JustFab's prices are reasonable for the boots. I've purchased boots of all colors and types, and I like the quality. Also, I'm most impressed with the sales that they have. I had an issue with one of the sales, and they resolved it and refunded my money. I had to buy three for 39.95 and I ordered three of the same boots in different colors. But evidently, they were out of brown so I ordered the burgundy and it turned out, they didn’t list it or say that the burgundy was excluded from the three for 39.95. Only the black, the brown, and the gray were available at that price. Since they didn’t specify that the burgundy wasn’t included, they gave it to me for the three for 39.95. That was good customer service in addition to good quality shoes. So, everything was great.

I was trying to find a pair of shoes and I found JustFab's website. My experience was all good and the quality of their items were really good, too. I just canceled my membership about a month ago and it was an easy process. I just called and it was done within five minutes.

If I could rate a ZERO I would. I used to like using Justfab. BUT because of this instance I can no longer shop with a company that doesn’t value its customers. I had a previous credit that has been on my acct from between 12/2018 - now (and the rep stated I can use whenever I want. However I want.... no expiration) BUT I was NEVER told about how If you don’t “skip a month” on time and your card can’t be charged that they TAKE AWAY your credit that “doesn’t expire” in place of this fee. I feel this is borderline robbing my pockets because I didn’t condone it nor did I have any knowledge of said issue being a thing. I asked for my credit back. They wouldn’t do it. So after a year, I canceled. I’m upset with this company and will NEVER shop again NOR recommend to friends/ family. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible!!! Thieves.

I’m very upset with Justfab. If I could give ZERO stars I would!!! I’ve had a membership since 2018. And I had a credit on my account of $40. And due to missing the “skip the month” period they took my credit in place of this charge. WITHOUT notice. And will not credit it Back. This is BAD BUSINESS. Will not be shopping with them again. That’s practically stealing money from your customers. Whatever happen to making it right. Plus that’s not stated anywhere that a representative could SHOW me.

As a family, I’ve been purchasing our shoes through JustFab for a few years now. And once my daughter Abby got into women’s size shoes, she also got her regular account activated and has been purchasing for about a year now. She helps me pick them out and then I pay. The reason I started her account was because there was a promotion for me as a member already. It was two boots for 29.99 or something like that, and I was like, “I’ll get my shoes, you’ll get your shoes. Let’s do this.” It would be really nice if they do more things like that. I always see that there’s a new VIP member promotion, but they rarely do one for members already. So, it would be nice as well to have more new offers for people that are already members. I keep the membership going but we find ourselves skipping months all the time. We’re a big family so it’s hard for us to buy $30, $40, or $50 pairs of shoes.
The soles inside the shoes sometimes are really hard and not comfortable. We usually just put in a Dr. Scholl’s insole or something like that to help it. So as far as overall quality, the more you spend, the better quality you get. Sometimes the price for certain things like basic sneakers or canvas shoes are a little too much, especially when I can go to Walmart or Target and get the exact same shoes for half the price. But the prices are great as far as for boots and the high heels. Our last purchase was 2 or 3 months ago, and my daughter got boots. She loves her shoes and we haven’t had any problem.

I had purchased from JustFab several years ago and then canceled my subscription, and then I just recently reinstated it two months ago. I re-signed with them because I saw a pair of boots that I really liked. I also purchased a pair of flat shoes and I purchased another pair of boots. I love the flats. I wish they actually had more flat shoes. I don’t wear heels at all so, I really wish the selection of the flats was better than what it really is.
My first order back with them was four pairs of boots and two pairs of shoes. However, one of the boots, when I opened up the box and I put them on, I was like one of the shoes was a little tight. But that was okay. Usually, it’d loosen up after a few minutes, but this didn’t. So, I went to work, I took the boot off, and it was a size 8. One boot was an 8, and one boot was an 8.5. So, I called and it took me 15 minutes to explain to the person on the phone what the problem was because he just wasn’t getting it.
And I finally said, “I have a box with a pair of boots in it with two different sizes. One is an 8, one is an 8.5. Both of my feet are 8.5.” So, I was gonna return them, and he sent me the slip, but I got so busy at work that I didn’t. The time expired, so I didn’t get to return them. It was my favorite pair out of the whole batch that I bought. They’re black suede and they kinda lace up in the back. But it was very frustrating. I think that quality control needs to pay a little bit better attention to what goes on.

I have been a VIP member of JustFab for at least a year. This month I skipped and was still charged $39.95 on Nov. 19, 2019. All debits occur between 1st-5th of the month. Customer service told me it was a glitch. While I understand glitches happen it does not provide me with the safety of knowing my money will not be taken from me without my permission. I canceled my services because of fear of this happening again. Then, she offered me a $10 credit to not cancel my subscription. Totally not worth the fear of having a glitch take money from my account in the future without my approval. I really like JustFab but I do not like glitches. So, now all I have is ShoeDazzle.

Their customer service is terrible! I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. The 1st item is $10 and the second is $26.97. They were too small for my daughter so I completed an "easy" exchange. It stated they would hold the items I was exchanging to for 7 days for my return items to be shipped. LIES! They sold one of the pairs immediately and then emailed me that is was out of stock. After it clearly stated the would hold it. Then when I contacted them about it, they said they will refund me $10. I could not believe it! The deal was $10 for the 1st pair. After they sold my other pair, that means I am only receiving 1 pair and should only be charged $10 for it. They should be refunding me $26.97.
I spoke with a manager who said they could not override it even though she admitted it was the warehouse's fault. Mind you, I received the order on Sat 11/9, completed the exchange process online the same day, shipped the shoes back on Tues 11/12 (Mon 11/11 was a holiday), and they emailed me Sat 11/16 that one of the pairs was sold out. I cancelled my membership for JustFab and FabKids and will be returning the exchange item that is on it's way for a full refund. I have never been so disappointed in a company for their lack of customer service, wasting my time and unethical procedures.

I liked the variety of shoes that JustFab has and the quality was good. However, they just always carried the exact same thing like months after months, so I wasn’t interested in to keep ordering ‘cause I would just come to have the same item. So I canceled my membership with them but it wasn't difficult at all to do.

For almost two years that I've been a JustFab member, I have purchased 20 times already and so far, the items I purchased were of good quality for a $20 shoes, which is fair. I use wide for the shoes. When I started purchasing the shoes, the wide size was present. In fact, I still got the first shoes that I bought and I still use it. So, that was good. But the last one that I got, it wasn’t the right size. It wasn’t wide. And when they recommended those shoes, they said they were wide and they were nice when I saw it in the picture. JustFab is good. They just do not have too much option for wide shoes.

Their price is pretty ideal to me but I canceled my membership. I don't think the quality is as good. It's okay to raise the price a little bit higher. I bought a pair of boots. It's heels, so I don't think it's very comfortable as other boots. Also, I think there's a membership fee of $39 which they just took off from my account.

I can get a lot of items for a reasonable price at JustFab and my favorite part would be the benefits. If you’re a member, you could get buy one, get one half off this month or a buy one, get one free. Then if I don't purchase something and my card is used, that money goes into a bank so I can use that money later on. The last purchase I made was a big one and I’ve had a lot of good stuff. I got maybe 12 to 14 items for $300. So I was very satisfied. I got some shoes, clothes and dresses. I got a whole lot of stuff, like stuff I could wear like a casual dress or something I can wear to church. They were different little outfits or different little pieces that’ll bring an outfit together. The only thing is that if you have wide feet, you should go up a size in their shoes. But it's very easy to find what I'm looking for and the selections from the style expert are nice.
Making a return or exchange was pretty simple as well. You can go online and print out the slip or call over the phone and they can do it for you over the phone. Once you print out the shipping label and it hits the post office and they scan it in, then JustFab would send you your new items. It probably just depends on how long you take to get the item packed up.

A cousin of mine is subscribed to JustFab. I was looking through her phone and saw some shoes that I actually wanted myself. I am a member for maybe three months now and I like the sales. The style expert's selections are a good option as well. The quality of the items I bought were good and pretty true-to-size. I only have three shoes from them and the pair of wedges are my favorite ones.

I've been purchasing from JustFab for at least a year now. For me, it is a clothing outlet for my size. However, their style expert's selection is not so much my taste, usually. But my favorite item was a pair of boots which I bought two months ago. For the price and the ease of shopping online, it’s a good quality. I live in a rural community, so it’s nice to have the options that I’ve got with JustFab and the ease of shipping. So, it’s been a blessing.

My friend recommended JustFab and provided me with her discount code. Once I placed my order, I waited to receive verification and tracking, but never did. I reached out to their customer support who provided me with the tracking link. The clothes took a few days longer than their claimed 5-7 business days (this may be because it took 3-4 days to process the order. Once received, I tried on all of the clothes and made my selections for returns/exchanges. The quality of clothing isn't great (thin fabrics, looks and feels cheap) but that's expected with their price point. I processed my return online where the only option was "return for store credit" with the "return to original form of payment" as a visible option but wouldn't allow me to select it. I reached out to their customer service again.
I'm unable to return to original form of payment and they can't explain why. This company is tedious to work with. There are other brands in the same price point with much better customer service. Their return process is annoying and by the time you exchange and receive your new clothing, you've completely forgotten about the order or it's a new season.

I love JustFab. 99% of my shoes are from there. I like the fact that I can return the items in case they don't not fit or I don’t like the style when I put them on. And that process is so easy. You just print it and you send it back, and that’s it. That’s one of the nicest thing with JustFab, that you’re ordering online and you’re not sure, you don’t have to pay extra to send it back. And I usually just get the credit for that. But when you have that credit and if the items is a promotion, you cannot use that credit. You have to use either a credit or the promotion. And that’s one thing that I don’t like and I don’t think that’s fair. You have all that money staying there but you cannot use it, only for full price. And I usually get my shoes when it’s Buy 1, Get 1 Free, or 50% off.
It’s easy to find the items in JustFab's site if you know what you’re looking for. Four weeks ago, I bought two short boots and two of the same boots for my friend. So, I bought four pairs. But I returned one yesterday because I didn’t like how it fits. It was a bit too bulky. But my friend loved hers, and it’s the same. The quality of their items is beyond amazing. I literally have boots that I got in 2014 and I wore them all winter, and they’re still in perfect condition. I always pay 20 bucks a pair right. So, it’s better than anything else. My favorite purchases were the boots. I have a lot of boots. I have over 30 or 40 pairs from JustFab just right now, in my closet. There are some that I’ve ordered twice after I used them because they wore down. There were some that I ordered twice the next year. Sometimes they don’t exist anymore. I don’t wear the wedges though. I have one pair but I’m not crazy about it, because I don’t like them much.

