I moved to Florida and wanted new sandals. My mom orders from JustFab all the time so I signed up with them in March and took advantage of the big sale. The regular price was $30 to $40 each pair and the ones that I got came out $7. I forgot to put Apartment No. 2 but they were able to change the address. So I just got the sandals last week and they are cute and comfy. I would recommend JustFab.

Ok. So I order a pair of 39.95 boots and take advantage of the buy one get one free offer. So I thought. But after submitting the order with my credit card information I get an order confirmation totaling over $100! I promptly contacted customer service who advised me that the reason for the variance was the VIP membership that I had opted out of by unchecking the pre-selected box at checkout. She explained that the deal was valid only by becoming a VIP member, and only made mention of the customized style boutique as to what a vip membership was. I was told there was no fee to become a VIP member, which was not entirely true. I agreed to the VIP membership and authorized the transaction for the same order I had originally placed and got the confirmation of the $39.95 + tax total. I was satisfied with the transaction and for several months after.

I had a baby and I didn’t have any clothes that fit. I went to JustFab to buy a couple of things like a pair of jeggings that I really like, a jacket and leggings. The quality of those items are great but there are some tops that I've had that didn’t make it through the wash. Also, the booties aren't great and a pair of flats was not comfortable. In addition, the extra small and small sizes go the fastest which is really frustrating. A lot of women wear those sizes so why don't they make more of those? It’s such a tease to see stuff but at the same time missing them. There are items that I really want but the only ones available are X to XXX. Other than that, the customer service has always responded to my concerns very quickly and it is a fun subscription to have.

I've been a JustFab member for almost 5 years and I've had an awesome experience with them. I love JustFab and I wouldn't change it for the world. They're an awesome site. Their website works better and I liked it more than everybody else's. There's a lot of different shoes and I can buy them and they come quickly in the mail. I don't have a long wait. Sometimes I get my shoes within a week. They had a "Buy a Shoe, Get a Shoe 50% off" or the BOGO, "Buy a Shoe, Get a Shoe Free." My shoes are of great quality and I love them.

I've been a JustFab member on and off for two years. I heard of them from my step-mom and I enjoyed being able to buy shoes and purses. It's very easy to find what I'm looking for and I like the styles provided by the style expert. When I first started, I got a lot of stuff. I had the buy-one-get-one-free offer. I also got the free lipstick when I purchased a purse one time. My favorite purchase is a big old purse that had a mini wallet inside, so it has two bags. That worked perfectly for me for my kids. I actually use that as a diaper bag versus a purse, but it works. It's helped me a lot and I haven't had any problem with the quality. It's really good.

Nightmare. Don't sign up for the membership. Been trying for the last year to get them to stop charging my credit card $39.95 and they won't do it. They say they will but the next month I get charged $39.95.

I've been buying from JustFab for over four years. I was looking for new sandals, then I realized I had to register to buy them. As I got the monthly wardrobe, there were a few things I would actually want to have, so I kept buying. Looking for items is quite easy, and I like their selection of shoes. However, one wrong thing about JustFab is sometimes I would get a credit for skipping a month, and when I try to use that credit, if it's a pair of shoes or sandals that usually cost $39.99 on sale for $19.99, they still charge me the whole $39.99 which doesn't make sense. Also, a month ago, I bought a flat shoe and sent it back because they sent me the wrong size, and I haven't gotten credit for that. Other than that, the shoes that I got from them are really good and I still use them. JustFab is a good place to buy shoes from.

JustFab's shoes were cute and I have a small foot so it's great to be able to find my size without having to search. I like the shoe variety and how it's easy to go online and look for what I want on their website. Also, the selections they give me are usually pretty much what I would choose. I bought sandals and purses last December and their quality is very great for the price. I also have a pair of gladiator sandals that comes to my knees which are my favorite. Every now and then, they have promotions like the buy-one-get-one or a buy-one-half-off and they make me happy.

The JustFab website was really well-managed and it was super easy to find the items I wanted. I had great deals on more than one purchase. In fact, I did a two-for-$48 special offer and it was awesome. I recently bought a pair of black lace-up wedges and a nude doll lace-up. The items have great quality and I was really happily surprised. They also got here in a week and a half and was really fast in the mail. Came in perfect condition and were beautiful. This is why I’ve already recommended them to a couple of people.

I love shoes and I like shopping online for them. JustFab has great deals on sandals and I like that. I've been a member for almost a year now. It's very easy to find the item or style that I am looking for. If they don't have my style, I can always pick something else. They always have a lot of options. I also like being a VIP member with them. I haven't been shopping lately because my feet are swelling, but I like shopping for their sandals and bags. My favorite purchases are the purses that I bought, and my last purchase was last March when I bought a snakeskin sandal. Overall I have had a great experience with JustFab.

