I like the styles that JustFab is showing on TV and their price. I've been a member for four months now and I like all the shoes I've gotten from them. The shoes are great and the style is very nice. The delivery is very fast too. I'm very happy with the experience I had with them. It's also easy to find stuff from them but by the time I'm going to purchase from them, sometimes, the selection of the stuff I like is low.

There are different styles of shoes, like flats and heels, at JustFab. It was relatively easy and I've been a JustFab member for a month now. My first pair was $10 so that was really cool. I love them too and I wear them every chance I get. However the other day, I noticed a $39.95 charge was taken off of my card that I used from JustFab but my purchase only came for $15 with the shipping. But otherwise, the experience has been awesome and I've already recommended JustFab to my sisters. I actually noticed that there’s also FabKids so I’m going to see if I can find my daughter a pair or two that she likes.

I was looking for boots and there were plenty of boot options at JustFab. I purchased two pairs but they ended up not working out. The first pair was a perfect 8.5 in size but when walking I would slouch down so it wasn’t hugging my calf enough. And then the other pair has way too wide of a calf gap. The quality was fine but I like things a bit more form fitting for my boots. I was very satisfied with it. It was just that it didn’t fit me properly.

JustFab has cute shoes and good prices. I've been a member for a little over a year now and the quality of the items I have received is good as soon as they get broken-in.

I called on August 20th of 2017 to cancel my subscription due to the fact that I changed jobs and no longer needed their type of shoes any longer. I was told that my subscription would be canceled and a refund of 1425.22 would be refunded in 8-12 weeks which I thought was odd seeing how every first of the month they had no problem taking out my 35.99 but whatever I was ok with it.

I love JustFab. I saw them on Facebook, when my cousin had ordered from them and she loved what she got. They always got a sale going on so I buy from them. The last time I bought from them, I got knee boots and some booties. They’re comfortable, they look expensive, and are really nice. I like them. The selection that their style expert gave me is everything that I like. They let you pick certain styles so they don’t show you anything else that you might not like.

JustFab was having some type of deal and I needed a bathing suit. I signed up and became a member for a short month. I don’t do a lot of online shopping so it didn’t feel like it was worth it for me to continue it. But I liked how you could specify a style that you liked then they will send you stuff related to that. It was also pretty easy finding what I wanted on their website. I purchased a couple of bathing suits and they were good quality. The sizing was a little different but that's why I don't like shopping online because I never know if something's going to arrive too small or too big. Then I didn't want to return it because it's too much hassle. But the actual site and experience was cool. It's just that for me, I have to try stuff on before I purchase it. Other than that, I had a convenient and enjoyable experience with JustFab and I would recommend them.

I’ve been a member of JustFab since 2013. I first saw them on the commercial and I liked the shoes so I purchased them. It’s easy to find the style that I’m looking for and I get a different collection of shoes every month. I can order clothes and purses and I like it. When I get the catalog book, I have the 30% discount and there are also the points and free stuff. The selections fit accurately and the items have very good quality. My favorites are some wedge boots that I purchased. I have one shoe that I still have but I saw a hole in the inside so I can’t wear them. But other than that, all the shoes and everything else have been good. I like the different kinds of categories they have. It’s awesome.

I went on the JustFab site and I liked some of the styles. I like the ease of being able to go online and search for something that I need. I also take advantage of the regular sales that they have. I have purchased some black over-the-knee boots which are everybody's favorite but I like everything I've bought.

I've been a member of JustFab for three years now. It was easy to find my size at JustFab. I got a pair of boots for 10 bucks. The selections that were given by their style expert were okay but I usually end up with something entirely different. A lot of times, I ended up with a lot of high heels but I had to weed them out since I'm not a big high-heel wearer. The quality was not the greatest with the first pair of boots that I got. I sent those back and exchanged them for a different pair. The second pair I got was a lot better. Overall, I'm very satisfied with JustFab. Everything was always very pleasant and wonderful whenever I dealt with anyone.

I like JustFab's shoes and have been a member for a while. I was recently trying to make a purchase using both of my credits because I decided to save my credits. However it would only allow me to use one credit. I don't know if it's set up where I can only use one at a time but that doesn't make any sense since they're my credits and I've already paid for them. It's annoying that I can't use it through the system and I end up having to call in every time I want to use my second credit. I’d really like to see that feature fixed. But other than that it's a great experience and I'd recommend them.

I've known JustFab through Fabletics. I've been a member of JustFab for five months now and it's been good. I've had around 6 orders from them and I’ve only received one item that broke immediately. I was trying to lace on the dress and then it just broke. But otherwise I liked everything. They're very convenient and trendy. I would recommend JustFab to a friend.

