I liked JustFab's reasonable prices and their cute clothes and shoes. I also got money-off through their VIP credit. Although the shoes wrinkle a little easily, they are great for the most part. JustFab also has great quality clothing. I got a really cute jacket from there.

I used this site once or twice for shoes. First time buying clothes from here. I bought a grey off the shoulder dress. It looked nice in the picture but when it arrived it was way darker than in the picture and didn’t have any shape. It felt cheap and I’m not even gonna bother trying it on because it looks huge. I regret buying this. Never using this site for clothing again.

JustFab is a nice company and my experience with them has been okay. I liked their prices, which are good, so I purchased from them. The selection that was given to me by the style expert was good too and I was interested in the items that were picked out. Their shoes and clothes are okay. So far, the quality of the products that I've gotten from them have been okay.

A friend ordered everything from JustFab and she told me that I could order boots and shoes. We live in the country, so I wear boots all the time. She also told me when you order a pair, you get points. The website was user-friendly. Plus, they said that if you don’t like the product, it’s an easy return. When you sign up, they automatically send something every 30 days. Then I had a car accident and I closed all of the accounts that I had that did automatic shipping. I got hurt pretty badly in the accident and couldn’t keep up with what was being shipped and ordered in all of my accounts.

One of the girls in my lab had ordered some shoes from JustFab at one point. She said that there was some deal going on or if one signs up to be member, then they can get a $10 pair of shoes. That was a solid deal so I signed up for a brief of time and ordered a pair of shoes. In general, the shoes were good and definitely held up for the price. However, I didn’t want to pay the membership fees every month and I really don’t order things that often. I was left in a situation that if I sign up, then I'm committed to a membership, but obviously, the initial deal is really good. I’m sure there are other deals that would be worth it if one would order products more often than I do.

My experience with JustFab was fine. I enjoyed shopping on it. The website navigation was good. It was really easy to navigate and order. Everything came properly as well. I purchased mostly boots from them and sizing wise, they were great. The quality of the products that I purchased was fantastic too. I would recommend others to look at the site of JustFab and use it.

I had to cancel my service due to personal reasons. (The products are great.) I just realized then that $39.95 is still being withdrawn from my account. How can that be? I tried to log in to my account and it states my email is unknown. Hmmm.

Finding the style that I was looking for was easy with JustFab and their styles made me want to purchase from them. I like boots and they have a lot of these. I was able to take advantage of their special offer of $10 per shoe pair. I liked the selection that was given to me by the style expert. There was a lot to choose from and it was almost hard to narrow it down to one. I'm excited about JustFab. The quality of their items is really good. Their shoes are great and can’t be found anywhere else. The last purchase that I made from them has definitely been over a year ago and I outwore the last pair that I got. But it is still in a good condition and I wear it all the time.

I heard about JustFab on Facebook and thought it was appetizing. I was looking for a certain shirt, I was on the JustFab website and there was a nice green peplum blouse that I found cute, so I bought it. It's very nice and I love it. I liked the selections given by my style experts.

I ordered 2 pairs of boots late October. One black wedges, the other taupe slouch thigh highs. I received them both in a timely manner. They were exactly what I ordered and they matched what I saw in the pictures. But my excitement quickly faded as I found stains on the taupe boots. I called customer service to discuss this, and while on the phone, my daughter pointed out to me that the black ones were stained, as well. I ended up deciding to return the taupe boots, but keep the black ones because the stain wasn't as noticeable, and I really wanted some boots for fall looks right away.

JustFab has nice merchandise at a great price. I also liked the quality of their merchandise. But I don’t like the fact that they charge my card continuously every month and don’t send the merchandise. I thought they only charge a monthly fee if you purchase within that month. If I go in, see a pair of shoes that I like and purchase that month, it's fine if they take a fee. But if it’s time to debit my card and I haven't made a selection, they should just make the selection for me from my style profile and send it out to me free of charge. I’m not even really picky. Plus when you go on to JustFab, you have to do a style profile. Debiting my card is fine as long as they send me my merchandise. But they shouldn't debit my card and take $39.50 when I haven't purchased anything. What would I be paying for? They should remodel their processing.