One of my daughters told me about JustFab and I went to their website and saw some really nice boots. I got the first pair of shoes at 50% off, which was very cheap. Then my most recent purchase was for a pair of short boots about three months ago. It was really easy to find the items I was looking for. The quality is great and I love the style expert part. They're spot on and don't suggest the items that I don't care for. I love the whole thing.

Learned about JustFab on TV. I like the way their shoes were and the deals that they have. They have a lot of selections and it's very easy to find what I'm looking for. I've been with them for a few months now and I like that I get to skip a month when I don't want to buy anything. There was a buy-one-get-one-free offer when I signed up and another one where I was able to get five pairs of shoes all on sale. Their style expert's choices fit my style. I bought one pair of sneakers and three pairs of heels then a pair of boots over a month ago. I like them all the same. Everything's great and I'm going to buy again.

I heard about JustFab through a friend and liked some of the products that they had. I also like the quality of their products and have gotten a lot of pairs of boots from them. I was able to take advantage of a promotion once but when I got my necklaces, etc, they were all broken. Also, finding an item is not difficult at all but I don't care for some of the styles. They don’t have very many to choose from in the styles that I like per se. I like the convenience of being a member but I won't be staying a member because I can’t find the styles that I like. Also, it would be nice to get a reminder when your time is about up. I sometimes forget to order, then I get charged for that month because I forgot to order by a certain date.

The last time I ordered from JustFab, there was supposed to be a discount. I also wanted to use the money that I had in there. Then somehow, I got charged for it twice and got a double order. So now I have four pairs of shoes, two of one kind and two of another kind. I sent them an email about it and never even got a response at all. The first time I purchased from them, there were boots that they have that I really liked. The quality of the items I've purchased was really good. I was satisfied until I got the double order and then they wouldn't respond to me. They need to answer emails that people send them.

I'm a ShoeDazzle customer and I was looking for a certain type of shoe but ShoeDazzle didn't have what I wanted. ShoeDazzle and JustFab are operated under the same company so when I clicked a tab, I came to JustFab page. It's easy and simple to order from JustFab and the selections from the style expert were good. I've been a member for a month or two and I took advantage of their VIP offer. My purchases included a pair of black, cotton pumps and a pair of blue pumps, which I like but they're not as readily walkable. I didn't see how high the heels were before I got them and when they came, they’re a lot higher than I can walk in. And even though the two shoes are the same size, the blue ones are about a half size bigger, which makes it even worse for walking. Also, I don't buy shoes so often and I've skipped month. But otherwise, I like the shoes that I can get from them and I've recommended them to a friend before.

Finding items on the website was fairly easy. The selections from their style expert were pretty accurate. I bought shoes three months ago and it's good quality. It was a good experience, but I was a JustFab member for only one month. I cancelled because they don’t have a great variety of wide-width shoes.

JustFab's bags are better than their shoes. The material of the shoes feels kind of Forever21 when I want it to feel more Nordstrom. So I like the bags a lot and I kept the one that I ended up ordering. I kept the shoes, too, just because it’s easier than sending them back but I never wear them because they’re kind of cheap. But I canceled them because I couldn’t remember to skip the month. I know I can skip and they were really nice about it but I can’t remember to do it. I subsequently lost my job after that so I really had to get rid of it.

Because of the free first pair of shoes, I decided to purchase from JustFab. I'm a VIP member right now and my experience has been good. So far, the items I got from them have held up well. JustFab is great and I'd definitely recommend them.

My experience with JustFab has been very good. My only concerns are that when you go to look something up Like skip a month it is very hard to find. Other than that I like it very much and sometimes have a hard time loading the website to look at things.

I’ve been a member of JustFab for two years. I like getting new pairs of shoes. Their style expert has given me good selections but sometimes the items do not appeal to me. I bought some wedges two months ago and they’re good. My favorite are these tan boots that go to my knees. Everything’s great with JustFab.

The quality of shoes I purchased from JustFab was great. I've worn them a few times and they're super comfortable. I went with JustFab because a couple of the girls that I lived with had accounts. I thought that they had really cute boots so I got an account as well. However, I'm not a member anymore because I was trying to save up for a car. So, I needed to cut as many things out of my life that would be tempting to spend money on. On the whole, my experience with JustFab was great. I've told people who asked me where I got my shoes. I also told them that it's awesome because they could get any pair of shoes for $40. No one could go wrong with the awesome quality, too.

I’ve been a member of JustFab for a year and it's easy and enjoyable with them. I get free shipping all the time and then I had credit on my account from my rewards points. The selections from my style expert really fit me. I bought a purse from them that was really cute, but my favorite purchase is a camo jacket. And then around April 20th, I bought another purse. The items have good quality too.

