JustFab has cute styles of clothes and great prices. I purchased boots a month or two ago and they're great. Fast shipment. Highly recommended.

I saw that JustFab has nice boots so I decided to purchase from them, and I have been a member two years now. Their boutique is the best thing. It was very easy to find the styles that I like. I always got the boots and I got them at a very cheap price. I had a lot of offers, a lot of different styles and the selections from their style expert were good, too. Everything is just great there. They have the best shoes, especially the boots and the high heels. In fact last November, I bought three pairs of boots and they were very good.

I went on JustFab and I liked some of their stuff. My daughter-in-law said that the quality was good too so I gave them a shot. My first order came and everything fit me perfectly and I loved it. From that point on, I started purchasing more. But I found that I was spending a little too much so I slowed down recently. I looked through things and spent way too many hours scanning. But JustFab has great deals and the clearances were really nice. I got beautiful boots and my favorite is the pair of ankle boots.

Everything with JustFab's style expert was by the book. They regularly suggested items which was fine. I had a heart for a pair of shoes with heels, and though I haven't gotten it yet, the quality was good. I've recommended them to a lot of people.

I saw that JustFab had a sale going on so I clicked on the website to see what they had. I liked a lot of the stuff so I decided to order something. There was too much cute stuff there and it's easy looking for items. I've been with them a month now and I like the prices and the discounts that I get. The only thing was I didn’t realize it in the picture that the heels were as high as they actually were. They’re comfortable though.

I needed a nice pair of boots and a friend who is a JustFab member told me about them. I checked out JustFab and they have good deals and nice shoe selection. Finding the items and styles is super easy and I had fun with choosing which boot I was going to get as there was a lot of selection. I've been a member for about two months now and I like the deals that I get. The shoes were only $10 for my first order and that was really nice and cool because they were a $40 something shoes. Also, the style expert suggestions are good and I haven't seen anything that I wouldn't wear.

JustFab took $39 out of my husband's bank account. I called them and they said that there are certain days of the month that I have to go through my email and select a skip button. And once I select that skip button then it won't charge me the $39.95. But I just got another charge for $39.95, so I had to call them back saying to refund the money and that I was supposed to deactivate my account a week and a half ago. I'm just really busy and I don't keep up. I have three little ones so I can't keep up with certain days on when I need to go select the skip button. But they didn't deactivate it, so it recharged me the money. I called them again and they said that they couldn't deactivate my account because I still had credits. I just told them that I don't care about the credits, and just deactivate my account. The whole issue I had with the skip button was confusing. And I've already deactivated my account.

I’ve been a member of JustFab since November and everything was good at first. It was cool that I got my first pair for 10 dollars. It was easy to order and the selections from their experts were good, except for the white furs with zipper that broke off. The quality of the items were good as well. I also enjoyed looking at the items and styles.

JustFab was on Instagram. They had a special going on and I saw some shoes that I wanted so I purchased from them. It's the only purchase I've made so far and it was fairly easy finding the item I was looking for. The product was pretty good quality, too.

I’m having a good experience with JustFab so far. Finding an item I'm looking for isn't that difficult because, in the beginning, it asks you what styles you like. Whenever I want to do a certain color, I can put it in and find it. Also, the selections given to me by my style expert are good. They also inform me about the items that appeal to me. I had taken advantage of a special offer once when I have a VIP access and I bought some shoes that were on sale. They were really cheap. However, my favorite purchase was when I was with them for the very first time. I bought these peach-looking pump heels and those were my best ones because they fit, they were comfortable and neat.

I love JustFab. I’ve been shopping there for a while before I decided to be a member because I didn’t know that I could actually skip. I thought they charge customers every month. I’ve been a member for about a couple of months now. They always have deals and I like the perks and the special offers for VIP members. It’s super cool and it’s good for people who love shoes but don’t have a ton of money to spend on a bunch of shoes. Finding items or styles is very easy and I also use their experts’ suggestions. I purchased a pair of gray boots last time and I love them. Doing deals for so cheap, one would expect that they wouldn’t be as good but the quality of their items is really good surprisingly. They hold up really well. So if you love cute shoes and different styles, go shop at JustFab because they have everything.