I've been a JustFab member for a month and they were awesome. They have promos like 9.99 for your first pair, or buy one get one free. The ones I got were $39 for two pairs. The quality was great. I wore one for three years and the other one was bought last winter. I wore them as dress boots and they were phenomenal. In the winter, I wore those ones with the bows on the sides every single day and they were comfortable. They're fuzzy which has white-and-black lining on them and the seams were polka-dotted black and white. Those boots worked so well. However, this is the first year I haven’t had them, and I’m really pissed off about it. And I can’t find them on their website.

My overall experience with JustFab has been good. At first, I liked the shoes but I think they changed their styles a little bit. I'm getting older and I can't wear the high heels like I used to. There are still some styles that I like though and if you're a member, they have an offer of $39.95. I've been a JustFab member for about six years now and the quality of the shoes I've gotten was good.

During the first sign up with JustFab, there was a promo with two pairs of shoes for $10. I've been a member for over a year now and I like how I can skip a month and still be a member. I like the shoes that I've gotten, so far. They're really good quality and they're pretty. Also, the prices are fine and it's fun when they have their sales going on.

Pretty good customer service when I try to contact them via chat but their website is extremely slow. It would be nicer if there was a way to pause or cancel without chatting with someone, sometimes it took up to 30 minutes of hold time to get to someone.

JustFab had a good intro deal, but I didn't realize that it was a membership. I kept on forgetting to order or not to order something, so then I would get this bill for $49. I've canceled my membership, but I have a credit with them that I can't get rid of, and I can't get my money back. They said they have a credit memo, and after a certain time, they would send back my money, but that never happened. The items that I ordered from JustFab came relatively fast. When I saw the items online, they looked nice, but when they came, they looked a little cheap. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go with them.

The things at JustFab were nice and I liked them. It was also easy to find items I was looking for. I bought two items from them. I went back and bought again and the items were of good quality. I recommended JustFab to others and got my niece's shoes for her birthday from there. But I canceled my membership as I didn't approve of of JustFab taking $100 to hold for me. That was just too much coming out of my account. Nevertheless, the cancelation was a quick and easy experience.

There wasn’t a problem at all and the selection given by their style expert was good. I love boots and JustFAb has good prices and good boots. The quality of their boots is good too.

I like the selections and they are accurate. Although the shoes are not high-end, the price balances things out. I’m satisfied with everything.

And since I like the quality of the boots and stuff that I was getting, I kept buying from them. It's very easy finding items, I like their discounts and then I get points for each purchase. Last month, I had a lot of credits saved up so I ended up getting eight pairs of boots. However, I had one pair that was a bit too tight and didn't run quite the same as the others. But my daughter was able to use those. My favorite ones are the dark brown riding boots that I'm wearing now.

I’m a size 12 and JustFab had shoes in my size. They also had the designer shoes that I like. The layout of their website was easy and it was simple to follow. Regular discounts on the shoes came with the membership, and their shipping was faster than I expected. During the initial sign-up, there was an offer for two pairs of shoes for $39.95. I didn't know if it was a monthly feature though, so that confused me. I should have read more carefully about that.

To Jessie (Davao, Philippines). Didn't help at all to solve my billing issue and did not give me any other choice but to cancel my VIP subscription. I have told her that I made that purchased on my birthday October 30 as of the deal of the day is $20 off all Boots collection so I have use my 1 credit I have in my account getting 2 pairs and paying thru my credit card for the rest of the tax. Not knowing I got charged full price on both pair of shoes. And the only thing she can say is, "Sorry. It's confusing" and she can't do anything about it! This is such a bad birthday present for me. I hope you guys can do better than this.

I liked what I was looking at on JustFab. I've been a member for 6 months and I've gotten good recommendations from their style experts. They know what I like. I bought a watch from them and it was of perfect quality. I recommend JustFab.

I saw JustFab on TV and you could get a pair of shoes for $19, so I thought that was cool. When I set it up, I didn’t realize that it was a membership. I bought the shoes and then, they charged me for another month. So, I had to get another pair of shoes because I had credit there and then I cancelled it. Nevertheless, the quality was really nice.

They stole money out of my account and every time I call they tell me they refunded but did not. That was Nov 9 and it is Nov 20. Never again will I use their site again. They are thieves and they do no try to fix problems they created.

