    I've a JustFab membership for six months now and I just bought something today. I mostly like their styles. I also like their sales such as their end-of-the-season one. However, the quality of the items is a gamble. Sometimes they’re nice but sometimes they're not. I got a pair of blue pumps that are really cute though.

    I like shoes and JustFab sells them. Although it was easy finding what I was looking for, all the ones given by the style expert didn’t match me, but it was okay. I've been their member since last month, when I purchased my first pair of shoes, where I got a reduced price. The shoes were good qualitywise and the description of the product was accurate. The shipping was good as well.

    JustFab is cool and it works. I decided to buy from them because of a pair of boots that ended up being too small. It’s hit or miss with them. But I did get boots from them that I love. They are really cute and the last pair I got were perfect. Finding it was pretty easy. I like the purse I got from JustFab but the jacket is already ripped. The jacket was so cute, but cheap. I also ordered booties but never got them because they got shipped to a different house. My favorite thing about being a member is that I can skip months. Also, when I didn’t realize I was being charged, they credited me my money back which was awesome. The guys at JustFab are definitely easy to work with.

    Prior to my initial purchase and joining the "VIP" membership in Oct 2015, I made sure to read all of the info provided on their website on how the membership works. Although the quality of the boots was less than expected, the heavily discounted prices seemed fair. When I forgot to order or skip a month, I was ok with the $39.95 charge, because I agreed to those terms. I had 2 credits for $79.90. They sent an email for a sale on boots (2 for $45). I added 4 pairs to my cart, total $90. When I tried to use my credits, the total jumped to the full price nearly $400! I searched their site for an explanation to no avail. Called Cust Svc, got tired of waiting on hold, so I emailed twice, never received a response. I skipped the following months waiting for a reply that never came. I went back to the email and read the small print "JustFab credits, store credits, and gift cards may not be applied".

    I was furious to say the least. Although they're clear about the charge, they blatantly omit how it can be spent, in turn forcing "VIP" members to pay full price for discounted items. This is not a store credit issued for a refund or as a result of a dispute. It is a charge for the exact amount of most of their sale items, which leads one to believe you will be able to use it for said items. It is intentionally misleading. Their failure to respond to my emails requesting a refund or an explanation, speaks volumes of the integrity of this company. I was finally able to speak to a Cust Svc rep, who spoke over me, obviously reading from a script, repeating "it is in the Terms", but failed to understand or accept those "Terms" came after one is already a member and has been charged. I cancelled my membership and waiting for a refund ($79.90).

    JustFab has cheap prices on their shoes, which is what I like being a member. I've availed the $9.99 for the members-only or first beginning members deal. I also like that they send little things in the boxes, which is cool. The items I have purchased are of very good quality. About three months ago, I bought two pairs of boots and they're my favorite. Everybody wants to know where I got them from so I tell them.

    I needed a new pair of sandals, so I ordered a pair from JustFab. Then I was charged so much money within a couple of weeks because I didn't know that in order to get the sandals, I had to be a member. I didn't read the fine print. I called them back and they were very nice about it. They did give me my refund but they said I have to make sure I call back before the 6th of every month. So I'm still not sure if I've opted out of the membership. It was very easy finding the style I was looking for and I love the sandals. They fit perfectly and they're exactly what I thought they were.

    Everything has been fantastic with JustFab. It’s definitely a great site. Finding the item I'm looking for is a piece of cake. Moreover, the selection I've been given have been great. A couple of weeks ago I bought a few pairs of boots. I rarely buy clothes or shoes online because I can’t touch or see it and that makes me nervous.     Some of the selections from the style expert are cute but some are not my style. So, sometimes I like to switch it up or don't even buy stuff that they personalize for me. Also, when I first got the account, they say the first time you buy one, you get the other one free. I thought I signed up for that. Other than that, I like JustFab so far. I like it when they send me those $10 or $20 off, and the low deals of the day. The shoes and purse that I got are fine. I really like the knee-high boots I purchased a couple of months ago. Too bad I can't wear boots all the time in Arizona. One of the purses that snaps together had the piece broke, but it was fixable.

    JustFab is great. I liked some shoes that I saw and purchased them. I've been a member for a year now and my favorite thing is that I can pick whatever I want and send it to my house. If I don't find anything, I can skip the month and skip on the membership. Their selections are really good. Just three weeks ago, I bought a dress, two bags and two pairs of shoes. The boots are kind of hard, but in general, they are good.

