I purchased these sandals in June, and I'm in love with them. They are a great fit. I can wear them with shorts or a dress. I was skeptical at first making a purchasing from a site. I have heard some good and bad things about. They say experience is a good teacher. I will be buying again soon.

I'm not a fan of the products your site offers. The shoes are not accurate sizing, made of cheap synthetic materials, and not worth $40. The products are comparable to what sells at Payless, and Payless sandals and shoes don't cost half as much as you charge.

Service was very quick. Reps were very knowledgeable, friendly and respond efficiently. I had to return an item. It was dealt with in professional manner and good time frame. Gorgeous shoes, great prices! Also I like that the shipping is quick and the fact that we can track it. :) I just wish that there was a cancel membership button to make things easier on the women who did not like their experience. I've seen a number of reviews saying the process to cancel is a pain. I'm not cancelling anytime soon though. I plan to be a Diamond Elite VIP member!! ;)

I did not get the skip this month option. I ask for help from Customer Service and was told that there was no account with my email address even after confirming that I just placed an order that was shipped to me. And so was charged for this month.

I can never find my heel height. Every time I look and check for my heel height it says sorry. I'm thinking about canceling.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from your website and all 3 were WAY too small. Definitely not true to size!!! And then you want to charge me another shipping fee. So absurd. I will not be shopping on your site again!!!

I absolutely love justfab.com. It's so easy to shop and find the styles I want. I love the fact that if something is out of stock as soon as they have that item in my size they inform me so I can purchase it right away! Every item I've ordered was just as described. I'll be a customer for a while. :)

The returns process was by far the easiest and most streamlined procedure I have ever experienced.

I love the shoes but you would think you would play the price it says on the item but because I'm shopping from Canada you can expect to add $20-$30 more for your shoes. My last order was $39.95 and over $70 came out of my account.

I was looking for some items and gave JustFab a try. They were good about exchanging or returning things. However, they charge me x amount of dollars per month, whether I order or not. If I don't order, I end up building this account with them. And when I decided I wasn't finding items with them that I liked, it was a little cumbersome trying to discontinue the account. But I finally got it taken care of.

I was browsing the internet for winter boots and JustFab had a special where I could get my first pair for $9.99 and can get two pairs for the price of one. So I ordered three pairs of boots for $50. I was a member for about a year and half and the only two things that I thought were worthwhile were the boots and bags because I didn't find the quality of the clothes to be worth the price. I could shop at different stores and get a better deal, especially since for the most part, they offer $39.99, apart from the sales and stuff. So I felt a little restricted price-wise.

I'm homebound and can't go out shopping, so I shop by internet all the time. It's great shopping with JustFab. I love it. I've been a member for years now. I haven't had very much money lately to purchase anything but they have a "Not this Month" option. It's easy to not purchase as well as to purchase, and I appreciate that. I like how easy it is to shop with them and how they make it really simple. I also availed of the free magazines.

I bought "Melly" shoes along with other things and I was so happy to start wearing them... After few hours I couldn't move anymore and felt like my foot is on fire... The shoes scrubbed against my skin so badly! My friends had to literally lift me and take me home because I couldn't walk anymore! I can't wear any shoes now for few days and I couldn't even go to work! Literally "JustFab" very cheap products and I'm very disappointed.

The deals that JustFab has for customers upon signing up was the reason I became a member. That's what always gets me. For signing up with them, I got two items for just the price of one. Moreover, I don't have as many shoes as I would like to have, so it was nice to be able to start with that. Also, the fact that you can skip a month without having to delete your entire account is really cool.

I had been a member for a couple of years. I would occasionally skip a month because I didn't find he must have boots that I was looking for. I accidentally forgot skipping a couple months so I had 2 credits to use. On Monday I made two separate orders for boots to use the credits. They were delivered separately on Thursday and one of them was wrong. It had my information on the packaging, but inside it had a woman in Pennsylvania's order number, name etc. When I called customer service they were far less than helpful. After being put on hold twice they sent me a return label for the other woman's shoes, gave me 20% off my next order and asked if that was all. I told her no because I had paid for shoes I didn't receive. She said she would reship, but when she looked it up she said they were out of stock.

I have these strappy sandals from JustFab that has a zip in the back and they're my favorite. These are flats but I have seen heel ones and I love it. I also love their boots.

