I saw JustFab's advertising and wanted to try it. I did and I've been a member for four years now. I was real pleased with it and the quality and durability of the products are fine. The boots are my favorite item and I ordered a couple several times. One was for my daughter and one was for my granddaughter. But they were the wrong shoe sizes and no one could fit either pair. I wanted to exchange but I had a little problem trying to get them to do that. It’s in a certain length of time and I didn’t know that. I ended up eventually keeping them.

JustFab had really cute pictures posted on Instagram, and so I started scrolling through the website. They asked me a few questions about my style, and then things started popping up. Now, every time I get ads for it, I see the shoes that I usually buy and it's nice. I always get emails saying buy one get one, 50% off, and that's probably my favorite email I get. I always wait on that to see if things are buy one, get one, or 50% off. So, I've been a member for about 2 months now and I like it. The selections given by the style expert helps, but I would want to see more of my style. I've gotten a romper and two pairs of shoes that were perfect in size. The cost for the shoes is spot on but the price is a little high for what the material feels like on the clothes. Still, I would definitely tell friends to try JustFab and order something and see if they like it. And while I did that off of a whim, I enjoy it.

I have a very good experience with JustFab and they are wonderful. All the products are exactly what one expects and the quality is good. I got stuff from them when I had money and my favorite purchase is the boots. Right now, I’m not working and I don’t have income since I had surgery, so they are letting me take a pass for the next couple of months. I don’t have to pay anything and they won’t send me anything. Others should try them out.

I heard about JustFab through one of my friends so I logged in online and ordered. The prices and all the shoes are cute. I liked that I could get two pairs for $39.99 every month as a member. I also love the styles given to me by my style expert. My favorite has been the black knee-high boots with heels that I got from them. It's really good quality for the price.

My sister highly recommended JustFab. It's easy to purchase from them and it can be done in the comfort of one's own home. And she had never had to do any return which is a big plus when you’re dealing with online consumers. I've been a member off and on for the last three years, and it has been very easy to look for items that I like. I like their random sales. I was able to get their offer for two for $39. And on Saturday, there was a $24.99 sandal and I snatched that up. Also, I really liked the burgundy clay boots I purchased last fall. JustFab's selections were good, and the quality of the products I got is okay. I'd tell others that they should try JustFab.

I got two pairs of shoes from JustFab and their quality is nice. It was pretty easy to find the things that I was looking for in their website. Also, it wasn't very expensive and I like that I could get pretty good discounts as a member.

I was really let down because I expected the shoes to be amazing. I saw them on TV and on the website and they looked cool. They were gonna look good with my outfit. JustFab also had a lot of great prices. I signed up as a member and I was looking forward to constantly getting my shoes from them. But then when I got my first pair, they’re cheaply put together. As soon as I got that and saw how it was made, I was just like, “I’m not gonna buy back from them again.” Also, I paid for the shoes to be here on a certain day but they came two days later than that. I never bought from JustFab again.

I was looking for a specific pair of boots and when I went online, I found them at JustFab. I've been a member of the site for three months now and I love the prices, the discounts, and the shipping. I've already used some of the discount codes they have emailed me. Also, the selections their style expert has given me fit me perfectly and I can actually choose from them. The items I've bought from them have good quality and have been shipped well and on time, and they came clean and in good packaging. I loved it.

However, sometimes I want to try something new. My favorite item that I got from them was a pair of heels.

I’ve been a JustFab member for six months and as a member, I like that the shipping is free. Also, I chose to purchase from them because of their convenience and price. It was easy to look for an item or style and the selections given by my style expert were okay. When I first became a member, I got the first purchase for $9 and the items were of nice quality. A month ago I got a pair of shoes but my favorite purchase is my sweater.

One of my friends had a membership with JustFab and I was looking at the products and decided then that I like what I found. I bought it and signed up. I like that they had the first purchase that was really cheap. It was only $10 because I got the deal that they give to new members. Also, the selections I was given were good and I like the items I have purchased. I was a member for three months and I canceled because I didn't keep buying shoes. It was not worth it to keep having the membership. But I would definitely recommend JustFab to someone who buys a lot of shoes.

My coworkers purchase from JustFab and I liked the boots that I saw them wear. JustFab has reasonable prices, so I purchased and became a member since January. I browsed through on my own and I was able to narrow down right to the type of an item or style that I was looking for. I got boots and they gave me a date, but the boots arrived in 3 days, which was fast and earlier than the estimated date time. I love them. I had ended up in my checkout with some special membership, which I didn’t sign up for. But when I called, they immediately took care of it and I was quickly reimbursed, so that was good.

I've been with JustFab for a year now and I've been happy with the quality of the items I've purchased from them. Some has great quality, but I had some items that the leather fabric creased and had weird spots that made it look fake. The most annoying thing about JustFab is that they charge your card when you don't send thank you at the beginning or you don't find something. You end up having a $40 credit on your account which is fine for the most part, but when they have deals like a 40% off sale, it doesn't apply to you when you're using your credit which is terrible because it's still your money. A few months ago, they had a buy one get one deal and I was excited about it. I found a few pairs that I liked because I had about two credit on there, then when I went to check out, it said that I couldn't use my credit. So I had to cancel my purchase. It's pointless to have a credit on your account.

Just before Christmas, there was a really good deal going on at JustFab and I really liked the shoes that were advertised in their ad. So, I gave them a try. Since becoming a member, I've taken advantage of their two for $39 offer. I've been pretty happy with the quality of the items and impressed with the choices given to me by my style expert. I'm satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend JustFab.

