Love it! Ships fast and boots and sandals are good quality! I would order again from this store. The shoes fit true to size. The romper I bought was not true to size. It was larger than I thought and I ordered a med and it fit like a large. I would say to go a size smaller than what you normally ordered.

JustFab had a deal going on for new customers. I took advantage of the $10 or 75% off the first order. There's also a lot of selection offered by the style expert and that’s great. I got a pair of chunky heel shoes and they're really cute. I'd recommend JustFab.

JustFab's pricing was good. My favorite thing about being a member which I've been for three years now is the ease in selecting a product and returning it if it wasn't correct. It's easy to find the styles I was looking for and I usually like the selections of the style expert. I like their boots. I've had a problem with one or two pairs that didn't seem to hold up as well as I had hoped, but other than that, the quality of the items seems to be okay.

My sister purchased from JustFab and she liked it. I thought to give it a try too so I have been a VIP member since November. It was a good experience purchasing with them. Their items are of good quality. I like my backpack purse from them and I take it everywhere.

They sell it to you like they're giving you amazing deals, but the quality of the products is only so-so. I've had some issues with sizing, and they're generally uncomfortable. Plus, you only have five days to "skip the month" before you're hit with a $35.00 charge for "credit." Shipping has been agonizingly slow as well. On the whole, I'd just prefer shopping elsewhere.

I signed up for JustFab with the intention of using the VIP service. However after my circumstances changed I requested a cancellation of the account in January after that month's charge went through. However I was charged again this month and when I contacted the company they refused to refund the additional 890 charge stating that they had no record of the cancellation!!! Do not sign up for this VIP membership because if you need to cancel they will not do it correctly and then try to get you to spend more money before processing the request for real after the second contact. It's a scam to just get you to pay more money for a service they never provided.

JustFab has some great styles, of outstanding quality! My favorite pair of fringe boots I got 2 years ago, and they show zero signs of wear. I've gotten sandals, boots, wedges, flats, even a purse, and jacket. I love when they run sales on holidays! Returns are easy as well. My only complaint is that I should be able to pause or cancel my VIP membership online like other subscription services. Once click and done. Instead I have alarms and reminders set to remind me to skip the month while my budget is tight. I love the quality and the prices, but I shouldn't have to call in, hold for 15 minutes, and have to explain to a person why I am terminating my subscription.

Today is business day 4 of waiting to hear back from customer service in regards to my account. Your VIP monthly charges is a crazy business practice and you do not clearly indicate how to "skip" the month. Very unimpressed with your business practices and am dreading trying to get a refund. Although my first order was at a discounted price, the description of the boots I ordered said warm winter boots. However, there is absolutely no lining in the foot (only lining is in the calf of the boot). Not a great quality for a Canadian winter boot.

I've ordered multiple products from this company for two years. I've decided to cancel the subscription to save money and they never send me emails telling me that I'm going to be charged. I've requested the cancellation and asked for a refund of $39.99 that they've charged me. I get it I have a "subscription". However I've spent literally hundreds of dollars with this company. They're refusing to refund a whopping $40. Just use this as a warning, order your first pair, get the 'deal', then IMMEDIATELY cancel if you don't want to be charged $40 a month for something you're not using. This is how they treat 'VIP' members. They will use a cop out of "we send you warning emails" however I have no such email. I've checked every folder in my email including spam to make sure. You have been warned!

I really enjoy JustFab. The only thing I would change are the ads. There are so many and so frequently that it makes me leave the site sooner than I'd like to. Justfab would be a lot better with less ads popping up so often. I've been thinking of canceling and trying a different site.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love the clothes, prices, and boutique styling. It makes it so much easy to shop. The clothing is very high quality. The shoes and handbags look expensive and I have had some of my friends ask what designer they were.

The rep on the phone was able to explain the membership so I could understand. Also, the rep stayed on the phone with me to select a boot which was thoughtful. I was also given a credit at the first purchase because I did not understand the first time promotion.

I love shoes and needed some so I went on JustFab. It was very easy to find what I was looking for in their website. and the shoes I got were very good quality. They actually fit my arch which is cool. I've been a member for three months now and I like being able to skip the month if the budget doesn't fit for that month. I used the selection given to me by the style expert once but it was too expensive for me so I ended up not using that.

I had a fraudulent account make a membership and purchases, they wouldn't refund me. Charged me 4 times in 2 months for MEMBERSHIP FEES over $200 in FEES. They still haven't refunded me and I got a $40 overdraft fee because I wasn't expecting the money to be taken out of my account. SO I AM OUT OF $240. I am a single mother working 90+ hours a week trying to provide and now my electric bill is about to be turned off.

I have been a member of JustFab for several months and I like that they send me the different new releases and the new arrivals. It makes me always want to check out the website. The prices and the products made me purchase from them. Finding an item and purchasing was also very easy. They also offer discounts like I got a pair of boots for $19. Last month I purchased a dress and a red valentine purse. My favorite purchase is this little pair of black booties that I have on today. The quality of the items is very good and my experience was very satisfying.

I've been with JustFab for a while. The selections are sometimes on point and then other times they are not. Most of the quality of the items have been good. There was one pair that wasn't and JustFab said that they were going to send out another pair but I never got them. They were actually one of my favorite pair of boots.

I have been shopping with JustFab for many years and have had positive experiences with them in the past. However, their current level of service is not at all what it once was. A lot of their shoes are no longer the advertised price of $39.95 and once the shoes sell out, they never come back in stock. I recently ordered a pair of over-the-knee boots to wear for my birthday party and they sent a pair of combat booties. I went online 3 separate times to have a return label sent to me and never received any of them. I did, however, continue to receive all of their promotional emails.
I contacted the customer service center to see what was going on and the woman told me that a refund had already been processed back to my credit card. I explained to her that I didn't want a refund, I just wanted the shoes that I had ordered. She said they were sold old and again a refund had already been issued. I asked her to provide the card information and date of the refund and all she was able to tell me was that they were working on it. I checked my account and as I expected the money was not there. So after one month, I have neither the shoes that I was expecting or the money that I spent on this purchase. I do not plan on shopping with this company in the future and would not recommend them to anyone that I know.

