JustFab has cute things and I can sometimes buy cheaply from them. I bought a pair of sandals this month. It is easy to look for things on their site if somebody wants to buy something and the style experts are good. My favorite is the pair of sandals I have worn. I’ll recommend them to a friend.

I am satisfied with the products that I have received from JustFab. The reason I opened an account was because you all had a wide width shoe collection. I would like more show options. I have had to skip a couple of months not because I don't want to purchase anything. It's because there isn't much for me to choose from.

I started my membership with JustFab last November. They were having some promotion that was pretty cheap. I bought a big hobo purse and a purse handle last April and they seem pretty decent. But I liked the pair of boots that I got the most. It's also easy enough to find items but half the time, you're going to get something not available in your size, and when you get it, it's not what you thought it would be. It’s happened twice and I don't order things that much. In addition, I wish it was a lot easier to cancel but it seems impossible to do it. I get promotions but I should be able to also cancel if I want to because every time I try, they’re saying I haven't done it this time.

JustFab was having a sale one time so I chose to purchase from them. It was easy to find what I was looking for. I've been a member for a couple of months now and I like the selections. My recent purchase was when I got sandals and some heels which were comfortable. It was a great purchase.

I saw a JustFab ad on Instagram. The shoes looked really nice then I decided to go to the main website and showed my mom the shoes and we both liked it. We both got shoes from there. Finding a style was easy because you can go through and search up the name and I like how you can choose different colors. My first time trying to buy shoes, I actually became a VIP member and when I do buy shoes, I get a discount. I would recommend JustFab because they have good options to work with. My last purchase was a pair of shoes that I ordered for a friend which should be arriving anytime soon.

I made a purchased with you guys in May. You guys charged me again and when trying to reach you guys it was impossible.. I will never shop with you guys again. Basically stole from me.. You got money out of my account for no reason.

Delay was resolved after I called through automated system. I called to see why my other 3 orders were shipped but not this one and system said it was still being processed and it got shipped next day as well.

I am very satisfied with your products. They look as good as in person. The fit is right on. I was worry about buying shoes online, but JustFab you are true to your word, and the quality is great. Thank you so much.

The shoes at JustFab were nice and the selection given to me was good. Also, it's easy to find what I'm looking for and they have special offers and perks. I purchased two pairs a month ago and the quality is really good.

I ordered a dress and I was disappointed to find out that the dress was too small. I wanted to exchange it, but you were sold out. I got a credit, but, because the purchase was my first, the credit doesn't cover anywhere near the cost of another dress. So disappointed. Wish the credit could have been for another dress rather than the measly $11.56. That really doesn't cover any of your merchandise.

I like many of your styles! I however bought a pair of booties and after a few wears the strap on the back pulled out of the boot. I was very unhappy about it! I have to say that with that happening it makes me cautious about getting anything that's similar to it, which limits the selection.

I always let my credits build up and then I order clothes from JustFab. The clothing is trendy and fits well and keeps me up-to-date. I would definitely recommend JustFab to other people who are too busy to shop.

Plus sizes cannot be mislabeled. I ordered a size 18 (I am a real size 16) capri pants. I couldn't even get them up over my thighs. These could only have been a size 10 or 12 at the most. Very disappointing.

Easy shopping. Love the plenty of shoe color and styles to chose from for a good price. Love the styles on the clothes too. Only thing is the clothes sizes are a little deceiving. Overall love it. I will recommend to family & friends.

This is an amazing company, I love the clothes and shoes and every time I order the clothes and shoes I receive are good quality and the sizing is always on target. Customer service agents are professional and I always get my issue resolved.

I joined JustFab in December of 2015 and as a member, I've been getting special offers. Also, their items are trendy. I don’t step on the trend so sometimes, their selection is new and sometimes it takes a bit to get used to. But their items are very good quality and I like the variety and the continued new styles.

I have been a member of JustFab for at least two years now. They have a pretty large amount of stuff on their site. And it's easy to find items and styles. I like that they have some good sales and I've gotten quite a few things on sale. Certain items when they go on a sale, it’s like a $20 dress and you can't really beat that. And the quality is pretty good.

I had JustFab for about two years. It’s easy to find the items there—you go online and if you see stuff that you like, you order it. When I was still a JustFab member, they regularly suggested items that I liked. My last purchase from JustFab were some shoes and it was back in March. The quality of the products are good. I've recommended JustFab and I had people go up there and order stuff. But I cancelled my account because I didn’t want it anymore. I didn’t order too often from them and I kept skipping a month. Then they went into my account and took out $39.95 every time I didn't skip a month.