Finding the style I'm looking for has been easy on JustFab. I've been a member for five or six months now and I've liked that I get good discounts and look pretty. When I come on to their website, it says how many points I have. However, I've been trying my points yet when I get ready to check out, there's no place where I can choose to redeem them. Nevertheless, I've liked the quality of the items I received from them.

JustFab has stylish shoes and good price. The quality of the shoes I got from them is really good. I generally go on several times a week looking at different shoes during the different seasons and I choose which shoes I want. Sometimes, I use credits that I have, and sometimes, I pay for them outright. If there were any shoes that didn’t work for whatever reason, I’ve been able to return or exchange them easily. I just called the 1888 number and spoke to a representative to let them know the order number and what shoes it was I wanted to return or exchange. They sent me like a prepaid label, and I’d take it to the post office and send them back. JustFab's website is set up pretty cool. I always use it through my mobile device. It’s user-friendly through my mobile device.

I placed my very first order online, I was very excited and looking forward to my new shoes arriving. Come to find out my shoes will not be arriving until over 2 weeks from the time that I placed my order. Called customer service and was told that I could not cancel my order because FedEx already had it. Very upsetting, I was so excited and looking forward to wearing my shoes for the holiday.

For a couple of months I’ve been a member of JustFab, I liked their shoe selection and how affordable they were for my budget. JustFab is a great place to buy shoes and purses. I have purchased a purse from them and got tons of compliments. I've told everybody to go on their site because they have some really awesome things. I also love the boots I bought from them and I still have them and keep them in top shape. Finding items is not that hard and it was a pleasant experience all the way around. However, I'm no longer a member because I didn't really care for the pass or pay. I didn't really understand that part of it. I have thought about redoing my membership but just haven't done it yet.

I have been trying to check out for over a week in order to get a pair of shoes before Thanksgiving. The site is acting up bad. So disappointed. I don't know if they are having an issue but I really wish it could be resolved.

I would never go back to JustFab again. I didn't know that once you've created an account, they would start taking money away without your consent. So be careful what you sign up for. I ordered some boots in the beginning then they started taking the money away on the second month. One day, my husband and I were doing payments and he asked if I had bought something from a website. I hadn't but JustFab had taken away $40 from our bank account. I got mad.

So I joined Just Fab thinking it was a good deal and I ordered a pair of boots and I ended returning them because they were not the right size and nor the right calf width!! So I found out they won’t refund me my all of purchase price because my they cover the shipping cost?? I paid it and I want my money back!! So I cancelled membership!! I basically was told there was nothing anyone could do! Thanks Just Fab! You just lost a customer!!!

I have been a member of JustFab for years. I love shoes and I saw their price and selection. However, I found their style expert not terribly helpful. There have been a couple of out-of-stock items that I've been trying to track down. There was this pair of shoes that I loved and then they never came again. I was trying to find out if they'd come back. I have no complaints though. If you get something for $30, it's not gonna be the highest quality in the world, but it's definitely gonna be worth $30. All in all, the quality of JustFab's products is fair for what they cost. I would recommend them to friends.

As a member, we get the sales from JustFab and I am also able to skip a month. Sometimes though, I’m a little upset with the selection that the style expert gives me. Also, the styles that I want would sometimes be sold out which was a bit frustrating but for the most part, it's okay. The quality is very good and they need to make more quantity of the styles that people like.

At first, I was just doing a trial of the service to see how it works but then I liked it so I continued with it. It's been about three years now but I've skipped months when I really didn't need anything. So JustFab is a beneficial service for me and my daughter. I like the convenience of it as opposed to the headache of going into the store. I also like their selections and what they have to offer. They have a lot of things to choose from so that would benefit anyone who don't like going to the mall or sometimes go there. If you don't go at a decent time, all the stocks may be gone and I've never ran into that problem with JustFab. Every time I've gone on, my size was available for the various things that I was looking at.

I liked the shoes I purchased, but did not realize there was a monthly fee of $39.95. I should've read the fine print. I called the customer service number and inquired about the fee and was told I could cancel membership online. I tried Live Chat, but no response. I called again but was on hold for quite a while and finally hung up. I guess I'll just have to write the corporate office to cancel. They make it very difficult to communicate. I DO NOT want a monthly fee. I will shop somewhere else.