JustFab's shoes look nice. It wasn't that bad to find the style I was looking for. I am a member and I like the promo where I can get 2 pairs for $24. They also have fast shipping. A couple of months ago, I bought a pair of boots and they're pretty good.

I wanted to try JustFab and I was a member for six months. I took advantage of a few of the special offers where I got two for a certain price. In the beginning I liked the bags and recently I bought some handbags. The quality of the items was good. You would probably enjoy JustFab in the very beginning like I did but you have to be selective after that because the things are very similar.

I have been ordering shoes from JustFab and I like them. Moreover, the quality of their shoes is better than anywhere else I have bought from. I wanted to buy some shoes for my birthday but the purchase wasn't going through for some reason. I was using my husband's credit card and it went through perfectly fine on Amazon. I couldn't buy my shoes, but I was still able to get what I wanted. I liked the two for $24 deal I got three months ago. I love those sales. Two months ago I bought a pair of wedge sandals. I buy there all the time and I have never had problems with exchanging. I bought a pair of good-quality, thigh-high boots a month ago and they are wonderful. I love the style and the taste. However, they sell out so fast and also they should keep stocked. I get frustrated because I really love their shoes, however, every time they go low, they don't have it anymore. Meanwhile, a lot of other websites keep stock.

At first, my experience with JustFab was great but I didn't see the fine print where it charges you 40 bucks a month, and that's not something I'm willing to try to remember because I'm a scatterbrain. So I forgot about it and then it charged my husband's card and he wasn't happy. I'm obsessed with boots and I saw the first pair for $10 so I had to try it out. Finding a really good style was fairly easy. You could refine your search and put in the size and the heel type, and it was really neat. It was the best online shopping I've ever done, minus that charge that I didn’t see. That should be a little bigger than the brand.

I like shoes and JustFab has boots that are reasonably cheap. Their first ad offered boots for $10, so I jumped on it. They had plenty of selections and it was easy to find the style I’m looking for. They had more than the pair I got that I wanted, but they were at full price. I ordered a pair of wide boots but they sent me slim, which I couldn’t wear. I tried to send the boots back, and they sent me a shipping label on my phone. I didn’t have a printer and I live in a little town that doesn’t have any printing place, so they wanted me to go all the way to Tulsa but I didn’t have gas. I never got the boots shipped back and I gave them to my granddaughter yesterday for Christmas. They were perfect and my granddaughter loves them. They, however, didn’t tell me about charging a monthly payment and it put my bank account in the red, so when they took that first $39 out of my account, I called to cancel. JustFab reimbursed me so I’m happy, but not with their service.

I’m not happy with JustFab and I’m going to close my account. I skipped this month using my smartphone, but they’ve been trying to take out money ever since. It keeps declining because I make sure that account doesn’t have the funds in there but it’s starting to piss me off. I called JustFab and they said that I hadn’t skipped for the month, but I explained to them that I did skip for the month using my cellular device. They said that I have to do it from a desktop which irritates me since I skipped last month without having an issue and now they’re trying to tap into every single account that I’ve used to purchase from them. I was a member before, but I canceled my membership since I kept forgetting to skip the month when I lost my job. I signed back up this year and have been with them for a few weeks.

When my boyfriend and I were going out on a dinner date, I didn’t have shoes to wear with the dress that I’ve worn so he decided to order a pair of shoes from JustFab. Finding the style that I was looking for was easy and I just had to choose which one but it was my boyfriend who did most of the shopping for it. In terms of the quality of the shoes, their sizes were a little bit different than if I were to go into a store. My sister ordered several pairs from them before and I’ve worn several pairs of hers. She has bigger feet and wears size 8 ½ so I ordered an 8 for a very similar pair that I liked. But they were slightly tight when I put them on so they’re not comfortable. But sometimes, sizes are different when ordering online. Now I know if I would ever go back to JustFab to order that I have to order a bigger size than what I would normally get.

JustFab have some things that I liked on their ad and just last month, I bought two pairs of boots from them. I also took advantage of their buy one, get one and half off offers already. However, not all of their selection would be something I would see myself wearing but for the majority, they were. I’ve recommended JustFab to my sister.