I've seen a lot of nice things that I like from JustFab and items are easy to find. I’ve been a member for three months now and they have a lot of sales that I go with which includes buy one and get the other half off. The selection given by my style expert and the overall quality has been good, too. I had two pairs of awesome sandals purchased two weeks ago and they are my favorites. In addition, you don’t have to wait that long for your delivery.

I've been a JustFab member for two months and their wedges are my favorite purchase so far. It's easy to locate what I'm looking for on the website, the pricing is good and I like the reminders of purchasing items. Overall, JustFab is reasonable. Two for $24 can’t be beaten.

I found some shoes on JustFab that I really liked and got them as I figured that it was a good deal to be able to do the two for $39. I was under the impression that you are able to get two pairs of shoes for $39 and that it was not a membership type thing. However, a couple of months later, I had another amount of money came out of my checking account. I called them and asked why that happened, and they said it was my membership. I said I didn't want a membership, then they did a refund and I canceled after that. They were more than accommodating when I told them that I didn't realize it was a membership and were really easy to deal with. There wasn't this bickering and trying to get you to keep it. I think that people should be made more aware that it is more of a membership that you're getting into, but other than that, it was a good experience.

I've been a JustFab member for more than a year now. I’m addicted to shoes and it's easy to find what I like because of my addiction. The thick heels that they have are better than the slimmer ones. You go to have crooked feet to be able to fit in those so I only purchase ones that have the thicker heel and the boots with thick heels. Also, the gladiator sandals fit funny. Other than that, I've always had good experiences with them and I would definitely refer them to a friend.

JustFab had different sizes and styles. It wasn't difficult to find what I was looking for. Also, I like it when they put a sale and I can buy what I want. In fact, about two weeks ago, I got a sandal from the holiday special. And sometime in May, I bought full-colored sandals and a jumpsuit. The quality was good and I liked them. I recommend JustFab to my friends.

I saw JustFab online and I’ve been a member for three years now. It’s easy for me to find the items I like in their website. Also, their items have nice colors and they have nice shoes, so I immediately bought from them. Their products have good quality as well. I purchase twice a year from JustFab. I like the styles suggested by their experts. I also like that they have a VIP promotion for their members. I returned an item once and the process was very easy. The rep stayed on the phone with me talking about my purchase. I did an exchange and they sent the new item quickly.

JustFab had a sale then so I ordered 4 shoes. I love them, and the sandals are my favorite. It was so cute, nice and durable. However, it’s hard to find what I wanted. I went to their website and then on one site but it took five days for me to find what I wanted. I just tried and kept on looking. Sometimes when I look for something like sandals, everything is mixed up. If they can group the items together it would be easier for people to find what they want. Nevertheless, their service is so fast and accurate. When I ordered, I received my shipment after three days. It has been a great experience and I’m satisfied.

I was getting ads on my Facebook page about JustFab and the style of their shoes looked nice. The website was easy to navigate and the customer service was great. But I was a member for two months only. My reason for leaving was geared more towards the shoe. You have to tie the shoes up your leg or around your ankle. They don’t give too much comfort or support like any type of cushion in the heel, so it’s hard to wear them after a while. My last purchase was right before Easter. It was a pair of day shoes but I only wore them for an hour. Nonetheless, my overall experience was amazing.

My oldest daughter told me about JustFab. At first, I was randomly looking instead of going by size or color. And then, once I figured that out, it made it easier if I had a special occasion. Then, I can go right to the colors I need. I’ve been a member since last year and I’ve built up points over time. And I didn’t realize that if I get many points, I can get free stuff. I went out there earlier and looked. They also send emails saying they have a $9.99 sale or a $5.99 sale. Then, I really try to get on there and find stuff and take advantage of those. The quality of the items is very good. I enjoy using JustFab and I‘ve had good experiences so far. and I will recommend it, especially if they’re looking for certain styles of shoes.

I liked the sandals that JustFab had when I looked online. Finding the item or style I want from JustFab is also pretty easy once I put in my shoe size and I filter down. I've been a member for a pretty long time and my favorite about it is the easiness of ordering shoes and now, they have clothes that are pretty decent, too. In the beginning, I did get some percentages off for being a valued customer. I also get special offers during my birthday month. Two months ago, I bought a dress and a pair of sandals and I like their quality.

