I went to the site of justFab and I liked the shoes. They were really nice. And they also have really good deals. It's also very easy looking for the item I'm searching for. They have like a little setup boutique for me. I bought a pair of heel sandals last April and I love them. They’re just very good quality for a very good price.

I like the JustFab site. I received some items from them and they were of excellent quality. Plus, I like the different variety that they had and their price. It was a good experience and I'll be purchasing more items probably throughout summer.

I liked some JustFab's shoes and their prices so I purchased from them. The selections are good, I like it. I just wish their items weren't as dressy. I've been a member for three months now. When I got my first membership, they gave me a credit and I used that. Their VIP has a different price than regular people. So far, I spent about $300 since I've been a member there. Also, I was able to take advantage of their free shipping and their special offer of buy one, get one for $20. Moreover, I bought a pair of boots two months ago and they were awesome. Overall, JustFab is amazing.

I needed some shoes and I wanted to see how the quality was on JustFab. So, I ended up buying some stuff. I found it very easy to find the item. JustFab had my style just before I asked them for it. Also, I've been able to take advantage of their special offers and in doing so, I got a watch from them. Though the boots I got weren't exactly of quality, I was still satisfied with my experience with JustFab. It's definitely well worth the money.

I knew about JustFab for a while but I was hesitant to buy from them. Then I bought my first pair a couple of weeks ago and it came in within a couple of days which was really good. The shoes that I got from them are also really nice. I was on the beach with them and I thought they would break but they didn't. I would recommend JustFab.

I’ve been a member of JustFab for a year. I’m addicted to shoes and I also like purses. I love the things about JustFab. It’s convenient and easy. I tend to let my credit stack up then I buy a couple of pairs. I just go to the regular selection. JustFab’s website functionality is great and the items are of good quality. There are some things that I really like about JustFab but there are a lot of times where having stuff in stock has been a bit of a challenge for me. The last four pairs I’ve ordered were not true to size so that was disappointing. And I haven’t sent any items back. I have a gal who works for me that’s half size smaller and she ended up with a nice shoe order. Last night I was shopping for a pair of shoes and the first five pairs I looked at to order were all out in my size.

The shoes from JustFab were the most affordable and the most comfortable shoes for work, and I got different styles. I could get flats or heels, and I didn't have to go to a store and spend an arm and a leg on shoes like I normally did. And when I forget to skip a month and have this credit, I feel like I've gotten free shoes or clothes. Also, I always like what my stylist give me, though I’m just not looking at shoes more. Lately, I have been digging into the clothes portion of JustFab because I do have a baby and my body is different now.

I like JustFab, the styles of their shoes, and they looked comfortable on my feet. I like the shoes that I got. They're really good. My wedges are my favourite. I like the VIP membership too, wherein they send you offers and discounts throughout the month. However, I’ve been trying to change the selections provided to me by my style expert, but for some reason they weren’t changed. Other than that, I have been a member for three months now and I enjoy their sales, like the two for $29 and the mother and daughter special. I've had a super experience with JustFab.

It's been a few months since I've become a JustFab member. I saw some things that I liked and bought them. Looking for items and styles wasn't difficult. In fact, I had made two purchases from them. But I cancelled my subscription because they kept taking money on my account that they shouldn’t have.

I've been a member of JustFab for a couple of years. The style expert was fine but the shoes are poor quality. I ordered some heels and they're made of cheap plastic. I wouldn’t recommend JustFab and I’m gonna be terminating my membership.

Eight years ago when I was in college, I knew of JustFab but I never decided to do the VIP until now. I had a pageant coming up and there were a couple pairs of shoes that I saw at JustFab that I liked. I've now purchased five pairs from them but one pair had to be returned because they sent me the wrong size. The return process was a headache. What originally happened was, I ordered two pairs of shoes and they were both size 12. I have to order a size up for most shoes that are closed heel pumps. When I got them, one of the pumps was so tight that I was struggling in them. And then the other black pair was so loose it was like flopping off my feet. I tried to wear them and I ended up falling in them at church with my friend in my arm because they slid off my foot when I was going down the steps.

It doesn't get worse than that! They charged me 40 dollars even though I skipped the month. I am unemployed and I contacted customer service and they just won't give me my money back. The lady's name who I spoke to is Bonnie, she was just useless! She says my internet had problems or something and that's why I wasn't able to skip the month. Super disrespectful! I will cancel the membership as everyone should do and I will spend every single day of my life telling people to stay away from the website!!! In fact there are many other websites much better with much more quality - lulus.com, aros.com.