    For 3 months now I cannot access the website. I get a white page that states..."Sorry you are experiencing difficulties. Please try back later or contact customer service." I am so frustrated. I continue to call customer service & everybody has no clue what is going on. This is the only website I have issues with. What is going on? I can't shop, or access my account. I'm ready to cancel my account since I haven't been able to use it. I get e-mails from the company & try to get on the website from there, same screen. From Google, Yahoo... same screen.

    JustFab is a different way of shopping. The experience is up and down: I’ve got a lot of good pieces from them but then they had something going on where they asked for comments on purchases and I commented that I ordered a pair of earrings and they never came. That was very annoying because I paid for them. I wish somebody would look into my earrings and find out why I haven’t gotten them. I also oftentimes forget to opt out for a month because I travel so much and so sometimes I get stuff I don’t want. I don’t like being locked into having to buy something every month or remembering to say I don’t want it. They should not be sending me stuff unless I ask for it. But overall, I like what they offer and I like the experience. I have a lot of nice clothes that I’ve gotten from them for my social life.

    It has been easy getting boots from JustFab, but I wish they had more styles. I also never got the sale where I can buy the boots at $20. They always say that I have to be a first time member to get those. The last time I bought was for sandals that wraps all the way up to my legs. My favorite would be all my boots. All of the items I've bought have been of good quality. When I had bad ones, JustFab was very good in fixing it. The selections I get are good but I don't think they listen to me that well. They keep on showing me high heels, and I can't wear those. Other than that, I had a good experience. JustFab has been very great to me, and I tell people all about them.

    In the beginning, JustFab tells you to choose what kind of style you are. And based on that, it gives you the choices, but sometimes it’s not on there. I sometimes look for different things and it kind of narrows me down. I don’t think it works sometimes, but finding the item within that category is alright. The item itself is okay, but I want more choices because it’s very limited in a way. I go to different styles to find it. Sometimes it feels like it’s everything they have because of the category. They do some discounts sometimes, like a “buy one, buy half off”, then I would go buy that. They also give me points, but it’s very useless.

    If JustFab has a program where after five days it’s automatically charged, that’s going to lose them some customers in the long run because we don’t want to be charged for something that we don’t want to buy. I’m trying to get out of it, to be honest, in a month or two. So they have to lose that system. It’s good money for them but it’s not consumer-friendly. The quality for the money is alright, but it can be better. Some of the items are very useful, but the shoes and other things like that are trendy but not as useful.

    I found out about JustFab through one of my best friends who was a customer. I've been with JustFab for a month. I love the selections given to me by my style expert and I've been able to take advantage of their Free Shipping. My favorite part about JustFab is something like save coupon. They gave me $20 just because I haven't been on there for 3 days. My last purchase from them was a week and a half ago for gladiators with the fringes in the front. I like the quality of the items but from my understanding JustFab doesn't have half sizes. I wish for a half size or something on certain shoes because I know certain shoes are cut differently. I love my experience with JustFab. Both pair of shoes came on time and I can see myself buying from them again.

    My wife wanted a pair of boots. I went to JustFab and it was easy finding the item I was looking for. I found a pair of boots I knew my wife would like and that's the one that appeared. It went as planned. It came together. The packaging was fine. We got what we ordered and I used the VIP reward. The boots are still together, and my wife still wears them. What turned me off was I cancelled my membership and then it charged me anyway. I had to call them and make a big fuss. My wife also had to do the same thing.

    I've been a member of JustFab for a month and my favorite thing about it is getting a pair of shoes for $10. I don’t know if I would continue to go and use the company because a lot of the stuff is out of stock that I would probably buy. The quality of their items is good. For the price of $9.95 and shipping for $15 for a pair of shoes, that’s amazing. But some of the stuff is actually more expensive after I get the promotional value. The people that have seen the items I bought have given me compliments on them.