JustFab is great for shopping online. I like the styles that they have. I got two sandals, a flat and a tall pair, that were pretty cool. And when I got boots last time they're good and true to size, which is my favorite thing about them.

I am a shoe fanatic. I was actually with ShoeDazzle prior to JustFab, but I switched over to a better selection. I've been a member for a couple of years now. JustFab has what I'm looking for and they have free shipping. Also, I love the convenience. I could get a complimentary necklace, bracelet or earrings options if I spend so much with them. Also, this option will show even if it's not a credit or a free gift. I get my shoes on time. I've even ordered a couple of jumpsuits from there as well. I was skeptical with that, but they fit great. I'm happy with those purchases.

I go to JustFab's site if I need something. The prices are reasonable and the rain boots, my favorite purchase, are of good quality.

I was a JustFab member before and I started up again in May. I initially saw them on Facebook. I read a lot of positive reviews about them and that intrigued me. JustFab has a lot of styles, so it took a little bit to go through each one and find the item I’m looking for. There’s nothing wrong with that, though. They always have more options and it was easy to look for the item. I enjoyed it. I also like that JustFab tells you what would look good or what matches what outfit.

I love these sari sandals!! I ordered 2 PR! My PR in wide- & they fit & look terrific! & my mom's PR...They're both comfy, & chic! They go with everything!! Not to mention they're incredibly affordable!! Not only is it hard to find wide-width shoes, it's nearly impossible to find trendy adorable shoes. I liked the pair of shoes I saw on JustFab, and I have been a member for about a year. It's very easy to look for items and I get discounts as a VIP member. The selections they provide are pretty good too. Two months ago, I bought a pair of jeans and the quality is good. I would recommend them.

I wear size 11 shoes and it was really hard for me to walk into a place. I had to plan ahead of time. I was looking at different shoe places that carried size 11 and JustFab had them so I ordered from them. It was fairly easy to find what I liked, the ones with the little hearts and stuff. Their suggested shoe selections were pretty spot on too. I liked all that their style expert recommended. They were cute.

I've been a JustFab member for almost two years. When shopping, I like to be able to get what I need, get in and then get out. With JustFab, it wasn't hard to find the items that I'm looking for. I also appreciate that for shoes, they got choices for wider feet, though they need more choices for flat shoes or loafers. I also got some jeans and dresses from there that I really like. They have basic clothing and it's really affordable. They also send me an email on some of their suggested items, which I prefer since I don't go on there a lot and it gives me an opportunity to look at them. However, I want my stuff to be right for the amount that I order and some of them aren't true to size. The last time I ordered there, I got a 2X blazer but the arms were not big enough, so I ended up giving it away to somebody that I know could wear it. But overall I would recommend them to a friend.

I like the style of the boots that JustFab was advertising. On their website, it was easy to find the item or style I was looking for and getting the items in any color I need was very easy, too. I also like the selection given to me by the style expert. Justfab has been doing a good job. My last purchase from them was two months ago where I got some of the short booties, a pair of tennis shoes, a pair of flat dress shoes, and some slip-on sandal heels. The items are lasting really well for me, and I wear them a lot. But my favorite purchase so far from them was the knee-high boots. I've been a Justfab member for two years and it was a very well experience with them. I also get points for stuff.

I started with Fabletics and liked a pair of shoes that I found at JustFab. I like the stuff on there. The quality is good. They also had a two for some amount of dollar for bags or shoes. If I couldn’t cancel or skip paying the month, then I won’t be a member.

I absolutely love the gold heart earrings!! The thin hoop earrings that I ordered in gold and silver are way to flimsy - I was expecting better quality!! It would have been more of a hassle to return them, so I am just eating the cost.

They're durable quality and I've seen nothing wrong with them. I also got another pair and I like the way they're like boots. The experience has been pretty good and I like JustFab. I had a probate show for a sorority that I joined and I needed some right shoes. It was easy to find what I was looking for on their website. I got a pair of shoes and the quality was all right. But I don’t use JustFab anymore. I had talked to someone over the phone to tell them to suspend the payment for one of the months because I wasn’t gonna be buying shoes. I told them that when I was ready I would go ahead and make a purchase for the next month. However, they didn't do it and overdrew my account. I’ve had to call the bank to refund it for me. But overall, my experience has been okay.

