    I'm not a fan of the products your site offers. The shoes are not accurate sizing, made of cheap synthetic materials, and not worth $40. The products are comparable to what sells at Payless, and Payless sandals and shoes don't cost half as much as you charge.

    First, when I joined as a new member 2 pairs of shoes didn't fit, so I returned them for exchange. What irritated me a bit was that I only got credit for 1 pair of shoes. I understand that my first purchase was under a promo rate, but if I qualified for 2 pairs of shoes initially and I returned 2 pairs I should still be able to get 2 replacement pairs regardless.

    Second, the shoes are generally uncomfortable and of very low quality. All the shoes I chose were rated 4.5 stars or higher by a lot of people, so I had high expectations. Now I question the value of the reviews. Perhaps most people's expectations are unfortunately low. None of the shoes are constructed well at all. 2 of the pairs I got not too long ago are already falling apart even though I've only worn them 3 times in an office environment. I realize they are generally bargain shoes, but I didn't expect them to be quite this flaky. Things are coming unglued, they lack any sort of cushioning or comfortable insoles, and the material used is abrasive or make my feet sweat which causes blisters to form easily. Once I find a pair of shoes to use my credit on, I'm not sure if I will continue my membership for the reasons I have mentioned.

    I was looking for some items and gave JustFab a try. They were good about exchanging or returning things. However, they charge me x amount of dollars per month, whether I order or not. If I don't order, I end up building this account with them. And when I decided I wasn't finding items with them that I liked, it was a little cumbersome trying to discontinue the account. But I finally got it taken care of.

    They're one of those companies that send me multiple items every month. I filled out a questionnaire profile and they assigned me to a stylist to pick things out and send clothes to me once a month. It was enjoyable for a few items but then it was disappointing for some and things that were being sent to me were things I would never in a million years want to wear. The selections were okay but they weren't great. Some quality was good and some weren't. It wasn't consistent. Nevertheless, the best offer was the price on jeans and they fit right.

    I was browsing the internet for winter boots and JustFab had a special where I could get my first pair for $9.99 and can get two pairs for the price of one. So I ordered three pairs of boots for $50. I was a member for about a year and half and the only two things that I thought were worthwhile were the boots and bags because I didn't find the quality of the clothes to be worth the price. I could shop at different stores and get a better deal, especially since for the most part, they offer $39.99, apart from the sales and stuff. So I felt a little restricted price-wise.

    I'm homebound and can't go out shopping, so I shop by internet all the time. It's great shopping with JustFab. I love it. I've been a member for years now. I haven't had very much money lately to purchase anything but they have a "Not this Month" option. It's easy to not purchase as well as to purchase, and I appreciate that. I like how easy it is to shop with them and how they make it really simple. I also availed of the free magazines.

    The selections are great. However, I usually end up getting something different from the selections given to me by my style expert because they tend to recommend the same thing over and over again, and it's like they sell me the exact same kind of shoe. The items they suggest appeal to me, but they don't go out of the box very often. It's awesome to find an item or style that I was looking for. So far, the items that I got are great, and I love them. Shoes are my favorite purchase. I bought Janine shoes about two months ago.

    I recommend people to get shoes from them through me because I have to buy one item every month. I usually try to get Phil to get shoes at the same time as me, so we can share my shipping. Every month I have to log in and decide if I'm getting shoes or not, so although I use this site, I don't ever recommend sites like this to people because they get signed up and then they end up with their credit card being deducted.

    The deals that JustFab has for customers upon signing up was the reason I became a member. That's what always gets me. For signing up with them, I got two items for just the price of one. Moreover, I don't have as many shoes as I would like to have, so it was nice to be able to start with that. Also, the fact that you can skip a month without having to delete your entire account is really cool.

    The style expert gives a really nice selection and I noticed that it always changes. It's nice that there's a big selection so you never get the same thing twice. Pretty much anything on there that isn't too extravagant is something that I would like to get. The quality of their products is definitely not bad, but it's not the best. You get what you pay for. But based on my overall experience, I would definitely recommend them.

    I had been a member for a couple of years. I would occasionally skip a month because I didn't find he must have boots that I was looking for. I accidentally forgot skipping a couple months so I had 2 credits to use. On Monday I made two separate orders for boots to use the credits. They were delivered separately on Thursday and one of them was wrong. It had my information on the packaging, but inside it had a woman in Pennsylvania's order number, name etc. When I called customer service they were far less than helpful. After being put on hold twice they sent me a return label for the other woman's shoes, gave me 20% off my next order and asked if that was all. I told her no because I had paid for shoes I didn't receive. She said she would reship, but when she looked it up she said they were out of stock.