A friend told me about JustFab and they have a lot of options. It was my first time to go to the website and I purchased shoes from them and it was quick. The style expert’s selections were good too. Also, JustFab regularly suggests products that appeal to me. I’ve worn one of the pairs that I bought from them the last few days straight. I had a great experience with JustFab.

I’ve been on and off as a member of JustFab for eight years. When I first signed up, they sent me a $10 pair of shoes that I picked. The quality of their items was good and they lasted for several years. I also ordered red velvet, over-the-knee boots a month ago. I love the selection that they gave me, but I get tired of the same shoes in the same style every month so I put in on a freeze for a little while and then come back later. But overall, they were efficient, consistent and up to date on their style so I kept coming back. I would tell a friend to try it out and she would find something that she likes.

Justfab had a $10-thing going on with their shoes and it's the only thing I ordered from them. The over-the-knee black boots I bought from them fit good. I didn't sign up to be a member but I guess I’ve been a member for, maybe, a month since JustFab charged my account. I had money taken out of my account that I didn't spend and they didn't say anything that I was in a monthly thing. I then had to change my card number. I suggest that Justfab give more details on what one is signing up for. But the shoes are pretty good and the selections given by their style expert was pretty neat.

I was a VIP member for over a year. I was going to cancel, but saw that my credit card had expired so I wasn't overly concerned. Unfortunately that did not mean that JustFab was unable to bill me. It actually meant I was being billed without really knowing and therefore the credit card was accruing charges that I wasn't paying due to not knowing there were charges. I subsequently lost my credit card due to not paying the bill. Obviously this is still my fault, but at the end of the day, how were they still billing an expired credit card!? I have since canceled my subscription. I loved all the products, except for some sandals that broke immediately, everything else is great. Product is great, subscription service not so great. Lesson learned.

I've been a member of JustFab for a year and a half and got a pair of shoes for $10 dollars when I signed up. I like JustFab's shoes and finding what I'm looking for is not that hard. Plus, It's nice that I don't have to purchase every month. I recently bought a pair of flats and a pair of sandals for a wedding. One is uncomfortable, but they work. But their wide boots are not wide enough for my calf. It needs to be wider on the calf towards the knee. Other than that, they've been good and their customer service's very helpful when I call.

I was just browsing through the internet and was looking for some good websites and then I saw JustFab in one of the recommendations and I clicked on it. I saw the membership and I really liked the products especially the shoes and the offers they had like the buy one get one free. It was cool. While I take advantage of their special features and offers I mostly do not buy. I usually skip the month. But after I have a lot of credits I use it whenever they have some sale going on. But I feel that whenever I have credits and there is a sale going on I cannot use them to purchase during a sale. If there is one promotion on anything it requires me to pay all over again and not use my credit and I don't like that part very much. But I really love the quality of the clothes and shoes.

I have been very pleased with the boots I ordered. However, I don't think the clothes are that great a quality AND I have called to cancel having JustFab take $$ out of my account every month and all I ever get is the run-around. Sick of it!!! I will be calling again.

I am loving JustFab. I made my first purchase and was so excited when it showed up on the doorstep. Both pair of boots fit perfectly and were exactly what was shown in the pictures. I am very happy to join and look forward to many more purchases.

I like JustFab's types of shoes and the boots had my interest. I also like how everything is a style division and you can definitely find what you’re looking for easily. As a member, I can order anything for $39.95 and the shipping is always free. The boots I bought when I first signed up was my favorite purchase but the quality should be a little better. I should be able to wear my boots in the snow without them getting wet in there. And, they could improve on pushing for the stocks to be in a little faster when the boots are out of stock. Nevertheless, I had a very good experience with them.

I ordered two pair of shoes. They came in record time and not only are they pretty, they are sooo comfortable. Easy access to maneuver around the website and even when skipping the month. Keep up the good work.

JustFab is the best! I can order shoes when I want and when the month allows it but then I can also skip if the month doesn't. I love that. The shoes are always amazing and comfortable. They last for forever.

Every top and pair of shoes I order are either too big or too small. Shoes are always too tight and too small. The tops are always either made cheaply and the length is always too small. Jeans are always different. I follow all the charts for sizing.

I ordered boots for a promotion, got the boots, they had a scuff mark on them. I called to cancel my membership and she said I would have to pay to ship them back and I would charged the full price for canceling. Horrible customer service and really disappointed with my experience and not being able to cancel.

I've been with JustFab for a couple years now and love it. Their product quality has significantly improved and I get compliments all the time. I started just buying shoes and now I love and buy their bags and clothes. Their prices are awesome and the selections are great. I recommend JustFab to friends all the time. The only issue is they feel pressured by having to sign up. I'm not sure how else to word it because I don't feel the same.