When I first signed up with JustFab, I got two pairs of boots for $39. It was easy to find the style I was looking for and my style expert suggested items to me regularly. For every time I'd buy I would also get VIP points which I have used as discounts. However, whenever I'd purchase things, they were out of stock. Also, the two pairs of stilettos I got from JustFab are a bit uncomfortable and need more cushion. I won't recommend those.

As a consumer, we generally have standards that we expect the companies we use to adhere to, with respect to returns and billing issues. Each month, I "SKIP THE MONTH" using JustFab, even if I intend to make a purchase. This is a process I have maintained for years by setting calendar notifications so that I don't forget and get charged.

JustFab's shipping is precise. When they say they have it shipped within this period, you will receive your goods on time. I've been a member for a year now, and looking for the styles I want have been easy. I like that everything is half and the way they price, too. I mostly get the shoes, and the selection by the expert is not bad. I last purchased I made last January. The quality is good, they are reliable and I recommend them.

I really like boots and I saw beautiful boots from JustFab so I got it from them. It was very easy to find the style that I was looking for in JustFab. The last ones that I bought were a pair of boots. It's a bit small of my size but I wore it a couple of times and it's okay. I have a friend that signed up and she said that she can go shop there.

JustFab is convenient. You can just go online and then there's just one flat fee. The free shipping also is a perk. Plus you get your credit every month and you may or may not use it but sometimes you'll forget. Then you'll have five credits and what woman doesn't want to buy five pairs of shoes at one time? I've been buying shoes from them for seven years and I have two free subscriptions of magazines from points that I've accumulated, which is nice.

I cannot begin to describe how frustrating this company is. It's pretty much a scam job. If you are unaware, which I was, there is a VIP membership fee of $39.99. I was charged every month, for several months without realizing this. I called and after a bit of a wait was able to get a few charges refunded, but not all of them. I cancelled the VIP membership but still had a $39.99 credit, so I figured I would use that since it was there. What's that you say?

I purchased some boots for myself from JustFab. Ordering from them was pretty easy. However, I've found very few styles I'm interested in since I'm not into heels. Instead, I like comfort. Also, there was a time Just Fab charged me one month for membership and I had to call and get a reversal. Still, the boots I got were my style and I've worn them a couple of times. The quality has been okay.

I've been a member for two years and it has been a good experience. Every month, I can skip or choose to buy something if I want. JustFab has saving deals and I usually use those. I got a dress last summer and I wear the boots I purchased a lot. Their quality is better than H&M.

I've been with JustFab for a year now and I like them. I'm a big ShoeDazzle, JustFab and Fabletics user. The quality of the shoes and the style were the reasons I got started with JustFab but I don't order every month. It goes by what my need is. Usually, when the seasons start to change, I'll get a couple based on what I really need, which is usually for work or leisure. When they have sales, I take advantage of those. But what the style expert usually sends me doesn't really necessarily fit what I like. So usually, I'll go and see what they have. Sometimes I get the ads and I love the style but when I look at the heel height, it's 5 inches and I'm not wearing 5 inches. I wish they had more mid-height heels that were still very stylish and a little bit funkier. I feel the majority of their mid-height heels are boring.

My daughter was ordering some boots from JustFab and when she showed me the product, I was very happy with it. But I had no idea that she was a member and they were taking $39 off my credit card. The business made me very happy though. I explained and they placed the money back. They were very understanding. I would have lost almost $300 for something I didn’t even know about. The last pair of boots that she had gotten was green and they came over the knee. When she tried to take them off, some piece in the back of the shoe bent and she had to take her hand and go in the shoe and poke it back out. She wasn’t too happy with that. But other than that, everything else was okay. l love JustFab and I will recommend it to anybody that asks me.

JustFab has good products so go ahead and try it. They also have sales and discounts, and finding an item or style is easy. I've been a member for a couple of months now and I like the VIP perks. I've done the buy one, get one free. The selections given by the style expert are good as well. I bought a purse about 3 weeks ago and the quality is good.

I like the convenience of using JustFab, with the fact that I won't have to go into a store and I can just look on my phone, pick out the shoes, and order it. But not actually trying them on. I usually use the filters on the site and figure out by separating the shoes by heel or if I want a bootie or that type of thing. I've been a member for about six months now and the only thing I didn't like was paying the monthly subscription. But then, there was a sale that was buy one, get one free. And I couldn't use the credit from my subscription to go towards the sale. I would have had to spend another $39 to buy a pair of shoes to get one for free. But I didn't have an extra $39 to spend. I had what I already paid for my subscription. So, I wasn't going to come out of my pocket another $40 in order to take advantage of the sale. So, I couldn't take advantage of the sale because it would have caused me to spend an additional amount of money that I didn't have.

I like shoes and I have great customer experience with JustFab. I've been a member for probably a year now and I like the deals. The quality of the items is nice and the selection given by the style expert fits my personality. I had also bought my daughter some clothes in my last purchase about two months ago.

I like being able to shop online. JustFab also has the option not to purchase the following month at a certain time. However, all the shoes were at the same price. Even the low heel shoes are still at $35, which I can find for a lower cost. I love things coming to my door but some of the shoes are overpriced for what you’re actually looking for. They will get more if all the shoes were not the same price. But my boots came really fast and they were really good.