My sister always purchased shoes from JustFab. So I purchase from them too plus they have cute shoes. It was easy for me to look for an item and I felt that the selections given by JustFab's style experts were fitting. However, I'm always up to something new so I looked at all the styles just so I don’t miss something. There were a lot of reminders that I could purchase certain things. There’s jewelry and a bunch of stuff that you can purchase. And they have really unique shoes so if I get something, I know that not very many people are not gonna have it, at least around me, and that was really nice. My favorite purchase was a pair of blue flats a few years ago. I've used it sporadically over the years and the shoes were really cute. They were a style that you couldn't find anywhere.

I had the initial membership perks with JustFab. When you sign up to be a member, you get two shoes for the price of one so I figured I would try them out. I've been a member on and off for a year or two. When I'm shopping, it just depends on the event that I need the shoes for or what I'm looking for that month. The shoes are okay but the heels are not the most comfortable. So I always have to buy inserts for the shoes, like heel and extra padding. But I've bought a pair of booties that are super comfortable and the flats are awesome. Also, shipping has been great and I like that I can skip months. That allows me to keep my membership. I've joined other subscription plans that don't allow me to skip months so I just end up canceling.

I’ve been a JustFab member for years and I haven’t really had any issues at all, though I always forget to skip the month. JustFab lets you do window shopping, and the shoes are pretty and very good at an economical price. I have purchased eight shoes and I like the sandals, wedges, sandals, and these little boots with heels. They have a great variety of items and styles and there’s free shipping when you buy a shoe at $39.99. My experience has been good and I’ll recommend them.

I heard about JustFab from my sister and I thought it was cool getting shoes this way. They have styles that I like. In the three years that I've been a member with JustFab, I've purchased a few pairs of shoes from them. I’m an Elite member now and I’m happy with the perks that I get with that. I get a 30% or 40% discount and that's cool. When it comes to those rewards, I take advantage of the percentage off that I can get on the shoes.

The items that I bought from JustFab were for others and the one that I bought for myself did not fit accordingly to what was stated and didn’t look great so I’ve been trying to ship it back. But I work overnight and I tend to forget throughout the day to contact them to get a new shipping label. Also, when I try to be on the website, I can look up my account but I can’t put anything on my cart. I was with ShoeDazzle before and my experience with JustFab wasn’t the greatest and it was just okay.

But I was trying to cancel FabKids, but the JustFab VIP membership was canceled instead. So I have to always call them to request a refund for the money that comes out every month. Other than that, It’s easy to find stuff on their website and the selection from their style expert fits my style. I just got a dress about a month ago. And I like it but there are a few strands of the strings on the dress, which I just cut off.

I signed up for the VIP services, I was explained if I spend more than $40 in a month then I would not be charged for membership, that was a complete lie, I spent over $40 and was charged a member fee two weeks later. So of course I called into customer care, after being on hold for 28:45 min a rep connected who phone was not working. I could not understand him and all I wanted to do was cancel, he disconnect my line I called back just to hold 30 min this time and have a rep try to talk me out of not canceling for another 25min. Not only did they waste my time, take money out of my account by "mistake", but the sandals I bought were cheaply made to the point I can't even wear 3 pairs of my sandals because they lean to the side. This was my first and only time I will ever do business with JustFab! I suggest you spend your money elsewhere.

But I made a purchase once and the package couldn’t be delivered to me so they returned the item. They said the issue was a wrong address. But the first time, my package arrived without problem. Later, the item that I wanted was not available so I had to choose another thing.

I have been dealing with the same complaint for 6 months with this company. So very annoyed that I have to call back every 24-48 hours explain my situation to every rep and still have no answers. In December there was money taken out of my account that was not supposed to be... When my order was done online the money in my account already (my credit) was supposed to be used for this order but no they took the money out of my bank account and when I called to get the problem fixed there was nothing they could do to fix this??? You can take my money but you can’t put it back. No you have to request a check be sent to you within 8 - 10 weeks, "Ok then do that." 10 weeks go by and still no check.

JustFab has a free promotion for when you first sign up so I decided to subscribe to them. I skip the months I don't wanna pay and if I wanna buy something, then I can just buy. It is not an inconvenience. I don’t buy anything but shoes from them. I bought a bag once but it wasn’t the quality I was used to. So I just stick with shoes and I've never had a real problem with the quality of those. I pick my own and I usually either get winter boots from them because they have the wide calf or the wedge sandals. My last purchase was when I bought three pairs of flats and a pair of wedged heels sandals in January. Also, sometimes, they do December sale on the boots which sell for $15 and in the summer, they have the two for $39 promo.

JustFab happened to have the certain item I was looking for. I've been their member for a little over a year and I wish that they had a little bit more variety of stuff. Also, I feel like some items are not really thought out into actual wear. If I'm buying wide, sometimes it's not wide enough. And then sometimes, they only think about the placing of the heel in the shoe. I was wearing a heel and then there's a slope. It wasn't thought out well because sometimes the slope is there, so it was not really on the actual foot properly and I don't wanna feel like I'm having to hold my shoe while I'm walking. I'm not all the way dissatisfied but I'm not ecstatic with my experience with them.

