I've been a JustFab member for a month already and I like that I can just select the styles. I just go through the kinds because I don't like the ones that my style expert refer to me. If you buy one, you can get the second pair - that was reasonable. The latest that I bought was a pair of booties. I haven't worn them yet, but the quality's nice and I like them. The only problem I had was finding my size. I just wish they had more a nine, wide calf. It's kind of popular and so I guess they were out of a lot of them. Also, I had to constantly remind myself if I’m not gonna buy anything that month, I have to skip, and I’m not too fond of that.

I've been shopping and decided to give JustFab a try. I've been a member for a couple of months now and it's been easy finding styles and items from them. I've ordered a couple of things and I like that they come quickly at my door. However, I'll be doing my first return with them. A few days ago, I received my recent purchase which were two pairs of heels and a pair of flat sandals. The quality is a little on the cheap side, though. It's more plastic than leather.

I decided to purchase from JustFab because of their $10 bootie promotion. I was a member for four months. I love that I don’t have to pay shipping or anything extra and I can just pick an item and it shows up. The selection given to me wasn’t always exactly what I needed. But If I look into the tabs for shoes, I could find whatever I need pretty easily. I bought a pair of brown suede booties and they're probably my favorite. My last purchase was when I bought a pair of snow boots in November. The quality is great for the prices.

SUMMER 2015. I had two accounts associated with my name according to the customer service representative. I called about the suspicious activity that recently made its way to my bank statement. After explaining to the agent that I had no idea why I was charged this she assured me she would cancel my account due to being fraud. She urged me to call my bank to file a claim, I did as I was told. However, my bank informed me that my account would have to be frozen being that fraudulent activity was involved, I immediately declined. Only because a total of $1.92 was taken out of my account, .96 cents for each item.
The next couple of months went by and I did not receive any new Just fab charges on my account. I thought everything was fine I trusted the customer service agent that my account was canceled.
FAST FORWARD TO JANUARY 2016. I logged into my account only to realize that my balance was -653.23. That's right NEGATIVE 653.23. In a frantic state, I immediately checked to see what could have of overdraft my account, to my surprise it was Justfab. I called JustFab to make light of the situation. The agent told me I had two accounts associated with my card and she didn't understand why I had received so many charges. I explained the back story, she told me to call my bank. She also didn't understand why the money was deducted on 12/28/15. Not the 5th like what their ad states, it was deducted on the 28th of the month. I was also told that the membership credits would just sit in those accounts and be useless because they could not provide me with the email address associated with the account.
Not that I wanted to shop with them, it just seems the my 39.95 would be a complete waste, it's not like it was already used or something. I don't know what's going on with this company. It seems like multiple people aren't getting their accounts when they say it's being cancelled. Oh yeah I am unable to provide an account number because they were not able disclose any information about the purchases made. Remember to check your statements thoroughly. Be careful even when they say your account is canceled, still call your bank and ask for a different debit card with different numbers or even file a claim. They just might charge your card months later for an obscene amount. I filed a claim with my bank and my money will be refunded, it just sucks that I had to go through so much trouble. Shame on you JustFab.

I am very impressed with the quality of the items from JustFab and my best purchase from them was the Ankara shoes. I like the selection given by the style expert but, sometimes, the product that I'm interested in is no longer offered, so I go on the wait list but I never get it. They changed the system lately and it's been a call, ship, and online with them. I do wish we could go back to the old system because it was easy to maneuver the old website.
Also, I used to look forward to accumulating my points and then, at the end of the day, I could exchange it for another free pair of shoe. But now I don't have that. I could go to a store instead of shopping online and buy the same shoe, so, why bother? I signed up with them because of the price point of the products and it was an incentive that kept me coming back. Right now, I can still accumulate points and select things that they give me but half of the time, I don't need those things. So, it's, "What are we doing with the points? It doesn't even make sense."

I bought one pair of shoes off this site. They were advertised as 'on sale' and as a student wanting a nice pair of shoes I foolishly went for it. Never wore them as they were un-wearable. The heel was so tiny you literally could not balance in them. Then the stealing begins, each month of the unwanted VIP membership program taking 35. All it literally does is show you a pair of shoes and a handbag. I called up after seeing that around 115 had been going to this company. Had a very rude woman tell me I was not going to get anything back. I held my ground enough to get the manager (equally as rude) tell me she would allow a 35 refund 'out of goodwill'. This is wrong. This is not goodwill. This is my money being taken. So they still hold 70 of my money. If I want to use said money it would be only through buying their products through the phone. Avoid this company like the plague.

JustFab sells 2 for 39.95 but I cancelled my membership because they took too long for me to receive my item. When I cancelled my membership, they still went and took money out. I wouldn't go back and shop with them again.

On my first purchase, JustFab had the 75% off for Thanksgiving. So I was able to find some boots for $10, which was awesome. It was the reason I really got into purchasing from them. Then on a second offer, I was able to buy two shoes for $15 or something. I haven’t found any issues with JustFab so far. But I had to return two of the three shoes I bought because I needed a wider calf. Customer service was super easy to do the exchange. One of the shoes is on their way back, but I haven’t got the second one. The boots I have right now are perfectly fine. They’re flat boots to the knee.

My experience with JustFab has been great and excellent. I've ordered several things but so far, I've only received one pair of boots and I'm enjoying them. They're good quality, comfortable and stylish. They also look the same as what they looked like online and seemed to be true to size which are both important to me. The other stuff I bought haven't come yet but they should be here soon.

I needed boots and they were cheap at JustFab so I purchased. I haven't used them yet but they look good. I didn't know that I was a member and didn't know how it worked. Then one day I saw that I was being charged money by the company. I called and realized that they charge members 39 bucks every month. I called to cancel my membership. I would suggest that JustFab should make it clear that when someone buys something, they're going to become VIP members and this will include charges every month.

My favorite purchase from JustFab is my boots. The item is pictured as it is but the quality is slightly different. I would expect a little bit more but that's what you pay for -- not an overly priced shoe -- so it's okay. I like that my style expert lets me know that they have new styles available and if I don't want those styles in particular, I can go and look for others.

I love shoes, so I decided to purchase from JustFab, and I've spent quite a bit of money. Over the past couple of years, I've gotten a few things from their special offers. I get compliments on my shoes all the time since they are cute. They also hold up quite good and the extra stuff that comes with my order, like the bag or the extra heels, are nice.

This company charged me $39.95 for nine months after I bought a $20.00 pair of shoes that were too uncomfortable to even wear! This company steals from their customers and I cannot believe they are still in business. Robbers!!