There's been a lot of good deals at JustFab and I like their shoes. Normally, I can get pretty good sale prices on them. I get the emails but have only actually purchased a couple of times. I like the selections given to me, but it's a matter of whether or not it's in the budget that month for me to get them. I got two different pair of booties that are like sandals and I like them. Overall, the items I got from them have stood up pretty well. I wear them often and I haven't had any problems. I've recommended JustFab to friends

I was looking for some shoes. I screenshot something that I really liked and I sent it to one of my friends. She said that JustFab had them and I decided to order. It was very easy to find the item I was looking for. The price for the shoes that I paid was awesome and they're well-built shoes. They also sent me something and it was a really good discount. But I wasn't a member that long. Soon afterward, my husband and I were going through a divorce and he closed the account. I canceled the membership and I've been focusing on that right now. But I would definitely come back. I've been looking on their site and trying to wait until my finances get together before I make that decision.

I used the service once, in early 2015. At that time, the subscription cost was totally worth it. However, later that year I attempted to cancel the subscription since I was no longer in the market for shoes and purses in a way that would justify the $40 monthly cost. I did not save the confirmation I got from the representative and did not check my bank account to ensure it was no longer withdrawing, trusting the company would do the right thing. That was my fatal mistake.

I liked the styles in JustFab and it was easy to find styles and items. Also, their style expert selections were nice. I've been with them since a month ago. My last purchase were red wedges and I love them.

The shoes at JustFab look nice and when I ordered my first pair, the quality was pretty good. When I go on their website, I look at whatever they recommend or whatever they got that's new. I use their free shipping all the time and when I get so many rewards for points, I get my free items. They always have answers to questions that I've had. When I had my package misplaced, they'd send me the shoes with no problems or give me my money back. I haven't been on the website as much as I used to, but overall they have good quality shoes and customer service.

JustFab used to have beautiful and nice pairs of shoes. So when I purchased shoes from them, I was looking for low cost vintage shoes. But because I'm a size six, I'm really having a hard time finding shoe sizes.

Great customer service and very knowledgeable about the product, brand and policies. The shoes I ordered were AMAZING! Great quality of product and superior customer service care. I will be looking forward to my JustFab order in the future. Thank you, and well done!

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Automatically taking money from your account every month if you forget to click a button or don't have access to a computer for a while is absurd. Don't fall for their sales pitch of a free credit. When you try to quit, I ended up in some major debt because of this stupid company. I would only wish JustFab on my worst enemies.

I love JustFab. I shop there all the time. Whatever’s recommended to me, they’re always cheap shoes so I always go for that. The site is easy to navigate and the shoes are great. They’re comfortable and of good quality. I tell my mom and everyone that JustFab is a wonderful place to get new styles without killing your pocket. So you’ll look like a rock star for a decent price.

I've recommended Wayfair to a few friends. I bought a pair of boots that I love from the company. Delivery was great, too. Then my friends were looking for boots so I took a picture of mine, showed them and I told them to go to the website. Then they called me and said, “Girl, their shoes are the bomb.” I said, “I told you. And look at the prices." I added, "They're dope.”

I experience big problems to navigate in the website! It is very slow, it freezes all the time, I put items in my wish list, but the system says I have none...etc. I thought the problem could be with my computer or internet connection, but it occurs everywhere and on every computer, no matter what. I would love if that problem could be solved, because it is frustrating enough to make me stop being a member. It surely stops me from shopping the website for now! I hope you can help in finding a solution.

My friend referred me to JustFab and since I was shopping around, I decided to purchase from them. I became a member for a couple of months and it's been very easy to find what I was looking for. I purchased a skirt from them, which I got for $10 when I signed up with them. The skirt's quality is great and I like it. Although aside from that I haven't been on the site because I have such a busy schedule. But I definitely need to take advantage of some of their offers because I'm paying the membership fee.

I am doing FabKids for three months and I like it so I tried JustFab. I've seen a lot of stuff that I liked and it was easy to find what I wanted on their website. I went through the shoes and stuck with those that I liked. The prices are pretty manageable. It's also good that I could get something every month then if I don't, I'll be able to skip it. I bought two pairs of jeans last time and they fit perfectly fine. They say exactly what the sizes are. I would recommend them.

I ordered a boot and a shoe. I tried them on and I love them especially because they're black which I wear lots. I have other tall boots and shoes as well before. There was a review of my order so I just love them all...

It's been fantastic buying dress and shoes from JustFab because they have everything. Usually, it's really fast to find whatever shoes I needed in their website. And they give you a lot of options, colors, and your size. I've used JustFab for quite a long time, and the quality of the items that I've bought has been really nice. I'd recommend it.

