I saw a pair of sandals that I wanted at JustFab. I was a member for more than three months. But then, I consistently was unable to find anything month by month that really appealed to me, so it just didn't work out. I went into the website on my own and I crawled all over it trying to find something to make it work, and it just wasn't there. So, I ended up ordering a couple of things to use up the credits I have. Also, with the exception of the first pair of sandals, I didn't like the quality of the items at all. The sizing was crazy wrong as well.

JustFab had a promotion going on like when you first become the VIP member and I purchased from them. Being a member I like the price for the quality. I got $40 shoes but they surprisingly lasted me. Even the work shoes that I wear everyday were from JustFab. They were comfortable enough for me to wear too so that was good. I like most of the shoes that I got and I’ve kept most of them. I’ve only returned a couple of pairs and that was because of sizing. My last purchase was the sneakers and my favorite item had to be the flats. I also like these black, strappy heels. Customer service is always great and every time I call them or anytime I need help or have a question, everyone's always really helpful. I've been a member for over a year now and all my experiences with them have been good. I would recommend trying JustFab.

I saw that the prices at JustFab were good so I decided to check them out. So far, I have been a member for five years and I’ve always enjoyed the site. I like the fact that everything is at a consistent price and it’s good quality. I also have the option of either skipping or buying something at that moment. I’ve bought shoes from them from the first year I started and I still love them. I have three pairs of boots from them, and there’s one pair that I wear every single day and they’re still in great quality. There was one time when I purchased the wrong shoe size and immediately I was able to talk with someone and the situation got fixed within the first 20 minutes of it happening. However, one of my first purchases that I got from them was a little frustrating because it wasn’t stitched correctly. It was cut off and I had to sew it back on myself. Other than that, everything else has been really good.

I liked the shoes they had so I bought from JustFab and the quality of the stuff was good. However I deactivated because they were taking money out of my account.

I really like JustFab and I’ve been a member for the last five months. It was easy to look for my style on their site. And for the most part, the style expert covers every style that I want but there was one month that the style expert didn’t have anything I was into. The black high-heeled booties that I bought were really of good quality. I used the first special offer and I keep looking out for offers that I can buy. So far, I've been very pleased with JustFab. It's an awesome site, and it is really cool that they let us skip a month if we can't afford it during that month which I really appreciated.

I liked the shoes and the merchandise from JustFab.com and finding the item or style that I was looking for on the website was not difficult at all. I've been a member for a little over a year now and I've made about five or six purchases with them. The quality of the items is wonderful and I love it.

They were having a good sale where if you were a first time customer, you were allowed to get the boots for $19.99. And then, later on, you would have to be a member. I've been with them for three years. I'm also with ShoeDazzle as well as FabFive and they all work together. But I think you get more benefits when you first start. They have some sales sometimes. Yesterday, I was trying to get some stuff and it said it was on sale. But then when I clicked on it because I was a member, I had to pay the full price, which was weird to me.

I've called in several times requesting for my account to be cancelled. Twice I've been assured it was cancelled, when in fact it wasn't. Each month you are required to skip your recommendations or they will charge you $39.99. Even after you call in and cancel, multiple times, they will continue to bill you $39.99. Don't get sucked in.

I've been with JustFab for almost a year. I prefer to shop on the internet and I wear a size 11, so it's easier buying shoes that way. I've been able to take advantage of some clearance sales. I have to wear flat shoes because I have a bad leg and they refer me to a lot of flat shoes. I bought quite a few of their flat, pull-on tennis shoes and some pairs of sandals. Recently, I bought a pair of rose copper, pull-on tennis shoes, which wasn't bad at all.

One of my friends was shopping and I saw JustFab online. I've been a JustFab member since February and I like the convenience of being able to order my stuff from home or wherever I am and I don't have to worry about going out to a brick and mortar because my schedule is too busy for that. I have only bought one pair which was the initial purchase and they were good quality boots. My daughter needed boots and we saw some cute ones.

JustFab's VIP thing was a really good deal. It was really easy to find the items or styles I was looking for. I've been a member for a few months and I like their deals with their shoes. The selections given by my style expert was accurate, and the quality of all the items I've purchased was great. I had to skip a month because I wasn’t really doing anything that month, so I called the customer service and they were really nice.

I needed a new heel and so I purchased from JustFab. It was easy to find the item because all the heels were on the home page. All you had to do is just put the style that you wanted, choose a color and order. I loved the shoes and I still have it. Those are my favorite shoes. I only wear them once and I'm planning to wear them again tomorrow for my anniversary. Also, I have been a member of JustFab for a month. However, I had to cancel what I had recently ordered. They charged me $39 and something cents because they said I was a something member. I wanted to keep it and keep ordering shoes, but I did not wanna pay $40 every month for the website. Even so, I would tell others that JustFab provides fast shipping. They would also find the shoes that they want. I have already referred at least four of my friends who are ordering their shoes from there.

