    I love JustFab and their products but I wish their customer service was better. It takes me a long time to get through someone. Also, it would be nice if they could just cancel the charge on my credit because I missed the skip button (I honestly don't know where it is and seeing as I have to call customer care makes it more difficult). Fabletics let me keep my account and refunded me. Otherwise love the styles.

    I've been a member of JustFab for two years now. The first pair of shoes that I bought from them was the one I was looking in stores for and I couldn’t find one that was in my price range. And I found one at JustFab and it was definitely affordable. Last month, I bought two pairs of shoes. I got a pair of booties and a pair of boots. And I recently had a get one pair of shoes and get 30% off another pair. My most favorite purchase is the boots I’m wearing right now. It's the first pair of boots that I ever bought from them.

    I like that I can find what I’m looking for all in one place for whatever time of the year. So, I don’t have to go to a store where they have only winter stuff out, and I might be looking for a pair of sandals I can vacation with. However, the one area that JustFab lacks is the selection given by their experts. It’s all my decision on what my preference is, however, my preferences might change as the season goes on and because that’s the case I feel that I have to always update it. But JustFab has a lot of variety, it's easy to shop and easy to get not only for myself but for other people, too. I like that I can do it for my daughters as well as myself all in one location.

    Let me start by saying that this is the first pair of boots I really loved from JustFab. They are very comfortable, fit perfectly, and go with most of my day to day wardrobe. A really great style and the price was reasonable. I ordered these on October 25, and loved them immediately. However, not even two months later, (December 12 to be exact) the soles are becoming unglued from the upper of the boot. The back sole of the left boot is literally flopping around while I walk. I'm really unhappy that they fell apart so quickly. I've had boots from other companies that have lasted a few years before I couldn't wear them. It makes me less confident in this company and that their products are not well made, and I am less inclined to keep my subscription active because of this.

    I bought one pair of shoes from them that took forever to arrive but they finally did. They then charged me three more times over the next couple months. I called and was on the phone with them for 2 hours trying to cancel my account or my subscription or whatever was charging me. All they did was hang up on me and not cancel my account. Had to get a new credit card and delete my PayPal account because of them. They are sneaky and not trustworthy. Would not recommend.

    The boots of JustFab last for years and they had a good deal going on the boots. I just put on the website that I wanted boots, they popped, and I was able to go through many. However, I was a little confused with the last order I made, and they canceled my whole order because they didn't want a big item. Nevertheless, the items have been fine quality.     I created an account with them to purchase a pair of shoes. The cost of the shoes were 14.94 with shipping. After receiving the boots I had ordered I was also charged an additional 39.95 for VIP member fee. This is an extra charge and unknowing to me that would be a monthly charge. All I wanted were the boots. Not a monthly charge. There should be many disappointed customers I'm sure.

    My experience with JustFab has been very satisfying and I’ve already recommended them to multiple friends. My daughter told me about them and I liked the big selection that they had. I've been a member on and off for 3 years. Mainly, I started with the boots and I pretty much only purchased boots or a purse. I like the styles of the boots and they really appeal to me. I’ve never had an issue with every boot I’ve ever ordered not fitting or hurting my feet. They’re comfortable and that’s really pleasing so that’s a big plus. My last purchase a week and a half ago was even a pair of boots. Also, I’ve always liked their purses and I’ve ordered multiple purses.

    Finding an item or style I'm looking for is good most of the time. However, I had a little disappointment because there was one particular kind of boots that was out of stock. I tried every possible thing and put myself in telling them to email me when they come in because I wanted those boots. I also pre-ordered it. But I never heard anything or get notification one way or another. Finally, I found the very same boots listed about a month later under a different name. Also, I never get an email sent to either skip the month and I've even checked my spam. I don’t know what the issue is there and I've already told one of their guys about it three weeks ago. And because they charged me, I ended up buying a pair of boots anyway.

    Still, I do like the fact that JustFab tells how long they’ll keep the item when I'm ordering, especially since I was not able to get that one pair of boots. I know that if I don’t have the money or I can’t afford at this time then I know I’ve got such and such hours. Because I feel like when they’re gone, they’re gone and they’re really hard to get again. That’s nifty and I wish I would get the emails. I don’t know if it’s something in my receiving end but I’m on the website almost daily anyway so I’m always looking.