I ended up getting a membership, and I bought quite a few pairs of shoes from them. I was a member for a little over eight months but I recently canceled my membership. The payments were not synced so if I didn't skip by the 5th of the month, then they would automatically take $39.99 out of my account. At first that was fine, but then it was just random times. They were taking $39.95 out of the account on the 10th or the 12th of the month. Sometimes I didn't even have money in the account so, it holds it and then it charges an overdraft fee for the membership. So, what was frustrating was that it wasn't an actual set date when they were taking the money, it was whenever they chose.

I was looking for a particular kind of clothes and I had not found any boots in the store that I liked so I looked on JustFab and I found a pair. It was easy and I became a member when I bought those a few months ago. I love the boots. They're flat shoes that are almost up to the knees for the winter. The quality is great and they're comfortable. Everybody's asking to borrow my boots and I would tell them to give JustFab a shot. They’re great and you don’t have to purchase anything either. You’re able to opt out if you want and they’re real nice about that. And if you don’t like an item, you can send it back. I like the selection by the style expert and I will probably purchase again.

A girl I worked with shopped at JustFab told me about it so I got on there and checked it out. I shopped there once and then this year, I shopped right before Christmas and bought all of our kids’ Christmas shoes. We did the special offer right before Christmas where it was a buy one pair of boots and get the second pair with a discount. Two of my daughters signed up and have their own account now, too. But recently, I’m frustrated because I have a three-month credit right now and I can’t use it because there is nothing in my size and I have a pretty average shoe size with 8.5. My daughter and I keep checking and there’s just not much. The style is cute but then when you put on it, the availability is just not there.

My favorite thing about being with them was the sales that they have. I have bought fuzzy boots for $10 from their special offers. I would like to be a member and be able to go and purchase when I want and not be charged every single month.

I heard about JustFab from my friend and finding what I was looking for was easy. I ordered one pair of shoes and the quality is good. But the size was wrong. It didn't go with my size properly so I discontinued with it.

My shoes came in with a black stain and I could not for the life of me find anyone who I could contact to resolve the issue. At this point I just have them collecting dust because they were light brown shoes and the black stain is very visible.

I was googling for brown boots and a bunch of images popped up and JustFab was one of the links. I then made an account and have been with them for a year now. And as a member, I like that I can press skip on a certain month if I can't buy shoes. It's easy to skip a month if you do it between the 1st and the 6th because it says, "Skip this month" right on the homepage. But if it's not those days, you always have to search, and I've never had to search because I always do it the 1st or the 5th if I can. I've been skipping for a bit because I've been catching up on bills. But the latest item I bought was a pair of black little boots and then little brown heeled boots.

I was interested in the sale JustFab had on Christmas. But it’s difficult now when I want to skip a month. I don’t know why but I can’t find the option. Finding the styles or items I wanted wasn’t difficult at all though. I purchased velvet shoes last month but my favorite item so far is the knee-high boots. The quality is nice too, and I really like them. I like JustFab and I've told my cousin about them.

A friend bought some shoes from JustFab and they looked good and comfortable, and she told me about the website and then I looked through it. Looking for an item or style wasn’t difficult at all, and I also didn’t have any problem with the size. I've been a member for almost a year and a half now and I like the special offers. But the only thing that annoys me is I have to go and skip every single month when I don't want to buy shoes and stuff. Sometimes, I forget that, which causes me a bit trouble because then I’d have to call them and say that I was so sorry I forgot to skip the month and if I could get my reimbursement. I wish there was an option where it would say skip like at least two to three months, and if I change my mind between those two to three months and I want to buy some more shoes then maybe I can go back and cancel.

I've ordered multiple pairs of booties from you, and some have been so tight on the instep that I either couldn't get them on, or would only be able to wear them for 5 minutes sitting down, so I've had to return them. I currently have 3 pairs of booties from you and enjoy them all; just wish some of the other ones had worked as well. Also would have bought the styles that do fit in other colors, but they were either sold out or not offered.

I find looking for my style pretty easy, and they always have great sales, which is my favorite part. I joined JustFab in January and my last purchase was a bathing suit in early March, but I have yet to receive it. My favorite item from them, nonetheless, is the pair of thigh-high boots that I bought.

I made a purchase from JustFab and was kind of pleased with my order but decided that was probably the only one I would ever make. About a month later I noticed that there was 52$ payment taken from my bank account although I hadn’t purchased anything else. I was completely unaware that you charge monthly and asked several times to get my money back but ultimately have had no luck. I have gotten terrible customer service.

I used to like them and bought from JustFab all the time until they told me "that after multiple refunds I cannot get one anymore because I should be capable of remembering to 'skip the month'". Sorry I have a 1 year old, single mom, work full time and pay bills to remember to press a button so you do not charge me $40 each month. Never buying from here again. I bought multiple shoes you cannot wear them too much because they break easy but you get what you pay for. I am just upset that they did not care to give me the $40 back because they have done it 3 times.

I like JustFab's outfits and shoes. I've been a member for three years, and I take advantage of the VIP. The selections that the style expert gives were good and they suit me. I like them. I bought some rug burgundy sleigh boots, and the quality is good. I'd recommend JustFab.

I had a friend who ordered through JustFab and so I took all of their recommendations. Finding the item and style I wanted was very easy. I like the selection and the ease of skipping a month. If I would like to skip a month, I just go online and mark it. The first time I ordered from them, I got a bunch of shoes for a really good price. The style expert has given me ideas that I didn't have before. I also like the sizes of the shoes so far that I've purchased without trying on.

I was a little disappointed though because I went back to go check out more boots but the new styles now came out for Spring. I've only been a member for two weeks. I received my first order, a pair of knee-high boots in black, and they were very pretty. I was very happy with it. The quality was good. I've been wearing them since I've got them and they're still good. I ordered a pair before JustFab from the site called Wish and they ended up breaking as soon as I went and got them wet from the snow. I've been wearing JustFab boots for at least two weeks now non-stop and they're still perfect. So, I'm very, very happy with them.

