    I saw JustFab's advertising and wanted to try it. I did and I've been a member for four years now. I was real pleased with it and the quality and durability of the products are fine. The boots are my favorite item and I ordered a couple several times. One was for my daughter and one was for my granddaughter. But they were the wrong shoe sizes and no one could fit either pair. I wanted to exchange but I had a little problem trying to get them to do that. It’s in a certain length of time and I didn’t know that. I ended up eventually keeping them.

    During Christmas, I had $119 credit that I was shocked about and so I got a chance to use it. Then I had another $26 balance. But I cancelled out and a representative told me I could use it but I told them I was gonna leave it with good standing so I didn’t use it. Other than that, I was okay with the services. The selections from the style expert were fine. In fact, some of the styles were age-appropriate. I like JustFab and I would recommend it.

    JustFab had really cute pictures posted on Instagram, and so I started scrolling through the website. They asked me a few questions about my style, and then things started popping up. Now, every time I get ads for it, I see the shoes that I usually buy and it's nice. I always get emails saying buy one get one, 50% off, and that's probably my favorite email I get. I always wait on that to see if things are buy one, get one, or 50% off. So, I've been a member for about 2 months now and I like it. The selections given by the style expert helps, but I would want to see more of my style. I've gotten a romper and two pairs of shoes that were perfect in size. The cost for the shoes is spot on but the price is a little high for what the material feels like on the clothes. Still, I would definitely tell friends to try JustFab and order something and see if they like it. And while I did that off of a whim, I enjoy it.

    I have a very good experience with JustFab and they are wonderful. All the products are exactly what one expects and the quality is good. I got stuff from them when I had money and my favorite purchase is the boots. Right now, I’m not working and I don’t have income since I had surgery, so they are letting me take a pass for the next couple of months. I don’t have to pay anything and they won’t send me anything. Others should try them out.

    My sister highly recommended JustFab. It's easy to purchase from them and it can be done in the comfort of one's own home. And she had never had to do any return which is a big plus when you’re dealing with online consumers. I've been a member off and on for the last three years, and it has been very easy to look for items that I like. I like their random sales. I was able to get their offer for two for $39. And on Saturday, there was a $24.99 sandal and I snatched that up. Also, I really liked the burgundy clay boots I purchased last fall. JustFab's selections were good, and the quality of the products I got is okay. I'd tell others that they should try JustFab.

    I was really let down because I expected the shoes to be amazing. I saw them on TV and on the website and they looked cool. They were gonna look good with my outfit. JustFab also had a lot of great prices. I signed up as a member and I was looking forward to constantly getting my shoes from them. But then when I got my first pair, they’re cheaply put together. As soon as I got that and saw how it was made, I was just like, “I’m not gonna buy back from them again.” Also, I paid for the shoes to be here on a certain day but they came two days later than that. I never bought from JustFab again.

    I've been a member of JustFab for 3 years. At first, I purchased from them because of an offer that they provided. But now that I have the membership, I don't like it because I see it's better for people who enjoy it. For a member who has been with the company for almost three years, I don't see any special treatment. But, if someone is a new member, they get a lot of deals. Also, I don't like that they remove the money every month and sometimes I don't anything to buy it. While I'm very happy with the quality of items that I got from JustFab the quality is still not super good. It depends on the shoe. Also, the styles given to me by their expert are just my style. However, sometimes I want to try something new. My favorite item that I got from them was a pair of heels.

    One of my friends had a membership with JustFab and I was looking at the products and decided then that I like what I found. I bought it and signed up. I like that they had the first purchase that was really cheap. It was only $10 because I got the deal that they give to new members. Also, the selections I was given were good and I like the items I have purchased. I was a member for three months and I canceled because I didn't keep buying shoes. It was not worth it to keep having the membership. But I would definitely recommend JustFab to someone who buys a lot of shoes.

    My coworkers purchase from JustFab and I liked the boots that I saw them wear. JustFab has reasonable prices, so I purchased and became a member since January. I browsed through on my own and I was able to narrow down right to the type of an item or style that I was looking for. I got boots and they gave me a date, but the boots arrived in 3 days, which was fast and earlier than the estimated date time. I love them. I had ended up in my checkout with some special membership, which I didn’t sign up for. But when I called, they immediately took care of it and I was quickly reimbursed, so that was good.

    I've been with JustFab for a year now and I've been happy with the quality of the items I've purchased from them. Some has great quality, but I had some items that the leather fabric creased and had weird spots that made it look fake. The most annoying thing about JustFab is that they charge your card when you don't send thank you at the beginning or you don't find something. You end up having a $40 credit on your account which is fine for the most part, but when they have deals like a 40% off sale, it doesn't apply to you when you're using your credit which is terrible because it's still your money. A few months ago, they had a buy one get one deal and I was excited about it. I found a few pairs that I liked because I had about two credit on there, then when I went to check out, it said that I couldn't use my credit. So I had to cancel my purchase. It's pointless to have a credit on your account.

    When I first signed up with JustFab, I got two pairs of boots for $39. It was easy to find the style I was looking for and my style expert suggested items to me regularly. For every time I'd buy I would also get VIP points which I have used as discounts. However, whenever I'd purchase things, they were out of stock. Also, the two pairs of stilettos I got from JustFab are a bit uncomfortable and need more cushion. I won't recommend those.

    Other than that, everything was great. I like all the boots that I've purchased as they're very stylish and the quality is nice. The boots are also comfortable and I have one pair of boots that ought to have heels, so they could be more cushioned because they were just flat on the feet. I'll tell my friends to get JustFab because they're less expensive. I had to cancel my membership around November last year, though, because I already bought a lot of shoes and I don't use JustFab all the time.

    As a consumer, we generally have standards that we expect the companies we use to adhere to, with respect to returns and billing issues. Each month, I "SKIP THE MONTH" using JustFab, even if I intend to make a purchase. This is a process I have maintained for years by setting calendar notifications so that I don't forget and get charged.

    In March, apparently the SKIP THE MONTH wasn't successful and JustFab charged my account. Not only did my account get charged, but I was charged to a Visa that was not set as my default payment method. This was due to the fact that my default card had expired, but I didn't think anything about updating my payment method, because there were no payments to be had (or so I thought).

    After contacting JustFab, I was put in touch with a Sales Consultant who told me they could not do anything about the charge and it was up to my bank to dispute the charge. The sales consultant told me that because of their terms and conditions, they could not offer me a refund. This would never happen at a regular big-box retailer, who stand by their customer service and value their consumers.

    I really like boots and I saw beautiful boots from JustFab so I got it from them. It was very easy to find the style that I was looking for in JustFab. The selections given by their style expert are really good. I have friends asking me where I get my shoes and boots and they say that the shoes are so cute. The last ones that I bought were a pair of boots. It's a bit small of my size but I wore it a couple of times and it's okay. I’ve been a member of JustFab for over a year now and I like that they always have 40% or 50% offers because I can get other things for my sisters and my family. I would really recommend JustFab.     JustFab is convenient. You can just go online and then there's just one flat fee. The free shipping also is a perk. Plus you get your credit every month and you may or may not use it but sometimes you'll forget. Then you'll have five credits and what woman doesn't want to buy five pairs of shoes at one time? I've been buying shoes from them for seven years and I have two free subscriptions of magazines from points that I've accumulated, which is nice.

    JustFab is awesome and I've referred so many people to them. When you first sign up, you can pick your style, if you like flats or heels. Then you select several different styles and you have a boutique. So every month, I go to my boutique and look and see if there's anything that I like. I usually shop from my boutique and that stuff that they've already picked out for me. Sometimes the styles are right on but sometimes there's nothing that's really of interest to me. Month per month, my style changes and sometimes I don't even shop from my boutique. I'll venture out and look at other styles that they have.

    You can't find stuff that's cheaper than $39.95 and the shoes are okay. But I'm not gonna pay $39.95 for some stuff, like a shirt that isn't really name brand, when I can go somewhere else and get it cheaper. I don't feel it's worth it. That is what has made me veer off from buying other items from them. But the quality of the shoes is awesome and the cost fits the quality.