    I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis, so it’s hard for me to get out and move about. Shopping at JustFab was real convenient for me and I love the boots I purchased. Looking for styles is easy.     My daughter gave me a pair of JustFab boots last year for Christmas. I wore them, and I liked them so I wanted a different color. I ordered new boots a couple of weeks ago, and so far, I like them. I had to do a little bit of looking, but I found the style that I was looking for. I need an 8, but I can wear a 7 1/2. Unfortunately, they didn't have the color I wanted in that size. Now, the little decorative piece on the strap on the front of one of the boots I got a year ago broke. I just tuck it in.     I've been a JustFab member for a couple of months now and I like how quickly I get my stuff. The only issue I have is when I tried to redeem my points or coupons sent to me, they don't go. I get the percentage off that's offered where they open my email but my points aren't taken when I go in to redeem and one of those was 40% off. Then I've gotten a couple of coupons because several of my orders have been delayed but I was not able to redeem those. So far I have one return that I have to do. I bought a handbag and I just didn't care for the zippers on it. Other than that, I've been very happy with everything.

    I liked the things that were on the JustFab website and looking for items there was easy. With them I can get two pairs of shoes for $40.     I love the quality and the style of the shoes in JustFab. I don't use the selections tool much selection as basically, I look through everything and it depends on what I'm looking for, whether it's for work or casual. I also like having the option to get a new pair of shoes or skip it. And I feel like my points are going up. One thing I'm bummed about was that I wanted this pair of boots and had them on my saved or watch list. I kept contemplating whether to buy them or not.     I like the boots JustFab was advertising so I became a member about a month ago. I've made my first order and the pants I got were great, but I had to return them because it's supposed to lift my foot but they have some bump stuff in front and I didn't like the bump. Also, I just got a credit for not skipping the month. So I understand how it goes now. Although it would have been nice if they have some reminder or a little warning when the time to skip the month is coming up and they'd let us go ahead and make our choice. Still, the experience is all good and I'm sure I'll spend my money.

    I ordered my shoes on the 30th and until today I haven't received my shoes. When I check my account it states that another 2 to 3 more days. On their site they state that processing and shipping takes 10 days. Processing takes 2 days. When you call they are very unprofessional. Can't even answer your questions properly.

    I have had a JustFab account for a while now as when I first got it I never realized the catch of £35 a month if you forget to skip. But now it's December and I have been so busy I forgot again so now they have £70 and I can't afford that coming up to Christmas. I think the quality of their products is shocking. I ordered a pair of blue heels and they looked like I got them from a cheap shop for £5 not what I expected from the adverts showing beautiful well-made shoes. I believe this company makes its money off people not reading the fine print but also not remembering to skip. It has really upset me that a company is allowed to do this but also how they cannot refund that £70 that I could use on much more important things. I do not wish to order any more products off them but if I don't I cannot get anything for my money. It is just sitting there?

    I didn’t realize that when I was signing up that I was signing up for the VIP thing, where JustFab automatically takes money out of my account every month. I was looking for a pair of winter boots. And I have to watch what I wear because I can’t wear knee-high boots because I’ve had knee replacement.     I'm a shopaholic and I wanted to try purchasing with JustFab. It was easy to find what I was looking for. The credits were my favorite. I spent $11 on something that on the package should have cost me almost $300. I love the combat boots I purchased last year and a different pair this year. However, their selections have been hit or miss. Also, sometimes the items are good, and sometimes they're not so great. I bought a pair of shoes and the picture wasn’t exactly like the shoes, so they came out weird. The zipper is not always good and the picture doesn’t do it justice. They have to have pictures that show all of the shoes' or bag's angles.

    I like the ease and fun of being a member at JustFab. However, they sell out boots really fast and they don't carry them back, so that's frustrating. They didn't know the person who I spoke to about it so I kept it. Also, I had one pair of boots and the heel snapped off when I was taking it off.     I sent back the two pairs of boots I purchased from JustFab a little under a month ago (November 7th). It was taking a while and I still had not been emailed saying my return had been received so I call just to make sure it had. I was told it had been and I would see credit on my card in 48 hours. Fast forward a week and a half and I have since called 3 more times only to be treated to the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Two of the times I called I was told they received my package "yesterday" and that I would see credit in 48 hours.