I became a member of JustFab about a month or two ago when I bought two pairs of boots. It was a one time courtesy purchase of two pairs for $40 for first time purchase. It took a long time to get the items to me but the quality is definitely good.

My account has been on hold for over 11 days. I have contacted customer service on 4 occasions only be told the account is on hold and under review. No one can give me an answer and in the meantime I had to find this out on my own as I was emailed that my order had been shipped but had not received anything yet. They did not even bother to email me that there was an issue in the first place.

I'm too lazy to go shopping and JustFab was easy so I bought a pair of tall under-the-knee brown boots from them in November. In five minutes, I was able to find what I was looking for and it came with a special offer. The style expert gave good selections but I can't really tell how wide the calves are. But the quality is very good and they still stand up when I zip them up. I'm happy with them however in small print there was something about signing up for a membership. Luckily, I know this and cancelled, or else I would have had the $40 come out of my account and I would have been a little confused.

JustFab has shoes with brands I like. I signed up to be a VIP member and have been a member since last month. Their style expert does a good job in giving selections. It is very easy to find shoes with style I'm looking for. Recently, I bought some boots and I like them.

I had a good experience when I was a member of JustFab. I found what I wanted in three seconds. However, I cancelled a long time ago since I just ordered one time and got the boots I liked. I've realized they were saying to charge me every month so I quit.

A word of warning to anyone using this dreadful company. I bought a pair of boots at a seemingly great discount only to received poor quality boots that would not warrant the £35 price tag. Lesson learnt or so I thought until I found the following month that I had "paid" inadvertently a £35 member's fee for the privilege of being a VIP customer!! I hadn't read the small print close enough to realize that this was the case. I called the customer services number - Premium rate!!! and spent sometime talking to an operative who was seemingly unable to deviate from his script on what a great company it was. I insisted on removing my membership and asked for assurances that I would be charge no further amounts.
Three times I was told membership was cancelled. I asked about getting a refund of the "credit" and was told I could have boots - I asked if there was any further cost. Again repeatedly told there was not. I thought I would get a spare pair of boots to use up the credit and ask again was there a charge? And again was told no. Repeatedly! Today I have seen that my card has been charged £32.00 for these boots. THIS IS A JOKE!!! I have since Googled this company and seen all the complaints against them including County Court Judgments - This is a Con to get money from anyone wanting a deal - BUYER BEWARE, STAY CLEAR.

I like their shoes so I bought from them. The selection given to me have been good and it's really easy to find the style of item that I like. I bought boots from them in October and so far, it's good quality. And what I like the most about being a JustFab member is their sales, for instance, I was able to get a pair of shoes for 11 bucks.

I've only placed one order with JustFab in December and the order came quickly. However, I don't know the terms and conditions of what I've done. There's one special offer where supposedly at that particular ordering time, the boots were $10 but when I tried to order my second pair, it wasn't $10. So I had to delete my order and do it with just the one item in order to get that price. I haven't checked into any of the details yet and it's only been a couple of weeks. Nevertheless, the quality was okay and they look really attractive. In fact, I got compliments and my daughter wants to steal them. They have the comfort but they were a little more narrow than I expected. Overall, I would recommend them until I've seen any difference.

A pair of boots for $19.95 caught my attention so I bought from JustFab. I've been a member for less than six months and it's been great and I would recommend them to a friend. They have quality shoes and I love that if I don't have money, I can always skip the month unlimited times which is convenient because if I wasn't able to do that, I would have just cancelled the membership. My favorite things about being a member are the free shipping and returns. But I don't look at the selections from the style expert since I assume they don't have what I like. I just go through the website myself.

JustFab has good price and it’s pretty easy finding the styles I wanted. I only did one purchase though - two boots and two purses. I really like them. I like to buy but I don’t like to have to pay to be a member. Somebody told me that it’s $30 or $49 a month, and that’s an awful lot if I’m not buying anything. Everything else is great but that’s a little steep if it’s not going to be used.

Do not be off-put by some of the negative comments on here. I had a great experience with them. Shoe quality is average, but they fit very, very well. I was able to skip the month with no charges whenever I wanted to, and cancelling my account over the phone after a few months of using this service took less than three minutes I would say. If you want some shoes at a good price, don't be afraid to sign up.

I am very disappointed with this company, even though I "was" a valued VIP Member, I will be closing the account as soon as I am finished with this review. I did not feel that I got special "valuable" "VIP" treatment. My original issue was to find that your company was automatically withdrawing money from my account, even though I never selected to become a "Valued VIP" member, nor was there ever an option to be or not to be a "Valued" VIP member. However, seeing how I love a good deal, I decided that I would NOT close my account, that I would keep the account active, and once I had my finances reset, I would actually allow a few more withdraws so that I could enjoy the spoils and self affirm all the hard work that I will be doing in the next year.
It has been crazy busy this holiday. After all the gifts were unwrapped, it was time to shop for myself. Oh yes, I have (2) credits of $39.95 sitting with the company JustFab! Perfect. Time to love myself, use my money and get me some nice things while getting a great price. As I proceeded to check out, again having the Amazing "Valued" VIP membership, that your company so loudly boats about, I found that I was not being given any special treatment. I had to choose between purchasing two items at FULL PRICE to be "allowed" to use "my" credits, or I could use the "card" on hand and get the holiday sales price, which anyone could quickly sign up for get the discounts, and then cancel the subscription. If being a VIP member is so great, then why is it that as a "valued" VIP member, I am not allowed to use my credits on my sale items?!
Any other store/site, allows me to use coupons, certificates and gift cards, while getting the sale prices. If you truly have the most amazing company, best quality products and best "Valued" VIP Membership, why then do "valued" VIP members have a restriction as to how they use their "valuable" credits?! You pulled $39.95 out of my account twice, so you earned $79.90 from me. Why then can I not use "my" $79.90 how I want? As I said, I am very sorry that I will no longer be supporting your company after this incident. And I will be contacting and spreading the unfortunate news about your "valued" VIP customer satisfaction. Try being an "honorable" truly good company with great values, and honesty and integrity and understanding for your customers, instead of swindling them out of a few monthly withdraws.

I've been a member of JustFab for about a year and a half and now I'm going to cancel it. I build up credits with them because if I don't say that I don't want to purchase that month, then it automatically charges me, but that's fine. Also, if I paid $40 and they'll have a buy 1 then I can get something else for $20, I can't use my credit for that. But I'm spending the same amount of money I would have. I don't like how they run their sales. I would rather just not be a member so I don't get charged and if I wanted a sale, I can get it then. They have good quality items though.