Firstly I would like to say that I sent your company an email in regards to a pair of light blue mules. I saw them advertised on one of your emails and couldn't find it anywhere on the site. I sent you an email with the picture of the shoes and I have not received any reply. But I noticed how quickly you respond with it deals with an order? I called and the lady said she wasn't sure what I was talking about and to send an email. So I did and I'm still waiting to hear back. I'm sure by the time I hear from someone you will tell me it is out of stock?

They actually fit very well. Love the ease of getting them on and off... Zipper is a bit rough to zip up, I'm hoping it gets better with use. The price was a bit steep for the quality of the shoe... Probably wouldn't buy them again even though they are exactly what I was looking for which is why I bought them in the first place.

I looked up JustFab on the internet and I felt like signing up. It was quite easy and I'm a member for a year and a half now. I like that I get good offers from them but the selections from the style expert could have a little more options. I bought a pair of heels some time back and I liked their style and burgundy color. Their products are good and worth it.

Quick delivery and great products! Except one thing I don't like is that I have to be charged every month for my VIP, otherwise it's perfect. I would still shop on JustFab, but don't wanna get extra fees so I don't think I will go back for my VIP.

My first order made me happy. (Size and design was good enough than price). I order another items with same size. Disappointed because one of sneakers size was half size-one size smaller than first order even I order same size. And then sandal has buckle problem (left one can't lock properly). Trying to exchange but I didn't know I have to pay shipping fee again then I was changed mind exchange to refund. I was talk about this on the messenger on JustFab website. But after finished chat, customer service team guy just put the other order history on my order history. Even size was wrong. Also, he sent me two email about return and then those email says different way to refund.

Received orders within a few days. An excellent surprise. Everything is as pictured. Exact fit. I will order from JustFab again. I told a few people where I got my stuff. They were very surprised that you sold more than shoes.

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes and 1 dress on my first order. Unfortunately the shoes were too big. I called JustFab and they were great. They emailed me a shipping label to return them and exchange them free of charge. The new shoes were rush shipped and I received them within a week. They fit like a glove. Very satisfied with the quality of the shoes and my whole experience overall.

I wanted a pair of shoes and my sister said she'd buy them for me. It was easy to find the item from JustFab and so we purchased from them. When I first got the JustFab membership, I was able to take advantage of the "Buy two for $39.95" promotion. JustFab delivered what I wanted. The black shoes I last purchased from them were my favorite purchase. They looked nice and were a good fit.

FABulous backpack. Love my first FAB buy. It is exactly what I wanted to use as a small carry on with me on flights as I travel a lot. It is very good quality and I get compliments on it all the time.

I placed my order as I had a credit, decided to cancel my account as I've decided to purchase items in Canada only. I waited for over 25 mins for someone on live chat, nothing, not even an email back?

I only gave you two stars because the shoes are so uncomfortable. I won't be able to wear them. They came quickly and without much fuss. The Shoe are just terrible. I don't remember my order number but I'm sure that you can find me with by my name and address. I only ordered from you once because a friend recommended that I try JustFab.

When the shoes came in, I was far too excited. They were comfortable the moment I tried them on - and I got compliments since then! I will most definitely order more as the weather warms up. (Mud and Spring shoes don't mix by the way.) ;)

I was very disappointed to find out that I was signed up for a mandatory monthly purchase and a magazine subscription I did not know about. This was not made very clear. The process to remove myself from this was not easy either. I was repeatedly encouraged to stay until I finally had to be short with the rep. I will never consider ordering from you again. I can not be sure that charges will not end up on my account.

Customer service was awful, tried to cancel my account. They argued and it took 4 different chats to get the issue resolved, either they just stopped responding or would argue and try and get me to keep the account. If I decide to cancel something I don't want to be argued with. I just want what is asked to be dealt with and not get forced into listening to a high pressure sales pitch.

Shoes ** sucked. Never order again, get what you pay for. My own fault. Give people a warning your shoes suck, they pinched, they weren't "blush" but beige. Just horrible quality. Great deals but poor quality. Lesson learned. Oh and they weren't 10 dollars like advertised. They were actually 30 dollars.

I received my order of boots. Boot sizes were not true to size. I returned order same day in the original packaging and obtained a return voucher on March 8th, 2017. The order still has not been credited back to my Mastercard and they said I would be charged a restocking fee to boot (no pun intended, LOL).

Ive had nothing but great experience. Sometimes stuff is not in stock but the huge selection doesnt even make me bothered because there always something else I love. I have recommended your site to all my sisters and friends. I love it.

Because I am Canadian, I am charged a considerable amount of money for the duty along with the CAN/US exchange. So moving forward I will not be ordering too much unless I really like it. As well, I won't be returning product because I will be charged twice at the border.