I ordered a pair of wide calf boots. They arrived but were regular sized. I sent them back. They sent a second pair. They were regular sized too, despite my saying that I need wide calf boots!!!! So frustrated! I did order a pair of booties and they gave me 5 dollars off, but still! Somebody needs to be on the ball! Otherwise they have great products and fair prices.

I absolutely loved the whole process of ordering, shipping and receiving my new boots from JustFab. The website was easy to maneuver, the choices were awesome and beautiful. I am excited about ordering again. I have recommended to several friends because it is an easy way to shop for busy people.

I ended my trial with JustFab and I’m no longer using them. I’ve heard negative reviews about this company, but I wanted to try it for myself, so I ordered a pair of boots. I had them for not even a week and I wore them twice, and the sole was already starting to come off. Also, the boots were two sizes than what a normal size is. The quality was very cheap. During my trial period, I received special offers from them and when I canceled, they offered to give me $10 to stay on. But I wasn’t really happy with the product that I received, so I’m not interested anymore.

At first I didn’t know I had to pay that $39 dollars every month but I didn't mind the $39. I cancelled because I couldn’t use the credit I had. It’s ridiculous. Like if I had $39 dollars in my credit and they went on sale 50 percent off they wouldn’t let me order one. I had to pay full price and that’s when I decided that I wasn’t going to use them anymore. I understand you can skip a month, and that’s fine, but if you don’t and you have that credit you can’t use it. I know a lot of people I work with. They’ve all cancelled it and left it again so that’s a really broken thing with them

I’ve been a JustFab member for about a year and I’ve made a few purchases from them. My transactions have been quick and easy. I stumbled upon this company online and they carry the latest styles that I want at good prices. As a member, my favorite thing is the personal boutique. My style expert has also given me a pretty good selection. I’ve bought shoes from JustFab and they have good quality.

Great selection and size selection, easy to use website, and easy and free returns. They have fast shipping, great customer service and love the promotional via email.

I love JustFab, but often by the time I get their emails, they are sold out of my size! They have great selection of styles and I have purchased many shoes and boots from them.

JustFab is an easy way to get cute selections quickly. I’ve been a JustFab member for three years and I like that I don’t have to go anywhere to purchase shoes. They have my size and rarely does any store has the size that I need. I bought a pair of sandals about 4 months ago and I love their heels and a lot of good stuff.

I’ve been with JustFab for a couple of months now. Their products are affordable and purchasing from them was very easy to do. But I hope their website could run a little bit faster because sometimes it glitches. As a member, if there’s something that I find within the month, I go ahead and purchase it. Then, if I don't want to purchase anything within the month, I can stop the charge. That's convenient and I like that. The selections they gave me were perfect but sometimes their sizing runs generally a little smaller, specifically with their boots with a wide calf. The ones I got didn’t feel wide and felt like regular boots. I couldn't fit in them so I just gave them to somebody.

I saw someone with a pair of shoes which she got from JustFab. The shoes were nice and I liked them. It took me three days to find them and they also come with another pair. I'm not too happy with a lot of the things they had picked for me but I usually favor the ones I do like and I got a pair of loafers. Then, when I was going through the issue with the hurricane, I tried to call in and see if I could do a refund for the subscription because I didn’t know if they were going to take it out of my account. I wasn’t sure how to skip over the subscription for the month before the date. But other than that, they’re good and they’ve been helping me out and understanding my situation more. They have anything so I would recommend them to somebody.

I have tried multiple time to contact, I never received the item I ordered as I tried so many ways to reach you guys even by seeing if I could do a return to at least talk to someone. 2nd time dissatisfied. All I wanted was my boots and never got them.

I saw JustFab's Facebook ad and the comments that came along with it, so I decided to check it out and I liked their stuff. I've been a member for a few years now and every time I get on there, I always find something cute and something I like. I like that the shipping is fast. I usually have everything within a week or less. I also like the selections given to me. They're definitely good. If I can’t find something for myself, I usually find something for my daughter, so it works.

I learned about JustFab online and I liked what I saw, plus I liked the price. As a member I can order online then have the shoes delivered to my house. I have their personalized boutique and for the most part I like the items they’ve chosen. Four months ago I got six pairs of shoes. I had the credit build up because I haven’t been buying anything. I like the pair of lace-up kind of a rusty orange heel sandals I bought. I didn’t return any of the shoes and I wear them. It was a good purchase. They also had thrown in a $10 bonus at one time so I was able to use it with my purchase. They’re really cool and I have recommended it to friends.