JustFab has quality shoes at a low price. It was really easy to find the style I was looking for and the style experts were good. However, I didn't know that they were gonna charge me $40 a month after I created my membership, so I cancelled with them. But I like the pair of nude heels and snakeskin booties I bought from them. They're of good quality. The booties are obviously more comfortable ‘cause the nude heels have a plastic strap over the toe.

I bought some shoes online and then when they continued to charge me a membership fee after I chose the skip the monthly fee option, I decided to no longer be a member. The customer service is just fine and they seemed understanding even though it took me 3 separate calls to get them to cancel my membership. Other than that, the shoes I got are very nice and very good quality.

JustFab lost a package of mine because they put the incorrect zip code which caused it to bounce around between USPS post offices and the package never made it to me. They had to resend another one, which was nice, but at that point, it had been weeks since I had ordered. I don’t even know how they made the error because my information was correct on my end and I had gotten shoes from them before. The items I've received from them are nice and good quality though. Some of the styles are okay, but nothing that I would wanna order every month. I'd like to see things that are a little more in style right now, which is what I’m looking for when I go to a website like JustFab.

JustFab sent me an email advertisement for a $10 a pair with the first order. I’m pregnant right now, so it was very enticing to get new shoes, and it worked really well. I've only been with them for a couple of months. I like their selections. It's almost addicting. I love the boots. I have a boot thing and there's a million different kinds of boots. I'm actually wearing a pair of them right now and they're super cute. They're flat, they go up really high and they made me feel way better with the pregnancy. And the quality is good too. So far, JustFab is doing a great job on their sales. I'm a sale shopper, so I can't justify it unless I can get it for a good deal, and they do a lot of good deals. So, I'm happy with that. I have recommended them a couple of times. I mentioned the $10 shoe promotion and that they have all sorts of different kinds of shoes, but that $10 is a really good bring-in.

My sister ordered boots from there first. She got her boots and they were cute. I believe the quality is great. So, I ordered boots also, my first order, but I still never received them. My friend loved my sister’s boots as well and I told her to go to Justfab. I liked the selections and styles. They ought to have more boots. I love furry boots and I wish they had more of that. There’s a lot of heels but I don’t wear a lot of heels.

JustFab has good deals and sales and they've been pretty good with their clothes, shoes and styles. Some of the selections from the style expert were my style and some of them weren't. But it's not difficult to find what I'm looking for. I like the clothes, the shoes and the pricing. When I placed an order, it was free shipping so it took almost a week to arrive. But I love the quality on my boots.

I really like JustFab's variety of shoes. I can't find it anywhere else. They've got some really unique pieces and those are my favorite things. Sizing seems to be a bit of an issue though. I can range anywhere from about five and a half to seven and a half. It just depends on what shoe it is. I love their shipping policies, and their returns and exchanges are really easy. I received shoes that were too big or small a couple of times and I had to send them back. They just exchanged them for the right size. The quality of everything has been really good too. I have shoes that I love that have lasted me for about the five years that I've had them. The style expert selections can be touch and go. My monthly boutique they put together is sometimes spot on. Other times I like it, but I can't see myself in it.
Some of the clothing items are excellent. I bought some suit coats or just like more casual suiting pieces which I love. I also have both a pink jacket and a black jacket, and they're nice and casual. They mix and match with things. They're a little bit looser fitting, not just structured, but they look more comfortable. Those two jackets are definitely my favorites. It's just that when I bought a dress from them, it was a one-time wash. Then I hope the pants that I have right now held up really well. They're suede, so I have to be super careful with them. But all in all, I've had a great experience with clothes.

My mom ordered from JustFab a couple of years ago. She ordered me and her some stuff, and I decided to get back into it. I like that the money’s automatically withdrawn at the beginning of the month so that you can buy stuff without having to get your cards back out. I bought some thigh-high boots and stuff like booties, and I absolutely love them.

I signed up to be a JustFab member when I saw that they had a sale where you gotta pay $10. Finding items was fairly easy and there were a lot of items to choose from. I bought one pair of boots and the quality sucked. It was really cheaply made. You could bend the sole in half and it looks like the fabric was hot-glued onto it. I ordered a wide and it didn’t fit. It wouldn’t go up my leg so they’re sitting in the box in a corner. I could either exchange it for another crappy pair of shoes or spend six bucks for restocking it, which wasn’t worth it. Moreover, figuring out how to cancel the VIP membership was extremely difficult. You have to talk to somebody extremely pushy. You have to flat out say, “No, I don’t want anything else. I’m gonna report you.”

JustFab has $10.99 shoes and there are recommended things and styles that are the first ones one can see on the website. I had to cancel my subscription ‘cause I was having some financial issues but I've already had purchases. I really like the items I purchased and they're good quality. I took me a while to break them in, but they're still good. I have Terra boots and I like the style and the color. It’s out there and different.

I was looking for a different brand of shoes and trying to get something different than what I see in the store in my local city. JustFab has a variety of things, and I can find everything there easily. I like the fact that I can skip a month, and if I don’t skip the month, I always have that credit there and I could always go buy them. I also like the buy one get half off on the other ones, and they have the buy one get free sometimes. I buy shoes in there for my mom and my sister, especially during the wintertime. I've purchased at least 10 pairs over the years and I love them. The only big con is they keep going up on the prices. If I wanna buy boots during the winter, that’s an extra $10. If I use the credit, I’m saving $39 but the extra $10 to $15 comes out of my pocket. Nonetheless, although they pay for just standard shipping, they come in a speedier time. If I order something on a Tuesday, I get it no later than Friday.

I love JustFab. Somebody had told me I should go check out the boots there and I bought a set then. And every once in awhile, when I've got the extra cash, I'll buy a bunch. However, my daughter has wide calves and when I order wide calf boots, they still don't fit her. Finding what you want is really easy though and when you scroll through, you also find stuff that you wouldn't have thought you'd want.
I like their special offers, like "Buy one, get one free". I also like the constant email reminders to go and check it. The hardest part is remembering to skip the month. I've had a couple of times where I forgot and I called in, but they were really nice and didn't charge me. I like all my purchases and their quality. Some people are reluctant to buy online because you don't really know what you're getting, but I still have my original pair of boots that I bought from JustFab four years ago. And I still wear them.

They've had boots for $15 and I took advantage of that so I'm expecting a package on my porch any day now. I like when they have offers like that as they give more bang for the buck. Shoes is one of my favorite things to get from JustFab. I love the fact that when you first start to order from them, you can do a buy one, get one free. That was such an attention grabber for me. So, I started and the next thing I know, I'm ordering for myself and shoes are coming in, and I love having all the stuff coming in. I know I have about close to 150-pair now. And that's a combination of shoes, boots, booties and sandals. I really love all of JustFab's fashion stuff and the styles. It has become my go-to for everything. I'm an everywhere girl. I do vintage, I do regular, I do whatever is current. I have coats, jackets and suit jacket tops. And I always get compliments on the things I wear. I work at a nursing home and I'm not required to wear a uniform, but I like to dress up. One lady told me, "You know, you've inspired me to wear jackets with skirts like suits with the wraparound scarves and things like that."
I know I have at least seven coats. And whenever they come out with the leather-looking jackets, I'm always on it. My last order from them was the window pane trousers and I did the plaid rogue coat too because they look alike. I'm a 3X and I like to order their jackets larger because you wear things under it and I don't want it too tight. So far, I've not had any issues with the quality of anything I purchased from them. Nothing has gone down, unless it's from a regular wear and tear. I still have stuff that I've ordered four years ago, and I end up giving a lot of it to my family. There are jackets I have been wanting to get and will be getting. I've just gotta figure out where I’m gonna hang them. There's the leopard coat that just came out, it's like a leopard carpet, three-quarter. I'm definitely getting that.
I've got 3,400 points now and I love using my points when I can and I try to use them as I can. I'm an elite member now, so that tells you that I buy a lot. I've also bought from ShoeDazzle Kids and Fabletics, which I have given as gifts. I get so excited when a box comes to my house. When I first was a member, they sold accessories. I had a suitcase from them and I still have the accessories case up under my bed. I have some treasures in that, so I've kept that. I haven't bought much jewelry, but I have gotten some nice statement pieces and hats. Some of their hats are nice, but mostly, the shoes, the boots and the clothes.
I've shared JustFab a lot and people have heard of it and they said, "Oh, I was afraid to get it because I don't wanna commit." I'm said, "You know, you can cancel anytime. I just didn't cancel because I knew the sales were coming. And besides, you can always opt out by the 5th of the month and there's no penalty. So, just go ahead and dive right in." I highly recommend JustFab because they really do keep up with style and I like the convenience of having the stuff come to my house. I'm a shopper, but I do enjoy buying from them, especially when they have the big sales. I just go crazy. For me, it's better to get JustFab items from my phone than on my my laptop because I'm already signed in.

The shoes from JustFab are cute and reasonably priced. I've been a member for two years now and they have a gazillion styles. But their search function could be better. It's a little difficult to find the styles I'm looking for. My favorite purchase is the brown ankle booties. I also got a tote bag three months ago. The quality of their products really varies. There are some things that I easily could've saved three times as much for and then there's some stuff that falls apart the minute I take it off the box.

Every time I try and use this site, I get scammed out of money. I will log in, and next thing I know they have taken $39.95 out of my account. I just called and they said they would refund me, so let's see if that happens. I was just going to try and use the 39.95 as the credit I should have got, but it would not work. It kept trying to charge me the 39.95 again! Will not be using this site ever again. I have gotten a few good items but it is not worth all the hassle and how they steal money.

