I found a pair of shoes that I liked at JustFab and bought them but I didn't realize I was signing up for a membership. That was seven years ago and I don’t buy from them anymore. Back then, I tried to cancel but they said that I signed up for this. I want out of the membership and they won’t let me out. I changed the cards and I’ve done everything. So, every month by the 5th, I cancel and skip the month.

I saw JustFab when they were advertising a first-time thing such as a buy one, get one free or the half-off. I’ve been a member for five months and they’ve had good sales and stuff on sandals and stuff that I like. The selections from the style expert are good but I’m extremely picky. I recently bought three different sandals. All were the same brand but different colors. It was extremely easy to find them.

I attempted to skip this month and the skip button was missing from my account. I called about it and they said they would take care of. Then I notice that my card was charged the membership price for the month of $39.95. Needless to say I was not happy. I contacted them via the chat about this and she said they cannot refund me, but that she can offer me points. I explained this was their error and I was told it would be taken care of. At that point I told Brooke I wanted to cancel my membership. She said she would take care of this.

I started buying items from JustFab as gifts for my sister because she's disabled and it was the perfect thing. She lives in Florida. I'm in West Virginia. I can have the things shipped to her door. And it was a lot stuff along the same kind of things she likes. I've been a member for at least six years and a lot of times, I didn't buy anything. I sometimes buy a couple of times a year. And as long as I get there at the first seven days of the month and say, "No, it's not in the budget this month or I don't see anything I like this month," they don't charge me the monthly fee. But those credits accumulate. I saved a few of the credits up at one point and just went ahead and did a big Christmas present for my sister. I got a whole setup of boots and bags. It was like a matching set.

So far, I like JustFab. I've done two exchanges as their sizing was incorrect. I like how they have fast delivery and that if I need to do any returns or exchanges, they're very quick with that as well. Also, the quality of their products is good. Their shoes have lasted me quite some time.

JustFab had the style of shoes that I like which made me want to purchase from them. I’ve been buying from them for four years. JustFab have special offers like a pair of shoes for $10 or two for 40 and the quality is very good. So far, my favorite is the pair of high boots that are open in the back and the front. Overall, the experience has been good. However, I would like to have a little more selection. I like the selection from the style expert but it shouldn’t be restricted to your style. Sometimes, you're open to different things. In the past, I was more on stilettos. Now, I'm a little older and like more of the thicker heel. That’s not gonna necessarily appear just because of what I chose in the past. Instead of updating, it would be a little easier to just look at different styles. Also, when you want to skip a month, it should be a little more user-friendly.

There were a few bags that I liked at JustFab and a co-worker was also buying from them. I liked some of their styles, so we both started going there. My co-worker and I didn't see the same bags recommended for both of us, but her recommended bags were usually on point. My style kind of changes, so it was a little bit harder for me. Most of the time, I don't like a lot of the stuff they recommend, so I have to go through all the items that they show me. I’ve been purchasing from them for three years and the quality was good and worth the price. However, I’ve slowed down a bit because I noticed the quality isn’t as it used to be. I used to buy their shoes a lot but I noticed the shoes don't stand up to quality. They used to be comfortable and there was a little bit more padding to the sole but now, whenever I buy shoes, my feet kinda hurt.

I like how JustFab has cute shoes. I decided to purchase from them and finding the styles I was looking for on their site was pretty easy. However, I wish they had more modern and trendy looks as they cater mostly to moms. Still, they have seasonal sales which are good. A couple of months ago, I purchased boots for the fall which are of great quality. JustFab is a good website for wide-sized boots.

I like the 50% off sale of JustFab. The quality of the products in comparison to the cost is right on par. Exchanges have been fairly easy too. I just mail the item back in the same box. The site is easy to use too but the hardest thing to find is the "Skip the Month." I hate the whole call-in-five-days or do this Skip the Month.

I've been hearing about JustFab for a few years now then I started purchasing shoes from them in December of 2018. I love it and the shoes are really good and well-priced. I haven’t had any problem with anything that I’ve ordered yet and the shoes are true to size. I ordered a nice pair of boots over the winter, and the way they were made looked like they were sizes too small. I was in the process of trying to return them but my daughter told me to try them on since I haven’t tried them on yet. So, I did that and my foot slid right into the boot. I wear a size 10 and it looks like a size 7. That’s how small the boot looked but it actually was a 10. Also, I love the special offers and the purchase process on the website is really easy.