The clothing sizes are not consistent with other US retailers, including Fabletics. Quality of the fabric of clothing is ok and doesn’t seem to have a great texture. Only ordered shoes once...and the size 10s I ordered were actually size 8.

So evidently I tried to access online chat to ask a question after hours. Instead of NOT allowing access, the system allowed me to enter all my contact info and my question. Asked me to verify if I was Kia ** and after I did, THEN said... "Sorry we're closed." What the heck??? Why even initiate a chat if you are closed??? SO frustrating!

Really love JustFab. The website is easy to navigate and the search functions are very helpful. The shoes are super cute, and there is always a great sale going on which makes the shoe prices even more affordable. Would definitely recommend JustFab to friends and family.

The VIP program of JustFab made me purchase from them. Their items are of good quality. Finding the items or styles I was looking for was easy and as a member, I like that their pricing is good. My pair of boots is my favorite purchase from them so far.

Just Fab works for me simply because I really do not shopping at the mall or even strip shopping centers. Love the online experience. I intend to update my entire wardrobe and have gotten lots of compliments on my purchases so far. Merchandise is great quality and excellent pricing.

It's my first time ordering with fashion a. A lot of sizes were unavailable that I was interested in. Along with I never got an email with a tracking number of how to track my order. Is there any way for me to get a confirmation of that??

I have had just OK luck with my purchases - some better than others. Sizing is inconsistent (I can almost always buy a size 7. Site unseen but not with JustFab) and I’ve had issues with returns. Ultimately I end up just keeping things I’m unhappy with or don’t fit because I don’t want to bother dealing with customer service - I’ve tried chat and calls and both aren’t great. The CSRs are friendly enough but I’ve had trouble communicating with them. Before I’ve even received the correct pair, my card is being charged another $40.

They have a great variety of shoes and heels it's impossible not to find something you'll like. I had found the perfect shoe but ordered a half size too big, I tried to get the half a size smaller or even in a different color but they were sold out. So I exchanged for a different type and I wasn't very fond of it so they allowed me to return that pair again for a different style. I finally got them and I'm in love! The moral of my story is they have fast and easy service when it comes to returns (I contacted them through Facebook messenger). But the shoes I had originally wanted are still out of stock...

I became a member of JustFab because everything is so cute. I placed my first order (two pairs of boots) and they were not what they looked like in the picture. But I figured it was okay, they were still wearable. I later placed another order this time including clothing, (6 items) 3 shoes, 2 jackets and a sweater. Again everything was cheap looking and not at all what the picture described. But hey, you get what you pay for, I’ve learned my lesson. Unfortunately I have one credit left on my account to spend, because they do not refund you. But then I plan to cancel.

I called because I was not able to place my order using my monthly subscription 39.95. The customer service person said he would help, but instead of using my 39.95, he used my points. When I discovered this a couple days, I called back in and the person whom I spoke with was very rude, but he did add my points back on.

You charge my card more than 20 times in one month. I occurred more than $350 of overdraft charges and y'all did not help me out one bit and then after I talk to y'all I got another charge on my card from y'all again so I'm not never going to order from y'all again.

The shoes in JustFab are great, however it's not worth it. I've tried many time to cancel me VIP membership and it's no use. There was an option to skip the month and that disappeared so I just stopped using my card.

There was perhaps some sort of glitch when I was attempting to purchase some items with my birthday coupon that displayed the discount alongside the denim deal discount. The sales rep was able to help me place my order and was extremely friendly. I would also like to note, personally I feel it to be unjust that I am unable to use my credits (which according to your staff are “as good as money”) in combination with sales and promotions. This makes no sense to me as the credit is not in any way discounted and is in fact directly deducted from my bank account monthly.

I don't like the fact that you can't use credit with sales. It's my money. It's money that has come from my account. I should be able to use it on anything. That is one of the reasons for me canceling. I didn't even know they were taking money out my account for 5 months.

When she tried to take them off, some piece in the back of the shoe bent and she had to take her hand and go in the shoe and poke it back out. She wasn’t too happy with that. But other than that, everything else was okay. l love JustFab and I will recommend it to anybody that asks me.

JustFab has good products so go ahead and try it. They also have sales and discounts, and finding an item or style is easy. I've been a member for a couple of months now and I like the VIP perks. I've done the buy one, get one free. The selections given by the style expert are good as well. I bought a purse about 3 weeks ago and the quality is good.