I saw that JustFab had these complete outfits for sale. I thought that instead of going to the mall, I'll just buy from there. JustFab is nice a company. The only thing that I had trouble with was that I bought from them the first month and I didn’t know that my price exceeded the amount that they needed for the VIP membership so I got automatically signed for the VIP. Every month, the money got deducted from my card. I once talked to their customer service rep to check if they will refund it for the month but they said that that’s not possible. So, I automatically assumed that if I cancel it, I'll lose the money that’s why I didn’t cancel. Now, there's money in my account that I didn’t want to purchase things with and it appears I'm stuck with the VIP account. It was a bit troublesome.

I've only made one purchase, it was a pair of high heels that was really amazing. They were of perfect quality and was priced $9.99. I've been a JustFab member for a couple of years. The website is super easy to navigate and it's so easy to get stuff from it. It’s got a lot of variety for different tastes. If I intend to buy a pair of shoes, I browse around on my own and typically, I like to shop during the sales because those are really good. There was a recent sale a couple of months ago that I took advantage of and I bought a couple of pairs of shoes then. Sometimes I forget to skip a month and I get charged, but I’ve always loved the shoes I got from them. Over the years, the quality of the shoes I bought has always been great and they last. I got a pair of booties that I'm really into as of late. Overall, my experience with JustFab is very transparent, concise and convenient. I love that I can always find a pair of shoes there.

I really like the Brendaly sandals that I ordered. The slate blue color is great and they are very comfortable. I love the cutouts and the lace up. My only dislike is that there aren't ever half sizes, so these are a little bigger than I would like.

A lot of times JustFab have sale prices on boots. My last purchase was about four months ago for a pair of boots and the quality was good. It's very easy to order and the items came in fairly quickly. Also, it was easy to find the style that I was looking for.

I've been a member with JustFab for about a year. The selections given by their style expert are good and always within my taste. The shoes are well-priced and most of them last a long time. A month ago I bought three pairs of flat boots, and two of them were awesome. The third one had chains on one of the boots that were too long so it kept falling to the heel. I had my boyfriend cut it off and then take one of the notches out and we put it back on. Now it’s fine. From what I've purchased so far, my favorite is the fake leather ankle boots. The other ones that have the “suede-ish” feeling, almost like a couch material, seem to peel and don’t last long, so I avoid those. I buy the fake leather ones and those ones have lasted. I have a fake leather pair, one of my very first orders, that I wear twice a week because they’re black and go with everything. The heels are still good on them and they’ve held up really well.

JustFab has a wonderful shoe selection. It would be nice if some of the more stylish shoes were on a lower heel for those who can't wear higher heels. Had to close account due to my medical condition. I have enjoyed the service of JustFab. The shoes are great.

Jolly Jewels - I feel like I had to wait longer for my order of accessories more than I did for my two pairs of shoes. However, all of them are so pretty and was so happy when the box had landed at my doorstep!

I’ve been a member of JustFab for two years. I was doing this for my niece for Christmas and I didn’t realize I was a VIP when I signed up. It was under my husband’s account which didn’t matter but they were taking off $39.95 every month. He went to check his account and asked who JustFab is and I said, “What are you talking about?” So that’s when I called and I found out that for a whole year, they were doing it and I never knew it. So then they said, “Well you get to pick products since you're banking the money.”

I cannot get refunded member credit after a return, member credit is difficult to use... Can't use site promotions if you're a VIP. The shoes (all I bought) are of very poor quality and could not even last a season. I'm just sick of it. I do not recommend.

I love you all. If the shoe isn't my size you really let me exchange it no strings attached... and the different selection of clothes, jewelry and swimsuits are to DIE for. I love when you all come out with the new collections cause it's what I always look for.

I ordered several pairs of shoes and for some reason the zip code wasn't correct so my order was sent back to JustFab. The customer service representative reordered my shoes and rushed them. When I received them two days later I was very pleased.

Very low quality product, material very low-quality, fit not good. This company is very deceptive. They just want your money and the monthly payments. The quality of the product is horrible. The material is not good. The fit is not good. The stuff they could have came from China.

I love the service it provides me, with the up to date styles that are current and trending. I like the fact that it offers a stylist of some sort. The return process is so-so; I've yet to use it so that's good. I had an issue with a package gone MIA but it was resent with some hassle. Otherwise you're a great company.

There's no estimate of delivery... so don't order if in a rush. The shoes don't look the same as the photo... but maybe I'm wrong. Disappointed in the last pair. Not worth the money or money to send back. Another occasion, the wrong size. It's an inconvenience if wrong. Future, will shop where returns are simple.

The whole process of picking out to ordering to receiving the shoes I ordered was quick an easy. I will be ordering from here again, and I recommend JustFab to all women. I got my package the very next week and my shoes fit and look good. I have been ordering shoes with them for about 6 months now.