The shoes from JustFab are really pretty and I don't really care for going into the store as much as buying things online. It's just easier to shop online. I also like to dress a certain way. I had my original account with them since 2011. I was a socialite for ShoeDazzle and at that time, I thought that JustFab should get plus-sized clothing. Eventually, they started doing plus-sized clothing and I was modeling too, so it worked out.

I have ordered from JUSTFAB once, and once was enough. I ordered two pairs of shoes and two pairs of pants. When they arrived I was sad because NOTHING was true to size. I am a size 6 in shoes. One pair came in too big the other too small; I am a large or size 30 in jeans, both pairs were WAY too big. I decided to exchange everything for sizes that would fit. One pair of shoes in a 5.5 the other in a 7 the pants in a medium or 28. I sent everything back right away! Two weeks past and I had yet to hear ANYTHING! I reached out to JUSTFAB and they tell me it hasn't been processed yet while online my account states they have already received it. I get transferred to a supervisor, Billy, who immediately processes my order, says all my items are still available, but they cannot expedite the delivery because it's "out of their hands", fine, I settle to receive my items in two weeks. He promised expedited shipping on my next order.

When I first started with JustFab, they didn't have too many of my sizes. So I sent in a lot of stuff back depending on the style of the shoe or on whether I wear size 11 or 12. But their return process is pretty easy. I also like the selections of their style experts. I've been with them for three years and I take advantage of their special offers when I'm in that shopping mode. And the booties that I just purchased seemed to have good quality. Overall, my experience with JustFab has been fine and I will recommend them.

My experience when I had JustFab was okay. However, what I bought didn’t fit my size. I wear 9 1/2, but they only had a 9 and didn’t have a 10 so I stopped working with them. I canceled my JustFab and I have shoes that are better. I sent my purchases back except for one that I kept because I had to use them for an event. I wouldn’t recommend JustFab.

I have been a JustFab member for a few years now, and I like their good price and the variety. However, a lot of the shoes on there are extremely high. I'm gonna be 60 years old and I don't wear 4-inch heels. I'm a lower heel kinda girl. I also usually skip the style expert list so that I can take my time and look and find something else. The material that some of the handbags are made of look cheap. But most of the items are really nice and I really buy shoes from them.

JustFab is like a shoe store and I've been ordering shoes from them as a member for about 2 years now. I've taken their special offers on occasion, however, I really wish I had never signed up with them. I only wanted one pair of boots and I don’t need a new pair of shoes every single month. I have to stick with them so that I can use the credits eventually. Also, I now have to have reminders on my phone every month to make sure I hit “Skip the Month” since I’ve already forgotten to skip a month a couple of times. Other than that, the quality is good for the price of the shoes. I’ve had more comfortable shoes, but not at the prices that they offer.

I have been ordering from JustFab for about three years. They have a variety of different styles and looking for items of my style is easy. I just type in what kind of style I like, heel or no heel or sandal. Whenever I order from them, I like that out of the shipping, I even get points or I can get discounts when I order. I also like the way they got the style expert’s selection set up. It is a great thing but I do not look at it sometimes. I depend on the money deals if I'm to order something and I have to remind myself to skip for the month. My last purchase from them was two months ago for some boots for my daughter. The boots are of high quality and are really nice shoes.

I've been a member for seven years now and the best thing I like is if I don't want anything that much, I don't get anything. I also like their selection. And I was still wearing the shoes that I got a few years back. I like my booties ‘cause I just got a pair about a couple of months ago. It has been a great experience with them.

I saw JustFab on an advertisement online and I liked a lot of their shoes and the styles. I've been a member for more than two years and you have to purchase something within the 1st to the 5th day. I missed the 5th and I went and called JustFab. They didn’t let me off the hook for missing the 5 days. Also, I have gone and skipped a month and right after that, I still went and purchased things. JustFab should be able to give those who are always buying an opportunity to miss just a day or two as well as skip a month based on purchasing history.