JustFab's shoes were reasonably priced and in my budget. I like that they have really good sales whenever the holidays would come up. I usually look through the shoes on my own and pick what I like. I have several pairs that I wear regularly and they seem to hold up well. The only thing is they ran out of my styles really quickly. Still, I’ve recommended JustFab to people before.

I've purchased at least 14 credits from JustFab in the last year, and I love everything that I got from them. The website was easy to navigate, but I had to cancel my membership. I was gonna be out of the country and wasn't gonna have access to skip between the 1st and the 5th, and they wouldn't skip for me. I had to cancel so that I wouldn't get charged. But overall, I still like the company. I just wasn't happy with the last interaction that I had.

I ordered something once from JustFab and my experience was pretty nice. I heard about JustFab from my daughter. I just went online, went on a page and It was pretty good. They have heels, wedges, and everything in reference to what you need in different colors. I got burgundy boots and I love them. Very good price. However, I don't know what happened to the first shoe I ordered. JustFab said they sent it out so I had to reorder. But other than that, they were wonderful. They sent me my shoe and everything was okay. I will recommend JustFab. I told the young ladies where I work to order the boots.

I learned about JustFab from a friend and I found something that I liked. The items I bought were good. Although some wasn’t as pretty as in the pictures, it was still okay.

The low monthly payment toward store credits is a scam. The primary purchase was received and four items were received. The items were subpar. The shoes are cheap, very very cheap. The soles' cushion are non-existent with limited pliable plastic soles. The coat I ordered and paid $46 was the thickness and texture of a blouse. When I called to get a refund and cancel my 4-5 month subscription I was told I was locked into returning the items for only store credit. I am appalled. I then asked what state the company is based out of and was told that they are not in the US. I will be reporting them to the BBB, Consumer Affairs, and my state's OAG if they don't stop my charges/ return my money.

JustFab offers 39.95 for shoes and I was able to get different ones on a monthly basis for that price. At first, it was easy to find styles I was looking for, but their styles have changed recently, so I don’t order much from them. Another reason is the quality of the items was a hit-or-miss and I have a couple pairs of heels where the screw or the seams came through a lot quicker. On the other hand, I have a pair of heels that are really cute and comfortable. I also wear a pair of wedges I purchased a year and a half ago.

They would send me something that shows what items just came in and then I would call and give my list together. The rep would then go down the list, and she would tell me that they didn't have them. I got between 30 and 40 pairs of boots from JustFab and some of them were really nice while a few of them came damaged, so I had to send them back.

I also like that they’re still making this for online and I can find what I need especially some of the more specific styles. Finding items is also easy because they have the filter settings. I am conflicted, however, about the quality of the products because the first time I bought, the shoe size didn’t match, and I ended up giving it to a friend. But the second time, it worked out pretty well. And the products lasted, so they’re good.

You don’t buy a pair of boots for 40 bucks and expect them to last 10 years.

A friend told me about JustFab. I needed a pair of boots and I got free shipping and a discount card from them. The quality of the item is good. JustFab has a variety of a lot of things. They have a shoe for every type of person which is an advantage.

Being a JustFab member, I know that if I need something, I can usually go on there and find it. I like their selection of purses and hobo bags. Also most of the time, the style expert is usually more on point with the bags than they are with the shoes for me.

I liked JustFab's two for $40 deals. It was easy finding the items I wanted. A lot of their expert selection was my style. The order could have gotten here faster though. I was anxious and worried but that was just me being impatient. Otherwise, the items were of good quality.

I got 3 pairs of boots a few months back because I have a $300 credit and the quality is very good. I've also taken advantage of their $39 special. I've been a member for a year now and I like the sales and deals I get. I'm very satisfied with them and my experience has been great. JustFab is awesome. Order from them.

I've been a V.I.P member for years. Unfortunately with my last experience I decided to cancel my membership. The promo I was seeing on the website while logged in to my account was 2 for $39.95. My card was charged twice and when I asked JustFab about it they said it was because the promo they have is 3 for $39.95. I asked if the promo could be applied but they wouldn't because my account was charged. Instead of receiving 3 for $39.95. I was charged $78 for only two pairs of shoes.