    At the same time I logged into the website and tried ordering them and it said they were in stock. When I told the lady she simply said, "Our system is more up to date than the website." What is the use of ordering online if it is going to let you order out of stock items? Normally the website has a line through the size that is out of stock. So I got frustrated and told the lady that I wanted my money back and to unsubscribe - she did not even attempt to keep me as a customer. So now I don't have the boots I wanted, and I have to do the extra work of returning shoes that I never ordered. Really poor customer service - occasional cute boots.

The first thing I purchased were some winter boots, like motorcycle riding boots, because they offered sizes in wide. Then I’m like, “Oh, man. I got to buy a shoe.” I don’t mind being enrolled but if I want to opt out of that, I should be able to and still have access to the site.

    I like shoes so I got into JustFab and looking for an item or style is not difficult at all. I've been a member for over two years and their styles continuously change.     Some time ago I bought shoes and a bag on their site. I cannot say anything good about the quality (actually, didn't expect much for such a price), just liked the design. Months later I got an SMS that confirmed my payment to this ** shop (it was like I put 39.95 euros on my online account there). First of all, I blocked my card. Secondly, I wrote to them on Facebook about my stolen money. Their Barbi (** Eva) said that I should call them and they'd try to help me. I said that I was abroad in a roaming, so, I was not gonna spend even more money to fix everything. It was their fault, so, I recommended them to find a way to contact me (gave them WhatsApp for free calls). But that ** kept insisting that they could not call me, it was me who should do that.

    I repeated myself, that I wasn't going to spend more money for them. And in case I don't get a call from them, my negative reviews would be everywhere. Since that day that ** blocked me on Facebook and almost every day I receive SMS that they try to steal money from my blocked card again and again and again! Somebody!!! Is it possible to stop all this **? Is there any law for such thieves?? I cannot understand how they still exist??? Excuse me, in my country we don't have this shop, so, I really cannot do anything from here. But people from other countries!!! WAKE UP!!!

    JustFab sounded like a great deal. I've been a member for about a month and like all the perks and deals such as the summer sale where it was $5 and up for their sandals.     Having had a conversation with one of your customer service employees it came to light that I had not signed up to your £35 VIP membership yet I was charged £35 twice one the 7th July after having ordered some shoes. The employee I spoke to said she could only see one payment of £35 and kindly, she reimbursed my account as recommended by her colleague. However, the employee indicated that I should get evidence of the two payments of £35 which I did not sign up for. I only have one pair of shoes - which I must say are lovely.     I love the idea of this company, cute and cheap shoes that you try to budget in to do a little something for yourself. The shoes are obviously not a high quality but who cares when a pair of boots only cost you $30. My issue is with their customer service. I have had to contact them twice regarding shipping issues. This last time was the final straw and they lost a customer.

    Yesterday I found out there are some issues with my pregnancy so I am going to Chicago to see a specialist. As I will be out of state when my package arrives, I contacted FedEx to get it rerouted. They informed me for security purposes only the sender can reroute the package. Once I contacted JustFab, they basically told me they can't make a quick phone call to help me out. Definitely makes you feel like an appreciated customer during a time of hardship. I am cancelling my account as soon as I use up my credits. They're not getting a dime extra out of me.

    In the beginning, I liked everything with JustFab. But now I was thinking about getting rid of it I had an issue with them and I don’t think that they dealt with it very nicely. I had bought a huge order, like six pairs of shoes, but there was something wrong with the website. It kept ticking me off. So I had to do two separate purchases within a minute of each other. And I didn’t like something from both orders, even though they were separate.

    So I went to return them thinking that I’m doing the right. I didn’t even wear them outside. I tried them on, didn’t like them, threw what I didn’t like in a box with the return label. And they only refunded me for one pair of shoes. Then when I called, they said that because it was two separate orders, I had to do it separately. And I had to fight to get a refund. What I didn’t even know was that when you get a refund, there is an almost $6 restocking fee, which I think is so absurd. And so I had to fight in the middle of my work day for the refund, and thank goodness I got it. They called it complimentary and if it ever happened again, they couldn’t refund me. Every single pair of shoes or item has to have its own box, its own return label.

    In terms of quality some things are better than others. The sandals, I really like. The high heels, I’m iffy about. I bought a pair of sneakers which I thought would be nicer. But I didn’t feel like they were made the same. Like the left one fits different than the right one. But I almost feel like I’m stuck with them because I don’t want to return them just to pay for them to restock it. I would not recommend JustFab to people because of the hassle. People shop online for convenience. And to me, it’s far from convenient. Every time that I go on, the website’s not working. And it takes forever and the page doesn’t load. And then with returning or exchanges, it’s just not convenient.