Half satisfied. I ordered few weeks ago two articles, the first one is the dress sandals Nikita blush, just like in photos, Im in love with them??? But the second one, Asmina Cognac, oh my god, I will definitely not wear it, I didn't like the material, it looks like fake wood??? So, a bit disappointed on the quality of the second shoe.

I love the styles and choices just not happy with the payment taken out of my account if I forget to go to boutique and skip the month. Because I am Canadian it charged me an extra $15 to convert on top of the $39.95 you guys took out of my account. Then I bought boots. Cost me $12. Awesome but again $18 once converted so my boots ended up being like $75. Not happy with how that worked out. Other than that awesome selections.

Hi, my experience with JUSTFAB was very good. I got everything that I order from them right on time. My wife she was very surprised when I gave her gift to her. If I decide when I want to place another order I will make sure that I will order from you people again. I will do just that in due time.

I have bought 8 pairs of shoes from JustFab! Love the shoes and the quality! I wish that the communication and responses to messages were replied to. I have left several messages weeks ago and have yet to have anyone return them. If you get the replying to messages figured out JustFab will be at 5 star!!

It makes a week. I contacted you via live chat and then Facebook and guess what? I never received an answer! I was charged 39.95 USD for who knows what on top of the 16.38 USD. I didn't try to call you yet but I have a strong feeling that I'll not get an answer.

So far I am impressed with the quality of the shoes. I really like the last pair of heels I received. I had them delivered to work and wore them for a few hours around the office just because when I tried them on I didn't want to take them off. I am happy that they fit me very well.

My experience was great! The site was easy to use and I loved all the items they had available. I ordered a pair of boots and they were a perfect fit for my feet, the color was dead on and they are so comfy! I was extremely shocked when they arrived because it only took a couple of days. I would recommend this site to all my friends and family and I will continue to shop from here.

I needed a pair of shoes for work, and black flats that are stylish can be challenging to find. I gave JustFab a shot because my first experience was great, and they came through! My shoes came in a decent amount of time, intact and the exact fit. This is my second time ordering a pair of shoes and I have never been disappointed.

The selections given by my JustFab style expert has been very good. I initially decided to purchase from them due to their pricing, and I've been a member for more than one year now. I would recommend them.

I appreciate the quick response and the great costumer service in resolving the one concern I had. The monthly fee that I was charged was refunded and I am going to remain a member and utilize the pay as you go option that is provided. Wonderful costumer service.

I like the idea that I could get nice shoes for less with JustFab. I placed an order for two pairs of sneakers before and there was a promo of two pairs for $39.95. I like the quality of the shoes. Everything was fine until JustFab kept taking out monthly charges from the credit card that I had used on my account to order. I spoke with someone from JustFab, and said they're gonna reimburse the money up until $39.95. And then I have to place an order and spend it. So, I didn't appreciate that because that wasn't my money. And I wish I'd have known that there was the monthly fee of $39.95. They should make that monthly $39.95 for VIP a little bit bigger, and something with half fee. But other than that, I would love to order from them again. But unfortunately, I'm not a member anymore and just gonna have to use up my $39.95 and that's it.

One of my friends got some cute pair of shoes and told me she got them from JustFab so I went to their website and signed up. I became a member and got to put credits on everything and JustFab sells the cute stuff. Sometimes I look at their boutique but I feel like I get rushed whenever I look at it so I end up skipping it and then take my time looking through everything. Everything has good quality and as far as I’ve gotten, everything’s true to size except for one pair of shoes that was a little small. Then I got one shirt that I love and wore it one time but it almost fell apart when I washed it so I was really sad. It’s still hanging in my closet because I keep trying to take it to my mom so she can fix it but I don’t think it can be salvaged. At any rate, it's been a good experience overall.

This company has some of the worse customer service phone practices. Long wait times, round-about answers, and a feeling of not having your concern addressed about sums up the telephone experience with this company. The worst practice of all is when I cancelled the subscription with the company, was not provided any written confirmation of the cancellation and months later find out my account had continued to be charged for premium services. If you are looking for a company that honors its contractual agreements THIS COMPANY IS NOT THE ONE FOR YOU.

I've been a member of JustFab since 2013. When I first ordered, the quality wasn't that great and I haven't bought a lot since then. I was also being charged for months that I didn't use and instead of me getting my money back, I only got a credit for future purchases which was okay because I didn't lose my money, but I'd rather have my money back. But, it's just inconvenient to have to skip each month and having to deal with not being able to have specials or clearances available to me as a loyal member.

I saw the advertisement of JustFab on Instagram for $10 for the first pair of shoes. That made me sign up and I bought it. They're stylish and inexpensive, but very good quality. I love them. Also, it was pretty easy to find the item that I was looking for on the website. JustFab was great and I look forward to getting more shoes.