I am upset about the way Just Fab runs their business. I signed up for JustFab about 8 months ago and selected one pair of boots. I was not very impressed by the quality so I decided to cancel. I noticed last month that my card has been charged even though I canceled. I figured, my fault for not checking. So I decided to give JustFab another try and use my 7 credits. I purchased some shoes and bags for family members for Christmas. It stated that the items may be sent separately. I received one package with two pairs of shoes (out of 7) about 7 days later. I kept checking my mail for the remaining packages and my e-mail for confirmations and they were never sent. I called and waited on the phone for 45 minutes, never an answer. I emailed about my account. No reply. I just now went online and it FINALLY shows the tracking that it was delivered on the 19th?! I never received those packages. What kind of business is this? VERY POOR...

I've been a JustFab member for three years now. I do foster care and the children need clothes and JustFab has another site just for kids. I went with JustFab because of what they said during the introduction and because they were not expensive. The first time I ordered, I ordered children's outfits such as pants, leggings and dresses and it was delivered quickly. The selection is advanced, but the quality of the garments wasn't so good. So after that, I never ordered again. But for three years, I paid $29.99 a month and I got no product. I changed my credit card because I didn’t want them to keep billing me but they just went ahead and billed the new credit card and that was my bank problem.

It was becoming winter and I liked the boots that JustFab had and their prices, too. I quit doing it for a while and I just got back on it. I like their selections and the quality as well. My size is a 7-1/2 to an 8, which is the average size, so when I want a pair, they're often not my sizes. I ordered a pair of boots this year and I have already ordered them knowing that they will probably be gone by the time that the cooler weather got around so I have them in my closet. I love the two pairs of boots that I bought from JustFab and I've recommended them to friends.

I like the shoes at JustFab. I didn’t have to make a trip to a store and make a selection. That’s how good the selection of shoes was. I have been a member for about two years and my favorite thing about it was the prices. However most of the time JustFab didn’t have the shoe size that I wear. I have small feet so it was difficult for me to find shoes that had my size. And when I finally had one pair that fits I couldn’t wear it because the heels were too high. They didn’t have information on what the length of the heel should be. On the other hand I bought shoes for my daughter four months ago and the quality was good. JustFab was great. It was very convenient and all my purchases were my favorites.

First off, they will not allow multiple accounts from the same house. So, only the first member of a household to sign up will get the benefits. Second, that doesn't matter much once you get the shoes. PURE GARBAGE. These are the same quality as shoes you can pick up at the local flea market for $8. They smell of chemicals from whatever it is they are made of, make your feet sweat, and fall apart after 3 times wearing them. Sizes are all over the charts for the same pair of shoes. Bought the same pair in 3 colors, needed 3 different sizes for them to fit. Had to return 3 separate times due to inconsistent sizing. STAY AWAY!

I got a bump at work so I got a different position and I didn’t have the time to shop in the stores as much as I used to. Going with JustFab was convenient. It was fairly easy looking for the styles that I like as it depends on the time of year and what I’m looking for. The selections given to me by the style expert were good and their suggestions appeal to me for the most part. The special offers are only good for first-timers but the items are always good quality. Also, I can't use any of my credits if they have 20% off promo or whatever. I just closed my account with them and the last thing I purchased from them was a bunch of bags.

I have been a member of JustFab for years, and they might want to step their game up. I also wear ShoeDazzle, and ShoeDazzle has a better selection. Nonetheless, I JustFab’s pricing and style. I recently bought a pair last August, and the quality’s okay, but not the best. I’ve also used their offer for 50% off for certain styles.

I wanted to try the products out first and then JustFab offered a half-off if you sign up with them. They have great selections and it was very easy to find what I was looking for. There’s a questionnaire they ask you and then they send something in your email and they just draw you in. They have so many cute things. I purchased a purse the last time and the products are of good quality. I had an excellent experience with them and I love the products that I’ve bought. I'm very satisfied.

JustFab has great deals on the styles that I like and I've been a member since three years ago. They make very good suggestions on the styles that I like and it’s very easy finding an item I'm looking for. I get the styles and free shipping, then I get rewards points for it too. A week ago, I had some extra points and that’s why I got three pairs of shoes and a purse. I've also taken advantage of their sales, as well as the buy one, get one deal which applies to VIP members, which I am so it works good. I have a favorite shoe I've worn so much I had to get the soles replaced but the quality is good. I get a lot of people that like the products and they think it’s really expensive but it’s not. Returning is going really good and easy too. JustFab is like a sister to me.

JustFab has good deals and I take advantage of those deals sometimes. However, if you forget to skip a month, that gets a charge. I don’t like that and I have those 40 bucks that they’re taking. They can at least give a reminder, “Hey, you’re about to expire for the month.” But other than that, they have pretty good selections. Their stylist however doesn't understand what I choose. I always just go in and look on my own because they don’t really get my style. I got boots and a jacket about a month ago and the quality is good and I haven’t had any complaints on that except from one pair. The second time I wore them, the sole from the bottom was already coming off. On the other ones, they came up pretty good.

