40 a month for something you're not using. This is how they treat 'VIP' members. They will use a cop out of "we send you warning emails" however I have no such email. I've checked every folder in my email including spam to make sure. You have been warned!

I really enjoy JustFab. The only thing I would change are the ads. There are so many and so frequently that it makes me leave the site sooner than I'd like to. Justfab would be a lot better with less ads popping up so often. I've been thinking of canceling and trying a different site.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love the clothes, prices, and boutique styling. It makes it so much easy to shop. The clothing is very high quality. The shoes and handbags look expensive and I have had some of my friends ask what designer they were.

The rep on the phone was able to explain the membership so I could understand. Also, the rep stayed on the phone with me to select a boot which was thoughtful. I was also given a credit at the first purchase because I did not understand the first time promotion.

They actually fit my arch which is cool. I've been a member for three months now and I like being able to skip the month if the budget doesn't fit for that month. I used the selection given to me by the style expert once but it was too expensive for me so I ended up not using that.

I had a fraudulent account make a membership and purchases, they wouldn't refund me. Charged me 4 times in 2 months for MEMBERSHIP FEES over $200 in FEES. They still haven't refunded me and I got a $40 overdraft fee because I wasn't expecting the money to be taken out of my account. SO I AM OUT OF $240. I am a single mother working 90+ hours a week trying to provide and now my electric bill is about to be turned off.

I got the boots on a buy-one-get-one sale. So if I had returned the pair, then the other pair would have been full price and it would have just made the other pair worth nothing. The stuff that their style expert suggested are cute, but there's nothing I would ever wear.

The only response I got was that someone was looking into my question.

I could buy a pair of boots for every show outfit I have. They're comfortable and hold up well. And that’s without spending $500 on a pair of cowboy boots, too.

I was a member for about three weeks then I canceled my membership within the time that I was given but JustFab still charged me $39.99 for the membership so I called them. They said I had to call PayPal because that's who paid them. I called PayPal and they put a dispute through which was declined through PayPal because they don't really pay attention to what you're saying.

I had to do a survey on what kind of shoes I'd want before I could get a look at what kind of shoes they have available to buy. I was able to get a $10 introductory offer discount on the only pair of boots that I got. I got what I ordered in a timely manner but the boots didn't fit. This was an entire size off. I wear an eight and my foot can fit any eight out there except for Nike so it was weird to me that the boots were very small. Shoes are hard to buy and if I bought one which didn't fit right, then I'm not gonna continue to buy a bunch of shoes to see if they fit.

About a month ago I "skipped" the month on JustFab, the company still proceeded to take money out my account so I called and canceled. I changed my debit card soon after and I go in my account today to find out that they still have my account information and was still taking money out. So now I have to take extra precaution and call my bank to block them from my money. Do not use JustFab. You honestly can expect better shoes from Rainbow anyway.

I bought some combat boots from JustFab a few months ago and my experience was fantastic. It’s easy to do so I don’t have to go and buy shoes all the time. I can do it even if I'm at home and if it doesn't fit, it’s very easy to return. The first order was $10, and then they had a deal recently and I was able to buy all my Christmas presents with that. They also try to get to the style that I would like and it’s very helpful.

I ordered a pair of boots and a large tote. Both items look exactly as they appear on the website! I wear the boots a lot and they're super comfortable. The tote holds everything I need, plus there's a small detachable purse inside for the essentials. I'll definitely place more orders in the future!

Hi, can't wait for my first JustFab order to arrive. Very pleased with online site, but my order hasn't arrived 2 weeks later. I have not received a tracking number, which makes me concerned the product hasn't shipped but has already been paid for.

So happy to have gotten my items quickly and in perfect condition! Everything is beautiful, the boots fit great and are just as cute as I'd hoped! I bought 2 sweaters and I really love them, but one has a shape that's not too flattering on me. I'm still loving it though, it'll be my adorable, lounging in tights and a sweater dress, outfit! The last item I ordered was Katska, a lace up boot with a buckle over the ankle. Every time I try to wear these boots, the metal loops that the laces go through pop off and pieces go flying. I find the products are becoming more cheaply made and I am dissatisfied with the items. I am not going to bother returning them because I am going to remove the rest of the metal loops and do something else with the boots. I will no longer be recommending JustFab to anyone as I find the quality has gone downhill.

I was excited about the 2 pair of beautiful boots I ordered. The good news is I received them within 48 hrs. Although they were nice boots, they did not fit properly and were too wide for my legs. I called customer service to get my shipping label and was met by someone I could barely understand. By the end of the conversation I was VERY frustrated. I ended up canceling my VIP and hung up shaking my head. Then Manager Trixie told me that there was a shipping fee to Canada - sad but true. So much for free shipping. Thanks but no thanks. JustFab was just so so.

I ordered boots on Dec. 19th. Got them a week later. Now I go to my bank today Jan. 6th and find that I've been charged 54 again to my bank account and I didn't order anything. Wasn't even on the site today!! I am so displeased with your site. Never ordering from it again. You got a problem somewhere if orders are being automatically charged to people. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW!!..