JustFab was a referral by a family member and I purchased from them since they had a selection I can choose from. Finding an item or style is not difficult at all although the selection could have been better as there wasn't a wide variety. I got a pair of boots for $9.95 and the quality was good. I like my knee boots that I have.

It's relatively easy to find items in their website. But the longer I'm looking through it, there's actually a whole lot of nothing that I like. I had liked the fact that it was relatively easy to find my size in boots, but when I received them, they were nowhere near true to size. I wear a size 10 and I ordered an 11 wide, but it was still too small. My daughter, who wears a size eight, actually fit the boots. It was weird but the quality seemed okay. I got the boots on a buy-one-get-one sale. So if I had returned the pair, then the other pair would have been full price and it would have just made the other pair worth nothing. The stuff that their style expert suggested are cute, but there's nothing I would ever wear.

I like JustFab, they're good. I bought my first pair from them about two years ago. I'm a college student, and I don't have enough money to buy shoes every month. I had to become a VIP member in order to get a discount that was going on. My friend who is in JustFab too told me I could skip a month so I don't have to pay $39 and I've been doing that for a couple of months now. The quality of their items is good. I had one pair of boots and they came up a slightly bigger size.So, I just wear thick socks for them to fit, but it's good.

I saw an ad for JustFab on my Yahoo account and signed up because of the cheap prices. They have pretty good sorting options and it's easy to find the things I want. I've been a member for a couple of months now and I like that they pair things in styles. They also build a whole ensemble of wardrobe and I can go look at the different pieces to see if I want them or not. They're just samples and I would never wear some of the items there but they're cute. I like the boots I got from them. For the price, it's exactly what I would expect to get.
The only thing that I don't like is that they have a monthly charge that I have to pay regardless if I'm interested in purchasing or not. They give me the option to skip a month but sometimes I forget about it. Then I see a $40 charge on my credit card and remember what it's for so maybe it's just me. I'd recommend them to someone who shops a lot but not to those who don't because of that monthly thing.

When JustFab had a deal going with the boots, I looked through their website, found some, and got 3 pairs. They had a good selection and I like the boots that I got. They're nice. However, I just recently canceled my membership as I couldn't keep up with the payments anymore. It was a hassle to keep going in their website every month to skip when I wasn't buying to begin with. It was good experience though. I enjoyed it.

JustFab has a VIP program where you pay $39.95 a month and can pick an item that month or let your credits "build". I was charged my normal monthly fee on 1/10. I made a purchase on 1/15 and instead of using my credit, they charged me again for the price of the shoes. I sent 4 emails thinking it was an oversight. The only response I got was that someone was looking into my question.
I called today and after a very irritating interaction with an automated system, I got to talk to a live person. That person informed me that I was charged for my purchase because the shoes I chose were LESS than my credit amount and the only way I can use my credit is to order an item that costs exactly 39.95. This is very frustrating and inconvenient because not a lot of their shoes are exactly $39.95. They are issuing a refund for the purchase amount for the shoes as a "one time courtesy". I would recommend high caution before signing up for this VIP program and once my refund is seen I will be cancelling my account.

I love JustFab. They're just fab They popped up on the news feed on my Facebook account and had cute shoes so I thought to try them out. I've been a member for about two years and I like the shoes. A lot of times, the selections given by the style expert are not quite what I like but they do pretty good. My last purchase was a month ago and I got a jacket, a fur collar thing, and a pair of boots. The quality is good and I love it. I always recommend them to friends.

How can I say no to their first pair of boots being $10? It was free shipping, too. I've got my eye on another pair of boots so I'm gonna buy them on February. Finding items is very easy too. They have everything and it is really nice when I find something I really like. They have a good selection of lower heels and flats. And the items have very nice quality. They also have a lot of combat-style boots which we use when we're showing horses. They don't have just a pair of black combat boots but also gray, brown, green and the flowers and plaid. I could buy a pair of boots for every show outfit I have. They're comfortable and hold up well. And that’s without spending $500 on a pair of cowboy boots, too.
This Christmas, we got boots from JustFab and they're all different and nice. My daughter bought a pair of knee-high boots. She has had issues with her legs because she broke them a lot, so she was just starting to walk. But when she wore those boots the other day, they supported her very well. As for me, I bought a pair of blue boots and it's my favorite purchase from JustFab. But I’ve not had a chance to wear my wonderful ones yet. But purchasing from JustFab has been enjoyable and was not complicated. It's been a very good experience.

I looked up some of the stuff at JustFab. I liked the pair of shoes that I looked at so I went ahead and ordered them. However, I thought they were leather and when I got them they were kind of a suede leather. Also, color-wise, it wasn't exactly what I thought it was going to be. That was the hard part of ordering them online. I was only able to see the definition of the color and the type of material that was on the outside of the shoes and I didn't read that well enough. But I've bought three pairs of shoes through them. One of them was a pair of boots for my daughter and she really likes them so that was a plus. My experience was great. However, I didn't realize that I had to buy something every month to be a member, so that was something I didn't like and I ended up canceling my membership.

Using JustFab is convenient and inexpensive. I signed up with them because they offered $10 for a pair of shoes and they were well-rated in terms of quality. I've been a member for a couple of months and my favorite purchase is a pair of flat shoes that had a suede feel to them, and had straps on the side and zips on the back. Also, I’ve had free shipping and two for $39.95. I recently purchased two pairs of shoes and they were very good for their cost. As long as JustFab keeps forgetting to cancel my membership, I keep getting more shoes so it’s great. I recommend them all the time.