My sister told me that JustFab had a sale and they got cute shoes so I signed up last summer and took advantage of the summer shoes sale. I like their deals and I love the selections given to me by my style expert because those were definitely my style. The quality of the shoes is good as well. I love everything about JustFab and I would recommend it to everybody.

There are a lot of different things that I like from the style expert’s selection and recently, I got some sneakers and it’s nice but it was bothering me in the back. I like the quality but the way it fitted me was a little too comfortable.

The selections of the style expert were good and also the quality, but the sizes were off. My shoe size was a half a size too small, which sucks because I really like them, and the dress looks way too big. I have to return or exchange them for a credit. I’ve always liked the shoe collection of JustFab and I’ve started it off with just one pair. I tried it out and then it became like a regular habit. I’ve been a JustFab member for five years, and it was easy to find the item or style I’m looking for. I like having a comfortable price point and being able to shop around whenever I want. However, I never go by the selections given to me by my style expert but when I like something that is good, that is what I want. I quickly skim over it and then I go through the selection on my own. Sometimes, they sell some sort of Mills Leisure and they’d invite that offer on there so I use those whenever they send them out.

Order for my mother in law couple of shoes. She got disappointed for the waiting van. For the quality of shoes I usually like the ones I orders but some of my past orders yes couple Been low quality and not as been shown on picture. Feel upset since I end making good compliments on the shoes and since mother in law hate them well now I look as bad.

JustFab’s a great place to buy shoes. I've already bought three pairs of shoes and I'm very satisfied with them. I thought they would not be exactly of good quality but they were actually really good. The selections from the style expert were good and they're very tempting but I’m trying not to buy because I can’t exactly afford to always buy shoes.

I love the items that I have ordered from this site but I also wish that it was easy to cancel your subscription. I get charged and then it goes to a credit then moved to an ecredit?? I have lost so much money on this and I'm sad about that.

I signed up for the JustFab VIP club because there was a good sale happening. Their shoes are of good quality and good price and it was also very easy to find the styles I was looking for. I also took advantage of the flash sales where everything was 50% off for a day. On the other hand, the selections given by the style expert was sometimes bad, but sometimes it was good and it appealed to me 50% of the time. I bought two different pairs of boots and a pair of platform sandals that I really liked and overall, I like JustFab. I’m going to keep with it for a while.

I saw a pair of shoes that I like on JustFab and I’ve been a member for a couple of years now. Sometimes, I find the style I like and get them but sometimes I have to ship the item back depending on how they fit. Majority of what I’ve got held up well.

I'm in love with shoes and when I checked out JustFab's website, I really liked them. There’s a lot to choose from but it wasn’t very difficult to look for the style that I was looking for. There were a few months that I forgot to sched so I decided to cancel my membership because I’m not very good at remembering things. Then I opened another one and the same thing would happen. But this one that I had opened, I’m remembering.

My friend had JustFab shoes and told me about it. I have been a member for 4 months now and it is relatively easy to find the items and styles that I was looking for. The style expert gave me selections which are fairly accurate. I also took advantage of the special offers. I haven't bought a ton from JustFab but everything I’ve gotten has been on sale in some way which is great. JustFab is not where I’d go if I need a really good quality pair of shoes but with my everyday shoes, it's very good for the price.

I was so enticed when I saw my first pair of boots would be $10. In my excitement of saving a ton of money on cute boots, I didn't care that the receipt that was emailed to me didn't have prices on it, I figured they were an honest business. UH NOPE!!! My bank account was charged over $70 for those $10 boots. THEN when I asked about returning them (since I could find boots just as cute on Amazon for cheaper) they said I had to pay a $6 re-stocking fee!!!! WHAT A SCAM!!!

I am a very satisfied customer who is recommending JustFab to everyone I know. I have been having a wonderful experience is shopping with you. This is where I will be doing all of my online shopping, for me and my family (my girls) from now on. JustFab had a promotion where I could get half off so I purchased from them. I've been an on and off member for a few years and the process of finding a style I want was easy. Sometimes their special offers would be two for $49 or $39 and they have sales as well. The selections that were given by the style expert were good. Recently, I was going for a white affair and ordered some white wedges and some other heels. I’ve had shoes for a couple of years and they’re still holding up fine so they're good quality.

I looked at JustFab's website and I liked the shoe collection that they have. They fit well and they're good quality shoes for the price. They had the first two pairs for $39.95 and I ordered a couple of pairs. The pump didn't fit well but I didn't have a problem with the wedges and the boots. I'm not a member anymore but it was a great experience overall.