JustFab has been great and purchasing through their website is a breeze. I just go in there and see what I like. And the quality of the shoes has been perfect for the price. Then if I order a shoe that doesn't fit, I let them know and they send me the shipping materials that I need to send them right back. Then they credit my account or they send me a new pair in a different size. Everything has been sent perfectly. There's no problem at all whatsoever, and that's why I stayed with them for so long.

I was already a member of ShoeDazzle so I tried JustFab out. I like being a VIP and I'm able to look at the items early. I normally buy shoes from JustFab because the clothes didn't fit right when I ordered from them in the past. So now I mainly focus on the shoes or the prices. But I'm satisfied with the quality of the items that I've got from them.

Then the recommendations that I get normally works for me. I like all of my purchases from them. They're durable and the cost is quite good 'cause that's one of the deciding factor.

I made two purchases last month for a pair of slip-on kind of shoe looking things and the quality was fantastic but my favorite is the tote bag that I purchased recently. I've done some of the “buy one, get one free” or the percentage offer holidays. The selections from the style expert are spot on and although there were a couple that were kind of out of nowhere, I still think they're cute. I just don’t know that they were my style. I’ve been a member for four years and I’m happy with my experience with JustFab.

JustFab has a lot of different options, different sizes, different styles and different colors. Their products also have good quality and reasonable prices. I order mostly shoes and some clothing from them.

My experience with JustFab has been overall positive. The website is mostly fine and navigation is good. The UX is good too. However, the product isn't particularly high quality. You get what you pay for and the last four pairs I bought have given me blisters and I've only worn them once. So, I donated them. But I have a monthly reminder on my calendar to remember to cancel for the month or skip for the month because I only wanna purchase once a year.

I purchase clothes from JustFab but then a few of the products from them weren't of very good quality. Also, it was too much of a hassle to send them back, so I just kept them. Still, the overall quality has been fine for me.

Navigating the website is easy, especially when they do a boutique and give ideas or things that I might like. And every now and then, I’d buy some in there. But they have to expand their horizons a little bit. Other than that, I’ve told so many friends about them.

Being a JustFab member, my favorite thing was getting the shoes for a set price. I used to get them every month, but I don’t anymore. I just wait until I see a pair that I like, and then I go and order. The quality of their products is really nice. I’ve been a member for five years now and I still have those shoes. Their style expert's selection was okay but sometimes, I don’t like them. The only thing that I seem to keep having a issue with them is when I take my actual debit card off, for whatever reason, they keep re-adding it and charging me. But other than that, I’ve never had any issues with them.

JustFab carries size 11 and nobody around me carries that size. However, I find their website a little difficult to navigate because the filters aren't narrowed enough. I can't wear high heels any more and if I want a flat or a low heel boot, narrowing my search down to what I'm looking for tends to be a little difficult. I also don't pay attention to the selection given by the style expert 'cause it always gives me high heels. In addition, I'm a little disappointed that they don’t carry higher quantities of the larger sizes, the flat boots, and the lower heels. They seem to be the first things to sell out always. The bigger sizes are less common and people who are looking for them have very few options. Regular size feet people can shop at any store anywhere but people with bigger feet like me got very limited access to shoes.

I've been a member of JustFab for a few months now and I've purchased a few things, mostly shoes, from them for 2 or 3 times so far. I normally order when I see something I like on the site. I saw some boots that I thought would be good for my daughter 'cause she wanted them, and that's what initially prompted me to order. My daughter hasn't had any issues with the boots that I've purchased for her, but I had an issue with the little booties that I ordered. There is no way I can even put my foot in the shoe. It just won't allow it. It's not made for my foot to go in there, and by the time I realized, I had to print a thing off the website to return them. But they won't even allow me to print it anymore and it's been already past the 30 days. I spent 40 bucks on them but I can't even return them and there's nothing I can do with them. They've never been worn and just sitting in my room.

And I like when we used to get credits for free shoes, but now, my favorite being a member is just the price. The prices are really good compared to the quality of what you get. I’ve been a JustFab member for a long time but this is just my second year using them. What caught me on the first time was the variety of shoes and I was curious. Being able to buy shoes from them was easy. I like that each month the options change because I feel each time I can go on and I can see several different pairs of shoes. I have wide feet so it’s helpful that they have the wide feet option. Sometimes, I wish there was more because there are some shoes that don’t come in the wide feet option. Nonetheless, I like everything that I’ve bought so far. I’ve only returned one thing and if I return it, I usually just exchange it.