    I am very dissatisfied with JustFab and its sister company ShoeDazzle. I purchased a pair of shoes on each of these websites when I was in high school not reading the fine print that states that it will automatically withdraw $40 from your account each month. I had no idea that I was being charged this amount each month for 3 years. The company will say that they sent emails stating this was going on; however, I never read any of the emails from this company because they send multiple promotion messages a day. I have lost over $1,500 to JustFab and its sister company ShoeDazzle (from the same issue). Being a young girl that works for every penny that is a huge price that this company has caused me. I have absolutely nothing to show for all of that money. I talked to customer service, and they told me that since the "credits" expire, I would have to search through all of those emails to find an e-gift card which doesn't count for much.

    I just believe in doing the right thing. The least they could do is give me a call or send a letter in the mail checking on me since they were taking out money and never having to send a single product to me. I wanted to write this email to inform everyone to make sure that you are not paying for the VIP being taken out automatically. JustFab and ShoeDazzle are very shady in the way they are making money from people.

    I've been a member of JustFab for a year and a half. It's convenient for me to shop online. I like the different styles and it's fairly easy to find the item that I was looking for. My style expert has given me pretty good selections and I've availed of their special offers, like the two for one. I made my latest purchase, a pair of heeled sandals, about two to three weeks ago. So far my favorite purchase is a suede purse. It's like a book bag that's Native American-looking. I wish that the JustFab's warranty is a little bit longer. I had one incident where my heels broke and that was pretty sad as it was my first time wearing the shoes. It was out of the 30 day period so I wasn’t able to do anything about it.

    I was looking at the items that JustFab had and they were nice. So I've been a member for almost a year and I love them. I shop with them quite often and haven't had any real disappointments with them. So far, all of the stuff that they've sent has looked good. I've had problems with two bags kind of unraveling a little bit but nothing major. Maybe it could've been because of something I was putting in them. I also like the discounts they offer and have taken advantage of the buy one and get one half off. My last purchase was a pair of yellow big tie-up wedges and the wedge gym shoes.

    I've been pleased with JustFab and have recommended them. However, this month I wanted to skip but they had already billed me. I wish they had a thing where they could prompt that they're about to deduct money out of my account to let me know. They don't do that and I know they have it where they give until the 5th to say "not this time or skip a month", which is great, but sometimes I tend to forget that. A prompt would be helpful.

    I've been a member of JustFab for four and a half years. They have cute pump styles. They also give people good pricing if they're a member and they have annual sales that I utilize heavily. I like the additional savings. I also was a new mom and was thinking that I'm not gonna be able to go shoe shopping for real ever again, so it was an easy way to find cute shoes and to have them. I typically look through and see what's cute and what happens to be on sale. If I like it, then I purchase it. The selections given by their experts are normally okay and sometimes the things that they send are super cute and I'll go on there and look and see if there's anything else I want.

    The overall quality of the things that I received was pretty good. I've worn fairly often the first shoes that I bought from them four years ago and other than just replacing that little black part on the heel, they’ve been great. I haven't had any problems with them. My two favorites are some really cute pumps that have this bow on the backs that got little studs in it. Those are in red and gray, and I wear them constantly. And then some flat boots for wintertime that are tough black really nice leather.

    I decided to purchase some shoes from JustFab and it was easy looking for styles there. Usually, my shoes would have been $39.95 but I purchased them for $9.99 which was a pretty deal. However, the shoe ran a little bit smaller to size. I usually get the same size but those shoes were tight around the toe. My only concern was how to return them if I didn’t want to exchange them for a bigger size as I felt if I went a size up, it wouldn’t fit the same. That was my only purchase so far.     I was looking for websites that had a broader variety of shoes because some of the things that I found in the stores were not really what I was looking for as far as shoes for various specific events. I've been a JustFab member for about a year and half now and was moderately easy to find the items that I was looking for. I like that their sales are nice and they're really good with fast shipping. I also remember I had to return a pair of shoes which wasn’t my size, and their customer service got them back to me within the same week. That was rare for a company, so they were efficient. And they give little gifts to their VIP members, like, for instance, I got a free full year subscription to Cosmopolitan magazine. They also had a special little accessory line and I had a couple of different lipsticks and nail polishes from them.