JustFab has good deals. With the membership, I can get boots for $40 or $20. Recently, I bought a shirt and some jewelry. The quality of the items vary. Some are really good, while some aren't. Their shoes and a lot of the shirts are really good. However, I wouldn't recommend JustFab to a friend because of the monthly charge that you will have to skip if you don't want to do it. I personally like and understand it, but I'd be hesitant to recommend it to someone because it's confusing.

Although the products are stylish, they are not comfortable at all. Even the non-heeled shoes are uncomfortable. The shoes usually have a very narrow width near the toes. Now with the introduction of wide width shoes it might be different. I haven't tried them yet. The clothes are of poor quality and highly overpriced. Most of the clothing is available on Chinese market sites for fraction of the price. However, the one star rating is due to the poorest customer service I have come across ever. The representatives are unfriendly, unsympathetic, sometimes downright rude and vastly unemotional. It's as if you are talking to an automaton. Their previous policy of not letting you cancel your monthly membership was even worse.

I ordered two pairs of shoes that I wanted for vacation. They got to my house in time for me to take them with me, and both pairs were exactly as the description. I love JustFab's prices, selection, and fast shipping!

The styles are cute. They seem to change less than monthly. So I may not be able to actually purchase every month if there are no new selections. AND THE SITE IS SLOW, DRAGGING, STALLING OR JUST ALL TOGETHER CRASHING. Even at work with industrial size servers and large bandwidth the site is so bad that I don't want to shop on it. Can that be fixed?

JustFab knows how to deliver each and every time. They always have the most up to dates styles and trends and continue to maintain their affordable pricing! I find myself talking to my friends, family and co-workers about JustFab. I LOVE JUSTFAB!

I bought a pair of red wedges. Really cute. I have not worn them yet. They fit perfectly. I bought a pair of black wrap wedge heels. So comfortable and cute. Wore them for my bridal shower. I got lots of compliments. These were also comfortable. They also came when they were supposed to.

My experience was great! I received my items very quick! And they were perfect. I ordered a pair of sandals, a shirt, and a one piece swimsuit. The dress fit a little big knowing I should have gotten an extra small. Other than that it was great!

Please do not order anything from this company. I received a debit to my account 6 weeks after placing an order. Banking Institute shut my card down. Then gave me the telephone number for JustFab. Please everyone call their 866 number before ordering. Number is to a hotel/motel.

I have ordered several pairs of jeans from JustFab. I love every pair! I need petite jeans and I'm very happy the jeans fit where they are supposed to. It's great to find stylish plus size clothes that are affordable.

First I get charged for months without my knowledge. Then when I am forced to use the credits or lose out on all the money JustFab stole from me, nothing fits right. I hate JustFab and will be telling everyone I know about how sneaky and awful the company is.

My shipment came as expected with a free outfit and shoes for my 3 year old. As a new member I got 2 pair of really cute sandals plus $10 off coupon so I got all of this for just $14. I get compliments on both shoes on a daily. I loved the easy shopping experience and great gifts.

Easy to order. Usually has the shoes I want in my size. Would like to see more options in lower heels. Would like to see a little longer grace period to stop the automatic payment each month. It's not always in the budget to buy a pair of shoes each month.

I was reluctant to try JustFab and now I'm kicking myself for not joining sooner! The suede booties I purchased were true to size, comfortable, and more importantly go with so many outfits. I can't count how many compliments I've receive while wearing them. I'm can't wait for my next order.

JustFab has Honestly Such fun items and I really love shopping here!! My daughter and I get so many positive, fun compliments about all our JustFab purchases! We have bought everything from sandals and booties, to dresses and jewelry... All came on time and we have loved them!

I had been looking for a pair of boots when I came across JustFab. Not only did I find a great pair, I found TWO! Hopefully, I'll be able to get a pair of sandals (or two, who knows). JustFab is now my go to "store" for shoes!

Order came in fine but the shoes I ordered ripped and broke within hours of wearing them. The strap to the sandal came off from where it was sewn onto the bottom of the shoe leaving the shoe completely unwearable. Terrible quality and really considering canceling my membership.

I've loved everything I bought. I got two pairs of sandals and one pair of boots. I wear one of these pairs of shoes almost every day to pretty much every event I attend. I love them. Each pair is comfortable and cute and I get compliments almost every time I go out.