One that I thought may work for work or if I was just kinda being cute and another one which was purely for work. It was bright red, which was unusual, and I liked it. I also got some red pleats to go with one of the dresses. I wear an extra small though sometimes that still wouldn't quite fit me. But I noticed that JustFab has extra, extra small as an option,

I’ve been a JustFab member for over 10 years now. I signed up when it first came around. Finding items here is very easy and I spend a lot of money here every month. I like their sales. When they have the 40% off offer, that’s when I buy the most. Most recently, I bought a pair of shoes, two dresses and a pair of pants. The quality of the items that JustFab has sent me has been very good. I recommend this company to any girlfriend. In fact, I've had three other people who became members.

I hate this subscription! I always forget to skip the month, am forced to spend my credit, then can’t cancel my membership because I have to use my credits and/or I’m awaiting my product (that I felt forced into buying as I didn’t skip a month!!). I will never EVER recommend this website. I want my money back for not skipping a month and my subscription to be canceled. What a headache!!

I like the style and the materials that JustFab has. As a member, I get a bit of special offers or personalized items. Some of the qualities of the items I've purchased are good. Some of the shoes, however, are in need of more comfort because the cushion is very thin, and it feels like I'm rubbing my skin against each other. My last purchase was a black dress and a little fanny pack. I like both of them, especially the dress. It is very comfortable.

JustFab had a sale going on and it was fairly easy to find the item I was looking for. I've been a member of JustFab for six years and it’s convenient. However, I’ve contemplated canceling my membership. I just haven’t gotten the time to do it. If a person is somebody who purchases every month, then the membership is a good idea. But I don’t purchase every month, so it’s not like I can’t live without it. It's a hassle having to go back in and waive my membership month to month. Nevertheless, JustFab's selections are fine. They had some slippers that were on sale and I was able to purchase some of those for vacation.

I’ve been a JustFab member for more than five years. I liked the old VIP ‘cause I could earn shoes. But now, I just earn junk. They used to be better but now, I just like their shoes. Also, they should give ten days before they charge me and for me to say I don’t want the shoes. If you pull my account, I have so many credits because I always get charged.

When I had a pair of sunglasses that didn't show up, they replaced them.

I first heard about JustFab on the television and I thought the shoes on the commercial were nice. I wanted to give it a shot. I like JustFab's purses, shoes and apparel, and finding the item or style that I was looking for was always easy. However, the quality of their shoes has declined so I don’t order as much. But they have different styles and I do like the fact that they have teamed up with other online companies, like ShoeDazzle and so on and so forth, so it just broadens the options. Also, I’m not impressed with the selection given to me by the style expert. It’s just not my style. So far, I have two favorite things that I've gotten from them. A black trench coat that has a belt and a green purse which I got a year ago. Everybody thinks it's an expensive purse like my Dooney and Bourke, but it’s not. It’s JustFab.

JustFab sadly keeps disappointing. I like what they have but I’ve just decided it’s not worth the stress. I bought a size small - the shirt came in a medium. But the thing is their product number sticker said small but the shirt was in a medium size. Then I re-ordered the small. Same thing - small sticker on a medium shirt. Then I ordered a an extra small to test this theory - and yep size XS sticker on a size small shirt. This is the third time I have received the wrong size shirt. The warehouse for MANGO clothing that JustFab distributes has labeled the sizing incorrectly. So frustrating.

JustFab had good deals with the $40 a month membership and I get whatever is on sale, so I signed up with them. All of the stuff that the JustFab style expert has given me is really good. It has good views of the style and fashion. Everything comes out good. So far, the quality of the products has been fine, and the price is good overall.

The last pair I purchased was just right, but some of the shoes fit smalls and I was surprised about it. Also, I skipped the beginning of the month but they still charged me 39.95. I contacted customer service a couple of days ago and they told me they were gonna refund it back in seven days.

I like the quality of JustFab's products. I decided to become a member and thus far, finding items and styles has been very easy. I also like the perks for booking credits. If I don't order one month, it gets pushed to the next month. Then, if I don't buy a bunch of stuff, it gets credited back. I don't buy something every month. As a result, I build up points and then go buy seasonal stuff at the same time. This makes things easier.

