I went to buy shoes from JustFab, but I didn’t understand the website. They made me a member and said they were going to charge monthly prices. I called and ordered, but the shoes seemed a little cheap so I’ll return them. They cancelled me out of the service with no problem.

My experience with JustFab is terrible. I had an event coming up and the boots I saw in JustFab go perfectly with my outfit. I hear a lot of people talking about JustFab, and they have nice ratings so I ordered these boots from them. But my order never came through. They said they delivered my package, but when I called the post office, they said that they left it outside and no signature required. Since I never get the package, that means someone took my package. I already paid for this purchase but my package was not delivered to me.

I've heard about JustFab from a friend. I was a member for about two years. I like their shoes and the prices. There weren't really many special offers though. The Buy-one-get-one is just for the first purchase. I never really bought from the selections given by their style expert. I always found something else. Some things were good quality. Others weren't that great. I just cancelled my membership but I'd still recommend them.

Just received my first order from JustFab... wonderful experience! Fast shipping and in great shape. The boots both fit perfectly, wonderful details, great construction and would recommend to everyone. This is my new 'go to' place for shopping. I have a young daughter and live in a rural area so finding quality clothing, shoes, and accessories are a challenge... not with JustFab! And while on social security... price is always a big concern. JustFab will allow me to keep her and all the family in the 'now' fashions at a price we can afford comfortably. Thank you JUSTFAB!!!

I saw JustFab on Facebook. I like the styles that they have and the prices as well are amazing. I have been a member for a couple of months. I've only purchased two pairs and then I'm thinking to purchase some more soon for the Christmas season and stuff. The selections given by my style expert are pretty good and most of the time I really like them. Also, I'm satisfied with the good quality.

I bought some boots and a purse in the beginning of this month and I love it. It's definitely worth the amount of money I paid. I've been a member with Justfab for about 4 months now and their shipping is always fast. The selections from the style expert are cute, too, and accurate for my style.

I love JustFab's shoes and I will recommend it to a friend because they have good quality shoes. It was always good with their clearance sales and even when it wasn't a sale, I was going there and finding me just the right pair. I've ordered five pairs of shoes at one time. About five months ago I got four pairs of shoes from them - 2 pairs of floral heels, a royal blue pair of heels and a black wedge. Overall, I'm satisfied with my experience. But I'm not a member anymore because the membership kills me. That's a lot of money. I keep paying and giving out, and I don't order like that all the time. When I called in to cancel my membership the lady was rude to me so I wasn't satisfied at all with their customer service.

I've been a member of JustFab for quite a few years. The selections given by my style experts appeal to me for the most part. My last purchase was a week ago. I'm not particularly fond of the clothes but the shoes minus anything that is black leather or pleather and I've been satisfied with it but I avoid anything black. Overall, I like the majority of the shoes that I've gotten and I've learned to choose what to purchase and what not to.

I've been a member of JustFab for about a year now and have the VIP award thing. Every month, I get to pick a pair of shoes for the price of $40 or $29. I haven't used it in a couple of months but I like that feature and their shoes. 3 months ago I got three pairs of shoes from them - a wedge, a flat, and a heel. I also ordered a pair of high boots last year and still use them. While some of their shoes are of good quality, some are not the best so it's hit or miss. Also, they automatically gave me the right size when a couple of shoes I got were a little too tight and small. It was not a hassle to send them back and get my correct size.

I love boots but I couldn't afford them. I had a friend that was getting them from JustFab. I said, “Where did you get those boots?” She said, “JustFab.” Then I went on Facebook and saw that they were only $39.95 with free shipping! I can also send them back if they didn't fit so I like that. Furthermore, it's easy to find the items or style that I'm looking for. I had double-knee replacements and I can't go over one-and-a-half inches and they have a lot of the ones that have a lower heel for me. Also, I've lost 88 lbs since I started a year ago and my calves were so big I had to get the wide leg and they were the only one I could find the wide leg with the variety. I definitely love the quality of their items. I tell all my friends about them. And when I wear my boots, they go, "Where did you get your boots?" I say, "JustFab! Go to JustFab.com!"

Good prices was the reason I bought from JustFab. The quality of items that I purchased from them was good. But it was difficult to find the style or item that I was looking for. I ended up having to exchange the items I had bought four times. Making the exchange was easy, but it was annoying to have to do it. I was only a member with them for the one month that I bought items and then I cancelled my membership because it was a hassle to find the right sizes and stuff.

I liked JustFab's shoes so I signed up with them. I was their member for about a year but they were horrible. I didn't know that they have VIP members and that they were charging me $39 for not reading the fine print. I didn't like the whole VIP thing so I cancelled the membership. I had a credit of $200 which they thankfully reimbursed me. However, I did get to purchase four pairs of shoes from them. The quality was not great, though, they were kind of cheap.