I purchased from JustFab due to the styles of their shoes. It’s very easy to find the styles that I'm looking for, but sometimes the size I am is always sold out. I also experienced low quality. I purchased some boots about a month ago and their heels are coming off. I ordered from JustFab but they sent something from ShoeDazzle. It’s the same company but the quality is different. I have ordered things in the past through JustFab and it was from JustFab. JustFab has good quality but I’m not sure about ShoeDazzle.
My favorite purchase from JustFab is the velvet jacket that I bought. The quality is good. I like JustFab's wide variety of shoe selection because I like shoes a lot, and then, their pricing is good to me, especially for boots because the regular stores double the price. In addition, the first pair of shoes that a customer gets from them is $10. I used that, and then they have different promotions during different seasons or different weeks and I do those as well. Sometimes they also have their buy one get one and their half off offers.
My experience with JustFab has been very good so far, except that I lost items three weeks ago. I was supposed to have a shipment come to my house on a Thursday. I was out of town and I came back on Sunday and I didn’t receive the item. So, I called the post office. They said they didn’t have it and that it was delivered to my house, but I never received it.

I liked most of the products that I saw from JustFab and it was very easy finding from them the style that I was looking for. My favorite purchase was jeans which I bought two years ago. I made my last purchase from them last month, buying two pairs of shoes, a pair of heels, peep-toe shoes, and a pair of long boots. The items have very good quality and I like them. Being a member, I enjoy being able to order things and getting my orders quick. Also, I took advantage of the ‘buy one, get the second one’ half off. It was a great experience overall. I found everything that I was looking for and I'm going back and look for some more stuff from them.

There was a promotion going on where if I try their service, I could get a pair of boots for $10 and my daughter really wanted them. I was a member for about three weeks then I canceled my membership within the time that I was given but JustFab still charged me $39.99 for the membership so I called them. They said I had to call PayPal because that's who paid them. I called PayPal and they put a dispute through which was declined through PayPal because they don't really pay attention to what you're saying.
So when I went back to JustFab, they said they can't help me because I've disputed this through PayPal. An hour and a half later, I was on the phone still and was saying I'm not hanging up until I get satisfaction on this because they stole my money and they're telling me now I can't ever get it back. They said I'd have to go to my bank and I said my bank won't handle it because it was made by PayPal and I have to go through PayPal. PayPal declined it based on no information and JustFab is now telling me that they're going to keep my money even though I did everything I was supposed to do. They finally agreed that they would refund my money but it may take up to two months. I don't think I'll ever get the money back and I would never ever use JustFab again. My daughter will get $10 worth of fun out of the boots but they weren't great.

I liked the stuff that JustFab had online but it was difficult to find the item in their web page. I had to do a survey on what kind of shoes I'd want before I could get a look at what kind of shoes they have available to buy. I was able to get a $10 introductory offer discount on the only pair of boots that I got. I got what I ordered in a timely manner but the boots didn't fit. This was an entire size off. I wear an eight and my foot can fit any eight out there except for Nike so it was weird to me that the boots were very small. Shoes are hard to buy and if I bought one which didn't fit right, then I'm not gonna continue to buy a bunch of shoes to see if they fit.
I didn't like anything from the selections of the style expert. Also, the boots didn't seem like very good quality shoes when I got it. It didn’t look like they were gonna hold up very well. The material didn’t feel like the same stuff that I would get at JCPenney’s or Macy’s. It was supposed to be leather-type material. After two months, I canceled my membership and got a really hard time doing it. I had to do it via chat with a person. I went back and forth and the rep tried really hard to talk me into staying which I understood. But I kept saying no and when she was done, she said that I could never get a membership with them again. I told her that that was fine. It was weird. I wouldn’t really recommend anybody else using JustFab. Steer clear.

It's really cool being a member of JustFab. I love their products and I really enjoy looking at the new shoes and handbags. It's easy to find the items that I want and their app helped me a lot when I looked up the shoe type. The shoes I bought were really pretty and I love the designs. With the selections they suggest, I feel very appreciated. Also, I got my first pair for $10. My last purchase was the flat boots and the quality is very good. JustFab is a wonderful app to use if you're looking for any style of shoes or handbags.

About a month ago I "skipped" the month on JustFab, the company still proceeded to take money out my account so I called and canceled. I changed my debit card soon after and I go in my account today to find out that they still have my account information and was still taking money out. So now I have to take extra precaution and call my bank to block them from my money. Do not use JustFab. You honestly can expect better shoes from Rainbow anyway.

I bought some combat boots from JustFab a few months ago and my experience was fantastic. It’s easy to do so I don’t have to go and buy shoes all the time. I can do it even if I'm at home and if it doesn't fit, it’s very easy to return. The first order was $10, and then they had a deal recently and I was able to buy all my Christmas presents with that. They also try to get to the style that I would like and it’s very helpful.

The last item I ordered was Katska, a lace up boot with a buckle over the ankle. Every time I try to wear these boots, the metal loops that the laces go through pop off and pieces go flying. I find the products are becoming more cheaply made and I am dissatisfied with the items. I am not going to bother returning them because I am going to remove the rest of the metal loops and do something else with the boots. I will no longer be recommending JustFab to anyone as I find the quality has gone downhill.

I was excited about the 2 pair of beautiful boots I ordered. The good news is I received them within 48 hrs. Although they were nice boots, they did not fit properly and were too wide for my legs. I called customer service to get my shipping label and was met by someone I could barely understand. By the end of the conversation I was VERY frustrated. I ended up canceling my VIP and hung up shaking my head. Then Manager Trixie told me that there was a shipping fee to Canada - sad but true. So much for free shipping. Thanks but no thanks. JustFab was just so so.