    As for their selections, I definitely lean more towards the boots styles that they send me because that’s just me personally. I want boots more than open toe designs. A lot of the items are basically what I wear in my daily wardrobe and Sunday clothes. However, I usually don’t get to them in time and a lot of the ones I want sell out in my size so I usually choose a design that I like but not one that I love. The ones I love usually sell out quickly. Unfortunately, JustFab had a very limited selection of fuzzy boots and I wish that their selection got a little bit larger as far as that style.

    But for me, the best shoes ever was my favorite purchase: a shoe with one and a half inch heel with rounded toe. It was black leather and it has a woven strappy look to it. It has a bunch of straps and buckles that came up, and it was mid-calf. It had a filter of gray and white color on the inside. Those were the ones that I wore every day until they died. My last purchase was in April and it was a little cute pair of navy blue sneaker wedges with really cool embroidery on the side. Their items were made well. But shoes will definitely wear out if worn in wrong conditions. I wore a pair of boots one time for hiking but it was more for evening wear, so that was a poor decision on my part. It wore the sole down a little bit. But a good pair of shoes can last a full year if it's taken cared of and not worn in wrong conditions.

    I have been repeatedly dissatisfied with Justfab. Several months ago I learned that they are a subscription service, charging $39.95 a month. This information is provided in small print at the bottom of their emails, which if you have Gmail like me, probably go to "Promotions" and not your primary inbox, so they are not seen. I bought one pair of shoes a year and a half ago and was subsequently charged $39.95 a month for 14 months. By using fine print and masquerading as a typical online clothing store, I have lost almost $500 to Justfab. Rather than lose the money, I decided to buy some clothes. I have found the clothes to be cheap and often sheer because they're made of cheap fabric. Some of the skirts I can't even wear because they're see through and look ridiculous.

    Overall, I am very unhappy with this company. Not only do they sell a cheap product, they use the fine print to take advantage of customers. I write this review more as a warning to others. I didn't even think I had signed up for the VIP subscription service, so everyone who's bought something at Justfab, log in and see if you're a VIP who's losing money every month!

    At first, when I joined this site, I thought it is a very good site with affordable prices, but after several months, I figured out it is not good at all. First time that I ordered from JustFab, it took more than two weeks to deliver my order and once, I even didn't receive my orders and when I called customer service, I didn't receive any proper answer. Then I called to cancel my VIP membership and it seemed that it is accepted to cancel my membership, but after 3 months, when I was checking my bank account, I figured out that it is not cancelled and every month, the money is withdrawn from my account. Whereas if I knew that my account is not cancelled, I could easily skip each month. I did live chat with customer service and they told me that they cannot refund all money to my account and they can only refund one month which is so ridiculous since I didn't use the money and I didn't buy anything with this money.

    The person in customer service was not polite and didn't give proper answers to any questions like when I asked her that "I didn't use the money so why you cannot refund the money," she offered me $10 to not to cancel my account but she didn't add it to my account and also didn't provide refunding all money. I am not sure if one month credit is refunded or not, she said it takes 7 days, I hope that at least I can receive one month credit. She only wanted to keep the account without any refunding which both canceling and refunding are my rights as a customer. I have never seen something like this. Very poor customer service. It is just like stealing since they withdraw money from your account and they don't refund it to your account when you want it. I strongly recommend DO NOT JOIN JUSTFAB for your own sake.

    A friend of mine bought from JustFab and posted it. I thought their shoes were a good price and cute so I also purchased from them. I bought one pair and they’re too big, so I’ll send them back.     I like JustFab's VIP system. The only reason I don't purchase from them as much is because of the quality of the shoes. The quality of the clothes is really good, but with the shoes, for $40 a pair, I figured that the quality would be just a little better.     I have tried 3 times to cancel my account after buying one pair of shoes almost a year ago. I don't realize it hasn't gone through until months later when I happen to realize the $39.95 has come out of my bank account again. I called yesterday and the woman would not let me cancel. She kept explaining that I could do some kind of save to date where I can suspend my account. That option is greyed out under my account on the website. She also said she could not refund my money, but could give me a store credit for the 10 months I was paying. There is no store credit on my account. I just want to cancel this and forget about it. Another thing that is very suspicious is that the card I have on my account has expired, but the money is still coming out of my checking account.

    Took $39.95 for 5 months, it means JustFab took $199 from me but will just refund 100 because one of the call center employee LIED, telling me the charge would never happen again when I called two months prior about the charges. So if don't shop, they will charge $39.95 every month. The shoes are cheap-made so watch out for the quality. The boots I bought ripped with one month of use, that's why I didn't buy anything else, but didn't know they would charge me for not using the account.