    Clearly that did not happen. I even called twice in one day and got different answers. One customer service person told me they received it yesterday and I should receive credit soon. Another told me they received it yesterday and my account had already been credited. It's four days short of a month since I shipped the return, and the tracking number that JustFab provided me with states that be return center received my package on November 14th, 7 days after I sent it. I am honestly so frustrated and offended by the service I've received. I will never shop at JustFab again and I do my best to make sure no one I know ever does.

    I had an issue when I moved and didn't change my address on my account in time for my shoes to be sent to my new address, so the shoes I ordered got sent to my old address and I didn't receive them. I called Customer Service to let them know about this matter and they were kind enough to just go ahead and send me a whole new shipment of the shoes I ordered to my new address, without any questions or issues. That was amazing. They made it so easy and I was very grateful for that because they could have not done that. I don't even know if the shoes that were sent to my old address were received by whoever lived there now or if these got sent back to them.

    So far it's been a great experience with JustFab. I'm always recommending them. I've been a member for over a year and plan on being their lifelong customer. I got my very first special offer which was a buy one, get one free or percentage off. I haven't used any of my points yet, but I like that offer because I can get clearance items and more than one thing that are worth $40 and I don't have to just get shoes.

    I like all the different things, not just shoes, that I can get on the site and it's super easy to find the item that I'm looking for. Their style experts do a great job. I love all my purchases and I get so many compliments on my shoes all the time. Last month I skipped from buying anything, so my last purchase was in the month before and I had a couple of credits, so I got five pairs of shoes, consisting of flats and sneaker wedges. The quality of the items that I got is very good. On one of the flats, one of the rhinestones was starting to come off, but that's just normal and doesn't have anything to do with the quality of the shoe. It was just the placement, where it was, easy fix also so not a big deal.

    I have several issues with JustFab as a company. I dislike that they don't offer refunds on credits if you forget to skip a month, and then your credits are limited. For example, I am unable to use my credits along with sale prices which is ridiculous to me. I have already given my money to the company. Now to be told I have to give more money to receive the sale price is absurd. If I have paid $80 in credit I should be allowed to use those $80 however I please, instead of it being 1 item per credit. Lastly, the cancellation process is overly complicated. Unlike other subscription websites that allow you to cancel your membership easily online, JustFab requires you to contact the company over the phone or through a 'live chat' now. I often find styles I am interested in sell out quickly. So far I have only purchased one item from them. Overall I do not think the membership is worth it.

    I ordered shoes on Thursday 11/24. These shoes were on sale and for the shoes plus shipping, my order came to less than $15. My friend informed me that JustFab charges your card every month to have an account. So I started a chat with Alfred and asked him to cancel my account. Once he told me that I would NOT receive my shoes, I said "Okay, I will wait for my shoes to come first" and his response was "I already cancelled your account". WITHOUT my permission, after I told him not to cancel my order, he cancelled my account.

    I got on the phone with a representative and was told that since Alfred decided to cancel the order, they would have to recharge my card. I said that is unacceptable, and she said, "Well, we can wait until the money is refunded and charge your card again." I told them to never charge my card ever again and that I will NEVER do business with such a shady company. They were VERY quick to cancel my order, probably because I got the shoes for so cheap. Even after I expressed my concern for still getting my shoes. I am so upset, I cannot even put it into words. I wanted to receive those shoes, yet Alfred canceled my account AFTER I told him not to. I refuse to start a new account with JustFab ever again.

    I am at a total loss as to how they can have such a high rating. So I go to this site looking for boots for winter. They won't let me look at anything without signing up VIP. Ok fine, whatever. I figure at the most it would cost $10 a month. So I order my pair of boots, and THEN it tells me that it's signed me up for a $40 a month recurring payment through my payment method after the fact. For a clothing store, they are a bunch of **. If you want to sell, you don't force anyone into anything. And the member services? What a joke. I'm STILL waiting to talk to someone and it's been 45 minutes and counting. I've stopped everything through PayPal. Now I just want my account closed. But I expect my boots as according to PayPal I already paid for them.