The boots were to small for my thighs and I was too embarrassed to send them back because they were my first purchase, and it didn't come complete and was incomplete and didn't have the other stuff with it but charged me for it.

Very cute shoes. They run large though. I'm a size 10 normally but had to exchange them for a size 9. They were exchanged very quickly. The 2nd pair I bought for my mother fit her great. She loves them. Will definitely keep ordering from Just Fab????

I absolutely love the shoes I bought, they go good with everything. My issue is I have only worn them twice and the bottom part of the heel has fallen off and I don’t know where it is. It makes walking in them a little uneven. Please contact me back about this.

Wasn’t able to checkout using my credit from forgetting to skip the month. It took me almost 1.5 hrs with 3 different customer service reps to make my purchase of one item. I’ve never had anything but great experiences before this and I’m terribly disappointed!

I have always loved Fabletics and everything I've gotten in my orders. Always great quality and cute looks. I've gotten their shirts, sports bras, swimsuit bottoms, leggings... basically everything! I've recommended to many of my friends and family. They always have really good sales for all different types of things; whether it's the semi-annual sale, Cyber Monday sales, or flash sales, I always get so excited!

JustFab offered a promotion, so I purchased from them. Also, my sister had tried JustFab and I figured that I'd give them a try too. Their website was easy to maneuver and figure out. It has been close to two years that I've been a member with JustFab. Unfortunately, I forgot that I was a member for quite some time and I was getting billed and racking up money to spend. With any of these repeat service models, I tend to want to try them and then forget. So, I cancel each month when I do not need to buy anything. That's just the business model in general and that's not a negative thing with JustFab. I've purchased twice from JustFab in two years. I still have some money in there and I haven't asked for a refund. The last time, I needed to purchase from them again because I had so much credit. I got seven pairs of shoes and some clothes and that purchase only cost me $10. But then, I had 20 months or so racked up.

I've been a JustFab member since the beginning of February and I've only used it once. I got a pair of boots and the quality is good.

The shoes are not the best quality. I've had 3 pairs in which the zipper or buckle broke off within the first few weeks of using them. I know they are not a high end shoe but the zippers should be sturdy. I've ordered many pairs hoping things would be different but I remain disappointed with most purchases

They Arrived with in two days of ordering and were exactly what I ordered. I have already recommended JustFab to friends. Size was perfect and color was just as shown in picture. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I was completely dissatisfied with this product. It doesn't fit true to size and wasn't very happy with the material. When I tried to get my money back, I could only get a store credit. Very disappointed. This was my first purchase on this site. Not sure I want to get shoes anymore.

I only rarely order from Just Fab. I like the site and the products, but as a "senior Citizen" my budget is very limited, and most of the fashions are aimed at a younger, trendiest set. Nevertheless, I DO recommend the site to others on a regular basis. I get lots of compliments, and I always refer them to your website!

After I placed an order with you guys I received a gift card from Hello Fresh. When I went to use the card, it was no good. Talked to Hello Fresh and they told me so. So I was not able to use the card.

Someone else set up an account using my email. I wish you had an account verification system. If I were a worse person, I could have gone in to her account and sent thousands of dollars of stuff somewhere, since the account has this person's credit card information saved.

I am not happy nor unhappy with JustFab. However, as beautiful as the shoes are, the sizing is almost always a tad inaccurate. The boots take a while to break in. The base of my sandals are not long enough. I do not have this problem anywhere else. The boots scuff easily on the smooth leather. The sides of the shoes break down because as I said they fit very snug.

For Christmas I bought my sister a gift card and had it shipped to her, it never arrived. There is record in my bank account of the purchase but JustFab won't return the money for the gift card that never arrived. I will when contacted we were told that they don't deal with gift cards. Nice easy money for them, wonder how many other people they've scammed?!

First I couldn't track my order then I dealt with four people on the phone one who hung up on me. I wanted to return my shoes because they were AWFUL. I was told I'd be sent a return label but it never was emailed to me and was told I'd be unsubscribed and my account would be closed but have been charged since and I still get emails from you. I am FURIOUS.

Absolutely love all my shoes. Only down part is one of the boots the wide calf part of it isn't wide enough. But that's on me not the boots. But other than that perfectly fine. Love the shoes tell people about them all the time.

I ordered boots and a sweater as Christmas gifts. They came quickly top everyone. The sweater I ordered was damaged so I called to send it back, I explained it was a Christmas gift. There was one left in stock. Took the box down to the poorest office my replacement was in immediately on its way and here in leg by of time for Christmas. You have always given excellent customer service but you went over the top for me that time. You are 5 stars to me!

I definitely love Just Fab and the items they sell, the knee high boots are amazing and crazy comfortable. The booties are cute but not as comfortable. I just wish the boots weren’t sold out so fast.. unfortunately a friend ripped one of my knee highs and I’d like to reorder them.. but they are sold out and I’m hoping to buy them again because I like them so much.

The customer service is excellent. I like the free shipping and free returns as well. Some shoes that I have received seem to be cheap quality, which is disappointing. That deters me from buying more. I wish there was more selection on items to redeem with points. The percent discounts were a little lame.

Ordered two pairs of shoes, quality is terrible, the boots were not what was pictured and they smelled like chemicals and plastic and were sparkly looking, they were not sparkly in the photos nor was it mentioned in the description. It doesn't matter because my lesson was learned and I won't buy shoes from JustFab after my first experience.