I’m a single mom and I've never had the money to buy anything that I like. But my son talked me into joining JustFab. I've been a member for close to two years and I've ordered just shoes, so far. I’m not thrilled with what they have when I’m looking at certain things but when I look at their shoes and boots, I love everything. I had bought this pair of little black bootie wedges there. And I wear them all the time.
I intend on canceling my JustFab membership because I don't ever use it. I haven't racked up enough points for their special offers. I also have a credit that has been on my account for so long that it has turned into a gift card and I can’t find the information for that. My last purchase was maybe last month or a month before when I bought 2 pairs of pants. The clothing items are just not as quality as I'd like but the shoes are good. For the couple of years I've been with JustFab, I find it not that difficult to maneuver through their site. I just use their filters, which I like. They have buy one, get one half-off, or they all bring their prices down to $19.99.99. I like those. I like the quality of the items too. A couple of items had some warps on it before, but I haven’t had an issue recently.
I feel like there should be an easier way to return the stuff, instead of having to take it to the post office. I don’t think there are fees, but I like how Amazon has so many different locations where you can return stuff, even clothes, that I don’t have to go all the way to the post office to return the item. But overall, it’s a great experience with JustFab. I love their fashion and styles. Plus, usually, I get my right size. My favorite purchase is the black pair of boots that has a lock on it. I ordered two pairs of jeans too. I was super skeptical about getting the pair of jeans but when I got it, they’re the best jeans I ever had. I will buy some more. I’ve ordered a pair of boots with a beige color as well and another black pair of boots that’s really nice. The pants were on buy one, get one half-off sale. But the shoes weren’t because what I’ve noticed a lot of times, is they get sold out.

I liked the automatic shipment and different styles from JustFab. I also like the range of selection that you don’t find everywhere else and the price point is pretty low. Plus, finding the items I want is super easy and the selection given by their style expert is great. I like the VIP perks, too. A month ago, I bought some booties and they're my favorite among the items I got from JustFab. But most of the items are pretty good, too. I feel like the tips of a lot of the heels wear out super fast but I just get them replaced and the rest of the shoes hold up really great.

JustFab's clothes and other stuff are affordable. I usually get boots because you get more for your money instead of sandals for $40. I don’t like to spend that much on sandals. I like some of the stuff they choose for you. It has a lot of variety. Products last a while and I haven’t had to throw much away, except for a pair of sandals. But I wore them a lot. Also, a pair of my boots started peeling on the outside, but it was a few years old. I skip the month a lot of the time, but there was a while when I wasn’t getting reminder emails. If they could do it every single month, that would be great because sometimes you forget. Overall, I'd recommend them to friends.

Initially, I didn't want to purchase from JustFab because I’m not comfortable that if I forget to say no, they are gonna take money out of my account. And sometimes, it still does happen because I forget. But I like that I receive the sales first since I'm a member. Once I did the initial sort, where I would only see the things that were of interest to myself, finding items was better. Some of the things that the style expert showed me weren’t of interest. I don’t have a particular style. I’m not trendy. I like what I like. So I have not found the style expert as a useful tool for me.
JustFab had the VIP event about three weeks ago and I bought a pocketbook then. The party was very fun. For me, 9 out of 10 times, the items I've bought from JustFab have been great quality. I fairly find them very nicely done and they fit well and they look good. My favorite purchase was a pair of shoes that I bought years ago and they literally just broke recently so I was a little upset. But it was normal wear and tear. I’m a sale fanatic, so when they had a $5 or a $7 sale one day, I bought 30 pairs of shoes. They're really good.

I first created an account with Just Fab back in August, 2018 for free. I had no idea that they would charge me $39.45 each month. Once I found out, I immediately cancelled my account and asked for a refund. However, three months later, I found out that Just Fab for some reason was still charging me $39.45 even after I canceled my membership. I called customer service and the lady said I have another account, that's why I'm being charged, which is impossible since I had no reason to open a second account. I was starting to think that they never canceled my account. I wasn't going to write a bad review, but I lost my trust to this company completely, and I don't trust them to stop charging me money from now on. I do not recommend creating an account with this company if you won't be using this often, since they will want to keep charging you even if you cancelled your account.

Initially, the new VIP members at JustFab get something super cheap, so I signed up to get the first deal. I’ve gotten a couple of pairs of shoes from them since then and the quality is mediocre. They’re usually starting to fall apart after a few months. I got a pair of flats and flip-flops, and the flats weren’t even what I ordered. They’re a completely different style, but it was too much hassle to send them back. They were more of a pointed toe and I ordered a rounded toe, and so they don’t fit that well. And then, the flip-flops are already completely worn down, and that was only three months ago. I’m so used to Amazon Prime where I get stuff in a couple of days, whereas the shipping at JustFab took at least a week. I'm still a member, but I usually just skip every month in case there’s a good deal or something I want down the line.

There was a pair of hot pink heels I wanted that I couldn’t find anywhere else so I bought them at JustFab. I like that there’s always a sale, but then I’m always torn that either I'm gonna buy the product full price for credit or I can get the 50% off. I like their boots and buy all my winter boots there, but everything else I’m like, “Eeh.” The zippers break but that’s it, the quality of the items was good. Last August, I tried to buy nude heels for a wedding and the size 11 white boots came in instead. But they were super easy to talk to, and they sent me a code to send it back, I just haven’t done it. Customer service is always really fast. I like JustFab, I just don’t like that I keep forgetting to skip a month and cancel it. It took out money from my account.

My niece recommended JustFab to me. I'm a color person so I like the different colors that they have. I also like how they have creative pieces and things you just don't find in the store. Their price is great too. So, this allows me to get a variety since I like to add a little flash. I really love their items because they do the profile and so they recommend a lot of stuff. They're normally spot-on and then I can go from there and find other stuff. However, when I'm trying to order online, sometimes I can't find my credit. I have two accounts, maybe that's where the confusion is. So, I normally call in and they do the order for me. When I've called in, they've been very accommodating. Sometimes I find I got credits I didn't even know I had. I've had some good sales in the clothes but they're a little hit or miss. I'm thinking I can get a medium, but when I get it, it doesn't fit. Sometimes, if I get a large, it's too big.
Some of the selection given by the style expert are really good. I don't normally buy flats but I can understand them putting it in there as an option because I do buy a lot of variety. They also gave me the option to have the selection redone of I didn't choose something. They give you the option to revamp or do the questionnaire again because styles change over the years, and I've had this account for five years.
The quality of their shoes has been fine. So far, my favorite purchase from them was my boots and I love it. I ordered my daughter some booties too and they were really cute. They were a little uncomfortable only because of how she's on her feet for a long period of time, but we're gonna fix that. Also, the pump I ordered were a little too narrow for my foot. I cannot wear them, but my daughter can, so I gave them to her. I can wear their sandals though. I also had a boot where the heel feels loose when I got it. But that was only one shoe like that out of the 30 pairs of shoes I got because when I find a boot, I buy three at a time, all the colors. I wait for the sale. And they've had a lot more sales this year, which I appreciate.

I purchased a pair of shoes for $14 total in mid September, unaware that I had just signed up for the VIP membership (so this should be more clear, especially for ads on Instagram, Facebook, etc). I was unaware until October 8th, when PayPal emailed me about confirming the $50 charge. I called in to cancel the account and of course to cancel that pending charge. The woman was understanding and I was very clear on my end about what needed to be done.
No I did not deliberately say "can you cancel the charge", but I assumed that that was understood by explaining the situation and not knowing I was signing up for the membership. I thought all was well until the 11th came around and PayPal says the charge was confirmed and $50 was gone. JustFab is not the first company in which I have called to discuss financial issues and have had to call back due to representatives not following my exact wishes. So technically I paid $64 for a $14 pair of shoes. I will be calling them back when I find the time this weekend.

I've been with JustFab for two months. I bought shoes from them but I sent the other ones back because I couldn't get my size. I had to go off a size larger than I normally would wear and I didn't like the other ones, but I kept one pair that I like. Their shoes were really cute though. The lady who helped me when I wanted to return the shoes helped me get back on track and emailed me the things that I could wear my shoes with. So, everything was great.

I was a JustFab member and I have no issues with the items I’ve purchased. I don’t need new shoes or clothes every month and I just had to remember to skip every month so I’m not charged the $39.95. Well I forgot twice and decided to go ahead and cancel my membership. Not because I didn’t enjoy my time with them but because I just don’t shop here anymore. Why is it so difficult to just refund the membership fees? Why? It’s just sitting there. Y’all know I’m not going to use it. I went out there to see if I would maybe buy something. Y’all want $85 for a Sherpa coat. That’s absolutely ridiculous. I could get that at Tillys for less money and better quality. Really I just want a refund of my $39.95 x 2. I've been a JustFab member for at least three years now. I have a couple pairs of their boots and I also bought a jean jacket a couple of months ago. Their clothing are good and I haven’t had anything that seemed super-low-quality. Everything so far seems to be usable. Some of them didn't fit right, but the return process was fairly simple. Getting my money back took a while though. I used my points and some money, and they put it all back on store credit for me. I didn't have to speak to anybody, but I had to keep looking at my account to see if it actually took place because I didn't get a notification saying that they received the item.

I liked that JustFab had a variety of shoes. But in the last six months, all their shoes are four inches or higher. I'm good with three inches but four inches is a little bit too much for every pair of shoes. Some of the shoes are okay. Others are very cheap quality. But I had two pairs that I love. I got so many compliments. They were pink with green and pink tassels on them. Tight around my ankle. I was able to wear them twice before the tassel broke off them, but I didn’t return them. I didn’t make a big deal about them. Sometimes it’s a hit or miss in the quality. I’ve called JustFab a few times and they were always very nice to me. They’re great. Also, my favorite thing is they have the best automated service. Most of them, you can’t get any understanding out of them.

I purchase from JustFab because of the price and everything's going well. I've been a member for a while now and I like being able to skip the month. They have VIP offers and other promotions every now and then for certain sale items. Finding an item or style is difficult sometimes. Also, the selections given by the style expert is a hit or miss. They appeal to me sometimes but there are also times that I don’t have time to go through the boutique. It depends when I go through the boutique and it's not every month. And, majority of the items that I purchased actually have not lasted long.