I was living in the US over 2014 and then I got VIP in the Just Fab. Due to my ignorance I lost about 300 dollars in cheap shoes. But now, almost 2016, they didn't charge me because I was skipping every month. Once I forgot to skip the month on the website and they could not charge me because my bank account was with just 18 dollars, I stopped skipping every month because I thought they could not do anything. It is important to say that I have tried so many times to cancel my membership but as we can see in lots of review, it is almost impossible because we keep waiting and waiting talking to a robot and no deal is made to cancel after all.
I do not know why but in November the bank lent me the rest of the money to them and now I have -207 dollars on my account. I have 1 credit on their website to buy a low quality shoes and also this amount of money to pay because my bank account went to negative. I just saw all of this mess today because as I do not live in the US anymore I wasn't checking my bank account too often. And again I am trying to call them to cancel this nightmare but the calling is never completed.

JustFab is a good shopping website. They had good promo prices in their advertisement and I wanted to know what that was about so I bought from them. I didn't think it was actually real until I did the purchase. I've been their member for a couple of months now and I love that I can shop whenever I want and get the products quickly. Their style experts also give me great selections. Someone told me that JustFab's products were of bad quality, so I was a little bit skeptical before I got my product. But on getting the package I ordered, I realized that the product quality was good but could be improved.

I've been a JustFab member for eight months. I like their style, how they put the outfits together and how they color-coordinate. They have a nice website. The deal that they give customers, $39.99 mostly, is great for anybody that's trying to put a wardrobe together and they're in a business industry. It's something that I can do every month, and like having a pay plan. I buy outfits at a great price for just that monthly fee.

I chose to purchase from JustFab because of their pricing and what I get for my money. I've been a member going on to two years now. I do get a variety of shoes, from boots to heels for work, but not all of them I like. Also, they have some pretty good deals all the time. In fact, I got two new purses for $39.95 with no shipping and no tax. I can't find them locally and the quality is good, too. My favorite purchase so far is the tall boots. I work in the industry of real estate and they come in handy. Overall, I'd recommend them to friends.

I had a bad experience with JustFab. They hacked some money out of my account and were supposed to reimburse it back in the account. I had to call and go to my bank and put it into a three-way conversation. It was too stressful and ridiculous that I had to go through all that extreme to prove that JustFab was taking money out of my account without permission and wouldn’t reimburse it. I've told them to take me out of the list that they have and to close my account.

After seeing JustFab on Facebook, I wanted to try them out and see if there was anything that I liked, so I bought a pair of boots. I've been their member for two months now. I recently ordered two pairs of jeans to see if I like them. I also did JustFab for kids and like what they sent me for my granddaughter for Christmas. I'm hoping I like what they send me for myself as well. They've got good quality products. I haven't gotten my last order yet, but they said it's on the way. I'm just concerned about how JustFab hit my debit card if I don't buy anything per month, without me knowing about it. I wish they wouldn't do that because I don't keep a whole lot of money in that account. If I didn’t have to pay the membership fee, I would like it better.

I heard about JustFab from my roommate, and now I have been a member for about a year. The first deal I got was for a pair boots which was on a buy-one-get-a-pair-free for $15. I like the deals around Christmas time. Their style experts are good and on-point, and the quality of the items I purchased were okay, except for the high-heels which broke within the second time I wore them.

I accidentally hit the wrong button and made a purchase. I called customer service over and over asap for over 2 hours and all I got was a busy signal. I need this refunded as I do not have a extra 83.00!! I have called my bank and if nothing is done I will dispute this!! I am very disappointed that they make it so easy to get something but you can't get a hold of anyone in the case of needing to cancel a transaction. I also don't want to hear it's been processed cause I called not even 2 mins later like I said over and over for hours and if someone actually answers the phone and no busy signal it would be no problem!! I pray this isn't a scam to get more money out of me or I will cancel my membership ASAP and not give up to let everyone know how this company really is!!!

I gave JustFab a try because I saw things and I liked it. The quality of the items purchased is just okay, I wasn't that impressed. I called to cancel the membership because I'm not really happy. Every time I try to log in, the password doesn't go through and then I gotta reset it. And then I try to buy something with a debit card and it didn't go through either.

I called earlier this week to cancel subscription. I had already selected the option to skip the month so I would not be charged the money subscription but I wanted to be safe, so I called to cancel. Customer service rep said all was cancelled, hung up. Few days passed I was charged the membership fee and a few days after that I was charged another membership fee!

I liked what I saw at JustFab so I decided to buy their products and I became their member around the middle of last month. I love their VIP selections. Also, their products are 10 times better in quality for their price than the ones that I found in my town - even if they weren't for the VIP or first-time order price. I'm quite pleased with them, however I still got charged even if I skipped this month. I tried to contact someone about it - I have a really bad work schedule so I don't have much time to talk on the phone. But I haven't heard anything since I emailed them three days ago.

JustFab didn't honor the "buy one, get one free" when I initially opened up my account so I ended up buying two pairs at a regular price of $40 for two pairs of boots that time. Also, there was a particular shoe on their website that I have been trying to get and when it sold out, they never got it back in stock. Whenever they run out of a shoe, they need to replenish or re-stock especially if it's in high demand. Aside from that, so far, I haven't had any complaints or issues with delivery or shipment. Everything was intact, brand new, and in good condition. I ordered once this year because I only order around the wintertime and I like their boot collection. I had good experience and have recommended them to friends and family.

I've been a member of JustFab for less than a month, and I chose them for the fact that they had such good offers, like the first time buyers offer. I can also put it on hold if I don't want to do it for one or two months. They have a good collection and some good stuff. I received the pair of boots that I bought for my daughter-in-law for Christmas, but I haven't received my pair of boots yet. Mine got delayed and it just got shipped out, and I'm not really happy about that. If they are going to delay shipping an order, they should ship it a little faster in order to make up for that delay.

Although JustFab claims to have 24/7 customer service, they could not fulfill their promise to a paying customer like myself. I have been a customer with JustFab for a few years, making several purchases. I raved about JustFab to friends. I ordered a pair of boots and didn't realize that I hadn't updated my new address. I attempted several times to get a hold of customer service regarding the mistake. I could not get through for the life of me! A few minutes turns into 15-20 minutes every time! Once the item shipped, I knew that I couldn't intercept the package. I thought that having my mail forwarded to my new address would forward me my package, but sadly found that it would be sent back to the warehouse.
I called customer service and they couldn't do anything about it. I spoke with the supervisor and he suggested that I call the post office to see if I could intercept the package. I guess we'll see... When you call their customer service number, you'll be greeted by Anna (a machine) and it's quite difficult to even get past her. Can't I just speak with a human being? Very, very dissatisfied customer. I immediately cancelled my subscription and asked for a full refund. Word of mouth travels fast and you better believe this mouth will be yapping away.

