I was on the Shoe Dazzle site and I found JustFab. They have a selection of mostly for plus sizes and so I decided to purchase from them. I’ve been with them for about a year now and I like the convenience of it, being able to shop online. I’d click on new items there and if I'm looking for a certain something, like a pair of pants, I'd click on that. It's easy finding items and they have a wide selection of my size but they need more variety. They have the same items on the website for quite a while, it doesn't change up very frequently. But I've been real happy with everything I've gotten from them. Sometimes, the sizing seems a little off. I got one style of pants, they were really in one size and they were really big. And then, I got a different style of pants in the same size and they were really small. I know that has to do with whether they’re manufactured in different brands and stuff but that can be frustrating.

I called to cancel my subscription because I was not satisfied with my order. The boots I ordered stated they would fit and they did not. The women asked me if I would stay if she gave me a $10 credit. I said sure and she never gave it to me. I want out.

I was very excited to get my shoes as they were so cute and appeared that they would be comfortable. They were not as there is not any arch support or cushion in the soles. I bought some innersoles to put in them which helped a little, but my feet ache after wearing them a few hours. I would not buy these again and wish I had not signed up to become a member knowing that I have to buy more shoes. BTW I bought two pairs and they both had little to no support.

JustFab had really cute shoes and I just got my first order from them. When I placed it, I was able to take advantage of their two for one special offer. Since I'm a shoe fanatic, the selections my style expert suggested all appealed to me. They were all great. So I got a Prius heeled boots. The other one looks like little mountain boots, but with a heel. Like hiker boots, but with a heel. They don't feel cheap so that's a good thing. Their prices are reasonable too. So overall, I had a satisfying experience.

A couple of months ago, JustFab was having a two for $30 deal, so I bought two pairs of boots. They were really good and I like them. One of them I wear regularly, depending on what I'm doing. JustFab's website was pretty easy to navigate in finding the specific shoes I was looking for and it was a successful shopping experience. I was a member for about two months but I wasn't able to put some money in so I ended up canceling my account.

I've been a consumer for two years already. I saw a commercial and now both my sister and I have accounts with JustFab. My first purchase was simple and my best purchase overall were the over-the-knee boots recommended by one of my friends. However, I'm looking to cancel my membership because I found it difficult to work with the customer service team in regards to the return that I placed. And it's been taking quite some time to just issue a refund. I shipped the merchandise. I called JustFab before and I've also used most recently the Facebook messaging customer service of JustFab but it hasn't been a smooth process. At least one item in the last two purchases that I've made is defective. I'm going to start going into retail stores to figure it out because I haven't had a great success online.

I've been a JustFab member for three months now. I signed up because of their deals. I also like the variety of shoes they have. I was able to get a nice pair of boots for $10 in one of their sales. The selections given to me by their style expert have also been perfect.

I have been a VIP member of JustFab for about four years. I am still a broke college student, but the sales they have for VIP's allow me to purchase great quality clothes, shoes and accessories that I wouldn't normally be able to afford. And JustFab is probably the ONLY retailer that has jeans that fit me perfectly. Consider me a life-long member!

Ordered two pair of boots, one fit one did not but they fit my daughter so it was a win. Love the boots. The shipping was a bit slow but the price was right. I will definitely order more items in the future.

I keep trying to cancel my membership with the customer online chat, but every time I go on it, it says the chat is closed even though I go on it during different times during the day. I am trying to cancel my membership because I do not have the money to pay $40 a month for it.

I love the shoe selection selections that are available. The two shoes that I chose for the Paloma and there was also a boot. The only issue I had is that I requested a wide width at the second shipping and a wide width was not sent. The third time it appears the shoes are wide width; however, it’s not indicated on the shoe box nor the packaging slip. The option to order wide width was unavailable on the online reorder/return page - even if one listed it in the note section... I listed detailed notes yet still did not receive the wide width selections at the second request.

Your products look like the clothes advertised. I am so pleased with purchase. The clothes fits perfectly and complements my body shape. The handbag and boots are very nice which I was thinking that I would have to return the items but to my surprise everything fits well.

My mom has an account with JustFab. They would always send some very nice things along with my stuff. Their quality is amazing and the boots I've had are great. I would recommend them.

I was a JustFab customer for several years. In the beginning their shoes were of decent quality, very cute and worth the $40 a month. Somewhere along the line their manufacturing process changed, and now their shoes are so uncomfortable, cheap, and poorly made. When I decided that I wished to stop receiving shipments, it took four months to get my account canceled. This business model is fantastic, it's such a great idea, unfortunately It suffers from poor quality products. Remember, poorly made shoes will definitely affect the health of your feet in the long run.

All my purchases have been quality purchases. From shoes to jeans to tops!!! Everything holds up well and fits to size. I love how easy it is to shop for what I want or need and how there is so much variety! The prices are great and when you hit a sale day... take advantage!!

The service with JustFab is just that fabulous. Love that I pick my styles and have a person who selects what maybe be for me. Then I can choose to buy or skip a month but I get to remain a VIP member either way. I love JustFab.