I've been a JustFab member for over three years and I like that they have a lot of nice shoes and a lot of options. I love their boots and I’m very satisfied with their selections. But I never get a chance to look through the selections that were given by my style expert because once I open the web page, they have a bunch of other things that interest me. This is the first time I’ve stuck with a website for many years. I don’t only get shoes. I also have gotten handbags there, and my two daughters love them, too. In fact, JustFab is where I’d be getting their Christmas shoes or even bags.
Sometimes I let my credits stack up, and then throughout the year, I’ll be getting shoes and stuff to give out for Christmas. My favorite purchase was some really cute Amara suede boots. I’ve had them for years and they are still great. I wish I could find them again because my daughters like them and I wanted to order some for them but they don’t have those anymore. I wish JustFab could bring those boots back out. But overall, my daughters and I are very satisfied.

I ordered 2 pairs of boots, regular size 7 wide calf. I find zipping up these boots can be challenging when they are new, and I have to make sure my socks are thin in order to I can do them up. I also find the sole of the boots "slippery" and I did get blisters on the bottom of my feet when I first started wearing them. Something that could have been avoided if the soles were not smooth, or if I wore thicker socks (if only I could do up the zipper). I also ordered a pair of flats, but they are very tight on my feet. I find the sizing from boots to shoes is not consistent. Overall, for the price I am paying for, I do love the styles. My last pair of boots lasted me 2 years. Thank you.

I ordered 2 pairs of boots. The navy cowboy boots (Kelsi) look fantastic, however, they were really loose around the ankle and tight around the calf. I'm hoping it's just because they were bent and need to straighten out. I also had the same ankle issue with my brown boots (Nisha). Prices are great, delivery was timely and product looks great. I'm hoping they will just need a little working in. I don't want the hassle of having to return them.

I love the suede wedges I got from JUSTFAB. They look great and they are very comfortable!! I've gotten so many compliments on them. Great quality, soft to the touch. I don't have especially thin legs but the boots gape around my calves a bit. I think they are supposed to though. Just FYI they are a bit slouchy.

The boots were to the quality I expected for the price. They had no sort of traction on the bottom and the zippers were hard to use, the overall quality was not good. And while cancelling my account I didn't like how you have to phone, it gives them time to try and make you change your mind and really just wastes your time.

I was looking for boots for my daughter and I found a pair at JustFab that I thought she would like. The first pair I bought was for $10. But then if I bought two pairs of shoes, it was $15. So I did it because I thought, "Well, where am I going to get a pair of boots for $15?" The $10 was a great thing, but it got me to buy two pairs instead of one. They gave me a coupon for signing up.
The boots I bought for myself, I would not purchase them if I had seen them first in a store. It's weird. There's like poke holes at top of the boots so you can see through your ankle. It's real thin, it's not a warm boot. It's not what I thought it was. But the boots I got my daughter are phenomenal -- nice quality, beautiful boots, and fit great. It's just the style I picked for myself wasn't good. However, it was easy exchanging the first pair of boots that I bought. It's unfortunate I don't fit the other size. One’s too small, one’s too big. I'm just a weird size. But overall, it's been a good experience.

Fast, love them!! Two flaws: the brown ones, the fur on top isn't permanently on and it flaps everywhere, somewhat annoying. Grey boots are a little darker than expected but overall these both are truly favorites. Love that there are plenty of choices. Thank you JustFab.

I have only used justfab.ca once. I bought a pair of tall boots and a tunic. I am thrilled. They fit perfectly. If you don't measure yourself properly and it doesn't fit right then you have no one to blame but yourself. My advice is to measure your feet with a measuring tape for shoes and boots and for clothing follow their guide to a T. I love my new boots???

I read a lot of bad comments after ordering a pair of boots on JustFab, so I was kind of stressed. I'm really satisfied with my order, the shipping was fast and they look amazing. The only thing that bothered me about the process is that I was not clearly informed that I had to go on the website and "skip the month" if I didn't want my card to be charged $40 for my VIP status. I was lucky to see that information in feedbacks. For the rest, I love the boots and I will order again probably.

I bought before Christmas a Black pair of high boots and they said they were wide calf and the picture doesn't show them that tall. They are not wide at all. Don't and the advertisement should be different. They fit like regular boots. First pair of boots ordered off Justfab and not impressed. Not worth sending them back when I have to pay to send them back.

I have been seeing JustFab's advertisement for quite sometime but never thought of giving it a try because I live in Canada and don't have a USD account to cover USD expenses online. Recently, I needed a pair of wide calf boots to replace my old one for this winter, and I have been searching around with no luck. I did a few searches online and saw JustFab's listings. I visited JustFab's website and learned about their VIP program. At that moment there was a special promotion for first time buyer, and finally I decided to give it a shot. I love that most boots come in wide calf version which is a plus for me. The only thing that bothers me is that I live in Canada and have to pay conversion rates every time I shop at JustFab. I'd shop at JustFab more often if it wasn't for the exchange rates and fees. Overall, I'd recommend this to friends who live in the United States for sure.

I called corporate and left 4-5 msgs to call me on a discrepancy over price online. Customer service wouldn't honor price online - thereby making me lose my bonus cash spend $60 get $30. When you call corporate there's not even a receptionist to answer your call just transfer by automation. Call made Dec 9-2016 (no call back yet).

I have ordered from here before and never had any issues. This last time however, I ordered on the 28th very early in the morning, paid for 2 day shipping and did not receive my order until the 4th. I feel like they need to advertise that it's 2 day shipping after 2 days of processing because when you are expecting a package and get it days later it is very upsetting! On top of that they sent it in the wrong box and I had to pay an additional $5.30 postage fee when it was delivered. After this experience I do not know if I will continue to shop here, I ordered boots in hopes of wearing them for a specific occasion and was unable to do so.

