I really like the items I've purchased. They fit perfectly and they look exactly like the picture. I was surprised. With online shoes, usually, the sizes are wrong and they look different but these were perfect. But I canceled my membership. They took off money from my account but I didn't know that I had to buy something monthly. But overall, everything was fine. I would recommend JustFab because it’s perfect.

I signed up with JustFab so I could try it out and make a purchase. I purchased a sweater and two pairs of boots and I ended up returning the two pairs of boots. They didn't fit me and I didn't like the style and make of them. I haven't bought anything since. When I made my account, I never consented to be a VIP member. But I looked on my account and for the last three months, they've been charging me $40. I tried to get in contact with customer service because I never consented to that and I feel as though I should get refunded for that. I'm a little upset with the way the site is set up and how they are charging me. Also, my card information was saved on the site and I don't want that. I didn't authorize that and that's a huge violation of my privacy.

I really liked when all of their shoes were $10 apiece. I needed to upgrade my wardrobe at the time. So I needed to buy a lot of shoes instead of going for one or two pairs. It was a really good steal for me to be able to get a bunch that I needed. The quality is great. I haven't had any of the shoes break on me. I already have a lot of winter shoes so right now, I'm not buying a lot. But a lot of the styles that I've seen in recent years for spring are going to be styles that I'm interested in. I got these really pretty flatforms from JustFab and they’re really tall, but they’re easy to walk in. They’re really stylish. I like them a lot. Also, I like my selection a lot from their style expert. I've ordered a lot of shoes from it. So they do a good job.

I order through JustFab not as a paid customer but as an influencer. I pick out stuff from the website. So far, the quality has been pretty decent. I haven't had anything break on me, so that's good. Stuff seems affordable as well. They have trendy stuff and they have collections with celebrities which people seem to be into. I definitely feel like it gives the average person access to things that appear to be high-end. It gives them the look for less. So, that's a good thing.

I'm so busy working all the time. I work 12 hours a day and when I come home, it's either the pajamas or I'm going out. I like to have something to wear. I saw on JustFab that you get the first pair for $10 and I thought, “Well, that's gotta be a deal.” I called, and I looked. The very first time that I ordered, I got a pair for 10 then then it said, “Pay 30 more dollars to unlock free shipping.” I did that. I got two pairs of Dolly Cone shoes (a pair in gray and a pair in black) and thought, “Well, that’ll be good for the winter.” When I got them though, they didn’t fit. I liked the one pair that I kept, but I sent back two pairs and I only got one credit for that. In a way, I didn’t even get the $10. Ever since then, it has been confusing.

I love Looney Tunes and JustFab came out with a shirt that had all the Looney Tunes on it. It was in red and my favorite color is yellow. I put a remark under that outfit, “You guys should make that a yellow, and I'll definitely get it.” The next time I looked on the website, they had it in yellow. I bought it, but it got stolen from one of my roommates. I said, “Man, you guys need to come out with that again because it got lost.” JustFab came out with it again, so I was able to purchase again the exact one that I needed.

JustFab is a good website. I like the deals that they have. Overall, I would recommend it. I like the deal that they have on the VIP system. It's nice. The selections are good. Sometimes, they don't really have what I want, but usually, they do. So, I like it. It helps out. The quality is good based on the price. Sometimes, it could be better. But you pay for what you get.

I ordered a pair of boots a month ago. I like the way the shoes all fit. If you have a big foot like mine, JustFab is gonna have your size 9 times out of 10.

JustFab has good deals. At certain times of the year, it's hard to find boots especially in my size. Generally, that's what I go with when I shop there. I like flat or low-heeled boots. I got a pair of boots for $10 from them. So far, the quality of the items I got has been great. My favorite purchase is a pair of over-the-knee black flat boots. They were purchased over two years ago, and they're still good today.

I saw a couple of my friends ordered a pair of shoes from JustFab, and I liked them. So, I ordered them. I didn't know, though, when I first started with JustFab that they would be taking money from my account every month. I didn't really notice they were doing it at first until I got online one day and saw I had over $150 in there.

I was dissatisfied my experience. I don't have a problem with the company. I just wasn't interested in being a member of JustFab. I've known about them for a while. My niece ordered from them all the time. My sister-in-law wears a nine and I ordered a nine for her, but she couldn't get her foot in the shoe. The shoe fit like a child nine, so I had to send one pair back and I had to keep calling about my refund.

I like using JustFab because it's online.