I ordered two pairs of shoes on Black Friday and received an email saying that I would not receive one of those shoes because they didn't have any. But when I looked online they were still selling those pair of shoes in my size so I called that same day and they had those same shoes and were confused as to why my order was canceled so they were trying to charge my card again for me to buy those shoes. Well I had to wait for them to refund me for the first time that I bought those shoes. I never received those shoes so I'm very disappointed. I received the other pair of shoes but I'm still upset because I wanted the Black Friday deal and did not get that. I wanted the first pair of shoes that I had ordered and they had cancelled. When I called to ask if I can still get those shoes since they have them in stock I was told they were going to have to charge my card again which is ridiculous.

I was testing JustFab’s ad online and I really liked the shoes that they had. Navigating through their website is simple. I bought a pair, took their first sign on offer. Since I liked those, I bought a couple more. I’ve made around four purchases and I like the quality of the items as well as their pricing. They have good deals on boots. If I buy a pair, the next week I’d find them somewhere else and it will be higher in price already.

I have been a JustFab member for a year now and my 15-year old daughter and I ordered a couple times, previously. We like the deals and the quality was very good. I joined the VIP, which is $34 a month, but that’s what I like and I skip a month if I know that I’m not going to use it. I take advantage of the discount price totally, and when they are doing sales too. I also get emails about sales going on that just VIP members are invited to a lot of times and I appreciate those offers. I love having the VIP perks.

A few weeks ago, I got myself a pair of boots and the shipping took a little bit longer but overall it was doable delivery time. I had a fine shopping experience with JustFab and it is where I can get very fashionable clothes.

I sent my whole order back and the one dress I decided to keep I couldn’t even wear because the slip underneath was longer than the outer lace shell. Do not waste your money. The quality is horrible. The fit is horrible. The clothes in general look very cheap.

JustFab has a lot of styles so it was hard to decide which one I wanted but identifying a nice style was easy. I wanted to try their shoes and I wanted to pick the one that I really want. I shop as a guest or I’ll use somebody else’s profile to shop because I don’t like that they automatically take out $39.95 off the card from the members. Some people live on a budget so I have to budget how I spend my money. I pay either a member price or a regular price. I can’t afford JustFab to automatically take money from my card and if I could afford it, I would love to do it because I like their shoes.

But when I looked for a good pair of boots and talked to a girl one day at work she said that she got her boots off of JustFab so I decided I might give it a go. My style is weird so it can get a little difficult for me to find shoes. JustFab had a deal going on where I can get free shipping if I buy two items for the first time. I got two pairs of boots and one of them I'm not even a fan of and a jacket were way too big so I'm sending them back to get a smaller size. But they were great and I’m happy with the other pair. I also like that whole skip a month feature for the VIP thing. They will charge you so much a month so you can skip that if you don't want to buy anything that month. I think it's awesome because that's not something I had ever seen before.

I love my JustFab experience. I like to choose and to shop, and it's really easy to find items that I like on their site. It really explains what they have, it has good tabs and stuff. I like the deals and discounts, too. Some of the stuff is naturally cheaper for members so, I get stuff for a pretty good price. I bought a jacket and a bag last week, and their selections are usually spot on. The quality of the items are really good. They are pretty and last a long time. I've gotten a lot of shoes from them and I still wear them. I just started buying the clothes and they're really soft and nice. The fabrics are really good. I like the cardigan I bought for Thanksgiving. Also, I don't always have to buy every month if I can't. I'm always showing every stuff that I get and my friend asked me about it. I recommended JustFab to her.

JustFab has really cute shoes for okay prices. I like the pair of boots I got. The quality is really good and I wear them almost every day. I was a JustFab member for two months but I had my account deactivated because I could no longer afford the monthly payment.

I used to be a member of JustFab Kids and ended that subscription; however, I had been wanting to try JustFab for myself and every single item I tried to purchase was OUT OF STOCK! I mean, every one of them. Also, I created a "wishlist" by clicking on hearts from each item, which took quite some time looking through the many items, and when I went to review all my items I had added, it said, "no items in your wishlist." Complete waste of time!

I've been a JustFab member for three years and I like that it has good prices and good shoes. I do look at the style expert's suggestion first - it's what I like sometimes and sometimes it’s not really. But, the best thing about being a member is that it is easy to buy and ship. The quality of their products vary, sometimes it is really good and sometimes they don't really last long. Sometimes it’s not very accurate on what it looks like than what it actually is, like the materials. But most of the time it’s good.