    You know why they don't have a review section on Facebook? Because they know it would be filled with negative reviews. Then I get told over email that they have a VIP skipping option that you have to use so you don't get charged. I have to remember to do it by the 6th each month or they will charge me for the VIP. Skipping option, what a joke, I should not have to skip anything. I should not have been forced to be part of the VIP thing in the first place. It should always be totally optional and you should have to enroll after the fact with ALL terms and conditions revealed BEFORE enrolling. That's how moral people do it. Because if I forget to skip, then you will charge me. That's called slime ball tactics.

    I'm still waiting to talk to one of your members in the chat and it's been 45 minutes and counting. Why do I have to wait on them to have my account cancelled and I can't just cancel my account myself like in every other legitimate online business in the world? Is it that they are hoping I'd give up so they can continue to charge me? Gee, I wonder. They've already been blocked through PayPal and I will be keeping any of this correspondence including the chat (If I ever get through) so I have a record in case they decide to do anything stupid.

    I am so angry they were trying to force me into something it isn't even funny. I couldn't cancel my account, and I couldn't cancel an order, I have to contact them and wait forever to get a response. The agent through email finally cancelled my account with them without me ever being able to speak to an agent through chat. Never ever again. I will go to REAL companies that aren't such slime balls like Victoria's Secret and Lane Bryant. I will never ever use these guys again.

    I really liked the selection JustFab had when I first saw what matches I could get. That's what made me decide to try the company out then I kept on going with it.     I am extremely upset with JustFab. I ordered some boots from them in October which took an abnormally long time to arrive. There was no explanation as to why and no information about how to find out where my order was or when it might arrive. They then charged an extra £35 to my debit card in November without my knowledge.

    Eventually I found an email in my junk folder saying that I had to respond by 5th November or they would just take the money. For nothing. It's just a random 'membership fee'. As it had gone to junk mail, I never saw it. This is a disgusting, dishonest way to do business. At no point when I originally ordered from them was I given any warning about a 'membership fee'. It was the same process as any normal online purchase (except of course, that the boots didn't arrive for ages and I was given no explanation for this). I'm currently pursuing a refund but have already been warned that JustFab are experiencing a high volume of emails and calls (I wonder why?!) and that they won't be getting back to me any time soon. In short: DO NOT BUY FROM JUSTFAB!

    I found returning an item very frustrating. The automated system was unable to recognize my phone number. An option to speak to a live person was not offered in a timely manner (ie once the email and phone number provided for identification were not recognized by the automated system - this question was asked numerous times and should only be asked once and repeated once).

    Finally reach someone and they are determined I want to cancel the program and do not even bother to listen to what I am saying - that I want to return the item. Then only to find out I have to know what item I wish to exchange for (would have been helpful to know this prior to phoning to initiate the return) cause then I got to call back again and experience this aggravation all over again - identical!!! 57 minutes to exchange boots! Most frustrating. Exchanged pair still not arrived. May have to do this again... Oh joy. Can see why CSR is convinced you are cancelling your subscription cause it sure is tempting to not contact your company and walk away. Good moneymaker.

    I returned several items a couple of weeks ago. I have sent three emails to your company trying to get an answer as to where my exchange credit is????     I was charged for the monthly subscription because my iPad froze as I was skipping the month. I contacted customer service as soon as I discovered the charge. There was no budging. No empathy. No consideration. Plus the credit is not valid towards sale items. So for example if I find something I like on sale for $20 and want to use my credit, I end up paying 39.95 instead of the sale price. Super inflexible. Cancelled my membership. Took several tries to end the relationship. I will never go back as I consider the whole experience an insult.

    My experience with JustFab has been great so far. I joined because of the "two pairs of boots for $40" offer, and when the boots arrived and I saw they were of high quality I decided to give the clothing a try as well. It also is good quality - my only complaint is that the sizing seems a little off (a small sweater fits more like a medium), but now that I know I will just order accordingly next time.