I’ve had a good experience with JustFab, and I recommend them to my group of friends. They’ve shopped and suggested it also.

Something came up on my Facebook feed from JustFab about buying shoes for cheap, around $9.99. I had wanted a pair of boots so I signed up with them. However, it was difficult finding the style I wanted because the ones I liked were out of stock in my size. I looked at 10 or so pairs before I found one set that I liked (but not as much as the ones that were out of stock). The ones that I did get fit me good. The selection typically provided for me is a little bit limited. They include a lot of pictures of what they have in stock. It seems like a big selection but once I actually click on it and see that only size 5 or 12 is available, then it's not that big.

I saw JustFab years ago in a commercial. It was their "Buy one and get one free," for the first purchase that initially led me to shop from them. It has been very easy to find items and styles with them. When it comes to the selections by my style expert, they're on and they're good. But when they're off, I can always find something else that I do like. A couple of months ago, I purchased a pair of winter boots that are above the knees. They're not Gucci, but they work. JustFab has good quality for the price that I'm paying. I've also been their member for over a year now. I like the special offers I get as a member. I even want to become one of their VIPs.

I've had a good experience with JustFab. Around summer, I purchased some good quality, black stilettos. Their price is reliable and the selections by my style expert were good, on point, and something that I would actually wear. I would recommend JustFab.

I placed an order online last night. I wanted the Lenon boot and that's what I added to the cart but after I placed the order I see that it was the Fannah boot in my order which I did not order so I called them and they said it's nothing they can do but cancel my order but it hasn't even been processed yet. Just don't see why they can't switch 1 boot for another. I'm very unsatisfied, thinking about canceling the entire order. I wanted the brown not the black. Not happy at all.

I love the shoes from JustFab. My favorite thing about being a member is their personalized boutiques. I also love the selections given to me by the style expert. The last time I purchased, I had a couple of little accessories and a wallet. The quality of the items was great. JustFab is fabulous, and I will always recommend them.

I'm a JustFab member for a year and it was a horrible experience. They were charging my credit card automatically every month and I wasn't checking my bills. I called them for a refund and they said they're going to give me credit not as a money but as a product which is really weird. Just a warning about the $39.95 deal to buy two pairs with Free Shipping. You must be a VIP member to get this deal but if you cancel at anytime you do not get the deal. Something to be aware of. They will charge your account every month whether you get shoes or not. The charges $39.95. This is not a deal and it is a scam and they are not very clear on the deal online. I do not like this website. I would rather shop local and pay the price upfront than decide blinded by lies. Happy shopping.

I ordered from JustFab once. They are good, but they don't give enough details on their products, so the items that I got from them didn't fit. My pocketbook is extremely big, and my shoes were cropped and ended up big, too.

It was fairly easy to find the boots that I was looking for in their site and the boots are very durable. The quality is very good.

I was absolutely furious with my encounter with JustFab. I have only (was) a member for less than a month and have had nothing but issues. I had ordered two pairs of shoes initially and there was a delivery issue. For some odd reason the post office was unable to find the addresses provided, which made zero sense being that, I have had several packages sent to the address provided. A month passed (no exaggeration) with not a single email, call, or credit applied to my account. As I'm highly busy individual I wasn't able to call sooner. When I called, each representative had zero concern/empathy towards me. I asked to cancel service and was hung up on, given the runaround etc. (Mind you, not once was I irritate! Finally they cancelled and decided to refund me. Before leaving, I asked to have my address changed, so that I could receive a wish list order. Yet again, they did not deliver (my address change nor package).

I signed up as a member of JustFab a few months ago as they had a different variety of boots. I don’t have a problem with the selections of the style expert. The items I’ve bought are very good quality.

I have tried to cancel my account multiple times and since I'm a VIP member (don't even know how that happened) I have to call them. I can't just cancel like a normal member. They also only have a 4 day window for you to skip your monthly payment and they hide that button. The selections of shoes are pretty good. But it's not worth the amount of money. I'm more angry because I feel like they try to be so sneaky to keep you a customer. I've been a customer for 4 months and 3 of those 4 months was because I couldn't find the way to cancel the membership.

I'm happy with the items that I purchased from JustFab but I had to call them because of an issue - I found out that I got charged $40. I never got an e-mail that said that if I didn't buy anything in the month of October, I'm going to get charged $39.95. When I called to resolve it, I had to go through a machine. I told them I'm not happy about it and I wanna talk to someone. They said, "We'll offer you $10 if you don't quit our program." They charged my credit card $40 and I'm disputing that charge because I didn't buy anything.

The way they set that up was tricky - I don't like that at all. But at least they didn't charge my account again. With regards to the boots that I bought, they're fine but they're not as good a quality as they looked online.