As a JustFab member, I like how I get my own custom shop every month because they know what I like. I also like member exclusive wherein we would get first pick at things and better prices. However, sometimes using their site is not as easy on my phone as it is on my computer when I'm looking for something specific. Still, I love my whole experience with JustFab. They're such a great resource and I use their service for so many different things. I don't just get shoes and sometimes, I get clothes and accessories too. If there's something that I'm looking for for my daughter or for cosplay or something that isn't something that I would normally wear, it's always very easy to find when I get on the website. I also have a magazine subscription with them.

I like the variety of the shoes and purse selection at JustFab. The website is self-explanatory and not difficult to maneuver. The only problem I had was not being able to order something in particular but JustFab have great styles. You will fall in love with it the first time you go on the website. The prices are great and it’s a good place to shop. I’ve been a member since 2011 and I like the special offers and the points I get as a member. Each time you purchase a pair of shoes, you get points for that and after you get so many points, you either get free shipping or a free pair of shoes that’s $39.99. Also, you are able to pick a variety of accessories. The purses are my favorite purchases. I ordered a shirt of the first time but my last purchase was a black purse and I’m still using it.

I’m am very upset because I ordered a pair of boots online and somewhere along the process someone illegally used my credit card and decided to go shopping online with my bank card. The company treated it as “its not a big deal”. I’m extremely disappointed with the entire company and will never again buy anything from them. Word to the wise check your bank acct regularly and for quite some time because it didn’t happen right away.

I liked how JustFab had a nice selection of shoes. I got a membership and I've been liking the VIP perks thus far. The selections given to me by my style expert have been nice as well. I also like that if I don't like what was given, I can select other options. A while back, I got some tall platform high heels which had a skull and a red bow. They were pretty stylish.

I’ve been a JustFab member for at least five years but the monthly thing is annoying. I like the fact that it's cheap because they usually don't last long at all. They have a pair of boots that I really liked and I bought them twice and both times, the quality was really bad. I’ve had shoes that I've purchased with them and after a couple of times of wearing it, it just pretty much went. Just don't expect to wear it too often, but once in a while, you can find some things that you can't find anywhere else.

I’ve been a JustFab member since 2013 and I like their shoes and the VIP discount. It's quite a difference from the regular retail price. It's difficult to find an item that I’m specifically looking for though. I can't really find any cute sandals that I like. I had difficulty trying to find summer shoes. But the website itself is definitely easy to navigate and although the selection from their style expert varies from pumps, wedges to flats, what I find on there isn't usually what they pick out. I got a pair of boots in January and they're perfect. I love its quality. JustFab has a great collection. Although I would not recommend the clothes, you'll definitely find something out of their shoe or purse collection.

Had an awful time with customer service. Cancelled my subscription and denied me a refund because I didn't skip a month, which I didn't even know. And then the lady I was on the phone with got snippy with me. Ridiculous. Worst experience I have had with them. Not buying from them again.

JustFab has good quality shoes and they have a lot of different styles which goes with anything. I like their shoes and the ones that I have lasted me a long time. Although I don't use them a lot, when I do, they're nice. I order from them if I see something I like or something that catches my eye. But I used to order one time every month, now it's only every two, three months. I have also taken advantage of their half-price offer like the $40 per shoes.

JustFab doesn't carry my shoe size anymore, but I used to purchase something every four months. I haven’t purchased anything from them in a long time besides a handbag here or there, once every two years now. The quality of their products is really good for the cost. I’m pretty shocked about how nice it is and it seems to last. I still have all the shoes that do fit before they changed their sizing. The purses I have have taken quite a beating, so I’m happy with those. JustFab is convenient and easy. You see everything online and they accurately state the dimensions of each purse. But I really am disappointed that they don’t carry size 5’s.

I went to their website to buy a few dresses and was unable to order anything. I called customer service twice to inform them that their website would not let me choose a size or select items to put in my cart. They were no help. They lost my business and I am disappointed because I really liked the clothes they advertised.