JustFab's price is cheap. And I got the first two pairs of shoes for $40 and there was something with $10 off. The selection given by my style expert is accurate and it’s easy to find the stuff that I need. The items I purchased are good quality stuff, and the booties are my favorite.

I became a VIP member for Fabletics, and they said that JustFab was their sister company. So, I checked out JustFab and decided to become a member for them as well. I like the monthly updates with the updated look. I bought one pair of boots from them and every time I get an email, a picture of a pair boots very similar to the ones I bought popped up, and it is always so tempting. JustFab’s membership is very similar to Fabletics. There is a personalized stylist that caters to what I like and help me see what else is out without me having to look through a bunch of shoes.

I liked the deals that JustFab was having so I signed up with them. They had a buy one pair of shoes, get another pair for $10. I also like how they would take the $39.99 off the account and you could use that to apply to your next pair of shoes. I love that. I was an active member for only two months. I came to some financial hardships so I had to stop being active for a while, but I do plan on coming back once I get everything back in order. Their selections were cool. A lot of them I wouldn't find myself wearing, but I do get them for my daughter because her and I wear the same size of shoes. So she likes them.

I'm a heel kind of girl, especially when I go out and on the JustFab online ads, I got to go through the choices in the beginning and they tried to put my ideas together and gave me a little bulletin board. I was scrolling through the pictures and decided to order some stuff. I’ve been a member for about a year now and I like the ideas that JustFab comes up with. I got a lot of stuff off of there. Things came on time, everything fit and the prices were reasonable as well. Also, the quality of the items I got was good. Things didn't lose their color and shape and there were no scuff marks. Usually, when I just get a random pair of heels, they'll be all broken up and nasty-looking. JustFab is a good site. And so far, it's really nice.

I have been a member of JustFab for six months. Their boots have a good price and are of good quality, unlike the boots from Walmart where it falls apart. They have various sizes unlike what Walmart has, and their designs are nice. I would recommend JustFab to my friends and let them know on the good deal that I got on my first pair of boots and on the various selections they have.

I saw a picture of something I wanted to buy at JustFab so I signed up. I purchased two things. The first thing didn’t fit me and the second thing, the fabric tore right after I bought it. So, the quality was not so good. Moreover, I was able to customize something but it didn’t really pop up. I’ve been a member for a year but I don’t really buy anything off of it anymore. There were a lot of good discounts, but I just wasn’t into what they had. However, it’s hard to unsubscribe because you have to wait on the phone for a really long time. They should make it easier and just be able to do it through the internet instead of having to call in.

With JustFab, finding what I want is easy and I'm able to get shoes for a lot cheaper than I would be able to get at a store. It's also super convenient compared to going to the store and trying on shoes. There was a time when I bought a pair of shoes that didn't fit. I bought a pair of boots from JustFab in October and recently found out that they have been taking $40 out of my account for the past 8 months without any permission or purchases. I have tried calling the number they leave on my account when they withdraw the money each month and cannot speak to anyone about this issue. I have never felt so taken advantage of and will be telling everyone I know about my horrible experience with this scam of a company! Not to mention the shoes I ordered in October were crap.

You get to pick out your own style with JustFab. I got two pairs of boots, one thigh high and one knee high, and two pairs of shoes from them. The price was what got me. The quality of the shoes has been good and I've enjoyed what I bought. When I wear them, people would ask me where I get them from. Also, being a member, I have been able to use their two-in-the-price-of-one special offer. However, once, they overcharged me for three pairs of shoes that I never received. And if I didn’t look at my bills, I wouldn’t have known. They put the money back on my credit card but when I got that straightened out, I told them I don’t like to deal with companies that try to make me want to buy something when I don’t want to buy something. I'm no longer a member.

As a VIP member, I was able to get two pairs of shoes for $40, which was a very good price. Plus, the quality of the items I bought was good. I like to own shoes and I especially like the pumps that I got from them.

For the less than a year now that I’ve been a JustFab member, my experience has been fine. A co-worker mentioned about JustFab and I had seen the website a couple of times. I was interested in their selection of boots so I signed up. But the selection given by my style expert is usually hit-or-miss, and that could be because it doesn’t have the right algorithm for my particular style. A couple of months back, I got a couple of pairs of over-the-knee boots that are taller and flat. They're my most recent purchase and my favorite. I also bought one pair that are a taller heel. I was at the end of my pregnancy at the time and my feet were too swollen to really wear them. And by the time, I got into them, I couldn’t walk and they were too high for me. Despite that, I’ve been impressed with the quality of their shoes.