I needed some boots so I bought from JustFab. I saw them on Facebook and I've been their member for a month now. I got the initial two pairs for $49. I received them already and I like them, especially the brand new pair. They're good quality. The more casual pair is nice but their soles squeak. But I'm too lazy to deal with returning them. This month, I know it's going to be slow because we're having all kinds of flooding and landslide. I live in the Northwest so I expect delays, but I'm not too concerned about that. The selections by my style expert has also been good. Overall, it's been a great experience with JustFab so far.

I liked what I saw on JustFab so I decided to purchase from them. Looking for an item wasn't hard. I like the fact that I do not have to shop. Being the VIP, I can skip the month and still have the credit in my account so I can go and get whatever I want and whenever I have the time. I also like the fast delivery. I tell the style experts what I like, the occasion I'm looking for and they regularly suggest items that appeal to me. The boots I got for church were very good and comforting. A week ago, I purchased some brown knee-high boots and they're great. Most boots I get, they make the side of my foot hurt. But this one I keep them on until I go back home. I just don't complain on social media. Not my thing. But I am absolutely frustrated with JustFab's membership policies. I have only kept one of 8 items I have ordered. Quality is much lower on most items than what appears pictured online. But just try to cancel your membership... Guess what? You LOSE ALL YOUR CREDITS. So you are stuck either paying another monthly fee because you hate to lose your money or you have to walk away from it. No way to cancel online. You have to call an 800 number and have someone from a call center overseas treat you in a condescending fashion. No winning with Just Fab. Don't do what I did!!!

I needed sandals for an event I was going to and I could never find sandals that fit properly because I have wide feet. From the comments on the sandals I saw on JustFab and actually purchased, customers were saying it came out to be wider than what normal sandals would be. Being a member, there are always good picks to choose from and they're always coming out with new styles of shoes. And there's always a chance to buy the old shoes on clearance if I want to get them before they go out. The selections given by their style expert were pretty good and they've been close to accurate. However, there are shoes that are more like the metal heel and not a lot towards the very cute shoes. I cannot walk in heels greater than three inches so I find it hard finding nice shoes that are around two to two and a half inches. Nevertheless, the quality of the items are great. I've had a couple of my friends go and look at things that I've bought.

I’m very dissatisfied with JustFab. They never have anything in my size, and everything’s always out. Even then, they won’t let me cancel my account. I got a pair of winter boots, and then a pair of long boots for myself, because they got my money and would not refund it. They still have my $10. I would not recommend them to anybody.

I have contemplated for a while if I was going to order from JustFab but was persuaded by my husband to go ahead, go for it. Well I ordered a very cute pair of boots on the 4th and paid for express shipping. I figured that okay I ordered late on a Friday they probably won't send them out until Monday that's fine. Monday the 7th came and went. I called on Tuesday and the automated lady kept giving me a run around with no answer on my shipping. Finally today after calling every day I actually was able to speak to someone. It's the 11th and I just got my tracking number and they are just now being shipped. I can see not shipping them the weekend, but come on 7 days later...This is ridiculous. I'm very unsure about if I will order again. Just hope the quality of the boots are good and don't fall apart. If not I will be canceling my account. I hope no one else has this happen to them. Next time I will not pay for express shipping.

My daughter (a sophomore in college) called on 11/14/15 to cancel subscription (remember the date because it was my birthday). The JustFab representative DID NOT do their job - did NOT cancel account and conveniently did NOT log call. December came, JustFab took monthly fee out of account which left her driving 12 hrs from school to home with no money for gas. JustFab taking the money out of her account caused insufficient funds in her account and her credit union charged her $20. JustFab rep said they could only write a letter to bank letting them know it wasn't her fault but they would NOT refund the $20 the bank charged. The person I spoke to said it could take up to 24 hours to get letter because they are done in the order the request comes in. Obviously this is a "normal" practice for them that they have to do these letters in the "order they are requested!"

I like the shoes and products of JustFab, the prices seemed reasonable and I'd be able to return for free. Sometimes the selections of the style expert don’t really match with what I like. I'd go to look at the other products and it’s like “Oh, there’s definitely stuff I like for sale.” So the selections are a little interesting, hit or miss. The quality of the items vary a bit, but they’ve usually been pretty good. I’ve worn out one pair but I wore them almost every day.

I have VIP membership but after a while, I didn’t like how everything went back to normal pricing and I didn’t really understand it so I thought I should cancel it. I love JustFab's site. I just bought some boots off of there and I love them. I love the overall quality and I looked all around the boots I've purchased and I haven’t had no problems since I had them. I want to get some more, but I haven’t had the time to go on the site and get any. I love the selections given by the style expert because they break down the selections to the type of shoes, clothes, scarf, or purse and it shows the size, length, or the way it’s shaped. I've been a member since October and my favorite thing about being a member is that the discount is $39.99 or $39.95, you can buy one, get one free, and you don’t pay the whole. Because when you’re not a member, you have to pay the whole thing. I’ll really, really recommend JustFab to a friend.

I thought I'd give JustFab a try so I bought from them. I tried being a member this year but didn't understand the V.I.P feature that automatically took money out of my account. Then this year, I saw something on their site that I wanted, so I tried being a member again. I wasn't that impressed with them overall. I can't visually see what I ordered and can't try it on, so my purchase didn't throw me that much. I didn't have to worry about sending the item back but I felt worried about wearing it. Furthermore, I think the quality of their products could be improved.

JustFab is fabulous and I like them. It's great that I got 3 pairs of shoes for 50 dollars. The quality is good - they still look nice and don't break. I highly recommend them and tell everybody to go try JustFab. On the other hand, I didn't understand the whole process that when I joined, $39.95 is being taken out of my account every month which JustFab needs to be upfront about. That's disappointing because they did not say to me that it's a membership. Because of that, I discontinued my account. If they're upfront and give people the option whether they want to become a member or not, that would be great and that would be an excellent company for people.

I cancelled my membership with JustFab because my daughter told me that they take money out of my account every month, and I'm not down for that. This would have been my second month with them, but I'm very dissatisfied with them. And when I once ordered a pair of over-the-knees boots, they ran very small, so I didn't like my experience with them.

