I started with Fabletics and liked a pair of shoes that I found at JustFab. I like the stuff on there. The quality is good. They also had a two for some amount of dollar for bags or shoes. If I couldn’t cancel or skip paying the month, then I won’t be a member.

I absolutely love the gold heart earrings!! The thin hoop earrings that I ordered in gold and silver are way to flimsy - I was expecting better quality!! It would have been more of a hassle to return them, so I am just eating the cost.

I've always seen and known about JustFab from ads, on Facebook and on TV, but I didn’t care to spend on shoes before. But then I saw some sandals and I liked them. I had just joined and it wasn’t hard at all to find the style or item I was looking for. Plus, the selections from my style expert are on point. I also got one of their special offers where you buy one pair for just $9.99. Then, I had also ordered one pair of sandals which were nice. They're durable quality and I've seen nothing wrong with them. I also got another pair and I like the way they're like boots. The experience has been pretty good and I like JustFab. I’d recommend them to a friend.

I had a probate show for a sorority that I joined and I needed some right shoes. It was easy to find what I was looking for on their website. I got a pair of shoes and the quality was all right. But I don’t use JustFab anymore. I had talked to someone over the phone to tell them to suspend the payment for one of the months because I wasn’t gonna be buying shoes. I told them that when I was ready I would go ahead and make a purchase for the next month. However, they didn't do it and overdrew my account. I’ve had to call the bank to refund it for me. But overall, my experience has been okay.

I saw that JustFab had these complete outfits for sale. I thought that instead of going to the mall, I'll just buy from there. JustFab is nice a company. The only thing that I had trouble with was that I bought from them the first month and I didn’t know that my price exceeded the amount that they needed for the VIP membership so I got automatically signed for the VIP. Every month, the money got deducted from my card. I once talked to their customer service rep to check if they will refund it for the month but they said that that’s not possible. So, I automatically assumed that if I cancel it, I'll lose the money that’s why I didn’t cancel. Now, there's money in my account that I didn’t want to purchase things with and it appears I'm stuck with the VIP account. It was a bit troublesome.

I found JustFab on the Google search when I was looking online for shoes for my graduation. I have been a member for a month now. I've only made one purchase, it was a pair of high heels that was really amazing. They were of perfect quality and was priced $9.99. Their website was very easy to navigate and their selections fit me really well and they regularly suggest items that appeal to me.

I joined JustFab about a year ago and as a member, the discounts are my favorite thing. Also, everything I have ordered from them is always good and I’ve never had to send anything back. I'm very satisfied and I recommend them to other people.

I've been a JustFab member for a couple of years. The website is super easy to navigate and it's so easy to get stuff from it. It’s got a lot of variety for different tastes. If I intend to buy a pair of shoes, I browse around on my own and typically, I like to shop during the sales because those are really good. There was a recent sale a couple of months ago that I took advantage of and I bought a couple of pairs of shoes then. Sometimes I forget to skip a month and I get charged, but I’ve always loved the shoes I got from them. Over the years, the quality of the shoes I bought has always been great and they last. I got a pair of booties that I'm really into as of late. Overall, my experience with JustFab is very transparent, concise and convenient. I love that I can always find a pair of shoes there.

I really like the Brendaly sandals that I ordered. The slate blue color is great and they are very comfortable. I love the cutouts and the lace up. My only dislike is that there aren't ever half sizes, so these are a little bigger than I would like.

A lot of times JustFab have sale prices on boots. My last purchase was about four months ago for a pair of boots and the quality was good. It's very easy to order and the items came in fairly quickly. Also, it was easy to find the style that I was looking for.

I've been a member with JustFab for about a year. The selections given by their style expert are good and always within my taste. The shoes are well-priced and most of them last a long time. A month ago I bought three pairs of flat boots, and two of them were awesome. The third one had chains on one of the boots that were too long so it kept falling to the heel. I had my boyfriend cut it off and then take one of the notches out and we put it back on. Now it’s fine. From what I've purchased so far, my favorite is the fake leather ankle boots. The other ones that have the “suede-ish” feeling, almost like a couch material, seem to peel and don’t last long, so I avoid those. I buy the fake leather ones and those ones have lasted. I have a fake leather pair, one of my very first orders, that I wear twice a week because they’re black and go with everything. The heels are still good on them and they’ve held up really well.

JustFab has a wonderful shoe selection. It would be nice if some of the more stylish shoes were on a lower heel for those who can't wear higher heels. Had to close account due to my medical condition. I have enjoyed the service of JustFab. The shoes are great.