I wanted boots that would cover my knees and I couldn't find any. A friend at work told me that she found some on JustFab. There, it was easy to look for items or style and there were a whole bunch of choices. I took advantage of the special offers in the shoe department. I took advantage of the VIP offer and I liked the selection given by my style expert. Everything seemed to be something I may possibly like. However, I found the fit was not always very good. Out of the four that I bought, I had two that worked. Still, once I found the right fit, the quality was great and made it all the way through the winter.

Updated on 11/30/2018: Never trust JustFab! It's been 9 months now I've been promised that I would receive my refund check in the mail and guess what. I was lied to again. I filed a complaint on this site and was contacted by JustFab on 10/16 to get this resolved. I was promised again and this time in writing that I would receive my check soon and it will be expedited. Today is 11/30 and I still haven't received my refund check and on top of that JustFab stopped responding to me after promising again that I would have my check very soon. It's been a month and a half and I still haven't heard from them. Once again I'm getting ignored. This company is a bunch of liars and they steal your money that you work very hard for.

They refuse to remove my credit card information, after it was compromised shortly after ordering from their site. It happened to two separate occasions, on two separate accounts, two separate people. Within two weeks of placing an order there were fraudulent charges made on both accounts. They refuse to remove my information, I MUST have a credit card on file with them. They won't do anything to make sure the information is safe. And there is a runaround trying to get help. HORRIBLE company to deal with.

I needed shoes for work and JustFab's prices were cheaper so I thought I would try it out. The styles were cute and it was easy to find the styles that I wanted. There was even one time that they gave me a discount because I ordered four pairs of shoes. But I ended up only liking one of the pairs. I was excited about the boots. But once I got the items, I didn’t really like the quality. They weren’t thick and I could tell they weren’t gonna last very long. That is why I haven’t ordered from them again. They seem like a cheap quality. When you’re looking for boots, you want them to be thicker. I wasn’t satisfied. Returns get through the mail too, and it's such a hassle. Because I didn’t want to go through the whole return process, I gave the shoes away to my friend instead. I’m still a JustFab member now but I keep skipping the month.

I'm usually very pleased with my experience with JustFab. My only issue is that they take $40 out of my account each month that can't be used for sale items. I got an email that they had boots on sale for $20-$30 so I was excited to use my credit towards that but when I went to check out they charged me the full $40. When I called they said that even though the boots were on sale, it's only for people who aren't members and that my full credit had to be applied which means I lost $10 on my purchase. I'm a business owner, if people are signing up for membership and allowing you to charge their cards every month, they should have the full advantage (as members) to take part in the discounts. Very disgusting. I will now cancel my membership and just wait for the sales since that's the only way I can get a discount.

JustFab had a promotion and I thought it was a good price so I gave it a try. I bought two pairs of shoes for a set price. Everything matches the pictures, and it was pretty good quality. Their style expert's recommendations were safe choices, but I was hoping for better styles of boots. There should be more style of boots for wide calf and more options for people with wide feet. I also tried on a jacket from them and the material could be better. I can see the stitching and there needs to be another layer to hide everything. I canceled my membership after three months as there were no other special offers on shoes I was interested in. Other than that, they have a good price and a lot of nice and timeless styles.

When JustFab had their 2 for 24 sale on leggings, I signed up with them. I was given good selections by my style expert and I could go back into whatever I liked. I had been a member for six months, but I cancelled it as I could not afford it. Still, JustFab is a good deal and their items are of good quality. The material is not sheer. It is full coverage so you would not see through underneath.

My mom likes to shop and I signed up with JustFab for that. It was a gift for her and I let her order whenever she wanted. She really likes the shoes and bags, and this was a big thing for her. Finding the items we were looking for was really easy with JustFab and they have a lot of choices, which I like. When you first go on a page, those first group of pictures that pop up give you the recommendation and the ones we got were good, though they were more my mother’s style. My also mom gave me the stuff that she didn’t like when she actually got them which I'm not complaining about. JustFab's points system is kinda cool, too. Before your order goes through, you have a certain amount of points that you can use. So, we didn’t have to pay for some orders and we just paid for shipping and handling.