I've been with JustFab for a year now and I like them. I'm a big ShoeDazzle, JustFab and Fabletics user. The quality of the shoes and the style were the reasons I got started with JustFab but I don't order every month. It goes by what my need is. Usually, when the seasons start to change, I'll get a couple based on what I really need, which is usually for work or leisure. When they have sales, I take advantage of those. But what the style expert usually sends me doesn't really necessarily fit what I like. So usually, I'll go and see what they have. Sometimes I get the ads and I love the style but when I look at the heel height, it's 5 inches and I'm not wearing 5 inches. I wish they had more mid-height heels that were still very stylish and a little bit funkier. I feel the majority of their mid-height heels are boring.

I've been a member of JustFab since October and I love their shoes. I like their prices and there's a VIP offer which I use where I get savings on shoes. It's very easy to find what I'm looking for. I like their selections, but a lot of times, they’re out of my size. Nevertheless, shipping was quicker than I thought it would be and the quality of their items is very good.

I like the convenience of using JustFab, with the fact that I won't have to go into a store and I can just look on my phone, pick out the shoes, and order it. But not actually trying them on. I usually use the filters on the site and figure out by separating the shoes by heel or if I want a bootie or that type of thing. I've been a member for about six months now and the only thing I didn't like was paying the monthly subscription. But then, there was a sale that was buy one, get one free. And I couldn't use the credit from my subscription to go towards the sale. I would have had to spend another $39 to buy a pair of shoes to get one for free. But I didn't have an extra $39 to spend. I had what I already paid for my subscription. So, I wasn't going to come out of my pocket another $40 in order to take advantage of the sale. So, I couldn't take advantage of the sale because it would have caused me to spend an additional amount of money that I didn't have.

I like shoes and I have great customer experience with JustFab. I've been a member for probably a year now and I like the deals. The quality of the items is nice and the selection given by the style expert fits my personality. I had also bought my daughter some clothes in my last purchase about two months ago.

I've been a JustFab member since November and at that time, it was boot time and my birthday. JustFab has a special where one can buy a pair of shoes and get one pair for $10, and I like the deals. The selection given by the style expert is good and the quality of the items has been great. I bought sneakers a month or so ago and my coworker noticed and asked about them, so I told her about the deals JustFab has.

I like being able to shop online. JustFab also has the option not to purchase the following month at a certain time. However, all the shoes were at the same price. Even the low heel shoes are still at $35, which I can find for a lower cost. I love things coming to my door but some of the shoes are overpriced for what you’re actually looking for. They will get more if all the shoes were not the same price. But my boots came really fast and they were really good.

A girl I worked with shopped at JustFab told me about it so I got on there and checked it out. I shopped there once and then this year, I shopped right before Christmas and bought all of our kids’ Christmas shoes. We did the special offer right before Christmas where it was a buy one pair of boots and get the second pair with a discount. Two of my daughters signed up and have their own account now, too. But recently, I’m frustrated because I have a three-month credit right now and I can’t use it because there is nothing in my size and I have a pretty average shoe size with 8.5. My daughter and I keep checking and there’s just not much. The style is cute but then when you put on it, the availability is just not there.

I was looking for a particular kind of clothes and I had not found any boots in the store that I liked so I looked on JustFab and I found a pair. It was easy and I became a member when I bought those a few months ago. I love the boots. They're flat shoes that are almost up to the knees for the winter. The quality is great and they're comfortable. Everybody's asking to borrow my boots and I would tell them to give JustFab a shot. They’re great and you don’t have to purchase anything either. You’re able to opt out if you want and they’re real nice about that. And if you don’t like an item, you can send it back. I like the selection by the style expert and I will probably purchase again.

I saw online that JustFab had an offer and the shoes were $39 or $29, and the first pair is for $9.99. I really like shoes, the sale, and the wide variety of all that were available. I ended up getting a membership, and I bought quite a few pairs of shoes from them. I was a member for a little over eight months but I recently canceled my membership. The payments were not synced so if I didn't skip by the 5th of the month, then they would automatically take $39.99 out of my account. At first that was fine, but then it was just random times. They were taking $39.95 out of the account on the 10th or the 12th of the month. Sometimes I didn't even have money in the account so, it holds it and then it charges an overdraft fee for the membership. So, what was frustrating was that it wasn't an actual set date when they were taking the money, it was whenever they chose.

I heard about JustFab from my friend and finding what I was looking for was easy. I ordered one pair of shoes and the quality is good. But the size was wrong. It didn't go with my size properly so I discontinued with it.

I have been a member of JustFab for a few years. I knew about them through a Facebook ad and they had some shoes that I liked. It was pretty easy to find a particular item there. My favorite thing about being with them was the sales that they have. I have bought fuzzy boots for $10 from their special offers. I've also purchased some items from them and they were of good quality. The only thing I don’t like about JustFab is that I have to go in every month to cancel the subscription if I don’t want to purchase for the month. I would like to be a member and be able to go and purchase when I want and not be charged every single month.