I've been a JustFab member for a couple of years now. I really like their sales. A couple of weeks ago, I got three pairs of boots and I really like them. It was a fall clearance. Every time I get shoes, they're so great. The quality is good! Two months ago, I ordered a bag for the fall and winter season. It was brown and it had tassels on it. The first day I wore it, the strap broke. I was able to fix it and a couple of weeks later, after I've been wearing it, the other side of it just tore apart. It was really lame. I thought about calling to see if I can get an exchange or a refund, but it just slipped my mind because I have a newborn baby.
And then, my charge would sometimes come out of my personal account and sometimes, out of my business account, and that's weird to me. I have called several times to try to get it fixed and nobody seems to understand me, or usually I'll get sent to somebody who doesn't really speak very good English. I've never, ever given them my business card information but they seem to have retained the card information if I bought from them at some point. If I chose that to be the tender that I use, they would then take that card information and then charge my account. So, it has been upsetting and I've thought about just canceling altogether because it's not stopping. Now, it's still going out of my business account even though my personal account is what's on file.

I like shoes and I genuinely love every pair of shoes I’ve gotten from JustFab. When I have extra money, I usually go ahead and order something from them, then I try to use my points to get clothes or something else. Sometimes, the quality is really nice. Sometimes it’s shoddy. The sizing can be a little rough too. It goes for both their shoes and clothes, but mostly with clothes. With the shoes, I absolutely love the pair of sandals that I recently got from them. It’s one of those pairs that have that little jewels on them, almost like an ankle bracelet. I bought them in brown, and then I bought them again in pink. For some reason, with the brown ones, the strap that goes across the top to connect it from top to the bottom where the toe part is, the toe part is really narrow, and that strap is too long. So, it bulges up on the shoe and it’s looking very weird. I’ve had them for a while before I started wearing them so I can’t exactly send them back now. But I still wear them.
I like JustFab's jewelry too. I’ve gotten two or three pairs of earrings. A cuff I purchased broke within the two weeks of me having it. I didn’t really pay for it because I used my points and I got a good wear out of it so it was okay. There’s not much to expect from custom jewelry anyways. I’m always telling people to go look at JustFab's website. I’ve been with them for a few years now and so far, everything has been going fine with them. I just haven’t been able to get shoes lately because my son just got diagnosed with a very rare anxiety disorder. I have to make sure that I can afford to pick up his medications so I went ahead and skipped for a few months.

I've been a JustFab member for a year and I now want my account to be cancelled. I didn’t like anything that I ordered. I had issues with the sizing of the shoes. The 10 is too big and the 9 and 1/2 doesn’t fit right. I also don’t like the fact that if I forget to skip a month, they charge me. But they are good on giving the refunds. They did give me a refund when I forgot to skip, so I do appreciate that. But whenever I do forget to skip and I had to submit credit, I feel like there’s not enough options on this for me, shoe-wise.

I've shopped at JustFab a few times and I like that if you signed up for the VIP, you get different discounts and deals. And I like that if you forget to skip the month, you get to use that payment that you made as credit towards anything on their website. It would be better to have a longer skipped period, though. They give you a certain period to skip, and sometimes I just forget if I'm gonna be able to skip or not because I have a kid.

I'm a single mother and through the monthly credit that comes out of my account, I would get through to JustFab to purchase some things. It's also easier for me to reward myself. However, I can't use my credit on sales. I have to either do the promotion or use my credit. Despite this issue, the selections given to me by my style expert have been great. I'm usually shopping for a bag. However, the sizes, if I decide to go off of the bag and get something different, are usually not right. I'm 5'11-1/2", so I have a huge foot. I normally wear a 7-1/2 to 11. But when I get JustFab 12s, they're too tight. I end up giving them to my sister who may actually wear 10s. But the bags, they've been wonderful.

Whenever JustFab has last-minute sales, customers shouldn't be penalized for being offered a sale. If the shoes don’t fit and we have to send the shoe back, we shouldn’t be penalized for having to return the shoe because of the sale. For example, JustFab is offering the 2 for 15 and I buy that and end up having to return a shoe, I don't get the discount again.
I like the ability to buy when I want to which I get as a member of JustFab. I get special offers and VIP perks too. I like the selections that they give me and those that are available across the board. Navigating their website is very easy too. I've come across a couple that were not as put together as well as they should have been. I got a pair of shoes and had them for a month. One day, I decided to put them on. I wore them twice but then the third time I did so, the strap broke. I didn’t get a chance to really go on JustFab's website and say it. But, I said I was just gonna take it to the shoe guy and let him fix it. Apart from the shoes, I've also purchased a pair of sandals and some wedges. So far, I've like liked all the items that I have purchased.

I was a “VIP Member” for over two years. I have purchased almost everything from their female line including shoes of course. The quality in general is cheap, faux, and almost never true to size! I wouldn’t mind so much but I can get a real leather and name brand boot at DSW for the same cost! Too expensive for what you're getting. I also have two little girls and gave FabKids a try. Just as bad if not worse with sizing! Customer service lacks and wow are they rude. They also make it impossible to cancel your membership. You cannot cancel online like most online companies such as Amazon. They make you call one of their “fashion consultants” to cancel and a man is on the phone who can barely speak English, who won’t stop harassing you to not cancel!
I ended up returning my entire last order and canceling my VIP membership all at the same time. They refused to refund my credit card from the order I returned. They would only issue a “store credit”. I finally go to use that credit today after a year! I didn’t want to buy anything more than my credit - not with it - and on the very last page there are 2 boxes you have the option to check off to become a VIP member. I DID NOT check them. I also paid REGULAR price for the items. Including my credit my order came to $2.62. They charged my card I confirmed. After order was processed a new window popped up welcoming me back to VIP.
I was beside myself because I double checked the boxes were NOT checked off. I am so angry. I specifically made sure I could use my credit and purchase items from JustFab without having to be a VIP Member but yet again they do things without authorization and forced it. Now I have to call one of their “fashion designers” and speak to someone who doesn't speak English and get into it with them. This company is a rip-off. Read other reviews and articles about them. I hope this company gets sued and goes bankrupt. Owners deserve it.

A friend was using JustFab and then she told me about it. I've been a member for about 6 years and I've taken advantage of the selections by the style expert as well as the special offers. I love that I can just order online and they come to my home. The quality of the items is good and I still have most of the pairs, even the ones I got in the beginning. My favorite purchase is a pair of black booties that are not high heels but it is a little bit high.

I ordered a large order of mostly shoes two years ago. When the I received the shoes half of the sizes were wrong. Then I called to send the items back. I was hung up on 2-3 times. Finally after a lot of time and energy they were sent back and I reordered new shoes and items. I wasn't told until I got my shoes in the mail that certain shoes weren't in stock which is completely outrage. Then I was double charged a VIP membership so I made one last purchase and canceled my membership. Even though I still had credit from previous wrong orders.
In April of this year I received two email letting me know that my credits have been turned into gift cards. I thought why not. What could go wrong. I called the gift card number and was told that I could use them with my same email/account and so I logged on. But my account was inactive and I couldn't check out. Then I called to get my account active again and they reset it, but I was having problems. So I called back to make a phone order and was hung up on and when I called back I was put on hold after speaking to someone that I believe they just had the phone on mute. Mind you all these calls were from one day. At this point I don't want the damn gift cards. What a waste of time and money. Worst company ever (I think they have me on a list).

JustFab has cute styles and they have a lot my sizes. They also have a lot of things that most local stores don't. The size between 6 and 7 is usually gone at stores so it has made it easier to have the items delivered to me. I also like the fact that if the items don't fit, I can send them back. Thus far, the quality of items I've purchased from JustFab has been pretty good. I haven't had anything break on me within a few weeks of having it. I've liked my orders.

I've been a JustFab member since 2011. I saw their ad on the computer and got into purchasing from them because of the price. It’s a pretty good deal considering the quality of items. I still have many of my shoes from 2011 that I still wear. I won’t get my everyday shoes from there, but I'll get the ones that I would wear seasonally or occasionally. The boots I got are made pretty well. All of my boots, whether they’re booties or the ones that go to the knee like flat boots, lasted me for three winters already.
While I really don’t go based off the styles that their experts send me, I like the styles that they send. I just sort of go through and search myself then go with whatever I’m interested in or what I’m actually looking for at the time of purchase. I really like their selection. If I’m going out or if I’m going on vacation, depending on what I’m doing, they have a boutique for that. A lot of the times I’m searching for work stuff like work clothes, and they have a boutique for that, which I really like. However, JustFab has that but ShoeDazzle doesn’t. So sometimes, I’ll miss a skip and I’ll get credits for ShoeDazzle. Then I’ll search on JustFab for what they have, and then I’ll go back to ShoeDazzle because I have a credit there. I like that feature, but I wish ShoeDazzle had it.

I usually take advantage of JustFab special offers particularly around the holiday. I let my daughters pick something and usually it's just a purse. The purses are good quality but I don’t expect much out of $40 shoes. I get what I paid for. The shoes are kind of fashionable and in the moment, but I don’t get staples. I haven’t bought much from JustFab lately ‘cause I've been a member for more than five years now and everything looks the same. My kids are young and it’s kinda outdated for them. I used to be able to buy them shoes when they were younger but it’s not their style anymore.

I have a shoe problem and I’ve been doing JustFab for a while now. It's pretty easy trying to find styles with them. Being a member, I like how quickly I get things and I don’t pay for shipping. That seems pretty good. I've also gotten some free magazine subscriptions. Their style expert does a pretty good job too matching my style. But I’ve had to pull back because I have way too many things.
Overall, my purchases have been pretty good. There have only been a couple of things that I had to send back due to quality issue. There were shoes that had zippers in the back and I thought they just cut into my foot. I have to avoid those types of styles. The sizes of items are pretty close to the size I have. I read reviews before I purchase to see what people say like if they are true to size or not.