I ordered one pair of black boots wide calf... Got regular. Sent them back to exchange. Again did not get wide calf. I'm done. One month I waited for boots that still did not fit. I am done ordering. I will shop elsewhere.

I like the style of JustFab's shoes and I love their boots. They have different styles, like ones with the wide calves. My calves are thick so that's a big thing. The selections they give are fine. I know what I want and have ones I gravitate towards getting. It was very easy finding what I want. I recently bought three pairs of boots but I returned two pairs because when I got them, the heels were a little too high. The shoes were nice though and the quality was just okay. I even thought about cutting the heels down but decided not to. Nonetheless, they are professional, very friendly and very helpful. And, they advertise very well.

I've been a JustFab member for years and I like their pricing and the wide range of options that they have. The best part about being a member is the ease where I can look through a whole lot of shoe options and getting them sent to me for a reasonable price. My style expert's selection is okay, but I prefer to browse through all of the shoes on the website and choose from there. Two weeks ago, I purchased some cute little flat summer sandals as well as a pair of gold sandals to a wear to a wedding I was attending and the shoes are of good quality. I've had a great experience with JustFab and it's definitely a site I'll continue to use for a while.

JustFab has great sales and I prefer their clothing over their shoes. I've bought a pair of boots and a sweater a month ago and they were good, quality wise. They have great prices but I wish it wasn't a monthly thing that I have to opt in and out of. I hate having to worry about it if I miss opting out every month, I would rather they send me notices of what they have on sale or what their monthly special is.

JustFab's products are cute, pretty and affordable. I liked the ones they advertised, so I bought from them and used their $9 off of the first purchase deal. I also signed up to be a member. However, the first time signed up, they automatically charged my card $39 dollars for VIP membership and they didn't notify me. I called them and that has stopped.

I signed up with JustFab at the end of October and bought two pairs of boots for about $28 with shipping. I like the deals and the discounts. JustFab is affordable and the boots looked cute. I was contemplating returning one of them, though. It's a little snug. Also, I find it a little difficult to find the skip-the-month thing. I had to look online how to do it but other than that the experience has been fine.

JustFab was something new, different and it was the first time I heard of a service like that. It’s cool and I like the variety, the price and the convenience of buying there. I’ve been a member since 2013 and because of the membership, I get special offers such as two for $39.95. Usually, I already know what I have in mind and I simply search for what I was looking for. There's a lot of options for clothes and they're always adding a variety of things. The delivery is slow compared to other places where I shop but for the most part, the quality of the items I bought is good and for what I paid, I'm satisfied with them. They keep me trendy for an affordable price.

One of my co-workers buys shoes from JustFab and I too have been their member for a year now. But these couple of months, I started buying shoes like crazy. I don't have time to go shopping now in the stores but I could just do it online while I'm at work which is easier. JustFab has good prices and discounts going on and sometimes good deals too. They always send me emails to let me know the deals that they have. The product quality is good too although one of the heels that I recently bought, the inside of it is coming off. But I haven't followed up on that as I’m one of those people who doesn't like to complain about stuff and get taken advantage a lot.

I signed up for JustFab because I found a cute pair of boots and wanted the cheaper price of being a VIP member. I received the boots and found them incredibly uncomfortable and small so I sent them back. Since then I have checked several time and not once found shoes I liked. So I continued to skip the month. This task was often easy to forget and I can very close to being charged for the membership despite the fact I have not once found a pair of shoes I've liked. I tried on three occasions to cancel my membership twice through chat and once on the phone and every time had to give up after leaving it on hold or waiting for half an hour. I was charged the membership fee, because I forgot to skip the month and again tried to cancel it to no avail. I am incredibly dissatisfied and would like my account canceled. I would not recommend to anyone to sign up or purchase apparel from the site.

First and foremost - this is a real review. I understand how JF works, am a subscription member. I actually hold Diamond Elite Status - or whatever the highest level is. The service is quickly declining at JF. I used to have two accounts (by mistake). I closed one of them over a year ago. Suddenly - out of nowhere, JF started charging the closed account again. How is this even possible??? I was able to resolve the issue w/ customer service; but it still took an hour to convince them to refund me when it was their error. There were no apologies for the issue - nor was there any concern AT ALL. They were charging an account w/o authorization. Is this really how far you guys have sunk? I have been a loyal customer for years. I get at least one if not two pairs of shoes a month. I give referrals. Charging customers out of the blue??? Not cool. Shady.

I bought two dresses from JustFab three or four years ago and it seemed cheap enough. I've also ordered two pairs of boots. They are both cute. One of the pairs is my absolute favorite and I get tons of compliments on them. Their price was good and it's all about the quality of the shoes. I hate to buy shoes but I would order from JustFab again.

I was looking for boots and I found JustFab's to be likable. I've been a member for less than a month. And I got a couple of discount cards that I haven't used yet, but it's what I like about being a member. It was easy to find the items and styles on their website. They have all the categories and I just chose and clicked and it went straight to the boots. I love their awesome selections.

If you have a new membership with JustFab, you can get some kind of a deal. I like the selections that they’ve given me. They suit me. Also, the quality of the items are great. A couple of weeks ago I bought a jacket and my favorite purchase would be the boots.