JustFab is wonderful. I like it, but I don't buy shoes every week like other friends that I have. I can’t afford shoes every week. I’ve been trying to cancel it, and they’ve been taking almost $40 out of my account every 14th. I don’t think it’s fair that I'm not even ordering anything and I already told them to take it off.

JustFab is good. It's easy to find the items I like. The quality is good, too. Also, it’s good because you can see everything on your phone.

I had an account with JustFab a long time ago then it popped up again on Instagram. I decided to read, subscribe and it's been great. The shoes are amazing. They're always good quality. Every time, I've never had any poor quality shoes that have come in from them, and the styles are always great. The suggestions for my style are always on point. I also purchased a coat, and that was the first time that I purchased something that wasn't shoes. It was good quality as well.

With JustFab, I just shop and I look for what I want, and I go about that. I've been ordering from them forever. I just ordered within the last couple of weeks. I have tons of credits that I've been trying to use up. I just had sent back four pairs. None of them fit. In the process, I had already ordered another one. My size has gone down. I used to be like an eight, and now, I'm in a seven and a half. So, I'm having to send those back as well, in exchange. But for the most part, Justfab has been great.

JustFab gave new members an offer where they can buy a pair of shoes for $10 and I signed up. The quality is not exactly top-notch, but for what I pay for them, I got what I paid for. My last order was for shoes and a sweater and I had some difficulties with it. They said that they sent the items, but something happened with shipping and they got the order back. Instead of reshipping the order to me, they put it back into their inventory and I never got my item. All they did was give me a credit for it. Apart from that, I have a pair of black boots that I really like.

I really like JustFab. I can see what's on trend 'cause they keep up really nicely with current fashion trends. There's a lot of snakeskin right now and I can tell 'cause it's all over JustFab's website. It works for me. I keep it as my treat for the month type of deal. It's great overall for people who want somewhere to get a nice top every month. But for someone else who's not as diligent, they might get angry at that, like having to skip the month. But it's not very arduous. It's easy to just click. The quality of the items is good and overall, I'm satisfied. Some things maybe more than others fit wise but nothing's perfect. One thing I'm disappointed with is you can't combine any of the sales with credits that are already there. I probably have six credits right now which are like $40 a pop. If there's a sale, I can't use that credit. I have to spend extra money. I can only use my credit to pay full price.

A co-worker of mine had really nice shoes and found out about JustFab through her. So far, I've been super happy. The customer service is great. But the last couple of times I ordered, I was not happy. With the last pair that I ordered, one of the shoes kinda fit me a little loose. But it was very, very comfortable shoes. Then, another one fit me tight.

I have been ordering from JustFab for a long time. I really like the fact that we can skip the month if we want to or pay the subscription based off it. I like that it's not just shoes. There are also purses and even clothes. I like a variety of things that they have to offer and it's definitely easy to find items. If I want a pair of boots, I can just go and look at boots. I like that convenience about it. For the most part, the quality is pretty good. My shoes seem to last. Sometimes the comfortability could be a little bit better with more support at the bottom of the feet. I can only imagine people who have issues with their feet and it might flare things up. If it's causing pain for me, it might be causing pain for other people too.

The personalized boutique is probably one of the best offers JustFab has. They pretty much hit the mark with the selections and it's easy enough to find the style that I'm looking for based on my search history. They seem to know what I'm looking for or they have at least a variety of styles that I can choose from. What could be improved upon is communicating to customers, whether they are a member or not, that when creating an account, there's going to be a monthly fee if you don't skip the month. I am part of the VIP membership and sometimes I do forget and I didn't anticipate spending the $39.95 that month. If there's an email reminder, it would help my personal spending a bit more and would definitely improve my experience and interaction with the site.

I looked and ordered one pair of shoes eight years ago and then, I realized I accidentally made it into a subscription. If I don't skip the month, then I get a credit, so I don't go with any offers other than getting the pair for the credit that I got. When it comes to ordering, the process is simple, but I should have done a return, and I never did. They have really cute styles, but the material isn't always that great, especially when it comes to boots. Oftentimes, it comes apart from the bottom.

Since I've been with JustFab, some of the shoes may have been narrow and I haven't worn them, but I didn't know how to return them. Other than that, the quality is fine. What I like about JustFab is I can calculate anytime. They automatically draw the payment and I just make sure I cancel in the time frame in which I don't get charged for the following month.

I like some of JustFab's products. I look on the website and get what I want. I bought a pair of jeans, and the zipper didn't work. I keep trying to lock it, and the zipper keeps sliding down. That's the only problem I've ever had with them. I never returned them. Other than that, everything seems fine. I bought a wool sweater and it's baggy, but that's normal for a sweater. I also ordered a pair of shorts and a shirt two weeks ago.