I like the shoes that they sell at JustFab. Majority of the time, I found something that I like but I never can find what's shown on the pictures. But I got some type of a romper from them and I really like it. I was a member for a couple of months and I was able to take advantage of the first time offer.

It was buy one and get one for $5 and I got cute platform shoes and flat espadrilles. I’ve always liked the quality and durability of their shoes. I still have and wear all that I bought from them. I get what I pay for.

I like shoes so I got into JustFab and looking for an item or style is not difficult at all. I've been a member for over two years and their styles continuously change. I take advantage of the free makeup samples and season clearance sales. I like the selections given by my style expert and they're spot-on. I bought a pair of booties and a pair of pants four weeks ago and although they're not Nordstrom quality, they’re middle-road quality and worth their purchase price. My new favorite purchase right now is my new pair of shoes. One issue though is that they offer free shipping within two weeks for members, but because I live in Alaska, I always get an extra charge of $9.00 every single time and take almost three weeks which is a really long time.

I signed up for JustFab last year. However, my credit card expired in February, and I never got around to renewing anything. Turns out, you don't need to. Even six months after not ordering anything, even forgetting to "skip the month", they can still get your new credit card info. Seems shady to me. They were unapologetic, putting all the blame on the bank. Now, I'm late making actual payments to things that matter. This is the first, and most certainly the last, time I will trust one of these random online stores. Be careful people.

Their style expert selection seem to be general. My last purchase was a month ago and I got two pairs of heels that I was going to use for a wedding. They're good and they have good quality. My favorite purchase was a pair of loafers that I really liked that I wore to school every day this year. JustFab is really great and it's a service I'll continue using.

Some time ago I bought shoes and a bag on their site. I cannot say anything good about the quality (actually, didn't expect much for such a price), just liked the design. Months later I got an SMS that confirmed my payment to this ** shop (it was like I put 39.95 euros on my online account there). First of all, I blocked my card. Secondly, I wrote to them on Facebook about my stolen money. Their Barbi (** Eva) said that I should call them and they'd try to help me. I said that I was abroad in a roaming, so, I was not gonna spend even more money to fix everything. It was their fault, so, I recommended them to find a way to contact me (gave them WhatsApp for free calls). But that ** kept insisting that they could not call me, it was me who should do that.

I went on JustFab's website and found something that I was interested in. However, when I went back, I didn’t find anything that suited my fancy. I could see how their selection works for other people but for me it doesn’t suit my random style. I'm the kind of person who looks for a handbag for three years. Having had a conversation with one of your customer service employees it came to light that I had not signed up to your £35 VIP membership yet I was charged £35 twice one the 7th July after having ordered some shoes. The employee I spoke to said she could only see one payment of £35 and kindly, she reimbursed my account as recommended by her colleague. However, the employee indicated that I should get evidence of the two payments of £35 which I did not sign up for. I only have one pair of shoes - which I must say are lovely. Very frustrated at this point and would appreciate a response as your employee informed me that the extra £35 which she could not see must be reimbursed as she cannot see that there are two payments and there definitely shouldn't have even been one! £70!!! I have all the evidence required from my bank account. Please could you help me with this?!

JustFab had really cute shoes and bags that I wanted to buy. It was very easy finding what I wanted especially for shoes as they have different styles. It's the same for bags too and they have styles like the cross body and totes. The website is very easy to navigate and I love the stuff that they have there. I've been for a couple of years and like that they send me the personalized styles and recommendations every month. There's also the option to skip the month so I don't have to pay every month. I bought two bags and some sneakers that were really nice. There's also this one bag that had lots of pockets and different compartments. It's really cute. The products have great quality and I haven't had any bad experiences with things falling apart and they last long too. I hope they keep coming out with really cute stuff.

I love the idea of this company, cute and cheap shoes that you try to budget in to do a little something for yourself. The shoes are obviously not a high quality but who cares when a pair of boots only cost you $30. My issue is with their customer service. I have had to contact them twice regarding shipping issues. This last time was the final straw and they lost a customer.

I am very dissatisfied with JustFab and its sister company ShoeDazzle. I purchased a pair of shoes on each of these websites when I was in high school not reading the fine print that states that it will automatically withdraw $40 from your account each month. I had no idea that I was being charged this amount each month for 3 years. The company will say that they sent emails stating this was going on; however, I never read any of the emails from this company because they send multiple promotion messages a day. I have lost over $1,500 to JustFab and its sister company ShoeDazzle (from the same issue). Being a young girl that works for every penny that is a huge price that this company has caused me. I have absolutely nothing to show for all of that money. I talked to customer service, and they told me that since the "credits" expire, I would have to search through all of those emails to find an e-gift card which doesn't count for much.