I saw JustFab advertised on TV and I saw all the shoes and the different bags in the commercial. I checked them out, went on their website and looked around as much as I could to see what was in there. It looked interesting and like it would be something that would work for me so I went ahead and signed-up. I've been on JustFab for so long now and they’re great. I have taken care of mom and I have not been able to get out, shop and do the things that I would like to do because of the care that I have to give her for the last 15 years. So, JustFab was an awesome tool for me to be able to shop and get the things that I wanted that were new and trendy. I also had better choices through JustFab and I could find the things that I like on their website.

I am charged $39.95 a month and am supposed to receive a credit which I can redeem on items in the store. So I had 3 credits saved up. 39.95 X 3 = $119.85 in store credit to shop with right? Apparently not… you need to spend exactly $39.95 each time to redeem your credits. Not a cent more or a cent less. That is the craziness I was told when I called "customer service" after being charged for the full cost of the items in my cart without any deduction for the "credits" I had paid for monthly. So I went into the website and filtered all clothes by cost trying to find something for $39.95 and there was not a single item available at that price. All their items are strange cost too i.e.: $6.17, $17.32, etc… making it very difficult for customers to come to an exact $39.95. I am going to cancel my membership but I have already lost so much money with this company. I feel they should pay back all the customers they have screwed over.

My mom sent me a JustFab survey that I could take and then get a percent off my order, and I've been a member since September. It was easy to look for a style and the selections given by the style expert were really good. I was looking for booties and the style expert helped me. The quality was good and I liked them.

JustFab has fun and fabulous looking shoes and it was really easy for me to find what I was looking for. I like the VIP points I receive when I order and the fact that I can skip a month if I need to. In a lot of websites that I try to order from, there’s no number to call if I have an issue, so I like the fact that their number is posted all over the website. I ordered three pairs of heels and they’re fantastic and very well-made. The purple-ly pinkish heel with two straps across the top are adorable. I have one pair of shoes that doesn’t fit properly and there are few things in their selection that aren’t my taste but there’s a lot of things that I like as well. I’m very particular about the kind of shoes I wear, so I usually find what most people like ugly, but the item they suggested was a hit. Everything has been great. My stuff came in quickly, the shoes fit well and I love the fact that they offer everything in a wide because I have a wide foot. JustFab is great and I love my shoes.

I’m very happy with JustFab. I heard about them from other people that had good experiences with them. I have been purchasing from them for a few years now and so far, I love the style of shoes they come up with. Sometimes it piques my interest. The deals and offers are great too. When I first started, it was the boots. And then gradually, I started getting sandals, open-toed, as well as lace-up shoes.

I've been with JustFab for about a month but I've been with FabKids for about a year. I took the time to sit down and look at what JustFab offered and I found a lot of things I liked. I recently bought fuzzies for $39.95 promo for two pairs. It has this band that goes around the fuzzy part, and on the right boot it is perfect and it stays up and it stays in place but on the left boot, it falls down. It’s at least six inches longer than the other band on the other boot and it falls down to my ankle every time. Other than that, the pictures and descriptions on the website are wonderful. Everything has an image and everything shows front, back, and side-view. I absolutely love their boots selections and so far they've been totally awesome.

I was a member but I switched and then got a new account again two weeks ago, so altogether, I've been a member for a year. I love the quality of their products. The first pair I ever bought was a pair of boots and I still wear them. It's been a year and they’re still in great shape. It's also my favorite item that I purchased from them. Altogether, it's just a good opportunity and I enjoy lots of deals from JustFab.

JustFab is cheap, affordable and the shoes all look good. But the boots that I got from them didn’t fit. It was sold like a pair of boots that I desired and there are strings that I pull over directly between the boots. I don’t know how I will be able to use them, and I’m supposed to put it together.

JustFab's price is okay. They have the best rubber shoes for a low price but my favorite was the boots. I've been a member for three years although I don't usually look at the selection given to me. They seemed to think they were cute but, as for me, the quality was not something that I could work with.

My fiancée was part of Fabletics and eventually saw a deal to get some shoes off with JustFab and so we did that. She has been happy with the selection but she has had a bit of issue trying to figure out sizing. Some of the stuff that she ordered were too big and some were too small. We feel like it kind of comes with buying online but she likes the quality and she wears it a lot.

I've been a member of JustFab for about a year but the selections began to feel a lot like Payless. The products always seemed to have this odd factory material smell and the quality seemed to be less and less too. One of my favorite stores is DSW so I don’t even think twice about JustFab now. They have a great concept and it works for those who like it. We are consumers of habit and if you couldn’t get out to the store for whatever reason shopping online was a form of immediate gratification because you knew you ordered yourself something or that you had the funds to order something. But after a while that didn’t satisfy me anymore.

I’ve just moved into a different age range and I shop differently now so I discontinued my membership with them. There is nothing wrong with the company itself. They have cute things but I feel like I’m aging out and I’m on the older end in terms of the target audience. Their products have decent quality, however, there were a couple of items that I felt like the picture looked different than what I received. But I really liked the dress I just bought and the couple of times I talked to customer service, they’ve been pretty patient and as thorough as they could be. They were good and it was a pleasant experience.