I have ordered from JustFab for the last six months and I've taken advantage of their sales. Finding the items and styles that I wanted on their website was not hard and everything was perfect about my purchase. I also told my daughter about them and she signed up for it.

But I had a pair of shoes that I had to do a trade-out with them and the other pair didn't fit either. It had been a few months and I just forgot about it. They even honored returning that other pair of shoes for another pair. It makes me happy. I've had pleasant experiences myself. I like the discount for the credit and when I don't use credits or I forget about them, they're converted to gift cards that I can still use. So it's not something where it expires and they try to take my money and I never get to use the credit for anything for the shoes.

JustFab has been wonderful. I started ordering from them because I love shoes and so far, I like their boots a lot. I've also done a return and the process was very simple and very easy. Aside from that, I like the quality of the items that they sell. They're also priced correctly for the quality and not overpriced by any means.

I've been with JustFab for years and I like that I can get the shoes kind of cheap but it looks like it's decent quality. However, the selections look okay online but when I get the product, it's not what I want. The material doesn't look the same as online. It looks kinda cheap-ish when I get it in person. The sizes are not true at all. They're super large. I can almost put my fist in the back of my shoe in a shoe size I would normally be able to fit in from another company. I sent probably eight pairs of shoes back. I wanna leave the company but I have at least nine credits there and they said I can't get it back. If I leave, I would have to forfeit that and that's crazy.

Somebody who was using JustFab for about six months referred them to me. Their customer service has been pretty good and they have a lot of nice stuff on there. It's also not hard to find the items that I want and I liked the shoes that I ordered from them. But you have to remember to skip a month and they should give you a notice when it's coming out, to make sure you don't miss it if you were not planning to miss it.

If I like the product, I get it. The quality was pretty good. I like to get a lot of things if something's on sale.

When I first bought something from JustFab, they had $20 boots that I really liked. They were originally 40 and that prompted me to start purchasing from them. The quality of the items I bought from them was good and the shipment was pretty quick.

More recently, the selections made by my style expert is starting to change where I don’t know if it’s picking stuff according to my style or if it’s a random selection. It used to be a lot of stuff that I would definitely wear but now, it isn’t anything I would wear and I’d skip the month. Also, at this point, it’s starting to get harder and harder to find my size before stuff goes out of stock completely. My last purchase included a sweater, which I liked, and a pair of sandals. I can get away with it still on a warm day. I still have a lot of the pairs that I purchased from the very beginning of me having a JustFab account. So, they hold up well. If I wear them on a daily basis, they’re gonna wear out a lot quicker but I have no complaints in that department. JustFab is good. I would have canceled by now if I didn't like it. So I’m having a good time with it.

I enjoy shoes and decided to buy from JustFab. I like the selections by the style expert but I tend to peruse anything that tickles my fancy. Being able to be given the opportunity to skip a month every now and then is good. I have some credits to burn through and the last purchase I made was about two months ago. I bought a purse, a dress and three pairs of shoes. The purse that I got already broke. Also, the quality of the shoes could be better. When I wear them for extended periods of time, sometimes the sole comes apart on the shoes. They wear out faster relative to other items that I have in my closet.

I've been ordering from JustFab now for a few years, and I'm pretty satisfied with the customer experience. The only thing I would have an issue with is that when you go to skip the month, I pretty much forget all the time. But other than that, I've got a pretty good experience with them.

In most cases, I have a larger shoe size. A lot of times, I like shoes that I could never find in my size, and JustFab goes up to a size 11. They have a huge selection, and many of the styles that I've found in other shoes, JustFab has a version of it and the size of most of the stuff I've ordered have come true to fit. The price point is normally 40 bucks a shoe, and then I have the option to skip the months that I don't wanna buy anything or I don't see anything that I like. I had one issue where they split up the order, so it came in two different packages, but that was fine. Normally, I get my stuff within seven days or less. They also run specials from time to time, and the quality is good.

I wanted some unique shoes that other people would be into. JustFab also had a partnership with RuPaul in the early times and that was a huge motivator for why I ordered from them. They're pretty high quality products. It's the same price for the most part, no matter what. It's consistent and I kinda know what I'm expecting or how much I can expect to spend whenever I go to order.

JustFab had shoes in my size. When I ordered, they actually stuck to the size and they were comfortable. The quality was really good too. I like everything about JustFab. I like the credits where if I don't buy something, it still goes to my account. I bought my first pair of boots from there and they lasted me so long. This was 10 years ago. I ordered heel boots a month ago and they are really nice and comfortable. I had surgery on my foot and I can't wear heels like that anymore. But I wanted to try these boots.