    I'm being charged for a VIP membership, because I have tried to call and email to cancel for months! Every month there's $39 out my bank account. I'd love to order but the sizes do not fit my feet. Literally ordered a size 10, traded it in for an 11 and couldn't get my foot in it. They're cute although a little low quality. They were on sale and I didn’t put too much money into them so I wasn't upset.     I've seen a nice pair of boots from JustFab and I really wanted it and it was at a good price so I bought it. However, I want to cancel the membership since I wasn't under the assumption that when I buy an item from them, I'm automatically enrolled in their club and even if I don't buy something or click on a button, they automatically take $39.95 out of my credit card. I didn't have the bank card, so I used my uncle and the next thing I know, my uncle is all upset with me because automatically $39.95 was out of his account. I'm really pissed off. I called them last night and their rep wasn't speaking English real well so I intend on calling back this afternoon. I've only bought the one pair of boots and I've only had them for a month. I like them but up at the very top, it seems like it's a little too worn so I definitely would not have paid the price for the full price that they offered. I'm extremely unhappy and I intend on letting all my Facebook people know.

    I signed up for JustFab, but didn't feel like having to do the skip every month, partially because I'm forgetful and couldn't have random $40 coming out of my account every month. Needless to say they charged my PayPal 3 times and it all came out of my bank account causing me to have an overdraft.     When I originally joined JustFab I used my primary email. Later, I switched to another email and they merged the account. I cancelled in Dec 2015, and they reactivated my old account and have been charging me for 3-4 months now. I contacted them. They said they would refund one month to me and give me store credit. I am 55 and frankly 80% of their shoes are for a much younger crowd. It is unfathomable that they would reactivate my account, take my money, and refuse to refund it all.

    I became a member of JustFab by accident. I signed up with them over Black Friday when I purchased my first pair of shoes and then I realized the membership withdrew money. I had to withdraw that membership because I am not financially stable for that right now and when I tried to cancel my membership, the lady was very nice and she knew how to talk and walk me through everything. I purchased an over-the-knee type of boot and then a little bootie which was on special offer for my mom because I was trying to get rid of the membership payment. I definitely like the over-the-knee booties as I can wear them out. My mom wears the little booties all the time and it is holding up pretty well. They had little fur booties too but they didn't have my size so I couldn't take it. I do see myself recommending JustFab to my friends.     First of all, their stuff is cheaply made (probably seconds). Then when I asked to be taken out, they ripped me off by "misunderstanding" my request and then telling me I couldn't get my money back. They promised to cancel me on a certain date but still have not done so. I just send ANOTHER request for removal and refund and the idiot sent me this: "Thank you for contacting JustFab and for being a valued VIP member. I do apologize for the inconvenience that may have caused you however as much as I wanted to help you with the cancellation however we don't have access for cancellation. Should you need further assistance, please feel free to contact us online via Live Chat, Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm Eastern Standard Time." Seriously? This was the 4th email from them -- the others all were sure I just wanted to "skip" a month. I am going to post this everywhere possible and report them as the rip-off artists they are.

    I've been with JustFab since October. I was on Fabletics to begin with, however, their stuff was very expensive. They're more for the working person and I'm disabled. They don't have jeans and the likes. JustFab doesn't have a lot of what I wear too. They don't sell chemises and overalls. I like overalls because they're not tight. People with COPD can't wear tight things because it's like cutting off their air. I asked if they're ever gonna get them but I never got an answer. JustFab sells items in different colors and those overalls would sell like hotcakes if they had them. They have a lot of jumpsuits or one piece suits in orange, blue, green, etc., though. I was shocked that they only had one pair in my size (double XL in juniors) left online for those. They didn't have any in women's size, only in junior's.

    I did buy an item from them, though, and I thought the ripping on it was like a decoration similar to those on the leggings. I got home, tried them on and they were ripped through. But I kept them and I wear them. Also, when I was looking for better flat shoes that were cute, I bought two pairs of from them for 30 bucks. I got a shiny beige pair and a black pair with a little design all around that's like a little cut-out. I love them and I use them all the time. The quality's awesome. Overall, I love JustFab, particularly because I can shop online. I can be on that site for 4-5 hours. They need more stuff, though. Additionally, I know that I don't order on the 5th from them - it gets taken out of my account.

    A girl at work told me that I'd get the boots off for sale from JustFab if I signed up with them. So I did, and I really enjoyed the selections that they had. One time, I was looking for a classier look, but the one they gave me had a boho-like feel. Also, the first pair of boots I got were too big but they were on sale so I wasn't able to return them and get an actual size that fits me. However, I really enjoy the last boots I bought and I've worn them quite a bit. They were tan boots with gold buckles, almost like Western style, but really cute. That was my favorite purchase.