Super cute boots! Sizing is about half a size small for me. Gave one pair to my stepdaughter cause too small :) but tolerating the other pair cause I love them! Will order up next time and there will be a next time!

I ordered my first pair of boots and never received them. Two subsequent emails to the company produced no results. I am extremely disappointed with this company. I stated in the emails that I sent that I still wanted the boots.

I love my booties! They fit perfect (which is quite the feat for someone with my size feet) and are really warm – even in Minnesota winters. While they could really afford some waterproofing, they are still phenomenal. I have also received numerous compliments on them and get questions from people wondering where I scored such adorable boots. 9.5/10. Would definitely buy again.

I bought two pairs of boots just before Christmas and I got them just before New Year's. I have never brought online before and was worried about how long it would take and how the boots would fit since you can't try them on. I was pleasantly surprised when the boot arrived so quickly and they fit perfectly. I have recommended this site to my friends and family.

The boots I purchased were to be in black and came in a charcoal grey which was disappointing. Also the tracking is horrible. It said they were being delivered by Purolator and in turn they were delivered by Canada Post and it said they were still in Toronto when in fact they had made it to me 1 day past the expected date.

I love the boots that I ordered from you. Very pleased with the product and the really fast delivery. This was my first order and I was really surprised with the speed of delivery. Not sure if it's available or not. I just haven't found it but it would be great if there was a way to see matching accessories. It's always hard to find matching shoes, boots, purse and gloves.

I was happy for the quick delivery of the product however, the boots I ordered do not fit. When I called to get the return authorization number I could barely hear the person on the other end and I was hung up on. The packaging included with the boots gave steps to return the product but there was no form to fill out on the website as per the instructions. So I now have a pair of boots I am unable to return since I can't seem to get any helpful information.

Very fast and very easy to order. The size chart is a big help and for the wide calf boots I ordered, all the different styles show the circumference of different areas of the boot. Justfab makes it very easy to know which sizes will fit you and which styles won't fit right... without even trying them on. I received my boots in only a few days and they fit perfectly. Very happy with JustFab.

I am happy with how quick I received my order. The shopping was made easy and fun. However, one of the pair of boots the sole has come off within a week of wearing them. I have contacted you guys twice now and haven't heard anything back. I am scared to wear the other three pair of boots in fear that they too will fall apart. What are my options? I was on JustFab's website and looked at all the products and I loved the products that they have and the discounts for being a JustFab member. I also love how you can do the credit from your card and then if you charge your card, it goes towards the shoes on the account. They don’t just charge your card and keep the money. I've been a member for three months now and if I don’t want to purchase something for that month, I could skip the month. The selections of their style expert is pretty good. I only did one purchase so far, and the quality is good. It was a good experience. I would love to go back and shop there again. I recommend everybody to shop at JustFab because of their discounts and the quality of their shoes.

I saw that the shoes were cheap so I bought them. It was easy to find them in JustFab's website. However when the shoes came in they didn't fit wide enough for me and the quality wasn't good at all.

I was looking for some boots for work and JustFab was in my budget. They have styles that I like and it was pretty easy to find. Also, the selections of the style expert were really good and it fit my style. I bought boots from them, however, it didn't fit so I gave them to a friend. I've been ordering shoes from JustFab for a very long time. The first time I bought a pair, I got another free. That's what got me sold. And I like the credit too. Whenever I order, I get points then after I accumulate so many points, I get myself a free pair. Finding an item is not hard at all. One thing I don't like though is when it comes to open toes, I have to get a bigger size than I usually wear. I wear a 10 but if I get open toes, I have to get an 11 because they don't have these in half sizes. That would be my biggest gripe though I buy the little thing that goes around the ankle in the shoe and the pad that goes on the bottom. The selections given by the style expert are okay though not always on point. I'm already tall but like heels, the ones without platforms. A lot of times the stylist will send me heels with platforms which puts me over a bit too much. But I still find what I like on the site.
I still have the very first pair of shoes that I bought from JustFab. However, I've had to replace just about one black thing on the bottom of every heel that I have. It's always on this one shoe that the black thing seems to fall off more often than not but the guy who fixes my shoes told me he has to replace that black thing on both shoes. But my shoes from JustFab are still intact and the quality is good except maybe they wanna put a couple more cents into that little black thing that goes on the bottom of the shoes.

I've bought shoes from JustFab and they've all been really good. I got a pair of boots a month ago. They have a little heel on them and it's cute. I also like their deals, the VIP membership and their Cyber Monday where it's a buy one, get one half-off. I also receive all my packages every time I've ordered. Nevertheless, most of the items I really want are out of stock so I buy what's available. I've signed up on the waitlist but I never heard anything back for a few different things. I always check and it's still never in stock.

I liked the shoes at JustFab and I saw the offer of buy one get one free. That got my attention and I gave JustFab a shot. They made it easier for me to shop. I wear a size 10, which is not the biggest but not the smallest, and a lot of times, I find something that I like and when I go to click on it, the size isn't available. So I like the fact that JustFab only shows me things that I have available for me and I really enjoy looking at things that I know I’ll be able to buy. I appreciate that convenience.
I got two pairs of boots a couple of weeks ago and they're holding up well. They're not flimsy, which was what I was worried about with regard to the price. It was a great experience and I look forward to making more purchases. I took a look at that Fabletics thing for the $10 outfit for VIP members. I might go back and see if I can purchase one of those.