On the 3rd week of September I placed an order of two pairs of boots, and my VIP membership. An entire month later I still hadn't received my boots, my tracking kept saying it was in Arkansas, meanwhile delivery should have been in Kansas. I called up customer service and was told that there was a misprint on the shipping label, I verified my address and they confirmed it's what they had. Representative told me he would look further into my purchase.. Came back about 5 minutes later and stated that it turned out one of the pairs I ordered was out of stock. Tell me how there was a misprint and my order arrived in Arkansas, but oh wait it was actually out of stock.

I'd been ordering from JustFab for a few years. I started about five years ago and I stopped for a while because it wasn't in the budget. With everything with COVID, I stopped buying from them, but then they recently ended up gifting me a credit from my absence of purchasing for so long. I ended up ordering again and it came in quick. I've always gotten my order when they told me I was gonna get it. They have a tracking site that I can go to track and see where my shipment is. JustFab is a cool website and I enjoy everything that they have. The quality of the shoes, clothes, and even purses' is good. It's sturdy. I love shoes, and I take care of them as well. I have plenty of shoes and even clothing that I ordered from a couple of years ago and they're still good.

I like the unique shoes from JustFab. About 50% of the style expert selections are relevant and the other 50% are not really me. There were several boots that I purchased from them that I really like. But I kinda need to replace them fairly frequently. I had a pair of gray full suede boots and the soles were painted brown to make it look like wood, but they were really rubber or some kind of material of that kind. The paint wore off, so then, it looked cheesy. I got a different pair to replace those. I bought a pair of boots about two months ago or so and the quality was okay.

One day, I tried to order for seven hours a couple of pairs of boots and JustFab’s service would not allow me to make the order online. I kept on trying and then, I tried to use their chat but it broke off. I then tried to call and their phone systems were not working. I still couldn't make the order online. I called in and they were able to place my order but they put in the complete wrong color for the shoes. I tried to intercept the delivery and tell them, and the gentleman said that I could wait to get them and then return them. Then, I could reorder. I told him that they were on sale and this has happened to me before. When I tried to reorder, I couldn’t because they were no longer available.

I like the styles from JustFab and I'm good with the style expert selections. I just bought two pairs of shoes last week. One was a pair of pumps, and booties. The quality was great. Better than I expected. I have an olive green pair of boots that I bought a long time ago and those are my top favorite.

I bought jeans and shirts at JustFab, and the sizes are accurate. The quality of the jeans seemed to be good but I didn't like the shirts that I bought. What it looks like on the picture and when you get it is not always the same. The shoes are cheaply made and the quality is not very good. They don’t last every long and get scuffed easily. I still have the membership because I keep forgetting to cancel it. I’m not consistent enough to cancel every month so then I get billed for stuff that I don't want. But I order it because I'm not gonna waste it. I’ve got three credits left and once I'm done using those, I will be canceling. People should be aware of what they’re purchasing. You pay what you get for.

JustFab’s boots and shoes stood out to me and made me want to buy from them. My last purchase was a pair of boots a month ago. The quality is good. I’ve been able to take advantage of special offers such as buy one and get the other one for $10 or occasionally when they have a sale. I'm a shoe fanatic. So my favorite items are my thigh high boots, my wedges and my ankle boots.

I like JustFab's monthly boutique and their shoes. I also like their VIP boutique rewards. The style expert suggestions are on-point. The quality is very good. I love the booties that I got from them. It's been a great experience.

I’ve been with JustFab since Kimora Lee Simmons was on it. I like the price and I’ve gotten buy one get one offers. As a VIP, I get the discounts at the end of the season when they lower their prices tremendously. The shoes are very cute and they’re good quality. I’ve had some of the shoes for years. I get most of my boots from them and I get a lot of compliments on it. I had one of my friends sign back up because she's seen the camel boots that I wore this past weekend. I have no complaints with JustFab and I'm gonna keep my subscription.

JustFab's selections could be better. They say, “What do you like? What do you want?” Everything is pretty much repetitive. And the selection is the amount that's available. It’s not feasible. By the time you get your alert, your size is sold out. JustFab should be able to send that information out to you a lot quicker. But it is what it is. I purchased a cardigan not too long ago. I got a 2XL, and it didn't fit. I normally get a large, and I got it oversized. But it was too small for me. Recently, I got a bunch of boots. It was the stuff that was on sale. So, the stuff that I really wanted, I couldn’t get. I had to settle for something else.