I became a JustFab member and got a pricing. Then every month I'm allowed to skip the billing. When I received one of the boots that I ordered, they had a stain on them. I was going to return them, but I never got around to actually doing so. Then the second pair of boots that I ordered had a weird smell so I really wasn't happy with my purchase. But I am satisfied with them because shipping was fast and I liked the boots, but I don't like the quality.

I saw the commercial of JustFab and I liked their shoes. I've been a member for three months, and it's pretty easy to find the style that I like. I like how their shoes are reasonably priced. The first offer that I got from them was the 75% off. The selections given to me are like a hit-or-miss--either I love them or they're not just for me. The item that I've purchased from them is of decent quality. I really like their shoes. It's just that some of them I can't walk with. I'm not a heel-girl but they're really nice. JustFab have some really nice shoes with reasonable prices. I love the first time discount that I got and they also have free shipping. The ones I have bought have been of great quality. I have no problem at all. I don't particularly care what my style expert has picked for me. As you know, we ladies, might like this on this day for this particular look, but the ones for the next week, we need something entirely different. So I don't like the restrictions that though I picked out this shoe for this week that I need something different a whole different kind of look for the next time.

I don't like JustFab and I'm hoping to cancel it. The quality is not there for the price. The initial deals like buy-one-get-one-free were great because I was getting most of the items and it's worth that discounted price. You’ll see new deals coming up but it’s only for new members where it’s like everything on the screen is 50% off except for members and I have to pay the original price now. It's like some trickery to it.

I've been an on and off member of JustFab for the last two years. I originally purchased from them because of the buy-one-get-one-free VIP special. It was easy looking through the items and I like the prices. It is hard living in Alaska because I have to pay for shipping. I actually got a pair of shoes the last time that didn't fit properly, but because of having to pay the return shipping, I just kept them. That's the hardest thing... that if it doesn't fit, I have to pay to get it shipped and returned. The selections suggested are good too and I like all of them, but I usually end up going through and finding different stuff. My last purchase was about two months ago. I got a sweater and some flats. I really like the sweater but the flats, for some reason, are a lot tighter-fitting than a 10 usually is. The colors showed up a little bit differently in the picture than I expected when I received the shoes also. Other than that the experience is just fabulous.

I love JustFab's shoe and boot selection. I purchased a pair of brown Fuzzies a couple of weeks ago, which was fur-lined and had buttons on the side. I wore them for two days and I noticed that the boot started to peel off the heel and it looked like it wasn't sewn correctly because the stitching was peeling off the boot. I know that I can't return them after they've been worn and it sucks. Other than that, the first pair of boots I got was one boot was one size, the other boot was another, so I sent them back and they sent them to me within the next day. They were in a rush delivery, got it done and that was good. However, I'm not very fond of their clothing selection. I've ordered a couple of things and they were never what they should look like.

What a scam this website is. The products are horrible quality, but I guess you get what you pay for. I called to return them and they offered full refund. All seemed fine. I canceled the account and a month later I am billed $39.95 which I can use "as credit towards my membership for future purchase." Why would they charge a membership fee for a closed account without permission from the CC holder? I have tried to get this resolved for 2 weeks now and they still have not provided a refund. This is a scam! I would not recommend this site to anyone.

JustFab has a lot of different fabulous shoes. The heel of one of the shoes I bought from them was too high, it was a 6-inch heel and I didn't see them before I ordered it. And then the second pair was a size too small but I still got both of them. The last I bought was a pair of boots, and they're of good quality. JustFab's prices led me to buy from them. The adult shoes were good quality but I wasn't impressed with the one pair of the shoes that I got for my daughter. Also, as soon as I ordered I'm automatically signed up for the VIP membership which was not clearly stated once I placed my order. So my account got charged $70 without me knowing. I called to ask for a refund but they wouldn’t give me a refund on the money. The lady on the phone said that she would cancel the membership for the VIP. I’m hoping they canceled it.

I like boots so I made a purchase from JustFab. The quality is okay but I had to give them to my daughter because they don’t fit me. It’s too tight on my calves on one pair of boots and too tight around the calf on the other pair of boots. Even though they didn’t work out for me, my daughter loves them.

I have been a JustFab member for about a year and a half now. I like the ease of shopping and the free delivery. I normally look for myself and my last purchase about a month ago was all shoes and boots which I’m very happy with. I’m also happy with their service and have recommended them to a couple of people I know. I recently used all the credits that I had stored up. I also like being able to opt out on a monthly basis. I normally do the skip a month when I remember although there’s been a lot of months that I didn’t. So once I racked up the credit, I went ahead and used them.

I purchased a pair of boots from JustFab for $9.90. Its quality is good and I also liked that they do quick shipping. However, somebody got into my account and ordered products without my knowledge. I didn’t think that the account was very sure because they said they have three accounts in my name. I told them I only have one account and that’s the one that I just ordered with. The others had the same credit card numbers so they were using that information. I wound up getting a refund and still waiting for my second refund because they charged me four times. Nonetheless, I would recommend JustFab to a friend.

My niece had gotten some shoes from JustFab then they had a deal going on so I said, I might as well try it and see if I like it or not. The prices were decent. I took advantage of their special offer of $40 for a pair of shoes. The quality was okay and overall experience was fine. But I’m not a member anymore as ordering online is not for me.

I've been a JustFab member for about 2 years now. I like how the website is structured. I get to tailor myself, set up a portfolio, and select pictures that are more suitable for me. Basically, I can make a boutique for myself. l also like all the selections from my style expert and the convenience of staying at home to shop and them shipping it to my door without paying extra.
Customer service is fabulous. I called a few times and my concern was taken care of immediately to my satisfaction. It's really wonderful and it keeps me a customer. One thing that can be improved with JustFab is their selection when it comes to their rewards points. They should have a better selection when you cash in all those points that you rack up because of all the money you spent.

I like the styles from JustFab and it's a very convenient price. They have a lot of deals going on which is really nice. And the shipping was really fast. One of my friends had ordered from them as well and they like the quality of the shoes which is cool. I also like the point system where you can earn points and get prizes. There was an offer for two pairs for 39.95 which is awesome because it was before my birthday. I love the selections given by my style expert, who breaks it down according to which style I choose at the beginning. It makes it very convenient. Every time I go on, I just choose my favorite out of the ones that they offer. The quality of the items I've purchased was great and they've lasted a really long time. The boots are just amazing and the shoes definitely haven't been worn out yet.