JustFab has affordable shoes and I’ve been a member of them for years. $40 for a pair of shoes is super cheap, plus, they have constant styles. Instead of going to a retailer or even online, it made sense to buy from them. But in the recent years, their variety isn’t as good and they are not thinking of their average type buyer. They’re going with the trend instead of going with realistic people. For instance, most of their stocks are crazy huge heels which makes no sense. A woman might buy a pair, but she's not gonna wear a five-inch heel on a day-to-day basis. So I haven' used JustFab in a while even though I have credits out there to use. They need to begin thinking of their normal consumer. If they think of the everyday person and what everyday people do, they might be more successful. They need to get people who actually have money instead of selling all this kind of stuff which are great for 20-year-olds.

I have been waiting for them to issue my refund for a week now and I keep getting the message 24 to 48 hours and nothing yet. They say it is PayPal and then PayPal say it is them. I talked to PayPal again and she told me all they have to do is go in the PayPal orders and cancel it. They quick to take your money but very unwilling to give it back.

JustFab's kids' clothes were cute so I became a member and have been with them for a couple of years. It was easy to find the items I was looking for. However, some of the arms of their shirts were made for really skinny people and not all kids have skinny arms. Nonetheless, the boy’s jeans were really of good quality and they fit well.

Everything I have purchased from JustFab has been of good quality. One pair of boots has fallen apart though but that's an easy fix. Also, looking for a style is easy. Although, I'm 50/50 in terms of the selection that they give me. I like some of them and some of them, I don't. But I like everything I bought like the red thigh high boots.

It has slits on both of the sides and had thick laces crisscrossing in the back. I've had that dress forever. But they don't have it anymore and although I'm not expecting the same thing, I wish they will have similar products. They don't have a lot of maxi dress options too. My other favorite is the weekend dress. Every time I wear it, I get compliments because it has such a unique color which is a different kind of blue. It was an amazing color. It's long sleeves so it's really good for the winter. I really like that.

I've been on and off with JustFab. It was a hassle being with them. I had a hard time with the monthly credit and remembering to either get something or to stop the transaction. I've been a JustFab member for five years and it's easy to find the items and styles that I'm looking for as long as I do the filters. They have lots of special offers that I take advantage of sometimes when things are on sale. I really like their $15 sales. I purchase clothes more because they have good price points with just clothes. And I really like the clothing and the jeans better than actual shoes. The clothing fits bigger, so I have to size down on the tops. But then the pants fit as sized. So, it’s easier to get the same size in different pants. I was trying to return something that didn’t fit but I missed the deadline. So, I just have to return when I'm supposed to. It was an easy process, too.

When they have a sale, I look at those and sometimes, I get stuff. I like being a member because they give me good discounts, and when something comes out, I'm the first one to know. They give me the up and up on it in the sales before everybody knows about it. But I noticed that it takes a while to go through the system when I place an order on the computer or when I’m trying to put the discount. I have contacted their customer service for that purpose and they were able to get everything fixed. Overall, JustFab is pretty good.

Navigating JustFab's website is easy. They have good selections and the quality of their products has been good. Plus, their cost is great. I need more time to really go into the website and pick out what I want. Sometimes I go in and don't see what I want. Then at another time, I see and there is so much to go through. By the end of the month, if you don't skip they continue to take out money from your card. I have to remind myself to skip. But I recommended a lot of people to JustFab and they like it. I really enjoy the service JustFab offers but it is upsetting that the monthly credits that get charged cannot be used with the majority of the sales that JustFab offers. This to me is scam mentality and is a very upsetting part of my membership with JustFab. I even understand the charging every month part after a few days but it's taken too far when you limit what a member can do with that credit.

I would put it on my wishlist to see if maybe later in the year, it would be on sale. If I were to pay full price for some of the items that I’ve bought, I wouldn’t be that impressed. But since they're sale items, they're good quality to me.

I saw an ad for JustFab on my Instagram and I was interested in buying some new shoes. It first tells you to make an account. Big mistake. What they do not mention is that you are subscribing when you make an account. So I was just trying to purchase one pair of shoes but then I looked it up because I was uncertain about making the purchase. I read reviews that said basically I am trapped in a subscription. I then called the number to cancel my subscription, and this lady tells me I have two options. Either purchase something retail price, or skip every month to not be charged.

I like what I have gotten from this company and that you can exchange for another size if needed for free. Only complaint is they seem to be consistently out of stock on popular boot styles. I waited 2 months till Cayte Sweater Cuff Boot in Cognac finally came back in my size 9 to order and they ended up with an ink mark on them so had to send back and not in stock since. Very disappointing especially since I hear they don’t restock items so once it’s gone it’s gone. Wish they would bring back popular styles from one season to the next and have more in stock so there’s not that issue all the time.