My experience with JustFab has been on complete accident. I signed up once when I was 15. I'm 23 now. I just wanted one month because JustFabhad that sign-on thing where you get two pairs for $10. So, I was like, “Hey, dad, this is really cheap for when I need a pair of boots for the winter or whatever.” And then, I never unsubscribed because I wasn't aware of it. My dad called me a month ago. He asked, “What is JustFab?” And I'm like, “What are you talking about?” Apparently, my dad, for the last eight years, has been charged monthly for JustFab, and I was only ever able to get 11 months returned on it.

JustFab is very convenient and I like the majority of their styles. There are things that I have gotten from JustFab that I get a lot of compliments on, but I don't see other people wearing. I like that and I can appreciate that. Everything that I've purchased off JustFab, I still use to this day. The quality is very good.

I’ve been with JustFab since 2011 and being a member, I like the different options. It’s nice because when I go into shoe stores, they don't have it all. With JustFab, I can find a bunch of different things. My style changes all the time. So, sometimes, the selections by the style expert would be a little off because I'll feel different one month and I do another month. But they usually have some cute things on there. If not, I can go and search if there's something specifically that I want. My shoe selection is very different but I like the high boots. I have high heel boots, booties, sandals and the fluffy boots. The quality is great. My shoes don't fall apart so that's promising. I take advantage of the special offers all the time. JustFab had a boot sale not too long ago and I bought seven pairs of boots. The sizing is good but the boots didn’t fit me in the calves so, I had to return them. I didn't realize I needed a wider calf.

My shoes from JustFab have always lasted. There was one that I did have an issue but I kept forgetting to send it so it never made it. But the returns are mindlessly easy. You get the label and you send it. So, it’s just me making it to the post office. One time, somebody stole one of my packages off of my porch, and JustFab re-mailed it back out like it was no sweat. It was awesome. But the variety is not always really good. JustFab should bring back the Old Town heeled boot. That was the one that got stolen off my porch. When I called back, they didn’t have any in my size. Other than that, I like the selection and the ease of being able to order when I wanna order and letting it fill up to get myself a hidden gift without tapping into the monthly budget. It comes out slowly and then I'll choose when I wanna go on. But if I rack up all these dollars, I wish I can use them on the sales. It’s something that I've paid into and I hate that I cannot use it towards the sale.

It’s pretty easy to find things that I'm interested in with JustFab. I don’t shop as much as I used to but if I see special offers, I can take advantage of it. It’s not difficult. A few weeks ago, I bought a pair of boots, Christmas presents. I'm very happy with the quality of shoes from JustFab. But their clothes are not as good a quality as their shoes. The shipping times were within the normal range. Also, the returns and dealing with customer service has gone well for me.

I've been a JustFab member for so long. I was in college when I first signed up and I liked the deals. I loved them. They had 50% off or buy one get one free. They always got me with that. The quality and the price were always good for me. The first time I got my account, I bought a shirt and it was cool. But I don't really buy too many clothes or accessories. It's mainly just shoes.

I liked the convenience of being able to shop online and then have those products delivered to my home without me having to go into a store and within crowds and traffic, which made me decide to buy from JustFab. Finding the styles I’m looking for is very easy and there are too many good options that you don’t know what to decide on. I have the automated VIP thing set up. So, when I notice that I'm getting too many credits, I would go on there and try to order something. The selections given by the style expert are great. I've only had trouble with maybe one shoe and it was a heeled one. But outside of that, I enjoy the quality of the shoes. They rival some of the more expensive name brand shoes that I have. I wear all of them very frequently.

I liked the price and the variety at JustFab. I’ve bought a lot of handbags and the last time I bought shoes was four months ago. They aren’t the best quality but they’re okay for the price.

I liked the different styles JustFab offered. The price was less than eBay's. A month or so ago, I bought a pair of boots and a bag. Both of them are good. All of my purchases are my favorites. My experience with JustFab is fine, except I forgot getting charged after you skipped a month. Other than that, everything's great.

JustFab has good deals sometimes but the quality isn't all that great. So, I end up sending a lot of things back. Sometimes, the shoes aren't comfortable and the clothing doesn't always fit the way I want it to. I only have difficulty on returns when I procrastinate too long. You have 30 days to request the return or exchange and if you don't do it within that timeframe, you have to call customer service. Sometimes, they honor it. I don't like that you get charged if you don't skip on time but I've learned to make sure I do that. Everything is fair but I'm planning on canceling once I have all my credit spent.