I like shoes so for a good deal and at reasonable prices, I figured I'd give JustFab a try after I got an email sent to me. I’ve only been with them for a month and I like most of the selections, although some of the boots with the thicker heels would be better if they weren’t all floral prints. I also like the fact that if I want to go in and tweak things about my style, I can do that too. I have purchased two boots and they’re definitely worth what I spent on them considering what the actual retail price was or what I would have spent elsewhere.

I don't shop online but I read customer reviews that said JustFab was satisfactory. I tried them out and it wasn't too hard to find the item or style that I was looking for. I’ve been a member for almost 60 days now and I like the deals on the shoes. The selections from their style expert could be a little bit more my style but I still like some of the things that they provide. The items I've purchased are of good quality and my favorite purchase so far is two pairs of ankle boots. But JustFab needs to have more variety in their style selection because sometimes people like skinny heels and thick heels. Some people like different things even though it was not in the style category. But other than that, I love JustFab. It's a good store and I had a great experience with them.

I’ve been a member at JustFab for about two years now and the experience ha been good. For the most part, their website is easy to navigate and the discounts are really good. Plus, they got here really fast, I got my items in less than a week. I have purchased some boots and some wedges from there and I really like them. I still wear them to this day and it’s almost two years since my first purchase so I know they’re good shoes. And they’re really comfortable too. I got wedges around the summer of 2016 and I thought I wasn’t going to like them. I thought they were going to be tight and I was going to get tired easily but I can wear them all night, they’re my favorite.

JustFab was advertising in People Magazine where they showed a picture of a purse and I really liked it, so I went online to look at it. Though it was easy to find that item, it was sold out, but eventually, I was able to get it. I also got shoes on my last purchase which are of average quality, but my favorite purchase from them was a pair of boots. I have been a member of JustFab for about three years and I like their promptness and variety. They also deliver pretty quickly. But I feel terrible about the selections given to me by my style expert. JustFab needs to pay attention to the preferences that you choose like heel height and colors. They should also take note of the age of the person and make sure that the selections are age-appropriate.

I got a pair of really cute boots for like $6. As a JustFab member, I really liked their specials and I've already tried their buy one get one offer. My last purchase was a pair of blue jeans and it's my favorite purchase so far. My only issue is you have to make sure and go in every month and purchase something. I have to put it on my calendar to remind me to go in there and look or skip so it doesn't automatically charge my checking account. But as far as the quality of the products, they're fine and for the amount of money, I like them.

I purchased dressy shoes from JustFab for a birthday coming up and got two for $24. They’re comfortable which was really good, and my favorite thing about being a member is the price discount. Also, it was easy to find the things that I wanted and their style expert was on point, which definitely intrigued me. Overall, they were quick, efficient, and very useful. Everything was great.

JustFab was offering the first pair of shoes for $10 and that’s a good deal. It was also easy to find the items on their website. I bought a pair of boots and they're super cute, but the top of the boots has little holes. So they weren’t very good quality. Also, I want to cancel my membership. I just can’t figure out how because when I signed up, I didn’t read any fine print. I didn’t realize that JustFab will charge my card regardless, every month, $40. And I don’t want that to happen. But, their price was good.

I like the styles that JustFab is showing on TV and their price. I've been a member for four months now and I like all the shoes I've gotten from them. The shoes are great and the style is very nice. The delivery is very fast too. I'm very happy with the experience I had with them. It's also easy to find stuff from them but by the time I'm going to purchase from them, sometimes, the selection of the stuff I like is low.

There are different styles of shoes, like flats and heels, at JustFab. It was relatively easy and I've been a JustFab member for a month now. My first pair was $10 so that was really cool. I love them too and I wear them every chance I get. However the other day, I noticed a $39.95 charge was taken off of my card that I used from JustFab but my purchase only came for $15 with the shipping. But otherwise, the experience has been awesome and I've already recommended JustFab to my sisters. I actually noticed that there’s also FabKids so I’m going to see if I can find my daughter a pair or two that she likes.

I was looking for boots and there were plenty of boot options at JustFab. I purchased two pairs but they ended up not working out. The first pair was a perfect 8.5 in size but when walking I would slouch down so it wasn’t hugging my calf enough. And then the other pair has way too wide of a calf gap. The quality was fine but I like things a bit more form fitting for my boots. I was very satisfied with it. It was just that it didn’t fit me properly.

JustFab has cute shoes and good prices. I've been a member for a little over a year now and the quality of the items I have received is good as soon as they get broken-in.

I called on August 20th of 2017 to cancel my subscription due to the fact that I changed jobs and no longer needed their type of shoes any longer. I was told that my subscription would be canceled and a refund of 1425.22 would be refunded in 8-12 weeks which I thought was odd seeing how every first of the month they had no problem taking out my 35.99 but whatever I was ok with it.

I love JustFab. I saw them on Facebook, when my cousin had ordered from them and she loved what she got. They always got a sale going on so I buy from them. The last time I bought from them, I got knee boots and some booties. They’re comfortable, they look expensive, and are really nice. I like them. The selection that their style expert gave me is everything that I like. They let you pick certain styles so they don’t show you anything else that you might not like.