I was looking for websites that had a broader variety of shoes because some of the things that I found in the stores were not really what I was looking for as far as shoes for various specific events. I've been a JustFab member for about a year and half now and was moderately easy to find the items that I was looking for. I like that their sales are nice and they're really good with fast shipping. I also remember I had to return a pair of shoes which wasn’t my size, and their customer service got them back to me within the same week. That was rare for a company, so they were efficient. And they give little gifts to their VIP members, like, for instance, I got a free full year subscription to Cosmopolitan magazine. They also had a special little accessory line and I had a couple of different lipsticks and nail polishes from them.

I have been repeatedly dissatisfied with Justfab. Several months ago I learned that they are a subscription service, charging $39.95 a month. This information is provided in small print at the bottom of their emails, which if you have Gmail like me, probably go to "Promotions" and not your primary inbox, so they are not seen. I bought one pair of shoes a year and a half ago and was subsequently charged $39.95 a month for 14 months. By using fine print and masquerading as a typical online clothing store, I have lost almost $500 to Justfab. Rather than lose the money, I decided to buy some clothes. I have found the clothes to be cheap and often sheer because they're made of cheap fabric. Some of the skirts I can't even wear because they're see through and look ridiculous.

JustFab has some decent-looking shoes. I've been a member a couple of months and my favorite thing is the new shoes. I keep forgetting to skip my month so I wind up with new shoes - it feels like it's for free even though I paid for them so it's a win-win. However, it would be awesome if I had a reminder saying that if I wanna skip this month, now would be the time to do it. It would make us customers a lot happier.

I found the shoes that I needed at JustFab. As a member, I like that there's a lot of variety in their products. However, the shoes I bought were way too small. I went by what I usually wear but the sizes run small on those particular shoes, so I ended up selling them to a friend.

At first, when I joined this site, I thought it is a very good site with affordable prices, but after several months, I figured out it is not good at all. First time that I ordered from JustFab, it took more than two weeks to deliver my order and once, I even didn't receive my orders and when I called customer service, I didn't receive any proper answer. Then I called to cancel my VIP membership and it seemed that it is accepted to cancel my membership, but after 3 months, when I was checking my bank account, I figured out that it is not cancelled and every month, the money is withdrawn from my account. Whereas if I knew that my account is not cancelled, I could easily skip each month. I did live chat with customer service and they told me that they cannot refund all money to my account and they can only refund one month which is so ridiculous since I didn't use the money and I didn't buy anything with this money.

Finding the right style from JustFab is not difficult because, at the beginning, there's this test for me to choose my style and then after that, it's practically almost everything that matches your style and it's much easier for me to find things. It's been exciting! Last March, I purchased white heels and it's really good. I don't like sandals because I feel like they're going to break, but this one looks really solid. Their shoes are really of good quality and comfortable.

I have tried 3 times to cancel my account after buying one pair of shoes almost a year ago. I don't realize it hasn't gone through until months later when I happen to realize the $39.95 has come out of my bank account again. I called yesterday and the woman would not let me cancel. She kept explaining that I could do some kind of save to date where I can suspend my account. That option is greyed out under my account on the website. She also said she could not refund my money, but could give me a store credit for the 10 months I was paying. There is no store credit on my account. I just want to cancel this and forget about it. Another thing that is very suspicious is that the card I have on my account has expired, but the money is still coming out of my checking account.

My sister used to be a JustFab customer and she told me about it. I needed shoes, and it was easier for me to look online and they had suggestions. I like the convenience of knowing that anytime I need something every month, I can go on there and get it, and it's already there for me and easy to check out. Their style expert's selections are sometimes off, but for the most part on point. I've been a member for a couple of months and it has been amazing overall.

Took $39.95 for 5 months, it means JustFab took $199 from me but will just refund 100 because one of the call center employee LIED, telling me the charge would never happen again when I called two months prior about the charges. So if don't shop, they will charge $39.95 every month. The shoes are cheap-made so watch out for the quality. The boots I bought ripped with one month of use, that's why I didn't buy anything else, but didn't know they would charge me for not using the account.

