I love shoes and the pair of sneakers I purchased from JustFab is my favorite pair of shoes to this day. On the other hand, I can't really wear the other shoes I purchased as much because they are not comfortable at all. One of the shoes even gave me really bad blisters within the first 15 minutes of me wearing them and I have scars on the back of my heels. The quality of the items wasn't that good. However, JustFab is really convenient and their shoes are so cute. I like that I was able to see all of the shoes available. I could just scroll and scroll then put them in a little cart. Then whenever I was ready to order, I could figure out which ones I wanted to purchase. There was one pair, which was not offered to me by the style expert, that I bought and I actually love it. But that aside, I like all the shoes that the style expert suggested.

I saw a pair of shoes from JustFab on Facebook and I really liked so I bought it. JustFab had a quick purchasing process and it took about five days to get the shoes delivered to my house. I like it because some places take really long to deliver. The shoes I got was nice and it was exactly how it was pictured where I saw it. I'd recommend JustFab. They are not too expensive and there are some good deals sometimes.

I recently moved from Japan to the US so my address changed but when I ordered I just clicked the order button and forgot to change the shipping address. I noticed only after it had already shipped. It would have took about 5-6 mos to actually get my package in hand after waiting for it to arrive in Japan and be sent back to JustFab. They re-ordered my stuff and are having it express shipped. No extra charge so no waiting for it to go through the long loop to get the original order. I am super excited! I love everything I have ordered from them. Especially the shoes. They are always true to size and last a long time and are a really good price.

The membership price with JustFab was so reasonable and it seems like there are lot of options to choose from. I took a deal and I had been a member for about 3 months. I had to cancel as it was fostering my compulsion to buy more shoes every month and it wasn’t really necessary. I bought a pair of boots in the beginning of this year and the quality is reasonable. It fits its price. My favorite purchase was a very cute pair of black flats.

I tried the selections given by JustFab's style expert and the size for clothes, even the small ones, don't fit. I'm petite and they're a little bit too big. However, JustFab's shoes last well and I have three shoes from them that I still wear often. I like the ankle boots. I also like their discounts, like the 15% percent off.

Several months ago I ordered a pair of shoes from JustFab. The shoes were cheap and painful and I can’t wear them for longer than 20 minutes. At the time I placed my order I must have accidentally clicked ‘join vip membership’ Without meaning to. They of course, don’t advertise that this membership charges you monthly. After two months I realized that they were taking my money so I called them to cancel my membership. This, in and of itself, took 45 minutes. Why they don’t have an online option became glaringly obvious. They make it too difficult to leave their little scam. The entire conversation the man I spoke with aggressively pushed me to keep my membership and they won’t refund the money they took. It’s completely dirty.

This company has very strict cancellation rules. I followed all cancellation requirements and after 3 months never received my money back! HOW IS THE GOVERNMENT ALLOWING THIS TO HAPPEN TO SO MANY PEOPLE??? I see so many ex-customers complaining on the company's social media that they never got their refunds!? DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM!

JustFab has good customer service and prices for shoes. I have been a member for about a year now and it has been very easy to find the item or style that I am looking for. The selections given by the style expert have been very good too. Being a member, I can choose when to skip months and I have taken advantage of their buy one, get one 50% off. The items I've got have good quality, so far. The last one I bought was very nice and comfortable, but my favorite purchase was my boots.

I like online shopping a lot and I really like shopping on JustFab. I like the deals and the suggestions I've gotten from their style expert have matched pretty well. I’ve found a lot of stuff there that I like so I'd tell people to definitely search the site. It's also really nice that everything is in the right size. I don’t have to ever send anything back.

I was on JustFab for a while. I bought brown leather shoes to start the account, but they ended up getting very weird. I didn’t have enough time to return them, so I gave them to my friend. There was a little bit of variation, but even if there was variation, it seems like the products that were on JustFab came out a couple of months later with ShoeDazzle or vice versa. If they were different products, they weren’t different enough or special enough that I wanna buy it. The quality of the merchandise being sold at JustFab doesn’t look as great in some capacity or it’s quite boring. A lot of the stuff on there is staple stuff, so I would rather go to Gap and get it cheaper.