One of my friends ordered from JustFab before and she said that they have good quality shoes so I decided to try it out. I’ve been a member for about a year and three months ago was my most recent purchase with them. The style expert’s selection is good as well as the quality of the items.

I don't like that I tried to cancel my account and I was told that if I cancel my membership then they will cancel all my orders and the woman I spoke with was very rude about it. She told me I could skip the month numerous times. But I don't think about it every month so if I want to cancel I should be able to cancel without being guilted into keeping it open.

I love the service and the shoes are always gorgeous. My only complaint would be on some of the stilletos the sole for the heel comes off really fast. They usually pack an extra one in the box, but I think that they need to grip a little better. Also they should make the shoes a with soles that aren't fabric so you don't slide everywhere. Other than that I love it.

I have had JustFab for about two years now, and it is one of the best shoe websites out there. I have gotten a few pairs of shoes and they are all the perfect size, the only time I was not satisfied was when one of my sandals was missing the clip at the end to 'lock' my sandals. It was also my mistake for not returning them, but I made it work. Also, their shoe selection is great and so is the prices. I LOVE JustFab, I don't think I will ever cancel my subscription!

Luckily my first order was a pair of sandals that was reduced so I think I only paid something like $4.95. I would be more upset if I had paid full price. I ordered a 7 and a half which is what I wear. They were so big I could not wear them. I am leery about ordering anything else as I am worried about the same problem. You may think your prices are great and I cant say they are bad, but if the shoes dont fit, it is way too much no matter what. And who knows how each individual designers shoes might measure up to my actual size.

To date I have loved all of the shoes I have gotten from the site but shipping seems to take a long time. This order was purchased on the 8th but did not ship until the 14th and was not received until the 18th the day I was suppose to receive it changed 2 times

I totally love JustFab, when I needed to buy something every month this was the site to shop at. All the items I purchased were beautiful and fit great. I'm a plus size girl so shoes and clothes are hard to find and this was the place to shop.

Will recommend to my friends and family like shopping on your site. Like the selection of boots and booties. Pleased to be able to order clothing on your site. I also order a purse in my last order I've had so many compliments on it. Will be ordering from Just Fab again.

I ordered my item on 9/5/17. It didn't ship til 9/14/17 and I didn't receive my item til 9/16/17. I'm very disappointed in the time it took to ship my item. Because of this delay I will think twice before placing another order even though I love my item. It took way too long to get here! Besides that issue I'm satisfied with my purchase.

JustFab.com had a sale going on and I've been a member for a month now. I like the fact that they take my money out of my account which I can use towards whatever on their website. They have deals that they offer for VIP members, though the selections suggested could be better because some of them aren't for me. I don't typically wear a lot of heels. But the quality of the items I purchased is great. I just bought some Kito shoes three days ago and my favorite are these boots that I got. They raise all the way up to the knee and they're super cute. I also like how fast the shoes come and I feel fully comfortable in purchasing stuff for me. My experience with JustFab has been great and I really like the website. I would recommend JustFab to a lot of people.

JustFab had a good deal and I really like their product. So, I went with them and I love the shoes that I got. However, I wasn't a member for very long because I was not informed when I made my purchase that I was automatically enrolled as a VIP member and that I needed to either stop or put a pause on the credits that went on before the 5th. On the 6th, I got an email saying I was going to be charged $39.95 because I didn't use my credit, so I decided to cancel because I was not made aware of it. I would have used it otherwise.

The problem is that a lot of those sizing runs out which is the same in any store or retail environment. It has something to do with my kidney transplant. They say flat shoes affected the weight on my feet.

I found good things on the site that I really like for myself. I was able to navigate it and it was easy and the selections were nice. I loved the bag I bought in August although one of the screws came out from the handle of the bag. I tried to fix it but I have to recheck if the nut that I found is from the bag. I also have a dress that has a hole on it, but it's in the seam and I could totally fix it.

But they do the job as far as pulling items that I've ordered before that were similar. Even if I'm looking for a certain color, I can pull up 30 different pairs of shoes that are in that color. Sometime in the fall or around my birthday, I get a free pair of shoes. They send me the gift card and I get $50 off so I jump on it or when the footies come out, I order a pair of those every year.

But I needed them for two days so I just kept and cleaned them. JustFab should really pay attention to what they’re shipping out because the shoes were dirty. They should also get more sizes and styles in a size 11.

They don't make it very clear that they take money out of your account every month after you order. I should've known it was too good to be true. And you can't get your money back if you need it. You have to use it on their shoes.