I have tried to call and cancel my membership numerous times. No one answers the phone or I get disconnected. Very unhappy. Very. If someone from customer service could reach out to me, it would be much appreciated. I believe this is a very poor way to do business.

I repeatedly asked why I had a credit, but it was never explained. Why do I have this credit? I was told I have a credit of 39.95 but I don't think I've used this service in months! So why do I have the credit or is it an error?

The jeans were of very poor quality, the first pair had a rip, the second does not fit as expected and the buttons are loose. The only item I can actually wear is the sweater and customer service is stressful and tedious. I feel like I paid for trash.

I just got my pink shoes, the color is beautiful, just like the picture, I have wide feet, however I ordered the regular size 8 and they fit perfect, also they are very comfortable. I am very happy with my new shoes.

I have not received my package and it says it has been delivered. If the driver left it outside there is almost a guaranteed chance it was stolen considering I live in a low income area. I’m very disappointed. I demand my money back in my account as soon as possible.

I emailed customer service in February to cancel my membership. Forgetting to skip my payment, I realized this was not going to work for me financially since my account was charged. Fast forward to March and lo and behold, I was once again charged on my credit card for my membership, which I cancelled the month before.

JustFab has really good promotions and good reviews. But I was only a member for approximately a month and I just called to cancel the membership. There was a weird charge on my credit card that apparently comes from a VIP membership. I wasn't aware then so I talked to a JustFab rep and she couldn't even say that it was for the VIP membership. But it was, so it was very confusing. It really decreased the trust that I had for JustFab. I love shopping online, and transparency is very important especially when a store has the information of a credit card with them.

I wish I could review more of JustFab's products but pretty much every single thing is out of stock on their website. I made a complaint to Facebook and was basically told to shop at the beginning of the month... What type of business tell you to only shop their site once a month? If you're having that many issues with keeping inventory, perhaps you should rethink your business model. Meantime, I'm still be charged monthly and haven't been able to purchase anything. I'm just shocked that a legitimate business operates in this manner. Since there's nothing to purchase, can I get my money back for all the past months that I've been charged and haven't been able to get anything?

JustFab seemed to have an easier term policy if I wasn't happy or cancellation if I needed to so I thought I'd give them a shot. I've been a member for two weeks now. I have been looking for some basic pumps to wear to work and I finally found some on JustFab. When I got them, they fit perfectly and they were nice. They were enough for me to want to keep coming back because I've been looking for ages. I find their website very user-friendly both on my phone and my laptop, which is nice. And, they do seem to have quite a selection of shoes. My only downfall at this point would be the ones that appeal to me, appeal to other people too and they're sold out on my size.

I wouldn't recommend this website. They charge your card every month and then when your want to cancel they give you a hard time to cancel your account and to refund your money back. They just hung up on my face and now I have to call once again to actually cancel my account as the gentleman that he is, hung up and didn't finish. This company would do anything to keep taking your money and wasting your time. Here I am calling again waiting for like 30 more minutes of my time just so they can answer and I can repeat myself and hope not to get hung up on. I hate this company and also JustFab Kids also gave me a hard time. They didn't hang up on me but still was difficult, both accounts for this website are horrible. DO NOT TRY!

I wanted some boots and so I thought I’d give JustFab a try. The quality was good, but I thought I’d ordered a wide shaft and the boots were not wide shaft at all. That was disappointing. I returned them for a credit, but I haven't seen my credit go back in my account. But I’m okay with JustFab so far.

JustFab's prices and shoes were awesome. And also, it was very easy to find items and styles I was looking for. I liked that it was really easy to use my credit to get some shoes. However, I stayed away from the selections given by their style expert. They didn’t really get my style. I got some booties in November and they were awesome. I have another pair of booties with heels that seems hollow. But besides that, the items I got from JustFab all have really good quality. I had no more room for my shoes so I had to cancel my membership after being with them for a year. Once I get a bigger closet, I’m coming right back. And if my friends would want to get awesome shoes, I'd tell them to get their JustFab membership because they have the best shoes.

My daughter-in-law was using JustFab. My daughter has very small feet and it's hard to find shoes for her, but JustFab had shoes that fit her so I ordered from them. I've been a member with JustFab since January, so it hasn't been very long. It was easy to find the shoes that I was looking for because I could narrow the search down to size and boots, and then I started looking through the ones that looked nice. The last purchase I made from JustFab was in January and that was for the boots. They looked good and my daughter liked them. For her, they felt great and they were easy to zip up.

The selections from the style expert are sometimes good. The only thing that I don’t like about it is that you’re not allowed to use your credit during a promotion. For instance, if they have buy one, get one half-off I can’t use my credit. But they have a nice selection and its not hard to find the styles that you like.

They take the payment out of my account but I typically skip the month because that’s not really in my budget unless I really had a good month. The quality of their items is very good. My favorite was the parka I got on Cyber Monday. It was awesome and I wear it every day. My experience was great, overall.

It’s easy finding items and styles on JustFab and I love the site. The only problem is sometimes I can’t find my size. I’m a seven and there’s a lot of people that are seven so they’re always out. But the selections I was given and the shipping were good. I usually get my orders within a week and I love the quality of the items.

The styles JustFab have are different and I have a good experience purchasing with them. I've been a member since 2012 and I've taken advantage of their offers like the 2 for $39.95. I tell friends to go look and see if they’ll like JustFab and definitely purchase something from there.