    I've recommended JustFab to a few people. Although they have to make sure that they've read the fine print on the VIP membership because I was a member for three months but I didn't mean to sign up for the VIP, wherein they withdrew $49 out of my account. I couldn't figure out how to close the VIP membership before and to just be a regular member, but their customer service people were very helpful.

At the time, I was very dissatisfied with my experience and called to have the withdrawal stop, only to find out they do not issue refunds. I was so upset at the time, I didn't even care, I just wanted it all to stop. Yes, I was mad that I would not get a refund, but in my mind at the time, the money was already gone, so why cry over spilled milk? I was, however, still upset about the fact this happened in the first place, so I wrote a review.

    I recently received a response to my complaint, and they did refund me nearly $160 in charges. While I do stand by my previous statement of not buying shoes from this site again, I will say they will work with you and make sure they right any wrong you feel you have experienced. I am sure I could have gone about this a different way, but I know now that, despite previous reviews from other customers and previous personal experiences, I do have faith that JustFab does care about customer satisfaction. I have changed my previous review from one star to three stars.

    I bought a couple of shoes a few years ago. Of course, I was automatically signed up for the "VIP" account. I didn't care to be signed up for it, but I had bad anxiety when it came to talking on the phone, so I put reminders on my phone to "Skip This Month" every month. I got a new phone in April 2015 and forgot about having to skip months because I have a busy life... I can't think about all that crap.

    When I finally remembered a few months later, I went back into my bank statements to check to see if they had been withdrawing money. To my relief, they hadn't been. My card that I used to sign up with was expired and I hadn't updated any information. So, of course I didn't update any of my billing information because I didn't want to have them start withdrawing again.

    Until I looked at my statements a couple weeks ago, and saw that they had started withdrawing AGAIN. I am not sure HOW this could happen because the card was expired and I know for a FACT I DID NOT update that information. I was irate. I called immediately to have my VIP cancelled and was informed that I couldn't be refunded that money -- which is total BS considering I did not authorize those transactions and they were being drawn from an expired card. I am now out $120, but I was so sick of this whole fiasco, it wasn't even worth it to me to redeem those "credits" before I cancelled my VIP. This whole site is a total SHAM. I will never buy anything from here again.

It wasn’t difficult to find the item or style I was looking for, but the problem is even though the shoes state that they are for wider feet or a wider calf, they are really not. The quality seemed pretty good, but I wasn’t really able to try them on or wear them. I ended up having to sell them off because to return them was going to cost too much.     It was a little difficult finding the item that I want. I needed a wide-calf boot and there weren't any in stock, so I had to get a different one, so it's frustrating.     The service of JustFab was nice but I don't appreciate the automatic payments. There is so much going on with consumer fraud and that's uncomfortable. I'm no longer a member because when I called about the money being withdrawn automatically, the customer service person said, "We don't do refunds. You can't get out of it." He wasn't trying to hear anything. JustFab doesn't earn my money so they don't get to spend it and they're not going to be even bothered when my account is compromised. The rep was not receptive so it was easier to walk away from the entire service than argue my point about my money. Overall, I was happy with my entire experience but I'm very dissatisfied with the person that represented them. He was so inconsiderate of the financial climate of the country.

However, I called them to complain because when I got my credit card bill, I was charged $114. I spoke to this girl who said, “You can’t be a member until you’ve ordered twice.” And I said, “Well, there’s nothing in the ad that says that.” She replied, “Well, no. You got to order twice for that. You’ve gotten this order, now we’ll get you a VIP order.” I asked to talk to her supervisor and she was going and going and hung up. Not happy at all.

    I'm a shoe lover and I've been a member of JustFab for about two years. They were advertising some lovely shoes and their prices were reasonable, so I decided to order and try them, and see how their shoes fit. From the first time I ordered from JustFab, I found their shoes very comfortable.There are some companies that I order shoes from but their shoes don't fit as comfortably, whereas you can walk for a long time and stand for even longer periods in JustFab's shoes. Also, when I get the stuff that I order from them, if I ordered size 8, the size they send fits very well.

    But my favorite thing about being a member of JustFab is the discount. For instance, I have my monthly VIP membership fee of $39.99, and what I like about it is that if I don't use it this month, it rolls over to another month. Moreover, it's not difficult to find the style or items that I'm looking for. Sometimes, if they send you something and it's a best seller that sells out, you can add it to your wish list and they'll bring it out again based on the response from customers.