I had Purchased two pairs of shoes. One fell apart within 3 weeks which I was told I could not return. The second pair was too small and I didn't Get the return label to print in time for a refund. I contacted The company in May to stop taking out monthly amounts and finally in September I got a confirmation but again was denied a refund. Customer service representative was very hard to understand and unhelpful.

However, I need to cancel it ‘cause I don’t have time and I don’t do that kind of shopping anymore. I always forget to skip the month, and then I’m getting charges. I would never in my entire life deal with this company again. I have been VIP with them since signing up I believe in February 2019... Both times of ordering from them - the shoes I chose being in stock... Were indeed wrong orders. So when that happens, after waiting a week to receive your wrong order you then have to take time out of your life to print off a return label (USPS does not do this for you) then go to USPS during business hours and drop it off. Then wait a few days for them to process the return after receiving your wrong orders back then wait for them to reship after it’s their mistake!!! You hopefully get the correct order back. This is all BS!!!
Oh and by the way, you can’t use your credit whenever you want. If you try to use the 40$ they drafted from you previously when they have a sale directed at VIP members you have to pay either the sale price or use your credit which makes absolutely no sense because it’s been drafted from your account already so it’s money money... Not like some sort of actual free money.
You will always speak with someone from the Philippines. Not that that’s terrible, it only is when they have absolutely no idea how to do literally anything. I was put on hold 8 times for every single question I asked. One of them just confirming I had 30 days of receipt of the shoes to return them, he said, "Yes that’s correct." Then when I asked him to verify that date so I wouldn’t be screwed out if shoes that I don’t fit into he stated the day I ordered them, I then had him check with his supervisor for the correct info. That was 37 minutes of my life I’ll never get back for a return. I am to the point of ripping my hair out. I would never recommend this company to anyone. For the love of God go to an actual store, try them on and then walk out with the correct shoes. I will say that because I was so upset the guy offered me a 50% discount for the next time I order. If I have to wait on these shoes to be in stock. Still a nightmare. I’m pregnant and this was insanely stressful.

I love shoes and it's pretty easy finding items on JustFab. I'm a plus size girl and I love that they have plus size. I love too that they have a lot to choose from like purses, shoes, and accessories. I love the designs and the fact that when you start out with them, they give you a discount. I got a big discount in the beginning. They also have free shipping when you spend a certain amount. I've purchased so many purses, shoes, and clothing. Some are very good in terms of quality but the sizes of some are different. They are actually smaller than what they should be. Sometimes the shoes are little smaller in size or one size up. Another thing about JustFab is their style expert suggests items that appeal to me a lot.

I'm a shoe person so I like to buy shoes. Finding items at JustFab is easy. You can go through stuff online and you can keep them on if you can afford it for that month so they take them out of your account. I like that. I wasn't pleased with the last pair I got though. They gave away a free pair of shoes, but what I didn't like was that they didn't have it in my size. I didn't wanna lose the opportunity to get a free pair of shoes, but when I got it, I wasn’t too happy with it. The material is more like velvet, and I don't like it. Still, I like their shoes and I'm okay with the quality of items that I’ve gotten so far.

Ordered shoes. The picture was suede but the description said faux leather, being unsure I live chatted with someone to find out about the shoes I purchased. She was rude and said, "Well it says faux leather". The shoes arrived, as suede! Ugh, I had to cancel. The customer service was awful and I would have to pay to return, and a restocking fee! Although it was their mistake. They offered 1000 points for the inconvenience but you need 2500 point to even get a discount so I am warning everyone. Don't count on the description, and especially customer service to help.

A friend referred me to JustFab a few years ago and I’ve been doing this for a while now. I recently purchased a red, little bootie. I have a couple of credits now and I’ve been looking on there. They have so many choices. I also purchase handbags and clothes here and there. Sometimes, I’m not always satisfied with the fit, but I like the quality of the clothes.
The only thing that I recommend, though, is that since ShoeDazzle, which I've also joined, and JustFab are kinda close, maybe the choices wouldn’t be so similar. Every now and then, I find something a little different on there that’s why I keep it, but it would be nicer to see to something different. And I would like to see more work-appropriate pumps. Some are too high for work and they have four-inch heels but 9 times out of 10, they're more open toe than it is a pump.
Other than that, the quality with JustFab is good. I get a lot of compliments on the shoes. I will say that my favorite thing is just the service. Being able to always have the option of continuing that if you wanna use it, you can. If you wanted to build up, you can and if you wanna skip it, you can. I let my credits stack up when I know the holidays are coming and those would be presents for a few people. Also, every time I call, everyone is so helpful and so nice and JustFab keeps us tuned in, always giving us ideas, and showing our top picks. It’s engaging and I really like it. I talk about JustFab all the time and I am a proud VIP.

The quality of the items that I've bought from JustFab is all good. I don't have any issues with them. I have gotten three pairs of shoes for the price of one several times. I always take advantage of that. I also get the free return, and sometimes, no shipping. It depends on the offers that they have. There are all different kinds of offers I try to take advantage of. I don't really like some of the selections given to me 'cause it's not really for me but some of them are okay.

I started with ShoeDazzle then that rolled over to JustFab and it’s been a few years since I've been with them. Every now and then, I will probably purchase something from them though I haven't been to every month. My budget is not to buy shoes every month and I’ve been trying to catch it before I actually get the auto draft. My last purchase were several pairs of shoes including some wedges because I built up credit that was just sitting there.
The shoes are very fashionable and the quality is fine. I haven't seen anything where they're breaking or where it’s caused any issues. The reason I haven't been buying a lot of shoes is I have plantar fasciitis where it makes it kinda hard for me to wear certain shoes. It does become a challenge ‘cause I do like shoes but I can’t wear a lot of heels.
Out of all those years, I only sent back one pair of shoes and it’s ‘cause I ordered a small. The shoes do run a little bit smaller in certain types. It’s kinda hard where it’s like I know this is my shoe size and I order the bigger one and that’s too big. I do have a pair that I missed the cut-off of mailing them back and I just ended up giving them away. But for the most part, I haven't had any issues. JustFab has been doing okay and I’ll recommend them.

I have other expired cards on my account, but you guys managed to get a hold of new debit card info???? I want my money back!!! I've been a member of JustFab since 2011. I like the convenience of it which is nice. When they started off, they had some really interesting styles. But there was a little bit of time where some of the stuff that they were getting weren't really of interest to me. Also, their style expert is a hit or a miss. As for the shipping, I get my order no more than somewhere between five and seven days.
Most of the things that I have gotten have been of good quality. There was only one pair I got that I sent back immediately. If I return something, it's typically because it doesn't fit me somewhere. I don’t necessary have really wide feet but some shoes are a little narrower. I'm sure most of the stuff is made in China and the cut is a little small. I typically wear a size 8 but with their shoes, I started buying size 8.5 and 9 just to get a little extra width across the ball of the front. If the shoes have an ankle strap, things like that aren't quite as substantial. I have thick ankles because I was a dancer one time. However, even when going a size higher, the fit is not perfect all the time. When I get a 9 for example, once the shoe would stretch out to the width of my foot then I get that extra length that I have to deal with. It's a give and take. It all depends on what you wanna put up with.
Last month, I bought a couple pairs of mules and a black pair of stilettos. One of the reasons that I became a member was because JustFab had a lot of heels. Shoes are what I typically buy from them. The drawback right now is I know that JustFab and ShoeDazzle are owned by the same people. I will order from ShoeDazzle and get a JustFab box. It may be confusing for some people. I have considered dropping one of them for a while. You would get different styles on JustFab than you would from ShoeDazzle. But now that they have become one and the same, the only advantage that I see is if I don’t get a shoe or the size is not available on JustFab, maybe it's available on ShoeDazzle. A lot of times, ShoeDazzle has a little bit more stocks. Sometimes, they have some of the same things. That’s discouraging.
Also, the prices have gone up over the years. It started up at 39.99 then they advertised it 39.95. But there are shoes that are 42 and 45. I've also seen ones at 50 and 54. But there are specials like the VIP event. On one of those, there were a lot of shoes and the price was right at 15 something for the shoes. That prompted me to buy several pairs. I bought six at one time. There was the printed mule and I wanted it because I bought a little pink dress. I also bought a brick-colored mule. I have about 200 pairs of shoes. I have a lavender mule with a strap and I have a black one. I also have a flip which is a nude kind of blush color. I would and have recommended JustFab to friends. I have bought for friends too.

I have been a member with Kimora Simmons back when she had a show and I first associated myself with JustFab that far back because I used to watch that show. They have a wide selection and I like that. I love their shoes and I got sandals, wedges, pumps, and flats from them. I'm not that type of girl that likes top of the line products like Gucci and Chanel but I value quality. And on a scale of 1 to 10 as far as the quality goes, I would give JustFab's products a 7. But I had one pair that I really liked that I wore on a regular basis but they kinda fell apart on me and I didn’t really have them that long.
Other than that, I had a problem with JustFab when they would debit my credit card every month for the fee because I wouldn’t call on the 5th and tell them to pass. But when I called and asked how many credits I had and how much I could spend, it turned out that I built up a lot of credits and they took care of me. They transferred the credits over to another little account and I ordered a bunch of shoes and bags which I already paid for and they took it from my credit. So, they were very friendly and helpful. Also, my old email address had been hacked. Somebody was messing around with it and JustFab didn’t give me any problem.Their rep looked through my account and changed my email address. And now I get emails from them regularly.

I wanted to try the shoes from JustFab and see if it was worth the 39.95. I've been ordering from them for six years now and finding items that are my style is easy. I scroll through and pick the ones that I like. Also, the shoes come quickly and if there's a problem with them, I can return them without an issue. It's discouraging for me that before, if I had the credit, that would cover everything and now, I pay for shipping. But other than that, the quality has been pretty good. There's a pair that I've had for at least three years now that I still wear on a regular and I like it. I've recommended JustFab.