    I cannot begin to describe how frustrating this company is. It's pretty much a scam job. If you are unaware, which I was, there is a VIP membership fee of $39.99. I was charged every month, for several months without realizing this. I called and after a bit of a wait was able to get a few charges refunded, but not all of them. I cancelled the VIP membership but still had a $39.99 credit, so I figured I would use that since it was there. What's that you say?

    In order to use that credit, it has to be exactly $39.99, not a penny above or below. So I ended up spending $37 something out of my own account and the credit is still just sitting there. Of course, that's not explained anywhere, until the order is complete and you have to call customer service asking why the credit wasn't used. I will be returning that overpriced shirt, get my refund, and come to terms with that stupid $39.99 credit sitting in my account. Customer service is very nice, it's just that the company itself is absurd.

    I purchased some boots for myself from JustFab. Ordering from them was pretty easy. However, I've found very few styles I'm interested in since I'm not into heels. Instead, I like comfort. Also, there was a time Just Fab charged me one month for membership and I had to call and get a reversal. Still, the boots I got were my style and I've worn them a couple of times. The quality has been okay.

    My mom told me that JustFab was having a huge sale and to go sign up with them. I've been a member for about a year now and I like the sales and the shoes. What I like the most is that I can cancel every month for no fee. The selection given by the style expert has been good but I have a specific taste in shoes so I don't use probably a lot of what they recommend. Still, they have a lot of styles, which I really like and I like to look at. The items are expensive sometimes and $40 for a pair of shoes can be pricey. My last purchase was for a pair of shoes and business jacket. I like the quality and the shoes last a decent length of time.

    I've been with JustFab for a year now and I like them. I'm a big ShoeDazzle, JustFab and Fabletics user. The quality of the shoes and the style were the reasons I got started with JustFab but I don't order every month. It goes by what my need is. Usually, when the seasons start to change, I'll get a couple based on what I really need, which is usually for work or leisure. When they have sales, I take advantage of those. But what the style expert usually sends me doesn't really necessarily fit what I like. So usually, I'll go and see what they have. Sometimes I get the ads and I love the style but when I look at the heel height, it's 5 inches and I'm not wearing 5 inches. I wish they had more mid-height heels that were still very stylish and a little bit funkier. I feel the majority of their mid-height heels are boring.

    So far, the block-heeled pumps are my favorite. They're comfortable and versatile. I have had a few mishaps with their shoes' quality though. The bottom of my heel would come off and that has happened quite often with their shoes. Still, I think the quality is fair and you get what you pay for. Also, the return process is easy if you need to return something you don't like. So there's no reason not to give JustFab a shot. If you're not really sure about it, just try it.

    My daughter was ordering some boots from JustFab and when she showed me the product, I was very happy with it. But I had no idea that she was a member and they were taking $39 off my credit card. The business made me very happy though. I explained and they placed the money back. They were very understanding. I would have lost almost $300 for something I didn’t even know about. The last pair of boots that she had gotten was green and they came over the knee. When she tried to take them off, some piece in the back of the shoe bent and she had to take her hand and go in the shoe and poke it back out. She wasn’t too happy with that. But other than that, everything else was okay. l love JustFab and I will recommend it to anybody that asks me.

    I like the convenience of using JustFab, with the fact that I won't have to go into a store and I can just look on my phone, pick out the shoes, and order it. But not actually trying them on. I usually use the filters on the site and figure out by separating the shoes by heel or if I want a bootie or that type of thing. I've been a member for about six months now and the only thing I didn't like was paying the monthly subscription. But then, there was a sale that was buy one, get one free. And I couldn't use the credit from my subscription to go towards the sale. I would have had to spend another $39 to buy a pair of shoes to get one for free. But I didn't have an extra $39 to spend. I had what I already paid for my subscription. So, I wasn't going to come out of my pocket another $40 in order to take advantage of the sale. So, I couldn't take advantage of the sale because it would have caused me to spend an additional amount of money that I didn't have.

    I also like the selections given by the style expert. It just matches my style. And then, I'm able to filter out what doesn't. My most recent purchase was a pair of shoes that I actually have on right now. They are a pair of black patent leather heels with three straps across them. I also have a pair of booties that I really like and they have two chains on them so they're really cute. That's probably my favorite. I haven't questioned the quality of the items and if I would go to another shoe store and purchase another pair of shoes, then it feels the same. Usually, someone will ask me where I got my shoes from and I tell them it's from JustFab. Then I also tell them that they should totally try it and if they don't like it then they can always cancel. So, I always them to do JustFab.

    I like being able to shop online. JustFab also has the option not to purchase the following month at a certain time. However, all the shoes were at the same price. Even the low heel shoes are still at $35, which I can find for a lower cost. I love things coming to my door but some of the shoes are overpriced for what you’re actually looking for. They will get more if all the shoes were not the same price. But my boots came really fast and they were really good.

    I saw online that JustFab had an offer and the shoes were $39 or $29, and the first pair is for $9.99. I really like shoes, the sale, and the wide variety of all that were available. I ended up getting a membership, and I bought quite a few pairs of shoes from them. I was a member for a little over eight months but I recently canceled my membership. The payments were not synced so if I didn't skip by the 5th of the month, then they would automatically take $39.99 out of my account. At first that was fine, but then it was just random times. They were taking $39.95 out of the account on the 10th or the 12th of the month. Sometimes I didn't even have money in the account so, it holds it and then it charges an overdraft fee for the membership. So, what was frustrating was that it wasn't an actual set date when they were taking the money, it was whenever they chose.

    On Saturdays, they had one specific shoe that you could get for $19.99. A lot of times, the good thing about it was that the shipping was free when you bought shoes. And sometimes they have special sales. You have two or three days to purchase shoes. Then, you get two for $29.99 or something like that. They have special deals that will go on during the year. And I usually took advantage of the sales when they were promoted. The block heels were my favorite and I love those. The cost and the quality were really good. I wouldn't have paid more than $40 for any of their shoes, but they definitely have a wide array of colors. Still, I would definitely recommend JustFab. They are a good company to go with and one would definitely enjoy shopping because there are lots of beautiful shoes and styles. So, they would definitely like it.

    I was looking for a particular kind of clothes and I had not found any boots in the store that I liked so I looked on JustFab and I found a pair. It was easy and I became a member when I bought those a few months ago. I love the boots. They're flat shoes that are almost up to the knees for the winter. The quality is great and they're comfortable. Everybody's asking to borrow my boots and I would tell them to give JustFab a shot. They’re great and you don’t have to purchase anything either.     A girl I worked with shopped at JustFab told me about it so I got on there and checked it out. I shopped there once and then this year, I shopped right before Christmas and bought all of our kids’ Christmas shoes. We did the special offer right before Christmas where it was a buy one pair of boots and get the second pair with a discount. Two of my daughters signed up and have their own account now, too. But recently, I’m frustrated because I have a three-month credit right now and I can’t use it because there is nothing in my size and I have a pretty average shoe size with 8.5. My daughter and I keep checking and there’s just not much. The style is cute but then when you put on it, the availability is just not there.

    I called and said my card was compromised. I asked how would that affect my account but I never got a direct answer out of that. The customer service lady spoke entirely too fast and then as I was still asking questions, she continued to close the call. “Okay, if there’s nothing more I can help you with, you’re going to do this and this and this.” And it was like, “No, no, no.” Finally, I just said, “Okay, just forget it. Thank you. Bye.” And hung up. But I love everything we got from JustFab and I recommend it all the time. I told my beautician about it and she signed up on Christmas for her and her daughter.

    I have been a member of JustFab for a few years. I knew about them through a Facebook ad and they had some shoes that I liked. It was pretty easy to find a particular item there.     I was googling for brown boots and a bunch of images popped up and JustFab was one of the links. I then made an account and have been with them for a year now. And as a member, I like that I can press skip on a certain month if I can't buy shoes. It's easy to skip a month if you do it between the 1st and the 6th because it says, "Skip this month" right on the homepage. But if it's not those days, you always have to search, and I've never had to search because I always do it the 1st or the 5th if I can. I've been skipping for a bit because I've been catching up on bills. But the latest item I bought was a pair of black little boots and then little brown heeled boots.