    Also, please ignore all the people who complain about this company being a "scam" and getting "unauthorized charges" on their credit cards. These are people who do not take the time to read the terms of VIP membership when they sign up. There is not even any "fine print". It is there clearly in black and white. Sign up, receive special offers on the 1st of each month. If you don't want to buy anything that month, click SKIP for the month and there will be no charges to your card. If you forget to skip and your card is charged, that amount goes into your VIP account to spend anytime in the future. It's not that difficult. I've been a member of the sister company Fabletics (same concept, same terms) for two years and never had my card charged except when I chose to make a purchases. JustFab is a good company with good quality products at reasonable prices.

    Sent back boots I ordered in a size 11 over 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting for my refund to appear in my account. No contact to tell me items have been received. I normally wear a size between 10 and 11 so I figured I was safe ordering an 11. Turns out I was very wrong. I couldn't even get my foot in the boots. My ankle held off the back.     This was my first time joining with JustFab, so first order and I did join the elite club too. Well my order went ok. They had my size and the color I wanted. I did order 6 or 7 pairs of boots. From the low booties to high boots. Love the looks of the all. When it came... BIG PROBLEM!!! 2 boxes arrived. Well long story made short, my boots never arrived. They told me to keep the other women boots that does not fit me and then when trying to reorder my sizes were out!!! Very Disappointed!!! Cancel everything with JUSTFAB, membership and all!!!! I will never order from them again and will not advise others too.

    I went through the designs posted in Facebook and I just loved them and so I ordered. It was quite easy to find the items or style I was looking for. My style expert gave amazing selections. Recently, I have purchased booties and I really like them. Its design and quality were both great. I had a great shopping experience with JustFab. Their comfort-level is also very nice and I liked it. I have actually promoted them to my friends and they have as well shopped from JustFab. Unfortunately I'm moving down to India and I had to withdraw my membership so I won't be having the opportunity to have this membership again. If I plan to come back to JustFab, I'll definitely pick up the VIP member again. I hope I’ll be having a good shopping experience after that.

    I usually take advantage of the sales at JustFab, and I like the items that I get. However, I have bought two pairs of heels, which when I tried on, didn't seem very comfortable. On the other hand, I like the shipping. It's usually fast, or it comes when they say it's going to come. I've had to return something before, too, and it's really simple to do so. I'll probably have to return the boots that I just got 'cause I think I'll need a six and a half instead of a six.

    JustFab have different items that I'm not going to typically find somebody else with the same type of item. Plus, they're affordable so I went with them. The only thing that I struggle with a little bit is that I'm very short so I have trouble finding clothes that fit a petite person.     When I received my the shoes I ordered from JustFab, I put them in the closet. Then a month after, when I got ready to wear them, one of the shoes broke the first time I put it on. I thought that was weird and that was the first time so I assumed I was just being too rough. But it happened again with another item. Their shoes are not well made. I didn’t go through the hassle of trying to return the shoe, but that was bad. After that, I will be discontinuing my membership.

    I thought JustFab items were very cute and their concept is really a good. I just wish that the quality of their shoes were a little bit higher. When I purchased the first pair, I was able to get them for $10. Those shoes were nice and they didn’t break. Their selections were okay, not amazing and I feel like I’m just shopping at a regular store. Their pieces are not really specific to me. I purchased two dresses and considering the price, I felt like they were fair. But the shoes were weird and they feel cheap and not of very good quality.

    I'd recently started a new job and I was looking to get more affordable and comfortable shoes that I could wear to work. So, I started to search on JustFab. Everything is easily readable on the site and I like the shoes there. The selections given to me by the style expert were pretty accurate. There were some new styles that I didn't consider, but I'm open to new ideas, so my horizons were broadened a little bit with the idea page, and it was pretty good. Moreover, when I first ordered my shoes from JustFab, it was the VIP offer, so they cut the prices down to half, to where I was able to get two pairs for $39.95.

    I did have an account with JustFab and was a VIP member, but then I ordered shoes that I never received. When I checked my post office, all they could say was that my order was delivered, but they had no recollection of my order being there, and so it must have gotten lost. So, I ended up getting a refund back and canceling my VIP membership. But I still have an account with JustFab because I do want to still go on their site and get shoes from them again. It was just that one time that something happened, but I'm not blaming JustFab at all, and I don't think it was on their end, but rather on the end of the deliverer or the post office. JustFab helped me out greatly with the shoes that I had and the sales. However, I'm hesitant to join JustFab as a VIP member again because of that experience and I'm hoping it won't happen again.