I became a member of JustFab two years ago. At that time, the products were cheaper, nice and good quality. But now, the quality has changed. It's low and not as good as it used to be when I first started on with them. Also, they're really pricey and I can find the same thing that lasts longer in Amazon. Other than that, I normally purchase shoes and handbags from JustFab and finding the styles I'm looking for in their site is not difficult at all. But it looks like now, they're routing you to other sites and other people that sell stuff. That's just too much. Then, you have to register in the other sites. If I wanted to go with those sites, I would have registered on their site and not through JustFab.

What's not great. I've spent at minimum 500 hard earned dollars on her and have had not one regret. I use this to buy presents for women, my loved ones and friends. They are always surprised at the top quality invested in whatever it is. For me it's no surprise, or wouldn't order from them. Yes I'm a straight man and I have no problem holding an account with JustFab. Hell my only regret is where is the men's section. There was a shoe on JustFab that I wanted and it was on sale where you just have to pay shipping and handling. I got into JustFab because of that. However, one of the orders that I made went an ugly route and I was disappointed. It took a long time before I got what I ordered and I wasn’t expecting that from JustFab. Shipping and handling was expected, let's say, within 10 days but it took around two weeks. Also, I don’t like that I have to skip every month. Sometimes I’m so forgetful because I’m doing a lot of stuff, and I couldn't keep up with emails all the time. So, aside from improving their timeframe, it would be awesome if they would get rid of having to skip every month. I’m thinking about just cancelling the membership, because if I don’t get to skip, they’re gonna charge me for the month. Other than that, the quality of the items are okay, except for one of the shoes that is literally hard.

I've been a member of JustFab for a few years and it's fairly easy to find the item I am looking for. Being able to shop from home was nice. But I don't really like the quality given by their style expert, so I just click on whatever else I wanna click on. The quality of the items I've purchased is a hit or miss as well. Sometimes, it's good, sometimes, not so much. I'm actually thinking about leaving, just because of the hassle of trying to return stuff. But, it's not on them, it's just when you're in a store, you can try them on right there. If you like it, you do. if you don’t, you don’t. With returning stuff, you gotta box them up and send them off by UPS.

I got a new debit card after mine expired. Without giving my new card info to JustFab they somehow got my new card number and charged the monthly fee. After contacting customer service they would not refund my money on the card. I didn’t give them authorization to charge because “it no longer has any monetary value”.

I've been a member with JustFab for about four years and every time I go in there, I really like their products. I usually go online to buy shoes but with clothes, sometimes, I just don't feel comfortable. I'd feel more comfortable if I'd see the material or how it would get on my body. Usually, I just go with the styles selected by their style experts. What I like about it is that it's something that is not in stores this year. It's different, especially the colors or the materials. That's what I'm getting into when I look in the web, something different.
I have credit in there with JustFab 'cause for some reason, something happened and I didn't update. And at that time, they have some good stuff on sale. Usually, I was buying stilettos with heels kinda tall but this time, I got something with a little bit of heels for work. But I like all the shoes that I've ordered from JustFab. They're comfortable and that's what I have been looking for so I can wear it to work. I don't like to wear flats that very often 'cause my kids are getting older. I have to be on heels so I don't feel like I'm the mom. I got some green wedges from them. I also got red ones, but I'm gonna go back because they have the small heels. They're comfortable, but the wider the better. I also got the block heel. Those are so cute now. I used to not like them, but now I do.

Being a member of JustFab, I sometimes get a free coupon or get the perks of get one and the other one would be half free or free completely. Some of the items I purchased are okay. But overall, they are really good. Some of the style expert selections are really good too. It varies depending on the mood so sometimes, I’m like, “Ugh.” But I don't wanna really change it yet. Everything is going well but I haven’t ordered anything in a while through JustFab due to financial reasons. I have a credit in my account though.

Some of the shoes from JustFab were really cute and I got interested. I’ve been buying from them for at least 10 years but I don’t like the fact that if you have credit, you can’t use it towards any other special. But I love the quality of the items and everything has been nice. I really like everything that I got. My new favorite is the little purse that they had and I would take it on vacation with me for sure. Every boot and booties that I got were right except for one pair of boots that didn’t fit. I got it towards the end of the season, so I didn’t wear it. Then, I figured it was way too late to return it by the time I’ve seen it.

A friend told me about JustFab and their items appealed to me. It was fairly easy looking for things that were of my style. I’ve been with JustFab for a few years and have purchased at least seven items. I've done their two-for-one deals. The quality of the items are great and it’s something that I would recommend to someone else. I know I can count on JustFab. I like JustFab's shoes. Every shoe that I got from them is always good quality. One of my favorites was almost like a wedge boot but it came mid-ankle. It's suede and so cute. You can wear it with jeans or dresses. I'd wear them all day. I like using shoes around certain seasons and I like the selection. However, some styles are usually sold out and then I forget to come back and see the shoes back. But other than that, I love JustFab.

I have been a VIP member for many years but as of late, every time I skip the month by the 5th I am then charged on the 26th -29th of the month and this goes for both JustFab and Fabkids. Every time I call they try to convince me I didn’t skip but I know in fact that I did because it’s on my monthly to do list I check off if I don’t see anything I like. So again this month I have been charged on the 26th and 29th for these when I skipped both by the 5th, I will be using my credits before I cancel because if I don’t then they’ll basically be useless. Sad that an awesome thing turned into just another one of those average up in the air, wishy washy sites.

I got a two for a certain price discount the first time I ordered from JustFab. I've been a member for three years and the only problem that I had was I had a credit there and they put it towards a gift card. According to them, if you don't opt out at a certain time of the month, for example January 1st to January 5th, you would be charged a 39.99 or 38.99 fee. And that goes to something wherein they take your money to credit back to you and you can use that. They told me I have a remaining credit of 34.99 and I haven't heard of anything else yet.
When I tried to order the shoes, I had a little problem, because they sent me four digits instead of the entire number. And when I gave them the four digits that they sent me, they told me that it was not the entire digit. There are a lot of numbers behind that so I had to call more than once to get that information. They took it out of my card so it shouldn't be a problem for me to get those numbers, right? I ended up receiving that info. But other than that, I purchased two pairs of shoes last week - an espadrille and a pointy zebra slippers - and both were of excellent quality.

A friend told me about JustFab.I love to get shoes and I like JustFab's shoes. Everything is really nice. I ordered some red high heels and they're my favorite. I also ordered one long jacket and a short one. The short jacket was too big, which I ordered a return, but I haven't had the chance because I couldn't print the return. I know it’s tiresome sometimes, so I need to order another return because I couldn't print it. I didn't like the quality of the short jacket, but I loved the long jacket that I ordered. I really like JustFab. It’s an awesome website and it's easy to shop online right there.

I've been purchasing from JustFab about three to four years now. There were some shoes I saw that I liked. It was also pretty easy finding the styles I like. Purchasing is easy too and the delivery is good. I like the delivery charges. It’s been a couple of months since I made a purchase from JustFab. My favorite is a pair of sandals. The only thing is the quality of items now is not as good as before. I think the quality has gone down a little. This happened in the last year or two. Also, their style expert selection was better before. What is picked for me is really not my style. I would look at it, but there are not too many times that I purchased their picks. Other than that, sometimes I take advantage of the discounts they have. It's mostly just the shoes when they have things half priced. And aside from the buy one, get one half price, they will mark things down to just $20 instead of the 39.99.

Thus far, I like the variety and cost of items on JustFab. I go on their website but then when doing an order, I usually have to call someone because I'm not computer savvy. I've been with them for eight years and I've been pretty happy with the selections given by my style expert. However, I wish there were more flat shoes because I'm 75 and I've had two knee replacements and I can't wear a lot of the heels. Even so, I recommend JustFab. Recently, I purchased some bo heels and I like their quality.

I like shoes, and I've been with JustFab for four years. I like their VIP perks. The selections given by the style expert are right on point. I like them. I bought some sandals in June, as well as some gray booties and a jumpsuit, and I love them. I however had to send the jumpsuit back as it was a little big. I then got a different size.

The price of their shoes made me purchase from JustFab. But it was pretty difficult to find the style that I want. They have limited heights to heels on the shoes. Also, I bought a couple pairs of shoes that I couldn’t zip in the back. I ended up giving them to somebody else because the zipper wouldn’t unzip. The quality of some of the items that I got was not too good. Some of their sandals tore up too fast. But overall, JustFab is all right. I would recommend them.

As a member of JustFab, I like how my kids are able to pick their shoes. They go buy their own presents and keep them. Thus far, we've taken them up on their offers for buy one, get one free and the selections given by our style expert have been on point. We've also found that while the shoes we've purchased could use a little work on here and there, they're of good quality.

I like the cost and the styles of items on JustFab. I buy shoes from them and sometimes I take advantage of their special offers. The quality of the items is generally good. However, they don't offer a lot of styles between two and three-inch heels. I think most people would like something in the middle. Still, I haven't had a problem with JustFab at all.

I like everything that I've ordered from JustFab. I'm just having problems with some of the boots. The zippers on the back of the boots didn't work. It was stuck and that was the most difficult. I had to take the boots to a shoe repair shop. But I like the boots even though I have that problem. I just get upset because I really like the style that I've ordered, but sometimes they don't work. I seem to order the same kind of style boots. Apart from that issue, I haven't had any problem with the clothes or purses that I've purchased. I get emails and I follow through. I got a pair of sandals for 12.99.

I've been a JustFab member for a few months and my favorite thing has been that there are a lot of shoes. They have good styles and finding what I'm looking for is not difficult at all. If I find something nice, I buy it and they give me whatever offer is applicable. Everything is working out great and so far, my favorite items are shoes and wedges.

I understand that there is a representative politely telling customers with complaints that they will have a someone call us to resolve the problem. I will post every email and every response I get. I will go as far as hiring a lawyer and losing money over that lawyer just to prove that you guys are fraudulent. The way you're doing business is not right. I will wait and see what the BBB and my fraud complaint with my bank will do before I proceed to a lawsuit.