I have been a member of JustFab for a little over a month. I like their variety of shoes and I got my first pair. The quality is good and I love it. On the other hand, I tried to wear them and it felt so weird. I looked at its bottom and the soles were both left. The right shoe is a right shoe but the sole that was glued to the bottom is a left. I had emailed about it and hadn’t heard about anything but other than that, I'm excited about ordering another pair.

JustFab is convenient and the style recommendations are fine. But every time I buy something there, it didn’t fit properly. I bought two pairs of polar boots that were listed as a wide calf, but they were still too narrow. They seemed to be of good quality though. However, the customer service representatives are great. They’re always willing to help in and they tried to incentivize me to stay, which is great, but I canceled my membership because I signed up for the purpose of having boots.

I wanted to see the quality of the products that JustFab stock and I don’t usually order online because of the information, but JustFab has good stuff according to a friend. The second purchase is some boots that were delivered a couple of days ago. The shipping is good and it doesn’t take as long as some other places. The only trouble I had with JustFab was I did not know where to go to skip a month and when I finally decided to call, it was already too late. Also, the selections given by the style expert are off a little. Other than that, JustFab is good.

JustFab sells stuff really cheaply. Finding what I want is also not difficult and I've been able to take advantage of their "buy one get a second pair for $10." A month ago, I bought two pairs of boots and they've got good quality for what I paid.

I’m a boot person and I’ve been a member of JustFab since the beginning of this year. I like the selections given by their style expert and finding items I was looking for was very easy. I already bought 3 of the VIP’s $10 boots and I recently did their special offer of half off on boots. I got a mid-high boots that have a rubber toe and a little fur trim at the top. I wear the little black booty that has a suede material all the time and they're my favorite. Everything I purchased from them has amazing quality.

JustFab has a huge awesome selection and their prices are fair. I struggled with only being able to get one pair for the first pair because I like so many of them. I got a pair of boots that I fell in love with as soon as I’ve seen them. I look forward to getting more stuff from JustFab and I'd tell my friends to jump on them.

My young lady who I was buying a present for directed me to JustFab. She liked the items from there. Everything went pretty smoothly with my experience with them. The only thing I'm a little concerned about is I inadvertently signed up for some sort of a savings plan that they have. They charge like $40 a month and I want that to stop. So what I am going to do is cancel that because the purchases that I make will be infrequent. But I have no issue with using them for other things in the future.

JustFab had some good deals, including boots on sale. Their website is all right and it's not difficult to find items or styles. Also, the selections from the style expert are good. I purchased two boots but I ended up returning them both. They were really good quality but one of the boots looked more different on the website than when I opened it and the other one was too small.

I ordered a pair of boots from JustFab the last week of October... and I'm still waiting for my order. The website said delivery would be roughly 2 weeks! Very upset because when I try to track my package it won't let me at all. I am sorry but waste of money and I do not recommend JustFab.

Some items were fine, boots, shoes. However, clothing Sizing is not right for me. My order for clothing had to be mostly returned. I was disappointed. I have tried to cancel for at least 60 days and been given a runaround. Again, disappointing.

I’ve been with JustFab for over a year and the price factor and variety of their products are what got me into it. It’s a great website and very user-friendly. I purchased products from the accumulated credits and I haven’t had anything that was a bad quality. I returned two things but it was because I didn’t know how the texture was. The only thing that I would suggest is it would be awesome to have options for taller people. I have long legs and the pants that I wear are good for spring or summer time, but I can’t wear them in winter because they’re too short. I have to wear them with boots.

I got a significant discount at JustFab that's why I decided to purchase the first time. I've gotten a lot of 20% off discounts here and there. I keep track of the emails and when there is some sort of discount or I know that I have a credit, I usually go in and buy. I use my credit pretty frequently. I got an email today that they're previewing their Black Friday Cyber Monday Weekend, so I looked what was on there.

I am typically 100% satisfied with my orders and I love my boots recently ordered and my 2 bags, I received a pair a of rose colored pumps that were dirty and obviously used and returned. Although JustFab work expeditiously to replace them, I received the new pair that I still don't find so appealing. Maybe it is the suede material and color, but they just appear dirty. These obviously haven't been worn as they didn't have the scuffs and marks the 1St pair had, however I just don't love the shoe like I thought I would.