I don't like JustFab though I have a couple of shoes from them that I like. I did not realize that I was being signed up for VIP and I wasn't happy about that. The qualities aren't good either. I'm very disappointed with it. But some people like their stuff. I actually have given some of my coupons with family members to buy stuff because they like it. It's just not my thing and I'm upset with them because when I last ordered, somehow I got put back on VIP and I did not sign up for it. I was really pissed off when I looked at my bank account and saw that. They need to review their website and make sure that people are not getting tricked into it on accident. There's something not right.

I bought some shoes from Just Fab recently and I was not aware that by signing up you are committing yourself to pay $39.95 a month. The website appears to purposefully not bring much attention to this. So if you don't go out of your way to read the fine print, you are kind of screwed. I didn't because I have never dealt with a site that did these sorts of things and wasn't thinking that this was something that I needed to look into. Thankfully I read the reviews and called to cancel my "account" (I wasn't aware that I really had a formal account) today before any new charges were added. Also, the shoes I received were of Payless quality and not something that I would ever pay more than Payless prices for. On a high note, the customer service representative that I spoke to was very kind and took care of canceling my account swiftly and efficiently (after trying to offer me other options, which I get. I've worked customer service before).

I love all of the JustFab shoes that I have. They have very good quality. I'm not a member anymore but I'm going to come back. I just needed to stay away for a while because I was getting a little too far gone with it. Before I got on JustFab, I tried ShoeDazzle. ShoeDazzle can't touch them with the quality or the styles. They can't touch JustFab.

So even when that happened a few times, it’s not really been an issue. It’s really great. I’ve gotten multiple friends to use it.

However I didn’t read the signed print that stated that it was going to charge me a monthly membership fee. So I had to get a refund on that just because I’m in the process of moving and other things. I didn’t want to be responsible for something automatically coming out of my account. I didn’t know that was the case. I was upset that it came out of my account. So I cancelled my membership pretty shortly after I just ordered one thing. They did refund the money and I was happy with the customer service.

I love JustFab. Some of the shoes are fairly tight the first time they're put on, but that's how shoes are at first. Although we already cancelled our VIP membership, I'll always recommend them.

Made two orders both were delayed in shipping. Would not have known my orders were delayed if I didn't call customer care. Orders were placed four days ago STILL NO SHIPMENT! Continued to call customer care all they redundantly told me was they are not sure when my orders will ship and they apologize. I cancelled both orders, asked for a full refund and told JustFab to go STRAIGHT TO HELL!!! THIS COMPANY IS CRAP!

I’d seen some boots from JustFab that I liked, so I purchased from them. My experience with them was nice and I didn’t have any problems because I love them. However, I didn’t know when I signed up that they would keep my account in their records and charge me monthly. Also, my item wasn’t what I thought it would be, since they sent me suede shoes but in the picture it said leather. I’m confused on that part, but I never took the time out to send them back. Other than that, I’d recommend them to someone.

JustFab could have been clearer about the charges that followed after my purchase. However, I liked the quality of the items I received and they did refund the membership charge that was automatically billed without my knowledge.

I have a membership with JustFab and ShoeDazzle. My only drawback was JustFab took out one time out of my checking account, and then ShoeDazzle took out twice. I don't know if they are all running through the same line. It ran my bank account in a negative and they took their time putting it back in there. In the end, I had to swallow the overdraft fees. I did not like it and I was offended. They did it not once but twice.

I like their sitewide sales. I've put my daughter on and she got her first package. If they do more sitewide sales, then I'll have more shoes.

That as well as the reviews I read about them made me buy the shoes from them. I like JustFab and I think their products are of good quality. The only issue I had is in updating the credit card number since I wanted to keep the service and I keep getting disconnected.

I got high-heels from JustFab two months ago. The orders come so quickly and I always take them back if I don't like them. The high heels were okay but they don't last very well like getting a pair of high-heels from Payless. They don't hold up and I don't like the materials. It's crappy. The quality isn't up to my standards. Another reason why I haven't ordered.

I joined VIP thinking hey! Let me get some shoes for $10, they do not tell you that if you don't uncheck the "month to monthly" box they will charge you 39.95 a month!! I am a college student who cannot afford to see a 39.95 charge to my bank account. DO NOT JOIN VIP! And when you call them they will just tell you that you have that credit to use! Which is complete nonsense. I don't want that credit to use! I'm a college student! Also, they charged me TWICE for their "VIP membership" and there is only 1 VIP credit on my account. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM JUSTFAB. Also, the shoes that I ordered, Wilmma, the zipper on the back was broken when I received it. I sent it back to get an exchange on September 15 and I still have not received the replacement. It has been an entire month!

I was looking for a good place to buy heels and I liked JustFab's little catalogue they had of their shoes online. Around two months ago, I got three pairs of sneakers and a pair of wedges and the quality was good. I'd recommend JustFab to others.