    I like the selections that they suggest but for the most part, I find what I like. And looking for the style that I like has been super easy. There were like 100 styles though, and I had to go through and figure out which one I liked the best, which was annoying because I liked all of them and I want to buy all of them. JustFab's products have really good quality, and it comes really quickly and packaged really well. Also, the shoes themselves are really comfortable. And I'm super tall and when I wear boots, I usually get back pain with other stores like Macy's. But with the shoes that I've gotten from JustFab, I can wear them all day and I'm completely fine.

    A friend bought some shoes from JustFab and they looked good and comfortable, and she told me about the website and then I looked through it. Looking for an item or style wasn’t difficult at all, and I also didn’t have any problem with the size. I've been a member for almost a year and a half now and I like the special offers. But the only thing that annoys me is I have to go and skip every single month when I don't want to buy shoes and stuff. Sometimes, I forget that, which causes me a bit trouble because then I’d have to call them and say that I was so sorry I forgot to skip the month and if I could get my reimbursement. I wish there was an option where it would say skip like at least two to three months, and if I change my mind between those two to three months and I want to buy some more shoes then maybe I can go back and cancel.

    My favorite purchase is the leathery boots, which are nice and look really cute. I prefer heels and I like the selections given by the style expert, but then it’s a bit too much at some point and it’s not my style at all. Also, I purchased some bag and it was not the sale price at all. If it’s not in the sale department then why was it there? The purchase process is a bit confusing for the sale. I looked at $20 to $40 bags and every bag on a different color is a different price and some of them are not even on sale. Other than that, everything is good, especially the quality. The shipping sometimes is quick, like within two weeks, but also takes time sometimes. One can get a purchase within a month but the quality is good and so the wait is worth it.

    I used to like them and bought from JustFab all the time until they told me "that after multiple refunds I cannot get one anymore because I should be capable of remembering to 'skip the month'". Sorry I have a 1 year old, single mom, work full time and pay bills to remember to press a button so you do not charge me $40 each month. Never buying from here again. I bought multiple shoes you cannot wear them too much because they break easy but you get what you pay for. I am just upset that they did not care to give me the $40 back because they have done it 3 times.

    My sister ordered from JustFab and she had told me about it. And because I'm a big shoe fanatic, I figured I would try it out. It was very easy to find what I like. I was a little disappointed though because I went back to go check out more boots but the new styles now came out for Spring. I've only been a member for two weeks. I received my first order, a pair of knee-high boots in black, and they were very pretty. I was very happy with it. The quality was good. I've been wearing them since I've got them and they're still good. I ordered a pair before JustFab from the site called Wish and they ended up breaking as soon as I went and got them wet from the snow. I've been wearing JustFab boots for at least two weeks now non-stop and they're still perfect. So, I'm very, very happy with them.

    I'm not really sure about this membership, though. I get a little confused on how it works. But they have a special every week and everything has been awesome. It's one of the greatest online shopping experience that I've had, so far. Their shoes were a little bit more classy than what I'm used to. There was not a pair of classy shoes that I was really into. I'm more into boots, knee-high, slacks. I think that JustFab is the best for boots and I can't wait for next year's selection. As soon as I start going for my Spring selection, JustFab will be the first site that I search. I've already told two people about JustFab.

    JustFab offered a promotion, so I purchased from them. Also, my sister had tried JustFab and I figured that I'd give them a try too. Their website was easy to maneuver and figure out. It has been close to two years that I've been a member with JustFab. Unfortunately, I forgot that I was a member for quite some time and I was getting billed and racking up money to spend. With any of these repeat service models, I tend to want to try them and then forget. So, I cancel each month when I do not need to buy anything. That's just the business model in general and that's not a negative thing with JustFab. I've purchased twice from JustFab in two years. I still have some money in there and I haven't asked for a refund. The last time, I needed to purchase from them again because I had so much credit. I got seven pairs of shoes and some clothes and that purchase only cost me $10. But then, I had 20 months or so racked up.

    The shoes that I've purchased were not as high in quality as I thought they would be because I got such a high volume the last time I purchased. I'd almost compare their quality to that of Payless or Target products which would do the job but were just not the most comfortable. I found that I could wear one pair of the shoes that I got everyday, but not so much for the rest.

    The only thing I can imagine they could change is sending a monthly notification before that credit or billing is about to happen. It would be nice if I could have gotten a letter reminding me that I either had to make a purchase or I needed to delay. But I might just not be receiving it, like if an email address has changed. That's something that I don't have set up on my account and that would be helpful.

    The shoes are not the best quality. I've had 3 pairs in which the zipper or buckle broke off within the first few weeks of using them. I know they are not a high end shoe but the zippers should be sturdy. I've ordered many pairs hoping things would be different but I remain disappointed with most purchases

    I am not happy nor unhappy with JustFab. However, as beautiful as the shoes are, the sizing is almost always a tad inaccurate. The boots take a while to break in. The base of my sandals are not long enough. I do not have this problem anywhere else. The boots scuff easily on the smooth leather. The sides of the shoes break down because as I said they fit very snug.

    I emailed customer service in February to cancel my membership. Forgetting to skip my payment, I realized this was not going to work for me financially since my account was charged. Fast forward to March and lo and behold, I was once again charged on my credit card for my membership, which I cancelled the month before.

    I called and got a huge run around saying that my account was closed, so so couldn't possibly have been charged. I asked who I could send copies of my bank statement to so I could prove to them I in fact had been charged. I was told that they don't do that. I argued this point with them for 30 minutes before finally being told that they would refund me the month of March and give me a credit for February. She then told me she would reopen my account so I could use my credit. Well, I went to the website tonight to use my credit, and amazing enough, it says I am using the wrong email address or password. Mind you, this is the same information I gave them 6 hours ago. So basically I am out 39.95, have learned a lesson, and will tell everyone I know to never buy from JustFab... this is the worse experience I have ever had with a company.

    JustFab has really good promotions and good reviews. But I was only a member for approximately a month and I just called to cancel the membership. There was a weird charge on my credit card that apparently comes from a VIP membership. I wasn't aware then so I talked to a JustFab rep and she couldn't even say that it was for the VIP membership. But it was, so it was very confusing. It really decreased the trust that I had for JustFab. I love shopping online, and transparency is very important especially when a store has the information of a credit card with them.

    I've seen my friend's purchases from JustFab and the quality was okay. But I wasn't really satisfied with the shoes that I purchased. But I was happy with their customer service in the beginning. It was very smooth when I chatted with one of their representatives and he helped me. I didn't know where the payment was still coming from, but other than that, it was very fast and very efficient.

    I wish I could review more of JustFab's products but pretty much every single thing is out of stock on their website. I made a complaint to Facebook and was basically told to shop at the beginning of the month... What type of business tell you to only shop their site once a month? If you're having that many issues with keeping inventory, perhaps you should rethink your business model. Meantime, I'm still be charged monthly and haven't been able to purchase anything. I'm just shocked that a legitimate business operates in this manner. Since there's nothing to purchase, can I get my money back for all the past months that I've been charged and haven't been able to get anything?

    JustFab seemed to have an easier term policy if I wasn't happy or cancellation if I needed to so I thought I'd give them a shot. I've been a member for two weeks now. I have been looking for some basic pumps to wear to work and I finally found some on JustFab. When I got them, they fit perfectly and they were nice. They were enough for me to want to keep coming back because I've been looking for ages. I find their website very user-friendly both on my phone and my laptop, which is nice. And, they do seem to have quite a selection of shoes. My only downfall at this point would be the ones that appeal to me, appeal to other people too and they're sold out on my size.