I really don't enjoy being a monthly member. I pay $39.95 a month and then can never find anything I want in that price range. It's as if items are priced specifically so I can't use my credits. And if there's a promotion I can't get the stupid promotion out of my cart so I can use my credit! And the quality of the shoes I have received is completely subpar for the amount of money I have spent. I will be figuring out how to use my last 2 credits then I will definitely be cancelling my membership.

I enjoy the collection of products, special sales, gifts and prompt curious customer service. Your staff is always ready to help and the inventory is unbelievably versatile and gorgeous. I'd recommend it to all my friends and always get many compliments when wearing your product, and now my daughter is also a satisfied customer.

I got the boots fast with great quality and have had great customer service! My boots were not a disappointment and they were the advertised size. VIP is worth it and I’ll be shopping on here more to experience more great deals! Thanks JustFab!

I loved my boots all 4 pairs of them and I wear them every day and they are all comfortable and I love them, and I had no problems canceling the VIP program. I would use this website again for sure the boots came in about 4 days - thanks JUST FAB.

I have always had a very pleasant experience with JustFab, both with online ordering and direct contact with the Customer Service team. Always helpful and courteous. Only once had to return because of a silly shipping error. Was easy to return and the correct shoes got here in great time. Never a complaint as far as I am concerned!

I bought the Ester Flat Boot - Wide Width/Wide/Size 9 and they were super cute and comfy, but while wearing them the 2nd time, the metal belt buckle snapped off, so I'm unable to wear them anymore.

Love JustFab... boots are comfy & fit to size. Quality is great in all weather. Scarf is warm & fashionable at the same time! Have & would recommend to family & friends. Glad I found and took a chance ordering from this site!

Your boots are not made for anyone under 5' 4" tall. And the wide calf is not wide at all. The "knee high" boots went half way up my thigh. And, while the uppermost part of the boot shaft may be wide, the rest is not. Especially for someone who is only 5' tall. Why does everyone think that short women are skinny?

The only reason I didn't give a 5 is because it was difficult for me to understand him. Yet he was understanding as I asked him to repeat himself and didn't get rude with me. I fully appreciate that. I called JustFab because I notice about $40 missing from my account. I called my bank and they led me to JustFab. Turns out, when I put a few things in my cart, they actually ordered and shipped. I didn't order them or put in my info or confirm any purchase. I had previously ordered 2 pairs of boots a week prior, but was building this cart for a later purchase.

I've always love Just Fab never had any major issues with you all but I was kind of disappointed with two of my most recent orders. But overall I'm satisfied. Yes I'll recommend to friends and FAMILY in a heartbeat. Thanks and stay JUSTFAB. ❤❤❤

I love JustFab. I get so many items for such a low price. I enjoy getting to give myself a gift every 3 months or so. I think almost every product in the box is amazing. However the jewelry is normally pretty cheaply made. But when everything else is as good as it is it's hard to complain. Im so happy I found this subscription box. Very much recommend.

I purchased a pair of booties for myself and a pair of boots for my 14 year old. We both wore our boots for 2 hours and we're dying inside. Our feet were killing us! Not worth the money. They are now at our local goodwill.

JustFab is convenient and their styles are nice. I like the products. I love the cheaper price and that you get a credit every single month. I also really like Fabkids and I bought leggings and tops for my grandchildren.

Looking for styles and items in the JustFab website was fairly easy. They have a stylist and they really pick out what they think you might like and they are very accurate most of the time. I've been a member for at least 4 years and my only issue is when they get money from your account monthly. Even if you’re not ready to purchase, you have to constantly remind yourself before the 5th of the month that you have to put, “No, I don’t want to purchase anything.” But besides that, everything is perfectly fine. The membership can also be a good thing because during Christmas time, they gave me seven credits and then I’d buy everybody shoes for Christmas. I usually find myself on their website during Christmas time or during the fall and definitely Black Friday, that’s one special that I really utilize and that was very good.