    I liked the shoes that JustFab had. They're pretty good. I've been a member for two months, and I like the discount that they have. In fact, they give a lot of discounts, which makes it easier and more sensible to buy more shoes. At first, I get an email for a $10 off on my next purchase. It's cool, and it happens every time. The options that my style expert gives me fits my style. When I couldn't find the shoes that I wanted, they had other options. However, the strap of the heels that I bought last month broke off after wearing them once. I'm going to see if I could get them repaired. That's the only thing I didn't like.     Kimora Lee Simmons designed some of the shoes in JustFab and I get a lot of her stuff. She’s my idol so I love her designs and the rest she does. I’ve been a JustFab member for about five years and my favorite thing about being one is the shoe prices. I’ve taken offers like the half off or the buy one get one free on the holidays, and a bunch of half off. My last purchase was on Memorial weekend and everything I purchased is good except for one shoe. When I bought it a year ago, I didn’t like it because my foot is a little bit wider in a way and the shoe is really slim or for somebody with smaller, thin feet and I don’t feel comfortable wearing it. I actually didn’t even return it because I didn’t have time to do it.

    My favorite purchase was the white shoes that looks like someone literally drew on the shoes with a skeleton drawing. It’s crazy because every time I wear them, I get the most compliments out of that shoe. I bought it two years ago and I haven’t seen it since. The selections given or suggested by the style expert are good. I’m a very picky person so some of the suggestions don't appeal. All selections can’t appeal to everyone and everything can’t satisfy everyone but most of them are pretty good. Now, I’m looking for some white wedges for my wedding but it's hard and I might need to wait until summer time. I keep checking on it and there are only eight selections and they just don’t look nice. Nevertheless, I always recommend JustFab.

    I was a loyal customer of JustFab for years. A few months ago I called to cancel my account. $200 has been taken out of my account since! I'm pregnant and on bedrest and can't afford this.     It was easy to find the item or the style I was looking for in JustFab. I've been a member for at least six months now and as a member, I like the rewards I get from them. The selections that I've been given by their style expert were good but I mostly like to browse everything and then pick for myself. I find things better doing my own searching. The items I've purchased have been pretty good for the most part. However, I did receive a purse that broke within five minutes and a couple of pairs of shoes that weren't of great quality. I also bought a pair of shoes where the rhinestones fell off the first time I wore them, and a purse where the buckle broke within the first week so I didn't get a lot of use out of that. But I've also gotten a pair of boots that are really of great quality, and I got a different purse that was one of the best purses I've ever had. So, it's a hit or miss.     My experience with JustFab has been good. I like the price and the quality of their items. I have a very small foot and they always had my size. It’s really easy to find items that I was looking for. If I know the name, I just type it in. Otherwise, I type in the kind of boot or shoe that I'm looking for. I purchased a handbag about a month ago. It's leather and it’s really nice. It was $39 but it was on sale at $24. I’ve also done Christmas shopping with them.     Last year I got some flip-flops and sandals of different styles for $9 each and they were gorgeous. And then my granddaughter went to Thailand and they can’t wear flip-flops. So they wear the open toe on a missions trip and they had a lot of them. We can’t find them very much out in the market because flip-flops seem to be the really big rage so JustFab handled everything. I have yet to use my style expert though because when I need something, I know what I want so I just look for them. So far my favorite purchase is a pair of long boots. With the job I do, I have to be able to run. The heels weren’t really high and they still had a lot of style to them. I love them and they’re comfortable. And, I like the option that if for some reason my budget won’t allow me to have them take my money out, I can skip it. It isn’t mandatory and I keep my credits run until forever. Once they’re in there, they’re in there. I can use them whenever I want.

    I was never refunded my money. They steal your money plus you can't get anyone who speaks English or that's not living in India somewhere who understand what you're talking about. Nor can you understand what they are saying. They come up with lies about why they can't refund you and BS their way. Here we are almost two Months have gone by and I've still have NOT seen my refund. Worst place ever - DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!     Looking for items at JustFab is okay. However, from the phone, it's not good because I can look at one pair of shoes and I could be on the fifth page, then when I go back, it takes me all the way back up to the top like I've never went through them. The website can be a little better. The shoes aren't the most comfy either but that's okay. In addition, the special offers don't apply to me because they say that since I'm a VIP member, my shoes have to cost $39.95. So I can't get the cute sandals and all of those stuff.     My last purchase was a purse and I was very dissatisfied with that. It was deceiving on the internet. It was ginormous and I could've fit a bunch of beach towels and an umbrella in it when I wanted it just for myself. It was huge so I gave it to a friend's daughter. Also, I have shoes that are already torn and the bottom is separating. To me, that was cheaply made.