Good prices. Dresses fit too big, bought them for a vacation, but they didn't fit so I returned. Didn't appreciate the pushiness to keep my account as VIP, when I tried to cancel. Otherwise, good experience.

I love the fact that the shoes fit to size. That is very important when doing online shopping. This makes me happy. I only wish that they used a variety of fabrics as most are suede. I enjoy the platform shoes as they feel better to walk in. However, a bit more internal cushion on the bottom is always welcome.

I sent a Facebook message back on May 24, another on 5/26 and 27, and then another on 6/6 and have never received any response. This says quick response time, and I do not have the time to wait on hold when calling, I work long hours.

Phone exchanges were always handled with professional care and the customer service reps were engaging and helpful to a fault. There was a bit of confusion regarding membership but this site should prove to meet my gift giving requirements most admirably, thank you... Carry on. ☺

My experiences with customer service have been horrible. I have sent out multiple emails regarding issues that have come up. None of them have been answered. My most recent grievance was when I decided to try the curated box from JustFab. My returned products were delayed in the mail and instead of being able to communicate with someone on the team, my account was suspended. My emails went unanswered, and the one person I spoke to on the phone was of no use. They eventually were delivered, so the issue just kind of resolved itself. I have been skipping several months, but I think that this will be the next subscription I get rid of. It isn't worth it.

Always on time on my orders and I always love what I order (shoes, clothes or accessories)! When needing to speak to customer service, I always have a positive experience and my concerns are resolved. I most definitely would recommend JustFab to a friend.

I got charged this month when I skipped month. Will someone assist? Also I ordered first pair promo. They didn't fit. I send back and was not given another pair for same price. Can someone assist with making this RIGHT. MESSED UP PART. I JUST STARTED.

I've had two exchanges with JustFab and they were so easy! The agent made sure I got the dress prior to an event I had planned to wear it to. I have been a JustFab member for several years, always get compliments on my shoes and clothes.

I have not had the opportunity to have a good experience with this company. I check my credit card statement and JUSTFAB has been deducting monthly payments of $39.95, without my knowledge. Haven't even ordered anything. Was going to order today until I seen that my credit card balance statement. I am very unhappy and want my money or shoes for every month charged!! This is bad for business!! I'm sure the BBB would like to know these types of things about companies such as this one.

I've been a JustFab member for over a year and finding items there is not too hard nor too easy but it's okay. I bought heels about a month ago and it was good. Also, I get an okay selection from their style expert. My favorite thing about being a member is the shoes, but I have to opt out of their VIP membership.

I've been a JustFab member for two years now and I love their site. It's not difficult to use and their prices are actually good. I love everything about them. Sometimes when I get certain styles, I get points like rewards. I also see styles with free shipping, then I can also return. It's just that sometimes I order a size and what I get can be bigger or smaller. Once, I got really mad but the customer service talked to me reasonably enough and refunded my money. I was really happy with that.

I was looking through JustFab to see what they had, and I thought the shoes were really cute, so I got them. They're nice and comfortable. I was a member for a month and I liked the fact that I can actually find stuff in my size as it's hard to find cute shoes in my size. I did the free month and then cancelled my membership. The shoes I ordered are really pretty but way too uncomfortable, but this is not the reason I am writing this review. The reason I am writing is because you obviously sign up to the membership to get "a free pair of shoes" every month but this is not the case. If you forget to choose your pairs and have 1 credit... THE VIP CREDIT IS NOT VALID ON THE PROMOTION. So what does this means? I just got myself a cheap 40 dollars pair of shoes. I which I could get my money back!!

JustFab's shoes were different and I don't find those anywhere else. My first purchase from them was my favorite. It was at a discounted price because it was my first one. Those were $9 shoes that I really liked. I purchased black shoes from them again a month ago. It was really nice and I like it. While I like their shoes, I do not like their sizes. In the last two purchases I've had with JustFab, the sizes were off. I have the same sizes of shoes but there was one that would fit and another that wouldn't. I also don't like the credit that I have with JustFab. I can't use it on a sale. It's my money, so I should be able to use it on a sale. Nevertheless, their customer service is good. If I don't like the shoes, I would tell customer service that I needed to return them and they would do that for me.

JustFab has a lot to choose from, so searching takes a while. But it wasn’t too hard. I found a pair of boots that I liked. The selection the style expert gave me was adequate. I was pretty happy with the three pairs of shoes I purchased. But the one pair of shoes I had to return. Overall, it was a good experience.