I've been a JustFab member for over three years and I like that they have a lot of nice shoes and a lot of options. I love their boots and I’m very satisfied with their selections. But I never get a chance to look through the selections that were given by my style expert because once I open the web page, they have a bunch of other things that interest me. This is the first time I’ve stuck with a website for many years. I don’t only get shoes. I also have gotten handbags there, and my two daughters love them, too. In fact, JustFab is where I’d be getting their Christmas shoes or even bags.

I ordered 2 pairs of boots, regular size 7 wide calf. I find zipping up these boots can be challenging when they are new, and I have to make sure my socks are thin in order to I can do them up. I also find the sole of the boots "slippery" and I did get blisters on the bottom of my feet when I first started wearing them. Something that could have been avoided if the soles were not smooth, or if I wore thicker socks (if only I could do up the zipper). I also ordered a pair of flats, but they are very tight on my feet. I find the sizing from boots to shoes is not consistent. Overall, for the price I am paying for, I do love the styles. My last pair of boots lasted me 2 years. Thank you.

I ordered 2 pairs of boots. The navy cowboy boots (Kelsi) look fantastic, however, they were really loose around the ankle and tight around the calf. I'm hoping it's just because they were bent and need to straighten out. I also had the same ankle issue with my brown boots (Nisha). Prices are great, delivery was timely and product looks great. I'm hoping they will just need a little working in. I don't want the hassle of having to return them.

I love the suede wedges I got from JUSTFAB. They look great and they are very comfortable!! I've gotten so many compliments on them. Great quality, soft to the touch. I don't have especially thin legs but the boots gape around my calves a bit. I think they are supposed to though. Just FYI they are a bit slouchy.

The boots were to the quality I expected for the price. They had no sort of traction on the bottom and the zippers were hard to use, the overall quality was not good. And while cancelling my account I didn't like how you have to phone, it gives them time to try and make you change your mind and really just wastes your time.

I wanted to exchange a size of a sweater and your staff were super helpful Making that happen. Love the sweater but even the medium is still really big. Seems that your sizes run very large. Shoes included. The ankles are really wide in the boots.

I was looking for boots for my daughter and I found a pair at JustFab that I thought she would like. The first pair I bought was for $10. But then if I bought two pairs of shoes, it was $15. So I did it because I thought, "Well, where am I going to get a pair of boots for $15?" The $10 was a great thing, but it got me to buy two pairs instead of one. They gave me a coupon for signing up.

I heard a lot of good things about JustFab so I ended up using it. It's got really good prices and styles. The boots that I purchased was fine. I did get a bad pair of shoes and wasn't a fan of one of the shirts that I have received but other than that, everything else that I've gotten is fine.

Fast, love them!! Two flaws: the brown ones, the fur on top isn't permanently on and it flaps everywhere, somewhat annoying. Grey boots are a little darker than expected but overall these both are truly favorites. Love that there are plenty of choices. Thank you JustFab.

I was very happy with ALL processing procedures in getting my boots. Your company is very well organized in customer services. The only reason I am canceling my VIP is because the exchange rate is too high. I will in the future purchase.

Receivers address was incomplete, item not received, JustFab sent new item. The unit number and business to which the item was supposed to be shipped was not included. But all seem well now as I await my order. The Fashion consultant was friendly and easy to deal with unlike the one that I got previously who sounded like I was bugging her on her leisure time!!!

I have only used justfab.ca once. I bought a pair of tall boots and a tunic. I am thrilled. They fit perfectly. If you don't measure yourself properly and it doesn't fit right then you have no one to blame but yourself. My advice is to measure your feet with a measuring tape for shoes and boots and for clothing follow their guide to a T. I love my new boots???

I read a lot of bad comments after ordering a pair of boots on JustFab, so I was kind of stressed. I'm really satisfied with my order, the shipping was fast and they look amazing. The only thing that bothered me about the process is that I was not clearly informed that I had to go on the website and "skip the month" if I didn't want my card to be charged $40 for my VIP status. I was lucky to see that information in feedbacks. For the rest, I love the boots and I will order again probably.

I've ordered a few things from JustFab... did not have any problems with any of the orders or the one return however when you use the store credit it can not be on sale items... I have a problem with this because it's suppose to be my moneys anyways so why are they able to limit how I spend it? If it wasn't for that I would give them a 5-star review.

I bought before Christmas a Black pair of high boots and they said they were wide calf and the picture doesn't show them that tall. They are not wide at all. Don't and the advertisement should be different. They fit like regular boots. First pair of boots ordered off Justfab and not impressed. Not worth sending them back when I have to pay to send them back.

Recently, I needed a pair of wide calf boots to replace my old one for this winter, and I have been searching around with no luck. I did a few searches online and saw JustFab's listings. I visited JustFab's website and learned about their VIP program. At that moment there was a special promotion for first time buyer, and finally I decided to give it a shot. I love that most boots come in wide calf version which is a plus for me. The only thing that bothers me is that I live in Canada and have to pay conversion rates every time I shop at JustFab. I'd shop at JustFab more often if it wasn't for the exchange rates and fees. Overall, I'd recommend this to friends who live in the United States for sure.

I called corporate and left 4-5 msgs to call me on a discrepancy over price online. Customer service wouldn't honor price online - thereby making me lose my bonus cash spend $60 get $30. When you call corporate there's not even a receptionist to answer your call just transfer by automation. Call made Dec 9-2016 (no call back yet).