And when I ask the customer care, to refund my money, one person rudely ends the chat, and another say they can't refund and the only option I have will be I have to make a purchase out of the credit!! I rarely write a poor review, but today I learned that I was a "VIP member" of JustFab which means that my credit card is charged $39.95 monthly unless I push the "skip" button by the 5th of each month. I never gave my permission for this, nor signed up for anything. The company is processing a refund, but buyer beware. It is an unethical way to run a company.

I was a loyal customer of JustFab for years. A few months ago I called to cancel my account. $200 has been taken out of my account since! I'm pregnant and on bedrest and can't afford this. Horrible way to treat a loyal customer. I emailed and tried to live chat and gotten absolutely nowhere. I loved my JustFab shoes, and planned on reactivating or creating a new account when I'm off bed rest and more financially stable. That will not be happening now. I have just discovered for the last few months JustFab have been taking £35.00 per month out of my account. All I did was order a pair of leggings from them which were just awful and arrived late. There is no customer service. Can anyone advise how I get a refund and stop this happening? This is fraud.

I’ve also gotten boots for my granddaughter and she’s extremely picky but she loves them.

I was never refunded my money. They steal your money plus you can't get anyone who speaks English or that's not living in India somewhere who understand what you're talking about. Nor can you understand what they are saying. They come up with lies about why they can't refund you and BS their way. Here we are almost two Months have gone by and I've still have NOT seen my refund. Worst place ever - DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! They charge you a return fee even when their items run two sizes too big in addition to taking two months to refund you. They rob you blind. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Stay clear of them. They are JUST Horrible... Far from Fab!!!

I've been a member of JustFab since November last year. Initially, I was looking for some boots and on JustFab's commercial, it said that they had boots. Then I saw on Facebook a picture of some of their boots that I liked so I ordered them. It's easy to find the boots on their website. The selections are very good and they have a lot of options shoe-wise and the price is decent. The quality of the boots is good and I absolutely love it. I also got my mom to join JustFab.

Looking for items at JustFab is okay. However, from the phone, it's not good because I can look at one pair of shoes and I could be on the fifth page, then when I go back, it takes me all the way back up to the top like I've never went through them. The website can be a little better. The shoes aren't the most comfy either but that's okay. In addition, the special offers don't apply to me because they say that since I'm a VIP member, my shoes have to cost $39.95. So I can't get the cute sandals and all of those stuff. The style selections they provide are good but I like to look at everything and not just what somebody said I needed to look at. I feel like they venture off a little which is okay.

I returned two pairs of shoes. They received my package on May 5th. And they told me I would receive a full refund in 7 to 10 business days. I have yet to receive my refund. They told me it was an issue with PayPal. I called PayPal with the JF rep on the line. Paypal informed them that there is nothing wrong with my account and I was able to receive credits. My account id in good standing. JustFab then told me that they have done all that they can do and refuse to issue me a refund. I was also told by the supervisor Suzann that I would get a call back in 24 hours but it has been like 96 hours (4 days) and still no callback.

After twenty minutes of trying to take me out of cancelling, the "fashion consultant" assured me that I would receive my funds that were taken off my card. HOWEVER, after paying down my card, I noticed that my balance was low. Hm. I do not use this card that often if not at all.

I signed up not realising I would be charged a monthly fee of £35. They disguise this as a VIP membership and label the £35 as 'credit' towards discounted products. However, most people are not interested in purchasing from them every month - this is obviously a marketing tactic. They do offer the option of 'skipping the month' which can be done online, within a window of 5 days, so you won't be charged for that month. Although, as I'm busy, as a lot of us are, it was lucky I managed to 'skip' the month after I made my purchase. It is incredibly inconvenient that you can only cancel your account via the telephone, especially when you are often put on hold for so long when you call. I didn't get a chance to cancel the account like I had planned to, so this month, I was not so lucky and fell ill during the five day window in which I had to go online and 'skip the month' in order to make sure I wouldn't be charged the £35.

I have been a member of VIP for at least a year. I have ordered and spent much money with this company. I placed an order for 8 pair of shoes in plenty of time for a special occasion. I watched the shipping tracking number. I live in Arizona and it seemed to be stuck in Kentucky... I sent an email... No response. A few days later I checked it again. It was sent back (said wrong address). Mind you, I have ordered many times before. I sent another email. Then called. Response - "We have not received an email." "Ok. Let's see. My order was returned back to you 7 days ago. I sent 2 emails... And you don't try and contact me??? A VIP customer? A customer that has spent a lot of money with you? What has happened to customer service in this day and age?"