I have been a member of JustFab for about two years now and my experience has been fine thus far. The customer service has been good and the people that I speak to have been very respectful. It has also been easy to have things returned. They are well versed in what they need to do as far as canceling and they know what to do with the returns. They are good about sending it to my email in a timely fashion, so I haven’t had any problems. However, I suggest that they have more products because they run out of popular colors, then I go on the waiting list. I’ve been on the waiting list for so long, but they don’t get back, or when it comes in, I am just on a waiting list of what I know people are going to want.

I love this website. Don’t get me wrong but they charge you every month even though you didn’t purchase anything. Which is a controlling situation because once they’ve taken money out of your bank you HAVE to go and buy something off that price which sucks but whatever’s. The one thing I did find inappropriate though was yesterday when I wanted to cancel my “VIP membership” and the lady was lowkey convincing me to stay and she’s telling me all these things like “you could skip the month so you don’t have to be charged” and so on and I was like “no I’m sorry. It’s not really working out for me cause I’m really busy and I just can’t keep up with it or imma forget which once I do you’ll charge me and then I HAVE to get another pair and blah blah blah. I’d just rather cancel it reasons on why I’m here lol.”

I purchased a pair of shoes and agreed to their terms, what I didn't realize in the fine print was it signed me up for a monthly subscription. I don't find out until I start seeing charges on my credit card statement. You will not receive any type of email warning that they're going to start charging you $40 a month. I tried to dispute this charge and cancel my account and it took several days just to cancel. They wouldn't listen to my cancel request and kept trying to sign me up for something else, then they said they wouldn't refund any of the unauthorized charges to my account. How is this not considered stealing? It's a huge scam and I couldn't even wear the shoes I purchased after a couple of weeks because they deteriorated after light usage. If you like bad quality shoes and want to experience the absolute worst customer service of your life then give this company a try.

An ad with a cute pair of shoes made me buy from JustFab. It has been pretty easy to find the item and style I'm looking for. Thus far, I've taken advantage of their offer of "buy three for 49.95." The items are what I expected for the amount I paid.

Been going through this since December. It is the end of Feb. They lie and say they have been trying to contact me via email. No email. I have phone contact. No phone contact either. It's a pretty smooth search engine and it was easy to search by size and height. So, that was nice. But I stopped being a member six months ago because it was annoying as hell to have to remember to go in and make sure you look at this before the fifth or you're gonna get charged. Other than that, I've got a couple of different sweaters from JustFab and I absolutely love two of them. One of them didn't survive the first washing and one of them is a little bit itchy, but that's just my preference. I love their big pink boxes, too. It makes you feel really special when you get yours.

JustFab is a sketchy company. The monthly reminder emails rarely show up and even when you choose to skip, often times it does not register with their system so you get charged anyways. I ordered a time or 2 and the quality was terrible. Thin, plasticy materials that are ruined after a single wear. Steer clear of these guys. I ended up losing money due to being charged and then was not able to use the credit for the items I wanted to try. In the end I had them cancel my VIP membership and they kept the money.

I am so displeased with the setup of the website, it is arbitrary and makes no sense. Just because I forget a month, I still don't like the setup of having this money taken out and stored away. I just wanted to join the site for good deals, but I don't need shoes that often. Also, when I tried to end my account, customer service would not answer me, so now I'm stuck on this terrible site.

We were going into the new year and everyone had new fitness goals, and I was trying to make sure that I had a good arsenal of workout clothes so that I could work out. JustFab was not crazy expensive and I know that workout clothes can usually be a little pricey. Also, their site is user-friendly. My last purchase was a sports bra and a pair of workout pants that were part of the Kelly Rowland collection but they were too tight for my comfort. The sizing didn't fit me well and I will have to send them back. The return process seems to be really easy though. I just print out the return slip. Other than the sizing, everything looks great and I plan on ordering again.