I bought 4 pairs of shoes in my size and when I got them they were way too big. I went through all the trouble of requesting the exchange, getting a box big enough for all 4, packaging them and taking them to the post office. I exchanged them for a whole size down and still too big. It didn’t seem like the size even changed at all. I tried to contact again because at this point I just wanted to return them. Never heard back. Tried several more times and finally got someone. I explained to the woman the situation and that I had been trying to contact someone with no luck. She proceeds to tell me there is nothing she can do since it is past the 30 days even though I tried to contact someone multiple times. So now I am stuck with shoes I can’t wear and out the money I spent on them.
At this point I am extremely angry and done with this company but I had some credits already in my account that I didn’t want to waste since it’s my money so I bought some jewelry. The packages ship and I receive my package within the allotted time frame stated in their policies. When I open the package I notice one of my items is missing so I contact customer service again. The woman notifies me that the one item shipped separately and gives me the tracking link, even though I never received any form of notification of a separate shipment. In fact, the shipped email showed all items in the same shipment.
Over the next few days I track the package and it shows the package reaching my state and waiting to be transferred to the post office and then the next day it shows the package was rerouted. Days later it shows the package was delivered somewhere in NJ and I live in N.C. I reach out to customer service yet again and the guy claims there’s nothing he can do because it shows the item was delivered so I have to wait another 48 hours to see if the package gets sent back to the company. So now I have to wait even longer, even though I’ve already waited for this one item that I paid for, for a month at this point. I will never be buying from this company again. Way too many issues and terrible customer service.

I found ShoeDazzle first. Kimora Lee sponsored JustFab and that’s how I found out about them. You do your little quiz thing at the beginning and match your little boutique. If you don't wanna shop within your boutique, you can go look at the rest of the shoes. For the most part, I do like probably a little over a half of what's selected for me. I have no complaints about the quality. I still have a lot of my shoes that I bought from JustFab and I don't think I’ve ever sent anything back to JustFab due to quality reasons. I haven’t really shopped on there in a long time ‘cause of money thing. I wasn’t working. But the specials are nice. Go get your $40 shoes from JustFab and look hot.

The first pair of shoes I bought were very pretty, but one size too big. I couldn't afford to send them back so I just sold them on Facebook. The next pair were fluffy boots for the winter. Absolutely horrible. The first week or so they were my favorite. But after a month or so of wearing them they started to fall apart. The bottom completely tore off and the straps NEVER stayed snapped together. They were a little tight even though I ordered an 8.5. Which makes no sense because the first pair were too big and now these were too tight. Seriously. The last pair of shoes I got were heeled sneakers and I absolutely loved them. Unfortunately these were a little tight as well. I can't remember if I ordered 8 or 8.5. I still have them but don't wear them much since one of the zippers doesn't zip up all the way. So after all that I stopped paying for the membership.
I get an email a couple days ago telling me they are giving me gift card worth 39.95. Cool right? Wrong. After going through the ENTIRE store from shoes to clothes I finally came to the decision on a pair of sneakers and a pair of wedges. The sale was 2 for 24$. I entered the gift card number only to have a message appear stating that I cannot use the gift card with the promotion. Absolute **. After trying to find another pair of shoes to buy since both shoes I picked were over the gift card limit, I found a pair that I wasn't too excited for but I might wear a couple times. Reapplied the gift card only to have another message. Once again I can't use the gift card with VIP prices. There is absolutely no shoe on your site that isn't 60$ at "regular price". And the ones that are aren't pretty at all. If I wanted a pair of flip flops I would go to the dollar store. I will absolutely never use this site again. Your sizes are all over the place and the quality is questionable.

I love shoes and I’ve been a member with JustFab since the brand, the product and the company came out. I’m a VIP member. My very favorite thing about being a member is that I don’t really have to do anything. They line up a showroom for me based on my desires, my choices that I picked out. They set up a showroom for me every month with the colors, the heel heights and the types of shoes that I’m looking for. I can change that periodically. Whenever I want to, I can say I’m not looking for super high heels anymore or I’m looking for flats or I’m looking for a wedding shoe or a special occasion shoe. I also loved it when they came out with the clothing line too. That was really nice.
The most recent thing that I ordered was a belt bag. It’s in a snake print and it's chocolate brown and tan. It’s just gonna go with everything. It came in a plus size which was wonderful ‘cause I’m a plus size gal. It’s nice to be able to find one that’s gonna make it with your girth and look comfortable. The quality of the products that I’ve purchased, shoe-wise, is really good. If they say it’s leather, it’s leather. They’re honest about the product. If it’s not leather, it’s not leather. If it’s suede, it’s suede. If it’s not suede, they say it’s not suede.
The accessories are really well too. However, I tend to think that the quality in the clothing could be a little better. Sometimes you’ll get certain things and they’re just not manufactured very well. I will normally only buy knit products from them because with the rayon and the cotton products, there’s not as much attention to detail in things like stitching and edging around the waistbands. Also, they may say the jeans are one size but they tend to run smaller than the honest size that they say. The fabric that they use and the workmanship on them could be better quality. Their buttons are already hanging off. They don’t stitch well. And the reason that I purchased them is so I don’t have to do that kind of stuff.
I usually reach out to them about packaging. I really get agitated when someone sends me something in a package and the packaging is really substandard. It’s not totally JustFab's fault, but I think that the company should have some type of oversight as to how the product gets packaged and sent out to the customer. And sometimes, there are no invoices with my order. Initially, when I very first started using the service, I would get automatic returns for it in the invoice. Now, you have to go online, put all of this information, then they email you a packing slip.
I work from home and I do most of my work on my phone. I don’t do it on a laptop. I don’t have a fax machine or a printer at home. It’s a pain in my butt to have to send that to my husband at his office so he can then print it out, bring it home, and then I have to cut it out, find a new package to put it in ‘cause oftentimes their packages are not the best. The initial package that they put the product in should be sturdy enough to be looked at as it goes down to the conveyor belt to make sure that there’s not a hole poked in it or that it’s stable enough to hold the product and to go through the shipping process.
But I have recommended JustFab ever since I started using it because I love it. I love the ability to skip a month without any type of penalization. But sometimes, because we’re so busy, I forget. They say they sent me a notification email, but when they’re sending out emails like that, those kinds of emails maybe should come through text or should jump to the front of my email box. A reminder is an important thing to get. They should send that maybe in a text to say, “Hey, it’s the beginning of the month. You got five days to skip the month.”
There have been times when I know I have gone online and skipped the month, and then I find out 15 days later that I have a credit. And it’s like, “Dude, I skipped the month. And I’ve got the email where you said to me, ‘Oh, you skipped the month.’” But I just don’t have the time to go back and haggle with them. And who in the world does not need a pair of shoes? I just wait two or three months before I use that credit.

I've been with JustFab ever since it started. I like having an easy online personal shopper, and I can pick and choose what I want, when I want it. Finding styles there is pretty easy and their rep is good. However, the quality depends sometimes. I got a pair of sandals and shoes in the past that I haven’t been able to wear ‘cause there’s a manufacture defect. Because I’m on-the-go, sometimes I don’t have a moment to send stuff back. Most of the time though, things are good quality.

I started with JustFab back when Kimora was the person on it. I like that JustFab has nice purses and shoes. I can purchase stuff online and look at stuff. The quality of items is very good. I never complained. I still wear the same two white shirts that I've got probably four years ago. When I bought some shorts, I forgot that JustFab runs kind of big or too big, but I still wear them. I like to read the reviews and I tried to read the reviews thoroughly to see, but I still don't get the right size in jeans. But everything else, I usually do.

Finding an item at JustFab was fairly easy. I usually go by the looks or the style looks. I've been a member for a few years already and I like their sales when the shoes are affordable and are $10 or something. When I wanna buy boots, I just go directly to the boots. The style I was looking for changed after my initial registration. The products might be a little bit pricey and sometimes I don’t wanna spend $40 on a pair of shoes but that’s the credit and that’s what we would have to spend. I recommended JustFab a couple of times.

Don’t waste your time/money JustFab. The shoes aren’t all that great in my experience. They made cheaply made and were either too small or too big. I have also been charged for the membership four times without an active membership. Getting that refunded has been awful, one time I was told over the phone there was no charge from them and they couldn’t do anything for me when my bank statement clearly said otherwise. Find your shoes elsewhere, they aren’t worth it.

JustFab is a convenient and an easy way to get your shopping done. When I was starting a job, I got some shoes from them and the items selected by their style expert were good. I've been their customer for five-ish years now and there was a time when I wanted to cancel, but I got talked out of it. And now, it works to my benefit because I've got Christmas gifts off of there.
I feel like the shoes that I got from JustFab are cute but when I got them in, a lot of the times, they hurt and were not that comfortable. So recently, I've been getting more clothes rather than shoes and the clothes are good. But the sizing sometimes would be a little bit off. I'm usually a small in everything and when I'd ordered two pairs of pants both in small size, one of them would fit perfectly and the other one would be a little bit loose. Other than that, some of the things that I ordered came in perfectly. All in all, being a member of JustFab has its perks and the VIP program is a pretty good one to be a part of.

Received a new order. Wore my new mesh leggings twice. Riddled with holes in the mesh. I asked for a replacement be sent. Said I need to return the pair to be inspected. Despite sending photos of the leggings. Told them I don’t have a printer or time to go get a printer, print the label, buy an envelope to send it in, then drop it. I already had a bad experience with a return and the weird policy. I don’t recommend the company at all. Can gladly attach photos of my cheaply made pants that ripped immediately.

A co-worker suggested to try JustFab, which I did. And I have been a member for over three years now. It's easy to find the styles I'm looking for because they send the monthly selections and they are geared towards what I explore, which I like. They also offer special sales. And, you're not obligated to buy something, so you can just skip a month. My favorite purchases are the shoes. The items don't break down fast. They are good and the cost is fair. I like the quality of shoes from JustFab and the selection. I really like what they had, and the price was good too. Also, it was very easy to find what I'm looking for. And being a member, I like that when you order, it rounds up the points, so that every now and then, I don't have to pay for the full price or even the member price for shoes sometimes ended up being free as well as maybe shipping and handling.
The style expert does a good job. If they had more, I might have bought more, but they, for the most part, got the things that I'm kind of interested in and the styles that I prefer to wear or have in my closet. Also, the quality of the items I purchased is good. There were a couple of sandals that are kinda getting a little old after I have them for a long time. But other than that, most of the shoes that I have with them have lasted. A while back, I got high-platform heels that I really loved. When I washed it, it turned to blue, so I don't have it anymore, but they were my favorite. And then, I have another pair that I got as a birthday gift for myself, and I really love it. It's beautiful.