Jolly Jewels - I feel like I had to wait longer for my order of accessories more than I did for my two pairs of shoes. However, all of them are so pretty and was so happy when the box had landed at my doorstep!

I’ve been a member of JustFab for two years. I was doing this for my niece for Christmas and I didn’t realize I was a VIP when I signed up. It was under my husband’s account which didn’t matter but they were taking off $39.95 every month. He went to check his account and asked who JustFab is and I said, “What are you talking about?” So that’s when I called and I found out that for a whole year, they were doing it and I never knew it. So then they said, “Well you get to pick products since you're banking the money.”

I cannot get refunded member credit after a return, member credit is difficult to use... Can't use site promotions if you're a VIP. The shoes (all I bought) are of very poor quality and could not even last a season. I'm just sick of it. I do not recommend.

I love you all. If the shoe isn't my size you really let me exchange it no strings attached... and the different selection of clothes, jewelry and swimsuits are to DIE for. I love when you all come out with the new collections cause it's what I always look for.

I ordered several pairs of shoes and for some reason the zip code wasn't correct so my order was sent back to JustFab. The customer service representative reordered my shoes and rushed them. When I received them two days later I was very pleased.

Very low quality product, material very low-quality, fit not good. This company is very deceptive. They just want your money and the monthly payments. The quality of the product is horrible. The material is not good. The fit is not good. The stuff they could have came from China.

I love the service it provides me, with the up to date styles that are current and trending. I like the fact that it offers a stylist of some sort. The return process is so-so; I've yet to use it so that's good. I had an issue with a package gone MIA but it was resent with some hassle. Otherwise you're a great company.

There's no estimate of delivery... so don't order if in a rush. The shoes don't look the same as the photo... but maybe I'm wrong. Disappointed in the last pair. Not worth the money or money to send back. Another occasion, the wrong size. It's an inconvenience if wrong. Future, will shop where returns are simple.

The whole process of picking out to ordering to receiving the shoes I ordered was quick an easy. I will be ordering from here again, and I recommend JustFab to all women. I got my package the very next week and my shoes fit and look good. I have been ordering shoes with them for about 6 months now.

JustFab has good deals. With the membership, I can get boots for $40 or $20. Recently, I bought a shirt and some jewelry. The quality of the items vary. Some are really good, while some aren't. Their shoes and a lot of the shirts are really good. However, I wouldn't recommend JustFab to a friend because of the monthly charge that you will have to skip if you don't want to do it. I personally like and understand it, but I'd be hesitant to recommend it to someone because it's confusing.

Although the products are stylish, they are not comfortable at all. Even the non-heeled shoes are uncomfortable. The shoes usually have a very narrow width near the toes. Now with the introduction of wide width shoes it might be different. I haven't tried them yet. The clothes are of poor quality and highly overpriced. Most of the clothing is available on Chinese market sites for fraction of the price. However, the one star rating is due to the poorest customer service I have come across ever. The representatives are unfriendly, unsympathetic, sometimes downright rude and vastly unemotional. It's as if you are talking to an automaton. Their previous policy of not letting you cancel your monthly membership was even worse.

I ordered two pairs of shoes that I wanted for vacation. They got to my house in time for me to take them with me, and both pairs were exactly as the description. I love JustFab's prices, selection, and fast shipping!

The styles are cute. They seem to change less than monthly. So I may not be able to actually purchase every month if there are no new selections. AND THE SITE IS SLOW, DRAGGING, STALLING OR JUST ALL TOGETHER CRASHING. Even at work with industrial size servers and large bandwidth the site is so bad that I don't want to shop on it. Can that be fixed?

JustFab knows how to deliver each and every time. They always have the most up to dates styles and trends and continue to maintain their affordable pricing! I find myself talking to my friends, family and co-workers about JustFab. I LOVE JUSTFAB!

I bought a pair of red wedges. Really cute. I have not worn them yet. They fit perfectly. I bought a pair of black wrap wedge heels. So comfortable and cute. Wore them for my bridal shower. I got lots of compliments. These were also comfortable. They also came when they were supposed to.

My experience was great! I received my items very quick! And they were perfect. I ordered a pair of sandals, a shirt, and a one piece swimsuit. The dress fit a little big knowing I should have gotten an extra small. Other than that it was great!

Please do not order anything from this company. I received a debit to my account 6 weeks after placing an order. Banking Institute shut my card down. Then gave me the telephone number for JustFab. Please everyone call their 866 number before ordering. Number is to a hotel/motel.