It was easy to find the item I wanted from JustFab and I like the selections from my style expert. But I'm not happy with my product. I purchased two pairs of boots and I'm not satisfied with the other pair. The other day, when I came home from work, I went to take them off and the bottom heel came off. It was fairly easy finding styles and items I liked with JustFab. It wasn't hard to figure out, but it wasn't the easiest thing either. I also never go by the selections given the style expert. I never got one off of what was recommended to me. Quality-wise, some were okay, like the shoes, and some were not that high quality. Some looked like they should be in Payless. Overall, my experience with JustFab was okay. Unfortunately, I didn't have the money to continue with it.

I've only made one purchase with JustFab so far. It was a pair of boots and they're very nice. They have a deal where you could get a $10 pair of boots so I signed up and have been a member for three months now. It was very easy to find items with them, it's good quality stuff and they have good deals. But my least favorite part is that you have to pay the $40 each month, no matter what. I can skip it a month but if I forget to skip or don't pick out a pair, I get charged the $39.99.

Ordered a pair of Lovelia wedge Nov. 2014. The shoe was fantastic. 'Twas as described and a perfect fit. However, I had payment issues. I was told I can't pay with a Nigerian card. Had to beg a friend to pay then refund. Ever since then, have not being able to purchase anything which I would have loved to. Contacted customer service support and got an unpleasant response that I have to change the address of my card to a UK address. How's that possible when I reside in Nigeria? How then do I refer a friend (because I did and they all told me they can't pay with their cards)? Would be glad if you review this and payment is allowed from any location in the world. (I think JustFab is an international brand.) Let this reflect in your payment options.

JustFab has been good. I like it. I’ve been a member for quite awhile already. I learned about JustFab through an ad and I decided to purchase from them because of the pricing—it was great. It was easy to find what I was looking for. There’s a lot of different things to choose from, like shoes and other things, and it was pretty easy to find my style. What I like about being a JustFab member is how it’s every month, and if you can’t purchase them, you can skip the month when you can’t get the shoes that you want and you can get it the following month. I like the reward points as well. I’ve been able to get free slippers, among other things, through mail. And from their special offers, I’ve gotten boots, when they were at $20. I take advantage when they have sale events going on. I like the selections given to me by my style expert, I think they’re nice and I really like their quality.

JustFab had a promo of 75 percent off the first order, but I got tricked into that as I found out it actually cost me another $40 then. But I was able to buy shoes which were really cheap and of good quality. I've only used them one time and overall, I've had ups and downs on my experience with them.

I was looking for some boots and it happened that JustFab was having a sale so I joined the club at the beginning of last month and purchased from them. Finding the style that I was looking for was very easy and it was hard not to buy a bunch. The very first thing that I bought was a pair of boots. Then I got a second pair because it was a buy one and get one free which I spent a total of $15 for each pair - it was cool. I love the quality of my boots and it's working out really well. And, one of the things that made me want to join their membership was because I have to look at clothes for myself every month and being able to do it online is wonderful. Although I haven't purchased any clothing yet, I like the assortment and their sizing seems varied enough. Overall, my experience with JustFab is fabulous.

What I like about being a member at JustFab is that you could skip a month. I also like how you’re allowed to send back items when they’re not the right size for you. Their items last long, too. Most of the time, though, my receipt of the selections they give, depend on what I’m in the mood for—sometimes I like it, sometimes I don’t. But it’s all good. I have been a member for a few years, and they don’t mess up size. I bought all of my bags and a lot of my shoes from there. The only thing I haven’t bought from them yet is clothing, but I will get there. I’ve also been buying for my five kids. JustFab is a really great company and I love them.

My wife saw a deal for $40 boots in JustFab. Purchasing was pretty easy but they kind of have a catch where they drag you in the monthly payment plan if you want to get that price so we cancelled the plan as soon as we found out about that.

I never had a bad experience with JustFab. They're always there for the customers that's why I still have my account open. Their promotions are also nice. There was one where the sandals were on sale for 15 bucks and I had to call a representative for her to help me. I ended up buying 2 or 3 pairs. It was cool especially when you have a budget limit every month. It makes it easier for you to be able to shop. I like their selections too. They have a certain selection for me to choose from based on the purchases prior before or based on my style, and they also have a different session where I could just browse to see everything. It's not hard to find the style that you want and what I like the most is the high top boots. It's hard to find in regular stores.
As for the quality, they were more leather type. I like the boots but I can only wear them at certain times. I can't wear them when it's a rainy day or when it's snowing. I have to make sure that the roads are nice and clean in order for me to wear them. My only concern is when you try to skip on a monthly basis. I don't have access to a computer so everything I do is through my phone. And there are times where I'll skip the month and they still withdraw the money. I'm assuming it doesn't go through on the other end. I had a couple of times where I had called complaining about the same issue and then I gave up because it doesn't make any sense no more.

I like some of the fashions that were shown on the internet site JustFab. Getting a discount is my favorite thing about being a member. I used the buy one, get one half off offer. The selections given by my style expert appeal to m and in my last purchase, I bought three pairs of high heeled shoes that were good quality. One of my friends used to have a JustFab account and she ordered a few things which were very cute so I made an account for myself and so far the experience has been good. I like the quality of the boots and they had stuff that matched my style. It was easy looking for items since everything is in sections and categorized so that made it more helpful. Moreover, I like their VIP member discount and when they have specials for $40 and the points that you earn when you purchase. Their style expert did a great job since the selections given to me definitely matches my style. My last purchase was in September and I bought two boots which were on special. It was "2 for $40" and since I just had made an account, I got it for $30 and I was really happy about that.
In addition, I like the quality of their website. There's a lot of variety for different people and I like the layout. I like how they always have deals and specials going on and it keeps you entertained and excited about going back to it. It has a great edge and is so commercialized. Overall, I had a great experience with JustFab. They're a website for not just people looking for high-end stuff but people also that are on a budget. It has both categories and they do a great job advertising.

And, they have really good sales and discounts that happen every so often like buy-one-take-one and getting everything for $39.95. And, the Carlona boots that I purchased recently have good quality. I had an okay experience with JustFab. It's cheap when they started, $39.95, "Buy One, Take One", that's what the deal was so I tried it. I've been a member for more than six months now and my favorite thing about being a member is that they have good deals from time to time for exclusive members. I was able to get the discounted shoes, a shoe for $30 or less. This last week, I bought a pair of high-heeled, closed shoes. It hurt my foot initially, but I don't know if it would be the same if I try to use it. I also bought some pair of jumpers, but I haven't fitted them yet. Also, their style expert sometimes gives me selections that don't really suit what I want, however sometimes, they have really good ones. It was an excellent experience and I would recommend them to a friend.