JustFab was having some type of deal and I needed a bathing suit. I signed up and became a member for a short month. I don’t do a lot of online shopping so it didn’t feel like it was worth it for me to continue it. But I liked how you could specify a style that you liked then they will send you stuff related to that. It was also pretty easy finding what I wanted on their website. I purchased a couple of bathing suits and they were good quality. The sizing was a little different but that's why I don't like shopping online because I never know if something's going to arrive too small or too big. Then I didn't want to return it because it's too much hassle. But the actual site and experience was cool. It's just that for me, I have to try stuff on before I purchase it. Other than that, I had a convenient and enjoyable experience with JustFab and I would recommend them.

I’ve been a member of JustFab since 2013. I first saw them on the commercial and I liked the shoes so I purchased them. It’s easy to find the style that I’m looking for and I get a different collection of shoes every month. I can order clothes and purses and I like it. When I get the catalog book, I have the 30% discount and there are also the points and free stuff. The selections fit accurately and the items have very good quality. My favorites are some wedge boots that I purchased. I have one shoe that I still have but I saw a hole in the inside so I can’t wear them. But other than that, all the shoes and everything else have been good. I like the different kinds of categories they have. It’s awesome.

I went on the JustFab site and I liked some of the styles. I like the ease of being able to go online and search for something that I need. I also take advantage of the regular sales that they have. I have purchased some black over-the-knee boots which are everybody's favorite but I like everything I've bought.

I've been a member of JustFab for three years now. It was easy to find my size at JustFab. I got a pair of boots for 10 bucks. The selections that were given by their style expert were okay but I usually end up with something entirely different. A lot of times, I ended up with a lot of high heels but I had to weed them out since I'm not a big high-heel wearer. The quality was not the greatest with the first pair of boots that I got. I sent those back and exchanged them for a different pair. The second pair I got was a lot better. Overall, I'm very satisfied with JustFab. Everything was always very pleasant and wonderful whenever I dealt with anyone.

I like JustFab's shoes and have been a member for a while. I was recently trying to make a purchase using both of my credits because I decided to save my credits. However it would only allow me to use one credit. I don't know if it's set up where I can only use one at a time but that doesn't make any sense since they're my credits and I've already paid for them. It's annoying that I can't use it through the system and I end up having to call in every time I want to use my second credit. I’d really like to see that feature fixed. But other than that it's a great experience and I'd recommend them.

I've known JustFab through Fabletics. I've been a member of JustFab for five months now and it's been good. I've had around 6 orders from them and I’ve only received one item that broke immediately. I was trying to lace on the dress and then it just broke. But otherwise I liked everything. They're very convenient and trendy. I would recommend JustFab to a friend.

A friend told me about JustFab and they have a lot of options. It was my first time to go to the website and I purchased shoes from them and it was quick. The style expert’s selections were good too. Also, JustFab regularly suggests products that appeal to me. I’ve worn one of the pairs that I bought from them the last few days straight. I had a great experience with JustFab.

I’ve been on and off as a member of JustFab for eight years. When I first signed up, they sent me a $10 pair of shoes that I picked. The quality of their items was good and they lasted for several years. I also ordered red velvet, over-the-knee boots a month ago. I love the selection that they gave me, but I get tired of the same shoes in the same style every month so I put in on a freeze for a little while and then come back later. But overall, they were efficient, consistent and up to date on their style so I kept coming back. I would tell a friend to try it out and she would find something that she likes.

Justfab had a $10-thing going on with their shoes and it's the only thing I ordered from them. The over-the-knee black boots I bought from them fit good. I didn't sign up to be a member but I guess I’ve been a member for, maybe, a month since JustFab charged my account. I had money taken out of my account that I didn't spend and they didn't say anything that I was in a monthly thing. I then had to change my card number. I suggest that Justfab give more details on what one is signing up for. But the shoes are pretty good and the selections given by their style expert was pretty neat.

I was a VIP member for over a year. I was going to cancel, but saw that my credit card had expired so I wasn't overly concerned. Unfortunately that did not mean that JustFab was unable to bill me. It actually meant I was being billed without really knowing and therefore the credit card was accruing charges that I wasn't paying due to not knowing there were charges. I subsequently lost my credit card due to not paying the bill. Obviously this is still my fault, but at the end of the day, how were they still billing an expired credit card!? I have since canceled my subscription. I loved all the products, except for some sandals that broke immediately, everything else is great. Product is great, subscription service not so great. Lesson learned.

I've been a member of JustFab for a year and a half and got a pair of shoes for $10 dollars when I signed up. I like JustFab's shoes and finding what I'm looking for is not that hard. Plus, It's nice that I don't have to purchase every month. I recently bought a pair of flats and a pair of sandals for a wedding. One is uncomfortable, but they work. But their wide boots are not wide enough for my calf. It needs to be wider on the calf towards the knee. Other than that, they've been good and their customer service's very helpful when I call.