I saw my friend wearing some really cute shoes and I liked them. She told me she got it from JustFab and I've been a member now for about a year. It's easy to find what I'm looking for on their website. The selections given by the style expert are usually spot-on and I got a couple of blouses a few weeks ago. The quality is good and not cheap material. I have some clothes that I bought last year and they're still good and not torn. Also, they give points when I buy stuff and I can redeem the points and there are different accessories and stuff that they give, which is cool.

I saw JustFab on commercial and when my friend purchased some shoes from them, I finally signed up after holding off on it. I normally buy shoes but I've purchased clothes one time and they were great as well. The only thing is I don't get updates that they have new shoes in the size and the style that I wanted. But, it has been a great experience. I skipped a month and then I pay. Sometimes I forget to skip and then I want to have some extra credits so I buy some different shoes.

It's difficult for me to find clothes in the website because of the different sizing. And when they come in, the style is different. So, I mostly got shoes from JustFab. I like the convenience of shopping online and I can just return it if it doesn't fit me or exchange it. And I usually like the style of the shoes. I looked at the selections from the style expert but I don't pick from them because it doesn't seem what I like. And I input the style that I want. The first one that I really liked was the first black knitted dress that I bought. Some of the items that I've bought have good quality but they never go on sale. And some of their shoes hurt my feet. But when you wear it, you can't return it. So, I just have to give it away. But the quality was average for the price.

JustFab had good sales. It was very easy to get signed up and I've been a member for four months now. The perks, like the points, are my favorite. The overall quality of the items was really good and the experience has been quick and easy.

My mom and I are VIP members. My mom likes the styles at JustFab. They have a lot of different boots and my mom loves boots. She has gotten three different pairs of boots from them and she wears them all the time. One pair of boots though were too tall for me. I’m not overly short nor tall. I’m 5’5 and they came up all the way to my knees, and I didn’t think they’d go that high. It was a little bit of a pain to send the boots back but that’s the only time we’ve had to.

I became Justfab VIP member I think back in January. I order 2 pairs of boots the first time and the black pair of booties were not like the picture presented them. The faux suede material was very rough and the booties didn't come with a zipper so they expanded on the ankle part. Then Justfab came up with the PS by Justfab which you have a personal stylist and they mail you 5 items to try on and whatever you like you keep and the rest you send back.

JustFab is okay but it's not for me. I tried to order from them a few times and it's really hard because I'm petite. It's hard to tell when I get the clothes if it's going to fit me or not . Majority of the clothes that I got didn't really fit me right. I also found it hard to go shopping there every once in a while. It's another time issue for me so I didn't continue.

I was a JustFab member for three months. I wear flats and I liked some of the boots. However, there wasn't enough variety of boots and flats for me, so I then quit using them. When I was a member, I like the prices, and I also thought it would be fun to be able to get bunches of shoes and stuff. I made several purchases from them and the last one was a pair of flats. It was like a sneaker-bottom, suede-top, loafer-type. The quality of my purchases was not the greatest, though. I bought a pair of red suede shoes and the first time I wore them, the suede wore off the toe. In addition, when I was cancelling, the person I spoke to would not take "no" for an answer. If someone decides to cancel the membership, they need to accept it and let the person cancel. All in all, for someone who wants to purchase a lot of shoes and who can wear heels and such and doesn't have a lot of money, going with JustFab would be a good value for them.

I used to do Shoedazzle a long time ago and I refused to pay a lot of money for shoes that are going so out of style in six months. I've spent some money on shoes and the heel would get messed up or the top would fall off and I have to take them to shoe repair and they were never as good as before. I went with JustFab and when I was already a member for six months and they're withdrawing money out of my account, I said, "Oh, I could probably see what I can get for this." and I loved it because I can buy shoes that are $40 that are super trendy and I can still wear them after three or four times. JustFab has this two for $40 special when I first started a few years ago. I had a wedding and there was a pair on there that I thought would be perfect for what I needed to wear for the occasion and they did. Finding the items in JustFab is easy. I don't do online shopping and I generally like to shop more in-store unless for convenience or if I have something I know or have something specific I might be able to find there. I like that I can use the points that I have. I don't shop often but it is nice to be able to go to their site and have those points there that have accumulated. When I do that, I can save money when I shop for a few things. For quality, I can generally get at least a two-year continuous frequent wear on all of my shoes. However, I prefer to get more notice in terms of time. The email that I get on the first of the month sometimes goes to my spam box so I don't get it.