    My first purchase was a new sign-up promo and I got a really, really good deal. The prices for their standard stuff are reasonable and their sale stuff has a lot of variety. I love the pumps that I got. The other two pairs of boots that I got looked like they're of good quality too but they just don't fit. But the pumps were awesome. I wear them to walk without hurting my feet and they're super nice. I live in Canada and it's the winter here and I walk around okay with it. So, it's definitely fun.

    I would tell others to give JustFab a shot too. Their process was really easy. I haven't looked at canceling my subscription altogether but it's really easy to throw a reminder in your calendar if you don't want to do the monthly purchase of points or the monthly deduction from your credit card for points if you don't want to use it. It's really easy to just skip it. And if you don't like it, it'll probably not be that difficult to shut down your subscription either. I love JustFab. One of their customer service people emailed me within 2 days after I've stated that the boots didn't fit me. They offered assistance, which I thought was cool.

    I wouldn't recommend this website. They charge your card every month and then when your want to cancel they give you a hard time to cancel your account and to refund your money back. They just hung up on my face and now I have to call once again to actually cancel my account as the gentleman that he is, hung up and didn't finish. This company would do anything to keep taking your money and wasting your time. Here I am calling again waiting for like 30 more minutes of my time just so they can answer and I can repeat myself and hope not to get hung up on. I hate this company and also JustFab Kids also gave me a hard time. They didn't hang up on me but still was difficult, both accounts for this website are horrible. DO NOT TRY!

I have another pair of booties with heels that seems hollow. But besides that, the items I got from JustFab all have really good quality.     My daughter-in-law was using JustFab. My daughter has very small feet and it's hard to find shoes for her, but JustFab had shoes that fit her so I ordered from them. I've been a member with JustFab since January, so it hasn't been very long. It was easy to find the shoes that I was looking for because I could narrow the search down to size and boots, and then I started looking through the ones that looked nice. The last purchase I made from JustFab was in January and that was for the boots. They looked good and my daughter liked them. For her, they felt great and they were easy to zip up.

    I got the selection from the stylist and I liked the selection that came in the mail. But some of the boots I saw that I would've liked to order for myself were out of stock. At that point, I had just gotten my daughter's boots and we really liked them, and I wanted to look at some more stuff. But I'm going through some medical issues right now and I'm in the hospital. I kept on getting sicker and I wasn't in the mood, so I just had to stop and step back for a moment and I never got to utilize the services of the style expert even though it was okay.

    I wanted to try out JustFab and I've been with them for two months now. I look at their website and there so much stuff. It's pretty easy and quick to find the styles I want. I just see a link, type in my style and they give me a list of items, boots for instance, for it. It was just right there. I have a weird style and whenever I go through and do all this stuff and selections pop up, I'm surprised because I've never really ever seen the styles that I want in stores. It's nice.

    I had made a purchase through JustFab and had to return the items and ended up with a credit in my account. Fast forward to President's Day weekend where they had a 40% off your ENTIRE ORDER sale. I spend a great deal of time on the site selecting my items, only to find that as soon as I added them to my cart, they reverted back to full price.

    So I contacted customer service: on FB, Twitter, and email. Got absolutely NO help from them. When the sale was just about over, I discovered that if you have a credit in your account, JustFab doesn't allow you to participate in the sale. You have to choose: use your credit and all items are full price OR, don't use your credit and get the sale price, but pay money you shouldn't have to. When someone FINALLY got back to me FOUR days later, they said they were giving me the "courtesy" of extending the sale to me. Oh geez, THANKS. Today, my items finally arrived. Instead of the size 8 shoes I ordered, I got a size 5.5. Now I have to send the damn things back. Absolutely the worst experience EVER with them. STAY AWAY.

    I've been a member for a few months and I bought a coat from them. I have also taken advantage of their promos: buy one, get one free or the buy one, get one half-off. The selections from the style expert are sometimes good. The only thing that I don’t like about it is that you’re not allowed to use your credit during a promotion.     I've been with JustFab for two months now. I like the styles and when I had to return something, their return process was so easy. I did it from my mailbox. So, I didn't have the inconvenience of having to go and drop it off somewhere. I just went online, checked the two blazers that I wanted to send back, printed out the return receipt, taped it to the bags that I kept and stuffed it in the mailbox, and that’s it. And then, I got the items I wanted three days later, which was a size smaller. I didn’t even have to wait for someone to get the order and process it. They sent back my stuff right away and they came much quicker than I expected. I was expecting it to be like two weeks or so and it was a couple of days. I haven't worn the jacket yet. They were light colors but I'm waiting for spring. Right now, I'm wearing the boots that I ordered and I get tons of compliments on them. Shoe-wise, the quality of the product is really good.

    I have been a member of JustFab for a few years, now. I was under the impression that my money (automatically deducted from my bank account) would be there anytime I needed it. It is even advertised in the ad, as such. I called a couple months ago and was told I had a credit of around $80.00 but was not told that at the first of the year my money would be converted to a gift card which could only be accessed by calling a different number than JustFab, and I would have to have the code to go back to the site and make a purchase. The rep had the nerve to tell me that "if the money wasn't used, it became JustFab's money!" Literally, his words, verbatim. It was the 24th and my daughter needed the shoes on the 28th, so I knew that with express shipping (2-3 days), she would have them on time.

    Yes, I was cutting it close, due to the fact that I have been dealing with cancer but I knew I had just enough time. Then all this happened, so I desperately call the number they gave me for the code so I could use MY MONEY, and guess what?!? They're closed!! On a Saturday, before 4pm. The representative waited, after 20 minutes of conversation to even mention that I could get a "gift card". Why should I have to get a gift card, when the ad on the homepage of Justfab.com, says that even if I skip months (which simply means that the 39 dollars and some odd cents is automatically taken from my account monthly, unless I call between the first and fifth of each month, and say I want to skip that particular month).

    My memory hasn't been that great since chemo and I remember thinking last year, when I didn't have a credit on JustFab that I knew I had months that I did not skip, but dealing with my disease, never actually sat down and checked. They probably stole that money, too. Needless to say, since my girl had already picked the perfect shoes out for her dress, I wasn't about to disappoint her so I just paid for the shoes and express shipping which ended up being almost $40.

    I can't even articulate how ripped off I feel, and sorry for all the times I told people to try JustFab. I didn't even ask them to put my name down so I would receive credit for referrals. I will say, all of the female representatives I ever spoke with were polite and sweet except for the one man I ever spoke with who called himself ‘Isreal’. They will never get another dime from me but I will certainly find out if they ripped me off last year and I intend to take legal action, even if I lose money, just to make a point that if they would have treated me right, I'd still be a customer. Shoe Department is a store that's right down the road from me and they have just as good of a selection as JustFab and the salespeople are as sweet as they can be.

    I definitely give JustFab a thumbs down and I only wish the salesperson that I spoke to a couple months ago had forewarned me that I needed to hurry up and use my money. To me, that is shady and unscrupulous. The guy said it was in the fine print of the agreement, and actually it was, but it doesn't even make sense unless your intention is to rip people off. The order I placed yesterday, out of sheer desperation for my daughter's situation, will be the last one. They could have helped me out, but they chose not to. After I paid so much money into my subscription, which proves they have no sense of loyalty, obligation, or value, as far as their customers are concerned. I am canceling and telling everyone I know to stay away from this website. In short, Justfab is JustBad!!!

    It was pretty easy to find what I was looking for at JustFab. I wanted to try wearing boots that are almost below the knees as I never really got into that kind of fashion. I searched for the boots and then I found the black color that I liked and put that in my cart. When I went back to the search site, I found a pair of burgundy boots that I also liked. I got them in the mail and they were the same exact style boot, just different color. That didn’t matter, though. The quality of the boots is amazing and I love it. I’ve been wearing them to the snow and for fashion, and they're working for both. The only thing I don't like is the fact that you have to keep a membership with JustFab. I've been a member for less than a year and I feel like if I didn’t have to commit to a membership, I might buy more. If I could just go online and get whatever deals were for that month like in an online shoe store, the outcome would be different. Still, shopping at JustFab was great.