They make it ridiculously hard to buy anything! I used my points to get 40% off but then realized that couldn't be used with credits so it ended up making my purchase more expensive. Couldn't get the 40% taken off... THEN I just got an email saying they turned my credits into a gift card out of "courtesy". So I logged in to look and they turned my 8 credits ($320) into a 39.99 gift card!!! Very shady company!

My mail lady shown me items that she had gotten from JustFab and I liked them. I also liked the price so I bought from them. I took advantage of one of their offers where I got four items and I only had to pay for three. They came in and they've been great. The quality is very nice. My favorite is a pair of knee-length boots that I've worn quite a few times because they're very comfortable. The selections given by my style expert were good and they appeal to me, but I wish the looks would change up a little bit more often because I keep looking every week hoping to see some different options and they're not changing week to week. It seems to take longer.

I have now been charged 40$ for three months, when I have not ordered any shoes since August. I purchased some boots from them. They were nice, but one pair did start fading. And at first, It wasn't easy purchasing from them 'cause the styles on there weren't that great, but after a few months it got better. And, I was a little frustrated with their style experts because they suggest styles that do not appeal to me and that weren't that great, but I like some of them a little more than two years ago. I've been a member for more than a year and although I don't shop from there all the time, I have taken advantage of their VIP purchase membership where you get two pairs of boots for 39.95. However, they have monthly charges and they don't send out a notification or reminder to skip a month because I'm not there all the time. So I have to call them back to try to get a refund. But overall, my experience has been okay.

I've been looking around for boots for a long time and I couldn't find any. I found JustFab on Facebook and they had a lot. It was easy for me to find the item or style I was looking for. I have a sick shoe obsession so I've been a member of JustFab for three years. I like all the perks, the points, and redeeming my gift when I have enough points. Every item that I've gotten has lasted me a long time and I still have some of the first pairs I bought. I love them. The only thing I don't like about it is sometimes, if I forget to skip the month, it automatically gets charged but it's part of the VIP thing.

JustFab were having a special deal and they were selling Ugg-type shoes for $10. They were exactly what I was looking for so I bought a black and a brown pair of boots with different styles from them three weeks ago and the shipping was really fast. My favorite was the black polka dots boots that had white bows on the back because I can wear them with almost any outfit. I have been a JustFab member for a month and I get emails and updates about things happening on JustFab.com. They regularly suggest items that appeal to me and it was very easy to find an item or style that I'm looking for. Overall, my experience was easy, convenient, affordable and fun.

JustFab had a deal to get two for $40. But I never even got it. I only purchased boots since I first made the account. It was hard to find the items that I like because they don't really have much that I like. But they have some stuff which I feel is more for older people. The selections given by the style expert are also okay but I don't really like them. Quality is not that great because they're falling apart.

My daughter loved her JustFab purchase. She got her boots. She used my credit card for it. She liked the boots and the price of the boots. She has been a member for two months now. I don't usually shop online and I dreaded it. My daughter assured me that the boots would fit. When it got here, it did fit. It made shopping very easy. I have always liked JustFab's selection of shoes. When they go down on pricing on their VIP selection I can buy at least four pair of shoes at a time and if it's not a good fit, I can send them back. But I haven't had to do that. Last July, I bought a dress and a pair of shoes and I loved them. JustFab also has a fast delivery service. It's been an awesome experience.

Shoe Dazzle didn't have what I was looking for so then I went on JustFab and I was able to find what I wanted. It was pretty easy to find the item I was looking for. I've been a member for only a month. I love fact that there's a lot to choose from. They pretty much have overall just about everything that you're looking for and the prices are great, especially with the VIP elite membership. I got my first pair for 75% off, $9.99. My style experts are right on point. 97% of all the stuff that I get sent to me is definitely my style, most of it I would wear. They regularly suggest items that appeal to me. Last October I bought some gray over-the-knee boots that I love. Initially I didn't think JustFab was gonna be a quality product. But I was extremely impressed when I saw my boots. They were great. The leather was nice, the heel, everything.
They were quick at getting to me. I just like the availability. You have the opportunity to pick a pair of shoes and end up buying a whole outfit to go with it, and I love that availability. Because everybody doesn't have time to go from one website to another to purchase. I might not have time to go from JustFab to another website to try to find something and be flipping back and forth between screens to see if it matches the shoes. With JustFab, you can just get the whole package in one shot. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. My whole experience was excellent. It was enjoyable and I will definitely be doing it again.

JustFab initially offered $10 for the first pair. I like that they have more options and it is very easy for me to look for the items that I wanted. The selections by the style expert are accurate as well and I like their reminders to buy shoes every month. My last purchase were calf boots that I haven't worn yet.

Initially, my experience with JustFab was good. But the end result was not so great. The shoes were very uncomfortable, I could not wear them. I wore them one time for 20 minutes, then decided to give them away to someone else. I cancelled my subscription but they charged me anyway. This caused an overdraft in my account after they sent me a confirmation email that my subscription was cancelled. When I tried to cancel, the CSR had me on the phone for about 5 minutes and wouldn't shut up. She said to give them a chance. I said I already did but the shoes don’t fit and they don’t even carry my size properly. I ordered the right size but they didn’t fit me. I told her that if that’s how their shoes run, they’re no use to me. I wanted to cancel but to end the conversation, I just said, “Fine. Leave it alone.” But I’m going to call back and cancel it.

I purchased from JustFab because I like the shoes. I didn’t have any trouble finding things at all - it was great. I bought a pair of boots in September and they are okay. They don’t have a lot of support but some boots don’t. I didn’t know that JustFab take $40 out of my account every month. I just got off the phone with them and they are reimbursing me for that. I didn’t realize that they threw me into the VIP instead of just a guest. I noticed that they took money out of my account twice. People need to be more aware of when you first purchase your item that they might automatically put you into the VIP department.

Firstly I thought I skipped my second month and wouldn't you know they took the $39.95 out immediately. I called and they said they "can't refund" even if I cancel (which I did but will recheck as they were very vague about it) so I was stuck with one pair of boots for $39.95. Awful customer service. Couldn't understand. Not sure what country. Secondly, I realized my faux fur lining is from China... Now I am horrified that the boots are made of cats and dogs. I am trying to research what government regulations there are and if this could be. I would burn them!! Don't do business with these overseas questionable companies no matter how legit they seem.

JustFab told me it was a one-time contract later. The first order was $15.99 then after that it would be regular price. I thought that was a great thing that's why I did the purchase but I didn't realize that they would automatically send something to me after they charged my account every month without me actually making a purchase. I did not understand that to be part of the process and that's just not how I shop. However, whenever I called and told them I wasn't interested, they refunded me the money before they sent out the second pair.