I've been with JustFab for two months now. I like the styles and when I had to return something, their return process was so easy. I did it from my mailbox. So, I didn't have the inconvenience of having to go and drop it off somewhere. I just went online, checked the two blazers that I wanted to send back, printed out the return receipt, taped it to the bags that I kept and stuffed it in the mailbox, and that’s it. And then, I got the items I wanted three days later, which was a size smaller. I didn’t even have to wait for someone to get the order and process it. They sent back my stuff right away and they came much quicker than I expected. I was expecting it to be like two weeks or so and it was a couple of days. I haven't worn the jacket yet. They were light colors but I'm waiting for spring. Right now, I'm wearing the boots that I ordered and I get tons of compliments on them. Shoe-wise, the quality of the product is really good.

I have been a member of JustFab for a few years, now. I was under the impression that my money (automatically deducted from my bank account) would be there anytime I needed it. It is even advertised in the ad, as such. I called a couple months ago and was told I had a credit of around $80.00 but was not told that at the first of the year my money would be converted to a gift card which could only be accessed by calling a different number than JustFab, and I would have to have the code to go back to the site and make a purchase. The rep had the nerve to tell me that "if the money wasn't used, it became JustFab's money!" Literally, his words, verbatim. It was the 24th and my daughter needed the shoes on the 28th, so I knew that with express shipping (2-3 days), she would have them on time.

It was pretty easy to find what I was looking for at JustFab. I wanted to try wearing boots that are almost below the knees as I never really got into that kind of fashion. I searched for the boots and then I found the black color that I liked and put that in my cart. When I went back to the search site, I found a pair of burgundy boots that I also liked. I got them in the mail and they were the same exact style boot, just different color. That didn’t matter, though. The quality of the boots is amazing and I love it. I’ve been wearing them to the snow and for fashion, and they're working for both. The only thing I don't like is the fact that you have to keep a membership with JustFab. I've been a member for less than a year and I feel like if I didn’t have to commit to a membership, I might buy more. If I could just go online and get whatever deals were for that month like in an online shoe store, the outcome would be different. Still, shopping at JustFab was great.

I like their website but they need to introduce a little more styles. They only introduce the women’s clothing, not the men’s. Plus the quality of the shoes she got is like buying a pair from Payless. We're very dissatisfied and I wouldn't take a chance on JustFab.

I went to JustFab's website and they had lots of good stuffs. It was not difficult to find the styles I was looking for. I just went through the bags and I picked the one I wanted. I ordered for a bag and a jacket from JustFab and I like the bag. But the jacket is quite big and I'm looking how to return it so I can get a smaller fit. The bag has a very good quality, but I don’t like the quality of the jacket that much. Their material is just too light and it was not fair for a jacket that's supposed to be a blazer jacket. Nevertheless, I recommend JustFab to a friend.

I thought I’d try JustFab and it was okay. Finding the items I was looking for was easy. It's just that the boots didn’t fit. And I’m not a member anymore because they won’t carry what I need. I needed wide calf, and the wide calf there weren’t even close enough to fitting. The quality was fine and I gave them to my daughter and daughter-in-law and they love them. The service was great too. They arrived in a fabulous time. I didn’t wait very long for them at all. If I could continue using JustFab, I would, but it just doesn’t work for me. Just got a pair of ankle boots on an exchange, only to have the zipper break while heading from the porch to my car! I talked to customer service and they said they can't do anything about it. Even as one of their diamond elite members I tried to explain what happened and they didn't even care. I asked if I can talk with the dedicated stylist that the members get and the customer service member Lee said that no one gets a stylist! That's guaranteed for the D.E. members on their site and he's saying otherwise. Afterwards, I asked for a manager only to be hung up on. Crappy service. Can't believe it.

My mom found some clothes at JustFab that fitted, were at a good price, and were in style, which she could get through the mail because we lead very busy lives now and it is hard to be able to go out shopping anymore. She had been a member for nine months, and I took over her account because she wasn't able to afford it anymore, so I'm using it and have been making payments for about two months now. I've found several pairs of shoes that I thought were absolutely adorable. I found the cutest little Moccasin that went with a dress on there that I ended up wearing to church together. JustFab's boots are my favorite and I also like their handbags. I was a member for almost a year but I discontinued the membership because the option on the website wasn’t recognizing I skipped the month when I would do it and so I would get charged. I talked to one of their guys and he told me that I can always become a member again. So, I decided to join back up with them a couple of months ago. Yet the same thing happened. The online option was not recognizing I skipped the month, so my card was charged again. That’s aggravating.

A friend of mine told me about JustFab and I’ve found some cool boots and I wanted it. The boots are better than I thought they would be. It has a rubber heel and not one of those quick things that can wear off in no time at all. I've been a member for a month and I liked the idea of taking that day to think about myself and do something for myself. In terms of their special offers, there were two pairs for $39 then I got a pair of really nice high heels for $10 or something. They were really cute. I had an issue with the skip a month button because it didn’t skip a month. That was the only issue I had because I couldn’t shop fast enough. I don’t know if I did something wrong because sometimes there’s a little advertisement that comes up during your skip a month. And I think that when you go ahead and fall for that look, it takes you back out of the skip a month. I felt that shouldn’t be like that because it was manipulative. But they were helpful when I called them.

PSA. DO NOT ORDER FROM JUSTFAB UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I skipped the month and they still charged my credit card. I called them... It rang and rang, then the line was picked up and the person wouldn’t speak to me so that I could cancel my subscription. I called my bank to report the fraudulent charge, they refuse to help me. Thanks for nothing, First Source Federal Credit Union. I called JustFab again, today, and same thing happened again. I tried to remove my debit card info online - it’s impossible. Do not do business with JustFab... Please share and make your friends aware!