I was just browsing through the internet and was looking for some good websites and then I saw JustFab in one of the recommendations and I clicked on it. I saw the membership and I really liked the products especially the shoes and the offers they had like the buy one get one free. It was cool. While I take advantage of their special features and offers I mostly do not buy. I usually skip the month. But after I have a lot of credits I use it whenever they have some sale going on. But I feel that whenever I have credits and there is a sale going on I cannot use them to purchase during a sale. If there is one promotion on anything it requires me to pay all over again and not use my credit and I don't like that part very much. But I really love the quality of the clothes and shoes.

I have been very pleased with the boots I ordered. However, I don't think the clothes are that great a quality AND I have called to cancel having JustFab take $$ out of my account every month and all I ever get is the run-around. Sick of it!!! I will be calling again.

I am loving JustFab. I made my first purchase and was so excited when it showed up on the doorstep. Both pair of boots fit perfectly and were exactly what was shown in the pictures. I am very happy to join and look forward to many more purchases.

I like JustFab's types of shoes and the boots had my interest. I also like how everything is a style division and you can definitely find what you’re looking for easily. As a member, I can order anything for $39.95 and the shipping is always free. The boots I bought when I first signed up was my favorite purchase but the quality should be a little better. I should be able to wear my boots in the snow without them getting wet in there. And, they could improve on pushing for the stocks to be in a little faster when the boots are out of stock. Nevertheless, I had a very good experience with them.

I ordered two pair of shoes. They came in record time and not only are they pretty, they are sooo comfortable. Easy access to maneuver around the website and even when skipping the month. Keep up the good work.

JustFab is the best! I can order shoes when I want and when the month allows it but then I can also skip if the month doesn't. I love that. The shoes are always amazing and comfortable. They last for forever.

Every top and pair of shoes I order are either too big or too small. Shoes are always too tight and too small. The tops are always either made cheaply and the length is always too small. Jeans are always different. I follow all the charts for sizing.

I ordered boots for a promotion, got the boots, they had a scuff mark on them. I called to cancel my membership and she said I would have to pay to ship them back and I would charged the full price for canceling. Horrible customer service and really disappointed with my experience and not being able to cancel.

I've been with JustFab for a couple years now and love it. Their product quality has significantly improved and I get compliments all the time. I started just buying shoes and now I love and buy their bags and clothes. Their prices are awesome and the selections are great. I recommend JustFab to friends all the time. The only issue is they feel pressured by having to sign up. I'm not sure how else to word it because I don't feel the same.

I ordered a pair of wide calf boots. They arrived but were regular sized. I sent them back. They sent a second pair. They were regular sized too, despite my saying that I need wide calf boots!!!! So frustrated! I did order a pair of booties and they gave me 5 dollars off, but still! Somebody needs to be on the ball! Otherwise they have great products and fair prices.

I absolutely loved the whole process of ordering, shipping and receiving my new boots from JustFab. The website was easy to maneuver, the choices were awesome and beautiful. I am excited about ordering again. I have recommended to several friends because it is an easy way to shop for busy people.

I ended my trial with JustFab and I’m no longer using them. I’ve heard negative reviews about this company, but I wanted to try it for myself, so I ordered a pair of boots. I had them for not even a week and I wore them twice, and the sole was already starting to come off. Also, the boots were two sizes than what a normal size is. The quality was very cheap. During my trial period, I received special offers from them and when I canceled, they offered to give me $10 to stay on. But I wasn’t really happy with the product that I received, so I’m not interested anymore.

At first I didn’t know I had to pay that $39 dollars every month but I didn't mind the $39. I cancelled because I couldn’t use the credit I had. It’s ridiculous. Like if I had $39 dollars in my credit and they went on sale 50 percent off they wouldn’t let me order one. I had to pay full price and that’s when I decided that I wasn’t going to use them anymore. I understand you can skip a month, and that’s fine, but if you don’t and you have that credit you can’t use it. I know a lot of people I work with. They’ve all cancelled it and left it again so that’s a really broken thing with them

I’ve been with JustFab for a couple of months now. Their products are affordable and purchasing from them was very easy to do. But I hope their website could run a little bit faster because sometimes it glitches. As a member, if there’s something that I find within the month, I go ahead and purchase it. Then, if I don't want to purchase anything within the month, I can stop the charge. That's convenient and I like that. The selections they gave me were perfect but sometimes their sizing runs generally a little smaller, specifically with their boots with a wide calf. The ones I got didn’t feel wide and felt like regular boots. I couldn't fit in them so I just gave them to somebody.

I saw someone with a pair of shoes which she got from JustFab. The shoes were nice and I liked them. It took me three days to find them and they also come with another pair. I'm not too happy with a lot of the things they had picked for me but I usually favor the ones I do like and I got a pair of loafers. Then, when I was going through the issue with the hurricane, I tried to call in and see if I could do a refund for the subscription because I didn’t know if they were going to take it out of my account. I wasn’t sure how to skip over the subscription for the month before the date. But other than that, they’re good and they’ve been helping me out and understanding my situation more. They have anything so I would recommend them to somebody.

I have tried multiple time to contact, I never received the item I ordered as I tried so many ways to reach you guys even by seeing if I could do a return to at least talk to someone. 2nd time dissatisfied. All I wanted was my boots and never got them.