I always found the shoes that I'm mostly looking for from JustFab. I've been a member since 2015 and I like the half off promo that you get in the beginning. The thing that I didn't like about JustFab is that they did not make it clear with me that they would take $39.95 out of my account each month. I let different people use my card so we can all place the orders on the same account number, but they ended up taking all the money out of my account. I had already spoken with someone who took care of it.
Another problem I had was when I bought eight pairs of shoes this month under my best friend's name and I never received the items. I ended up having to call back JustFab and they told me it was delivered on a certain day. But around this time, I ordered a lot of things and I received everything. Other than that, everything was good considering the fact that they do work with me.

My daughter showed me the website of JustFab and there were a couple of things that I liked so I decided to sign up. I like getting all the e-mails from them and seeing what styles are out there. I took advantage of the first offer where I got two boots for $30. I have already ordered four pairs of boots and they were very nice and fit perfectly fine. JustFab's payment system and the way how everything works is confusing to me. There's been a couple of months that I didn't skip and so they charged my account $39.99, and I'm not sure where that money goes. I keep calling and I've looked online, and it keeps telling me I have all these bonus points. I don't know if that money is going towards bonus points because the bonus points that I get is like 4000 points for a pen, which is ridiculous. I've been planning on cancelling it, but with Christmas coming up, there were some cute boots on there that I wanted to order for my granddaughter and my daughter-in-law. So I've been trying to remember to skip each month so that JustFab doesn't take more money. Other than that, the products so far have been pretty good. JustFab has been very fair priced and they always shipped on time. The website is also really easy to use.

JustFab is awesome. I am a member for six years now. I like the prices of the products and that I can have them shipped right to my house. They got closer distribution warehouses because I get my stuff a lot faster now. When I first joined, they had to come all the way from California so it took 10 days. But now it takes four days. I bought some boots last month and they're of good quality. JustFab just sent me $10 off for my birthday.

I like that I can get shoes for $10 for my first purchase at JustFab. I bought boots. We live up north where it's super cold and that's very helpful at this time of year. So far, they are holding up but we'll see how they are at the end of winter with all the salts and snow. I'm really excited for the sandal season this summer. I like flip flops with designs.

Hate that the site continues to charge on a monthly basis even when I already have credits to spend. It's also impossible to get refunds with JustFab - customer service could be much improved. The products aren't bad, but it's also not the best. So having such stringent policies make me want to quit. If I can use all my credits, I will probably quit.

I became a member of JustFab when I was a sophomore in college. I canceled my account, though. When I was a member, I liked how I could get two pairs of shoes the first time. I was under the impression that I would get two pairs of shoes every time, but it was only the first time. Whenever I see shoes that I like, I would get them, but normally, I'd skip because I didn’t find any that I liked. JustFab has a good selection, and I liked all the shoes I bought from them. I can spend less than $40 on one pair of shoes. If it was two pairs of shoes for $40, that’ll be better. The last thing I purchased were some shoes. It came very quickly. I just got them because I had a credit on my account so I bought the shoes so I could get the money. I haven’t really worn them yet, but I like the way they look.

JustFab had this ‘first purchase 50% off’ promo so that's why I joined the first time. It was pretty easy to find items there and I liked the variety of styles as well as checking in and seeing a good discount. However, the first couple of months I didn't realize that they were charging me $40. Once I realized, I wanted to cancel it and it was so difficult to cancel my membership. JustFab wouldn't let me cancel because they kept saying that I had points left. Their selections are also pretty common and I don't feel that they’re unique.
The quality of JustFab's products isn't that great either. Even if it looks good on the website, it doesn't look that good in real life. I can only wear the boots I bought for two months max, and after that, it wears down pretty easily and it doesn't look as good or as new. I ended up giving those away because I didn't like the quality. I have these pair of pants that I really like from their website, and they’re part of the reason I decided to go back and purchase more stuff. I thought maybe the purchases I had earlier just weren’t good quality, but it turned out that those pair of pants were the only good quality things.

I bought a pair of boots from JustFab but I returned them because they didn’t fit. They are not wide-calved boots and I kept swapping out to get more pairs. It turns out looking for a style at JustFab is extremely difficult which was why I canceled my membership.

My girlfriend wanted the shoes from JustFab. The style was nice but the quality wasn't that great. I set up an account and I was a member for about three months and I hated it ‘cause she wasted a lot of money. Nevertheless, I was satisfied with my experience with them. I needed to return once and I had a bad address but they handled it well.

I went on JustFab and signed up for the VIP membership. My mom pulled out $100 for my ties for church and she put it out of the wrong account. After that, I started getting overcharges and we were wondering why. I got on my account and saw that I had the charge of $39.95 from JustFab. I must have overlooked the terms that pop out and it would have been helpful for me to read. I tried to cancel my membership but one of the reps told me that I can skip the month and still have all the benefits if I don't want to pay anything this month. Everything was taken care of and everyone was polite about it. The ankle boots were of tannish color and they have little castles on the side. They're cute, comfortable and the size was perfect so I'm definitely going to buy from them again.

JustFab had a promotion going where it was BOGO for the first pair ordered from them and from there on out, they constantly had different monthly deals. They also had a bunch of different styles and it was much cheaper than going to any of the outlets. I was with them for about two years and then canceled my membership for a while but redid it over the summer.
Looking for a style in JustFab is easy and I have the option to choose whether I'm looking for boots or heels by selecting that in a search query. I like all the options that are in the VIP membership Club but they’re very comparable to Shoedazzle. I also like the quality of the items but I have gotten shoes in the past that could have been better quality. I've also had some issues with the sizing. I wear a 7½ and a lot of the shoes are not 7½. The sizes seem to run smaller. But their customer service is awesome and very easy to get a hold of and they get the shoes swapped out quickly.

I was looking for some boots and JustFab had some that I wanted. I've been a member for a couple of months and I like their variety. I purchased one pair of boots and they were a little small. They have some cute clothes, too and looking online, I can usually find something that I would wear so I'll be buying more in the future. Finding the style I want is easy except that a lot of them are out of stock. They don't tell me until I've already gotten through the checkout and see that there's an error so that's annoying. But other than that, I'm happy with my experience with JustFab. They have some stuff that I like and I'm satisfied.