JustFab had cute stuff and it was cheap. I've been a member a year and a half and it's not a commitment as long as you remember to say you don't want to shop that month. It's easy and simple. I took advantage of their discounts such as the 50% off on their booties. Their style expert, however, was terrible. Their suggestions were bad so I look for things myself. Other than that, the quality of the items I purchased was good. Last month, I bought two dresses and shoes. But my favorite purchase would be the jacket that I got from them last year. Overall, it's been a pretty good experience.

This website is very user-friendly. I really like the variety of items offered on the website (clothing, shoes and accessories). I think some of the items are drastically overpriced and they should have more sale items available or offer larger quantities on high turnover items.

I've never found any kind of shoes that were like that. And then I searched for them and they were up there at JustFab. I love the tied-up ones. They fit on my feet well. However, I ordered online recently but it didn't tell me how long the product will take to be shipped to the house.

I have gotten several items from JustFab. Some months I skipped ordering. Most of the time, my items were good. Some I gave away because the size or color shade didn't suit me. Also, the shoes, though pretty, lacked the inside padding I need. I have decided to discontinue Just Fab because a lot of the fashions are too youthful for me, (I am in my 70's.). For younger women, Just Fab is definitely a bargain.

I purchased it about a couple of weeks ago and I love it. It’s very flattering. Most of the items I got from JustFab were good but there were a few things that I’ve had to send back.

I returned the shoes that I ordered from JustFab as I did not like it, and I’m still being billed. I called the 1800 number that was on my bank account number. They said they'll get me canceled and there won’t be another payment coming out of my account, and that I will be receiving a credit in the next month. But they pulled more money out of my account. I just filed something with my bank to have JustFab stopped because they’ve taken three extra payments out. I called to cancel three times and they have not done it.

Every time I order a pair of shoes, the sizing is never right. The last thing I ordered was a backpack and the website says it was delivered but I never received it. I always have problems with JustFab. It's hard to find time to keep returning items. It's very very frustrating.

The clothing is no better than Forever21, yet costs twice as much. Also, although you send constant emails, you don't send emails regarding when the month renews as a disgusting tactic to prevent people to skip the month. The return policy, although understandable, also detracts from the appeal of keeping the service. It would be better if you allowed say, 3 returns per year.

I love the boots, sandals, and the booties. I have about nine pair. I have a disease in my spine that is none curable. The shoes help me to stand up straight but does not cause me any pain. I don't get the skinny heels. I get the thick ones that lets me know that my shoes are there and stable. I LOVE JUSTFAB.

My biggest issue is with the actual sizes that are deemed plus or wide width. Clothing in 3X do not match the 3X at an actual plus size store. I can get a 3x at Catherine's or Lane Bryant and it nearly dwarfs me, but I can barely get in to your 3x. I recently got two pairs of wide width boots and couldn't even get my feet in them. I had to sell them to my friend to make back what they cost me. That is very frustrating because your clothes and shoes are cute, but they don't match the standard.

I got two pairs of really nice boots for $40 when I signed up with JustFab. I buy from them every few months. I have a FabKids account too, so I buy clothes for my son through them. Finding what I was looking for was really easy and the quality of the items was very good. The website was also straightforward. When I'm not able to purchase for a month, they put a hold on the account. If I skip it within the first five days, I don’t get charged anything which I’ve never had any problems with.

I’ve seen JustFab in a commercial and I saw some of their styles which I thought were cute so I decided to try them out. It was pretty easy to find the item I was looking for in their website. I’ve been a member for over a year and they've been reliable. I also like the deals of being a Diamond Elite member and I’ve took advantage of their offers of buy-one-get-one-free as well as the 50% off the entire order. The selections made by my style expert was good as well. For the most part, he suggested items that appealed to me. The quality of the things I purchased from JustFab have been pretty good and my last purchase was two weeks ago when I bought some heels.

I love the products! But I don't feel the prices reflect the quality. And I also hate that I cant use my credits in conjunction with promotions. Like I paid money for a product that just didnt work out with my style like I had thought, I returned said item and was "credited". It is frustrating. And I don't agree with it.

My booties are super comfortable and stylish! I bought one black pair and one off white, both styles are very cute and feel great! I would recommend this site to my friends, fair prices and lots to choose from. I also had to exchange one of the two pairs and Customer Service was very efficient and polite. Thank you.

I would like to cancel my membership due to lack of the size that I need to purchase. Size 8 Every shoe I chose for my wife in the color red and size 8 was OUT OF STOCK. Please take my name off the membership list. Thank you.