This online retailer is very deceiving that once you make a purchase you are authorizing them to bill your credit card every month. I cancelled this service when I realized it and 30 days later they starting billing my card again monthly without me authorizing it. I would not recommend ever ordering anything from this site. I finally had to cancel my credit card that they have access to to stop them from charging my card.

Long story short, loved the site at first and had some crazy amount of credits like 900 or so. Canceled my account and was told my $39.95 would be refunded to me 5-7 business days. And then they blocked me from trying to contact them after the amount of time passed. I made my last attempt to contact someone for answers before I seek legal actions. I've been more than nice and patient with them.

When I was pregnant I saw a JustFab ad for a Buy 1 Get 1 at $39.95 for a pair of boots and I needed a pair at that time. I have also heard good stuff about it so I went on there, signed up and I've been a member ever since. I've been a member for 3 years now and periodically I'd get stuff. With having a toddler, you don't get to shop for yourself very often but it's nice to have the $39.95 to spend. And I like how you can skip the month with no fee because there's some months where I don't have it to spend on myself. And even if you forget to skip a month, it's automatically credited. I like that because that way it's fair so you can spend something. I have forgotten to skip a month two times before.
I love the style selections where you can choose whether you want business or casual and the different categories are nice. I love their stuff and can never choose. Sometimes it's a little too much that I need to go back and re-do my selections for a little bit more casual. But other than that, the choices are great. I've got a dress and clothes from them. Last month, I bought a little tunic thing to wear with leggings and a pair of flats for winter to go with it which are awesome. I didn't need boots cause my boots are still good. I have them for 3 years now so they're very good. They're my favorite item from JustFab. It's good quality especially for the price which I love because it's a simple fee.
I also get emails all the time with new stuff and love the summer style on the wedges and sandals. Usually every summer, you buy one and every pair is $15 after that. So I got 4 or 5 pairs of shoes and it was my cousin's birthday so I was able to order her a pair through that too. I also like the fact that you can have it sent anywhere you need to have it sent to because we travel for my husband's work.

I purchase from JustFab due to their sales and I’ve been a member for two years. I got some boots for $23 and their style expert is pretty good. I like the shoes, its quality and the prices. A couple of months back, I bought sandals and some boots, and I love them. However, sometimes the items take a bit longer to arrive than expected, since it says from 7-10 business days. But other than that, keep up the good quality because they’re pretty nice.

My favorite part about being a member is that they have really cute items for reasonable prices. And it's not just shoes, but I also like their clothing as well. I've always had, from the beginning, very good experience with JustFab. I had some shoes on credit. They've always come packed very nice, shipped well. The last pair, they're called Minerva. They looked like they were thrown in the box. They were wrinkled up already like creased up a little bit. They don't look like they were wrapped properly at all. They've never send me anything like this before. It's always over packaged. Normally I got to go through several things to get to the shoes. I sent them back and for some reason they keep saying they haven't received them because they were supposed to send me the same shoe but a different pair. I've never had this experience with them before. I was really sad that this happened. I am waiting for my shoes now to come. It has been three weeks.

I've been a JustFab member for almost a year now. I like that they have deals and usually I get the Buy 1 Get 1 Free offers. A couple of months ago I bought wedges. However, I like some of their items better than others because the sandals aren't made as well as the boots. JustFab is convenient and affordable.

JustFab is a subscription based service, selling mediocre shoes, bags and clothing for decent prices. I order my first pair of boots for $16 dollars which is really good considering it was a gorgeous black heeled pair of boots; however, the quality was quite cheap, reflecting on the sale price to begin with. What JustFab does is not a scam, you just have to know what you're getting into, but if you ever forget to skip a month, you have to give them a call and they will refund the "accidental" charge, or else you can just simply use the credit.
For me personally, this site was just a headache because in the back of my mind I had to remember to skip the month to avoid charges. Calling them is also very long, difficult and inconvenient, so if you're a college student like me, you wouldn't really have the time to call them. Generally, the customer service is very insistent on making sure you remain a VIP member, so they are very difficult to deal with when you try to cancel. After hearing about how they sometimes still charge you "accidentally" after cancelling and the overall inconvenience of dealing with the subscription, I would not recommend JustFab unless you know what you are getting yourself into and have a lot of time on your hands to deal with the hassles of having a subscription based membership for cheap but cute accessories and shoes.

Unfortunately, the items look a little cheap, but as far as the way everything went, I’d still recommend them since I didn’t have any problems with the company.

I have been a member for quite some time now, but I've had intent to cancel several times and I even posted it at one point. I made a purchase for maybe two pairs of shoes. One of them was a pair of boots and I did not like the quality of those. And then there was a jacket purchase that did not fit well, which could've been body shape and I gave that to my daughter and I don't think she wore it that often. But I did most recently purchased some jewelry online and I don't have a complaint about those yet.
I am very disheartened with the billing process. I am a part of JustFab VIP program, but I do not respond by the 5th and I have funds automatically withdrawn from my account at which in itself is not a big deal; however, I've had that happen to me three times and I've attempted to use the credit in my most recent purchase and my credit card was still charged. I don't have a way to apply the credit to an order.

JustFab is great, convenient and easy, but they messed up my order. I ordered and clicked expedited shipping which is 2-4 days. When I clicked to finalize, it wasn't expedited shipping, but a regular shipping only. So I called and they said, "Well, we can do is cancel this original order and then we can reprocess your order.” So I got my shoes, which was great, but I got two orders of it and now, I have no room for 12 pairs of shoes. It was my friend who paid for it and his credit card was charged twice. And then my daughter got excited and opened everything. She thought it was more shoes.I don’t know if I’m to return all these shoes that have already been opened, but we are going to call again and get this straightened out. Despite this experience, I like JustFab. I can’t really say it’s the company’s fault. It’s the individual who was handling the phone call,

Everything is good with JustFab. I love shoes and clothes, and so when I found out that JustFab has selected styles for clothes for women, I was sold. I’ve been buying from JustFab for a year and a half and I like the special offers and personalized boutique, which are both really good. Last September, I bought two denims with very good quality. I took advantage of their special offers like 2 bags for $60, no minimum purchase and the clearance which I've been able to buy bags 3 times. What I’m missing though is the loop category of the shoes. The style expert gives selections that are very accurate and JustFab suggests items that I like. In addition, being able to ship to US Virgin Islands is a plus for me.