JustFab had a special offer for two pairs for 29 that made me purchase from them. The selection given by their style expert was fine, and some of them are my style. But when they put the selection of shoes, it was hard to find. I can be looking online at a particular shoe and when I try to find that, they ask me all the questions about what I like but they don’t post that shoe so I have to go through all of the shoes to find that. I was looking for a boot of a certain color, and I got a gray and a camel-toe flats. I also didn’t like the fact that they bill my card every month for shoes that I didn’t even get or order yet. They take it out regardless and I don’t buy shoes like that. Other than that, I haven't had any problem with the quality of the item I have gotten.

Will never order boots from them again. Had black spots on the boots, sent them back twice and got the same results. I don't think the boots were new, because new boots stand tall and these boots just lay flat down and fall over!

I’ve only had about three pairs of shoes that I wasn’t a fan of once I received them, but if you read the reviews for the products you should be fine. I love the huge selection of shoes and they usually come pretty quickly too.

I have been using JustFab for 3+ years now. I enjoy the variety of shoes and clothes, and order 2-3 times a year. I like the credits you earn too. The merchandise is good quality and well made. I sometimes miss opting out via email and am annoyed with myself but that's not your fault, it's mine.

Twice now I canceled before the 5th & twice now they still took my money. When I called they were rude about it. & I have tried 3 times now to use my points & 3 times now they told me I couldn't on my orders!!

When I enrolled for vip status it was stated that I will be reminded every month before deadline if I want to skip the month, no email reminder at all so there have been times I got charged for for not skipping the month, tricks consumers.

I called because the current promo was not applying to my account and the rep was very knowledgeable and took care of everything very quickly. He also applied the credit I had on the account. I always recommend JustFab to friends and family because of the great service.

I love the shoes I have purchased over the many years. However, I making me full price for things when you have already taken my money? If I have a credit, I should be able to use it on the sale items for the deal and not have to pay full price if I want the BOGO deal etc. I’m over it and ready to terminate my account.

I got a dress and a turtle neck sweater and some stud earrings. I love everything. The studs were just bigger than I thought but they are cute. I were a 1x but I bit a 3x in the dress so I could were it in the winter.

I can always count on my stylist loading my boutique with fun shoes that are totally my style and of course there’s always a couple styles to push me out my comfort zone but I end up loving those choices!

Love the clothes and accessories. Styles are up to date. Unfortunately the cut of many of the jeans are not flattering regardless of size. Dresses and tops are perfect. Quality on all clothes beside almost style of jeans are good. Shoes over all are decent.

The winter 18' box was my very first. I have absolutely nothing but awesome things to say. Everything in the box was better than I imagined and more! Highly recommend! I was skeptical, but I have literally found a use for things I never knew I needed in my life.

I saw somebody with some really cute boots, and I asked where they got them. They told me about JustFab, so I went online, ordered a couple of times and I really enjoyed them. It wasn’t difficult to find what I was looking for. It was just having a little bit of patience to look through what you had. The boots are very good for the price, plus I have a variety to choose from. Also, JustFab is good on their delivery. It was within three to six business days, which was cool.

You charged my credit card 3 times with something I had no idea why and the monthly charges were more expensive than the item I purchased. Thank God for my credit card company that alerted me to the charges. I will never order anything from you again because I don't want to be automatically enrolled in a scam.

I bought the Corrie Lace-Up Boot for my mother-in-law and she mentioned that the boots are really comfortable. This is my second time buying shoes for her from Just Fab. I purchased the Shaye Western Bootie and they are super cute! At first, they were a bit snug but I bought some really thin socks and they feel a lot better. They charged a credit card they were not authorized to charge. I have no idea how they even found it. It was a business credit card that is used strict for business only. My original card was lost so they charged a card linked to PayPal only. Threw off business transactions and I was charged a fee from Paypal when it was used.

I have bought several boots and booties from Just Fab and recommended them to friends when I get compliments on them. The quality is great and you can't beat the price and they always fit perfectly!!! I now have boots for every outfit and they are very comfortable. I won't have room in my closet pretty soon!!

Customer service always excellent. Products not always best quality but still good price. Sometimes clothing was not up to high standards, small flaws, or not made well. Pls improve quality of clothing offered. Prices are always good and VIP status helped me to get in on great deals. Thank you!

I do which I could use my monthly credits that I pay for on sale items. I would rather put my monthly fee into a “fund” so I can use my accumulated credits/money towards my total in sales no matter the promotion/sale going on.