    Because of this experience that I had with JustFab, I ended up getting shoes from ShoeDazzle. I wore these the last couple of days and then I noticed it was JustFab on the shoe brand, so they may be partners. Although the shoes I got came from the same place, ShoeDazzle did work out for me. However, there were two different sizes in the same box. One shoe of the pair that I received was the right size, while the other shoe was a size bigger. I'd like to know how I would go about returning one shoe and exchanging it for the right size, and plan to bring up this matter through the live chat because I've had some good experience with the live chat, as opposed to calling the phone number.

    JustFab has shoes that I liked. I can pick my own style of shoe and they would send me options. I like the option to skip most of the items I cannot afford, but that made me not cancel my membership when finances got hard. They have also added the clothes. The style selections from their experts are very good and up to date as far as fashion and the overall quality of their items is good. I still have shoes that I've bought five years ago. But their larger-sized shoes run out quickly and then I had to wait too long. Also, if there are styles that I like, I have to get them then and there because they will no longer offer them. But, I would still recommend them to a friend.

    What started as a simple reach out to customer service about the JustFab app (which is awful), resulted in some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. First, it was impossible to find any link on the app that would actually connect a customer to the customer service department. So I got out my laptop and went to the website. I started with Live Chat, which was a joke. After telling the person my reason for connecting, I was told I shouldn't use the JustFab mobile app because it simply didn't work. At least that was what she had been told.

    Then I tried calling the customer service toll free number. That got me to someone in the Philippines who didn't speak very good English. When I asked to be transferred to someone in the US they refused. That is against the law. Then I tried reaching TechStyle. They don't have a phone line that they actually answer, and the message center they send you to has no room for messages. I am a new VIP member at JustFab, but I don't think I'm going to stay a member if this is an example of their customer service.

    My partner and I opened a JustFab account and have been members for almost a year now. We had eight credits sitting there because we kept forgetting to go online and skip the month. We took advantage of that and we went online a month or two ago and did a big order. We purchased a few pairs of shoes and a couple purses for the both of us. We used six of the credits that we had. We look at selections that JustFab sends and sometimes it's way off. We go through, figure what we want, go in and look ourselves. So far, we like the stuff we bought and we get a lot of compliments for the shoes and purses we got. I especially like a pair of boots from them.

    I was online earlier this morning trying to order. I was going to use the remaining two credits plus order a pair of boots for our daughter, but it won’t allow me to use my two credits. It’s making me use the 20% off. It was forcing me to pay money out of my pocket when I was not ready to do that. Since the JustFab customer service is 24 hours, I tried to call in. I sat on the line literally an hour waiting for someone and no one came on the line. It was a really frustrating process. The next day I called in again and the lady who answered apologized and gave me 20% off for the trouble and I’m glad that she gave me that. But past the few frustrating instances with trying to order, I do like the JustFab products. I am satisfied with my experience with them and I definitely recommend JustFab all the time when people ask where I got stuff.

    You think you are getting a first time offer until you get to check out and enter your card info and you find out you are enrolling in a monthly auto debit program. If you don't order a specified amount of product their stylist recommend for you, they debit your account anyway and issue a credit on your JustFab for future purchases.

    I wasted 45 minutes of my life looking for a pair of shoes for my first time offer. What they failed to know was that I had my two daughters looking for winter boots and I also had another pair of boots picked out and after I made that purchase (in my allotted time frame they gave me), we had a rather large order coming for them. Instead, they will never see a penny from my household. I will go to a legitimate website that doesn't use gimmicks that relies on one not reading all the fine print and then trying to figure out why their checking account keeps going down, then trying to get their money back. Should be illegal! SCAM!!!