    JustFab had a deal where I could get two pairs for the price of one. I like buying a new pair of shoes and I've been with them for at least three years. Their shoes are of pretty decent quality for the price and the style is what I like so I just keep going back to them. They fix up all that they think I like but I don't typically look at that. I've noticed that there are only heels in there, things that I would never wear. I just go to the menu, hit what I'm looking for then I search from there. I have a pretty distinct style that I like to follow and I find it pretty easy to find the things that I'm looking for.

    So far, none of my shoes have ripped or have been torn. They're all different materials. I live in Michigan so it's snowy or rainy. My purchases have withstood the elements pretty well and they last me a long time. I would say definitely tell others to try JustFab but they should make sure that if they are not trying to spend the money that month, they should set an alarm to skip that month.

    I love JustFab. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my membership. But it doesn’t mean I won't order from them again. I still like them. It was real easy looking for the items or styles that I wanted. I can filter what I want through the system like if I want three or four-inch heels or two-inch heels or I want a certain color of a purse or a certain brand of purses. It was right there. What I like about being a member is the discount. You get rewarded for being a member, like one month there will be like, "Oh, here's $10 off," or they'll have promotions like two for $39 or two for $24. I also like the selections given by their style expert. They were very me.

    I got a purse from JustFab and it was really nice. It is cute and it really lasted a while. I would definitely recommend JustFab. I didn’t want to cancel my VIP membership. That was nice. But I had to because I was in-between jobs. I can't even pay for it. But I do like the fact that they will notify you when you're about to be charged and you can say, "Hey, I don't want to be charged for this month." You can put your membership on hold and use them later.

    I'm returning a pair of boots later on today. But besides that, JustFab is cool and my experience with them was good. I'm a VIP and I like the two for $39 offer. We did have a little problem with them charging my card monthly without letting me know, but they kindly returned it so everything's fine. Moreover, the black boots I've purchased has good quality. My niece has a pair of the same boots and she's really had them for long. However, they don't have them in wide so I got to return them. They offer wider size but they're sold out.     I went to JustFab's website and they had lots of good stuffs. It was not difficult to find the styles I was looking for. I just went through the bags and I picked the one I wanted. My favorite thing about being a member is I can get things for ridiculously cheaper amounts. The prices are very good and fair for the members. The offer they gave to the membership exclusively was they give you 70% off your first item, and the second one I got, I had 20% discount. I feel great because the selections by the style expert are fabulous and they fit my style. But they don't have much of clutch purses. I ordered for a bag and a jacket from JustFab and I like the bag. But the jacket is quite big and I'm looking how to return it so I can get a smaller fit. The bag has a very good quality, but I don’t like the quality of the jacket that much. Their material is just too light and it was not fair for a jacket that's supposed to be a blazer jacket. Nevertheless, I recommend JustFab to a friend.

    I thought I’d try JustFab and it was okay. Finding the items I was looking for was easy. It's just that the boots didn’t fit. And I’m not a member anymore because they won’t carry what I need. I needed wide calf, and the wide calf there weren’t even close enough to fitting. The quality was fine and I gave them to my daughter and daughter-in-law and they love them. The service was great too. They arrived in a fabulous time. I didn’t wait very long for them at all. If I could continue using JustFab, I would, but it just doesn’t work for me.     It took me quite a while finding the item or style that I was looking for at JustFab because I don’t like most of the styles that are out right now. It looks like we were deranged. It’s like, “Can you find a boot without a buckle on it, please? When did this happen? Why are we all starring at a western all of a sudden?” And so I was just looking and looking and I saw a couple that didn’t have buckles. That was good and for the price, I thought the quality is fine. They aren’t great, but for walking around and what I need them for, they are fine. But now I'm trying to contact for information so that I can cancel my subscription because I don't buy a lot of stuff online. I just joined JustFab because I needed a couple of shoes which I ended up finding there so, color me happy.

    Just got a pair of ankle boots on an exchange, only to have the zipper break while heading from the porch to my car! I talked to customer service and they said they can't do anything about it. Even as one of their diamond elite members I tried to explain what happened and they didn't even care. I asked if I can talk with the dedicated stylist that the members get and the customer service member Lee said that no one gets a stylist! That's guaranteed for the D.E. members on their site and he's saying otherwise. Afterwards, I asked for a manager only to be hung up on. Crappy service. Can't believe it.

    Updated on 6/19/2018: 4 months ago I was having trouble getting the product that I needed, but after exchanges I stopped getting a response from JustFab. Since then I called in to have product returned but never got any resolution. From there I decided to go through their ShoeDazzle sister site, and now I'm having problems with a sale. Take my warning, as well as countless others, be careful. I've spent a lot of money on both of their sites and from what I've noticed on these reviews and as well as my personal experience, the higher the ranking/more money you spend with them there are more problems to be had. Live support points you towards their phone line, and their phone support is a joke. By the way, don't buy into that personal stylist kick they offer, it's a lie.

    I heard about JustFab from a friend. She told me about a deal they had going on and I needed a pair of shoes. So, I decided to become a member. I was able to take advantage of the first deal which was the $10 pair shoes. And I was going to take advantage of the three for $40, but I didn't get a chance to. But, it was one I was interested in.     My mom found some clothes at JustFab that fitted, were at a good price, and were in style, which she could get through the mail because we lead very busy lives now and it is hard to be able to go out shopping anymore. She had been a member for nine months, and I took over her account because she wasn't able to afford it anymore, so I'm using it and have been making payments for about two months now. I've found several pairs of shoes that I thought were absolutely adorable. I found the cutest little Moccasin that went with a dress on there that I ended up wearing to church together. I thought they were amazing and I got lots of compliments.

    Since my mom had been part of it for so long, we are up to the Diamond Elite status. So, I've been able to take part in the 40% off deal as well as the regular $39.95 free shipping, and it has been pretty good. Most items are very good in quality. I, however, found a jacket where its material just didn’t look the same as it did online. But, other than that, everything else has been perfect. My favorite is the burgundy dress, of which I got so many compliments on it and it's just super comfortable.     JustFab's boots are my favorite and I also like their handbags. I was a member for almost a year but I discontinued the membership because the option on the website wasn’t recognizing I skipped the month when I would do it and so I would get charged. I talked to one of their guys and he told me that I can always become a member again. So, I decided to join back up with them a couple of months ago. Yet the same thing happened. The online option was not recognizing I skipped the month, so my card was charged again. That’s aggravating.

    I like the quality of the items I've purchased so far and my favorite purchase is the booties. I also love the website. I was going to do the JustFab for kids and the Fabletics and probably purchase their leggings. I'm getting bored with American Eagle leggings which I usually buy because they only have certain styles whereas Fabletics has a lot more styles. I love that there's always options on the website to choose from different things too, but I'm hesitant to do anything else because I don’t want to be charged when I skip because there's nothing that I want. If they would fix that, then I would sign up for their kids and their athletics. Their products are good but I'm probably going to cancel them and just order when I want to. Moreover, I have recommended JustFab to a friend, but I've made them very clear about the issue.

    A friend of mine told me about JustFab and I’ve found some cool boots and I wanted it. The boots are better than I thought they would be. It has a rubber heel and not one of those quick things that can wear off in no time at all. I've been a member for a month and I liked the idea of taking that day to think about myself and do something for myself. In terms of their special offers, there were two pairs for $39 then I got a pair of really nice high heels for $10 or something. They were really cute. I had an issue with the skip a month button because it didn’t skip a month. That was the only issue I had because I couldn’t shop fast enough. I don’t know if I did something wrong because sometimes there’s a little advertisement that comes up during your skip a month. And I think that when you go ahead and fall for that look, it takes you back out of the skip a month. I felt that shouldn’t be like that because it was manipulative. But they were helpful when I called them.