I am upset about the way Just Fab runs their business. I signed up for JustFab about 8 months ago and selected one pair of boots. I was not very impressed by the quality so I decided to cancel. I noticed last month that my card has been charged even though I canceled. I figured, my fault for not checking. So I decided to give JustFab another try and use my 7 credits. I purchased some shoes and bags for family members for Christmas. It stated that the items may be sent separately. I received one package with two pairs of shoes (out of 7) about 7 days later. I kept checking my mail for the remaining packages and my e-mail for confirmations and they were never sent. I called and waited on the phone for 45 minutes, never an answer. I emailed about my account. No reply. I just now went online and it FINALLY shows the tracking that it was delivered on the 19th?! I never received those packages. What kind of business is this? VERY POOR...

I've been a JustFab member for three years now. I do foster care and the children need clothes and JustFab has another site just for kids. I went with JustFab because of what they said during the introduction and because they were not expensive. The first time I ordered, I ordered children's outfits such as pants, leggings and dresses and it was delivered quickly. The selection is advanced, but the quality of the garments wasn't so good. So after that, I never ordered again. But for three years, I paid $29.99 a month and I got no product. I changed my credit card because I didn’t want them to keep billing me but they just went ahead and billed the new credit card and that was my bank problem.

It was becoming winter and I liked the boots that JustFab had and their prices, too. I quit doing it for a while and I just got back on it. I like their selections and the quality as well. My size is a 7-1/2 to an 8, which is the average size, so when I want a pair, they're often not my sizes. I ordered a pair of boots this year and I have already ordered them knowing that they will probably be gone by the time that the cooler weather got around so I have them in my closet. I like the shoes at JustFab. I didn’t have to make a trip to a store and make a selection. That’s how good the selection of shoes was. I have been a member for about two years and my favorite thing about it was the prices. However most of the time JustFab didn’t have the shoe size that I wear. I have small feet so it was difficult for me to find shoes that had my size. And when I finally had one pair that fits I couldn’t wear it because the heels were too high. They didn’t have information on what the length of the heel should be. On the other hand I bought shoes for my daughter four months ago and the quality was good. JustFab was great. It was very convenient and all my purchases were my favorites.

First off, they will not allow multiple accounts from the same house. So, only the first member of a household to sign up will get the benefits. Second, that doesn't matter much once you get the shoes. PURE GARBAGE. These are the same quality as shoes you can pick up at the local flea market for $8. They smell of chemicals from whatever it is they are made of, make your feet sweat, and fall apart after 3 times wearing them. Sizes are all over the charts for the same pair of shoes. Bought the same pair in 3 colors, needed 3 different sizes for them to fit. Had to return 3 separate times due to inconsistent sizing. STAY AWAY!

Also, I can't use any of my credits if they have 20% off promo or whatever. I just closed my account with them and the last thing I purchased from them was a bunch of bags.

I have a favorite shoe I've worn so much I had to get the soles replaced but the quality is good. I get a lot of people that like the products and they think it’s really expensive but it’s not. Returning is going really good and easy too. JustFab is like a sister to me.

JustFab has good deals and I take advantage of those deals sometimes. However, if you forget to skip a month, that gets a charge. I don’t like that and I have those 40 bucks that they’re taking. They can at least give a reminder, “Hey, you’re about to expire for the month.” But other than that, they have pretty good selections. Their stylist however doesn't understand what I choose. I always just go in and look on my own because they don’t really get my style. I got boots and a jacket about a month ago and the quality is good and I haven’t had any complaints on that except from one pair. The second time I wore them, the sole from the bottom was already coming off. On the other ones, they came up pretty good.

Order for my mother in law couple of shoes. She got disappointed for the waiting van. For the quality of shoes I usually like the ones I orders but some of my past orders yes couple Been low quality and not as been shown on picture. Feel upset since I end making good compliments on the shoes and since mother in law hate them well now I look as bad.

I thought they would not be exactly of good quality but they were actually really good. I bought two different pairs of boots and a pair of platform sandals that I really liked and overall, I like JustFab. I’m going to keep with it for a while.

JustFab is not where I’d go if I need a really good quality pair of shoes but with my everyday shoes, it's very good for the price.

I was so enticed when I saw my first pair of boots would be $10. In my excitement of saving a ton of money on cute boots, I didn't care that the receipt that was emailed to me didn't have prices on it, I figured they were an honest business. UH NOPE!!! My bank account was charged over $70 for those $10 boots. THEN when I asked about returning them (since I could find boots just as cute on Amazon for cheaper) they said I had to pay a $6 re-stocking fee!!!! WHAT A SCAM!!!

JustFab had a promotion where I could get half off so I purchased from them. I've been an on and off member for a few years and the process of finding a style I want was easy. Sometimes their special offers would be two for $49 or $39 and they have sales as well. The selections that were given by the style expert were good. Recently, I was going for a white affair and ordered some white wedges and some other heels. I’ve had shoes for a couple of years and they’re still holding up fine so they're good quality.

I looked at JustFab's website and I liked the shoe collection that they have. They fit well and they're good quality shoes for the price. They had the first two pairs for $39.95 and I ordered a couple of pairs. The pump didn't fit well but I didn't have a problem with the wedges and the boots. I'm not a member anymore but it was a great experience overall.