    At this point I know I sound like I'm complaining, but I still think JustFab is cool. I like being able to go on their site, pick a shoe, and then it puts it right on my card and send it right to me. I don't have to worry about anything. My experience with them has been easy and enjoyable. I just can’t afford it anymore because they’re not only taking from my account but they’re also taking from my husband’s. We have two separate accounts and I can’t keep paying that. It’s costing way too much.

    I returned two pairs of shoes. They received my package on May 5th. And they told me I would receive a full refund in 7 to 10 business days. I have yet to receive my refund. They told me it was an issue with PayPal. I called PayPal with the JF rep on the line. Paypal informed them that there is nothing wrong with my account and I was able to receive credits. My account id in good standing. JustFab then told me that they have done all that they can do and refuse to issue me a refund. I was also told by the supervisor Suzann that I would get a call back in 24 hours but it has been like 96 hours (4 days) and still no callback.

Shipping is also convenient because if I ordered something on a Wednesday, by Saturday I have it. And when they offered the BOGO, the two for one, I've been able to take advantage of that. I purchased a brown wooden-heel shoe on Monday and I love them. The quality is sheer perfection to me. I also got black boots and wear them all the time.     I bought from JustFab because of the convenience. One of the boots I got was great and I still wear them consistently. They're a distressed style of boots. For things that are like patent leather or of that nature, I can see the difference in quality. But when it's a rougher-looking pair of boots, I thought they were great. It was easy to find things I would like. However, when I would get them, sometimes the quality was lower than I expected. But with the low price point, it made sense.

    I'm actually about to unsubscribe from the service. There are a couple of things that I thought they could improve too. One is that they should make the option to skip a month be more prominent. It's hidden underneath your profile and it's a process to do that, and they can make that easier. Another is I had trouble sending some things back. Like when I found this pair of shoes and went to return them, they no longer exchange them. Now they're totally useless to me.

    Very displeased. My stepdaughter used my card to buy a new pair of shoes. Didn't think it would be a problem until I noticed a £35 monthly fee. Phoned your "customer service" team up and eventually managed to gain access to the account. Managed to cancel the VIP status but can't do anything to get the £490 taken from my account over the past 14 months as I am unable to provide proof she was under 18 at the time she created the account. Just a word of warning. Read the small print and make sure you don't get fleeced.

    When I first joined, I didn't realize that I would be charged a monthly fee of $39.99 for just being a member. Whether you use it or not, they charge you. So, I made the choice of cancelling after seeing several charges on my CC. After twenty minutes of trying to take me out of cancelling, the "fashion consultant" assured me that I would receive my funds that were taken off my card. HOWEVER, after paying down my card, I noticed that my balance was low. Hm. I do not use this card that often if not at all.

    I called JustFab "Fashion Consultant" Jon, who after a few minutes, HUNG up on me. What??? Did that really happen??? It did. After calling again, I was taken care of within twenty minutes again. I also asked to speak to a Supervisor to file a complaint and I sat yet, another 15 MINUTES!!! The lady kept coming on and telling me that the supervisor would be on momentarily. I finally hung up. DON'T do it. Kate Hudson really should be careful of what she puts her name on.

    I signed up not realising I would be charged a monthly fee of £35. They disguise this as a VIP membership and label the £35 as 'credit' towards discounted products. However, most people are not interested in purchasing from them every month - this is obviously a marketing tactic. They do offer the option of 'skipping the month' which can be done online, within a window of 5 days, so you won't be charged for that month. Although, as I'm busy, as a lot of us are, it was lucky I managed to 'skip' the month after I made my purchase. It is incredibly inconvenient that you can only cancel your account via the telephone, especially when you are often put on hold for so long when you call. I didn't get a chance to cancel the account like I had planned to, so this month, I was not so lucky and fell ill during the five day window in which I had to go online and 'skip the month' in order to make sure I wouldn't be charged the £35.

    I have been charged the £35 and given 'credit' which I won't use. I'm disgusted with this business. I wasn't even happy with the quality of the shoes I purchased, so would not be interested in purchasing from them again. I'm unsure I'll be given a refund for this month's membership, and out of principle I will be warning people against this business, particularly if I don't get my refund.