    Last month, I purchased a few bags, shoes, jeans, and some clothing. My favorite purchase from them is a bag, since I also love bags. The quality of the items that I've purchased is very good. But they need to have more variety of clothing. Although the selections given by my style expert are okay, many of their clothes are very casual. What I would like to see is that they incorporate and send us more of the red carpet events clothing line, dresses, and stuff like that with more elegance. Furthermore, in times to come, they should include items for a men's line, like a shirt, because they already have lines for children and for women.

    It may now be winter and cold in most parts of the States, but it's summer here, so they need to incorporate more items for people from the Caribbean where it's sunny right through the year. They also need to incorporate that right through the year instead of only having seasonal clothing, so they'll have more clothing that's suitable for that climate. But down here, we have to wait until spring to purchase more items.

    I purchased something from JustFab.com back in February of 2015. The email confirmation for the purchase provided details on the bottom about how to sign up for the VIP membership service. I did not sign up, since this was a one time purchase. However, fast forward 7 months to September 2015 and I am notified that my "membership credit" is being converted to a gift card. I have no record of signing up for membership in my emails, no signs that I ever even mistakenly signed up to be a VIP member. But lo and behold, when I checked my credit card history, it showed that I began being charged $39.95 to my credit card each month starting in March 2015, a month after the February 2015 purchase.

    If I did mistakenly sign up for a VIP membership I am supposed to receive "on the 1st of every month, a new selection of styles in your private online boutique. VIP members enjoy member-only pricing on all full-priced styles!" I never once received any notification of new styles selected for any private online boutique. Looking back at my email history, I received absolutely NO communication from JustFab for the entire 7 months that I was being charged. Additionally, the JustFab website states, for VIP members "If you don't shop or "Skip the Month" by the 5th of each month, your credit card will be charged $39.95 on the 6th (for a member credit) until you cancel. Each credit can be redeemed toward 1 JustFab item, so use it to shop later!" I was never notified that action needed to be taken each month to avoid any charges. This is deceiving and a complete scam on behalf of the merchant in my opinion.

    When I spoke to a customer service representative at JustFab to request a refund on all of my charges given that I never authorized VIP service, I was told a refund could not be issued because the membership credits were converted to a gift card and that I could go ahead and make a chargeback claim on my American Express. That is exactly what I did. For all others who purchase on JustFab.com and who only want to make a one time purchase = BEWARE. This merchant is dishonest and will try to trick you into a monthly fee that you never authorized.

    Decided to try out JustFab despite seeing a number of warning reviews, but they had 2-for-1 sale. I decided was worth the risk. 3 of the 6 items I ordered were perfect and I really enjoy them. Two of the items, I was able to complete the return process online. The third, I couldn't exchange online because they didn't have the size I needed (They run out of stock in certain sizes quickly) and I couldn't get a credit because I had bought them on special.

    So I try to contact customer service. First the page "Help & Contact" page was down. Then I tried to contact them via chat (from the Feedback form, still couldn't get to the contact page) and waited for 45 minutes with no contact. Finally broke down & called their support line. Waited 15 minutes to talk to a human being, who was very nice, but not experienced in customer service (left me hanging for 2-3 minutes at a time, asked me the same questions over and over and over again). After 15 minutes on the phone with her, nothing was resolved. I decided just to send back the 3rd item with the other two and emailed their customer support to let them know (where they scolded me for sending the item back not covered by the return label). Today I received only one of the two items.

    As soon as all that crap is completed, I will be canceling my account (which I'm sure I'll have to spend an hour with customer service to do). Unless you are 100% sure everything will fit, it's not worth it. FYI, I don't tend to be a complainer with customer service, I usually just chalk it up as a learning experience, but this has been extremely frustrating. I've worked in retail, food service and property management. I would've had to write up/intensively re-train any employee who handled an account like this.

They said it’s nonrefundable but the credit will be on my account if I choose to use it for another purchase at another time. I told them I didn’t want to use it. I am not going to purchase anything further. They said they'll close my account and that’ll remain on there for 30 days. I was not refunded the money. I was disgruntled about it and they said pretty much too bad.