If they would fit, I totally would have loved these boots. They were super cute and were good quality, something I would have worn out in a heartbeat. My favorite purchase that I did get is a pair of jeans. They were all distressed out. I wear them so often and so much that I ripped one of the big holes with strings that go across. I ripped all the holes and the strings off and it left a big gap with a flap. So I turned them into shorts. But I absolutely loved these pants before I ripped the crap out of them. I would most definitely recommend JustFab. In fact, I’ve recommended them to a friend constantly.

I ordered four pairs of boots from JustFab and I mailed out three pairs yesterday because they weren't so good for a white cast. Also, they said they didn't have any more of the black leather so they're going to send me the black suede high heels. The other pair of boots that I ordered was also big and bulky but I like how the fourth pair fits so I kept them. They were telling me that there was a $7 restocking fee, so if I wasn't exchanging, I would have to have a credit instead of a refund. So I had one exchanged and then I have a credit for the other two. The shipping is also taking so long and I wish that it will be a little faster. Otherwise, I like my experience with JustFab.

My experience with JustFab was good. I liked the styles they had and it's easy to find the items that I like. However, I’m not a member anymore. I deactivated my account a few months ago. Their selections were nice but quality is not so good. Nevertheless, their prices are very good for such quality. I got the ankle boots last year and that’s the only thing I kept and I still have it. I won’t recommend it for someone who really wants quality, but for someone who wants style for less.

I recently purchased a $29.00 pair of jeans and returned them to JustFab. I'd found a different pair that I wanted and were under $10 on promotion and I purchased those to replace the jeans I needed to send back. After JustFab received my return, I noticed that my refund wasn't posting and I requested information on when that would be taking place. I was told that my $10 jeans were processed as an exchange, almost tripling the price to match the $29.00 jeans I was returning. I asked them to re-process it as a return and, in a separate purchase, allow me to purchase the jeans for under $10 but was told that it was impossible. I reached out to customer service and have heard nothing from them. Their customer service is so poor and I just don't recommend them at all.

I kept seeing lots of cute boots on JustFab through Facebook, and I like to buy boots in the wintertime. They had the introductory price for $19, and I ended up buying two pairs. I was pleasantly surprised as they seem really well made. However, on the one pair of boots that I got, the eyelet loops for the laces on one of them there are five loops, while on the other one, there are just four. It's hard to explain, but it was a weird flaw that's only noticeable to me when I'm lacing them up. Other than that, I've been a member of JustFab for less than a month. I like that there's a large selection and that I can just shop at home and not go searching store to store looking for the one pair as they're all right there.

I received my products faster than it was supposed to. That was awesome and I was super excited and happy and the boots are awesome & comfortable. The customer service is terrible. I have emails about 4-5 times now. Tried their live chat countless times and never get through to anyone, no one has ever responded to any of my emails and it's been over a month. I run an online store and live chat for 2 retail businesses and not once has this ever happened to one of my customers. I was supposed to receive 15$ off my purchase when I placed the order and it said it would be applied at the cart but it wasn't. I still have not received my $15 credit back which was the first email I sent. I've never left a review on anything I purchase and I don't like leaving bad reviews as I know how it can affect business, but I feel the service I have had is unacceptable. Very very dissatisfied with the customer service.

So the shoes on this site tend to be okay. Good enough for the price, so that's fine. But their customer service is TERRIBLE. Their live chat either doesn't work, or the person on the other end was ignoring me. I called their number, since the problem I was having was time-sensitive, and I was bombarded with 8 different ads. The whole time I had no idea that it was the JustFab number since it never said so. At the end of the ads, there was a voice message that said that that wasn't the right number for my area and it instructed me to call a different one. I did, and I was bombarded with another slew of ads, and I'm still not sure if it's the right number! I went back to check the live chat, since I had waited 15 minutes for it to connect, and it said that it was, but nobody was talking to me.
So I wrote 3 messages, got no answer, and then was disconnected from the live chat. The whole time I was just trying to find out how to use my JustFab cash since it wasn't coming up automatically like it said it would, and there weren't any contraindications in the terms and conditions. This isn't the first time I've had the coupon problem with this company and I'm completely sick of it.

I joined the VIP members club last month and have since ordered two pairs of boots, which I found came super quick and were decent price even after converting to U.S. Dollars. However I just ordered a third pair of kicks and they were to be $39.99. However after exchange rate and shipping and tax came to $72.00. I think you should have free shipping over a certain dollar amount and possibly every third or second pair over a certain amount for Canadians. 'Cause I also just found out I'm paying $53 Canadian for your $39.99 American monthly VIP. I think there should be a more, more equal pricing system, where you offer free shipping to your VIP Canadians with the $53 monthly membership, or accept Canadian and American funds. It's very discerning as to whether I will continue to buy off American sites, although the quality of boots are fantastic and very impressed.

My experience with Justfab was an okay experience - the shipment arrived quickly but I was somewhat disappointed with the quality of the clothing and the thickness of the coat. The advertised look of the coat was not the exact same as what arrived, and it was a less strong black than I expected. I will continue to use it as a light fall/winter coat, but it definitely will not be helping me brave the brutal Canadian winters. I would not buy a coat from here again or even shoes, although I might purchase dresses. (They are extremely long, just like I want! Yay!)

These boots are exactly what I was looking for. I wanted something cute, but practical for Manitoba winters. These are exactly that. You do need to have warm socks, as they are not lined. They have good grip for walking on snow and ice. I love that they can be folded down for a different look.