I was going through different shoe webpages and I found out that JustFab had a sale. The pricing was really good, but then they started charging my card monthly when I never even bought from them anymore, so I had to cancel. But overall, I like them. I bought heel boots the last time and they're great. I wear them non-stop and they’re still looking brand new.

I love JustFab and all their shoes. I like their style - it’s up. I wanna buy shoes from them ‘cause I don’t want anybody, one of my neighbors or people that know me to wear the same thing I’m wearing. However, they don’t have my size for some shoes. It’s only from size 6 to 7, or from 5 to 7. But I love buying shoes monthly, but then I had a baby, and then I stopped making money. I quit my job. But I’ll be getting a job soon, then I’ll start buying shoes again.

JustFab's products look cute online and I've gotten a couple of pairs that were really cute. It's very easy to find what I want and the selections the style expert gives are very true to my style. I like that you can skip a month, whether you need shoes or not. Sometimes, they have two for $39 special offers. Their products' quality is good, but sometimes, the sizing is not accurate. It would be helpful to go to a store first and try on a pair to know what size to buy depending on the style. Returning items is very simple though. You just go online and say whether you want to return an itme, want it for exchange or for store credit. Then you print out a return label and take the item to the post office.

When JustFab had a deal for boots, I took advantage of the special offer and signed up with them. I bought some dresses, and I just got a pair of jeans and a jacket. Its quality was mid-range and not something that will last forever but it will get you through a season. Recently their selection hasn't been blowing my socks off and the quality of the items was not worth the price so I have not made a purchase in a few months. I definitely recommend their boot but that would be about it.

I needed some boots and one night, I was looking and JustFab came up. Finding an item there was easy. When I first joined, I felt good about it but I decided to cancel and they told me that I could cancel but I wouldn't get the discount on the boots. I asked where the boots were and JustFab told me that they already went on, so I stayed with JustFab for about 7 months. I also told them that I don't trust myself to remember every third of the month to call them and that they will end up taking my money. But they told me that they send alerts and that they even call and they gave me assurances.

I ordered an item from JustFab and never got it. I sent an email but I didn't get a response. I just haven’t had time to go back and deal with it ‘cause I’ve been diagnosed with cancer. So I canceled my membership with them.

It’s honestly so hard to skip a month, you should be able to log in and in plain view see a button that says SKIP THIS MONTH. Customer service agents via live chat are so rude. How do you end a chat and not ask a customer if they need anything else or if they had any other questions. Since they’ve made it apparent I cannot get a refund I will make a list purchase, cancel my account, and will forever spread the word to not use this service.

Such a horrible website. At first I thought I was getting a great price on these shoes, but really the price I paid was a reasonable price for a pair of shoes like this. If you are no a VIP member, the prices of these shoes are absolutely ridiculous and not worth it. They rarely even send the right shoes/right size and then the whole process to either get a refund or get what you asked for is such a hassle. When you checkout, if you're not SUPER careful, it automatically signs you up to be a VIP member and sucks $40 out of your bank account every month. I paid for 4 months without even knowing it!

JustFab's website is being unchecked with what’s actually available and what’s no longer in stock. They have five different styles, but none of the outfit actually went together. It would have been better laid out if they would've just been individually laid out as a outfit. It didn’t coordinate because you have five different pair of pants that went with five different shirts, but none of them crisscrossed. It wasn’t like a mix and match. None of them actually went together besides this one specific pair of pants.

I like shoes and JustFab got a lot of different varieties so I thought it would be an affordable option for me. I was a member for about six months and I got a couple of credits, but when I went to use them, they didn’t apply them the way that I thought they should. So, I opted out of the whole thing because I don’t think it’s right. If we’ve got credit, we shouldn’t have to pay extra money in. Also, sometimes the styles were not for me. Still, whenever I was looking for an item or style, it was really easy to find it using the site. I made a couple of purchases from them, including some nice jeans.