    I am not the type of person to write negative reviews about a company unless they've seriously done me some wrong. JustFab, sorry to say you have the distinction of fitting the bill. So, I initially signed up because they were advertising some great deal for boots for 39.95. So I went to pay for them, and saw that doing so automatically signs you up for a membership, which they charge you 39.95 per month for (which is a LOT for a membership.) I read the fine print, and saw that you can skip the month if you don't want to buy anything yet. Okay, I thought, problem solved! Bought the boots, and it was a done deal.

    Except when I went to try and skip the month, the link to do so did not seem to be anywhere to be found, or at least not where they said it would be. I figured that maybe I was just missing it, so I decided to let it go. I figured $40 wasn't a big deal, one time, and I can always use it to buy a pair of shoes or something later. I am an idiot. I should have called and cancelled immediately after that, and just ate the 40. But no. So I will fault myself for not nutting up and cancelling earlier. I wasn't 100% pleased with the quality of the boots I got as it was, but they're cute enough and I don't wear them often, so I can deal with them being flimsy.

    However, I finally called to cancel tonight, and the poor gentleman on the phone (who I know was just doing his job) had to feed me about a million lines to try and discourage me from cancelling. I can understand trying to keep a customer, but really? Making four different deals? And then informing me that I'll get charged extra if I cancel (because none of that is refundable, BTW)? Just let me cancel my account so we can both get on with our lives! Now I have to figure out if it's worth buying a bunch of crappy shoes (I don't actually remember if they charge for shipping at this point, but probably) or just eating the several months worth of payments. Ugh.

    Seriously, save yourself the headache. No legitimate company would make you jump through hoops like this, nor would they actively penalize you for cancelling your account with them. I work retail. I know how it works. Usually it's a "we're sorry to see you go, we hope you reconsider. Here's a quick reminder of all these great deals, have a great day." Not... this nonsense.

    I absolutely hate going to the mall and I like JustFab so much because of convenience. I love the shoes and I like that I can get purses with the shoes, too. I also love that there’s so many options, and I never had a problem with anything that I bought. One thing that I don't like is I feel every time I go and look for something, everything sells out so fast. When I see certain things, I’m always too late and I can’t get the shoes that I like. Another thing that really bothers me is as a member, I get these credits every month so I'm technically still paying for all of these shoes.     I purchased from JustFab because of their reasonable prices and I thought the boots and everything were stylish. It was fairly easy to find items or styles that I was looking for. My favorite thing about being a member was that I got news alerts in my mail about their sales. I was able to take advantage of one of their special offers, like when they were selling two items for $39. The selections made by my style expert were also pretty good. However, when I saw the boots online, they were not the ones that I wanted when they came in the mail. They didn't feel right and were not comfortable.     I've tried several different things with a similar format that JustFab has, and they are the one that I've enjoyed the most. The pricing, customer service, and format are good.     I decided to try this site out. First order, hated 3 out of the 4 items I got. No problem with most retailers, except despite the company stating exchanges are easy and free, they are not. I wasn't able to do my returns online. They had me call them. Then upon calling them the representative kept pushing for me to keep or exchange items. Then instead of honoring my request for a refund, he kept saying store credit until I had to clarify their policy... I had to ask several times whether or not they had a refund policy because he kept saying I could only get store credit. After asking several times for a refund to my credit card, the representative finally relented. But then said there was RESTOCKING FEE OF 5.95 FOR EACH ITEM. So IT IS NOT A FREE RETURN. Even then I was okay with washing my hands of this company.

    Then I requested to cancel my "membership". The representative tried to confuse me and told me that I am not obligated to purchase anything any month, I would just have to skip months on my profile. I once again asked to cancel. He again kept going around how I wouldn't get charged if I didn't purchase... And said that the monthly fee can be used as credit to purchase things. You have to manually go into your profile and chose to skip months otherwise you get charged a monthly fee. I asked 3 times to have my membership cancelled before he agreed and is supposedly sending email to confirm. I am going to wait for this email and then keep track of my credit card to see if there is any extra charges.

    I mean, who has time for that? But too many other complaints made against this company making charges on credit cards after supposed cancellations has me vigilant. I do not recommend this site. Shop elsewhere with bigger reputable companies who's policies are transparent. This was too much time wasted and too much of a pushy, misleading, fraudulent type of customer service rep to have to deal just to get a refund.