I joined JustFab and received my first shipment. I didn't like the quality of the boots and decided not to continue. I called (you have to CALL or CHAT) to cancel the account, and they talked me into staying another month. I did that and still decided to cancel. I chatted with customer service again and cancelled the account. The next month, my card was charged another $40, and when I called to complain, they said I had rejoined, which was not true. I had to wait for 7 days for the refund. The part that I really don't like, is that even after I cancelled my subscription, I could NOT remove my credit card information from the website. They would not allow that, told me that there has to be a card on my account. Why does a website need to have your credit card information stored? I don't trust that they won't use it again...

I had a start-up offer from JustFab and I also liked their special offers, which I took advantage of after my first purchase with them. The boots I purchased are good but I can't wear them because I'm too short. So, they should put more specifications for height. Other than that, they have good deals.

I have been a member of JustFab for two years and because of their special offers, I have been able to get different clothes and shoes that I wouldn't be able to get because of their prices. The selections they gave me have been very good. They gave me the types of things that I like and the types of things that they think I would like based on the questionnaire I answered. I’ve been able to try different styles that I may not have tried if it wasn’t for JustFab.

I love that it was so easy to find the styles I’m looking for. The selections given by the style expert are amazing and it feels like they know me and they’re reading my mind, and I like that. I bought two more boots from JustFab and they’re really cute. One pair has ties in the back of the boots and they’re brown. The other pair was kind of the same but a lighter color, just in case the other one’s worn out. They’re really good boots and they last for a while. I love JustFab’s shoes and I’ll buy more. I’ll definitely recommend them.

JustFab had all the selections and a good signup thingy. Now I’m a VIP so I get some good deals during Black Friday and Mother’s Day. Besides that, they also have a good refer-a-friend and VIP specials, and you gain points with the program so it’s a good one. I’ve gotten a couple of free gifts too. Whenever there’s a special on clothes or bags they send emails. Once, they had all fuzzies worth $10 so I got three pairs of fuzzies. I also get a pair of boots every Christmas. I've been a member with JustFab for five years now, and all my boots are still in good shape. Most of the time, it is also convenient because you can skip the month if you can’t afford it and they don’t mess with you so I like that as well.

My girlfriend likes JustFab's stuff. I've been a member for two months now, and I've been able to take advantage of their discounts like 20 percent off. I bought a sweater and the quality is good.

I really like what JustFab offers. I’ve referred a couple of people to them. All of the styles were really cute and even without a discount, the prices on the website were very reasonable. They offered two pairs of boots for $39.99 and that caught my eye so I ordered two different styles of pairs of boots. Shipping was fast and my order got here within a week. But even though I’d ordered them in both a wide and a wide calf, I couldn’t zip them up, even if the lace is let out in them. The leather and workmanship look really nice though. They are very well-made and now, they’re holding up with my sister. Her birthday was coming up in a month, and she and I are about the same size, but she’s smaller than me. So I gave her the two pairs of boots for her birthday and she’s been wearing them at least two times a week. She loves them. I’m jealous ‘cause I really wanted those and I would suggest JustFab make the wide width and the wide calf boots just a little bit wider.

I was here for the whole phone conversation to cancel the account. She was assured it was taken care of and she was all set. 2 days ago, we received a charge on our card from JustFab. To say the least your customer service department is not JUSTFAB! We called, we tried customer chat and Facebook to get you to help us out.

If you have credits it "would" show if you looked at one of their promo emails. I have been a member for 2+ yrs.with no issues w/ operations. I skipped Oct.(confirmation email received) but thought I had better use my 2 credits thinking about canceling due to material being used is not quality I need. I skipped Nov 2017 (received email) and kept looking at promo ads and no credit showing. First of Dec. finally went back to look before skipping, hmm not as easy, don't see link. Didn't have time that moment to fully investigate. Dec 3 new promo emails stating "new arrivals". I went to look before skipping and had to really work at finding the option. I'm now into my account information and noticed 2 credits?? Yes. You're right. I should have caught this on my cc bill.

For the two years that I've been with JustFab, they were all right but I didn’t like them very much. I didn’t like the fact that I was charged $40 a month. I know I have the option to skip it but sometimes I forget to do that and then I can’t be refunded that money. Also, I didn’t enjoy being a member. It's now December 2nd and I received an email saying "Due to higher than expected demand, some or all of the styles in your order are no longer available. Unfortunately, we had to cancel all or part of your order." I understand that it's the season for high demand but not saying what was canceled or anything was a real bummer seeing as it's been almost a week since they were ordered. They offered 60% off of the next order but it's nowhere near the sale prices of the 3 items they cancelled. As a brand new customer (less than a month), I'm frustrated and will be cancelling my membership entirely.