I don't like that I tried to cancel my account and I was told that if I cancel my membership then they will cancel all my orders and the woman I spoke with was very rude about it. She told me I could skip the month numerous times. But I don't think about it every month so if I want to cancel I should be able to cancel without being guilted into keeping it open.

I love the service and the shoes are always gorgeous. My only complaint would be on some of the stilletos the sole for the heel comes off really fast. They usually pack an extra one in the box, but I think that they need to grip a little better. Also they should make the shoes a with soles that aren't fabric so you don't slide everywhere. Other than that I love it.

I have had JustFab for about two years now, and it is one of the best shoe websites out there. I have gotten a few pairs of shoes and they are all the perfect size, the only time I was not satisfied was when one of my sandals was missing the clip at the end to 'lock' my sandals. It was also my mistake for not returning them, but I made it work. Also, their shoe selection is great and so is the prices. I LOVE JustFab, I don't think I will ever cancel my subscription!

Luckily my first order was a pair of sandals that was reduced so I think I only paid something like $4.95. I would be more upset if I had paid full price. I ordered a 7 and a half which is what I wear. They were so big I could not wear them. I am leery about ordering anything else as I am worried about the same problem. You may think your prices are great and I cant say they are bad, but if the shoes dont fit, it is way too much no matter what. And who knows how each individual designers shoes might measure up to my actual size.

To date I have loved all of the shoes I have gotten from the site but shipping seems to take a long time. This order was purchased on the 8th but did not ship until the 14th and was not received until the 18th the day I was suppose to receive it changed 2 times

I totally love JustFab, when I needed to buy something every month this was the site to shop at. All the items I purchased were beautiful and fit great. I'm a plus size girl so shoes and clothes are hard to find and this was the place to shop.

I ordered my item on 9/5/17. It didn't ship til 9/14/17 and I didn't receive my item til 9/16/17. I'm very disappointed in the time it took to ship my item. Because of this delay I will think twice before placing another order even though I love my item. It took way too long to get here! Besides that issue I'm satisfied with my purchase.

JustFab.com had a sale going on and I've been a member for a month now. I like the fact that they take my money out of my account which I can use towards whatever on their website. They have deals that they offer for VIP members, though the selections suggested could be better because some of them aren't for me. I don't typically wear a lot of heels. But the quality of the items I purchased is great. I just bought some Kito shoes three days ago and my favorite are these boots that I got. They raise all the way up to the knee and they're super cute. I also like how fast the shoes come and I feel fully comfortable in purchasing stuff for me. My experience with JustFab has been great and I really like the website. I would recommend JustFab to a lot of people.

JustFab had a good deal and I really like their product. So, I went with them and I love the shoes that I got. However, I wasn't a member for very long because I was not informed when I made my purchase that I was automatically enrolled as a VIP member and that I needed to either stop or put a pause on the credits that went on before the 5th. On the 6th, I got an email saying I was going to be charged $39.95 because I didn't use my credit, so I decided to cancel because I was not made aware of it. I would have used it otherwise.

I liked the pair of boots that JustFab was advertising so I bought them in the fall and was a member until July. I travel so I wanted to spend my money since JustFab wasn't suiting my needs. I bought some items and I really liked one of the shirts and the boots. Then I got sunglasses that weren't expensive but they were too big for my head. I also bought my daughter a few things. Some of the items were good quality but some are really chintzy. Also, there wasn't enough variety so it was hard to spend the money.

I’m a shoe fanatic and I usually select my own style. Last month, I got an Alpaca boots from JustFab and I love its quality. I would recommend JustFab to a friend.

I saw some shoes that I liked at JustFab and I purchased them. I've been a member for over a year, but I had just activated my membership a couple of months ago. I found some new dresses and shoes that I liked. Some of the dresses were $40 and $50 a piece, and I only paid $14 for one. The only thing I didn’t like was they took longer to send my purchase to me this time. They took the money out of my account, then it went pending, then they took it out again. The way things went didn’t seem right. Nevertheless, I like JustFab. The quality of the items that I got is excellent.

My best friend told me about JustFab. They had good deals going on and I opted to buy from them. It's not been long since I became a member and the most recent purchase I made was two months ago. So far, my shoes are great and I love the selections given by their style expert. I like JustFab a lot.

I liked the shoes that JustFab had on sale. I also liked that I have the option of canceling or skipping my request if I don't have it in my budget that month. I bought a backpack from them and I like it. I wear it every day. However, the shoes are just for one genre of women and there's nothing too edgy items on there. Just a lot of businesswomen clothes. I'm a big person and I wish there were more bolder pieces in the website.

After seeing a JustFab commercial, I decided to browse through their website and I found some really nice shoes. I’ve been a member for three years now and I still have everything I ever purchased from them in good condition. I like the style expert’s selection and I could buy one but I have a wide range of style so it depends on what type of mood I'm in. A month ago, I bought a pair of hand strappy sandals where I can put the ankle strap and then another strap over that one. JustFab is amazing, very fabulous and I never had any issues with them at all.