I've been a JustFab member for about three years now. I like having a stock in my wardrobe, and I'm in love with JustFab's heels and guys' shoes. They also offer promos and I've been able to get a couple of them. When they have he clearance sale, I'm able to get items for $10. And they also had a promo where every pair of shoes and purse is priced at $30. I recently got two pairs of black boots and their quality is good. One of them smelled like gas but it's fine.

JustFab had a deal for signing up where your first pair is $10. I really like their styles and I like that we get exclusive deals. But there is medium difficulty in finding what I'm looking for. My last purchase was a pair of boots and I like them a lot. I've been a member for four months now and the quality also seems good so far.

I was travelling and called within the right timeframe to ask for a return, I was told everything was OK and that I would receive an email with the required document to print to send back the shoes. Once back from travel I had not received anything and it was too late to return the shoes.

I told them that the quality was excellent and the shipping is fast. They also have good deals and special going on so they could check it out and see what they might like.

I wear my boots in the snow and in the rain. It keeps my feet warm. I told my God-sister about JustFab. I expressed how easy it is and how you can go into the boutique and close it down if you don’t see anything that you want for a certain month. So she’s looking into it right now as well.

I have to say that my first experience with this company was absolutely not a positive one. I thought I had found a good place to buy a good pair of boots for a pretty decent price but of course I have in a week only when they started to rip at the heel. I contacted customer service. I was told that I could exchange them. I printed out a shipping label. Returned my boots but still yet three weeks later I haven't gotten my return done yet. This company is it saying that they didn't get my refund my return back. I don't believe them. They will not return my money. They will not exchange my boots. Someone help.

I have been a member for three years now and I like JustFab's prices. I have availed of their special offers, and the quality of their products is good. The website allows good navigation, and it is pretty easy to use it. I just go with what I like, and it has all been pleasant. I love it.

I liked the price and the styles I saw at JustFab. It was easy to find the style I wanted. i wear the item I bought several times a week and it's got good quality.

All I’ve ever gotten from JustFab is boots and it was very easy to find the colored boots that I was looking for. Out of all the six boots that I’ve ever gotten, I’ve had one that’s given my feet trouble though. It was a little irregular but other than that, I love the boots I've gotten. I also tried to get all of the special offers, like the cheap four and the free stuff. The only thing that was difficult for me is remembering to skip a month so I had to stop my membership. But other than that, everything was great. I have introduced a lot of friends to JustFab. Normally, they would ask me where I got a particular color or style from and I would tell them about the deals that JustFab had.

I'm a shoe person and JustFab had a lot to choose from. When I went there, I wasn't really looking for anything in particular, but I found something that I could use right away. I've been with JustFab for several months now and I like that I can skip the months that I want to. They're really nice about it and it's not a big deal when I skip. But usually, the months that I skipped, I found myself buying something anyway.

I started buying from a certain site and when you login there, it also gives you links to JustFab so I started purchasing from them. So far, I’ve done two orders, boots and a purse, and they were good. In fact, people are always complementing the boots so I highly recommend them all the time. As a member, I like not being tied down to buying a thing. I can skip when I want to skip and then buy if I want to buy. It’s super easy and you don’t have to sign up for a contract.

I saw a pair of boots that I liked. However, I've only been a member for half a week then I canceled because I received the boots and didn't like them at all. They were true to size, but the material looked so shiny. It almost looked like trash bags. They're also very thin. They didn't look shiny on the picture when online. The quality wasn't great but they'd last about a year. But for $11, you can't really beat it. The style just wasn't what I thought it was.

JustFab had a great deal then for a two pair of shoes for $40. The quality of their shoes and their products are good. I was a little afraid though what the quality would be like because of the price, but all their stuff is of really good quality. I’m surprised. I’ve never had a problem with anything that I bought from them. The only thing I don’t like is that they will only give you sure credit. I would rather just be refunded because I’m obviously purchasing more from them, but that’s just their policy. That’s the one thing I'm not 100% satisfied with, but everything else works well.

My mom got me some boots from JustFab and the price was nice. It was like a VIP thing, that was like 10 dollars. The shoes came fast and they were nice. It was a good experience and I'd recommend them.

On my visit to the JustFab site, they showed me 40 to 50 boots. I thought that $10 for the first order was a good deal, so I went and ordered a pair. When I ordered my boots, I did not know that they would be taking out $39.95 direct every month. No one told me that I had signed up for a contract that I did not authorize. If they had told me that, I wouldn't have ordered it. I had to cancel my credit card because of that. They've apparently reimbursed me, but they didn't do good for me at all.

So I signed up for the VIP program. Essentially, the company says if you join the VIP program then you will get access to VIP pricing, as well as specials and discounts that non VIP members do not get. That is EXTREMELY FALSE. When you prepay for your shoes at the beginning of the month, you are given a credit to use throughout the rest of the month. It is $39.95 for the prepaid credit. If you choose an item over the $39.95 then there will be a price difference you will have to pay. However, if you find an item that is less than that amount, you will not be given a refund or partial credit. The website will not allow you to use that full credit amount towards a purchase of more than 1 item.

I'm pretty tall and a lot of times, cute stuff doesn't come in certain sizes or shoe sizes. I thought it was really cool that JustFab did the "Buy so many pairs, get one free" which they haven't done in years. But my favorite thing about being a member is the variety and the accessibility. It's pretty easy to find the things I'm looking for and they have really good sales. Sometimes they have the sales like during the promo code and if I have a credit, it's hard to figure out whether to use the credit or to use the sale. And there's limited sizing and larger shoe sizes go quickly. But they're pretty plentiful when they first come out.