It is always a pleasure to shop at JustFab. They are never let me down plus Keep me informed about new items or if the items come back In stock. I love this site with no problems. I would recommend this site to anyone that has style and classic. I have bought 3 pairs of shoes and 2 dresses. I love all of them. Great prices and offers and the quality of the items is awesome. I've loved everything that I got from JustFab so far. They put items in my boutique that fits perfectly with my taste of clothes and accessories and I love the fact that they have a good selection in colors and sizes.

The fact that you guys will take 39.95 out of my account and keep it for credit, but won't let me spend it on sale items is not right. I feel as though if I had skipped, I wouldn't have that credit and I could've spent my money as I pleased anyway!

I've been a member for two years and I like the fact that I can get some cash back to go towards my orders. Also, being a VIP member I can get some discounts off of the purchase when going to checkout. I can have a $20 card from JustFab if I make a couple of purchases with them, and I can use it whenever I want. It was really easy to find items that I was looking for and the style expert selections were right on point. I love all of them. I usually buy heels off there and they’re sturdy unlike some of the shoes I order from different websites where the heel is kind of wobbly. A couple of months ago I ordered a pair of shoes. They came on time and they were really cute when I ordered them, so I was satisfied. It’s an amazing site and I would recommend it to my friends.

It was extremely easy finding items. I’ve been a member for two months and I like the sales and the deals. The first things I bought were two jackets which I got for $20. And I got a pair of boots the last time. The quality is great and JustFab has awesome style. I have a lot of fun shopping.

JustFab has pretty cute outfits and heels and nice accessories. It’s pretty easy to find too. I’ve been a member for a couple of months now and I like the sales and discounts especially for a VIP member. You get the special deals first. I bought a couple of shirts and sandals last month. It has pretty good quality. I love their sandals which are really cute. It’s an awesome experience.

I like JustFab's perks and everything has been affordable too. I've bought two items so far and both of them are still like new. The quality is really great. They have good customer service, as well. I'm going to continue to use JustFab.

I saw a shoe that I like so I decided to buy from JustFab. But, finding the item was somewhat difficult because their site doesn’t let me view all the shoes that are available. They only based it on what I liked in the survey. Their selections were okay but I wouldn’t wear the shoes I purchased on a daily basis. It’s not great quality and it wouldn’t stay the way they were. Also, I’ve been a member for a couple of months now but I was charged multiple times on two different applications so I’m no longer going to be a member.

I ordered a pair of shoes from JustFab, got it and they’re excellent. They’re for my mom and she loved them. When I've had problems, I called JustFab and then their employee helped me a lot. So, I love them. They are the best. Most of the time, I order online from others but come the next month I still don’t get my order. After many days, the online business people refund me my money back. But with JustFab I just called the number they gave online and they solve my problem. When I became a VIP member, JustFab got money from my credit account. And then, I called JustFab that I can't shop every month because we travel a lot. And then, they solved my problem. They canceled my VIP membership and they gave me my money back to my account. They are good.

I signed up and at first was happy with my first purchase. I purchased a few more items and the quality was horrible. When I called to cancel my membership and get my money refunded that was taken out of my account I was only refunded 1/3 of the money. I was told that I could use the other money to make a purchase after I already explained that I don't like the quality of their merchandise. I was also told if I cancelled my membership whatever merchandise I purchased would be at full price!!! I just want my money back they so easily took from my account and to cancel the membership. Not a happy customer... would not recommend!

I like the bag and the shoes from JustFab so I purchased from them. And I've been a member for a year now. I really like the sandals that I got from them. Also, their style experts offered good shoes. Overall, I like JustFab and my experience has been great.

I had seen a pair of sandals that I liked in JustFab and I ended up getting them. This will be my second month being a member and I like that they have a great selection, and it's easy to find the style that I'm searching for. They also have a really easy ordering system. I bought two pairs of shoes about a month ago and they were good quality. The selection that the style expert gave was good and I've used them so it was all over a good experience.

I liked some stuff that JustFab had, like the shoes. I've been with them for over six months and I like that sometimes I have the credit and I can buy shoes or if I don't have the money, I can skip a month. It is convenient. The style expert selections are stuff that I like too although sometimes they give the same style over two months. It will be better if they change often. It's the third time that I bought from the site. I got two pairs of shoes last month and they look good. So far, I bought a pair of sandals and they were really comfortable so that was nice. That was my favorite.

JustFab had a nice array of shoes that I wanted for my birthday so I bought from them. I'm a picky person but their selection has met my standards. And now I've been with them for six months. I got a pair of knee-high boots from them and those are my favorite right now. My latest purchase was in March which was a pair of wedge strappy heels for someone's birthday and they were perfect. The person loved the gift so I was good. JustFab always has great customer service as well. Everything comes on time. Everything's good and they are always on point. It's been an amazing experience with JustFab and I've referred them to a lot of people.