I have ordered several pairs of jeans from JustFab. I love every pair! I need petite jeans and I'm very happy the jeans fit where they are supposed to. It's great to find stylish plus size clothes that are affordable.

First I get charged for months without my knowledge. Then when I am forced to use the credits or lose out on all the money JustFab stole from me, nothing fits right. I hate JustFab and will be telling everyone I know about how sneaky and awful the company is.

My shipment came as expected with a free outfit and shoes for my 3 year old. As a new member I got 2 pair of really cute sandals plus $10 off coupon so I got all of this for just $14. I get compliments on both shoes on a daily. I loved the easy shopping experience and great gifts.

Easy to order. Usually has the shoes I want in my size. Would like to see more options in lower heels. Would like to see a little longer grace period to stop the automatic payment each month. It's not always in the budget to buy a pair of shoes each month.

I had been looking for a pair of boots when I came across JustFab. Not only did I find a great pair, I found TWO! Hopefully, I'll be able to get a pair of sandals (or two, who knows). JustFab is now my go to "store" for shoes!

Order came in fine but the shoes I ordered ripped and broke within hours of wearing them. The strap to the sandal came off from where it was sewn onto the bottom of the shoe leaving the shoe completely unwearable. Terrible quality and really considering canceling my membership.

I've loved everything I bought. I got two pairs of sandals and one pair of boots. I wear one of these pairs of shoes almost every day to pretty much every event I attend. I love them. Each pair is comfortable and cute and I get compliments almost every time I go out.

Good prices. Dresses fit too big, bought them for a vacation, but they didn't fit so I returned. Didn't appreciate the pushiness to keep my account as VIP, when I tried to cancel. Otherwise, good experience.

I love the fact that the shoes fit to size. That is very important when doing online shopping. This makes me happy. I only wish that they used a variety of fabrics as most are suede. I enjoy the platform shoes as they feel better to walk in. However, a bit more internal cushion on the bottom is always welcome.

I sent a Facebook message back on May 24, another on 5/26 and 27, and then another on 6/6 and have never received any response. This says quick response time, and I do not have the time to wait on hold when calling, I work long hours.

Phone exchanges were always handled with professional care and the customer service reps were engaging and helpful to a fault. There was a bit of confusion regarding membership but this site should prove to meet my gift giving requirements most admirably, thank you... Carry on. ☺

My experiences with customer service have been horrible. I have sent out multiple emails regarding issues that have come up. None of them have been answered. My most recent grievance was when I decided to try the curated box from JustFab. My returned products were delayed in the mail and instead of being able to communicate with someone on the team, my account was suspended. My emails went unanswered, and the one person I spoke to on the phone was of no use. They eventually were delivered, so the issue just kind of resolved itself. I have been skipping several months, but I think that this will be the next subscription I get rid of. It isn't worth it.

Always on time on my orders and I always love what I order (shoes, clothes or accessories)! When needing to speak to customer service, I always have a positive experience and my concerns are resolved. I most definitely would recommend JustFab to a friend.

I got charged this month when I skipped month. Will someone assist? Also I ordered first pair promo. They didn't fit. I send back and was not given another pair for same price. Can someone assist with making this RIGHT. MESSED UP PART. I JUST STARTED.

I've had two exchanges with JustFab and they were so easy! The agent made sure I got the dress prior to an event I had planned to wear it to. I have been a JustFab member for several years, always get compliments on my shoes and clothes.

I have not had the opportunity to have a good experience with this company. I check my credit card statement and JUSTFAB has been deducting monthly payments of $39.95, without my knowledge. Haven't even ordered anything. Was going to order today until I seen that my credit card balance statement. I am very unhappy and want my money or shoes for every month charged!! This is bad for business!! I'm sure the BBB would like to know these types of things about companies such as this one.

I've been a JustFab member for over a year and finding items there is not too hard nor too easy but it's okay. I bought heels about a month ago and it was good. Also, I get an okay selection from their style expert. My favorite thing about being a member is the shoes, but I have to opt out of their VIP membership.

I've been a JustFab member for two years now and I love their site. It's not difficult to use and their prices are actually good. I love everything about them. Sometimes when I get certain styles, I get points like rewards. I also see styles with free shipping, then I can also return. It's just that sometimes I order a size and what I get can be bigger or smaller. Once, I got really mad but the customer service talked to me reasonably enough and refunded my money. I was really happy with that.