Finding an item is very easy and I do like the quality of the items that I have purchased. However, I don’t like the VIP situation because I just got billed and I wasn't aware that happened. It automatically came out of my account. It seems a little shady that they do that and they’re not upfront about that from the beginning. When I called, the guy told me that I have to remember before the 5th of each month as I only have five days to skip a month. And I thought that's problematic.

I also like the prices and that it wasn't hard to find the item that I want in their website. Actually, there were two that were the same and I didn't know. But it was all right. I love JustFab.

Nothing is clearly outlined when you make your first VIP membership purchase. Apparently you have to "try all of the features" before canceling your membership EVEN THOUGH the website advertises that you can cancel any time. Otherwise, your first order is CANCELED and you must re-order at full price. I have never dealt this kind of scam before. Verbiage from a rep: "Please note that in order for you to be able to have the special pricing and subject to promotion and discount it is contingent on you agreeing to becoming a JustFab VIP Member and since you do not want to be part of the VIP membership thus this will cancel your first order." I then contacted another rep who said: "As what I have mentioned, as long as you tried all the feature of this program and decide that the program is no longer working for you. Let us know."

Website is easy to go through, picture are accurate, prices are really good too. The quality versus price is good. Fun and Easy to order, Great service, fast delivery with no issues. Overall a great JustFab experience. :) I would and already recommend JustFab to my friends and family!!!

I live in North Idaho, and it's winter nine months out of the year. I love boots, and I can't seem to have too many of them, so I love a good deal. I saw JustFab on Facebook, so I went to their website and got through the process. I got my first pair for $14, and I was hooked. Then I had a horrible situation where I made an order, but didn't look at the shipping address. So, I had two orders go to the wrong address. But JustFab called me, and they were awesome. They fixed it and they didn't charge me more. I thought I wouldn't get the order or I'd have to repay. But they said "No, we'll just change it and reship it to you." And I was like, "What? I love you guys."

JustFab charges a crazy restocking fee. When you consider the trouble you go through to send an item back and the restocking fee that they charge, it's actually easier to just throw your order in the garbage. It's a bit of a nightmare if something doesn't fit or has to go back. And so I don't shop with them that often. I ordered a couple of pants a couple of months ago. They're the fall leather pants that look like leather leggings. They fit well, especially for me 'cause I'm very hippy and short, and they were comfortable. I didn't regret the purchase at all.

I would love to be able to buy monthly but my budget and my closet are tight so I only treat myself every once in a while with shoes and when I do I do with JUSTFAB. Love the variety and great quality. They are always true to the size and color, not to mention the great prices! I also buy as presents for friends and family. Love it!

I have a lot of friends that have ordered from JustFab and they loved their experience there so I decided to go for it too. It was pretty easy to purchase from them. I got my account for that fairly quick. I found some shoes that I liked and they shipped it super fast. I loved the quality of my shoes. They were super comfortable and greatly made. I loved them and still have them. However, I'm not a member any more. I didn't realize that it was a recurring monthly charge and you could put your account on hold if you don't pay. I should have read the membership stuff before. I decided to cancel for now but I want to renew my membership again.

For at least four years, I've been a JustFab member and have liked their rewards and points. I’ve also gotten a few free things from them. Their items are not super high-end but they last. If I wear something a lot then it lasts me a year or so. But their purses fall apart the fastest for me as they start to get cracks after a couple of months. But, I’ve had people admire their pretty purses that's why I recommended them to people.

I liked the style of clothes and shoes at JustFab. I've been a member for two years and you get a better price. I purchased shirts, dresses, and boots and I’ve been happy with everything. I haven’t had anything get a hole in it or fade, so it's good. One thing that’s a little frustrating is you can’t opt out before the first of the month for the following month. You have to wait until the five-day window after the 1st. You have until the 5th but you shouldn’t have to start on the 1st to do it. Other than that, JustFab has very good customer service. The process is easy and the clothes are wearable.

If I could give a 0, I would. The reps are slow and don't seem to listen b/c they are too busy following a script or whatever they are supposed to ask... I'm not sure. My problem is still unresolved. I feel like it's a simple thing that shouldn't take much effort.

I returned the shoes several weeks ago because they did not fit my foot comfortably. I asked for a refund but have not received it, to-date. I tried emailing and chatting with customer service because calling is not convenient at this time. No one ever connected with my chat, so needless to say I'm not very happy with this experience thus far.

My only complaint is that if you forget to skip a month and the money gets taken out of your bank account, that you can't use that money on any sales. Other than that I have been pleased with the products that I have ordered. No matter how the money made it on my account, I just wish I could spend it on sale items.

Every experience I have had with JustFab has been great! I love the idea of spending money and getting rewarded for my business with JustFab. The last thing I got was actually a FREE pair of shoes for having enough points and being a VIP member. AWESOME! Not to mention, my shipments are always on time and the emails are consistent and informative and not junk like most other retail stores.