My sister had an account with JustFab and then, I got it. I was into shoes like heels and boots. I've been a member for almost two years and I like everything. The selections they've given were okay and I get special offers on my email. Also, the quality of the items I've gotten so far is good and the cost is not bad.

I thought that I could get a really cheap coat from JustFab. The coat I purchased came in a bit thinner than I expected and not as thick as they made it seem like it was a thick winter coat. The quality is pretty good though. It hasn’t really ripped. I quit being their member after my first month because there really wasn’t much else that I found which I liked. It would be better if they have more plus sized stuff.

I've bought clothes, accessories, purses and shoes from JustFab and have found that they're of good quality. They're priced appropriately and I really like them. However, I find that their website is a bit confusing. Still, it's generally good and shipping has been as scheduled. Using JustFab has been a good experience so far.

With JustFab, it's nice that I could order shoes that I needed and at a reasonable rate, and that I could skip each month that I needed to. While I was satisfied, I don't deal with them anymore because I don't buy shoes out there like that and I didn't want them taking my money off my card just for a fee.

I really liked that you could see real average people wearing the clothes. But I am such a textile person and when I got the items, the fabrics sometimes weren't what I thought they would be based on the descriptions. Something had shoulder pads in it and it looked very 1980's. I didn't know that it had shoulder pads. Surprise! There were some things that I wasn't as fond of as others. I liked the shoes, but I didn't care for the clothes. They didn't suit me.

I initially purchased from JustFab because of a few pairs of boots that were similar to the ones that I was looking at somewhere else. It was like a cookie ad that kept following me around everywhere I went online. I was a JustFab member for eight months, but I didn’t like the service, so I cancelled my membership. I tell my friends that it's awesome.

The selections that the style expert gave were good too and it was what geared me towards from what I was clicking on. Shopping on JustFab was simple as well as when cancelling membership. I was a member for about two months and I just had to do a phone call to cancel. But I’m definitely not scared to re-open my membership if I choose to at a later time. I would recommend JustFab.

JustFab is a really good place to get stuff like shoes, outfits and jewelry. I made a purchase of thigh high boots last December. It was the holiday season and prices were coming up, so I had to get outfit stuff quick and finding the item that I liked was very easy. The quality of the item I got was really good. I love it. The heel is strong. I could walk a mile and feel nothing. I got what I wanted for a very low price and I love the packaging that it came in. It was very protected.

I wear a size 11 but I need it 11-wide. When I buy a size 11, they usually fit but the last three pairs that I’ve gotten for free from JustFab, I cannot fit in them so they’re basically sitting in my closet. And when I try to find an 11-wide, they don’t have them. However, they need to have more selections, especially the wide shoes. But other than that, the quality of the items is good and I recommend JustFab.

A friend told me about JustFab and I saw some shoes there that I liked so I ordered. When I got them, my calves are so big and they didn’t fit me so I gave them to my sister. The shoe part was there but I couldn't find the size for the wideness on the calves. Everything was good but I didn't want to keep ordering. I had no complaints and the shoe may haven't fit but I loved it.

I had done something similar with Shoedazzle a few years ago and it worked out so I tried again with JustFab and it was easy to find items on their website. I got a pair of black sandals last summer and the quality was pretty good.

I’ve seen the shoes from JustFab and they will go with my outfit for the event that I needed to go to. I just clicked on it and paid for it. It was simple. However, I never received my item. It just didn't come in the mailbox and when I called, them not understanding me not receiving my shoes was difficult. I just hang up and didn’t worry about it after. The shoes weren’t even that expensive. It was $19.99 so I didn't even chip off of it.

When I got them, one of the pumps was so tight that I was struggling in them. And then the other black pair was so loose it was like flopping off my feet. I tried to wear them and I ended up falling in them at church with my friend in my arm because they slid off my foot when I was going down the steps.

It doesn't get worse than that! They charged me 40 dollars even though I skipped the month. I am unemployed and I contacted customer service and they just won't give me my money back. The lady's name who I spoke to is Bonnie, she was just useless! She says my internet had problems or something and that's why I wasn't able to skip the month. Super disrespectful! I will cancel the membership as everyone should do and I will spend every single day of my life telling people to stay away from the website!!! In fact there are many other websites much better with much more quality - lulus.com, aros.com.

I could not understand him and all I wanted to do was cancel, he disconnect my line I called back just to hold 30 min this time and have a rep try to talk me out of not canceling for another 25min. Not only did they waste my time, take money out of my account by "mistake", but the sandals I bought were cheaply made to the point I can't even wear 3 pairs of my sandals because they lean to the side. This was my first and only time I will ever do business with JustFab! I suggest you spend your money elsewhere.