The shoes I ordered are really pretty but way too uncomfortable, but this is not the reason I am writing this review. The reason I am writing is because you obviously sign up to the membership to get "a free pair of shoes" every month but this is not the case. If you forget to choose your pairs and have 1 credit... THE VIP CREDIT IS NOT VALID ON THE PROMOTION. So what does this means? I just got myself a cheap 40 dollars pair of shoes. I which I could get my money back!!

JustFab's shoes were different and I don't find those anywhere else. My first purchase from them was my favorite. It was at a discounted price because it was my first one. Those were $9 shoes that I really liked. I purchased black shoes from them again a month ago. It was really nice and I like it. While I like their shoes, I do not like their sizes. In the last two purchases I've had with JustFab, the sizes were off. I have the same sizes of shoes but there was one that would fit and another that wouldn't. I also don't like the credit that I have with JustFab. I can't use it on a sale. It's my money, so I should be able to use it on a sale. Nevertheless, their customer service is good. If I don't like the shoes, I would tell customer service that I needed to return them and they would do that for me.

My mom went on JustFab and I've never been on there, so I thought I'll check it out. They have a lot of styles I actually like, so I got a pair of heels for my mom for her birthday. My mom wears them every single day and she's very happy with them. However, $39.95 was charged to my account for a VIP exclusive thing that was setup online for the account. But I didn't know anything about that so I had to close off my account.

I’ve had colon cancer since I was a little girl. They said it was going bad and that I wouldn't have kids, but I’m here. So I started to change my attitude and be happier and more positive. I started to dress up and make me happy. I’ve always heard JustFab on the TV, the internet and websites and I wanted to do something good for myself. The first pair I bought, I gave that to my daughter for my birthday and then the second pair I bought for myself.

I chose JustFab because I love the pricing and I like the clothing and style. The last thing I ordered was this pink shirt, earrings and a scarf which I absolutely love. Even after washing, the great quality still remains. I'm satisfied with it. It wasn't difficult to find the items I was looking for. But some of the things on style was not my thing. I'm no longer a member but I was a member for about two years. What I did not like was that I could not remember to "Skip the Month" each month so I actually ended up getting charged twice. I wouldn't know that the charge went into a bank. At some point, I just didn't like that at all. I wish there was a different way that could be done. I wish that they didn't have the monthly deductions on my account otherwise I'd still be a member but, I'm good and I'd still recommend them.

I love the pair of black wedges I bought from JustFab last month. I've only been a member for two months now and I enjoy the free shipping. It's really easy and quick searching for items. And probably because everybody loves JustFab, they're out of stocks sometimes. Then I switched to search the entire catalog and I bought a pair of black heels two months ago, which is my favorite. However, at the beginning, it wasn’t very clear to me that it was a monthly subscription so I was surprised to see that charged the following month on my card. That could have been made clearer but I would still definitely recommend it.

It's been relatively easy to find items and styles on their website and as a member, I like not having to go to a store. I just recently bought two pairs of sandals. One was on special and then I got my free shipping. The sandals have good quality. I looked at the reviews and I went based off of the reviews. I bought the size larger and I think they were pretty accurate but it still kind of rubs in certain places. Overall I'm happy with them and I just put a little cushioning in the places where it rubs and they're okay.

JustFab has a wonderful selection and they come out with a list of a different selection again, so it's a benefit. I've been a member for 4 years and I like how they have the stylist apps from the style expert. In the beginning of the app, it shows what you're going to like most and sometimes I end up liking the stuff that's on the main page. A month ago, I got a jacket and a couple of skirts. Their shipping is super fast and always on time. Also, I've never had an issue where they sent me the wrong stock.

I love shoes and I got two pairs of really nice boots for the price of one for $40. A couple of months ago, I bought some really nice black heeled sandals and they're my favorite purchase so far. I like your website. I like your products. You give excellent deals on products. What I don't like is finding out that you took $39.95 US out of my bank account. So basically I will use that money and cancel what you call my VIP status after it's spent because having to worry that I haven't logged on between the 1st and the 5th or placed an order because more money will be taken from my account is crazy. Another thing is that my account says I have $0.00 credits so I better have not lost my money somehow so could you look into it and get back to me please?

It's fairly easy to look for the item or style I am looking for with JustFab. I've been a member for almost three months now and being a member, I like that I'm able to pick and save the shoes I'm interested in and get it later. Their selections are fairly into what I'm interested in but I would like a little bit more close toe shoes because I'm not an open toe person. They regularly have options that I am more interested in so even though they have options that don't appeal to me, I just move on to the ones I like. My latest purchase was last month for a pair of flat shoes. They're good and I'm very contented with them. So far, my favorite purchase from them was my boots which are medium-range. They come to my calf, but they're not up to my knees. I also enjoy that JustFab is prompt. Every time I get my shoes, they'll be in my hands within 10 business days.