    Also, their style experts' suggestions are nice but it seemed limited because sometimes you might want to step outside the box. It seemed like I’m getting one stab but then I’ve only been doing that for two months. It hasn’t been long enough for me to pass a negative judgment. I still need to learn how to use it. What I’m missing from the side is clothes and more dress styles for work. They’re cute but some of them are a little too short for my age group. So, I have to be a little bit conservative, but I want to be as wild as I can for my age. I would definitely tell my friends to try JustFab.

    PSA. DO NOT ORDER FROM JUSTFAB UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I skipped the month and they still charged my credit card. I called them... It rang and rang, then the line was picked up and the person wouldn’t speak to me so that I could cancel my subscription. I called my bank to report the fraudulent charge, they refuse to help me.     I saw JustFab's ads on Facebook and I saw a pair of boots that I liked. When I clicked on it, it automatically popped up. It was easy searching for colors and styles. The first pair of boots I got had a sticker of $45, and I paid $11 for it. That was really good. And then, I get emails when there are sales going on or there are percentages off. There's a lot of good perks with being a member, and there are discounts for referring friends as well. Also, what they've suggested so far has been my style of heels or boots that I like. They match well once you fill out the form at the beginning. I posted on Facebook that I bought the boots, and a lot of people messaged me, asking about the quality. A lot of people would be scared thinking that the price is not going to be what JustFab advertised, but I haven't had a bad experience yet so I'm satisfied with it.

    I’ve been a member of JustFab for a while and I ordered a couple of pairs of boots. Finding my style was easy and the quality of the items I purchased was good. But the first pair of boots I ordered got couriered here to my town and for whatever reason were never delivered to me. I got ahold of JustFab to see what was going on and they were on the way back. They were shipped back to JustFab and so I tried to re-order them and they were out of stock. Then I asked if they could just reship it when they got them back.

    I didn't think that would be too big of an issue but they were not able to do that so I had to order a completely different style. It didn’t make me happy because I really liked the ones that I’ve originally ordered. I don’t even know why they weren’t delivered. The rep waited online while I reordered whatever I wanted. They came and they were fine. I think he gave me expedited shipping which I got them within a week.

    I love the shoes that JustFab has and I got my kids some from Shoe Carnival.     It was like JustFab was set for me to do. I've been with them for a long time. A lot of the things that JustFab carries are not your everyday stuff that you just see that anybody has. It's exactly how I am and my personality. I happen to like really high heeled shoes and not everybody does. I also have a hard time finding shoes because I have bigger feet but I like the fact that I can find shoes that actually fit me. I love the shoes, too. I have a closet full of shoes and probably 85% of them are from JustFab. I often catch really good sales and end up buying four or five pairs at a time what I could pay to buy two pairs somewhere else. This past weekend, I had to order so now I officially own more pairs of shoes than I have room for.

    99% of the time, others will find me having on a pair of heels or boots that I got from JustFab. From where I live, I have a huge following of people that know me for my shoes. When people ask, they'll be like, "You got those from JustFab, huh?" and I'm like, "Yeah." I advertise quite a bit. I tell them to always check out JustFab because I know they're going to have a size that's going to fit them, and stuff that caters to everybody's taste. They can always catch sales going on, too.     JustFab had a deal of two shoes for the price of one and a heel initially drew me in. Once I joined, I loved being being able to choose a pair of shoes on a monthly basis. I was a VIP for a little while but I stopped then recently joined again to get the monthly. I needed more shoes. I actually got a dress too, and I like that the product offering is a little bit broader. The quality is pretty good too.

    The questionnaire that I filled out was on point this time when I came back. Typically, I wore a very high heel in very bland colors. But now I have changed what I'm doing. I'm wearing more of a conservative shoe but with some bold colors so my outfit would be a solid color and then my shoe would be my statement piece. I also like that there are some business offering outfits on there and not just going-out outfits. Being able to purchase my outfits online, have them shipped at home and wear them to work is really what I look for in a website where I'm shopping for women's clothing, instead of something that always makes me look like I'm trying to go out to a club. JustFab featured tailored suits with some top and that was what drew me in.

    It is also very easy to navigate the website and find what products I am looking for. Creating a lookbook and saving favorites are all very easy as well. I like the website, as well as getting the email that tells us what's exclusive for a VIP. But I would like deeper exclusives for VIPs too. It could be a deal for half off a pair for the VIP style boots, not just the regular ones that are $39.95 or $49.95. If there is an $80 pair of boots on there, VIPs could get a very steep discount twice a year.

    Also, all these other companies have those fit boxes, food boxes and clothes boxes. Why doesn’t JustFab start doing those as well? They can pair an outfit with a purse and some shoes and send that without us necessarily having to go and select them. Another option would be to send it and then if we like it, great, but if we don’t like it, we can send it back.

    My sister is a member of JustFab. I signed for a month. My favorite about being a member is the email section, in letting me know when there is a sale. I've availed of the buy one get one deal with a shoe. I got a couple pairs of boots and two jackets about a week or two ago.     I have to say that my first experience with this company was absolutely not a positive one.     All I’ve ever gotten from JustFab is boots and it was very easy to find the colored boots that I was looking for. Out of all the six boots that I’ve ever gotten, I’ve had one that’s given my feet trouble though. It was a little irregular but other than that, I love the boots I've gotten.     I'm a shoe person and JustFab had a lot to choose from. When I went there, I wasn't really looking for anything in particular, but I found something that I could use right away. I've been with JustFab for several months now and I like that I can skip the months that I want to. They're really nice about it and it's not a big deal when I skip. But usually, the months that I skipped, I found myself buying something anyway.

    I've had several strokes and I can't really get to shops much anymore but I still like to have different shoes to wear. It's really easy to get on JustFab and find you a pair of shoes so it's really convenient for me. Their style expert selection is great too. I bought a pair that was given to me by my style expert. It was one time that I bought those instead of the pair that I was looking at. My most recent purchase was a pair of tan booties a couple of months ago.

    I've just been really pleased with everything that I bought from there and the fit has been great. I had to buy a half-size larger because I have arthritis and they were great. They didn't bother my feet at all. I have to be careful though because I don't want to get on there. My daughter even calls and tells me, "Mama, I know you love shoes but you can't get on there and just buy shoes." Overall, JustFab is a good way for people my age and my shape to shop, and not have to worry about the quality or how long the shopping is going to be. I also didn't have to sit around and wait too long for my items to come in. Some of my friends are currently in the shape that I'm in. I would tell them to definitely make sure they shop there.

    I saw a pair of boots that I liked. However, I've only been a member for half a week then I canceled because I received the boots and didn't like them at all. They were true to size, but the material looked so shiny. It almost looked like trash bags. They're also very thin. They didn't look shiny on the picture when online.     JustFab had a great deal then for a two pair of shoes for $40. The quality of their shoes and their products are good. I was a little afraid though what the quality would be like because of the price, but all their stuff is of really good quality. I’m surprised. I’ve never had a problem with anything that I bought from them. The only thing I don’t like is that they will only give you sure credit. I would rather just be refunded because I’m obviously purchasing more from them, but that’s just their policy. That’s the one thing I'm not 100% satisfied with, but everything else works well.

    My black booties were one of those first black boots that I bought from them and they're my favorite. They’re not like a Western style boot. Since I’ve gotten plenty of issues over the last couple of months and want to budget back a bit what I do is I cancel and I just re-enroll when I want. However, they make you call to cancel, you can't cancel online, and I don’t like that. All in all, it’s a good experience. They have great shoes with good prices. They got great accessories too but the only reason I buy a purse is that it’s like add-on items for $10. So most of the time, I purchase things there for shoes.

    On my visit to the JustFab site, they showed me 40 to 50 boots. I thought that $10 for the first order was a good deal, so I went and ordered a pair. When I ordered my boots, I did not know that they would be taking out $39.95 direct every month. No one told me that I had signed up for a contract that I did not authorize. If they had told me that, I wouldn't have ordered it. I had to cancel my credit card because of that. They've apparently reimbursed me, but they didn't do good for me at all.