    I have been a member of VIP for at least a year. I have ordered and spent much money with this company. I placed an order for 8 pair of shoes in plenty of time for a special occasion. I watched the shipping tracking number. I live in Arizona and it seemed to be stuck in Kentucky... I sent an email... No response. A few days later I checked it again. It was sent back (said wrong address). Mind you, I have ordered many times before. I sent another email. Then called. Response - "We have not received an email." "Ok. Let's see. My order was returned back to you 7 days ago. I sent 2 emails... And you don't try and contact me??? A VIP customer? A customer that has spent a lot of money with you? What has happened to customer service in this day and age?"

    They told me customer service is a "different" area. Guess what. This customer thinks "I don't care." The company still did not call me and did not acknowledge my "lost" emails. The best they could do was expedite my order 2-3 business days (missed my special occasion deadline that I gave a full 3-4 weeks to plan ahead for) and give me 50% off my next pair of shoes I order... Which I'm sure is a special I could get anyway. No thanks... Cancel my VIP. I think a loyal customer deserved a little more. Sorry JustFab. Work on your customer incentives to keep your loyal customers... Cuz you lost this one. Too many other sites to order from.

    I was really surprised with how unprofessional this company was since it's so well-known and all the other reviews seem great. For those of you who dont know - you become a member for about $40 a month which you do no pay as long as you buy at least one shoe a month. Otherwise you will be automatically billed that amount unless you choose to "skip that month" within the first 5 days. I was a member for about 6 months and wasn't really getting much use of my subscription so I decided to cancel. I made sure once I cancelled that I was definitely no longer a VIP member.

    Months later I discovered that this company was sporadically taking $40 from my account for several months. It ended up being about $200 total that they took from me FOR NO REASON. Getting it back wasn't easy either. The customer service rep was painfully disinterested and rude over the phone. I did end up getting a full refund thankfully but what a mess! Other than that, the VIP membership thing is good if you remember to "skip the month" to avoid getting the monthly fee.

    I liked some JustFab boots that I saw. When I first signed up for the VIP membership, I got a discount on the first pair of shoes that I bought. They have purses, too, but I only bought shoes. My last purchase was some brown booties which are really of good quality. I got a lot of compliments on them, too. My favorite though are my gray boots.     I like the variety of shoes that JustFab has. Being a member, I love their $39 consistent price. I have ordered three pairs but I’ve had to return the third one because I was not completely satisfied with it. The sizes are off. And it’s very, very difficult to reach them for a return. The hold times aren't as long but it's a huge ordeal before you can get to someone. I also don’t like the fact that if I don’t decide to buy anything and forget to login and use the "skip this month" option, I have an issue of not having to afford that charge. That could be different but it's my choice to be a member or not. One also gets what they pay for. Some of the materials could be a bit better. But at the end of the day, for $39.95, I don’t expect it to be fab, fab, fab. I do want it to be fab, but for the price, it’s a good shoe.

    Back at the end of 2013 whilst struggling with severe addiction I ordered a pair of boots from JustFab and unknowingly signed up to their VIP membership. 10 months later upon release from residential rehab (where I had no access to internet and was not able to receive external post) I found that they had been taking £35 per month from my account. I phoned them as soon as I realised what they had been doing but they refused point blank to refund the money as it had been "converted" to credits.

    I have since attempted to buy clothes from them and use my "credit" but every time they have had to be sent back due to being the wrong size or just plainly badly made. I have tried again today to get my money refunded even offering to send in Doctor's certificates to verify my story but was told that "I should contact my bank and see what they can do". I will never use JustFab or recommend it to anyone and I suggest that neither do you!

    I used to watch YouTube videos made by a woman and her sister. They had a line with JustFab and I liked some of the shoes. I went to check it out and I did get a couple of pairs. I purchased because of the price point and the styles that I was looking for. I signed up when I was in college so I wasn’t looking so much for long-wear quality. I was looking for the cute stuff and I did like a lot of the styles that were on the site. I originally purchased ‘cause I wanted some brown booties. They were $40 and reasonable.

    I've been with them for three or four years. I like the personalized little monthly website feature that comes up. That way, I don’t have to sort through everything that’s on the site. It helps me narrow down what I already know I’m looking for. I usually like the style expert's selections too. They’re cute and they fit what's in my life. However, if it weren’t so difficult to cancel my membership with JustFab, I probably would have canceled it by now. I don’t find the shoes and clothing to be the quality that I’m generally looking for. At this point, I’m looking to buy luxury goods.