JustFab does a great job and I really like them. I needed some new boots and there was a good deal on boots at the time I initially signed up. Also, I thought it was pretty cool that all the shoes were the same prices so I went with them. I've been a member since August and I like all the choices. I’m not a totally trendy person but it’s nice to see what’s going on so that I can try to be a trendy person. The selections given by the style expert were good but it's a little bit younger than I would typically dress but I do appreciate the looks. Still, they are on target with the types of clothes I like.

JustFab was a customer referral and I have been a member for a few months now. I bought a few shoes from them and I like not having to leave my house to get the shoes. I had a good experience with JustFab. I saw the little sponsored commercial on my Instagram and I saw some kind of boots that I liked for my ex-spouse so I decided to get them. They had a special offer that the first pair of shoes would cost $10. I looked in the boxes and there was no damage to them, so they're all right. I have been a member for roughly three weeks. The membership fee was a little bit too pricey because there wasn't free shipping. But, I would recommend JustFab because they did have some good items on there and few sections stuff like that. Next time though during the month they had the special, they should include free shipping to it and let me see if the fees can come down a little bit.

I was looking for a store and shoes and JustFab popped up. I was interested in the style of the shoes and it said free shipping. I bought two shoes for $24 and they came in time. I love my shoes and the quality was good. However, I did not stay as a member because I don't usually buy shoes. I'm a student, I don’t work and it's not always that I have money. It says that monthly they will take away $39 so I didn't want to stay a member since I wasn't able to pay for those. I called and told them I didn't want to be a member but in case I want to buy shoes again, I would think about it knowing the consequences. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

JustFab had really good deals. It was usually buy one get one free but then there was also another deal where I could get three pairs of shoes for less than $100. I felt like I just want my shoe but after I go through that and I can actually explore the site as well. I type my shoe size to look at everything. so if I'm looking for specific size or styles, it's usually easy. I've been a member for about 6 months and my ability to skip a month is my favorite about being a member because sometimes, it's not on my budget or I don't need a pair of shoes that month or I'm not looking at buying one at that month or I'm saving for something else. Like this month, I'll see a pair of shoe that they recommended and I want those and I can get it but if I don't see anything that they recommend, I can always skip it. But sometimes, I wish I could switch the selection up if I'm looking for a specific outfit for an event.

I emailed this company and no response. That's my only complaint. I enjoy the shoes and purses I order from JustFab. I do wish I could order the shoes from ShoeDazzle seeing as my JF shoes arrived in ShoeDazzle box. I don't want my card charged every month from two sites. I became a JustFab member in September of last year and they had some styles that I liked. I liked that there was ease in finding stuff too. They had a really good sale for the Christmas season so it was easy to get gifts for my daughters and myself. However, I haven't seen too many sandals for this season although there have been a lot of boots. Otherwise, it's been pleasurable with JustFab for the most part and if I can afford it, I will continue to shop with them. They have good quality products and I liked the suede boots that I got from them a lot as well as the fuzzy shoes that they had on sale. Any time that I called with an issue or question, they were pretty quick in answering or fixing the issue. When they sent me a pair of boots that was the wrong size, it was easy to return them and get a better size.

My most recent purchase from JustFab was a buy one, get one, half off. They’re cute, and I love its quality.

Everything’s wonderful with JustFab. I like their styles and fit of the clothing, and I love the high heel shoes I purchased. I’ve been a member for two months and I get a percentage off. I also got two chokers and a shirt on special offer. The items usually get to me in less than a week! I highly recommend going on the website.

I am a VIP member of JustFab. My mom was subscribed with them years ago when their offer came out. Then I saw an ad on Facebook and the shoes as well so I said, “I definitely need this in my life." I went ahead and subscribed. I like the special offers and so far, I love the items I’ve purchased. I am now pairing up a purse that my mom bought years ago. The strap is starting to fade and wear off a little bit but I'm still carrying my bag like I'm cute. My friends shouldn’t wait too long. They should have been involved with JustFab already.