Everything comes in quick and I've been pleased with what I have purchased. Overall, I would rate the quality good. I wasn't super pleased with the quality of the couple of the boots that I got in the last shipment. They seemed a little plasticky. But I got three pairs and out of them, only one was like that. I still like them. They're good for rain and snow. My favorite was a jacket that I bought a couple of years ago. There have been a few times that I forgot to skip the month when I wanted to, and that is frustrating to me. I just spend the money. But once in a while I forget. If they had a longer period for you to skip, that would be good.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM JUSTFAB! I ordered two pairs of shoes for 40.00 and was charged 39.95 for four months. I was then refunded for two months after contacting JustFab and was told my account was cancelled. I was then charged another two payments for September and October 2020. Looking back at my account I saw that I was Double charged for the month of August and they only refunded me back on. I called to have this charge taken care of and they denied it. I asked them if they would like me to send the banking information and they said no and that they weren’t willing to assist. The guy on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. Save yourself and do not purchase anything from them. Do not keep your banking information on file as they love to charge you for items and VIP plans you did not authorize.

I bought a sweater from JustFab and it was okay. But when I got some of the shoes, the material was cheap. And then a lot of times, the wide width is not really wide width. Also, I often skip the month and don’t get anything. I have to put a reminder on my phone because otherwise, I will forget.

JustFab's selections are nice. Also, I liked the prices. I bought a hat and face masks last month. They're okay. The masks were too small. But I bought jeans a couple of years ago and they're my favorite.

I love their styles and prices but I don't like that they sign you up for a monthly subscription without really telling you until you get the bill.

The site is pretty easy to use, the VIP program can be very useful (except when you forget to skip the month). Customer service is good and quite helpful from my experience.

DSW warehouse makes purchasing very easy. They have no hassle returns. I like to be able to get them shipped to me in a reasonable amount of time.

I saw really cute shoes at a good price at JustFab and I've been a VIP member since 2011. I like the selections. They're good. I love all my purchases from them. I bought some heels about 2 months ago and the quality is excellent. I love JustFab. Their shoes are so great.

JustFab carries my shoe size and finding an item on their site is very easy. I was looking for clear-heeled shoes and I couldn't find shoes like that anywhere. Also, everything outside is size 10 or 11 and I'm a size 12. When I found size 12 shoes on JustFab, I bought this and that as they fit my feet right. I really like the styles that JustFab had and some of the brands that they carried at the time that I signed up. When you’re a member, you get your membership discount and it's pretty easy to find the items I want from their selection. I purchase all kinds of shoes from them, but I don't get them as much anymore and I get my monthly membership quite a bit now. And they don't have as many boosts as before. Then, some of the heels that they have are super-high and they don't carry it in-between.

I've been a member of JustFab forever. I don't particularly like shopping for shoes in a shoe store and it seems simpler because it was just shoes back then. The quality is great although I purchase very few items now because I can no longer wear three-inch heels. It seems as though everything is geared towards younger-aged people now. Back then, there was a Jordan that came out. It was called the Bugs Bunny and it was white, gray, and orange. I could never afford it. JustFab came up with the girl sneaker version of it and that's what made me do that purchase. It was 40 something dollars and I was in my budget. I love the style expert selections. I also have to learn how to redeem the 4,000 and something points that I have. I like the fact that they take $39 out of my check when I skip a month. I like when that builds up 'cause I don't always have money to purchase something that I wanna purchase. The quality of the items is amazing. Please don't change JustFab.

With the strappy heel sandals, I wear an 11 and the way they fit is like my foot will slide too far into the front because that strap is more for a wider foot. But my favorite is the tall boots. I recently purchased a pair of sandals from JustFab and it's a thong one. With any thong ones, I usually get a little bit of irritation, but it doesn't matter who manufactured it or where I get it from. There's always just a little bit of irritation that happens if I wear it for too long. Other than that, they should move the skip for the month option to a more clearer area on the website when you log in. With the other provider that I use, it's right on their first page as soon as you log into your account. But with JustFab, it takes multiple clicks to get to that point and every month, I struggle to find it.

A couple of years back, I bought this cognac in color, suede open toe with the wooden heel. I thought it would be this type of phony suede material but it was a really nice suede. I could dress it up or down, with rolled-up jeans or whatever it is. My most recent purchase was in July. I got some gold flat sandals that were really nice. But when I ordered them, they got lost in the mail. JustFab credited me back. When the shoe came in, I called to let them know and they said to just keep them.