    As a member of JustFab I don't have to leave the house to shop and they have cheap prices. I got my first two pairs for 39.95 with no shipping. Then I got a $10 credit for being a member. The only problem I ran into was the size because I have a pretty large foot. I generally wear size 10. My first order, I ordered size 10 on both of them and 1 fits me perfect and the other one fits me like it's a size 8.

    But I like their winter boots. They're reasonably priced. They fit well and they don't hurt my feet. I've gotten them so deep in the snow that they actually got wet but they didn't stay wet and leave a film. They're black boots on top of that so if they're gonna leave a film that's gonna be the one color that it's gonna stand out on. I recommend it to everybody.

    As a customer who has purchased a number of boots from this company I am frustrated to see that after the company has collected 3 months worth of credits, I have been unable to use this credit due to lack of stock. Stock is so limited in size and color. I have searched the site for three months without availability to purchase any boots in my size, and at that there has yet to be black boots available 2 sizes below or above mine. The VIP program only works at the benefit of the company, but not the consumer. The unfortunate part of this is that due to my husband falling ill (cancer) I was not as diligent as I typically would be in skipping my shopping month (this I take responsibility for). However as a result I now have credit that I cannot use. This is unfair and unreasonable. Disappointed to say the least.

    I've shopped at JustFab for the last two years now and it's always been great. At first I just want to try the product out. Looking for a style or item was very, very easy and my favorite thing about being a member is the perks of the points.     The first time I had to contact customer service was for a wrong size. Woman I spoke with was friendly and resolved the issue quickly. Just now I had to call because my skip for the month didn't go through and I was charged. Again the customer service was very friendly and quick in resolving the issue.     I had heard of JustFab from a friend of mine at work. I like their shoes, and it was easy to find items I was looking for. My most favorite thing about being a member is the prices, though I don't think I have gotten a special offer. They had fuzzies for $20, but when I applied what they took out of my account that month, it took the promotion code away. My last purchase was this month and I bought another pair of boots. They're Landry boots and they're good quality to me.

    I was new to shopping online and ran into JustFab. The prices of the product drew me in and I ordered a couple of things. To be more precise I ordered from this website about 2 times and I received an email congratulating to becoming a VIP member. Months go by and I didn't order one single item and I see my credit card summary wondering why I still have a balance on months after. JustFab was charging me $54 every month. I had no idea as to why they would charge me as it just says JustFab on it.

    I called JustFab in the middle of December and the automated system say they are on holiday. What company goes on a holiday in the middle of the December before the holidays start! I called my credit card customer service department to get to the bottom of this and they give me the same number to call because the charge says it was for membership and see if it can be resolved before they file an investigation. I call them again and the representative tells me I can go online and redeem the points (which is given when you don't buy anything online for that month) and that I won't be charged anything for it. So again, 1 point = $54, that is what I was told.

    I go online, I chose some stuff and total it up and it does not even come close to what I was charged from spring until the end of that year. On top of that I had to pay $32 for that order. I called them again and demand for my account to be canceled and my money back. They said they did cancel it and that I will receive an email confirming the canceling and reimbursement. We'll see in one month's time if they try to steal money from me again.

    I am absolutely fuming with this company. Decided on buying a pair of boots as I saw the company advertised on TV. Does not say anything about entering a subscription 'contract'. I DID NOT SIGN UP TO VIP. I have had 70 pounds unknowingly taken out of my account and it is lucky I had just so happened to check my bank today to find a 'pending transaction' of £35. Have now cancelled my account. I beg anyone of you who are considering joining up. DON'T! Happy enough to take money off of their customers without knowledge and aren't so happy to refund me the WHOLE amount just because their manager can't do his job right!

    My favorite thing about being a JustFab member is definitely the discount. Also, I wear a size 12 so not always does everyone have my shoe size but they do. My first purchase from them was discounted pretty well where I paid $15 for a pair of shoes. And, I purchased a pair of boots from them last November. It's pretty easy to find the styles I'm looking for especially around Christmas where it's hectic and I feel good about the selections given by my style expert. Their website is easy to navigate so I find it really easy to work with them. I like the quality of my purchases because they've held up very well.

    The boots I bought from JustFab took 2 weeks to arrive and fell apart in 2 weeks as well. Then they took my money even though I skipped the month and won't give it back. So I've cancelled. I'm writing to their complaints dept in London. I'm also writing a letter of complaint to UK trading standards and I intend to leave an honest but totally negative review for their site on every review site I can find. People should be aware.