I was on Instagram and I saw this incredible deal with these gorgeous shoes at $8. They were so beautiful and I've happy with JustFab ever since. In the beginning, they gave us options for the office or for an everyday look, which I enjoyed. Right now, their options are still there, but I just liked that that was something I could see in there when I first logged on. So, that having changed is something that I miss. I also really liked all of the shoes. The only thing that I would wish of the shoes is that for them to have more grip added to the heels. In general, I've really enjoyed their clothing items. The fall and winter clothing is the best that I've seen. I also enjoyed the clothes in the early spring. However, I wasn't a big fan of the summer selections.

I like JustFab's selection and finding what I'm looking for is easy, and the quality of the shoes is good. I was able to make my first purchase for $10, however, I was charged $60 last month. I didn't realize that it was going to take money out of my account every month and when I called, the rep said that I could use it towards a purchase. However, when I tried to purchase something, they've only given me a $20 credit. I'm going to call and try to figure that out and then cancel.

I was on the Shoe Dazzle site and I found JustFab. They have a selection of mostly for plus sizes and so I decided to purchase from them. I’ve been with them for about a year now and I like the convenience of it, being able to shop online. I’d click on new items there and if I'm looking for a certain something, like a pair of pants, I'd click on that. It's easy finding items and they have a wide selection of my size but they need more variety. They have the same items on the website for quite a while, it doesn't change up very frequently. But I've been real happy with everything I've gotten from them. Sometimes, the sizing seems a little off. I got one style of pants, they were really in one size and they were really big. And then, I got a different style of pants in the same size and they were really small. I know that has to do with whether they’re manufactured in different brands and stuff but that can be frustrating.

I called to cancel my subscription because I was not satisfied with my order. The boots I ordered stated they would fit and they did not. The women asked me if I would stay if she gave me a $10 credit. I said sure and she never gave it to me. I want out.

I was very excited to get my shoes as they were so cute and appeared that they would be comfortable. They were not as there is not any arch support or cushion in the soles. I bought some innersoles to put in them which helped a little, but my feet ache after wearing them a few hours. I would not buy these again and wish I had not signed up to become a member knowing that I have to buy more shoes. BTW I bought two pairs and they both had little to no support.

JustFab had really cute shoes and I just got my first order from them. When I placed it, I was able to take advantage of their two for one special offer. Since I'm a shoe fanatic, the selections my style expert suggested all appealed to me. They were all great. So I got a Prius heeled boots. The other one looks like little mountain boots, but with a heel. Like hiker boots, but with a heel. They don't feel cheap so that's a good thing. Their prices are reasonable too. So overall, I had a satisfying experience.

A couple of months ago, JustFab was having a two for $30 deal, so I bought two pairs of boots. They were really good and I like them. One of them I wear regularly, depending on what I'm doing. JustFab's website was pretty easy to navigate in finding the specific shoes I was looking for and it was a successful shopping experience. I was a member for about two months but I wasn't able to put some money in so I ended up canceling my account.

I've been a consumer for two years already. I saw a commercial and now both my sister and I have accounts with JustFab. My first purchase was simple and my best purchase overall were the over-the-knee boots recommended by one of my friends. However, I'm looking to cancel my membership because I found it difficult to work with the customer service team in regards to the return that I placed. And it's been taking quite some time to just issue a refund. I shipped the merchandise. I called JustFab before and I've also used most recently the Facebook messaging customer service of JustFab but it hasn't been a smooth process. At least one item in the last two purchases that I've made is defective. I'm going to start going into retail stores to figure it out because I haven't had a great success online.

I've been a JustFab member for three months now. I signed up because of their deals. I also like the variety of shoes they have. I was able to get a nice pair of boots for $10 in one of their sales. The selections given to me by their style expert have also been perfect.