    But I’m still wearing my wool brown booties that I got a couple of years ago from Justfab, though. They’re little crinkled booties that have big golden silver studs on the side. I’m not completely dissatisfied with JustFab but I don’t know if I would recommend somebody to join them as opposed to going to a local thrift shop to find what they want.

    I got to know about JustFab on the MSA blog. I bought from them since I like purchasing on the internet and don't like shopping in stores. Their guarantee was really great too - it's easy to return things. I had a problem with sizing to begin with and they were really great about letting me return things and sending the right size. My only complaint is that their clothing is a little young for me, I wish they were more middle aged. But their jeans are a really great deal at $40. The distressed jeans are my favorite purchase from them.

    I've been their member for one year and I love their pricing. A couple of times, I took advantage of their 'buy one pair, get the next pair half off' offer. Their style experts only send me shoes selection, which I hate since I would never wear them. I'm middle aged and I like comfort. I don't think their products are super-high quality, only mid-range.     I was trying to shop for shoes online when I first encountered JustFab. I especially liked their VIP service so I registered for it and kept shopping with them. I can easily find the style I'm looking for. And although it's good, I don't use the recommendations provided by their style experts that much. I also get a point every time I shop which is good, as well as get the shoes cheaper (the VIP price) than the regular ones. When I first signed up, I got two shoes for the price of one.

    Their shoes are really good quality and lasts long. They're still good even though I don't wear them all the time. My favorite purchase though has been the really cool jean jacket. However, I don't like it when they charge me $39 unless I skip it. Sometimes I forget to do it, then they charge me so I have to call them all the time for a refund. It gets on the nerves sometimes.     So, I signed up for JustFab from a Facebook ad because they had boots my size and were on promo. I didn't have a problem with the 40$ monthly charge, which goes along with the VIP membership. After getting my boots and being fairly happy with them, I found out I was pregnant, and I needed that 40 a month to prepare. I called to cancel, they said "okay but you'll lose your credit" (which later I found out, that's not true), and was like okay I'll buy something and then cancel. Without telling me, they added a 20% discount on the items in my cart, which makes the credits void. Because it works on full priced items only. So, I had to wait a month for it to expire or something, skipped that month, and had a screen shot (I screen shot EVERYTHING, I DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING ONLINE, and apparently for good reason). I was still charged. I called to get a refund, they said they couldn't do that.

    Finally, I used my credit, I called to cancel (on a Monday), the woman was like "okay I'll help you with that, let me put you on hold to cancel your account." She verified my email, and name, all correct. Said I'd get a cancellation email, okay thanks bye. I check my email today (Friday, 4 days later) no cancellation email, instead got an email talking about my VIP status, heck no! I called again, this time I recorded the call just in case. Not only was my account not cancelled, the woman, who I thought was weird because she said her name was George, didn't even put in the system that I had called at all. So I had the current CS rep. basically calling me a liar. It turned out okay, this time, MONTHS after my first attempt to cancel. Got the email saying it's cancelled, we'll see how it goes.

    Fabletics is a joke. First of all if you sign up online know that they do not let you know that when signing up for a VIP member you will be charged monthly $49. You are not receiving a deal because a T-shirt is $39.99 and the cheapest capris/pants/joggers you will find are $49.99! So in all reality that $49 a month deal isn't covering a whole lot. You would figure that since Fabletics is an online company and endorsed by many celebrities that they would be all about customer service... Wrong.... Rude, rude, rude. Also when asking for a refund on the $49 dollars they have been sneaking out of your bank account they refuse to reimburse you. Believe me when I say you're better off buying workout clothes at Walmart!

    I've had a fabulous experience with JustFab. I recommend them all the time. I saw them first on a commercial and I love their shoes. I've been their member since 2002 and I love the quality of the shoes, their price and the easy shipment wherein one can return the product if needed. I have the VIP membership where they let me choose shoes before they go out to somebody else. The selections their style expert give me are not in tune though, but it's alright.

    I buy from them once or twice a month if I can. I did my last purchase last month for the tie-up boots and they're of good quality. I love the tennis shoes I got from them. I also like JustFab because they have wide-calf boots. They still need to get a little bigger in the calf however because surely not everybody is a 16 or 14. They do need to go to about 18 if possible. That would help us bigger calf women, bigger women better.

    It’s been a good experience with JustFab. I have been a member for over a year and I like that I’m able to purchase items when I’m ready and I don’t feel obligated to purchase some things. I also like that the things are affordable and cute. It was very easy to find the item I am looking for and the selections by the style expert were also good. I also take advantage of some of the little discounted items when I’m purchasing shoes. I purchased shoes back in November and I find its quality to be good.