So I provided my email and just like that I get to buy my very first pair of shoes for a super low price. I found the shoes I wanted, added them to my cart, and proceeded to check out. Promptly, I received an email saying I'd receive an additional email when my item shipped. 24 hours passed- nothing. So I start to research and only then did I learn that VIP membership meant a monthly $39.95 charge to my debit card. That should have been disclosed in the pop-up.

I've only done one purchase with JustFab only because certain things were not brought to my attention until afterwards. I didn't like everything was not upfront and I wasn't very pleased. They probably still have me down as a client but I don't use JustFab any longer. Their shoes did not last very long and that's what I could care for. Noticed on my bank statement today (10/08/2015) that I was charged twice for membership. Last month I cancelled my membership only to see that I'm still being charged. I try to get a refund for the amount I was charged this month only to be told that they don't give refunds, you need to use the credit on one of their products. Being a dissatisfied customer of their products I don't intend to buy anything else from them. The sizes of the shoes run to small and the quality sucks! I will be sure to let all my family and friends know to never buy from this company!!

I liked the idea that everything on JustFab was mostly $40 and free shipping and free exchange or return without the struggle. That was amazing so I've been a member for 6 years. 5 months ago, I purchased a dress but I exchanged it for shoes. For the most part, they're good though I did get a purse from them that the inside tore apart fairly quickly and I wasn't happy about that. But the shoes have been good quality. However, last time I had to call in, their rep was having a hard time understanding what I was saying and it was a lot of back and forth. He tried to make it harder than it had to be. We finally got it straightened out and it was fine. Overall, it's sometimes not easy if I call in specifically about something even though it's easy to return things. Other than that, it's been good all in all.

I always forget to cancel my month and they charge you hard to get a refund, so you're stuck with a credit. The credit can only be used toward shoes that are exactly 39.95. I have spent two hours looking and haven't found any shoes today that are 39.95. This is crazy.

It's great that they're available 24 hours because sometimes there are people who work in the middle of the night and would love to get someone during the wee hours. The shipping days is long but sometimes they grant you the rush shipping for free. They're always trying to please you and I like it that they won't charge. I don't get their coupons as much as they say that they send them out. But other than that, it's great. I like it. I've been with them for a while.

I have called 3 times now and been placed on hold for 15 minutes. It says the telephone is reachable 24/7 yet if that were true why haven't I been responded to after several attempts to get in contact with a human who may understand my dilemma, not an automated machine ignoring my request. The woman was very courteous however that wait time is ridiculous and the surprise charge on the account was not appreciated especially when I am reminded I will be charged the day of when it's too late to cancel the charge.

JustFab makes it almost impossible to cancel a VIP account. Not only can you not do it online, but the phone rep refuses to cancel the account until you've used any credits in your account. So I just keep getting online and skipping each month - and telling everyone I know not to sign up. I have contacted JustFab about this and explained my situation, the response I received was: "Sorry about this, but to make sure that our shoes are great, please check the reviews on our website". They offer flip flop and sandal sales, which have been good. The latest purchase that I did was in July and I got a pair of shoes, and they were cute. So far, I haven't had any problems with the quality of the items that I've purchased from their site.

When my shoes arrived they were badly made and very tacky looking. So I decided on a exchange. 10mins on the phone costs me £19! DO NOT CALL THEM. & then to top it off I stayed in all day for collection & the Hermes did not collect!!! They have now been collected, but I still paid with added call charges over £60 for 2 pairs of shoes that are worth £10.

I was new to JustFab and loved the prices. Plus the selections. I placed an order for 4 pairs of boots. Since the website kept showing as pending on the order I called. The first time I was told order was being processed at the warehouse. Then funds are put back in my account. So called again. First I was hung up on, so I cancelled membership. They didn't even ask why. Now order is supposed to be shipped tomorrow. We will see - not impressed.

I recommend JustFab. I love their customer service, and I also love their shoes; last time I bought ones that are super comfortable and last a long time. Overall, JustFab has been excellent.

I have been a JustFab member for about a year or two. I like what they had to offer and their selection of shoes. I placed an order yesterday for a pair of boots. I'm very happy with them and it's always been a great experience.

I saw JustFab's name on a show and that’s what made me purchase from them. I figured if they were talking about it, they must be pretty decent. So I signed up October last year and I do like the turnaround process. It’s very easy to find the items I want because I like the unique look. I also like the quality of the shoes and I love the customer service. The one pair I bought one time were too small, but the exchange was very easy. So overall, I’m satisfied with my experience.

I like JustFab's discounts and their jewelry. I love the earrings and rings I last purchased from them. The earrings were of nice quality, but the rings actually broke the next day I got it. Also, the style expert's selections could be a little better, but the customer service is actually good because once, I forgot to skip a month, and JustFab still let me skip it and gave me the money back for it. All in all, my experience has been pretty good.