I've been a member of JustFab since December and when I agreed to sign up for it, I knew that it was gonna come out more every month and I was okay with it. It was hooked up through my PayPal so I had to cancel my card and I had to do another card. My payment has not been going through and I wanna make sure that I didn’t lose my points. Plus, the quality of the items at JustFab is good. My daughter is hard on her shoes and they last well.

The credit that comes out to your account is good. But if your memory isn't that good to hit buttons every fifth of the month, make sure you always have $39.95 in your account. It has been so long that multiple times, I've forgotten to do it. It was fine, but it's always a nice surprise to go there, just to have credit. But, when you get your credit, you can't buy anything that's less than $39.95. There are some sandals that are $19.95 but I would like to use my credit instead of using my debit card because I already have a credit in there.

I saw JustFab online a couple of years ago and I thought it was a pretty good deal. Finding items depended on the month and sometimes, it was easy and sometimes, it was not. I didn’t know that you could pause the membership and I was collecting money that was taken out every month. If I couldn't find something or if you get one of the deals where you can buy one, get one for whatever price it is, you can't use that with the money that you've already set aside from the previous month so, I didn't like that. Your money had to be used for full-priced items and you couldn’t use it on half-priced or other deals. Money is money and you should be able to use it the way you want to. I was skipping every month after a while and now, I no longer use them.

When I sent a message to customer service to just cancel my subscription, Cynthia offered me a whopping $10 to keep my business. REALLY? That's it... and when I said it was terrible customer service... she says "thanks and have a great day". Most companies would waive the $52 especially since I was going to buy something! SO ticked. Never ever will I refer them or use them again.

I wanted cheaper shoes and JustFab has a buy 1, get 1 to start with. I was a member for six months. It was very difficult to find an item or style. Every time I scrolled down, the page jumped back up to the top part. It would never reload back when I wanted to look at something and just go back. Customer service is always great and every time I call them or anytime I need help or have a question, everyone's always really helpful. I've been a member for over a year now and all my experiences with them have been good. I would recommend trying JustFab.

I like the fact that everything is at a consistent price and it’s good quality. I also have the option of either skipping or buying something at that moment. I have three pairs of boots from them, and there’s one pair that I wear every single day and they’re still in great quality. There was one time when I purchased the wrong shoe size and immediately I was able to talk with someone and the situation got fixed within the first 20 minutes of it happening. However, one of my first purchases that I got from them was a little frustrating because it wasn’t stitched correctly. It was cut off and I had to sew it back on myself. Other than that, everything else has been really good.

They were having a good sale where if you were a first time customer, you were allowed to get the boots for $19.99. And then, later on, you would have to be a member. I've been with them for three years. I'm also with ShoeDazzle as well as FabFive and they all work together. But I think you get more benefits when you first start. They have some sales sometimes. Yesterday, I was trying to get some stuff and it said it was on sale. But then when I clicked on it because I was a member, I had to pay the full price, which was weird to me.

I've called in several times requesting for my account to be cancelled. Twice I've been assured it was cancelled, when in fact it wasn't. Each month you are required to skip your recommendations or they will charge you $39.99. Even after you call in and cancel, multiple times, they will continue to bill you $39.99. Don't get sucked in.

I've been a JustFab member since February and I like the convenience of being able to order my stuff from home or wherever I am and I don't have to worry about going out to a brick and mortar because my schedule is too busy for that. I have to wear flat shoes because I have a bad leg and they refer me to a lot of flat shoes. I bought quite a few of their flat, pull-on tennis shoes and some pairs of sandals. All you had to do is just put the style that you wanted, choose a color and order. I loved the shoes and I still have it. Those are my favorite shoes. I only wear them once and I'm planning to wear them again tomorrow for my anniversary. Also, I have been a member of JustFab for a month. However, I had to cancel what I had recently ordered. They charged me $39 and something cents because they said I was a something member. I wanted to keep it and keep ordering shoes, but I did not wanna pay $40 every month for the website. Even so, I would tell others that JustFab provides fast shipping. They would also find the shoes that they want.