    The boots are good and they fit me just fine. The quality is wonderful and I love it. But JustFab needs to make sure that they state what their procedure is. It wouldn't have been a problem if they had said they were going to be taking $39.95 out of my account, and I probably would have said it was fine. But they shouldn't take it out if I didn't say it and I didn't know anything about it. I was going to order some more shoes, but because they were taking money out of my account, I probably won't try them again. I would tell others to be careful and to ask questions before they order.

    So I signed up for the VIP program. Essentially, the company says if you join the VIP program then you will get access to VIP pricing, as well as specials and discounts that non VIP members do not get. That is EXTREMELY FALSE. When you prepay for your shoes at the beginning of the month, you are given a credit to use throughout the rest of the month. It is $39.95 for the prepaid credit. If you choose an item over the $39.95 then there will be a price difference you will have to pay. However, if you find an item that is less than that amount, you will not be given a refund or partial credit. The website will not allow you to use that full credit amount towards a purchase of more than 1 item.

    I learned that the hard way when I lost about $15 of my prepaid credit. And yes, all you are doing in the "VIP" program is to prepurchase a credit. Do not expect to be able to use your credit in conjunction with a sale either. Recently, Just Fab was offering a buy 1 get 1 free boot sale. I called to find out why I was not able to use my credit towards this purchase, after all, I have already paid my $39.95 and if I want a pair over that amount, which I did, I would be paying the price difference. I was told that a credit is considered to be a promotion and you cannot combine their promotions. Really Just Fab? How is me paying you in advance a promotion? Did you get a Just Fab gift card as a gift recently? Don't expect to be able to use it towards any promotions either.

    Gift cards are also considered to be a promotion by this company. So the very "perks" this company advertises for their "VIP" customers, the deals the customers expect to get access to by paying ahead of time, are only available to us if we spend even more money. This company makes it impossible for VIP customers to get access to these great prices and deals simply because we chose to prepay for a credit we can't even use how we like. So, I called customer service. I had 2 credits waiting to be used, that's just under $80 that I have already paid the company for their products. I wanted a pair of tennis shoes and the buy 1 get 1 free boots.

    The customer service girl says, "Sorry you can't combine promotions." They still cannot answer me as to how prepaying for a credit is a promotion. The girl does offer to give me the boots as a 1 time courtesy. "Great. Thank you. So what do I need to do?" She said she will adjust it in my account and asks me to please wait. The line goes silent for what seemed to be a very long time. So I say "hello"? The rep is still there and says wait longer. Okay, I wait longer. She gets back on the phone after an even longer wait and says everything was taken care of in my account and I needed to log out and then back in to update my info. I say ok and do that while I am on the phone.

    Nothing happens but I had cleared my cart during the frustrating events leading up to the call and figured I needed to add my items back. I also asked the girl if there was an automated survey I could take to be able to voice my concerns with the false advertising. She said yes and that it would start after the call. So I ask her if I can opt in. She says yes and we say goodbyes. I wait for an automated survey to start and nothing. The customer service rep never hung up and then said I needed to hang up. I asked how am I supposed to do the survey if I hang up, she says it will ring me back. Ok, so I say bye again and then hang up. It never rang me back, I never got to take any survey.

    Turns out the customer service rep only updated my phone number in the system and I wasn't given the credit for the free boots either. So not only can the company not answer my questions but the customer service rep just flat out lied to me numerous times throughout our interaction. I am extremely dissatisfied with the whole company, its reps, and their false advertising. I would rather shop brick and mortar stores than get the runaround from this store. I am cancelling immediately. Don't waste your time with this company. Money can be spent better elsewhere.

    I'm pretty tall and a lot of times, cute stuff doesn't come in certain sizes or shoe sizes. I thought it was really cool that JustFab did the "Buy so many pairs, get one free" which they haven't done in years. But my favorite thing about being a member is the variety and the accessibility. It's pretty easy to find the things I'm looking for and they have really good sales. Sometimes they have the sales like during the promo code and if I have a credit, it's hard to figure out whether to use the credit or to use the sale. And there's limited sizing and larger shoe sizes go quickly. But they're pretty plentiful when they first come out.

    Also, sometimes the materials are not the best and there's some stuff that is thin but for the most part, the quality is pretty good for the price. JustFab is if you're looking for something quick, easy, and accessible to your place especially if you don't have time to go to the mall but remember to skip if you're not planning to buy each month.

    I liked the initial buy one, get one free offer from JustFab. There have been quite a few sales that I was able to take advantage of. But there aren't a lot of special offers and I can't use a lot of the special offers in combination with my membership. Also, the website is pretty clunky and the mobile app is very bad. They have a lot of great styles, but the web development can definitely be better. There are a lot of cute things but don't expect them to last very long. The items are not high quality. They definitely fall apart after about three months. The shoes are okay, but not great. A lot of times, the bottoms come off, the heels come loose, the little stoppers on the heels come off. The quality of the clothes are lower than the shoes. I bought a large variety of the clothing items and most of them are pretty bad. Either the buttons or the snaps or fixings come off. The material is low-quality. They use a lot of faux suede that doesn't have good structure or shape to it.

    I also don't feel like the selection's the real thing. It puts me in a few different categories and they're pretty similar. There's no actual person tailoring it to what I had purchased in the past or noticing my trends. Additionally, returns are also pretty difficult. I bought a pair of jeans during the last denim sale. One pair worked while the other pair didn't. I couldn't send one back because it was a joint sort of deal. So, I'm stuck with something that doesn't work at all. Aside from the return policy, the couponing part of it is not great either. But I like using JustFab and I consistently buy things there. So, it can't be that bad. There are styles that I like at a reasonable price. I go through a lot of shoes, and JustFab fits in with what I'm already doing. I get a lot of options and it's worth it. But if one is looking for quality or something that will last long time, they're better to go elsewhere.

    JustFab has awesome shoes with good quality. I still have my first pair of boots which I bought from them two years ago, and they still look great. I also bought some velvet red knee-high boots and they're my favorite. I love them. As a member, I was able to get to the VIP where I would pay $30 for two pairs. I ended up paying $25 for two pairs. I don't order shoes like that but I could stop ordering for a month that I won't be using it. So, I stopped it. I had the membership under my mom's name, too and I wanted to restart mine. So I cancelled it out completely, but my mom is still getting charged. And while my experience has been good, I didn't like that. They should make it a little bit easier for us to cancel. I'm almost like $125-deep trying to cancel it. And I find it very difficult to contact and get a hold of somebody to figure out why it isn't canceled yet. Still, I have referred people to them.

    The selection that JustFab has is a little bit different and I like that. Although the selections from the style expert are not necessarily typically what I like, they're okay and besides, it's pretty easy to find what I'm looking for. They've got awesome jackets too. On my 2nd month with JustFab, I did the two for $44 deal. I got a suede Carol jacket and a pink fluffy jacket, which is my favorite so far. They're awesome and I get the most compliments on them. The option that we have to skip a month is a little hard to find though, and it could be a little clearer on the website.     Finding the style that I want from JustFab depends on the season and if I'm specifically going anywhere. For example, if it’s winter, I’d be primarily looking at boots. So I would just be like looking for what’s trending now in styles that they have. If JustFab has anything similar to the trends that are in the stores, then I’d be more towards those. However, on occasion, when I get emails at the beginning of the month and if anything catches my eye, even if it’s out of season, then I go with JustFab. I like the sales that they have because usually, I only buy one per month. But when they go on sale, I try to buy more than one like when they had a buy one, get one on bags or get bags with $10 off of the item purchased.

    However, two years ago, quality wasn’t a 100% and I probably have been disappointed once or twice. But in the past two years, quality’s actually been really good compared to before. I just got a pair of plain boots with heels and a bag and they’re amazing. Everybody loves them and the quality looks great. What sold me on them were the reviews and the pictures. The customers could upload pictures with them wearing the products. The boots that I got had so many uploads from people and reviews that were really great. Also, they had $40 for a pair of shoes or a bag deals and I like buying those things.