JustFab seemed like a good deal. It seemed good because it's hard for me to find size 11 shoes, although a lot of times, because they only come in regular and wide, I don't always fit them. I've always had a long foot. I have a size 11 foot, but it has never been wide. A lot of times, people link a size 11 with a big, fat foot. But I don’t have one. So, sometimes I get them and I have to send them back, because they're too wide, even the regular ones. And then other times, they happen to work out or they would be big in the back. But I still enjoy at least having an option to try to find a shoe in a size 11. And then, I had a broken toe so now, I'm re-evaluating. But for the most part, I like the selections that I see.

I live in Tallahassee, which is a small town and they have shoe stores but they always close and reopen. So, I like that JustFab is online and it has a large selection of shoes. I have a big foot and they have my size in the shoe. Every time you order shoes, you get points and then they have a little store where you can use the points to buy stuff. But they should take the expiration date away, if there is any, and let people gain more points as they go and spend them whenever they feel. You have to be a VIP member with JustFab and then, if you don’t skip by a certain day of the month, then your account is charged. I like that they'll leave a credit on your account but I would like that option to go away. I tried to get my aunt to order from there and she had to call customer service to set it up where they wouldn’t charge her card every month. So, she just pays whenever she’s ready to order from them.

The quality of the items from JustFab has been good so far and I get my orders on time. I just have to remember to opt out at the beginning of the month if they requested to charge me, if that’s what I felt like. But it’s been simple. I try to put something on my calendar to remember if I’m not making an order.

I've been on JustFab for three or four years and everything was super awesome but I feel like this last year or so, some of the products have kind of went down a little bit as far as quality goes. I've ordered a couple of pairs of shoes that were a super weird fit. I love their bags, all their boots, and their sandals but I feel like their tennis shoes could be a little bit better. Overall, my experience has been positive, but it's not for anyone who doesn't put a reminder on their calendar because you will lose money quick. Also, the items that they suggest is usually what I like. If you don't like the item, you can always send it back. It's real easy to return items. I ordered a couple of shirts and a pair of jeans that I liked from JustFab. I don’t do shoes from them. The shoes are not of good quality. The orders come in good timing. However, this last time I ordered, the pants never came to me. They were lost. I don't know what happened to that. I was really upset and I wanted those pants for a certain night. So far, I've had good experiences with JustFab. I've been with them for three years now and I'm a gold member. With the order I submitted in July though, there were some shipment issues. Also, when they say that what I'm buying are wide calf boots, they really aren't. They could be wide calf boots for someone who is a size ten but not for someone who is a 15 plus or 14 plus. The items I've gotten have been of good quality except for some of the clothes. So, I just stick to shoes.

There are some good deals at JustFab. They might have some offers at $5 or $10. Also, I've always had good customer service. But they could send a reminder to skip the month through a text or e-mail. There was one time when payment was taken out and I didn't have the money in my account, so it was overdrawn. Then, I kept forgetting to skip the month so I kept being charged. That really bothered me so I took it off for almost two years. Then I wanted to reorder some boots because I really liked their products. I put it back on and reordered some boots. Sometimes, since it's based on an online thing, if you do everything online, then it should be able to cancel your subscription and everything online too instead of having to call someone if you don't wanna do that. But when you call in, it's like, "Oh, well if you do this, and you do that," and it's just a difficult process.

Finding the items I'm looking for is easy and shipping has always been fine but lately, I've had some issues with JustFab's website. I've been trying to add something to my cart and when I hit checkout, the website says it's loading and then nothing ever happens. I've also had a problem with trying to find customer service information on the website. I've had problems connecting with their live chat. It's not as customer friendly as others. I do a lot of online shopping and I have for a long time. With most places, you click on live chat and a live chat pops open. With JustFab's live chat, you fill out a form and someone gets with you which is not quite the same.

The prices are good, the sales are good, and the quality is good too. The returns are quick. I mostly shop for purses than I do shoes there and the order process is fine. The reason why I stopped shopping for shoes is a lot of the shoes, you can’t wear them for a long period of time. Maybe an hour or two and they really start to hurt my feet. I wear shoes every day, so I'm kinda used to it. Maybe the insole of the shoe needs to be changed.

I love shoes and I thought I can get cheap shoes from JustFab. It's been years since I joined and sometimes I like the selections, while sometimes I don't. Last month, I bought three pairs of shoes, including a white booty and some sort of an animal print booty. I also got a pair of heeled sandals, but I didn't like it. I felt like they were a little rickety, so I am sending them back.

I very much love the service. The shoes are really accurate to my size. I've never had anything coming up in a size 10 that didn't fit appropriately and I've been with them for a few years now.