I have ordered one thing so far, and while the boots were a little small overall I was satisfied with them. But in the 3 months since then, I either haven't been able to find anything I like, or everything has been out of stock in my size (like within 2-3 days of new items coming out). Also, when signing up it made it seem like there were new items at the beginning of each month, but the past two months that hasn't been the case. It's also funny to me that there are such great sales but that you can't use the monthly credits toward them, which means it's actually more beneficial for me to not get automatically charged.
Why should I be a member and have to remember to skip every month (due to having no new options and nothing in my size) only to see that clothing is 60% off but if I want to buy it I can't use the credit I already have in my account. I definitely haven't been very happy with my service, and I would not recommend this to a friend, even despite the great deals when you originally sign up.

When I saw ad from Facebook for first items I was like "Ok I'll check it out" then found one. I ordered it. Then next day I ordered another one for my mom so next week I got ours in the mail. We fits our style boots from JustFab. My mom gave me hug. Want to say thank you so much.

My first order I had to send back as they were too high for my liking. When I called to get return label I was told my replacement would be the same amount. Promo at time was first pair for 10$. I have sent 2 emails with no reply and talked to Representative which left me on hold for over 20 mins. Once I find something to use my credit I'll be cancelling my membership.

My boots was great product and got it in good timing. I recommend to my family and friends. I will be ordering from this again, can't products and discounts offered, like to order some hoodies and jeans. Send me some products of hoodies, women's and men's.

I'm pretty happy with the boots I got for the price I paid. My order came faster than I expected too. My only issues are that they all fit just a little big and that I never received a tracking number to know when to expect my package. I will need insole for all 4 pairs to make them fit properly. Also "wide calf" appears to have fluid meaning as 1 pair was perfect and the other is quite tight. Still, overall pretty satisfied and will probably order again.

Boots are as described, comfortable. I had to go up one size as they were quite snug. Would not be suitable for someone with larger than a 17" calf. Cute boots. Service on my exchange of size was excellent and fast!

I made my first order and when I received package it was distorted. I opened package to find the straps around boots broken and in bad quality. Just not what I expected. I spoke to customer service and I have experienced this in the past with other companies and same results. I expected more from the company, that's all.

Talk about annoying! I called in to figure out the logistics of a return. I was hung up on twice. When I finally go through, the lady didn't speak fluent English. It took 15 minutes for her to even tell me that the item was out of stock then offered a store credit. It not my fault that it's out of stock. That process took another 10 minutes. Won't be doing business with you all anymore. When you call in to speak to someone, you expect them to be very fluent and speak clearly. Then the background was ridiculously noisy. So unprofessional

I do not have an issue other than I find it takes a long time to ship or I should say the shipping takes a long time. I may just be so excited to get my items. I am impatient. Plus it is Christmas time. I love my boots I already have. I hope to see more wide leg boot selection in the future.

I am really not happy. When I order they subscribe me to the VIP program. Today I saw that they took 39$ on my credit card to give me a store credit. They never told me that they would do that and I didn't have enough money on my card so now I am in trouble with my institution. They don't want to refund me and to quit the VIP program you are obligated to call. I am not comfortable with that because I am French. Don't become a VIP member if you don't have money for them each month.

I am very unhappy with the JustFab site. I talked to a woman on the phone and told her to delete me off of her as I want nothing to do with the site. She never did after she told me she did. So I had to do it myself. And now I'm still getting emails. I want nothing to do with this site. So stop sending me emails. I've already been charged for using the account once when I used as a guest. Never again.

I really enjoyed my new boots (5 pairs in all) but about 3 weeks after I received my second order my credit card was charged over 50$ for some kind of a membership fee or something like that. I called JustFab and they reimbursed my credit card but it was a hassle and apparently unless you specify you will be charged this every time you order if you don't remove it in the first 5 days of the month or something like that. So I really didn't like that I will have to check every time I order something to make sure I am not charged this extra amount. I think it should be removed or I will not be ordering anymore. Other than that I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and love my new boots. All 5 pairs of them. So please remove this extra charge or I will not be ordering any more.

Amazing quality, looks the exact same as the pictures! Fit great, true to size and are very comfortable even heels! Shipping was fast and usually free. :) LOVE JUSTFAB! Just wish they could restock. I had so many boots I loved be sold out in my size. :(

My first order of shoes were too small despite accurate shoe size order. Then they charged my account for the month after I skipped the month claiming I did not when I know for certain that I did. Will be canceling my account.

I signed up in order to purchase a Project Runway jumpsuit. All my info was correct, including my address, and yet it was somehow undeliverable and returned to you at which point JustFab immediately restocked it, without contacting me about the inability to deliver - and when I finally called to follow up on it, I was told it had been restocked and the item was now sold out. Needless to say, I was livid to have signed up for your service only to experience such lousy customer service, and to have paid to be a "VIP" at that. On the bright side, your customer service rep was very helpful, and I was refunded both the cost of the item and the VIP membership, which I also cancelled. It's a shame. I was looking forward to using JF regularly, but felt like I'd been duped.

I tried their PS by Just Fab and the pricing on the items kept changing during the checkout process. I've had to call them over 10 times to try to get it sorted out and was put on hold for over 20 min each time I called while they talked to a mgr. They finally agreed to credit my account the difference and then my credit card was still charged. I'm still trying to get my refund. I will be calling again next week if my credit card hasn't been refunded. This order was originally placed back in Sept and I can't believe I'm still dealing with it in December. The bad part is I like the product but their customer service has been a nightmare.

What I ordered came quickly and was what I wanted. I'm not at all impressed that you are charged monthly whether you order or not so I now have to stop payment on my acct because apparently it is very hard to stop this. If I wanted to spend over $50 a month on shoes I would but I don't!!!! So all in all processing was great, the actual site and its conditions are very poor and I know many that will not order from this site because of this.