It was pretty easy to find the styles I wanted at JustFab's website. I bought boots a few months ago and they're comfortable. I like the variety of their items and everything was of good quality. Also, I was able to take advantage of the promo for two pairs of shoes for $20.

I started to dress up and make me happy. I’ve always heard JustFab on the TV, the internet and websites and I wanted to do something good for myself. The first pair I bought, I gave that to my daughter for my birthday and then the second pair I bought for myself.

I chose JustFab because I love the pricing and I like the clothing and style. The last thing I ordered was this pink shirt, earrings and a scarf which I absolutely love. Even after washing, the great quality still remains. I'm satisfied with it. It wasn't difficult to find the items I was looking for. But some of the things on style was not my thing. I'm no longer a member but I was a member for about two years. What I did not like was that I could not remember to "Skip the Month" each month so I actually ended up getting charged twice. I wouldn't know that the charge went into a bank. At some point, I just didn't like that at all. I wish there was a different way that could be done. I wish that they didn't have the monthly deductions on my account otherwise I'd still be a member but, I'm good and I'd still recommend them.

I love the pair of black wedges I bought from JustFab last month. I've only been a member for two months now and I enjoy the free shipping. It's really easy and quick searching for items. I like your website. I like your products. You give excellent deals on products. What I don't like is finding out that you took $39.95 US out of my bank account. So basically I will use that money and cancel what you call my VIP status after it's spent because having to worry that I haven't logged on between the 1st and the 5th or placed an order because more money will be taken from my account is crazy. Another thing is that my account says I have $0.00 credits so I better have not lost my money somehow so could you look into it and get back to me please?

It's fairly easy to look for the item or style I am looking for with JustFab. I've been a member for almost three months now and being a member, I like that I'm able to pick and save the shoes I'm interested in and get it later. Their selections are fairly into what I'm interested in but I would like a little bit more close toe shoes because I'm not an open toe person. They regularly have options that I am more interested in so even though they have options that don't appeal to me, I just move on to the ones I like. My latest purchase was last month for a pair of flat shoes. They're good and I'm very contented with them. So far, my favorite purchase from them was my boots which are medium-range. They come to my calf, but they're not up to my knees. I also enjoy that JustFab is prompt. Every time I get my shoes, they'll be in my hands within 10 business days.

The membership fee was a little bit too pricey because there wasn't free shipping. But, I would recommend JustFab because they did have some good items on there and few sections stuff like that. Next time though during the month they had the special, they should include free shipping to it and let me see if the fees can come down a little bit.

I felt like I just want my shoe but after I go through that and I can actually explore the site as well. I type my shoe size to look at everything. so if I'm looking for specific size or styles, it's usually easy. I've been a member for about 6 months and my ability to skip a month is my favorite about being a member because sometimes, it's not on my budget or I don't need a pair of shoes that month or I'm not looking at buying one at that month or I'm saving for something else. Like this month, I'll see a pair of shoe that they recommended and I want those and I can get it but if I don't see anything that they recommend, I can always skip it. But sometimes, I wish I could switch the selection up if I'm looking for a specific outfit for an event.

I emailed this company and no response. That's my only complaint. I enjoy the shoes and purses I order from JustFab. I do wish I could order the shoes from ShoeDazzle seeing as my JF shoes arrived in ShoeDazzle box. I don't want my card charged every month from two sites. Please adjust this for your loyal customers. Hire someone to respond to emails!! Thank you!!

I became a JustFab member in September of last year and they had some styles that I liked. I liked that there was ease in finding stuff too. They had a really good sale for the Christmas season so it was easy to get gifts for my daughters and myself. However, I haven't seen too many sandals for this season although there have been a lot of boots. Otherwise, it's been pleasurable with JustFab for the most part and if I can afford it, I will continue to shop with them. They have good quality products and I liked the suede boots that I got from them a lot as well as the fuzzy shoes that they had on sale. Any time that I called with an issue or question, they were pretty quick in answering or fixing the issue. When they sent me a pair of boots that was the wrong size, it was easy to return them and get a better size.

Everything’s wonderful with JustFab. I like their styles and fit of the clothing, and I love the high heel shoes I purchased. I’ve been a member for two months and I get a percentage off. I also got two chokers and a shirt on special offer. The items usually get to me in less than a week! I highly recommend going on the website.