I was going through Facebook and there was an ad and it said "Two for $24 pair of shoes, purses, and clothes." I thought it was cool so I signed up with JustFab and I got a purse and wedges. And I thought that was it. I thought it was pay two for $24 like it said because you had to use a code to get it. So, I did that. I got paid today and I was checking to see how much my check was and I noticed on there, a re-occurring payment of $39.95 twice and I freaked out. I was like, "Wait a minute. That's not right." But the purse is awesome. I've been using it since I got it. The shoes were the right size and all but whenever I try them on, I was like, "Oh, they're just my mom's size." So, I was letting her try it on and the fabric stuff that goes over the feet, and connects to the bottom of the wedge part, would come off. Not the whole part but just the heels. That was weird. But I know how to fix that so I've never had to send anything back to them.

I have been a JustFab member for about seven months now. I got some boots and they're my favorite purchase. There was one thing though. I ordered the first thing and then I forgot that they were going to charge every month. They did charge but at the end I was able to get all the credits that they have charged me for.

I like JustFab products and their style. I can pick a boutique, things and styles that I like and they save my ideas when I'm looking at something and highlight it. So far, I've been a member for three years now. I like shopping at home and I like that when I put an order in, it's here in a few days. In fact, I just had to pick up my package that I just ordered and I had gotten a really nice shirt and a pair of boots and by the time I used the promos, it was only $6.95. I’ve never had one shoe or boot that did not fit my foot and that's what I really like. And, this is the first item of clothing I've bought and so far I really like it. It's a really nice, dressy tank top that I thought was really pretty, and the boots were perfect. The quality of their product was very nice. They need to keep the good deals coming. Also, I've never had problems with my only return and I chose to put it on my credit rather than money back because I know I’m going to buy something again.

A few months back, I got some flats for work. Also, their prices have been great. It's been a great experience and I recommended JustFab to others.

The website was very easy to use and they also have great customer service. As a member, my favorite thing is that I could purchase what I want and I could skip when I did it, but it gave me extra discounts on the pricing of everything. There were few referral discounts I got for referring people to them that have made purchases. Every once in a while, there would also be special discounts that would come in emails for $10 or the older $15 deals.

I love the Simon Satchel. The color is beautiful, true to picture. It is small enough as a purse and big enough as a business bag. It fits file and other business items. I was a bit skeptical to join JustFab but I am convinced now. I am very pleased with it.

A friend told me about JustFab and as I went and look at the stuff available, I liked it. So, I ordered. The style expert’s suggestions don’t regularly appeal to me because when I first joined, my style was different. So, what they choose for me is not particularly what I would go for now. Even though I’ve set my own trendsetter on the website, some of the shoes aren’t as cute and I don’t think anybody would be a trendsetter with these shoes. Sometimes you see certain stuff that doesn’t really feel like what you think they’re supposed to be. So, I just go on my own, do my own search, and don’t leave it up to what the computer or whoever to choose the styles for me.

The shoes on JustFab were really cute and I really liked them. I liked the offer they had too and my first purchase was for $10. It's a pair of blue striped espadrilles shoes. I've been a member for a month now and I like that I get points every month which seems like a good idea. It was fairly easy to find an item or style and the selections given by the style experts are good. They are stuff that I like and would potentially get when I purchase again.

I scored a great pair of sandals. Now all I need is some sun to enjoy them! I usually have trouble finding shoes long and narrow enough but you had them. They look so good and are comfortable as well.

I saw the product that they had and compared to what I saw at the mall for price, I thought it can't be so bad. I went ahead and tried it out, and once I did, I was hooked. Now I own probably eleven pairs of JustFab shoes. Generally, when I see that it says 30% off or free shipping, I'd go ahead and see what I want and just purchase that way. What I like about being a member is the purchase is fast and I try to tell people that because they want to order online but not wait two weeks. Their shipping is awesome and quick. The most I've waited was four days.

I'm a shoe-a-holic. My friend and I both find it hard to find boots that meet our style. That was my main thing with the boots. I just relocated from up North so I was wearing a lot of boots before. Recently, about over a year with JustFab.com, I've had my first return. The heel was a lot taller than what I was a little used to so between the quarter of an inch too big and the height of the heel, it didn't work out.

Placed an order and was pleased that it was delivered on time. The item was also what I expected. Heel height was perfect. They are usually too tall for me. Wider shoes should be available in more styles and colors. Heel less than 4 inches are generally what I prefer.

This experience has been very displeasing. It's been over 2 weeks since I placed my order. Still no tracking number has even been sent to me. Also my account has been charged again. Once for the price of shoes and again for no reason. I called to ask why the second charge. They couldn't tell me why. Then advise they could give me a refund. But then number I had to call for the refund was closed. Frustration getting bounced around.