    JustFab has really good offers. I wasn’t looking for something specifically so that made it a bit easier to look at the offers and choose from there.     I originally signed up for JustFab thinking it was similar to Shoedazzle. I love Shoedazzle and order from them frequently. JustFab is not Shoedazzle! They have horrible customer service. Their representatives are outsourced in order to reduce overhead costs. When you call in with a concern the rep cannot understand English. They use terminology that is inappropriate for the conversation.

    I wanted to cancel my membership, but when I spoke to a rep they convinced me to just skip the payment for the month, so I would not be charged and still keep an active membership. JustFab still charged my card and when I called back five times to tell them, they told me that a refund has already been processed to my card, which was/is not true. I even spoke with a supervisor named Jane and a manager name Chris who also told this same lie. I urge everyone to NOT DO BUSINESS with a company such as this if you value your hard earned money. They are not like Shoedazzle!

    Majority of my boots and purses came from JustFab and my experience with them has been very awesome. I was searching for boots and different shoes and checked out their website. Then I signed up to take advantage of the first time membership offer wherein I buy one item and get one free or half off. I purchased the item, received it, tried it on, and was hooked since then.

    The quality of the products is excellent, especially for the price that they all are advertising it for. All of our boots are still in really good condition even if I'm a big-time boot wearer throughout the wintertime. My only complaint is about the regular high-heel shoes or any shoes they offer besides the boots which are size 10's and are too big for me as I wear 9.5. I have to find something to put in the shoe so it's not flopping on and off my feet. I definitely don't wanna go smaller as my feet is gonna be in a lot of pain. It would be perfect if they start offering sizes like 9.5. Apart from that, I'm really happy with my JustFab experience.

    If anyone asks me where I get any of my things, I always let them know it's from JustFab. They always have cute stuff and I like using them and have been a member for two years now. One thing I like about being a member is I get points. I also get good deals and it's just nice. A lot of times, I get a $10 or $20 coupon. When I get the VIP first choice in sales, and I take advantage of those. I like the selections my style expert gives. They got me on point, but sometimes some of the heels are too high for me and I can't walk in those. I enjoy all my boots. I love them. My favorite is a pair green boots that go above my knees. They are so comfortable and they have this thick, clunky feel. My last purchase was a pair black boots that I bought two months ago and I like them.

    I have been a customer of JustFab for years. I even turned my friends and family to the site. I realized today that they have started a restocking fee for returns... I haven't had to make a return on my purchases in awhile so I am not sure when this started but it certainly wasn't in place before when I had to return items. If you don't want JustFab credit and simply want your money back (as you should be able to do with any purchase) then it costs you $5.96 PER ITEM. I had to return 3 items from this last order because they didn't look as they did online or didn't fit. It is going to cost me $18 to just return them. I find this appalling and ridiculous.

    Never have I been charged for doing a return, ever. Online shopping is a gamble. You can't tell how something will look from the pictures all the time or how it will look on your body, but you take that risk since you can just return it. Not with JustFab. I will be telling everyone about this and urge people to stay away from this company. I cancelled my account. Oh and I tried to take my credit card information off of their site. I was told I need to call to do so... This is a shady, shady company. Beware.

    JustFab is a good website. I love everything about it, except for the monthly club fee where I have to remind myself to go online and say “No purchase” so I won't get charged $40. I like what JustFab offers. They had some boots I got for 11 bucks and I like them a lot. I'm also waiting on a jumpsuit, that was on Project Runway, to become available.

    JustFab had a good beginning sale where they had a buy one, get two free promotion. The jeans sale was pretty good, too. They also had a summer clearance and I bought jeans, sweaters, and a lot of other things. I also buy a lot of shoes from them. It's pretty easy looking for the things that I want. Everything is listed there - all the models and all the colors. I also like that I can skip any month if I don’t have funds and that I have all the credits there available for me.

    I must admit I didn't know about the subscription fee when I placed the order. 2x boots called "Rihannon" black and brown totaled to 28.95 so I did buy them out of excitement. I must admit it isn't my card I used so I don't think I would be able to carry on for long with subscription but the boots are exactly like pictured! The very top of calf was a tad baggy. (I'm very, very fussy and tiny!) So I sewed them to fit as they had material at top so I'm even more happier about the product now! Yes their customer service could be better but I was quite nasty and didn't really need to be, and I did apologise! Yes they do explain the VIP so tbh should deff read carefully if something seems too good to be true! But overall do love my boots!! (Expected bad quality because of negative reviews.)     It is not clear when you say you have a credit and then it charges you. I cancelled my account as a result and you still charged me for the VIP a month later, which resulted in an overdraft fee for me. You need better customer service representatives and you need to be clear – it's not a "credit" if you still get charged.