I bought a purse which style I liked. Being a JustFab member, I like that I can just order and the product comes straight to my door. I also like the selections. So far, everything's great with the quality. Everything's been good with JustFab.

I loved the prices at JustFab and I liked their membership perks. If you make a purchase, then every month you can get it for a cheaper price. For $15, I got a pair of boots. I was very surprised with the quality. At such a low price, I thought they'd be bad quality but they're pretty good. Moreover, it's easy to find the styles you are looking for and I always like the selections the style expert has given me. They're very specific about them.

JustFab is a good place to shop. I liked their prices and I've been a member for three years now. It was very easy to spot the items I was looking for on their website. I went straight on there and I wanted to look through all the heels and boots. I like the selection they picked for me because they got all type of fashions. They go high heels and low heels. They've also been having good sales, like two pairs of feels and boots for one price. I got boots sometime in 2017 and among my purchases, those are my favorite so far. It was a long pair of boots with little heels and I liked them. They're good quality and still lasting.

I liked the initial buy one, get one free offer from JustFab. There have been quite a few sales that I was able to take advantage of. But there aren't a lot of special offers and I can't use a lot of the special offers in combination with my membership. Also, the website is pretty clunky and the mobile app is very bad. They have a lot of great styles, but the web development can definitely be better. There are a lot of cute things but don't expect them to last very long. The items are not high quality. They definitely fall apart after about three months. The shoes are okay, but not great. A lot of times, the bottoms come off, the heels come loose, the little stoppers on the heels come off. The quality of the clothes are lower than the shoes. I bought a large variety of the clothing items and most of them are pretty bad. Either the buttons or the snaps or fixings come off. The material is low-quality. They use a lot of faux suede that doesn't have good structure or shape to it.

JustFab has awesome shoes with good quality. I still have my first pair of boots which I bought from them two years ago, and they still look great. I also bought some velvet red knee-high boots and they're my favorite. I love them. As a member, I was able to get to the VIP where I would pay $30 for two pairs. I ended up paying $25 for two pairs. I don't order shoes like that but I could stop ordering for a month that I won't be using it. So, I stopped it. I had the membership under my mom's name, too and I wanted to restart mine. So I cancelled it out completely, but my mom is still getting charged. And while my experience has been good, I didn't like that. They should make it a little bit easier for us to cancel. I'm almost like $125-deep trying to cancel it. And I find it very difficult to contact and get a hold of somebody to figure out why it isn't canceled yet. Still, I have referred people to them.

The selection that JustFab has is a little bit different and I like that. Although the selections from the style expert are not necessarily typically what I like, they're okay and besides, it's pretty easy to find what I'm looking for. They've got awesome jackets too. On my 2nd month with JustFab, I did the two for $44 deal. I got a suede Carol jacket and a pink fluffy jacket, which is my favorite so far. They're awesome and I get the most compliments on them. The option that we have to skip a month is a little hard to find though, and it could be a little clearer on the website. Nonetheless, I've been with JustFab for two months and I would tell others to buy from there because the quality of the clothes and the shoes are excellent.

Finding the style that I want from JustFab depends on the season and if I'm specifically going anywhere. For example, if it’s winter, I’d be primarily looking at boots. So I would just be like looking for what’s trending now in styles that they have. If JustFab has anything similar to the trends that are in the stores, then I’d be more towards those. However, on occasion, when I get emails at the beginning of the month and if anything catches my eye, even if it’s out of season, then I go with JustFab. I like the sales that they have because usually, I only buy one per month. But when they go on sale, I try to buy more than one like when they had a buy one, get one on bags or get bags with $10 off of the item purchased.

My sister told me about JustFab. They had a pair of shoes that I needed, and they fit perfectly fine. They look just like the picture, and they're also of good quality. Being a member, I like that I got the first pair for $10. I also get a lot of rewards. JustFab can get something on sale or free shipping, too. There are different promos that I can get throughout the month. The selections given to me match me. They're perfect. JustFab is a great program to join and I would definitely recommend it.

It's usually really expensive to buy shoes and JustFab made it a little easier. The best special offer was the two pairs for $40. Also, the style expert's selections are usually pretty accurate. Everything I've purchased have had great quality. The brown suede Chukka boots are my favorite. They're very comfortable.

JustFab's pricing was good. I bought a purse last time but I thought it would be made from softer material. I liked getting boots for $39.99 though. I had been a member for three years but I closed it because I’m going in for cancer operation in two weeks and I won’t be going on it for a while. The only bad thing about this program is if you don’t want anything and you don’t remember to get in there, they take the $39 out. I would tell others to go ahead and sign up for it but to remember to go in and click every month.

A girl in my job told me that she was getting some shoes from JustFab and my daughter also told me about them so I tried it and I've been a member for a month now. Being a member, I like that I can skip a month because I really don’t like someone going into my checking account without my permission. But I'm able to skip so it doesn’t happen. I might not want to buy a pair of shoes at the beginning of the month but I might see two or three pairs of boots or shoes that I might want to buy later on in the month.

I like the styles at JustFab and I've taken advantage of a lot of their special offers, like buy one for $10 a pair. The quality of the items are really good. One pair of boots I've had for two years and they're still going strong. However, I'm very consistent with skipping the month, but even after I do, I see it taken out of my account by the 21st of that month.