I really like the heels. It came really, really fast. I didn't need to return for shoe size & what more wonderful is that I could return the shoe size for another for free. This is amazing. The only inconvenience is that it will be cool if you upgrade your shoe model a little bit.

First your website is very slow and complicated! Also, you charged my bank account 2 times for 1 thing and my money will only be back in my account in more than 7 days! Really unsatisfied of your service. I will not recommend your website.

I ordered a pair of shoes my first month that were basically unwearable. They look nice but are not well made. After that, I skipped the month a few times and forgot on my last month. I know this was my mistake. I looked for something to order but didn't find anything I really liked. For being so prominent on Project Runway, the fashion is sort of bland. I finally ordered a dress, it came and didn't fit right. The material and construction felt cheap and I didn't want to mess with returning it so I sold it to a consignment boutique. The customer service is all foreign so it feels very impersonal and it's hard to communicate. Overall it seems like JustFab probably makes a lot of money but it's not because their products are anything special.

I tried to initiate an exchange. The instructions that came with my order indicated that I could do this online, however, there was no button or link on the 'Order History' page as suggested. I tried calling but no one answered the "24/7" service line nor the "24/7" chat service. After some digging, I sent a message via Facebook and finally received a response. The rep who responded also indicated that I could initiate online. When I explained that I could not see a link/button, he quickly helped me complete the exchange via email.

Good Afternoon. 1st off I LOVE your site. I get compliments on every pair of shoes that I have ordered. My exchange experience has been easy and awesome, not that I have had to make too many returns. They only area I have problems in is skipping the month. Most of the time it does not work and therefore my credit gets charged. :(

Customer service is excellent, there has always been a professional helpful person quickly on the phone. Product quality has been true to size and like the picture on the website. Their return policy is excellent, with free shipping of items you don't like. Simply print out return label, put it on box and money is back on your visa or into your account your choice. Super easy, super fun site with not only shoes but clothing as well.

It was unfortunate I didn't know that if you throw away boxes or unwrap shoes you can't return. Only 1 pair fit out of 6 or more that I ordered. Very cute but sad I can't wear any. The one pair that fit tore my feet apart. Will not order from again.

I usually come on JustFab for shoes. They have the cute affordable shoes. I had a little setback with this company because I tried to exchange a pair of shoes online and without the phone call which is what I usually do. I did the exchange and everything was fine but I got an email saying that what I wanted was out of stock when it should've been held and I took my exchange to the post office way before the 7 days were up.

I decided to close my account because I would forget to skip a month. So you got my money for the month. I really didn't like anything at the time but I decided to order some torn pants. I measured myself as instructed in the page... They were too big so now I have to pay to ship them back. Nah. Didn't want to spend any more money on JustFab so they're hanging in my closet until I get fatter... That's not gonna happen.

The person who answered was of help but her strong foreign accent made it hard for me to understand what she was saying. I had to have her repeat almost everything, it was a little annoying. I had to pay a real close attention in order to understand her.

As a JustFab member for two years, I’ve done a couple of the VIP sales. There was one this last summer when they had shoes which were like $5 and I got some of those. It's also been easy to find the items and styles I've been looking for and I've been given good selections by my style expert. I purchased some boots in January and they're of good quality. I wish their wide-calf boots were wider though.

Problems: 1) Unable to find boot styles that my daughter's size in wider width, 2) clunky robo clerk was a hassle to deal with, 3) not satisfied with quality of a few items purchased, 4) "skip a month" requirement was a HASSLE. I'm glad I'm done.

I called to order an exchange for two pairs of jeans. The lady who helped me was kind, polite, and efficient. She was able to suggest the better fit for me. She directed me to the website so I could read the reviews that other people had posted about the fit of that style.

I ordered two pairs of shoes, one is a brown heeled sandal, and it is absolutely wonderful. Perfect heel height for walking all day. The other pair I ordered were a coral colour, and they were a little bit too big. Returning them was so hassle-less and Ryan who helped me over the phone was amazing. I would definitely order from JustFab again!

The shoes are a little too big in width and hurt my big toes. The colour is darker than the picture but other than that they are ok. I don't recommend them. The customer service was very nice and helpful though. I do not know if I will purchase from Justfab again but my experience was ok.