I saw JustFab in an online ad and ordering from them has been pretty easy and straightforward. Some of the items that I received are pretty good quality and if I get something that's not to my liking, it's usually easy to send back and get a credit since they don't offer refunds. But the idea of having to go on every month and even to remember to go on every month to not be charged is kind of difficult to keep up with. People should know that it's a really true subscription and you need to log in, whether you need a par of shoes or not. They should fight that and get their money back because you just get a credit, which is the same thing as being charged for the shoe anyway. So it's really not helpful in that way. Other than that, everything is good.

JustFab had the online appeal and aesthetic. I purchase from them once or twice a year. The selection and quality of their products could probably be better.

I liked the shoes that I saw at JustFab and in the beginning, it was really easy to order from them. But now, it's getting more difficult because of the change in the prices and the ease of ordering things on their website. When I went to order my sofa, I couldn't get it to go through, so I had to call in the order. Other than that, I would tell my friends to order from them because JustFab is good. I like that it's usually quick to get the product and the quality of it. I also ordered the high heels and boots that I can actually wear and those are my favorite purchases. But I have a hard time fitting my boots as I was overweight for a while and I've had gastric surgery.

I'm a little upset right now because I placed an order July 17th and I still have not received it. It was shipped from JustFab. The Postal Service has it now, and it just keeps saying that there's no information available now. I ordered the shoes since they were on sale for nine bucks. I did an online chat and it kept saying that my order has been shipped. Whenever it asked me if I wanna speak to a representative, I tell them sure but then I'm on hold for a minute and I just hang up. But other than today, I've been pretty much satisfied with JustFab. Some of the shoes are okay. But the quality of the clothing is not that great. The bags are not great, but they're okay.

JustFab charged me £35 over 2 years without me knowing and they agreed for a refund of £910, but after taking away all my store credits, they haven't refunded me the money. My bank ask them to trace their bank as they can't find any refund coming in to my account, but JustFab just said "go and raise a dispute".

I just purchased a black pair and then I got a low pair of heels. They were pretty nice, which I was shocked because I usually wear high heels. They have the buy one get one offer and they usually have the sale too, where they're cheaper than the regular $39.95. They have a lot of stuff. I've gotten coupons online like a reward but sometimes it’ll say a 20% off now if you buy now or 20% off on selected items. I love the clearance items too.

I like a lot of the selection from the style expert. They have a good selection. They do a pretty good job.

Ordering from them is convenient and they have a lot of styles. The quality of the items has been all good too.

These subscription type of sites are not for me. So I canceled my JustFab membership a couple of days ago. It's just hard for me to remember my monthly cancelation. If I don't want order, I end up being billed 40 bucks on my credit card. So I ended up having these numbers of things that I had to buy and it was piling up. I love their boots but their shoes, not so much. They don't seem to be as well made as the boots do. Then there's a really wide variety of what an extra-large means on the clothing that I've purchased, so I think the fitting on the clothing is a little hit-and-miss.

Their selection was different than what was in the stores. It was pretty easy to find the styles that I want. They have good quality items. I like them.

I'm discontinuing my membership with JustFab. Ordering from their website is very easy but I'm not happy with the quality of what I've received. And the sandals that I've really enjoyed has broken. They just don't feel very well made to me. I got the sandals less than six months ago and I live in Washington, so I haven't worn those sandals a whole lot. I also got heels and boots, and I've been relatively happy with the boots. But the purses that I've gotten have not been well constructed at all. Besides that, I got charged when I've not responded by the 5th a couple of times and I can't get my money back. It's part of the contract but I'm not happy with it. I know some some subscription websites where getting my money back would have been easy. But it seems like JustFab just won't refund you no matter what. It's just the inflexibility. Right now, you can get a refund almost anywhere else except there, which is a little upsetting.

I enjoy using JustFab. I like to save my points up. I always look for shoes in the off-season 'cause you can get them for way cheaper. Then the clearance is a pretty good deal as well. I just ordered two pairs of flat boots and then I ordered a pair of sandals and a pair of these tie-dye slide-on shoes. They're really cute and I can't wait to wear them. I also ordered a bunch of thigh-high boots earlier this year, but my ankle couldn't get into them just yet. I didn't realize how high they were and my foot was having a problem going into the ankle 'cause I broke it before. So they're still sitting in the box but I do love it. It's really good quality. I also got a dress with shorts in the back. I wore it last year on my birthday in Florida and it was really cute. I've also ordered some purses before. I've told a couple of people about JustFab 'cause of the sandals I've bought.