    I like everything about JustFab like how the whole process goes, the emails and everything that I receive from them. They also have good customer service. I tried to cancel my membership before because they were taking out a monthly fee of $40 as sometimes, I couldn’t remember to skip when I didn’t want to be charged that month. So I told them that I'd just sign back up when I’m ready again. The person was really nice and then, I ended up not cancelling at all. I've recommended JustFab to quite a few people and told them that they have really great items as far as all accessories were concerned. I’m an accessories lover so I always try to promote that you can get the looks for less especially because I’m at an age where my friends go out often. So if I want to buy new things every time I go out JustFab’s a good way to do that without going broke. They filled my closet for less.

    A girl in my job told me that she was getting some shoes from JustFab and my daughter also told me about them so I tried it and I've been a member for a month now. Being a member, I like that I can skip a month because I really don’t like someone going into my checking account without my permission. But I'm able to skip so it doesn’t happen. I might not want to buy a pair of shoes at the beginning of the month but I might see two or three pairs of boots or shoes that I might want to buy later on in the month.

    I try to redo my boutique more in my style but the site wouldn’t let me do it. I let it stay the way it is even though I’m not really the girl next door and the clothes are not my style. Other than that, I like the pea coat and I got one of those. They only have two different colors and if they had more colors, I probably would have bought more because I like brown.     I buy a pair of shoes at regular price but if I can get the sale first then I’m going to take the sale first. JustFab has nice sales and I might have bought four or five pairs of boots already. If one sees a pair of boots for $5 then they’re going to take advantage of that. They also had the winter clearance sale and had a lot of boots that were $15 and $5 offered, so I stepped up on that. Besides, I got my shoes shipped out faster when I first started out. Everything I ordered is basically what I liked and their quality is good. I get a lot of compliments about my boots and others like them. I talk about JustFab to my co-worker all the time whenever she says she likes my boots. And I tell her that she has to check them out as they have a lot of different styles and offer sales. Also, if one buys so many then they'll eventually be able to get a free pair of boots.

    At first, JustFab offered a coupon or a discount. There are a lot of cute stuff and it is not hard to find my style. I've been with them for a little over a year already, and I like the points that I earn to get rewards when I spend money. They have marked down sales and then I also took advantage of the initial offer where they sent my first pair of shoes for $10. My favorite purchases are all my boots. However, I said that I wanted flat shoes but it seems like all the styles the style expert gives me are high heels.

    My last purchase was made a couple of months ago, and I was pleased with most of the items. But the flannel print tunic dress that I received was sewn improperly in the underarm area. Because that item was heavily discounted, I was not able to go out and do a review on that item like I can on other items.     I'm a JustFab VIP member and when I decide that I want a pair of boots, I just order them and they're here in a couple of days. But I generally skip months because I'm not big on ordering clothes online. And my husband gets mad when I forget to skip the month and get charges on the credit card because he has a lot of medical issues right now and we're really tight with money.

    I have half a dozen pairs of boots from JustFab. I like the fit and they're all really nice. My favorite pair would be the wedge boots. I have them in white and ordered a pair of black ones as well. I also have a pair of grey flat boots and three pairs of ankle high boots that have a two-inch heel on them and they are the most comfortable boots I've ever worn.

    However, I got a pair of black boots that has about 1 ½-inch heel. I wore them three times a week to work because they were comfortable, easy to put on and seemed to go with a lot of things. There was a rubber piece at bottom of the heel that fell off. So I ordered another pair of black boots. Also, I got wide calf and when they tell me what the calf size is, generally it's not. I've ordered a couple of wide calf boots and have sent one of them back. I've kept the other one since my daughter has the same shoe size, so I'm just going to send those to her. But even when I had to call customer service to return that one pair of boots, they were still great.

I tracked it on Canada post, supposed to have arrived January 3rd, no further update, contacted Canada post and I was advised I have to contact sender and now the agent wants me to wait and then what?     JustFab has a lot of really good promotions going on. However, I canceled my membership because of some conflicts that I had. I called in to order some boots. When I got them, they didn't fit so I sent them back. When I did, I got a store credit. I couldn't find anything that I wanted, so I decided to get something for my sister. They told me I couldn't use my store credit on top of a promotion, but if I went back in and added myself as a member, I could use my store credit on top of a promotion. I did everything they told me to do and I ended up processing another $40 payment, which I didn't want. And so, they canceled that payment for me.

    I got tired of getting the runaround, so I asked JustFab to send me the money back. They told me they couldn't do it, and if they could, it would take eight to 12 weeks before a check would be processed to be sent out to me. And so, I called the other day. When I called to get the check processed, they said to me it was the end of November. I called two days ago and the check still hasn't been processed to send out. I'm trying to figure out what's my next step and who I need to talk to, 'cause every time I call and ask to talk to a manager, the manager's busy.

    While I have loved JustFab I have stop shopping as frequent for two reason. I had contact JustFab about a shoe that seemed to fail, the heel became soft.     Ally Hilfiger mentioned JustFab in her podcast. I like a diversity of things and I thought that going with them was a way to try new things out. It was also convenient, they have a wide variety, and it was not like I was paying big money to do it. I've been with them for a few months now, and looking for what I like is easy. I have purchased some items on sale. If I ever had any issue or question about anything, I would call customer service. When I exchanged and things, I just went to the printer and printed it, and boom, that was it.

    Last December, I bought a dress and a bracelet, and right before that, I did a bunch of footwear. The quality is fine. All the dress fit great as well. There is only one thing that freaks me out is on the flip that comes with it, it says it contains like known carcinogens and so forth, so that concerns me a little bit. Nevertheless, I have recommended them. It is interesting where you could pop on and go buy some of these two pairs of shoes or a nice pair of booths and drop shipping to them.

    I had used JustFab a long time ago and then I just went back to order shoes. My experience with them has been fine so far. I like their free shipping. Right now, I’m really big on boots so I’m buying them. The quality of the products I've bought from them is okay but it depends on the shoe. There's only one pair which quality I questioned. It needs to be a lot more comfortable as far as the padding in the sole of the shoe. Because the height of the heel, it needs more padding.

    The products that I got were good. The only thing that wasn’t that good for me is the size. I have small feet and JustFab doesn't have size 5 and I'm 5. But I like the shoes, though I had to return it because they were big for me. Also, two months ago, I bought a purse and that's the reason why my mom wanted one but she chose a different design. However, she wasn’t happy with her purchase because it didn’t look like the picture and she is actually returning it. In the picture, it looked like leather, but in real life it was more like plastic. We weren't expecting leather, but I believed something like the one that I bought before that it will look really good, the quality looks good. But mine was excellent and I love my bag. Their return service is also good. However, I've been trying to contact JustFab for two weeks now and I wasn’t able until today. They told me they're experiencing trouble since last week with the lines, so then I was happy.

    I became a JustFab member a couple of weeks ago and I've bought from them once so far. The styles offered by the style expert as well as locating an item or styles were fine. When I ordered the boots, I'm not sure if they put a hold on any of the money on my card. But when I checked the card, I don't think they had a hold on some of the money.     I ordered one pair of boots through this company. The quality of the shoes is okay at best, but then you get what you pay for I suppose. My biggest complaint is that my card was charged over a week AFTER I cancelled my account. I couldn't reach customer service via phone but FINALLY contacted them via "chat". I was continually told I hadn't skipped the month but they couldn't explain how I was supposed to skip the month when I didn't have an active account. After, and ONLY after, I told the Rep that what they did was blatant fraud and that I had computer screenshots of EVERYTHING did they agree to refund my money (in 5 to 7 days). Only time will tell if I even get a refund (I'm figuring it's going to be a battle). I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

I know they’re holding a boot right now for me, I hope. I got this return label. I have to get the pair of boots I have right now and send it back before they’ll send them. I got them in November and I have the size. They were a gift, but the size didn’t fit the person I bought them for. I’ve been fooling around with trying to get them back for over a month already.

    Nevertheless, the boots are very good and customer service helped me. The style expert is also very good. Get online and get some boots ordered as you can't beat them for the price.