I have been a VIP member of JustFab for about four years. I am still a broke college student, but the sales they have for VIP's allow me to purchase great quality clothes, shoes and accessories that I wouldn't normally be able to afford. And JustFab is probably the ONLY retailer that has jeans that fit me perfectly. Consider me a life-long member!

Ordered two pair of boots, one fit one did not but they fit my daughter so it was a win. Love the boots. The shipping was a bit slow but the price was right. I will definitely order more items in the future.

I keep trying to cancel my membership with the customer online chat, but every time I go on it, it says the chat is closed even though I go on it during different times during the day. I am trying to cancel my membership because I do not have the money to pay $40 a month for it.

I love the shoe selection selections that are available. The two shoes that I chose for the Paloma and there was also a boot. The only issue I had is that I requested a wide width at the second shipping and a wide width was not sent. The third time it appears the shoes are wide width; however, it’s not indicated on the shoe box nor the packaging slip. The option to order wide width was unavailable on the online reorder/return page - even if one listed it in the note section... I listed detailed notes yet still did not receive the wide width selections at the second request.

Your products look like the clothes advertised. I am so pleased with purchase. The clothes fits perfectly and complements my body shape. The handbag and boots are very nice which I was thinking that I would have to return the items but to my surprise everything fits well.

My mom has an account with JustFab. They would always send some very nice things along with my stuff. Their quality is amazing and the boots I've had are great. I would recommend them.

I was a JustFab customer for several years. In the beginning their shoes were of decent quality, very cute and worth the $40 a month. Somewhere along the line their manufacturing process changed, and now their shoes are so uncomfortable, cheap, and poorly made. When I decided that I wished to stop receiving shipments, it took four months to get my account canceled. This business model is fantastic, it's such a great idea, unfortunately It suffers from poor quality products. Remember, poorly made shoes will definitely affect the health of your feet in the long run.

All my purchases have been quality purchases. From shoes to jeans to tops!!! Everything holds up well and fits to size. I love how easy it is to shop for what I want or need and how there is so much variety! The prices are great and when you hit a sale day... take advantage!!

The service with JustFab is just that fabulous. Love that I pick my styles and have a person who selects what maybe be for me. Then I can choose to buy or skip a month but I get to remain a VIP member either way. I love JustFab.

I ordered one pair of black boots wide calf... Got regular. Sent them back to exchange. Again did not get wide calf. I'm done. One month I waited for boots that still did not fit. I am done ordering. I will shop elsewhere.

I like the style of JustFab's shoes and I love their boots. They have different styles, like ones with the wide calves. My calves are thick so that's a big thing. The selections they give are fine. I know what I want and have ones I gravitate towards getting. It was very easy finding what I want. I recently bought three pairs of boots but I returned two pairs because when I got them, the heels were a little too high. The shoes were nice though and the quality was just okay. I even thought about cutting the heels down but decided not to. Nonetheless, they are professional, very friendly and very helpful. And, they advertise very well.

I've been a JustFab member for years and I like their pricing and the wide range of options that they have. The best part about being a member is the ease where I can look through a whole lot of shoe options and getting them sent to me for a reasonable price. My style expert's selection is okay, but I prefer to browse through all of the shoes on the website and choose from there. Two weeks ago, I purchased some cute little flat summer sandals as well as a pair of gold sandals to a wear to a wedding I was attending and the shoes are of good quality. I've had a great experience with JustFab and it's definitely a site I'll continue to use for a while.

JustFab has great sales and I prefer their clothing over their shoes. I've bought a pair of boots and a sweater a month ago and they were good, quality wise. They have great prices but I wish it wasn't a monthly thing that I have to opt in and out of. I hate having to worry about it if I miss opting out every month, I would rather they send me notices of what they have on sale or what their monthly special is.

JustFab's products are cute, pretty and affordable. I liked the ones they advertised, so I bought from them and used their $9 off of the first purchase deal. I also signed up to be a member. However, the first time signed up, they automatically charged my card $39 dollars for VIP membership and they didn't notify me. I called them and that has stopped.

I signed up with JustFab at the end of October and bought two pairs of boots for about $28 with shipping. I like the deals and the discounts. JustFab is affordable and the boots looked cute. I was contemplating returning one of them, though. It's a little snug. Also, I find it a little difficult to find the skip-the-month thing. I had to look online how to do it but other than that the experience has been fine.