I was going through Facebook and there was an ad and it said "Two for $24 pair of shoes, purses, and clothes." I thought it was cool so I signed up with JustFab and I got a purse and wedges. And I thought that was it. I thought it was pay two for $24 like it said because you had to use a code to get it. So, I did that. I got paid today and I was checking to see how much my check was and I noticed on there, a re-occurring payment of $39.95 twice and I freaked out. I was like, "Wait a minute. That's not right." But the purse is awesome. I've been using it since I got it. The shoes were the right size and all but whenever I try them on, I was like, "Oh, they're just my mom's size." So, I was letting her try it on and the fabric stuff that goes over the feet, and connects to the bottom of the wedge part, would come off. Not the whole part but just the heels. That was weird. But I know how to fix that so I've never had to send anything back to them.

The website was very easy to use and they also have great customer service. As a member, my favorite thing is that I could purchase what I want and I could skip when I did it, but it gave me extra discounts on the pricing of everything. There were few referral discounts I got for referring people to them that have made purchases. Every once in a while, there would also be special discounts that would come in emails for $10 or the older $15 deals.

I love the Simon Satchel. The color is beautiful, true to picture. It is small enough as a purse and big enough as a business bag. It fits file and other business items. I was a bit skeptical to join JustFab but I am convinced now. I am very pleased with it.

What I like about being a member is the purchase is fast and I try to tell people that because they want to order online but not wait two weeks. Their shipping is awesome and quick. The most I've waited was four days.

Placed an order and was pleased that it was delivered on time. The item was also what I expected. Heel height was perfect. They are usually too tall for me. Wider shoes should be available in more styles and colors. Heel less than 4 inches are generally what I prefer.

This experience has been very displeasing. It's been over 2 weeks since I placed my order. Still no tracking number has even been sent to me. Also my account has been charged again. Once for the price of shoes and again for no reason. I called to ask why the second charge. They couldn't tell me why. Then advise they could give me a refund. But then number I had to call for the refund was closed. Frustration getting bounced around.

I really like the heels. It came really, really fast. I didn't need to return for shoe size & what more wonderful is that I could return the shoe size for another for free. This is amazing. The only inconvenience is that it will be cool if you upgrade your shoe model a little bit.

I ordered a pair of shoes my first month that were basically unwearable. They look nice but are not well made. After that, I skipped the month a few times and forgot on my last month. I know this was my mistake. I looked for something to order but didn't find anything I really liked. For being so prominent on Project Runway, the fashion is sort of bland. I finally ordered a dress, it came and didn't fit right. The material and construction felt cheap and I didn't want to mess with returning it so I sold it to a consignment boutique. The customer service is all foreign so it feels very impersonal and it's hard to communicate. Overall it seems like JustFab probably makes a lot of money but it's not because their products are anything special.

I tried to initiate an exchange. The instructions that came with my order indicated that I could do this online, however, there was no button or link on the 'Order History' page as suggested. I tried calling but no one answered the "24/7" service line nor the "24/7" chat service. After some digging, I sent a message via Facebook and finally received a response. The rep who responded also indicated that I could initiate online. When I explained that I could not see a link/button, he quickly helped me complete the exchange via email.

Their return policy is excellent, with free shipping of items you don't like. Simply print out return label, put it on box and money is back on your visa or into your account your choice. It was unfortunate I didn't know that if you throw away boxes or unwrap shoes you can't return. Only 1 pair fit out of 6 or more that I ordered. Very cute but sad I can't wear any. The one pair that fit tore my feet apart. Will not order from again.

I had a little setback with this company because I tried to exchange a pair of shoes online and without the phone call which is what I usually do. I did the exchange and everything was fine but I got an email saying that what I wanted was out of stock when it should've been held and I took my exchange to the post office way before the 7 days were up.

I decided to close my account because I would forget to skip a month. So you got my money for the month. I really didn't like anything at the time but I decided to order some torn pants. I measured myself as instructed in the page... They were too big so now I have to pay to ship them back. Nah. Didn't want to spend any more money on JustFab so they're hanging in my closet until I get fatter... That's not gonna happen.

True to size. Was a little apprehensive about the online order because it may not fit me... Boy I was wrong. Love the jeans and they're comfortable. The jeans is not stiff. The color is perfect as well. Happy with purchase. Will definitely purchase more.

I was unaware this was a monthly 'thing'. Your site needs to be set up so buyers know what they're getting into!!! My shoes are awesome and I'm happy with my priciest but I don't need shoes every month!!! Good thing I used a prepaid card!!!

I love this website! It is very smooth to navigate and ordering is a breeze. There are so many different varieties from purses, shoes, clothes, and accessories. The only trouble I have with this website is the inability to choose just one.