JustFab had a good deal for the new members, so I tried it then. I liked the good deals at the time. I've been a member for over five years, and I could still get my styles, whether they are boots, sandals or pumps for 39.95. They run their sales too in between. So, that’s good. It's easy to find the items or the style I'm looking for, and I like the selections given by the style experts. I’ve been getting a lot of the wedges, so that’s one of my favorites. I’m not clumsy but as you get older and your career changes, you just need a little more comfort. I’m very satisfied with JustFab.

I forgot to skip the month, so called to ask for a return credit. Sometimes life happens. They refused - fine, I signed an agreement, just never had a company not put customer satisfaction higher on the list for a subscription customer than a monthly charge. So I told them to cancel my account. Next day, go to use the customer credit they refused to return, and my cart has a bug and isn't working, go to use live chat and had to click several times to finally get a bot to attend to me. The gal helped with my cart, informed me that in fact my account had not been cancelled even though she saw on the call that it should have been.
I asked for a $5 courtesy credit for the inconvenience/lost time/ unpleasant customer experience and was told that was not possible. I've not experienced such crappy customer care with a large company. Lost a customer for life, and should consider the results of a disgruntled customer vs. a $5 freaking credit for a long time customer.

I've been with JustFab for around 10 years. I adore the quality of the items I've gotten from them. I have plenty of my shoes that I’ve ordered several years ago. I’ve worn out a few pairs and had to order triples and doubles. When you order something from JustFab, it gets to you fast and there are no problems if something doesn’t fit or if you don’t like it. Also, once in a while, they have the buy one, get one free or buy one, get one half-off offer. There's also their clearance sale. I was making fun of my niece because I have some booties and she bought something very similar to what I got. She paid $80 while I only spent $39 regular monthly fee.

I found out today about the VIP membership after I bought a pair of £14 boots years ago. They have charged me £35 a month ever since (sometimes more than twice per month). I never authorized the charges or even realized about this policy. Is this even legal? How is this company still running? They owe me over £1000 (I`m not joking) and I`ve been reading about how they don`t refund you for that, even though they have charged me more than once a month for that amount (against their own policy).
I am contacting my bank to block them from charging and I really want to report them as scammers. People need to know about this before they decide to use their website. Tricking buyers into a membership they never technically agreed to as soon as they buy something shouldn`t be legal. Please stay away from this online store. They attract people with cheap prices but in the end it was the most expensive boots of my life!

I purchased two pairs of shoes for my daughter. A pair of rainbow sandals and a pair of unicorn shoes. Both are supposed to be a size 2 which is the size she wears however both are about 2 sizes bigger than a typical size 2. The sandals are super tight around the ankles and almost impossible to put on, once they are on she has a good inch and a half of extra room in front of her toes. It is too much effort to even return the items so I am hoping in a year or two maybe she can wear them.

I love JustFab products and the ease of searching for items. I like that there is a showroom made just for me. I understand shoe sizes vary by style, with that the return/exchange process is extremely easy and a breeze. I appreciate the online option to return or exchange for different sizes. It would be really nice to have option to exchange for different item in same cost online. However I do not mind contacting customer service for help with that because they are always polite and very helpful. I wish that credits could be used on promotional items/sale items. I get excited that a sale is happening, but then I cant use my credit. I even have a credit from a return and I have to use that on a full price item. That should be reconsidered.

I am pretty sure that the company is overseas. It can take up to 2 months to receive an order and that is once it has shipped. Sometimes the order is not packaged very well. I don't order anything I need in a hurry.

It's fairly easy to go through and find the style I like with JustFab. I signed up with them because of the low cost of the shoes. They also offer a buy one get one free when you first sign up. One time, I had a zipper that would not go up and down properly. And by the time I remembered to try and send it back, it was almost too late. Also sometimes, they are inconsistent with the sizes. I ordered pretty much the same size, and then I’d get it and that one would fit a little different from the next shoe. Other than that, I've been a member for four years and there’s always a deal or a promotion going on. They also have really cute styles. My favorite shoe was this brown over-the-knee boot that I bought a long time ago. They're flat to the ground and it almost looks like a riding boot. I love it.

I’ve been a member of JustFab for almost 10 years. The point system was the best thing about it. But it has changed. It used to be pretty easy to have free shoes. But I liked their shoes and the convenience of their website. It was very easy to find the styles I was looking for in the beginning. But there being career changes, it has been harder for me to find them. It's geared towards the younger demographic. The selection from their style experts is a hit or a miss because I'm older and I don't do a lot of going out type of shoes. Other than that, I’ve gotten some things that I still have from way back but then some things have not been so great. So, I like to read the reviews and see what other people say about the product.

Being a JustFab member for a while now, their selection is my favorite. And they have a variety besides shoes like accessories and purses as well. Finding the items and styles that I'm looking for is simple. For me, it’s just mainly if I have it in my budget. I don’t like that I have to respond by the 5th of the month or they automatically debit my card. That’s been a concern of mine of wanting to take my membership off. It’s hectic, and all of a sudden, I didn’t know what happened. If you’re away or on vacation you don’t think about, “Oh, I better skip this month. I didn’t have it in the budget." It’s kind of a weird thing. And then like, “Oh, you have a credit.” But I didn’t plan for it and I just have never taken the time to look at the number. I can’t do it online. I have to call a number and talk to somebody to stop my membership.
As far as the selections, sometimes, in the beginning, I’d pick what I was interested in. But sometimes the styles would be more of a mix instead of just exclusively what I requested, and it might be just what was available. Other than that, I’ve been happy with everything I purchased except for the boots that were said to have wide calf, but they were not wide calf. And I had to give them to someone. I had to find somebody that was my same size because they wouldn’t zip up. And that was frustrating. I didn’t wanna send it back.

I knew of JustFab from my mom. I've been a member for a few years now, but I just started purchasing. I like the quality of the shoes. It’s pretty good and you get your item pretty quickly. It’s also not difficult finding an item with JustFab. I like their buy one, get one offer too. But sometimes, you never know what size you're getting. Some shoes have a different size. I would be scared to order some of them because I never know what size I'll get. Both of my previous two purchases came back. When I bought them, they were too small so I had to send them back. But one was sold out, so I was really mad about that one. Also, I thought ShoeDazzle and JustFab were joined together at first. Most of the shoes that I want are in there and I was thinking about cancelling but I don’t wanna.

I’ve been a part of JustFab for a very long time. I shop with them a lot. I enjoy their shoes and the quality of it. I also bought bags at one point in time. I love the program that they have. If I forget to skip the month by the 5th, I think they should give a lot more time with that ‘cause they are taking $39 out from my account. They should also give the customers a chance to create some type of line. I love shoes and I wear it a lot, and I’m always posting on my social media. Maybe they should take into consideration our styles and what we bring to the table and do a shoe line for valued customers.
I hope they could improve on their shipping, more variety of shoes, staying up on the trends and what’s in now. Sometimes I skip a month because there’s nothing that I want because I feel like it’s old, there’s not anything chic, or there’s not anything that’s in right now. But other than that, I love it. I tell everybody and I recommend JustFab all the time.

Seven years ago, my sister-in-law bought a pair of shoes from JustFab. She recommended the site and so I registered. I've been a member all that time and I like that they have good-looking shoes for a reasonable price. I normally have spot-on recommendations from my style expert and they are normally in line with my actual style and taste.
Since then, JustFab has gotten more complex and they're doing more than shoes now. I have to wind up doing a little more digging if I’m specifically looking for a work flat that’s still cute, but functional. It takes me a little more time to get to the menu to be able to really look through the available styles just because now I have to do more sorting through clothes and bags. Also sometimes, my foot goes back between needed a size 8.5 and a 9. It can be the difference between a little extra comfort on my toe, or if it was a shoe that I really could use an 8.5, I wind up seeing that extra space in the heel areas. Still, I've never had any issues with any of the shoes I've purchased. I generally recommend JustFab whenever people ask me about my shoes.

I've been a JustFab member for about eight years now, and I like having the monthly selection. Sometimes the selections are good, sometimes they're not, but I like that if they're not, then I can ask for additional selections. Three months ago, I purchased a pair of yellow sandals, and I earn points with ordering to get additional things. I also like their return policy which is simple and easy. Plus, I like that when you order now, they tell you when your package is delivered. So, if I'm not home and it's delivered, I'm like, "Okay, great! It's delivered." For the most part, the items that I have gotten from them are of good quality. I just feel like after these years, they've deteriorated a bit. I don't know if the issue is just normal, typical wear and tear or if that's the product itself. Still, I would definitely recommend JustFab.

The beta app looks great! The only issue I came was sorting. When I searched for flat shoes, I was showed multiple heeled sandals and booties. Otherwise, everything ran smoothly and it was as easy as shopping on the website.

I’m a shoe fanatic and I like JustFab. I don’t have money every month but that just makes their program so much more beneficial. I like the style of the shoes that they have and when I first purchased from them, I was hesitant on doing it because at the time they didn’t have the skip option. Then once they had the skip option, that’s when I was decided I might as well become a member. Finding items among their selection is not hard and I've been a member for more or less five years now. For the most part, when they send me out offers, I take advantage of them. Their selections are really good, though sometimes there are styles that are a little too bold for me. But for the most part, everything looks perfect.

I was never able to find where I pass on outfits, don’t remember seeing a reminder email and now was charged for the month. It should be simple to select or pass. Other companies have this figured out and it feels like it’s done on purpose to get money from people. Once I order to use my credit I will be canceling VIP service unless a refund can be given and instructions on how to pass on outfits.

Size in style I like are always. Limited. Can only use credit for one item not multiple cheaper items. Styles I like are always more than the credit I can use. Website is a little touch hard to navigate. When clicking on a shoe to enlarge it and back will not start where you left off. Got to scroll back thru to find the place where I left off.