My shopping experience was fine. The boot were adorable and a great deal, for the first day I wore them. After I'd worn them for just a few hours the toes were already seriously scuffed. To the point they look awful. I'm really sad.

So I have store credit and I can't use it when the item is on sale when it's inconvenient because you guys always have sales going on. Store credit should used whenever right??? I randomly get charge when I skip a month which is very annoying so fix it.

Workers need to pay attention. I ordered some wide calf size 10 boots. When I received them they were regular size 10. Sent them back to exchange for the right item. It took a while for me to get the new item and they still sent out the wrong size again... NOW I JUST WANT A REFUND!

Your app and website are extremely slow and confusing and it like to jump back 2 pages instead of one and at times much longer to search for shoes than any other site. And the must skip in a 5 day window is **. My Green Chef account lets me skip a few times in advance and will send a reminder when it's ready to charge my card again. Work on it!!! Or I'm out and I'm won't tell anymore people where I got my cute boots from.

I have flat and wide feet and the pair of shoes I had were really narrow so I really couldn't wear them. But the ones that I purchased from JustFab were open-toed shoes, and the one that I can lace up to my ankles. So, it somewhat gives me more space as far as width on the shoes. And I can own heels that are more comfortable to me. I made my last purchase in February. I bought some brown heels which is my favorite. Moreover, JustFab have really good customer service and my shoes got here on a really decent time, even before it was expected. They also have awesome deals on shoes. I will definitely recommend them to a friend. I'm a very satisfied customer.

I was looking for a particular kind of shoe and I found it on JustFab. It was a little cheaper than other places. However, I have a problem with the pair of booties that I purchased. It was not a good quality bootie because it was not sewn well and the zipper doesn't work. The zipper stays half-way up on one shoe and it keeps getting stuck on the leather itself. Also, I missed my day to return it so I can no longer do that. But overall, I would still recommend it to other people because we won't get perfect goods all the time.

I have ordered several shoes from your website and have been satisfied overall. One thing that does bother me is that you cannot use your credit and coupons together. I had forgotten to skip the month a few months ago and around Christmas you guys were having a great sale but I couldn't redeem my store credit and get the discounted shoe prices. I don't think this is fair. At a regular store you can pay with store credit even if the merchandise is on sale. If I hadn't had the credit I would have used my credit card but instead I decided not to buy anything.

I had been a member for over a year, the last 6 months is when things went downhill. One order arrived damaged, they stood by it... I would skip the month, but be charged anyway. Multiple times this happened. Every time I would call for help, their animated assistant spoke better English than the reps you'd get on the phone! My final straw was my most recent order, I had a birthday $10. Instead of that going towards my shipping as my card was already debited for the member credit for the month they took it off the cost and double charged my account - unauthorized! So I called them again and as I'm waiting I check my account again, They had debited another dollar. Just one dollar, then refunded it and again a few minutes later charged it yet again.

The shoes I have ordered from here the Buckle broke on both sides of each shoe. Then I've also changed my account to a guest account 2 times and I continue to get charged every month. I would really like it if JustFab would leave me alone and quit charging me. Most of the time justfab has good product. I'm very sick of being charged when I'm not buying anything.

I feel like JustFab is more trouble than it worth. I have had one issue after another and the shoes are not made well enough to deal with it. They are cheaply made and twice didn't even look like the picture! The customer service reps are always nice so that area is good but the last time I called to check on the status of an exchange that was supposed to already have been there I had to insist on her checking into it further since she was claiming that the shoes I had sent back hasn't been scanned into the system a week later!!! Come to find out they had sent me a "cancelled shipping label" to put on the box to ship back! Say what??? So you're telling me that you won't send my shoes that were supposed to be 2 days shipping for the inconvenience because YOU sent ME the wrong label??? Naw...not worth it for AT ALL!!!

I love every purchase I've received from JustFab. The shoes are always great quality, comfortable and so beautiful!! I don't usually do a lot of online shopping, so I'm really glad I gave this a chance. I also must add that I feel like a truly valued customer here... and that just adds to the experience that much more!

I had a great experience with JustFab. I love their shoes and their customer service is fast and good. I ordered my shoes but they were too small so I sent them back and got another pair. They were delivered very fast. I will be ordering again in the future.

I looked everywhere for boots until I settled with JustFab. I ordered wide calf boots, 2 pairs, just in time for Christmas. They were beautiful until I realized the strings were frayed, the zipper was busted, and they were NOT wide calf. I wasn't impressed and I deleted my account.

The boots I ordered were very affordable. Very cute, just as shown online. I get compliments every time I wear them. They fit great. The arrival date was a little longer than expected but overall, I'm very happy. I recommend them to anyone interested.