JustFab been charging me 39.95 for 4 months. I called them 2 times but when I was talking they disconnected the call. After that I left the country but this time I tried to chat online with them but nobody respond me. Now I came back country and checked my account. They charged me 156$ for 4 months, it's not fair. I'm just an student!!! I want to refund my money. It's too much for an international student. :-/

I bought a pair of boots from JustFab and just wanted to try it out. I've been a member for almost three years now and for the most part, the items that I got hold up pretty good although sometimes they run a little too small. However, I've got too many credits and they don't let me use it on any other promotions so I haven’t been purchasing lately. They have good quality shoes but poor customer service.

I did buy a pair of shoes for which I have paid almost £30.00. They were too small so I have returned them. I did not get the money back for them as the lady from the customer service told me I will get only £12.00 because they do not do refund for delivery cost. I decided to exchange them for different shoes and I have been told it will not cost me anything more. At the end JustFab have taken from me another £35.00 so I called them to get my money back as I've got only one pair of shoes and I have paid for 2 pairs of shoes. The lady on the phone said she cannot do refund and close my online account. Cannot believe something like that happened.

I've been their member for a year now and I really like the style that they come out with. I love shoes and bought six pairs from them in one month. Their flat shoes are really great and those are what I can wear the most. Their style experts also pick out low heels and flats for me which are pretty good, and the quality is great. I especially love the handbags which are well put together. The handbags can also take a lot - I've put my suede bags through hell and back, going across the country on the bus but the bags stand up pretty well to it. I recommend JustFab, and every time I get a compliment, I tell them about the company.

I was really surprised with how unprofessional this company was since it's so well-known and all the other reviews seem great. For those of you who dont know - you become a member for about $40 a month which you do no pay as long as you buy at least one shoe a month. Otherwise you will be automatically billed that amount unless you choose to "skip that month" within the first 5 days. I was a member for about 6 months and wasn't really getting much use of my subscription so I decided to cancel. I made sure once I cancelled that I was definitely no longer a VIP member.

I’ve had a few different JustFab accounts. I’ve used their promotions such as the Bogo and the Style Steals. I also use their rewards points but they used to be better - they used to offer a free pair of shoes after so many but they got rid of that. Nevertheless, it's been a lot of fun with JustFab. I liked the shoes - they were pretty cheap. I like the clothes, too. Both the shoes and and the clothes are great and I love my Anastasia pumps. The bags are not though. The linings on three or four of the bags which I’ve gotten have ripped within a few weeks.

My friend told me about JustFab and I've gotten a few pairs from them. I like their high-quality shoes and their pricing has been good. I love their set of options and how easy it is to find shoes. When I first signed up with them, I got a really big discount. I ended up getting three pairs of shoes for 30 bucks. The special offer is a good way to reel you in. I feel like all the shoes there has been to my liking and I wear my shoes everyday. I've actually recommended them to a few people already.

A friend of mine ordered some boots from JustFab and I liked them so I tried to find the same exact boots in JustFab. I didn't find it but I found and bought something similar. I've worn them and they're good. I was only their member for a month since I only wanted those boots, nevertheless I like the variety of their products, their promos, and discounts. I was also able to take advantage of their $9.99 special offer when I bought my boots.

I've been a member of JustFab since December. It was pretty fun finding items but I'm not really happy with the company. I told JustFab that I was gonna be in and out of town for the next couple of week so I wouldn't be able to tell them not to charge my card this month. The person I spoke with was obnoxious, rude, and not helpful at all. The rep said there is nothing they could do unless I log in to do the skip. The other day, I stopped in the middle of my travel to make sure my card wasn't charged on the first month and it's really annoying. I probably won't be working with JustFab anymore and I'm not gonna recommend it.

My granddaughter liked the boots and shoes she got from JustFab. I bought from them, too, and one of the sales girls helped really well. I've been their member for a year or less and I love their variety of shoes, boots, and other things that they have. I have several of their boots that I like and gotten compliments on. They were also very helpful when I had to change a couple of items - they helped me choose something else and get the item to me.