My friend told me that she had a good experience with JustFab when she ordered shoes. I like their clothing, but I didn’t have a good experience, so I stopped buying there. Everything on picture looked awesome, but what I saw in the picture wasn't what I got. Also, the quality of the things I purchased did not look like how it was in the picture. I had 3 credits that went unused for a year so JustFab converted them to 3 gift cards. Initially I thought that would be ok since the gift cards are not supposed to expire. After several months of trying to use them I have figured out it is a scam. You cannot use the GCs if there is a sale or promotion. There is ALWAYS a sale or promotion so they can never be used. Called customer service to try to get assistance and they told me they just recommended that I go with the promotion. It was a better deal and there was nothing they could do for me to use the GCs. But since they never expire someday I should be able to use them. Are you kidding me?!

I was never told that I was supposed to be charged every month as a member, so I cancelled it. But during the one month that I was a member, I bought a pair of boots and I didn’t really care for them. They were a lot higher than what I thought. I'm happy with my experience but it’s not something that I would want to pay for every month.

It's easy to find what I want in JustFab. But the scheduling and the budgeting are not practical. There were times that I forgot about the subscription and they charged me right away on my account. That's frustrating because there are times when you don’t have the budget for that. But then you don’t have a choice but to spend it because they had charged you right away. It used to be where they were longer and it didn’t show my rear. Now the clothes are all tight even if I get an extra, extra large. The style has changed on the whole website.

Then when you purchase something, you don’t qualify for any 50% off deals. You have to pay full price. Now, I have 39.99 in my account that I need to spend and I don’t want to pay full price for something that I could get for half price if I wasn’t a VIP member. Also, they should be more lenient on qualifying for the buy one, get one free.

I ran across JustFab when I was browsing online and I told myself that this could work out. I've been a member for about a year. I liked the clothes that I got and the styles were nice. However, I ordered one time and I didn’t receive my stuff. The last time, I was trying to place the order and they took the money twice. I talked to JustFab and they kept on saying they only took one payment but I could see the money that comes out of my account since I have it set up on my phone. We never got to any resolution and I never got my payment back. I am very dissatisfied with JustFab.

I like the shoes I find at JustFab. Finding styles is easy when it's not sold out. I've been a member for about five months now and I like that I can skip months if I don't see what I like.

It was kinda easy for me to buy something online from JustFab while I was working. I was a member for six months and I bought a couple of things. I got a sweater as well as some boots and I still have both of them until now. I haven't worn them because it hasn’t been cold yet. They are nice and the quality equals out for the price. At the beginning, I didn’t read the fine print good enough and they took money out of my account the second month because I didn’t know you had to push skip. Maybe that should be in bigger print. But they fixed it for me and when I called, they didn't give me any trouble. Then they put my money back. I would recommend JustFab. They have a lot of things to choose from and if you’re very busy, you can get your order up online.

I've been a VIP member for a long time and my status was bumped to elite. Before this, I would put items in my cart and the sale price would disappear. Also, I had a credit for $39.99 because I forgot to skip the month and a few months later went to use it. A chat rep stated to me that I would have to order over $39.99 to get the credit or it didn't apply. Since virtually almost everything at that time that I wanted to order was $39.95, that meant I had to order more than one item and spend more money than I wanted too. The other day I went to place an order with another credit I had, because again I forgot to skip the month and when I placed the items in my cart, the sale price disappeared. I spoke to someone on chat and they corrected the prices for me and I was able to order.

I have been a member of JustFab for six months. I could get a little something for myself each month regardless. It’s budget-friendly and the more you buy, the more discounts you get. I liked that and it was really convenient that I could just go on the phone and look for something nice. They also do well with the notifications. I don’t find those annoying. They’re usually pretty decent and only often enough. When the seasons change, they have a good selection of boots and I like the pair of boots I bought. The last thing I bought was a pair of heeled sandals. They were really nice and the quality is nice as well. I always get compliments on them.

However, it took a long time for items to come in and what I got was not really the best quality. This is why I think the pricing was so low. Also, the sizes were always too small. Still, I would tell others that JustFab is okay and that they have good pricing.

JustFab's shoes were nice and unique. I was attracted to the reasonableness of the price. Instead of paying a lot of money for a shoe that I'm not gonna use often, I pay a more reasonable fee for a shoe that I wouldn't have bought otherwise. I mainly buy high-heeled pumps.