When my order was done online the money in my account already (my credit) was supposed to be used for this order but no they took the money out of my bank account and when I called to get the problem fixed there was nothing they could do to fix this??? You can take my money but you can’t put it back. No you have to request a check be sent to you within 8 - 10 weeks, "Ok then do that." 10 weeks go by and still no check.

And then sometimes, they only think about the placing of the heel in the shoe. I was wearing a heel and then there's a slope. It wasn't thought out well because sometimes the slope is there, so it was not really on the actual foot properly and I don't wanna feel like I'm having to hold my shoe while I'm walking. I also get good recommendations from their style expert, though, I need to change my selections. I just can’t wear those high heels anymore. I’m 60 and it’s probably dangerous for me to go downstairs if I break it in. My granddaughter loves shoes too so when I have credit or if they’re having a buy one get one, I check her out and she picks out what she wants, and then we go together and get it. I just bought her a big, high pair of blue shoes and she wore them for Easter. The items I got are of great quality and I get compliments on my shoes all the time.

It's just that they don’t have much cushion on, so you usually have to get shoe inserts or a cushion. I may have also returned one pair of shoes only because of size. And there was no difficulty when I returned it. I’ve been a member for a couple of years and being a member, it’s convenient online. I would actually prefer to be able to discontinue my service online, but they told me that I can’t unless I give them a call. And the deliveries usually take a little longer than usual. Other than those, it’s been okay.

JustFab had a promo sale that was a buy one and get one. I started with them in 2015 but I canceled one account. Some of the styles that their style expert gives are a little over the top when it comes to shoes. I'm very simple when it comes to shoes. Nonetheless, the items that I purchased are very nice.

JustFab has good variety and selection and quality products. Also, the items are priced appropriately. I look at the style expert's recommendations but I normally pick out what I want in the end.

The clothing sizes are not consistent with other US retailers, including Fabletics. Quality of the fabric of clothing is ok and doesn’t seem to have a great texture. Only ordered shoes once...and the size 10s I ordered were actually size 8.

So evidently I tried to access online chat to ask a question after hours. Instead of NOT allowing access, the system allowed me to enter all my contact info and my question. Asked me to verify if I was Kia ** and after I did, THEN said... "Sorry we're closed." What the heck??? Why even initiate a chat if you are closed??? SO frustrating!

Really love JustFab. The website is easy to navigate and the search functions are very helpful. The shoes are super cute, and there is always a great sale going on which makes the shoe prices even more affordable. Would definitely recommend JustFab to friends and family.

The VIP program of JustFab made me purchase from them. Their items are of good quality. Finding the items or styles I was looking for was easy and as a member, I like that their pricing is good. My pair of boots is my favorite purchase from them so far.

Just Fab works for me simply because I really do not shopping at the mall or even strip shopping centers. Love the online experience. I intend to update my entire wardrobe and have gotten lots of compliments on my purchases so far. Merchandise is great quality and excellent pricing.

It's my first time ordering with fashion a. A lot of sizes were unavailable that I was interested in. Along with I never got an email with a tracking number of how to track my order. Is there any way for me to get a confirmation of that??

I have had just OK luck with my purchases - some better than others. Sizing is inconsistent (I can almost always buy a size 7. Site unseen but not with JustFab) and I’ve had issues with returns. Ultimately I end up just keeping things I’m unhappy with or don’t fit because I don’t want to bother dealing with customer service - I’ve tried chat and calls and both aren’t great. The CSRs are friendly enough but I’ve had trouble communicating with them. (I ordered a wide calf boot that wasn’t big enough, call to swap and they sent me a bigger size but not wide calf despite my asking several times and to return again.) Before I’ve even received the correct pair, my card is being charged another $40.

They have a great variety of shoes and heels it's impossible not to find something you'll like. I had found the perfect shoe but ordered a half size too big, I tried to get the half a size smaller or even in a different color but they were sold out. So I exchanged for a different type and I wasn't very fond of it so they allowed me to return that pair again for a different style. I finally got them and I'm in love! The moral of my story is they have fast and easy service when it comes to returns (I contacted them through Facebook messenger). But the shoes I had originally wanted are still out of stock...

I became a member of JustFab because everything is so cute. I placed my first order (two pairs of boots) and they were not what they looked like in the picture. But I figured it was okay, they were still wearable. I later placed another order this time including clothing, (6 items) 3 shoes, 2 jackets and a sweater. Again everything was cheap looking and not at all what the picture described. But hey, you get what you pay for, I’ve learned my lesson. Unfortunately I have one credit left on my account to spend, because they do not refund you. But then I plan to cancel.

I called because I was not able to place my order using my monthly subscription 39.95. The customer service person said he would help, but instead of using my 39.95, he used my points. When I discovered this a couple days, I called back in and the person whom I spoke with was very rude, but he did add my points back on.