Like the items JustFab sells. Don't like the fact that my credits cannot be used for what I choose (ex. A sale items. 2 for item etc). If you can withdraw money out of my account then it should be used the same as if I purchased it without the credit.

i want to thank just fab for their timely response to my issue. however the issue was resolved by my credit card company. i was doubled billed and a refund/credit was return to my credit on the very day of the double billing. the credit however is not yet showing on my statement but its been confirmed by the credit card company. i want to thank samar from for his/her timely response and an offer to resolved the issue. i have upgraded my star rating because my order did arrive very fast and also because i am impressed with the company's attempt to resolve my issue

Rip off right from the beginning. Shopped and picked out 2 items 9.97 each. Came up on bill 39.95 plus tax and convert to US dollars... Something 20 ended up being 71.00 Canadian. Next issue was skip the month button... Tried. Wasn't even there. Called, pressed buttons and said I wasn't even a member. Next email said they charged my account 39.95 US dollars to use later. I called and cancelled immediately. See what happens next month. SCAM ARTISTS AT THEIR BEST.

I have not been able to make an order lately because I am on a limited budget. But have been very happy with all my orders. Everyone loves my shoes that I got from you. My sister ask to wear one of my jumpsuit that I got. She never wears my clothes. Doesn't like my style but loves the stuff I got from JustFab.

Sizing of the swim suit top... I'm not satisfied with as the cup is too small in comparison to the band of the top. I would be more happy if the top fits... Should be made to fit ladies with natural full breasts... not necessarily people with just full figure.

I am in love with these shoes! I ordered the poppy-colored ones! They look even better in person. I received tons of compliments the day I first wore them! I really like how they fit, they are definitely true to size. My only qualm with these shoes is that when you lace them up your leg (even when done tightly) they don't stay up very long. So, I ended up having to re-tie them about once or twice and I was only out for 4 hrs. Either way, would still recommend them!

I ordered a pair of heels that came damaged. According to the return policy if I want my money back I need to pay the shipping fee and other fees and based on that my refund would've been only a few dollars. So I decided to do an exchange. Unfortunately the new item is too small and I made the mistake of wearing them outside. To my understanding because of that I am unable to return them. I'm disappointed. My experience was not a positive one. I probably will not purchase again from Justfab. The customer service was adequate. Call was disconnected or the individual hung up on me and did not call me back. It was frustrating I had to call back and wait... I'm left with shoes and I paid for and that I will never wear again.

Since I start shopping with JustFab I have no complaints. Everything has been In the highest condition. I will continue ordering from them. The shoes and boots have been in the highest quality. If I have a problem with something they straighten it out and if I send something back because I ordered the wrong size they take care of it.

I loved every item received so far! They would have had my 5 stars if not for the ''skip the month'' that we can't forget every first 5 days of the month to not be charged... But I would definitely recommend it to a friend (only the fashionistas though... because they probably wouldn’t mind being charged once a month).

I love my shoes and get tons of compliments. They arrived fast and fit great and are COMFY. However I tried to opt out of this month March and the page wouldn't load. So I have a credit when I wanted to skip the month.

I love JustFab. My closet is filled with dress, shoes. I usually get shoes every other month. What I would recommend is try making wide width heels and boots. I am actually going start posting my collection on Instagram to go along with my outfit.

The fit was great, had not a problem. Nice to shop online. The selection is great lots of good sales, nice to have a boutique to shop from as well. Have nothing but good to say and yes would recommend.

I was never told it was a re-stocking few until I requested a refund. One item I returned was because the lacing will not stayed tied. The remaining two was just ugly. There is nothing on website saying a re-stocking few. I will never order from JustFab again.

The service I received from JustFab was fine. However the quality of the footwear was very poor. Even though I purchased the right size, the shoes fit poorly. The one pair I threw out after the first wear as I wore them for about an hour and they gave me bad blisters, as they are so hard and unyielding. I will probably throw the other pair out as well as they are very large and clunky and don't mould to a normal foot shape at all. They look cheap.

I love the fact that I can get affordable shoes when I like with no pressure. I have purchased handbags here as well and I always get a compliment on them. The bags that purchase are always roomy, comfortable and sturdy, since I spend a lot of time at work I spend my time traveling so I need comfort whether it's bag or shoes. Yeah, JustFab... I ordered size 8 shoes. I received size 7.5 shoes. I tried contacting someone through chat; because of my working hours, I cannot be on the phone. No one came online to respond. I don't have the original packaging so now I cannot return the shoes and am stuck with shoes that don't fit properly.

This was my first order from this site and I was so excited when my package arrived. It came fast and everything was correct. I love all three pairs of shoes and the dress fits me perfectly! Can't wait to order again.