    I had been a JustFab customer for 2 years and had great experiences with each order. Recently, when a card account that had been inactive for some time became active again I received 2 charges each for $39.95 in 1 day! I called and complained and was very satisfied with the level of care & time put in to my situation. I was able to redeem credits, and was given additional credits as a courtesy. I was told I would have a refund within 5-7 business days. We are now going on 10 business days with no $! I'm waiting on an $80 refund which is taking forever. As a mom of 4, with a 1 income family this is a blow to our monthly budgeting. Highly disappointed in the delay and have since cancelled both JustFab accounts that I have. Please make this right!

    I got a pair of boots from JustFab and it was true to fit. The selections were good. They were right on point with what I would choose. However, claiming my free item had a time limit. It only gave me an hour to breeze with everything they had. I had to make the firm decision on what I want 'cause I had to hurry up and pick something before that 59 minutes is over with. I would still recommend them but I would like more time.

    I love the boots I purchased. They are super cute and fit perfectly. I was excited about the skip the month because sometimes even credit for future purchases is just not in the budget. I dutifully clicked skip the month on the 1st day (option to skip is 1st-5th and credit card is charged on 6th). But something went wrong and I was charged on the 6th. The automated consumer call to question the charge was not helpful. I finally was able to speak to a real person and the charge was refunded. I did cancel my subscription because I don't want to go through the hassle of making sure I don't get charged unnecessarily.

    I ordered a pair of $15 boots, which by the way, I didn't care for. I was charged another $40 and was told that you are automatically signed up as a member when you place an order. I asked to be removed and it was a problem. I then continued to ask for a manager because they said that my account would still be active and possibly be charged. I asked and finally got the account closed. I do not recommend to anyone. The boots are not worth even $15, let alone $75.

    I was very interested in JustFab until it became hard to find the shoes I wanted in my size. That's when I began to skip months.     I like the products that I was seeing at JustFab. They looked like they had good quality. I like the fact that you can get multiple shoes and they actually frequently have sales. So I felt it's a good thing to try. It's very easy to find an item. But if you see something that catches your eye, you should purchase it immediately because it will sell out. The accessories might not be a lot in quantity because I've never had an issue with shoes, but only with accessories. They don't stock quite as many of the accessories.

    I like the different promotions that JustFab offers. I dibble dabble in between plus size and regular size. So I like the fact that they have revamped their plus size line with more fashionable things. I would get a lot of compliments on anything I've purchased. I've never had any issue with quality. I used to work for mostly retail, and for the amount that I am paying, the product lasts and the quality is good. I've recommended JustFab to a lot of my coworkers.

    JustFab sends me emails and it seemed like pretty good deals and very pretty shoes, so I went and browsed the site and I found these gorgeous shoes and it was really cheap - $39.99 wasn’t bad. I signed up when I saw Kimora Lee Simmons talking about it. However, I never really took advantage of it. It was just recently I wanted to get a jump on the fall for my shoes, and I decided to give it a try. I ordered from this other website and the shoes were cheaper and they looked good but when I got them, they weren’t comfortable at all. I ordered from JustFab and it was well worth it. The shoes are very comfortable and very stylish. They’re very good quality shoes. They don’t look like someone just glued them together, which I absolutely hate. They look like they cost more than they do.

    But the last time I ordered, there was a back order on the shoes that I wanted, but no one gave me a heads up about it. I was really sitting and waiting for those shoes and they just weren’t showing up. But other than that, I was impressed with JustFab and I will definitely be purchasing again.

    JustFab has a variety of styles to choose from and their items are of good quality. I've been a member for three years, and my favorite aspect besides getting my items shipped really fast, is the easy return if I end up not liking it or if it does not fit. Initially, when I signed up, I thought that they had a lot of items that I can wear.
